    While I wanted to love this company, two deliveries received were of poor quality. While the company offers a credit, I find this useless for my birthday recipients. Yesterday my best friend received two dozen roses from me and the order was incorrect. They sent a totally different color. And unfortunately the roses were drooping within 20 hrs. I also sent my mom roses in December. They lasted 2-3 days. I can’t rely on this company. I’m switching back to ProFlowers. Sorry Bouqs, I can’t afford to waste so much money. I used the credit to order a tropical arrangement for myself just to be done with this bad experience. I am too embarrassed to send to anyone else due to two separate bad deliveries. Unfortunately you were unwilling to overnight a replacement for my best friends birthday so I ordered her fresh flowers to be overnighted by a different company. I find Bouqs to be unreliable and uncaring. Worst online delivery experience ever!

    My wife loves receiving flowers, so I figured - why not get a subscription? The bouquets that arrive every month are beautiful and are well-varied, with a good long life cycle as well if they are cared for. My wife is happy with them, which is all that really matters. There was only one occasion in the year and a half that I have been subscribing where we had a few damaged flowers, but Bouqs was quick to respond when we mentioned it. Highly recommended!

    I'm gonna keep this short and sweet. My daughter wanted to send her mother flowers for her birthday. She selected the bouquet with the plantable succulents specifically for that. We ordered them 9 days in advance. Mom's birthday comes during covid pandemic, no flowers. I patiently wait for five days because covid blah blah blah.

    Call customer service today and they tell me my order was "blocked by their fraud security system." This is the first I heard about this. No warning, no email, no phone call, just canceled without notice. I gave them an opportunity to make it right with which they slapped me in the face with a 20% off coupon code. I don't know which overpaid moron thinks it's ok to "block" someone's order without giving them any notice but that overpaid moron just cost the company a very good customer. My daughter was super disappointed and should have been taken better care of. Needless to say, I will never do business with such incompetent fools ever again.

    I have sent three bouquets as gifts and also have a subscription whereby I receive monthly bouquets for my home. I have been extremely satisfied with the quality and the customer service. One time I received a bouquet that had a short life and lacked luster. I called Bouqs and told them I was less than satisfied and they immediately issued me a credit for that purchase that I could use toward a future purchase. The one thing I would like to see change is for Bouqs to accept PayPal for subscriptions and also allow subscription holders an incentive such as free shipping if we purchase additional bouquets outside of our subscription.

    I have used your subscription service for 2 years now to send flowers to my 95 yr young Mom. Her full time caregiver says her eyes light up when she sees the box and always shares a photo of the moment. I also occasionally splurge on some for myself, the last time early tulips. For some reason I tripled my order, the day they arrived a good friend received some bad news. The tears and smile I received when I gifted some to her were awesome.     The flowers I order from Bouqs are the best. I had one bouquet sent to my mother that didn’t meet expectations but was given a credit to compensate me.     With Bouq, the ordering process is very easy. Picking out the flowers the pictures are vividly clear on what you would get. When the bouquet arrived oh, it looked like the photo. The packaging was very nice and seems a lot more elegant for the price. There is a variety of greenery as well as flowers. Placing the bouquet in any vase is simple compared to other places I have ordered from because with the variety that comes with it no matter what your placement it ends up looking nice.     I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend that was having surgery and had an upcoming birthday. The flowers were beautiful upon receipt but died 2 days later, even though she was diligently changing the water and following the directions. The only way to contact The Bouqs is to contact them online - very frustrating. I complained online to the company, sending photos of said dead flowers and received a credit to reorder flowers. I went to reorder flowers and the code wasn't recognized or valid - shocking I know. Shalegh **.

    The last time I used Bouqs the delivery was several days late which made it seem like I had forgotten my mother's birthday. More recently I received multiple notifications that I had flowers being delivered which I did not make. The company said they'd take care of it in 3 to 5 days only for me to receive another notification of a purchase. This was the only fraudulent charge on my card. It meant that I had to cancel my credit card causing lots of interruptions to other payments. It even caused another payment to not go through. I do not recommend this company. They clearly have poor reliability and security.

    For starters, $70 for an orchid is OUTRAGEOUS but I figured I’d give them a chance. It’s beautiful and supposed to come with this lovely purple pot. Plant arrive and it’s in the ugly red plastic pot, nowhere near what I was promised. I reached out and they couldn’t send the pot but they’d refund the amount of the pot? Well, not acceptable. I paid the $70 for the completed plant and pot combo. So I requested a full refund which they won’t do and now I just want to exchange it because, call me crazy, I really just want the orchid that I paid an unnecessary amount of money for. I’ll say for a company just starting off, you should be handling these first time buyer orders with the best solutions or I can guarantee I run this name in the dirt of the DC/NoVa area because it’s just sad that they handle things this way.

    They’re more interested in keeping as much of money and not caring at all that I’m completely unsatisfied. Bouqs, you still have time to make this right. Just let me exchange this for the plant I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED. Or I can just start messing with my legal training. Coronavirus has our office dead so I have no problem filing a small claims and dedicating my life to it for the next few weeks.

    Flowers died within 3-4 days. Some didn’t even open yet before they died. I have bought flowers for $10 from the local grocery store that lasted twice as long. Although the the flowers were beautiful and packed well they just weren’t worth the money spent.

    One week before Valentine’s Day decide to place the order of 2 dozen roses for my wife. I went online and used this company called The Bouqs. I’ve order online before, never having an issue placing an order. Two days before Valentine's Day I had a feeling I had not received a confirmation on my order. I went back to my emails, and sure enough there was no confirmation. I know for sure the order was placed, and at this point I thought I was still ok to call the company to resolve. So I called their customer service Dept at Bouqs, and was told how sorry they were that the order didn’t go through, but there was nothing that could be done. “We don’t take orders over the phone”. I explained that they are just resolving a problem that occurred when my order was placed. Look, I understand that it’s a tech issue, but aren’t you going to “Try” to help your customers.

    When I hung up, I instantly received an email asking how I liked the company’s service. I wrote them explaining what occurred and got back a "We’re sorry there’s nothing we can do. Good luck. We hope you use us again." I asked to be removed from the company’s list and promised I’d never deal with them again. I unsubscribed from their emails on Feb 13, and as of yesterday I’m still receiving emails. Every email I receive I request to be removed, as I’ve also sent responses back to the company explaining that I’m trying to unsubscribe. This is now HARASSMENT. It’s not bad enough I had to go out and buy my flowers, now to add insult to injury they won’t stop with the emails. As I’m seeing this is a possible problem with this company. I guess your information is more important to them than helping a customer place an order!

    This company is intent on taking advantage of customers, and they have no desire to satisfy unhappy customers. I signed up for a subscription after reading through several of their policies, which included their cancellation policy: “You can cancel anytime, for any reason, with just a few clicks. We hope you’ll stay, but we don’t make it hard to leave.” A complete and utter lie. I also read that you can cancel your subscription after your first order, which was fine by me. After my first order was delivered, I attempted to cancel my account and received a notification that I’d receive a $36 fee in the form of a gift card because my first order actually didn’t count towards the subscription—I needed to place a second order to qualify for their “first subscription order” protocol.

    I’ve had many back and forth conversations with customer service and someone on their social media team, and their only response is to continually explain to me that I am the one who is in the wrong. As a writer and editor, I find their use of language to be immoral: it is completely deceiving and intentionally unclear. At the end of the day, I am simply asking them to not charge me an unnecessary extra $36, in which case neither of us loses anything. Instead, they are intent on getting my money, which proves how miserably immoral this company truly is. Buy your flowers elsewhere!

    On Feb 9, I ordered and paid a gift of flowers to be delivered on Feb 13 but it was never delivered. In the evening/afternoon of Feb 13, I contacted Bouqs and asked whereabouts the flowers were, as they were not delivered as promised. I was assured it was coming. That evening I contacted Bouqs again and requested Bouqs to do the delivery next day Feb 14. Bouqs representative said it would gave me the credit for future purchase (to do business again with Bouqs?) and refused to make any effort to make a correction and to make delivery next day. This is bad that Bouqs did not keep its promise to make the delivery on time. This is worse that when Bouqs has the time to make a correction it refuse or does not care to do so.

    I ordered flowers for Valentines Day for my mom. The day came and went with no delivery. On the 3rd day I emailed the company and they did try to help. They reportedly had been delivered by FedEx to a Walgreens where I guess my 80 year old mom was supposed to go get them. I told them that was not an option and they needed to get the flowers to her. After back and forth emails we decided to try again with a new order so the flowers would be fresh (by this time they had been mailed, sat at Walgreens, etc). I requested they refund my shipping cost and they did.

    The second order again reportedly went to Walgreens. I was going to have mom go but called first. Walgreens has no flowers. I emailed and canceled order and will never use Bouqs again. They said they would give me a full refund for which I am grateful. The one star is for refund and customer service attempts to help me. It’s not the individual employee’s fault so I tried not to take out my frustration on them. Lesson learned...call a local florist.

    Exceeded expectations. The only issue was that two of my 3 flower orders were left outside to freeze even though someone was home to take them in. The delivery drivers just didn't knock at the door. The first driver from my initial order DID knock and I had to sign off on the package. He even said he didn't want to leave them in the cold. Nice of him. As for the flowers, they were gorgeous. I've purchased from all the major flower companies online and there's always been something wrong. I realize that some of them come from local florists, but that's problematic to me. My Bouqs orders were all gorgeous and outside of the cold weather, were undamaged. I like how they packaged the bouquet into several sets so they didn't get smashed.

    I ordered 2 dozen red roses for my girlfriend for V-Day. With delivery I paid a total of $91.00. They were small and nearly ALL of them had black edges or black/dead leaves. I complained to the company and they said that the black outer leaves were normal and would fall off and they would bloom and be beautiful. I waited a couple days and that didn’t happen. Instead, they started dying. I complained again and they said they were sending me a new order. I explained they were for Valentine’s Day and that my girlfriend and I were dissatisfied and it was too late now so just refund my money. They said no and said the new flowers were the only way to compensate me. What a pathetic response for such obviously poor quality of product. I will NEVER use Bouqs again.

    I ordered the Ravishing Grand bouquet for delivery on Valentines Day. The pictures on the website looked amazing. What my wife got was far from it. She got a cardboard box with dead broken flowers. A plastic vase that was cheap. I was embarrassed to have sent her something like this. I paid $94 dollars thanks to a discount code. I feel taken advantage of. I reached out to the company and they gave me a company line about the freshness of the flowers. I sent them pictures to prove to them what the flowers looked like. There were quite a few complaints similar to mine as well. They never reached out to me again. Never offered to make things right. Just took my money. I still get offers via email on their products.     Tried to come to a resolution of a refund. Chatted with customer service and showed them photos of how the flowers arrived. They over stuff these flowers in boxes and they get smashed from the the walls of the box. The one and only thing my wife said on both times I ordered from them was that, they were very smashed and it was hard to make them look great in the vase. I showed the agent by chat the photos and she lies and says it looks like photo. Anyone with proper vision would laugh at that statement.

    How do I start, well I ordered my flowers about a week and a half before Valentine's Day (which I didn't think was that late). The process was simple and easy, I ordered their "Valentine's day deluxe special" for around $85 dollars which comes with flowers and a personalized note. Valentine's day morning I get an email that the flowers that are for their Valentine's day special are having a late bloom. Maybe it's just me, but why are you advertising a Valentine's day special for flowers that you don't even have enough of? In the email I was told that my girlfriend will be getting them the 15th instead of the 14th. However, here I am on the 16th with the day almost over and still no flowers for my girlfriend. Since I was fed up I looked up the shipping number to honestly not be surprised that they are a state over a 6 hours away. If I was able to give this company a zero star I would but I'm not allowed to.

    Ordered 2 dozen roses for delivery on Valentine's Day for my wife. Ordered them 3 full days before delivery, selected the day for delivery all was well. Checked my order at 630am on day of delivery to verify everything was okay....Tracking showed delivery on Monday??? Valentine's Day was on Friday. I emailed their customer support which I was promptly replied from stating the shipping company was having issues and to disregard the tracking info, my flowers would definitely be delivered as promised. My company does work closely with the shipping company they use so I understand issues. Later that day I responded to the email asking if I could get confirmation when my flowers were delivered, the same customer service agent responded sending me the original tracking info that said delivery on Monday....WHAT???

    I then called customer service number (had to Google the number it is not on the site) and spoke to a customer service agent, she told me that the flowers are on the truck to be delivered in the next 3 to 5 hours...at this time it was 3pm. I asked her how she saw this from the tracking number as the shipper has not updated the information since it was scanned out as in transit from their hub a state away that morning. She had no answer. This was a Straight up lie to me. I was then told I could have them held at a location for me to pick up, to which I replied, "How is this possible if they are on the truck for delivery? I would need to wait till the driver returns to the hub." Again no answer for this. I was then offered a replacement to which I replied, "Are you going to have them delivered in the next 2 hours?" That was a no.

    So Valentine's Day goes by. No delivery, it is now Saturday and spoke to their customer service chat...explained the situation and was offered a free replacement....really??? I demanded my money back and was refunded. The tracking on the flowers showing estimated delivery of Monday...bet those flowers will be beautiful sitting at the shipping company for 4 days. Overall the customer service will lie to your face and try to get you off the phone. Whole company is unprofessional and shady. Avoid at all costs. Many other sites that are much better and I have never had issues with.

    Flowers were delivered to my fiancee with a card written out to someone else. This was a huge mistake. The flowers arrived with card professing love for another women. Obviously, this was a huge inconvenience and hard to explain to my fiancee what happened. A lot of the flowers were also broken and dying. Contacted customer service and after 30 minutes was told they would only give me a 15% off coupon for my next purchase. Terrible product. Dead flowers. The worst customer service.

    If you don’t mind paying premium prices for half dead roses then Bouqs is for you. Ordered 3 dozen roses for my girlfriend but nearly 1/5 roses was already dead with the top detached from the stem and the rest in poor condition. Doesn’t help that they made a bunch of typos on the card I wanted to include. Mediocre product killed some of the romance I was trying to express and I paid a premium for it.

    So I ordered a grand to look with the extra vase for my wife for Valentine's Day. Paid almost $90. Got a call from my wife crying from her when delivered to her office because she was so embarrassed. 1st of all I didn't have half the tulips it was supposed to have. 2nd of all it didn't have the vase that came with it to is just a jar that the flowers didn't even fit in and 3rd and most importantly it came in and they were all wilted what there was of the flowers. They would even stand out. They were just laying over the jar on the table. I trusted them to make a wife have a wonderful valentine's day -- something I wanted very much for her so I called them, ordered the flowers, ordered the other vase and made this note to her that I thought was special. However they didn't even get that right.

    This is a business. You have to really deliver a beautiful arrangement right from the start. These flowers are delivered to folks in their worst times, the best times and just many special moments so the flowers need to be right every time all the time. This was a terrible experience. I write them to let them know about it and they have the nerve on Facebook to tell me just wait a few days. After a few days though perk up everything will be fine, it's already too late. They are not gonna perk up. They were a disaster and had already made a mess of the whole entire day.

    They have to come out looking good. They came out horrible. She got looks in her office. It's ridiculous. There wasn't enough flowers there. The vase wasn't there. The note wasn't right. Nothing was right. I want my money back and have eveything proving my point. Their website has something on it. It's a label that says the 100% customer guarantee complete satisfaction and a quick resolution. I wrote them around 3:30 and I have not got anywhere at all. Do you really do anything you say you do this on your website, anything?

    My boyfriend sent me flowers for Valentine’s Day from this company. I am so disappointed with what I received. “Farm fresh” is inaccurate, I received a box of 2 dozen roses that were losing petals and they looked like they were 2 weeks old. The man who delivered the roses also threw the box in my front porch. I am so upset. I have no idea how much my boyfriend spent on these roses but I would have been fine with the $15 dozen roses from Jewels. So disappointed.

    I recently purchased flowers from Bouqs for my wife to be delivered on Valentines Day. Having ordered from Bouqs in the past, I expected a great experience. Arriving home from work however, upon arriving home my flowers where nowhere to be found. I contacted customer service stating I had not received a tracking number, and asking for the status of my package, and was told that they were sorry but my order was simply "not processed". I asked what that meant, since I had received confirmation of my order and that my credit card was charged. They just didn't fill my order. It was cancelled due to system error. If I didn't call and ask, I would have never known, but I was more than welcome to place a whole new order at full price and get the flowers a week later. That is terrible customer service!

    This was the worst experience of my life. My husband ordered the deluxe size of Romantique ($84), apparently thinking that paying more money, "deluxe" would secure the quality of the flowers, but (1) the leaves are folded, squashed, & flowers are not fresh at all. They are wilted, soggy, sad, and (2) water is leaking from these cheap-looking plastic vases. My husband chose this particular company, thinking that it would be better than the local one that he used to use. And he purposely sent the flowers to the office so that my co-workers can also see the beautiful flowers I get. But this time, it was an absolute embarrassment.

    My co-workers saw the flowers and they could not comment on the flowers. It was so awkward. Like I said earlier, it looked so cheap and water leaked all over my desk. I guess there is a crack somewhere but thinking of my husband, it’s not easy to just toss these in the trash, which probably is a logically reasonable action, seeing the quality of these flowers. I looked up on their website and these delivered flowers are clearly different from the ones displayed on the website. The two bunches seem to be just one bunch (or less for other companies) packed into two. Definitely not $84-worth flowers and packaging.

    I am so mad what this company did to my husband. I don't want him to be worried or feel bad so I am pretending everything is fine. I have subtly expressed s that he avoids using this company again, but still it puts me in a situation that I have to choose to either fake and lie all day or tell him the truth and make him feel disappointed. I do not write reviews at all, but I created an account to let other people know, hoping that other people do not have to risk themselves like my husband unknowingly did. It's so horrible how one spends money and effort to make the other happy, but the sub-par service and quality ruin supposedly somebody's special day. In my head, I know my husband's intention so I should be happy regardless of the quality of flowers, but it is so hard to naturally feel his care and love looking at these sad flowers. Be aware, if you are ordering flowers for someone you care. Or it would be risking yourself.

    So I bought flowers. The process was painless and easy enough. However, on the day that the flowers were meant to be delivered I realized I made a grave mistake. I mistyped the address and the flowers weren't delivered! I called FedEx and asked for an address change with the full realization that it will not happen the same day, but hopefully in the next 2-3 days. I was told that I would have to contact Bouqs directly, which I then attempted to do.

    I found there is no way to talk to anyone on the phone from customer service at bouqs. This is fine. I'm assuming is a small company and email is usually more efficient. I exchanged emails with a "Customer Experience Associate" who basically told me the same thing form the FAQs, which is changing the address after the flowers have been prepped is impossible. I pressed further, as since the package has not been delivered, it has since gone back to the FedEx warehouse of addressless packages and waiting for someone to tell it where to go. Instead I was told "we dont reroute packages because it degrades the quality of the flowers" and told my best bet was to hold it at a FedEx facility... Which will also take days and also degrade the quality of the flowers but hey, at least it's now no longer bouqs issue now.

    I understand this issue was my own doing, but what was the most frustrating was all it took from Bouqs.com was to simply call FedEx, provide the change in address (literally one street over) and give their account number. The fact that they would not even care enough to make a single phone call shows how little they value the customer. I ended up just buying another set from another site, and would not consider using Bouqs.com again

    Excited to have received a thoughtful gift at my doorstep, I opened the box to find a dozen roses that were rotting, torn, and looked like they had been dragged behind the delivery truck. I send photos to the site’s email, received a canned response stating a promotional code was included (it wasn’t) so new flowers could be sent. Requested the sender recover their money back and received no response. I was very disappointed and chatted with customer service for about or over an hour trying to resolve this situation and my dissatisfaction with the flowers I received. I sent pictures and it was agreed that the flowers I received were not in top condition. A NEW replacement order was generated **. The flowers that arrived were beautiful! They lasted about 2 weeks!! I am very happy with the service I received. However, I was disappointed that there was no phone number to call. I would much more have preferred talking to a real person.     My Valentines Day bouquet was not delivered to my Valentine. I wanted to surprise her this Valentine's Day with a bouquet of Roses delivered to her at work but she never received them. Not sure what happened to them but Crissa ** was there to help. I received a email saying they has been delivered so I asked my Valentine if she liked the flowers I sent her and she had no idea what I was talking about. I was very upset and felt this being a waste of time and money. I thought they would be delivered by the company not FedEx. So I immediately went to chat to explain my situation. Crissa ** was very patient and understanding with me. She was able to do a reorder so I felt my money or time wasn't wasted.

    But before the reorder was placed we were disconnected from the chat. I tried to redo a chat but ended up talking to Joey, he basically told me to call and didn't really show any interest in helping. So then I called the number and talked to Dem (?). He said that was his name.. He said I had to call back in 40 minutes because he would only help me after 5pm. I'm guessing that's when he's done with his shift. So that was a waste. Then I tried the chat again and lucky me I got Crissa again, she was so understanding and saved my day. The company is very lucky to have her, she was the only one I talked to that understands customer service. I would be leaving negative feedback any way I can if it wasn't for her help. I'm not even the type to do these surveys but truly felt she deserved the recognition. Thank you so much Crissa ** you saved the day!

    Imagine being told at 5PM on Valentine's Day that your significant other has not received their flowers, and that the delivery is delayed for the next business day. Today is Friday. Monday is a Holiday. Epic failure on Bouqs' delivery. Now that I realize that these flowers are shipped in a box through FedEx, I see my error. I would never have ordered if I knew my wife's valentines day roses that cost about $100, would never be delivered. What a disappointment. I feel like a shitbag husband. I now have to run out after work and find some crappy supermarket bouquet since that's probably all that is left out there. Please look into Bouqs and their practices before ordering.

    I place my first order with Bouqs and I'm really disappointed. The flowers are beautiful, I paid extra for a vase which came broken in a box. As result when I took the flowers out I got bits of broken glass all over my living room and glass shards in the flowers themselves. Not only that but I didn't even have a vase for my flowers. I spoke with customer service and they refund me the class of the vase which I was appreciative of. I'm just disappointed overall.

    Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day well in advance to be delivered to girlfriend at work and were not delivered before the end of the work day. Since you can't re-route anything or make any changes to an order, I had to ruin the surprise for my girlfriend and ask her to wait at work after her day had ended. When I tried to reach out to chat with Bouqs, I sat in queue for 30 minutes, which is exactly what I wanted to do as I'm trying to wrap up my work day. When I finally chatted with someone, they said that it could be delivered as late as 8pm. They also tried saying I selected home address and that's why. However, I looked at the order and it very clearly had work as the address type selected.

    The point of sending flowers to someone at work is so that they can receive them in the morning and have them all day at work. You are truly at the mercy of the Bouqs when it comes to this. I have never had any issues with the other flower delivery services. Would recommend them over Bouqs unquestionably. That is if you want the recipient to receive the flowers at a reasonable time. I have to imagine that on the busiest day of the year, they would be equipped to handle their business. I can't imagine what ordering is like on a regular day.

    I just had a terrible experience with Bouqs.com and FedEx. I placed my order to be delivered the day before Valentine's at the school she works at. After my order was placed I saw that they would use FedEx. I didn't like that it was FedEx, but saw that they would deliver by 3PM so didn't worry. Long story short, it was not delivered by 3PM, my wife had left the school. I had to leave work early and wait at her school to pick it up. In the meantime I'm trying to talk to FedEx and Bouqs to get this resolved > zero support from either company. So I finally get the flowers and it was not worth it. Roses were withered and was sent with a grey vase and not white like I ordered and it was aluminum, while in the picture it looks glass (do not let the picture fool you). Cheap product.

    I SO badly want to like this company. The concept of this global company that's growing flowers locally and consciously is beautiful. My sister originally found the company, since she lives in LA. We ordered flowers for our friends who got engaged this past year to celebrate their engagements. We grew up together and we're bridesmaids in at least one of the weddings. We ordered the best arrangements with vases. Both times, the addresses were entered with small errors and the process of updating this was stressful. It was easier for us to send flowers to our friend in Germany!

    The first time, my sister placed the order and the apartment number was missing. When we tried to contact customer support, our order was canceled and there was confusion about it being replaced. It delays our shipment and then the flowers didn't even meet our order standards! Thankfully, you replaced them with new flowers, but it was disappointing. When I used your company to order flowers, my email address was mistyped, so we couldn't track it. When we tried to update it with customer support, we ran into the same stress of canceling it and the confusion of whether the order was replaced. It was a stressful experience both times. We really want to like your company, but the ordering process is so stressful! Why can't we update simple order details to ensure our orders are accurately completed without it being a disaster?

    I received a flyer with my Green Chef delivery yesterday as they usually include a few offers. It was "Free Flowers" from Bouqs. "Enjoy sustainably grown blooms on us" with a code. Delivery fee is not included. However all that code does is take off $40! When you go specifically to the page they list, all the flowers there are already $40 off. When I contacted them through chat, I must have been the first to complain as it took the customer service person 10 to 15 min to come back with the answer. "We are sorry but this is not valid and the proper dept is looking into this. Thank you for bringing it to our attention". Nothing offered in return. I told her this was false advertising and very disappointing and I would write reviews.

    Tldr; never got the flowers, horrible customer service.

    Placed an order to be delivered a week later. Got an email a few days later that the bouquet I picked couldnt be fulfilled but they will send a different one - I had no choice in which one they sent. I receive the tracking email saying my order shipped - but FedEx has no record of the order. I tried to use the online chat 3 times but it continued to disconnect me. I finally found their phone number 888-320-2687 and spoke with a manager named Joshua.

    He told me 1. The original bouquet is what was sent. 2. FedEx relabeled the boxes so they dont have any tracking info. 3. The flowers would be delivered on time - guaranteed. He offered to credit my account. I opted for a refund for the poor customer service (multiple mistruths by previous reps prior to the manager). The flowers never arrived on their date of delivery. Called and spoke with Joshua again who first claimed I cancelled the order (I didn't) then stated that they have no idea where the flowers even are. Still waiting for his manager to call me back. Will never order again.

    I’m putting a bad review on this company because before I made a purchase I bought a voucher off of Groupon. When I bought that voucher yesterday it act like it didn’t want to except my voucher and I just bought it. So I said you know what I’m gonna wait until tomorrow once they open to see if I can do my order on the phone. So the guy I spoke with insist on me ordering it online and he sent me a website for me to do it through for my voucher. So I’m thinking that this voucher was going to work through the email that the guy sent me from the company. The minute I logged into the email for the voucher it said "Your voucher is already appearing," but I didn’t see it because it kept saying $57 that I had to pay. So my voucher was saying that it worked but it didn’t so when I checked out and everything was complete I just paid 57 extra dollars out of my pocket not including my Groupon I paid for.

    Call the people constantly to get my money back the same day because they got paid and got the money. Then the ** lady goes to tell me I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for their ** up. It’s a scam. Don’t buy nothing from this company because I did my research before I even made a purchase and they lied to me just so I can go through this **. Yes the flowers look good and I was going to buy it for my friend that is 63 years old for Valentine’s Day. I guess that’s out the question. On to the next company. I wish I can give them a zero star or I wish it had a zero button because they don’t even deserve one star how pissed off I am.

    The only thing I would improve is the plastic tie you use to secure the flowers. I know why you do it, but it is so difficult to remove. I am frequently unable to do it myself. Even if where just a fraction looser, it would help.

    I ordered the orange package of tulips for my daughter in law for her Thanksgiving table since she is a huge fan of tulips. Orange was the color I selected and they received pink and 1/2 of them were rotted or broken. I contacted the company and they gladly sent replacement but again it was PINK. Just tell me you don't have orange and I would have chosen something else.

    I have ordered from Bouqs a few times. The prices are reasonable for a delivery service. I will not lie - the flowers have not been the freshest and they do not look like the photos online. I emailed them once because one bouquet of flowers I ordered were sent to a friend and they were sadly all dead - they replaced it but it took some time to get to my friend.
