    I’ve ordered 3 times plus a recurring 3 month order. Mostly I’m pleased with customer service as first order flowers were broken and wilted received a credit towards my next order. The recurring were nice kind of looked as if I bought flowers and gave them to my dad stepmom and sister. The last order I wasn’t pleased with was supposed to be tropical and other than one jasmine no tropical flowers only sticks leaves and sponges. Pretty but not as represented in the picture and ordered during a Thanksgiving bonus for twice the blooms but really looked like the small one.

    We purchased for a relative at **. They report the flowers were beautiful but lasted only a day and a half and then had to be thrown out. We expected longer life of the cut flowers as our relative was recuperating at home after surgery. Prior Bouqs orders have been very good.

    I have been ordering Bouqs for at least two years now--for friends and for myself. Each time I sent to a friend, that friend would order too, they were so pleased.     Usually they are great, but the flowers were dead this time when I got them. I’ve never had this problem before. Usually the flowers last a couple of weeks. This time they were mostly dead upon arrival. Hopefully something can be done about this.

    The Bouqs has the best bouquets period. Their bouquets have the prettiest combinations of any florist. The Bouqs Bouquets last longer than other florists because the flowers arrive directly from the grower, no additional day at a florist shop or site. They are, however, the most expensive. That is why I have a monthly subscription which gives me a discount and free shipping. I decline the additional expense of a vase as I own vases that I use over and over.

    I was just going to let it go, but given you asked for feedback, I will give it. When your flowers are fresh they are beautiful, but your flowers are not consistently beautiful. One time they are lovely, next time they aren’t. This past delivery, the box end was open and crushed when my delivery arrived. The flowers were secure still but debris was in with the box. There were very few red roses in a double bouquet, the little white flowers were limp and never responded to water, so after a day or so, I just tossed them. Some of the flowers just never opened and there was browning on the leaves. Just all in all the flowers lasted only a few days and were just disappointing. I have been buying from you for years now and I like to work with smaller companies and support their efforts, but I don’t know what I will do going forward. I hope you can correct these issues because as I said, when your delivery goes well, your flowers are exquisite.

They flowers were taken out of the box and prepared as directions stated. The flowers didn't even last a week. I'm very disappointed in the flowers, they were meant to last longer than a week.     I signed up for subscription delivery of every two weeks, 10 days after I received the 1st delivery of flowers, (medium size is more on the small size). The issue is after two weeks I did not get the 2nd delivery. I have emailed with customer service twice, each time they said they have taken care of the issue. Maybe so but now it will be over a month since the last delivery before the 2nd delivery will come. Customer service is poor at best, cannot call Bouqs and it takes over 24 hours to receive a email back from Bouqs if you're looking to get a reply. Sad to say I am signing up with another Company and canceling my subscription with Bouqs.

    I was excited to use this company to deliver flowers for my mother's 75th birthday. It is hard to celebrate with a pandemic but this is a simple way to make her smile. The reviews had been good for others but my experience was the opposite. I ordered the flowers but then realized I did not write the gift card message. When I asked to change it, the customer service rep said everything would be changed. Great! Later I received notice that they could not change the gift card message but by the time I got the message the delivery date was also changed. I have had to reach out to customer support on multiple occasions and they still were unable to fix the issue. I never had another flower company tell me that they could not make a simple fix on an order. I recommend using your local flower delivery company. They care about customer service.

    My children have sent me flowers from the Bouqs several times and done a subscription gift. Earlier this year I received flowers and several stems were broken. The company offered my son, who purchased the gift a discount on another order. Today when I received the flowers that are part of a 12 month subscription, 3 of the four snapdragon stems were broken and one of the fern stems. I reported this to the company (with photos) and their response was "oh so sorry". They offered me a 50% discount on my next purchase. I indicated that was a meaningless offer since I wouldn't buy a defective product based on my last two deliveries from them. I asked them to provide the gift purchaser with the benefit because I would not be their customer. My children spent a lot of money on this gift knowing I love flowers. I was heartbroken that this happened. I suggest you buy from your local florists and avoid the Bouqs Company.

    I ordered flowers 3 days in advance of an Open House, and they never arrived- I communicated by email 3 consecutive days After the event (where I was forced to purchase flowers elsewhere).     When their website didn’t give me an order confirmation, I redid my order. I ended up with two orders and two credit card charges. When I reached to customer service, they told me that “Sometimes there are problems with an order” yet said it was my fault and wouldn’t refund my second order. On top of it all, I was less than pleased with the orders I did receive. Felt cheap and came packed with no hydration at all. Order arrived on Thursday and by Sunday, half the flowers were wilted and thrown out. Terrible customer service and disappointing flower quality. Avoid this company at all costs.

    I have never written a negative review for any company before but Bouqs has the worst customer service I have ever experience. Bouqs has a very sneaky way of tricking you into a subscriptions, so make you read everything if you buy from them. I purchased flowers once and was asked if I wanted to save 30% and to do so just subscribe. So I said yes. Little did I know that I would be charged every month for flowers and that flowers would be deliver to the same address every single month. When I went to get a refund for the flowers that were sent because of the subscription (not the original ones I sent) the customer service rep said I could not get a refund but that she would cancel my subscription.

    I tried to explain that the subscription is deceiving and I would like a refund. I also asked for a confirmation that she did cancel my subscription. Instead the customer service rep ended the conversation without doing either. Even know the customer service rep said multiple times that she would cancel my subscription, she never did. I had to message a different rep who did cancel the subscription but refused to give me a refund. This new rep also did not acknowledge that the previous rep had led me to believe that she would cancel my subscription but never did, so another sneaky practice.

    I do not recommend this company to anyone, there are multiple flower delivery services online and I wish I would have chosen one that is not trying to sneakily sign customers up for paid monthly subscription. If I would have clearly been told that I was going to pay X amount of money each month I would have never signed up. Even though I explained all of this I never received a refund.

    Recently we lost my father-in-law and began receiving flowers from friends & family. A delivery from The Bouqs Co came with no name. The company refused to reach out to sender to confirm that the no name was a mistake. If the sender refused then we would have a bigger problem. Now my wife can't send a thank you, which in turn could cause her to lose not only her father, but now a friend. I understand the privacy policy. Our only ask was for the company to reach out to the sender to correct a mistake on their part and possibly save a friendship. I find this to be poor customer service.     I received a bouquet today from my sister and upon opening it severely Disappointed with the quality and shape of the flowers that were sent. First totally wilted, leaves look fried and flowers smell spoiled. Instructions tell you to take off the leaves on the stem under the waterline but these are welded all the way top several limb extremely brown and looks spoiled and sitting on the truck for four days. These are way too expensive to look like this. I wouldn’t accept these if they were free if I was the purchaser.

    I recently ordered two bouquets for delivery and the flowers that arrived were not only NOT what was pictured but they weren't in great shape. Also their website is deceitful and I thought I was signing up for 30% off my first order for signing up for an email subscription (as most websites do these days), but apparently signed up for the delivery subscription. I noticed the mistake immediately and wrote customer service within minutes but they still charged me $36 to cancel the subscription.

    As of right now this cancellation fee is not disclosed anywhere on their website! The 'terms' I thought I was agreeing to where the email terms. In fact, I still haven't seen the 'terms' I supposedly agreed to. Cancellation fees should be made loud and clear. I feel so violated and I expected more compassion from a floral arrangement company. I get the sense this is a common occurrence otherwise they would've been more accommodating, which leads me to believe it's a deliberate scam to make extra money off innocent mistakes. Seriously? They are that desperate? The owners should be ashamed of themselves especially with how they advertise themselves as being "woke." Give me a break...

    *UPDATE* I was convinced that this was my first and my last time ordering from Bouqs after my experience and did not expect to actually receive any more responses to my review. But little did I know, a manager had noticed my review and was looking into the incident. On Wednesday that manager responded on the inquiry thread that was started Friday evening, apologetically letting me know that this incident did not go unnoticed, explained what happened and that it was brought up with their executive team to prevent it from happening. As well as generously offering to still send the Bouqs, despite the order being cancelled, and upgrading it as a way to make it up.

    If I could give this company less than 1 star and it actually have an impact in the score I would. I placed an order 1 week in advance for flowers to be delivered for my mother's birthday since I was unable to be in town to celebrate due to work. On the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I emailed customer service around 6:30pm EST to ask when this would be delivered given how late it was. Their response? -- A cancellation notice, without even an explanation as to why the order was cancelled on the day of delivery and then send an email saying that the order was canceled which would take 3-5 days to actually credit back and that they have posted a 20% coupon to my account for a future order and offering to place an order for the next "available" date (not the date that it needed to be there for).

    Why, after the horrendous and disappointing experience I had, would offering a coupon for future seem like an appropriate way to rectify the problem? It's more of an insult to me. The only thing that I wanted was for my mom to receive flowers for her birthday, not an explanation-less cancellation and a 20% off coupon to use in the future. Their solution instills no sense of reliability or reason to consider entrusting them with a different occasion and the responsibility to actually fulfill the order.

    I was very unhappy with my experience. The flowers that came did not look like the photo on their site (it was NOT a bouquet that was their choice of flowers), and the flowers are wilting already!     I was looking to get a sun-flower bouquet. I signed on for a subscription, understanding that I would be able to customize my order once the basic information about the subscription was taken. There was not explanation in the website about the entire process, except the information that AFTER they collected the information about you and your subscription, you would be able to customize your order.

    When I finalized the order, I noticed that I was getting a pre-designated bouquet and that I would not have an opportunity to customize my order. I immediately cancelled the order. However, I am being told that the bouquet that I DID NOT WANT was being sent and that there was not way they would stop the order and refund me. I am not happy about this since I went into it with good faith and met a wall of intransigence and inability to recognize that the information available in the website to customers is not helpful. I regret have ever done any business with this company.

    The white and yellow tea roses wilted and died too early. I received my order last Friday, 7/2 and by Monday, 7/6 they were done for. I followed the directions- cutting and used the powder on 7/2. On 7/6, I cut them again and put fresh water and another packet of powder that I had on-hand. Only one of the yellow rose blossoms is blooming and the other yellow roses are all wilted still. Not a very good 2nd impression on the subscription. My 1st experience was a Bouq sent to me from a friend for my birthday.

    My experience with The Bouqs was terrible and urge people to BEWARE. The flowers were *not* worth the amount charged. You can get equivalent if not nicer flowers for lower price from local florist (and it's better on the carbon imprint too) as well as even some grocery stores (like WF). Also, they charged me twice for an order. I tried to cancel the second order, but they refused to refund me and instead only offered to give me a credit. Entirely unacceptable and unprofessional practice.

    I first received roses from Bouqs from my daughter. They were beautiful and lasted for one and a half weeks. However, when I ordered my own bouquet that consisted of calla lilies, Stargazer lilies and roses I was not too happy with the outcome. The Stargazer lilies lasted the longest but the calla lilies stems got mushy to the tune of about one per day. I followed directions that came with the flowers. The calla lily blooms themselves were fine just the stems did not last. The roses never really opened and most just flopped over. I contacted Bouqs about another issue with the order (Stargazer lily blooms broken off at delivery) and received a 20% discount on another order. But the situation with the stems and the roses not opening left me unhappy. I am sending a bouquet to my daughter this week for her birthday. Will see how it fares. Pretty sure I am not going to spend any more money with Bouqs.

    My experience with this flower service was very disappointing from the moment I went to purchase the order. The user experience with the website was faulty and confusing. It ran my card 3 times and told me each time that the payment was declined, even though in the end I received an email saying the order went through (to my surprise). The flowers were supposedly coming from “Todd” in California, yet I received an email with tracking information saying that the flowers had been shipped from Quito, Ecuador. I don’t have an issue with the flowers coming from there - in fact that would normally be pretty cool. What’s very much not cool is the lack of transparency during the purchase process - not once did the flower page communicate that they were coming from another country.

    In retrospect I should’ve been confused from the ridiculous delivery charge. Given the pandemic, if I had known that the flowers were coming from such a distance, I would’ve ordered a different bouquet to avoid delays. Yet, even with an order placed nearly a week in advance, the order was delayed. At no point during this process did Bouqs send me an update to let me know the flowers would be delayed. I had reach out to their customer service team and figure that out myself. If you do consider using Bouqs and going through this messy process, don’t use it for any date dependent occasions. Two stars for a kind customer service agent.

    The Bouqs Co. Subscription service... What they lead you to believe you are sending to someone and what you actually get. First photo from their website I used to make my selection. The other two, the bouquets a dear friend and mother-in-law received. Am I embarrassed, ummmm, yes. Got on chat with Bouqs.... This is the response I received regarding the bouquet pictured in the third photo... "The flowers look healthy for this one. And is still in bud form. This will perk up in two days time." Perk-up? That's great (but doubtful to the extent represented on their website)... How about the colors? One of the reasons I picked this one was the awesome colors. They did offer to redeliver or credit my account. Fundamentally though, the fact that they feel the bouquet in the third picture represents what I had purchased, I requested and received a full refund but not without a lengthy chat session. Anyway... there you have it...

    I sent these flowers to my sister after the birth of my nephew, because let’s admit it, women are AMAZING! I upgraded to “Grand” wanting to make sure they were perfect, and BOY! They did not disappoint! GORGEOUS! My sister actually needed to split them between two vases because there were so many flowers! It’s been a week and the flowers are still going strong! Looking back I could have probably gone with “Deluxe” and they would have been perfect too. Thank you for making such wonderful bouquets!

    Never delivered my order. I inquired via email, they responded with they were going to look into it then cancelled my order and refunded with lame disc of 20% when I had a 30% disc on what I ordered. Will never order from this company again.

    I have used Bouqs many times over the years, for both myself and for gifts. I've never had a single issue, until yesterday. For my parents anniversary, I ordered them an $89 ($109.45 with tax and shipping) bouquet of peonies, "The Phoenix". The order did arrive on time, but when my mother opened the box, there were three flowers missing, and the stems looked spotted and diseased (it was so bad she literally sent me a text message saying "It's ok honey; it's the thought that counts"). I was, of course, mortified that I had sent flowers in such poor condition to my parents for their anniversary, so I immediately reached out out to Bouqs to request flowers in good condition be sent.

    Their response is as follows: "Because our Peonies come straight from the farm, they will often arrive in bud form which is normal. When we order test batches, they show up to the office looking this exact same way. Peonies will look a bit odd in their round bud forms and the guard petals will have a bit of blemishing on them, but that is to protect the rest of the flower. Our farmers may seal these flowers' stems with wax to retain as much moisture as possible. We recommend cutting 3 inches above the bottom of the stems to remove the wax portion. Slightly warm water also helps Peonies to bloom as well. We normally provide a $15.00 credit for missing stems but as a one time courtesy we'd be happy to refund $27.00 for the three missing Peonies. "

    Honestly, I don't want the credit. I want the company to make it clear from the website what the flowers will look like when they arrive, so that I could have made the decision to order a bouquet that would have been beautiful on the day they were for, not two days later. Failing that, I wanted a different bouquet sent out. Bouqs was disinterested in what I wanted, and would only offer a credit I didn't ask for. Given that this is a business specifically geared towards sending flowers around emotional events, this seems like a poor strategy. The moral of this story is that Bouqs has gotten too big for its "scrappy startup" image, and it shows. Going forward, I will choose to support local florists that actually care about their customers and reputation.

All of our arrangements do come in bud form to prolong the vase life vs. supermarket flowers that have a shorter vase life because they are already fully bloomed.     Orders arrived on time. Flowers were healthy and beautiful; they were thirsty, which indicated how fresh they were. MIL said it was the most beautiful bouquet she's ever received. Love supporting smaller, local growers. We'll be staying with Bouqs for future orders.
