Flowers I ordered for my mom were posted as delivered but she did not receive them. I reached out to customer service. They gave me the option to receive credit for a future order or try to resend the present order. I did opt to resend despite being told that they would be delivered much later than what I had scheduled for the original order (thereby missing the occasion for which the flowers were sent). Very disappointing! However, when the system was updated, it showed that the flowers could be delivered on time as requested originally. They sent out a new order of flowers which did get to my mom on time. She reported that the flowers were beautiful and in great shape.

My mother's Bouq arrived damaged and I reached out to Mark C. via live chat. He was eager to correct my problem with a replacement at no charge. He ordered the replacement promptly without a hitch. I am looking forward to my mother's reaction to the replacement - truly top notch customer service! Was not confident about ordering again prior to Mark's help, but now he has made me a loyal customer.

I have had a couple of occasions where I had to contact customer service to resolve some issues I ran into throughout the year I've had my subscription. Each time they have went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was expecting. They even took it upon themselves to fix a mistake made by FedEx that they didn't have any part of creating. Every bouquet I've ordered has been beautiful and long lasting and the price is right. I suggest Bouqs to people all the time for this reason.

I have been using Bouqs flowers for the past 3 months now and the quality of their flowers and the timelines of their delivery on the promised date is impeccable. I had an experience on November 4, 2021 where I had to change a delivery address to a new location 5 days out from delivery. The change policy is 10 days out from delivery. Mary Ann from Bouqs responded to my email within 24hrs and was very understanding of my situation.
Bouqs, as a one time courtesy, sent an additional delivery at no extra cost to the new delivery address with rush delivery to arrive on the same date as the original order. I was moved to tears by such exemplary customer service. The flowers were for a friend’s anniversary. Never have I ever received such kindness and understanding from a company especially when the problem was my fault. They treated me with dignity and compassion. I would highly recommend Bouqs Flowers to anyone who values quality, service and commitment to high standards.

We ordered flower for our supervisor through Bouqs only to find out that she would not be home the day they were set to be delivered. I reached out to the company and they are sending a second courtesy bouquet so she didn’t miss her delivery! Amazing! Highly recommend this company!

I sent a bouquet to a friend of mine who had just gotten engaged. I got a notice that the bouquet was not delivered by the shipper and reached out to Bouq's customer service. The representative was so helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Will definitely be using Bouq's again!

We think my order was stolen and the Bouqs team was quick to make it right! They ordered me a replacement for next day delivery. I was helped quickly via the chat function provided on the website. The chat was easy to use than I originally was expecting and then they email you a copy of tour chat for reference.

I ordered a gift for my sister that never arrived. The delivery map simply said, delivery attempted. I called my sister and she said she was at home at the time they claimed to delivery. Every time I tried to use their online chat to get some customer service, as soon as I was telling them about the issue the chat abruptly ended... THREE TIMES. Coincidence? It didn't seem like it.
Then the chat would be emailed to me. Finally a representative offered a code to credit my Bouqs account, rather than refund my card. WHY WOULD I USE YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN?!?! Bouqs didn't deliver the 90$ orchid I could have gotten at Trader Joe's for 20$ and my sister didn't get a present on her birthday. I am horribly disappointed in this company!

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and chose The Bouqs because they stated they could deliver flowers in time. The delivery was a day late, the day after her birthday. I contacted The Bouqs through their chat function on their website. The Chat Representative was very helpful in resolving the issue I had with the late delivery of my wife's flowers. Since this issue was resolved to my satisfaction, I will use The Bouqs again for future orders.

I have been communicating with your support people and although they offered compensation for this awful experience, the offer is not acceptable. I ordered $100 worth of flowers for my wife’s birthday. She has been ill and I know that flowers are the one thing that always cheers her up. Unfortunately the flowers arrived in various stages of death. Some flowers were crushed, some were dried out and dead, some were dried out and dying, etc. The lilies were the worst of the bunch. Half of them were dried out and dead without even opening. To me, this looks like a result of freezing them.
Needless to say my wife is disappointed but it’s worse than that. When she looks at them she gets upset and starts to cry. This was not what I was expecting from you and this was a heartbreaking experience. I had to throw them in the garage so she doesn’t see them and get more upset. Your customer support people apologized and offered me a Bouqs credit for the full dollar amount. This would mean I would be forced to risk getting another batch of dead garbage and send her into tears again. I’m not going to let that happen.
I have requested a full refund, to the original card used for the purchase. My request has gone unanswered. It isn’t as if I can fly to wherever these flowers come from, to personally pick out good, fresh flowers. A refund is the only fair resolution. I will give your support people until tomorrow to reply and to confirm that a full refund is being issued. In the meantime, I’m hoping someone who might be reading this will intervene and do the right thing. It’s the best possible business decision for both parties.

The true test of a company's commitment to customer satisfaction is how they react to a complaint. When I wrote to complain of a delivery delay, the representative immediately apologized and offered 2 options for correcting the problem. I was impressed.

Updated on 10/30/2021: I wrote you explaining that a friend's birthday I wished to celebrate with a bouquet was not at home when the flowers arrived, and I asked you what might be done. You immediately responded that a second bouquet would be delivered in a few days. I then heard from my friend, who had come that night late to find the gift of flowers...the original bouquet...which said was gorgeous. I wrote and explained there would be no need to send a second bouquet, but how much I appreciated your offer. I heard again from her saying she had received a second bouquet just like the first one, and she was astonished and grateful. As I am. Thank you for this amazing service and thoughtfulness.
Original Review: When I discovered that the friend to whom I was sending a birthday bouquet was not at home to receive, I notified Bouqs, who immediately informed me that a replacement bouquet would be sent to my friend at a later date. I was amazed at this prompt and generous response. My friend returned home late that night to find the original flowers, and said they were gorgeous. After about a year of getting gorgeous monthly bouquets, I received a delivery of flowers that were sub par. I emailed customer service and within an hour I had a response offering 2 great choices for recompense. I chose a credit and the next bouquet delivered was stunning.

Had trouble with the address and also finding the page with next day delivery selections. Two different reps help me on two different calls. Was happy that the problem was resolved. One rep sent me a link to flowers which were available for next day delivery. This was not easy to find on the website. The other reps helped me locate an address that was not showing up as a valid address.

Beautiful flowers!!!! Constant communication via email was great. Order confirmation, ready to ship, tracking for shipment, order arrived, etc. Had a slight issue with one type of flower missing from arrangements, but was resolved immediately! I followed up with my aunt this past weekend on her impression of the Bouqs sent. She said she wondered how long they had been cut because they were very dry. I told her I would share that with the company. They did bounce back but you know a wilted rose isn't a pretty thing!

While it was frustrating that the coupon I received to use for my first order would not apply, and could not be redeemed when placing my order. I was very pleased with the customer service I received that quickly resolved the issue and by manually applying the discount to my order and crediting the amount back to my CC. The order was a birthday bouquet for my daughter in Arlington, VA. She sent me a photo upon their arrival. Most roses look good, but some in the photo look a little funky and will likely not last very long. :-(

I've been a monthly subscriber with Bouqs for 3 years. The flowers are exceptional! Nothing comes even close! The customer service representative paved the way for me to get a 2x blooms credit for my business account. I have a business and a personal account. I like to welcome special guests at the Wine Country retreat I manage with flowers. I have used Bouqs 2-3 times since I’ve heard of them sending flowers to my mom for her birthday and/or Mother’s Day. My mom is a flower connoisseur…naming plants I’ve never heard of. She absolutely loves flowers and gardening in general. The flowers you provide have vibrant colors, are fresh, abundant in size and last quite a while. The reason is after I ordered my first flowers from them they decided to put me on automatic subscription. Yep. I got a message from my Credit Card today which was about two weeks from the first order saying they were fraudulent and should have not charged me let alone keep sending flowers to the same person all the time.

I received a monthly subscription and the flowers were dead and very subpar. I contacted my daughter who gave me this as a gift. I have pictures. Also these bouquets were tiny and cheap. I don’t think Bouqs would be proud of these.

Elijah was great. My mom got flowers on our subscription for their anniversary. It is 69 years and she just found out she has cancer. Her bouquet was delivered but it wasn't the deluxe and was really skimpy. Especially compared to all of the other beautiful bouquets she has received. Elijah offered a discount but I said I would rather have a replacement as it was such a special, yet hard week. He arranged for a replacement. He was great! I will be staying with Bouqs!

3 stems of same flower damaged. I wonder if the white plastic strip that fixes the flowers in place from the outside is sometimes tied too tight. Mark with customer service took care of the problem quickly and offered an appropriate discount for our next order without a problem.

I have used several flower delivery services. What initially drew me to Bouqs was the environmental & socially responsible aspects of their business. What had made me stay is their service and quality. Let's get one thing out of the way. The flowers are really that gorgeous. They look exactly as pictured and last a long time. I have a subscription, which I recommend because every month someone is having a birthday or I need to send sympathy flowers and the financial break is significant. Something went wrong with the payment processing and my arrangement that was set to go to my mother for her 92nd birthday had been canceled. I found this out when I was ordering more sympathy flowers. I had not received any notice of this and since I found out late on 8/19, I didn't see how it could be rectified.
I updated my payment information and reached out via chat on 8/20. They gave me my discount as a subscription member but better than that, Bryan J, my fabulous customer service representative, is getting my mother a beautiful arrangement of peonies tomorrow 8/21 for her birthday! I am thrilled to have her get any flowers and early is certainly better than late. I hope that Bryan J gets some kudos because this situation was resolved to my total satisfaction. I am assuming they will come tomorrow, I am confident that they will.

Customer Service was quick to respond to a delayed order that was held up at a Fedex facility within miles of the recipient's home for three days in 90 degree plus heat. The flowers arrived, they were disappointing, but Bouqs was attentive to my displeasure and offered me immediate satisfaction with no questions asked. I ordered flowers for a birthday and sent them to the home address. I had forgotten that the recipient was on vacation that week and the flowers were to be delivered tomorrow. A mistake that was 100% my fault. I contacted Bouqs to see if they could reroute to the vacation address but it was too late, the flowers were out for delivery already. I was out $100 and the flowers were going to rot on the vacant front porch. But then Russell A told me to hang on and let me see what they could do. Long story short, they sent the same bouquet, same size, to the new vacation address, for delivery the next day, to make it for the recipient's birthday, with no additional charge! Above and beyond for something that was the mistake of the customer only. I cannot thank them enough for helping me in the scenario I placed myself in. I'm a customer for life after this experience. In addition to having the most beautiful flowers available online, at reasonable prices, the customer service at The Bouqs is 5 stars. The recipient of this order lives in Florida and with the status of COVID and collecting even in small groups in flux, I had to change the delivery address to my order twice and the date once. Both times the customer service reps were helpful, incredibly friendly and accomplished the task in under 5 minutes. The Bouqs was my go to before, but now I am a customer for life!

Was able to chat with Ailyn from Bouqs about how some flowers I received from the subscription died quicker than they have in the past and meant for it to be purely a comment to pass to the company and maybe quality control. The bouquet I ordered changed without my knowledge. Apparently it was a delivery date issue. I chatted with Elijah and he was able to resolve the issue. The flowers I want will just be delivered a different day. I am not happy that changing the bouquet is your default action. I should be notified that the delivery date won't work for the flowers I want. I should be given the option to change the flowers or change the date. Don't automatically ship different flowers!

They lure you in with a 30% off coupon off your first order only to have barely any inventory that qualifies for the 30% discount. They say that you can order next day and allowed me to place the order for my sister's birthday only to cancel the order. When I spoke to customer service they apologized and sent a different arrangement on them however said they do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays so she would have to get the bouquet late. Since the order was on them I thought it would be worth it, only to find out that they still charged me for the order they canceled. So in the end I had to pay over $100, had to change the bouquet, had a late arrival, and had to talk to customer service agents twice only to hear "My apologies. It's company policy." There are so many flower delivery services. Do not waste your time with this one.

It turns out that the delivery address was entered incorrectly when entering the order. The flowers were declined by the recipient at the incorrect address and returned to sender. The customer service rep was incredibly helpful and informed me that they were happy to send a 1-time courtesy order to the correct recipient, even though the mistake was mine. Best customer service I’ve ever had. I ordered flowers for a friend that were supposed to be delivered on a Friday. By Sunday they had not arrived and no delivery date was scheduled, due to a problem with FedEx. I reached out via chat and within 5 minutes I got a response, profuse and sincere apology, and a complimentary replacement bouquet to be delivered within 48 hours - and they are making sure the original still delivers tomorrow. I feel more than satisfied and will order from them again the future. I know they are a company that cares about their customers.

I decided to try out online delivery service thru The Bouqs company because I got a discount thru T-Mobile Tuesdays and was surprised to see that the orchids for my mother don't look very giftable and or kind of wilting. Some notable mentions for disappointment include that they were in a unbranded box, I did not get a confirmation email thank me for my order.
I have since contacted customer service regarding the two orchids that I was not 100% pleased with and they said I would have to wait and see if anything changes with the orchids was my only rest assurance. I asked for a prorated refund, a replacement of the flower which I would be happy to return the old one but got turned down after persistent askings. After many resistance back and forth to talk to a manager, and even an excuse saying they were busy, I finally got her to ask for a later contact with the manager with no length on when it will take place. I am hoping my experience with the bouqs company will change and I will surely update you further.

I have received flowers from Bouqs 4 times, and they have always been absolutely beautiful. The packaging is great... The flowers arrive looking like they were just picked. Their photos accurately represent what you will receive. Any questions have been answered promptly. Couldn't ask for more!!

I had a terrible experience with buying a 3-month subscription as a birthday present for an elderly aunt. On her birthday, Bouqs screwed up and didn't send anything on her day. When I inquired, they apologized and tried to talk me out of replacing the original bouquet with some crappy options that looked nothing like what I ordered. When I expressed dissatisfaction, they agreed to send the original 3-weeks late which I agreed to. Imagine my aggravation when that one didn't show up either. It turned up 13 days late and my aunt threw them away.
Then when I chatted again, you wouldn't reschedule because of potential of weather so you cancelled the order. Then to my surprise, you have continued to send her 3 more bouquets even though you cancelled the first one. You are rip-off artists because you're desperate to stay open. You deserve to close truly. Enjoy my money since it's the last you'll see of it again. No Phone Number = No Customer Service at Bouqs.

1. The flowers I've ordered are due to be delivered more than a month from now, April 12th to be exact (today is March 7). Unfortunately, the recipient has very serious medical condition that prevents that recipient from having flowers, on doctor's orders. And I had to cancel. However, I was told it was impossible. That is absolutely not heard of and not acceptable.
2. My credit card has been charged as soon as I've placed my order (in January), long before that order was fulfilled, that is also absolutely not heard of and not acceptable. The company has issued me a credit, but it is not is not going to cut it as I am NOT going to use that company ever again. For all practical purposes, they've stolen my money.

I sent my 85-year-old mother flowers from this company, which I scheduled to arrive two days before Valentine's day to avoid the rush. The flowers arrived a day late and frozen. OK, that kind of thing happens. But, when I tried to rectify the situation, I found that customer service was almost non-existent. You can e-chat with a person about your concerns and you can cancel your "subscription," but they won't "call you tomorrow" as they say they will and they will stick you with the charge for not only the late and frozen flowers, but will also charge you to cancel your "monthly subscription" -- a $35-dollar fee that they will kindly send you in the form of a gift certificate for more frozen flowers. This, my friends, is a scam.
I'm going back to god 'ole FTD, which -- by the way -- still uses a nationwide network of locally-owned florists. The importance of this is that locally-owned florists are actually located in the community where your flowers will be delivered. Locally-owned florists have not only a reputation and a business to maintain, but you can also go talk to them, and may even run into them in the grocery store. There is a different kind of, well, old-fashioned service that comes from folks that live and work in your community. Flowers that come from California, from a big company that has a picture of their CEO riding a skateboard, sounds and looks fun, modern, and hip. But, California people don't seem to understand winter in the Midwest. Flowers get delivered alive here, even in single-digit temperatures, but people that know how to handle flowers in the climate in which they live.
The concept this company has is interesting and new-agey, but when you can't get flowers to people at Valentine's time, something is wrong with your concept. As you may know, Valentine's Day is the number one day for florists every year. If you can't not only survive, but also shine, in the flower business on this day, bad weather or not, then you ain't ready for prime time. I'm still hoping there might be some sort of refund, but I'm hot holding my breath. Take my advice, call FTD. They may not be as hip as this California company, but they will deliver your flowers alive, and if they don't they always make it right -- somehow. That somehow is the crucial ingredient that this crew just doesn't get. They basically take your money and run. Not a very romantic story for Valentine's.

So I ordered flowers a few days in advance (1 day prior to the “last day to get flowers delivered by Valentine's Day”). They were scheduled to be delivered on Feb 13th since the 14th was on Sunday. They didn’t show up... so not too many other options except to run to the grocery store for last minute flowers. They eventually showed up on 15th on Presidents’ Day. I get it, COVID, maybe they show up late; it sucks but hey, so does COVID. The flowers were so hideous though. Half were rotted brown. They looked terrible. But hey, it’s the thought that counts so it’s all good. They offered to refund me $18 for shipping on $80 flowers. I requested they refund the full amount. I was not successful in my quest/request. But long story short, I’ll never use BOUQS again.

Of course they never arrived on time and now it's several days late and tracking is no help. I thought this place used local florists too but the flowers are coming from 4 states away. Contacted customer service and not helpful. Will stick to reliable big flower delivery corporations next time. So disappointed.

My partner wanted to order some flowers for me for Valentine's Day, so I went online and found a bouquet from Bouqs that I thought looked nice. The pictures on their website (as well as from other customers on social media) and description of this particular bouquet states "Peach, light pink, and cream roses". I specifically selected a bouquet that did not contain red roses. When the bouquet arrived, it was not like the description at all. There were no peach colored roses, but instead bright red ones. It looked like a they sent the wrong item, however when we reached out to customer service to try and resolve the issue, they told us that the best they could do was offer 50% off on our next order. Needless to say we will not be ordering anything from this company again if they can not even resend us the correct bouquet we purchased.

My mother and I ordered a 3 month flower subscription for my sister for the holidays. The flowers that were received look nothing like the pictures advertised. The pictures show vibrant bouquets with beautiful, sometimes exotic flowers. the first bouquet wilted so quickly my sister had to contact the company, who shipped her a replacement...but it looked like a bouquet you could pick up at any grocery store for $12-15. The 2nd and third bouquets were fresher but were again full of very common grocery store flowers that should have come in way below the price point of $35 for a bouquet. I won't be using this company in the future.

I use this service as a convenient way to send flowers for mostly birthdays, but I also use them for my personal home decor if there aren’t any birthdays for the month. My subscription was delayed. The Tracker was helpful and showed delay, but when I looked at order info online at Bouqs, it said delivered, rather than delayed. I reached out to customer service and received a prompt, helpful, professional, cheerful reply. It was a model of good communication and customer relationship building.

The bouquet I ordered for my daughter was as beautiful as pictured. I had the tracking notification of its transit from South America to its delivery in CA. And, it was delivered exactly on the date selected. Bouqs does an excellent job of packing so no damage is incurred in transit. And the bouquet will fully open as advised: a few days post delivery. The arrangement will last much longer that way. I have previously used Bouqs and will continue to do so.

This bouquet subscription has made it easier for my elderly mother in law during the pandemic. We have not been able to see her due to health issues but a delivery of flowers brighten her day. I recently moved to NC and was disappointed that I can't get stargazer lilies anywhere. Since I always use Bouqs I decided to start a subscription..twice a month. I explained to the woman I spoke to upon ordering that I am ordering because of the stargazer lilies. When I got this month's bouquet I noticed they were just pink lilies. When I read the NEW description of good karma they had switched to pink lilies. I was extremely disappointed I was not notified in advance...but even more disappointed that stargazers are no longer a part of the subscription..despite the fact they are available under another pseudonym. I have been a loyal patron since you opened and have sent you many many new customers. Love your company...but am saddened by this action.

In ordering a holiday gift bouq for family members, we found the order was not received as depicted on their website in any way (although beautiful, it looked like another arrangement website picture). I wasn't very happy with the last bouquet I received. It didn't even last a week. Some of the flowers were already dead when we received them. That has happened a couple times since I started doing the monthly delivery. I cancelled that because my mom or I were upset not being able to enjoy the flowers.

I ordered the Brenda Bloom, which comes in one size of 40 stems. I was charged $59, plus tax and handling for a total of $75.97. I was told your site’s coupon code was not applicable for this, but I wanted to support the cause. I got a withered 20 stem bouquet. It looks like it’s been through a war. Really angry and disappointed.

The bouquet I order on Dec 17th arrived before Christmas just as requested and the recipient loved it. It was especially nice in that some of the bouquet was not fully bloomed which allow more time to enjoy it. I would recommend Bouqs.

I’ve ordered 3 times plus a recurring 3 month order. Mostly I’m pleased with customer service as first order flowers were broken and wilted received a credit towards my next order. The recurring were nice kind of looked as if I bought flowers and gave them to my dad stepmom and sister. The last order I wasn’t pleased with was supposed to be tropical and other than one jasmine no tropical flowers only sticks leaves and sponges. Pretty but not as represented in the picture and ordered during a Thanksgiving bonus for twice the blooms but really looked like the small one.

We purchased for a relative at **. They report the flowers were beautiful but lasted only a day and a half and then had to be thrown out. We expected longer life of the cut flowers as our relative was recuperating at home after surgery. Prior Bouqs orders have been very good.

I have been ordering Bouqs for at least two years now--for friends and for myself. Each time I sent to a friend, that friend would order too, they were so pleased. The variety of flowers is phenomenal and I love that we arrange them--they don't come in some static display. I can even ask for "no vase," a smart option. Finally the staff is very responsive on the rare occasion of a delivery problem, the Company has been stellar.

I received my first bouquet in December and they were beautiful seasonal flowers. The flowers were fresh and the instructions to keep them fresh were clear and helpful. It has been two weeks and there are still flowers that look healthy. I have had to throw some away, but I am impressed with the beauty and longevity of the arrangement. If I ever send out flowers to a loved one Bouqs is the company I go to. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and always arrive as pictured. Sometimes I get a little card mentioning where the flowers are from which is really interesting to see where my bouqs came from. I highly recommend this company!

This most recent order was placed for a friend whose husband passed away right before the holidays. I was very pleased with the flowers my friend received and have been told they lasted for a long time. There was an issue with FedEx delivering on time, and when I reached out to Bouqs, they were great! Sent a 2nd arrangement right away and, so my friend got double the flowers and it really did help brighten her day. So thank you Bouqs, keep doing what you’re doing. Usually they are great, but the flowers were dead this time when I got them. I’ve never had this problem before. Usually the flowers last a couple of weeks. This time they were mostly dead upon arrival. Hopefully something can be done about this.

For my mother in law. I was present when they arrived. Packaging is nice. Flowers for the most part were beautiful And most of them opened. I typically get good feedback from those I send flowers to from Bouqs. I never order the vase so that the recipient can arrange the flowers. Sometimes that means more than one arrangement which I love!
