I have been a member of the Bouqs Company flower of the month for over a year now. Gave it to my 92 year old mother for her birthday and every month she gets a new arrangement which brightens her day and week. I have been very happy with the customer service and the communications as to when to expect the arrangement, what the arrangement is and then notifications when the arrangement has been delivered. Excellent Customer Service and the value is outstanding!

Extremely bad service. They deliver to different house and end of the day my neighbor hand me over old spoil flowers and it rounded my husband birthday, we didn’t go out for dinner because we were waiting all day long. It supposed to be a surprise present for his birthday but most worst birthday gift.

First order arrived half dead. I feel like this was probably due to the carrier not Bouqs. I called to report this and was informed someone would get back to me which they did. I sent pictures of the arrangement. I was contacted again and was able to choose a replacement arrangement. It did not arrive until after Christmas but that was fine. This arrangement was perfect and gorgeous. The person that handled all of this was professional and apologetic. Due to this experience I will always order my flowers from Bouqs. They are the best.

The Bouqs Company is great way to revied fresh flowers bi-monthly. I was able to use a Groupon for the subscription and it was well worth the money. The flowers are fresh and if there is any issue the company makes things right.

Great company. I ordered my mother a Winter succulent bouquet after she had surgery in December and it was beautiful! The flowers arrived on time and was just as pictured. Great quality. I will definitely order again and recommend to friends and family.

Flowers were beautiful. Did not seem to be as many as pictured. I chose the middle option on an absolutely gorgeous arrangement. Sent other bouquets from Bouqs and been quite pleased with the outcome. This time not so much. Will continue to use Bouqs, however, as they have the most beautiful bouquets.

We wanted to send flowers to a close relative in southern California, and thought of Bouqs since we've received gift flowers through this company before. The online site was a little tricky to navigate, but after some false starts we were able to send a lovely bouquet that was delivered the same day and at the time we requested.

We had a loss in the family, we had two different bouquets delivered to two different addresses and both were stunning. Fast delivery, Fresh and bloomed within two days! Lasted over a week and smelt fresh the whole time. I would absolutely purchase from them again.

They also have fantastic customer service. On my first order, I forgot to use a coupon for a percentage order. I contacted customer service after I placed the order and they credited the percentage off back to my credit card. It was surprisingly fast and simple.

I've sent flowers on multiple occasions to a variety of friends and family and they have exceeded expectations! There's great range to choose from and the pictures I have received from my recipients are absolutely beautiful. There has been one occasion where the bouquet sent was not up to the standards I expected for the price I paid, but Bouqs came to the rescue and made it right without me even reaching out to them. Everything about the ordering process and quality of the flowers was perfect. I wanted to order a nice bouquet for my mom for her retirement. I saw so many unique and beautiful options on the website, but decided to go with the ACE bouquet for its bright colors to match the occasion. Reading about the farmer made the experience more personal. I was worried about ordering flowers in a box, but when they arrived they were simply stunning. My mom said they were the most fragrant and beautiful bouquet she's received. Over the next few days, the buds opened up even more and she said the whole room smelled amazing. Given how simple and easy the process to order was, and how affordable and radiant the flowers were, I'm confident I'm going to do all my plant and flower shopping on Bouqs from now on. The flowers I sent to my mother for her birthday were absolutely beautiful! She loved them and was surprised how long they lasted! The flowers lasted for over 2 weeks. The bouq was so full, she had to put some of the flowers in a separate vase. Would definitely order from this company again!

The Bouqs is the best value out there for delivered flowers. They are always gorgeous and they last a good long time. I am a little miffed at the delivery charges.... it used to be free delivery, but I understand that they have to charge that to stay in business, and I want them to stay in business. The scheduling feature is great, they have never missed a shipment I have requested (the one time I had a problem, it turned out to be FedEx's fault, but The Bouqs still made it right with me) and the flowers are always a delight for the recipient. And the one time there was a problem that WAS TB's fault (my mama got the wrong color roses), not only did they take my complaint graciously, they gave me a partial refund and sent ME flowers. This is why I am a The Bouqs loyalist. And any time someone utters the words "maybe flowers?" I immediately pop up and tell them they need to order from The Bouqs!
(TBH, one on the looong list of reasons my ex and I broke up is that he persisted in ordering crappy flowers from a local florist (LILLIES! which I HATE), when I repeatedly told him about The Bouqs, showed him the website, and raved about the flowers I loved from there. Sigh. You just can't save some people from themselves.)

I often order flowers from you because they are absolutely gorgeous and fresh. Recently I had an issue with a bouquet that was delivered for a very important board of directors conference and they were very droopy. I contacted customer service and Mary informed me that it may take a day or two for the flowers to perk up and blossom and if they didn't she would help me further. A few days passed and sure enough the flowers were stunning! So all this to say, I appreciate Mary's explanation of that specific bouquet and her patience with my frustration. Ordered two arrangements as Christmas gifts, they arrived on time and were absolutely beautiful. The one I sent my mother was so large she broke it up into several smaller arrangements that she placed all over her house. Very very pleased with this purchase. I have ordered the same grand bouquet every week or so for the last month. The quality is very consistent and the flowers are gorgeous and last well over a week. The hydrangeas open over a series of days so don’t be concerned if they seem small at first. Will continue to order from Bouqs.com.

My experience was good. It was initially confusing on computer but I finally got it! My daughter tried to send a subscription to me and it was awful...don’t know details but was disappointed that that treat did not happen. Wish I could order on phone...but I’m old and not with the times. Any flowers I have sent or received have been beautiful...the flowers are not the problem.

Very dissatisfied with this arrangement. The flowers have dried out and have not opened before drying out. Customarily your flowers last quite a while. This delivery did not live up to our expectations.

I've used The Bouqs at least 20 times. Recipients are routinely so delighted that they send me photos of the delivery along with their thank-you emails. This company is the lone standout in an otherwise bleak marketplace. I'd give three hundred stars if I could.

We received a white bouquet and it was lovely. The only problem was that, being during a cold spell, the flowers did not last as long as they usually do. We sent a wreath and a floral bouquet to family in MD for Christmas. Have no idea if there was any problem with those or not, but the recipient said both were fine.

I ordered two of the largest size bouquets of Stargazer lilies and I received the smallest lightest colored thin petal lilies I have ever seen. The stems were so narrow that they hardly held up the flowers. The flowers that are open are not an attractive color at all. I think they sent immature flowers. Stargazers should have thick stems that stand up and wide vibrant pink flowers. These had none. The stems flop over. I paid $85.00 per bunch ($170.00 total) and these flowers aren’t worth $10.00. Ugly ugly flowers.

I came across a Bouqs ad on FB...A coupon, and option for no vase (because who doesn't already have 9 in a top cupboard!), making the bouquet super affordable. It was our 2nd daughter's birthday, during the Christmas Holiday (so we like to help make her day special)... They were GORGEOUS!! And she was so happy! Her mom said they were great quality, and they lasted through the Holiday. I'll definitely buy from Bouqs again!

The winterberry bouquet that my mother received was lovely! But I noticed that it was missing the pine cones as shown in the sample pic; but what was missed was made up in sheer volume of other flowers!! She was very pleased! (I, however missed the pine cones- even tho she probably didn't know!??? Very nice job tho!!!?

The worst part about ordering Bouqs is narrowing down the selection! I’ve been a customer since day one, it’s beautiful to watch the business bloom! I love helping out farmers, not giant farms. The flowers were pretty and there were many blooms. Only half the blooms opened. The rest died. When I contacted customer service I was told they could open but may not! What the heck! Never heard back. Will not order from you again!

I ordered Three (3) Xmas wreaths and ALL were so pleased w/the unit. Arrived perfectly packed and they lasted for 2 + weeks. The design was tasteful, the foliage fresh, and the smell was 'Christmas'. Would def. recommend and will def. order again.

I was very satisfied with the way the company handled my order. However the flowers were noted as delivered by FedEx but my recipient never got them. So I really can't rate the quality of flowers or satisfaction with your product. I was very happy with the handling of my problem. It was almost a week before I could verify my mom's apartment complex had not mishandled the delivery and it was a missed delivery by FedEx. But when I submitted my request you quickly gave me a credit for the order.

There’s an inconsistency in the flowers. Sometimes the flowers are fresh and sometimes they arrive droopy. I think the difference is the shipping from the U.S. va. shopping from So. America. The orchids have always shown up fresh. They’re consistent.

I was sent flowers from Bouqs from a friend. They were so beautiful that now that's the only place I order from. I even treat myself sometimes with a bouquet because they are so beautiful. Their flowers are fresh, beautiful and they take care of their customers if there is an issue or they don't last as long as they should. The carrier sent the package to the wrong address, it was originally addressed to my fiance's workplace on our anniversary. I contacted The Bouqs Co. about the situation. They quickly sent a replacement this time to my home address, and when they arrived the flowers were just perfect. The mug was awesome, and it came with packets that helped the flowers live longer. They last over a month. We couldn't believe it.

The flowers I've received from Bouqs have been beautiful. I always get comments on how pretty they are as well as unusual in that there are often one or two types of flowers that you don't always see in bouquets. Additionally, the flowers last 10 to 14 days minimum! I add half of the powder to the first case of water and after that add water daily, as needed, and another sprinkle of powder. I highly recommend Bouqs to anyone looking to send someone a unique flower arrangement.

The roses are beautiful, my problem, difficulty to change subscription which include the number of roses in each delivery. If I order 4 doz you send 3 doz. I was very pleased with the flower arrangements I last purchased. I placed two orders within two weeks and they both arrived in good condition. The marigolds in one of the arrangements lasted a long time so I just kept changing the water and adding plant food. :-)

I ordered flowers for a friend in MI. I live in WA. I thought all was good and done but 5 days later I see an email from BOUQS that was sent 2 days after my order was put in. They had a issue with the pay. At this time it was already too late as my Groupon coupon had expired. The first time I tried to order I mistakenly pushed a wrong key and could not go back to finish my order. Poor website design. I lost $60 and my friend was quite disappointed that she didn’t get flowers.

The flowers arrived on time and were a big hit with my wife. There was a generous amount and they were big and well packaged. They were slightly dark around the edges of the petals but perhaps the very cold temperature caused that. Looking forward to another 11 deliveries.

I purchased three potted succulents as a gift for my niece in Florida. As it turned out, Bouqs Co. had three in cement pots that were JUST what I was looking for. My niece loved her gift. The only issue I had was that even though the succulents came from a farm in Florida - not far from Tampa, it took 5 days for delivery. Just seems that there is a glitch somewhere that might be fixed - or I am not aware of the logistics of getting a request for an order to the florist that will deliver. I was pleased with my purchase - and that is everything.

The flowers came on the designated day. They are beautiful and smell like heaven. They made my mother very happy on her 92nd birthday. I love using the subscription.... it makes everything easier. They are always packed very safely and you need sharp scissors or knife to get them out of the box.

I've given Bouqs several chances to earn and keep my business and they have failed so many times I've given up. Twice they missed the delivery dates, did not contact me to tell me that the order was delayed and didn't fix the problem until over a week after the birthday and holiday. A third time I used them the flowers arrived completely dead which was really disappointing.

I had a problem when a Christmas Bouqs was late getting to my recipient. Bouqs so very kindly sent another one AND gave me credit to buy a Bouqs for me. The Bouqs company, and especially their customer service team are the best. I placed an order a month in advance, only to find out that on the day they were supposed to be delivered, FedEx was delayed and they wouldn’t get there in time. I chatted with Bouqs, and they tried everything possible to secure me something that could be delivered that day. It didn’t end up happening, but they were so dedicated to helping me. I was really upset at first, but Bouqs issued me a full refund even though it wasn’t at all their fault. FedEx was horrible and their customer service people so rude. But not Bouqs. They were lovely. I did have a successful order with Bouqs previously, where they delivered a gorgeous bouquet exactly on time. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

My wife really loves the freshness of the flowers, they last weeks, and smell wonderful! We've used Bouqs since receiving an arrangement from our son and daughter in law. In the last 4 months alone we've used Bouqs 4 times and plan to continue. I like the flowers. However, what turns me off, is the price. If the flowers don't arrive in good condition, well it's very hard to justify the price. I do not have any recent photos to attach to this email.

The flowers I first ordered were very ugly and discolored. They looked very old and got uglier by the day. Then I had a reorder and those come in disgusting too. I would have had better roses if I went to a corner store!!! Very disappointed!!!

What a great service. A beautiful selection (think diversity of types and style) of flowers sent directly from the grower to your loved one or friend. I understand weather can be a factor that's out of our control and for that I'm not disappointed. It's the fact that I was never notified that my gift was delayed due to inclement weather. I had to contact Bouqs two days after the expected delivery date to find out what was going on. Sure I could've looked up the tracking number except I was never given one. Bouq's product is pure quality but I was very disappointed with the way a delay was handled.

Ultimately, I was happy with the experience, but I found placing the order very frustrating. Our executive assistant is on the account, but was working in New York and I kept asking for the emails to come directly to me so as not to bother him after the first one. He kept getting interrupted and having to forward them to me. If I could have jumped on a call to talk to someone, the whole process would have gone so much more quickly, as there was also an issue of availability with our order. The whole process was needlessly clunky.

My wife and I ordered flowers for a relative who had undergone cancer surgery but was home and Mobile. The flowers were delivered a day or two late and the delivery person did not ring the doorbell or make any attempt to notify the recipient the flowers were there. Consequently the flowers froze and looked horrible. I notified your company and you graciously agreed to replace them but I never got around to reordering because, the recipient told me the arrangement was very skimpy to began with. I gave you a neutral rating because your company offered to replace the order otherwise it would have been a one star rating. When I order flowers, I want a decent looking Bouquet or I don’t want to fool with them.

I had sterling service from this company. I only had one gripe and I am going to mention it here because I wish they would change their courier service. They use FedEx and I was VERY unhappy with the Fedex service. I paid for overnight service and it took them three days to deliver my bouquet to me. Not even an apology -- not even an offer to refund my shipping costs from Fedex -- NOTHING. Just delivery a whole day late which messed up the surprise I had for my friends in Missouri. But the Bouqs company did everything they should have done to get that Bouqs to me in time and I was very happy with their service. Fedex was another matter altogether.

The flowers bouquets that I receive, sometimes look frayed. However, once they go into the vase filled with water and preserving powder, they come alive. The flowers are beautiful and some bouquets are gorgeous. Bouqs is a reliable flowers company my family and myself use always.

The only good thing I have to say is that I received refunds for both late deliveries. I won't be ordering again. I'll support local florists instead. Using FedEx for fresh flower delivery has proven problematic. And that's that.

I subscribed to this service as a way to bring joy to my wonderful wife of 25 years. I have always invested in flowers as a way to show her that I am thinking of her even on the busiest or most mundane of days. This service seemed like a good idea. Unfortunately - most deliveries (to her office) are made late on Friday afternoons, and include a majority of Lilies. My wife likes every flower that grows - except lilies - they give her a headache and make her think of a funeral. And like many people - her work week is generally Monday-Friday, so a delivery on late Friday ensures no one will enjoy the flowers in her office over the weekend as they wilt into Monday.
I contacted the people at Bouq's regarding these concerns - I asked for no more lilies, and for a delivery earlier in the week, so that she might enjoy the flowers in her office. I was told that due to costs, most of the arrangements WOULD include lilies. But that I could upgrade to roses, and that they would make a note on my account to deliver on Tuesdays (closed on Monday). I upgraded to roses. The next delivery was Christmas week, and (of course) the arrangement was delivered at 4:50 pm on Dec 20th, eleven minutes before she would be out of the office for 12 straight days. Also - it was centered around lilies. The following delivery was made on FRIDAY, January 17th, at 5:01 pm, as we headed into a long weekend (MLK day). No lilies this time - but as we travelled that weekend - the arrangement slowly died while we were away.
There is zero chance I will renew this subscription, the Bouqs company, as far as I am concerned, is not in the business of infusing happiness into the lives of its customers. Additionally, as many people have inquired regarding my satisfaction - I will spread the word about my experience - and how frustrating and disappointing it has been. Finally - I did not seek out a forum for expressing my dissatisfaction with this service - an email arrived in my inbox asking for feedback. I do not expect to hear from Bouqs regarding this review, nor do I expect them to make any efforts to remedy my situation. I will simply be happy when the year is up.

The quality of flowers is a hit or miss. The problem is when it's a special occasion you only have one chance so rolling the dice becomes a concern. I like the ease of ordering flowers and you have always made the delivery date. Again, the quality isn't consistent.

I originally ordered from this company because I kept seeing adverts on Facebook, and one day I needed to send flowers to an ill family member. The flowers are gorgeous and come so carefully packaged! Customer Service is also good - one time I never got an email that the bouquets that I ordered had been shipped or delivered, and Customer Service immediately pulled up my account and rectified the situation. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because they are EXPENSIVE. I feel like the size of the small bouquets are a bit of a ripoff if there is not a sale, because you can buy bigger bouquets of similar quality in food stores and hand-deliver them yourself for A LOT LESS. Overall, I have and will order again, but will wait for sales/promotions.

Overall, I would say the service is great! There is always room for improvement but the customer service is excellent. While customer service was eloquent with their words they lied with their actions. At this stage in their business the company should have the basics covered but they do not. Their failure to follow up is a disappointment and tells me the company just does not care about the customer or they are in such chaos they are having trouble managing the basics. There are plenty of other choices to purchase flowers and plants from companies with good stories. Use the extra minute or two of research to find another company that actually will do what they promise instead of lie and make excuses. You will thank yourself later and the person who receives your thoughtful gift will appreciate you more.

I ordered flowers for my sister following a traumatic event. They said they shipped but then never got there. A week of waiting after they were supposed to arrive, I finally talked to customer service to find they had never even shipped. Customer service was very nice and refunded my order, but I was pretty unhappy with the experience. I wanted to get the flowers to her sooner and if they had said they hadn't shipped, instead of inaccurate shipping information, I could have contacted customer service or reordered and resolved the issue sooner. Since they said they had shipped I waited way longer than I would have. It was overall a stressful and unpleasant experience and I didn't even get flowers to my sister.

The flowers and customer service response wonderful! The selection not so much! I’d see gorgeous holiday and eclectic arrangements and what I could pick from was roses and same old same old. I was out of the country for my anniversary this year. I ordered my partner some flowers from the Bouqs several days in advanced with a guaranteed delivery date. That day came and went and no flowers showed up to my partner's house. The next day came and went and still no flowers. Finally, two days later they showed up. And rather than refund me the money, they gave me a gift certificate which I will assuredly not use.

The first time I ordered from Bouqs the flowers were nice (delivery was to CA). The second time I ordered flowers for my mother in CA she said the flowers weren't fresh and were wilted and dying. I tried a third time, this time delivery to VA, and the delivery person (FedEx) never even contacted the person (who was home, recovering from surgery) or knocked on the door. It was summer and the flowers would have wilted. Instead he left them with the management office. But he should have tried knocking on the door first. The management office didn't notify her of the flower delivery and we had a hard time tracking down where the flowers went. So after 3 times, I've given up ordering from Bouqs. There seems to be a delivery problem and the flowers aren't fresh.

Several years ago on a milestone birthday, I received an incredibly gorgeous Bouqs bouquet from a dear friend. It was a stunning combination of yellow tulips and irises. I'll never forget how that gift made me feel... So special!! As the blooms continued to open to their fullest over the next few days, they brought me such joy every morning. They stayed fresh a remarkably long time. In fact, a photo of that bountiful bouquet is my "screensaver" which continues to bring me pleasure to this day. :)
I would love to be able to send Bouqs bouquets to everyone dear to me, but as an almost 80-year old with limited resources, I'm not able to send many special gifts anymore. To stay within my limited budget, I need to "watch my pennies" as my mother used to say so greeting cards (often Ecards) have to suffice. Sending flowers is a luxury I truly can't afford except on rare occasions. So on one of those rare occasions, I know that Bouqs will never disappoint. I can trust that the dear person receiving one of your bouquets will feel as I did when the amazingly perfect tulips and irises arrived -- Very Special! The beauty of those blooms -- the artistic composition of colors and shapes--will bring joy for many days, or maybe like me... They'll even enjoy them for years.

It would be great if you could notify via email of their the expected date for their delivery thus giving the opportunity to postpone it. My last delivery was left outside for 3 days, and was frozen. The delivery prior to that was left for 2 days. I was only able to enjoy this arrangement for a few days.

I ordered 2 dozen roses not knowing that they ship them as one set of 12 at one length and the other set about 8" shorter. I wasn't able to use them like I wanted because of this and they didn't last any longer than the roses I buy at a grocery store or local florist. I subscribed to the largest bouquet to be sent monthly. Flowers were gorgeous. But they often arrived dying, and only lasted about three days before they were withered. I noticed that packaging did not include anything to keep the flowers hydrated/fed during shipping. Other services that I’ve used attached nutrient filled viles to the stems of the flowers. I was very disappointed, as I paid $60+ For bouquets that would last only a Few days. I was extremely frustrated and angry. Initially, I told my friends about how excited I was for the flower delivery service, since then, I’ve advised friends to avoid Bouqs.

I have sent to family and friends the tropical flowers. I have also received them. They are beautiful and the single bunch is quite adequate in amount. My flowers lasted a long time, I have used other flowers site. their Roses were nice but nothing special in the choices of flowers.

The company did take remedial action when provided with proof, either through refunds or credit. But, it has happened far too often. Out of the other orders, one was a day late and the others arrived with 100% completely dead flowers. A bouquet of roses was ordered and delivered to me with roses in 3 shades. The lavender ones were browning tips after just a day or two and now all the lavender ones are brown. The pink and white are beautiful, but something happened to the lavender.

Flowers always delivered on time, and in great condition. Beautiful! Their website is mostly user-friendly, and their support staff is very responsive although rarely needed. We have friends and relatives who have appreciated the quality product, and we feel the prices are quite reasonable, considering the distance they need to be sent. One slightly annoying feature of the site is that I have to remember to DELETE the option to include a vase, which I never need.

I like the idea of getting different bouquets each month and my wife certainly loves the 'suprise' aspect of it. However, more often than not, we have issues with the quality of the delivery (i.e., wilted flowers, broken off bulbs, etc.). The arrangements are always wonderful but there is definitely something missing from a freshness perspective that keeps this service from really "Wowing' me.

I sent flowers went to my mom for her 82nd birthday. They were delivered via FedEx. The driver didn’t knock or ring the doorbell, and instead placed the box on the first step of the large porch, leaving them in the hot July sun rather than placing them closer to the door and in the shade. I don’t know how long they were out there before they were discovered by my parents. What I do know is the flowers were wilted and she threw out about half of them.
I contacted customer care and was told that you needed a photo of the photos to do anything about it. Well, my 82 year old mom doesn’t have a cell phone with a camera so that wasn’t really feasible. After some back and forth, I was happy that the customer care team gave me a credit for the order, but I haven’t used it yet. After this experience, I will only use Bouqs when delivering to a home or office where I know somebody will be there to receive the flowers immediately upon delivery to avoid the issue experiences with my mom’s order.

I have a monthly subscription and the first 2-3 bouquets were great, since then it seems like the quality has been spotty. Some bouquets were very small, not a lot of variety, and 1 lasted less than a week before some were dying. Makes me wonder if subscription is worth it, if just chalked up as money you'll make anyway.

Every bouquet I received was absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend this company! I was so excited to see what flowers would be coming each month. The first arrangement I ordered from Bouqs was beautiful and lasted quite a long time. I was thrilled that I found a florist that actually sent exactly what you chose. However, the next time I ordered, the arrangement was so bad and flowers dying, I actually throw out the entire arrangement. I emailed Bouqs and they were great. They asked for pics which I sent and was given a credit for a future arrangement. I would definitely use this company again.

The Bouqs are beautiful creations but there are inconsistencies with the qualities since I've ordered same bouqs at different times. I've also experienced a partially wilted bouq which I sent to a friend. The customer service was helpful. The prices are a little high for the bouquets which is why I'm not 100% satisfied. Living in New York I can get bouquets for half as cheap from the various bodegas for my own home.

The second bouquet was a replacement for the first: a bunch of roses that fell apart very quickly. The second (non-rose) bouquet was in much better condition and lasted longer. So overall 4/5. You wanted photo documentation for the sad roses, but not everyone has smartphones. Still, you gave me the benefit of the doubt and I appreciate it.

I sent several pictures of flowers and was told the situation was normal, my flowers didn't last a week. I sent emails with pictures on day 3 and day 5. I had blooms that never opened and blooms that died. I don't think we will be making any further purchases through your site. Always very fresh, beautiful flowers that lasted a long time. Ordered for birthdays, Christmas and other holidays last year. Product just ok - but customer service good. This was a gift from my daughter. I was to get flowers every month for a year. I must say I was a bit disappointed. On average half of the deliveries were not good or had major issues. I will say that customer service was understanding and helpful in the remediation of the issues.

Vivid, Bright and Beautiful Flowers. What I love the most about Bouqs is that the flowers aren't what you would typically see at your local florist. Last year for my birthday a friend sent me flowers, and when they arrived the majority of them were brown, or wilted. I put what I could salvage from the bouquet in water and by the next day the majority were dead. I did call the company and they wanted to send me new flowers. Since I wasn’t sure if they would be any better, I just asked them to refund my friend his money, which they did it was just a really disappointing experience.

My daughter gave me a monthly membership, for Mother's Day. The first flowers were beautiful white roses. Literally, all of the rest of them were common, grocery-store 3 dollar alstroemeria. I would NEVER recommend Bouqs. I took the time to complain but no one seemed to care. Very bad service.

I ordered a bouquet of Amaryllis for the holidays, I had received a gorgeous bouquet as a gift a couple of years ago, which was stunning and lasted for weeks.. Sadly, this one was dead within 5 days, some of the blossoms never opened, etc. and overall awful. I've attached a photo for you. I followed the instructions exactly as written. This order was a credit since my niece had sent me a bouquet of sunflowers earlier which also died soon after arrival. I will no longer be ordering flowers from Bouqs.com. I am committed to supporting the farmers, but your products don't meet my standards.

I was slightly disappointed with the time it took to get the last 2 orders (a week). Also, one of the orders only lasted 3 days. Normally, flowers last about a week. Overall, the quality of the flowers are outstanding. I have both received and sent Bouqs.com flowers. I am most impressed by the multicolored roses. Thank you.

I always have an amazing experience with the Bouqs. I've only had an issue with the flowers once and it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Ordered a bouquet for my daughter-in-law’s birthday. She sent me a picture and it looked like a hot mess compared to the photo in your website. I contacted customer service and was told that the fillers were slightly different but that it was otherwise as pictured. Only when I pointed out that you guarantee satisfaction did the representative offer to replace it and made it clear this was a one time only arrangement. I found her attitude to be demeaning. The bouquet was then replaced. I don’t plan to order from your company again.

I don't have order numbers, but have ordered multiple times. My experience with flowers sent to California has been great, but sending elsewhere would fall in the very unhappy category...therefore, neutral. Both quality of product & containers great in CA, horrible in VA. Customer service was OK, not great, in resolving the issue. Requiring photos, etc., can be difficult when you've sent something to someone.

This is a good company because I do not have to remember when to send flowers on mother's day and birthdays. The flowers, for the most part, are good. On occasion the Bouqs has 1 or 2 bad flowers and the company usually refunds me. That is some good customer service.

The bouquet was left out in the heat. No notice I had received them until the sender called. They were completely wilted—but not from the heat (hadn’t been that long). They were trashy tulips that never should have been sent out!! I made a complaint—everyone was very nice. However I had to send pics—sent them but somehow they were never received. Advised to send them again—did not have time and gave it up. My theory is Bouqs makes a lot of money on sending bouquets like this. When I would tell people what happened everyone had the same story so I would never recommend this company!!

I ordered flowers for a colleague and they arrived promptly and bloomed beautifully. Luckily I had a coupon code so the shipping was discounted. The arrangements can be a bit pricey for the amount of flowers but all in all they were very pretty. I would recommend adding a few more stems to the small bouquet or lowering the price a bit.

Sent flowers to my daughter-in-law for her birthday. A few stems were broken and some appeared old. Complained to the company. On the positive side they gave me a credit. On the negative side they should have sent her new flowers. Instead I had to use another flower company to deliver fresh flowers.

Beautiful flowers within time delivery, good prices and no surprises at checkout with upcharges or extra delivery fees like some others. See the price to pay as you order. The flowers delivered the last few orders looked way different than the pictures and very low quality. The last two looked like a dozen flowers you can pick up from the grocery store. This is unfortunate because the first couple orders were very nice. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because I received a refund.

Flowers too expensive for very little, by the time they get there they were practically dead. I don't know if maybe they need to find another way of securing freshness of flowers. I get the same thing and was charged for 3.99 at Trader Joe's and they last more than a couple days.

I sent flowers to my sister in the hospital. She was undergoing chemo treatments. Her husband, my brother in law had died just one month prior. Your order form is RIDICULOUSLY STUPID and does not allow for a hospital delivery. I did a chat before submitting the order. I did EXACTLY what your staff told me to do. The flowers never arrived and I never received notification that the FedEx guy had trouble finding the [largest hospital in Chicago]. Even worse, when I called to complain, your people were rude, unapologetic. DISGUSTING. DISGUSTING service. I will NEVER use you again and I shared this sentiment/experience on all social media platforms.

There is no reason why you shouldn't use the Bouqs over your local dealer. I was skeptical about getting flowers shipped to me off a volcano, but they are so big and beautiful. I get flowers for my wife, mother, and in-laws regularly and the bouqs just takes all the guesswork out of it.

I use Bouqs because the flowers are always beautiful and they use domestic farmers. Additionally the choices for arrangements are varied and more pleasing and organic than other places. I use Bouqs for family birthdays, or special just because occasion flowers and I am never disappointed. The only thing I wish that they had more of are Sunflowers because they are such a happy flower. I definitely reccomend Bouqs for flowers!

Bouqs is very good about communicating with their customers and offering solutions. In this order, my 87 year old mom didn't hear the doorbell. They communicated the missed delivery, and FedEx redelivered the next day when a caregiver was present. If the flowers are not up to snuff, they happily offer a credit in its place for next time.

I used a coupon from Gilt to order flowers several months ago. The selection available was very limited and when the flowers arrived the “double” size was meager. My flowers lasted less than 7 days. I would not order again. I have sent flowers to others as a gift and now would never chance it.

Horrible flowers, just horrible. What was delivered was not anything like the picture I ordered from. This happened to me twice. I will never ever use them again. I got a credit the first time and decided to give them another try. Ordered again a few months later and the same thing happened. After much back and forth with them, I finally got a credit for the full amount. Still, I will never order from them again.

My husband ordered flowers for my birthday and they were rotten upon arrival. Things happen, okay - but they would not refund, only gave us a credit. Should have been a refund. No questions asked. We are wary of using the service, and that just cinched the detail. I have ordered from Bouqs for several years - not anymore. Andrea

Ordered flowers 2 different times, and both were in terrible condition when they arrived. Even though I received a credit both times, I am afraid to send more. Would rather get my money back so I can go to my other florist who always do a great job. The first time I understand getting a credit, but the second time, a refund should be an option.

Been buying flowers from you for 3 years now. I’m usually happy. My fav flower is rose lily. I send flowers a lot as well, I am almost used to there is no one to speak to. In Oct you sent my niece flowers the next day? Not on her birthday. That’s unacceptable. But for the most part everyone is nice and flowers are usually lovely.

I cancelled my subscription with Bouqs that I used to send my mother monthly flowers. Initially the quality was very good but after a few months the bouquets became more anemic and flowers were wilted or already brown in some areas, dead in a couple of days. Very disappointing...somewhere along the line you all must have changed who you source from or did something different with the way you fulfill orders. I subscribed to another service for my mother and have been quite happy so far.

I love the flowers itself. The subscription was great. But when I accidentally ran into a gap of using my subscription because I accidentally had the wrong cc number in the system, the very last lady who helped me via internet was rude. Very emotionally detached and condescending with her virtual wording, like I was some sort of undocumented immigrant or something when I’ve been here in America all my life and my family down the line, with my father that served the US Air Force for 20 years. I deactivated my subscription because of that and only order for special occasions now.

I ordered twice from Bouqs and both times the flowers were dead. The roses were falling off the stems. I would never order again based on my experience. I did get my money back which I appreciate. Maybe my location is not good for the company but that should be clear.

My experience with flowers from Bouqs has been outstanding until this last order. The sunflowers came unopen, as is normal with all flowers we get from you. Only these sunflowers took a long time to open, and when they did they did not open fully and they did not last long. Also, the accompanying background flowers did not all open and they dried up quickly. I don’t expect to order sunflowers from bouqs ever again. Total disappointment. I have posted nice bouqs arrangements on Twitter, this time I didn’t even want to take a pic of the flowers.

I had a subscription for my mother for over a year. She absolutely loved receiving the bouquets which we always fresh and superb. They lasted longer than any other flowers that I had ever sent her and were always different. Really high quality and great service. I cannot recommend enough.

My daughter told me she had used Bouqs when she lived in Denver and since I needed a gift for a friend in Denver, I decided to use them. Unfortunately, I’ve only seen pictures of the first bouquet but she loved it! The same friend had to be hospitalized a few weeks later, so I went through Bouqs again, and again she was very happy. I’ll definitely keep using them in the future.

I always have an amazing experience with the Bouqs. The only time I have ever had an issue with the flowers it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I give them as gifts and I usually send them to myself as well. I especially love the ranunculus and white roses.

Everyone always has very positive things to say about the flowers. When I order, the site asks me if I want to sign up. I say yes, I fill out every field and then it tells me there is a glitch and to try back later. I have reported this to customer service and not heard anything.

I ordered flowers for my sister for Christmas. She was home when the flowers arrived so they did not sit out on the porch yet the bouquet was wilted. After a week of emails back and forth the company sent a replacement. Sadly, the replacement flowers were also brown and wilted. If I could attach the pictures sent from my sister to this review I would to show the poor quality. Then customer service argued with me about issuing a refund. The whole process was disappointing from start to finish. Highly recommend using a different service if you send flowers.

Every time I order from Bouqs, I am never disappointed with the quality of the flowers. The recipients LOVE them. The flowers are vibrant, high quality flowers that last a long time. I also greatly appreciate the variety of bouquets from which to choose as I always find one that is perfect for the occasion and the recipient. I will continue to order from Bouqs. The order was delivered at the promised time and was full of quality flowers that hadn't opened up yet. They opened up, looking beautiful throughout the entire week of Christmas while everyone was home from work to enjoy them. They din't cost too much and were a great value for the price; One of the many reasons I always come back to Bouqs.

Always a great experience with ordering flowers from Bouqs. All the recipients I send to said the flowers are so pretty and last a while as well. Which is such great news as other companies I have bought from flowers would not last or never open or just were filler flowers and never match the image. Disappointed - Spent nearly $70 for a friend to receive 5 unhealthy tulips, this was so embarrassing. The bouquet was called "Strength" and was supposed to have "20 mixed fancy tulips". I would spend your $ elsewhere.

My husband ordered flowers for a friends family whose mother just passed. He ordered 2 days before, and ordered the wrong one. We called customer service and they said that they would refund us, in fact we received an email saying that we would be refunded. So we re-ordered the flowers we wanted. We never received our refund, and when we called they said that it was in their policy that they don’t give refunds within 3 calendar days of the delivery date. If we had known this we would have NOT re-ordered or cancelled and kept the wrong flowers...
I really wanted to like Bouqs because I hate using 1800Flowers and Pro Flowers. But they are not any better than them. Just terrible service and conflicting messages. We are working with our credit card company right now to get this issue resolved instead. I say call local florists near your delivery location instead of dealing with this OR what I have now done is do 2 hour. Delivery from Costco $30 for TWO fresh bouquets.

I am a long time Bouqs customer going back to the beginning of 2016 and have placed 30+ orders with them. Several of my most recent orders have had issues such as FLOWERS DAMAGED, FLOWERS OF POOR QUALITY, MISSING FLOWERS... As an organization BOUQS DOES NEED A LOT OF HELP. There is apparently NO QUALITY ASSURANCE when it comes to orders going out to customers. Bouqs needs to get their QA and level of customer service in check to show they are a company that actually cares enough about their customers to make sure their orders are correct and of good quality. As of now, they have shown me they don't care about the customer. I hate to write this bad review, but BOUQS truly deserves it. Goodbye and I hope your service improves for future customers.

Hi, I have a subscription delivery service to send flowers to my mom every month. They were delivered per fedex on 12/31. With the holidays I never realized my mom didn’t text me a thank you upon receiving them. When I asked her she said she had not received it. I contacted Peter ** Today and he was wonderful about replacing them. I just want to say it was so nice to just have them replaced and not jump through 1000 hoops. After my interaction today, I will definitely be extending my subscription service another year. So easy and my mom loves your flowers!! Thank you!

This company needs to explain why their delivery person The person who delivered to us on Christmas Eve pepper sprayed our 10 lb Jack Russel terrier who does not bite. It is a good thing one of us was home to wash it out of her eyes because she would have been suffering for hours if we hadn't. We have never had a delivery person do anything like this before and it is absolutely unacceptable. It is still early so there will probably be more dogs that get pepper sprayed by this person before the day is over.

In response to my order it stated I would be contacted when it was shipped! It was not shipped on that day and was never contacted! I had to send an email to them for them to tell me it was held up in customs! In another email they said they were sorry and I could track it with a FedEx tracking number which I still have not received! They said also that I would be entitled to a 20% discount on my next order and I replied that they should take 20% off this order for the aggravation and still have not heard from! Heck of a way to run a business!

My first order was excellent. I really appreciate the variety of flowers and the unusual arrangements offered. The prices are a little higher than other companies, but worth it for the quality. This was my second order and was sent as a get well gift. The flowers were really lovely and very fresh. I was disappointed, however, that I paid for a glass mason jar and they were delivered in a white plastic looking vase that I specifically did not want. I would still order through Bouqs again but may do a live chat to confirm that the flowers will arrive with the correct vase.

The flowers were delivered in just two days and lasted for two full weeks! I was very impressed with the quality of the flowers and my grandma got to enjoy them for two weeks. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have flowers delivered to a family member or friend.

I have been sending my mother the Farmers Market bouquet monthly for over a year now. It would be awesome if the flowers would come with a card listing the species of flowers in the bouquet. She is an avid Gardener and would thoroughly enjoy the bouquet even more if she knew the species.

My wife suggested the subscription service for my mother as a Christmas present last year. Best. Present. Ever! It was to continue this year, but we had an issue with an expired card on file.
