I ordered the Lemonade flower arrangement. Placing an order was easy. The Lemonade flower arrangement was exactly what I ordered. It was a special gift for a friend and second mother who turned 100 years old. It was a joy to see the smile on her face when she received the Lemonade bouquet on her birthday.

So many choices to pick from with options for anybody. It was easy for me to pick a favorite, simple to add something if I chose to, and it was great being able to pick the exact delivery date I wanted. And once the flowers arrive, the magic begins. I love watching the transformation from buds to full blooms over a week (or three). As long as I follow the cutting instructions and change the water they last a long time.

Beautiful flowers monthly at a good price point, customer service at your fingertips. This is what you get when you choose a monthly or (anytime you like) subscription from Bouqs. The idea of gifting yourself flowers because you are worth it is a very good idea and I am so happy I thought enough to do it! I believe flowers raise your spirits and I know they make me happy. Don't stop loving yourself! In this world where we do so much for so many others, take the time to stop and smell the flowers. You are worth it!

I have been ordering flowers at least once a year for various occasions for many years. The arrangements are always delivered on time with care. When I saw your episode on Shark Tank years ago I fell in love with your concept. To have quality flowers from such beautiful farms AND with free shipping (at the time) was a great find! I've enjoyed sending a variety of bouquets for a variety of people and everyone is stunned by how pretty the flowers are and how great they smell. I was looking for a spring bouquet for my daughter as she was unable to join our family Easter celebration. I couldn't find delivery for a ranunculus bouquet. She loves ranunculus! Usually perfect bouquets. This time sunflowers in arrangement was dead. This was the first time this has happened as I have been very happy in the past. I would recommend Bouqs to friends as the quality of flowers are almost always perfect. Fresh and lovely. This time was the only disappointment I have had.

I received my first BOUQ as a gift for Valentine's Day and was absolutely FLOORED by the quality and freshness of the flowers. When I received them, they were at a 'almost ripe' stage, similar to buying a Green banana and waiting for it to ripen to a perfect yellow. So when I placed the Valentine's Bouq in water, the Stargazer lillies fully bloomed in front of my eyes and the rest of the flowers opened right up. I loved them so much I had to order a Bouq as a Thank You gift for coworkers to share the love. I will certainly be ordering again from this company with the added benefit that there are a ton of email coupons if you sign up for that list.

My wife was pleased with the arrangement. The delivery was timely. However, someone must make sure that the stems are cut and placed in fresh water or follow the directions as to whether the flowers should be placed warm water or cold water.

Bouq’s flowers are fresh picked and long lasting. If water is changed, as suggested. I also trim the stems. On average the bouquet lasts 10 or more days. My daughter sends me a bouquet every month (Christmas gift). Every month the flowers are different and vary with the season.

There were a couple issues with delivered order but Janilla handled it to my satisfaction making me a future return customer. Excellent customer service! Flowers are healthy and beautiful. I love also that the company is concerned about the environmentally friendly manner in which the flowers were grown.

I ordered the “Grateful” plant for my plant-loving sister after her surgery. Most other plant/flower delivery companies I’ve used before (“most popular”companies) were a serious disappointment. Not like the pictures at all, and not nearly as fresh as promised. My sister’s plant from Bouqs arrived early and was actually larger and more healthy and more beautiful than the picture! I will NEVER order from any other company than Bouqs!!!

I requested delivery on the last day of our cruise for my wife’s birthday. The flowers were delivered the day before. I received a notice saying so. I saw them delivered on my cameras. I finally found a neighbor to pick them up. We were delayed getting home for two days. When we did, our newborn dropped the flowers off. When she opened the box, the flowers were fine and beautiful. I will see how long they last for my final test. I feel, as I’m looking at them, they will last longer than expected. Which will make me continue to purchase from Bouqs.

My husband of 19 years is a clod and rarely remembers or cares to do anything. This year was worse because I've been awaiting disability since back when covid started and he got let go 4 months ago. This was my first time ordering from Bouqs. I had considered other companies (1800 flowers, flowers.com) which I have ordered from many occasions, but they were coming up short on both pricing and appeal. I remembered Bouqs from an ad and decided to check them out. I LOVED the selection. Absolutely stunning variety and I had a very difficult time choosing - I wanted one of each! I landed on the bouquet with the succulents that can be plants once the blooms faded away. I LOVE this idea! So innovative and NEW - I have never seen such a thing.
The flower arrived and were absolutely gorgeous and just as they were pictured. I am not in a position financially to subscribe for the monthly flower delivery, but I plan to eventually. I love the idea of a flower subscription - this is also something new that I've never seen before. I could continue raving, but I think I'll run out of characters :). Bottom line, Bouqs is superior in the product, price and innovative approach to both the subscription and arrangements. The communications are also playful and fun. I will be a repeat customer for life and will happily never look back at the other options out there. Thank you!!

This was the worst experience I've ever had purchasing flowers. I ordered THREE different bouquets for Valentine's Day, and NOT ONE arrived before 4 p.m., and two arrived after 5 p.m. I expressed concern about the late deliveries, suggesting that Bouqs make a determined effort to alert customers that their "special day" delivery actually might be a "special night" delivery, but I received neither compassion nor help from customer service — just a "Sorry, we'll pass along your concerns" message (times three). The flowers were adequate — nothing special — but very expensive, and all I got to show for my money was three late bouquets and a classless response from customer service. I will NEVER order from this abysmal company again.

Spent a lot of time with Bouqs' customer service who couldn't care less, never apologized, and offered no resolution. I am done with Bouqs.

When I first opened my bouquet of roses I wasn't very impressed with the way they looked but after taking them out and putting them in water within a couple hours they opened up and were absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Now I have had them for over a week and today is the first day that any of them have started to wilt. Over a week is a long time for cut flowers to stay as beautiful as these have. Like I said I wasn't that impressed upon first opening though I was still excited about coming home to flowers on my porch that I had actually forgot I had even ordered.

When I send flowers, I want the recipient to love them. I ordered ranunculus, which are my daughter's favorite, but they are not easy to find. Bouqs had them! My daughter was beyond happy and she loves them, so Bouqs met my goal.

Gorgeous plant just as shown in the website. Great quality, delivered on the date promised, and my wife was both surprised and delighted with the gift. Price was good and actually great for the overall experience. Selection at Bouqs website is outstanding and provides many options. My flowers arrived on time in sturdy packaging that kept the flowers safe and secure. When I unboxed them they were as beautiful as I had hoped they would be and only continue to bloom and become more lovely every the day. I wanted to send flowers to a woman returning home from the hospital with her newborn so I went to the immediately available arrangements, and chose one. At the checkout, they added a $40 delivery fee (beware) without any warning. I decided to go ahead but 5 days later the flowers still hadn't been delivered. When I contacted Bouqs they informed me that it would be another 5 days and then 2 days later they added yet another 4 days so the immediate delivery would have taken at least 12 days to deliver! I've asked for a refund but haven't received a reply. Don't order from this horrible company. Their customer service is horrendous.

Kelwin A. was wonderful in answering my questions about color/stem substitutions in my January Subscription. Overall the arrangement is very beautiful, it just wasn't what I was expecting when compared to the photo of "wanderlust" because a few key stems and colors were adjusted. He explained that farmers make similar substitutions when certain stems aren't available, which I can appreciate. All in all, I am looking forward to my February subscription and am certain that although it may not be EXACTLY like the photo, it will be beautiful.

This flower delivery service has been the best one I ever used. Blooms always arrived in great condition and were loved for many weeks by the recipients. When I went to cancel the service for budgetary reasons, Bouqs did not fight me, or try to keep my money. Instead, they understood and quickly helped me cancel. I received a gorgeous bouquet from a friend and wanted to use Bouqs to send my mother in law flowers for her birthday. I ordered a Bouq to be delivered prior to a funerary service and the delivery driver did not leave the package without someone to accept it so the flowers did not get there on time. I ordered sympathy flowers for a friend whose mother passed. Leading up to the order I must have been stressed because I left off the apartment number. When the flowers were set to be delivered, I was out of town for an extended period of time and FedEx wasn't able to deliver them. The flowers died by the time I was able to retrieve the missing info, so I reached out to explain the situation. Not only did Bouqs make sure that FedEx did not re-attempt delivery of the dead flowers, but they also worked with me on a replacement, which they did not have to do at all! This is a solid company that really does care!

I've been using their subscription for about a year now. I love that I can manage it online, and only once have I had an issue (I had to update CC info) and contacting customer service was quick and easy. The flowers are always gorgeous and good quality, and with proper care they last 2.5 weeks or more depending on the variety. ❤️

I send flowers to friends and family constantly and every time, the recipients and I are extremely happy. Flowers always look amazing, and it's what you order.. with a small exception, once in a great while if there is difficulty getting a specific flower. Russel was very helpful helping me manage to get a Thanksgiving bouquet to my family in time for Thanksgiving despite me not unsnoozing my subscription in time. He quickly provided the link of my choices in order to get it there in time and gave me a terrific discount too! He unsnoozed me in time to have flowers sent in time for Christmas. My daughter loves the flowers and the great quality. We have florists in the family so are pretty discerning about our flowers. I had a delivery issue with some flowers I ordered and after a second delay notice I contacted customer service for help. Upon checking the details, the agent (Carmela) helped me realize I had made an error in the shipping address. As it had been more than 5 days since the flowers shipped, the agent offered to re-send the order with new flowers to the recipient. This was not what I expected when I contacted them and I am more than pleased with the support I received. Once I realized the error was mine I had no expectations of help. This level of customer service is beyond what 99,99% of companies provide. The flowers were beautiful and truly brightened the day for my recipient. Thank you!

This past summer I had won a contest with the oui product and had bouquet of flowers sent to myself. When I received them I was delighted with them. They were beautiful roses. White and cream with pink edges and just absolutely gorgeous. I did everything as was supposed to and set them all up Only to find the next morning that all of them had drooped. It is if they stood there were dropping their heads in sadness. And I didn’t know why. I was heartbroken. It took me a little while but I did decide to contact BOUQS And relate what happened to them just so they could make sure it didn’t happen to someone else. I spoke to Marvin S. He was a very sweet and very personable and very kind. He understood what I was trying to say and how I felt. He resolved the issue very comfortably and completely. I walked away very happy and satisfied also knowing that they will check into this and find out why it happened and make sure it never happens again.
They also treated me very well and put a smile on my face with a promo code for a future purchase. I look forward to using it and hoping that things turn out right. Looking at all their work and how beautiful the arrangements are I can’t help but think that this was a quirk and will not happen again. Thank you again BOUQS and Marvin S for making my day.

Amazing experience with my first agent and second (I got disconnected the first time). I had sent my best friend flowers for her help with my wedding, set to arrive on the 12. Sadly her grandfather died yesterday so she is going to California for several weeks starting today so she wouldn’t enjoy the flowers at all. So this afternoon my monthly Bouqs subscription/floral arrangement arrived. My fiancée committed to giving me fresh flowers at least once a month, and after using several florists, we decided that Bouqs was by far, the best florist out there in terms of the quality of product, sustainable, responsibly-sourced flowers, and ease of being in the monthly subscription program. So this afternoon I open up my floral arrangement to find two dozen white roses - they're beautiful! Except I kept finding all of these leaves with holes in them. Holes like perhaps a caterpillar or something had been munching on the leaves. And I started counting how many leaves were like that, and lost count after seven, but there were a few more after that.
In addition, there were several petals that had the same munched-on or torn edges, and/or had green and brown-edged flower petals. (Not the guard petals). Overall, these roses were just not the Bouqs quality I am used to. Frankly, I could have gone down the street to my local grocer and bought two dozen white roses for $15 less, but with better quality. So I snapped a couple of pictures and left it at that until later in the evening. I'm a nurse caring for a mother who is currently on hospice, so I didn't expect to do anything with those pictures, and planned on giving the arrangement to my mom. But then I changed my mind.
I went online and went to the customer service chat. I chatted with a fellow by the name of Russel, who was VERY apologetic. And I told him, basically that these are first-world complaints, so I did not really want to complain as much as send them an FYI, in the event other customers also complained. I mean, I even looked beneath the leaves to see if there was a caterpillar or something, munching on these leaves. Anyway, he listened to my issue, and made a note of it on my account. He then did something so unexpected, but yet so very much appreciated. He allowed me to pick another arrangement on their dime. Completely free, in order to make up for this month's bouquet not living up to the Bouqs standards.
He reviewed my documentation of the pictures I'd taken and sent to him, and determined that they were sufficient evidence of everything I was saying, and was doing everything he could to make it right. Again, I didn't want to complain as much as just let them know that this month's bouquet just didn't meet the usually high Bouqs standards. He listened, sympathized, and went over and beyond to make it right. So I picked out a bouquet that I'm going to gift to my mom to place in her room near her hospital bed where I currently care for her. I hope it brightens up the room some, and puts a much-needed smile on her face.
I sincerely thanked Russel for his excellent customer service, and I really do appreciate him going over and above my expectations. I also appreciate that Bouqs gives their customer service reps the autonomy to do what he did. Few things are as annoying as a customer service representative who must go through a handful of supervisors in order to make something right for a customer. So, yeah, I would highly recommend Bouqs to anyone and everyone I talk to about florists. Between the excellent quality of merchandise to the outstanding customer service, Bouqs has come to be our favorite place to order fresh flowers that are responsibly-sourced, which is important to us. I just received my first subscription bouq, and while FedEx treated it very poorly, it still arrived in really good condition, with only a few of the roses needing several petals removed. This is a testament to the heartiness of the flowers and the protectiveness of the packaging. My delivery showed delivered by FedEx, but the image of the house was not correct. I also contacted my recipient and she had not located the delivery box. I contacted customer service via chat and they were very helpful. They found the order, but said it was delivered to the correct address despite the wrong fedex photo and my recipient not locating the package. They sent a replacement bouq as a convenience and said they would look into the incorrect fedex photo. About an hour later, my recipient located her package and I reached out to customer service again to let them know the package had been located. They asked about the condition of the flowers, and upon confirmation that they were in good condition, cancelled the complimentary replacement bouq. They were both helpful and patient.

Russel was very helpful with my issues today. I have been having trouble with my subscription as we are moving and closing escrow and our dates got pushed. We have been loyal customers since Bouqs was a company. I don't love that the flowers are delivered w/o water in a hot FedEx truck in warmer months but they do arrive quickly. Usually they are so fresh. They perk up again after being put in water. There have been times when the flowers died too soon and Bouqs credited us. Not their fault - it has to do w/ suppliers. But the customer service is beyond. They stand by their products and they always try to make it right. We even have a membership so we can get flowers monthly. They can be a bit pricey but it's the cost for convenience and quality.

I contacted customer service because I sent a bouq as a gift, and the recipient wasn't home to receive it, but the delivery driver wouldn't leave the flowers, so the delivery kept getting delayed. Customer service let me know that the package didn't require a signature, but it was up to the driver to leave the package or not, so they couldn't resolve that aspect. Instead, they offered to send a replacement that would arrive fresh, and offered me helpful tips for how to avoid this happening again. It's the first time I've had any issues with a delivery after more than a year of being a subscriber and a customer for more than two years! Friendly and courteous customer service -- I'm happy with how it was resolved.

The flowers came wilted and brown and with no water. I get why they are trying to do that however....it's not the best for the beautiful flowers. When checking out the system asked if I would like to “update” the address I put in. I agreed because it appeared I was only changing ‘Lane’ to ‘Ln’ but in reality it actually knocked off my delivery address house numbers as well! Oops. After two emails (including photo) to your company regarding this arrangement with no response to either, I started a chat today with Russell A. and explained that the arrangement received by my relative was not what I ordered...no daisies, no pink roses. He explained that farmers sometimes have to substitute to get close to the company's designed arrangement. It was quite a disappointment when I received a photo of what was ordered. Although Russell offered me a 50% discount on my next order (which I didn't want to accept because I probably will not order again), I asked if the company could just send another arrangement. Russell agreed to make that happen. It took from Aug. 6 to Aug. 15 to get attention and some kind of resolution. Very very disappointing.

Most of my flowers arrived dead. The service rep helped me by sending a replacement bouquet in a few days. They arrived in great condition. The service rep was very kind and understanding. I would recommend the company. Thank you.

Carmela helped me to upgrade my bouquet order and change the card after the edit window closed. I really appreciated her help making my parents’ 63rd anniversary even more special. The bouquets are always beautiful and I love having the subscription so I can plan ahead.

Kelwin was super helpful in assisting me with adjusting my bouquet type for my first subscription order. I wasn't able to do it on my own, but he took the time to change it for me & let me know what I had to do for future orders.

This month's bouq for my mom arrived dead and she was very sad -- she really looks forward to her flower day every month! I wasn't quite sure how to handle it and Bryan was just perfect! The representative I chatted with was very thoughtful and gave her condolences for my parents' dog passing away and for the flower delivery delays, caused by FedEx. She also got me an equivalent credit for future purchases with Bouqs.

I do wish the site would recognize that I already have an account as I couldn't remember. Anyway, turns out there is discounted shipping. I chatted with customer service and received a refund for the difference. It was super easy to get my issue resolve. This is my second order with Bouqs. My mom loved the first one so I got her another bouquet for her birthday.

I purchased the flowers as a guest b/c I missed the sign in. Kelwin was super helpful to get me enrolled after the order, but I understand I missed the shipping discount -- but minutes. Would have appreciated a credit on the shipping costs since I'm enrolled now. Can give review after my sister get her get healthy flowers.

Elijah showed cared and concern for my circumstances. I was devastated when he told me my order couldn’t be altered but he immediately offered to replace my bouquet and send to the correct address. My 83 year old aunt, who is recovering from liver cancer surgery, will be delighted to enjoy her bouquet on the 10th of this month.

I received a subscription delivery without being notified they had substituted, only a order confirmation and shipping notification that I didn’t check because the one 4 days prior had the correct order listed! I would have just chosen to skip or picked something else. :) Kelvin A. Was very helpful in explaining this and I understand substitutions happen but I wasn’t notified and given a choice of that substitute! It was for my daughter's Birthday. :)

I received plants as a gift, and was not sure how to care for them. Carmela answered my questions quickly and clearly. I now feel confident that I can care for my plants. It was a very easy process. I would suggest to Bouqs to leave care instructions with their plants going forward.

You have the best customer service! First time I’ve had a problem with delivery of flowers.... Even thou it was an error due to FEDEX it was handled and replaced to go out ASAP. Both people I chatted with were very professional and took care of the problem promptly!

There was a delay in our order, it was the first time this has happened since we started this subscription and I got concerned because it’s been so consistent so I reached out and the rep was so very helpful and and advised that order was delay with FedEx. She even provided a 20% discount for our next subscription for our inconvenience. Just an all around pleasant experience.

I received my monthly subscription Bouqs today in a box that was extremely damaged and this extended to the arrangement inside. I was very upset and immediately contact Bouqs Customer Service. They were ultra accommodating and professional from the start. They immediately processed a replacement Bouq to be sent out to me and I am hopeful that this one will be the charm!

I had signed up for a subscription service with bouqs.com and I had a question of my first shipment. The subscription order looked like it was sending a bouquet of roses, which was not what I wanted to send to a friend. The rep was able to help me sort things out and get me a bouquet that was appropriate to send to that friend.

I had recently placed an order and then found out the recipient would not be home for the delivery and needed to change the date. I contacted customer service to help make the change and ensure I received the original order discount. Carmela was quick and pleasant and was able to fix the order for me.

I tried other companies before but the flowers from Bouqs are always so beautiful and lasts much longer. I had an issue with my most recent delivery where it was delayed and damaged. The customer service was topnotch and so helpful!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend recovering from surgery. When she sent me the picture, it was completely different from what I had ordered. I paid $84 for a Deluxe bouquet, with an added vase, spending a total of $119.94. When I reached out to customer service, they pointed out a note on the description that is deceptively hidden from customers on the actual website. You have to click on "read more" and it states "Please note: Photos show are examples of this style. Flower types and floral design will vary based on regional availability as well as your local artisan florist’s own interpretation." With this note, I would have expected variation from the picture, but what my friend was received even remotely close to the picture- completely different set of flowers, colors, etc. Honestly, it looked like a bouquet that I could have easily just picked up myself from my local grocery store, and not one I paid a $120 for.
The agent I chatted with through the Company's website was of complete no use, and just kept copying + pasting prompts, and the same one, as it was clear to me that this is likely a recurring complaint and problem with customers. When I asked what the point of was even having different pictures and price points when the product being delivered was completely different, the question was ignored. This was my first time ever ordering from this Company and will never do so again. I have attached images of what the website photo shows and what was delivered to my friend. Completely different, not even a same "theme"- different flowers, colors, etc.
