I love this arrangement! I have sent it to two different people and both loved it. I got to see the second one in person and it is, indeed, lovely. The anemones and ranunculi are gorgeous! The first time I ordered, I wanted it delivered as soon as possible; the second time, I scheduled a few weeks in advance. Both delivered as promised. As always, nice job, Bouqs!

I have been ordering from the Bouqs for gifts for years now. The quality, delivery, and selection has been unparalleled for the price. I have never had an order go wrong or someone unhappy with their Bouq. I also love the ability to see which farmer I am supporting and how many are women. The tropical arrangements and succulents are unique and well received. I recommend the Bouqs to any and all who want to send specially crafted flowers to those they care for and will continue to buy from them!

Excellent service and on time delivery of flower order and the flowers arrived in good condition. I have ordered delivery several times and each time the order arrived as requested and in good condition. The order was easy to enter on the website and the response is excellent to track the order. The final delivery notice was sent upon delivery.

I have used subscription service for about 2 years and the arrangements my friends and family have received have been far superior to the ones I previously bought from other mail order floral delivery companies or purchased at a local florist. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the multiple ways to change. The item ordered and/or the recipient is seamless. I don’t see myself using any other service for flower delivery.

Updated on 03/28/2026: I have used the Bouqs Company on a regular basis to send flowers for a couple of years now--and I'm never disappointed in the responses I've received from family and friends who have received my orders! They have all raved about their beauty and freshness--lasting longer than with any other flower company I have used in the past. And their customer service is very prompt, courteous, efficient and fair. The Bouqs Company has been the best I have found!
Original review: I have looked for a reliable online flower company for a number of years. Last year I found Bouqs Company and I can truly say I have never been disappointed! Their flowers are always fresh and speedily delivered. The one time the flowers did not arrive in good condition was when there was an immense storm on the East Coast, and my Connecticut delivery was not satisfactory. I thought I was getting a flower arrangement delivered to my 91 yr old mother for Mother’s Day, but it was a do it yourself box of roses not in a vase. I guess did not read the details of the service closely enough. I didn’t want to send a chore/project to my mom as a gift. Roses weren’t in great shape and some had brown petals. A little pricey for this.

It is not easy to find black roses that don't look dead. The Bouqs Company delivered beautiful black roses with a soft bluish/purple color on the green leaves, so it looked perfect! They were delivered in a box, wrapped up tight and I was able to keep them in the fridge a few more hours until they were ready to be presented! Our peer loved them and our entire work staff couldn't believe I found them. Thank you Bouqs Co!

Flowers were beautiful. What was left of them after they arrived a day late. The box looked as if it was run over by a vehicle and several of the flowers were ruined. The package was delivered to the wrong address and the recipient brought them to me a day late for the anniversary they were to celebrate. Other than that the remainder of the surviving flowers are still beautiful!

I love that you have so many choices for customization. Even when I choose a different bouquet than suggested, I never run out of options and never need to duplicate. Also love that I can choose a date each month for subscription delivery and they're never late (i can track the delivery which is so nice!). I can get flowers for my mom on her exact birthday or anniversary or just because. It's a perfect way to say I love you to my mom with flowers even though I live hundreds of miles away from her.

After Fedex failed at delivering the Bouq on time and letting it sit in a warehouse an entire weekend, Mark C showed great understanding in my frustration of a failed delivery that missed a birthday. He immediately made it right and the entire process was super easy! Mark C singly handedly assured my continued subscriptions and orders with Bouqs. This makes "Friday Flowers" an easy task as I don't have to find the time to go by a local florist and then work out the logistics of delivery. The flowers when Fedex does their part always arrive fresh and turn out beautiful!

Site was easy to use and the selection could not have been better. They were sent to an assisted living establishment and the delivery went very smoothly. The flowers were stunning! My first order to my home arrived wilted. I complained to Bouqs and said that I would cancel my monthly orders if the next one arrived in a similar condition. Someone at Bouqs apparently headed my criticism, used a different carrier, and the second order arrived in much better shape. I will have to replace the greens that came with the blossoms, but that is a minor inconvenience and a minor expense. I will mention, also, that we are having very hot weather here in Arizona, around 100 degrees every day.

We are amazed by each unique and beautiful bouquet. The bouquets last about two weeks and are the perfect gift for the “person who has everything.” We purchased a monthly subscription for my mother and she has been delighted with each bouquet. 1st time that I was the recipient of flowers from Bouqs (I’m usually the sender), a Mother’s Day gift from my daughter. Flowers were old & damaged, falling apart in the box. By the way we brought the flowers into our home immediately after they were delivered. The only thing salvageable were the 3 beautiful succulents. I was disappointed & surprised. I’ve used your company exclusively over the last couple of years (graduations, birthdays, get well…) and every time the flowers were beautiful. I contacted CS, explained what happened, sent a photo & was immediately issued a prompt sincere apology and credit. Your flowers are beautiful but in my opinion what sets you apart is excellent customer service. I am so impressed that I recently became a monthly subscriber. I submitted my comments, but I received peonies from you the day before my daughter’s wedding. I ordered them in case the bouquet was not made well. The flowers were perfect and closed when I got them just as I wanted and opened slowly and beautifully the next day after I clipped them and put them in water. We actually used a couple to replace the flowers in her bouquet, and the rest were sent to be preserved with her original bouquet.

This is the most stunning bouquet you will ever see. It is all different shades of white with a variety of flowers, mostly roses of all sizes and it lasts for weeks if properly cared for. My husband order me beautiful flowers from this shop and the flowers came with no plant food. I put the flowers in water after doing everything the instructions told me to do and my flowers were dead within 3 days. This is definitely not what I expected after 200.00 order!

Flowers are very high quality. They came not fully bloomed yet, as stated in the description, and they arrived exactly when they were supposed to. I ordered flowers for both my mother and mother in law for Mother’s Day. The orders that came (flowers) roses, succulents were beautiful, flower quality was of high standards. Flowers arrived in great condition, and on time as expected. My mother lives in an area where there are no florists locally, so I hadn’t ordered her flowers in some time, so this service was very convenient.

They sent my mom dead flowers for Mother's day. My mom called me and said, "I know you had good intentions, but these flowers are awful!" Wow! How embarrassing. My mom sent me photos, they looked like flowers you'd find in a trash bin. They are giving me a hard time giving me my money back. Terrible. Never again.

Everything was sent on time. The customer was happy which was my wife. It was her name day because we celebrate name days as Greek orthodox. I usually use this site because the flowers are awesome!!! I would recommend this to anyone that loves colorful, exotic, beautiful flowers!!!!

I received Peonies from my daughter for Mother's Day. The flowers arrived wilted, I followed all the instructions, and they did not revive. Literally falling apart after 2 days.. Beware of their photos on their website..

Easy to order, selection is awesome. Flowers come as described and on time. Delivery person notified me when delivered and where they had left them as the person I was sending them did answer the door... I then could easily reach out and let them know!! Wish I could leave a zero star review. Horrible floral company. Not only was the delivery late but the flowers are horrendous. They are beat up and bruised. Most of the bulbs never opened due to damage. The flowers were sent with no moisture toilette at the stems so everything was dried out. Overall horrible experience. On top of everything the customer service would not issue a refund, instead they are trying to give me a Bouqs credit. Why would I ever risk buying from here again. So disappointed. I suggest going to the Reddit and looking toilette reviews, way more honest than they are on here.

So disappointed for my Mother's Day flowers. I received my flowers from my daughter on Saturday. When I opened them they were just about all dead. So wilted no matter how I hard I tried to rehydrate them nothing worked. Roses' heads were totally dropped. Snap dragons were all ready brown, 1/2 way up the stem (old). Carnations and fillers last forever. So disappointed!! Hope my daughter gets her money back!!!

I placed the order and received a confirmation 11 days before Mother's Day. My mom never got her flowers. There was never an indication of a problem. When I asked what happened, they said it was "beyond their control" that they could not deliver it or send any updates whatsoever. I can still log in and check the status as "being prepared for delivery". I was offered 20% off a future order. Too little, too late. This company needs to own up to their shortcomings and apologize to customers they embarrass.

Terrible company. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's day. They didn't arrive so I messaged the company. They tell me that they can't get them sooner than 4 days after the delivery date. When I say that is not acceptable, they say I can chose different flowers. There is almost no selection but my exact arrangement is listed under same day deliveries. I tell them that the website says that I can get the same flowers same day if I order them now, so why can't I get them on the correct day when I ordered them 11 days ago. They tell me that I can't get them same day because of the Mother's Day rush.
Apparently ordering flowers for Mother's Day 11 days before Mother's day means that you will actually get flowers four days or more after Mother's day. And they won't tell you there is a problem until you message them. This is the second time I have ordered from Bouqs and this is the second time this exact thing has happened (although the first time it happened on my mom's birthday). If you want flowers to arrive on a particular date DO NOT use this company.

The flowers are beautiful and not very expensive and is packaged very well for being transported. The flowers came a few days earlier than expected but wife loved them. They smell very good. The only problem is that they didn't come with any food to put in the vase.

Subscription bouquet arrived with two broken flowers, two smooshed flowers and carnations not the color as described. Past orders have been excellent so I immediately reached out to Bouqs through the website's chat and received resolution in a timely manner. Next subscription order will be 50% off which I think is reasonable. I have been happy with the service thus far. I am sorry, I already deleted the images, but I had included them in the online chat.

I usually order my flowers from Amazon but never again!! Bouqs has awesome prices, beautiful flowers!! Fast shipping and amazing customer service. I have been receiving emails about the flowers from this company for a very long time. The bouquets look so beautiful that I enjoy opening each email to brighten my day. I did not think I could afford to buy these flowers for myself. But then I read about their subscription discounts, which includes free shipping and I realized I could afford to get a subscription order delivered every month or two.
My first bouquet was delivered this week and I absolutely love it! The flowers were fresh, tropical, and even more beautiful than pictured. In the past when I have ordered flowers online from other companies I have typically been disappointed because the flowers that arrive do not live up to the beauty of the photos online. But not with Bouqs. This bouquet is a showstopper and looks very expensive and I have been enjoying it every time I walk by it all week. I have been going through some difficult times and a gorgeous bouquet of flowers can help brighten your day. I recently received an order that just was not up to par for the past bouquets. It’s happened a few times but the last time really just sent me over the edge. So I decided to contact support for the first time ever for Bouqs. And I was really scared that I wasn’t going to receive compensation because I didn’t take any pictures of the messed up flowers and stems that arrived. But having Mark just work with me and actually believe me when I really needed somebody to helped so much. He offered store credit for me which was so helpful because I already do a subscription so I didn’t see the need in ordering a replacement bouq or getting the next subscription covered. So I really appreciated his help. As somebody who also works in customer service, it was refreshing to see somebody help me in the same way that I would help somebody else. He’s phenomenal.

I have had a subscription with Bouqs since January 2022, and I receive flowers from them bi-weekly. The website is user-friendly and I get subscriber perks that change every month. I love Bouqs Flowers. Every time I think of cancelling, I look at the next month's delivery and delay it each time. I am happy with it though I do find it costly, the quality of the flowers are worth it. The flowers last long and they begin to open as soon as you get them and put them in water. I love the flowers, but I am disappointed they arrived 3 days late. I paid to have them delivered on time for Friday March 15th, and they came Monday the 18th. My girlfriend still appreciated her flowers regardless. This was the only order that showed up late, the other two times I ordered flowers they did arrive when they were supposed to.

My sister and I ordered a plant for our sister-in-law to thank her for taking such good care of our brother when he had a health scare. Apparently when it arrived, the pot was broken. They told our sister-in-law to keep the plant; they would send her another pot. They immediately sent her another pot - and a second plant! Unfortunately, this pot too arrived broken. Rather than try a third time, Bouqs decided to return our payment! I have rarely worked with a company that was this conscientious. Every flower and plant I buy in the future for delivery will come from Bouqs.

Website is easy to navigate and ordering made simple. They have a wide selection of arrangements to choose from. They also have vases for an extra fee if needed. This particular arrangement was simply the perfect choice for the occasion - Valentine's Day! It was not too big and overly priced, like in some cases. Though it was chosen weeks in advance - I wanted to ensure I got the quality that was expected from such an occasion! And it met all quality measures and more! My Bouqs orders are consistently AMAZING, always fresh and stunning! Their unique florals are unlike any others and will capture the love and attention of anyone who is fortunate enough to receive them! My daughter gave me my first bouquet from Bouqs and I was so impressed I began ordering flowers from them! This last one I ordered was for my daughter for Valentine's Day and she said it looked like something from the Amazon, it was that unique and exotic looking! I will continue to buy all my florals from Bourqs because they are so original and sure to please everyone!

Heard about you from NY Times and Washington Post. Had never hear of you before. I have used all the traditional ones as well as local florists. The locals are expensive and add on charges wher eever they can. The others are good but are somewhat variable in the quality of the flowers and lasting potential. Have not explored Bouqs for other more esoteric arrangements. But I will. Price was fair and delivery right on.

I’ve been buying these for my wife, then gf, since 2016. Let’s just say, I have taken advantage of scheduling this to be one less thing to worry about come Valentine’s Day. Why buy flowers from the grocery store and have them completely dry up and die in a few days, I like Bouqs because I get enjoyment from my wife telling me how gorgeous the flowers are for the next two to three weeks. The pictures show the results on the 18th. She got these on the 14th. And the kicker here, I don’t even have to leave the house to get amazing flowers. This is why Bouqs takes my money every year for the last 6 years and they will continue to do so as long as I can!

Ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday, delivery was on time (even during a snowstorm) and flowers were spot on. Vibrant colors and selection. Sweet snacks complimented the order. I found out that The Bouqs is in the top 10 flower delivery companies and decided to try them out. It was an incredible experience. Love our subscription. The flexibility is fabulous! I can change the delivery date, recipient, delivery location, size of bouquet, and flowers each month. This month we celebrate two anniversaries, (our first date and our wedding day) so we enlarged the bouquet and chose roses, but let the gardener choose the colors. We received 2 dozen roses - one in fuchsia and one in mauve. They are stunning!!! I put them in separate vases and four days later they are opening up nicely and still going strong! Sooo happy with them!!

I am roughly 400 miles from my mother so I can’t always make it for her birthday so I try to send a bouquet of flowers for her. I was so pleased with Bouqs' service as they got the delivery to her on time and the flowers were gorgeous (according to my mother) and she had so many she had to use 2 vases!! They really helped me appropriately so my mom love for her birthday even though I couldn’t be there in person. Thanks so much!

Flowers were beautiful at first some were broken. They haven’t lasted a week. They are dead and the blooms did not open. I ordered some for my friend. I hope hers last longer than mine. Very disappointed. I thought about getting a subscription but if the flowers won’t last a week. Grocery store flowers have lasted longer than these.

I was introduced to The Bouqs Co. when I received flowers from a friend after my mother passed away. I was absolutely blown away at the originality of the arrangement, the *quality* of the flowers (they lasted SO much longer than others I had received) and the fragrance of the arrangement was delightful. I knew when another friend experienced a major loss that, I was heading straight to the website to order her a bit of cheer in a dark time. She sent me a photo of her order, and they were every bit as gorgeous as I had expected. I have definitely found my new florist going forward.

I have recommended y'all to others several times. The flowers are always beautiful, in good health, and last for weeks. Prices are reasonable especially for the quality of the flowers. Delivery is prompt and elegant looking. I love the variety of flowers used and bouquet styles. It's also very convenient that the flowers on the website are sorted by occasion/purpose and that y'all mark ones that are pet friendly.

I ordered a bouquet of peonies for my birthday as a replacement for flowers I received months ago for our anniversary that were half dead. All of the peonies opened up nicely and they are simply gorgeous. Very satisfied with customer service as I didn’t have to pay anything for the peonies except for taxes and shipping.

My flowers were delayed a couple of days due to a big snowstorm and they did not look great on arrival. I took pictures and emailed customer service. Within a day, I got an email saying I could pick out a new bouquet. I was very happy with the prompt service.

My flowers were delivered during a snowstorm. The driveway is very steep and not accessible by the delivery truck. The package was left by the mailbox at the bottom of the hill and was swept away by the snowplow. I sent an email to Bouqs and they covered the cost of my next delivery. They were so nice and extremely helpful. I am truly a satisfied customer.

I’ve been a customer with Bouqs for a few years. On and off I’ve used their subscription service and it was always a great experience. Recently I moved and wanted to get a bouquet to celebrate and brighten my new space - I ordered roses and a vase since I didn’t have any with my move. Unfortunately the vase wasn’t with the bouquet which is not a huge deal - things happen. I reached out for a refund and was able to quickly be connected with a representative and got a refund smoothly. Makes me value this company even more.

A relative out of state recently lost her spouse very unexpectedly. I opted to sent her a Bouq with two live succulents for her garden so that once the bouquet perished she'd still have something living. I love Bouqs' variety of arrangements, the option to ship without a vase, as well as the ability to add in extra treats such as chocolates to the shipment. I do wish they had more same day delivery options but appreciate the timeliness of the delivery as well as the quality of their products.

I could not be more pleased with the flowers I sent my friend after the death of her mother. Local florists had low inventory due to the holidays and couldn’t provide an arrangement that conveyed the sentiment I wanted to share. Bouqs’ arrangements were creative and unique. I sent one that contained succulents my friend could plant and enjoy long after the cut flowers in the arrangement expired. The quality of the flowers and plants was exceptional. The arrangement arrived on time (in two days) and in excellent condition. I will be using Bouqs for all of my arrangements from now on

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom, to mark the 1 year anniversary of my father’s passing. I was notified the flowers were delivered but nothing had arrived. I saw the photo FedEx shared and that was not her home. I wandered arresting the neighborhood until I found them. When Bouqs reached out I shared what occurred and the rep apologized for FedEx, causing stress on this important date, and then gave me a credit to use for future orders! How amazing was that! The floral arrangements at Bouqs are absolutely beautiful. I love that they send most of the flowers as buds so that when they arrive they are not wilted and you get to enjoy the beauty of the bloom. Also, they send exactly what they advertise, which unfortunately is not the case with a lot of online florist. You definitely get your money's worth.

My mom was so pleased with her flower delivery! She said the roses smelled amazing, way better than the grocery store haha! I loved the delivery notifications and appreciated the photo once it was delivered. Being in a different state it gave me peace of mind but also I knew where at the house it was dropped off. Updated on 12/12/2023: My friend received very poor quality flowers from The Bouqs Company. I wrote about it yesterday. I was assured the problem would be resolved - she would get a new bouquet. My email said it was delivered. She did NOT get them. Brownsville, NC is NOT Brownsville, TN. Another disappointment.
Original Review: I ordered a bouquet for a friend. I have had great experiences in the past, but my friend told me 10 of 20 or so roses were brown and mushy. I got online with The Bouqs and expected quick service with the chat window. It took 30 minutes to get the order resent, which is ridiculously long. I am awaiting the next delivery to see if the bouquet is beautiful, just ok, or brown and mushy. When you have the order number on hand, 30 minutes is not acceptable.

The Bouqs' delivery is accurate and exactly on the time I scheduled. Their delivery packaging and handling is impeccable; no flowers damaged or smashed. Their website is easy to manage and holds a great many of a changing variety of floral loveliness that delights every one of our recipients (5, so far and one of those has gotten a few beautiful arrangements prior to her current live plant delivery). My daughter received her first Bouqs, attached, this year and just adored them!

My first time ordering based on a friend’s recommendation. They did not disappoint. I was able to get next day delivery at a reasonable price. The flowers were fresh, vibrant and beautifully presented. As soon as they were delivered I received an email confirmation. They were so much better than typical online flower delivery companies. They were different and unique- loved the beautiful box and the vase. The prices are also very reasonable and they make a great gift. I will definitely use them again for my floral needs.

I have received and sent flowers from BOUQS for several years. They are my go-to! I know whoever I send these flowers to will enjoy them for a long time. Great flowers but very limited availability. Disappointed in availability of choices given that on the website Bouqs works with local florists on the big island of Hawaii. My only choices for ordering were succulents, tulips and roses. Anything else that I chose wasn't available to me. But the flowers, roses, were absolutely great!

The quality and selection upon arrival are always on point. The flowers are so beautiful and colorful. I would not go anywhere else to purchase my flowers! My last order and I'm a regular customer of this outstanding company, was delivered without a VASE. I always make sure a VASE is sent with all of my orders because I never know if the recipient has a proper VASE. As with the case of the BIRTHDAY FLOWERS sent to our late Pastors' mother. I spoke with her the next day and she said the flowers arrived and were beautiful and many of the larger flowers were wrapped in netting. (A sign of a true Professional florist). However, I happened to ask about the VASE and she said there wasn't one. She solved that dilemma by putting the flowers in a large canning jar. I then mentioned to Bouqs that the flower order did not have the vase and instead of giving me a credit they gave me an $18 refund. I don't know of any other florist that would do that. My neighbor, who is legally blind, received flowers with Bouqs general message, but there was no indication as to who sent her the beautiful roses; she could not follow up to find out her benefactor due to her lack of sight. I initiated a chat w/ Bouqs to see if there was a way to find out to whom she could send thanks. The gentleman who answered took time to look up the information, and she was relieved to find out the name of the person who had gifted her so that she would not be perceived as an ungrateful recipient. I, too, have received lovely gifts through Bouqs through a monthly subscription from my daughter-in-law. Every month, I've received a beautiful bouquet, each one different, as a token of her love. I would recommend Bouqs to anyone wanting to send a quality gift.

Kent was very helpful in trying to track down an order that was not delivered. Looks like the issue was on the delivery carrier's end, but Kent sent me a replacement order. It was great not having to fight the carrier to get closure on the delivery. Plus, by the time it would have been delivered, the flowers would have been dead. I'll continue to order from Bouqs. They stand behind their products!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on my mother's birthday, a Friday. Tracking indicated they would arrive by 8 pm that day. After 8pm, FedEx tracking updated and indicated there would be a delay and the flowers would not be delivered until Monday. I emailed Bouqs to express my disappointment and they responded immediately going beyond the shipping refund I requested and offering me a full refund on the order. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. I have ordered from Bouqs in the past with no problems and will order from them again.

One week after reciveing them, the roses were dead and the sunflowers had not opened at all. In fact they never did open. So I wrote a little review or contacted The Bouqs directly. After a failed delivery of an initial order, I reached out to Bouqs customer service to see if there was any way to work through them to have Fed Ex try to make the delivery attempt again. The issue was a problem with Fed Ex not accepting the physical address for the delivery in the system, so I was forced to use the mailing address (goes to a mailbox in the neighborhood). This had worked for the previous delivery in May 2023 for Mother's Day, but this time the Fed Ex delivery person was unable to make the delivery happen.
When I reached out to Bouqs customer service, Albert immediately investigated, confirmed the last delivery had gone successful and offered to replace the delivery or do an order credit. We opted to do a replaced delivery, even though it would arrive in four days, and he took care of the address and forced the system to take the physical address location this time. All to say, I would definitely recommend Bouqs to friends based on the quality of the flowers and quality of customers service to make the problem right. I hope they can sort out the address situation for the future deliveries! Thanks again.

I purchased a monthly subscription for a neighbor with contributed funds from others. We collected enough money for 6 months of Bouq. 2 issues that could be improved:
2. I can only notify my recipient of her bouquet's arrival. She cannot go in herself to change anything until I forward that information on. I do not want to give her my logon so that she can change delivery dates far in advance because the information that is displayed includes purchase price.

Ordering and communications with Bouqs were a breeze. My friend seemed pleased with the flowers. She sent me a photo and the bouquet looked very pretty & fresh. It seemed to be a bit less lush than then the photo I saw when ordering, but many buds had not yet opened, so I think it will be very pretty when they all open.

This last bouquet that I ordered unfortunately had to sit out in the hot weather for much longer than I would have liked (only because I was not able to bring them inside any earlier). I was worried that being out in over 100 degree heat for so long would have completely ruined them, but no. The Bouqs expert packing and shipping kept the bouquet from irreversible damage. I quickly followed the included directions and within even an hour they looked amazing. The next day they looked even better. Great job as always. My bouquet was replaced after it had been left out in the 105 degree sun for 3 hours while the house was being painted and doors were taped shut, no one was home. Very pleased with the speedy delivery and reliability of it. 2 Prior flower delivery companies had failed me prior on making the service delivery date they agreed to. I did not worry once with this company. I wish I saw the product once delivered so that I could compare quality however, the recipient of the delivery was very satisfied so I suspect quality of product is good! Great experience and quick ordering process. Will definitely stick with this company. I would LOVE it if you started a personal/home subscription model that was cheaper/affordable where you send a bouquet monthly or biweekly of flowers that need to be used up.

My flowers arrived quickly, were well packaged, and included instructions for proper care. I followed the instructions included in the package and in a few hours my buds had opened. They are even more beautiful than ones that I've bought from a florist. They are exactly as described in the description on the website. I am so in love with them. It took a few days after the delivery for the flowers to really come alive. They were gorgeous and in full bloom 3 days after delivery and a joy to look at! It would be nice to know that they take time to bloom prior to purchasing as they look a bit sad when they deliver (the manual booklet tells you to water them and wait a few days). I’d buy from Bouqs again.

This year, my Mother's Day was crazy - my daughter was graduating from college and we were going to be out of town - but I wanted to make sure I sent my own mother some beautiful Bouqs flowers - and ordered them well in advance to make sure I wouldn't forget her special day! I was shocked that the roses were shipped from Columbia, but when they arrived, they were in great condition and beautiful! I immediately cut the stems, put them in water with the food additive that was provided. Then next day they had opened a bit and today, 6 days later they are still beautiful and fully bloomed. I also sent a bouquet of flowers to my daughter for Mother's Day/Birthday and there were so many flowers she was able to create two arrangements! She too was amazed at how beautiful the flowers were the next morning!

I ordered with a week in advance and my flowers NEVER arrived. It was never picked up by FedEx, never got any updates. Horrible service. I ordered for Mother's Day, Mexican holiday. It's on the 10th of May. I even told my mother they will be arriving and they NEVER came! It was the most embarrassing day. I will Never rely on this company again! First and last time customer.

When my mother received her flowers they had not yet fully bloomed. She was so excited every morning to wake and see what the flowers were up to next. Such fantastic quality of stems and bright beautiful colors. We will definitely order again. Very pleased.

So happy with these beautiful roses! They smell absolutely fabulous too! I ordered them on Tuesday afternoon and they were delivered Wed morning. My aunt was so touched and said she had never seen such a colorful arrangement of roses in her life and she's 85!
