This is 2nd time we tried The Bouqs and got same disappointing end products both times. We decided to give them another try after the 1st one and hate to say, same poor product delivery. This is Anthony **, customer rep associate's response "we are confident that this is the correct Bouq and size. With the proper TLC this arrangement should open up and look just like the photo" - my concern was the arrangement delivered were mostly mature roses (already in bloom) and we picked the "Magnetic Deluxe" for the sunflowers, white spider daisies and some baby roses as fillers as indicated in selection photo on their website, with lots of bright gold, white.
The arrangement sent to our friend's hospital room were red, pink, off white roses with very few sunflowers, daisies as fillers. Will never use them again! I can see now why they have so many negative comments of same reason like ours - end product did not matched their proposed arrangement on their website - Fraudulent!

Their photos on the website do not represent the actual product. I was excited to try The Bouqs - beautiful website, and modern arrangements. It was for an 80th birthday celebration. Many of the wildflowers were dead, and the bouquet was scant and did not represent the photo by a long shot. My Mom was happy for the thought, but could not help to tell me never to use their services again, as dead and limp flowers were included in the bouquet. I contacted the company, looking for remediation.
They wanted pictures, and they said that the photo was in different lighting and the arrangement may differ from the website, they offered a $10 credit off of a $52 Wild About U bouquet. I paid $42.50 including my Groupon cost. I reached out again, to say that the $10 credit was not acceptable, and now they ask for more pictures and evidence to assess further. It is not reasonable to trouble my 80 yo mom further. Fortunately, without questions my credit card issued a refund. This company lacks customer service and professionalism. I recommend avoiding their services, there is better competition out there!

The delivered bouquet not only didn’t come close to the photo displayed on their website, the flowers sent were wilted and couldn’t have looked more pathetic. I was embarrassed having sent them. When I contacted customer service, they requested photos so they could provide feedback to the “farm”. Apparently Bouqs corporate motto is “point the finger at someone else, not our problem”.

I ordered from Bouqs a Deluxe Limited Edition bouquet for my mom. It was to arrive on my late brother's birthday. First off, the package was not delivered to the correct apartment. The FedEx delivery person did retrieve it and deliver to my mom later in the day. The flowers came wrapped in brown paper in a brown box with no hydration and left in the heat in Tuscon on Sept. 1! The flowers were nothing at all like what I ordered. A sorry pile of wilted mess, including mums (which I would never have ordered!) was the "special remembrance" that she received. I will use the voucher that I already paid for, but from the looks of things, I may very well be disappointed again.

My daughter purchased a bimonthly subscription as my birthday present. Every bouquet that I have received so far has arrived sad and wilted and lasts no more than a couple of days. I made the effort one month to complain and did receive a credit. However, my replacement purchase was no better - wilted and dead after a couple of days. Bouquets that I purchase from the grocery store at a fraction of the cost last three times as long. I would NEVER order from this company and warn all my friends of their poor quality.

I ordered flowers, spent $68, I thought I was getting a great deal 50% off flowers. $125 worth for only $68 plus shipping. But no they were dried and dying got stuck in shipping delay. They gave me a $126 store credit but I ended up spending an additional $15 to use the full entire store credit... Those flowers were wrong color not as promised. They were two tone white and purple not the same color as shown. They were white with a touch of light purple however they were supposed to be “full all dark purple”, amethyst dark, PRINCE PURPLE RAIN TYPE PURPLE! VIKINGS PURPLE! And the other flowers were broken, dead and super tiny buds that NEVER EVER OPENED! THE ROSES NEVER OPENED AT ALL.
They gave me a store credit again... well I’m getting pissed but I thought 3rd time is the charm. Paid an additional $20 plus the store credit for these flowers. This time Got 2 bouquets of peonies. And this is what I got, dead wrapped up so tight the stems are cracked and all moisture DRIED OUT! DYING OR DEAD. Not sure they will survive the day. I burnt my baguette in the oven...to spend time to get them in water immediately to try to save them! And only one bouquet the first delivery had any flower stay powder. NONE OF ANY OTHER BOUQUET HAD ANY FLOWER STAY PACKETS!!! Not that it matters since they are most likely dead anyhow!
So total I paid Bouqs.com $110 to piss me off and disappoint me 3 times... That $110 could have bought me 10 bouquets of great flowers from my local farmers market! And they would have been perfect fresh and included flower stay packets powders. Next time someone has a problem with your flowers some advice JUST REFUND THEM THEIR $ THE FIRST TIME. Let them be done with you then or let them decide to give you another chance themselves. Don’t offer store credit on them forcing them to use it or lose it. Then forcing them to spend more money to fully use the entire credit, like I had to then when it still turns out to be a raw deal the customer gets more angry they got duped a second. And in my case a 3rd time! You duped me 3 times. I’m done and more angry than I was the first time!
I wish they (consumer affairs) allowed photos on reviews, because I have some doozies of Expectations v/s Reality photos, what you think you are getting v/s what you actually get! But I know why Bouqs.com does not allow or have reviews on their website. 'Cause they do not want potential customers knowing how bad the flowers are going to actually be such a letdown. The photos of their flowers are stunning, but what you get is not what you see!

I ordered flowers for my sister's wedding 2 weeks in advance. They were never delivered. They said they could ship out another delivery but it wouldn't arrive until a week later. I ordered in advance because I needed them on a specific day. They offered a credit which didn't even cover the same level of the original order I wanted. I had to go with a different arrangement due wanting it there the next day. They would not offer a credit AND a replacement, which they should have since they can't even guarantee the delivery. So many complaints about FedEx. Why would you continue to use that delivery service.

I order three bouquets of peonies from Bouqs (at $66/bouquet = $196 + shipping) and was very disappointed with the quality and frustrated by my customer service experience. I have attached photos of the product as advertised and the actual product that arrived. I think the photos speak for themselves. When I contacted customer service, they insulted me by asking whether I had correctly followed the flower care instructions. As you can see from the photos, no amount of flower care will transform the poor quality of the peonies into the lush blooms that they advertise. They make it exceedingly difficult to get a refund even when there is a justifiable reason to provide a refund.
A week later, I received an email from Bouqs advertising "Alaskan peonies! These blooms are big and beautiful!" And because I'm a total sucker for peonies, decided to give them one more shot and ordered another bouquet. Once again, they arrived a sorry mess - the flowers were wilted, browned, and tiny. (See attached photo. For size reference, I have a small hand and wear XS gloves). Again, even though I sent the photo to customer service, they refused to give me even a credit until I escalated my complaint. At the end of the day, they did give me credit for the Bouqs, but I hesitate to use them to order replacements because I am wary of being disappointed again by wilted droopy flowers and by the frustration and time wasted with their poor customer service policy. I will only use Farmgirl Flowers from now on.

This was the first order I'd ever placed with Bouqs. I didn't know what to expect so when my grandma called me to tell me that she received them, she and my gramps told me they were perfect and gorgeous.

Every Order - First order Red Roses, wrong day they deliver. Orange Roses - Credit - the order with the credit is fine. Next order, order deluxe. Send 1/2 the amount, I have to ask the recipient for a photo to prove it - they give me a credit again just today, Send tupids. They send 18 - that is not even an order with them. I paid for deluxe. They give me a credit. I will never order with them again. After I use their credit I HAVE HAD ENOUGH. Also their big deal is they are suppose to come from far away places. Not true. Even the packing says it...

Beware of multiple or continuing (monthly) flower deliveries from this company! In September 2016 I ordered bi-mointhly flower deliveries as part of a wedding gift. These deliveries were to continue for a year and were paid for up front with a single lump sum payment. The deliveries were made as originally agreed and paid for. This deliveries ended in September 2017, again as agreed.
In January 2018, The Bouqs started making deliveries again and charging my card for each delivery. When I contacted Bouqs about the deliveries, they agreed to stop any further deliveries and credit me for the most recent one. When I explained that I expected to be refunded for all of the unauthorized deliveries, they refused, saying that it was their policy not to make refunds since I had not cancelled my subscription.
Since I only placed a single order, I would never have expected them to consider that I had agreed to an on-going subscription. Furthermore, since they had stopped deliveries after the originally purchased year's worth of flowers were sent, there is no rational reason why they should think they were authorized to start again at some arbitrary point in the future. If you decide to do business with this company be aware of their "subscription" terms and conditions. I will never do business with them again and will continue to press for a full refund for all unauthorized charges.

I received an orchid 2 stem on Tuesday 7-31-18. When I opened the box the orchid was smashed on the top. Two of the buds were broken off. They had 8 buds on them. The flower itself had four broken off orchids and the others were wilted and fell off today. I now have only 3 flowers left on 2 stems after on two days. I am VERY UPSET that your company would allow this kind of service. I am a disappointed customer and I will not recommend your company to any of my friends. I do not have a smartphone to take a picture, so my words will tell my story.

I sent my sister and her husband a bouquet of peonies. The delivered product was horrible. Open blooms, damaged/bruised stems. Something I would have never picked out to send on my own. I have contacted the company and sent pictures to show how horrible they looked. I was asked to give it a couple days to see if they perked up. They have not and still look bad. I am waiting to hear back on a refund, that's all I want but so far, I have heard nothing. So much for their "Happiness Guarantee." I will never order from them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

Twice already this company has failed to deliver flowers that they advertise. I only went back to them because they gave me store credit. However, this will be the last time. BE WARNED, they use poor farmers from remote areas of the world to market their ** flowers as rare or elegant due to the origin of the flowers. In reality, they do this to save money. Nothing wrong with saving money but when your packages come crumbled and flowers dying at your doorstep, that is where customers should draw the line. If they had better customer service, then I wouldn't be writing this. Josiene **, is a complete and utter useless customer service representative, which is probably a reflection of their pay and work culture set by Bouqs. They have lost a customer for life. Stick to buying at your local flower shop.

I had an offer from American Express to shop from Bouqs.com, and I loved the idea of getting bouquets directly from individual farmers. One of my friends had a death in the family, so we ordered a jumbo bouquet from a farmer in California. I was really excited to give him business, and get flowers right from his farm. As you could imagine, I was disappointed to see the bouquet arrive from Chicago (vs Illinois). When I confronted Bouqs.com customer service about this - they said that they reserve the right to fulfill from elsewhere to meet deadlines. I get that mentality, but frankly - if I wanted flowers from my region - I would just order from my normal "go to" local flower shops. Now, I question their business model, and if these farmers with the beautiful stories on their site really get the business. I personally would never shop here again. Nothing special to differentiate them from traditional floral providers - at least in my case.

I ordered a bouquet as a gift for my sister. She sent me a picture of the flowers, which were wilted. I contacted The Bouqs several times, asking for a refund. They requested pictures, which I forwarded. They are now suggesting that I ask my sister to change the water, snip the bottoms and "hope" that the flowers perk up. It is embarrassing to me that this occurred and now I am told to further embarrass myself by providing instruction and requesting more pictures in two days.

Honestly I thought ordering from here was a waste of money. I only ordered from here base on their pictures online. I ordered 3 dozen hot pink roses (MOJAVE - Triple the Bloom) and they were very pathetic looking when I got them. The 3 dozens were shriveled and wilted from being on a hot FedEx truck all day which also annoyed me that they didn't even arrive until later in the evening but it is what it is. These flowers were for my sister's birthday and when she got them she was trying to be nice when she said, "Awee."
She didn't know what to say without hurting my feelings. I apologized but what can you do? On top of being disappointed in the flowers, the vase I paid extra for couldn't fit all the flowers so she just had to pull out another vase to put the rest in which looked even more pathetic. Super embarrassed honestly. I have no doubt the flowers would have been beautiful if I went to their shop and bought the flowers in person but in my opinion it's not practical to have flowers shipped from out of state. Lesson learned for next time.

HORRIBLE!!! Flowers arrived DEAD and on the wrong day. I rarely and almost never write a negative review as I know it can hurt a business. However, this just had to be said and the public should be very aware of this scam of a company. I paid extra for my flowers to be delivered on July 10th (knowing that the office will be closed on July 11th). I received an email that the flowers were guaranteed for the July 10th delivery no later than 3PM EST. Around 5:00 PM I decided to call FedEx as this company “The Bouqs” doesn’t have a customer service line. Right there should be your “RED FLAG”. You need to send an email and they claim they will get back to you within 48 hours. Not the case here.
I contacted FedEx again and they told me that the Bouqs truck broke down and my flowers are in Memphis Tennessee on a hot truck. I asked them NOT to deliver the next day as the office will be closed on Wednesday and the flowers were DEAD. Oh yeah, they delivered the flowers on Wednesday. The Bouqs company told me to go to the destination and pick up the flowers so they don’t sit in the hot sun until the next day and to deliver them myself on Thursday. I’m not making this stuff up!!! I told them that’s what I paid you guys for “extra” to get them there on time and alive!!! They told me they cannot refund my money or send another bouquet but that they can refund my $9.00 for the FedEx shipping. So now my flowers will be delivered DEAD to my doctors office which leaves me to explain my embarrassment.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. They claim to be different from others, yes that’s true... They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes and you the customer are out money!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY. I will be posting this on every site possible as people should not be scammed like this! Someone needs to investigate this company and shut them down!!!

I came across Bouqs when looking for a more premium flower service that offered better bouquet options, along with great delivery. I used Bouqs twice. The first experience, absolutely fantastic - great flowers and delivered the same day. Second experience, the order did not arrive and no communication was received. 6 or so hours after the order delivery time had passed I reached out to customer support. An absolute disaster of an experience. Poor communication, no real ability to help other than to say, "Ask us later for a cancellation and refund if it doesn't show up." I honestly felt that I was being a nuisance when all I wanted to know was a yes / no will the order be delivered. The order did not arrive.
The following day, customer support reached out to let me know they had cancelled the order and issued a refund along with a one time use $15 credit for next time. I get it, things happen, not everything is perfect. That is the point of great customer support. This is where the "premium" feel of Bouqs really missed it. Better customer service at ProFlowers, which is unfortunate. As someone who typically would prefer the confidence of an order being fulfilled as requested, I will use other services that get that bit right, along with customer support that feels more on your side than having to deal with you.

I never write reviews but decided that my two experiences with Bouqs were so awful that I needed to comment. I subscribe to Birchbox and received a coupon for a Bouqs floral months ago. It sounded fun so I ordered a freesia Bouqs they arrived late and frozen. Contacted customer service received a credit and ordered a replacement that was not great but at that point I decided not worth the effort. I received an email this week inviting me back with a discount. I picked a featured bouquet as I was having a dinner party and it would save me a trip to the florist. They arrived. It was the Wrong bouquet with most of the flowers dried up because they ship without any hydration. This was an $80 bouquet that arrived with flowers that I could have gotten at the grocer for $20.
Cheap filler flowers and half dead greens. The stargazer lilies were wilted with brown edges. I contacted Bouqs and they wanted photos which I sent. They then issued me a credit to my account to buy another bouquet. How ridiculous and another order was not going to happen. I requested a credit to the card I used. They finally responded they understood and credited my card...well I hope they did... A credit to buy a bouquet from them again was not going to help my dinner party. I had to run to the florist and dump the dead bouquet on the compost pile. They will not get a third order from me...Great concept. Terrible quality. Obviously the farms they use care little about sending quality products and Bouqs obviously does little to correct the issue. I will never buy from them again.

My original Mother's Day order was a sorry mess. What was supposed to be a colorful bouquet of Ranunculus from Columbia arrived with several wilted roses. (Mom does NOT like roses, particularly dying ones!) And minus the vase I had purchased. I emailed Bouqs and received a prompt response asking for a photo, which I supplied. They quickly refunded the price of the vase and provided me a credit in excess of what I had spent. I ordered a second bouquet of Ranunculus from another grower in Ecuador. After a few days, I checked the progress as they should have been en route to Miami customs by then, and there was no FedEx movement from Ecuador pickup for over 48 hours. Concerned they were lost, I again emailed Bouqs, who advised waiting overnight in case FedEx was slow to update.
The next morning, having seen no movement, I emailed again, and within an hour received word that an substitute bouquet (Alstroemeria) had been ordered for me from a California grower for next day delivery. As it turned out, both bouquets arrived the next day! FedEx failed to publish outbound or customs receipt tracking of the Ecuador shipment, only arrival in Memphis hub. Photos of all three bouquets below.
Things can go wrong, especially with global vendors. This was my first attempt at a South American order, previous California orders arrived as described and in great shape. While I won't order from that particular Columbia grower again (and I appreciate that Bouqs identifies the source of each bouquet), I will most certainly continue to use Bouqs, knowing that they stand behind their merchandise and will resolve issues at amazon-like speed. I was definitely communicating with a human being and not a bot. All of their email responses were received within an hour or two of my queries, were well-written and conveyed a sincere interest in solving the problem. Kudos to them.

I first decided to try Bouqs to send flowers to my mother for Mother's Day. They had a bouquet of Apricot roses that I knew my mother would like as it is her favorite color. When I talked to her she indicated that they were gray...now I couldnt get her to send a pic as she is 93 and cant even operate a cell phone but my brother did send a pic several days later and they were mildly tinted but not at all like the picture. So I called to lodge a complaint and the rep issued me a credit (it was about $52). So what to do with the credit? I decided to see for myself and ordered a large bouquet for myself. It was supposedly shipped on a Tuesday to arrive on Saturday and immediately after they were delivered I opened them (so they did not sit in the hot Arizona sun for any length of time). They were in abysmal shape - they jammed a few dozen into a small box and they arrived wilted, bruised and looking past their prime...
I added some pics I took to demonstrate. The instructions try to tell you to "peel off the outer petals" which I had to do but I hate doing... First who wants to send flowers to someone that look so horrible? Makes a terrible first impression. Second, when you try to do peel off the outer petals it shows and it is hard to get them to come off 100% completely so they look "torn"...not a good solution in my mind. I will NEVER buy from this outfit again... I suspect they were trying to save money by jamming into a box that was entirely too small and sending even via FedEx over 5 days was just too much for the fragile flowers. I spent about half an hour cutting all the stems and tearing off the bruised petals and leaves...you can see some of these in the pics. if you are not prepared to do this yourself or if you are trying to send to someone else I say this is not the outfit you want to deal with.

Do not order flowers from Bouqs. I ordered flowers for my mother as a gift based on the online photos. What I received what not even close to the photo. Tiny flowers, significantly fewer and WILTED. I contacted Bouqs and sent a photo. They acknowledged the conditions but refused to do anything about it; continued to send me the same emails requesting more photos. I believe I was communicating with a BOT rather than a human because the response emails never responded to my emails and were form in nature. Be careful - there is no customer service and the product is very bad. If you send a gift you want to make sure it is nice - Bouqs are not nice flowers.

I've tried the other flower services and have usually been disappointed. The flowers didn't arrive when they supposed to, or didn't last half as long as advertised. Bouqs.com has always had an amazing selection and good prices. I've used them for years.

I used to think very highly of this company but they have turned into a customer service nightmare and have become undependable. I ordered 3 dozen roses from Bouqs to be delivered to my daughter in Colorado on her graduation day. They were sent to Pennsylvania due to an error by Bouqs. That was four days ago. I have emailed, chatted and called countless times and have been blown off and ignored on this once in a lifetime event. I've been promised a call back over and over and it has never come.
Bouqs outsources their customer service to foreigners in other countries and no one is capable of doing anything. This is much like many other large US companies trying to save money and not caring about the effects of future business. They ruined this special occasion for me so I will NEVER be using them again. Additionally, I sent out an email blast to 8000 folks in my network of which many have used Bouqs before as well. Maybe me never doing business with them won't affect them but I am pretty sure a couple dozen people I know and received my email won't chance using them again either so I'm back to overpaying for flowers where I can at least fix a problem when one occurs. Very disappointed in these people. Way to go Robert Herjavec!!!

The bouquets that I ordered were used in my wedding, they were beyond amazing. The order was delivered on time, and I was absolutely stunned on how beautiful they were. I would HIGHLY recommend The Bouqs!

This review pertains specifically to The Bouqs vouchers - which should not be purchased or given out. I bought vouchers for The Bouqs through Zulily. It took nearly an hour and many exchanges with The Bouqs to be able to use the first one. I was told that only one would work but that you could give one away - so I sent it off to my Mother. Who, no surprise, was unable to use it. I've been using The Bouqs since Christmas and do love the regular service. However, the amount of time and effort associated with this voucher issue is changing my mind about the company. Do not purchase vouchers for this company. They are extremely difficult to redeem - if you can at all.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day which showed up very spent and not fresh. Customer Service indicated the flowers and "buds" may arrive wilted but they would perk up. She did not receive buds but did receive open flowers that were wilted and stayed that way. The cut flower stems were not sent in water during their trip South America (our local flower shop sends them with water even when not in a vase and they are less than 5 miles away. I'm sorry I didn't support them but will for now on). There were several emails back and forth between them, my mother and myself. The flowers never perked up and they only offered a coupon for us to spend more money with them. I will never waste my money with them again. They claim my recipient will share pictures to brag about their gift. My recipient has shared her pictures but not to brag.

Received orchids from son in Colorado on Mother's Day. 2 of 3 stems broken off. No padding around plant in box to protect it. Contacted The Bouqs, replied they were sorry I had a bad experience?!? Don't want anything from you at this time and didn't want son to know he didn't get whatever he paid for!
Updated on 06/23/2018: Wrote a review on May 19. Received response May 23 saying they would "make it right" and I would receive fresh orchids. As of today June 23 haven't heard anything from "The Bouqs" Do not Order from this company!

My flowers were received (on a Saturday) in very limp condition and without the indicated flower food. Following the directions I gave the flowers a fresh cut and waited the requested 2 days for the blooms to open. The water was changed regularly. When the blooms were still only partially open on the 4th day I contacted the company with regards to the quality of their product and requested they give my daughter (the sender) a full refund.
They refused on the basis of "Terms and Conditions" (NOT PROVIDED TO ME) require you contact them no later than the 3rd day after delivery and provide pictures - essentially they ask you to wait 2 days for the blooms to open and then only allow you 1 day to request a refund. I was also sent an email on "how to make my own plant food". I find their practices both deceptive and fraudulent and their product poor to mediocre. It certainly DOES NOT look like what is pictured on their website. Don't waste your money on a company that doesn't stand behind their product.

Ordered their recommended sized showstopper ($66 incl. tax, each order) special for Mother's Day for both my mom and my mother in law long distance to two different cities, requiring two separate orders, which should have been my first clue that this was a not ready for prime time company. The orders arrived on Friday, as promised, and the only available day prior to Mother's Day, despite the fact that I ordered them in plenty of time on Wednesday, the 9th. That should have been my second clue that this was going to be a bad experience. But I thought the ads were effective and sounded as reasonable than the other alternatives, which I have also had good luck with in the past.
In both places, my mom and my mother in law reluctantly reported to me that the flowers arrived dead, almost like a bad joke. These are elderly women and not proficient with their phones to the point that the rest of us may be, and I was too embarrassed to ask them to try to take pictures of how they arrived because they were so shocked compared to what they'd received from me in the past.
So, the customer service correspondence back and forth since then has informed me that they cannot honor my refund request since I am unable to provide pictures that they could then provide to their 'fresh farm' supplier. Sounds like I don't get refunded unless Bouqs gets refunded. An excuse that rings hollow with me as I have been in sales, marketing and customer service my entire working life.
The last thing I wanted to spend the last 20 minutes on was authoring this review. Would've been happy giving them a 3 star review for at least refunding my money. Still would not have recommended their service. But since they are unwilling to offer a refund, I feel like maybe my experience will help prevent others from having the same difficulties. Thankfully, I can copy and paste, since there is no way to reflect this on two orders, even the reviews.

The roses I sent to my Mom for Mother’s Day were so beautiful. They smell so fragrant (Mom says the entire house smells like roses!), & the roses are so healthy... the leaves are the darkest green, & the flowers are very pale pink with a darker pink edge... just gorgeous!! We are both very happy! Ordering was easy, as we had no problems with delivery... our flowers arrived on time! Wonderful experience!

Decided to order flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. Picked out a bouquet of pink, yellow, and orange roses... For a small amount, I could double the blooms. I would like to upload a photo to show the multiple smashed rotting flowers that we received on Mother’s Day. There is no reason that they were smashed as the box itself was in perfect order. The flowers were squeezed into three plastic wraps and fell rotting apart when opened. Some were decent but half were not. Sad for money spent by the sender. Tin vase was marginal.

I’ve used several flower delivery companies over the years. And I’ve had mixed experiences from them. With late deliveries or flowers that look wilted and not healthy. I’ve always seen ads for Bouqs and finally decided to try them this year for Mother’s Day. Each of the deliveries was on time (the day I picked). And the flowers were super pretty, healthy and colorful! The packaging is nice with a little card and story about the flowers and where they’re from. And the options I had to pick from were exactly what I needed. Ranunculus Flowers are difficult to find, but Bouqs was my answer. If you’re looking for the top tier company to order flowers from, this is it.

Our daughter sent me a Mother’s Day bouquet from your company which arrived today, Monday. Other florists in our area were delivering yesterday and Saturday. My bouquet included purple irises and white and red tulips. The tulips were completely droopy and some flowers had lost petals yesterday the time I received it and I had immediately opened the box. The enclosed directions said to cut the stems and place in water. There was no packet of food enclosed as other florists provide and no direction to do so. On your website however it said to add food. Of course, there was no instruction on what that should be.
The directions enclosed also said that the tulips will perk up after being in water. They are now hanging so low in their droopy state that they are completely bent over. The greens looked dried out when the bouquet arrived. I think either you took too long to ship this, didn’t use refrigerated trucks, or used old dried out flowers. I feel terrible that my daughter wasted her money on this! It’s also a shame because it could have been such a wonderful surprise. I certainly hope she gets a refund.

I ordered Bouqs flowers for two of the most important women in my life for Mother's Day. The ordering process was easy and very straight-forward and the prices were very reasonable (almost too good to be true). The flowers arrived a couple of days before Mother's Day and in both cases they arrived in great shape and looking beautiful. My mom actually mentioned that it seemed like they sent her too many flowers as she had to split the order up between two vases!
I would recommend having the flowers arrive a day or two ahead of your intended date as the Bouqs flowers are very fresh but may need a day or two to fully open and reach their full potential. A great experience that I look forward to repeating at a future holiday.

I sent two Mother's Day bouquets, one to my mother and one to my mother-in-law. They were both scheduled to arrive 5/11/18. My mother’s arrived; the one for my mother-in-law has not yet arrived and still has an “in-transit” status on order tracking. My mother-in-law lives alone and my husband and I were unable to spend Mother’s Day with her. She was so looking forward to the flowers that we told her would be arriving Friday. These would have made her day; instead, she is heartbroken not to have received a gift from her children.
The Bouqs has no live customer service representatives, and instead, I was required to submit an email request for assistance. After several exchanges with what appear to be form email responses, I have not had my issue properly resolved, and I still have no idea where the bouquet that I ordered is (per order tracking, it has been in Memphis, TN since Thursday; my mother-in-law lives in Chicago. I can't imagine they will arrive in any sort of decent condition, if they arrive at all). I would advise anyone against using The Bouqs for any special delivery of any kind and will never being using this disappointing, customer-alienating service again.

I ordered these flowers for Mother's Day after stumbling upon an article on MSN that said Robert Herjavec had used The Bouqs Co. for his daughter's wedding. I figured that if they were going to be used for a daughter of a millionaire, my Mom would love them. The roses in the picture looked beautiful, but when they came they very much exceeded my expectations. I was the recipient of a bouquet of roses that was sent to me through The Bouqs Company. What should have been a beautiful bouquet of multi-colored long-stem roses arrived as a dozen of bruised and discolored messes. When I opened the package to carefully remove the flowers, one rose head immediately fell off into my hand. Six of the others had brown discolored petals on the outside. They were sent to me for Mother's Day (yesterday), arrived on Saturday, and by yesterday morning, the flowers that were still intact or not discolored, had already begun to fall apart onto my table.
I would never let my Stepson know what a horrible mess they arrived in, as it would upset him greatly, and I am sure that they were not cheap, being long-stem roses. I have never had such a nasty flower delivery sent to me, and I have had many bouquets over the years. I would not recommend this company to anyone ordering online, as the quality was terrible, and it could cause quite an embarrassment if the person on the receiving end let the sender know what state the flowers arrived in.

I spent $135 on Mother's Day flowers for my mom and my boyfriend's mom. The flowers for my mom never got delivered on Mother's Day (Sunday) even though I spent an extra $10 for them to come Saturday the day before Mother's Day. The flowers for my boyfriend's mom were delivered however they are dead around the edges and the display was horrible. I expect money back. I have never ordered flowers that have come so unprofessionally. Do not waste any money.

I gave 1 extra star because my mom still liked them, but they did not look anything like the picture, and they were too expensive for what she got. If she got flowers that looked like the picture, then it would be fine, but it was not up to that quality. I would not recommend shopping here. I think I'll try a local florist or grocery store next time.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day - they arrived with no card (I had written one to be included with the arrangement) and apparently included pieces of plastic hot glued to sticks. Not only was I unhappy with the arrangement - I was honestly embarrassed. I complained to the company who assured me the plastic pieces were "loofah" and a central piece of the arrangement (funny that wasn't mentioned when I purchased) and offered me $15 dollars off my next order - of which there will be none. In addition to all of the above the actual flowers that were included my mother described as anemic.

Ordered sunflower bouquet for my mom on Mother's Day. They arrive on time, but were not the more expensive sunflowers I ordered. In fact, they didn't look like the picture at all. Some of the flowers were already starting to wilt and they sent her the cheaper vase after I paid for an upgrade. The cheaper vase kept tipping over and spilling water everywhere so she had to use her own vase. When I contacted customer service about the dying flowers in the cheap and clumsy vase, they refunded the amount I paid for the nice vase and issued a 24 dollar site credit.
I need to send her a whole new bouquet and since I already paid $80 for the droopy flowers, 24 bucks doesn't do much to remedy the situation. They advertise a 100% Happiness guarantee, which is obviously false advertising. Imagining my mom cleaning up spilled water and having to search for a vase for droopy flowers so she can gracefully send me a thank you on Mother's Day just makes me sad. I've read tons of similar stories on the BBB website. Avoid this company for your special occasion!

I order 2 deluxe bouquets ($100 each with tax) and received 3 sunflowers and 3 small roses for this price with filler as the rest of the bouquet, a total of 10 stems. Horrible value and was not the style chosen or the 24 stems paid for. I used the artisan floral option on the site and would never use this company again. Customer service was absolutely terrible to deal with, and would take 10 mins to respond in the chat function. When I asked them to fix the issue, they made a second mistake. Customer service was switched in middle of chat and no help was given.

I WOULD NOT USE THIS USELESS COMPANY. As far as I am concerned they are a rip-off. When the flowers arrived they were all wilted. They did not even put a moisturizer in box to keep flowers fresh. I bet the price my daughter paid for the flower is not worth it. There were only 13 flowers plus one cactus. Which was the only thing that looked good and they placed a moisturize stick on the stem. HA! What a joke. I would not even pay $5 for this. I wonder how many people received wilted flowers. The Federal Express delivered it right to our door. It was supposed to have been delivered but did not get here until today. I would not use this useless company for anything. It is just a pity that my daughter supported a friend that does marketing for this company and hopefully she will be smart enough to give them, a piece of her mind about the unsatisfactory services they provided. A little earlier today I received a delivery of tulips from your company as a Mother’s Day Present from my out of state son and his family, First I was shocked to see that they had no form of hydration for their journey. Secondly I hoped that once your instructions were followed and they were transferred into the accompanying mason jar that they would perk up. I had a very disappointing experience with FTD and ProFlowers, so I looked at the reviews for The Bouqs and saw they were much better. So I purchased this beautiful bouquet as 3 pictures are shown below. The bouquet my mother received does not match the pictures displayed at purchase. Such a disappointment. I was really hoping for this floral company to be of the quality shown on their website, but they seem to all be the same. They must figure most people will never know what the flowers they sent look like and the person receiving them won't complain.

I had two orders to be delivered on 5/10 to my mom and wife (Latin Mother's Day). Both orders originated from a farm in Colombia, but only my Mom's flowers were delivered. My wife's flowers were delayed due to some "Clearance Issue" at customs. My Mom loved her flowers but was disappointed that the message on the card was cut off because the message was not centered on the label in which it is printed on. My wife's flowers won't be delivered until 5/14. I contacted Customer Service and they gave me a full credit refund for my wife's flowers and a promotional credit for the message issue on my mother's card. Not the best experience, but I was glad that their Customer Service made it right. The representative was genuinely empathetic and did not give me the runaround. I think next time I will stick to flowers originating from California to avoid any issues.

My mother just received her Mother’s Day arrangement and the quality of the bouquet is absolutely horrendous. It looks nothing like the photo and the succulents were entirely missing from the bouquet. I ordered two other arrangements for Mother’s Day and I’m SO embarrassed for the other two women to receive them today, I almost want to apologise to them in advance. The flowers came wilted and damaged and look like a $15 bouquet I could have gotten at Ralph’s. This bouquet looks like a bunch of filler and not an actual flower arrangement. To top it all off the message came damaged, bent, dirty, and crooked/sloppily glued on to a white flimsy piece of paper... such a poor excuse of a “card”. Absolutely unacceptable.

I placed an order with Bouqs on May 9th. I requested that the flowers be delivered to my mother on May 11th. I paid for overnight shipping to ensure the flowers were received by my mother at her job as a surprise. Needless to say the flowers NEVER made it and the tracking number still shows that a label was created and that is it. To make matters worse, I am now unable to cancel the order. Crappy customer service as you can only “email/chat” with this company which isn’t much help b/c it only pulls up articles from previous asked questions. I am severely disappointed and disgusted with this business. My sister’s and I all wanted to surprise my mother with a bouquet of flowers each. Because of Bouqs my flowers are the only ones she didn’t receive!

I love the amount of selection of different flowers. When my girlfriend received the flowers and was completely blown away by the uniqueness of the bouquet I choose. She was very happy with the gesture but was completely surprised by the quality and uniqueness of the flower selection. The delivery was on time and they even delivered it to her work, a hospital, so it made it even more special. Thank you Bouqs. I'll be making my next flower delivery with you.

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. She's having a really hard time and I paid extra to have them delivered on a certain day. Not only were they not shipped, now the work will be closed all weekend and if there is an attempted delivery they'll die outside. My mom won't receive her flowers for Mother's Day and I paid extra for that. So horrible! Scam.

I wanted to send my mom flowers for Mother's Day, and after finding a discount through Lifehacker, I decided to give Bouqs.com a try. So I find some flowers on the Bouqs website, enter the promo code, and attempt to check out, but the price never adjusts so I abandon the order. Meanwhile some pop-up on the Bouqs site tells me to follow the link from its original source (or something to that effect), so this time I go back to Lifehacker and let the link within their text redirect me to Bouqs. This time a small selection of bouquets show up with the prices slashed, so I select one of the $20 deals and put it in my cart. The discounted price evaporates once it's in the cart but I go through the order process again thinking the price will adjust itself appropriately once I enter the promo code (IGMDAY50) at the end - no such luck. I abandon the order without confirming it again. I do this several more times to no avail.
Finally, after having gone through the ordering process a fifth time, I decide to confirm, thinking maybe this incredibly stupid site will self-correct once I complete/confirm the order. It did not. I get the email five minutes later confirming that I have spent $93 for a very average bouquet that is double what I wanted to pay, so I email customer service and tell them to either correct the mistake or just cancel my order. They tell me it's too late, despite the fact that the bouquet isn't being sent out until two days from now and I ordered it five minutes ago. I reply back, giving further explanation and asking for a manager. They respond by telling me I am welcome to purchase yet another bouquet using the promo code that didn't work, and ignore my request for a manager. In sum: their happiness guarantee is a blatant lie. This was the most useless, tone-deaf customer service interaction I have ever had. Next time I'll just stick with ProFlowers or FTD.

I ordered a $78 “Bouqs” flower delivery for my aunt for Mother’s Day. They arrived and it was embarrassing. Nothing like what was represented. A measly nine flowers stuck in a gigantic vase which just made them look worse. I immediately wrote to the company and was told that they would “open” in a few days. I sent a picture. The flowers were all open. I wrote back and told them I wanted a refund. I was brushed off with a “contact me in five days. They look fine to me.” I am NOT going to ask my aunt to send me a picture in five days! Ridiculous! The Bouqs does not care about their customers and I will make sure everyone knows about this. Sad!

However, we apologize that our agent in customer support did not offer suggestions that properly fit your concerns. The amount of water in the vase is perfect, but we'd like to recommend trimming the lilies to all be the same length so the arrangement looks fuller. Our mini calla lilies display elegant pops of color but for a grander look, our Bouqs containing mostly roses, sunflowers, and/or stargazer lilies might better match your taste. My son-in-law sent me flowers from your company twice. First time never received and yesterday received what would have been a beautiful bouquet. They arrived wilted and will have to be thrown out tonight because they are falling off the branches now. Not even a full day. I didn't have the heart to tell him yet again what was sent is half dead. The bouquet was Santa Cruz'n with a vase. So disappointed. I for one will never order from here.

Your Company was highly recommended by one of my favorite radio personalities - Dana **. I was tired with the old flower delivery service and had “issues” with them. The recipient was not totally happy or impressed. My MOM absolutely LOVED the flowers I recently sent her and spoke highly of them! I’m convinced the flowers are everything and more - as advertised! I had ordered flowers for my lady B Day, some were wilted and vase was missing. Bouqs went above and beyond with their customer service! Not only did they reimburse me for vase, credited me for the flowers in which I purchased more for mother's day, but unknown to me and my lady, they sent another 2 dozen roses with a vase. I ordered a few bouquets, and two were incredible. The third just wasn't in good shape, and the company immediately responded when I reached out, had amazing customer service, and took care of the problem within like 4 hours. Regardless of the problem on the third arrangement and then fantastic response, the quality of the first two by themselves is enough to bring me back; that they were so fast in taking care of my issue means they have a customer for life (who apparently writes online reviews about it).

Placed and paid for order on 5/1 for delivery on 5/8 (a significant birthday for my spouse). Received confirmation email from TheBouqs, then an email from TheBouqs saying item has shipped with a FedEx tracking number. Double checked FedEx and only a shipping label was created and nothing had shipped. Contacted TheBouqs who at first said order had shipped, then they admitted that only a label was created. I was then promised an email followup on 5/4 after the Supervisor "touched base" with FedEx & promised by same supervisor that she "would ensure delivery of item on 5/8".
Never heard back from the Supervisor. Contacted The Bouqs on 5/5, at first was told "item has shipped" then told "farmer never shipped item" then told "earliest we can now fulfill is 5/15" - asked for a manager to assist as this was NOT the consumer's fault, but thanks to TheBouqs non-customer service policy, no managers work Saturday or Sunday. Sent email, used online chat and FB Messenger, yet no one can help. No order was never sent and now it is too late to order flowers for this special spousal birthday leaving me hanging out to dry and looking like an idiot due to THEIR error and due to THEIR broken promises and THEIR not having a manager on duty to resolve issues. Was also told my price has been refunded, yet nothing credited back into my account. I don't want a refund, I want what I paid for, delivered as promised and paid for. A contract is still a contract. Shame on The Bouqs, and their Non Customer Service attitude!

This company had 3 chances to redeem itself and messed up each time. My husband sent me flowers for our anniversary and they arrived wilted with brown edges and died the next day. My husband called and they said they'd give him a credit that was not even the full amount of the first bouquet! My husband used the credit just to be over and done with it but ended up having to pay a little bit more for the flowers. Well, he got a note saying the bouquet wasn't going to make it in time so they offered to send ANOTHER bouquet to replace it. Yep, you guessed it--that bouquet didn't arrive either. The flowers were coming from Ecuador for some reason so no wonder there were some issues. Long story short, the whole thing has been a mess from the second the first bouquet was ordered. You're better served going with a local florist any old day.

I had a Groupon code to order flowers with The Bouqs Company. Attempted 6 times to order online without success. I called the company and the first girl I got I could not understand her (they use people from the Philippines, which is fine, except they must be able to be understood) and she hung up on me. The next day, since I was so frustrated attempted again to order flowers and this time there was a new page that had better prices for the Groupon code, but did not see that page day before.
Couldn't order again so called again. Got a gentleman who was unable to order them for me because of a "glitch" on the webpage. So once again did not get them ordered. Today, and now nervous due to fact that the recipients of my order needed to be delivered by 5/5. Got Elaine, who was wonderful, and was finally able to get my orders after spending 45 minutes on phone with her though. After all this time and hassle I only ended up saving 15 per order yet if I had worked those hours I could I have a HUGE bouquet once a month for a year!!! The flowers will be sent tomorrow, will see what I get.
The other thing is your choice of flowers get limited if you only have a couple of days to send, just something to keep in mind if you are very choosy in flowers you want to send. Look at site at least 2 weeks before wanting flowers. Oprah, I think this was a bad recommendation so far!!! If flowers live up to what they say I MIGHT give them another chance due to fact that they do have PICTURES of gorgeous bouquets. Hope they live up to what I saw. If ordering last minute I recommend using your well known local florist.
Updated on 05/17/2018: I got my second delivery of Bouqs flowers (from credit they gave me from 1st delivery of horrible roses) and I will NEVER order again. One bouquet I got cost $53 and I got 5 stems of flowers that looked like a little kid picked for his mother. Wished it had been would have meant more than these. Glad I sent these to my address before giving them to anybody. I would have been mortified if I had sent that bouquet to somebody that was dear to me. Once again Oprah, this is not one of my favorite things. POOR choice.

I placed an order for three bouquets that were the deal of the day. Three days later I was told that there was a mistake on the price listed online and that they would give me one for free and I would be responsible for paying 50% of the “correct” price for my other two bouquets. Please take care of your customers when you make a mistake. Don’t make your problems become problems for your customers. It was very frustrating to have the manager sympathize with me but tell me he didn’t have any other options.

I wanted to send flowers to a friend of mine for her birthday who just lost her husband, to cheer her up. I ordered the flowers one week before her birthday, on April 24th. Bouqs sent them by FedEx 6 days ago and they have still not been delivered. When I contacted them to let them know the shipping service they used has not delivered the flowers, and at this point the flowers cannot possibly be alive anymore, and requested my money back. Rolando in customer service flat out refused to refund me my money and said there is nothing they can do but give me a small credit, not even what I paid for the flowers, for a future order. I will never order from these people again. They are in no way sympathetic, nor do they have any desire to remedy the situation. I am in the process of filing a dispute with my credit card company to have these charged reimbursed. I did not get what I paid for, and they refuse to reimburse me.

After reading a couple of reviews it appears there is a pattern. Yes, when flowers are delivered they are what was represented, but heaven forbid something goes wrong. I signed up for a bouquet each month. About 5 months ago. Three deliveries arrived and arrived on time. One was late and, since the flowers are not in water, they had wilted. I wasn't upset that time, however, this month (April), the flowers that were to be delivered on 4/20 have yet to be delivered (4/26/18). If they should ever arrive, for obvious reasons, they'll have to be thrown out.
In communicating via email to Bouqs' customer service staff, all I get are scripted emails that they are sorry and "here's a coupon code." Aren't companies required to either provide what a customer ordered, or, refund the customer's money? I have requested both to no avail. Such a disappointment. The moral to the story is that, yes, if you receive your flowers they will be very nice, but should there be a delivery issue you'll be out the flowers and your money.

There were multiple opportunities for Bouqs to change this experience for me. It was as though I was conversing with someone with their hands over their ears saying “Have a lovely day, let us know how else we can assist you and have a lovely day.” They did not assist in any way. They couldn’t care less. I ordered a bouquet with a promo code that doubled the size of the bouquet. When I got the confirmation email I realized that the delivery date was incorrect (might have been my mistake). I emailed customer service to change it. They told me I could not change it but I could cancel it by going to the website. I went to the website and was sucked into a vortex of no place to cancel - despite the website directions.
I emailed the customer service rep again. The next day he emailed me that admitting that their website wasn't very good and I asked for the link to cancel. He responded by saying that it was now too late to cancel because the flowers came from Southeast Asia. Not my problem. We were 7 days from the delivery date. It was 50 dollar order not a wedding. I exchanged several emails. He was polite but would not refund or cancel the order.
Part 2 flowers are delivered. 7 stems of Ranunculus. 50 dollars. The flowers looked awful. I sent a picture asking about the quality and the size. I was told that if the recipient followed the instructions, they would get better. She claimed that the promotion didn’t work for my order because... blah blah. When I ordered the flowers, it was indicated that the promo was applied to my order. They refused to refund. They handled nothing and they apparently get away with charging 52.00 for 7 pitiful Ranunculus. Without a doubt THE most disingenuous, oblivious, scamming, don’t give a ** about customer, company ever.

I ordered a bouquet for a friend's birthday and it showed up wilted and the blooms turning brown. Thankfully I sent them to myself first to hand deliver and I was able to get a new bouquet before anything tragic happened. But in reaching out to their customer service department they were super unhelpful in resolving the matter in any fashion. They sent me a canned response multiple times claiming that since they are farm fresh the blooms may be "floppy" at first and to just put them in water. I didn't pay $77 for "floppy" flowers to be delivered nor did I pay that for brown and just flat out wilted blooms either. I get it's farm fresh, but there is a basic level of quality that they cannot meet or even try to meet with their service. I highly discourage anyone from ever ordering from here, it's a dice roll and if they don't land in your favor it's not their problem apparently and they just take your money.

Flower arrangement - $46.75: I sent my sister flowers from Bouqs & she thanked me & sent pictures of the flowers. I was so embarrassed as they were very skimpy & looked nothing like the size in the picture that they showed on their website. I contacted Bouqs & they requested that I send the picture which I did. They then did contact me & said the flowers were fine & would open in about a week & asked that I send them another picture at that time. I wasn’t going to embarrass myself further by asking my sister to send another picture. The bottom line is that the flowers began to wilt & only 2 of the blooms opened. Bouqs closed the issue & refused to remedy the situation.

The flowers are gorgeous! The box arrived on my specified delivery date which is always a great start. The box was a pretty damaged with tears and indents so I was a little nervous opening the box. However the flowers were in perfect condition. They are GORGEOUS!! Have had them in the vase for about 4 days and still look brand new, have received tons of compliments on them. They look just like the picture I selected from as well. I was pleasantly surprised as I had somewhat low expectations as typically when you get flowers shipped they don't look that great. Would definitely recommend!

I sent flowers to an aunt who was in the hospital in another city from Bouqs. The flowers were delivered on a Saturday and I was contacted by the company the following Wednesday indicating that the flowers arrived wilted and dead. How embarrassing! They offered to resend the flowers or give me a gift credit in the amount of the flowers. I think they should have done more than this for a very unhappy and embarrassed customer (i.e. a discount in the original price or a gift card for a future purchase). I will not use them again nor will I recommend them to others.

I placed an order 48 hours in advance to send a bouquet for a funeral. I realized 36 hours in advance that I needed to ensure the bouquet arrived in time for the viewing/funeral. I called customer service and said I was willing to pay extra to get the flowers there for their purpose, the funeral. Despite the fact that FedEx was willing to deliver on time AND that FedEx had not yet even received the package, the Bouqs was "unable" to change my order -- or cancel it -- due to "the system." The cost would have been $15, said the (nice) customer service agent, but without an order (which I no longer had because it had already been "forwarded to the farm") they had no way to do it.
Couldn't they (or I) just call the farm and change the FedEx label? No. The farm was in South America and the information was confidential. I picked this company because of the good reviews in ConsumerAffairs, so I want to make sure others know about this. My mistake, sure. But entirely fixable if the Bouqs was so inclined.

Ordered 3 Dozen Utopia Roses from Farmer Jose in Ecuador‼️ I was very worried after reading negative reviews, but they were perfect‼️ Sent these to my daughter’s Grandmother after she came home from hospital. I was hesitant at first, because the price was a little high. I thought I wouldn’t get anything that I couldn’t get from any other florist. I was wrong. My mother was so surprised and pleased with the flowers. The arrangement was beautiful. The shipping was really quick. Almost a week later, the flowers still look amazing. I found Bouqs and honestly was impressed by how all of their flowers looked. Prices for what you were getting very reasonable. Well after much contemplation I placed my order. Needless to say something went wrong. When I checked on my order to said it as going to be delivered Tuesday instead of Monday. Odd, I could have sworn I chose Monday because that was the only day my mother was going to be home.
She was leaving the next day to my grandmother's funeral (hence me sending flowers for her to bring). Went on to the chat help and I was informed first because of "quality concerns" that they were only delivering on specific days. I asked if there were any other arrangements I could order that could be delivered Monday. Oh yes there are! Just not to my mother's area... Then why even tell me that there can be? If I had known there were specific days they deliver I would have gone ahead and chosen another day sooner and paid for faster delivery. So here I am now, won't have the flowers delivered in time, and not enough time to order something else. This feels great.

Flowers come in buds so you can watch them bloom in one to 2 days and enjoy the flowers longer and because they have their own growers that ship direct to you... Wow what an experience. My flowers traveled all the way to me from South America to Vegas. On day 5 and not the smell is fantastic from my roses. The bright orange color is so unique. I ordered flowers for my mother's 80th birthday. There is no indication on the website of potential delivery time. After checking my order on the day flowers were due to be delivered, FEDEX indicated that the flowers could be delivered as late as 8 P.M. that night! Totally unacceptable for flowers to arrive that late on a special day. After waiting on hold for quite a long time, the representative disconnected me. I called back and was offered a $10 gift card for a future order! NEVER WILL I USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! There are far too many other flower delivery services from which to choose. The two long waits on hold and the general negative attitudes of the representatives regarding Bouqs position are not conducive to customer satisfaction. I will be sure to further express my dislike of this company's policies.

First off, I would like to say I grow flowers, love flowers and know what great flowers look like. This company has great marketing, but horrible flowers and they easily cheats consumers not telling them what is really expected. With my first Bouq order I received 2 cheap plastic wrapped, Peruvian Lilies. (You can buy these at Trader Joes for 10 dollars or your local grocery store). My order arrived with some wilted and broken flowers. The flowers do not come arranged so you must cut, and arrange them yourself (not a good idea, if you're gifting to someone). If you are like me, and love flowers you know a great arrangement has color, beautiful vibrant flowers and some foliage to make it pop! I am canceling my subscription because it is not worth it IMO. Do not buy for special occasions, please go to a florist for that to save such disappointment. I wouldn't recommend 1800 Flowers or Pro Flowers either. All bad experiences. Do not buy flowers online.

I ordered a bouquet for my wife to be delivered ~3 weeks in the future to her office. The bouquet arrived exactly when it was supposed to and the flowers came pre-bloom. This meant my wife had the opportunity to watch the flowers bloom, which hit peak bloom ~1 week after delivery. She has told me they are gorgeous and she has loved the opportunity.

I work at the hospital and see flowers everyday. When I came home from work last night my flowers were the first thing I saw when I walked in the door. They had all opened up and I had to do a double take because of how big and beautiful they are. Valentine Flowers - Ordered flowers for my wife, 2 dozen red roses and a mixed bouquet for my daughter. Roses were two different sizes and smaller flowers didn't open until the other roses were turning brown. Stems looked aged, not fresh as advertised by The Bouqs. The mixed bouquet for my daughter, most of the flowers have still not opened 7 days later. Neither bouquets look anything like the photos show on the website. Tried to contact The Bouqs for their advertised 100% Happiness. Could not jump through all of the hoops and gave up. Avoid these folks!

I ordered from The Bouqs on 2/10 and wanted to check the order in 2/11. The person I talked to was foreign and did not understand what I was asking and was on the phone for at least 30 min. I asked to talk to a manager and he stated there were none avail at that time. He put me on hold to supposedly check my order and the best I could get out of him it was supposed to be check in 48 hours. I was ordering these for Valentine’s Day and when I was placing the order it told me my mother would get them on the 13 but when I got confirmation it said the 20th and that is why I check.
I got a call left on my voicemail a couple days later from another foreigner who obviously didn’t even know what a voicemail was because he kept saying me, "Why are you not answering, Are you there Ms. x, I’m calling from The Bouqs. Ms. x please answer your phone." What an idiot! I finally had to get my credit card involved and am trying to get my $ back now. I don’t think this company has any AMERICANS that work for them and the foreigners they have don’t understand English. I would NEVER use them again!!!

I ordered a flower arrangement for my wife on Valentine's day. Instead what we got were a bunch of flowers wrapped in paper which this company then expected my wife to open, cut and arrange herself. What we got was a flower arranging kit, which would have been fine except that that's not what they were selling on the website. The photo I purchased from was of a beautiful arrangement. In addition the flowers that came were wilted and not yet bloomed.
When I contacted the company it admitted that the flowers may be green or wilted when they first arrive. Why would anyone order something like this for their wife on Valentine's day? Had they told me all this beforehand I would have gone to a local flower store. I asked several times for a refund but they kept sending me canned answers about the look of the flowers when my main point was that I did not get an arrangement like I ordered but rather pieces to put together. This is like ordering pizza and getting delivered some dough and cheese and sauce to put together.

The website is so user friendly with a wide variety to fit any occasion. The flowers were beautiful! I ordered the roses with long stems, I am obsessed. The delivery was on time and the box was perfect and pretty! I would highly recommend the company to all family and friends.

These flowers are so beautiful. They were packaged wonderfully. They were delivered to my job and they kept well in the box until I got home to properly take care of them! Once I got them home I put them in a vase and after two days they are full!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. The flowers arrived when expected and in good condition. The flowers were unopened, but within 24 hrs of getting them in the vase they started opening and the colors are wonderful and vibrant. We are very pleased with this experience and will be using this company again!

The flowers were gorgeous and my mom loved them. She said they were the prettiest flowers she’s ever received and they get prettier day by day. She’s so happy so that makes me happy. I ordered flowers for my husband in the military, they arrived on time as expected. The packaging was extremely modern and well thought out. They came budded, which I loved because it really extends the life of the flowers. I also loved the follow up emails about the flowers and how to care for them. I didn’t pay very much and came out extremely happy.
