I ordered a deluxe order of flowers for my husband, they were delivered the very next day! Each flower was individually wrapped, and smelled awesome. Just as the picture showed. My husband, who is the greatest man ever, truly loved them. Happy with the company and the products so far. :)

I've ordered from Bouqs on at least 3 separate occasions now. Sometimes having multiple orders sent to the same address on the same day. On every occasion, I have received exactly what I ordered and on time. The major draw to me is that these are flowers sustainably picked from around the world, and shipped fresh, at a competitive price point. I have always been very pleased with the arrangements that have arrived. The flowers have always been stunning, vibrant, and enduring.
Many have complained that the arrangements they receive do not resemble the pictures. This may be a case of the consumer not reading the description as many of the arrangements shown on the website are seasonal arrangements that leave the actual flowers included up to the discretion of the grower and they very clearly indicate that the arrangement may not resemble that of the picture. I have always read the description before I have purchased, and I have not had any issue.
Some also may not be impressed with the simple presentation. They are safely packed into a rectangular cardboard box and shipped. They are shipped in a single bunch per price point. The base level is 1 bunch of flowers, the deluxe is 2 bunches of flowers, and the grand is 3 bunches of flowers. In my experience, these bunches are all the same. You are just paying for more flowers, which is readily indicated on the website. These flowers do not come pre-arranged to make a stunning impact when the box is opened, nor are they wrapped in lace and tissue paper or what-not. A little effort is required on your part to put them in the vase, add the included flower food, and adjust them to look nice.
Overall I am extremely satisfied with the products I have received for the money I have spent. I feel that this is a far less commercial endeavor such as most places I have ordered flowers from. I believe this flower company targets specifically the consumer that is concerned about the preservation of the environment and appreciating nature in a way that doesn't negatively impact it. It's a different kind of flower company, and it is a good thing.

My recipients, mostly people in their 80s and 90s, have all been very pleased with their Bouqs. I don't understand all the negative reviews. The website clearly describes how the flowers will arrive and what to do to take care of them. If you follow the directions they bloom beautifully and last for a very long time--longer than most cut flowers--and have a wonderful aroma. As for the reviewers who seem *shocked* that their flowers come from ECUADOR... Are you really so ignorant that you don't know where commercial flowers at Walmart and the grocery stores come from? Not only are the vast majority of those flowers from foreign countries, they are most likely from farms that use environment destroying farming practices and horrible labor conditions.
The only problem I ever had with Bouqs was with a local "artisanal" florist that they had contracted with near the place of delivery in Ohio. I was furious at the time since the flowers weren't delivered when they should have been, but the florist and Bouqs made up for it in customer service and the credits they offered me. I have never had a problem when ordering from one of their South American or California farms. Bouqs is one of the good guys and is a company that should be supported. Bouqs provides sustainable source for flowers.

My experience with Bouqs has been positive both as a recipient and as someone sending flowers to a friend. The flowers gifted to me were in bud form as described and opened beautifully within the day. The flowers lasted for a good while with care and changing out the water demo-regularly, etc. A portion are still thriving now, about a month later. The experience with being gifted the flowers led me to want to gift them to a friend. They arrived on time and appeared to be as described. The order was without a vase, however, because the one that arrived to me was dented, so it seemed not worth the $12. Essentially it's been all positive - it is surprising to see that others have not had the same experience.

Bought my mother the largest order of vibrant and colorful tulips. First birthday for her without my dad, who used to buy her a table full of beautiful flowers every year. I wanted to make it both familiar, but special by getting her tons of colorful flowers. Bouqs send ALL WHITE TULIPS. White flowers for her birthday after her husband died of brain cancer. Colors may vary doesn't even begin to explain how purple, pink, and white were instead all white. Was so disappointed. For a flower company, they sure didn't consider the meaning of particular colors and flowers. The company sent another order of the same flowers at no charge. Great. More white flowers to remind us.

I have ordered now twice, both times disappointed! I gave them the 2nd chance just to give them one more try. My mistake! Contacted customer service and got no satisfaction. Never as the picture show for the size bouquet that I have ordered. What flowers there are. Sad! Never ordering from them again and I suggest you don't either.

I made the mistake of choosing "Designer's Choice" and I also picked the deluxe which is the more expensive option. It was the laziest looking arrangement for $70+. I submitted a complaint to no avail. I would've been better off spending half the money and having a friend put together some flowers from a grocery store or just shopping somewhere else where I have received consistent service.
I was told that because the flowers were of good quality there was nothing they could do. The picture and description of "designer's choice" is incredibly misleading and overpriced. The take away from this experience is that it basically gives the florist the option to put together a cheap arrangement. Not happy and not using Bouqs again.

I ordered 3 separate orders from The Bouqs company from their website. The website had dates by the floral arrangements. So I ordered from what I thought would be the accurate bouquet for the flowers. The pictures are extremely misleading. I sent an arrangement to my supervisor and a few of my professors. I was so shocked and underwhelmed, as the flowers did not look anything like what the pictures on the website showed. They were about 12 stems of green plants. No flowers at all. We trimmed them and placed in the tin vase we purchased from Bouqs and waited a day to see if something magical would happen. Nothing flowered.
After 3-4 days, I e-mailed The Bouqs and asked for a refund and was told to give the flowers more time. I contacted them again and asked for a refund and they told me to watch the video on flower care. After 6 days the stems started dying and after much consideration, I realize that I have been duped. The orders I ordered double the flowers, not at all. So, my only recourse is to warn people about this less than reputable company. Not worth the money, energy, frustration or embarrassment. My supervisor and Professors think I was playing a joke on them. For my $190.00 - I received bad product and service. Avoid The Bouqs folks.

When seeking a delivery service, you would expect them to execute the one, simple, thing expected of them, right? Wrong. My fiancé planned two weeks prior to our anniversary to have flowers delivered to my office. The day came and I was left wondering if he had forgotten. The DELIVERY company was incapable of DELIVERING the flowers on the set date. Instead, they showed up a day after, shriveled and dead. A nice gesture from my loved one was soiled due to unprofessional service and a sub-par product. When I consulted customer service, they sent a template apology without reimbursement or full refund. Total scam.

I order flowers every year to send to my mother for my deceased grandmothers birthday. I have a account with ProFlowers and usually order from them, However ProFlowers the last two orders came were wilted & dead by the time they got to my moms house. So this year I decided to look around for more quality flowers. Found the Bouqs website with many Growers from all over the world.
The Bouqs has videos & background information on all the flowers & Farmers. I was really impressed by the large assortment & the given product knowledge. I ordered the "dawn" flowers. They were bright orange with darker orange tips, just beautiful. Ok so the order is made and I ALWAYS read reviews before buying but this time I skipped because of the great presentation. I must say the flowers did come in great packaging as well as instructions. Yes the flowers were in buds at first but I would rather the flowers be blooming so I can experience the beauty V.S. having the flowers arrive DEAD & broken flowers like ProFlowers sent on many occasions. So now I have ordered the rainbow flowers from The Bouqs and I love them. No complaints, great flowers & great service & packaging!

When I tried to use the two Groupons I purchased for $20 off each order, the "free shipping" offer disappeared, but not until I got to check-out, so I had to start over again. In the end I actually "saved" only $5 on one order and $10 on the other. More importantly, Bouqs' "100% Happiness guarantee" is also false. I ordered 2 double bouquets. One bunch in each order was wilted in 24 hours and the other bunch within 3 days. (Flowers that I get for $5 at Wal-Mart last at least a week.) Lastly, their customer "service" was horrible. They told me I had to text them photos of the wilted flowers before they'd believe me, but then gave me a bogus/non-functioning number and email to which I was to send the photos. In the end, even with the minimal savings, I still paid more than any other flower service I've ever used (and I've used many) for far inferior quality. I will never use them again and recommend that nobody does.

I ordered an expensive bouquet from Bouqs and the flowers arrived in poor condition. Many buds were broken off, flowers in shock from being dry and overheated, etc. I tried them again, and the flowers arrived in better shape than my first order but they were shipped from ECUADOR. The box was open (must have been inspected and not resealed at customs) and, again, some buds were broken off, leaves had fallen off, no care instructions or flower food enclosed, not in good shape. I'm NOT looking for Consumer Affairs to intervene, but instead I'm writing to alert others about the condition of their flowers upon arrival!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sent flowers to my out-of-town boyfriend for his birthday. The Bouqs delivery system which is FedEx just didn't try to deliver. They claimed the business wasn't open at 9:20 am on a Friday - which is not true. It's a place of business that is staffed by 8 am every week day. The Bouqs "customer service" said they would try again on Monday! Three day old cut flowers, not on the day promised which was the birthday, is completely not what I ordered. This is a pathetic performance for a company that sells execution. The "100% happiness guarantee" icon on the website is a joke.

Flowers were delivered half dead/wilted. All the vials were empty. No water in them and these flowers were "said" to be overnight because FedEx screwed up on the first order that did not get redelivered as FedEx stated they would redeliver next day and DID NOT! So this, a week later, was suppose to be the second order of so called FRESH FLOWERS! WHICH WERE ANYTHING BUT FRESH! Back and forth with customer service, the two woman I spoke with were very nice and did apologize for all the inconvenience but the gentleman that emailed me kept dancing around the issue saying I needed to wait for the flowers to perk up once in water. I have NEVER had to wait for flowers to PERK UP! REALLY!!! I emailed him four times telling him the same thing that there was no water in the vials and that overnight flowers should not be dead/wilted etc etc!
Both FedEx and Bouqs Flowers are to blame here. The person that packaged the flowers obviously does not know what dead flowers look like and had no clue that you're suppose to put water in those vials that are attached to stems etc!! My granddaughter had ordered them for me for my 70th birthday and she had to go through so much annoyance to try and get things straightened out when she should not have had that much trouble, but after emailing back and forth with an Alex I can understand why she was so frustrated! He just was not getting all of what was done or should I say NOT done! He then gives me a $20.00 credit for all my aggravation. I had to sign up for an account just to be able to send the pictures of the flowers and address my concerns.
I then was going to send my granddaughter flowers for all the trouble she had and guess what there are NO flowers under $40.00 and I am on a very fixed income. I cannot afford much of anything. That really annoyed me because at first I was told I would get a gift card and then he gives me a credit that I cannot and will not use and I told him so in yet another email that it was an insult to me for him to do that because it was their way of trying to get more business. NOT HAPPENING! They can keep their $20.00 and I told him that! They did give my granddaughter back her money and a gift card after all her problems with them but that also took a lot of her time and patience and at first they were not going to give her a refund!! She was beyond annoyed!!!
They need to own up to their mistakes as well as who they hire to deliver their flowers dead or alive!! AND they have a HAPPINESS GUARANTEE!! REALLY!! And they put at the end of that guarantee IF APPROPRIATE. And guess who makes that decision!! That is a joke!! I almost forgot the card that they typed out with what my granddaughter wanted to say to me. They typed FORNTHE instead of FOR THE. They obviously do not check their work or what they type on cards... VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE WHOLE DAMN EXPERIENCE!!
As far as order number they could not give me that information. I was told there were two order numbers. I said, "Ok. What are they." They said. "Oh we don't have them. It only says there were two orders." And then I said, "Yes and BOTH WERE SCREWED UP!" The woman again apologized. It was not her fault. She just works there in customer service, but Alex just did not get it!! Since they did not give me an order number I will give you my granddaughter's email. Maybe that will help. It's **. So with all of the above said I am DONE!

The first time I ordered from The Bouqs, I sent two bouquets, and neither of the recipients ever said anything negative about them. I did not see either bouquet, so I don't know if they were just being nice. One of them was my mother, after all. This time, I purchased a license code from DudeIWantThat.com. It was a deal where you pay them $35 for a $50 code that you can put toward purchasing a bouquet on Bouqs. I went online to Bouqs and began placing an order for a $50 bouquet, and it said it could not put it in my cart, but didn't say why not.
I called customer service who, after several holds and a promise of a callback or an email notification (neither of which ever happened), when I called them again said they had "a bug in their system" and they would try to fix it, but in the meantime, I could log out and order the bouquet as a guest instead. They offered to give a $15 gift card to cover the shipping on the bouquet. When I asked if a license code and gift card would work on the same transaction, they said they would not. Here's the problem.
I already paid for the bouquet, I paid $35. I already have an account on their website, and when you order on your account, you don't have to pay the $15 shipping. So if I use my account, and use the license code, I pay $35 total. But their system has a bug, so I can't do that, and they can't bypass it. If I pay as a guest, I can use either the license code or the gift card, but I have to pay shipping. If I use the license code, I still have to pay the $15, and then what was supposed to cost me $35 total ends up costing me $50. But their system has a bug so I can't do that either.
If I use the gift card and not the license code, then I pay $35 for the wasted license code, and $50 for the bouquet with free shipping, so I pay $85 total. This was not a financial solution, this was simply the company saying they had a problem with their system and they wanted me to pay for their problem. It is not my fault you hired a sub-par IT team. If in the hypothetical situation that all of your equipment and systems are working properly, I get to buy a bouquet for $35 - then in the very real situation where none of your systems are working properly, you should make good and make sure I still get to buy a bouquet for $35. That's called customer service. Welcome to running a business, instead of running one into the ground. At this point, it seems I have to eat my $35 license code and will be getting no flowers. I would only do business with Bouqs again if they made good on this ridiculous joke.

I ordered a few bouquets from Bouqs.com that were beautiful. But the third and fourth orders were so disappointing. I sent an email with pictures of the third bouquet and they did give me a credit. I recently used the credit and ordered the same bouquet from their website to be sent to a different location. The bouquet I ordered from their website had roses, hydrangeas, pink accents and beautiful filler. (Picture below)
I ordered the bouquet on Friday, July 21 to be delivered in Scottsdale on Tuesday, July 25 between 9-11 am. The bouquet, picture below, was delivered around 2:00 pm (hours later than requested) and this is what was received... no roses, no hydrangeas, (those could be seasonal, but roses are not). I need to reiterate the same feelings I had on the previous bouquet I sent, I could have gone to the grocery and picked up ten bunches plus delivery and had an amazing looking bouquet for $75, instead of what was delivered.
I have referred their company, spoke highly about it on Facebook and shared with friends across the country how great they were. My last complaint told them I DID NOT want a credit, I would not refer their company or use it again and I would review it with these facts. I am truly sad that the concept of their company could not be reflected in the product they deliver. I'm beginning to understand why they do not have a customer service telephone number on their website, possibly too many complaints?

First, I sent these to a friend who lost her spouse. Never heard anything. I assumed they were delivered. Second time I sent them for a friend who was just diagnosed with cancer. First a week after I placed order they were cancelled because the date I was able to select for delivery was actually more money than on the website was showing... So they just cancelled it.
A week later I finally placed another order. She posted pictures of her bouquet and it was the small size when I paid over twice as much for the large size with vase. No vase was delivered, just a box. Third time shortly after that I was sent a mix of tulips and iris from my birthday from a friend who thought I liked Bouqs. They came warm and dead. Flowers are brown and wilted. Printer ink was even running out when my card was printed and I had to decipher it. Later I found out that the first person I sent flowers to received something totally different. Their smallest cheapest bouquet available. I spent so much time choosing the perfect bouquet and every time the order was wrong. I will never use this company again.

I am now dealing with my second disappointing experience with this company. The first go-around, I ordered a standard bouquet of roses. The roses arrived on time, but were wilted and nearly dead upon arrival. I immediately followed up with customer service. I was assured that the roses would come back to life once put into a vase with the proper nutrients. Well, 5 days after doing so, the flowers never regained life and were basically dead. I was never offered a refund or alternative (100% satisfaction guarantee?).
The only reason I gave The Bouqs a second chance is because their company listed Peonies in stock during the off-season. I ordered a bouquet of peonies on a Thursday afternoon and paid extra to have them delivered on a Saturday. On a Friday afternoon (a full 24 hours after I placed the order), customer service reached out to me. They informed me due to an increase in demand, they would not be able to send the Peonies. The Bouqs listed 3 different bouquet options on their website, and I find it hard to believe all 3 were sold out within 24 hours of me placing an order.
I am most appalled with the level of customer service. Instead of offering me a replacement (at no additional cost) or a discount on a future order of some sort, I was given nothing but a refund and apology. Never have I experienced such lackadaisical and careless customer service. I will not be ordering from them again and will spread the word that this is not a company you can rely on.

I was appalled by the poor condition of the flowers and contacted the company (with photos), assuming they would be happy to have the opportunity to send a replacement before the sender or recipient even knew what happened. Not so. They told me the best they could do would be to credit the sender's account for $15. When my mother arrived, I gave her the flowers. She obviously appreciated the thought but we both felt bad for my sister in law, and didn't want to tell her what a mess it was.
A few weeks later, an ad from Bouqs was directed at me on Facebook. I told them, publicly, to take me off their lists and why. They reached out and said they would like to make it right. "Great," I said. "I simply wanted my mother to get a replacement bouquet." "No problem," I was told. I would just need to put give them a credit card number to create an account, they would then give me a credit to use toward a replacement bouquet, and they would remove the $15 credit from my SIL's account. Alternatively, my SIL could contact them and they would give her the full credit, which she could use towards a future purchase or to resend a replacement bouquet. Really? They can't simply replace the bouquet? I decided the whole thing wasn't even worth it. Would never deal with this company.

I was very surprised to see that the roses which were supposed to be a very light pink, were very dark red.
I understand that substitutions are sometimes necessary with florists, I just don't understand why Bouqs posts nine pictures of a very specific bouquet on their site and doesn't mention substitutions anywhere on the page. Why bother spending the time choosing if the end result won't look anything like what you ordered? Absolute worst floral delivery experience ever. They have no phone numbers to call customer service, so you are left to sending emails and receiving inadequate responses. Supposedly they offer same-day shipping, but my order for Mother's Day was supposed to be delivered an entire week ago and is still nowhere to be found. Originally, I decided to take advantage of an offer for a "free" ($40 discount) bouquet. They made up for the discount by charging $20 for shipping and $12 for a vase. I had to place the order by email to customer service since the website kept clearing my cart before the order would process.
On the day that the flowers are supposed to deliver (one week ago), I receive an email in the afternoon that due to "unforeseen circumstances" my delivery won't make it today and they'll try again the next day. Well, being as the delivery was going to my mother's workplace and she doesn't work on Saturday, that wasn't going to fly. I sent an email to customer service to see about changing the delivery address and was instead told I could use a $100 credit that would be good for a year.
I see that FedEx is having some problems that could have affected delivery, so I decide to try again with the store credit. This time, the backup delivery is scheduled for Tuesday (3 days ago). To date, NEITHER bouquet has arrived. The original order had a shipping label created but does not appear to have actually left the warehouse and the second order says it's "en route" but doesn't even have a tracking number so I highly doubt it has actually been shipped. Thanks for ruining the Mother's Day present to my poor mom. Absolutely awful.

Ordered The Bouqs about a year ago - great experience first one/two times. Shared my experience. Have received flowers from them multiple times since then as gifts and every time I have written to complain. They give you credit - but don't allow you to use it unless bouquets are full price. Mother's day flowers were received and the next day, after of course water/food, they started to die and never opened.

Please don't depend on this company! If your flower delivery is timely, find another flower delivery service. On Mother's Day, probably the MOST important "flower holiday", they screwed up! Ordered for delivery 3 days early JUST TO ENSURE THAT WE'D HAVE THEM IN TIME. When they didn't arrive, contacting them is restricted to email. They do respond, but several hours later. They asked me to wait so they could research the delivery problem. No further response. Next day I make another inquiry. Again I'm asked to wait with much apology.
They respond (email) the day before Mother's Day that there's a problem with Federal Express. I check with Federal Express and apparently, FedEx rec'd ONLY the notice of an order from Bouqs, but never rec'd a formal order for pick up. So Bouqs never released the flowers to Federal Express! SO frustrating when a company not only fails to provide a service, but makes delaying excuses making it impossible to make alternative plans in any timely manner. Mind you this was a $150 order and put quite a damper on our Mother's Day having to explain the situation. So find another flower vendor!

Well apparently it was because I didn't know how to care for these specially grown and nurtured roses!!! I should watch a video link they provided! I'm 60 and have cut and arranged a lot of flowers and these were the worse ever received by mail!! And I would have let it go if the company had responded with "We are so sorry. We will refund your son's account and send you more so you can see our usual quality" but NO! They said "not possible for the flowers to be low quality and NO not refunding unless the buyer request a refund!"
Didn't want my guys to know how sad these looked! I loved their effort and sweet thoughts!! Didn't want to complain to them! Also only found out 24 were ordered and 12 delivered after sending my son a strategically taken picture to make the flowers seem to look OK! He asked where the other 12 were!! Worst flower delivery ever! My daughter ordered flowers for me to be delivered the day before Mother's Day. She's in another state but checked online and learned they had not been delivered so she followed up with them. They then promised a Sunday delivery. When she saw I still had not received them on Mother's Day, she called to apologize because I was feeling very forgotten. She explained the horrible customer service experience she had with them and said she was still working on it but that the flowers would be very nice, including a plant that I could then pot and keep.
Fast forward to the Tuesday after Mother's Day. A box arrived with tacky colored roses (which I never like because they die so quickly). This was clearly surplus product past its peak not only from the appearance of the flowers but also the fact that they were wrapped in cardboard that said "Mother's Day Bouquet". I really appreciate the thoughtfulness that my daughter put into timely ordering something I would enjoy and feel horrible that she feels as though she let me down, all because she decided to use The Bouqs Company.

It's infuriating to see that my experience was not just a one time thing... Everyone has the same experience when ordering from The Bouqs. I took a chance on a new company without reading any reviews and it was a frustrating and embarrassing experience! I ordered Mother's day flowers for my Mom with a delivery date of the Friday before Mother's day. Friday comes and I receive an email saying the delivery date would actually be Saturday. One day later and they were sending me a store credit, so no big deal. They then send me an email Friday evening to say my order has been shipped.
Saturday comes and still no flowers? I check their tracking status on their website and it claims the flowers are on their way... except the FedEx tracking number states that only a label has been created and they have not even been shipped. Why then would they send me an email to say otherwise? I send another email, looking for clarification. Instead of an honest answer, they give me another store credit for my inconvenience.
I email them AGAIN Sunday morning. I don't want another store credit. I want to know when my Mother would be receiving the flowers I sent her! They write me back and say the flowers aren't going to be delivered and gave me my money back. Would they have told me this had I not emailed them? You know, to give me time to find another florist to deliver my Mother flowers on Mother's day?!? NO. So that left me sending my Mom a screenshot of the email they sent with an apology for the flowers that never came. I have used the store credits they sent me to send my Mom a LATE Mother's day bouquet but that will be the ABSOLUTE last time I order from this Company. I will make sure everyone I know does the same.

I have worked with flowers for well over 15 years and although I do not currently work in the floral industry, I still purchase flowers through a variety of ways, including point-of-sale purchases, traditional flower shops and recently purchased flowers for myself through The Bouqs. After reading more negative reviews than positive reviews, I decided to order a $70 bouquet of ranunculus to give this company a test.
Some of the negative consumer reviews of this company seem a bit unfair. For instance, if you are needing something specific and it needs to arrive for a special occasion or a funeral, then this is not the company for you and flowers should be sent by contacting a local florist and making arrangements for them to be delivered. If you need a "holiday" arrangement or a "Get Well" bouquet, then again, consider a local florist. If you are looking for something "cheap," try Sam's Club or a grocery store. But, don't use a mail-order company and expect them to deliver the same quality and style as a traditional florist. Traditional florists have years of experience, understand local delivery protocols with hospitals and funeral homes and while they may charge a premium for their services, you should expect premium flowers and premium customer service.
If you are looking for cheap flowers, then The Bouqs may not be your choice. If you are looking for stellar customer care, then from the previous reviews, The Bouqs may not be your choice. If you are looking for unusual flowers delivered and/or subscription services, then consider The Bouqs. For $70, I received about 30 stems of red ranunculus, a bevy of limonium and enough greens to make an entirely separate bouquet. Flowers arrived thoughtfully packaged and expertly bundled.
The ranunculus arrived fresh, the limonium and greens tucked neatly around them. A week later, I lost about 5 blooms of the ranunculus to premature wilting and although I did not see botrytis on the stems, I am guessing the ranunculus were not chemically treated for ethylene which may have contributed to the premature wilt. Many cut flowers are usually treated with a chemical to decrease the effects of ethylene at grower/distributor level. Ranunculus are one of many floral varietals that are susceptible to ethylene and will die prematurely if flowers are not treated. That being said, the remaining ranunculus are beautiful, although I think the $70 paid for about 25 useable stems is very steep, but the amount of filler flowers/greens in this bouquet was generous by many comparisons, so that made up for some of the loss.
I was pleased enough with this first arrangement, that I have ordered a second mixed stem bouquet. This mixed stem bouquet will be compared to the deluxe bouquet that I have often purchased from our local Sam's Club. The cost difference between them will be enormous, Sam's Club, I normally spend less than $20 for a deluxe mixed stem bouquet that usually includes 3-5 varieties of focal flowers (roses, lilies, spider mums, carnations) and a few sprigs of spray chrysanthemums and no more than 2 stems of any filler flower.
I have ordered an $80 mixed bouquet from The Bouqs and will be curious to see what such a steep price tag will deliver. Although for the money spent, I could have captured at least 3-4 of the Sam's Clubs mixed bouquets. My opinion on Sam's Clubs flowers just for around the home and the office, is generally favorable. They have always lasted beyond many other grocery/mass markets and tend to be very good quality flowers.
Last week, I ordered a large mixed vase from a local florist and paid almost $150 with tax and delivery. I received about 10 red carnations, 6 red roses, 6 stems of liatris and 5 stems of gorgeous purple stock, baby-bell eucalyptus and 3 ginormous hydrangea which held marvelously well over a week. While that may seem steep, keep in mind that you are paying for someone to design, arrange and deliver a unique arrangement, not an arrangement from some "picture book" from one of the wire services which are a rip-off on the "wire service fees."
If you need to "wire" flowers somewhere, then I suggest that you find a florist on the internet and/or phone book and just call them and not pay the ridiculous $10 fee to anyone to "wire" flowers for you. I can assure you, that most florists will simply call another florist and give them the order and charge you a $10 fee for this convenience. In addition and not stated to the consumer, many florists will back an additional 20% of the retail price (meaning a $100 arrangement will net $80 in flowers) and send less blooms than pictured.
With today's internet, you have many choices. The Bouqs may not be best choice for special occasion arrangements and I doubt that I would recommend you use them for holidays. I would however, recommend them if you are a flower lover and you enjoy having them around in your home or office. They have many varietals that are hard to come by, unique flowers that are not ever found in the grocery/mass markets and are reasonably priced compared to traditional flower shops. I would not recommend them for Valentine's Day or any other mass holiday marketed for flowers, candy and cards. I would not recommend them for funerals or hospitals, given the time. And I don't think I would recommend them for special occasions as delivery dates may not be guaranteed.
But, I enthusiastically recommend them if you like different flowers and want something dramatically different. I have ordered from my traditional florist multiple times and I always get the same old variety of flowers, roses, carnations, stocks and hydrangeas, possibly a few sprigs of alstroemeria. Lastly, a note on customer service. Many online companies have moved away from traditional phone customer service to email. The Bouqs is no different, and if talking with a "live" person is important to you, then don't order from this company. If you want to give this company a try, then understand a few things: Some flower varietals are more susceptible to mail-order delivery stress. Fresh cut hydrangeas will often wilt even when cut and immediately placed in water. I would not recommend them for mail order. Other floral varietals that are susceptible to delivery stress: certain types of roses, bells of Ireland, peonies and most lilies.
Most bulbous flowers will not last as long as other flowers. This means that flowers that grow from a bulb or rhizome (tulips, iris, daffodils, lilies, liatris, gladiolus, ranunculus) will not last as long as other flowers; they also tend to be seasonal and more expensive. If buying something that lasts is more important, consider alstroemerias, carnations, liatris and daisies. Pricing. Expect to pay about $5-7 per stem for focal flowers (roses, lilies, carnations) and $3-5 per stem for fillers and lesser flowers (buttons, spray mums, baby's breath, etc) from a florist. My ranunculus bouquet from The Bouqs cost $70 for 30 stems, fairly reasonable given the local florist would probably charge $5-7 PER STEM of ranunculus. Timing. If you need immediate delivery or delivery within 48 hours, consider a traditional florist. It is unreasonable to expect a mail order company to process your request and expect it to go flawlessly in such a short amount of time.

Overcharged my account $698.16 -- I have ordered individual arrangement from Bouqs multiple times over the past year or two. Their flowers have always been beautiful and prices excellent. This past Christmas my husband had me set up a subscription so that I would receive flowers once a month at my job. Payment for the subscription was tied to our PayPal account, which in turn is tied to our checking account. The first payment was taken from PayPal on 1/4/17 and I received my first bouquet around January 10th. The flowers were beautiful and lasted me about two weeks.
February came and I was expecting my delivery on the 16th. My delivery date kept getting pushed later and later into the month, and I never received flowers in February. Same exact thing happened in March. I was not charged for either of those months. On March 30th my husband asked me about my flowers and I told him that I hadn't received any since January. I logged into Bouqs on March 31st to see that my delivery date was supposed to be April 12th. On April 6th I checked my PayPal account and saw that Bouqs had charged my account four times. I emailed them and Bouqs immediately refunded all the charges, and gave me a $65 credit.
On April 12th I logged into Bouqs to check the status of my monthly delivery to find that my delivery date had been changed to the 19th. I then checked my PayPal account to find that they had charged me 15 times and then refunded me 14 times for a total of over $580.71. This is in addition to the four times that I had been charged between 3/31 & 3/6. I was furious.
When I contacted Bouqs they apologized and said that their system was trying to process my order, charged my PayPal and then couldn't confirm my order so canceled my order. It did this 14 times over the course of six days. No other explanation was given and no other offer of amends was made. The crappy part is that with each charge the money was taken from our checking account and put into the PayPal account. It takes 24 hours for PayPal to process the refund and then another 24 hours for them to put the money back into my checking account. It could have overdrawn my account had I not been vigilant about what was going on.
Sadly I canceled my monthly delivery service. I used my credit to order a flower arrangement, never expecting to get my last subscription delivery. The flowers I ordered with the credit arrived on 4/18 and my 2nd & last subscription delivery arrived today, 4/19. It's a shame, because they are beautiful and I love receiving fresh flowers, but honestly it's not worth the hassle. I may continue to order the occasional arrangement from them, but as for a subscription I was left feeling like they could have cared less about the whole situation.

The 3rd was for another store credit. What good is a store credit if the flowers aren't delivered. I have never had flowers just not delivered!! Totally unacceptable. I understand things can happen but if someone has a special occasion get some kind of flowers out to them!!

I've now ordered 3 times from Bouqs.com. First, note that the Farm to Table Bouqs arrive with some work to be done to them. To varying degrees, leaves may need to be trimmed off, thorns cut, and of course stems cut again. Also, the unwrapping of all the protections around them can take time. Note this, because this kind of flower arrival is not for everyone.
Now the positive: All 3 deliveries arrived on time as scheduled. I think we received email notification only for the first one, but am not positive. The bouquet of Lisianthus blooms arrived in good shape according to my friend and the photo I saw of them. Many were still in bud form as described on their website. And indeed, my friend enjoyed watching them open! Bouqs company does honor their Happiness Guarantee and gives a full refund if warranted. Gift cards are included. Their signature tin vase is made in India, unbreakable, reasonably priced and pretty. They have a great concept in supporting farmers and sustainable agriculture!
The Negative: Trouble with roses arriving to New Jersey in good condition. Twice now, we've ordered roses. The first from a CA farm where all 2 dozen arrived partially dead. Then Volcano Large Garden Roses from Ecuador. The Secret Garden Bouquet was wrapped very carefully and also had some gel to help keep the stems hydrated. They arrived in fair condition (photo of this bouquet below). Hopefully, they will perk up after being in water for a day or two. They are hard to get in touch with. If you pay via PayPal, there will be a phone number on your PayPal receipt. Otherwise, you are left to corresponding by email.
Their website has not worked correctly for at least 3 months now in regards to contacting them. One is not able to sign into their account when filling out their contact form. The delivery person does not always ring the doorbell. There is risk of the flowers sitting outside in the box for longer than they need to if the bell had been rung. Out of the 2 deliveries to ourselves, the bell was rung the first time, but not the second.
I recommend Bouqs with reservation. Consider the distance the flowers are traveling and the type of flower, as well as if your recipient is up to arranging the flowers her/himself. Be prepared that you might need to request the Happiness Guarantee refund. You have only 3 days to do so. Also, note the gift card is often hard to see. It is in a brown paper envelope the same color as the inside of the cardboard box. You may have to tell your recipient to look under the flowers.

It was odd, because he didn't tell me all day "I got your flowers" - this is a guy who was texting right after open heart surgery. This is not a guy who would let flowers go unnoticed...
The next day I asked if he received it, he said nothing had come, but he wasn't able to get anything in ICU. I emailed Bouqs to ask WTF, they said the florist told them they were unable to deliver. So why... did my email say it was delivered?!?!?! So I could have gotten the cheaper, better looking florals because it was already days later. Nonetheless, I had them direct the flowers to his house, and they gave me a full store credit.
I was hospitalized and some friends of mine took care of me and my kid, so I wanted to send them the flowers with my credit. I paid $35 extra to have the nice bouquets and the vases added to both orders. They were beautiful arrangements which were scheduled to be delivered yesterday. First one came in, and it was a TRAGEDY. None of the blooms were bloomed or even close, it's just NOTHING like the picture. Oddly, I didn't hear from Recipient 2.
So I contacted BOUQS again!!! AGAIN!!! They gave me a FedEx tracking number. Because FedEx didn't have a suite number they "couldn't deliver it". They updated this at 9:45am. So Bouqs knew all day that the flower address needed to be updated. I received... NOTHING. I had to contact them again!!! I tried to get FedEx to redeliver but it was too late. Every day that passes is a further distant memory. I am really mad. So now... the flowers show NO UPDATE (out for delivery etc) and Bouqs has not offered any kind of compensation, other than a 10% discount on my next order. I will never order them again, so how is that going to benefit me?
I don't expect a refund, but I expect someone updating me or trying to get my flowers delivered. Instead -I'M- doing that. I paid for a flower delivery service. What I got was a box someone threw some ugly stems in with no consideration or care to what the photo looked like, sent through FedEx to my friends and family. Not a floral delivery service.

My husband tried this service for Valentine's Day and I received 3 dozen of the most beautiful, cream & burgundy colored, fresh cut roses for a very reasonable $60. I like to arrange my own flowers, so this is not for those who prefer a 'florist prepared' delivery in a vase. It is wonderfully wretched excess to have that many fragrant roses in the house. Absolutely recommend.

I had used Bouqs before on two different occasions and while the flowers did arrive, I noticed that there was no confirmation of any kind and I had to personally call the recipients. On the present occasion, the flowers I was forced to order on an expedited basis never arrived for the memorial service on Saturday. My ORIGINAL order simply vanished and, because a day was lost, other flowers, my second choice, were rushed and never arrived. There was no package, no delivery tag with instructions, NOTHING. The flowers are now scheduled to be delivered, according to the FEDEX tracker, on Tuesday, April 4. The flowers will be dead on arrival for a mother who died last week.
I CANNOT BEGIN TO EXPRESS MY DISAPPOINTMENT AND BITTERNESS WITH BOUQS. Not because of the lateness of the delivery, not because the initial order simply vanished. My anger is reserved for the complete and total lack of live customer service which is apparently company policy and unworthy of an enterprise with such lofty aims and reach.

I tried to place an order on their website and it looked like it went through but I never received an order # nor a confirmation email. Then I noticed there was still my order in the cart so I went through the process again because I wasn't sure if it actually went through. Again with no order # and no confirmation email so I contacted customer service and they said they looked at their database and I wasn't charged for those two times and they can either submit my order for me or I'd have to go back on the site to do it. So I told them to go ahead and do it, I needed flowers delivered in 2 days. They submitted it and I contacted them because I never got a confirmation (AGAIN) and they said sorry something went wrong, please submit your order again but we can't deliver it on the day you want (because now that's the next day) it'll have to be for 2 days later. OMG SERIOUSLY!?!
I hopped on another site and ordered flowers last minute and Bouqs had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to buy from them again... NEVER AGAIN!!! Even worse, they told me that I was refunded for the 3 orders that never went through which were $84 each, but that was a couple days ago and I don't even see anything pending on my account. So I'll have to contact them yet again...hope this ends soon!

When ordering a Valentine's Day flower arrangement, I did research to find a better company than the ones like 1800Flowers, or FTD as they do not vet the florists they have contacts with. With that I discovered 'The Bouqs' through my Facebook recommend sites, and through articles on Google. I made my Valentines order to surprise my spouse and then I received a text saying "Thank you for the dead flower arrangement. Hope I mean more to you than this dead arrangement." I was horrified that my Valentines had just been ruined by a flower delivery company AGAIN, which seemed to have good reviews (which I now believe are false reviews). I made contact with "The Bouqs" which did not replace the arrangement but only supplied a company credit, not even offering to refund my cash I paid.
Then I decided a few days ago to use up the company credit only because I wanted to send a 'Just Because' arrangement as a surprise to my spouse as it was a very happy day for us. Once, again I was in amazement that NO flower arrangement was made on the Friday between 3:00P to 7:00P. I waited for 4 hours, giving excuses to my spouse as to why we could not leave for dinner and was asked why I was continually checking the door.
Finally that Friday night, I contacted 'The Bouqs' company only through email, as they do not provide customer service contact number(s). I did receive an email back stating the florist their company has the contact through in my area 'Forgot the Order'. He did refund my money finally from the first order placed for Valentines Day, and stated that a flower arrangement delivery would be made on Saturday.
Well, as I am sure you have guessed, Saturday came and went with NO arrangement delivered. Sunday came and went with NO arrangement delivered. Monday... Same repeat, Tuesday... Same repeat. Finally contacted 'The Bouqs' company again expressing my dismay to their customer service. The response I received through email was "Well, I did refund your original payment for the first flower arrangement'. As to date, NO flower arrangement has ever been made and NO compensation for ruining 2 special occasions in which Flower Arrangements were in order, nor the wasted Friday night, 4+ hours of waiting time, and my explanation to my spouse as to how horrible the delivery company I decided to use was. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Please do not waste your money, time, nor your special persons expectations of having a wonderful special occasion.

Last summer my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer and when I realized they were sending her birthday flowers I quickly cancelled all future orders as she may not be here but figured the birthday flowers would be nice. That is until she gets a bouquet of white lilies without a card. I cannot imagine her worry as white lilies are generally present at funerals but then an anonymous sender too! They responded to my customer service request several days after the fact and offered me a credit when I asked for a refund. The flowers last a few days tops. So since I did not get my money back I figured maybe that was a fluke and I would use the credit for flowers for her birthday. They screwed me again!!! I purchased the Groupon to get $40 of flowers for $20. The first laughable point is even finding flowers for $40. While the site had a few options that were $40 it's not as black and white as you may believe. The $40 bouquets were very small and only included a few stems but for an extra $15 you could get a normal-sized bouquet which I did because at $35 still seemed like a deal. Then to my surprise it was going to cost an extra $12 for a small, crappy tin can they called a vase. I didn't spring for that option because I was obviously trying to save money by using Groupon and I could buy a much nicer and cheaper vase with the money saved if needed. Still with a total of $35 I was feeling pretty good and went to checkout. This is where things got worse. I set up the delivery date and applied my coupon and checked out only to find that they charged my credit card the full amount of the flowers which was $55.
I had to contact Support who told me they would get that taken care of. They then responded letting me know that they were only refunding $30 of the $40 coupon because there was a mandatory $10 delivery fee when using a coupon. So now my expectations of getting a deal at $35 on flowers was now at $45 on an order that normally costs $55 and includes free shipping when not using a coupon. At this point I was frustrated but didn't let it bother me as I was still saving $10.
Then on Valentine's morning the flowers arrived, in a box, on the ground, outside. These were for my fiancee who had to go retrieve the box and cut it open only to find the flowers strapped down with ZIP ties and half crushed. It looked like someone put the flowers in the box then set something heavy on them which made a straight crease line through half the buds.
Thinking this wouldn't affect the flowers we took them out and arranged them in a vase we had. They started to open the next day and by day 2 had all full blooms. However by day 4 most of the flowers just started turning brown and falling off and before a full 7 days all the flowers were gone. I tried reaching out to The Bouqs Company twice with an email from them stating they would have someone contact me shortly which we are now 2 weeks from Valentine's with no contact of any kind. Very disappointed with The Bouqs Company and disappointed with Groupon for advertising a company like this.

The undamaged flowers were of good quality. The count was correct but they should include 1 or 2 extra to replace those that are damaged during negligent packaging or be more careful to package flowers so they are not damaged. They also send nearly daily emails until your order arrives and continue to send many of them after you unsubscribe. I wrote a review about a flower delivery company Bouqs Co (Bouqs.com) on February 15th. I had ordered flowers for Valentine's Day for my girlfriend and due to a delivery problem, they could not be delivered until February 15th, the day after Valentine's Day. I had a great deal of frustration because I could not get in touch with anyone from the company to explain what happened and what would be done to address the problem. I received a very nice email from Bouqs Co. apologizing for the situation and they agreed to issue me a complete refund in 3-5 business days to my original form of payment.
I understand that things sometimes happen that lead to unintended bad results, as was the case with my flower delivery. However, the company acknowledged the error, apologized for such error and granted my request for a full refund which is the best that I could expect considering the circumstances. So I would like the record to reflect that I withdraw my earlier review about Bouqs Co. whereby I gave them a very poor rating and I want my review to reflect the complete record with respect to how they handled the situation to my total satisfaction. I highly recommend Bouqs Co. as a very good flower delivery company. A very satisfied customer.
Original Review: Feb. 15, 2017
I placed a flower delivery order on February 10th with the company to send flowers to my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. I ordered 2 dozen roses with a vase for approximately $70.00 to be delivered to her house on the 14th. At approximately 2:00pm on the 14th I checked their web page to see the delivery status of my order and it indicated that my order was filled and was in the process of being ready to be shipped. At approximately 3:30pm on the 14th, their web page indicated that my order was out for delivery to the recipient. At approximately 5:30pm I did not hear anything from my girlfriend about her flowers, so I checked the web page again and it indicated that the order was still out for delivery.
I was able to check the FedEx tracking number provided and when I clicked on that link it indicated that it there was a delivery exception with respect to a label issue at their facility but it was fixed at approximately 4:00am on the 14th, however, the FedEx delivery date was noted for the 15th. Like everyone who sends flowers for Valentine's Day, the expectation is for the flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day, the 14th, not the day after Valentine's Day, the 15th. I tried to contact Bouqs Co to find out why their delivery tracker indicated (and still does as of this morning the 15th) that my order will be delivered on the 14th, but according to FedEx it will be delivered on the 15th, the DAY AFTER Valentine's Day. However, they do not have a customer service number for one to speak with a company representative, you can only send an email to their customer service department.
I sent an email asking for help and to understand ASAP when my order would be delivered. I got an acknowledgment that my email was received and I was directed to the company web page while I wait for their reply. If there was a problem with the delivery I still had time to call a local florist to send flowers to my girlfriend for Valentine's Day if my order could not be delivered on the 14th. At approximately 7:30 I spoke to FedEx and the representative was very helpful. I was told that my order was not put on a local delivery truck and it would not be delivered until the 15th. Keep in mind that flowers are perishable items that are not made to sit in a delivery facility for an extra day and that the whole point of sending flowers for Valentine's Day is for the flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day!
The FedEx representative attempted to call Bouqs Co directly to tell them that I felt that the flowers would be dead and that I was going to cancel the order because they would also not arrive until the 15th which was not acceptable. However, all they got was a recording directing them to the Bouqs Co. web page due to high volume. I then had to make a very unpleasant call to my girlfriend that her flowers would not arrive for Valentine's Day, which was very upsetting for me. At approximately 8:30pm I wrote another email to Bouqs Co informing them of my displeasure and that I wanted a full and immediate refund due to nonperformance. I have not received an answer from them as to both of my emails and it is 10:40am on the 15th.
I am writing this review because I did not get the service that I paid for and even worse, I have not had any communication with the company despite my repeated attempts to reach out to them for an explanation. This whole experience with Bouqs Co. is totally unacceptable and I wish I knew about their lack of professionalism before I decided to use them.

This is the only review I have ever written (that alone could probably sum up how I feel, however let me explain further). Normally I don't care enough with bad service here and there, but the product and service I received from bouqs.com was downright horrible to say the least. I ordered an original size bouquet of flowers (12 flowers - although I noticed it says "12 mixed stems" on their website, thought they were being "politically correct", no they were being dead serious). The flowers (a.k.a. stems) arrived at my girlfriend's workplace for Valentine's Day in a cardboard box half dead! Put them in water ever so gently so the petals would all fall off, but still flopping over almost as if a child had stomped all over his mother's garden. Also not to mention, this "bouquet" included THREE roses...and FOUR other flowers half of which were dead, not even the full 12 flowers it should be, but then again they did say stems.
They filled the rest of it up with some cheap green leaves as a filler, but doesn't quite fill up the vase whatsoever. I tried to "fluff-up" the flowers, but whatever which way I fluffed them there is just simply not enough flowers or stems to remotely fill the vase. In the end it looks like a half-assed job and quite frankly I was extremely embarrassed to have my girlfriend receive them at her workplace, not just for my sake more so my girlfriend's sake (I felt absolutely horrible that she received these in front of her peers). The bouquet is by far the most pathetic product I have seen in years and says anything BUT I love you. Before I forget let me backtrack a little, that is mostly about the product I received. I didn't mention the best part of my experience...dealing with the customer service or should I say disservice.
First off they treat you like a moron. Let me explain, I tried to request a specific delivery time, as the place it was being delivered to doesn't open until later in the day. When I requested a delivery time, customer service responded back with my tracking number saying I can track my order (well duh, if I haven't ordered something in the last 10 years that hasn't had a tracking number I'll be damned). Completely avoided answering my question, politely I thanked them and asked my question again. Again responded back with my tracking number. At this point, I was getting slightly annoyed, avoiding my one question twice and gave me the same information they had just previously gave me. The third time I asked they responded with an estimated delivery time around 10 am to 11 am which partially answered my question and raised my concern as I mentioned in the first email that the workplace the flowers are being sent doesn't open until 1 pm.
So AGAIN (fourth time asked the same question), I asked if I can request a specific delivery time. Try to guess what the customer service responded with, if you thought it you're probably right...Gave me my tracking number again and added that I can pick up the flowers at the drop-off site later that night. That clearly defeats the purpose of the delivery/surprise of the flowers and plus I work nights and the drop-off site is closed when I would be available to pick them up. At this point I tried to cancel my order a WEEK IN ADVANCE, they responded saying it is too late to cancel my order and they need "ample" amount of time to cancel. If a week isn't an ample amount of time to cancel an online order, can someone please tell me what would be? Also if they are cutting and shipping the flowers a week in advance, they aren't really fresh flowers now are they?
Then again when my girlfriend received them they were half dead, so in that case maybe they do cut them a week in advance. Long story short, I don't know which is worse the service or the product, all I know is this was by far the worst experience and purchase I've ever made and I've made some rough purchases, but this one definitely tops them all. Unless you have someone you purposely want to embarrass or break up with this would be a great opportunity to do so. TOTALLY FORGOT, they didn't included the letter I wrote to my girlfriend with the flowers, the only thing that might have made her feel better about the crappy flowers. When I got home and saw the flowers I was ashamed, embarrassed for my girlfriend and myself, frustrated, and extremely annoyed at this point. If the flowers were somewhat decent it would have made up for the horrific customer service and expense.
These flowers were not cheap and being completely honest I have made much better bouquets from my own garden and would have done so except for it being winter and being covered by a foot of snow doesn't help. Should have went to stop and shop down the block and gotten 4 dozen FLOWERS for a fraction of the cost and put it together myself, would have been a much better option. Learned my lesson the hard way and certainly won't be doing that again.

Unfortunately my wife did not work the next day so she never got her flowers and they set up at her job site and probably died in the Box. You know it's bad when you got through the trouble of making a new account just so you can write a scathing review of the extreme poor quality of the flowers. They looked like they were wilting from death and plague. They were bruised and blackened like they were bit senseless in a field of coal. They once stood proud and tall and red, white, and pink, but eventually even the best was tore down to a piece of senseless sack of ** that only remotely resembled what we earthlings call flowers. From another perspective these flowers were the most disgraceful garbage to have ever been sent to a loving arm that then turned into a whirlwind of despair and forlorn. TL;DR Flowers were black and bruised and ugly AF. Someone at the company cannot count to 3 dozen and instead counted 2 dozen. I'm surprised they did not just send 3 flowers instead of 3 dozen.

My boyfriend does not have much extra spending money, so I was really hoping they were from him and so happy to see him splurge on something nice for me. They were from him and I was heartbroken. Mainly a bunch of leaves with a few dead flower bulbs inside. Beat up. Damaged. Spoiled. Rotted flowers. This made me want to cry.

I ordered tulips for Valentine's Day and received them in time from FedEx, but the tulips were drooping badly, and a number of them were crushed and could only be thrown out. The bouquet was listed as "All The Rage" on their website. I contacted their customer help via email and was asked to provide a photo of the flowers, which I did. The reply I got was an admission that the flowers are not acceptable, to reduce the amount of water in the vase, and a $10 credit into my account.
Their website advertises a 100% "happiness" guarantee. I replied back to customer help that to me that means a 100% refund and not a $10 credit. Their response was to provide another photo of the flowers in a couple of days and they will see what they can do. Really?! They have already agreed the flowers I received are unacceptable, yet in order to be considered for a full refund I now need to submit another photo.
The next response I got was the reasoning for wanting another photo in a couple of days. They said this would allow them to better determine if the problem was truly with the flowers or due to over watering. I had to remind them they arrived this way out of the box! Plus, that 5 of the tulips had to simply be thrown out. They have only been in water for less than an hour. The problem is definitely with the flowers, and for them to indicate anything otherwise as a possibility is disgraceful. I ordered fresh flowers, not drooping flowers with a number of them crushed out of the box. They should have simply offered to refunded me immediately and offered to ship me a replacement order. The flowers were in awful shape when they arrived, and to me this is terrible customer help. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I recommend everyone else do the same.

I ordered 24 roses from The Bouqs Company. What I received today was 9 wilted roses, 4 wilted Gerbera daisies (one that fell completely apart and had a brown stem), and some small "filler" carnations. They advertise "fresh from grower" flowers. These looked like they were taken out of the garbage in a hospital room that someone discarded, boxed up, and sent to me. I called the customer service # several times. There is a recording telling you to email the customer service department. I spent 6 hours emailing this company, each time giving detailed information, photos of what I received, and asking for a refund. Two separate people emailed me telling me I would get credit to use on the site, but no refund. I told them that this was unacceptable.
In two emails I asked to speak with a supervisor. They didn't respond to my request. I have never seen a company conduct business in this manner. The customer service, if you can call it that, is horrendous. I am wondering if this is even a legitimate business, or have I just been taken? If there is a class action lawsuit against this company, I want to join it. My receipt is my credit charge on my credit card. I was not emailed or sent a receipt with the order. I placed one order with this company in December. I was supposed to receive 24 lily blooms but only received half. The person responding to the complaint asked a few questions about the packages, etc... and requested photos. I sent the photos and they credited my account for $50. I wanted to spend the credit so ordered a 24 stem bouquet for $65. There was a $5.00 discount on the order and with my $50 credit, I was charged $10. Well guess what? Again, just as the last time, I received HALF the flowers I had paid for. So... for what was their $65 dollars, I got 12 stems. Around 4 roses, a couple other flowers, and a few other filler stems. I was supposed to get 24 stems. Twice in a row. I was the sender AND the recipient. How many other senders are sending flowers and only getting a loving "thank-you, the flowers were beautiful" not realizing the recipients were only getting half of what the sender purchased?
How this company remains in business is beyond me. I sent a complaint email to the company with my concerns and advised that I would not accept a company credit and wanted the credit to my payment method. Within 3 minutes -- I got an email advising of a $10 credit. What a waste of my time. Writing them, sending photos, etc. In the long run, I paid 50 dollars for two bunches of flowers. They probably still made a profit. Do yourself a favor and go to your local supermarket for your flowers. Or, if you are sending, buy from a reputable florist or other reputable online flower provider. These people need to be out of business. Buyer beware, Steer Clear.

So where did my money go. I got proof pics and even messages from them. Not caring at all. I'm still waiting for a respond. I don't recommend buying from here. No way of getting in contact and if you do they just give you the runarounds. As you can see in the pics, on the day of purchase they are pending. Next one next day they were cleared as paid off. Told them it was supposed to be a surprise and I wanted a refund. They refused and said I could only have a credit. Should have filed Consumer Report complaint at that time.
Almost year later and not wanting to lose my credit I decided to bite the bullet and order again. This time I upgraded and paid for a vase as I didn't want the recipient to have to scramble to find one. Ordered 2 dozen roses to thank my doctor (should never have used Bouqs to do this). Stopped by office 15 minutes after delivery of bouquet and to my horror I saw one of the nurses peeling dead petals off a bunch of scrawny roses. She said she didn't know who sent it as my card was not included! I almost didn't want to tell them it was from me because the bouquet was terrible. The outside petals of 90% of roses were crinkled and dark brown and the leaves were wilted! It was so embarrassing!
Tried to call Bouqs but there is no contact number only email! Sent five emails to Bouqs with pictures and description of the rubbish they sent. The first response I receive from Bouqs said they need more pictures and information. Furious I responded that I was not going back to my doctor's office to take more pictures and that I would like a full refund for this second horrible experience. After getting most of the way through, I noticed that I was going to get a first-time user discount of 10 percent, so I went back and upsized the bouquet to deluxe, but when I got back to the payment page, the first-time discount was gone. Like others, I tried calling and had the same experience of being placed on hold and then asked to leave a message and then never received a callback. The recording says "for faster service, you can email us." But the email form generates an auto-reply saying to expect an answer in 24-48 hours! Fortunately I got a response earlier than that, but it didn't answer all my questions.
I went back to my original plan and ordered the standard size. It wouldn't let me use both the new customer discount and the Living Social voucher I'd bought, so I just used the voucher. When it came time to pay, it showed a $0 balance after the voucher, but it wouldn't let me place the order without entering my payment information anyway. So I went through the PayPal interface and thought I was done. Then I get an email saying my order was complete and I'd paid $40 through PayPal!! I'm waiting for a response on how and when they're going to correct this.
One more thing to mention: the photos of the flowers are totally misleading. They list the cost as $40, for example. Only when you click through do you find out that what you're seeing is DOUBLE the number of stems of what you would get for $40. There are far, far better online florists out there offering similar deals. Avoid this one.
