    I ordered for the first time and flowers were delivered on time. However, I am completely underwhelmed with the quality and type and number of stems in the deluxe version that were delivered. Some of the flowers are wilting or have brown edges. What looks like white roses are each so tiny they look like filler. The stems together look like an arrangement of half the value or less. Not impressive at all. I won’t be ordering again. I contacted customer service by email and received a response a couple of days later saying that it was normal to have brown edges (they called them guardian petals). And they would fall off eventually, and that their flowers are shipped with buds not open. The arrangement several days later has not changed or improved, and customer service does not apparently care.

    The order was delivered the day after Valentine's Day. I had to buy flowers somewhere else in order to make my wife feel like the special gal she is. I asked for a refund, but The Bouqs only issued a refund for the shipping. If you are in the bouquet business you have to know how critical it is to deliver on the right day. And if something happens that prevents delivering on time you should issue the full refund.

    The only thing that went right with this order is that it was delivered on the right day. My husband sent a bouquet of 42 tulips to me at work for Valentine's Day. The card that came with them had some note that I did not understand and was signed by a name I do not know, so obviously wrong card included. When I began to open the flowers, I could tell right away that they were not in proper condition, so I began taking photos. They were wilted, bent, and broken. They did not even fit in the jar/vase that they provided. Customer service told him to wait 48 hours for the flowers to "recover" but they do not look much better. I have not enjoyed these flowers at all. I hope he can get a full refund and not a credit because I would not want to ever receive flowers from them again, nor would I ever risk the embarrassment of sending these to anyone else.

    This was my first experience was The Bouqs I ordered the "Unforgettable" arrangement to be delivered to my wife on Valentine's Day. The good part is that the delivery was on time. The bad part is that spending $86+ including delivery was vastly overpriced. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture on the website and it had far fewer flowers. I could have paid $30 to $40 at a local florist and got the same flowers. I will not be ordering from them again.

    I ordered an arrangement on the morning of 2/12/19 for Valentine's day delivery. The order was an off-the-shelf arrangement advertised for Valentine's day, and the cutoff for delivery on the 14th was well over 24 hours away. The next day, I received a shipping notice with tracking number. The tracking number only showed that a label had been created; not that the parcel had been picked up by the shipping company.

    It is now the 16th and the tracking number still shows the same... Only that a label was created. For 2 days, I have emailed Bouqs Customer Service with no response. They did charge my card the $95, but they do not respond to my emails. I also tried their telephone number twice but the call terminates into a recording that states their phones are "off-line" so they can focus on giving great service to their customers... Yes you read that correctly!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE HACKS! Worst service I have EVER received!!! I paid $95 for absolutely nothing!!

    I tried this company after I received a coupon code from Fandango, mind you I still spent over $50 on my mom's order. My mother has been sick and I wanted to cheer her up on Valentine's day. They arrived in a box. No big deal. But they were dirty and a mess. Then she FaceTimed me. They were the wrong color and they were missing the main purple flower in the picture. I have tried to contact them through email which appears to be an auto response that we need to watch a video about the care of the flowers . Sorry they are a scam.

    Obviously didn't read my issue. The flower that is missing won't magically appear after care and they won't just change to the right color. What a joke. And then they offered me a 20% off next order like I would want to use them after this. I want my money back and my mom needs to receive the missing flowers. I upgraded her order. This is fraud and I will blast you all over social media and dispute my charges. There is no phone number either. I requested to speak to a supervisor. I even sent them photos and got the same care response that we need to follow instructions.

    Ordered flowers for my grandma for Valentine’s Day and she just got them today. The tracking information said they were delivered on the 14th but she received nothing. Upon further looking, we saw they were dropped off at her complex office where she then went to go ask about them. They still had them but said they were simply dropped off with a card with my name but the delivery person gave no information about who they were supposed to go to. Then to top it off, she sent me a picture and they’re not even the flowers they were supposed to be. Ridiculous how expensive and how much information they ask for for them to not even be the right bouquet.

    I have used The Bouqs company in the past with no issues, but this time the condition of the flower arrangement received was so poor. In reviewing some of the other complaints, it seems this is the trend coming from Bouqs. I emailed customer service with pictures throughout the day of the flowers sent and did not receive a response until I emailed again requesting a manager to get involved. Customer service has the nerve to say the condition of flowers because still "green" is ok. Not sure what metric they use to grade "fresh" flowers delivered, but it seems to be very off. Ordered Deluxe Flower Rose Arrangement.

    On Feb 8th I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day for my girl to be delivered through the Bouqs website. On Feb 14th no flowers were delivered - on Feb 15th flowers were delivered but: Flowers were mostly dead and wilted. Flower arrangement was nowhere close to what was on the website. I contacted customer service and even sent photos of the received flowers and it became a back and forth dispute. Basically their customer service said the flowers were buds and needed to bloom. Really!? I think I know dead flowers when I see them.

    Bottom line = BAD customer service, they tell you, "You are wrong." Flowers didn't get delivered on Valentines Day = yes, but you did get them the next day. Flowers are not what was pictured on web site and are wilted and dead = the buds just need a couple days to bloom. Disappointing, embarrassing, horrible product and service. Their claim of 100% Happy Guarantee means they will tell you should be happy with whatever they give you.

    I selected a flower arrangement and vase on February 11th to be delivered to my wife on Valentine's Day February 14th 2019. No flowers arrived, so on the 15th I purchased another bouquet from a local store to give to her myself. To my surprise The Bouqs arrangement showed up on the 15th also, too little too late. On The Bouqs website they claim my order arrived on time! There is no customer service with this company, no phone number. Only a place to leave a request for them to contact me which has been 2 days now with no word. Today is the 16th of February. To The Bouqs company, I would like a refund of my purchase price of $51. You guaranteed my flowers would arrived on Valentine's Day. They did not. My order number is **. (I had to select at least one star to leave this review, I would have left zero Stars if possible.)

    This is the first and last time I will order anything from Bouqs. I placed my order several days before Valentine’s Day and the flowers arrived a day late and damaged. I contacted customer support for a refund and after about a half dozen exchanges they only refunded shipping. It is completely unacceptable to deliver goods a day late and damaged and not be able to receive a refund. I’m incredibly disappointed with Bouqs and will never order from this company again.

    Order shipped via FedEx for delivery by 4:30 PM on Valentine's Day however my fiance gets off at three so I ordered flowers locally for backup. Flowers arrived on time from Bouqs but wilted within a day. Local flowers two days later still look beautiful. Both local and Bouqs arrangements cost the same. Lesson learned: buy local.

    Ordered the 3 dozen rose bouquet which came in a box and didn’t resemble anything like they advertised. The majority of roses were wilted with many them straight rotted through the pedals. I sent them an email with pictures and I was told to be patient, follow the care instructions and give it a couple days because the flowers were probably budding and had not fully bloomed.

    My son has sent me flowers from this company three times now. The last two has been a real disappointment. The flowers look half dead when I get them & weeds! This time was the worst! Received them February 14th, I have been trying to baby them back to life! My son spends his hard earn money to send his mother flowers & I don’t have the heart to tell him how awful they are!     My Valentine's order was late and completely underwhelming. The images on the site are completely misleading. They pad the bouquets with greenery. You'll get less than half of whatever flower is supposed to be featured. I contact their customer service twice and have yet to hear back. Clearly this is an poorly managed business and will never use again. Stay away if you care about quality or timeliness. If you just want cheap flowers that are late, I'd still look around.

    My fiance ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day with plenty of time for them to be delivered on Thursday. He sent them to my job as I had to work. He was guaranteed that they would be delivered. It is now the end of the 15th and the tracking number from FedEx says that the flowers have not even shipped! We cannot get a hold of anyone from the website to clarify what happened and solve the problem. This was the worst experience we have had.

    We received a coupon code from Fandango towards an order on Bouqs.com. I ordered a generous size of flowers to be delivered to my wife at work the day before Valentine's Day (02/13/19). The flowers arrived the day after Valentines Day, 02/15/19. They were dried out, crushed, and brittle. The leaves all fell off, leaving only bear stems. It was definitely not the bouquet size we selected and paid for, it was much smaller. I can find much nicer bouquets at ALDI'S for around $5.00. If they would have a negative star rating I would have given Bouqs.com a minus 5 star review. If given the opportunity to order from here, delete the ad as fast as possible. Very unsatisfied customer!!!

    My husband placed an order for me for Valentine's Day. They arrived 4 hours later than they were suppose to arrive so had to drive an hour to pick them up then an hour home. When I opened the box the flowers were half dead and is a sad state. I asked my husband about what he ordered and he showed me a beautiful picture of sunflowers and roses. There was ONE sunflower and a handful of dead roses. I have tried to reach out to the company multiple times with to emails back and there is no phone number to call for customer service.     I recently ordered a bouquet of pink and white Tulips. The bouquet that was sent is nothing like the bouquet I ordered. My recipient received Lilies instead of her favorite Tulips. In addition, I paid an additional $9 for what is advertised as "Saturday delivery." My order was not delivered on Saturday. It was instead delayed and was delivered on Tuesday. It's upsetting to me that I paid $9 for a service that I did not receive. So after spending almost $70 for my recipient's favorite bouquet of Tulips to show up on Saturday, you can imagine my absolute disappointment when she received Lilies three days later than planned.

    Twice, I have reached out to them to remedy the situation, and both times, I received a generic email giving me a discount code for a future purchase. My first experience with this company has been extremely sour, and honestly I'm not convinced that I should ever order from Bouqs again. Stay away from this company. I've attached pictures of what I ordered (pink and white Tulips) and what I received (Lilies).

    I contacted Bouqs Customer Service via email: Feb 14, 3:07 PM PST. I am very disappointed by the roses I bought for my husband for Valentine's Day. They looked stale from edges already yellowing, some of the petals were already falling off. I’ve ordered from Bouqs before for others and they have always been worth the money. This time it would have been cheaper and more beautiful had I just bought 3 dozen toes from Target. I will have to think long and hard before ordering from Bouqs again.

    Bouqs Response: Feb 15, 2:46 PM PST. It seems to me that we may be dealing with "guard petals." Guard petals are the outer petals that help protect the flower while on the bush. We leave them on because they protect the blooms during travel. They are usually a little discolored and might have brown spots. This is normal! These outer petals will naturally fall off as the rose opens, but you can also pull them off now. This will help them to open as well. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to let us know as we are always happy to help.

    I recently ordered from The Bouqs co based on reviews and some friendly suggestion. Man o man. Let me tell you how angry I was and how upset my wife was on Valentine's Day. I had pulled strings to get the day off and planned an entire day starting with the surprise delivery of flowers at her work but guess what? No flowers, I showed up later that day not knowing her flowers hadn't arrived and asked how she liked them. She was understandably angry thinking I had forgotten and I was lying about flowers so needless to say the rest of the evening was shot.

    Dinner plans were cancelled and we didn't speak much, finally I showed her that flowers were ordered and they just didn't get delivered but by that time it was too late to do anything. I tried calling and all I got was a machine saying phones were not activated or some such nonsense, I emailed and just got a generic thank we will get back to you. So it's now the day after Valentine's Day and still no flowers. Fedex tracking say label created. Shipping pending.

    I purchased the “wild about you” arrangement for my mother for Valentine’s Day. I thought it would be something nice for her. However, what arrived was not only the wrong order, but looked like something a dog dug up from an already struggling garden. The quality of the flowers was what I might expect from my local Walmart or Target. That probably would have been better. It’s abused they market themselves as providing quality product.

    I went to request a refund and noticed that 1) Bouqs doesn’t have a telephone number. (I later found one and it was “disconnected, so that they could better respond to customer inquiries.”) 2) It’s “live chat” option was also down on Valentine’s Day. The only option was to send an email. Clearly, Bouqs knows it has a poor product and knows the best way to avoid customers is to make contact and resolution difficult. Bouqs did eventually respond and offered to give me 20% of my next purchase. The audacity that Bouqs has is impressive. It claims its goal is to satisfy every customer, but honestly it’s a scam. Bouqs is like the Fyre festival of flower vendors. Markets like it’s high quality, but is actually selling you a Kraft’s single sandwich on wonderbread. Wonder if this is Billy’s new venture. Would highly recommend shopping elsewhere and avoiding this company.

    I ordered the Original size Ravishing bouquet for Valentine's Day. Not only were there issues with adding delivery instructions to my order, with which the customer service department was completely unable to help, but upon delivery, the flowers were totally different than what I ordered, not to mention some of the flowers were not in good health. Upon filing a complaint, the customer service response I received from Virgilio ** was entirely unsatisfactory, first not reading my message and second offering only a 20% discount on a future purchase. Trust the other negative reviews on this site - this company is a sham. If you buy from them, you should be aware that you may not get anything close to what you paid for, and you won't get a refund. Worst customer experience I've ever had.

    I've been apparently duped by The Bouqs' intensive ads on the radio. They portray themselves as some high quality, high-end boutique florist, when in fact they have average to below average quality and NO Customer Service. I sent them a note on the day of my delivery and there's NO absolutely NO WAY to call them. They claim to have a chat line but it's not accessible AT ALL. I sent them an email with my request and THEY CLAIM they will respond in 24 hours or less and it's now 30 hours and no contact. This is the most despicable type of company that you can deal with. NEVER, EVER AGAIN! Better use FTD or a local florist if you aren't sending remotely.

    I ordered Valentine's Day Flowers for my wife a week prior to Feb. 14th. I received a notice that the flowers would ship via FedEx on Feb. 13th. The tracking number included did not show any information other than the "shipping label" was "generated". I emailed customer service on Feb. 13 and 14 to follow up on the shipment. I did not receive any response except for a an automated response.

    Customer service to did not get back to me until the evening of Feb. 15th, when all they did was say "Unfortunately, we were not able to fulfill your order and it did not ship." And that they "dropped the ball". That's completely unacceptable for a business whose entire service is delivering flowers on time for what they should understand are important occasions. The only reason one would order flowers if you could rely on delivery, particularly when they charge you upwards of $20 for that delivery. DO NOT try them, it's not worth the headache. It's the worse flower service I've ever used.

    I received rose yesterday and they were horrible, I had 3 short stem and the rest were long stem, one of the roses died as of today. They looked old and these were the worst, I told my boyfriend to never recommend them nor use this company again. Sorry these were really bad. When I called them they told me to wait two days and if they were still in bad shape to send the photos again. No I will not. I threw them in the trash!

    I HATE writing this review but am left with no alternative after this ongoing experience that started yesterday. I ordered two big flower bouquets for Valentine's Day...one for a friend, the other my daughter. The friend's arrived. The daughter's (in another city) never arrived... Current tracking information says it's in another city, the wrong city, UNDELIVERED! I have emailed, IG, and Facebooked Bouqs...until this afternoon, I got the standard 'your request has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email.' Then Bouqs emails and offers to refund shipping charges (STILL NO FLOWERS). Then they say flowers have been delivered, by attaching a photo of my order (STILL NO FLOWERS). Then another (that's 3 separate reps now folks) offers a 20% discount. My daughter STILL HAS NO FLOWERS. Oh-did I mention you cannot actually TALK to them???

    Wish I'd paid attention to other reviews-order local. Don't do business with these people. They don't deliver. Literally. Definitely reporting to the BBB. I'm asking my credit card company to reverse the charges. I will take them to court if necessary. Update-Valentine's Day has come and gone...my daughter STILL HAS NO FLOWERS.

    I love the Bouqs concept and when it all goes right, the experience is wonderful. The website is easy to use, there are pictures to select from, you can upgrade the arrangement, you get email confirmations of the order and also delivery, and 70% of the time the flowers are gorgeous and the process works. I have ordered from Bouqs 10 times. Of those 10 times, 1 order arrived with a completely different card and my friend had no idea who they were from. The name actually was the same as one of her grandchildren, so I had to clear that embarrassing snafu up while trying to gracefully say they were from me. 1 order arrived with broken, mushy flowers (I'm sure due to the cold in the delivery vehicle) - same friend, same embarrassing experience. And 1 order never arrived to my MiL's funeral - I had to track it down, only to find out the arrangement was never delivered.

    When dealing with customer service, you get the standard, template email of $ or a % off your NEXT order. I hate to say this because I really do love it when it works, but I've been let down one too many times. I'm done.

    I was traveling for work on Valentine's Day, so I ordered a floral arrangement in January to be delivered to my wife's work. All seemed to be going fine. I received an email the morning of saying the order was on the way. The order never showed up at my wife's work. As I was traveling, my wife called to see what the status of the order was and was told "We have until 8 pm to deliver the order". 24 hours later and the order still has not been delivered and FedEx tracking doesn't even show it's been shipped.

    I've tried contacting the company via phone, but an automated message states "their phone lines are offline to ensure a faster response...". I tried their online submission and just keep receiving multiple auto messages with different ticket numbers stating someone will reach out to me as soon as possible. I've never experienced such a lack of customer service from what I thought to be a reputable company. I just want to talk to someone live to resolve this.

I won't order from them again, but I was pleased that they were (finally) so responsive.

    I was sent flowers for Valentine's Day and opened a box of dead, wilted roses. Not only were they a day late, but they were packaged without any water or anything to keep them alive in a situation if they didn't get to the recipient on time. They were smushed, wilting, turning brown and I almost just threw them away. Out of the 24 roses, 5 were beautiful. The others I had to place strategically to make stand up in the vase that leaked when I finally got it placed on my desk!     I ordered from them once before for a birthday and they were fine. Not exceptional but fine. I had the worst experience from any floral vendor in my history of purchasing flowers. They arrived smashed and dead. I buy an average of 15-20 arrangements a year. My partner likes flowers and I love sending flowers. This is by far the only one that has ever caused use to have an argument over the quality. These flowers were disgusting and not at all even close to acceptable. I dont usually like to write bad reviews but I felt like I had to get this one out.

    After being inundated with "Bouqs" ads on podcasts and Instagram, I figured I'd give it a shot for Valentine's Day and ordered three dozens roses (well in advance) to be delivered to my wife's work. First off, I started to suspect something when their website advertises "fresh cut, day of" flowers, yet mine shipped on Wednesday for a Thursday delivery. Oh well, I thought, I'm sure it's their busy time of year, I can give them a break. Starting Thursday morning, I followed the tracking for most of the day. I thought it was odd that the flowers weren't delivered at a reasonable time in the morning, but again, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and as long as they were delivered, fine.

    However, much to my dismay, right around 5 o'clock, the tracking updated to say that, in fact, the flowers would not be delivered that day (Valentine's Day) but by the end of the next day. I now sit here, 24 hours later (Friday afternoon) and the flowers still have not been delivered (mind you, again, they began shipping on Wednesday morning). Thankfully, I had been following the tracking because Bouqs DID NOT reach out to me to let me know the order was delayed. I immediately reached out via their website (there's no contact number) and expected someone to get right back to me with a full refund. WRONG. Nearly 24 hours later, after two follow up emails, I finally get an email back apologizing and offering to refund my $12 shipping costs.

    Again, I can't stress this enough, the flowers have still not delivered and have been sitting on various Fedex trucks for the past 60 hours. To add insult to injury, I went back to the website to try to use the "live chat" feature and it has magically disappeared. I am guessing I'm not the only one who is having an issuing with their Valentine's Day orders. To summarize, this is one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever had and I can't stress enough how poor the customer service has been.

    I’ve used Bouqs in the past, but never again. I ordered two dozen roses for my wife to be delivered on Valentine’s Day at her office. For whatever reason, the order wasn’t processed for two days and the flower sure enough didn’t arrive on Valentines Day. Guess who looks like a jerk... Me. I received no updates on the delay and when I try to call customer service I’m told everyone is offline to ensure the fastest possible response... Ummm, what? Terrible customer service. I’ve called my credit card company and initiated a refund. Will never purchase from again.

    I received a bouquet of Bouqs roses from my husband for Valentine's Day. I've received numerous rose bouquets from my husband for over 20 years, and the Bouqs bouquet can only be described as substandard. It is perhaps one-third the size of a normal bouquet of roses. The biggest of the teensy little rosebuds was only 1.5 inches long. The teensy little buds have now opened into teensy little roses. As a Valentine's bouquet, it is simply disgraceful. The equivalent of a Bouqs bouquet could have been purchased at the grocery store for a tenth of what my husband paid Bouqs. My husband's complained to Bouqs customer service and sent photos of this sorry bouquet, but no one replied.

    Happy to see that at least some people received what they ordered and on time. Unfortunately that was not my experience. I ordered a Tropical Love arrangement on February 8th to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The arrangement didn't arrive until the day after and then was left at the wrong address (address was my fault). The woman at the house where the flowers were dropped appears to have substituted the original arrangement with something from Trader Joe's (totally bizarre). I can't speak to the quality of the flowers, but if they're going to use FedEx, they should spend the money they collect for guaranteed service, end of day is not an acceptable time frame and the day after is simply absurd, maybe require a signature as well. Anyway, if you care about the person you're sending flowers to, don't order them from this company.

    I ordered a bouquet of roses for a Valentine’s Day gift with more than a week to process and deliver them. The Bouqs arrived after Valentine’s Day was over so they were useless. When I tried to look up a number to call them and complain there is no number to reach them. I buy flowers all the time and I will never use this website again. Literally any other flower website is better than Bouqs. I really hope no one ever uses this website and gets scammed like I did.

    You get what you pay for. I got a credit card dispute to get my money back. Ordered flowers. Shipping label created. Never actually shipped. Called their 888 phone number but it’s not working and hasn’t worked for some time. I know because I try calling periodically to test it. Emailed them 8 times asking for a refund and they finally replied saying they would give me a one time 50% off coupon, which means they want more money for services not rendered. Best advice I can give people is to call your local florist. They have fresh flowers and can take a credit card.

    I placed an order for Valentine's Day delivery, which was confirmed at the time of the order. On Valentine's Day, I received a notice that shipment was 'out for delivery', but the tracking information indicated that it was shipping from 310 miles away. The FedEx tracking stated that the delivery would be made by the end of the day Friday... the day after Valentine's Day. I contacted The Bouqs to cancel the order once I received this information, but I have not heard from them as of yet. The ordering process is great, but at least in this case the delivery information is misleading. There are many other reliable competitors, so I will not trust The Bouqs again.

    It's unfortunate that I have to write this because I have ordered from them in the past and didn't have any problems. However, they let me down this time and it really stings since it was on a holiday. I understand that Valentine's day is most likely their busiest day of the year, so I ordered my arrangement 4 weeks in advance. The arrangement that was sent was incorrect. I ordered the Grande 24 size, but I got a Deluxe 16 that was padded with extra greens to make it look bigger. There's no greens in the description and I have seen this arrangement available for some time now. It's obvious what they are doing here. They can't handle the holiday demand and are skimming the number of flowers in the arrangements they are sending in hopes that people won't notice or just deal with it. Essentially they're playing a numbers game.

    Ordered the a bouquet of peach roses weeks ahead of time and didn't look up reviews until it was too late. Safe to say I was not one of the rare few people that received fresh beautiful flowers. The petal were already wilting and the the stems hadn't been trimmed of any leaves that were now rotting. Save yourself the money and the disappointment. Go to a local florist or, if you live in a major city, even a corner convenience store will meet you and your loved one's expectations better.

    I am very disappointed in both the quality and the business operations of this company. I scheduled flowers for Valentine's Day to be delivered to my significant other and the experience was totally embarrassing. First the flowers showed up at 4:30. That not necessarily their fault I guess, but my fiancee' had to go back up to work to get them. Once received 4 out of 12 flowers were dead or dying. This is totally unacceptable. The product was substandard and I will not spend my money here again. I told her not to show these flowers to anyone and I bought her replacements from a local florist.

    I ordered a grand bouquet of Wild About U flowers for my Mom’s 75th birthday in a timely fashion. At 12:06 am on the day she was to receive them, I received an email from Bouqs saying the order was cancelled and I was being refunded. I called as soon as I could in the morning and spoke with their customer service to figure out whether they were really cancelled or whether they were still being delivered, as the order online said it was being processed and packaged. They assured me they were being delivered that day and that the email was sent out in error.

    Well, that day was yesterday and the flowers were never delivered. I have called customer service several times since then and there is a recording that says their customer service is offline to provide better service and to send an email to their help staff online. Which I did, and have heard nothing. So to sum up - I ordered and paid for flowers that have not been delivered, I have not received a refund, there is no one at the company who can help me, and my mom thinks I forgot her on her birthday - as I send her flowers every year. I will def be going back to ProFlowers next year.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered to my best friend for Valentine's Day. I ordered the flowers a week and a day in advance and I paid the extra shipping to have them delivered on Valentine's Day, I indicated that this order was to be delivered to a business and by 5pm that day the flowers still weren’t delivered and the business closed. I tried contacting customer service. Couldn't get through to anyone but a chat that said, "Contact us tomorrow if they haven't shown up."

    It's now the 15th of February and still no flowers and I can't get anyone in customer service not even a chat, I've written 2 emails. Still no response. Since my friend is a nurse practitioner she travels around and today will not be in the location where the flowers are supposed to be delivered, and probably won't get them till at least Monday. This is absolutely ridiculous and not a way to do business and especially from a company who has reputable magazines featuring them. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

    I have used Bouqs for the past 3 years. I ordered my wife a Valentine's Day arrangement with a delivery date of 2-13-19. It is now 2-15-19 and the flowers that I spent over $100 on still haven't arrived. Bouqs' company phones were off yesterday so calling their customer support number was no help yesterday. I haven't received any information from the company after filing a complaint on their website. Very Dissatisfied. Not sure I'd recommend Bouqs to other people after this experience.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bouqs.com. I arranged for a Valentine's Day bouquet to be delivered by 8pm on Valentine's Day, and the flowers never made it to the recipient as promised, despite the multiple confirmations I received from the Bouqs chat staff that the order was set to arrive on time. An additional complaint is that there is no phone number to be found for customer support. This made checking in on my delivery very difficult. You have two options if you'd like to communicate with customer service: 1) chat feature or 2) email. A big problem is that the chat feature is not always available. In this case, the last resort is to send an email to the company. At times, you can wait 1+ hours for a response. Completely unacceptable. In summary, this company is not customer-friendly or oriented. Would not recommend or use this company again. My advice to others would be to look elsewhere.

    The whole point of flowers is timing. I know a lot has to go into that timing, but with several days advance notice, and The Bouqs clearly hoping for my Valentine's day business by advertising and promising 2/14 delivery, I went with it. I should have gone to a local florist. My wife would have flowers and I wouldn't look like I dropped the ball. This stuff isn't cheap. No response yet from customer service, and based on the reviews here it doesn't seem like I can expect much. How do you run a business like this? More importantly, if you can't get the flowers there on the day of the occasion, what's the point? What are we doing this for? To give FedEx more money?

    Got an email through "AT&T Thanks" with an ad that had Bouqs Valentine specials. Prices looked great, that drew me in. Made up my order and was then surprised by the giant delivery fee. But the deal's discount put it near what I usually pay my local florist and they say they will deliver on V-day so I figured why not. Well, Valentine's Day comes and goes and my wife received no flowers. I asked her if anyone contacted her about a delivery. The answer was no. Went back to the website and found tracking for her order.

    The FedEx schedule delivery date is Feb 15. There were no delays to the delivery. This was the delivery date FedEx gave Bouqs originally. I was never told this and they do not email you with a tracking number. I have now also learned a lesson about doing business with any company that does not provide any contact number on their website. Lesson learned. I have used the message system on their website to request a refund. No reply yet. From here on out Local florist is the only florist.

    My story is a simple one, I ordered a bouquet of roses to be delivered to my girlfriend for Valentines day 3 days in advance. They assured me it'd be delivered on the 14th sending me multiple confirmation and tracking emails all with a "100% Happiness Guarantee" stamped on the bottom of them and when Valentines day actually showed up and the tracking information loaded I found out my flowers were two states away. Additionally, they weren't being shipped by a florist or someone who knows how to take care of flowers but by FEDEX in a box, with a truckload of other packages being moved around and hit with every bump and turn, ruining the roses.

    To no ones surprise the end of valentines day rolls around and they tell me they won't be able to make the delivery until the next day. The battered roses that have been moving across state lines now have to wait overnight in a cold, crowded fedex facility which further destroyed them. I try and call their customer service hotline but there's no phone number anywhere on the site. By this time I've emailed them multiple times and received no response.

    Finally I find a "live chat" window on their website and tell the online rep I want a refund after providing my order number. He say's I'll be refunded in 3-5 business days. It's been 3 and so far I've received nothing, no confirmation, no apology, nothing. To put it simply, my girlfriend and I were very disappointed, I will never be ordering from them again and I advise anyone hoping to have a meaningful experience to anyone but The Bouqs Co. Don't be fooled by their nice website and sales/ deals. This company literally does not deliver.

    This was our first time using The Bouqs. My boyfriend ordered Valentine’s Day flowers on 2/10 to arrive on 2/12. When they didn’t arrive as promised, he contacted the company via chat message (because there’s no phone number available) on 2/12, 2/13, and 2/14 without any resolution. They keep telling him to wait longer without any clear information on when we’ll receive the delivery, if ever. We have no flowers and no refund. The company just shut down their help center in the middle of the day on 2/14, which has served only to frustrate us further. At this point, we just want our money back and have learned our lesson not to use this company ever again.

    I like to have my Valentine's Flowers delivered a day early so my wife can enjoy them all day. I tried Bouqs because of their promised freshness.     I am very disappointed in this company. I chose The Bouqs because I had received a lovely bouquet from them as a gift from a friend earlier this year. I was looking forward to another great experience but that was not to be. I ordered a Valentine's Day bouquet to be delivered to my husband at his office. My order confirmation clearly stated delivery for 2/14. I received a notice on Monday 2/11 that my shipment was on the way and scheduled for delivery on 2/14.

    This morning I clicked on the Fedex tracking link only to see that delivery would be at end of day tomorrow, Friday 2/15. I contacted The Bouqs chat system and was assured by the customer service rep that delivery would be by end of the day today. It's now 8:30 in the evening and no delivery yet.     It seems like I'm luckier than most people on this site as the flower buds and petals themselves did look pretty good. But I was disappointed that none of the leaves were trimmed off the stems leaving for a very bulky and messy presentation. This is not how it is pictured on their website. The picture of the arrangement I ordered had the stems nice and clean and the flowers bunched together in a nice display. What we received looked more like a bush with some flowers than a bouquet. No artistic touch, no special flair. I will be ordering from a local florist from now on and I advise everyone else to do the same.

    I ordered two dozen roses from Bouqs, based on ads that I heard on the radio, for my wife for a Valentine's Day surprise. It was quite a surprise when they arrived. More than half of the roses were dead and the others had dried, black tips on them. By far the worst quality of roses I have ever seen and for the $75 I paid for them, I would surely expect much better quality than my local grocery store. What's worse is their "Satisfaction Guarantee". I have emailed them twice and sent photos to complain and have not even received a response. What a rip off. Never again will I order anything from them, nor should anyone who reads this. Photos below.

My boyfriend is the sweetest man I have ever met, treats me so good and basically worships the land I walk upon. He wanted to make me feel loved and special with these flowers.     Your adverts are nothing but lies. The flowers are disappointing and sad. They didn’t have anything to keep them hydrated inside the box, they’re all smushed inside. They are wilting and browning on the outside. I believe my boyfriend deserves a refund after paying for subpar flowers, that’s the least that your company could do.     I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my wife on Valentine's Day almost a week prior. Come Feb 14th, they don't arrive. They tell me it'll be there the 15th. What kind of flower service doesn't come through that day?     My boyfriend had a Valentine’s Day arrangement sent to my work from Bouqs. I have never seen such a pathetic floral arrangement. 1/4 of the flowers were dead and 1/4 were wilted. There were 3 roses and they had brown spots. He was out of town and in meetings all day so he was mortified. I contacted them on his behalf and they said they could send out another arrangement to be delivered Friday or possibly the weekend. I told them to just refund his card and they said that they don’t refund the consumer, instead they give you a credit for a future purchase... I was appalled, I demanded them to refund his card because there’s no way he’s ever using this company again and she placed me on hold to get a “manager's” approval. They refunded the card and it only took 45 mins of my time being put on and off hold. Do not use this company!!!

    I've used Bouqs a few years ago and was quite satisfied. I purchased a Valentine's Bouquet for my wife but what she received was a bouquet of dead, rotting flowers. I contacted customer service who told me that it is their intention to provide beautiful flowers. (Like I thought that it was their intention to provide dead, rotting flowers). They offered a full refund, as if I should be grateful for not paying for an unacceptable product. Good customer service would have been to immediately provide a full refund, without being asked, and offering a free or discounted bouquet.

I received an email yesterday confirming the delivery for today. No flowers were delivered and went to track the delivery. It is scheduled for tomorrow.     I’m the type of person who never leaves bad reviews because I’m usually easy to please. This time however, I am so livid that I created an account just to leave this one review. We all know Valentine’s Day comes once a year. I spent $42 for something that looks like it was run over by a car. I scheduled the flowers to be delivered to my wife’s work today Feb 14 and I am beyond pissed and frustrated with what my wife received. I will never be buying from this company again! If you’re reading this review and wondering if you should buy from them or not, trust me it’s not worth it.     I chatted into their support after getting booted off numerous times previously. Finally got through at 5:30 only to be told they dropped the ball and weren’t going to be delivering my wife’s flowers on Valentine’s Day even though I ordered them a week in advance. Kristin was very nice, I appreciated the refund, & I wasn’t going to ruin her day for the company’s mistake but given the time-frame of me placing the order, the complete lack of notice that I wouldn’t get the order (I had to reach out to them. If I didn’t who knows if I would’ve gotten any notice or refund.), and on one of the days of the year where both are as important as they are I won’t be giving them my business anymore.

    I ordered a delivery for Valentine's Day 3 days ahead and got a confirmation. On the 14th I received a email in the afternoon saying it was on its way, but hours later it still hadn't been delivered and the tracking showed nothing. I contacted them and they just said: "I'm very sorry but unfortunately, we were not able to fulfill your order and it did not ship". No explanation, no other information, no notification. Definitely won't order from them ever again. They don't have the capacity to fulfill all orders made and have terrible customer service on top of that.

    I order a Valentine’s Day Arrangement which include a combination of roses and other flowers. My girlfriend received the flowers and sent me a picture. They were completely different from what I purchased. I am so embarrassed and embarrassed for her to have that sent to her at her own work. This is unacceptable, I spent almost $60 and received this.     20 years using ProFlowers and never missed Valentine's or Anniversary. First time with Bouqs and had one of the worst online experiences in my life. They confirmed Valentine's shipment. Late in the day my wife usually sends me a photo of the flowers. I asked her if anything arrived. I then try to contact Bouqs only to find they have shut off their phones on Valentine's. Really? I dig into the order only to find they are now scheduled for the next day. I manage to get on a chat with them. First person gives me generic auto answers. She says she is looking into it. She disconnects.

    I then get on with another who asks how may he help me. Then he finds the previous chat and gives me the same "It is not our intention to disappoint you" message. If you just missed a shipment do you really think customers want to hear "It is not our intention to disappoint you" once, let alone multiple times. That is a great slogan for a company... "It is not our intention to disappoint our customers!" I think I will suggest they put that as their new mission statement. He then informs me the shipment will be late. Seriously?

    After more generic answers, I ask for a refund. I get two messages back, both are automatic and that this ends the chat session and that if I need help to contact them or start a new session. Wow! Great Company. After another session, I was able to get a refund. Will never use again and trying to warn as many as I can, their only excuse was that it's a busy day and they are trying to get out as many shipments as they can. I don't blame the people I chatted with, I blame the company for not properly training them, planning for Valentine's day and not having the customer service support to help out customers. Please beware!

    Avoid them at all cost. I ordered my wife 6 doz roses and they shipped two boxes of 3 dozen, wilted, squished and wrapped in runner bands and plastic... Two cases. Ladies don't want to receive "assembly required" flowers. No personal touch and discolored wilted flowers. Too bad there's not a zero star rating.

    Order a bouquet of 2 dozen roses to be deliver to my girlfriend's job for Valentine's Day. The day of, I noticed via FedEx tracking, the order is nowhere near the destination. I called customer service to express concern, and they kept repeating, "we guarantee business orders will be completed before 4 pm," and that there is nothing they can do on their end. I let the day go by hoping the flowers would get there... They never did. Ruined what was suppose to be a special day and made it the most frustrating process to get refunded. For the recorded, I still have not been refunded, but thankfully my credit card company is disputing the charge. The company should take more ownership over the process and equip the support reps with tools to help resolve customer problems.

    On February 11, 2019, I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentine’s Day. The company emailed me a second time on February 13 noting that my order was out for delivery and would arrive on February 14. However, the FedEx tracking number is now showing that my order was simply "picked up" on Valentine's Day and therefore won't arrive until late in the day on February 15. I have not received the flowers. Furthermore, I sent an email Bouqs asking for assistance and have yet to receive a reply back from the company. Time is of the essence. Having the flowers arrive on February 15th instead of Valentine's Day renders them completely worthless. This will be my first and last time dealing with this company.

I received an email the day of stating I would have them on Valentine's then maybe 20 minutes later I received another email stating they won’t be delivered until the next day! When I talk to customer service they don’t want to give me a refund stating all they can do is refund the delivery charge. Completely unacceptable.     I went against my gut on this one, but I saw the recommendations and endorsements on the bottom of their page and went with it. I ordered on the 11th for delivery Valentine's Day (today) to my wife's office. The notice on the order page said they would deliver by 3 PM. NO Flowers. She has left work (unhappy) thinking I dropped the ball on this one. I should have gone local or another company like 1-800-flowers (that have not let me down... ever) like I wanted to. They would DEF have been on time. I will keep tabs on this and update this if necessary but I am not holding my breath. FedEx says the flowers are in "in-transit" from Memphis, TN, label created today. Oh, I am in Missouri. UGH! Never Never Never again. Shame Shame.

    I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day THREE days in advance of the Valentine’s Day. Tracking my order all I saw was it was supposedly being prepared for days. Day of I reach out via social media and they informed me that the farmers were unable to fulfill the order. Now it way too late for me to even order flowers from somewhere else and it ruined my Valentine’s Day. I will never purchase from them again and I would never recommend this company to anyone.     Purchased Flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. I wanted to give the website a shot and see how incredible their flowers are. The flowers arrived in a FedEx box and when my wife opened it, half of the flowers were smashed and dead. I followed the care instructions provided and gave a day. Same disappointing results.     The flowers delivered were 80% unacceptable. Most of them had to be thrown away due to being crushed, completely wilted and broken stems. The box they were delivered in was fully intact so the blame is not on FedEx. Bouqs advertises farm to table flowers and CLEARLY this was not the case. With no customer service line provided, one can only try to deal with this via e-mail. I have sent off several e-mails already with absolutely no worthwhile response. I paid $66 for an ml product that was mostly garbage. I will never order from this company again and strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this company. I feel as though I've been scammed and had my money stolen. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I receive an email on 2-14-2019 the said delivery date stating that said we will be refunding your credit card with no explanation.     My husband ordered two arrangements for my daughter and I for Valentine's Day. It was his first time ordering from this company. The flowers were delivered on time but the quality of the flowers are very poor. The two arrangements were $167 and for that $ amount I do expect the flowers to be decent. The flowers in my daughter's arrangement are embarrassing. She received tulips and every single one is hanging down almost dead. I almost trashed the flowers instead of going through the hassle of trimming them and putting them in the vase. We will not be ordering from this company again. First impressions mean a lot.

    Find the extra time and go to your local florist. Horrible! Most embarrassing moment that I have ever encountered with my wife after 17 years. Greens were broken, flowers wilted, and the best part - contacted customer service with pictures and they did nothing but try to justify how to fix them. Cut the greens out and cut the stems, (because I'm an idiot) and wait 2 days? First impressions say a lot and when the flowers look like this you may want to find a way to get them to the destination in less than 2 days time with some sort of moisture in them. Stay local folks.

    I just received flowers I ordered for someone and they are truly an embarrassment. They were crushed and only about half of what was shown in the picture. The bouquet was mostly leaves. I contacted their customer service department who told me they were very sorry over and over. They told me that they were in “ready to bloom” mode and to wait three days and to reach back out to them. I mentioned to them that there were no flowers to bloom. They began to argue with me stating they will bloom to which I asked how were flower stalks going to bloom when there were none? Their customer service department is very unsatisfactory and doesn’t really care. They just repeat the same thing over and over again...and as for their product I could have gotten better flowers at a grocery store (and definitely for a better price). Do not order from this company!

    I placed an order on Monday for a delivery of Wednesday as I will be traveling out of the state on the 14th. My delivery was scheduled for 13th. Upon tracking my delivery I noticed the delivery date was changed. Upon reaching out to customer service, they insinuated my delivery information was incorrect on my end. The response seemed like a 'canned response' therefore I decided to call the customer service line.     I sent my mom flowers to help lift her spirits on the anniversary of our late brother. She doesn't even celebrate Valentine's day anymore due to the loss. I had never used this company, but certainly wont ever use it again. I ordered a deluxe Bouquet with 24 stems of Roses. She received 16. And may add about a third looked sadder than we do. To top it off they were a day late. We needed them to reach my mom on the 12th. Not the 13th. Once I reached out to customer service they only offered a discount of first of 10% then 20%.     I've used Bouqs a few times, but I won't choose them again. This just isn't the way to send or receive flowers for special occasions. There is a happy, positive impression that is created when the florist delivery truck pulls up and the delivery person comes up the walk with bouquet in hand that cannot be replicated by FedEx dropping off a box that needs to be unpacked by the recipient. In the end, the savings you are receiving by ordering flowers this way is not worth it. And honestly, the flowers themselves are not that great of a value.

    I placed an order of Valentine's Day flowers for my girlfriend, referred by a "special offer" from ZDNet.com consisting of a "$30 for $50" bouquet of flowers. Eventually the $30 coupon, or rebate, or whatever it was, was nowhere to be applied. Bouqs charged me for the flowers, and ZDNet charged me the $30 separately, on top of the price of the flowers. Moreover, when the flowers arrived, they contained the wrong note from Bouqs. Instead of the Valentine's note I wrote online when placing the order, there was a "We love you momma" note that made my girlfriend believe that the flowers were coming from her children. My girlfriend has experienced a rather traumatic divorce, and receiving any kind of message from her kids has enormous emotional resonance.

    The pain and moral damage at finding that the card was mistaken could and should have been avoided. When I contacted Bouqs in order to demand an explanation for the mixup, the overcharge, and a possible refund, all they did was "apologize" and offer a 10% discount on "future orders." This is an incredibly clumsy and insensitive way out of the situation, not to mention the convoluted and questionable charges by two separate companies for a handful of roses with the wrong message. Awful and humiliating experience.

    Last week we ordered a $100.00 worth of flowers for our Daughter's Valentines Day. The order was processed and paid to be delivered on Thursday 2-14-19. As it is getting closer to Valentine's day we were checking the status of the delivery date... The NEXT DAY??? Friday the 15th??? By FEDEX. It is not Fedex's fault. It is this company's lack of communication between them. They should of called us or contacted us Immediately!!! Telling us the shipping will be on the 15th!!     The only reason I tried this company was I had a coupon. What a joke. With the coupon and shipping it still cost me $25.00 + tax. I can get better at Trader Joe's for $10.00. They say 14 stems, they didn't say 14 stems, some with flowers, some without. Not a bit of greenery or anything else in the box (nicely boxed).     Ease of ordering - Excellent. Updates on order - Excellent. Quality of product - Marginally acceptable. Value for the dollar - Poor. I ordered for the first time because I received a $40 coupon with a Fandango order. I chose my arrangement, selected the upgrade, and paid extra for the mason jar vase. Within minutes I received a confirmation email. A couple of hours after that I received a shipment confirmation email. The flowers arrived and were disappointing in quantity and quality. I felt misled. The best way to sum it up is to say that for nearly $100 (including the coupon) I received an arrangement that I’d expect to pay $25 for at my local supermarket. You’ll likely get better results with a local florist who’s dependent upon his reputation for repeat business.

    I ordered a bouquet to be sent to a coworker who was in an accident. I selected a cheerful and colorful arrangement that she’d surely love. I also ensured that what I selected could be delivered within 2 days. The flowers were delivered but were not as pictured on the site. The arrangement that was received in the box had a lot of dead and broken stems. The arrangement was supposed to have been primarily sunflowers. What was actually received was greenery and filler. The jar vase that I selected wasn’t sent.

    I contacted customer service by chat on the site. The person that assisted me was not very helpful. I sent photos that clearly showed the poor quality. They offered 50% off a future order. I asked that they resend this order to my friend and make it right. They said that wasn’t something that they could typically do. I waited while they checked and they came back and said ok. I asked when it would be delivered and they said it would take about 10 days! I said that wasn’t going to work because she was home sick now, not in 10 days.

    I then asked for a refund so that I could purchase elsewhere. They said that wasn’t an option. They’d give me 50% credit toward a future purchase. I said, "No, I want 100% credit, so that I could place another order." They said ok. I asked how I would get the credit. They said it would be available at checkout. I clarified that it would be available now and that I could use it immediately. They said yes. I waited a day and then tried to place an order. The credit isn’t on my account and I’m unable to reach anyone via phone!

    Two weeks before my mom's birthday, I ordered her a floral arrangement. It was $45 plus, plus. It did arrive, but was completely unacceptable, not to mention embarrassing!     I ordered a Deluxe Version of the "Valentine's Day Arrangement", and I was really disappointed with what I received. The flowers that arrived looks absolutely nothing like the flowers in the picture. Not even close. More than half of the flowers were not even bloomed (isn't the whole point of sending a Valentine's Day arrangement is to make a statement upon receipt?), and there was not even a single rose. How can you call an arrangement a "Valentine's Day Arrangement" and not have a SINGLE rose. It's literally the only flower that people associate with Valentine's Day, and the website's photo showed multiple roses. I explained the situation to a help-person via website chat, and the person offered zero discount on the purchase. Just really disappointed overall with both the product and even more so with the customer service.

    I have used The Bouqs several times in the past and always had excellent experiences. I ordered as per normal for flowers to be sent to Fiancés office and then found out within a few hours she would not be there to receive them because that is the day they are moving her office. When I contacted The Bouqs customer service, I got 2 explanations about their process and I could have them held at the FedEx office to be picked up later. If I wanted that I could have picked them and delivered them Myself. I ordered them because I was going to be out of town for Valentine’s Day. No thanks to The Bouqs and their process, but I just wasted a lot of money to have flowers rot. I will never use them again and tell the multiple people I had raves about them to ever waste money on poor customer service. Thank you for explaining your process, now you know mine.

    I had ordered from Bouqs before with good results, so I ordered a Valentine Deluxe arrangement for my wife, even without a discount. However, the flowers they sent were wholly different from the Valentine's arrangement I had ordered, were in poor condition - no reputable florist would sell flowers in such condition. After seeing my picture of what they sent, Bouqs customer service responded: "I do apologize that the wrong Bouq was delivered" and "This is never the experience we want our customers to have, nor does it match the level of service we pride ourselves on."

    I expected they would refund my money, immediately order a replacement to match what I ordered, and possibly provide a future discount to make things right after getting things so wrong the first time. Incredibly, all they did was to offer a 50% discount "to use toward a replacement or future purchase." What the heck?! They took my money, didn't send me what I ordered, and sent something far inferior instead - but generously offered to allow me to place the order again at a discount. Some people would call that fraud. If they can't send what you order, cancel the order and refund the money - but don't keep the money without sending the order!

    I sent a family member a "get well" bouquet and the delivery people left this outside in the middle of January in Northern Wisconsin (note: this is after it was -50 just last week, and is still below freezing). My family member reached out to say thank you, but also to inform me that these were frozen solid when she found them.

    Customer service seems unwilling to want to replace them and their advice was "Thankfully, our flowers are fairly resilient, so if the issue seems slight, often following the care instructions included with their packaging can liven up your blooms. You can also see those instructions: Flower Care". I am also humiliated to have to ask her to take pictures and send them to me so that customer service will follow up. So much for a nice thing, also what an inconvenience.

    After sending the customer service rep photos of these dead, wilted, browned, sad flowers that had thawed - they said "Thank you for the photos, and I could say that these are not acceptable, I will go ahead and issue a 20% as a gift card that you can use in your future purchases." That was unacceptable to me and I indicated that my email receipt says "100% happiness guarantee" at which point THEN she said she will process a replacement. I can guarantee I wouldn't have used that gift card and won't be giving them any business in the future. Though I will say, if they say 100% happiness and someone shows you pictures of dead flowers, I shouldn't have to push for a replacement.

    I placed an order for Grandmother's birthday, and once I hit place, the order showed an error and did not send me a confirmation. I immediately refreshed the page and placed the order again and it went through. Upon receiving the confirmation the next morning, I checked the tracking and realized that the order was in fact duplicated and placed twice. I immediately called customer service (8 hours before the flowers were supposed to deliver) and they were completely not helpful. They stated they could not do anything for me, could not stop the or redirect the shipment, refund me, offer me a credit, give me a discount on a future purchase etc.

    It was CLEARLY a duplicate order with the exact same item, delivery date and time, recipient, and sender. Same Credit card and billing address, same EVERYTHING. After speaking with customer service I decided to live chat the Bouqs team directly, where the person was equally unsympathetic and not helpful. Again - no offer for any sort of compensation. I now have to pay 2x for this item and I will NEVER use this company again. They apply no common sense or decency when dealing with customers.

    I received three separate "tropical" bouquets from a friend on Wednesday of last week. Not only did they forget to include the note so I had to contact the company to figure out who sent them, all of the Birds of Paradise turned black and died three days after receiving them. After contacting customer service I was told I would need a picture of the dead flowers for any recompense. Who photographs decaying flowers? I had put them down our garbage shoot before finding out I needed to photograph them. I was basically told "tough luck" by customer service. I would not at all recommend this company. Fresh flowers should last at least seven days.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered on my mother's birthday. They did not arrive on the selected delivery date. I was not notified that my order would not arrive on time. I only found out when I called my mom. When I contacted customer service and asked that my money be refunded I was informed that the flowers were delivered the next day and I was offered a refund of the delivery fee.

    I wrote back again and I asked that I be issued a full refund because the point of sending someone flowers on their birthday is that they get them on their birthday. If a company can't do that or at least communicate that they've made a mistake, then they should make it right. The second response from customer service offered me a 20% discount on my next order. I won't be ordering a second time. This company can't deliver on time or correct/take responsibility for their mistakes. I gave them two opportunities to correct the issue and they chose to offer me a 20% discount on a future order.

Our Rose arrangements are cut straight from the farm and will arrive in bud form so that they last longer. The guard petals are also left on left on the roses to protect the blooms. As the Roses bloom, the guard petals will curl under. Once this happens they can be removed or they usually fall off. We realize this may seem underwhelming at first but many of our customer are amazed at how beautifully they bloom and how long they last. We hope this helps!

    I wasn't going to take this review public, but then the response I got from the online customer service team made me change my mind. Here's my letter to The Bouqs explaining my frustration: "I have ordered from The Bouqs before with no problems, so was happy to find a beautiful bouquet just special enough to send to a good friend who had just lost her baby. I noted on my order that these were sympathy flowers, fully expecting that they would be handled with extra care given the circumstance. My goodness was I wrong. Come to find out, FedEx can’t deliver them without proof of ID and a signature because the flowers ended up being sourced from Ecuador, NOT California as initially promised when I ordered them. NO ONE reached out to me to tell me this so that I could avoid this painfully embarrassing situation and perhaps choose another bouquet.

    I found this out by contacting FedEx myself several times AFTER reaching out to your customer service team, who never said anything about it (nor did they seem remotely appalled or sympathetic toward the situation – it was like they were typing a generic script) when I asked why the flowers hadn’t been delivered or left at her door. Finally, after over a WEEK of the flowers sitting at the pick-up location, a second attempt to deliver was made (after MY repeated phone calls to FedEx) and when that was unsuccessful they were sent to a different pick up location even further from my friend’s home. I was certainly not going to ask a grieving parent to go pick up her own sympathy flowers the first time, and definitely not the second time.

    I finally called your customer service line (which I should have done in the first place) and spoke to someone who was helpful and actually seemed genuinely sorry for the extreme mishandling of the situation. He approved a full refund, but when I asked him if you could send new flowers out to her, free of charge to make up for all of this, he said he wasn’t able to do that and the only option was to re-send the current delivery and be charged in full or to cancel the delivery and be refunded. I obviously chose to be refunded as I was not going to go through yet another attempted delivery with flowers that at the very best were no longer fresh, at the very worst already dying (I remind you of the occasion for these flowers).

    I’m disappointed that not more was done, though the gentleman I spoke with did assure me this issue would be elevated. I certainly hope it will be, along with this letter so that anyone sending out sympathy flowers won’t EVER have to go through this. I am not sure I will be using Bouqs again for fear of this happening. Definitely never for such a sensitive matter."

    Below is the cut and paste generic response, and a misplaced "Thank you for your business." Apparently I'm not worth keeping as a customer. "Thank you for reaching out to Bouqs Co. I really do apologize for the inconvenience and the trouble that you experienced with your order. I know the resolution that was provided was not the one that you are seeking for, we really appreciate your feedback that you sent to us to improve the quality of our services. I understand you already have a second thoughts of using our services. We appreciate your business with us. Thank you." Oh, one more thing - I had to contact them yet again to make sure my order was actually canceled because I keep getting alerts from FedEx that they are attempting delivery. That has yet to be determined.

I did, however, appreciate the Company's response to rectify any issues, and loved their global approach toward the business of selling flowers 'online.'     First time I ordered the flowers were sub par and the arrangement was nothing like what I thought I had ordered and upgraded. They did the right thing and gave me a credit. I finally used it, and since I had the credit went ahead and upgraded...again. Flowers came jammed into packing so tight they were damaged. Completely untrimmed of excess leaves. Less than 24 hours later every single bloom is drooping and petals falling off. Also confused as to the whole "fresh cut from the farm" ... They were shipped from Chicago to my home in Chicago. After nine emails back and forth with Bouqs customer service, the problem was not resolved so I let it go. I don’t usually write bad reviews but I thought the public should know that it is best to avoid this company. There are so many other flower delivery companies out there, and I have never seen such bad customer service for flowers, that I don’t think Bouqs will be around for long.

    I tried The Bouqs Co. because it was part of the AT&T rewards program. I believe I had about $40.00 in rewards, and spent an additional $44.00 for the bouquet, vase, and delivery. I am very dissatisfied with my experience. In the first order I received, the flowers were broken and the additional color stems looked old. I called Customer service, sent pictures of the received order, and they did replace the flowers in a timely manner. The order was replaced, but the new order the Sunflowers, never opened, and the additional stems also looked old, purple with a lot of black, dead looking areas. We were told to give them time to open, after 2 weeks, the buds were turning brown and had never opened. It was very disappointing.

    I am honestly so confused with Bouqs because the first time I ordered from them, it was a great experience but this last experience really was just so frustrating. First, my flowers did not arrive on the expected date, and after some back and forth with customer service, I found out that they hadn't even shipped. Bouqs let me know they "dropped the ball" and canceled my order, so I tried reordering the same flowers hoping the mishap was a one time deal. But then, the same thing happened again on the second order! I even contacted the company the night before since I had not received any confirmation, and the staff assured me that it will arrive on schedule. But no, the flowers did not arrive on expected date, and also had not shipped.

    When I complained to customer service, they explained that it may be because the flowers were unavailable, which if that was the case, shouldn't you be notifying the customers know it's unavailable? They tried reordering my flowers for the third time, to which I still have not received any notification about it shipping. I've lost all hope at this point. I can't blame customer service since they were doing their best, but all in all this was such a frustrating experience, I don't recommend using this company.

    I wished to start flower delivery subscription in the new year to my wife. I have tried over a period of 3-4 days, with 3-4 different credit cards; and each time I got the same error. "There was a problem saving your card, please try again." They say in their FAQs that I can use Paypal, but I don't see the option to use that when I go to make the payment. I am beyond my wit's end trying to do this. I may as well go to another subscription service.

    The company is awesome! They grow the flowers and ship them direct. The flowers last way longer (like 2 weeks) than when you get them from the more "popular" delivery companies. They always arrive on time and in good condition so I have never had to use their customer service.

    On Nov 14 I order flowers for my wife for our anniversary. On December 18 at 5 PM I get an email saying that you ran out of the flowers I ordered and you substituted with something else. I complained and it was stated that you're crediting 38 some dollars for flowers later. Doesn't help. I'm on the road so I didn't have time to get anything local since I work nights. I checked FedEx delivery tracking and the stuff that you replaced the original order with wasn't even delivered on the day it was supposed to. I'm not happy.

    I ordered a LARGE and very expensive bouquet to be delivered for a Christmas present. All the flowers were dead / wilted upon arrival. I had to argue for 2 days with customer service to get a refund. I made the mistake of buying 2 bouquets & the other is supposed to be delivered today. Bad news, it was shipped from Ecuador?! I'm in Florida. 100% guaranteed those flowers are dead by now too.

    I order flower through Bouq for a friend at work. At first, she only saw one part of the order. She was thrilled but I knew that I had order a delux version and that was not what was delivered. I immediately sent an e-mail to Bouq to inform them that what was delivered was not what was ordered. They responded immediately that they would look into the situation. However, the recipient had discovered the other half of the bouquet that was order and all was well. I apologized to Bouq and told them all was well. I could not have been happier with the flowers, which were incredibly fresh and lovely, and their quick response to my complaint. I was happy when I found out all was well.     My son had ordered beautiful flowers from Bouqs several times but the last order of sunflowers and little purple flowers + greenery did not measure up. There was no food in the package and the sunflowers which were supposed to open with time, did not open even after several days. So I contacted the customer service and was given a choice of more flowers or a credit to my son's account. I chose the latter. So even though they usually only allow 3 days for complaints, the company issued the credit.

    This was a replacement order for roses that I was very disappointed with. I decided not to take a chance on replacement roses and this time I ordered tulips. While the tulips are beautiful, 6 of the stems came cinched and are falling down. I've had much better experiences with Bouqs in the past and these two bad experiences now have me looking for other options. I used to love your simple pricing model for a quality product, and even though I am now paying for shipping, I still expect a quality product and I am just not seeing that.

    I have been surprised with 3 deliveries from The Bouqs this year. All 3 have arrived safe and sound and open fully within a few days. My most recent delivery started to wilt and turn brown after just 3 days. I contacted CS via email and sent pictures. Both CS agents that helped me were very prompt in assisting me.     I have needed to reach out to the Bouqs team for support twice now, and each time they are amazing! The first time, I sent an email request for support, and the first person to email me back was helpful, but maybe only 3 stars. Yet I promptly received another email going into further detail and resolving the issue - all without any further action needed on my part. And the second time, I needed to change my scheduled orders and the gentleman I chatted with made sure to let me know what he was doing, why it wasn't working for me to begin with, processed the correct order, and then let me know what to expect for future scheduled orders.

    The flowers are beautiful on the website, unfortunately, when they arrive they look very different! I have ordered from them twice and each time the stems are scrawny with few blooms and those that have bloomed are small. Calls to the company resulted in a referral to their disclaimer that says, "We send what is available." I found this to be very disappointing and will not order from them again.

    I ordered the Noel wreath from Bouqs based on the beautiful photo on their website. The descriptions states the wreath is "absolutely fresh" from "the Northwest". Silly me thought it was a no-brainer - what could go wrong with a holiday wreath from Washington state. Well, it arrived quickly (which was lucky based on many of these reviews) but the wreath is so dry and the shipping box full of needles.

    I sent a photo of the needles and a close-up of a dry branch to customer service and they said they needed a photo of a full wreath to proceed with any resolution. Well, the full wreath looks okay today. However, the fact that my hallway is covered in needles leads me to believe it won't last the weekend. After reading all of these reviews it sounds like I shouldn't expect to receive any resolution from this company anyway. It's terribly disappointing but I'm just glad I didn't also order one for my parents as I originally intended. Well, lesson learned - always check ConsumerAffairs before hitting the buy button.

    Our entire experience with The Bouqs was pretty lousy. We had never ordered from The Bouqs and used a Gift coupon to give them a go since the arrangements look so pretty on their website. My husband ordered a bouquet which was supposed to arrive at my job Tuesday before 3pm. They apparently sat in the FedEx truck before arriving at my office at 7pm Wednesday, which means they weren't unboxed until Thursday morning. As if boxed flowers aren't delicate it enough, you'd think they would package them a little better than with only clear wrapping, aquatubes maybe?

    Since they don't bother to prep the flowers properly the flowers arrived looking pretty terrible; dry, marred, and wilting. They also sent the wrong flowers. I received pink lilies, which won't ever bloom because they're already withering. It sort of looks like they cut some flowers threw them in a box with some wrapping and shipped them. We've used plenty of floral delivery services in the past, none have been as major a fail as this one. Again, pretty lousy and we're probably going to stick to our usual flower companies from now on.

    How embarrassing for me to have dying, brown flowers delivered on my behalf with missing flowers from the arrangement I had selected. I received a call from my recipient telling me this and a photo which I forwarded to Bouqs. Bouqs said they would generously refund my payment. How a flower company can deliver something like this is disappointing. How many of their arrangements are delivered in this condition and the recipient doesn't let anyone know.

    I ordered birthday bouquet from Bouqs.com with recommendation from my colleague with stunning review. Everything on website looked great and order went without a problem. I received confirmation email, tracking number and was awaiting for nice bouquet for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately this is where all nice things ends. No updates on tracking should raise red flag but I was hopeful until last moment. Tracking has never been changed and no communication was in place about order delay.

    After emailing them with complaint I received order refund and apologies, but as I mentioned before, too little, too late. I will not recommend nor use again Bouqs.com as they unable to provide adequate communication and customer service, plus there is no phone line that you can call and talk with anyone to resolve such issues. Save your time and effort and take your money elsewhere.

    I placed an order with Bouqs for delivery on 12/4/18. This was for a sick relative, and it was very important that the flowers arrive on the date selected. On 12/4, however, when I reviewed the tracking information, it became clear that my order had not shipped, much less been delivered. No one from Bouqs ever notified me that the order could not be fulfilled. This, however, did not stop the company from charging me.

    It was not until I contacted Bouqs that they bothered to inform me, belatedly, that my order could not be fulfilled. The order was refunded, but again, only because I contacted the company and threatened to dispute the charge and stop payment. In sum, an incredibly frustrating experience. I would rate "0" stars if I could since, after all, I received zero flowers ordered.

    I had a great experience with previously ordering from this company, but find that their strength of sending flowers directly from farm sites is also their greatest weakness in terms of customer service. Learned with 4 days to spare before delivery to my recipient, that she had been whisked away for a birthday trip & would not be home for a couple of weeks.

    When I tried to cancel my order as recommended by their site, I could not, nor can they make the change to ship them to Florida instead of Virginia. As a florist myself, I love having things shipped direct from growers, but now appreciate the flexibility people like myself can provide our customers. The Bouqs suggested my recipient should make arrangements for someone to fetch her delivery or to leave it at a FedEX facility (meaning the recipient gets nothing). They are also not providing any refund for a gift that cannot be enjoyed by its intended receiver or correctly delivered due to their lack of business foresight. Deeply disappointed.

    I have the same complaint as other consumers who placed orders with Bouqs over Thanksgiving holiday. They cancelled my order and sent me an email to inform me about not being able to fulfill my order due to their farms being closed. This shows that it's poor planning and poor business model on their part. It wasn't like Thanksgiving popped up out of nowhere this year. They did not offer to make up for this blunder; just offered a refund. Well, duh! That was the least they could do and they did the very least. I reordered the gift for my friend with Teleflora and it was SO MUCH EASIER. They offered same day delivery and it costed less. Will never use Bouqs again.

    I am SO horrified, shocked, and embarrassed by the state of the flowers that arrived today at my mom's house for her birthday. I should also mention that no one bothered to ring the doorbell and they were left outside in the rain. I ordered the grand cornucopia but they were anything but grand. For $115 she received 5 tulips that were closed. What makes me even more upset is that this is my 2nd time using the company and of course the first person I sent them to (my godmother) would never tell me how terrible her flowers were. I am in awe and would never recommend anyone use this company. I also wish I had read the reviews more closely as this is not uncommon.

    I purchased the Always Grand with Signature Vase for my girlfriend who lives across the country and I was so embarrassed to find that rather than sending a bouquet, they sent 3 dozen roses smashed into a small box with a vase that was too small to even hold the three dozen roses! I was so embarrassed, not only for myself, but for my girlfriend. I could only imagine the look on her face when she realized the box was flowers and all of the petals were basically in the box instead of intact on the stems. I would either like a refund or for a proper bouquet to be sent to her.

    My daughter sent me the roses for my birthday. Some were falling apart before I even took them out of the box. When I did take them out both petals and leaves fell off, leaving a pile on the floor. I put the remaining roses (maybe half of them) in a vase after preparing them as indicated. Those lasted 3 days. I contacted the company and heard nothing. Save your money or try FTD.

    I ordered the Deluxe Magnetic Bouq to be delivered to my 86 year old grandmother in Florida for her birthday and Thanksgiving. Her birthday is Friday, November 23 so I had them delivered today Wednesday, November 21. She texted me to say thank you for the flowers and then sent me pictures. The Magnetic Bouq should have had sunflowers, roses, and spider mums. She sent me a picture of ugly green foliage that didn't appear to have any flowers in it. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I told her not to worry, I would contact Bouqs and they would make it right. However, my experience with customer service went much worse than I expected. I talked to customer service and asked to have a Christmas themed Bouq sent instead since they couldn't be delivered until next week.

    I asked for the Deluxe Very Merry Bouq to be sent. However, I was informed the Very Merry Bouq was valued at $2 more than the Magnetic Bouq, so they would need to charge me the difference of $2. After the inconvenience and disappointment of sending the wrong Bouq and my grandmother not having flowers for her birthday or Thanksgiving, could they not waive the $2? Does that seem like an unrealistic expectation or request? I am shocked they even asked me to pay the difference-they should have offered without hesitation.

    Seems like extremely poor customer service and a great way to make sure I never order flowers from them again. They had an opportunity to make a poor situation positive and make things right. I would have been perfectly happy, even though my grandmother didn't get flowers for her birthday. I would have been happy they tried, as I understand sometimes mistakes happen. Instead, they chose to make a poor situation even worse. I highly suggest customer service training for all Bouqs employees or this company is not going to survive. I do not recommend purchasing flowers from Bouqs.

    I ordered a set of flowers for my Thanksgiving setup. The company gives you three options on sizes and prices. I ordered the middle set of flowers. Well I was super excited to get my order. When they arrived I was mortified!!!! The flowers look dead already! They were wrapped incorrectly. The middle size order that cost an additional $25 was the smallest order of flowers I've ever seen! My local grocery store has a bigger selection and bouquets then what I received. So I had to go buy a very small vase, cut the stems so it could fit. The middle size bouquet fit in a 12 oz $1 vase! Very disappointed.

    My first order from Bouqs was for my mother for Mother’s Day. It arrived three days after Mother’s Day - definitely not okay. The company was very apologetic and issued me a refund and stated that there was a credit in my account. I gave them a second chance and ordered my boss a bouquet for delivery on a special day. The not only was the “credit” not on my account (thank goodness for coupon codes - they aren’t cheap!), the order never arrived. When I contacted customer service, the email reply stated that “it isn’t feasible” to guarantee delivery for the day specified. What? What is the point of ordering from them, then? If I order from FTD, I know that they will have it there at least on the day it was requested to be delivered. Ridiculous - are you guys serious with that? “Hey, honey, I know it’s March now, but I ordered you flowers for Valentine’s Day...”

    The email went on to say that I should let them know right away if my order was “delayed”. Does customer service even read emails? The order wasn’t just delayed - it didn’t arrive! At all! Listen, I understand that things happen - that’s why I gave Bouqs a second chance. There won’t be a third. Save your money and time and order from somewhere that actually gets it there when it matters - the moment is gone, and they ruined that for me and my boss, as well as for my mother the first time I tried them.

    I ordered the Hermosa bouquet specifically for the coral flowers (recipients favorite color). Nowhere in the item description did it state that the flowers may be a different color. Additionally, there were not 24 stems in the received bouquet. There were EIGHT stems. I paid for the Deluxe bouquet, and do not appreciate being scammed. The item I ordered is not what was delivered, in color or quantity. Had I known the item would be a completely different color, I would have ordered a different item. I am extremely upset and unhappy. I do not recommend this company, and will never do business with them again.

    Received horrible looking flowers. The company tried to claim it was just the guard petals. It was more than that! All the leaves fell off dried and dead when I put them in the vase! The rose petals all fell off after a few days! I let them know and they basically told me I was wrong. I tried using them for that $40 credit promotion and paid the $20 for shipping. I could have gotten better flowers from my local grocery store for less than $20! I do NOT recommend them to anyone! Their customer service blaming me for the flowers did not help anything either!     Apparently when you tell them you want flowers to arrive on a specific day, you should expect them to arrive late. I ordered flowers for my mom's 50th birthday and my parent's 31st anniversary. These are two very big and important events in our household and we bought three sets of flowers to help make it special. Two were supposed to deliver today on her birthday and one tomorrow for their anniversary. The two both had dates that say Deliver on 11/14 by 8 pm on the tracking site. 8 pm was later than we wanted but we accepted it. At 7:40 pm it went back to the FedEx facility and never arrived at our house. I am EXTREMELY upset. They apparently were on the FedEx truck all day, and went back with them to the facility!!!

    This was a big birthday and we were excited to send these flowers because they were a part of a big surprise we had for her. But they never arrived. We are all so disappointed and definitely will NEVER use Bouqs again. What's the point of setting a delivery date if it's not going to ACTUALLY deliver?? I emailed their customer service and all they could say was it's on its way and here's 10% off. I DON'T WANT 10% OFF. When I emailed back, they never responded. I just want my mom to have her flowers tonight! Extremely disappointed!!

    Ordered the grand bouquet of 30 stems costing $78. Received 3 separate bundles which look like something you get from a grocery store but of less quality, they were half dead and stems were dried up and blackish on the bottom. Contacted customer service who said they would have someone review the pictures I provided, magically they responded in literally 1 minute (how is that even possible?) saying the flowers are fine and they need to be cut and in a few days they will revive.

    I cut the stems about 2 inches up from the bottom and upon inspection, many were still dried up that far up the stem! By the way, this was for my wife's birthday and in no way shape or form does it say on their website that the flowers need a few days to revive. The picture of what I ordered on their site shows a beautiful well put together bouquet of flowers, which apparently are supposed to be cut the day of the order and sent "farm fresh". This is obviously NOT true. Now this will make you laugh, included in one of the bundles I received is literally a wooden stick/rod with a flower tied/strapped to it. WTF is that? I am happy to provide pictures! Needless to say, I've disputed the charge with Amex. I will never buy flowers online again, been burned way too many times.

All of our Grand Bouqs, are separated into 3 bunches to be able to fit the whole arrangement safely in the one box it arrives in. Regarding the succulents, since they do not have stems of their own, we add the stick to simulate a stem so when arranged in the Bouq, the succulents can stand up and out while the stick is camouflaged.

    Our Bouqs are cut farm fresh in bud form and in need a trim and water once they arrive. This way, the recipient can enjoy the flowers their entire vase life. We realize they may seem underwhelming at first, but many of our customers are amazed by how they bloom! We hope this helps!

    My son sends me flowers for my birthday and sometimes at Christmas. Sometimes the flowers are pretty, but sometimes they arrive (I live in Florida they look half dead). Recently as of Nov 7th 2018 I receive flowers from Bouqs and they did not look healthy and look even worse on the second day after I took them out, cut them off, got rid of more leaves and changed the water with the other packet they sent to keep the flower fresh. I think that he is wasting his money on the flowers that come from here. I normally do not bash companies on their reviews but I decided to tell the truth about the orders of what could be very pretty flowers. And I love getting flowers. I am very sad that they do not look good when received or last.

    The first time I ordered from Bouqs, I ordered two bouquets for two separate people. One of them had the wrong colours than advertised which I let go. However, the other bouquet was completely dead on arrival. The recipient was home when they arrived, it was a particularly hot day, and she has such a green thumb that if anyone could resurrect these flowers, it would be her. Alas, they were too far gone. They were in such awful condition, she wrote to me to tell me kindly and that I shouldn’t waste my money. I was given a coupon for my next order. I figured I would give the company another chance.

    This time, again, the bouquet looked nothing like the photos. There were less blooms than ordered. I understand that it is an unpredictable industry but if you don’t have the product someone orders you need to give the options of: the customer choosing a different bouquet, the customer cancelling the order, or the customer postponing the order until the correct flowers can be sourced. The correct bouquet was never sent and instead I was given a $5 off coupon which is just a sneaky way for them to try to get me to waste another 80$. So disappointed as I wanted to find a company similar to Organic Bouquet which has ** done but had excellent flowers and customer service, something The Bouqs clearly lacks.

    Great quality, clear instructions on what to do. The flowers they picked looked great and smelled great. If someone is looking for unique flowers I would pick them. All of the flowers were beautiful. We had plenty of extras. Only one or two of the Snapdragons were unusable. The rest of the flowers were amazing, and again we had plenty extra.

    I wanted to send my girlfriend some flowers for her birthday but after reading a bunch of really bad reviews on other flower delivery services, I was scared I couldn't find a good place to order the flowers from. Fortunately I found Bouqs and the experience with them has been great. Their customer service was really friendly and helpful, and the flowers that I ordered arrived exactly on the date and in perfect condition. They have a great selection of flowers that are sustainably grown, plus the fact that some of their bouquets are imported from Colombia (home country) made me even more satisfied with the purchase.     My boyfriend ordered the Inspiration floral arrangement. When I received the arrangement I was so excited because I have seen the floral arrangements on The Bouqs website. When I opened the grand floral arrangement 3 roses were wilted and 1 didn’t bloom and 1 just fell off and crumbled. Several mini calla lilies were bent. At the end I was disappointed because The Bouqs company claims to have fresh flowers and the Inspiration arrangement looks amazing on the site. The floral arrangement I received had great potential, had all the roses bloomed and all the mini calla lilies weren’t bent. I called The Bouqs company and they did refund the money and apologize that the Inspiration floral arrangement didn’t meet The Bouqs standards.

    I attempted to use the Bouq's to send my boyfriend's mom flowers for her birthday in September. The flowers never arrived. The Bouq's offered to send replacement flowers and I agreed. Those flowers never arrived. At that point I gave up on the flowers and took them up on their offer of a refund. No refund appeared on my account. I contacted customer service after the suggested waiting period, and they claimed the refund had been processed Oct 2 (several days earlier). I then contacted PayPal to see if they had any record of a refund. They did not and filed a dispute on the charge on Oct 19. The Bouq's has not responded to this as of Oct 24.

    I would NEVER recommend this company. I have never experienced customer service like this. Not only did they fail to deliver flowers on time, they failed to deliver the replacements as well. They seem completely unbothered by the fact that the flowers were never sent and seemed to think the refund was my problem to sort out. Seriously, use any other company - especially if you actually need the flowers or don't want to have to fight to get your money back!

    We purchased a bouquet for Bosses Day 2018. I chose these particular flowers because they state they would arrive by October 16th by 3:00 PM. Well, the day goes by - it is finally 5 minutes past 3:00 PM and no flowers have arrived.     Flowers were dry and falling off the stems. The bouquet was sent as a thank you for providing home cooked meals for a friend following the birth of her first baby.     This company is a complete joke. They market themselves as flowers delivery fresh. The flowers were dead on arrival, and the packaging looked as if a kindergarten student had done them. Save yourself money and either pick them up at a shop yourself, or choose a company that actually cares about the product. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.

    I recently attempted to use Bouqs to send flowers to my wife during a very difficult and stressful time. I ordered online, filled out all the necessary details, and wrote a very personal note to be attached to the delivery. I needed to communicate something specifically, something significant. Any other husbands relate? Unfortunately, upon delivery, the only note that was a attached was a note directing my wife to contact customer service for details. She didn't even know that that they were sent from me. Isn't this flower delivery 101?! Anyway, the whole ordeal is regretful. Despite their marketing, when it really matters, I wouldn't use Bouqs. Call a local florist. Speak to someone directly and communicate expectations clearly. Lesson learned.

    Bouqs isn't really a great value from the start but for fresh flowers straight from the farm it made an appealing offer. When the flowers arrived however they were dying, smashed, or broken. I would not have purchased these for any amount of money from the store. They were ready for the garbage dump. What a waste of money. Save your time and money and go to a local store where you can see what you are buying and don't have to rely on the package handling abilities of FedEx.

    I ordered flowers from The Bouqs Company on October 9, 2018 for my daughter's wedding, to be delivered on Thursday, October 11, 2018. Only half of the flowers were delivered on October 11, 2018. As a result I purchased replacement flowers the morning of October 12,2018. The remaining flowers were delivered later in the day on October 12, 2018, but they were crushed and dead. When I contacted the company about the issue, all they would do is offer a replacement bouquet or a credit for half the amount I had previously paid for the crushed flowers. It seems crazy that if I do not get the flowers that I paid for and ordered that I would want another bouquet from the same company. Please read the company terms and conditions. They do not give refunds. They take your money and if the product is unsatisfactory, you have no recourse. Order flowers from this company at your own risk!

    It is amazing being able to see the flowers bloom after delivery. The flowers were delivered quickly and without hassle.     Promptly within a week of ordering, two dozen fresh and beautiful roses arrived to my girlfriend. The ordering, shipping, and delivering process was prompt and easy. The only minor inconvenience was that some thorns were left on the rose, and I did not know exactly how many roses were to be shipped when ordering. I definitely will order from Bouqs again!
