    I have ordered from this company twice. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. We ordered flowers for my grandma last winter. They arrived late and quite dead. Grandma called to tell me I should request my money back. Over a year later, decided to order flowers for a friend. This time they were delivered a day late. I don't understand how this company stays in business. I guess fools like me who make the mistake of giving a second chance. I will make no more mistakes and will guide friends/family away from this company in the future.

    I previously gave a one star review to Bouqs Flowers. They delivered 2 days late. However, when I complained, they did refund my money. I didn’t realize in the first review that they were still going to deliver the order. Because they refunded my money, I would say this was resolved satisfactorily.

    I placed an order for flowers to be delivered 12/17 for our daughter's anniversary. I received a note from Bouqs saying the flowers were delayed one day. They did not arrive as promised on 12/18. On 12/19, I contacted the company to say we did not receive the flowers and I was disappointed because they were for a special occasion and our daughter was leaving town on 12/21. They offered to give me a credit (not a refund) for a future order. They don't care that the anniversary surprise was spoiled and that I was inconvenienced by their terrible service. I requested a refund which they say they will process but they do nothing to accommodate the their lack of delivering the goods you paid for. I would not even give them 1 star. I recommend Farm Girl Flowers. Steer clear of this wannabe flower delivery company.

    My mother had surgery... Tried to send flowers to arrive the day after she returned home from the hospital. The flowers still haven’t arrived and it’s two days later. Bouqs tells me they are in transit, but likely in bad shape now and will arrive in bad shape. They can’t resend them for several days and at this point a new bouquet won’t arrive for 4-5 days. I finally had to ask for a full refund to use a local florist, but still have to explain to my mother why I sent her dead flowers. I feel ridiculous! Bouqs didn’t help at all! I’ll never use them again!

    I mistakenly didn't review the delivery address and it had auto-filled to my own town, instead of the destination I had intended. I was so excited to surprise my best friend's twin 9 year old daughters with beautiful, yet unique bouquets for their birthdays! I tracked it all day and was mortified when I saw that it was trying to go to my town! Though we were unable to reroute, Peter ** helped me replace the order for the next day delivery without charging me extra. I know this was above and beyond the normal and I truly appreciate it. I can't imagine using another company after this, other's bouquets are never as beautiful and unique and you cannot beat the customer service. Thanks again for making me a very very happy customer!

    I sent a elderly friend flowers as a surprise to perk up her spirits! BUT, I was the one who was surprised. The white roses were dropping and there were brown spots on the leaves and petals. She sent me pictures and the bouquet was nothing like what I ordered! I couldn’t find a phone number to call so, I started chat online and sent them pictures of the bouquet... They assured they would resend the flowers! She received the flowers today and of course they were dropping with brown spots in the petals and leaves... VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will not be using this company again! I feel I deserve a refund! But, they told me they could only resend the flowers! For the price I paid and the quality of the product that was sent I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!

    A friend sent me a Bouqs bouquet on my birthday but I would have had no idea until he texted me late that night to see if I got any presents (he didn’t want to spoil the surprise). I told him what I received and then he let me know he sent me something but it was being held at the Walgreens in my neighborhood because FedEx was handling it. I told him thank you and I would go in a few days because I live in New York City have have a super busy schedule and that Walgreens is a 10 minute walk each way and it’s 35 degree weather.

    I didn’t get a notification from Bouqs or FedEx until the next morning. And the craziest thing is the notification didn’t say where my flowers were. I had to cut and paste the tracking and google it! I was able to pick up the flowers that evening and I have to say, they look like flowers that have been sitting in a box without water for 48 hours. I was not impressed. I hope my friend didn’t spend a lot of money on these.

    My coworkers and I ordered a 3 dozen rose arrangement for a funeral and they looked nothing like the photo. They were small and brown. When I saw these at the funeral home I was embarrassed and very upset. I contacted Bouqs numerous times through email. Still awaiting for a response. I want a full refund made to mmt credit card.

    It's incredibly frustrating to try to get flowers delivered on a certain day, and then the company does nothing to help you. My spouse was so disappointed, especially when FedEx decided also not to deliver them the next day either. Bouqs said that they could do nothing about the delivery, and three days after the flowers were supposed to be delivered, Bouqs told me I could go pick them up at a FedEx facility. They ended up refunding my order, but this was not worth the spousal disappointment. I would recommend going with a local company, especially because you're probably going to have to pick them up anyway.

    My husband sent me roses from Bouqs while he was out of town. It was nice to receive a gift from him while he was away. Half the roses, however, had a good deal of brown on them. The bouquet didn't last very long as I would have expected from their appearance upon arrival. Also, just a side note for Bouqs - I had ordered a bouquet for a friend before I had received mine from my husband, and it looked like a bunch of green sticks. I can appreciate that those came in really fresh, but it seems it would be nice for someone to open up a flower box and have a bouquet, not sticks with blooms that will bloom eventually. Not really upset about that order because it was fresh and lasted a long time, but again, would have been nice for her to receive something that looked like a bouquet.

    I received an arrangement at work. Almost all of the roses had brown spots all over them and the white rosebuds were almost dead. Too embarrassed to display them. The flowers were Horrible! Buy elsewhere!! Want to tell my boyfriend but he was so excited to surprise me.

    Order no. **. First bad thing is that the company uses FedEx and don’t get me wrong fedex is a great company. It’s just that they go by routes on their deliveries, in this case my wife gets out at 2 pm from work and the package was going to be delivered at 3 pm, so after a call to fedex and a chat with The Bouqs, the package was delivered at 9:51am. I was like great! Not so fast, I guess the fedex guy left it in the wrong department so I had to kill the surprise and that she needed to go and look for them, after 3 hours she haven’t found them, I will not use the company again unlesss they function like a normal flowery, you know things like delivery instructions and time of the delivery.

    My husband recently bought the Magnetic bouquet for our anniversary and upon arrival the flowers were underwhelming. He has use the BOUQs brand quite a bit and over time the arrangements have arrived more and more sparse and brown. Many of the roses (both large and small) had several layers of brown petals. Also the included sunflowers were the smallest I've seen in a while. Overall, even with buying the large size and adjusting the vase, the bouquet just didn't look full and bright. Insult to injury is that when he did complain, he was given a horticultural lesson as opposed to an acknowledgement that the bouquet for special day arrived underwhelming and your company was going to make it right. I don't always want to pull brown petals, forcibly open already small and fragile roses, and cut stems in various sizes to make YOUR bouquet fuller. Especially at the price! Quite disappointing to say the least.

    I frankly have no idea how this company interpret the meaning of “special occasion”. I placed an order on 11/5 requiring it to be delivered on 11/08 because it’s our 1st anniversary. I wanted to give my beloved wife a surprise and I told her I haven’t really got the time to prepare anything for her. Now, thanks to Bouqs, this become the reality. For four days I didn’t receive anything from BOUQS, no confirmation email, no shipment notification, and now I literally prepared nothing for my wife. I cannot say how much I feel disappointed and frustrated about my experience. I guess it’s my fault after all for not checking their reputation online first. Over 60% 1-star review really should tell people something and that’s you should never purchase anything from this company at all. Thanks for ruining our anniversary. I hope bouqs continue carrying its business motto - you can’t out compete us for letting our customer down. Such an unfaithful, untrustworthy, ridiculous company.

    After letting Bouqs know that I was unhappy with the flowers my daughter received, they offered me a 20% discount on a future order. I told them I would not be ordering again and that I would be writing an online review. Customer service then let me know that they would be sending an additional bouquet of roses to my daughter. This was satisfactory to me. My daughter’s original bouquet also bloomed out after several days and was prettier than when she originally received it even though they were still the wrong flowers. I am raising my original rating but I still feel like I had to go to a lot of time and effort to get them to work with me.

    I chose a bouquet of colorful flowers to send to my daughter just to brighten her day. The website was easy to use and the flowers were delivered on schedule. However when my daughter sent me a picture of the flowers I was terribly disappointed because they looked absolutely nothing like the picture of the bouquet I had chosen online. The bouquet was supposed have peach and pink roses, purple snapdragons, and purple and pink chrysanthemums. Her bouquet had peach and red roses, small red carnations, purple mums and spiky rusty red mums. It was a dark and dreary bouquet. When I contacted the Bouqs company and told them of my disappointment, they said not all flowers are available all the time so they work with what they have and just do the best they can do. They offered me a 20% discount on my next order. I was dissatisfied with the whole offer and felt it was just poor customer service so I will not be doing business with them again.

    I was going to take advantage of a T-Mobile promotion. When shopping for the flowers the Bouqs shows a picture and a price but then when you click to order it shows that the picture is actually for a higher price version of that arrangement and not what you would actually get for the advertised price they showed with that arrangement. Each bouquet style has 3 price levels. They show the middle price bouquet as the picture and pair it with the lowest price point for tricky advertising. Why would anyone order from a company that advertises dishonestly?

    I have never ordered from this company until this week when I placed an order for my niece's birthday. The order was approved and the charge went through on my credit card. Then I received an email saying the order was cancelled - without explanation - other than to say that there was a "technical issue." I never saw the cancellation email until the day after my niece's birthday - when she notified me to say that she did not receive the delivery. What a disappointment! I then emailed the company and received what looked and felt like an automated response — with an “oh well” kind of apology and a discount on a future purchase.

    I simply will not ever again entrust a special occasion to this company. NO, let me be more emphatic. I will never order from this company again. Period. And, of course, there is no phone number on the site where I can call and actually speak to someone - only a "chat" option. Give me a break! They have no customer service. Unacceptable all the way around.

    Did not get the flowers I ordered--Fall Feels($89). Did chat with Ertyl. All Mums-no roses, no mini calla lilies, no hypericum berries--not close to what I ordered.     I’m so angry and should’ve never ordered from Bouqs. I placed an early order for 10/17 delivery and by 10/18, FedEx has given an 8PM ETA. I sent two emails to Bouqs and then finally found an 888 number. I called and the CS rep couldn’t really help or offer solutions except she said she can call FedEx to see how soon they can deliver. But that fact is the flowers are already late and missed my mom’s 80th birthday party. I told the rep to call me back after she contacts a higher department to see what they can do about that 100% happiness guarantee. So far, no one has contacted me for any possible solution. After reading all the reviews here, I’m afraid the flowers will be dead on arrival and I wish I had never ordered from them.

I filed an escalation with FedEx, but in parallel reached out to Bouqs support in case the package was missing.     As a previous review mentions, while the concept of a "hand crafted" bouquet based on the design of an artisan is a novel idea, our experience was a vastly different interpretation than the photo and a very simple poorly executed bouquet. While the photo shows a large arrangement with over 10 beautiful white roses mixed with other flowers our "deluxe ($89) bouquet had 2 roses and the flowers were nothing special. I would caution you to be careful in ordering these flowers.

    They do not stand behind their products. I shipped flowers to my 97 year old grandmother. When she opened them the roses were wilted, there were no calla Lilies as were supposed to be in the bouquet, and all the greenery was dried up. The plastic box was opened and her kitchen table was covered in dead, dry leaves. They refuse to refund money. All sales are final. And according to some terms and conditions their policy is that they have to receive a photo within 3-5 days to confirm the condition of the flowers and then they will consider issuing a credit to get more dead flowers from them.

    I sent flowers four states away to someone without a smartphone who couldn’t take a photo and send to me. On top of that the photos were for my grandparents’ Anniversary—my grandfather died in Dec. Gram wanted to take them to the funeral Home but said she couldn’t because they would clean them up as if they were dead flowers because they were in such bad condition. The company will not reimburse me, and did not issue credit. I will not do business with them again, and I would suggest you be very wary and examine the other options for flower delivery, especially if the event is an important one you wish to have commemorated with good memories of beautiful flowers.

    Ordered flowers for a milestone birthday of my girlfriend. I spent hours selecting the bouquet that sent the message I wanted to send — color, vibrance, love. I found the right design on Bouqs. What they delivered was drabby, dull and nothing like the photos on their product listing. Customer service claimed that this bouquet is open to the interpretation of their suppliers.     I ordered delivery for Tues - I was taking them as a gift that evening to a very ill friend. Did not arrive nor did I receive notice they would be delayed. They came Thursday afternoon. No one home til 6 pm Of course, I didn't know. Opened box to find half dead flowers -one flower fell off the stem as it was placed in water. The quality was terrible - straws on stems to hold them up? Even with them, they were drooping badly. The roses were blacked on the outside. Your picture shows a lovely full bouquet. Obviously, that is an upgraded one shown, so very misleading.

    For $50 I should anticipate a full bouquet - I could get 4 times the quantity at a grocery store for what you sent. To add insult to injury, I had to pay a delivery fee for the credit I had, which was for a very unsatisfactory previous order. When I tried to call - woops, you are only available Mon-Fri. Perhaps you should note in your pictures, how MANY stems. Then one could SEE what they are getting? I am so disappointed! When I checked with my grandaughter as to her birthday delivery - while she first said, they are lovely, when prodded she admitted they were not as lovely as they could have been but she didn't want to offend me. How do you think I felt? And it was an upgraded order.

    You need to make some changes - three deliveries - the first, a credit but not for the delivery fee, a second, o.k, instead of spectacular and the last, well, thank God I didn't take the box to the person they were intended for - I would have been terribly embarrassed! Late delivery - dead flowers! How do you intend to make this up to me? Now, I remember why it took so long for me to use the credit.

    FEDEX, LOST, MY ADDRESS. Roses stayed over night in their hot warehouse. The next day, they arrived wilted. I was so sad! We called Bouqs. They replaced them with more beautiful roses. Alyssa, was so polite and understanding! I told her, white roses are my favourite. She sent me a dozen, extra white roses, along with 3 dozen coloured ones from my husband. He orders roses for my mom and me every mother's day.. Mom is says, "I value you as I do the beautiful roses. You should buy stocks in Bouqs." (I'm seriously considering it.) Other companies should take a lesson from Bouqs! I am ordering roses for my mom today, "Just because!"

    P.S when my roses fade, my rabbits love to eat the petals and I decorate cakes with petals too. Please research, creating stronger strains of white roses, as they are more fragile.     I will never order from these folks again. The bouquet of freesias I ordered arrive on time but they looked like someone just plucked them off someones yard! I chatted with a bouqs.com rep and forwarded a picture of the sad looking bunch of flowers that I paid $72 (and this was with a 30% discount can you believe?). They told me to wait a couple days for it to bloom. The picture I sent clearly shows that all buds are already bloomed. I told them to look at the picture again-buds are bloomed. They told me to "trim stems at 45 degree" and put in water to bloom. Hello??? They're already bloomed and sad looking!! Don't waste your money ordering from these guys. I could've just picked better looking flowers from my yard and saved $72!!!

    I ordered with Bouqs, despite their higher price, because they guaranteed delivery by a specific day. On the day of delivery, I hadn't received a delivery notification by the afternoon so I called support to follow-up on the delivery. Support let me know they would follow up within the hour and give me a status...they didn't. Within a few hours I received a notification that the flowers had been delivered; however, the recipient hadn't gotten them. Upon follow up, I discovered that the flowers were sent to the wrong address, despite the correct address being on the order.

    When I called in to support a second time to seek a remedy to the situation, they were less than accommodating. They refused to send a same-day replacement, and didn't take any measures to rectify the situation other than sending a standard delivery replacement. By the time the replacement arrives, it will be have been multiple days past the guaranteed delivery date, and will be too late. If you want your flowers to arrive in a timely manner or if you work with an organization that has great customer service...bring your business elsewhere.

    My adult kids had a bouquet sent to me for my birthday. Very thoughtful, but the flowers arrived overnight with no moisture around the base of the stems. They were wilted and stressed upon opening the box. I immediately put them in water and while they came out of it okay....most of the flowers were not open and did not open later...even after changing water every day and using the packets of extender that came with them. I would not suggest ordering from this company again and go with a local florist listed at your desired destination.

    My wife received 36 of the most unattractive Roses I've ever seen and I've ordered from that 800 place. Brown spots on limp and lifeless flowers. CS called them guard leaves, I call it bait and switch. Customer service offered $10 back for the inconvenience since clearly the impression had already been made and my wife is stuck with a hideous arrangement.

    My advice to you, the person like me who tries to get the most for their hard earned money, is to stick to truly local florists. Even if they aren't as convenient as clicking on "buy now" you're going to get better quality, service and less frustration doing it that way. The only "plus" (I guess that's what we'll use the 1 star for since "none" isn't an option) is that the delivery of their junk flowers was fast. Now, I'm off to spread the word to as many review sites and pages as I can to hopefully save someone else the embarrassment of presenting this crap as a gift.

    I received a delivery of the Deluxe 2 bunch ACE arrangement; while I understand the flowers came in bloom form to "increase the life of the arrangement," there is no way, once bloomed, it will be like the picture. I also would challenge the upgrade to the deluxe arrangement. Even with more stems, this will not result into what is pictured.

    Sent my 103 year old Grandmother flowers that were already dead. My cousin in Boston ordered flowers from them for my 103 year old Grandmother's Birthday. They arrived on a Friday in Sept in Houston Texas. It was a 100 degrees outside and only sat at my door for 5 minutes. When I opened the package all the petals had already fallen off the tulips. I was under the expectation that they would send replacement flowers and a refund. Was just informed they will not send any replacement flowers and the refund can take 4-6 weeks? I would not order from these folks if the recipient is in a hot area of the country. I would not order from them regardless, get a local florist if you want to be sure.

    Loved these guys on Shark Tank and planned on using their services.     Hello, I’d like to thank you for your service. I ordered three bouquets for my wife. Two were delivered Friday, the third was to be delivered Saturday (9/14). I received the email notifying me the order was on its way. I checked my email a few times to see if the “Order Has Arrived” email was in there. As it began to get later in the day I decided to go into the order tracking number. The first I saw on my phone/onscreen was, “Scheduled Delivery: Pending”. Below that it showed, “In Transit”, below that, “At Fedex destination facility Chicago”. I found this odd/contradictory that it said “In Transit”, but also “At Fedex facility”. It was only after I scrolled up that I saw, “We made a delivery attempt: 09/14/2019 10:11 AM”.

    I discussed the situation with my wife. She told me her company’s mail room was open today and that she hadn’t received a call. I decided to contact Bouqs to find out if I had done something wrong.     I contacted customer service about ants being in the flower arrangement that was sent to me for my birthday. The solution was to bring the ants inside my house and rinse them off to get rid of them. I found this unacceptable especially after two customer service representatives noted that the ants could be from other countries and they admitted that they would not do that either. Bringing in foreign species to the ecosystem that I live in is very much frowned upon and very dangerous. Their only solution was to give me a discount for the next time I order flowers from them. No refund, no new flower arrangement. The person that sent these flowers wasted their money on something that I could not even enjoy and I was told the supervisor would call me back, but they never did. After seeing all of these bad reviews it is no wonder their product and customer service is like this.

    I ordered a deluxe bouquet of Freesias for my daughter's birthday and what she received looked nothing like the flowers pictured on the site. She received eight flower stems with some flowers and some of the flowers were starting to turn brown. They did not come in any type of water, it didn't even look like a bouquet, I could have gotten a better bouquet of flowers at the supermarket for 1/4 of the price I paid. It was embarrassing and very disappointing. These people really need to visit the farms they contract with and do quality control..It is ridiculous and I will never order from this company again.

    I'm not very happy with the whole ordering experience. First of all, I can never get a credit card to work with your website. It always gives me an error message and I have to contact customer service. I've had this happen three times and it really makes ordering very inconvenient. They say it's for security reasons, but I order from many other websites without a problem!

    Next issue is that the flowers were pretty awful. I ordered the middle size, and instead of one bouquet it was two separate bouquets. This was just kind of weird and not what I expected. In addition the flowers were wilting from the moment they arrived and just didn't look good. They were also not arranged as they appeared in the picture - instead of being all mixed together as shown, it was just two sets of two different flowers. Due to the bad condition of the flowers, they gave me a credit to reorder, which I appreciate. The process of getting this credit was quite easy, so thank you for that. But next time it'd be better to not have any issues in the first place!

For example, the order that was to be delivered yesterday is not getting delivered till today and they close at noon on Fridays. Therefore my customer is not going to receive them till Monday.     Have had a few failures in three different categories. Delivery date commitment. Quality and length of time (less than a week) the Bouqs lasted. Issues seem to be primarily orders from Equador and Columbia and maybe due to handling within FedEx network... temperature, transit time, etc. We have had better luck with flowers from Wegmans, a supermarket chain, in terms of how long they last... really hard to understand given your supply chain strategy of farm to customer. It ha had an impact on how often I purchase flowers from Bouqs. It is you.

    This is my fourth or fifth time ordering flowers from you company. The process has always been very user friendly with a great selection! Deliveries were always on time and I never had a problem with my orders. I guess my only critique would be the high prices.     When I first found you on Facebook your ads were amazing. The flowers looked so good. So I ordered my wife Lillies and we were blown away. So incredibly beautiful and so big! We’ve never seen lily blooms get that big! We took great care and they lasted for over a week. So I ordered again. And those flowers were late, missing succulents and looked a mess. They didn’t survive the week. The chat was helpful and I was given credit on my account. Recently I ordered the Felicity bouquet and they arrived broken and missing half of the flowers. Not exaggerating. I ordered the middle bouquet which is 32 flowers and I got 15. This time I was given my money back on my original card but no other attempt to make up for this. I’m happy with the customer service but only getting one bouquet out of 3 that look nice and is correct is incredibly disappointing. I’m not sure I will order again.

    Such a terrible experience. My fiancé recommended I get flowers from them for my boss whose father had just passed away. First of all - delivery was terrible. They listed our business as an apartment even after I checked that it was a business. Delivery guy was unable to find us. Had to email the bouqs. Guess they figured out to leave it in our mail center. They called my boss to pick up her own flowers. The flower box was standing up (as it should have been).

    Upon opening the flowers the petals were strewn everywhere, the flowers were smashed and already browning. Emailed them to let them know that the quality of the product is terrible and not worth the price at all. My recommendation to all - do not shop from here no matter the convenience. The quality does not reflect the price (you can do better at vons or your local florist for a fraction of the price) and the customer service department isn't helpful (just feed your flowers and they should be fine in 2 days! - they weren't).

    We were not home when the flowers were delivered and they were on our front porch for a few hours in the very hot sun.     I have ordered flowers from this company before and been very pleased. They have beautiful flowers. Recently, I ordered flowers using the Gilt coupon. The order was never filled. I now have $58 spent on Gilt, plus around $20 for vase and tax and the order was not processed or shipped to a cousin of mine who was in the hospital after cancer surgery. I spoke with a young man on chat and he promised a refund and a $99 credit. I received the $99 but not the credit. I have the chat transcript to prove what he said, however, when I followed up by email (No way to phone and talk to a real person) she would not correct after at least five emails. In the last email she even went so far as to say, "What he meant to say." Get real. In fact, the order was still sitting there unfilled, never cancelled. I am now out $88 and no flowers. Now, I want a refund, not a credit because I don't want to do business with this company again. There is still no resolution.

    Ordered a Bouqs for my stepmother's birthday. Peonies arrived nearly dead. This was my first time ordering from Bouqs so it was very disappointing, definitely not a winning performance. Love your business model, but need to figure out how to ensure flowers remain in climate controlled conditions when temperatures are high. The peonies arrived in Portland around 8am, weren't delivered until 6pm, and it was in the 90s. The customer service I received via Live Chat, however, was excellent!

No one from Bouqs ever told me the order could not be filled nor did they tell me why they couldn't deliver them. When I chatted with customer service, the representative offered to reimburse me the delivery fee, even though they had no intention of filling my $80 order. I also found out the Bouqs is not even located in the U.S.A. Very, very upsetting.

    I've really tried to give these people a chance because I order a lot of flowers and I've tried every company the delivers in NYC but this is far below average. It's just compounding incompetence from the web designers to the customer service staff. It's like none of them have every tried using the website or service to see how poorly it works. Let's start from the beginning.

    My anniversary is on the 28th which is a Monday. Most of their flowers can't be delivered on a Monday because of customs import. No problem, just show me the ones that can be. Not an option. Click on every flower, scroll to the date to find out which ones can be. There's no way to filter by delivery date. Next, when you go to add the delivery address, there's no option for floor or company name. So when FedEx tried to delivery my flowers they were undeliverable because it's an 80 story building with 100s of companies. Ok fine, I'll chat with support and get them to add the company name and floor. They canceled my order and scheduled it for a different day not my anniversary. It's fine, no one really cares if flowers on delivered on their special day or somewhere near their special day. [Sarcasm] It's really all the same, right? So I ended up with two deliveries, one on the right day, one the day after and hours spend chatting. Disaster.

    Delivering dead flowers is bad enough when it ruins a birthday event. It gets even worse when Bouqs determines a few stems were broken and refuses to do nothing more than return 10 dollars on a 50 dollar order. Absolutely horrible customer service and even a worse product. I would avoid this company at all costs, unless you are looking for a gift of dead flowers then they are world class.

    My boyfriend ordered a Pegasus bouquet. We received notification they had been delivered - nothing had been delivered. He called the Company on a Thursday and they said they would send out another bouquet. It was delivered on the following Tuesday. Please note that these bouquets do not come in water or with any sort of hydration for the flowers. Any respectable flower delivery service wouldn't send flowers without water for 5 days. When I received the flowers on Tuesday they were already rotting. I cut the stems, gave them room temperature water, cut the dead leaves and watched the bloom over the course of a couple hours. Two days later the flowers are dead, the petals all over my desk, and $79 dollars was wasted. I do not recommend ordering from this Company.

    I and my two daughters received bouquets from my niece for hosting her baby shower. Unfortunately two of the three bouquets were in very poor shape. One so bad, it had to be thrown away. All three bouquets were received on Tuesday and by Wednesday evening, all three were in the trash. Out of kindness I contacted Bouqs directly to advise them of the quality of the flowers, and included photos of the bouquets. She responded quickly, which was nice, but advised me that the flowers would improve with hydration and to send her additional photos if they didn't improve in another day so they could "investigate further". I suspect she thinks I was angling for more flowers. Uh, that's a 'no thank you'!

    I love this company. There is only one teeny tiny complaint - I never get thank yous from the people that I send flowers to and when I call to make sure that they got them they ALL say the flowers are beautiful but there was no card. Then I tell them to look again and they find something with my name on it. Since I haven't sent flowers to myself I don't know what the card looks like so I don't have a visual of what the problem is. EVERY SINGLE ORDER this has happened. Now maybe my peeps aren't good at reading or they are so overwhelmed with the beauty that they don't look for a card or maybe this is something that could be improved...

    Such beautiful flowers. Very little follow up when it really matters. Had TWO orders back to back arrive incorrectly to my recipients. First didn’t get delivered because flowers were unavailable and NO communication that they weren’t. Until I asked why they hadn’t been delivered. Second I paid extra for a mason jar vase and it didn’t arrive and when I reached out, was not given a response until I followed up AGAIN. Remedy for first was new flowers. Remedy for second was credit back for vase. But for two orders in a row to be wrong and handled poorly, you think they’d go above and beyond to welcome me back again. Will evaluate ALL my choices next time I place a flower order for family and friends.

    When your company first came on Shark Tank, I was impressed with your offering. As long time ProFlowers.com customers, having fresh flowers sent directly from the volcano hillside growers, with no extra or hidden charges, delivered price, no vase upcharge with one reasonable price made sense. At first, most all flowers we received from you were fresh and lasted a week or more.

    Then you changed philosophies. Shipping from traditional California growers, delivery extra, vases extra and confusing to get them off your online order... virtually no different than ProFlowers.com. The roses we ordered on two orders this last time lasted two weeks... great. The other order which included lilacs and other flowers didn't even make it a week and never opened fully. I see no benefit to sticking with Bouqs and so will go back to shopping for the lowest delivered cost once again.     I chose Bouqs after seeing them win the Kinja best flower choice around Mother’s Day. The idea of sending my mother a subscription of flowers seemed amazing. I liked to think getting a bouquet every month would bring her happiness. But what you’re actually ordering is stress, frustration, and bad customer service. Of the four orders my mother had gotten so far there have been issues with every single one. Especially as it relates to delivery.

    My mother has been home for every order but they refuse to even attempt to deliver them. She usually gets them a day or two later upon reattempt. But contacting the company will only earn you lots of “signatures aren’t required so we aren’t sure why they won’t deliver them” and tons of finger pointing at the carrier rather than owning the issue. These delays usually mean some bruised and beat up flowers that are worse for wear after sitting on a hot truck for multiple days.On her most recent order customer service didn’t even try to help. They only response in a multi email thread was to continually say “she can use the online FedEx app to manage her deliveries” which undermines and ignores the fact that she had been home every time, and has security camera footage showing the truck driver not even attempting. I wanted so much to like this company, but they make it really difficult to do business with them.

    I really like Bouqs. So easy to order beautiful bouquets. I tried the subscription for 3 months. The flowers arrived on time and reasonably fresh. They do not appear to ship refrigerated. In Las Vegas that can be a problem if you are not home to receive them. The medium arrangements are lovely. Definitely more greenery than flowers. I followed all the instructions for care and watering and found they all died within 4 days. I would use them for sending a gift, they are more reliable than FTD. But for weekly or monthly flowers I can do better at Trader Joe's.

    When I received the “radiance” bouquet the sunflowers were wonderful and lasted forever, but the purple asters were dried up.     I have loved every flower arrangement that I have gotten from Bouqs until last month. Last months flowers lasted only 3 days before the started dropping petals and wilting.     I love the idea of local growers and your price is reasonable. However June and July flowers were disappointing (calla lilies and gerber daisies). They didn't last even a week. I do think you need to rethink some of the flowers like that. This month, while I'm not a carnation fan I appreciated the amount and the color.

    When I send flowers to someone who is sick or in a hospital, I choose bouquets that don’t have specific flowers because although they are beautiful, some just have a hit or miss odor and the last thing I want to do with my gift is make their day worse because of a strong smell. I chose the Road Trip bouquet because it specifically listed and showed a great mix, including Calla Lilies, which are great. Unfortunately that’s not what my recipient received. She got yellow daylilies in her bouquet, which aren’t great because of their scent.

    When I chose Bouqs to send flowers, I assumed that since the flowers are shipped by them and not prepared by a local florist, I would get what I ordered, but clearly substitutions are still made even this way. I don’t see the benefit of the business concept if this still can’t be avoided. I did experience minor ordering issues which I contacted customer service about, and their reply was very quick friendly, so that was great. Also I was very happy with the delivery speed. At this point I’m still undecided if I’d ever use them again though, because of the substitution.

    Order a large bouquet for our daughter to celebrate her first home. Paid extra for Saturday delivery in San Francisco so we would be sure she was home.     I wasn't going to respond, however, since I received this feedback survey today I'm taking the time to reach out about my experience. Frankly, I am very disappointed. I have used Bouqs before and have been pleased with the experience and premium flowers provided. However, this is not the case this time. The flowers that were received by my daughter for her 25th birthday were "wilted and kind of smelly....but don't feel bad dad it's the thought that counts" (see attached file). Not the birthday response from my daughter that I was anticipating. She said that she was going to try to "salvage" the sunflower from the bouquet. I'm planning on driving from Pittsburgh to Columbus this weekend to see her and will be buying her a large bouquet of post-birthday flowers there.

    Ross I applied the credit to a recent order and then had to cancel the order it was applied to because the white roses would not arrive close enough to the event date and would be four days old already.     I ordered tulips with a Groupon from Bouqs. Because the coupon was expiring, I sent the flowers to myself. I am happy I did that because I would have been so embarrassed if someone had gotten those sorry flowers. I am a flower person and have flowers in my house every day. The tulips were weak stemmed, small and they dropped petals on the second day. Two of the stems did not have any blossom when opened. Even with the Groupon, I could have gotten a bigger bouquet at my local discount flower mart for less money and far far far better quality. This may have been a one-off for Bouqs but I will never order from them again. I recently used Farm Girl and the bouquet was amazing.

    I had flowers ordered for a friend who had a rough delivery attempt followed by a c section. The flowers were delivered to the wrong room, and signed for by the wrong person. When I contacted customer service by chat, the person said my friend should "roam around" to look for the flowers. I have never been so insulted by a customer service representative!! I had to call and spend a huge chunk of my time sorting out the problem and to get my friend new flowers. The person on the phone was nice and took care of me, but the person on chat was one of the worst people I've dealt with.

    I am unable to give you my order number because both times I received your flowers they were gifts and some of the flower arrived withering and brown on both occasions. I believe it was the roses each time that were in bad shape. The first time they never even bloomed. The first time I didn’t do anything because I didn’t want my friends to feel bad. The second time I did and my friend did get his money back and a gift certificate from the company. HOWEVER, even though seem to be good about customer service, I personally would not order from them again because who wants a friend or family member to receive unhealthy flowers in the first place?!?!

    My boyfriend got me these flowers to help me grieve through a passing of a family member the day before. I live in AZ and the company didn’t even knock when they were delivered, they didn’t call. Nothing. So they sat in the heat for hours before I noticed they were out there. They were brown and looked like I had already had them for over a week or two by this point. I call customer service, and show them pictures. These flowers were $60 and they only offered $10 back? Then I got mad and they wouldn’t go above 50% refund. I was pissed.     I used Bouqs to send an arrangement to my mother for her birthday. The selected arrangement was blue hydrangeas and white roses and I paid extra for a vase. The arrangement that arrived was a box of loose flowers in orange, yellow and red colors that were garish and cheap looking. There was no vase at all; the flowers were not 'arranged.'

    I wrote two messages to customer service, the first about the substitution of flowers with no notice to me and the second about the missing vase. Customer service emailed me saying that they would refund the cost of the vase but the substitution of flowers was never addressed. I understand that substitutions may occur but this was drastic and I don't believe that hydrangeas and roses are unusual flowers that could not be found. At least the color scheme could have been the similar! Bottom line is that there is no accountability to the firms that Bouqs outsources the work to; the customer doesn't know who fulfills the order and probably doesn't know what was actually sent to the recipient. Find a local florist and use them instead of Bouqs.

    It's incredible to me that in 2019 a company would try to get away with this quality level. Spent $60 on a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend.     The flowers were left in a spot where they couldn't be seen and it was 95 degrees outside. They were in pretty poor shape when I finally spotted them and opened them...not dead but not great. But worse, the card was a get well (I'm not sick as far as I know) from someone I didn't know and the process of trying to find out who sent them was difficult. Kind of spoiled the whole effect of getting the flowers.

    Ruined our anniversary! Ordered a very expensive Bouquet. Arrived on time but what they sent was something totally different than what was ordered. You cannot call customer service, you have to email them. Their response (after me sending several pictures of the received flowers) was, "we guess we sent you the wrong thing. But we're out of what you ordered, so what can we do? We'd be happy to send you something else next week," which would be after our anniversary. I asked for a refund as well, and their pat answer was, "we can only solve one problem at a time." TERRIBLE FLOWERS, and WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Updated on 07/14/2019: After a weeks of back and forth with this company (see my July 4th review- dead flowers with some sort of fungus), I was given a credit to order a new bouquet. I ordered the Atlas bouquet with my credit, which is listed on their site as 10 blush peonies. I've attached a photo of what I thought I was ordering. I received a mix of different colored peonies that are half dead and have many brown petals (photos attached). The company's only response to this was that I could get 20% off my next order. I truly thought they would try to make this right, but apparently they do not care about the quality of their flowers or if your delivery matches what you ordered. STAY AWAY from this company unless you like wasting time and money.

    Origial Review: STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I received the $70 Leo bouquet last Friday, June 28th. By Sunday, the flowers, stems, and leaves had a brown fungus on them. I emailed customer support with photos on Monday. I was told this is how they are supposed to look. They asked for more photos in an email Tuesday. I sent more photos Tuesday and was asked to send more on Wednesday, so I did. I received an email stating that the company would be resolving the issue. By today, the flowers were rotting so I threw them away. I received a reply today asking for MORE PHOTOS of the dead flowers I threw away after I was told the situation would be resolved. I still have not had a resolution. Buy your flowers at the grocery store instead of from Bouqs, you will be treated better and save $$$.

    This has been my first and very likely my last time using Bouqs. I ordered flowers as a surprise for my long-distance boyfriend in New York City, setting a delivery date for Tuesday, June 25th. On that date, I received a confirmation email from Bouqs that my order had been delivered. My boyfriend did not mention their arrival to me on that day. As it turns out, the bouquet arrived on Wednesday, July 3rd, over a week after I had received the email confirming their arrival. The flowers were nearly dead, after being stuffed in a box for eleven days. (According to the first email about my order's shipment, the bouquet was prepared on Saturday, June 22nd, though the reliability of these emails seems to be in question.)

    I was mostly disappointed in Bouqs because of their lie about delivering on time. If a shipment is going to be late, at least be upfront about it, rather than trying to fool me with an automated response confirming that everything has gone according to plan, following up only with promotional emails about summer flower sales, with no regard for the fact that my boyfriend's bouquet was dying in an unopened box. A true waste of $40.

    I purchased flowers for my mother that I spend 85$ on for her birthday. The flowers arrived dead and it was an awful gift that caused more problems than it was worth. I was not reimbursed the full amount of my order and the entire customer service experience was slow and robotic.

    Ordered 3 bunches of sunflowers, and 3 bunches of tulips - total order was about $200. Sunflowers arrived dry and as I picked them out of the box to cut the stems and place in water, the leaves and petals started falling off. The tulips arrived in no better condition. To date, I have thrown out all the flowers as they looked pitiful and all the petals were falling off just making a mess (flowers should last more than 4 days!) Beware, the pictures on the website are no way representative of what you actually receive!

    I would run, not walk away from this brand. I ordered an original bouquet of Asiatic lilies for my aunt's funeral, whom I cannot attend because it's in another state. My family received the bouquet as completely closed buds. When I got in touch with customer service, the person had no empathy whatsoever, and proceeded to say that the bouquet is supposed to arrive that way (as noted in the ad). However, the advertising is very sneaky - despite the ad showing a picture of a full bouquet of flowers, there is a comment at the BOTTOM of the listing, which you may not see if you are ordering from a small device, like a cell phone. It says that the bouquet's flowers will arrive with closed buds.

    There are also pages in the website that assure that the flowers coming from florist partners will arrive "In full bloom and arranged to a designer's touch." Mind you, there is no clear designation in the website advertising, as far as which bouquets are coming direct from farm or not. Furthermore, wouldn't a farmer be considered a "florist partner"? Seeing as there are many similar reviews of dissatisfaction, the owners must be aware of the discrepancy, but decline to make a transparent website.

    Going back to the customer service rep, he flat out denied helping me in any capacity until I continued to push, and I still didn't receive a refund, only an opportunity to place another order with Bouqs using a credit. What a horrific way to treat a sensitive issue. I may as well mention also, that I had placed an order with Bouqs about a year ago, with the same issue; closed peony buds, however, they never opened and browned. I guess shame on me, for giving the brand another try. I for one, will use the aforementioned credit on myself and run.

    Days ahead of my wife's birthday I ordered 2 dozen roses to be delivered to her at work. Tracking established that the flowers were loaded in the truck first thing on her birthday morning. When she left work for the day (5:00pm) they had not been delivered. I requested they be cancelled and refunded. They get 1 star because they refunded the purchase price, however they said they could not cancel the order. The next day, this time a little before 5:00pm, after spending 2 hot Florida days in the truck, my wife received 2 dozen dead or near dead roses with the card, "to the love of my life."     What a rip off! This company sent flowers that looked like they were already almost a week old!!! And charged me $72 bucks to do it. I sent them a photo of the flowers and asked what had happened to my “double the blooms” offer they advertised. They said you had to start with the larger bouquet. No mention of that on their site. I asked for a refund, no response! Stay away from this company.
