    They sent the order to a local florist - made 2 orders. They delivered the more expensive arrangement but the florist wouldn't accept the other order (30% discount) because they were not paid enough by Teleflora. Teleflora hunts for a florist and if they can't get someone to do it at their severely discounted price they simply don't deliver. They sent me an email saying it WAS delivered to get me off their back but it actually was not. So now working with my bank to get a credit on the 'less expensive' order with the 30% discount. Not only did I not get to use the advertised discount - They billed me on the more expensive arrangement. I guess that's profitable enough for them. Will never use them again.

    I ordered an arrangement for my wife for our Anniversary. They could not offer what I ordered but WOW, their substitution was off the charts gorgeous! Thank you Teleflora!!! It was worth way more than what I paid. I will order again. :)

    I ordered flowers two days prior to the delivery, it was to be delivered to my wife, the occasion was the day of our anniversary, and the day was a Friday. I waited until 3 pm on the day of the delivery and nothing, so I decided to contact Teleflora. The answer was this: "Thank you for patiently waiting. As I checked your order, we are still trying to look for any available shops that could deliver the arrangement and most of the florist advise us that they are already done with the delivery going to recipient's address. The only option that we have is to deliver you flowers tomorrow with a note of apology saying it was not your fault for the delays of the delivery."

    Whaaaaatt??? I ordered the flowers 2 days before and at 3 pm of the delivery day, because I decided to contact them, they come with this BS?! It was a business place, Friday, they don't even open Saturdays, besides that the anniversary day was that Friday. I'm going to ask this people... would they send flowers to their relative one day after the fact??? Ahmm? Come on... this is not a serious company. Veeeeery disappointed... so conclusion was canceling my order, I didn't receive the refund on my credit card yet. After 3 days, I'm going to open a dispute. They sent to my email a 50% off code to apologize for the inconvenience... Teleflora, I don't want your services. Not even for free.

    I ordered flowers five days prior to the delivery date I requested. These were for my elderly, infirm, mentally incapacitated father. They never delivered, yet sent delivery confirmation. My father's front door staff and the security cameras, as well as my brothers and my father's aide confirmed no flowers were ever delivered. A CS rep named "Barbara" claimed she had two lucid conversation with my father, who suffers from dementia, in which he claimed they'd been delivered.

    When I complained about the lack of delivery and then about their elder abuse, I was summarily hung-up on. I received something about a credit for Teleflora, and a letter saying I had cancelled the order. This is not true. I never cancelled it. They didn't deliver it. I also expect a refund, not a credit. They failed to deliver, lied, doubled down on their lies, harassed an elderly dementia patient, and will not confirm that these were not delivered. They are a despicable company, with despicable customer service. Do NOT use them for anything. They are appalling and abusive.

    Teleflora is a telemarketer and nothing more. They charge the local florist thousands a month to be a member then skim off the top such as charging a $100 for an order then they give the local shop the order for $50 while taking 21% of that $50. The florist get wrong addresses, phone numbers, and are giving the ok to sub flowers without them getting the customer's permission.

    I ordered a beautiful arrangement online. I paid for premium, they were anything but premium. The arrangement may be had 10 flowers in it. I call customer service and they offer money off my next order. What a joke!!! I will never use this service again.

    I ordered an arrangement that looked beautiful online. With a very unique vase. Not a single flower that was pictured on your site, was included in this bouquet (white roses instead of violet, etc.). The vase that was included was an even bigger disappointment, and that is specifically the reason why I picked this arrangement to begin with. I can understand that not all flower locations can match the online site exactly, due to what flowers may be in season, etc., but I can't explain this one. I don't understand how the product that I ordered could be so different from what was delivered. Why have pictures online at all?

    On 10-26-18 I ordered flowers online for same day delivery to a hospital. Flowers were delivered to hospital but left at an unmanned desk at about 3:30 pm. It took until 5 pm to locate the arrangement, which just by sheer luck was not stolen or lost altogether. Then, when I spoke with the customer service via phone, I was hung up on after saying that the driver should be fired. When I attempted to send an email to the customer service department (through the link at the bottom of the delivery confirmation) email was returned as undeliverable. I was happy with the floral options and prices but will never use this company again due to the delivery debacle. Unfortunately I did NOT read any reviews prior to ordering, shame on me. Hopefully, this terrible review will help someone else not make the same mistake. Saving a few dollars on an arrangement is NOT worth the hassle caused by a horrible delivery system.

    Very disappointed with my order. What was delivered was nowhere near as nice or even similar to what I selected. Have asked for a refund. I selected an arrangement of multiple flowering plants and they sent one flowering plant with filler plant. Terrible. May change review after they respond.

    I placed an order last Sunday online for flowers and balloons that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I got the confirmation email yesterday that they were delivered, but my daughter never received them. I called and complained and they promised another delivery today and 20% off. My daughter finally received the flowers (which were too small for that price), but no balloons. I had to call again and complain and they offered a credit for them. So the flowers did not come on the day they were supposed to and the balloons never came. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

    Teleflora are the worst florist ever. I've placed an order on October 18th for a same day delivery. I get a phone call one hour later letting me know that the delivery was finished delivering in that area and he will deliver the next day. Okay I was fine with that. But the problem started the day of the delivery. I've ordered the yellow fellow premium...which is absolutely gorgeous online. So many flowers were missing. On the top, the florist added three lilies around the stem with a noticeable rubber band. The butterfly was missing and so was the balloon. So I called customer service and told her what was the issue. John contacted the shop...no answer. I had to file a complaint asking them to please correct the flowers. THEY NEVER DID CALL ME BACK BUT they delivered another bouquet of flowers five time worse. OMG I wished that I am able to submit pictures.

    I ordered the Recipe for Romance arrangement for my sister who was married last night. She sent a text thanking me for the flowers. I asked that she send a photo of what was delivered. Not even close!! Roses were falling apart, ugly vase, tacky ribbon, etc. This was supposed to be a PREMIUM arrangement. Called Teleflora to complain and was offered a 30% discount or 50% off next order. There will never be another order with TELEFLORA!! TOTALLY EMBARRASSED!!

    I ordered flowers through Teleflora and selected the "Deluxe" bouquet. What was delivered was nothing like what was depicted on the website: a small measly little bunch for a total of $50. Except for the color, it looked nothing like the picture online. I felt extremely embarrassed with what was delivered. Calling Teleflora resulted in a bit of discount, but still not sufficient. Does not take away the embarrassment. Beware!!! I do NOT recommend ordering from Teleflora.

    My best friend died, and Teleflora took the liberty of changing the message that I had (seems they have a habit of doing this from reading all the other reviews!). Instead of saying the flowers were from me, they said they were from Hanna TO ME!! Infuriating, they refunded a measly 10% after totally ruining a $130 order. I hope Teleflora dies and has a funeral so I can send them flowers with the wrong message.

    I ordered some flowers for my daughter as she had passed a very significant exam after many years of hard work and study. I ordered a Mylar balloon along with the bouquet stating this was to congratulate her on her achievement. When the flowers were delivered the balloon they had sent with the flowers read ”good luck you got this”. How good luck and congratulations meant the same thing I couldn't understand. I called them and they said they would have a local florist drop off the correct balloon only to find out they had none and substituted "good luck" in its place. Ridiculous. I most certainly will not be going to them again.

    I have tried two times now to order flowers for my mom, once for her birthday and once for Mother's Day. Both times, they screwed up the order. First they said the arrangement I ordered -this happened both times- wasn't available. They asked if they could send something different, which I agreed to. I asked if the flowers would be delivered on the requested day and the ** I spoke to customer service in India repeatedly said they would be. Surprise, surprise, I got an email later on saying that they couldn't deliver that day. The flowers were never delivered and all I got from their "customer service" was a generic email. Stay as far away from Teleflora. They're absolutely worthless.

    10/15/18, placed order online for delivery on 10/16, our anniversary. I then found out that my wife had an appointment. She needed to go to on 10/16 and might not be at work to receive them. Therefore I called and requested for the flowers to be delivered on 10/15 instead. The agent assured me this would be no problem. He asked me if it was a business address and I said yes and he said they would send me out a confirmation of the order update to my email. I never got that confirmation. After working out in my yard all day I come in the house and it’s almost 4 o’clock in the afternoon and the order has not been received yet so I make a phone call back to customer service to inquire about the order.

    The next customer service representative told me that they only deliver to business addresses in the afternoons between four and 5 o’clock. I asked him how come this was not stated on the website and this was not told to me on the phone when I spoke to the first representative. I told him it makes no sense to deliver this late in the afternoon when a person could be already gone from work and business close around 4 or 5 pm in some places. The only answer he had was that there were no special notes placed on the order and that it was still out for delivery. Luckily my wife stayed to work until 6 o’clock that day and got the flowers. I won’t use them again. I’ll pay more money with competitors and get better service.

    Called funeral home to check if my order arrived and what it looked like. Ordered blue & white flowers, only to receive white—although pretty. Funeral home said to always call them first for a recommendation, & that Teleflora is not one they recommend—very expensive for what you get.

    Teleflora is a scam. This company just provide false advertisement to customers. I bought a $50 dollars flower arrangement for my grandma that turned 101 years old. I wanted to sent her something nice and cute. I picked My Little Chickadee arrangement on Wednesday October 10. Her birthday was on the 11th. So finally around 5 pm on Thursday the flowers arrived to the care center where she is at. Well surprise. I wanted to get a picture of the arrangement and it was not even close to the description from the website.

    The flowers were ugly, the vase was just a metal rack cover with cheap paper. I was very upset and I called a manager the same day. According to the manager I was going to get a new arrangement the next day. The new arrangement never arrived. The excuse for that was no florist had the vase for the new arrangement. Come on. Who is going to believe that. Then I was supposed to get the flowers of the day and after day three nothing arrived. My poor grandma end up with a piece of ** set of ugly flowers. I want my money back. Companies like this shouldn't exist.

    I never thought I would be one of the people who resorted to this. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to resolve the issue. Ordered 2 arrangement to celebrate the birth of my granddaughter after my daughter spent days in labor and delivery and ultimately in surgery. The arrangements were far inferior to items pictured on website. I told them my expectation was to have them immediately deliver the appropriate arrangements. They refused unless they could first go to my daughter's hospital room and remove the inferior arrangements... how embarrassing, humiliating and lets not forget traumatizing to a new and fragile mother.

    And hold on because Yvonne ** in customer service refused to give me the name of her supervisor or the corporate address... and gave me a bogus phone number... something has to be done about this company. After reading reviews many have been victims of this company’s misrepresentation, bait and switch practices, and in my case unprofessional and abusive customer service. I would love to share photos.

    I ordered flowers to be sent to a recipient in England. They were scheduled to be delivered 9/25. It's now 10/6. They never arrived and I still haven't received credit. Apparently, I have to wait for the florist in England to respond to their inquiry. This is abysmal.

    I ordered flowers for my grandmother's casket and this company never made them. Their pictures are fake. They do not stock flowers and even when I said it was ok to do one with carnations they never did the order. I confirmed the order two times this morning. Their customer service people do not know how to read their orders. SO my grandmother's casket will not have a spray on it!!! This is so wrong. "I am sorry" does not work. Please do not use Teleflora to order flowers!!! They also screwed up the second part of this order. I am so pissed off right now. Please do not use this company!!!

    Ordered arrangement to be delivered with confirmation date... Day of delivery received email and text at 1:40 pm that my order was to be delayed and I needed to pick another date! When I called Teleflora customer service the rep said the florist isn’t answering their calls... Really and you're still using them??? I requested that he contact another florist in the area and get it delivered today, per my order. He still couldn’t assist me with my delivery today. I asked to speak with a manager 3 times, my requests was ignored. Rep said I can get 50% off my NEXT order. Like there’s a chance I’d ever use them again! I’ve used FTD and Edible Arrangements frequently and never had I ever encountered such terrible customer service... thought I’d give Teleflora a try, huge disappointment and mistake.

    I had flowers delivered to my job anonymously and days later I had a threatening phone call to my job & on Instagram basically from a guy who wanted to get his hands on me. I have called multiple times and was told I needed a police report to get the name of who sent me the flowers. I got that. Then I was told they couldn't help me and I needed a subpoena?! A subpoena to tell me the name of who sent me flowers... This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. If this was anyone's daughter or family member I think they would act different or even if it was happening to them.

    I have never been so appalled in my life that I have to walk around with a loaded gun on me 24/7 in fear knowing this person knows my name and where I work and cannot get a name due to the "anonymous" sender and phone calls and the lack of help from a flower company. I would never wish this fear on anyone, karma will do its work and I hope this company is proud of their "policies." They're willing to withhold a name when it could be a serious problem or something could happen to me. I will make sure to tell every social media page and person I come in contact with how horrible and heartless this company is. Absolutely disgusting. Then again I can tell from the terrible ratings on most review sites many people already don't like this company. I myself will post it as much as possible.

    I preordered and prepaid for two deliveries in the same town. I received a text saying the 1st order could not be delivered. I called the next day to learn the order could not be delivered that day either. The associate could not tell me why and said he would schedule the delivery the next day. I told him I would like to cancel my second order that was scheduled to be delivered in two days. He said he could not do that but would email me a 50% off coupon (that I will never use).

    I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. I placed the order on 9/21 (Friday), and paid for expedited delivery on 9/24 (Monday). On 9/24, I received an email that the flowers were delivered to her work address (which is what I wanted). That evening, I asked my wife about them, and she was puzzled. She said she never received them. After contacting Teleflora, they said they were delivered at 10:48 a.m. and signed for by "NMI". After my wife asked her receptionist about it, it was very clear that they were never delivered. Teleflora offered no remorse, or explanation for what happened. They just processed a refund. Terrible customer service for a very straightforward order. I tried to save $10-$20 by not using one of the industry leaders. I won't make that same mistake again.

    Basically, a close family friend passed away and I could attend the funeral because of work. So I wanted to send a fruit basket instead. They said they would be able to deliver it and I ordered early to make sure it wasn't last second and they couldn't do it. Guess what, it never arrived. They said they couldn't deliver it and that was it. What kind of bare bones excuse is that?!

    I placed an order on 9/20 for a flower delivery for a memorial service on 9/22. On the morning of 9/22 I received an email that the chosen flowers were not available, and "we don't want to delay your gift... We will deliver a beautiful arrangement designed by the local florist that expresses the sentiment of your gift". Not ideal, but okay. Then on 9/23, I received a voicemail that the flowers had not been delivered. Had this been a b-day or other occasion, I would have been fine sending the flowers late, but due to the nature of this being a memorial service, that is not possible. If you're expecting your flowers to actually be delivered, then I don't advise ordering from Teleflora.

    Ordered from the website for delivery to a birthday recipient. At 2:30pm on the event day, they contacted me and asked if they could substitute. I approved. At 5:30 they again called and asked if they could delay delivery until the following day. I wasn't happy, but I approved. The following day, at 2:30 in the afternoon they AGAIN called and asked permission to delay another day. At this point it is two days past the event so I had no choice but to approve the delay. Finally on the third day they called AGAIN wanting to delay until MONDAY. I told them to cancel the order as they had no intent to make the delivery that I paid for. The flowers were never received... my account has never been credited after 10 days.

    Do not order from this place! I ordered a Birthday Deluxe Bouquet for my sister's 15 anniversary. I choose the Deluxe because of more flowers, but I received literally only 4 flowers in my arrangement. This is not fair!!! I paid $60 for only 4 flowers. After contacting the company, they just offered a discount for my next purchase, which it won't be one more. They did not want to give me my refund even though I sent a picture to show the horrible service.

    Floral Bouquet was very sparse. I choose the deluxe so it would have more flowers in the picture it had 4 roses and at least 10 of each color daisy. The bouquet delivered had 2 roses and 6 each color daisies. Very disappointing. I had spent time and researched the florist they allowed you to select from yet they ordered them from someone other than the one I selected. I will not order from them again. Teleflora did refund me 30%.

    This is the Premium Zen Artistry Arrangement I ordered for $75.45 versus what was delivered. When my friend send me a photo, I was so embarrassed! If I had been told beforehand that the florist could not make the arrangement, I would have cancelled the order. Their response: “I'm so sorry that you were disappointed in the arrangement that was delivered to **. Our goal is to provide excellent service and we apologize that we fell short on this order. A 30% refund of $22.64 has been issued back to your account.” I responded that I wanted to get a full refund but they never got back to me. I was able to get the full refund by using the resolution center of my Paypal credit card. Be sure to tell your friends to send you a pic so you know you are not being scammed. I will take my business back to FTD who deliver what you order.

    Simple and short. Customer service friendly but not helpful and can’t resolve a thing. Flowers never delivers, I had to call and open a complaint. They have no tracking number. Only means of real communication is through their email service, and they offer you a discount for your next delivery like I would ever use them again. I am still waiting on my refund, I paid with PayPal and it’s says your money will not leave your account till your order is ready... Lie! They pulled the funds when the order was not even accepted by the florist company they where suppose to use. They keep saying it’s because they can’t get the florist company to answer their phone. Very unhappy and I am very sure this Company is a Scam! Be careful. Wish I would have done more research, I thought this was a real nationwide service but it’s truly a scam.

    I got an online confirmation email when some friends and I jointly purchased flowers to be delivered to a friend for her birthday. A week went by with no response from my friend, since she never received flowers! I called customer service, they looked it up and said, "Oh yes. The warehouse had an issue and orders were not delivered that day." (I made the order three days in advance in case any issues came up). Then they asked how I would like to proceed with the order. Well despite the fact I look like a jerk when I was the friend in the group making the order that never got delivered, I said, "We wanted a refund and for the flowers to be delivered still." The rep said, "Oh we don't deliver free flowers." Well you don't deliver flowers that are paid for either now do you. So, if you use Teleflora, your loved one might get their flowers, or they might not and you will be charged and never know the difference.

    I placed an order on Friday morning for a next day delivery. It was to be a surprise for my husband. I made a point of staying home so the order would be a surprise for him when they arrived. By 12:30 I called to check status of the delivery. I was told that the local florist was preparing them for the afternoon delivery driver to take out. At 3:30 I called again, checking status of delivery. I was told they were unable to reach the florist but I would be contacted with delivery confirmation. At 5:30 I called again, got the same answer as what I was told at 3:30. At 8:30 pm, still NO DELIVERY. Got the same story as earlier in the day. MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED!

    Fast forward to Monday got a call from Teleflora telling me there was an attempt to deliver the order but no one was home...my husband is retired & was home all morning. Either someone got the address wrong or someone lied. I confirmed the address sooo, I guess someone LIED! DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE! Your recipient may or may not receive your gift!

    I sent flowers to my mom, my dad recently died it would have been their 50th anniversary. I paid $100.00. The message I wrote was: "Love, Amy". They decided to write, "Happy anniversary here’s to another loving happy year." Ok my dad is dead. I can’t even imagine what my mom thought when reading that. Then my mom sends a picture of what was delivered. Looks like a 10$ dying bouquet from the grocery store. I called them.     Ordered a $100 "towering ficus" to be delivered to my daughter's place of business. Paid extra for delivery before 1pm and gave them the cell phone #. They never contacted her (delivery guy couldn't find the 3 story building in College Park MD). Order was delivered after 5, and instead of a ficus they substituted a cheap peace lily that was worth 1/3 of what I paid. Customer service offered me a credit towards future purchase - which I will not use. The best that this can be called is "bait and switch". Fraudulent business practice. Customer service was pleasant but totally unable to do anything to fix the problem. If they can't deliver what was ordered, they should contact the customer - they had my contact info as well as my daughter's. She spent time on the phone with the delivery guy trying to tell him where the building was (he seemed to have anxiety issues). They did NOT substitute a plant of equal quality and value.

    I used Teleflora today when ordering flowers to surprise my daughter for her Sweet 16 birthday today. While I do not know what local florist they used, I can assure you the bouquet she received was nowhere near the standard bouquet advertised on their site. The rep I spoke with was polite enough; however, he made the statement because the local florist did not have pink roses in stock; a reasonable substitution was made to the arrangement by adding more carnations. This bouquet was completely underwhelming and I am both extremely disappointed and embarrassed by what she received for her floral surprise on her special day. There is absolutely NO comparison to the two bouquets. The rep did try saying I ordered the standard bouquet like that was supposed to make a difference; however, there is nothing comparable about their advertised standard bouquet and what was sent. It was certainly not worth the price spent either.

    Everything went wrong on order. Will not use Teleflora again. Crisza took order Sept 9, assured me was well before noon and would make it that day for dad's birthday. I stressed importance of this, she seemed to understand. Hour later I received an SMS saying it wouldn't. I called, and Marc said he would do his best. I heard nothing, and assumed it went through as no one communicated otherwise. Whole point of services like Teleflora is ease, convenience, and fast reliable delivery without client micromanaging. But two days later, my dad hadn't received the flowers.

    I called, spoke with Brenda. She was surprised at the situation. She mentioned I had been called a number of times - I hadn't, only once earlier that day. She also said I had been emailed. Email address was incorrect - though spelling same as order/billing and I mentioned this to Crisza. Brenda removed service charge, applied discount, and sent with apology note. However, damage done, the birthday was missed, and there is nothing that can make up for that.

    First off I placed an order for same delivery to my fiancée on her birthday and was not notified until almost 3 pm that they would not be able to make the delivery that day and because of where she works she had to be notified as it is a secure building, even though she was on the order the Teleflora customer service rep treated her very poorly and would not help her. Second the floral arrangement was to be delivered the next morning and was not delivered until almost 3 pm. Lastly, the arrangement that was delivered was not what I paid for and looked horrible, the roses were bent, the lilies looked as if they had just gotten picked and still have not bloomed and the rest of the flowers were damn near dead. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. WILL NOT USE TELEFLORA AGAIN!!!

    I placed an order for a floral arrangement for a dear friend's birthday via the internet... I gave them all the pertinent information for delivery & payment for my order. When I called my friend on her birthday, to wish her a Happy Birthday & if she liked the floral arrangement she told me NO flowers were delivered... No one from Teleflora contacted me! I had to initiate an investigation into what happened. I did not get an explanation as to why the flowers had not been delivered. Only that I would be reimbursed for the flowers that weren't delivered. How very nice of them to reimburse me for a product not delivered... The only advice I can offer is DO NOT USE TELEFLORA... Especially if you want them DELIVERED!!!

    I ordered an arrangement called "Upsy Daisy"... It had yellow/white Daisies in a yellow vase with a yellow/white check bow to be delivered to someone for their birthday. When she sent me a picture of what was delivered I was mortified!!! As you can see from the photos the arrangement not only wasn't what I ordered but looked like a 6 year old put it together & the handwritten message on the card looked like scribble!!

    When I called Teleflora I was told the florist they farmed it out to did not have the Daisies or vase that was pictured & chose to put together their version which was not even close to my order. They have offered a monetary return of 40% of the cost but I feel I should be reimbursed for the entire amount as it's Teleflora's responsibility to ensure the product ordered will be exactly (or close to) what was ordered & paid for. They would not give me the name of the florist when I requested it so I guess I have no way of avoiding using it in the future nor will I be using Teleflora ever again.

    I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau...here's a copy of the complaint. "On July 28, 2018, I ordered a floral arrangement from Teleflora. I was attempting to surprise my wife for our wedding anniversary on Aug 2, 2018. This year is especially important because she is 3000 miles away for school and we haven't seen each other in 4 months.

    Upon reviewing their website, I decided on a bouquet which looked fantastic in their photos. This bouquet had 3 different options in terms of floral density. Given the occasion and circumstances I wanted to really WOW my wife so I chose the fullest (and most expensive) option of my desired bouquet. The website even went as far as offering measurements of what to expect in terms of width and height of the arrangement, so I felt comfortable upgrading the entry level option because I could somewhat quantify what she would be receiving. The entry level bouquet was under $40, the next tier was approx $50, and the one I ordered was $60.

    At the time of the order, I had given the address of the clinic that my wife was completing her practicum as the delivery address. Speaking to her the night before our anniversary (so 4 days after placing the order), she informed me that she would not be going into her clinic the next day. I panicked, and after I finished our call, I immediately called Teleflora to see if we could alter the delivery address. The lady I spoke with was very understanding and she accommodated the request.

    The next day, my wife received the flowers and sent me photos. This is where everything went downhill. The picture of the arrangement she sent me looked as though it was the entry-level option (barely). Upon my request, she measured the height and width as well, and it fell very short of the suggested dimensions online. They were lacking about 50% (or more) of the quantity of flowers depicted in their photos. Their website does say that should the pictured flowers not be available, they will substitute. Nowhere do they say that the picture is just a representation and what will be delivered could be half (or less) of the amount of flowers shown. Also, the card had the previous delivery address on it, so someone scratched it out and (with messy writing) hand wrote the new address on it. That would be fine if it were just an envelope containing the message, but rather this card had the message on it. Very unprofessional.

    The entire notion of this big, beautiful bouquet with a lovely card had been ruined. I immediately contacted Teleflora via email, so this would have been within 8 hours of the initial delivery, still on August 2, 2018. They replied 4 hours later with 50% refund, so $30.32 return on a $60.64 purchase. This was not optional, or amongst other options, but had been executed by them without any input from me about what solution I might deem appropriate. About an hour later, I replied back suggesting a full refund would be more appropriate, not because I felt that it would, but rather because this is the line of resolution they decided for this case. I would have preferred a redo of the bouquet, and make it even larger than what I ordered as a goodwill gesture for the error. I also would have been fine with a credit in the amount I paid for a future purchase. Neither option was offered to me.

    It took Teleflora nearly 2 days (Aug 4 @ 9:20 PST) to respond to my full refund request, and in their email they wrote “I apologize, but in order to issue a 100% full refund, we must pick up the order within 48 hours of the delivery date due to the perishable nature of the product. This allows the delivering florist the opportunity to pick the arrangement up for potential resale. The total refund amount of $30.32 has been issued back to your account. Please allow 2-10 business days for this to show on your account statement or by 8/16/2018.” WHAT??? Replacement of the incorrect bouquet was never offered to me within 48 hours of delivery - when I made the initial complaint. As I stated above, this option would have been fine with me at the time. Now that 48 hours has expired (due to their delayed response) they cannot honor. I have no choice but to accept a resolution forced upon me."

    This complaint is not about the money. I have read all the complaints against Teleflora on BBB (almost 600 there) and other websites, and I feel it necessary to take a stand. If not for all of us consumers, they don’t exist, and it’s time they made us feel appreciated rather than us feeling like we've been ripped off. If nothing else, I hope this helps others avoid this experience. If your occasion is important, or even if it's not, BUYER BEWARE.

    I ordered flowers online today with Teleflora. I put in the address. They were going to verify what arrangements I could chose from. I selected what I wanted, paid. Was on my way. I received a text. They had to make a "few" changes. They would call me. They called. I could not understand a thing! Only that they were changing all the colors of the flowers to Red! I said, "Can I please speak to a manager?" "No thank you, you will have to call 800 number." So I did. They informed me that I chose the "Deal of the Day"? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! No I chose what I wanted! My MIL is very sick and they delivered the worst looking flowers I have ever seen in my life! They look like a mini version of funeral flowers! I'm still waiting on a call back. I want a full return! You should have seen the greenery they used! I'm sick about it!

    I ordered a funeral arrangement for a relatives funeral. It was ordered two days before the funeral. They called me twice to verify the order. It was delivered after the funeral. Then they call and want the next of kin to deliver them to. I was offered a 50% coupon off on my next order, which I will not use. There is no excuse for this to happen, especially for a funeral.

    As so many other customers noted, this is the worst floral delivery service. They didn’t deliver flowers sent for my Mom’s 90th birthday! Their florist had “computer problems” which made it acceptable to charge me, not advise of the missed commitment until I contacted Teleflora the following day, and then offer me a 40% discount on a FUTURE order! WTF! As though I will EVER use them again... Save your money. Call florist in the recipient’s location directly. Teleflora takes their cut, the florist gets less, and customer service disappears. Teleflora needs to be closed down. They are thieves. They take your money for no service. That’s a sam at the very least!

    We ordered a casket spray on Sunday for my Mother in law's funeral which was Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning (visitation/funeral). Tuesday morning at 830 we get an email that the particular flower wasn’t available - we called and said substitute it. We were told no problem. We called at Noon because still no delivery and the visitation was to start at 6 pm. We were told our order was never taken off of ‘hold’ from the morning- we were assured they would be at the church - 330 pm we’re getting ready to leave. We get an email that our order was CANCELED- WHAT?!?! We call and were told there was nothing they could do - but they offered us a free arrangement for a future date. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? The funeral is in 2 hours! Our funeral director was able to call a local florist who delivered a beautiful spray within 10 minutes and saved the day. You blew it Teleflora. Never again. ZERO STARS.

    I wish I would have seen others' reviews before ordering. 1/2 of my order was delivered. Only recourse was to have the other half of order delivered (to a hospital room, disrupting my daughter again) or refund. No offer to make compensation for the mistake which resulted in 1/2 the impact/surprise I wanted to make. Descriptions on Teleflora website are lacking in specificity. Even calling beforehand could not get me a definitive answer. Poor customer service and not standing behind service.

    I ordered flowers on my girlfriend on her birthday to surprise her. Was not delivered because they said it was because it was a fake account. They should’ve at least email me to verify and I will call back. They gave me a 20% discount but the next day I received an email that it was a 20% discount sitewide. The flowers were delivered the next day but not what I ordered. I received the standard (12 roses) and the the deluxe (18 roses)! Called the local florist and emailed Teleflora. Both no help.     My husband and I are traveling and without internet access, so we tried to use Teleflora. It was a nightmare. Tried to send flowers to wife and daughter of deceased. Resulted in nothing but problems. Received multiple texts, emails and phone calls trying to straighten out the mess. Got conflicting and/or vague information. Spent at least a whole morning stuck on the phone trying to let the right hand know what the left hand was doing. Wouldn't give me the name of the florist they were using because of "privacy issues." Really? What privacy issues does a vendor have who is providing me with a service and a product? Guess they don't want to worry about accountability?

    We ordered a premium Divine Peace Bouquet (>$100) with a crystal cross for a funeral. The basic was delivered ($50) and it was wilted. I was mortified. I called them and they offered me a 30% off coupon and said they would need to go to the widower's house and take back the arrangement. NEVER NEVER AGAIN will I use them. I also sent a second bouquet for another family member specifying a sympathy card and they sent a LOVE card covered with hearts! Absolutely PATHETIC.

    Ordered a beautiful peony arrangement on 6/27 for my mom’s 70th birthday to be delivered on 7/7. They waited until the day of delivery to let me know these flowers were not available. I canceled my order and will hopefully receive a full refund like stated but when questioning why they waited so long to let me know as I could have made other arrangements the customer service rep said he was sorry and is there anything else he can do for me. No explanation? Awful! I recommend no one use this business. Any other floral company I’ve used has also not charged you until the shipment is made but this company charges you right away. Be aware and use someone else to deliver your gifts.

    Well I just got scammed. I wish I saw this website first. I am definitely not alone. Ordered a plant arrangement for my mother on her birthday. What she received was absolutely nothing like what I ordered. The plant arrangement was suppose to have 4 plants which included 3 flowering plants (begonias, African violets, and kalanchoe). She got a Palm and some canes. Ugly basket and had yellow daisies just stuck in the arrangement for decoration. Not even a potted daisy plant. Never order from Teleflora!!!

I approved of the delay. I received an email Saturday morning the order had been cancelled and "Sorry for the Inconvenience".     This was the most disgusting and most unprofessional experience I have ever had, especially since this was for the funeral of my 89 year old mother. I ordered all my flowers a week before my mother's funeral service, I was guaranteed by the Teleflora representative who took my order that the Flowers would be delivered prior to 5 p.m. on the day of my mom service. The day of the service (6 hours before) I get an email saying that my flowers were not available and could not be delivered and to pick another date for delivery. Pick another date to deliver flowers to my mother's funeral?

    I immediately called customer service and spoke with two customer service reps, the first one just disregarded me like trash, the second one (after I asked to speak to a manager) basically just trying to humor me by keeping me on the phone for over an hour by saying that she personally called a florist to correct the situation and that my flowers would be delivered, no more than 30 minutes later I get another email saying that my order would not be delivered to pick a different day (second email the day of my mother's funeral telling me that my flowers would not be delivered spending $400, and placing my order one week in advance, Teleflora failed to do their job).

    I called customer service. They tell me they will reimburse my money and send me a freaking 50% discount on my next order, so on the day of my mother's funeral I have to try to call around to get another florist to fill this order and no one had the time to do it and the few that did was going to charge me Triple the amount to get flowers done in a few hours? No florist would take a funeral order on this short notice, this is why I placed it with Teleflora a week in advance, Teleflora failed their customer. They had a week to place this order to ensure it would be a delivered... my mother did not have flowers at her funeral because of Teleflora.

    Teleflora ruined my mother's funeral. My mother who love red roses did not have the two stand up wreath sprays that I had ordered for her, and every customer service rep offered to send those arrangements to a different address days later, what kind of business are you running at Teleflora? I would never ever order anything from you again. You can take that 50% discount and shove... You should not be in business or you should not offer flowers for sensitive occasions.

When I called them to confirm how come it's not delivered yet, and they said they cannot be able to deliver the flowers on a day that I want to deliver it. I can understand IF I order the flower late, but I ordered it 2 days BEFORE. Please this company needs to be ban also...so they cant ruin every occasions anymore!     Ordered a Fly Wagon Red, inscribed "It's a Girl". Floral arrangement (see attached) roses and a beautiful variety of greens. Friend received a Volkswagen Bug with substandard arrangement of daisies (cheap), a few baby's breath, greens, NO ROSES, NO COLOR as pictured in the ad. That is just wrong! They have our phone number, should have called before deciding to CHOOSE for us. Agree with other reviews, should have listened!     I chose a floral arrangement online and ordered it 7 days prior to the date of delivery. The arrangement was pictured online and was simple, modern, and purple. It was a bunch of bamboo stalks with a purple orchid. On the day of delivery, I received a text message stating there was a problem with my order. I was out of the country and was unable to connect with the company. Therefore, an arrangement was chosen by the florist at the direction of Teleflora. Apparently, Teleflora was unable to locate a florist who could provide the arrangement I had chosen.

    The arrangement that was sent in no way resembled the one I had chosen. It was several bunches of pink, yellow, and white flowers in a clear glass vase. I am very disappointed in the result as it was important that the arrangement should have purple flowers. Teleflora explained that they did not contact a florist about the delivery until the day before it was to be delivered, and they stated that the florist had no way of knowing how it was supposed to look. If that is true, how can any florist fulfill an order accurately. I looked it up online, why can't they.

    WOW. Worst ever experience and service for a florist ever. I ordered a sympathy Deluxe floral bouquet "Teleflora's Hearts In Heaven Bouquet" (T278-4B) with a porcelain heart with poem (with a loving message of sympathy for a Funeral. Message on sculpt reads: "Because someone we love is in heaven, there is a little bit of heaven in our hearts.") on it and the main reason I bought this one. What I got a bouquet that was 1/3 the size and fullness shown in the photo on the website (see photo comparison). Also the photo on website is the photo of standard bouquet. I ordered the Deluxe one. Also there was no porcelain Heart which was again the reason I paid $80 for it. I got a small angel instead. I also ordered this during a chat session and they confirmed several times they had and it would be great. They did not even call first to tell me that order changed. Just delivered it hoping I would not notice or find out.

    After I complained asking they deliver what I ordered they refunded me some of the cost, which I did not ask for. I wanted what I ordered and the heart I ordered so they can keep it as a keepsake. After emailing and calling them all they did was say, "Sorry," and, "Nothing we can do." I think this is a CON to make you pay $80 and deliver a bouquet that is $20 to $30 so they can pocket the difference. NEVER going to use them again for my floral needs!!! Would be less angry if it was not for the reason I bought the flowers for my wife after her mom passed away!

It looked like the flower shop got all the scraps they had and placed it in the cheapest vase. It looked absolutely nothing like what I had ordered.     We simply wanted to send flowers, balloons and chocolates to our daughter overseas in Germany. I spoke with a gentleman on 5/16/18 from the LA Teleflora Co. We made selections and he gave me a total of $142.97. I said we cannot spend that much and I would need to talk with my husband. He offered to call me back in an hour. He did and I told him that the most we could spend is $80.00. He took off the balloons and chocolates and said the total is $80. Our account was charged $142.97. I called back to let them know that they had overcharged us and was told that they could only give us 10% back. WHAT?

    I spoke with two different men a few times (on hold for about 45 min.) and still only 10% and all they could do was file a complaint with the international dept. and someone would call me within 24 hours. NO ONE CALLED and another $45.00 was charged to our account. I call again and talk to a nice girl who tries hard to help us. In the meantime... flowers are never received! Nice girl was able to get us $55.00 credited and file another complaint with hopes of a full refund. A week later, still nothing. I call again to find out that the international dept. has resolved the complaint... HAHAHA.

    A different, very nice girl, tries to help and contacts a few different supervisors who inform her that German florist confirmed delivery, however, there is no signature for proof of delivery AND I was informed that and email was sent to me asking for the "deceased's" name before delivery could take place (That was 4 days after they say the flowers were delivered). I never got that email, the nice girl told me about it and read it to me. At this point... another complaint has been filed and I have asked for management to call me. They charged us a total of $187.97 and have credited us $55.00... ALL FOR NOTHING!!!

    Like many reviews up here, Mother's Day delivery seemed non-existent. I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet as a surprise for my mom. Payment went through but they never delivered. They never told me they couldn't deliver. From the other reviews, I guess I should feel lucky that I actually received a refund. The only reason I found out they didn't deliver was I saw the refund on my credit card bill two weeks later. I promptly called my mom and asked her if she had gotten the flowers. She had not. I rechecked my email and Teleflora had not tried to contact me. I contacted Teleflora, they simply said they had sent an email. I rechecked my email and spam folders. I never received any notification from them that they weren't going to deliver. I received emails with confirmation of the order and many others emails from them since with "specials". Hmm, the only email I didn't receive was the one about non delivery. Seems bogus.

    Freshness of the flowers is number one. The selection available and speed of delivery are two and three. In the selection area that also includes price, what is available for what price range. Last is how long the flowers or arrangement actually lasts. I try to follow up in some what so I know if I'm going to use the same service for the same area.

Angry and frustrated when I discovered that they had neither delivered the flowers nor informed me, but did take my money, I contacted the company and PayPal. The next day I was refunded in full, two weeks after they failed to deliver. My experience is that if you don't get your flowers, then you must call and tell them.

    I ordered flowers from Teleflora for my mother. They charged my account. I called and asked how she liked them well over a week after Mother's Day. She replied, "I didn't get any flowers". Like others reviewing Teleflora, I ordered flowers that were NEVER delivered. Nor did the company inform me of this! They did however charge my PayPal account $71.95. Let me repeat the facts: The company took my money. Next it failed to deliver any flowers. And then the "company" (is it a company or just a collection of online con-artists?), said nothing. And from Teleflora? No refund, nothing! Not even a courtesy, "Oh by the way, we're sorry that you insulted your mother." Is this even a legitimate business? The only reason I give one star is I don't think I can give no stars. My advice would be: DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY". It may not actually be a company, but instead an internet scam.

    I ordered a beautiful (according to the photo online) Exotic Grace floral arrangement featuring bird of paradise, asiatic lilies, alstroemerias, red hypericum accented with ti, hosts and galax leaves in a beautiful zen arrangement in a exotic keepsake bamboo container. Not only did they accept my order for delivery on Mother’s Day, without warning they emailed me Mother’s Day morning to say they could not deliver it until Monday May 14. It also mentioned online that there might be substitutions equal to the pictured arrangement if they did not have all the flowers.

    The flowers still had not arrived by 4 pm on the day AFTER Mother’s Day and I had not heard anything from the company. They were finally delivered at the end of the day and what was delivered? A cheap, cut flower, grocery store level bouquet of cut flowers in a chintzy glass vase. And all of this, and a day late, and no communication for $83.94. When I tried to call Teleflora, on both Sunday and Monday and Tuesday, I kept getting caught in an interminable circle of on hold for the next available customer service rep and never ever got through even though I tried to call 6 or 7 times. Nor did they answer my email complaint. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card company and they are investigating and working on my refund.

    Shame on Teleflora. They have FALSE ADVERTISING. I ordered the "How sweet it is" bouquet of Premium flowers for $55. The picture shows at least 29 flowers, and that is only a 2D picture, so with the other side, probably well over 50 flowers pictured. This was just a small gift for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Little did I realize how small it would really turn out to be... They delivered a vase that probably only had 8 flowers in it and a bunch of green filler. The delivery charge alone was $18. I could have bought more flowers then they delivered from Walmart, for just the delivery charge alone! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.     I had ordered some flowers. One for my mother another for mother in law, the flowers I had delivered to my mom were delivered to our next door neighbor's house. Thankfully they brought them to our house, the flowers I had sent to my mother in law's they messed up. On the note it was just a horrible experience for so much money.     I would not recommend this company to anyone. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, but since they could not be delivered on Sunday, May 17 2018, I settled to have them delivered the following day. I spoke with my mom on Sunday to tell her to expect the delivery. That Monday morning I got an email from Teleflora that they would not be able to make that delivery date. So arrangements were completed to have the flowers delivered on Tuesday and again called mom to update her. Thursday the 17th, I got a text from mom that the flowers still did not arrive and that she had stayed home for 3 days waiting on them.

    I found in my email that they understood that I was not happy with my order, so they were giving me a 25% discount on my next order through them. Really! I have to send more money to them to receive some compensation for them not doing their job? Reward them with my future business? I contacted Teleflora Operations Center to discover that they canceled my order since none of the local shops to the Las Vegas area were still offering the Mother's Day special. So when were they planning on telling me this? I also questioned if they were going to refund my money? Yes they would, but it will take 5 to 10 business days to process. Again, really?

    I have studied business accounting and know that this is a clever trick to sit on funds in a savings account to draw interest. You do this to enough people, you are talking about a sizeable amount of money. At one time all large companies were recommended to file extensions on their quarterly taxes, putting those funds in an interest bearing account and pay their quarterlies at the last minute to make money work for them by drawing interest. The only way I would recommend this company is if you look forward to building your mom's hopes and hearing the disappointment in her voice that Teleflora is not delivering.

My friend received carnations and daisies instead. They were hideous, they looked like something I could've put together with flowers from the grocery store. I showed my 8 year old and even she asked, "Was the florist color blind?" I spent $45 on something that looked like it should have costed $5.00. Buyer beware! Never order from this company.     I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day, and cannot even express my frustration with Teleflora. First, I instructed the flowers to be delivered the Saturday before. They did not arrive on that day. At 1am that evening, I received an email confirmation that they had been delivered. My mom checked the next morning, nothing. I made arrangements for a different bouquet to arrive, and of course then the Teleflora flowers show up a day late and 12 hours after the delivery confirmation. On top of this, the arrangement was not even close to what I chose! I understand small substitutions and color variations. I do not understand ordering a jewel-toned bouquet only to get a bunch of pastel purple flowers. It was far from what I expected.

    Emailing customer service has been its own nightmare. It typically takes 24 hours to get a response, and even then, none of my complaints were addressed. I was offered a discount (which I said I had no desire to use), then another discount, then a 40% refund. I explained in each email I wanted a full refund, which was ignored until finally one rep said their policy is to only refund a max 50% (which they didn’t even offer) on delivered orders. This policy is nowhere on their site. I’m still awaiting a response from them. DO NOT USE TELEFLORA! Order locally or find a service that creates and delivers their own arrangements. Teleflora may create pretty arrangements for their website, but they don’t create them for you, and they underpay local florists who are creating subpar arrangements, because they don’t receive the full amount you’re paying.

    Teleflora has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I ordered a bouquet for delivery on May 12th for my almost 80 year old mother in Florida. When it wasn't delivered by 8:00 p.m. I called customer service. It took over 30 minutes for my call to be answers. The customer service agent stated that the flowers would still be delivered. I asked her to confirm as it was already after 8:00 p.m. She said that it was confirmed. My 80 year old mother WAITED until late at night! I thought maybe they would be delivered on Sunday Mother's Day. Never happened.

    To add insult to injury I get an email that says the flowers were hand delivered on the 12th - seriously? I called again on Monday - was given a 20% discount and promised the flowers would be delivered yesterday (Tuesday 5/15). Guess what - never delivered.     I agree with one of the other reviews. If you have to order flowers... Please order from another company. I am shocked at how many bad reviews they have... if only I had checked this sooner. I ordered Mother's Day flowers and asked them to be delivered on Saturday before Mother's Day to my client. The flowers were not delivered. I had to contact my client to ask if she had received them, and then contact her again after that to be sure they had not been delivered. I called Teleflora to find out what happened, and after spending 40 minutes on hold, they placed me on hold again to call the florist. I asked who the florist was and she said that she couldn't disclose that information.

    After returning to the phone call, she said the florist said they got too busy and didn't deliver them, but they could deliver them on Wednesday. I said, what's the point. It's not Mother's Day anymore! The Teleflora rep then said to me that it wasn't their fault. I said, "It absolutely is. You represent them and you won't give me their information, so it is your fault." I didn't even get a call or an email to let me know they weren't going to deliver them. I would have bought some and hand delivered them had Teleflora been courteous enough to let me know. Incredibly disappointing as this was my first (and last) experience with them.

    For Mother’s Day I received flowers from my son but the roses were already turning brown when I got it, the greenery leaves had all dropped off in a couple of days, the “arrangement” was flowers stuck in a bowl, etc. Emailed Teleflora because I thought they’d want to know that the florist they were using is crap, but every time I just got the same response, worded EXACTLY the same, except for different names in signature, that they couldn’t help me without order number. I explained that I didn’t want to ask my son for number because it be disappointed that the flowers didn’t work it which they never acknowledged. So the bottom line is they won, they get paid for a garbage product and there’s nothing to do but give them ANOTHER bad review. Shame on them.

    Placed an flower order with Teleflora to have flowers delivered to my Mother for her birthday and Mother's Day. I should've trusted my gut, because as a result I was defrauded out of nearly $90.00. When I placed my order online I received a telephone call about Teleflora not being able to get authorization for the valid credit card payment I provided online. First they ruined the surprise by the phone call to my Mother's house. Second, they deceitfully lied about not obtaining authorization. They did this so I could verbally call in to physically provide my credit card payment verbally over the phone. The reason they did this is some credit card companies have a policy that if you provide authorization for delivery services they can't refund your money and they instead make you deal with the merchant.

    Problem is Teleflora are some deceitful crooks. When I called about my order I couldn't get nobody to answer. Funny thing is when I needed to call them to verbally give my payment info. they answered that call. I knew games were being played when they weren't answering my calls in regards to my placed order so then I called posing as a new customer and they answered my call within 3 minutes. What this company is doing is the criminal act of theft by DECEPTION. I should've read the reviews on this company and I should've trusted my gut when I had the funny feeling about the phone call Teleflora had made about not receiving authorization from a valid credit card that was provided.

    I sent an email demanding a refund and I also called Teleflora about my refund. The lady who answers the phone is a snake even though she comes off patients and understanding. She lied and said "contact" the resolution or refund dept. At this point I see this online company for what it is. It is an online business front to steal your money. Don't do business with Teleflora, they lack integrity and they purposely steal unsuspecting peoples money. Stay away from Teleflora and keep your hard earned dollars in your pocket or go with a more reputable company. Always trust your gut and do your due diligence on these online companies especially.

When I saw the picture I was embarrassed and sent a picture of what I ordered so my mother didn't think I would order something so awful.     If you have to order flowers... Please order from another company!! I ordered Mother's Day flowers early to avoid the weekend Mother's Day rush. Of course, the flowers were not delivered!! I spent 2 days of being on hold for over 30 mins only to have no resolutions on why the flowers were not delivered... Ending up asking for a credit and requested an email confirmation. While waiting for the rep to come back on the phone to confirm the credit my call was disconnected and I did not get a callback or an email!! I had to go on their site again and leave a feedback in order to finally get an email only to say it was canceled. I called back again today to confirm my credit amount and I was told that the reason why the flowers were not delivered was they could not find a florist in my mom's area that could make the arrangement!

The rep could not offer an explanation on why I was not told about the issue but they were sorry!! This was the worst customer service experience.     I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered a "Premium" bouquet that was supposed to have a lot of flowers including 8 roses and was supposed to be 14"x14" total. What we actually received look absolutely nothing like the picture and it only had 2 roses and was only 10"x8". The "regular" size is supposed to be at least 12"x12" so we didn't even receive close to that! I would have been fine with it looking absolutely nothing like the picture if it actually had the amount of flowers it was supposed to and was even close to the size it was suppose to be. I emailed customer service and at first all they offered me was a 20% discount code. The same code that's already available for everyone online.

    They're supposed to have a "satisfaction guarantee" so I told them I would be filing a complaint and then they gave me a $12 refund. The flowers were still not worth what we paid for even with the refund but it's better than nothing I guess. This company is a scam. It's not the florists' fault. This company shows pictures that are unrealistic and that florists cannot fulfill or they way overcharge customers and only actually pay the florists for small cheap arrangements and keep the rest and there is no "Satisfaction Guarantee". At least we were lucky to get the actual vase pictured but for the high prices of their flowers you can just go to or call a local florist yourself and have an actual big beautiful arrangement of flowers made for much less!

    I really wished I had read the appalling reviews before buying flowers for my mom and grandmother for Mother’s Day. I ordered two peony arrangements. Online they looked beautiful! My grandmother is allergic to roses, it’s a no no to buy them. Each arrangement cost almost $130. The famous flowers arrive and they are six rotten (yes rotten!) roses! Roses COST MUCH less than peonies and these were old and ugly roses.

    NEVER TRUST THE PICTURES or what you’re buying on their site. It’s totally misleading. I also never received an email confirmation with my order number. But I do get all of the junk emails now from them! The vase was ugly and they put some old ferns to stuff the ugly arrangement. My mom thought my six year old son had done the arrangement.     I ordered my mother in law flowers for Mother's Day, I was charged twice for my order. I sat on hold for an hour. When I finally got someone she told me I had to call my bank. After telling her that's not what I was going to do because it shows on my bank app that they in fact charged me twice I asked to speak to a manager. She then said "but I just told you when I search your order number it only shows we charged you once, you have to call your bank." I replied with, "I understand what you're saying but I'm not calling my bank for them to tell me I have to call you back 'cause you're the ones who charged me twice. I want a manager." She kept saying, "Uhmmm... Uhmmm... Uhmmm. Ok let me get you a manager." Stay on hold for another 30 mins finally got a manager. Was on hold again for 30 mins before speaking to someone. He told me that all the flower shops in the area that the delivery was going to were closed on Sundays. Why wasn't I told about this. So the man called the flower shop that is going to be delivering the flowers. They were closed but he promised me that they will be delivered tomorrow. Better help than the manager. But I will NEVER use this flower company again.

    On May 4, 2018 I ordered a Wristlet Corsage for my granddaughter's 1st prom. On May 10, Thursday evening a vase of flowers were delivered. I received a email saying the order was hand delivered and after seeing a picture of what they actually sent I immediately called customer service and spoke with Crizsa. After a long exhausting conversation with Crizsa it was agree by her supervisor that I would get a full refund instead of the 30% first offer and then a 40% offer. I also had to put out an additional $30.00 to buy an awful looking, artificial wristlet corsage because of their MISTAKE.     I called to order flowers for Mother’s Day. I had to call twice due to not being able to understand the representatives and ended up speaking with a supervisor, none of which spoke English clearly. Each time I called I was given a different price from 59.95 to 99.99 with delivery fees ranging from 18$-24$. My order was taken and credit card given and confirmed with supervisor, however I was told the Mother’s Day discount code was not valid. About 15 minutes after hanging up I received a call from a different person saying they were from Teleflora asking for my name and credit card number. I did not give it at this time.

    I called the florist two days later that was supposed to do the delivery (Teleflora let me choose the florist) because it was not delivered. They told me they had canceled their contract with Teleflora and they did not ever receive an order from them for me. They did not even make the arrangement I ordered or have the materials for it, and they said Teleflora was an awful company to deal with and that they were always trying to pay florists less money for the arrangements, and the actual delivery fees are $6.95 and Teleflora tries not to pay it yet charges customers a huge delivery fee which they pocket. They suggested I never use Teleflora again which I will not. I ordered directly thru the florist.

    I ordered flowers online May 7 (Monday) for delivery May 11 (Friday) for Mother's Day the 13th. Two days later, I received a phone call they were unable to find the components of the arrangement I ordered, so I needed to pick something else. New order confirmed. Two days later I received an email saying that could not be delivered either. The automated checking service said there was nothing wrong with my order. But I persisted until I got a person on the phone the 11th. She, too, initially said no problem showed up. But my credit card had shown a refund that did not match the amount of the order on the same cc page.

    The final determination was that in a town of 32,000, adjacent to a college town of nearly 10,000, Teleflora had no affiliated florists. So they EMAILED ME that they had cancelled my order the day it was to be delivered! The customer service representative with whom I spoke said she could not be as patient as I was being. She could not imagine such a fiasco, yet there she was explaining it to me.

    Didn't they know they had no affiliated florists before I placed the order, since the very first question is, "Zip code for delivery"? Or when I entered the delivery address into their system? Or two days later when they telephoned? Or after I submitted—and paid for—an alternate arrangement? And they couldn't telephone the morning they emailed the cancellation notice?

    My Valentine’s day order never got delivered. I tracked it the whole time. I paid 19.99 extra as a service fee to ENSURE delivery time by Valentine’s day. The next day, nothing was delivered, but I did receive an email stating confirmation of delivery. HA! The florist sent it without actually delivering! There should have been a signature, but the Teleflora system never checked for an actual signature and just accepted what the florist said. When I brought this to their attention with several phone calls and emails, they only sent back some pathetic auto generated email, a week later, stating confirmation of my order cancellation, ONE WEEK AFTER CONFIRMED DELIVERY! So whatever, they got busy... right?

    Sorry, not good enough. No mention of a redelivery with the bouquet and note I chose, no suggestion of a complimentary bouquet, not even an apology or explanation. Of course my poor mom didn’t know what to believe. Because there was no apology or explanation. Just a dismissive, auto generated letter, inferring that I had actually requested a cancellation of an order 1 week after it was "confirmed" as delivered. Still on the phone with them, 3 months and many transfers later. Still trying to get a supervisor online. I’ve had them feed me so many lines. "Wendy" told me that it couldn’t be delivered because it had been cancelled.

    I had them look at the dates of the order, confirmation, and followup emails just to have them finally admit that an order couldn’t possibly be cancelled a week after it had been delivered! AND that they had no proof that I had ever even filled out a cancellation form, so why would they just randomly make stuff up? To cast off their responsibility. BEWARE. Then they blamed it on the florist, saying that they had auto sent a confirmation before actual delivery. BEWARE apparently, that’s an acceptable policy? Then supervisor "Charles" said they couldn’t do anything about it because it has now been over 2 months and the case is "locked", and if I had just brought it to their attention earlier, something could have been done about it. WOW. They said all that just after reading my case.

    Lie after lie to shirk responsibility. I had to remind them about the dated communication receipts right in front of them. So now I’m on hold, waiting for the supervisor's supervisor, for 1.7hrs, and still holding. This is my 3rd call to them. It’s a miracle they didn’t just hang up on me. But there’s no more music playing, so I’m starting to wonder if they just pulled something else instead. CLASSIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beware... they shirk responsibility because there’s no real ownership. Most people find them online instead of a local brick and mortar store who cares about their reputation. When I asked which floral shop did the auto-delivery thing, they refused to tell me. Why is the whole process so camouflaged? Because that helps them to shirk responsibility, repeatedly lie to me, and generally pass the buck.

    I wish I would have read the reviews on here before I bought from these clowns, but I didn't. So here I am telling others, so hopefully they will read this review and not make the same mistake I did. My (horrible) Mother's Day experience with Teleflora: Bought a Groupon for $40 (specifically went to Teleflora, as they advertised a really pretty dragonfly vase that I wanted), ordered the basic arrangement, which was $57. I paid with my Groupon and then $17 for the remaining fees, shipping etc. Well, the delivery guy came with a COMPLETELY different vase than what I ordered. It was plain white with a little heart, like a really cheap Valentine's type gift. Not at all like the fancy looking dragonfly vase I ordered. I told the guy it was not what I ordered and he said, "Well, we didn't have the vase you ordered, so they told us to substitute something else." I was dumbfounded.

    Next day, I called Teleflora and told them what happened. They were not apologetic at all and just offered me a discount towards a future order. I was like WHAT?! I said no, that I wanted the correct vase/arrangement or my money back and she said she could give me a 20% partial refund. I said that was not good enough and she offered 30%. I accepted, since it seemed like the only option, and I figured it would at least be almost $20 back. Then, she comes back and says, "Okay I am going to process your refund of $5..." I was like, "I paid $57 for that arrangement, what the heck is this $5?" She said she couldn't refund any of the Groupon amount, only the part that I paid on my CC... I was livid.

    I still paid for the Groupon, why would they not count that as part of the purchase amount?! Ridiculous! Needless to say, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now, my Mother's Day present is garbage and I am going to try and contact Groupon and complain. Bottom line is this: Don't buy from these people! They are the scourge of the earth!

I get an email back telling me here's a code to go on their site to purchase something else. I was a little skeptical but I still needed to send flowers to my mother-in-law and my daughter's which I have three so I went on the site and the code does not work so now I don't even want their code. I don't want to use their site and I don't want their flowers. It's disgusting what they look like. I was ripped off. The original price was 6995.     When you go on a website, pick out the perfect container and flowers and then the delivery date, you expect things to go as scheduled as they have with so many other flower delivery services. Well, don't expect them to with Teleflora. Not even close! Run, run away and choose another service or better yet, call your local flower shop. We picked out the cute elephant container because my new granddaughter's room is being done in elephants. The delivery date was May 7th and I thought all was fine until I got a call from customer service saying the florist didn't have the container I'd picked. She asked me if it was ok that they call a different florist because the computer said that they had one.

    Now I ask you, is that the stupidest thing you ever heard? Just find a way to complete the order. Period. I do not care what florist they use. Just get it done. Good she said however, the last delivery just went out. Great. So no flowers on my selected delivery date. Ok, not tragic. I gave them the new parent's home address for delivery the following day but guess what? No delivery that day either! No real surprise on my part just anger and frustration. This was my daughter-in-law's first baby and I just feel so bad. So calling customer service, yet again, and getting angry at a person who truly isn't responsible for this mess to have her apologize and promise that they would be delivered today. This was a nightmare experience and I will not make it again and I'm telling my story so that hopefully you won't either.

    Friend I had known for 30 years passed away. They lived across the country and not possible for me to go to a memorial service. I wanted to order a nice flower arrangement to show that I cared and was thinking of the family. Looked online and saw many places but wanted to go with either Teleflora or FTD. After all they have been around for a long time. Nice and reputable right? I went with Teleflora and ordered a very nice $150 flower arrangement. I was up very late getting this ordered. I left notes stating what it was for, the time and the place. I wrote the message that would appear on the card with the flowers. I Ordered and got the confirmation email thanking me for the order. The memorial service was from 5 to 7pm. At 4:30pm I received an email. "We're sorry we are unable to deliver the flowers on the date you selected. Please click on this link for more delivery options. If we do not hear from you we will deliver it the next business day."

    I clicked the link and it only had options for delivery the next day or the following day or a field for me to enter a date. It had no option for cancelling. This was for a funeral. There was no other date acceptable other than the date I originally stated. If they had of let me know earlier in the day to give me options but they waited until the time for the service to began to let me know they weren't going to deliver it. I was so disappointed and angry. I called the customer service. Person seemed to not know what was going on. Had trouble finding my order. I then asked who had screwed up. I want to know. She said, it doesn't look like it ever even went to a florist. I asked for a number to file a complaint. She said she'd probably get in trouble but gave me a number to call.     I then searched the internet and found the number to Teleflora in Los Angeles, the headquarters. I called and the lady that answered said she handled the complaints. She told me it would be recorded and told me to began speaking. I told the story. She was very apologetic and said it would be forward to the president and they would be getting back in touch with me by the next day. Next day came - nobody contacted me. The next day - nothing. Have not heard back from them. What a company - horrible. If you are in the flower business you know that you are in a business where mistakes are critical. I had always heard of Teleflora and thought they were a reputable/dependable business. Now I know the truth and have read so many negative things about this business. I will never use this place again. Please be aware. This company totally let me down in every way.

    Ordered flowers for my sister, who is staying in children's hospital in St. Louis with her 4 month old critically ill baby. Received an email that the flowers were hand delivered. Talked to my sister and found out the hospital does not allow flowers to be delivered. So why did I get a confirmation email? I called Teleflora 4x Saturday after finding out she did not get them.

    They contacted the florist who responded “well what's her home address we will deliver them there”. Obviously she's not home if she's staying in the hospital with her baby.     This is my first time using Teleflora and my absolute last time. I ordered flowers from Teleflora for a funeral service. On the day of the service, when it was almost time for the funeral, I was sent a very impersonal text message saying, "Oops, we weren't able to deliver your flowers because of issues," and no other explanation. Later I received another impersonal note to my email with a link to self select another date for delivery. Note - these flowers were for a FUNERAL. There is no other date for a funeral.

    When I called about this, the representative on the phone said they didn't have any information as to what the issues were. After some time on the phone investigating they said the issue was they were not able to find a local florist, and they decided not to tell me until when the flowers were scheduled to arrive. I ordered the flowers days in advance and I did not get ANY notice until it was too late. If they told me even a day before I could have found another florist. In the end I missed delivering flowers for the funeral service! This is truly disappointing and upsetting!

    Teleflora is highly unreliable, and the whole customer experience is terrible! I have so many issues with this company -1) If you know you cannot find a local florist, tell the customer right away. I was told they were trying up until the last minute and finally figured out they could not. Why? If there is a chance you will miss an order, tell the customer right away so there's time to fix it! 2) Then if you know you screwed up, an impersonal text message and email with absolutely no information is absolutely unacceptable! Call me in person and apologize/make good! You have all my information! And a self-service link to schedule delivery on another date? How much more impersonal does it get?

    3) Why is information on status of the flowers so hard to come by for a company that focuses on just flower delivery? How come it took so long for the representative to answer a simple question - what was the issue? In summary - I am truly disappointed in this experience with Teleflora and I will never go back again. Do not trust it!

    I placed a floral arrangement for my future mother-in-law's birthday. I understand that substitutions may happen if they are out of certain flowers, however the florist used an FTD floral arrangement instead and it was not at all what I ordered. I understand it was the flower shop's fault but the way Teleflora handled my phone call was horrible. I was asked to supply a discount code, which I had, and it told me I could only use 1 and I realized the previous 1 was a better deal so when it asked me to apply, I said no.     I ordered the $69.99 (+ $17.98 service fee) flower arrangement to be delivery to my husband's 92 year old grandmother who was in the hospital. No cute little vase, no red flowers, no ivy, and only one sunflower. Definitely not what was ordered!! I called and explained to the representative at Teleflora how dissatisfied I was and was immediately offered a 30% discount. I explained I didn't want a refund. I want the arrangement I ordered delivered. After being put on hold for 15 minutes, I was told someone from the florist would stop back at the hospital in the morning to pick up the flowers and then a different florist would deliver a new arrangement in the afternoon or the following day. I said no. I'm not going to bother a 92 year old woman who doesn't feel well with strange people coming in and out of her room picking up and dropping off flowers.

    I purchased an arrangement before 3 pm April 16, 2018. I wanted same day delivery. So it had to be before 3. I live on East Coast as does the recipient. They sent me confirmation. An hour later I get a text telling me I had to call them regarding my flowers. When I called I spoke with a gentleman whom I could barely understand. He told me the reason the flowers could not be delivered was because they did not have that arrangement. He wanted to deliver it the next day! I said, "No, refund me."     I wish I had read reviews of this poor company before spending $76 on something I did not even order! First of all, they delayed delivery by 3 DAYS. Secondly, I told them to send a plant, as my brother is not a flower person. They ignored all my requests. I was supposed to get either the red mustang plant holder with a cactus plant, the blue truck, or the sailboat. That was not the case! Because they were so late, they had to deliver to my brother's home as he was released from hospital early. He sent me a picture of what they delivered, and I was in complete shock! It looked like a basket of weeds with 5 or 6 flowers in it. That arrangement was not even pretty, and it was supposed to be a plant.

    I explained to them that my brother could not have flowers after his surgery as sneezing would not be good for him - they ignored my requests and they ignored my complaints about totally messing up the order. I didn't get a refund. That $76 lesson is a hard lesson learned well. I will NEVER order from this company again - they throw whatever they can together, knowing it's not what you want, just to get the order off the table.     Teleflora advertised a bamboo arrangement “Presented in a Zen natural bamboo cube with white river rocks” and included a photo showing a pretty cool Eastern feng shui thing which I knew my son would like. They instead sent a very pedestrian ceramic bowl that looked nothing like the advertisement. I called their customer service number immediately upon seeing a picture from my son, but no one ever picked up and so I sent an email to the suggested customer service email address expecting a response. I sent two more follow-up emails, but still no response. I called again, and after a 12 minute hold spoke with someone who offered a small credit, which I said I had no interest in and they should just send the proper item that I ordered to my son. I finally received a follow-up email saying that since I waited 3 weeks to complain they could not resend the order.

    So I again sent an email telling them that they were completely wrong on the facts and again sent them the emails that I sent to them the same week that they sent the wrong item. But of course Teleflora again never responded. I called them today and after 15 mins of hassling got a supervisor who said I had to call within one day after delivery of the order in order for them to resend the order and make it right, which of course is ridiculous as I have no way of knowing what my son received 1/2 way across the country. After lots of hassle they finally issued me a full refund, but it took hours of my time and was an incredible hassle. I would never use them again and recommend just going with a reputable florist company like Winston or similar.

    My sister sent my Mom Easter flowers that arrived the Saturday (day before Easter). When I arrived with dinner for my Mom on Easter, seeing the flowers was very disappointing. The order was sent to a florist 45 minutes away versus 6 local florist within 4 miles of the Nursing facility my Mom resides in.     I placed an order for Teleflora's Splendid Orchid arrangement online on 3/27 to be delivered on 3/28. On the day of my Uncle's funeral I did not see the arrangement at the church. Upon our return to my Aunt and Uncle's home we determined that it was not there either. We contacted the funeral home and they said their delivery log did not show that the arrangement was ever delivered. I immediately contacted Teleflora and after 5 phone calls one of the Agents had the arrangement delivered to my Aunt's home. My Aunt took a pic and texted it to me. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. It looked absolutely nothing like the photo on their website. It was in a red clay pot with an ugly white bow. I sent Teleflora an e-mail and attached the pic.

    The following day I received an e-mail stating that the florist would have the arrangement picked up and replaced with something nicer the following day. That did in fact occur. However, the replacement arrangement was not much better than the first one that was delivered. Not only do I feel cheated but I was also embarrassed to have those arrangements delivered to my grieving Aunt. And to have the first one repossessed I mean seriously! Both of the arrangements collectively didn't add up to the $122 that I paid. If it wasn't such a sad occasion it would have been laughable. I'm not a very artsy craftsy person but I could have done a better job on the arrangements than the florists that Teleflora contracted their business out to.

    I ordered a live orchid for my mother's birthday on April 2, 2018 to be delivered on her birthday, April 6th. My mother lives in Tennessee, and I am in North Carolina. An orchid is my traditional gift. On the morning of her birthday, I received an automated email from Teleflora at 10 am stating that they had no one in her area that could fulfill the order. A link led me to an automated site where they offered me the option of having a birthday arrangement delivered. This is obviously quite different from a live orchid, and I declined.

    They cancelled my order automatically, leaving me to scramble to find a replacement with same day delivery. I did (Avas Flowers), but at a substantially increased price than my original purchase with Teleflora.     In pictures below please notice the flowers to the left that I requested and purchased to be sent to my mother, but unfortunately those flowers were not available in her area. I opted to take a designer's choose offered by Teleflora as a replacement option that I wish I would have never gone by, as you can tell. I decided to call Teleflora about my dislike for the flowers and they informed me that the only way this could be reconciled and my money be refunded to me was that they would have to go to my mother's house and repossess her flower arrangement. I find that totally absurd.

    The flowers to the right look like a florist ran down to the cheap store, bought a vase and threw all their leftover flowers in it. The arrangement has no rhyme or reason to it. Just a hodgepodge of scrap flowers. I think anyone can tell that by the vase I picked in the flowers to the left I was looking for a keepsake as well my mother loves to reuse the vases she receives. I am very upset with this company's value of product choice for my substitute and customer service. It saddens me deeply. I will also add they did offer me discounts for my next purchase, but I think with them having an unhappy customer that they would recognize this as wrong and unfair first. I ordered online from Teleflora.com and ordered the Spring Favorites arrangement which included Pink Roses, Red Tulips, Yellow Irises, Purple Hyacinth, White Monte Cassino Asters and Green Button Mums are arranged with Oregonia and Spanish moss in a shallow terra-cotta planter.     My wife did not receive her flowers, It is awful embarrassing when all the other women in the office get flowers except for your wife, especially when you pay extra to make sure they are there by 1:00 p.m. No one even had the common courtesy to call and let me know that they would not make it or that there was an issue. There is no contact info... The flowers ended up arriving the next afternoon, apparently the driver kept them in his car overnight, needless to say, they were far from fresh and already beginning to wilt.

    The same thing happened a couple of years ago, I tried again because I was hoping that it was a fluke.     I spent an hour reviewing floral arrangements for my aunt's funeral. They had measurements online. I ordered flowers that measured 17 inches wide and approx. 15 inches high. When I arrived at the out of state funeral, The flowers didn't reach 12 inches high or wide! It was so embarrassing! I could have made my own beautiful arrangement and brought it with me. I ordered a deluxe and got a teeny weeny. They did refund 30% but that did not help with the flower arrangement that arrived for the family! Buyer beware!!!

    1st experience - birthday bouquet arrived at 8:30 pm - AFTER the party and the birthday girl had already left. A waste. 2nd (and last) experience - granddaughter at a volleyball tourney in Colorado. I ordered flowers to be sent to her hotel. I paid the additional $15 for delivery before 1 pm. Not only were they not delivered before 1 pm - they were NOT DELIVERED AT ALL! So in essence, Teleflora is a felonious and fraudulent company. Liars and thieves. $105 and NO FLOWERS!

    They contract with florists but almost all of the time the florist does not have the flowers available so they keep changing your delivery date. Then you call customer service. Was honestly the craziest experience I’ve ever had. The people talk like they don’t even work there, me asking “so what’s the issue with my order“ was like unfathomable to them??? It was bizarre I kept hanging up and trying to get a more competent one, but it kept getting worse and worse. My flowers were to be delivered Monday and it’s Thursday and still nothing! This company should be shut down!

    SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN! What a scam. I ordered flowers for my grandmother funeral, and they were never delivered to funeral home. I paid over $80.00 and got NOTHING. I contacted the customer service department and got nowhere. They put you on hold, and never come back on the line probably hoping you will hang up. Im beyond disappointed with this company, like how are they still operating & taking people's money. Never ever ever will I order from these clowns again.     If I could give a negative I would. I ordered flowers and when they hadn't been delivered I did the live chat and tried to cancel my order. They told me they had been delivered 3-5 minutes ago. I asked for the florist number so I could confirm. I was told they can't see who the florist is. (??? OK) So I called them this time and ask to check on the status of my order. Immediately the person in the phone said "your order hasn't been processed, let me call the florist" and I was put on hold for 15min. I was determined not to hang up (I had read the reviews by now) so finally he came back and said that the flowers had been delivered. No flowers had been delivered cause I have the person they are for on the other line. I am fuming at this point and I wasn't getting anywhere and we got disconnected. I kid you not. Literally 2 minutes after this I get an email saying my flowers had been hand delivered (Shocking). DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

    I ordered the "Towering Ficus" described as 60" high and 37" wide. The picture showed a Ficus Tree with three trunks braided together and a nice leafy ball at the top. Ordered this for my son and daughter in law's new home. They wanted a tree. What they got was a small bush about two feet tall. I was so disappointed! I could have just taken that myself, but they wanted a tree. First their response to my complaint was to offer 40% off my next purchase. When I complained again, they said they couldn't find my order! When I sent them a copy of my order, they just refunded 20% back to my PayPal account. I will never do business with this company again. I don't trust them at all.

    I wish I read the reviews before using this poor excuse of a company to deliver flowers to a funeral home by 1PM (extra service charge of $18.00). I placed my order 2 days in advance so I wouldn't have to worry about it. WRONG!! I could not get through to customer service, and the automated system hung up on me. Aren't I the one who should do the hanging up? The funeral director finally got through and the flowers (some wilted) were delivered between 2 and 3 o'clock. I've sent numerous emails to their "service@teleflora.com", like the website tells you to do. Why did I even bother? They must trash their complaints because I am still waiting for a response.

    They never delivered the bouquet and what's worse is that they never acknowledged it. They let me go on thinking that my wife was going to get flowers on Valentines day and then deliver nothing! I had to go to the store and buy her flowers even though I had already paid for these flowers which I had ordered 2 weeks in advance. When I called customer service they said "We cancelled the order because it looked suspicious". But they never emailed me to say it was cancelled or even called and of course they didn't refund my money. They "cancelled" the order on Jan. 31 but here on Mar. 2 I am still out over $40.

    I spent nearly $60 for a premium arrangement to be delivered the next day. I received an email the next morning stating that they didn’t have all the flowers that were needed but they could replace them with the equal amount or more. I agreed and made sure that they would still be delivered that day. I call after 4:30 PM because they still hadn’t been delivered and they stated they had busy and would be delivered within 30 minutes. The flowers arrived past the 30 minutes and they were nothing compared to what was shown online.

    The arrangement looks as if it was the standard one. I called AGAIN and they wanted to give me a 40% discount for next time. I advised them that I wouldn’t be doing any more business with them. They advised me that I would be receiving a full refund. I check my email and they’re only issuing a credit for $13.65 or “the lesser amount”. It was my mistake for not asking what the refund amount but it has been a HORRIBLE experience with them.

    Ordered $200 worth of valentine flowers. Did not deliver until two days after valentine’s day. On Valentine's day called in four times, each time had to wait for OVER AN HOUR. Each time they said that flowers already delivered, ACTUALLY NOT DELIVERED. When flowers delivered they were the cheapest looking flowers. A few flowers in a cheap small clay pot. I went to Kroger today to get some food, I saw the same flowers there, they were selling for $24.99 per clay pot. Dear BBB, ban this MTF.

    Ordered flowers for delivery 02/21/18. Special handling fee 15.00 additional for delivery before 1 pm same day. Florist handling order did not bother to call or update me about a room number or patient not found in hospital directory. Contacted hospital. Advised patient in recovery, room yet to be assigned. After research on my own, contacted customer service desk later with patient information. Teleflora advised this morning, delivery made at 649 pm. Patient did not receive order. Reason, driver left with front desk. It's now day 2. Patient released from hospital without ever receiving order. As of now, no idea where order is. I need a full refund immediately. This is the 2nd incident in 6 months. Rather not use Teleflora services ever. They do not communicate status.

    I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a friend as encouragement. They were delivered, but nothing like the photo. I ordered the deluxe, but didn't even receive the standard bouquet. It was mostly green filler in a vase. The three roses in the arrangement were beautiful, but nothing like what I had paid to receive. Disappointed and when I contacted the company was offered 40% off my next order. Like I want to do further business with them if this is the result. No thanks.

    This was the first and LAST time I will ever use this company. Flowers ordered on Feb. 12th for a Feb. 15th delivery. They never arrived. I started calling on the 15th around 3 pm and was put on hold. Finally put in a queue for a call back that as of today, the 21st, I have yet to receive. Have emailed twice and have gotten two customer service reps. Both sent same cut and paste reply but signed with different names, telling me they have asked for delivery confirmation from local florist. There won’t be any, no delivery. After a week of their games I just filed a charge back. Buyer beware!

    I ordered an arrangement of flowers for a client in the hospital. Because it was Valentine's Day, I had to pay extra (which is completely understandable). When I didn't hear from my client, I started to become concerned as I knew this person would reach out when receiving the flowers. She did not receive them. I called Teleflora, and was connected to an overseas customer support. The connection was horrible with a clicking noise the entire conversation. I was informed that they tried to reach the florist who made the delivery (while I was on the phone, on hold) and they were not opened.

    My order would be transferred to their research and resolution department and they would be in contact with me. I waited a day and a half and called again. After requesting to speak to a supervisor, I was told they would need to get in contact with the florist before they could allow me to talk to a supervisor. After being on hold for 20 minutes, after the initial 15; I hung up and contacted my bank who is now taking care of it. Would not recommend you order from them.

    I had ordered a Premium bouquet for my mother to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Although it did arrive on that day, it was substandard to what was advertised on the website. When I finally went to visit my mother and saw the bouquet it had the arrangement and number of flowers of a standard bouquet: not even any substitutions for the lack of roses. Needless to say, I was embarrassed as I have promised to up my ante each year for my mother in terms of how many flowers she gets since I got my first job over 20 years ago. I have managed to keep up the trend... until this year, where my mother was presented with a lacking bouquet.

    Although she was satisfied and happy that at least one of her sons thinks of her, I was highly displeased that I couldn't keep to my promise. On top of that, I was ripped off for the price I had paid. I e-mailed Teleflora and did not expect a reply, considering all the poor reviews I had read on here (after I had seen the paltry bouquet that was delivered). Although I never got a formal response, they did refund me a reasonable amount to my credit card to make how much I paid to match a standard bouquet. It may not have been what I wanted, but at least it was something. The only tip I can give with buying from Teleflora is: caveat emptor.

    We placed online orders for two Valentine's Day bouquet deliveries using Carney Flowers and Gifts website, www.carneyflowers.com. We've used them in the past. Their website is hosted by eFlorist by Teleflora. We received confirmation emails for both orders. On Valentine's Day, we received two stock emails from the Webmaster hosting service, eFlorist by Teleflora. The emails read, "We regret to inform you that due to a website system issue, Carney Flowers will be unable to fulfill your floral order today. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you. Please call the shop at ** to arrange a later delivery date. Again, we apologize about this inconvenience and it has no reflection on Carney Flowers **."

    We called Carney Flowers and Gifts immediately, as suggested by eFlorist by Telefora's email, got voicemail, left a message explaining the email and asked Carney to call back about delivery for another date. As of 2/19/18, Carney has not contacted us. After leaving a message with Carney Flowers and Gifts, we sent an immediate message to eFlorist by Teleflora, via their Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/eFloristByTeleflora/. Their site says they "typically reply within 24 hours." We've contacted them twice. As of today, 2/19/18, we haven't heard from eFlorist by Teleflora. Carney Flowers and Gifts employs eFlorist by Teleflora to support their online presence.

    eFlorist by Teleflora's emails told customers to contact Carney Flowers and Gifts about alternative dates for delivery. We did this and requested Carney contact us to fulfill the orders. Carney has not responded to date. Nothing transpired with either company except that two, dear friends received NOTHING! This review is specific to our Valentine's Day orders. This is not the first time with Carney and eFlorist, but it will be the last. The first time we thought it was just a fluke. Three times is extremely unprofessional.

    I made an order for $99+ two weeks prior to Valentine's Day. The flower had never been delivered. I tried twice to get to their customer service by sitting on a phone for 40 and 90 minutes respectively. The only answer I got is that they would look a the issue. Then I got email that my flowers were delivered successfully. I were wondering where they delivered them. It was just an awful lie. The last drop was two days later when offer me $29.91 for "inconvenience". What a joke! Fortunately, my Chase Visa was very attentive and understood my problem right away.     The short story is, only use Teleflora if you like being defrauded. I used Teleflora this Valentine's day for flowers for my mother and girlfriend. My girlfriend's flowers never showed up to her business. They tried to say that they delivered them at 6pm and her office was closed, but she works at a finance company and everyone is still at the office at 6pm. So they lied to my face about delivery of my girlfriend's flowers.

    My mother's flowers actually arrived, but not a single flower in her bouquet was the same one that was in the picture online. I've attached the pictures to this review so you can compare what it looked like on their website to the ones that were delivered. I talked to their customer service and they agreed not to charge me for the flowers that were never delivered (wow!). They also said they would take 75% off the flowers delivered to my mother that were cheap garbage. I checked my credit account five days later and I did get a refund for the flowers that did not show up to my girlfriend's work on Valentine's Day. But the full price charge for my mother's flowers is still on there. Save yourself the headache. Don't shop here. They are a fraudulent company to the core.

    This company pretty much as I am reading the reviews has stolen everyone's money. They haven't sent me my refund for my order and also sent me an email saying it had been delivered to the recipient. This company needs to be shut down. They knew everyone would be ordering for the holiday and decided to take hardworking or fixed income individuals' money and ruin that day for their loved ones. Makes the other person feel like they didn't care but they did. I have never experienced this before and I will never use them again.

    I've used other flower companies and they gave me all the information I needed to ensure that my order would be delivered and met my expectations. This company did not do that. Sad, how they take so many days to respond and then they offer a discount but not my refund. I don't want a discount if you have already taken my money and didn't do as promised.     Like all the others, wish I’d seen these reviews before spending $85 on an arrangement that looked NOTHING like the picture in their site. Not even close. I’ve emailed them twice and no response. I ordered the Spring Favorites Deluxe for my mom that was supposed to have an assortment of spring flowers. What arrived was a potted plant with two roses and a bow. It was like a completely different order arrived. They also added a box of chocolates to my order and charged me for it when I didn’t even order it! How is that even possible?     I sent my wife flowers to a hotel. When the gift didn't arrive I checked in with both the hotel staff and the concierge. They informed me on no less than 5 occasions in 24 hours that nothing had arrived. Then when I called Teleflora helpline (had to wait no less than 36 minutes on hold) I was informed that the flowers had been delivered, only they weren't (I checked again with the hotel). Then an email came through to me saying they had been delivered but that was a lie too. The phone help couldn't even get the local florist on the phone so could offer no help.

    Since then, thought I have demanded a refund, I've received 3 emails from Teleflora saying they were looking into the matter. I asked for them to send me a confirmation that my money would be refunded. The phone employee said I'd get an email in 15 minutes - it's been 3 days and it hasn't come through. I will never use this company again - they are sloppy, lie, have no control over their florists and their support staff (if you can get them) are useless. They still have my money and I have yet to hear from a human. Stay away from this company. They prey on people's sentiments but offer terrible support and no followup.

However, the recipient sent me a picture of them and they looked nothing like what I ordered. Different flowers and barely 1/3 the size as ordered. I could have done better at the grocery store for $7. They were supposed to credit my account 30% but never did, then had the balls to send me a survey. Guess what guys... Here's your survey...     I wish I saw these reviews before ordering. Valentine’s Day (Wednesday). No delivery, no contact from company, no response to calls or emails. Thursday, I get an email confirmation of “hand delivery.” Late but at least she got it. I call her – turns out nothing has been delivered. I can’t reach the company by their phone or email. Finally, I email them and say I’m contacting my credit to dispute the charge and they can sort it out.

    I ordered a bouquet of arranged flowers in a vase with chocolates and a card. Thursday evening a box arrives. No joke – a cardboard box like an Amazon box. Live flowers are stuffed inside. Wrapped in bubble wrap with nothing else. Are you kidding me? She has to go out and buy her own freaking vase to put the flowers in. To this day no response from the company. I understand it’s busy on Valentine’s Day but that’s not an excuse. NEWS FLASH – it’s going to be busy every Valentine’s Day and every Mother’s Day. Every single one. Seriously it’s not that hard to predict. Not sure how to proceed. I feel like dealing with this company will be too much of a waste of my time and I should just let it go. On the other hand they took my money, missed the delivery date entirely, and when the product finally came it was wrong one and missing three out of four items.
