Small clear vase with 6 flowers, no other items. Delivered on friday, they never opened and were "bent" on Sunday. Will never do business with this outfit again as they contract with business they do not control.

This company sent the wrong flowers on the wrong day to my wife for Valentine’s Day. It came 3 days early and they sent some garbage bouquet I didn’t even pick out. They refunded me $11 on a $100 order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered a Valentine's Day bouquet for delivery on 2/13 to a business address as a surprise for my Fiance. I had tricked my Fiance into staying late because the delivery hadn't taken place by 4:30p; an hour later and they were still not there. I called and said it needed rescheduled for first thing in the morning when the florist could deliver. The next morning came and went; talked to them on the phone and they assured the delivery person was in the building. Two hours later and no flowers. I ended up cancelling the order.
When I checked my credit card a bit later, they had not issued a credit, so I disputed the charge. About two hours after I cancelled the delivery and order, they said it was delivered; my Fiance checked and still no flowers there. I get that they work with local florists, but it is their responsibility to make sure their florists are getting things done. This is the single worst experience I've ever had with any company. They never initiated contact when there was an issue. They lied to me multiple times, and didn't even seem to care when I talked to them on the phone.

Did not receive on Valentine's Day and I did not receive the candy I ordered. It was this other stuff that was awful. I will never again use Teleflora. I spent too much money to have this type of experience.

My husband ordered flowers to be delivered to me at my work - downtown Columbus Ohio - for delivery on February 13th. He ordered these many days prior. On February 13th there was no delivery for me at work. He contacted them at the end of my workday and they assured him they would arrive as they deliver until 7pm. He told them that was not the arrangement, they were to be delivered during normal business hours as this is a place of business and being an agency in downtown Columbus no less, they are not even open past 6pm. They told him they could “reschedule” for the next day.
Much to his dissatisfaction, he agreed as long as they were there early morning because he knew I was only working half-day - which is why they were supposed to be delivered on the day before to begin with. The next morning came and went with no delivery. He knew I was leaving at noon so once again he took time out of his workday to call about the delivery (calling them is a gigantic hassle because they have thick accents, it’s loud, they don’t have any information and constantly put you on hold for long periods) and once again, they reassured him the delivery would be there by noon.
At 15 minutes to noon when he checked with me to see if I had gotten a delivery and they weren’t there, he called AGAIN. This time he was told the delivery person named Benjamin was in my building, in the lobby, checking in with security. He texted me to please wait to leave for the weekend as they were there now. I wait and wait and nothing.
A few minutes after noon I go down to the lobby, 30 floors down, and out to the security desk to check. Security informed me there was no delivery for me and no delivery person named Benjamin had been in at all. I go back to my office and leave for the day, an entire half hour late leaving because we were lied to by Teleflora. In fact, this was now the 4th time over the week they had lied to us. My husband cancelled the flowers, told them how terrible they are, etc etc and apologized to me for not getting me anything for Valentine's Day and making me stay over at work. I felt most bad for my husband because it broke his heart to seemingly ruin my day.
Fast forward 2 hours later and I’m at the BMV getting my license renewed when I get a call from my husband saying he got an email notification that the flowers had been delivered to my work! I called my co-workers and there was no delivery. So this time I called Teleflora myself to give them a piece of my mind over the constant hassle and lies. They offered to pick up the flowers from my job and bring them to my house. I told them absolutely not! They failed many times to deliver them as promised and we have ALREADY cancelled and we are absolutely not paying and we have disputed it with our credit card company as a fraudulent service. They then tell me they actually weren’t delivered anyway - the notification saying they were delivered goes out as the driver is on the way. What a joke. Another lie.
I’m at home for the weekend now and have no idea where these flowers are or if they were ever delivered anywhere. Better yet, if they even ever existed. My guess is no. These flowers WERE a surprise to me for Valentine's Day and Teleflora ruined the surprise since my husband had to tell me on the second day because he asked me to stay at work late to get the delivery when they lied to him saying they were in the lobby. Teleflora did not care any times we called and spoke with them that the delivery wasn’t being made as agreed, they never apologized, they never tried to make it right, and they continually lied to us. It was a huge hassle and waste of time. I also feel it is a scam at this point. We never received anything from them. Do not order from anything associated with Teleflora or you will deeply regret it.

My daughter's fiance who is stationed overseas asked me to order her flowers for Valentine's Day along with a balloon order over a 100 dollars and they accepted my card online but didn't deliver. Called customer services and said they questioned the order and chose not to fulfill it! Never again will I order from them.

I ordered flowers for my wife on 2/14 and Teleflora promised to deliver it same day, however, the results is We waited it until 12:00pm and got nothing! I called them to get the money back next day, they kept me holding the phone for more than ten minutes to verified it.

I ordered my girlfriend flowers for Valentine's Day and I called the day before to see what time they would get delivered because they don't offer that information on the website. The lady told me that they start delivering at 10 or 11 but for businesses they try to deliver by 3. On Valentine's Day I'm watching the status of the order and it still says with the florist. Hasn't been delivered so at 2:30 pm I call the number again and I ask about my order and he says, "It can't be processed today but we can deliver it Monday and reimburse you 30% of your order."
I don't want it delivered Monday. Monday isn't Valentine's Day. I'm like, "So you can't deliver it at all today?" And he says, "No I'm sorry. We cannot process your order." So I'm like, "Okay just cancel my order" and then he puts me on hold for 5 minutes and comes back and says, "Okay it's cancelled." Then doesn't offer me any kind of compensatory thing for ruining my girlfriend's Valentine's Day. Worst customer service I've ever seen.

I ordered flowers for my wife the day before Valentine's. The website was okay and accepted my order, but after getting a confirmation that my order had been placed, I then received a call saying the payment had not gone through. I resolved that, though nothing was wrong with my card. The next day, Valentine's, at 2pm I receive a call saying the store could not deliver. No explanation of why. No alternate store. I called and asked for my money back, which they did reluctantly. For a company that advertises same day delivery, being unable to deliver when the order is placed the day before is unacceptable, especially with no explanation or apology. Plus, the phone customer service was subpar, with crackling lines and a ton of background noise. It felt like they were resolving payment issues in a bar. Very disappointed, will not use this service again.

Ordered a funeral arrangement. Expensive but was for good friend. Flowers arrived wilted and nothing like photo. In fact flowers never made it to the church ceremony because they were in such bad shape the funeral directors had to dispose of them. Contacted company. Received some compensation but still paid $100 for some florists trash. I was ashamed for myself and family that something so disrespectful was even sent to the funeral home. Wonder how they would feel if they received something of such poor quality for such a high priced. Lesson learned.

I was looking online for nice flowers to send for Valentine's Day. I found "Teleflora" and spent over 1 1/2 hours on the phone putting the order together. First problem was their phone rep from the Philippines. He was pushy, didn't listen to the customer, forced me to repeat what I wanted over and over again, as he seemed to be working from a script. Very frustrating experience.
But I went forward to try to make the order happen so my girlfriend would get flowers on Valentine's Day. I made the order, and I got confirmation, only to find out the next day, they emailed me and cancelled the order!! They said they don't cover my part of San Diego, which happens to be in a large city. They wasted my time, took my money, told me they would deliver at this location and date. Talk about leading someone on, incompetence, and lies! I would NOT recommend doing business with them!

We placed 2 orders. Was over charged on one and taken advantage of on the other. Was not even close to picture as advertised and we did select deluxe so don't let the other reviews fool you and lie. We paid a lot of money for just a half dozen rose bouquet and received 2 rose in the one delivered so much as they refunded 20 percent and apologized. Customer service is a disaster. They continue to read from a script. Never again will orders. Walmart does better than the florist they use. I was tempted to dispute charged with bank. Better to just not orders again and spread the word. So unfair and disappointed.

My order was for a "sympathy" floral arrangement for a friend whose father passed away. Placed my order on Feb. 6, 2020 for delivery Feb. 10th, which was the earliest available date for delivery. Received a notification on Feb. 7th that the arrangement I selected was not available for delivery in the recipient's area. I called and spoke with a representative and agreed that it was fine for the florist to come up with a similar arrangement with flowers that were available. Fine, no problem.
Received another email on Feb. 10th (the delivery date!) that said, "We are usually able to provide great coverage across the US and Canada, but regretfully we are unable to fulfill your order within our network of florists. At this time, we have cancelled your order." By the way, in addition to the 5 emails regarding my order, I received 11 more Spam emails from Teleflora in 4 days. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company. They can't deliver what you order but they'll sure deliver to your inbox. So frustrating.

Teleflora made several errors on our last order. The flowers looked nice, but they were delivered a day late spoiling a special surprise for my wife. There were also grievous spelling errors on the note, that were only corrected when I called again. The flowers were also delivered in a basket rather than the glass vase described. Perhaps worst of all was that there was no response to my complaint on their website.

I'm absolutely perturbed, disgusted, I dont send flowers often, I trusted sending my Husband flowers for 25th Anniversary from Teleflora and they did not come before 1pm and I paid extra for this and it was next day not same day. I have had to phone to get confirmation if they were even going at all. Now I have to "hope" they show up before my husband leaves, but now the cat is out of the bag as they say, he knows they're coming.... SOOO MAD!

I just ordered the Serene Retreat for my office and instead of getting a garden planter with 5 plants that measures 14 inches across I received a garden planter that was only 8 inches with 4 plants and none of the plants were the same as pictured online. When I called customer service they would only give me a partial credit and not refund me the whole amount. I really do not want this plant and asked that they take it back. I had to settle for at least a partial credit. Now I need to get this plant from somewhere else. I would not recommend this company.

I needed to have flowers delivered same day, so after researching other sites that were able to deliver same day, I came down to two places. I chose to go to Teleflora. I wish I hadn't. I got through the online order just fine, no problems. Received the confirmation email that they got my order and it showed the delivery date I requested (same day). Over an hour later I receive a text message saying that there is an issue with my order.
I called the number the text told me to and gave them the order number the text told me to give them. They didn't have record of my order. She tried looking it up two different ways and couldn't find my order. After being on the phone longer than I should have been, she finally found it. Now I am being told that they can't deliver the same day because my order was placed too late. The cut off time was 3pm. Funny, I received the confirmation email at 2:16 that my order was received. Apparently it took nearly an hour for them to decide which shop would fill the order, and by then it was 3:04. Now it's somehow my fault and now it's too late to go to the other shop I chose.
Now if I want to have flowers delivered tomorrow, it will cost me more because it's a Saturday. I get that you may not be able to deliver it the same day if the order is too late, but it wasn't. The system is all automated. I should have been notified immediately (or at least within 20 minutes) that they could not fill my order as requested. I should have had plenty of time to go with another shop. Why on earth in this day and age did it take so long to route my order? Really, really not happy. I will not use this company again and will encourage others not to as well.

Long story short, I placed an order ahead of time. The day it was supposed to arrive, they called me to say the item wasn’t available and would I like something comparable. I said yes that’s fine. Then nothing was delivered....at all. After calling them again, it became clear they are not working in a coherent team and it’s definitely an overseas help center so they don’t care at all about what you’re celebrating.
I was put on hold literally every time I asked a question! For at least 5 minutes! Doesn’t take 5 minutes to answer “why, if you called me earlier about an issue, it was rectified, that nothing has happened?” Hold. I’ve never been more upset about a retail service and the sheer carelessness of a company. This wasn’t an Amazon purchase for me, it was a time sensitive gift that they screwed up and did absolutely nothing to retain a customer, Don’t waste your time, they have no idea what they’re doing.

I placed an order for same-day delivery on 1/31, well before the 3 pm cutoff time. My best friend's dad passed away Thursday night and I wanted to express my sympathy while giving them space to grieve. On Friday night I received a text that there was a problem and called to follow up. The representative was very helpful and told me that the shop they were going through was unable to fill it that day, but would be able to first thing on 2/1 (Saturday morning). For the inconvenience, she waived the service fee. Saturday rolls around and I don't hear anything from Teleflora but have no delivery confirmation either. I am monitoring the site and just assumed it was taking longer than expected.
Now it is Sunday 2/2, and I reach out to see what happened and was told that there is no florist who can do the order (sympathy flowers) and that they will be out tomorrow 2/3. I asked how I could trust that based on my experience and the representative refused to answer. They actually sat in silence on the phone for nearly a minute prior to me asking if they were going to answer my question. After a half-hearted I promise it will go out tomorrow, I canceled the order and went through 1-800-flowers. Teleflora should be ashamed.

I should have learned my lesson as I have had problems with these people before. Order flowers and get notified...maybe... that they are unable to deliver them. And if they do notify you it it is always at the last minute making it difficult, if not impossible, to find a replacement in time. But I haven't used them in years and was hoping things had improved. NOPE! Yesterday morning I ordered a sympathy arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home today by 1 pm. I paid extra for the delivery to make sure it arrived on time. This morning at 9:45 I receive a phone call telling me that the arrangement I ordered was unavailable but they would substitute it with another arrangement suitable for a funeral. I thought fine, I will just have to trust them to send something nice.
Well then at 11 am I receive a text...not even the courtesy of a call to let me know they are unable to deliver the arrangement on the date ordered and to please call them...which I did. The lady apologized and asked if there was an alternate date they could be delivered on!!! Seriously? No, of course not. I told her, "This is for a funeral!! When are you going to deliver them? When she's not there?" Again she apologized and asked if they could sent the arrangements to her family? Well, considering they all live in different places that would be a little difficult! I told her to just forget it, cancel the order and issue me a refund and that I would never order from this place again. This time I HAVE learned my lesson and am passing it on to you so you don't have to go through all of this grief. Heed my warning.

This is the second time that these people have done this to me in the last week, albeit under different front names. You order a sympathy arrangement online. The order goes through....then right before the end of the day, they call you and tell you that your original order cannot be delivered but a lesser basket order will be delivered to the home address on the next day. THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR A FUNERAL. It is a bait and switch scam - where I now have to wait two weeks for the credit.

I ordered two separate flower arrangements to be delivered on two separate delivery dates (Dec 23rd & 24th) of 2019 for Christmas. The 23rd arrangement I ordered was not delivered as indicated by the customer service representative I spoke with previously on the 21st. The day after the delivery date, the 24th, I received a text message and an email to call Teleflora to resolve the issue. The representative I spoke with offered no reasonable solution to the delivery issue in which occurred. As my frustration began to rise, I requested a supervisor, and was transferred to a lady named Ray. Ray offered me no solution as well accept for a refund and an apology. This was not acceptable to me.
After almost two hours of back and forth the DAY before Christmas, I finally had to explain to Ray what should be done to correct THEIR MISTAKE. What we both agreed to was NOT implemented. She issued a refund of $19.99 for a $59.95 order that included $25.00 off in the amount of $34.95. It was supposed to come out to a refund of $44.95, $15.00 off of $59.95 and a refund in the amount of $44.95. Not only did my arrangement get to my close friends home four days later (the 27th), she refunded only $19.99. I was completely embarrassed with their overall solution to a problem that arose on their end. I called my friend and apologized for the arrangement that was Christmas orientated, supposed to arrive on the 23rd as a surprise for their Christmas party, but wouldn't arrive until the 27th of December.
On the 18th of January, I had to call again. I spoke to another supervisor by the name of Amber. She explained what the first supervisor did on the order was confusing to her, and she would speak to her boss to figure things out and call me back. I never received a phone call back. An email was sent to me today stating that accounting had resolved the problem. Yet, what ever was resolved wasn't stated in the email. Once again, I had to call today. I spoke to another supervisor, and after being placed on hold a couple of lengthy times, it was explained to me that Teleflora refunded the entire amount, $34.95??? She also suggested for me to contact my bank to check on the refund. What?!
Today is a holiday, and I will not know if anything has been refunded until the next couple of days. However, the original agreement with the first supervisor was never enforced, and the poor customer service during that call and up until this past Saturday was the exact same- POOR. With all the extra phone calls including relatively little to know solution, I will NEVER use THIS company AGAIN. Cutting corners to save Teleflora money instead of doing the next right thing, shows a business ethic of "company first before customers." Your company should be ashamed. Your company not only embarrassed me, but you added insult to injury by NOT owning your mistake, and taking care of your customer FIRST.
You should refund both of my orders for such incompetence, and offer a free flower arrangement of my choice. THAT'S how business is done if you want to keep customers that are loyal and pay for services before the services are rendered. My point to all of this... When it comes to a mistake on behalf of a company, said company should go above and beyond to resolve that mistake immediately. Teleflora made it complicated in the name of money, and in the end I wouldn't be surprised if your company goes out of business with such poor ethics and customer service.

I recently purchased flowers for a co worker whose father had passed away. The bouquet I selected was beautiful and looked quite impressive. I ordered the deluxe arrangement. With 18.00 handling fee the total came to $73.00. What she received however was a 10.00 bouquet of flowers in a dollar store vase, Not only was I crushed I was embarrassed. When I called to complain, I had a customer service agent I couldn't understand, They did refund the delivery fee. But what about making the whole thing right. I have never been so humiliated in my life..

Switched flowers for cheaper ones. I paid for a premium arrangement that should have contained white roses and with the premium price extra filler flowers. Instead they delivered half white roses and the rest white carnations. They didn't even add the filler flowers and what they delivered wasn't even in the ballpark of what I ordered and paid for.

I put in a order with Teleflora in St. Louis via online cause I live in a different State. My cousin Passed and I sent flowers to my family in St. Louis a major mistake was using teleflora. They sent what they wanted to send my Aunt and not what was ordered. Then they had to try to justify there BAD CUSTOMER PRACTICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! This place shouldn't be in business. I hope this review cause this company 1 step closer to being shut down!!!! Go Out of Business Ratchet People at Teleflora????

What a disaster of a company!!! Placed an order on 1/10 for a bouquet for my mothers 75th birthday, to be delivered Sunday before 5 pm. Caller around 1:30 since on the site it still said at the florist to get an ETA. Were told that most of the florists are closed Sunday's and their first 3 attempts were rejected, one has finally accepted on Saturday. Were told it should still be delivered, but could not give me any kind of ETA, they called florist. No response. I called 3 times with no results. Finally at 4:05pm I get an email the the flowers were hand delivered, call my mother, she did not get anything. About an hour later she received a call from the delivery guy that he is running later and should be there at about 5:30 pm (some surprise). By the time he got there, they already left to celebrate the birthday and did not even see the flowers until 10 pm. What a disgrace of a company!!! I want my money back.

Overcharged delivery fees and broken product. Hope everyone gets what they purchased for. Careful with the delivery charge and make sure you check the product. They like to blame the shop you purchase from and the shop will blame them. They'll have you running in circles and nothing will get done.

Ordered Christmas flowers on 10 Dec 19 to be delivered on 14 Dec 19. The flowers were never delivered. Teleflora still charged my credit card $86+. When I called for a refund, they had to refer the matter to the "Research Dept" for investigation. They are supposed to call me back with the information. Such a pain. Next time I'll search for a local florist and call them directly. Won't be using Teleflora again and if you choose to do so, buyer beware!

This outfit is a total scam! I was promised flowers to my Mother on her 80th, this Jan 2, 2019. It didn't happen, instead I received a text saying they would be a day late, ok, they offered a discount... The next day, another text saying those flowers were not available so they would make their own arrangement just as nice, I said ok... Next day - canceled ! Haven't received a return so I reported it to the CC company!! Don't go to this site!

Ten days before Christmas I ordered flowers sent to my father's wife at her nursing home. She recently moved to the care facility due to her dementia. I wanted to add some cheer to her room during the holiday season. They didn't arrive on the day requested. I was never notified. I called Teleflora customer service and was told the bouquet would be delivered two days before Christmas. They never arrived and Teleflora never contacted me. I telephoned them again and was asked if I wanted them delivered after Christmas. Well, NO! Hopefully, they will reimburse me the $75.00. They had no problem taking my money swiftly. They better refund me as fast!

We ordered Christmas flowers for our parents on the morning of December 20th. They guaranteed us they would be deliver the same day but missed that delivery date. On the phone they then promised us that they would be delivered the next day.... that day passed as well and on the 23rd of December at 3:15pm we get this!!!: "Thank you for your Teleflora order. We appreciate your business. We are usually able to provide great coverage across the US and Canada, but regretfully we are unable to fulfill your order within our network of florists. At this time, we have cancelled your order. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Teleflora" When we called to complain they offered to deliver them on December 26th with no discount. They said that it would extend the Christmas joy for our parents... really!?!?! Shop elsewhere if you know what is good for you.

I ordered a Merry Mercury Centerpiece for my sister. It did not arrive on the 20th, but the customer service agent kept arguing with me that it had been delivered at 9 that morning. "But the flower shop says it has hand delivered" was his consistent response. I tried the next morning hoping to get someone in the USA, but nope. Same offshore customer service. He said, well if they say they are delivered they are delivered.... But I will log a customer service complaint for you. Big of them since they had my money and I had no flowers. Finally, a day and a half late, the flowers arrive and they are 100% different than what I ordered.
What she got was a blue vase of white flowers with one little piece of pine greenery. Not a centerpiece, not a mercury vase and nothing at all like what was advertised. I got the number of the local florist. He was apologetic and stated that he had no idea how she got the wrong flowers, but would make it right the next day.... Now two days later and no replacement arrangement. Teleflora is just embarrassing and no I will never use them again. If you use Flowers on 14th; I would advise against their services as they delivered the bouquet. Teleflora gave me part of my money back, but since they didn't deliver what I bought; I think a full refund would have been more in line.

AVOID TELEFLORA. They missed the balloon and refuse to deliver when I complained. After exchanging several email they still refusing to honour my order and when I have called them, they told me they will call me back and never did. They simply don’t care about the customers. Order directly from florist and avoid Teleflora.

Every year my dad sends my mom yellow tulips. He recently passed and I wanted to send the same flowers. Nothing fancy - just plain yellow tulips. I found a beautiful arrangement of just yellow tulips on Teleflora and ordered them. My mom sent me a picture of her beautiful flowers - except they were yellow roses! I called Teleflora who explained they didn't have tulips so they substituted. WHAT? You didn't substitute, you changed the entire order without my knowledge or my consent.
At first they could care less - they said she accepted deliver (really it was a gift) and they kept reminding me of their "substitution policy". After HOURS and several Managers I am being refunded 50% of my cost. All I wanted was yellow tulips - a refund wasn't necessary - just send what I ordered. OR refund the entire amount so I can go elsewhere. HORRIBLE. Would you order a steak and be happy when the waiter brought you chicken??? NO. It is poor customer service. There are so many florists out there - I recommend going to them.

Buyer Beware! I opted to make a Teleflora order for a Christmas table spray with candles for a family member who lives far away. I ordered the item on Dec 14th. My card was charged. Two days later I got a message that they couldn't get that certain design in that local area and asked if I was willing to accept a similar arrangement. I had spent over 30 min. selecting the order online and placing the order, and I was ordering 10 days before Christmas. But I was willing to let them supplement with a similar arrangement, because I was going to be tied up traveling. Today (5 days later) I receive a message that they are CANCELLING MY ORDER because they couldn't find a florist who would make it for them in a MAJOR TOURIST DESTINATION CITY FOR THE EAST COAST. When I called, they apologized and only at my request recredited my card... but said it would take 2-10 business days for the credit to hit. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
They should not have charged the account in the first place until they had secured the order. Now I am left just 5 days before Christmas to find a new vendor to do the arrangement. I can't use my discount coupon I had earned for using them in the past (so much for loyalty), and I will be lucky to find someone to fulfill the order so close to Christmas for a delivery date that is just 3 days away. Teleflora and FTD make themselves out to have a national network of florists who do their work. If Teleflora can't find florists to fulfill their orders, they are not dependable and will not receive my future business. However, charging my card when the order couldn't be placed and then taking 2-10 business days to return that $ is unacceptable.

I ordered flowers and received an email stating they were delivered. I hadn't heard anything from the person (doctor), so I called them and the flowers were never delivered. I called Teleflora and explained what happened. There was a huge language problem with me understanding them and vice versa. I was placed on hold for over 45 minutes and then told by Teleflora that when they reached out to the florist that supposedly delivered these....there was a "language" problem and then told me the line was not clear. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I stayed on hold for another 45 minutes with nobody coming to the phone. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. I remain on hold going on 37 minutes and realizing they don't care and nobody is coming to the phone. I have contacted my bank disputing these charges as I was given no resolution to this. I will NEVER EVER use these people.

Ordered online. The next day they called and said they had to vary the flowers a little. Okay. No problem and they would give me a small discount. Next day (the delivery day) they called again. They said they were just checking everything was fine. I said when we they be delivered. The lady put me on hold and came back and said she talked to the florist and they would be delivered by 5PM. An hour later got an email saying the order was cancelled. Called back they said sorry. So everything was lie. The next day the money came out of my bank account. I called to find out how soon the refund would be done. They said they processed the refund for the full amount. It was for the discounted amount even though the full amount had been taken out of my account. They said, "Sorry, you will have to dispute that with your bank."

On December 16TH I placed a order for some flowers to be delivered to 4500 South Lancaster Rd Dallas TX At the VA Hospital on December 17th. Called around 10:00 the young lady advised that they were out for delivery which was a lie. Called back after my wife called me to say that they had contacted HER TO SAY THAT THE FLOWERS WOULD BE DELIVERED TOMORROW THE 18TH... THEN ADVISED THEY COULD DELIVER THEM TO HER HOME. Then to turn around to say the area wasn't a area they delivered to..
So I called and spoke with a person that does not listen. I asked him about the delivery and he tells me they are at the location as we speak but couldn't find the right place (wtf). Then he said he sent a message and no one answered he stated so then I stated, "Pls cancel the order," he then saids, "Ok one moment." But if they can't receive your first notification how would they receive the cancellation being you said they were already there. Poor customer service. Talking over you. Just piss poor. Please do not order from these people...

Pass this vendor up like a heartbeat. Do not order from them. For separate parties ordered large sprays of flowers for a funeral to be placed by a casket and they were ordered to be delivered the day before the funeral date. Not only were they not delivered on the day before the funeral they were never delivered the day of the funeral!!!!! Three hours prior to the funeral that morning I contacted Teleflora.com who said they called their shop and saw the three orders there plus one other one. They all were to be delivered the day before and nothing.
Now they had to deliver them today within three hours of the time of the start of the funeral. I went through two people and then a supervisor at Teleflora.com who said that they were trying to locate them. At one point they even said they were in route. Outright lies. At 1 PM when the funeral began there wasn’t one bouquet of flowers in that chapel. These four orders and others were all ordered from Teleflorist for a funeral in Sevastopol California for December 13. This is totally unacceptable and unexcused a bowl for any vendor to do business as such. I warn everyone to never order flowers from Teleflora! When I requested from the supervisor to even find out what Florist was sending them they said it was against their policy to even give out that information, how unprofessional.

Don't order from this company. I placed an order for flowers to go to my Granddaughter the next day. She never received the flowers and after several attempts emailing the company with no response, I went to my account and found that the order was cancelled. Then I chatted online and they said it was cancelled because the order was questionable, yet no one ever contacted me to let me know that it was CANCELLED. Then I called and they apologized and couldn't give me a good reason, but wanted me to place the order again. ARE YOU KIDDING. WHY WOULD I DO THAT AGAIN??????

I have been trying to work with Teleflora for the last 3 years. They are never able to deliver/produce the flower arrangements that I order from their web-site. This year the Customer Service that I received was above and beyond, it became irritating. I received emails, text messages and multiple phone calls regarding the changes in my orders. I made the decision this year to cancel my orders, delete my account and go through a local florist for my needs.

Very disappointed. Centerpiece was supposed to have hurricane glass with large red candle, red ribbons, pine cones, roses. It had none of those. Basically some greenery (and more like ferns than firs) with a few red apples stuck in. I called and hope they will make it right. If not, last time I order from Teleflora.

I ordered a specific birthday arrangement, and they let me purchase it based on the delivery zip code. I asked for next day delivery, which they HAPPILY OFFERED. It needed to arrive on a FRIDAY for a Birthday, so I paid extra. I had it set to deliver to a place of business, so obviously needed to be M-F. First, the day OF the delivery they let me know the arrangement I selected was no longer available... They asked me to choose another option. I just chose a vague 'any birthday choice'. They said ok and confirmed my order. By 2pm day of delivery, it still wasn't delivered. I called customer service, who put me on hold for 10 minutes, and they said "yes it will still be delivered today by 5pm since it is a place of business". I said 'ok great, thank you!' Five minutes later I got an email from their customer service saying they couldn't deliver that day at all and asked me to select another date....
I called customer service and she continuously asked me to choose another date. I said no. I said 'don't offer me next day delivery and then try to change the date', they had nothing but an apology. I said 'cancel my order then'. She then came back after 5 minutes asking for any feedback on my experience, I told her 'don't offer next day delivery when you can't actually do that', she laughed at me and hung up. This place is a joke.

Absolutely horrible! Placed my order and then was told that the floral arrangement picked was not available for next day delivery which negated what their website advertised. I then received a call (which went to voicemail) telling me there was yet another issue with my order! I called them back and waited on hold for over 12 minutes to speak to a representative who then told me they didn't have a florist who was open this weekend due to Thanksgiving. As the customer, I don't care that their florists are closed. Their website said they could deliver, they should be able to do so! Needless to say, I will never order from them again and will tell everyone I can to never use them either.

This company should not be in business. They do nothing to comply after they make errors. I placed an order online for a funeral arrangement. I requested that the delivery arrive on November 26th before 4 p.m. The arrangement never arrived. When I called Teleflora, the representative on the phone told me that he would call the florist delivering on their behalf. When he came back on the phone, he told me that the florist said that they would look into it. I asked him what that meant exactly since it was already the 26th and late in the evening. He repeated what he told me earlier and did nothing else to assist me.
I called Teleflora again and the representative told me that she'd call the local florist. When she came back on the phone, she told me that the florist was closed for the day and that she would contact them the next day. I asked for a manager and explained the situation for me. He said that he would take care of the situation and call me the next day. He never called me. The next day I called Teleflora and they again told me that they'd call the florist. The representative on the phone told me that the florist told her that the arrangement was delivered. It was not. I had family members look for the arrangement the night before at the viewing since I am out of state but all said there was no such arrangement.
I called Teleflora again and they reiterated what the florist shop was claiming. I told her that I also had photos of all the arrangements at the wake but none were of the Teleflora arrangement. She said that someone had signed for it. When I asked her for proof of the signature, she said that she couldn't give me that information. I suggested that I get a description of the person that accepted the arrangement and she said that she asked the florist and they said that he was an older man that was on the phone when he accepted the arrangement. I phoned the funeral home and no such person was there that day. The funeral director spoke with me and told me that he was the only one there all day the day of the delivery and he's not an older man.
I asked Teleflora for proof of the signature again and again they said that they could not provide me with it. The representative on the phone then said that it was not legible. The florist wanted to deliver the next day! The person was being buried as we spoke! The florist also offered to send the arrangement to the family! The Teleflora representative asked ME what I wanted done about the situation. I told her that I wanted a refund. Teleflora did nothing to help me or fix the error that they made.

Christy of Franklinville, I DID order the premium, and what was delivered I could have gotten better for $10-12 at any local grocery store. I happened to be visiting my daughter when I ordered these flowers for her, so I know what they were. First, I had to call several times because it kept getting later in the day and they hadn’t been delivered. When they arrived they were nothing like what I had ordered, regardless of having ordered premium and getting a tiny little handful of flowers. My daughter had them on her table and I was literally embarrassed every time someone asked about them and she said they were from me. But, I could have lived with it had I gotten a different response when I complained.
I’m a long time customer of Teleflora and all they would do is reimburse a minimal amount to my card. They said I could have refused them. If you send someone flowers how likely are they to refuse them and tell you the flowers you sent were so tacky that they refused them? They made their complete lack of concern quite clear. I’ll never order from them again, and will never them to others again. Interestingly, when I researched best flower delivery services, Teleflora never showed up among the best.

STAY AWAY! I ordered flowers to be delivered on the same day***- Which is stated in their website that they guarantee it. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED! They didn't even give me a decent explanation. They weren't even able to contact the shop about my order. I called them several times and the only thing I could get was my refund, and it was a hassle! A total of only SEVEN flowers in what was supposed to be a "premium" bouquet, their highest tier available. A $10 bouquet from a gas station would have looked better. Teleflora doesn't deliver what it promises - you don't get nearly what you see advertised on the website. Teleflora sells standard, deluxe and premium flower arrangements with vary by size and price. I ordered a premium flower arrangement that was supposed to be 24" high, and I also paid extra for early delivery before 1 pm. The arrangement came late at 3:30 pm and didn't look anything like the picture - it was tiny at 14.5" high, smaller than their standard version with tiny pitiful looking flowers. I couldn't use the flowers because they were too small and I couldn't order anything else from anywhere else because it was too late. I contacted their customer service right away but they keep brushing me off with various excuses - saying that I should have rejected the order upon delivery, that their measurements are approximate and so on. Stay away from them, the company like Teleflora should not be in business!

I couldn’t use my Groupon on the website, so I had to do a live chat to complete the order. Then I was told I couldn’t use the groupon with the 20% that I received for creating an account with them. Then, there was a “service fee” of $15.99 in addition to the $34.99 flower arrangement. And then there was a minimum order charge for the zip code the flowers where being delivered, which raised my total order to $50.00. So, in short, if you buy a groupon worth $30, you will spent a total of over $50 due to the extra fees. Only after the order is placed they tell you that there may be “minor differences in what I ordered and what would be delivered. Seriously? Teleflora just charged me $50 and now you tell me I am not going to get what I ordered. I will never use them again.

I ordered a funeral arrangement for my brother's funeral on Tuesday specifying delivery for Thursday, funeral was Friday with viewing beginning at 10:00 a.m. service at 11 a.m. I received a delivery confirmation on Friday at 10:41 a.m. that they had been delivered Friday morning DURING THE VIEWING! I am beyond mortified, I am furious. The reason they even got a 1 star is because the customer support refunded a significant portion of my cost with an apology and was honest about when the local florist did deliver it.
I have a large family, there are certain things expected of us and funeral flowers are one of them in a respectable time limit. It saddened me to think of people there mourning and here comes my flowers with what probably looked like an afterthought. Name of local Duluth, MN florist would not be provided but the family will tell me that later. The worst thing was that they offered me 50% discount on my NEXT order. Next??? I actually yelled at her. This was a VERY expensive order that I trusted them to handle. NO future orders will be placed in their hands or that down the florist when I track them.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers for same day delivery and shortly after received a notification that the same day delivery couldn't happen. Not the end of the world. I changed the delivery date to the very next day and updated the address as my recipient would be working that day(the day before they were at home). Even though I updated the address, the flowers were sent to the original address and not the updated address. THEN the bouquet finally gets delivered and it looks NOTHING like what I ordered.
When I try to sort this out with Teleflora they offer me a 30% discount. I tell the representative that this is not acceptable and she counters with 50%. I again tell her this is not acceptable. Her next response is that she cannot offer more than that without the vendor having to go back and pick up the already delivered flowers. Did I mention the flowers were for a grieving person?
At this point, I muttered words that make me outwardly cringe: "I need to speak to a supervisor." The manager tells me that the best they can do is 70% so that the local vendor doesn't lose all of their money. I fail to see how that concerns me. It seems like that would be something for Teleflora and the local vendor to sort out amongst themselves. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my bank.
The bottom line is, this company might seem legitimate and convenient, but they are neither. On each phone call you will wait anywhere from 15-30 minutes just to speak to incompetent idiots and when your flowers come and aren't right, they will offer you little to nothing to remedy the situation. Skip the convenience and make a trip to your local florist. NEVER AGAIN.

DO NOT USE TELEFLORA!! Teleflora is the most disgusting, insensitive, uncaring company I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered a sympathy floral arrangement on a Wednesday 10/16/19 at 4:20pm for delivery Thursday [1 day funeral from 2-9]. I receive the order confirmation email immediately after placing the order. I receive a delivery confirmation email Thursday 10/17/19 at 4:52 which is rather late for a funeral that started at 2 as all funerals do. Then I receive an unable to deliver email Thursday 10/17/19 at 5:30 telling me to pick another delivery date.
After holding for over 20 minutes for customer service I get an, "I’m sorry, there was a power outage & the local florist was unable to process the delivery." REALLY?!?! Because everyone I know working & living in that city did not experience a power outage. Then they say we could deliver it to the home address. Are you kidding me! It’s a funeral arrangement. I am livid, outraged & totally repulsed with there tactless business practices & feel it is important that no one else suffers from their lack of accountability to their customers. DO NOT USE TELEFLORA!! They don’t even deserve this one star!

I even called Teleflora 40 minutes before the service to check on it and was told it was “on the way”. After the flowers didn’t arrive on time, I called back and this time I was told that the arrangement wasn’t coming. But Teleflora hadn’t bothered to notify me. The supervisor was apologetic and “understood” why I would be upset. They offered to send a casket spray to the family later that afternoon. Seriously? A casket spray AFTER the funeral is over? Don't waste your money or time buying with this horrible place. I placed an order to have flowers delivered to my mom on her birthday. I picked the premium option. I ordered several hours before the same day cutoff time. I got confirmation that the order was placed and it was going to be delivered today. I got a text at almost 5 pm stating there was an issue with my order. I called the florist who was supposed to be filling the order to find out that they denied the order from Teleflora because Teleflora wasn't going to pay them enough for it and also that they sent the order too late in the afternoon.
I called Teleflora and asked why they confirmed it would be delivered when they have no way of fulfilling the order. The lady said that they try several florists to see if any will take the order. I also asked why they waited 5 hours to let me know that they can't do what they claimed they could. At this point it was way too late to have flowers delivered to my mom. They don't know if they actually have a florist who will take the order or not. They make people think they do and then disappoint hundreds of people. Of course they wanted me to have them try to get a delivery the next day... Absolutely not. Was paying a lot of money for flowers for it to be delivered on her actual birthday. I was so disappointed and frustrated. I will NEVER order from them again. I don't care if they have a $5 deal in the future. Don't waste your money. I'm getting a refund in "2-10 business days". Horrible!

I must have ordered Fashionista, from the pictures taken from the samples, at least 4 times and never did Teleflora delivered the flowers that I ordered. The last one was in August 2019 for a friend's wedding anniversary. I specifically put the date when I want the flowers delivered and it was delivered the week before. I ordered the premium which is the biggest and when I saw the flowers, I was so upset because it was not the arrangement that I ordered and it was small. I took a picture of the flowers and compared to the Fashionista and emailed it to Teleflora. All they said was sorry for the inconvenience. This is not the way to do business and I know I will never order flowers from Teleflora. This is deceiving your customers and this is a SCAM.

Ordered deluxe bouquet on 9/19 for 9/20 delivery. Provided my telephone number for any questions, due to the bouquet was to be a surprise. Text message contact with recipient on 9/21/19 revealed she did not receive a bouquet on 9/20/19. Telephone call with Teleflora on 9/21/19 revealed my order was cancelled because it was flagged as "questionable". Further conversation with teleflora rep revealed no one attempted to contact me to resolve or any issues. My credit card will be credited in "2-10" business days. Why even bother asking for a phone number if they have no interest in following up on "questionable" orders?? I am extremely disappointed. These flowers were for someone whose mother died on 9/20/18.

I placed an order for a friend’s gender reveal party that I could not attend. The other was placed on Thursday to be delivered that Saturday. I paid extra to ensure the order would be delivered before 1 pm that day. By 2 pm, I had not heard from my friend that she received the order, so I called Teleflora. I waited on hold for 25 minutes and explained my situation. The representative said they could not reach the local florist but would email an update.
By 4 pm, I texted my friend and she still had not received the delivery. I called Teleflora again, and waited on hold again for 25 minutes. This representative was also unable to reach the florist but ENSURED that the items I purchased (totally over $100) would absolutely be delivered today by 8 pm. It is now 8:30 pm and I have no email from Teleflora notifying me of delivery and my friend has not received the delivery. I am currently on hold (for 37 min now) waiting to talk to Teleflora.
It should be said that this is the first review of a company I have ever left. This has been the most frustrating flower order I have ever placed. I have ordered from 1-800 Flowers in the past with no problems at all, but branched out to Teleflora due to a specific floral display they offered. I will never order from a Teleflora again... After spending over 2 hours on the phone and stressing over a delivery of flowers all day to a sweet friend that I wanted to celebrate from afar. So extremely frustrating and disappointing. Signed up and received a promo code for 20% off my first order. As I was making my purchase for my mother's flowers, it said I would be able to enter the promo code on The billing page. It never gave me the option. I spent over 30 minutes on hold to either cancel the order and redo it by phone to get the discount or ask that they change my Order from standard to deluxe. They said they couldn’t and wouldn’t be able to do anything about it and that there should have been an option to enter the promo code. So $85 for 15 tulips later, all they said was sorry. Oh, and because that was my first order, I’m not eligible to use any 20% off coupon for new customers in the future. Would not recommend. Highly disappointed!

My boss had a family tragedy and we decided to send her flowers of sympathy. We placed order online on a Friday a bit after 10am. This was paid online and ordered from the "SAME DAY" options. It even made me change my options since the ones I wanted were not available at the time of placing it. I then chose my flowers and placed the order. It confirmed 3 different times the address and delivery date with no issues. My card was charged. That same afternoon, I get an email saying the flowers chosen weren't available and I needed to choose another option. I did but it also then said to choose another delivery date! Ugh, mind you this is for our boss who was home and would be at hospital after this day and at work Monday. I then had them go on Saturday and chose another choice of flowers.
Friday around 10a, I get another email saying the exact same issue AGAIN!!! At this point, I want to just cancel so I call the 800#. On hold 14+ minutes and tried again after an hour. Still long hold. So I decided to click the link sent to choose ONCE AGAIN, another option of delivery date. By now, I am super disappointed as she is already gone and not sure anyone is home to even get them. :( It tells me they will now not deliver until Monday which by then she would be at the office! Oh well, I had to deal with that since at this point my money was taken and not going to spend weekend time on hold and them tell me to wait days for a refund.
Here we are Monday at 3pm, boss is unaware and I check the status of delivery. It says my flowers at "WITH FLORIST" still?? Seriously?? I have now sent an email with my dissatisfaction and inquiry on eta to them online. I am beyond disappointed and feel I should have gone with 1800-flowers as usual. This was my experience and I have the emails to prove it! Sucks for a first time customer. I have circulated this experience thru our corporate office and recommended us not using this company in the future.

After 1 1/2 hours, they contacted me to say the flowers I ordered were not available and that they need to make a substitution. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day from a promotional ad that said earn 1500 miles on your Hawaiian Airlines account with your order. The ad indicated you could order online or by phone. I ordered online with my Hawaiian Airlines MasterCard and after several weeks checked my account to see if I was credited with the 1500 miles. My account was only credited 61 miles because the flowers cost $61.00. I spent 30 minutes on one day talking to a rep at Teleflora to see why I was not credited with the 1500 miles. He indicated he would talk to a supervisor and get back to me with an answer.
Five days later, after no call from Teleflora, I called Teleflora again and this time spent over an hour either on hold or talking with a rep. and was told unfortunately I would not receive the 1500 miles because I did not use a code that was listed on the flyer for use with a telephone order. There was no code for the online order which I used. I asked how my credit card could be credited with the 61 miles and not the 1500 miles. This is a clear case of bait and switch.

I'm so upset. I ordered flowers from this Company for a funeral. I get an email saying that my flowers have been hand-delivered then get another email saying that they couldn't deliver it on the date that I requested. I call and speak to a customer service representative who apologized about the delay in the delivery. She stated that they didn't have the phone number and I confirmed that is what the email had stated. However if she looked into the account she would see that it was there.
After reviewing my account she found the phone number and apologized again and decided that she would give me 50% back due to my troubles. I was very upset because these were for a funeral and they were already late. She assured me that she would take care of everything in that they will get the delivery out tomorrow. I told her, "Please do not call the number. There was a death in the family and I'm sure she's not answering her phone at this time due to that. She said, "Not a problem. Will go ahead and deliver that." Not even an hour later I get a call from another representative saying that they can't deliver the flowers because they don't have the number. I ended up just getting a full refund. I will never ever ever use them. I recommend them to anyone. How are you going to be late delivering flowers for a funeral. You guys need to do a better job.

I placed a same day delivery order on 8/22, paid extra for the flowers to be delivered by 1 pm.... Fast forward to 1:30 pm... still no flowers. I waiting until 2 pm to call and ask when they would be delivered. The customer service agent placed me on hold and called the florist. He came back to me and said "They are making the arrangement now, they will be delivered today by 4". He did refund my extra payment for the 1 pm delivery. THEN at 3:06 pm I received and email stating that the flowers were not going to be delivered on 8/22.
I was very upset and called again. They told me that the florist did not have the supplies to make the arrangement which was really weird seeing that at 2 they said they were making the arrangement. The customer service rep asked if they could have the flowers delivered 8/23 and I said. "Yeah, that's fine. Just please make sure that they are delivered before 4 pm." The flowers were delivered at 3:39 pm. I highly recommend not using this company if you are wanting flowers delivered on time!!!! My order # was **.

I ordered flowers for my Mom for another school year - They arrived very late in the day Monday and by Thursday they were already wilted. She threw them away today. I purchased flowers from Costco Sunday, and my flowers still look beautiful! Roses should last longer than three full days. When I contacted CS, they offered me a 30% off coupon on my next order. I said that's not what I'm looking for but maybe a discount on this order - She told me no because the Florist was arguing the flowers were fine Monday.

Never ever use this company, their business model is just trying to rip off customers. Because you are going to pay the highest amount of money to purchase a premium quality flower. But what you receive is just a cheap flower 1/5 price of worth. When you ask a refund they will give you an only a small portion of what you pay. I placed an order for some flowers for a co-worker through this company. I received a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered but when I called my co-worker to confirm delivery, I was told that she had not received the flowers. I contacted Teleflora at 800-493-5610 and spoke with Jay in customer service. Jay told me that someone was going to call me back "in a few minutes" but no one ever did. After waiting for 2 hours, I contacted Teleflora again and spoke to Sue. She told me that they were going to file a complaint against the florist, but never offered to have the flowers resent. Also, for some reason Sue found the situation very amusing and even laughed while I was on the phone with her.
This also isn't the first time that I've had this experience. I ordered flowers in December 2018 for delivery a week before Christmas. Again the recipient never received the order. When I contacted the Teleflora Customer Service number, after I explained what had happened, the response I received was "well, maybe she was in the bathroom when the driver tried to deliver the flowers" and then the customer service representative proceeded to laugh at his own joke. Laughing at customer complaints appears to be a trend with this company. The customer service of this company is the worst that I've ever encountered and they all need some very intensive training on what real customer service is. I will never use Teleflora again.

I previously used Teleflora several time before I realized I was paying to have a 'middle man' with no knowledge of the local area to which I wanted flower delivered. Since then I now research online the various florists for the town/city I want delivery and often use word of mouth to choose one. This way, I speak directly with the designer, find out exactly what flowers/vases they have in stock and available and when they can deliver. This personalizes the purchase for both you and the florist and builds a relationship with the florist that can be invaluable.

All of these complaints are because people are looking at the flowers that say PREMIUM and ordering the standard. Common sense, PREMIUM means MORE flowers. You get what you pay for-- if you click standard, you’re getting less. Simple as that. Stop posting your small flower pictures and screenshotting the PREMIUM vase from the site, it’s not the same. I’ve ordered from them for years and it’s always been fine.

I ordered sympathy flowers for my cousin. The flowers looked nothing like the picture. I am so disappointed! Not only did it look different the ad had about a dozen roses in the picture and the bouquet my cousin got only came with 3 roses. The first time I ordered was for my friend's dying mother. The arrangement was unavailable and so they called me asking if a substitution was ok. I okay’d it and never heard back in regards to confirmation of delivery. The woman who called me never entered the substitution in the computer. I had to call because my arrangement was basically in limbo of being delivered because they never entered the substitution.
The second time I ordered was yesterday. It’s my best friend's bday and I figured I would give Teleflora another chance. Customer service was great letting me know the ETA. When my friend received the arrangement she sent me a photo. I was appalled. I know they don’t use the same flowers if the florist doesn’t have the same exact however there were flowers in the arrangement that aren’t even pictured on the website. The flowers are loosely put into the vase. I get it, the colors are off but at least try to use the same type of vibrancy to the colors. They offered me 40% off my next order. But there’s no way in hell I would order from them again.

Okay so this is the third time I have used them. My bad! The first two times I ordered two of the expensive live plants. I was able to actually reach out to these two people to ask about their arrangements. Well they were really lacking and not as elaborate as the picture showed. Like a fool, I ordered another one and I ordered the same expensive live plant for $89 +. What did the lady get...pink flowers! I tried to contact Teleflora but they could care less. The arrangement was apparently very cheap and I paid over $100 to Teleflora! They never responded! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased the summer nights arrangement of orange lilies, orange alstroemerias, orange spray roses, and yellow mums in a Teleflora exclusive blue vase for my mom's birthday. I specifically included in the notes for the delivery person to call me as the unit is in a gated community and without a guard. I never got a call, but found out through the florist that "they don't call people for deliveries." Fine, that's alright because at least my mom got the flowers. However, the flowers were either broken, or dying. And it looked nothing like the picture or the description. The one stem of orange lily was broken, large orange roses replace the spray roses, and dying white alstroemerias replaced orange ones. Oh, and the vase was a circular clear vase instead of the exclusive blue rectangular teleflora vase. I was furious!
I specifically picked an arrangement without white flowers, as white flowers signify death in my culture. They placed DYING WHITE ALSTROEMERIAS in the arrangement...I called to complain, and all they did was give me a discount code for 40% off, and a promise that someone will call the next day. Next day comes around, no one's called. So I call again, and all the agent does is give me a 20% refund, for a product that was completely wrong and dying/broken. Never again will I trust teleflora for flowers.

On April 29, 2019 I made an online Mother's Day order for delivery 5/10/19. After finding out the order was not delivered Friday I called Monday morning on 5/13/19, was offered a $15.59 credit and told the order would be delivered on 5/14/19. On 5/15/19 I had to call again as the flowers were STILL NOT delivered. This was VERY upsetting since this order was supposed to be for Mother's Day and I had not gotten her anything else expecting her flowers to be delivered as promised. I asked to speak to a supervisor who still didn't know why the delivery was not made. I was told by this "supervisor" that I would receive an additional $25.99 credit since I had to call again.
I confirmed with him that the total amount I would be credited for having to call TWICE to get my ordered delivered would be $41.58 ($15.59 for the first time + $25.99 for the second time). However, I have received the credit card bill and only received a total credit of $25.99 which is unacceptable for having to call TWICE to get a delivery finally made 5 days late. The customer service rep was very rude and told me that the $25.99 credit is all they could offer even though I had an email confirming the $15.59 credit as well. I will never use Teleflora again!

I ordered flowers on July 7 to be delivered to my cousin for her 78th Birthday on July 22. On July 22nd I get email stating that they were unable to deliver on that date. I was to call customer service to discuss the failure to deliver. The customer service person I spoke to stated that in the 14 days since I had placed the order, they had not been able to find a florist in the Teleflora's network in Carson City NV, which could deliver the arrangement. They even tried to find a florist not in their network, who would deliver since I had paid with a credit card.
The customer service person on the 22nd stated they could find a florist to deliver on the 23rd. I was not happy with the one day delay. Then on the 23rd I get an email asking me to again contact customer service about the order. The person I spoke to said they had still could not find a florist for delivery today, but would try for the 24th. I asked for a cancellation of my order with a full refund. I then got a confirmation that that was being done. I suggest not to use this floral service.

I ordered a flower arrangement with Teleflora rep. She was great. I wanted a flowers in a country style pitcher with Sunflowers and spring flowers. Definitely no roses no roses. Got picture of the flowers that were sent to someone very special. Also came in a basket. Also carnations so ugly. Teleflora they don't leave flowers there. My person was not at home and they just left them. I was so embarrassed. Did for the. Oh yes they will deduct my price just 50%. Cost me close to 65.00 plus. It too bad. I ordered and paid for a birthday bouquet at 9:20 am on July 15, 2019 to be delivered that day. I received a confirmation notice at 9:25 am and ALL of the information on the confirmation was correct. On the morning of July 16th I sent an email inquiry about the order. No reply. On the afternoon of July 16 at 3:20 pm I called to find out why it had not been delivered yet. I was on hold for 17 minutes "due to high call volume." The customer "service" person told me they had cancelled the order because the billing information was incorrect. I reviewed the confirmation order and the billing information was CORRECT. IT IS USELESS TO USE THIS "SERVICE." Oh, and the charge is on my credit card account so they were LYING THROUGH THEIR TEETH. I ordered flowers for a funeral the day before. I paid extra for express delivery and when the funeral was over the flowers still hadn't arrived. I called Teleflora and was told they were going to reach out to the florist to find out what was going on. They said they couldn't reach the florist and they would need to look into it. I asked for a refund and was told that the florist whom they didn't know was responsible for my refund even though they are the ones that took my payment. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told at that point I would be refunded within 10 days. It did not take them 10 days to remove the funds from my account when I ordered the flowers. When I called back to follow up the CSA hung up on me. So you take my money, don't deliver the flowers, hang up on me when I request a refund. Beware. I would use anyone but, them.

Promo/Coupon codes do NOT work and multiple times after I filled in the card info and was ready to place an order it would say "NOT AVAILABLE". I ordered flowers to be sent to my mom for her birthday 7/5 (her dad also passed away just a few days prior). On 7/6, I received an email saying they were never delivered and asked for me to pick a new delivery date. I picked today 7/6, which I was sent an email a few hours later saying “sorry, they’ll be delivered 7/8.” UNACCEPTABLE. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for a full refund AND to still have the flowers sent because of their COMPLETE error. Guess what I was offered? A 40% off coupon for my next purchase!
The assumption that I would use this company again is laughable. I want the flowers and I want a refund for Teleflora’s error. The customer is the only one suffering here. Teleflora definitely, without a shadow of a doubt prioritizes profits over people. I wouldn’t typically be this angry, but it’s my mom’s birthday and her dad JUST DIED. I don’t think to have the flowers delivered late and refund is unreasonable since this is 100% Teleflora’s error.

While I was a bit nervous that they wouldn't get there on time, the flowers came on time and on the date I needed. While they weren't EXACTLY what I ordered, they were beautiful still and she loves them. The funny thing is, I was actually chatting with Teleflora on their site expressing my concern when they arrived. My MAJOR concern is that none of the phone numbers listed, including the one on the website, worked. That's a HUGE problem and I recommend that they fix that. It was frustrating trying to find someone to talk to. Also, their tracking system could be better. "With the Florist" tells me nothing and it said that it was still with them after they had arrived. That's leaving a lot of chance of confusion. Other than that, it was A LOT better than the reviews that I read here.

I ordered flowers for my friends' 40th wedding anniversary. I was asked if I wanted a balloon to make it extra special. I had paid a lot for the flowers but thought since it was a special occasion, I’d get a balloon too. I live in the UK so I asked my friends to send me a photo as I wanted to see what my hard earned cash went on. Well I was very disappointed to say the least as the flowers looked just like a wee bunch you could get at the supermarket for a fraction of the price I had paid plus there was no balloon! When I contacted Teleflora to say I was really disappointed with my order, they said they would refund me the money for the balloon, which wasn’t the point I was making at all! I will definitely not be ordering from this company again as I feel they are incompetent, unprofessional and you don’t get value for the money that you spent.

I placed an order and received a confirmation number for my order (**). I logged on today to check on the delivery status only to see my order had been CANCELLED. I reached out to customer service and was told that my order was "cancelled for your protection. Our system indicated the order was questionable in some way." This is ridiculous! Why didn't Teleflora call or e-mail me as both my phone number and e-mail address were part of the order process. No one reached out!!! They just CANCELLED it! This is extremely unprofessional, and left the birthday recipient without the flowers that I believed, as per my CONFIRMATION, were being delivered.

I ordered a bouquet from this company and was too embarrassed to give away as a wedding gift. What they gave me looked like a bush with a few roses thrown in to add some color. If you need to buy flowers, you can find a company that does better down the street. We had to go out of our way to get more flowers from a shop so we did not just give away a bush as a wedding gift. There were no redeeming qualities in the way customer service handled it. They clearly wanted to get us off the phone as soon as possible, and threw a few deals for their other products, which we will not be using ever. They advertise it to look amazing, but what you get looks like garbage, if not worse. Thanks for wasting my money.

Flowers sent to a friend for her birthday were not close to that pictured on the website. Fewer flowers than pictured and less expensive flowers in a container not like the one pictured (plain glass container versus much nicer metal container pictured at website). Highly disappointed and embarrassed by the flowers delivered. Tried to resolve by requesting redelivery of an arrangement at least close to that pictured. Their offer was to pick up the arrangement and put the same arrangement in a different color container (not the container pictured) and redeliver. Their explanation was that the nicer metal container was not available. My response was why do you continue to show the arrangement in the nicer container at the website if the container is not available -- that seems to be false and misleading advertising. I will not ever use Teleflora again.

I ordered the floral arrangement that looks like a birthday cake. It looked beautiful, described as pinks and purples with mums. What they delivered was white and yellow daisies with multi colored candles instead of the all-pink. It looked absolutely nothing like the picture and was not worth the cost when they used daisies! 5/26/19 I placed an online flower order for a funeral held 5/28. I received a prompt confirmation email. The order was never delivered. Teleflora never contacted me. I called them. They told me my email address was flagged for fraud on their system, so the order was cancelled. It is against company policy to contact the customer when there is a fraud alert. They verified all information again. There was nothing wrong with my email address or any other order information. They offered me a discount on a future order. It is very painful to deal with such indifference and the death of a loved one. I will never never never place an order with Teleflora Partners again.

I ordered an arrangement and although it said that substitutions could be a possibility, it was a total disappointment. I paid the extra money ($55.98) to have a full and beautiful surprise for my aunt that was in the hospital. The arrangement was nothing like what I paid for. I had the absolute worst experience with Teleflora. I ordered a birthday floral arrangement online and put in comments I needed it delivered no later than 4:30. The flowers had not arrived by 5 and I contacted customer service, (which of course is not in the US). I was given the run around and told they contacted the florist and the order was on its way. My daughter stayed an extra half hour at work and no delivery. Then I called back and was told florist was closed but deliveries were still going out until 7pm even though the store was closed. My daughter's number was on the order. She never received ANY communication from the florist or Teleflora. Of course it never arrived. So I called back yet again and I was told that they would have it delivered the next day. I requested first thing as this was now a floral birthday arrangement being delivered a day after her birthday.
You guessed it! No early delivery and at 4 o'clock I was told again it was on its way. They spend a lot of time apologizing but don't do anything. This order should have been expedited after missing the first day of delivery. I ended up canceling and letting them know they had the worst customer service and should find reliable florists to deliver. DO NOT USE THEM!

I ordered a bouquet of sunflowers with a bamboo box. It was supposed to be the large size. When I received it it was in a tall ugly glass vase and missing most of the flowers. It looks nothing like the picture. I called Teleflora and with some negotiating they gave me 30% refund. This bouquet is too embarrassing to display, they would not tell me which florist it came from. I would have rather returned the bouquet myself so they could see the terrible job they did. Still with the refund it's totally not worth it.

Paid a lot for such little return in Value. I had to buy Funeral flowers for a surprise funeral. Let's be honest. They are never planned, so I need a company that can stay on top of these things. I currently reside in California and I needed the flowers to go to Montana. The Order arrived, however, I was not pleased at all with what the pictured showed vs what actually was produced. The picture clearly shows a full boutique with 39 flowers that I could count. What I got was 21 flowers with large gaps and dangling flowers.

Co-workers and I had ordered an arrangement for a colleague. What was delivered was nothing like what was ordered, in fact, it was embarrassing. We purchased a premium arrangement and what was delivered was so inferior. It was ordered for same day delivery but wasn't delivered until the next day. They offered a percentage off my next order - ha, I won't be ordering again. I asked if they could send what we ordered out and they instead provided a 50% refund. That is not what we wanted as we were very embarrassed by what was sent. The whole experience was just awful. I don't recommend using Teleflora.

Ordered a premium bouquet from Teleflora. My 6 year old niece could’ve picked a nicer bouquet! Lacking in number of flowers, many flowers not in bloom, and name of recipient written on a piece of torn paper. Really? To top it off, they were delivered a day early—the bouquet was a thank you and delivering it a day early made that very awkward. When I filed a complaint, I got a form letter wanting more information. What??? I gave the order number? Then, I was informed that I would only get 30% back. Gee thanks, that pays for the delivery service. I even sent pictures to show the poor quality. I sent the complaint within 24 hours of the flowers being delivered. Come on Teleflora, call whoever you had make the bouquet (there was no card indicating where the bouquet was from) and have them send a new one! Apparently as long as something is sent, Teleflora doesn’t care. Will NEVER order flowers from them again.

I ordered flowers for my mother in law in HI, for Mother’s Day of course. I placed the order the Monday before Mother’s Day and choose to have them delivered the Monday after Mother’s Day, since sooner dates were grayed out. I paid extra to have it sent that Monday and received a confirmation email as well. Monday came and she never received her flowers, Tuesday came and nothing and Wednesday still nothing. My mother in law just said to cancel it. I doubled checked that the address, phone number and email were correct and all was correct. I emailed them Wednesday evening asking where the flowers were, and that we were never contacted about a delivery. I never heard anything back and Thursday morning when I checked my bank account it showed a refund from the flower company proceeded on Wednesday.
I was very disappointed that flowers were never delivered and we were never contacted. No one bothered to contact us about why they couldn’t deliver or whatever excuse they had nor did they respond to my email. At least I was refunded but it would have been nice to know what the deal was so I could have gone with a better company! I wish I would have checked their reviews before ordering. I felt it was over priced but thought it’s for Mothers Day. I recommend, go with an accredited company.

This company has been sending me between 2-5 e-mails a day. I have called 6 times and asked that they stop. Everyone who talks to me says it will be taken care of but I continue to get their advertising e-mails. When a company acts like this it make you wonder what else they screw up. I will never use them again for anything.

I should have read these reviews before using this flower service. Within the past 2 months I used this service and have been very disappointed. Last month I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my friend on the morning of her birthday which was a Saturday. On the day before (Friday) I received a call from my Friend thanking me for the flowers as they had been delivered early. She further informed me that the florist called her to say they were trying to make a delivery and she left work to accommodate them making the delivery. (One of the reasons I requested Saturday delivery was to ensure someone would be available to accept them). I was very disappointed that my friend had to be inconvenienced!
Again, last week I ordered a funeral bouquet to be delivered to the Funeral Home for a relatives funeral. I received a text message informing me that they were unable to deliver by the due date. I called customer service and explained that the flowers were for a funeral and needed to be delivered prior to the service. The representative claimed she pulled up the order and told me that she had released it for delivery the following morning by 10 am. This morning 2 days AFTER the funeral I received another text message informing me that they were unable to deliver and would I like to schedule an alternate delivery date? I was mortified! My flowers were never delivered!!! Needless to say, I will NEVER use this service again!!!

My son contacted a florist in the area where I live and the flowers were supposed to be delivered on the Friday before Mother's Day and an email confirming the delivery was sent to my son. However, the flowers were not delivered until the following Monday and they didn't last long.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother in law for Mother’s Day. I paid over $60.00 for what I thought was a mostly roses bouquet in a pretty tin watering can. What she received was a $20 bouquet at best in a cheap glass vase with perhaps 4 roses in the mostly posy and greens bouquet. I was extremely disappointed and sent a complaint that seems to be fielded from the Philippines! I live in Canada. They came back saying I would get a code for a 40% coupon for a future purchase. I said I had no intention of ordering from their company in the future and said a refund was more in order. So they have now reimbursed me $13.59. Laughable.

THEY SEND PEOPLE TO PRACTICALLY ROB YOUR HOUSE. I ordered an exotic bouquet for my mother for Mother’s Day on Sunday. After NUMEROUS phone calls and constantly being thrown back and forth to different departments, the flowers finally arrived on Thursday which is today. The person who delivered the flowers attempted to go straight into my house while I’m standing right there. I had to ask him, "Where do you think you’re going?" without even acknowledging my presence? He handed me the bouquet and left. The bouquet that was delivered to me was a normal bunch of flowers, it was NOTHING close to what I picked and ordered. Actually I have to say it was not even worth what I paid for. It looked like a bouquet that I can get from the corner for $30, mind you I spent $115 on my order!!
I called to file a complaint about the whole situation and I was completely brushed off. It was like talking to a robot. I asked for a full refund being that my order was late and I did not receive what I ordered. They wanted to send my complaint and have someone give me a call back tomorrow AND they wanted to have the same florist come back to my house to pick up the flowers!! They don’t care about what happens to you after you place your order. I have young children and a man attempted to walk straight into my house. I don’t know who he is and I don’t know what he is capable of, why would I allow you to send the same company back to my house?! I told her I was not comfortable at all having them come here again. So she insisted on having a different driver come but I said no because whatever motive the last driver had this one can have as well. I made it clear to her I was not comfortable with the florist they chose to do my arrangement at all.
I requested to have the information for the florist and she refused to give me that information. Then she had the nerve to tell me that I should’ve known better that I was expecting a flower delivery that I should been aware of my surroundings!! I said, "EXCUSE ME?!! I was standing outside in front the man’s face and he walked straight into my house!!! How dare you tell me I should’ve been aware of my surroundings??" At this point in the conversation I was so furious! She had the nerve to hang up on me. Her name is Cy! Apparently She’s not allowed to give me her full name so I can speak to upper management about her behavior! Teleflora is the worst company to order flowers from!!

Still no Mother's Day flowers delivered as of 5/16. I ordered mother's day flowers to be delivered to my mother's work. I ordered in plenty of time with assurance they would be delivered on Friday. They were supposed to be delivered Friday the 10th. I called them Friday the 10th at 6 p.m. when my mom said they weren't delivered. I was on the phone for more than 45 minutes. They indicated that the local florist doesn't deliver past 5 p.m. to businesses and they couldn't explain why they weren't delivered. Okay, so I gave the home address which is 4 blocks from the business. They indicated they couldn't have the flowers delivered until the next day but that they would arrive asap in the morning. Spoiler alert, they haven't been delivered yet to either address and it's now May 16th. I personally don't have the time to sit on the phone for another hour. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered flowers through Teleflora for my friend who lost her brother, the delivery person left the flowers outside on a patio table, they sat outside in 97 degree weather in AZ for over 3 hours before my friend knew they were there. When I called Teleflora, they didn't care, I was on hold for over 40 minutes, no Manager to help but said they would have them redelivered. The next day my friend received no flowers. I called again and the CSR couldn't help me so I escalated to a Manager, the Manager called Bloomers and they didn't want to redeliver the flowers, and lied trying to say they hand-delivered them when they didn't. They delivered the flowers today to my friend again and asked for the dead flowers which she had thrown away. The flowers today that were delivered weren't much better than the 1st delivery and 2 of flowers were broken in the arrangement. I would not recommend them.

I placed an order on 5/9 for a death in family, flowers were to be delivered 5/10. Nothing was delivered!! After calling customer service NINE TIMES since 5/10 and them telling me the flowers were going to be delivered 5/11, then 5/13, then 5/14 STILL NOTHING!!!! I cancelled the order and went with a local florist. The most unprofessional and incompetent service EVER!!! Save yourself the headache, this caused me an ulcer. :(

I made the floral selection that I did based upon the representation that the flowers would be delivered that day. I ordered them first thing in the morning. Mid afternoon I was advised that the ordered flowers could not be delivered that day because they were unavailable. I asked if the order could be changed to other flowers so that they could still be delivered. It could not. I asked if they could be delivered first thing the following day. They could not. So, I had ordered this arrangement from this company based on the representation that it would be delivered same day, and ultimately, it was not. Very disappointing. I also had the sense that the operator that I was dealing with was simply manning a phone bank in a distant land, far removed from the actual business.

I buy flowers quite frequently. I'm also a procrastinator so I often place orders at the last minute. For Mother's Day however, I was proactive and ordered early for a Friday delivery 5/10. I got the order confirmation so I was feeling good. That was the last communication I received from them however. So, communicating with the customer: not so good.
But I was feeling good because I had ordered the "premium" version of the bouquet and was looking forward to hearing glowing reports from my mother in law. Well, when she finally sent me a picture of what was delivered I could not believe that Teleflora (or whoever they contracted) thought that this was an acceptable substitution. I sent pictures of what I ordered and what I received in a note to Teleflora. After bouncing my email around, I received an email saying they would give me 40% off ANOTHER order from Teleflora. It's like they never even looked at the pictures. I'm sure they are human and would agree that they failed to provide what they promised and they are goofy to expect me to trust them again. There are many florist options out there. Try any one before you try Teleflora.

We purchased a $150 flower arrangement on Friday before Mother's Day to have it delivered on Saturday to my Mom in another state. Teleflora took the order and said it would be no problem to have it delivered on Saturday. Saturday came and went - no delivery. My mother did not get flowers for Mother's Day. Monday came and went - still no flowers. I checked at the end of Tuesday - no flowers were delivered. There is no excuse for this crappy service. If Teleflora could not deliver the flowers they should have informed me that they could not deliver them so that I could have made other arrangements. I finally spoke with someone in "customer service" Tuesday night and she said that the flowers would be delivered on May 15th - 5 full days after the initial delivery was promised. When I asked why the flowers were not delivered she told me that they could not find a shop to deliver them over the last 4 days.
You would think that a company like Teleflora would have verified that they could actually deliver the flowers before taking money from customers and making empty promises. I believe that this tactic is a scam to collect as much money as possible before a major holiday and then make empty apologies for missing deliveries. I will never do business with these con artists again. My mother sat alone in her apartment waiting on flowers for 5 days - there is no excuse for this poor treatment - this could be her last Mother's Day and Teleflora ruined it. SHAME ON THEM!!! It will be interesting to see if they get delivered tomorrow - I'm not holding my breath...

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers online for the first time as mom has retired to Florida. Flowers were to be delivered on 5/13 as she was on vacation. Flowers were left on her doorstep Friday 5/10 (3 days early) where they sat in the hot sun and died. Poor mom came home to dead flowers, I called right away and they agreed to deliver fresh flowers on Monday as promised... They did not! Updated 05/17/2019: When I asked for a refund yesterday, they played a game with me, offering 20%, then 40%, then 50%, then 75% refund over the course of my arguing. Unreal. I was then promised re-delivery yesterday and was told it would be complete. I confirmed this am that the delivery did not happen.
Ordered flowers for Mother's Day 2019 online on May 10. Received confirmation of order via email and delivery confirmation email on May 11. Email stated they were hand-delivered to correct address. My mother never received them. When I called to ask for an immediate refund they told me I had to wait 24 hours because store could not confirm order. They then offered me a discount of 50% on my next purchase - really? When I asked for a supervisor to talk to, they told me they were all busy and I needed to call back in 30 minutes - really?

This company is a joke. $70 a piece for flowers to be delivered for Mother's day and my mother's look nothing like the bright colorful display I ordered, instead she received ugly white flowers with 3 red roses, my mother in law didn't receive hers the day before mother's day which I paid extra for, even though I received an email saying that they were hand delivered that day. She finally received them today, 4 days late and dying. First of all this company and their customer service is despicable. Not only were my flowers delivered late, but it was NOTHING like the flowers I ordered and HALF OF THE FLOWERS WERE ALREADY WILTING! When I called I was offered a measly 30% refund and because I had used a groupon, I was not refunded for the total order! I ordered flowers for my mother on May 2 to be delivered May 10. On May 11th I received an email that the flowers would be delivered a day late.... I contacted Teleflora that they were never delivered, only to be told they were delivered on May 12th. I had used a Groupon towards this purchase, not sure if this is why the poor service. The flowers were finally delivered 3 days late, after Mother's Day and were nothing like the arrangement I had ordered. Teleflora says they cannot get in touch with the shop that delivered the bogus arrangement, so they cannot do anything about it.

They sent an arrangement that looked fairly cheap and was nothing like what I ordered (premium orchids). Customer service only offered a 20% off coupon for future purchase and even after calling would only refund me 50% though I just wanted them to send the correct arrangement. However, there is a 48 hour re-delivery period which I had no way of making it in as my recipient had no way of knowing that what they received was not at all what was intended and I did not know in time. I will NEVER order from Teleflora again as I have no faith that they will ever send the correct order or take appropriate steps to fix the problem. They were a huge disappointment.

Ordered Flowers for my sister's birthday 3 days prior to the day of her Birthday and the day of her birthday May 13th I get an email at 10:54 saying, "Unfortunately, the chosen selection is not available. Please pick another choice". I return my choice right away and I get another email back at 12:08 with, "Unfortunately, we are unable to place your order for delivery on requested day". Hello, people. I ordered a mixed basket of live plants for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. Instead of substituting live plants based on availability, they substituted cut flowers. My mother in law lost her husband last year, and cut flowers remind her of the funeral. I specifically ordered live plants because of this. Imagine my horror when I arrived to her house for dinner when I saw the cut flowers. This substitution was WHOLLY inappropriate. Worse still, when I contacted them, I told them I wanted a refund. The best they could do was 50% of the cost of the flowers. I paid $60 for flowers that were thrown out, and $20 to ensure that they got to her on Saturday. I feel I have been ripped off, and their incompetence made my mother-in-law's Mother's Day one of the worst she's ever had. I will NEVER recommend these people to anyone. I would encourage you to look elsewhere for your floral needs.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day to be delivered May 10. Received an email from Teleflora on May 10 saying “your flowers have been hand delivered on May 10th." Called to wish my mom happy Mother’s Day on May 12 and she says she never received flowers. Called Teleflora and was told they now would not deliver until May 13. Send an email no response as of yet. Called and asked to speak to a supervisor who was not at all helpful, when I asked who the florist was the call was disconnected and no one called back. The one question they ask you every time you call is “can we have your phone number in case this call is disconnected and we can call you back." Didn’t happen. My mom called me this am and tells me the flowers were delivered last night at 10:15 pm. Not acceptable and still haven’t heard back from Teleflora.

I understand that Teleflora tells you upfront that they cannot guarantee the arrangement will look exactly as picture. But, I ordered all white roses, with purple flowers and purple ribbon. I got a couple of white rose, mixed in with pink roses, some purple-bluish flowers and no ribbon. The florist made no attempt to call and let me know about the variation, and teleflora customer service was really no help. I have used 1-800-Flowers for years, I thought I would give teleflora a shot. Not again. I know they are contracting with local florists, but I don't have confidence in their screening process or quality standards.

They did not hand deliver them. They left it on her porch. They didn't knock on the door or anything. She didn't get them til the next day. I ordered a beautiful arrangement for Mother's Day for my Mom. At $60 I expected what I ordered even given the excessive delivery fee. I tried to put the pictures of what I ordered here but it's not possible. Imagine a Picasso and a 5 year old's attempt at a copy. That's what was sent. Some daisies, carnations and ferns. A cheap supermarket bouquet that would run $5. Complete rip-off.

Only gave 1 star because I had to for the post, should be a ZERO... I ordered a potted hydrangea for my mom on 5/8/2019 to be delivered on Saturday 5/11/19 for Mother's Day. I got an email confirmation from Teleflora saying my flowers were "hand-delivered" on 5/11.... Not true, when I called my mom this morning to wish her a happy Mother's Day I found out they never arrived. WHY would you send a confirmation email when it is a LIE? So I called Teleflora, who put me on hold to call the florist, and when she came back she said sorry, they will bring it today and some blahblahblah about the busy holiday. I checked in with Mom again tonight, guess what??? No sign of the delivery.
I call back Teleflora and they tell me that it could be delivered by 8pm. It's 7:33 so I have to wait and call back in 27 minutes to put in a non-delivery complaint. So I'm spending my time wisely and writing a review about my experience. At the end of the day, my mom has no gift from me, and I'm out $80. (For now, I'm thinking my credit card company will get my money back if they don't refund me.) Don't use these people. Horrible service.

I had my reservations about ordering from a 3rd party service, but did it anyways... And I would never ever recommend Teleflora to anyone. I placed my order on 5/9/2019 to be delivered on 5/10/2019 to surprise my best friend while she was home. I checked the tracker all day and it continued to say “with florist”. I even checked in with my friend to see if she received any deliveries, and nothing. I called in on 5/11/2019 and customer service assured me that they would be delivered same day. They even provided a coupon for inconvenience. Still no flowers!!! Now it’s 5/12/2019 (mother’s day), and still no flowers! The weekend has been ruined by this disappointment, as I live in another city and wasn't able to find a replacement on such short notice!!! WORST ONLINE ORDER EXPERIENCE EVER! I ordered two weeks before the Mother's Day: a DELUXE pink and white flowers on a PINK vase. What I just received was a standard flowers on a CLEAR vase! THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THE ONE THEY HAVE ON THE SITE! I was expecting almost, if not, exactly like the one I ordered, specifically, because my mom likes pink and I didn't get it. I called the customer service hoping that they can at least contact the local shop to solve this situation, but she said either I would wait until someone could pick up the flower from me and replace it with something close to it but she doesn't know when it's going to take place, or she could just give me a 30% refund. A freaking 30% refund! DIDN'T EVEN GOT A FULL REFUND!
I even offered that I could go to that local store and return it in exchange for something CLOSE to what I bought, but NOPE. I couldn't even do that because the representative said that the local store just didn't have the one that I bought and what they gave was an equal value of what I ordered, and that is RIDICULOUS! What I got was something worth around $20! And she did NOTHING after that! Just "advised" to get the 30 FREAKING PERCENT OF REFUND and that she "filed" my situation already. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, UPSET, AND FRUSTRATED ABOUT THIS ENTIRE SITUATION! And as a first time buyer from this website, this is a very bad experience! I am never going to buy here ever again! I would give this company NEGATIVE 50 stars if I could and I didn't even want to give them one star. They were to deliver my mom her Mother's Day flowers on the Friday before Mother's Day and she never ever received them. To make things worse, they never contacted me to let me know, but still took my money. When I called on Mother's Day to complain that she never received her flowers, I was told that the order was CANCELLED! What??? No phone call to me, no email, no word. Ordered two arrangements to be delivered on 5/11. One was delivered. But, the arrangement did not look like the picture that was advertised. I ordered a bouquet that was supposed to include both white and peach flowers and instead it only contained pink flowers. There were supposed to be burgundy mums in the arrangement, and there were none. There were almost none of the fillers that were advertised and instead there were huge large leaves that did not make the arrangement look pretty.
The second arrangement I ordered never reached my mother, even though I received an email saying that it was delivered. Upon contacting Customer Service, they attempted to call both local florists but were not able to reach anyone. I asked for a refund on the order that did not even arrive to my mom. And, they said they could not do anything until they were able to talk to the local florist to see what exactly happened. As for my mother-in-law's flowers, they said they would put in a complaint in their system and get back to me after they are able to speak to the florist. A very unsatisfactory experience! Will not be using Teleflora in the future! It's just too bad that I had to learn this the hard way and my two mothers being affected on their special day! Boo Teleflora! And, shame on you.

I ordered flowers on April 24th to be delivered to my mom on her birthday May 6th. On May 7th, I spoke to my mom and was surprised that she didn't mention the flowers. I asked if she had received them and she said no. I emailed Teleflora that day and didn't get a response. The next day, May 8th, I called and spoke to a man who put me on hold and to call the florist. When he came back he said that the flowers had been delivered on May 7th (scheduled delivery date having been May 6th) before noon and that someone had signed for them. My mom was at work before noon and no one would have been home to sign for the flowers so the lie was easily disproven. I told him I wanted a refund for non delivery and he said he will open an investigation and call me back. He never called back.
Later that day, a bouquet NOTHING like I had ordered was dropped off at my mom's driveway. I ordered a $58 colorful bouquet with several different kinds of flowers in a pretty vase. What came was all white, all the same kind of scraggly white flowers in a glass jar. The bouquet was worth about $15, several days late, not what I ordered and delivered after I had already requested a refund. I was beyond disgusted and sent another email explaining the situation and asked for a refund. I received a curt reply saying the flowers had been delivered, case closed. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and encourage everyone else who has had horrible experience with Teleflora to do the same.

Absolutely horrible! I ordered on Tuesday for flowers to be delivered on Saturday 3000 miles away to my mom for Mother's Day. I got an email that they were delivered, but they were not delivered to my mom. I was on the phone with customer service three different times totaling 1 hour and 53 minutes. They kept disconnecting me, saying there was no supervisor available, saying that they could not refund my money, I will never use this company again. 4 arrangements ordered on 05-09 for delivery 05-11. None received by 8:30 pm. Contact with customer service after holding for 30 minutes. Tracking found order had been cancelled by Teleflora "for my protection". No contact was made re the cancellation, per bank no charge was ever submitted by Teleflora. This was the 2nd incident in 2 years (12-17). Customer service is not helpful, no explanation of what the protection is for, no notification that the order had been cancelled. Customer service stated the order could be renewed by the purchaser. At this point, an order for Mother's Day receipt would be useless. There will not be a 3rd attempt to utilize this company.

I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother’s Day. She sent me a picture to thank me. I paid $50. For the deluxe arrangement. The photo she sent was such a lower quality and quantity. It looked like a $15 arrangement my local grocery store. When I called to complain they offered to refund me $13.00 on a $70 order. The man I spoke with used a condescending voice the entire time. I asked to speak to a manager, but he said they were all busy since it was a busy weekend. A year earlier the same company charged my card but failed to ever deliver the flowers I ordered for my Grandma’s birthday. I am done with Teleflora!

Nowhere in the ballpark of the quality promised. The flowers look like something thrown together in a hospital gift shop. Spent 119 on peonies and they delivered 8 blooms with some spare greenery. I feel 100% scammed. When I called they tried to give me a credit for future use. I demanded back my money and they said they'd do a refund, but the florist would be coming to pick the flowers up. I said that that would be fine. The lady said she's process it and be right back. Ten minutes later and I'm still waiting on her to come back. RUN don't walk away. Side note, I purchased flowers for my mom, step mom, and mother in-law from FTD, and that has been a wonderful experience. Definitely use them instead.

I ordered the Exotic Grace arrangement in premium for my Mother. This arrangement is tropical, with Bird of Paradise flowers and bamboo in a low, square Asian style vase. What they delivered was completely different. I was shocked when my Mom sent me a pic of an arrangement with flowers like Gerber Daisies and pink Roses in a cheap, run of the mill, clear glass vase with a small pink ribbon. It looked like your typical grocery store bouquet that you can find anywhere in the country for around $40 to $50.
She gave me the info for the florist that Teleflora contracted to make the arrangement. I called them and they informed me that they refused the original order because they were out of the Bird of Paradise flowers. They said that Teleflora then just put in another order for a cheap ** "Florist's Choice" bouquet. They did this without even contacting me for my consent!!! The worst part is that the florist told me that they actually specialize in tropical flower arrangements and have multiple similar flowers that they could have used to come up with something at least close to the original order (which I would have been totally happy with). But noooo, Teleflora just took it into their own hands and put in an order for something completely different without my approval.
So now my mother has what looks like grocery store flowers on Mother's day. I live 1200 miles from her and can't spend this special day in her company. I spent HOURS online looking for something unique and special for her. Teleflora won't even give me a full refund! I would be happy with an exchange for something at least similar to what I ordered or a FULL refund. Not some partial refund crap! Own up to your bad practices and make this right!!! I will NEVER use this company again. In the future I'll just contact a local flower shop where my Mom lives.

I ordered the 95 Mustang arrangement, without my consent they delivered the completely wrong arrangement. Not similar whatsoever. After an hour and a half on the phone, they offered a 50% refund and TO GO TAKE THE FLOWERS BACK FROM MY MOTHER! These idiots are going to go knock on my mother's door and take the flowers back! So that they can “call in 24 hours and tell me if the correct arrangement is available.” Tomorrow is Mother’s Day and they could not get my issue resolved AND are re-po-ing the flowers. What kind of company would do that? Do not order flowers from them! I am in disbelief this company is still in existence with these practices.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mom. It was bright and happy. She got dark and sad. My husband and I were horrified. Paid top dollar for the arrangement along with chocolates and a bear. I called Teleflora and they claimed they called the florist but they were closed. Refunded me half of my costs for missing the bear and chocolates. After I was off the phone I saw the pic my mom sent me and was horrified. I called them back gave them a piece of my mind. They refused to try and make it right so after a very winded butt chewing on my part to them I hung up. Got the florists number called them directly. Talked to the owner. She told me she spoke to Teleflora and offered to make the arrangement I picked out. They told her not to bother. Because of this she made the correct arrangement upgraded the bear and chocolates for free.
My mom sent me a picture of the new arrangement and the chocolates and bear. She was thrilled with the correct arrangement. The first one was pretty but not what I ordered. The florist also told me Teleflora didn’t give her the name of the arrangement I picked instead was told it was her choice of arrangement. She was very polite and professional about the situation and I will order directly from her and never again from Teleflora. This was my first and last time dealing with them.

I placed an order using Teleflora several days ahead of sending a floral arrangement for Mother's Day, only to be notified mid-day the day of delivery that this order could not be processed. I was left without other options for flower delivery and with no time to send another gift. All the customer service rep could offer me was a 20% discount and flower delivery mid-week the following week. Despicable. With so many other online floral delivery companies, I will never choose this one again, nor will I ever recommend them to another person.

We ordered a beautiful zen artistry arrangement for my mil for mother’s day & what she received looks absolutely nothing like the photo whatsoever. We were horrified when she posted a pic of the arrangement, thanking us. It looks like an arrangement of ugly plastic flowers that you would purchase at a Dollar Store or second hand store. I called late that night and requested a refund, informed them my mother would not be home to receive them 5/10 or the remainder of the weekend. That is WHY I selected the early delivery date. I was completely ignored. Flowers were delivered 5/10 anyway! I called again, was told I'd only receive a 50% refund because they were delivered. Hope my mom enjoys her DEAD flowers when she returns home next week, and I hope Teleflora feels that the profit margin they earned on my 50% that they kept was worth losing a customer for life. I placed an order on 5/7 for flowers to be delivered to my mom on 5/9 for mother’s day. Called to make some corrections on 5/8 and the man I spoke with was very helpful. Then, after reading these reviews from other customers I started to became very nervous about my order... I was delightfully surprised by a text and picture from my mom on 5/9 saying how much she loved them! I am super happy they were delivered on time and look just like the picture!! My only criticism is that I wish I received more email updates on it so I didn’t panic so much.

I tried giving this company a second chance. The first time they didn’t deliver my order on the right day AND it was the wrong arrangement. They acted like they didn’t care that I was upset and didn’t try to fix it. Then offered a discount on my next order! What?! I said I would never order from them again. And I gave it another try. I specifically ordered sunflowers cause my cousin loves them and she just had a miscarriage. The arrangement they sent did not have ONE sunflower! Not even what I ordered! I order flowers for someone to be delivered on the 9th. The flowers were not delivered to her at all. I contacted Teleflora and spoke with a rude man who informed me that the flowers were delivered, I advised him that they were not and he stated, "You can call back tomorrow and try to get your money back, but we are too busy now taking orders for Mothers day." So the company took my money and instead of apologizing and refunding they advised me they didn't have time for me because they were to busy taking other peoples money. I had to give at least a star to get this posted, otherwise none would have been given. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister in law at our job, for mother's day on 5/9. On 5/8 they were delivered to me. Good thing because the arrangement I ordered looked nothing like the picture. Missing flowers/tulips, all the flowers were willted and vase completely different. The $10 small chocolate box stuffed in the arrangement could have been purchased at the dollar store. When I called to complain, they offered to reimburse me 30% of what I paid. After speaking to a "supervisor" she said she could reimburse me 75% and in order to get the remaining balance, they would have to pick up the flowers. A day later and I have not been contacted and still have the wilting flowers on my desk. I will never use this company. I agree they are scammers for sure!

I ordered flowers for my sister on Friday to be delivered Monday. Monday I got a text saying they weren't available and to call the customer service number. I called and they said the florist in her town couldn't deliver that day and they would go out Tuesday. I got another text Tuesday saying they wouldn't be delivered that day either. I was busy and didn't call back until today (Wednesday). I was told they would send them out on Thursday. At that point I told them, "Never mind. I want a refund." They charged me on Friday and said my refund wouldn't show for 2 to 10 days. That is ridiculous. I shouldn't be charged for something that never got delivered. I will never order from Teleflora again.

I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law's 85th birthday 4 days in advance. Called in the afternoon of her birthday to see when they would be delivered. Was put on hold while they called the florist. Was told they called twice but no answer. Called again and was told they would be delivered by 5:00. Called again at 5:00 and was told it would be no later than 6:00. She received them at 7:00 on the evening of her birthday. Would have been nice if she would have been able to enjoy them more on her special day.

Order a floral arrangement for the children of our beautiful friend that passed away. Ordered them the day after she passed with next day delivery so they knew how much we loved her. They were never delivered that day. I contacted customer Service the next morning and this is what I received back:

My best friend for almost 60 years was celebrating her 50th Wedding Anniversary on May 3, 2019. In honor of this significant occasion I ordered an arrangement from Teleflora on April 17, 2019 which provided plenty of time before the requested May 3rd delivery date. The cost of the arrangement was promptly billed to my credit card. I called my friend on her Anniversary and when she didn't mention the arrangement I asked her whether they had gotten it.
She said they had not. I called Teleflora customer service (what a misnomer) and what seemed like a totally disinterested woman went to great lengths to explain to me how problems like that happen within Teleflora. Since the missed anniversary date was water over the dam I asked what could be done to try to salvage an already bad situation. She promised me she would have it delivered on May 4th (one day late) because I appreciate that mistakes do happen. I accepted her promised solution. As of May 6th there has been no arrangement delivered and instead I received this email from Teleflora this morning.
"Thank you for your Teleflora order. We appreciate your business. Unfortunately, we are unable to place your order for delivery on the requested day. So we may expedite your flower delivery, please click on the below link and follow the prompts to update your order. If you have any additional questions or concerns, you may call us at 800-822-9547 or reply to this email."
I called Teleflora Customer Service to express my total dissatisfaction with their service and my order experience. I went on to tell him that prior to my call I had spoken with our credit card company and asked them to dispute the charge. With a total lack of concern about my problem he then asked if I would like to order any flowers for Mother's Day! If that is the quality of service one should reasonably expect from Teleflora they should not be in business.

Ordered prom corsage which came to $53 after a $17 service fee (outrageous for a lily and a rose, but the price gouging isn't even my complaint.) Didn't arrive when scheduled the day before prom, despite getting delivery confirmation via email. We have a camera on the door, three obnoxiously loud yappy dogs, four people home, and the door wide open waiting for flowers--the flowers were absolutely not delivered. Called them. 30 minutes on hold. They said they'll leave a message for the florist in the morning. Next day, didn't get a call back. I called again. This time they argued with me, "sorry but it was delivered". After more arguing they agreed to redeliver by 3 pm latest. Four o clock rolls around, still no flowers and the poor girl went to prom with no corsage.
I call back for a refund. They say that the delivery driver noted that the delivery was attempted the day prior but no one was home, so since they tried to deliver, this is my fault and they will not refund. She will only offer me 15% off my next order. (So wait... they *knew* it hadn't been delivered the whole time? But still sent an email that it had been delivered?) But like I said--no delivery was attempted, nor was there a note, a phone call, etc., nothing. She says they can redeliver in 2 days. LOL! I repeat to her that they already left for prom and the order is useless. She repeated that it will have to be delivered Monday and I'll get 15% off my next order. (Next time I feel like having my money stolen, I get a discount on the theft, yay.)
After much, much, much more debate, she finally said she will *attempt* to cancel the order to refund the money after the shop opens on Monday. That's where we are now. Pretty sure I'm going to be on the phone with them again because I doubt they will bother. This is fraud. A regular scumbag thief just steals your money and runs. They stole the $53, plus to add insult to injury, stole a few hours of my time on the phone over 2 days, stole my sanity in the process by forcing me to listen to that horrible hold music for hours until I wanted to gouge my eardrums out, and--the creme de la creme--made a girl cry on her prom day.
There are so many nightmare reviews here of theft and fraud--people who couldn't send their sympathy to a funeral, or to the bedside of someone who was sick and dying, kids feeling left out on their prom. My experience isn't a one time embarrassment for the company, but yet another example of what clearly appears to be an intentionally fraudulent and deceptive business model. I hope all the special events in their life are similarly tainted with grief, frustration, and exasperation.

I ordered flowers on 4/29 to be delivered to my friend that had surgery 5/1. When I ordered online the date I chose 5/1 was an acceptable delivery date. I placed my order 50$. On the day order was to be delivered they called & emailed & said it couldn't be delivered on that date. Would be 5/2, gave no reason. It is now 7:45 pm on 5/2 & flowers still have not been delivered. You call customer service & no offense but you can't understand the broken English. I am very upset & I have no idea when my sick friend will ever get her balloons & flowers!

I ordered flowers to send for a friend for a horrible date for the death of her son. I payed, they took the money immediately, then I received a text saying they couldn't make the arrangement that I chose, and then they couldn't deliver on that day. I asked to be refunded and then they say 2-10 business days? You took 2 seconds to withdraw from my account. I specifically ordered a more expensive arrangement because it was what I was looking for. What was delivered was the entire opposite, the flowers were different, the vase was entirely different, and the entire arrangement was pink, which I specifically tried to avoid when I ordered. I ordered a white and blue arrangement. Very disappointed. If I'm going to pay $60+ dollars for an arrangement I expect it to be better than a CVS bouquet thrown in a $1 vase.

Flowers were ordered and paid for on Monday for Wednesday delivery. I got a call on Wednesday saying I'd need to change the order. I said, "Fine so long as it gets delivered today." "Of course," they said. I then get another call saying it will be delivered on Thursday. Late Thursday I call them back. "Oh, sorry. We will prioritize the flowers for Friday morning." A relative sent Zen Artistry-Deluxe. I was sent the order confirmation, complete with price, not the relative who ordered it and wanted to surprise us with a nice thank you. Now, less than 24 hours later, the orchid portion is drooping and dying and the carnations are fringed with brown tips. And they did not offer a replacement but a 30% credit. What a nightmare this horrible company is. I placed two orders for premium flower bouquets to be delivered to two of my employees for administrative professionals day. Neither one arrived on the delivery date. I waited alone for 2 hours and 46 minutes after we closed to see if the deliveries would arrive. They did not. Then I called Teleflora and talked with them for 38 minutes.
They then told me that they would deliver them one day late and actually stated that they "guaranteed" they would arrive by 5:00 pm on the day after the delivery date. I waited until 5:20 pm and then called them from my office when no flowers had arrived. Neither order arrived. I spent 41 minutes on the phone with them. They stated the flowers had been driving around on a delivery truck all over town all day long. I said that I did not want flowers given to the recipients which were ruined by the heat. The male representative in this call then explained that they would "never" deliver ruined flowers. He assured me himself that they would call the florist and be sure that fresh bouquets of flowers would be sent to the recipients the next morning.
So, the next morning, nothing arrived. Then, as I was standing by the two recipients at the office, I received two emails confirming that the flowers had been delivered. Wrong. Nothing whatsoever had been delivering, as the two recipients and I knew very well because all three of us were sitting at the desk at the front door to our office when the email arrived. Then another hour passed. Nothing. I then called Teleflora a third time. 32 more minutes in this call. No resolution. An empty promise that someone would call me back to fix the situation.
No one ever called for a few hours. So then I decided to start walking around to various office buildings in the area myself to see if anyone had received any flowers. I finally found them. They had been delivered to the wrong address. I double-checked the address on both orders. Both were correct. Teleflora then was unable to ever find out that the flowers had been delivered to the wrong address.
I had called them a fourth time for another phone call this time lasting 18 minutes. Then the next problem. One of the bouquets looked horrible, full of brown ruined flowers, and those flowers were sitting in a plain clear glass vase that was not the very expensive premium vase I had paid so much money for. The vase was also not in any way the equivalent of the vase I ordered in terms of style, quality, or price. I was embarrassed that my employee received browned flowers ruined by the heat of the truck and that the vase was hideous, especially considering that the vase was the reason I picked that bouquet in the first place. Would Teleflora give me my money back? NO. This company engages in fraudulent business practices. Awful.

Spoke with someone on Sunday and said they would delivery on Tuesday. After the recipient's birthday! My recipient received the flowers today and are not remotely close to what I ordered. Teleflora has an option to see if certain arrangements are available in the recipient's area. This is what I chose: https://www.teleflora.com/bouquet/my-little-chickadee-by-teleflora?prodID=P_T33-1A. Not even close. Instead, Teleflora sent a cheap gothic-funeral type arrangement because the florist didn't have the correct flowers, but assured me something COMPARABLE would be sent. Yeah right.
After the recipient sent me a picture of what was sent, I called Teleflora to complain, and they offered me a coupon for my next order Or that the recipient could go the local florist and exchange it. I spoke with a "supervisor" who refunded me 75% of my money back. I also emailed customer service, and they didn't even address the order Or my dissatisfaction, just said I would be refunded and thank me for choosing Teleflora. Never ever again. They mislead consumers on the product and are weak about making amends.

We placed an order on April 12 for delivery that same day. There was a mistake on the recipient's address and corrected it on Monday April 15th with a request that they be delivered that day. As of today, April 18th there was no delivery of the order we made. The flower shop that Teleflora worked with regarding our order only attempted delivery one time stating they couldn't locate the house. We will never order from Teleflora again.

Ordered birthday flowers for my boss. Was contacted letting me know that the arrangement I wanted could not be completed by a florist in my area. Chose an alternate arrangement and was assured it would be delivered by 4:00 pm only to receive another email asking me to choose an alternate delivery date as my original request could not be fulfilled. I placed an order for Birthday flowers to be delivered to my sister as a SURPRISE... I completed the online order form and entered in my sister's info as the recipient. Within minutes of placing the order Teleflora proceeded to email my sister with marketing spam with my name and order info on it, clearly ruining the surprise!! I emailed customer service explaining the situation and asking them how they planned on rectifying their error. At first they denied that they emailed her, so I sent screenshots of the emails they sent her... and their solution to my complaint was to CANCEL my order!!!! I sent each to each girl so that they would feel good about getting the flowers. The day they were to be delivered, I got an email stating there was a problem with the order. After calling and being on hold for 30 minutes and we had an argument about the flowers all being delivered to the same address just 2 different people they assured me that the order would be delivered on delivery date by 6 pm.
An hour later I received another email stating that one had been canceled due to some unforeseen problem. I again called the company and was on hold another 30 or so minutes. When I finally got someone on the phone the lady told me that due to the lack of money spent on this item they canceled the order. I then tried to explain to her that there were three ordered in all and that they were all going to the same address. She still gave me the runaround and here I sit less than 24 hrs away from my senior daughter's prom without a flower for her. The lack of professionalism in this company is horrible!

I have ordered flower arrangements via the web for the past 15 years now and unfortunately I tried Teleflora. Never again! They are the ONLY florist that have NEVER delivered on the date request of the 50+ orders I have placed using FTD, Pro Flowers or calling a local florist. Their hold time is horrendous and in the day of technology have no automated method of providing you with updates to track your order. My Mom waited all day for her flowers to come on her birthday.
They said they tried to contact her "all day". She never got a voicemail from them and she and I had been texting throughout the day. I tried to contact customer service directly and stayed on hold 20+ minutes before finally hanging up. I finally gave up, contacted a local florist the next day and within 4 hrs they delivered. They even sent me a pic of the arrangement! I don't know what their business issue is or it is just that someone dropped the ball on this order. But for me, first and only time I will ever use them. I have requested a refund and I am sure that will result in more aggravation on my part.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mom after a surgery. She absolutely loves the arrangement, said the flowers are beautiful and fresh and smell amazing. She sent me a picture and it looks exactly like the photo shown on the website. (My mom is not easy to please, so I am beyond excited about my decision to use Teleflora this time instead of the company I previously used.)

Ordered flowers to have delivered to my wife while I was on a business trip for a specific date. On said date, received email stating there was problem placing the order. When I placed the order, I provided my wife's phone number to ensure she was home upon delivery. They contacted her to tell her they could not be delivered on the scheduled day and never gave reason why. Additionally, the individual who called her could not speak English very well. My wife informed me of the call and I asked her to call them back and ask about delivery issues and why they could not be delivered as ordered. She was able to get a hold of someone, who spoke English, and ensured prompt delivery. So the company's only saving grace is they were finally delivered on the date scheduled with hassle. With that said, I will never use this company again.

I ordered flowers for my mother's 86 birthday and got a confirmation. The order never arrived. Called customer service, was told they cancelled my order. No good reason given. The service rep was useless. Don't waste your time or money. Bill **.

Please share! Please make this go viral!!! DO NOT USE TELEFLORA! I ordered flowers for my friend who laid dying in hospice in another state. Paid online and was promised same day delivery. The flowers NEVER GOT DELIVERED!!! She PASSED THAT NIGHT! I will never have the opportunity to send her flowers ever again. I called for a refund and spoke with 4 to 5 managers and got 16 different stories. Transferred around 10 times. Sent to automated messages. Finally after getting heated I was offered 20% refund after a review of the case in 10 days! UNACCEPTABLE.
Then it was ok maybe we give you 75%. FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT GET? Then it was you’ll be refunded today. Then the next day no refund. Then it was 100% after review in 10 days. BUT STILL No refund. I asked repeatedly for email confirmation of the refund which they did not provide. Because they never planned to refund. They even had the nerve to send me a message saying it was hand delivered! NO IT WAS NOT! They even tried to reuse my account information for another purchase I didn’t make, but luckily I changed my debit card at the advice of my banker so it didn’t go through. I went through my bank and filed a dispute to get my money back.
I have no information on who has my money or what store was supposed to have delivered them in that city. They will not give you any information. They offer no sympathy. Absolutely ZERO customer service. HOLD TIMES OVER AN HOUR. I wonder why? Lies and lies. SCAM AND FRAUD! DO NOT EVER FALL FOR THIS. I can never get the second chance they took away from me. Unethical. Report report report everyone to the BBB. PLEASE. I FILED A REPORT TODAY WITH THE BBB. To top it all off they are sending me coupons through my email but won’t send me a refund confirmation or even a ticket number or any documentation at all that can be used against them! Please I beg of you to make this go viral. Share please! NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE PLEASE.

I paid a higher dollar amount to get a beautiful wooden vase. I received a plain glass vase that I could have bought at the dollar store. It does say that that they might have to substitute vases, but they couldn't even come close to the vase that I ordered? They just choose to use a cheap plain normal glass vase. A complete waste of money.
