    Purchased an arrangement for my daughter at school four hours away for her 19th birthday. Went all out with largest available arrangement. What she received was More greens than anything. Very embarrassing. As a reply to my complaint they sent me a 30% discount code that must be used within 30 days and cannot be used online. You can find a better discount with no such restrictions online any day! So disappointed!

    Ordered flowers to be delivered and I’m yet to see that delivery. I’m so embarrassed. More at myself for not reading the reviews and not wasting my time on these people. Trust me the reviews are accurate. They take your money and then don’t give a damn if or when you get your flowers. Everyone in customer service have A different excuse. If you can’t get in touch with a florist then why are you doing business with them. Then have the audacity to ask me if I want the flowers tomorrow for 50 off. Are you kidding me!!! Will never get my time or money again. BUYER BEWARE.

    I DO NOT recommend this company whatsoever. I ordered flowers for my coworker on March 28 for delivery on April 1st. The website wasn't working correctly so I worked with their online chat service to place my order. I had one Promo code sent to me for $15.99 off my order and I decided to redeem my points for another $5 off the order the month before I had used 2 discounts on my order to another person so there shouldn't be any issues. Well I had gotten the receipt showing I would be charged $54.99 USD which would work out to about $73 CAD. Well after the transaction was completed I checked my Bank account to find out that my card was charged 70.89 USD being over $98 CAD.

    I got back on the chat service. She fought me for a bit then promised within 5 days I would receive my refund for the additional cost charged to me. Well April first I was Charged another 22 CAD then on April 2 I was received a credit for 20.59 CAD... So NOW I have been charged over 100 for flowers that should have only costed me 73 CAD. When I called in I spoke with the CSR and the Manager and they said, "Well I'm sorry. There is nothing I can do." THEY went into my credit card and took money AFTER the fact without my knowledge then said there is nothing they can do. This is appalling. I have to have my bank step in to deal with this fraud. So again NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL USE YOUR CREDIT CARD AFTER THE PURCHASE IS DONE.

    On the day of my anniversary, I wanted to surprise my wife and hire Teleflora services, choosing the bouquet I wanted, especially a type of flower that love my wife. My wife received the flower arrangement on time but with the surprise that it was not the type of flower I asked for and the flowers were wilted, I took a picture and started a claim. That was more than 4 months ago and to date I did not even receive an apology. It really was a nightmare. I will NEVER hire your services. WORST service I have known on my life.

    I would give this company 0 stars, if possible! I placed 3 different orders, all on the same day— 2 of which were to be delivered today. I received confirmation emails, that the flowers had been “hand-delivered” hours earlier. My mother (recipient #1) never called to say anything about the bouquets, so I called her, only to find out that it had NEVER BEEN DELIVERED!

    I then called the Customer Service line, where I was told that I had to wait until 8 pm to call in and lodge a “complaint”— not even a refund! I asked for the Supervisor, only to be told that there was no supervisor. I asked, why don’t they call the florist then? “Because the florist is closed, but perhaps they’re still delivering...” Are you kidding?! I wish that I had read all of these reviews first. Terrible customer service, AND, they don’t even deliver their product, which, from these reviews, is pretty crappy anyway. Please go with ANYONE ELSE!

    Updated on 04/03/2019: I complained directly to Teleflora about a flower arrangement (see review posted 4/1). Today I received an email saying I'd get a $13 refund? So I get $13 back on a $65 bouquet that damaged and bore little resemblance to the photo on their site. I will be sure to let everyone I know to avoid using Teleflora. The only thing worse than their flowers is their horrible customer service.

    Original Review: I chose the Desert Sunrise Bouquet because of colors shown and number of blooms. Delivered bouquet was short on flowers, poorly arranged, and some of the flowers included were bruised. The primary color should have been peach/coral. Instead bouquet contained pink flowers. I wish I could upload photos here to show what I paid for versus what was delivered. Shame on you, Teleflora, for sending out poor products to people who are celebrating big events or just need a nice bouquet to lift their spirits.

    Nothing like what I ordered online. It was 2 days after Valentine's Day and I was ordering for an art show opening for a friend. Looked like rejected Valentine's flowers half dead. Bright pink vase with orange and red flowers! The note card handwritten instead of typed with poor slanted writing. I was embarrassed that my name was associated with it at the entrance. They used a florist none of the locals ever if!!

    I ordered the "Spring Garden Basket" for a friend's Mother who just passed away and it was to go to the funeral home. This was described as a 15" x 15" dark wicker basket filled with 5 unique plants. This appeared pictured to be very full with colorful pink kalanchoe, pink hypoestes, lush green maiden ferns, Boston ferns, & fiddle leaf philodendron. Our friends who went in on the basket traveled 2 hours to the funeral home and were appalled when they saw the cheap small basket, half filled with a small orange kalanchoe, a couple of small Boston fern leaves, a common heart shaped philodendron, and an ivy rooting! Half the basket just had bare Spanish moss to fill the void. Can't believe 4 couples paid $69.00 plus shipping for this poor display of what was suppose to be a beautiful arrangement! We are all very disappointed to say the least! I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I will never use Teleflora again!

    I ordered flowers for my friend's funeral on Tuesday morning. Teleflora didn't let me know until the following Thursday (funeral day) that they couldn't deliver the flower order. I was heartbroken. No remorse from the first person I spoke to (he could hardly speak English). He couldn't even tell me exactly why the flowers weren't delivered. I had to go through a route to complain to someone with more information. Horrible service and I will share this with everyone I can.

    I had a delivery of Make a Wish Deluxe Bouquet and a helium balloon USD $60.00, supposed to arrive yesterday. When it did not arrive I called up and was told the florist had no helium so they could not deliver. (I ordered on Monday and they never tried to contact me about any issues.) I told them deliver without the balloon.

    The flowers arrived today and they were not what was ordered, the bunch that came was about $10 worth of flowers, along with a kid's balloon. I went to the florists and called Teleflora while standing in the shop with the florist. They said they had been unable to find someone in my area to deliver!! I told them I was standing with the florist. They then said the Deluxe Bouquet was not available in my area, the florist confirmed it is. They said, as it was not available they changed the order to florists choice.... They then said they could not place the order as the florist was closed Thursday, she, while standing beside me said, "I was open all day yesterday, you did place the order and I delivered it."

    It was the most awful, frustrating call I have ever made. The Teleflora employee told lie after lie, contradicting herself over and over again. After all this, she told me they were currently looking for a florist in my area to deliver my bouquet, I gave up. I told her issue a refund. I would NEVER EVER deal with them again, they are so incompetent. Go local, call a local florist direct, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

    I ordered a beautiful premium orchid arrangement on the Teleflora website. I opted to use my choice of the Teleflora florist because the last delivery they used a local florist in the area and the arrangement was not like the website. Wanting to give Teleflora a second chance, I selected the Teleflora florist that I knew had a good reputation in the area and nice arrangements. After putting in my payment information, which was an American Express credit card, the website never seemed to complete my order. I had an online chat and they assured me that my order was being placed during the chat and they gave a verbal confirmation number for the processing of my credit card. An email confirmation also came.

    The following day I received a second email telling me the order had not gone through. I called the 800 number and provided the reference numbers and they could not find the order. Finally they found it and said the order had not been completed. They offered to take the order verbally. At this point I am frustrated and concerned that in giving the order a third time, I may end up with multiple arrangements and credit card charges. I did not want to place the order again and told them that I would go back online since the arrangement was still sitting in my online shopping cart.

    After hanging up, I got a voicemail message from Utah telling me there was a problem with my order and to call in. I went back online and terminated the original order which was still sitting in my shopping cart and started all over. The reason in doing so was I wanted to elect the specific florist and the greeting card was already typed in with a lot of thought. The online order again would not complete and I even used a different credit card because I thought maybe they didn't like American Express even though the website said they accept it. Again no completed order. At this point I have two days and way to many hours trying to order flowers.

    Do not order from Teleflora. You will not get your flowers. They should be banned from search engines. Do not not not use this company. Ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. Gave 4 days notice. Flowers never arrived on the day. Will never use this company again and will make certain no one I know will either. Absolute disgrace.

    I ordered a Valentine's Day flower arrangement, which was over $100, to be delivered on...VALENTINE'S DAY, 2019. As we all know, Valentine's Day falls on February 14th, every year. These flowers were delivered, but they were delivered on 2-13-19, to my dismay. Imagine my surprise when my wife called me on the 13th, thanking me for the flowers. This spoiled the whole reason for this delivery. I did make a complaint to Teleflora.com and they said the florist that delivered the flowers said they delivered them on the 14th and the company closed the complaint. The 100% satisfaction guarantee sure didn't work for me! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

    I tried to order a food and Flower Basket for my disabled uncle for his birthday. First they texted back and said they didn't have what I ordered so asked me to change my order. Then I changed my order and they told me they couldn't deliver it on the day of his birthday. Then they called back a third time and said they couldn't deliver what I had changed my order to. So then I tried to change it to something else on the website and they said they couldn't guarantee the container. They can't guarantee anything. Their order area is metro only, nothing rural at all. When I used them another time, they sent something not at all like what I ordered. Just going to let my last Groupon expire as I have no idea what they can actually do. Customer agents are also hard to understand :(. Nothing good to say at all.

    I forgot this was the company that never delivered a sympathy arrangement my husband tried to send or I would never have placed my recent order for my Mother’s birthday. They delivered 1 hour too early. I left explicit delivery instructions on the time of delivery. Flowers came disheveled, in the wrong vase, with no bow as pictured. The flowers were not even 1/2 open so all you saw was greens. I chose the mid-priced one and there were a lot of stems, but they were bent and cramped in the vase. I was there when they were delivered for the 2nd time in 1 hour and the arrangement looked awful as he handed them to my mother.

    I am glad I saved a photo of what I ordered so I could show her what I was expecting her to get. She was shocked at the difference. This is a ** company that is not to be trusted to send what they show. My mom requested that in the future I should just go to the supermarket and get two dozen carnations because the price is right and would be much prettier than what she received from Teleflora. Buyer beware!

    I ordered flowers for my mom. I got an email confirmation that they were delivered at 4.30 PM. At 6 PM, I reached out to my mom to see if she received them and she had not. I was told the next morning that they actually were not delivered as the recipient wasn't home. She was home all afternoon! I must have called Teleflora 3 times and each time they called the local florist, no one answered. I was so upset that I got a delivery confirmation when they were never delivered, I cancelled the order immediately. I will never use them again. EVER.

    I contacted them immediately and he told me all they can do is give me a 40% off my next order. What makes you think I will order from you guys again. Then I quoted their answer online about refunds. The next Rep told me I had to tell my daughter to send the flowers back within 48 hours and that is listed nowhere on this site. I sent pictures of what the flowers look like and what my daughter did for my wife. My daughter's was worth $60. Then they contacted me again only giving me a $23.40 credit. It was almost like a “take it or leave it” approach. I want my full refund of $77.97.

    RUN FAR AWAY FROM TELEFLORA. They will send you $4 grocery store arrangements that don't remotely resemble what you ordered, charge you $50+ and then tell you the recipient has to reject the flowers upon delivery for a full refund. Who sends recipients a picture of what they sent prior to delivery - isn't the surprise half of sending flowers?

    I recently purchased an arrangement from Teleflora to be delivered to a friend who was sick and what was delivered was totally different than what I ordered. I even paid extra to make the arrangement deluxe. What was ordered was embarrassing! The arrangement looked like someone picked flowers and put them in a vase and not even the same flowers that were ordered. I called customer service several times and chatted with them online. The first one said the florist would redeliver asap. After waiting for redelivery which did not happen, I called again and they said they would not redeliver and would give me a coupon for my next order. To make this story short I had to open a complaint with my Credit Card because Teleflora refused to make it right for me.

    I ordered 2 floral arrangements from Teleflora going to the same business address. Teleflora dispatched the arrangements to 2 different vendors. One of the arrangements was received around 3pm and the other at 6pm to a business address. My recipient didn’t even receive it...a staff member collected it for her. Meanwhile they supposedly guarantee 11am - 5pm floral delivery. When I called customer service I spoke with a Rose who said that she will give me a refund. I requested an email and they never gave me my refund. There’s no sympathy from customer service and zero quality when speaking to buyer. They have poor communication and management with vendors. They don’t even know when deliveries are made or statuses of florals and instead they want to brush you off the line and tell you lies. Furthermore they have you waiting on the phone for hours.

    I selected a beautiful, expensive arrangement call "Peaceful Zen Garden," which came in a big rectangular bamboo box, and had succulents and bamboo stalks in it. The florist delivered a small cheap arrangement of philodendrons in a tacky 50-cent basket. It took 2-1/2 hours of phone time with 3 different reps to get a full refund. The 1st rep said I could get a 50% refund, the 2nd was willing to give me 75%, the 3rd (after threatening to go to AMEX) said they would give me all my money back. This is how their florist in Las Vegas makes money. Taking payment for an expensive arrangement, sending a cheap one, and pocketing the difference. "Who would ever know," they thought. But my friend knows my taste, and sent me a picture.

    I placed an order with this company on March 6th for my mom's funeral. I was assured that my order would be delivered to the funeral chapel and there would be no problems for delivery on March 8th my. The funeral started at 11 am. Only one vase of flowers were there and they had not sent me any type of email or anything to tell me that the other products would not be there. My family and myself was very disappointed. This was supposed to be an occasion to celebrate my mother's life and it was just empty without the flowers that was supposed to be prepared and sent. I was guaranteed that it would happen by customer service rep Jerry.

    Before this happen, I sent an excellent review, about Jerry. But actually I take back all of that because he works for the company and he should have made sure that this would have happened. Returning the money is only one aspect of the situation. But I even just asked them and sent an email and said well we all as a family tradition is to take home flowers from our loved ones who have passed on and the flowers that were sent wasn't enough for all the heads of the family that is left. I asked them in good faith, "Would they send another bouquet". Let me and my sister could share. I shouldn't have asked. They ignored the question totally.

    I don't understand maybe some of the people have never lost a loved one or really has not lost a mother or father or whatever but to not fulfill something like this does not bring a lot of closure because families do be upset and also be talking about what was delivered, how it went and so forth like that. This company promised but didn't deliver and when you make that to a customer you should be able to back it up. I will never ever use your company. My family won't and the friends that I pass around this to they won't either. It is very disgusting to us that you would disappoint us like this in this time of our grief. No thank you.

    The picture of what I thought I was buying and what was actually delivered was so disappointing that I sent them both pictures and asked for a partial refund or a new delivery. They refused to fix! They claimed that the proper "recipe" was followed. I wish I could post the pictures. Dramatically fewer flowers and poorly arranged.

    I purchased flowers for a baby girl that my Nephew had last Thursday. ON Friday I contacted Teleflora.com to send a basket to them to be delivered on Sat. Sat they contact me and said they had trouble with florist (In Indianapolis!) and could not get it delivered until Monday. No delivery confirmation, I called to check and they had no idea about the status. They did call the florist and they were closed and no further information. I am canceling this order and will never ever use this scam of a company again. I hope all read this first and do not use them.

    I ordered flowers through Teleflora on 2/28/2019, it was a daily deal and it was ordered before the daily cut off time by hours. Did not get the flowers the same day. Got a phone call 3/1/2019 around 8:30 AM from a rep at Teleflora telling me to expect a delivery on 3/1/2019. I called Teleflora at 1 PM asking where the flowers were and when they would be delivered. I was on hold waiting to talk to someone for 15 mins and then once I am able to talk to someone, I was told that the florist wasn't going to send the flowers and needed a new delivery date. I asked for a refund and to cancel my order. I will never be doing business with this company again. A 40% off coupon I was emailed is not going to solve the lack of communication and horrible customer service that I received. If I hadn't called Teleflora back I would have never known about the local florist needing to push back the date and not to expect the flowers I ordered on either days.

    The birthday flowers I received from my daughter on Tuesday were NOT at all fresh, and did not even include a card with the florist’s name - just a handwritten card from my daughter. I was able to contact the same person (who had called to ask if I was available for a delivery), since her number was recorded on my cell phone. I asked her again which florist she was with (as I wanted to ensure I’d never use them). I explained that the flowers were “old and not at all fresh”, and that I was very disappointed with them.

    After speaking to her owner, I was told they could replace them, understanding that I would receive the same kind of arrangement. Not a problem. The same delivery person brought the second arrangement that afternoon, and I met her at the door and swapped flowers with her. After bringing them inside, I realized the flowers weren’t any better than the first! Not only were they the same kind, they were literally made from the same old roses. I didn’t want to tell my daughter of my disappointment so I decided to try and contact Teleflora’s customer service. After calling the number, I was supposed to wait to be connected to a human and, if no one was available, they would return my call. I entered my number for a return call and never received one. It is now Friday and I’ve never heard from anyone. Please do not use Teleflora! I would recommend finding a florist online for the city where you want to send flowers. It would have to be better than this!!!

    I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mother's 78th birthday because my father is not around to do it any longer. I placed the order almost three weeks before the delivery and chose to use my Fingerhut account to purchase them because they had some kind of special. On the DAY OF the delivery, I get an email saying they couldn't deliver it that day. I called the 1-800 customer service number to find out why. The agent tells me that it's because they couldn't process my Fingerhut card.

    I asked why I wasn't contacted before that day to either get the information again or use a different card. She couldn't tell me. She then takes my card information again, promising they will deliver the next day. The next day however, no delivery. I get an email stating that no one in the area could deliver that particular arrangement that day. I called and just cancelled. Did they offer anything for all of my disappointment and distress? No! They do not care about the customer and do not need your business. I'll just go to Costco from now on and pick them out myself.

    Extremely bad experience ordering flowers for my wife on Valentine's Day, couldn't deliver on the promised date. Emailed them to cancel the order the next day and ask for refund, instead they have the florist delivered it two days after. They sent some links to update order request the day after but that also didn't work. Emailed them multiple times but they never answer exactly the question I asked for, only replying with some boilerplate such as "We're looking into this issue." DO NOT order from them ever again!

    I ordered on 02/15/2019 a bouquet called Arrive In Style, a balloon and chocolates for my mum's birthday for 02/22/2019. I paid extra to make sure it was delivered before 1:30 pm on the 02/22/2019. On 02/21/2019 I get an e-mail saying they cannot do that bouquet and if I wanted to do another one instead. So, I said okay even though I was not happy about it. Came to 02/22/2019, the flowers never arrived. I called at 8pm on 02/22/2019 to find out where they were. The lady on the phone told me that they were not going to deliver now until 02/23/2019. She said she would refund me the early delivery fee. On 02/23/2019 I get an e-mail saying that they canceled my order completely. I am now on hold waiting to talk to someone to make sure I get a full refund. I still have not received an refund yet. I will never use this company again.

    I placed an order for an adorable floral arrangement called “Sweet Little Lamb” for a baby girl. I placed the order on Feb. 14 and as of today, Feb. 21, my order has still not been delivered! After being on the phone again today I finally requested a refund! I received an email on the 15th that my flowers were actually delivered so I was very happy and excited because it was such a beautiful arrangement and I knew my nephew and his wife would love it too to welcome their new baby girl. Then a day or two later I received a text and an email that there was a problem and the arrangement actually was not delivered. The florist wanted to make substitutions but I was assured by two Teleflora reps that there would be no substitutions. I couldn’t take the stress over this any longer so just chose a refund. Seven days is a long time to wait for your flowers to be delivered much less not getting what you really wanted!

    I ordered the premium sunny smiles flower arrangement and chocolate to be delivered on February 20th. The order was never delivered! When I called on the 21st they told me that the order would be there for sure by the end of the business day the 21st and wasn't delivered the day prior due to the weather and the florist they use was closed. OK why wasn't I notified it wasn't going to be delivered! I waited on hold for almost 20 minutes. Spoke to a girl who couldn't get my name right after being corrected 5 times.

    When I asked if they intend to refund me for the nondelivery of my order she claimed she would issue me a 40% off coupon for a future order but must be used in the next 6 months. I laughed and said, "I won't order through you again. I want to cancel this order and get refunded. You didn't follow through with your end of the deal!" She claims they can't cancel the order. It's already been processed and set to be delivered today. I asked who is delivering it, so I can verify they actually got the order because the 4 flower shops for that area that I have called had nothing for an order. She refused to give me the information.

    I asked for a time the delivery time. The went back in forth of just the end of the day. I finally got pissed and got a time from her of 4 pm. Again I asked for flower shop name. She refused. I told her 4 pm they better be there or I'm contacting my CC company to refund the charges for not receiving goods and I would be calling back... Needless to say after calling 6 more flower shops in neighboring towns I have found the shop that will be delivering the flowers.

    I spoke to a very nice lady that says do not ever use Teleflora as they offer these beautiful arrangements but those can't be realistically be made by the florist for the prices they get so my 80$ arrangement the flower shop is only being paid $30-40 for that so they give the customer $20-30 worth of flowers as they have to make a profit too and then Teleflora makes bank on the rest! So for what I paid Teleflora, I could of called flower shop directly explained what I wanted gave information and got a large beautiful arrangement for a fraction of the price and it would have been delivered on time! BUYER BEWARE!

    AVOID this website at all costs. Teleflora.com uses false advertising to entice you to buy an expensive flower bouquet and then delivers a substandard bouquet that does not even look like the advertised one. The vase is not the premium vase, the number of flowers and quality does not match, and the advertised decorations are missing completely. The flowers that were supposed to make your loved one gasp for Valentine’s Day, instead they were a HUGE disappointment. I even placed my order 10 days in advance and had them delivered on February 12, just to be sure that there will be no excuses like busy day, or not enough flowers, etc. And still teleflora.com dropped the ball.

    I posted the flowers ordered and flowers delivered pictures so you can see for yourself what you are getting. Avoid this site, there are plenty of other flower delivery websites that you can try your luck with, but I suggest going to the flower shop yourself so you will know for certain that what you pay is what you get. I was away from home this time, but I will never again order flowers online.

    I ordered 2 of the exact same bouquets to be delivered on 2/13/19. One to CA and the other to TN. The CA order was delivered on the correct date with the exact bouquet ordered. The order to TN was a low budget looking bouquet that I did not order which they also was not delivered on a later date than specified. I attempted numerous times to email and contact customer service. The customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE!! I got the run around when I asked to speak with a supervisor. There was poor communication from them and they did not try to help resolve the issue satisfactorily. I will never order from Teleflora again!! Very unacceptable and unprofessional!

    I ordered a Valentine's Day bouquet for my mom. The arrangement I ordered was all pink roses and tulips, with a few pink carnations. When my mom called later, the bouquet she described was not at all what I ordered, so I asked her to send a photo. She received an arrangement of what appears to be scraps from other arrangements. No cohesive design, no cohesive color, and it was all carnations -- no roses, no tulips, no pink anything. It was a bunch of white carnations, with two random bright red carnations, and a couple of random purple carnations. It was the ugliest arrangement I've ever seen and a HUGE ripoff for what I paid.

    Customer service won't call me, they just keep responding by email (it takes days to get a response). First, they only offered 40% off my NEXT order - as if there will be one. I told them I wanted either a full refund or the correct arrangement sent to my mom. They did neither. Now they are crediting my account for less than half of what I paid and still won't call back to discuss. I will never, ever use Teleflora again and hope they go out of business. Teleflora is the worst.

    My experience with this company was the worst, most embarrassing experience I've had. This company is a fraud in my opinion. I ordered the premium package 'Always a lady' bouquet for my friend. Paid extra and in their description said 17 roses and had the measurements for the size and when my friend received her flowers at 7pm it was half a size and only 12 roses basically smaller than your basic bouquet. This is why they have the worst reviews online and I made a huge mistake giving your company a chance. For $150 Canadian the flowers were so embarrassing.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered for Valentines Day 2019. Flowers were never delivered even though I got an email saying they were. My wife had been home all day so I knew this was false. After multiple attempts and numerous holds I finally spoke with a rep who said they would reschedule the delivery for Monday. It Tuesday - still no flowers and absolutely no response to emails or my calls - I even went into their automated queue for a call back. I waited 2 hours and still no call back. I've used them for years and this is the second time have had this issue. The problem with Teleflora is that it's great when it works but if you have to deal with their customer service - it becomes a nightmare. I will take my business elsewhere - just not worth the headache and uncertainty.

    Just adding to the pile that I wish I had checked ahead of time, hopefully to steer more people away in the future -- placed an order on the 8th for delivery on the 14th. Figured that was appropriately in advance. Didn't say anything because I'd never had flowers shipped before and wanted it to be a surprise. Around 7:30pm I received a delivery confirmation email, but the flowers were never delivered. My girlfriend and her mom were home and never heard anything, nor did their hyperactive Pomeranian who hears everything outside the door.

    At first they thought it might have gone to a different house on a nearby street with the same number, but now I see that was probably a generous benefit-of-the-doubt and I'm confident that there just was no delivery, period. I'll start my own flower garden before using this service again. Unfortunately I noticed that this order, which I had placed through an Amtrak Guest Rewards promotion, actually showed as originating with Amtrak -- a service I do regularly enjoy -- and I wonder if that means they would be on the hook for a dispute.

    Teleflora responded to an email inquiry regarding my missed delivery with the following: "Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. This email is to confirm that we have requested a delivery confirmation from our delivering florist, which we will forward to you by email once it is received in our system." I have also contacted Amtrak to see if they have any dispute in place before I dispute with them, as I plan to ask for a full refund from Teleflora although it sounds like I'm unlikely to get it.

I called on the 15th and the customer service person asked if I still wanted them delivered. I told her no...if I wanted them delivered on the 15th, I would have requested that in the original order. She told me that I would receive a refund...we'll see.

    I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. I received an email confirmation that the flowers had been "hand delivered". No flowers arrived. I called the next day to share the disappointment of the nondelivery and the deception of the fake confirmation. I was offered a 20% refund. I told them this was not acceptable and eventually was offered a 50% refund. The following day at 5:30 pm the flowers finally arrived and they were not the kind that I ordered. They looked like something I could have picked up at the grocery store for $19.99. I paid $120! I called them just now and received an apology but was told that there would be no further compensation. "50% is the maximum refund we can give for unsatisfactory service. Is there anything else I can help you with Mr. **?" I won't be calling them again and neither should you.

    Teleflora is awful! We sent a bouquet to my sister and they sent the wrong arrangement. Furthermore, what did arrive was half dead. When I called to request my refund, the associate said, "We can offer you 20% refund". When I complained about a 20% refund, she said, "We can give you a 50% refund, but that is as high as we can go." I explained when a person pays for a service and a product and they don't receive what they pay for, they are supposed to get their money back. Teleflora is a horrible company - this is the second time I have had an issue with them. Do not use them. Plenty of other options out there - use one of them.

    Like many people here, I ordered a Valentine's bouquet for Feb 14, 2019. I received a confirmation email that the flowers had been hand delivered so I assumed they were. The following day, my mother told me she never received them. Three emails and two phone calls later (one in which I waited for 27 minutes), and they still never responded. Luckily, I used PayPal and now have a dispute pending. This company is a scam. They should be taken off of google search ASAP for fraudulent business practices.

    Worst company ever! I downloaded Yelp just to warn others not to ever use this company! When you order flowers, you expect them to get there on the day of the event, not when it's convenient for the florist. The only reason I knew they weren't delivered as scheduled is I checked with the company and they said, "The florist decided to deliver them tomorrow." WTF?! Then I was promised they'd be delivered ASAP the next day, but when I called in the next afternoon to confirm delivery I was told the florist couldn't find the residence so "they decided to try again the next day." Um, totally unacceptable! Again, there are lots of florists... DON'T USE TELEFLORA!!!

    This is a scam company! Do not buy anything from them. My boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered to me at my job for Valentine's Day and I never received them! Looking at the rest of these reviews I’m kind of glad I didn’t buy looking at some of the photos. It was really disappointing, he was trying to make my day special and they ruined it. They need to go out of business. He was on hold for thirty minutes, they just gave him the runaround. I hope everyone can get a full refund.

    I placed the order intentionally in the morning, well before noon, so that I would have placed the order before the 3 pm cut off time for same day delivery. They bouquet I chose for him was in the same day delivery section, which is why I chose it. That night, we called after they were not delivered and they said the florist didn't comply with the order. They said the order would be delivered the next day. I asked for a discount since the order was late and they refunded us 20% of the order. Today, we came home after telling them to leave it at the door if we weren't home and around 8 PM they still weren't here. I will never use this company again and I will tell others not to.

    Same as everyone who ordered flowers for Valentine's Day delivery! The flowers never showed! The flowers came late in the day on the 15th. Called the number for customer service... 20 min to answer, offered 50% off next order, kept putting me on hold. Finally, said they would only do 109% refund if they picked up the flowers, I told him to come get them! After 15 mins on hold he said he couldn't get the shop on the phone. He never took my order number, so I know he wasn't serious. I am gonna cancel the payment with Visa.

    I ordered flowers through Teleflora.com for my Grandmother for Valentine's Day to be delivered on 02/14/19 and they were not delivered! I called them the next day to ask what had happen. The call wait was over 49 minutes long. I held on because my money was deducted out of my account. The representative was very snotty about the issue and simply said they'll be delivered tomorrow 02/16/19 or you can just get a refund!! I should have accepted the refund but I wanted my Grandmother to have flowers. I didn't even get a simple courteous call or apology. I waited for flowers to come 02/16/19. Still NO FLOWERS!!! I call to see what was going on and the next representative was very polite about the matter and told me that he'll refund 20% of my money back to my card and send the flowers 02/19/19.     I placed an order to be delivered on February 15th same day. I got a text stating they were unable to deliver same day. When that was what I paid for, so I was told it would be delivered next day. The next day was today at 11 am and it STILL was not delivered. I was told multiple times it’s on the way and it never was. The wait time to speak to customer service is well over 40-45 min. Everything about this experience was absolutely horrible. I would NOT recommend anyone using Teleflora for any type of service.

They will only give 50% off next order. They told me again they'll deliver them and the day comes and they don't. I don't want the flowers anymore. Valentine's is over. It's futile. Worst floral company ever and I'll never use them again. Last time the flowers were nothing like what I ordered. This is 2 for 2 negative experiences.     I ordered flowers to be delivered to my parents for their 55 Anniversary. I got an email the next day, the day of delivery, saying they were canceling the order because it was undeliverable. No call or personal communication just an email. I don’t check my email every day. So I didn’t get the message until the next day when I realized my mother never called to tell me how excited she was to receive her flowers. I have been sick, otherwise I would have delivered them in person. That’s when I check my email, saw the cancellation and was devastated to find out that it was not delivered. :( I had to call my mother and explain why I not only never called to wish her a happy 55th Anniversary but that I ordered flowers to be delivered that were canceled.     I purchased from Teleflora the Premium "Crazy for You Bouquet with Red Rose and Mirror Vase" for my wife for Valentines Day. The arrangement with delivery cost $100. What she received was this small and pitiful pink rose arrangement in a red vase. It was extremely disappointing. This was a special time and it was capped off with an upsetting delivery. I saw better flowers on street corners for $15. I called their customer support and she said all she could do is give me a partial credit. She was from overseas and was disinterested in what happened. I wish I had looked at their lousy reviews. Take heed and listen to my experience. Do not waste a moment in time and your money.     Teleflora is a terrible company. My fiance ordered flowers to be delivered to me on Valentine's Day. They never arrived. He is currently abroad, so asked me to call them. I waited for a half hour and was told he had to be the one to call, as he ordered the flowers. He called, and was charged the insane long distance fee, waited for 45 minutes and was told the flowers would be delivered on the 15th. It's now the 16th, I'm on hold again with them (it's been 20 minutes so far). This is unbelievable. It kind of seems like this company is some sort of a scam. The reviews on here are not like anything I've seen before. This company needs to close its doors.

    I ordered flowers for my daughter on 2/13/19 to be delivered 2/14/19 in NYC for Valentine’s Day. They still haven’t been delivered. I called several times and was finally told they couldn’t give me a refund but would give me 40% off my next order??? Of course I requested a full refund and was told the “supervisor” would call me back??? Still no call. I called my credit card company and put the charge in dispute so hopefully I won’t have to pay for something we never received. I don’t know what is happening with this company but I’ve never had a problem before. This seems to have been a nationwide problem even with funerals. Hospital delivery and Valentine’s Day. I gave their 800 number a call to inquire about a refund. After waiting on hold for almost an hour, I was curtly informed that my order had been CANCELLED with no sort of notification sent to me.     Ordered an arrangement to be sent to a lonely dear friend on Valentine's Day and thought she'd be at work, so I gave them that address. I corrected that within an hour and was told that the flowers would definitely be delivered to her home instead. They were taken to her work address on Valentine's Day, and when they called her, she gave her home address and they were never delivered to her there!!! Today, I contacted Teleflora and told them to please deliver them to her home today and gave them her address 3 times!!! They were once again, delivered to her work address. How inept can one company be?!! The flowers have still not been delivered to her as I write this and I warn everyone to never use this company. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with!!

    One star is even too much. Reading all of these reviews, I have no idea how this company is in business. I will make sure I post my issue all over social media. First, the flowers ordered to be delivered on 2/13/19 were never delivered. No notification sent to me. I called on the 14th twice, sitting on hold for over 40 minutes each time. The first call they promised they would be delivered in the next few hours. The call later in the afternoon, they also promised they would be delivered. Like other reviewers stated, they refuse to give you the name of the florist used.

    I called back today (2/15), on hold for 56 minutes, and they offered me a 50% discount. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! I asked for the supervisor - the line switched over to voicemail!!! Additionally, this was a special delivery that was ruined along with the surprise. I had to let the recipient know and have them check to see if the flowers were delivered. Lastly, the reps are completely rude and unprofessional, all of which were nearly impossible to understand.

    This company definitely needs some looking into. I place my order a week ago to be delivered 2/14/19, I followed up with them via email and was assured my order would be delivered on time. My order wasn’t delivered and I called customer service 4 times and each time I ended up waiting a hour before I spoke with anyone. They couldn’t get in contact with their florist and kept telling me they would call me back but never did. I would receive a email the night of the 14th saying my order was delivered but that was a lie. My wife finally got her flowers and I can tell you that I’m not happy with the product. I will never use the company again or recommend them to anyone.

    Worst floral delivery company ever! It is time that all customers band together and first dispute their credit cards for terrible products and services that they have received from Teleflora. We have been baited and switched... Everyone should contact and file a complaint with their state attorney general. There are too many people that are being scammed! I would also like to find a law firm to file a class action lawsuit against Teleflora. We need to stop this company from making any more money. You can also call Stewart ** at 870-268-7700 and ask to speak to him. They will connect you to the LA office of the President. They will try to give you a discount... But don't take it. Ask for a full refund. Enough is enough!

    My daughter ordered flowers early in the week to be delivered to my office. Delivery was to be between 11am - 5pm on 2/14. Today 2/15 THEY ARE STILL NOT here. She called for 45 minutes around 4pm...no answer, just a hold message. This morning she's on hold for another 45...still the recording. I have been on hold to the same hold recording for 40 minutes. So sad that she tried so hard and yet this turns out out to be a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! We will dispute the charges and blast over social media but doubt it will help anyone else from getting scammed but we will try!!

    I ordered Valentine's day flowers for my wife on Feb 7th. She received them on Feb 15th. The flowers were tulips. The bulbs were completely opened. Some of the petal fell off to the touch. The bouquet resembled an arrangement that had been sitting on a shelf for a week. I emailed my complaint. I received an apology and a 50% discount on my next order. Why would I place another order with them if they cannot even make the first order right. I emailed them back and told them I wanted my money back and I do not want their discount. I've yet to hear back from them. Do not order from Teleflora. They obviously do not care about their customers.

    Awful experience. Ordered flowers for my mom who had had surgery on Valentine's day. NEVER ARRIVED. Called and they said the flower shop called them that they couldn't deliver that day. So you can't pick up a phone and call the CUSTOMER?! I even paid extra for it to arrive on that day. Next time be more professional and don't offer something neither party can deliver on. And wait times are insane. Waiting almost an hour at 9pm for someone to answer the phone? Really? Will not be using this company or florists associated with Teleflora ever again.

    I'm beyond disappointed with this company. My 16 year old daughter wanted to surprise me and ordered me flowers to be delivered YESTERDAY 2/14/19. She received a text message saying that they were sorry but the delivery was delayed until today 2/15/19. I still have not received them and after reading many terrible reviews from others in the same boat, I would prefer that my daughter not have to spend her hard earned money for flowers that have not arrived and most likely (if they ever do arrive) will be of terrible quality! I feel terrible for my daughter!

    I ordered two sets of flowers for Valentine’s Day and spent a total of $256.00. I specially asked the sales representative if they could get them delivered on this day. She said yes and guaranteed it. I then asked if she could get one set of the flowers delivered before 4pm. She guaranteed that as well and mind you this was at 9am that morning. I did not hear anything all day so I called them at 5pm to check the status. I had to wait 1 hour before I was able to reach somebody and the sales representative told me that their system was updating and she could not pull up my orders to tell me what the status were. When she was finally able to pull up my orders, she told me to hold on and she was going to call the florist and see what was going on with it. She placed me on hold for approximately 20 more minutes and the call was disconnect.

    I called them back and once again, had to wait 45 minutes before I was able to speak with someone. It was the same sales representative and she appeared to have remembered me. She started asking me the same questions all over again and there was a very bad language barrier. I could not understand her and she was very confused and did not know what she was doing. At this time I became very frustrated and asked her for the phone number to their corporate office. She responded by saying that it was against their policy to give out the corporate phone number or any phone number to anyone higher in their chain of command.

    The next day I called and had to wait 50 minutes before I got ahold of someone. I told the sales representative that the flowers were never delivered and demanded a full refund. He told me that he could give me 50 percent off on my next order. I once again demanded a full refund and he told me to hold on, that he was going to call the florist to see what happened. When he returned he advised me that they were close and he was making a complaint against the florist company. I asked to give me the phone number to the florist and he advised that it was against their policy to give out any number to the florist shops they use.

    So basically these folks stole my money. This is a big scam and I will never recommend them to a dog or use them ever again. The funny thing about this scam is that when you call to check on the status of your order, it takes forever to get someone on the phone and there was a language barrier every time I call. But if you are placing a new order, they pick right up and there is no language barrier. I have file a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission and I highly recommend if anybody else has experienced this, you should do the same. These folks need to be shut down. It is 241pm EST and the flowers still have not been delivered.

    My fiance ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day to surprise me at work. He told them that they needed to be delivered by 3pm. Well 3pm rolls around and come to find out, they still haven't been delivered and he had to ruin the surprise. So I called them at 3:30 and they said that they were behind, due to it being a busy day and that they would be there by 5pm. Well I leave at 4pm and had to wait to see if they would be at my work the next morning. Well I get to work at 8am and still nothing. SO I called them again and between 20 minute waits and talking to two different people, I was on the phone for an hour.

    I had to cancel the order and they said they would refund the money and it would be back in our bank in 2-10 business days. If it's not there on the 10th day, they will be getting a callback. THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! SCAM! I am more bummed and upset that my fiance had to ruin his surprise than actually getting the flowers.     I'm absolutely P/O about this service. Two weeks ago I ordered a dozen long stem roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. A week later I get a call from Teleflora saying that the order can't be fulfilled because the local distributor does not have the Roses I ordered. But, rest assured that the arrangement would be beautiful and equal in price. I told him I didn't order another arrangement, I ordered a dozen long-stem roses and that's what I expected to show up. He said that he couldn't guarantee that, and he wouldn't give me the name of the local florists that he worked with. That should have been my first clue, and I should have canceled the order immediately.

    I got a follow-up email the next day regarding the change in the order as well and the 800 number to call which I called today and it has a 30 minute wait time. Of course I'm sure I would be hung up on in the process of waiting at some point. Probably at minute 29. When the flowers arrived, they were not, as expected, a dozen long-stem roses. It was a beautiful arrangement from a local florist. The deliverer had no idea about the issue I was having with Teleflora.

    Today, I got a call from one of the managers, Page at Muscle Shoals florist, the company that was contacted by Teleflora to send flowers from. She informed me that her side of the story was that Teleflora contacted them to spend no more than $65 on an arrangement to be delivered to my address. I let her know that I spent $111 with Teleflora online for said Arrangement. So it's clear they are intending on pocketing $46 of my money for this.

    I intend to do what I can to make a complaint and get my refunded money as this was the absolute worst ordering experience I've ever had online. I know other people have lost more, but this will be the last time that I ever deal with an online ordering Agency for florists, and I will be very careful about other ordering in future. If anyone knows a way to contact them other than their 800 number, I would be very interested to know. Brightside is I will happily use Muscle Shoals florist in the future as their customer service went above and beyond by calling me and sharing their side of the story.

Although resolved to my satisfaction, I will not use Teleflora again (I'll call the local florist directly).

    I just used Teleflora and McShan Florist for the last time. Not only did the flowers arrive at the close of business, but the only thing resembling the advertised arrangment was that they were Red and White. Arrangement looked as if the person making the arrangments was having a very bad day and just threw the flowers in a pot and called it good. Not my idea of fulfilling their promise to deliver what I ordered and paid good money for. I would think hard about using this company unless you're one to accept less than what is being offered. To top things off, I sent an email to the customer service dept and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond back and try and remedy my unhappiness of this order. Learned my lesson.

    I do not know how this company is still in business! I received my arrangement at 9PM on 2/14/19 my husband paid $130 for the heart and soul PREMIUM arrangement which is nearly three dozen roses judging by the picture. I received eight PINK roses and six Lillie’s. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and another 45 minutes today (2/15). The reps hardly speak English nor do they care about the customer. I was offered a 50% refund AFTER much negotiation which is still not sufficient for what I received but the reps are so unprofessional and rude. I took what I could get. NEVER AGAIN! Sad that this is how they treat military personnel! I wish I could find a way to reach the CEO of this company because my entire experience was beyond disappointing!

    Yesterday was Valentine's Day.. I didn't get my flowers till today AND the flowers are drooping, there's no water in the vase and what was delivered was NOTHING like the picture.     My first thought that this Teleflora experience may not go well is they don't offer a guaranteed delivery before noon like other competitors. My second thought that this Teleflora experience may not go well is they don't give you a tracking number to check delivery like other competitors. So at the end of the day, they finally deliver the ordered flower arrangement. I finally get to see it, and wowww, did I get ripped off. There are 3 tiers you can purchase the flowers, standard, deluxe, and premium. I paid PREMIUM, but got a standard set up.

    Premium photo for the website shows easily 50 roses (and roses only). The arrangement actually looks like a heart shape. What we got was actually 15 roses, and 9 carnations (cheap), and it looks nothing like a heart. I'm pissed as the amount of money I spent, I expect perfection. I feel cheated. It's like going to a concert to go see Michael Jackson, but Tito comes out instead. SMDH.

    Guys, whatever you do... avoid this horrid, fake, scam of a company. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for valentines day and a box a chocolates as well. I conversed with a woman who spoke broken English who managed to get my girlfriends name wrong as well as the name of the company it was being delivered to. The delivered time for them was between 11am-5pm and once it was closing toward 5pm, I called them to confirm the status of the delivery and was told that they were having "technical difficulties". I raged. They were like "Can we give you a call back later?" and they never did. I spent over 60 dollars to make my girlfriend the happiest woman today and they couldn't event fulfill their service intended. Daughter receives a phone call while she was out at 7:30 pm that there was a flower delivery for her and they left it on her porch. Seriously 7:30 at night. Why bother. The day was over.     My husband ordered flowers this morning for our daughter and myself on one order. The order confirmation was printed off and about two hours later my daughter's flowers showed up. No remember it was one order. My flowers never showed up and when I called the flower shop I was informed that the product that was ordered was marked as not available. Nowhere on the paperwork does it state it was unavailable and when I checked the checking account they had already taken their money. I called customer service and had to tell the lady four times my name and phone number. She kept putting me on hold and 32 minutes into the conversation I informed her to cancel the order. She informed me she cancelled the order, put me back on hold to get me a confirmation number and came back to the phone twice to ask if I wanted to cancel the order.

    After 45 minutes she hung up on me for asking for a supervisor. So I called back and got a man on the phone. He asked me twice what my name was and informed me that she has cancelled the order that had been delivered already. Not the one that wasn’t delivered. So in trying to straighten it out with him and getting nowhere I asked for a supervisor again and again was hung up on. So at this point the only thing left for me to do was to call my bank and make sure they couldn’t get money from my account for goods I didn’t receive. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Go directly to the florist. Don’t use TELEFLORA. So now I wait ten days to make sure I get the money back. I guess I have learned from this experience. If I could give them no stars I would. Happy Valentine's Day to ME.

    Ordered 3 different orders on 2-11-19. One daughter received hers in Miami and they we OK. Second daughter received hers in Columbus, GA (I ordered the deluxe) and this was a joke. This was the saddest floral arrangement I have ever saw. The deluxe was extra charge but what she received looked pitiful. Third has yet to be delivered at 2:43 in the afternoon. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER THAT JUST SPENT $199.94. The pictures need to be retaken to show what really goes to the customers. I have pictures and I promise I will post all over the place. Called Customer service which was in India, the person barely spoke English, she basically said maybe the flowers will arrive tonight or tomorrow...     Stay clear from these people. I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered. We lost my father and her husband of 60 years. I am here with her and they sent a email stating hand delivered. They were not. I have called 5 times. Been put on hold for over 45 minutes each time, paid over $55 for flowers and a 19 delivery fee. No one will help. No call back from supervisor. Stay clear. This is a scam and the worst customer service ever. They ruined my mother's day and my day. I just wanted to bring her some joy after all we have been through and it has been a nightmare.

    Do yourself a favor, use a reputable florists. This company and employees are horrific and it has caused us a lot of pain. I am reporting them to BBB and going to social media as it is the principle. Do not use this crappy scamming florist. Save yourself a lot of grief, time and pain... Trust me. The first time was because the florist they contracted delivered flowers on Valentine's Day after 5 pm (to an office building - which turned out to be problematic), when I had specifically ordered their 'before 3 pm' option. This time, the flowers were just awful... Nowhere NEAR the quality of what I ordered on the website. (While I expect a little bit of that in general, this was just too far.) I could have done better grabbing a nice bouquet at the local grocery store, and sending it over via UBER! I won't be using them again - and I DON'T recommend anyone else does.

    I ordered a Calla Lily plant and the recipient received a weak Azalea bush. Keelie **. from customer service says, "To receive a full refund or a redelivery, the item must be rejected upon delivery or picked up by the florist within 48 hours of the original delivery." She did not know it was coming so she certainly did not know it was incorrect, and I didn't even know it was wrong until two days later when I saw the photo. Why are flower deliveries so difficult to get right. In the past few years, I've used everyone I can find -- online and in person. NONE HAS DELIVERED WHAT I'VE ORDERED AND PAID FOR. DON'T USE TELEFLORA. In fact, don't send flowers. Call instead because you will never get what you've paid for.

    My sister and I placed an order 3 weeks in advance to be delivered this past Friday. The order said that it was delivered as planned. We thought the recipient was out of town so we asked her yesterday (Sunday) if she received the flowers, but she said she was home all day on Friday and received no flowers. So I called customer service to find out where the flowers are and if I can get a new arrangement sent to the right recipient.

    My understanding from the customer service rep was that they needed to get confirmation from the delivery driver who delivered the flowers before proceeding to make another flower arrangement and deliver it to the correct recipient. This is a little frustrating for me because I ordered these flowers 3 weeks ago and we really wanted them to be delivered a few days before my great aunt's yahrzeit (death anniversary). We can't be there in person with her daughter so at the very least we wanted to send her a bouquet of nice flowers. It's ridiculous that the representative wanted us to wait for confirmation from the delivery driver instead of just sending another bouquet and believing the customer-ME- that it wasn't delivered to the right recipient.

    Today my sister took over and called them many times. Each phone call a supervisor promised to make it right only to not do it. 2 out of 3 of the supervisors sounded smug on the phone and weren't grasping the situation. One even said "the order you're complaining about." How rude! When many of your customers are probably mourning a death, how can a flower company be so insensitive? As of this last phone call, they claim to have submitted a 50% refund and won't be able to deliver until tomorrow (day of our great aunt's death). The point of an earlier delivery was so that the flowers would be in full bloom by now helping to lighten our family member's day. Never using them ever again. Save yourself the headache.

    This is my second bad experience with Teleflora. I know I should have learned the first time. First time, the order was incorrect and I received a 25% refund.

    Second time, I ordered 36 Premium Red Roses in a crystal cut vase. What was delivered was 24 Red Roses in a round glass vase. Called Customer Service. They said they were not able to fulfill my order and said they could refund me 50% of my total. The point is, it's not about the money. The point is I spent time looking (even on other sites) at just the right flowers to send, and it never happened. I will never use Teleflora again!

    ** terrible. Whole ** thing. I ordered a week in advance for a flower delivery to my mom’s work for her birthday. Supposed to be delivered Feb 8th. I got a call at 3 pm! 3 ** pm. That the shop TELEFLORA had sent the order to was closed Friday-Sun. And they need to send it to a different shop. 3 pm on the day they supposed to be delivered!!! That in itself is unacceptable! At any point in the week leading up to the delivery it should’ve and could’ve been changed if they was an issue with the shop. Which btw what ** self respecting flower shop is closed Friday and Saturday?! When do most wakes, funeral services, weddings, and showers happen?! I sat on the call Friday for 40 min getting put on hold with a girl who apparently couldn’t figure out how to get her mic to her mouth.

    Finally ending the call with the flowers getting sent to a different shop to be delivered to my home address. Which I had to explain twice that since my mom works at a radiation oncology office that no they couldn’t deliver to that address still. Since guess what? Dr offices aren’t open on weekends. They got delivered 4 pm on 2/9 by a shop 45 min away looking terrible. Brown and starting to mold. There are at least 4 TELEFLORA partner shops in Idaho Falls that are open on Saturdays and were also open yesterday. Not at all ** worth the money spent! They looked worse than Walmart flowers when they are waiting for the next shipment. I was offered 40% off next order like I am going to order from this ** ever again. It’s an embarrassment and disaster. I feel sorry for any of the upcoming Valentine's orders.

    I wouldn’t even give this trash company one star. Horrible. Don't ever order from Teleflora. I ordered without looking at their horrific reviews. Stupid on my part. I ordered sympathy flowers for a dear friend from their website and I spend a half hour looking at different florals and prices. I ordered from the website a floral of white and blue flowers in a vase. When I got to the wake the flowers were horrible - nothing even close to what ordered. They were yellow flowers that were dead on the ends and green ugly leaves that were also dead and broken. I was so embarrassed and I wanted to throw them away. Just a terrible experience - a true bait and switch. I did contact Teleflora and never got a response. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They should be in prison. And I spent $75.00 for a bouquet worth a grocery store of $10.00.

On hold twice with customer service. The flowers weren't able to be delivered same day, so they offered to give 20% off and have them delivered the following day. Well here we are the day after that and I get a text and email saying there is an issue with my order and the chosen flowers cannot be fulfilled. I will be getting my money back.     I put an order in on February 1st for daisies for my cousin grave site for her birthday as that was her favorite, I picked the day before her birthday to have them delivered February 6th, so my Aunt could take them today, February 7th to my cousin's grave. But on the 6th, 5 days after I placed my order and paid and the day they're supposed to be delivered they say there's a problem and a similar arrangement will be delivered if I agreed check the box and submit. I was upset that they waited till the day to tell me there was an issue, but I checked that I agreed and no flowers were delivered.

    So today I talked with someone who said if I still wanted them he would get them delivered today, and I agreed and guess what? No flowers were delivered again. This is my first time doing a review. Usually I'm pretty flexible and patience but not this time! And their site does not have a place to put reviews probably because they would always be negative. Don't fall for a deal for the free shipping 1. They add it back on in handling fees anyway, and 2. I guess it's true you get what you pay for!!

    I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law’s birthday to be delivered on the same day on Feb 5, 2019. The delivery was for Eugene, Oregon, USA. I received a text message saying there was an issue with my order and when I called the number, the agent said that they could not deliver the arrangement that I ordered and asked if I would be OK with a different flower arrangement instead. I told her yes as long as it could be delivered that day. I never received another message nor a call back from the agent I spoke to over the phone of Feb 5, so I assumed things were okay.

    Well, they still have not delivered by the evening of February 6th, so I made another call. Upon checking my order number, the agent said that the order had not been delivered, because they could not find a florist in Eugene, Oregon. Really??! She first offered me a 15% discount for my next order. I said no, I want a refund, Since I was very disappointed that they made absolutely no effort in letting me know that there was something awry with the order subsequent to my first call. She put me on hold then got back on the line and offered me a 20% discount... IF... get this... I canceled the order myself. Huh? What?! Wasn’t the fact that I was on the phone asking for a refund and telling her I wanted to cancel the order verbally enough?!

    I threatened to pursue a legal case against them for deceptive business practices before the agent finally agreed to give me a full refund. Wow. To those of you thinking of doing business with this company, I suggest you think twice before doing so. There are some things obviously very shady about the way this company does business. I regret giving them my information and credit card number.

    I tried them twice for delivery of flowers & both times got an email they were delivered & they weren't. Spent an hr on phone. Calling for customer service is a joke. Don't understand what they're saying & same thing happened both times. Plus when I order I had 15.99 off so that made it 19.00 then they add on a service fee of 16.99 & was told I have to spend more money than that so she added on another 5.00 & then what I ordered after waiting for hrs on the phone because it wasn't delivered after they sent me an email & said it was so when it's finally delivered it was supposed to be yellow roses & yellow daisies & all she got was white & yellow daisies for 40.00! Don't waste your money on this company as they won't make it right. I am very angry & disappointed & their customer service is a joke! Never again will I order from them!     I wanted to send a cheerie arrangement to my 86 year old mother hasn’t been feeling well. I found an arrangement of yellow and white daisies with yellow roses in a smiley cup that would make her smile and purchased the more expensive version. It was delivered on the correct date but was very disappointing. Not only was it sparse but instead of yellow roses, large white roses were haphazardly inserted among sad looking daisies. Very unprofessional looking. I emailed pictures of the original order and of the delivered arrangement. Not a peep from Teleflora! Apparently this is not the company it once was years ago.     I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. When delivered the arrangement was not what I ordered. I emailed Teleflora and they said "I have reviewed your order and I have contacted our florist. We have been assured that the order was filled to value." I emailed them at 12:06am and they replied at 12:20am the same night. The florist they used was not open those hours so it was an obvious lie.

    My arrangement was to be the Playful Daisy arrangement described and shown to be "Full of whimsy, this playful bouquet of pink roses, white daisies, pink lilies and fuchsia stock is a fun surprise for any special occasion! It's wrapped in a ti leaf in a glass cylinder vase for a modern touch. Pink asiatic lilies, pink roses, fuchsia stock, white daisy spray chrysanthemums, and raspberry sinuata statice are accented with sword fern, variegated ti leaf, and lemon leaf." The single lily was yellow, it had white daisies and some greenery, there were no pink roses or raspberry sinuata statice and instead of fuchsia stock it was a blue color. The arrangement in the picture well put together, but the one received seemed haphazard. I wish I could include the side by side pictures.

    I ordered a bouquet for my mother to receive on a day of the year that is very sad for her and they delivered the complete wrong bouquet. Not even one of the flowers in the bouquet was in the one that I ordered. Their customer service was terrible they offered me 40% off my next order which is not a good deal when they screwed up in the first place. I paid over $65 for these flowers. After I talked to her more she said she could give me 30% back and I told her that it still was not enough and then finally she said 50% and would not go higher. I would give this company zero stars. On top of sending the wrong bouquet the flowers were also dying. I am extremely disappointed. These people had one job and they were to incompetent to even do it. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!

    Went on line one week prior to have a specific floral arrangement sent to a friend to deliver to my deceased Mom’s memorial mass. When my friend received it she sent me a photo of a unprofessional floral arrangement and not at all even close to the specific arrangements I ordered in Mom’s honor. I also paid $100 for deluxe size and the arrangement delivered was the small size. Flowers I ordered were all pink and lavender as Mom’s favorite colors.

    I called the florist immediately upon my receipt of this delivery and the girl answering phone said she was with a customer and would get right back to me. After 30 minutes I called again as no one ever returned my call and I was hopeful that they could send proper arrangement before shop closed as I needed for Mass on Sunday morning. On my second call I expressed my dissatisfaction with this arrangement and why. I was then told to email her manager these photos with an email and explain my dilemma. I did so and the manager called me back rather quickly. She then offered to pick up the first arrangement and would have a new one sent within the hour and it would be much nicer. I kept stressing I wanted the arrangement I ordered and she assured me I would be very satisfied with the new one.

    Well a second arrangement was sent and they picked up the first. By the way I paid $100 for the arrangement I ordered. The second arrangement was much better than the unacceptable first one, but again was not even close to what I had ordered or the colors I wanted. Wasn’t one week advance purchase time enough to get the flowers they needed for this arrangement? Also the whole arrangement was done in such an inexperienced fashion and whomever made up the arrangement did a very poor job.

    I will never use this florist again. I could have had a much nicer arrangement made up at Publix for 1/2 the price. Since I live out of state of Florida, I could not go to a local florist and order arrangement directly. Talk about bait and switch! I do have photos of what I ordered and the 2 different arrangements sent as well as order transaction on my email but do not know how to get to you. If you email me a confirmation of this complaint I should be able to send you copies of the same.

    This past Friday I ordered online the Always A Lady DELUXE bouquet in a vase to be delivered to someone. The person who received the flowers sent me a picture. The arrangement had 60% LESS flowers than the photo I chose online and the vase was so cheap looking! As soon as I called to complain, I was immediately offered 30% refund as if Teleflora is accustomed to this! I cannot believe that in 2019 they do not think we can receive photos of what was delivered and that they can cheat us! They are unreliable. Please go elsewhere for your floral shopping!

    Ordered flowers Friday for a Sunday funeral. Ordering process was easy enough. Chose to have them delivered on Saturday as it showed available. Saturday morning Teleflora calls and says they can't deliver Saturday but assured they would be there by noon Sunday for a 2 pm funeral. Called them later Saturday afternoon to confirm and was told there was no issue with my order, they would be delivered Saturday. THREE HOURS BEFORE THE FUNERAL on Sunday Teleflora calls and says the local flower shop is closed Sunday and my order could not be delivered. Like many reviewers I will never use Teleflora again!

    I ordered a bouquet that was supposed to say "congratulations" for my friend's engagement, only for it to show up with a sign saying "happy birthday." I also ordered three balloons and my friend never received them; the company never called me to let me know/I never would have known unless I asked my friend. I was told I could only be given a 20% refund, even though the entire order was incorrect, and instead received only a partial refund. When I called customer service for the 3rd time today they could not tell me why I had only received $7 instead of $22.

    I ordered a specific bouquet based on colors my mother loves; she had just had breast cancer surgery. The colors were to be purple and white, in an arrangement called Lavender Cottage. The items that look nothing like the picture and in fact had mostly pink instead of purple. The arrangement cost $70. After contacting customer service, they sent me a response saying I could have 40% off my next order, which does nothing to fix the current order. Completely disappointed and outraged. I will never order from them again and encourage others to avoid their service.

    The flower order I placed on January 14 for delivery on January 15 for my sister's 60th birthday was cancelled and my money refunded without my knowledge and then it was too late to order from another company. I called and representative told me they could not find a flower shop to fulfill order and that I was e-mailed on 14th, however, when they wanted to make a change on my order on the 14th they sent me a text which I immediately received. So disappointed in the company and the whole experience. My sister did not receive a gift from me on her birthday.

    I ordered the Blooming garden basket for a co-worker's mother's funeral. The description started it was a 17 inch x 14 inch basket with an azalea plant, rose bush, African violet and other plants. It looked beautiful online. When I arrived at the funeral I was embarrassed. They had send a 6 inch basket with a couple of green plants for $80.00. I could have gone to Walmart and put together a better display for a fraction of the cost. I called and complained so they said they would resend it. 5 days later and still nothing so I called again. Finally a week after the funeral a basket arrived. It was an 8 inch basket but didn't contain the plants listed in the description. I choose that basket for the plants and didn't get the plants. Plus it still isn't the size listed in the description. If they can't deliver what is listed in the description they should notify you. I will not be using Teleflora ever again.

    I ordered a beautiful lavender arrangement with a box of chocolates for my daughter who lives in Hilo, Hawaii. The picture she sent me of her flowers were not lavender and the vase was a cheap clear one versus the beautiful lavender one I ordered with the arrangement called Love and Laughter per Teleflora. The order was filled by Hilo Floral Designs, Inc. I will never place an order with either one of them again. I paid $72.00 for crap.

    My sister in law passed away unexpectedly while I was out of town. I had to send flowers online, such I had sworn to never do again because they never look like the photos. Once again I was hugely disappointed. I paid almost $200 for the premium basket. What came had about 40 flowers in it when it should have contained about a hundred blooms. It should have been full and lush. It looked pathetic. It was an embarrassment.

    I compared prices of Teleflora arrangements at various local florists with prices from the Teleflora website. The prices from the florist were $20 less than Teleflora prices!     I usually order from Teleflora several times a year - I have had several small issues in the past but nothing that would deter me from ordering again - until this past December (Christmas). The 1st problem was that the florist Teleflora used clearly sent the wrong arrangement. I order a deluxe sized table centerpiece with 3 candles and what was sent was not only embarrassing, it 1/4 of the size, in a cheap vase, it had no candles, no decorations, nothing - I was completed ripped off price wise, I felt embarrassed to my gift recipient and then my complaint went ignored by Teleflora.

    Here I was, 4 days before Christmas, spending HOURS attempting to get to a representative who could help me (calls, messages, emails, etc.) and after one excuse, delay and dead end after the other, I finally did reach a very nice woman who stated she understood my concerns but she was "limited" in how much she could help (she refunded a small amount) and she then gave me the email address of a customer service "higher up" to further assist me. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! I did get a response full of phony passive aggressive "I'm sorry's that YOU are upset" remarks and I was told they would "look into it" - no one did.

    Weeks went by, I followed up constantly to no avail. Then after leaving a pretty blunt email, I was told I would get a 50% refund - I waited. What they ended up doing was refunding $9.71 and that's when I realized that they "included" the original refund the 1st rep. gave me - I'm so disgusted with Teleflora at this point - not only did they rip me off by not delivering the arrangement that I actually paid for, I was ripped off again because they did not actually refund 50% of the cost either - I was also not refunded for my $15.00 delivery fee, I was not compensated for my time and aggravated and, let's not forget that I looked like a total cheapskate to my aunt, who unfortunately received an embarrassing thrown together mish mash of an "arrangement".

    I will also note that I placed my order 3 weeks prior to the delivery date so this was not a last minute thing either - this was a complete screw up on Teleflora's part and they refuse to take any responsibility for it. I should have received a complete refund because if they had actually done their job and followed up - I DID SEND PICTURES OF WHAT WAS ACTUALLY DELIVERED vs WHAT WAS ACTUALLY ORDERED- they would have seen how the wrong arrangement was sent. Do not order from Teleflora! They don't care about their customers once they have your money, you have no control over the irresponsible florist they are going to use and it will be a complete waste of your time and money. GO ELSEWHERE...

    I would suggest NO ONE order from this company!! I ordered an arrangement of African violets and they were dying when sent out. There were barely any flowers in it and the bow was tied like a 5 year old did it. TOTALLY unlike the photo they advertised.     Placed an order yesterday for my grandmother's birthday, same day delivery. They charged me $17.98 service fee and I received an email at 9:10 PM that “unfortunately they were not able to deliver” these for me.     I would give ZERO stars if possible. I went to a local San Diego florist, picked out a nice Christmas "tree" arrangement from the Teleflora catalogue. What was ordered in San Diego and what Sofi La Fleur (In Los Angeles) delivered were very, very different. Making matter worse, Sofi La Fleur sent my San Diego florist a written reply: "The tree was made exactly by the Teleflora recipe. The picture that the customer send (sic) is false!"

    So, rather than make good on a sloppy, haphazard arrangement, Sofi La Fleur opts to impugn the character and honesty of my recipient by implying the delivered arrangement photo she sent me had been somehow tampered with. If a florist cannot deliver what is depicted in the Teleflora catalogue, they should not be a Teleflora member organization. What Sofi La Fleur did was not even close!

    I ordered a pink two-level topiary arrangement for my aunt, but received a text saying that specific arrangement was not available. I requested a “designer’s choice.” Then my aunt posted a photo on Facebook. It was a puny little red and yellow daisy and carnation bouquet. After calling several florists to find the one who delivered it, I learned they never knew the flowers, size, colors, or description to create a similar arrangement. Worst yet, Teleflora short changed them, which reduced the cost of my flowers. I picked a $60 design and paid $18 for delivery/service fee. Teleflora paid the local florist $59 for the flowers AND delivery; TF pocketed the service charge and then some. They wanted to reverse their payment to the florist for poor fulfillment. I fought through three people to stop that and get my own refund from TF. Lesson learned: shop local and call the business directly. These “gathering” businesses are scams.

The day AFTER the arrangement was to be delivered, I received a text to call Telaflora because my order could not be fulfilled (no florists available in the area)??? They offered a discount off a future order and I opted to have an arrangement sent the next day, which they assured me they could fulfill. The day AFTER that arrangement was due to be delivered, I received a text message to call them because the specific arrangement I selected was not available in the area. At this point, I canceled my order and requested a refund. I'm better off looking up a local vendor for my order and calling that florist directly. Hopefully the refund will come through.

    I ordered a flower arrangement for my step-daughter online based on the picture, which was an elephant vase with gorgeous flowers. My step-daughter was delivered a sheep looking stuffed animal vase with cheap flowers that I could have gotten at the grocery store. I spent over 65 dollars for this arrangement and although I knew they could substitute, I was never contacted by the company about any replacements.

    I am very unhappy with this cheap arrangement that was entirely different from what I thought I ordered!!! The arrangement was no taller than the 12 ounce Mountain Dew bottle it was next to in the pic she sent me. I contacted the company and all they would do was give me a 20 percent refund. I would not recommend ordering any flower arrangement from this company. I feel it was a bait and switch scheme. This arrangement was to be for the birth of our first grandchild and it should have been exactly what I ordered!!! I will never order flowers from them again!

    Even though I ordered an arrangement specified as available for my mother's zip code, the day they were supposed to be delivered (today, which is her BIRTHDAY!!!), I received an email that this arrangement was now not available to delivery to her, so I was forced to select a sight-unseen replacement arrangement. Not thrilled, but at least she'd receive something. Later this morning, I received a second email that nothing at all could be delivered today, so I called to cancel my order, which took 20 minutes over the phone. What kind of flower delivery company can't do the ONE job they are hired to do, which is deliver flowers??? I wish I would have used another company originally so my mother would have received flowers today. I will never, ever use Teleflora again. What kind of racket are they running over there?? Is this company some kind of front for something else? With all the bad reviews on here, it really does make you wonder.

    I ordered a premium bouquet for my mother's 70th birthday from the Teleflora website. The cost was $100 (with discounts). The picture showed a large tree shaped arrangement with ivy, Christmas greenery, and 22 roses. What my mother received was a bunch of fern, baby's breath, and 11 large roses. It was not at all what I anticipated her receiving on her birthday. I contacted Teleflora 5 times (sending pictures of the arrangement sent). I also contacted the local florist who said that because the roses that were pictured were "spray" roses, that is why the difference in number. Eventually, after waiting a week to hear from a manager at Teleflora, they offered me a 40% discount for a future purchase. Considering the terrible experience I had with this company, the thought that I would order again from them is laughable.

    Order this for my MIL every year. She gets hers delivered in Canada and has NEVER had a problem. I decided to order one for myself this year. Bad idea... While the arrangement was nice and all, the piece itself is broke. I contacted them and am supposed to receive a partial refund. What good is a partial refund? I can't replace the piece with that!!! Can't fix it with that!! This is the second time Teleflora has disappointed me and there won't be another... The first time should have been enough since flowers ordered then were for my sister's funeral and were NEVER received!!!

    I was skeptical but Teleflora assured me by phone that they could provide flowers for my dad's funeral casket by 10am on December 29. I received a confirmation email on December 21st. Over the next 8 days, I did not receive any emails, phone calls, or texts from Teleflora. The day of the funeral 10:20 am I got really worried and called them. Teleflora stated that there was a problem with my order and they could only send flowers to a residence on a future date. I asked could they get me any flowers at all for my fathers funeral. They said no. I ended up having my father's funeral with no flowers. My father wanted flowers. It was too late to find flowers elsewhere. If it's important go to a local florist. Do not depend on Teleflora or any other .com company.

    My advice to you...just don't! Bad all around experience. First was told would be delivered day after originally set. Then when I called on that day was told couldn't get ahold of recipient when I clearly left instructions to leave by back door if no one was home. They said they would send them back and leave. Day later I called and they told me another lie how no florist would deliver to the area, which is a lie because I have sent flowers there before. Wasn't going to email or call me stating that, just try to keep my money I guess. So like I said...just don't!

    Obviously I did not do my research like I usually do. However, there was a sudden death in the family so I didn’t have time to review just wanted to send a sympathy bouquet to my sister who lost her husband on Christmas Eve of 30 years. BUT thanks to Teleflora she never received them on Wednesday like promised or Thursday like promised or Friday like promised so I finally cancelled. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Hopefully they will go out of business and all lose their jobs. Obviously they need to find more reputable florists too.

    It appears I am not alone in my complaint regarding Teleflora. My husband purchased a floral arrangement for his mother via the website. The next day we received an email that it was not available. We canceled the flowers and reordered a different floral arrangement. One of their representatives (English not being their first language) called my cell phone 3 times in 5 minutes. I finally picked it up. She wanted to know if we wanted to send 2 arrangements to one address. I explained that we canceled the first one but wanted to send the second choice.

    When we spoke to my mother-in-law (2 days after the flowers were to arrive), she said she did not receive them. I contacted Teleflora. They said we canceled the order. I explained everything. They said there was no record of a first order. I provided them with both confirmation numbers. Then they said we canceled both orders. They would not do anything to make the situation right. They just kept replying with a standard response. I told them they have lost a customer. They really did not seem to care.

    I ordered two beautiful holiday arrangements for close friends out of state. Did Teleflora think they would simply thank me for the flowers? They each sent me pictures and I was mortified at what they received! Neither looked like what I ordered. One looked like a cheap spring special and Teleflora did, after a TON of back and forth, finally deliver a holiday arrangement--nothing like what I ordered, though. I haven't gathered the strength yet to call on the second one... I know it will be another battle to get either comparable flowers or my money back.

    I ordered a premium bouquet from Teleflora for Christmas. I was charged extra for 12/24 delivery. Called 8:30 at night and told they were delivered. They were not, they arrived yesterday. The arrangement was NOT what I ordered and paid a total of $84 dollars for! Not even close. No white roses, instead carnations. No candy canes, no pine cones, etc. It was a cheap arrangement and it was a day late. Called again and they offered me a 50% credit, which I declined because I will NEVER use them again. They finally settled on a 50% refund, once I pushed the issue. I do not recommend using them. Based on the additional recent reviews here, it is apparent that this is commonplace with Teleflora. Extremely disappointed!

    Don’t know who they used in Columbus Ohio but will never order from them again. I spent over $75 on arrangement and total was $94 to deliver. Worst experience ever.     I purchased two floral arrangements online, from Teleflora, on December 22. Everything went through and they were to be delivered today, December 24. At 10 am, I received an email that they could not fulfill the order. When I called the number, I was told that there was a high demand in the shops. Really!? I'm not from another planet.     I ordered a Christmas arrangement for my parents. I ordered the premium for $100 and a 25% off coupon and with shipping and everything and ended up to still be $99 which was fine - but here’s where the issue comes in. They shipped the standard that was at $69. I reached out to ask what in the world and they gave me a $20 rebate. I told them that doesn’t even cover down to the standard little on the 25% off. I told them, "You should deliver the one I ordered and give me a rebate for my trouble". Nope, then they just wrote back and said, "Will give you a $40 rebate," and washed their hands off it. I also asked which floral they used in North Ft Myers Florida so I made sure I didn’t use them again if I went to local and they wouldn’t tell me.

    I’m not sure which one ripped me off to begin with - the floral or Teleflora. Doesn’t really matter I guess as I ordered through Telus Laurel and this is what happened. How many times do you order flowers and people just say thank you. You have no idea, what was sent - unless they send you a picture, like my parents did. So now I’m just going to tell people when I send flowers and I thank me, "Could you please send a picture of it? I want to see how it turned out," or "Because Teleflora ripped me off in the past." I do not recommend them for first ripping me off and then not handling the issue properly. I ordered the premium for my parents. They should’ve gotten the premium. That’s what I ordered. Not a standard and giving me a partial rebate!!!

    I had ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday well in advance. Teleflora were to deliver them to her office on her birthday... that didn’t happen and I found out later that day. I was promised the next day, the arrangement would arrive the next day with the time I requested... that didn’t happen. The very next day (3rd day) they advised me they were on the truck for delivery... that didn’t happen. This was a complete waste of my time and I will be requesting for a full refund. To miss a very special occasion for three days and attempt to reassure me that they would deliver is unacceptable. Teleflora is unprofessional and cannot meet meaningful deadlines and I will NEVER order for them again. They need to shut down their operations if this is the way that business is conducted. I wish that I had read these reviews prior to ordering and I don’t often leave bad reviews even after a bad experience, but this is ridiculous. PLEASE BEWARE!

    I ordered two fairly expensive Christmas arrangements to be delivered to my mother and her friend just up the street from her. My total order, after coupon for free delivery, came to $180. Almost immediately, I began receiving emails, phone calls and texts from Teleflora advising that there was a problem with one of the delivery addresses. I called, emailed and texted back, verifying that the addresses were each correct. For two days, this problem persisted until I finally gave up and advised Teleflora to simply deliver both arrangements to my Mom and she would take the second one over to her friend.

    The next day the texts, emails and phone calls started again advising there was a problem with my order. When I called back, the non-English speaking customer service rep struggled for ten minutes to communicate just what the problem was...and near as I could understand, one of my items was no longer available. Fed up with the runaround, I advised Miss English-Is-NOT-My-Language that I simply wanted to go elsewhere and asked her to please cancel the order. That, too, seemed well beyond her grasp for comprehension, so I was forced to bid her a good day and dial another customer service number in the faint hope of receiving someone in the USA who spoke English. While I was successful in getting the order cancelled, I have yet to see the credit show up on my credit card, but I'll keep checking as I believe that it could take up to 10 days.

    In the meantime, I phoned a florist in Mom's local area (thank you, Google!). This woman was amazing!! She filled me in on some of the hijinks that this flim-flam Teleflora organization tries to pull. She told me that on an $80 order, Teleflora will offer a local florist $40 to see what they can create for you. The local florist can only do so much and there's no way that they can make a $40 arrangement look like $80! So this is why what you frequently receive through Teleflora bears no resemblance to what you ordered. Lesson learned. I'll never, ever be going through Teleflora again. Ever. Not even if it's free.

    I told them this and I'm sending a letter to their corporate headquarters in Los Angeles advising of the same and requesting my name and contact information be deleted from everything they have as I'll never be back. Oh...and the two arrangements the local florist prepared? STUNNING! They were both fabulous and looked far more expensive than what I had paid and were each far more exceptional than anything Teleflora has ever advertised!

    I ordered a special Christmas bouquet. I used Teleflora because they had the exact bouquet I wanted and the exact vase I wanted. It cost a lot. I bought this at least 2 weeks ahead of time, to be delivered a week before Christmas. Then it all went wrong. They delivered early, when my wife was still gone on a trip. The flower arrangement was not only sloppy and out of balance, but half about 1/3 the number of flowers that were promised online. Some of it was just missing, since it was a mix of red and white, with berries and evergreens. The vase was a cheap clear glass like you buy at Walmart for $2, not the silver Christmas vase promised.

    After about an hour on the phone with a non-US customer support person, they said that the best they could do was contact the florist (they weren't answering the phone) and see about a replacement or give me 30% off a future purchase. FUTURE PURCHASE? No, that would never happen after this. Later that night, I got an email (after I wrote to them, I never heard back from the "customer support" people on the phone) that told me they were giving me a credit of about 25%. When I wrote back saying that was not acceptable, they did get a different florist to deliver a replacement. However, it was only marginally better and STILL with the WRONG VASE! The star of this item was the "Silver" in the name, but no silver vase. I got some cheap looking vase that looked like a candy cane.

    So the problem wasn't the florist, but Teleflora. They probably keep most of the money and have the florist deliver something cheap on purpose. This was to be a special gift to my wife. I could have done better picking some weed flowers by the road and sticking them in a jar. At least that would have looked like I cared. Obviously, Teleflora doesn't care and neither do their florists.

    Service Charge: On their website they specify there's a 15.99 service fee --> I was actually charged 18.99. Assuming their website info is outdated or maybe they're trying to pull a fast one since their prices are cheaper than competitors. Priority processing: There's also a $15 additional fee if you want priority delivery before 1 pm; however, they will not tell you at what time nor confirm your request for a specific time or range besides it being before 1pm. Don't expect any specific information - you just won't get it.

    Choice of particular florist: I opted to choose - but upon checking in on my order, was told they don't disclose their vendor info. "You can choose to select a particular florist from the list of our partner's in the recipient's neighborhood, or you can choose to have us select one for you. " -- not the case. I ordered 2 items and chose the same florist for both. But I was told they were being prepared/delivered by 2 different florists. I actually don't even know if the florist I had chosen prepared one of the arrangements as one of the Sprays I ordered did not come with a note/card.

    Customer Service: I used the online chat function as well as emailing them. They give very general information, which can cause quite the anxiety when you just want your floral arrangement to be delivered on time + turn out nicely. Product: I had ordered 2 of the same funeral arrangement sprays. They were prepared by 2 different florists. Both were substantially smaller than what was shown online. The stands were the height specified, but the flower arrangement wasn't as plentiful. On other websites you can order different sizes. So I had thought on Teleflora, since there was no such option, you get what you see. Wrong.

    Overall: I'm relieved the orders came on time, before the funeral church service. (Most important to me!) The customer service was ok. The floral arrangements were decent. Would I use Teleflora again? I'm not deterred enough to say no, as they did follow through. However, if I were local and could talk to the florist for a more personal experience, I'd order from a florist directly.

    Order Christmas flowers The Cardinal In The Snow Ornament. I was there when she received it and it WAS NOT WHAT THE PICTURE LOOKED LIKE. I called them right away and told them the problem and then she told me to call the florist who made it. So I did so they told me they would fix the problem and make a new one. Well they did make a new one but still NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. The first one had 4 daisies, 1 stick, 3 carnations, 1 pine cone and 3 flowers were dead. The second batch was not no better. If you really look at the picture all and the nice flowers. It is filled with just greens and daisies and a couple of red roses. I wish I could show you a picture of what a mess that was sent for a Christmas gift. "BUYER BEWARE" Unfortunately I have to put a star so this can be seen because I would give it a ZERO and even that is too high.

    I ordered flowers midday on Saturday for Sunday delivery. Got an email on Sunday at 3:30 saying flowers were hand delivered. When I didn't hear from recipient by 6:30 Sunday I checked -- no flowers. Submitted email customer service query. Didn't hear back, so I called customer service. They said I had to wait until delivery window closed at 8pm. Waited until 8pm. No flowers. Called back. They assured me flowers would be delivered next day. Promised, absolutely nothing to worry about, flowers would be delivered on Monday. Waited until 8pm Monday. No flowers. Called customer service. They gave me 20% discount and assured me, repeatedly, that my flowers would absolutely positively be there on Tuesday. Waited until 8pm Tuesday. No flowers. No updates, no warning, just... no delivery.

    I was too tired to deal with them Tuesday night so I called them this morning (Wednesday) and not only would they not reduce the cost of a delivery that they now said would be there on Thursday, they wouldn't even upgrade the flowers (which are now four days late). Called them back, cancelled the order. BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM TELEFLORA. The absolute worst experience I have ever, ever, ever had with a florist or any other business for that matter. How is it possible they are still in business?

    I ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral because a massive winter storm was hitting and I have an 8 hour drive to get there so my family had asked that I not risk it. I wanted flowers there from me so that I was present in some way. I received a call the morning that they were to be delivered stating that they did not have the arrangement that I had selected and that they wanted to send something comparable. I agreed and confirmed that they would still be delivered by 1pm that day. I was told that they would be delivered by that time (I had paid extra for them to be delivered by 1pm). A little after 11am, I got a text that my order could not be delivered that day and to call customer service.

    After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, someone got on the line and asked if they could deliver them tomorrow. I explained that it was for a funeral and the funeral was today, so no, they could not deliver them tomorrow. I asked for a refund and that took forever for her to do. She wanted to have them delivered to the house the next day and I explained the house is up in a hollow in Eastern Kentucky and I doubted anyone would actually deliver up there. I am furious. This was my first time using Teleflora and I only selected them because none of the other sites had an arrangement that I thought my grandma would like as much as the one I found on their site. I will never use this company again.

    I am absolutely completely disgusted with your organization! I tried to send flowers to someone who is healing following surgery. First, in attempt to place the order you got the recipient's name wrong. When I called to correct it, I spoke to someone who could barely understand English (or speak it). After 3 phone calls, they finally got the name spelled correctly. Each time I asked to speak to someone in your U.S. based operations and they didn’t understand what that involved.

    Second, I got an email indicating you couldn’t deliver that day. I had to call back again twice and speak to two different people to finally get a determination that your vendor couldn’t deliver until the next day. So that was fine. The next day, I get an email telling me that you cannot deliver the item altogether. I called back 3 times and asked to speak to someone in the U.S. where you claim you are based. The call center in India tells me that they’re unable to transfer the call back to the U.S. I finally get a phone number for your U.S. based operations and I’m told you have no U.S. based customer service. After several attempts, I finally get a switchboard operation who is able to pull up my order and cancel it.

    This is an embarrassment to your company! I WILL NEVER rely upon Teleflora to send anything to anyone. You’ve proven to be expensive, disorganized and unreliable. It should not take 48 hours to determine that you’re unable to deliver a product that was ordered and paid for.     My wife ordered an arrangement for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. She placed the order in October to give plenty of time. The order was confirmed and billed to us the last week of November for a December 7th delivery. The flowers never made it... After an hour on hold, my wife was told that they didn't send because they didn't have the colors ordered. The site tells you that substitutions may be made, so she agreed to different colors delivered by noon the day after... Wrong again.

    Another hour and customer service will not return the money and claims they can have them on Monday, but that's not what was agreed upon. Still battling and waiting on manager callback. Will get our money back by disputing the charge since the service was never rendered. Please avoid! Would be zero or negative stars if site would allow.

    I ordered a funeral spray and the arrangement was stunning and true to the picture on the website. The problem came when finalizing the order. I entered the promotional code exactly and the site would not accept it. I placed a $185.00 order that came to a grand total of $208.00. I contacted customer service and after emails back and forth with them finally asking me to send them the code, which I did, I received an email back stating that the code was expired! How can a code be expired if it’s on the website (which by the way it definitely was not expired). I have deleted my account and will never use Teleflora again! I should’ve listened to the reviews. Lesson learned.

    Teleflora is a third party who tax you with all the service fees and they don't send what you order online. But they will take your money. They falsely advertised different pictures of the product... Once you choose your choice - it's nothing what you picked online. I order a premium which is bigger than a Large and when item was delivered it was very small not only that the balloons came from a dollar store!

    My advice to anyone who wants to order flowers please go directly to the source. Don't use third party it's a waste!!! I paid for the delivery to be express and paid 15.00... Well guess what? It wasn't delivered by the requested time! It was two hours late. They offered me a 10.00 dollar credit. I refused the credit of 10.00 and demanded my 15.00 and the 33.00 service fee to be credited to my account. Let's see if they honored my request. The rep put me on hold for 15 min and came back and said, "We gave you a credit. It show up on your statement." I have to wait to see if that's true in about a day or two.

    I really wish I had done my research and read the reviews about this company. I had ordered my mother in law some flowers just to cheer her up and she received a vase of flowers that looked nothing like the website. I was so embarrassed! For 60 bucks it should have been way nicer. I'm so angry I could cry. After contacting the company they offered me a 40% off next order. I would never use them again and refused the coupon. They proceeded to refund me 20 percent of the cost (12bucks). Don't even use them for any flower orders.

    I made the worst mistake of my life not reading reviews before placing an order. I ordered a "beautiful" arrangement for my friend's wedding, but what I receive instead was complete trash. Barely living flowers, the vase (which was supposed to be wood) was a glass one with WOOD PAPER INSIDE! It was so embarrassing when my friend received it, I wanted to cry. The flowers were not the ones from the picture, it was around 5" smaller in height and width, and it all just seemed like a really bad joke. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw them. On top of that, their customer service is completely horrendous, a total nightmare. Really, please... I'M BEGGING YOU. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DON'T ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY, IT'S A SCAM. Pleeeeaseee!!!

    I ordered a centerpiece to be delivered to my daughters. Photo showed a nice piece with a large candle, ribbons, greenery and approximately 9 flowers. What showed up was a skinny candle, 1 ribbon and 3 flowers. I was completely embarrassed. They offered 40% refund but the crap that was sent was not worth the 60% they kept. I will never use them again. I was forced to give 1 star.

    I ordered a floral bouquet to be delivered on my Mom's birthday by 12pm. At 4pm I called Teleflora to ask where it was. My answer was "NO area florist picked up your order and it will be there by 7pm." Check my email at 5pm and my order was cancelled. Do yourself a favor. Stay far away from this company. The customer Service is terrible when you call and they back peddle on their words. They twist and repeat and then they place blame on you. (LOL) yeah not COOL! Sad to say my Amazing Mom never received the flowers on her birthday because Teleflora decided to cancel the order!

    My first 2 options were not available. Found a third option and paid for it. Received an email that it wasn't available and to allow substitution or not. I chose no. Didn't receive a call. Called customer service and picked the option for a call back. Never received a call back. I called and spoke with someone who offered me a 40% coupon which I declined. They asked me to allow substitution and promised send a picture. I call back hours later because I haven't heard anything only to be told they have been delivered and they don't send pictures. Horrible company. I will never be using Teleflora again. Buyer beware!

    I wish I had read the reviews on Teleflora before I made a purchase. My experience was awful, my flowers were not delivered on the date they were supposed to nor were they what I had ordered. The reason I was given why the flowers were not delivered on the day I requested was because they could not find a florist to do the flowers for what I paid, but yet they advertise this arrangement for this price. If the florist is part of the Teleflora Network the florist should be able to do the flowers for the price that is advertised. My flowers did not look anything like the picture that was advertised on the website. It looked like a child had went out in the backyard and picked flowers and stuck them in a vase. I do not recommend Teleflora to anyone. I will never use them again nor will I use the florist where they came from which was Fairfield florist in Virginia Beach.

    I ordered the "Pretty in Peony Premium" arrangement though Teleflora (which was delivered by a local florist). The arrangement I ordered is primarily peony flowers, my wife's favorite. Instead I got a bunch of inexpensive hydrangeas. You simply cannot swap out the primary flower type. This is like ordering a dozen roses and instead getting carnations. Peony is in the name of the product I ordered! To make matters even worse, the vase it came in was cracked so when we added water to it the darn thing leaks. I asked them to issue a refund for 40% of what I paid (I thought that was fair). Instead, they gave me just a 20% refund. Again, the arrangement I received had ZERO peonies in it (and it was called "Pretty in Peony")! I'll never use them again.

Got another email saying they didn't have what I ordered, I called and so for Designer's Choice so it could be delivered, A no go.     I placed an order through Teleflora for delivery of flowers for my friends' funeral in Florida (I am from UK), and paid for them online. Teleflora site directed me to Flower Kingdom of Okeechobee Blvd Royal Palm Beach - the flowers were ordered, paid, and we had an email from donotreply@telefloratranascat2.messages5.com showing our order details, order date and delivery date for the following day (22 November 2018). The flowers never arrived - I have emailed the store 3 times with no reply and Teleflora say they can only deal with it if the order was through them! As shown above the order WAS through them! We have paid well over $100 and now lost it to scammers! DO NOT USE TELEFLORA OR FLOWER KINGDOM OF OKEECHOBEE BLVD, ROYAL PALM BEACH! BOTH WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO CARE AT ALL ABOUT DELIVERY OF THE GOODS!!!

    Ordered 2 arrangements for Thanksgiving- received a email verification they were delivered- they were not and I was not notified. Called customer service several times and did not receive a satisfactory response. Did find the corporate phone number for customer service and spoke to an individual there who was appalled at what happened and compensated me appropriately - she was amazing! Don’t know if I would use Teleflora again but would suggest to call the corporate office if you have an issue. They were amazing.

    I placed an order for flowers for a newborn grandchild. The flowers were never delivered in spite of the fact that I had a CONFIRMATION #, AND I HAD A DELIVERY DATE. When I called I was left holding for an hour, only to be told they needed to check credit card information. They asked me for the number on the back of the card. I gave it to them 10 times, they said that was not the correct phone number. It was a horrible and embarrassing experience. NEVER AGAIN. Since when does a company confirm a credit card PHONE NUMBER.

    I purchased an arrangement of flowers in a red Mustang to be delivered to a co-worker who had surgery. Instead of the car he was delivered a blue truck. I sent a message to complain. All they will do is give me 40% off a future order that has to be used by 5/21/19. Now why would my company or anyone I know want to purchase something here when they did not even make this order correct? Horrible company. Do not offer a product if you cannot stand behind it. Simple fix - send the right thing, we paid for it! Never will we buy from here again and I will make sure to pass that along.

    Wish I’d read all these other reviews before ordering flowers for my mother’s birthday. Day of expected delivery, received a unintelligible voicemail (terrible connection, I noticed others have complained) and a text that there was an issue with my order. Texted YES to get more detail, no response. So I call the 800#, give my order number...crickets. “Hello?” I thought we’d been disconnected. She tells me they can’t deliver the order because the local florist is closed and would Monday be acceptable? “No, my mother’s birthday is today. Do you have another local florist you can try?” Again, crickets.

    Finally, a flat “no.” “Soooo...what are my other options?” Her, “well, I guess you could cancel your order.” Me, “wow. Okay, yes, let’s do that. Thanks.” Her oblivious response, “you’re welcome!” Then nothing. “Hello?!” Her, “I cancelled your order. Is there anything else I can help you with today?” Are you kidding me?! Fifteen minutes after getting off the phone, I get a text: Teleflora: "Thanks for signing up for order updates. Msg & Data rates may apply. Reply HELP for Help, STOP to UNSUBSCRIBE. Msg Freq per acct setup Contact 800-493-5610." Thanks but no thanks, Teleflora. Your updates were as useless as your customer service team.

    My husband had flowers delivered to my work. They were delivered at 1, and by 7 pm that night, two had started to wilt. Three days later most of the flowers had wilted. A week later they were dead despite following the directions. My husband emailed them 5 days after I got them to complain and no response. I called 10 days after receiving them (after getting back from my work trip), and they said I should have contacted them earlier. When told my husband had emailed them but got no response, they quickly changed their tune. I asked for a refund, and the guy said he could only give us a 50% refund since they were already delivered.

    I asked for a supervisor, and she said she could only offer 75% back, but my husband had to call to get it even though I had the credit card used and order number. When he called, they tried to tell him he could only get 25% back. He eventually got the 75% back. Any company who won’t give you a full refund when their product is garbage is a shady company. I’d rather pay more for a local shop than deal with these thieves. Don’t use them!

    I applied for a job with Teleflora and was told I didn’t meet their requirements. I am a disabled person that has a degree and years of business experience and working with the public. I am more than qualified! I was not even given a chance. I guess they don’t hire the “physically disabled“ even if we are qualified. I will never use their company if I’m looking for flowers.

    Email solicitation to send Thanksgiving flowers. Did an order first thing at 8am to a good friend out of town as I didn’t get card in mail in time. Order processed and confirmed for same day delivery. Received call at 3:30pm (could not understand caller...had to call customer service as I sensed an issue). Told me they couldn’t process delivery and offered a Friday delivery (not acceptable). Refund will come in 7-10 days. So HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (twice this has happened with Teleflora) yet they will keep my money for a week? Had they told me this morning they couldn’t accommodate, I could have ordered from a more reputable online floral vendor.

    To let my mother know I was thinking of her on my deceased brother’s 36th birthday, I sent her a premium “Days of Sunshine” bouquet and paid the $15 rush fee to have it delivered before 1 PM. As the day went by and my mother still hadn’t received the flowers, I decided to call the customer service hotline (and sat on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered) where I was informed that residential deliveries can arrive as late as 8 PM. I asked if they could 1) refund my $15 rush fee and 2) confirm that the flowers were definitely going to be delivered at some point that evening, as it was already 7 PM. The customer service rep said yes to both.

    Fast forward to right now, 3:42 the day after the failed delivery. I just spent another 35 minutes on the phone with Teleflora. After attempting to use their email service they offer on their website all day and getting nothing but a standard “we’re looking into this” email from a bot. The customer service rep who answered my call first, Josephine, said that she couldn’t get a hold of the florist, couldn’t explain what went wrong, and that I wouldn’t be getting a refund despite the fact the recipient never received the delivery. I asked to speak with her supervisor, who said that she also was unable to get in touch with the florist and that she would follow up with me in an hour, but that a refund would depend on what the florist said and whether or not a cancellation of the order was successful. Flower deliveries are so personal, and are sent in highly emotional times filled with great joy and celebration or grief and despair.

    This isn’t a business whose customer service shouldn’t be outsourced to India. It is infuriating to see a company like Teleflora put so little care into executing with excellence when they have been entrusted with playing such a crucial role in so many special moments. Pardon the profanity, but ** you Teleflora. You’ve not only made an already painful day MUCH more painful than it should have been, you’ve also managed to waste hours of my time and subject me to some of the most inept, inefficient, unhelpful customer service I’ve ever been unfortunate enough to receive.
