I ordered the hugs and kisses bouquet for my girlfriend on Valentine’s Day and it looked absolutely nothing like the picture. It didn’t have a bow on the vase and the vase was clear. The flowers were also wrong as well. Please please please do not use this company. If they mess up your order they won’t give you your money back. Instead they’ll give you a discount for them to mess up again.

I ordered a really nice bouquet of flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentine's Day. At about 7:00 pm I sent a customer service request on their system inquiring about my flowers. I never got any response. The only thing they sent was my order confirmation for delivery 2/14/2018. I finally got around to calling them today and a very nice young lady informed me my order had been cancelled because it was a holiday. She couldn't explain why they took the order, why they sent a confirmation yet told me absolutely nothing about any cancellation. Never, ever use this company.

Bought flowers for the family on Valentine's Day. Bought the arrangement based on a picture. Even bought the premium version. The delivered product looked nothing like the elegant arrangement we ordered. The arrangement we received looked like a hodgepodge of flowers thrown together to meet the amount of money spent. We would have never accepted the arrangement had we viewed it before delivery. Waste of money!

My fiance ordered flowers and chocolate for me a few months back. Never received the chocolate. A girl offered to have it delivered. I reluctantly agreed to have her deliver it. Never received it. Totally ruined the lovely gesture from start, to finish, to reset, and finish again... :/ Fast forward, fiance orders flowers for Valentine's Day. Not only have they not arrived. But I haven't even gotten a delivery today on 2/15/18. My fiance is super nice 'cause I would order from Home Depot before ordering from Teleflora. Going to advise the hunny to dispute the transaction. The gesture has once again been ruined. TELEFLORA YOU ARE THE WORST AT GIVING LOVING EXPERIENCES. :( TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. P.S. Fiance should have never trusted you twice! #SHAMEONHIM.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Valentine's Day. She did not receive the delivery. I have tried calling the customer service number on three occasions and have not yet had the situation resolved as the call wait time has exceeded 45 minutes. One time I finally received a call back from a customer care representative by requesting to be put in the queue. I explained that we have not received the flowers and now the holiday is over and I want a refund. She offered me a 30% discount on my order. I said, "I want a full refund because I have never received the flowers I ordered." She said, "I don't have permission to give more than a 30% refund." I said, "Get your manager". At that point, she hung up on me. I want my money back and I would NEVER do business with this company again. How many times do I have to say, I NEVER got the flowers and I never received a refund.

I had the worse experience with Teleflora. I ordered flowers on February 13th, they assured me they would be delivered on Valentine’s Day the 14th. That was the case, not only did they not deliver the flowers they didn’t have the decency to call and let me know. I contacted the recipient and asked her how did she like flowers – she stated no flowers came and she was upset, rightfully so. I contacted Teleflora and they said the order was canceled. I asked, what was the reason she said they couldn't fulfill the order?
No one had the common courtesy to call me. This company is unprofessional and you have to wait at least 30 minutes to talk to someone. I do not want anyone to experience my headache. Do not order from this company. They are terrible. I’ve reached out to many of my sponsors and shared my experience and they will no longer use their services. On a scale of 1 – 10 I can’t even give them a 1 – they are a zero. The worst. This company needs to be shut down.

So I ordered flowers on 13th of Feb to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. Sadly we are already on 15th but my girlfriend is yet to receive her flowers. I do understand that Valentine's can be hectic but obviously this company does not know how to work under pressure. Very disappointed and it's a shame I had to ask my gf to call them as I am currently in abroad. I was hoping to surprise her but our excitement turned into frustration. I emailed the customer service many times but I got no reply, when my gf called them she was put on hold for 1 hr. So... what kind of business do you manage that you take money but give awful service? Just give my money back.

I placed an order to be delivered and paid extra 15 dollars for it to be delivered before 1pm. By 2pm nothing had been delivered. So I decided to call them. Was on hold for 1 hour finally somebody answer. Put on hold again because they were contacting the florist. After 10 minutes was told they could not get in contact with the florist that they would not answer the phone. So they said, "We will refund you the 15 dollars since you paid. Oh and your order is on the way." I said, "How do you know since you couldn't reach the florist." Was told, "Oh it's going to Los Angeles. There's traffic. They deliver from 10am to 7pm. It's on its way." I told the person my wife leaves work at 5pm. Again was told, "It's on the way you get 15 dollars back." So now it's the next day and I get an email at 3am that the flowers were hand delivered to who or where I have no Idea.
Also before calling tried the chat which does not work so I email them and got a response the next day stating, "Thanks for letting assist your floral needs. We talked to the delivering florist and your flowers where delivered at 12pm." Also I noticed when they sent an email at 3am about the flowers being delivered it has a different order number. So please do yourself a favor. Do not order. Do not place an order with this company. You will be very sorry. So I am out of money my wife never got her flowers and the customer service is the worse. An hour or more before somebody answers the phone and the email system you get a generic response a day or two later if you are lucky.

They were supposed to deliver my order on the Valentine's Day. Not only they did not deliver it (after charging $24 service fee), they even canceled my order for some absurd reason. They were saying another agent cancelled it without me even being asked! Also when they pulled up my order the representative kept telling me I ordered the "deluxe" service which was not true and I had the email proof that I ordered the "standard" option. They didn't even place the right order in the first place!
When I called the customer service they just apologized and after a long discussion they decided to give me 50% discount on my order and deliver it on the 15th. I had to fight for the discount since they wanted to give me only 20% discount which I believe I should not even pay a penny because of their poor service. They said 50% off but still they charged me more than that. They are not reliable, they have lots of hidden fees and total scam. Hopefully my order will be delivered properly this time and will be the right one. I do not recommend this Teleflora at all.

They were supposed to come with a small box of chocolates. Guess what? NO CHOCOLATES! The flowers were horrible. Looked like some that were purchased at Walmart three days ago and stuck in a vase. They did call back, one ring and done. So they disconnect before you can pick up. It's a scam. I placed 4 orders in the past 8 months and 2 of them were messed up, so you have 50/50 chance. I placed a single order with Teleflora around January 20th for a delivery on Valentine's. This single order had three recipients, my wife and two daughters. My wife's flowers, chocolates, and balloons (though not properly inflated) were delivered but only about 5:30 pm which was a bit aggravating because it was during the Valentine's dinner I had planned. So they left everything at our door on an extremely windy day. I guess that's not Teleflora's fault but very annoying. My daughters, however, received nothing. I called Teleflora and sat on hold for more than 1 hour with no response. The automated system said the expected wait time was 30 minutes. I sent two emails to customer service with zero response. Valentine's came and went with no surprise for my daughters.
The next morning I received a phone call but missed it and was immediately followed up with emails that were confusing. It indicated that only one of my daughters would be receiving their order. It somehow completely ignored the other daughter. However, the email gave me a link to click to confirm/update the new delivery. Upon clicking, I just got an error saying something ambiguous about the order. Several attempts later, I got someone on the phone. They spoke with a heavy Middle Eastern accent and while they used proper sentences, it was obvious that English was only recently learned. For instance, they seemed incapable of using the word AND when trying to refer to both my daughters. It was very complicated and frustrating to get them to understand, and to simply understand them, with regards to the fact that I was missing TWO portions of my order.
They simply always referred to one of my daughters and not the other which kept prompting me to try and correct her followed by confusion on both ends about what's going on. I was also told that delivery was not available (it's February 15th). I'm not sure how the florists are so swamped the day AFTER Valentine's unless screw ups occur far more frequently than I would like to think. Then suddenly I was put on hold and the order WAS available for delivery. Again, I had to prompt for the other daughter which led to ANOTHER hold while she placed that order. Strange, I figured you'd just have ONE call with the florist and provide ALL orders during that time. I somehow don't understand that but whatever. I was then told that my compensation was 40% off my NEXT order. I disagreed with this and told them I would never use them again. I was told that she would give me the 40% off my next order "just in case" I decide to use them again.
No real apologies, no real acknowledgement that Valentine's is a single day event that carries a heavy weight when things aren't there. It's kind of a big deal but absolutely no compensation was given or any other method of making the order right. Just simply 40% off my next order... which by the way, isn't that big of a deal since it was very easy for me to find a 20% off coupon on my original order. That was a Valentine's coupon which appears to be very frequent with the company. So in reality, if I wanted to use them again, I would have only received an additional 20% off what I could otherwise get for free. This assumes that I can't use two coupons together which most places don't allow for.
All in all, I think the overall experience was pitiful. No delivery, no confirmation of delivery, no status updates, no ability to contact anyone (on the day of), the completely ambiguous emails (to which I received many), the also completely ambiguous text messages I started receiving, the complete lack of the ability of the system or the persons to understand that I have more than 1 daughter (all of who were listed, each with their own set of flowers), and the often confusing dialogue with the customer service agent leaves me to write a negative review. I paid about $250 dollars for this order, including service fees, and I just somehow expected that to include accurate delivery and superb customer service.
Despite that the agent was nice and friendly, it was just bad that I couldn't seem to get her to understand that there were multiple people on the order (the site clearly breaks everything down by recipient) and the fact that my compensation wasn't an upgrade or even the cost amended. I instead just get a worthless 40% off coupon that I'll never use. I strongly recommend that you don't use this company for ordering flowers. I wish I had done some research on this company prior to placing my order. I definitely will not use again.

On 2/12, I ordered the "True Romance Bouquet - Premium" (see images), for $129.95. The image of the bouquet is magnificent, with full flowers and many roses visible. On 2/13, I received what can only be described as a lazy attempt at the pictured bouquet (see images). For the price, I expected to receive what was pictured. Understandably, Teleflora works through local florists -- however, the quality of the delivered product rests upon Teleflora. Extremely insulted and angry that I spent $130+ for a blatant rip-off of the advertised product, I wrote to Teleflora customer service, who simply offered a canned apology, and a discount on a future order. Why would I ever order from Teleflora again? What guarantee does Teleflora offer that they would use a different florist, or guarantee a better product? This is terrible business, and I advise against doing business with this pathetic company.

I ordered an arrangement of flowers for my wife to be delivered on 02-13 because she was going to be out of town on business on 02-14. The order was for 40.00 dollars. With the extra fees it was 56.00. The 13th came and went without them delivered or a call or email from Teleflora. Once I contacted them they stated that the order was too small and it would be 5 more dollars to have them sent to my wife. I asked why they did not contact me in regards to the order too small or why did it accept my purchase to start with. The person I spoke to could not explain. This company does not have guidelines in place so this does not happen????

I ordered flowers for my mother for Valentine's day and they were suppose to be soft pink flowers roses, etc, what arrived was mix of daisies and junky carnations in random colors. I could get a better bouquet at the grocery store and spend 10 dollars not 45! Going with ProFlowers for now on, they give you a tally of every flower to be included in the bouquet and have never been disappointed.

I echo what Paul ** wrote. I ordered a sympathy arrangement for a co-worker who had lost a family member. The specifications were for a deluxe bouquet that measured 15" x 15". The arrangement arrived and it was 8" x 11". It contained only half of the flowers shown in the photo. What was supposed to be a nice gesture from the company appeared rather paltry. I contacted customer service and requested at least a 50% partial refund. I was told that, for our disappointment, we would receive 40% off the next purchase?! Extending a discount on the next purchase only benefits Teleflora. (And, given my experience, why would I order from the company again?)
I feel the customer service department wasn't respectful at all of the circumstances under which the company disappointed, nor did they address the real issue. By way of comparison, I once ordered a bouquet from ProFlowers.com for a gravesite--when they arrived wilted, ProFlowers refunded the entire amount and offered to send a new bouquet.

Do not use this company. Ordered a very common flower arrangement from Minnesota 5 days before my daughter's birthday to deliver in Texas. They called the day of her birthday and said they could not deliver and they were out of flowers. They said a refund would be given back in 10 days. No apologies. No substitute arrangement. No discount. Nothing! They wanted us to pay an extra $50 to expedite a same day delivery on some other arrangement. My wife and I were so mad, we couldn't even put forth the effort to argue or gripe them out without being obscene. We did call the next day after cooling down. They had the nerve to give us a discount on our next order. The only reason they got 1 star is because they don't give you an option to give 0 stars. Don't use this company!

On Wednesday morning, January 31, 2018, I placed an order for funeral flowers through the Teleflora website. The flowers were for my Aunt's viewing on Thursday, February 1, 2018. I added in the comments section the flowers needed to be delivered BEFORE 3 PM on Thursday, February 1, 2018. I also asked a ribbon with "Aunt" be added to the arrangement and provided my cell phone number in the comments for any questions. On Thursday afternoon, February 1, 2018, I arrived at the funeral home and looked for my flowers. They were not there. After inquiries with the funeral home staff, who checked all possible locations for flowers, the flowers were not located. I went outside to my car and contact Teleflora through the 800 number to ask where my flowers were and when they would be delivered.
The customer service person (I don't remember his name at this moment), contacted the florist and then came back on the line with me. He said the florist "didn't have time to complete the order." Needless to say, I lost my mind over this comment. This was my Aunt's funeral which could not be put off until the florist had the time to get around to my order. The only thing he kept saying was, "I apologize." Then he said the flowers could be delivered by 3 pm on Friday. I told him the funeral was at 11 am on Friday and 3 pm was too late. I also told him I was not paying for flowers to be delivered to the funeral home Friday morning, only to be seen for a couple of minutes - IF that were even possible.
Since the florist couldn't get the order delivered before 3 PM Thursday, why would I expect them to deliver the flowers first thing Friday morning? I expressed multiple times this was my Aunt's funeral. When I asked the name of the florist, I was told that information could not be provided to me. This was like pouring gas on an already flaming bonfire. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and no one ever picked up the line. I called back and got another customer service person (Josh maybe?) and explained the situation to him. Again, all I got was "I apologize" with no offer of a solution other than to cancel my order. I asked Josh how he would feel in my situation and, again, all I got was "I apologize."
Again, I asked for the name of the florist and was told the name could not be provided because it would violate the contract with the florist. What about the florist violating the purchase contract by not delivering the flowers in a timely fashion? By this time, I had missed almost the entire first hour of the viewing for my Aunt and I still had no offer of a solution other than to cancel my order. When I told Josh to cancel my order, because it would serve no purpose on Friday, he said it would take 2-10 days for a refund to be issued and asked if there was anything else he could help me with. WHAT? Anything else? REALLY?
Let me reiterate this was my AUNT'S FUNERAL. My Aunt was like a mother to me after my mom passed away many years ago. To say I was humiliated because I was the only one in the immediate family to NOT send flowers goes beyond saying. Not only that, I had to explain to my brother why our flowers were not there. I also felt I had to keep explaining to EVERYONE why there were no flowers from my brother and I. You have no idea how humiliating this situation was for me or how much stress Teleflora's lack of caring to address the issue added to an already very stressful situation.
This was a FUNERAL. One day only viewing. This wasn't a birthday or anniversary that flowers could be delivered the next day. I wouldn't even be as upset if I had ordered the flowers that morning. However, the florist had more than 1 1/2 days to complete this order. And to be told the florist "didn't have time to complete the order" is soooo very unacceptable. Teleflora offered absolutely NO customer service and other customers should know what to expect when dealing with this company. This situation was handled sooooo very poorly by Teleflora. There was no offer by the people I spoke with to attempt to rectify the situation. How would you feel if you were in my situation? There is no "re-do" on this order. Teleflora and the florist inflicted so much additional pain and stress, it is unconscionable.

Once I placed my order and it was processed the website said it would be delivered between 8am-1pm. Around 1:32pm I received a confirmation email stating that my mom had been “hand” delivered her flowers and she received them. I was excited and made my way to my mom's house and of course as it turns out she has NOT RECEIVED THE FLOWERS.
I was furious. I sent an email, and got an automatic response. So I called and even the man on the phone couldn’t give me a clear answer. The person talking in the background was telling him word for word what to tell me and eventually came back to me and said that my flowers weren’t going to be delivered until 7pm. I told him that their website was misleading for telling me they would be delivered between 8am-1pm. He also told me that florist who was suppose to deliver my flower wasn’t answering the phone. But to call them back if I don’t receive my flower by 7pm. So 50/50 chance I won’t be receiving my mom's flowers. I made a reservation at 7:00pm to a fine dining restaurant for my mom's birthday so no one will be there to receive any flowers. I am a first time customer and I am highly disappointed. DO NOT ORDER FROM TELEFLORA! I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered two bouquets from Teleflora for my mother in law's visitation and funeral. One was from our family as a whole, and a second was from my 7 year old son, with a card stating "I love you Gramcracker (his nickname for his beloved Grandma)." Online ordering was simple, and I placed the order with zero issues, even paying the extra $15 per bouquet to ensure they arrived prior to the visitation. The day of the visitation the bouquet from our family was there, but my son's had not arrived. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was hoping they would show up by the funeral the next day.
The day of the funeral came and there was still not a special bouquet chosen by my son. I had to explain to my 7 year old why the special flowers he chose for his Grandma were not there. Not just once, but twice. It absolutely broke my heart. When I reached out to Teleflora I received an email stating: "Thank you so much for contacting Teleflora. Please call the number on our website and we will place your order for you. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to email us at this address." I purchased flower arrangements for my father’s funeral. HUGE mistake. They charged each item as a separate order, even though they were all ordered at the same time. So I ordered six flowers and they charged my credit card six separate times. As a result some the charges were immediately declined by my credit card company because it appeared fraudulent. Three hours later, and after speaking to four different agents, we got that “resolved.” They’d mistakenly ordered eight flowers instead of six. The day before the funeral the flowers had not been delivered as requested. We were assured they would be and they were not. They then guaranteed the flowers would be there in the morning. SURPRISE! The morning of the funeral the mortuary called and said the flowers still had not been delivered. I proceeded to spend the next four hours on the phone with Teleflora as they tried to find my flowers.
They were unsuccessful as each of the six flowers were being filled by six different florists. In the end the flowers were delivered late and we had to fight for a refund. They would only refund the money if they could find and pick up the flowers. Also one of the florists substituted an $80 sympathy plant for a $20 poinsettia. Three days later, on the day of the burial, we were asked to bring the two extra flowers that were mistakenly ordered to the local florists before a refund could be issued. This is the most despicable company I have come across. Never order from them or you will regret it.

Teleflora customer service emailed me back confirming my request had been received. The flower delivery occurred after 5pm, though Teleflora insists it was before 5pm. However, before 5pm is moot, as the request was for a before 1pm delivery.
Teleflora is now stating that this was a "request" and cannot be guaranteed unless I paid more for it, even though there appears to have been an online system error at their end. Teleflora is now blaming the late delivery on the business (hospital). Not sure how that is relevant. After several emails, someone finally called me and insists that because I was not charged for a before 1pm delivery that it was never guaranteed. I am disappointed that the online order system does not work (since the box I checked requested the early delivery) and the business cannot stand up to their statements made in the email that the delivery would occur before 1pm.
The person that called me only made excuses and kept referring back to their online policy and that “request” does not mean “guarantee”. How convenient. For a business that is in customer service, they failed to meet customer service. Since the flowers were not delivered before 1pm, the recipient of the flowers will now not receive them until they return to work after the weekend and day off essentially five days later. Then cue to day of the funeral 20 minutes before the service starts I get a notification stating that they were unable to deliver the arrangement on the date requested and to contact them with an alternate delivery date. To say I am extremely disappointment is an understatement. With many options to chose from, I chose this company Teleflora. Your wide range of unique flowers and arrangements caught my attention. However today I was highly embarrassed when the Premium Radiant Reflections Bouquet I ordered, was delivered to the recipient and it was that of a small flimsy bouquet. Nothing like in the picture.
This was ordered to show appreciation to someone who is supporting and caring for my Mother who was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer. What other way to show our deepest and sincere appreciation than with flowers. I searched and search and selected the best, only to me mortified when I received this picture of the final product delivered today. It was horrendous. I feel robbed! In no way is that bouquet anywhere close to the Premium size shown on your website. The size in height and wide is not the same. The picture shown below is a comparison of what was delivered and what was paid for, do you see the difference?
In monetary value it is disappointing because of the drastic difference in the two but the emotional setback of what was paid for and expected is beyond expression of words. This is certainly not the version of thanks I wanted to send the person who is caring for my Mother. This is not a representation of who I am. Being miles away and having someone who isn't family take time to comfort and support my Mother who is battling this horrific disease is not easy to say the least. This is extremely upsetting! I will not use this service ever again as a result of this experience.
Accountability is where this issue lies, and it stems from the local florist you contract to represent your brand, market and uphold your business. I am just an example of what could be happening locally. Customers paying for one thing and being served another. I took the time to write this because of the depth of deception in this experience. I called in to express my frustration and was seemingly dismissed with 30% refund. Nothing I said seemed to alarm the representative I spoke to, she merely apologized, offered the 30% refund as if to say that should suffice and ended the call.

For our family's Christmas Eve celebration in California, I ordered a centerpiece to be delivered to my brother's home on the 23rd of December. I received an email confirming the delivery on the 23; however the flowers were not, in fact, delivered. They were not delivered until the 26th. More importantly, the flowers delivered were NOT what I ordered. I ordered the Premier version of the Winter Blooms Centerpiece. As you can see from the attached images, the arrangement ordered was of deep red roses, holiday greenery and pinecones. The other image shows what was actually delivered... red and white carnations. Although I realize flower substitutions are sometimes necessary, substituting carnations for roses is NOT an equitable adjustment.
After my initial contact to discuss this situation with the customer service representative, I was offered a 40% discount on my NEXT order. If that was not a suitable resolution, I could email with a photo of the delivered arrangement. Having done so, I was offered a 25% refund ($16+) which did not even cover the delivery charge. Several emails and phone calls later, talking with more representatives of increasing authority, I was never offered a new flower arrangement nor a full refund. The best they offered was a 50% refund.
In a separate order of flowers to my mother - Golden Pines arrangement (she lives in an assisted living facility), the flowers were not delivered to her at all. Although I included the physical address with building and room number, the flowers did not arrive. In this case as well, I received an email stating the flowers had been hand delivered to my mother... My mom ALWAYS calls when she receives a gift. No call, no call the next day either. I phoned my sister to ask if she had seen the flowers in my mom's room. My sister drove to Mom's to check (a $100 arrangement, after all plus delivery charges). No flowers in her room, nor at the reception desk in her building, nor seen by any of the staff.
I immediately contacted customer service via email and received a response saying they would look into the situation. Never heard from them again regarding this issue. I took the initiative and began calling every reception desk, in every building, of the facility. They were found on an unmanned desk among other holiday decorations. The facility staff believe they were placed there by the delivery person when no one was there and walked away. Two days later, the facility staff delivered them to my mother. Once again Teleflora dropped the ball.
In no case did Teleflora offer any kind of apology or compensation for the mishandling of either order. In addition, the flowers were by now wilted and bedraggled, with little resemblance to the ordered arrangement as you can see by the attached images. I strongly suggest you avoid using Teleflora, especially if you are sending flowers to a location where you may not know the local florists responsible for the delivery.

I wish I'd looked at consumer reports before buying. After a rather curt phone call on my part Teleflora agreed to refund the total amount... which I very much demanded, don't like having money stolen from me. I will also file a complaint with the Washington and California Attorney Generals office against Teleflora. To remain in business you must be legitimate. This business is anything but legit.

When the person returned to the phone the question was the same: what LATE date did I want delivery. The day it was supposed to be delivered (at 2:20 p.m.), I received another call asking permission to substitute a different arrangement. I placed an order with Teleflora on December 22, 2017, to be delivered the next day (on December 23, 2017.) I live in South Carolina, and was sending a Christmas centerpiece to family in Florida to have for Christmas. I received an email confirmation of my order at 11:35 am on December 22. When I did not hear from my family on December 23, I contacted them on December 24. I found that my order had never been delivered. I called Teleflora's Customer Service. What I found was that this department is offshore, and I could get no information about my order that was accurate. After waiting on hold for close to half an hour, the customer service person tells me that "they ran out of time" and could not make delivery on December 23, but that it would be delivered on December 24. By 4:00 pm on that date, being Sunday, I was skeptical, but agreed that I would accept a delivery on that day.
However, I wanted a confirmation of delivery. I was told they could not do that until the business re-opened, and that they had not actually spoken to anyone. Then they asked if it would be ok if they just delivered my order on December 26, and I refused. The result of three phone calls and 2 hours+ on the phone with them is exactly nothing. No delivery was ever made. No credit was ever issued to my account. After posting on social media of my issues, and complaining to JCPenney, who promoted Teleflora as a partner, I finally received a phone call from someone in the US on December 27. This person apologized for the non-delivery, stated that they could not control what happened with the local florist, and wanted to know if they could make delivery on that date (Dec 27) - I declined, and requested a document to confirm full credit for this order on my account.
I received an email telling me that my order was canceled, on December 27. 2017, but still no credit for the payment. Three different people, including a supervisor all insisted that they would call me and let me know that status -- that also never happened. Teleflora has no trouble taking an order and a payment, but they do not deliver, nor do they even let you know that there was a problem. They could not even give me the name of the florist. Don't waste your money on this company. I am still out over $100.00.

My sister had a traumatic experience occur just a couple of days before Christmas. It was something no woman wants to experience. As her sister, and best friend, I decided to send her a Christmas tree floral arrangement from Teleflora. I ordered to mid grade version of the arrangement. It was absolutely stunning and I knew it would help lift her spirits at least a little bit after what she had been through. I asked her to send me a photo once she felt better, and she did. I was shocked. It looked like a $20 display at a grocery store.
I spent around $60 on the arrangement and was charged a $21 service fee. For $85 my beautiful sister received something that looked amateur, at best. I apologized, but she understood and said it was still pretty. The best I can describe it is this: an 8 inch tall arrangement of hemlock branches with a couple of mini roses and a carnation randomly shoved in. There was a glittery snowflake on top. I would've paid $20 for it at most. I am so disappointed. I will be sure to do my research and find a reputable florist before I place anymore online floral orders. Lesson Learned.

They also said that they were trying to get a hold of me which is untrue. I had to call in to see what was going on with my order. The flowers weren't delivered until 7:30 pm on the 22nd and when I received a photo of the centerpiece from my son, it was obvious it wasn't the $54.95 deluxe version I ordered. It was supposed to have two candles, it had one, and the centerpiece looked more like the standard 44.95 version (based on the Teleflora website photos). My total order was $74.94. I called customer service, explained my dissatisfaction and she offered me a 50% discount on a future order.
Since I planned to order Christmas flowers, I thought that would be a good deal. The rep said she would email me instructions on how to use the discount. I waited 45 minutes and no email arrived. I called customer service again, gave the rep who answered the name of the previous rep and explained what happened. She put me on hold for quite some time then informed me a discount couldn't be offered because I used an online catalog credit card and not a "regular" card. She said the flowers would be picked up the next business day. My response was WHAT?
She said the first rep I spoke to had cancelled the order and they had to take the flowers back. I explained I hadn't cancelled the order and they better not snatch the flowers from my son. At that point, I was very upset and let her know it. She said she would contact the florist and tell them not to remove the flowers and she would issue a credit. At this point, I have no confidence at all that their promise will be kept. I'm not telling my family any of this because I don't want them thinking their centerpiece will disappear the next day. Irma was suppose to rain. Besides that what I thought I ordered because of what was shown and what was delivered were incomparable. Not even was the plant pot even close. Very disappointed I will never order from here again and I am disputing the charge.

I ordered a deluxe bouquet on Thursday morning for Friday delivery. The arrangement was for my best friend and romantic partner, who was leaving the country on Saturday. Without any notification or explanation, the flower arrangement was never delivered. I emailed to inquire about what happened, and the only response I got was that they were refunding the charge back to my account. There was no explanation as to what had happened and why the order was never honored. I was counting on Teleflora to help give my dearest a memorable send off. Needless to say, I was very upset that this company couldn't even carry out a simple function like fulfilling the order.
There was nothing particularly difficult about my order, it was their standard, ready to order deluxe bouquet with no other special requests attached. I would very much have liked for her to have seen them before she'd left for her country. I had read the reviews online, but I always view complaints with a fair bit of skepticism, since I believe people are ten times more likely to complain when upset than a satisfied customer is to post a positive review. But this experience has left me raw, and I know now that you cannot rely on this company to do what they say they'll do.

I ordered flowers to be used at a memorial service for a friend who passed. I received a confirmation email that they were delivered. They were not delivered. After calling and complaining they were delivered the next day (too late to be apart of the service) which was highly distressing. When I called they had no answers and offered me a 50% coupon for my next delivery. After explaining that I will never use this company again I was offered 30% refund.
When the flowers were actually delivered it looked NOTHING like the deluxe flowers that were chosen online. The vase was not the same either. Not only were the flowers different but the colors were different (which were specifically chosen for the color scheme of the memorial service). The arrangement was such a poor excuse for the actual flowers that were chosen to be delivered. This is the worst service and worst customer service, not only was I inconvenienced but then I had to wait on hold for the manager for a long time and had to basically demand something more be done. I don't even feel that 30% off was enough (I spent about $80 and was given back $25). Flowers didn't make it to event and were arranged Horrible, I could have done a better job myself and I'm not a florist.

First of all, I ordered an arrangement for my friend in hospice on a Saturday morning, before the deadline for delivery that day. Later that afternoon, I received a phone call, telling me flower shops were closed or busy with funerals and couldn't get my arrangement done til Monday. I called Monday morning asking for expedited delivery, as my friend was failing. An arrangement was delivered by 1:00 Monday, but the "deluxe" I had ordered was pathetic. It was a tiny vase, with sparsely arranged flowers, the ribbon was not the "Polka dot" one shown in the "polka dot posies" arrangement pictured, and it looked like a very cheap arrangement - not at all like the $49.95 (plus fees and taxes for a total of $67.93) one pictured on the website. Teleflora either misrepresented this bouquet, or the florist did a horrible job. Very disappointing. I plan to never again order from Teleflora.

Placed an order with Teleflora two days prior to a close friend's funeral on 10/7/2017, Teleflora promised delivery. Teleflora dropped the ball. No delivery, very upsetting to the family, made a bad day worse, they managed to take the money from my account within minutes of the order. After the funeral and another confirmation of non delivery, called Teleflora at 4 pm, a representative stated they needed to confirm non delivery from a third party... We stated we bought the flowers from Teleflora not a local florist (turns out this was a big mistake never again with Teleflora). Rep stated they called the third party vendor and they were closed?? At 4 pm, turns out they open at 10 am so a 6 hour workday??
Somebody lied to us... Following day two phone calls same story, had to confirm non delivery by third party, again I explained I did not purchase from a third party and was not happy to learn Teleflora also advised even after they confirm non delivery it could take up to 10 days for my refund. It has been three days now and no one from Teleflora has issued even an "I'm sorry" to us. They are without a doubt an unscrupulous predatory business. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT use them, it will end in frustration... Ordered a cute antique Ford pickup/floral arrangement several days before recipient's birthday. The day before delivery, I was emailed & told the pickup truck was not available (see other reviews about the elusive undeliverable pickup truck). The link for an alternate selection showed me nothing. Simply said something festive & appropriate would be sent. OK. Day of delivery I was emailed & told the arrangement was hand-delivered. Not according to the recipient, who I have been in touch with twice.
Emails & phone calls to Teleflora finally determined that the item was not delivered because no one could sign for it & recipient's phone message box was full. I was never told the arrangement needed to be signed for. If I knew this, I would have sent it to her work address. Through much additional follow-up, the arrangement has supposedly now been delivered a day late sans signature. It is now on the recipient's porch. I still need to verify this with the recipient, but I have never had this much hassle with the purchase of a floral arrangement. I also have no idea what this troublesome arrangement looks like.

This was my first time using Teleflora. I noticed their unique bouquets and they caught my eye. A family member was just getting home after being very ill in the hospital. After finding the perfect one, the 'Pleasing Purple Bouquet' shades of purple various flowers with white Lilies, in a purple vase. I opted for the middle/deluxe version and used a 20% off coupon. My order was around $74, I saved $11 and paid around $63. After seeing the bouquet that was sent, I was incredibly upset and could not believe it cost me as much as it did. It looked nothing like the picture. There were so few flowers, that it barely covered the rim of the small, square vase. They substituted the flowers with pink and white filler flowers. There were only 2 Lilies. The foam that the flowers were stuck into, was clearly visible. The 'purple vase' was a clear vase that they put purple paper inside of. And the flowers were already wilting.
After contacting customer service, I received a cookie cutter response and was told they would send me a 25% refund. I told them I read over their website and it was full of 'guarantees and promises' and I wanted a full refund. They then proceeded to tell me for a full refund, they needed to pick up the bouquet within 48 hours. Of course no one is going to have a bouquet taken away from someone, so their 'refund policy' is a complete scam, so they don't have to give unhappy customers their money back. There was no concern, or empathy or compassion on their end. They couldn't care less. Nowhere on their site have I found any recording of this 'refund policy', only a guarantee.
I am absolutely disgusted by them and will NEVER use them again. I only wish I found these reviews beforehand, with the same complaints as mine. It seems most of the bouquets have cheap filler daisies in them and not the actual flowers that are in the pictures. This company is dealing with people who are celebrating, mourning or sick and it's horrific that they can get away with this. I have ordered from another flower company whose flowers died right away and they continued to apologize and gave me a full refund. Their flowers have always been excellent other than that one experience. I should have stuck with them. This company should be ashamed.

On May 13th, I received an email from Teleflora stating that the address "Was Not Complete." This prompted me to recheck my ordering information. I thought that perhaps there was a major problem that was incorrect in the address because of how the email had been written. Upon reviewing the delivery address, I discovered that the numeric street address, the street name as well as the city and state were all correct.
The telephone number of the business was also on the order and it was correct also. The zip code may have been incorrect. This email was written as though the address did not contain vital information. I then called them and spoke briefly to a customer service representative. I thought that the matter had been resolved.
I then received another email the next day (Mother's Day) stating that they were unable to deliver the flowers on MOTHER'S DAY but, that they could deliver them on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. I was appalled!! My mother is 88 years of age and is ill. Mother's Day, May 14, 2017 may be her last Mother's Day. I was so very hurt and disappointed!

If it were possible to give it no stars I would. There was no contact as to the fact the flowers weren't going to be delivered on my relative's Birthday. None. Then the first 1800 number wouldn't work. Then the customer service rep told me I would have to call back in an hour to cancel my order. After spending a ridiculous amount of time even getting to that point. We are dealing with people's feelings and emotions here. And if the ratings for Teleflora hadn't been so far from the site that I didn't see it, I would have never ordered from them in the first place. Ridiculous.

I ordered mother's days flowers 2 days in advance of the event bc I am aware of the rush on that day. When I called bc it was mother's day and my mom had not received any flowers, I was told that there was a mother's day rush and that I would have to wait until next weekend. "NO WAY" I said. I paid an extra $22 for ahead of time delivery and it's already late. I want them delivered NOW! Well long story short not only were delivered very late that night, they were dead and totally not roses and daisies in a pink vase with a ribbon and a card like I ordered. They were wilted dead cheap flowers that anyone could have picked up from any field and thrown in a cheap glass vase from a family dollar store.
Now after 4 telephone calls of complaining and *itching, I was told that they can re-deliver for an extra delivery charge. Are you kidding me? I paid more than enough for dead cheap flowers, $22 extra for a same day delivery that was 2.5 days late and now you want to charge me again? So now they want to offer a 30% in future purchase as a "reward" for my inconvenience... right, as if I will ever use them again.
Updated on 5/24/2017 - Simple order... pink vase with daisies and pink flowers. Received instead a cheap vase with flowers that seem to have been picked out of a wild field, wilted, ugly and shameful. Second time around, wrong again! This time purple wilted "'roses" cheap clear vase and carnations... wtf? I write them, send them pictures of the absolutely unacceptable junk I received, and they are offering me a 50? Discount. In other words, I end up paying $50 for flowers that were picked out of the trash and a vase from a 99 cents store. NEVER again!
I do NOT recommend this service and I hope they go out of business. They are very nonchalant, uncaring and rude. In other words, "eff you now, we already have your money"! Below pictured what I received v. what I ordered. HUGE difference not only in look but also in quality. On top of all that, they did not even include the card and delivered three days late, ONLY because I called to bitch and complain and demand my order be delivered at once because that was what I paid for; they also had the nerve to catch an attitude!!!

Also, I was advised that it will be possibly booked up on Friday that might delay to Sat afternoon which it apparently was reasonable for me to accept and notified one of my family to keep eye on deliver to surprise for my memaw's surprise for Mother's Day and her Birthday on 15th. On Sat evening, my aunt texted me that she never received any delivery from Teleflora and I immediately called customer service to file complaint against the delivery that was never delivered promptly at all.
We verbally agreed thru phone by using Relay Service that they will make sure that the delivery will be on Monday afternoon for my memaw's birthday which is today that included the changed address and Guess what!!! It was NEVER DELIVERED to my mom's birthday at hotel, AGAIN!!! Of Course!!! I got upset!!! They have their own nerve to embarrass me for what they did to my MEMAW who just turned 84 years old. NO TRUST for TELEFLORA and POOR SERVICE!!! It does break my heart... I highly recommend for everyone to avoid this business. Even, they charged me 80 dollars (18 dollars for service fee - What do they use that for????) for that without any presence gifts for my memaw. ALSO, MISLEAD ME for their offer 'DELIVERY ON SAME DAY!!!' But two days in a row, they didn't promptly delivery my order to my poor MeMaw... What a shame!!!

According to the front office a gentleman walked in asked for my wife. They told him she was out at the moment and he turned around and left. I got an email Friday saying they were delivered but with the busy weekend I did not ask her about them till today (Monday) and she tells me she did not get any. Called Teleflora and the lady I could barely understand wanted me to wait so they can try and send them at another date. I told her Mother's Day already passed and what good would it do so please give me a refund. Of course she did not want to till I asked to speak to her manager or supervisor then she decided to give a refund. I will never use them again and neither should you.

This was the WORST experience I have had with ordering flowers. I ordered them a couple of days in advance and the day of delivery I had heard nothing from my sister, the recipient. I called the company and they said they could contact the florist and request a delivery confirmation. Shortly after, I received an email saying they had been delivered. This in fact was NOT true. I called the company back and asked details of the local florist and was told they could only click a button to contact them and had no details (weird and poor partnerships with business if you ask me). I said I would accept delivery through the next day and still NO flowers. I was beyond upset at this point.
I called back and stated I wanted my money back. They told me they could give me half my money back yet no flowers... are you kidding me??? I told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor and would only accept the full amount back and to not offer me a coupon because there was NO way I was ordering from them again. After an hour on hold I finally got in touch with someone, got my money back, and 2 days later flowers that didn't even look like the ones I ordered, in a brown paper bag, with a terribly handwritten note were delivered to my sister. They claim to have cut ties with the florist but if you believe that you must be crazy, I would NEVER order from this place again. Terrible service and terrible customer service.

It did not arrive on the 13th or by mid afternoon on the 14th. I called and sent 2 emails regarding my displeasure. I was told the flowers could be sent on Monday between 11 a.m - 7:00 p.m. I wasn't happy with that but didn't feel I had much of a choice. The Teleflora representative offered me a 40% discount and advised me that she would contact the florist in Boca Raton to have the flowers delivered on the morning of the 15th. I called at 12:30 p.m. on the 15th to check on the status of the delivery, sat on hold for 20 minutes only to be told that because the delivery date had been changed and Teleflora now had to find another florist. Are you kidding me? I didn't change the date, they didn't deliver them.
I cancelled the order, waited online until my credit card was credited. I was then told that they credited my account and would like to provide me with a 30% discount on my next order. Fat chance of that happening. My poor mother is 101 years old, I live in another state and could not spend the day with her. At the very least I wanted her to have something special on Mother's Day.

The pictures show what we ordered and what we rec'd. I spoke with the local company that made up/delivered the bouquet. Teleflora kept $30.99. The local florist got $59.99 and of that they had to take their delivery fee. They are working with me to get us a better flower arrangement for our money. Needless to say, I will NEVER order flowers from Teleflora again. They not only fleece the customer but they leave the local florist to deal with the fallout.
