Here is what I ordered versus what I received. Embarrassing. When I contacted them about my disappointment, they gave me a small discount. Not good enough. Please don’t throw your money away on Teleflora.

Start to finish- everything about my experience with Teleflora was terrible. I ordered same days delivery and after I paid, it said the delivery date was the next day. Delivery charge was $18.99! But the worst part was the arrangement that showed up. It literally looked about 1/3 of the size that I ordered. I called Customer Service and they offer 30% refund and 30% off a future order. I will not even order from them again. I asked for the name of the florist that sent them and they wouldn’t tell me. Shame on Teleflora for using terrible florists and not standing by their product!! I was beyond embarrassed to see what was received by my dear friends as they are grieving the loss of someone very special. Teleflora used to be a good, trustworthy, quality company. Not anymore.

Couldn't make it in time to see my mom for Mother's Day, so 10 days before Mother's Day I ordered flowers to be sent to her via Teleflora. They immediately charged my card and sent me a confirmation email that my order will go through. I even set it to arrive 2 days before Mother's Day since I know everybody's swamped on the actual day and I wanted to assure it arrived on time. The day before they were supposed to arrive I get calls and emails from teleflora asking me to first move my delivery date to Saturday (that was fine), then asking if it was OK to slightly change my order, then they left some cryptic message.
Finally I called and after talking over 30 minutes with the person she finally revealed that, in reality, the shop is completely booked and they can't deliver it until sometime the following week. I explained how that is unacceptable, and why did they confirm the order over a week ago and find this out 24 hours before it was going to go through. I cancelled my order and somehow I doubt my credit card will be credited as quickly as they charged it. Long story short, my mother will not get her flowers. I will hand deliver a bouquet when I go see her a week later and will never, ever ever use Teleflora again.

What an embarrassing floral arrangement to send to somebody before surgery… I called and they offered me a 30% discount, but this is just embarrassing to have been sent to somebody. Don’t use this company, it’s a joke, especially for $75 after their fees. I don’t know what ganky florist they are contracting. And to not make it right right off the bat is an issue.

Updated on 04/02/2022: I spoke with the company and they (said) they called the florist. I was offered 30% off my order. I told them I wanted a new arrangement sent to the recipient. They could do that, they said. I would just have to reorder, pay again, and they would deliver on Monday. I don’t think I trust them to get it right and I shouldn’t have to pay. I was transferred to a supervisor and placed on hold for a long time. I finally hung up. I will send the recipient a gift certificate to a favorite Indian restaurant. I can be sure she won’t be served etouffee. I will never order anything ever again from this company.
Original Review: So I sent flowers that were delivered today. It was supposed to be Zen Artistry Deluxe. The actual arrangement arrived as a grocery store bouquet that was just stuffed in a glass vase. I just don’t see how these are even remotely similar. I am currently waiting for a return call from The company. I am not hopeful.

I was very aware of these disclaimers: “While every effort is made to match your selection exactly, substitutions may be necessary based on the availability of certain flowers and vases in the recipient's area” and “Substitution Policy: In the event your selection is unavailable, a substitution of comparable quality and value will be delivered.” However, I never imagined the substitutions would look like someone bought a flower bunch at the local grocery store and stuck them in a vase. VERY disappointed and quite embarrassed about the quality of the “Premium” flower “basket” that was delivered to a grieving loved one.

Ordered a funeral spray and received order to funeral home an hour late and just a bunch of flowers put in a vase. Terrible company. Called to get money back and at first only offered me 30% refund, then talked to a manager to then get 50% offered. 30 minutes later I finally got a full refund. Spend your money somewhere else.

My boyfriend ordered flowers for our anniversary today 3/21/2022 and Teleflora took it upon themselves to just Cancel the order, no warning and no explanation. When they were contacted they had NO explanation as to why it was canceled and only offered a measly 30% off discount on a future order which we will never ever order from them again! No replacement was even offered! They totally ruined my anniversary!! Never ever use this company!!!

I felt it was only right to give an update on my experience with Teleflora. They did indeed deliver the flowers on the correct day except that they delivered them to the front office of the apartment complex and did not email me with that notice. It took us two days to track down where the flowers were! The floral arrangement was lovely.

Ordered flowers for same day delivery. Asked for flowers to be delivered late afternoon. It's now almost 6pm and no flowers have been delivered. Chatted with customer service and they were unable to make contact the florist while I was on chat. They said they would follow up via email....if they could contact the florist. So disappointing

I used Teleflora in the past and typically had a good outcome. However, last month I placed two separate orders (each with 3 calendar days lead time ahead of the delivery date) and both times the orders were not fulfilled. I ordered a floral arrangement to be sent to my Mom for Valentine's Day, when I called the automated system routinely stated that my order was en route, and by 9 p.m. nothing! I had to call and speak with customer service to explain what happened and was initially offered a 50% refund (which I rebuked and demanded a full refund!).
I tried again by ordering flowers a few weeks later for my Mom's birthday. Once again, the same outcome. The representatives were courteous and responsive to resolve the issue so kudos to them for doing their job. However, with respect to Teleflora they really need to investigate the local businesses that they contract to fulfill online orders.
I revisited the site to see what local florists populated as options for me to select and to my unpleasant surprise, one of the options was not only out of business, BUT had been out of business for over a decade. Initially, I asked the representatives which florist was given my orders and they refused to disclose citing 'contractual confidentiality prohibits them from identifying the business'. What was most troubling is when I called to let the agent know that the local options they offer on their site are not accurate, he basically told me to ignore it and find another option. The option to order flowers online is a convenience for sure ... but the aggravation that has been delivered to me with both of these experiences is speaking volumes with respect to consider patronizing them ever again!

Ordered flowers on Wednesday for Saturday delivery. I received an email on Saturday stating the flowers were delivered. The following Monday, I received an email time stamped at 3:30am that the flowers were not delivered and I needed to call and set up another delivery date. I called, and I asked if the flowers can be delivered that day Monday. They said they had no way of getting ahold of the florist and can the flowers be delivered on Tuesday. I ask why did I get an email saying they were delivered.
I finally called my daughter who I sent flowers to for her birthday and she said she did not receive any flowers. I called Teleflora back, and they said they couldn't get ahold of the florist and that they have until 7pm to make the delivery. No delivery. I called today Tuesday, and was given the same run around. I asked for a supervisor, (Ron) and he said there is no florist in the neighborhood that can do the arrangement for today, and it will have to be tomorrow. My daughter lives 10mins outside of San Francisco. I told him that was a bad excuse, and asked why did I get an email on Saturday that the flowers were delivered. His response was that that was automatic.
After much discussion, and me telling him that San Francisco was 10 mins away and there are other towns nearby, that there must be a florist that is open. He promised that the flowers will be delivered today, and that he will refund me the whole cost. I asked for a written verification of what was discussed, and he said I will get one in 10 mins. So far I have not gotten a written email promising delivery. Oh yes he said I already got a delivery verification. I once again stated that it was for delivery 4 days ago. As of yet no flowers, but he said that they have until 7pm to make delivery. We shall see.

At first, I was very upset because the flowers I ordered, weren’t the ones on the pictures. I called customer support, and they were very professional and nice by offering me a different bouquet of flowers for free. I have to apologize if I sounded rude, and thank you so much for working with me. My mother in law got a great bouquet of flowers on International Women’s day, and I can’t wait to do business again!

I ordered Teleflora's Victorian Teacup Bouquet - Premium for $74 for my mother in law, and the flowers she got did not even cost $40!!!! What am I paying for? For some cheap bouquet with complete opposite flowers?! Very disappointed and never do business again!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered an arrangement for valentine's day and I knew it was the busiest time for flowers so I was patient. Waited four days after the agreed delivery date to call but was put on hold for 45 minutes to be told they were not delivered and for me to wait for next week. Next week got another confirmation for delivery, then called the recipient and confirmed delivery for after 5pm, never came. Called customer service again, got another delivery confirmation, and again no delivery. I didn't care when they came, I spent $120 on these flowers I just wanted them. Waited three more days only to get an email saying order was canceled. I will never order or suggest ordering from here, Please save yourself a headache.

If I could give them minus stars I would give -20 stars! Ordered flowers with plenty of time for a funeral and were not delivered to funeral home. Made a call. They said it would be delivered to the church. Did not happen. They contacted the florist and I was told that the flowers would not be delivered because the florist had a huge wedding commitment. I was given 50% refund and told my flowers would be delivered to the family's home. Next day I got call that the florist could not deliver but could deliver on Monday. Too many phone calls. Got tired. Request full refund which I am waiting to hit my account. They did commitment to deliver flowers. Well hours later I get an email that the arrangement will not be delivered because the florist does not have the flowers nor the figurine that came with the arrangement. I feel why have something on the website if it can not be fulfilled. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER USE THEM!!! Do not use them. Find someone else.

This company is an absolute joke. They take your money just to call you and say the arrangement isn't available and offer to make a less valuable one. You have no communication with the local florist, just an under-informed representative. Total joke. Don't even waste your time.

My sister arrived at a momentous birthday and to celebrate it, I ordered flowers from Teleflora 5 days prior to the actual day. I ordered a large basket with balloons. I constructed the perfect message too. On the day of, I received a call at 11:48AM to inform me that the local florist did not have a basket Ancaster if they could send a vase instead (1st DISAPPOINTMENT). I said I expected all the flowers that were included in the original order arranged spectacularly. My sister started sending pics of things she had received at her office. Each time I received a notice of an arriving text I expected a pic of the arrangement I ordered. I had not received a pic but 4PM. So I called TELEFLORA who called the local florist. The florist didn't answer BUT TELEFLORA insisted that the flowers would be delivered by 5PM.
At 5:30PM I called my sister because her office was about to close. NOTHING WAS DELIVERED (2ND DISAPPOINTMENT). I called TELEFLORA and with a scripted reply they did not apologize, they did not offer to find another florist and pay them extra to deliver an expedited arrangement... (3RD DISAPPOINTMENT).. They only offered a refund or a delivery on Monday 3 DAYS AFTER THE BIRTHDAY!!! Do not use this service.. They do not communicate with associated florist and don't give a damn if they make the consumer appear insensitive by not delivering flowers that were ordered even 5 days in advance!!

I ordered the premium peonies package to be delivered on Valentine's day, I paid a hefty 150 dollars. Furthermore wrote a note and recorded a private message about peonies. Imagine my horror when I get a picture of delivered order and it turns out that they sent a bouquet of sub quality roses instead. When contacting the customer service they send copy paste messages and 50% refunds. I'm starting to suspect their whole business model is just baiting customers by showing pretty pictures, making them pay exorbitant premiums, switching orders for cheaper flowers and then just refunding 50% while the sent flowers are still far over market value. Despicable company to say the least. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Very unreliable company, will definitely not use them ever again. Stay away from them. We'll see how the flowers look when they arrive, but based on the other reviews, they will look nothing like in the picture on the website.

My guy bought flowers from Teleflora and I never received them. Have called several times and told different stories by different people. Now this morning no record of the order and I'm being hung up on when asking to speak with a supervisor. Out $100 and no flowers to show for it. Will never order from this company again.

I ordered my Valentine's flowers in advance to be delivered today but no delivery was made. Customer service kept pressuring me to wait until beyond the delivery time. They also put me on hold to "contact the local florist", but came back claiming the local florist wasn't responsive. This happened twice in a row. Then when I asked to be refunded, they tried to give me only a 50% refund. I demanded a 100% refund and told them I'll stay on the line and wait for the email confirmation. They put me on hold again. 6 minutes later, I received my email confirmation. At least they got that right. Everything about this business model is outsourced. All they do is take money. Seriously, you're way better off sticking to your local florist.

I placed an order for V-day with this company paid extra to make sure it was delivered on that day. I received all the confirmation emails. The day of comes and it was not delivered by the expected time so I contact their CS Office. They told me that it would not be delivered until the next day. After much debate the "CS" guaranteed that they would have it in today by removing parts of my order and applying the cost to the arrangement. It is now 4:00 I decided to follow up again and the CS Office yet again tells me that they have the delivery set for tomorrow. I was beyond exasperated, they don't keep to their stated delivery dates and they don't inform their customers of any changes. At this point If I could leave less than one star I would.

The absolute worst flower service. Not only did I preorder almost 2 weeks in advance, my mom not get the delivery, I got an email confirming a hand delivery. That was a lie. The representatives do not care. They will not tell you who the local florist is. They will not tell you why the order was not delivered. They tried to give a PARTIAL REFUND AND A DISCOUNT FOR FUTURE SERVICE. Are you nuts? After talking to 4 different reps over the course of 3 days, one a supervisor, it is clear they do not care and this is a SCAM!!!! My widowed mother didn’t get any flowers for Vday!

I placed 4 orders for next day delivery with their guarantee delivery promises, anyway first order showed up around 4pm then around 7pm I'm getting emails 2 of my orders has been HAND DELIVERED. There was no delivery whatsoever. I waited about 20 minutes. Maybe the guy is lost or something, nothing happens. I called customer service. She was nice. She called the local florist with no luck. Then she called the second florist also with no luck. I guess they were closed. It's 8pm already. Then she called the 3rd florist for my 4th order this guys promised that the order will be delivered tonight. If NOT I'm calling tomorrow morning for my refund and never order from Teleflora AGAIN!!

I ordered a robust rose and carnation arrangement for my elderly grandmother after her hospital visit. What she received was 4 roses and 4 sad carnations with a ton of greenery. This was nowhere near their advertised arrangement in color or even number of flowers paid for. They were quick to respond, but only offered a 50% refund (original total was $89) and a cheap discount code for a future order. Why would anyone order from the same poor quality company? The discount code is a joke and the refund percentage unacceptable. Do not use this company, you will be disappointed.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY! I received an email that my mother-in-law’s flowers were delivered when in fact they were not and it was her birthday and I spoke to for customer service agents in the span of four days and last one finally told me that the delivery was never scheduled and that they’ll schedule it for Monday which is two days after her birthday. Your company is awful. You have the worst customer service, you can’t understand anybody that speaking and I will never use your company again. As a matter fact I’m gonna put this review on every single social media and website search and Website search.

Just a fair warning!! DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM TELEFLORA.COM!! The worst customer service I've ever dealt with.. I was told my delivery was in route then when I called, "Oh I'm sorry. The arrangement you picked was sold out.." When were you gonna tell me???? Then I was told it was out their control..I asked to speak to a manager and they left me on hold for 30 mins. Never came back to the line...I called back and was told the flowers were delivered!?!? I ended up canceling the order. Very disappointed.

I had ordered some birthday flowers to my friend for her birthday. On her birthday, I was paying attention to my phone all day but, no one calls so the next day I chat with my friend's husband. He said she has never received any flowers, so, I go to my email of "order confirmation" and click into "track order" then I found the order status is CANCELLED without explanation?! They should send a separate email to remind me that the order is canceled with a reason, otherwise, I will never know! Bad service. I will never from here again.

This company has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. I used them back in 2020 for a funeral arrangement and the flowers I received were half dead and looked nothing like the picture on the site. They tried to offer me a small percentage back. I had to fight them and threaten to call my credit card in order to get a refund. I realize 2020 wasn’t an easy year for any business so I decided to give them another try when my cousin had a baby girl. The picture on the site looked so adorable and said it contained different color roses and a few other types of greenery. They state that if these flowers aren’t fresh they’ll be replace with comparably priced flowers.
I paid $80 for a premium arrangement. When it was delivered and received a picture from my cousin I was so upset. There were 3 tiny roses that looked dead and the rest was full of cheap filler flowers. Carnations, daisies and some gladiolas. To make it even worse, the flowers looked half dead! I could’ve gotten a bouquet like this from a supermarket for $10. I wrote to Teleflora 3 times before receiving a response which offered me a $16.10 refund and 20% off coupon. I wrote back and still no response. No need for a coupon since I will never be ordering again nor will I allow anyone I know to use this service!

I ordered an arrangement for my Uncle's funeral, to be sent to the funeral home prior to the service. He passed during the 2021 holidays and reluctantly, I used Teleflora as local florists were closed due to said holidays. I placed my order online, paid extra to ensure prompt delivery on the date, 3 days later, paid and received a confirmation. 3 days later, on the date of delivery, 1 hour before delivery was scheduled, I received a form email stating my order was CANCELLED as they couldn't arrange the delivery. CANCELLED 1 hour before a funeral! I am not kidding here, and I was not given ANY time to make other arrangements. So, thanks to COVID, we were not able to attend and now thanks to Teleflora, our family was not even represented. Despicable. Never ever use this company. Shop local where people care about you and your business.

I took great pains selecting the perfect gift for a friend only to have the wrong item delivered. I ordered a deluxe fruit and boom basket (about 4 types fruit and a potted azelia). A small floral arrangement was what was delivered. Nowhere close to what was ordered.

The product from the local florist have all been superb. BUT…the process of confirmation of delivery and communication by Teleflora itself is horrendous. They have literally lied to me about checking with the local florist as well as missing delivery dates which they think they can make up for with a small refund percentage. I don’t care about the refund. I want my very important reflection of how much I care delivered on time. I ordered over $1000 of product for Christmas. Only three of the six orders were delivered on time. Most without any actual confirmation or communication. I will be ordering directly from the local florist from now on.

Every year for the last several years my wife has ordered their Christmas ornament bouquet, mainly for the ornament-shaped vase that it comes in. She did it again this year, and the flowers were delivered today from a local florist, NOT what she ordered. Just some hockey vase with a couple of reindeer on it. First I called the local florist that filled the order. What Teleflora sent them was an order for "Florist Choice." The local florist had the ornament vase that she wanted, but Teleflora didn't even attempt to order what my wife had ordered.
I then called Teleflora customer service, and they apologized and said they would give me a 30% refund, which I refused and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was then offered a 50% refund, which I also refused and again asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor got on the line and offered a 75% refund, which I also refused, explaining to him the fact that the local florist did indeed have what we ordered and they didn't even try to give us what we ordered. I ended up getting a full refund and then ordered the bouquet directly from the local florist, and it will be delivered tomorrow.
I am done with Teleflora. In the future, I will just go straight to a local florist and see if they have the ornament arrangement/vase that Heidi wants. So unhappy with Teleflora, and glad that I was the one that called because my wife probably would have accepted the 30% refund because she doesn't do confrontation the way that I do. Lesson learned! Shop local and stick to your guns when an online order goes bad!

I ordered same day service from the website and was contacted by phone a few hours later that the delivery was not possible for the same day. I expressed that the website should not allow that option if it's not possible and that I was counting on the delivery for a special event. I was told that no options were available to me other than to get it the next day. Eventually, we agreed on next day and a discount. A few hours later, I was notified by email that the order was canceled altogether. This service is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I will never use it again, and I will advise anyone I know the same. I am tremendously disappointed by their lack of professionalism.

The ordering process was easy and delivery was fast, however, the product Beautiful in Blue did not resemble the picture as advertised. I ordered the Premium edition, because this was a sympathy bouquet and I wanted the recipient to be delivered a colorful and beautiful display. When I saw what was delivered, I was shocked and embarassed as the product had no color and looked like a bunch of cheap daisies and lilies thrown together. I asked for them to resend the appropriate order but would only do so if the recipient boxed up the original bouquet. This person is grieving the loss of a loved one, she has other things to worry about besides this. Very disappointed, they did give a partial refund, but it wasn't about the money.

Ordered flowers through Teleflora for a dear friend of mine whom passed away.. Went to funeral and could not believe what the florist had sent.. It was an embarrassing situation and I have no way to make it up to her.. The flowers looked nothing like the ones I ordered.. They were absolutely pitiful.. And teleflora would not give me name of florist.. Spent almost $100..Walmart would have beat them with a $10 bouquet.. Please just beware..

I ordered from this company and deviated from my regular ordering - 1800Flowers and FTD. This was a big mistake. One of my closest friends' father passed away, and they did not deliver on time, and no apologies. I had to call multiple numbers and follow-up. It was very frustrating, and a waste of time. I do NOT recommend this company. Avoid them if you can.

I ordered flowers on a Friday to be delivered to a wake on Saturday. On the following Monday, I contacted Teleflora to find out the status of my order because it was not clear when/if the flowers were delivered. They checked with the local shop and I was told that the local shop was not able to fulfill my order - the flowers were never delivered and there was no plan to deliver them. Had I not contacted them for a status, I would have had no idea that this was the case. The best they could do was place a new order to have flowers delivered the following day (3 days late). Had I known there was an issue, I would have made other arrangements for flowers. Instead, my flowers completely missed the purpose of ordering them. There was absolutely no communication. I will never order from Teleflora again!

I ordered a Christmas Cactus and a mangy bundle of plants was delivered. I was embarrassed by the substitution and not notified that my order could not be fulfilled. I have had 3 deliveries in a row with nothing but problems. The last 2 times I ended up canceling the order because it was so bad. On my last order I called several times each day for 3 day to find the status and each time I found they were telling me a lie and just said to cancel. The final straw was telling me they could not find a place to deliver to the address I was sending. After being told that I called a flower shop that is a Teleflora shop and they said they do deliver to that address but it is a charge of 20.00 because it is so far out. Also they could if I want make the arrangement I wanted and deliver tomorrow. So if you're looking to save time and money call the flower shop nearest where you want them delivered and talk to them. Less aggravation and time saved. You don't have to be lied to as a customer. I would rather hear the truth rather than a lie. I may not like the answer but at least I know it. This company stinks. Yes I'm being nice.

Ordered flowers for my mom’s 60th birthday a week in advance. Not delivered. They sent an email telling me that I needed to call to schedule a different day. Spent 20 min on hold, and was told they would deliver the next day. Again, not delivered. Again, was my problem to reschedule. Called again and am told they’ll be delivered tomorrow - 2 days late. I ordered a flower arrangement online through Teleflora to be delivered next day. The flowers were not delivered. I emailed customer service and they promptly replied. However after 3 days and 7 communications with customer service, my flowers were still not delivered. They could not tell me what flower shop as I could have picked them up myself. I signed on with Teleflora starting with an 8 month trial period, meaning all membership and service fees are waived. If you're not a florist already it takes 2-3000 to start up working from home. The first month I received 1 order and owed 44.00. The 2nd month I for 10 orders and made 456, and the 3rd month I made 772.00. Every month after that I owed anywhere from 400-600.00 each and every month putting me in debt over 6000 because you have to pay for the vases, flowers, materials, gas and the use of your own vehicle.
They do not mention every service is taxed, from credit card credits to outrageous shipping fees of 22.00 + tax for promo material such as 1 poster. And then you will get 1099 and have to pay taxes again on money that has already been taxed twice. The customer service is rude and irrelevant because they will put you on hold and then disconnect your call or just not even call you back, if it's regarding your statement. If there was a no star rating that's what they would get. It should be illegal for giant companies to be able to do this to people.

My wife ordered an arrangement from them for $170.00 and in the picture on their website it the premium one showed 3 dozen roses. What we received was 14 roses. The cheapest one had 18 roses for $109.00 What a scam this company is. After complaining they credited my wife $88.36. Even after the credit the piece was not worth $81.64. Never again.

It was pretty but not what I ordered - if one orders a plant and it isn't available you would think they would contact you accordingly and they did not. Do NOT buy from these people! I ordered flowers for my cousin's funeral overseas in plenty of time to be delivered, adding a note to leave them at the door of their home if no one was home. Never heard a thing. FOUR days after the funeral, I get a poorly worded email saying they didn't deliver on time, no excuse offered, and when would I like to reschedule. I emailed back just to send the flowers. A week went by and I get an email asking me to call and reference an order number. I called, held for 15 minutes, and got someone who wanted to know when I wanted them delivered...really? This is not the first time that Teleflora royally messed up my order either! Then she has the nerve to tell me I have already been charged. These people are either incompetent or fraudulent.

I bought 2 premium arrangements for the family to be delivered to funeral home. It was my first order from TELEFLORA and I was really nervous. I have bought from other florists and would be humiliated. I took the chance. I'm sure I was a handful but they assured me they would speak to the establishment and make certain all went smoothly. I ordered flowers for my cousin's birthday, paid extra to get them sent before 1:00. After 1:00 on the day they were to be delivered I got an e-mail saying there was a problem. I called them, they said all the flower shops had sent their trucks out already. They set it up for the next day. Then the next day, I heard nothing about the flowers. I called my cousin and no flowers were delivered. I called Teleflora again and they said they knew they could not deliver the flowers the next day, when I called them the first day. They cancelled the order without letting me know. This company is horrible! Don't order from them.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on my daughter's birthday. Unfortunately they were not delivered that day. We waited a few days to see if they would be delivered but still NO flowers and NO messages about any delays. The tracker shows "at the florist". When I called Teleflora I was told that the order was on hold because they were still looking for a florist. So which is it, you can't find a florist (there are 2 in town where she lives) or you just dropped the ball on the order? Why charge my credit card when the order is on hold? Thank goodness her other gift arrived on time and her birthday wasn't totally ruined. I was offered a 50% refund if I still wanted the flowers to be delivered. (IT'S TOO LATE NOW. HER BIRTHDAY HAS COME AND GONE.) SO NOW I have to wait 5 to 10 business days for the full refund. Needless to say, I have learned my lesson and will deal directly with the local florist from now on. I am extremely unsatisfied with Teleflora. My girlfriend is hospitalized with a serious case of COVID. I wanted to brighten her day. I chose Teleflora because I could buy a Groupon voucher to gain a small discount. I researched the site and the price seemed ok, especially with the 15% off on certain bouquets. I know the flowers are marked up, but I thought that was due to delivery charges. So I bought the Groupon. It was not until checkout that I learned that I did not get the 15% off, and that there was a $21 service fee! There was no disclosure on the site that there was a hefty service fee and that you can only use one promo. I think this is a bit shady. I would have taken my business elsewhere at that point but the Groupon was nonrefundable. This is my first complaint.
I felt a little better about the situation because I found what I thought would be the perfect bouquet--the Together at Twilight, deluxe version ($80)--because my girlfriend loves lavender and purple, particularly lavender roses. This even had a prominent purple vase. I spoke to my girlfriend and she thanked me for the flowers. However, I could tell it was unenthusiastic. After pressing her I found out why. She's not a fan of pink, and the bouquet had a lot of pinks. She also HATES magenta, and that was the color of the roses. So instead of bringing joy, I got questioned 'why would you send me magenta when you know I hate it?!'. She's disappointed in the flowers and disappointed in me because she thinks I don't listen to her!
She sent me a picture of the bouquet. It looks NOTHING like what I ordered. I got a grab bag Deal of the Day ($50) at best. Now I understand that sometimes florists don't have all the materials needed for particular bouquets, but they shouldn't be allowed to just go 'willy nilly' and make whatever they want. It was obvious that it should be lavender heavy but I got nothing close. They should have the florist contact Teleflora if they can't make the right bouquet and assign to someone else or let the customer know. Customer service said they are crediting me $14 but with no explanation. "A really bad experience.”

I live in Davidson, North Carolina. On July 20, I ordered flowers from Teleflora to be delivered for my Mom’s birthday. My Mom lives in England, and her birthday is July 21. The order went through and I received a confirmation by e-mail. The flowers did not arrive on July 21. On the evening of the 21st, having talked with my Mom, I contacted Teleflora by phone and was told that the order was below the price limit for international deliveries. Unfortunately, no one had thought to inform me of this. When I called to ask why the order had not been delivered, I was told that the lady who took my call would “be happy” to add money to the order so that it could be delivered internationally, and it would then be delivered today, July 23. I stated in the phone call that my mom’s birthday was the 21 so delivery on the 23 would NOT be acceptable. I was promised that the flowers would be delivered on the 22. Nothing arrived on the 22.
The flowers arrived today, so my request that they should be delivered as soon as possible was blatantly ignored. Interestingly, Teleflora still managed to send me several e-mails in the last few days to tell me about offers and invite me to buy more flowers, but they could not e-mail me to tell me that there was a problem with my order. In short, I am very dissatisfied with the experience of buying flowers from Teleflora. I will not be buying from this company again, and I will be advising my friends against ordering from Teleflora.

DO NOT USE! I selected this company for the vast selection of flowers and same day delivery. The order was not delivered on order date. I called, emailed, tried to chat online, and received no responses from the company. I'm 99% sure there are one or two people running their customer service department. The following day I tried again with no luck. After receiving no communication from the company by 4 PM the following day, I emailed once again and asked for a refund. Magically, someone instantly replied and said the flowers were on their way?!? Worst experience! I placed an order mid of the day - delivery for the next day so not even a same day delivery as they pretend they do. On the delivery day, at 8 PM I got an email saying that due to weather conditions my order cannot be delivered and it is going to be delivered whenever the weather permits. All lies - first of all I am in CA - my order was for CA what weather condition are we talking about?!!? It's July and 77-80 F outside. Secondly they did not even offer another alternative for the delivery. How can you send this e-mail on the date of the delivery - at the end of the day!!!! I reached out to customer care to find out they will be able to deliver the bouquet in 2 days.... What for in 2 days.... So in vain and frustrating. Never again!

Really disappointed. They called me to tell me the florist they used couldn’t deliver on the day I scheduled and I said, "No problem. The next day is fine." Then the next day I get some crummy text about something going wrong with the order at 6 am and to write YES for details. I did so and got another crummy text saying I was now autoenrolled in their text & message service. I had to call & sit on hold for a second day in a row. They then told me no one could deliver to the address. If you can’t make deliveries to an address don’t list the zip code, or have an error message when the address is undeliverable. Then they proceed to say, "Well the order wasn’t big enough to deliver there," which is nonsense. If that’s the case, then make restrictions around your order. Absolute waste of my time.

I've ordered from Teleflora twice. The first time, I sent flowers to my mother for her birthday. The delivery went smoothly and my mother was ecstatic. The happy photos she texted me of the arrangement made them worth the $80. When Mother's Day started to creep up on me I decided to go with them again since the process was so easy last time. HUGE MISTAKE.
I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my mother's office on 5/7, 2 days before Mother's Day. My mother cannot accept deliveries where she currently lives, and she does not work weekends. I figured 5/7 would be the best day to ensure she had a fresh, beautiful gift to enjoy on the actual day. On 5/8 I received a voicemail from Teleflora that they were unable to deliver the flowers since no one was home. Well duh. Because the delivery date was supposed to be 5/7 and THE OFFICE IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS. It's also a business, not a home but whatever.
I sent an email to Teleflora's customer service asking what gives. When placing the order there was no indication that delivery on 5/7 would be an issue; if it had said that the delivery would be between 5/7 and 5/10, I would have never placed the order. I was also pretty upset that they waited a whole day to say anything to me. Since I now had to find an alternative gift, I requested that they cancel my order and issue a refund. They responded by saying my order was out for delivery. I replied that I still wanted the order canceled and wanted a refund.
I was then told that I would have to wait until they can contact the florist during their regular business hours as they need to "research the matter." This was on 5/8. On 5/11, I still had not received any response from Teleflora so I reached out again. Teleflora responded saying that they have canceled my order and issued a full refund, and it should take 2-10 business days. On 5/12 I received another email from an address with the name 'OutLaw' that simply stated that the florist confirmed delivery of my "floral gift". No other information like the date and time the florist claims they made the delivery, no mention of the refund being canceled, literally just a 1 sentence email with a greeting and a reference number.
I decided to wait the full 10 business days as I was incredibly frustrated at this point, and unsurprisingly the 10 days went by without a refund. I reached out again today, 5/26 to yet again inquire about what was going on. Customer service responded saying that no refund was actually issued and that the florist delivered the order on 5/10 at 2pm. Okay, so then why did another customer service rep say they canceled my order and issued a refund on 5/11? I replied and recanted the whole story, and again requested a full refund for my order. Since I've gotten the run-around from this company I decided to file a complaint with the BBB in hopes of getting a refund. My last resort is filing a chargeback with my bank. I will never order from Teleflora again.
TL;DR: Teleflora won't deliver your order on time and they won't notify you that there was an issue until it's too late. If you want to cancel your order or request a refund, be prepared to argue and repeat yourself until you're blue in the face and still have no resolution.

When it did not arrive by 4:00 pm I called customer service (who put me on hold for 8 minutes) and was told to expect delivery by 7:00 pm the same day. The next day I emailed customer service explaining it has not been delivered. Their response: I am very sorry for any inconvenience. We are currently researching this matter further. First off my delivery came at 7 pm and I waited all day. The girl puts the flowers on my SIDE porch door (without knocking) not my front door! I think I hear a car backing up and open my front door .... She sees me and says, "I put them there" and points. I tell her, "That's NOT my front door and you should have at least lightly knocked." She gives me a face and keeps backing out. The flowers were disappointing and a rip off ... They were "stuffed" in the vase and couldn't breathe, I put them in a bigger vase.. Very small flowers that don't cost much is what we got. More green foliage than anything. My husband say he will NEVER order from them again .... How do you stay is business with such horrible reviews? I would give you ZERO stars if I could.

Teleflora ruined Mother's Day! Flowers NEVER arrived! I ordered several days ahead for a Friday delivery to avoid the Mother's Day rush. When flowers didn't arrive on Friday, I called on Saturday twice when they didn't arrive, and called on Mother's Day Sunday 4 times throughout the day to check on my order. Each time I was assured they would be delivered. Teleflora never notified me that the flowers didn't arrive. I cancelled the order at 9 pm PT on Sunday when they confirmed flowers were not delivered on East Coast by midnight in order to get my money back. I asked to escalate my complaint with customer service and was refused. They wouldn't tell me the name of the florist so I could follow up myself. It was the worst floral delivery experience I have ever had and the customer support was not only unhelpful but disingenuous. Their delivery service is unreliable and would not recommend for even the smallest job.

I have been ordering flowers from this company for years. Unfortunately, in the last year things have been very disappointing. The company has a rewards program, and never when I have tried to use a reward coupon has it worked. This has led me to either place the order over the phone or over the chat online. However, when doing this the company charges you a larger service fee ($19.99 vs $17.99). So, I had to pay an extra $2 so that I could use my $5 coupon code. Additionally, they don't allow you to earn reward points for orders placed over the phone (even though the only reason I ordered on the phone was because their website wasn't working). I called Teleflora about this and they told me they could not refund the extra $2 they charged me and could not give me reward points for a phone order.
Additionally, when I have had to order via phone or chat, the representative misspelled the recipient's name and words in the message (even though when ordering through the chat you could literally just copy paste the information). So, at the end of the day, this company has a website that doesn't function properly, which forces customers to place orders via customer service representatives, which Teleflora then charges more for. This ends up taking way more time than ordering yourself online. On top of all that, this leads to lots of errors in the messages. The entire system is mind boggling to me. They've officially lost my loyalty!

I placed an order online for a Blush Rush Premium Bouquet to be delivered on 05/07/2021. They ended up delivering a smaller arrangement, the Desert Sunrise bouquet which had a horrible large plastic flower in the front. When I contacted customer service best they could do is a 50% refund and I was without flowers for Mother's Day. They cited a substitution policy saying: "It is because we have a substitution policy and the only shop that deliver this order substituted the arrangement in order for us to deliver it on time." It should at least be something equivalent, if that's the case. Instead of a large arrangement in a glass vase, they substituted a small one in a 5x5 wooden box.
The customer service agent could do nothing more than apologize and process the refund. Leaving me flowerless for mother's day. Do not give Teleflora your business. You're much better off going to a local florist which can give you what you want at a fair price. I was disappointed in the Teleflora Regally Yours Orchid. The plant and flower arrangement was over $120 so it wasn't the cheapest arrangement offered. The plant/flower arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the photo. The plant was supposed to have thin, tall, vertical leaves with orchids coming up from the center. What arrived had wide, limp leaves hanging over the base of the vase. The vase was supposed to be a Noble Heritage Urn but it was something cheap that was cast to look like gray wicker. In addition, when I contacted customer service to express my disappointment, their response was they were sorry I was disappointed. Nothing else. I will not order from them again.

I mean this in the kindest way possible as someone who speaks two languages. I wish the people at Teleflora spoke English well. Their English can somewhat be understood but they are never able to understand what I’m trying to say. I have to rephrase myself in many ways. Therefore I am never helped. It’s frustrating to call and have to deal with this constantly. Not my first time calling and not getting an issue resolved because I wasn’t understood.

I place an online order on 4/29/21 to be delivered the next day. At the end of the intended delivery date I received an email stating there would be a delay. Ok, things happen. No biggie. Delivery would be 5/1/21. Then I receive another email stating my item is not available. I called to cancel and after the rep apologized. He says we will give you a 30% discount. I exploded. I didn’t pay 30% to purchase the item. He really didn’t want to refund me 100%. I wish I could give them no stars.

My order ** was to bring flowers for my wife’s BD into Her office. Simple instructions and paid extra for before noon delivery. First I was sent email that flowers I specifically ordered (peonies) will be substituted with something else and then nothing arrived before noon....and nothing arrived that afternoon....or that day....or any other day! No email, no explanation or apology. I will never risk using this outfit, shame. I wrote two emails to Teleflora....nothing!!! Find a local florist instead please!

Non delivery of flowers per contract. We ordered flowers for a funeral a full 24 hours before the service. Payment was accepted and charged to our account. A full 24 hours later notification came that florists did not deliver. No phone call, nothing, just an email. I called customer service who said "oops." Would not give me the name of the florists. If you have something important, something that matters, like a FUNERAL, do not trust this vendor. This company is untrustworthy and indifferent to the damage caused.

I ordered flowers on April 4th. I placed an order for a fresh flower arrangement to be delivered to my mother on April 8th for her birthday on April 10th. On the 8th I received an email, text and phone call advising me they were unable to deliver the flowers that day. I talked to them and agreed that the flowers could be delivered on the 9th. While on the phone I was told the florist could not do the specific arrangement I ordered. While not happy I agreed that the florist could use their judgment and select something similar. The delivery was to be made by 7pm on the 9th as confirmed by an email. At about 6:30 pm I logged on to see if the flowers were delivered. The order number was showing the order was canceled. So I call customer support to see what is going on.
I was informed that it was canceled by them because they could not find a florist that would deliver to my mother's home. She lives outside of Decatur, IL with a population of 72,359. I received no text, phone call or email. Customer service said they did send an email. There was none. I asked for a supervisor and was on hold for about 20 minutes before I talked to one who said she would look into it and put me on hold again.
After about 40 more minutes I was disconnected. I called back and was on hold for about 25 minutes before I get a supervisor, Ryan who wants to give me 50% off a future purchase and refund my original purchase. I didn't want 50% off for a gift I was unable to use that on for my mother's birthday present. He said he would see if he could do something else and put me back on hold. I told him not to leave me on hold very long as at this point I had already spent almost 1 1/2 hours of my birthday evening dealing with this. After almost 2 hours total I was disconnected again!!

Super Fast and Super Incorrect. I ordered a plant to be delivered same day and a different plant was delivered. I paid about $10 extra for the plant I wanted compared to other plants and was not told that they would be using something different. Service was quick but sloppy at best.

I ordered a floral arrangement a week ago for a close friend's 70th BD. Telefora accepted the order and took the money from my account PRIOR to delivery of the flowers. I thought this was weird but I didn't question this. Today at 3:30pm (EST) I get a call from a representative from Teleflora stating that the color of the flowers I ordered was not in stock am I ok with a different color & to call back to confirm. The number that was left on my voice mail was "not in service". Huge red flag.
I then got an email from Teleflora telling me to call them & this time I was able to speak to someone live. I was told that the area that the flowers were being delivered to was out of "their scope of work"!! I was so upset, they took my money and now on the day of my friend's celebration telling me the flowers cannot be delivered? The representative said they will use another florist, but now I have no idea what the arrangement is going to look like, or if it will be up to par for what I paid for! My next step is to write to BBB.

I ordered a Jade plant in sympathy to be sent to my daughterinlaw. She did not receive what was ordered. Another plant was sent without our OK. It was not a plant we would have EVER picked. I contacted Teleflora to send out the correct plant. We could then return the other plant in exchange. Twice their response was to offer some of money back, but it didn't even cover the cost of the plant, not to mention we'd be eating the cost of delivery. Getting an ugly plant for cheaper didn't solve our problem. Especially because it was a plant specifically picked out in sympathy for my relative's loss. I'll never use teleflora.com again. Too many other options.

Our Cousin's Funeral was yesterday. She was 44 years old. All of us cousins ordered a floral arrangement through Teleflora a week before the funeral. The flowers were to be delivered to the funeral home the day before the funeral. THE FLORAL ARRANGEMENT WAS NEVER DELIVERED! All of the cousins were so upset. How can this happen? I called Teleflora, they apologized and are refunding our money. This situation is ridiculous. DO NOT USE TELEFLORA if your delivery needs to be made. Do not let this happen to you. It is embarrassing and the funeral itself is already sad enough.

Made order and did not expect same day, but say available next day. After 2 full days, no delivery. I called, they spoke with florist "Barbara" that said hospital not accepting due to COVID. Incorrect. I called hospital before ordering, plus one of my orders had already arrived at the hospital from another florist. Gave Customer Service hospital number so they could confirm. They did. They called florist that then said, they are not delivering to hospital due to COVID. They said they would deliver to his home address. He doesn't live in that city! Now he returns home to his small town, which you can't get what you want there because it's not available in a small town. Over 1 hour with Customer Service to get credit for this order. I feel I should have been compensated for my entire order. This could have been handled if initial florist just said they didn't deliver. Another was available, but no calls, nothing until I chased it down. Terrible service.

Didn’t care when they arrived as long as it was by Valentine’s Day. I ordered them early morning 2/12/2021. $80 total for flowers, balloon and candy. No flowers were ever delivered. No email or call notifying me there was a delay or even an issue with the delivery. Just decided to take and keep my money. I am so angry. They offered me $23 back. The thought, gesture, gift...RUINED. You can’t put a price on that. Don’t use this service. Based on the previous reviews this is their norm and customary way of conducting business. Scam!!

Simply stated, the customer service of Teleflora is horrible. I ordered the arrangement in January for Valentine’s Day, to be delivered on the 12th. The arrangement was not delivered on the 12th due to three different reasons depending on which customer service rep I talked with. I was promised the arrangement would be delivered on the 13th. Around 5pm on the 13th, I was informed that they could not be delivered due to “the florist being at capacity”. I was told the arrangement could be delivered the next week.
Put yourself in my shoes - what good would a Happy Valentine’s Day gift be if it is not there by Valentine’s Day. I paid for early delivery, the service fee and a premium arrangement. The contracted florist could not deliver, so why not offer a better solution- like overnight delivery of an alternate arrangement from another florist? Customer service lied to me at least 3 times about the problem. They offered no viable solutions and promised what they could not deliver. A lot of nice apologies in the form of sorry to hear of your troubles, but the arrangement is on the way, despite the fact that it was not. The 5 star reviews- yea, take them with a grain of salt, when things go awry Teleflora will provide no help and the Customer Service reps will lie to get you off the phone/chat.

I ordered a premium arrangement for my daughter's birthday. I was anticipating her delight when she received my selection: a lovely arrangement of flowers and succulents in an interesting vase. While her bouquet was delivered on time, it was not what I ordered. There were some pretty flowers, yes, but the vase was outdated and meh, and there were no succulents whatsoever. I was so disappointed. I contacted Teleflora and their response was to reimburse my credit card what amounts to 20% of my order. In my observation, that meant they pretty much charged me what the delivered bouquet was worth, without using any of the "discount coupons" they are always sending. I was flabbergasted - and sad. Teleflora has so many beautiful arrangements in their catalog, but I will not order from them again because I cannot trust what I'll be getting for my money.

Surely a flower delivery business realizes that flowers are often meant for a SPECIAL DAY. So when they get an order that states it's for a birthday, they ought to try to deliver it on the day requested. When they fail, they should provide a refund, no matter what. Customer service ran me in circles asking if it could be delivered at a later date. NO, the birthday is over, I want a refund. After contacting 5 different customer service reps, one agreed to provide a full refund. It could take 10 days so I don't know yet if they will complete it.

I ordered flowers for my best friend's birthday the day before and paid extra to make sure they were delivered early in the day. I received a text message at 9 am on the day they were supposed to be delivered saying my selection wasn't available. I called immediately and authorized a substitute arrangement. At 4:30, I noticed they had not been delivered so I called and was told they were not going to be delivered as I failed to make an alternate selection, which absolutely wasn't true. I asked for a manager and was kept on hold for 20 minutes.
While I was holding, I called a local florist at 5 minutes to 5:00 and fortunately they told me they would help me and deliver flowers on their way home. Here is the lesson. Don't call Teleflora, they don't even speak English very well. Always call a local florist even if you are out of the town you are sending them to. The people at Teleflora don't care, but your local businesses do. This was such an awful experience and I am glad I was able to salvage it.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet of red roses and white lilies for my mother who recently almost died and was paralyzed in a horrific accident. The bouquet arrived with 5 roses and a bunch of carnations and daisies. I am so disappointed! What a waste money! I called and they would only refund 50%. I was so excited to order a beautiful flower arrangement for my sister-in-law who was recovering from surgery. I chose the most expensive arrangement available (Premium). I understand that the exact flowers ordered may not be available and that substitutions are not unusual. What I did not expect is a flower arrangement that was less than 1/4 the size of what I ordered. Honestly, it looks like a bouquet you would pick up at your local grocery store. I've never been so disappointed and embarrassed by a gift. I called to complain, after receiving a picture of what was received, and the person on the phone offered a 40% refund. When I said that wasn't acceptable, he said he was only authorized to return up to 50%. (Well... why didn't he then?) After speaking with his supervisor, she agreed to return 75% of the cost of the flowers. In the end, I paid less than $20 for flowers, yet they were so embarrassing.

This company specializes in the bait and switch tactic. The day of the delivery, I received an email saying that they've "encountered an issue" with my order, which basically meant that the arrangement that I had ordered was not "available for delivery in the recipient's area." They take your money and NEVER deliver what you actually ordered. Then the customer service person Tammy, had the nerve to blame the issue on COVID. Do not use these people.

This company does not deliver even resembling flower arrangements advertised on their website. They are not responsible to PayPal either. They charge top dollars to embarrass you with what is delivered on your behalf. Such people should be fined for theft and shut down to teach them a lesson.

I carefully shopped to find what looked like a gorgeous bouquet all in blue and white with a blue vase called "Beautiful in Blue." I ordered the premium size for $83 (including a discount). They were not delivered on the correct day, I had to call them because to reschedule and waited on hold for over 30 minutes. When the flowers arrived and the recipients sent me a photo. Instead of a blue vase it was clear, and there was one blue hydrangea plus some yellow, pink and green flowers with a green checked ribbon. This was a thank you gift for a real estate team that sold my house. I wanted to cry. I called again and the most they would do was a $33 refund.

My wife ordered flowers for her sister for Christmas and they canceled the order on us but never emailed or called us to tell us it was being cancelled or confirm any information. They claimed they saw something suspicious in the billing address but could not tell me what it was and no one has ever had issues with it before. They claim their system just automatically cancels orders and doesn't make them aware. Never actually charged our card so it wasn't the credit card company that cancelled it. Very embarrassing. My wife was wondering why her sister never thanked her for the $100 flowers display that she sent and found out a few days after Christmas that she never got it. They claimed it was to protect us but that doesn't make any sense.
We are covered against fraud based on our credit card terms and they had already sent us a receipt and mentioned that they may need to substitute some flowers in the arrangement in another email. Both emailed had our info in them. They need to inform customers if their transaction is canceled. Fix the system so that they are notified and can notify people. Appears like they could not fulfill the order so just cancelled it and decided not to tell us. Do they expect customers to place the order then call up to make sure the order was not cancelled? What a horrible way for a flower service to do business.

I wish I was able to copy the photo of what I ordered in comparison to what was sent to my best friends mother’s funeral. I spent over a $100.00 for a beautiful BROWN 26” long wicker basket with ALL yellow flowers and greener which include a cute bird in a nest. I nor my best friend saw nothing like that at her mom’s service but what was sent was a cheap-looking raw light-colored SMALL wicker basket resembling a child’s Easter basket with 4 stems of pink NOT even red Poinsettias with some ivy and a bird with NO bird’s nest. The problem was that the arrangement didn’t come close in appearance to what I ordered.
It looked like an after thought. I did not want to send a Christmas basket for a funeral. I asked for a full refund but Teleflora originally offered a 50% refund and after I told them it was not acceptable the rep. offered a 75% refund and after several calls to them and speaking with four different agents, I was finally offered a 100% refund. It was so depressing going through this at a time which I was grieving. Why would you offer less than a 100% for a order delivered that was not at ALL what a customer ordered. If it resembled it, the lesser amount would have been acceptable. I was truly embarrassed that my best friend's deceased mother received such a cheap looking arrangement. I will never order from Telefora again. I read several of your reviews and notice you have way too many customers complaining of the same situation I experienced and that’s sad and unprofessional.

I placed an online order for next-day delivery, which included a high service fee. I was willing to pay this, considering it was a last-minute need around a holiday. However, on the morning the flowers were to be delivered, I received an email stating that they could not deliver on that day, and would deliver on the next available day (2 days later). This was not what I paid for or agreed to, so I called customer service and waited while a service agent called the florist to confirm that they could not deliver. She was able to cancel my order, and I was promised a full refund, so I will be watching for that to come through. However, based on this experience, I will never use Teleflora again. I have no faith that they can deliver what they promise, despite charging exorbitant service fees.

Friends sent us a picture of Christmas flowers we sent. It was HALF the size of the picture of flowers we ordered. The picture we ordered from showed 3 pinecones on one side; the flowers delivered had 1 pine cone on one side. The picture we ordered from showed 2 gold Christmas ornaments on one side; the flowers delivered had ZERO Christmas ornaments on one side. The picture we ordered from showed a longitudinal flower arrangement that would grace any dining room table; the flowers delivered were a small, circular arrangement that would be suitable for a round kitchen table. Will not order from Teleflora again. They CLEARLY cannot deliver what they promise.

I ordered Christmas flowers to be sent to my brother and his wife. Order was placed on December 9th with a requested delivery date of December 21st. I really thought I was beating the last minute rush. Was I wrong. Got a call on December 22nd that they would be delivered on the 23rd. Got another call this morning (23rd) that they probably can’t be delivered until after Christmas on the 26th. I cancelled the order and will now order flowers for the new year from another company. Not quite the same though. Will never use Teleflora again.

I purchased the top flower arrangement for my wife's birthday. I didn't want to get her the smallest arrangement, so I paid for the most expensive. What a mistake. The arrangement she received looked smaller than the small one that I didn't want to get. The company that filled the order, Tropic-Ardens of Quakertown, PA screwed me big time. Teleflora credited my account $13.98 for this, but it already ruined my wife's birthday. To take advantage of people during a time where money is especially tight, plus holiday season is sickening. I could have gotten a better, much nicer arrangement at my local grocery store, for less money. I'm done with all of these online florist.

DO NOT USE them!! I have used Teleflora exclusively for years, but after this experience, I am done! I ordered a bouquet called "Holiday Splendor," which showed a nice, full display of red and white roses with baby's breath and other holiday greenery. I sent it to my sister for a 60th birthday, as we are unable to get together and celebrate because of the pandemic. Also, she is recovering from COVID. Although the arrangement did arrive as scheduled, it is by far the saddest looking bouquet I have ever seen. I realize that I'm not going to get an identical arrangement, but I would expect it to look at least similar to the photo. Also, it was supposed to be presented in a red vase, but instead was in a cheap glass jelly jar!! REALLY???
I notified Teleflora of my dissatisfaction only to be given a 30% credit on my order. What I wanted them to do was resend what I ordered! I realize we are in unprecedented times right now, but I feel they totally missed the boat on my order. I'm almost embarrassed at the arrangement that was sent. No more online ordering for me -- I'm going to call florists directly to make sure they have the flowers in stock for my order.

I was trying to order a Christmas bouquet to cheer up a friend in the hospital. Teleflora advertised these bouquets, yet claiming they were available once I put in the correct recipient zip code. Once purchased, I get an email the next day claiming they don't have what I ordered available. I chose the option of sending one similar to what I ordered. After another day of delay (thus it was late), my friend texts me a picture of the flower arrangement which was sent. It did not resemble anything close to Christmas! It was a completely bland flower arrangement of pastels and whites. I contacted customer service, and only after being on the phone with them for nearly half an hour did they even offer a 20% discount.
Truthfully, they should have offered a discount or another free product upfront, both for their own broken system which doesn't warn customers when a bouquet is not available in that area (which is what the zip code system is supposed to do) and for the fact that what was sent didn't even resemble what was ordered. I could have ordered from another shop which was able to pull through on the request made, but because Teleflora wanted my money more than actually providing the service offered, I was not able to do so. I'm bummed for my friend and I will not be ordering Teleflora again.

I ordered the Snowy Wonderland Tree Deluxe. The picture shows red and white flowers, with red berries and silver and red ornaments. Also the container is silver with a Christmas scene etched on it. Beautiful! But the arrangement my aunt received was white flowers and red ornaments only in a plain white container. It looks so cheap and it wasn't!! I will never use this company again. And if you want to send someone you love a beautiful flower arrangement, you won't use them either.

Each year we order KinKade Floral arrangement. This year I clicked on Teleflora Hero's welcome arrangement for 2020 but when it was delivered I got last year center piece which was a fire truck. I already have that one. First of all if you advertise online the picture of hero's welcome & I click on it & go directly to checkout I should get what the photo was. Felt like a bait & switch because either the floral shop did not have correct one or teleflora ran out.
Spoke with teleflora who at first said they would send one out in 8 weeks but when I stated I would like to have before Christmas he came back & tried saying I order the 2019. I explained the order process of clicking on photo that said Hero's Welcome and we went back & forth with no fix of problem. Then he offered me 50% discount & said he could no longer send me correct centerpiece so I asked to speak to supervisor, after being on hold for approx 10-15 minutes waiting for supervisor I was sent to voice mail. So now, wrong arrangement, no refund and no fixing the problem. For a company the size of Teleflora to NOT CARE about the customer. That is terrible service! Never again will you get my money.

I ordered flowers for a Friday - date listed as available on their order form. Got an email then a phone message I could not understand stating flowers could not be delivered on requested date. Ok - agreed to next date - 2 hrs later I got a call saying they couldn’t do Saturday and the next available date was Monday - I’m sorry 4 days after requested date occasion for a floral delivery is really Not acceptable. They agreed to send a $5 refund when I paid $28 + Groupon cost. It should also be noted they charge $18 service fee on top of purchase price so no deal! I had sent a delivery with blooms today flowers (also on Groupon) got that delivery to the requested person on time, would say buyer beware and avoid Teleflora if you need your flowers delivered on time! Totally disillusioned by this company!

Sadly I read the reviews on Teleflora too late, otherwise I would not have ordered from them. I spent a lot of time searching different websites to find the perfect flower arrangement for my sister who had just had her first baby. Although more expensive than some other offers I decided to order the "Lucky Ducky" container and flowers through Teleflora. Two days later when the arrangement arrived it was in a smiley face mug, not a duck. When I called Teleflora and told them this was not OK they said they would try to track down the boy's Lucky Ducky container with the blue hat, and I got a confirmation call to that effect. Long story short, an arrangement finally arrived a few days later in the duck but it had no hat, the one thing that distinguished it as a gift for a little boy. This company is a joke. Never will I order from them again.

For my birthday I wanted a beautiful fall arrangement. I love Gerber daisies and searched only fall arrangements with Gerber daisies. I found the one I wanted. Ordered the Premium which is most expensive and 2 Happy Birthday balloons which my husband insisted on. In the special instructions we added to add more Gerber daisies in rust and yellow even if it increased the cost of the arrangement. What we got was a disgrace! Not 1 Gerber daisy!!! No balloons. The arrangement didn’t look anything like the picture and looked like a ton of greens shoved into a vase. It is awful! 98.00 for pure garbage and disappointment. Grocery store flowers are beautiful compared to these. I complained and they opened an investigation. Yeah Happy Birthday to me...take it from me...read all the horrible reviews...I wish I did!!! NEVER again!!!!

I ordered the Halloween Magic Bouquet - Standard which according to the website was a Halloween pumpkin vase with appropriate Fall flowers. What I received was not even close- a small arrangement in a clear glass vase which was not at all Halloween themed and several inches smaller than what I ordered. From reading other reviews it is clear that Teleflora has a history of advertising one thing and delivering an inferior product. When I complained to Teleflora they basically told me "too bad, so sad" and pointed to their disclaimer saying they could substitute if local florists did not have the materials to complete the original order. The only reference to this disclaimer that I could find was on my order confirmation. A bit late. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company now and we'll see where it goes.

I ordered flowers for a close friends birthday. Paid $15 extra to have it delivered by 1 pm. At 2:15 I call Teleflora and they said that the florist was working on the order and it would be there within the hour. At 4:30 I call and sit on hold for 10 mins to speak to someone who then puts me on hold to investigate. I’m on hold for another 10 minutes and am told that it’s out for delivery now. I told my friend to call me when she got a delivery. This is ridiculous! It was supposed to be a nice surprise early in the day. Instead it’s 5 pm and she still doesn’t have her flowers. I will never ever use them again.

ALL MY FAULT!!!! I work out of town and wanted to do something for my beautiful wife. I found the site and thought “wow” these are some really nice flowers with a fair price. I read the reviews. NOT 1 review was a good one. I was hoping that the reviews were just circumstantial. Well, 48 hours later and getting the same excuse as the day before. I’m realizing this completely my fault. I should have listened to the reviews. I paid the money expected to get same day delivery. Guess what??? After taking my money they suddenly realized they couldn’t make it the day of the order. So, I understood and was promised the order would be delivered the next day. Believe it or not still no delivery. But on the the plus side it should be here the next day.... I’m sure at this point if your reading this review you know better.
Now I’m being told that the florist in my town was closed today and would be open for deliver tomorrow. I live in a very small town and know the florist personally. Not only do they not deliver, but they are also open today. Hence why I ordered online instead of my local florist. If you have an event. Or someone special that you would like to send flowers to. Please do yourself a favor and never use this site. Hate being ugly. But this was suppose to be something special and it was under a specific time frame. Now that is out the window. I just want my money back. Which at this point with this company I’m sure will be an even bigger hassle. Maybe this a $100.00 hard lesson learned. Stepping off soapbox.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to celebrate my daughter's 5th year in business. These were to be the centerpiece on the gala she was sponsoring. I ordered them two days ahead of time after checking that they would be able to meet the Saturday deadline. They were delivered Monday after the event. This is not a reliable company. Will never use this company again.

I was sent a bouquet of flowers in a vase. Beautiful birthday flowers. I received the flowers on Friday 10/2/20 and on Sunday 10/4/20 the Flowers were wilted and looked as if they were several days old. Water was added when they arrived. My flowers always last 6- 7 days, not these delivered by Florist Artist located at 1739 W. Slays on Avenue Los Angeles, Ca 90047 323-292-7271. I called and left a voicemail and sent a email on 10/6/2020. No reply or return email or call. Don’t waste your money and use Florist Artist.

I ordered a floral arrangement in the shape of a cake for a friend's birthday. The product delivered looked nothing like the ordered product and looked like a kindergartner had put it together! I also paid an extra $15 for a morning delivery and it was delivered after 5pm. After several emails back and forth, the company gave me a partial credit and a discount toward a future purchase (which I will not be using!). Very disappointing experience in both quality and customer service. I do not recommend this company.

Requested early delivery and customer service told me that order was delivered at 6:45 PM at the recipient, who was not home. The "Early Delivery" option does not mean "End Of Day", in my opinion, and caused terrible embarrassment and inconvenience. After the first call, Customer service told me that the order was in transit from the florist. Three hours later (three hours in transit in San Francisco?), customer service told me that the order was just placed at the doorstep (where, due to theft, will probably be gone by the time the recipient gets to the doorstep).
Given that the first customer rep told me that the flowers were in transit and three hours later (6:45PM) another customer rep told me that the flowers had been delivered, I am not even sure who was lying (the either Teleflora reps, or Teleflora florists). This event, and customer service is abominable. I wish I could give negative stars, and if so I would give 10 negative stars -- a supermassive black hole in customer satisfaction!!

The flower arrangement I ordered was for my son per his request because he was going to be out of town on his girlfriend's birthday. And fortunately the flowers were delivered an entire week early. I called customer service twice and sent an email. They assured me that they would be redelivered on the correct date. And they were not. So the girlfriend is looking at dead flowers on her birthday! This is unacceptable and I will never order from them again.

I ordered flowers 3 days prior to my mother in laws 94th birthday. They were never delivered on the day promised. When they didn't arrive by 5:30 pm I called them. Waited 45 minutes on hold before I was able to talk with someone. Was told flowers would be delivered no later than 7pm. At 9:45 pm still no flowers. Tried again to contact Teleflora but gave up after holding for 1.5 hours. This is a totally unprofessional company and I will never do business with them again. Working with PayPal to get my $131.97 purchase refunded.

I made a very specific order for an arrangement from these folks. They took the order, confirmed the order, and of course, took the funds. What was delivered was nothing close to what I had ordered. When I called the 800 number, they said they made many calls to find what I had ordered and couldn't find anyone to fulfill the order (which they had confirmed back to me when they took my money!!!). So instead of making one more call back to me, they decided to substitute the order - which for a variety of special situation circumstances, didn't work for me at all. And then after sending what I would not have wanted at all, their solution was to give me a 50% refund! Totally unacceptable and would not consider any exception to their policy for screwing up. Furious and Embarrassed with this on-line order through the Teleflora Network. I purchased the large Cotton Candy arrangement, which should have measured 16.5" high and 15" wide. It should have been a full rounded arrangement bouquet without gaps in the flowers. The advertisement pictured a fair number of roses, and boasted "Pretty pink roses, spray roses and miniature carnations, white button spray chrysanthemums, lavender limonium and green pittosporum." I paid extra for the larger arrangement which should have contained more roses than the smaller arrangement. The arrangement that was delivered was not even up to par for the smallest arrangement pictured.
It was 10" high and at 14" wide. There were huge gaps in the bouquet. There were not any chrysanthemums, lavender limonium, or green pittosporum. There were only 5 roses and flowers were just placed in the vase. They were not actually arranged. When ordering I clearly specified no substitutions. I guess that means they will not substitute for what they don't have, and instead just won't include anything at all without communicating their inability to actually produce the arrangement as promised. My husband and I have a dealer network that spans the country, and needless to say I will not be sending any more arrangements to my clients via florists like these through Teleflora. Find a different florist in this area, because they definitely will not deliver what you pay for. What a disappointment they turned out to be.

This is the second time that I have experienced such frustration with Teleflora. On the first occasion, I ordered a next day order that never showed up - I ended up canceling the order altogether. With no other florist available for my specified area, I decided to give Teleflora another try. It is now almost 8 PM and the flowers are not delivered. I was attempting to surprise my sister with a nice bouquet on her birthday, but now the whole idea is ruined!

I wanted to surprise my best friend's mom with flowers for her birthday. I ordered from Teleflora and was SHOCKED to see a higher amount on my credit card. They don't state on their website that prices are in US!! I don't find that honest AT ALL as I would not have purchased from that site knowing it would cost me over 20$ more just in exchange!! They should be honest and write that transactions are in US currency for clients to make an informed purchase. When I reached out to the company, they not only answered me completely un-related to my email (showing me they did not read my email) I had to chase after them only for them to not care how they were being dishonest. I will NEVER purchase flowers from here every again! Be honest towards your clients, and have the decency to respond to your client.

Do not use this company! While it was quite easy to place my order, and the pictures looked quite lovely, the delivered order itself was nothing like the picture showed. The flowers were delivered in a timely manner however they were far from what was expected. Perhaps my current concern is that efforts to delete my account from Teleflora has been in vain: for the past two months I have been asking for my emails to be deleted and although they said the above was done, I continue to get emails from this company on a regular basis. My experience with this company has not been good and I would not recommend using them.

Updated on 08/09/2020: This is part 2 of my review. My flowers were delivered on the correct day before 7 pm (even though originally promised in the morning). However, there were several flower substitutions. My flower arrangement was described as a small version of "Isle of White", which is all white. The cream roses were substituted for pink roses. White carnations not depicted in the picture were added. And there were other flower substitutions which I don't know the names of. The whole reason I ordered this arrangement is because I wanted all white flowers. I will not be ordering from Teleflora again.
Original Review: When I ordered flowers, I was told they would be delivered in the morning. Then I was told between 11am and 1 or 2 pm. Now I'm being told between 11am and 7pm. This makes me nervous since I was initially told flowers would just be left on the porch if no one is home, in the 100 degree heat. Now I wonder if ordered flowers will be delivered at all. I read the reviews AFTER I paid for a flower delivery thru Teleflora and was very concerned. I emailed customer service about time of delivery and got a respond within an hour. My second question was also answered in timely manner, so no complaints there. Luckily my order was delivered on the correct day in the afternoon. The flowers... hmmm... see for yourself. Not really very close to what it was suppose to look like, but not terrible either. Anyway, I most likely won’t order again thru them since there are so many better flower services out there.

My friend ordered the "Fly Away Birthday Bouquet," bouquet for my birthday. It was well over, $100, I later discovered. What I received was the equivalent of a $2.99 grocery store grab-n-go. I sent my friend a pic as part of my "thank you," to her. She called and said "What the HELL is that?! It's awful! I'm so embarrassed!" Several people stopped by my office asking if I'd picked up flowers from the Dollar Store or Meijer, which are a few dollars. It seriously looks like old scraps from other arrangements.
My friend called Teleflora--They wouldn't take care of anything for her. Teleflora wouldn't speak to me as I hadn't placed the order. The only Teleflora Florist left in SW Michigan in Schoolcraft! They are "Heirloom Rose Florists" and apparently, have a bad reputation, even with their neighbors. I called there as my friend was quite unhappy and their delivery card said to call them if the recipient wasn't completely happy with their product. The Florist actually told me off!!! Hahaha!!! No More Teleflora and No More "Heirloom Rose Florist!!!" Flowers were broken, roses were "blown out," colors were ridiculous, there was no attempt at an "arrangement;" the Birthday Card she paid extra for, wasn't delivered; no "Floral Care," stuff. It's ended up being quite a joke, however it's not funny and acceptable.

I ordered peonies called "Teleflora's Perfect Peonies" for our weddings fifth anniversary. They have emailed me order summary saying the product name correct and I got charged for peonies. It was the next day delivery order. Next day they brought me some mix of roses, lilies and lavender but no peonies. I had not been notified about that change. Moreover it was the evening and too late to complain about it. They also have sent me an email prompting for feedback, with no actual link in it.

The matriarch in my family unexpected passed away almost six thousand miles away, I decided to send multiple baskets as due to the pandemic travel to that country, including for the funeral has been banned. It was my mother's mother and she is completely heartbroken. I placed the delivery for the same day, they said it would be guaranteed by end of day. The next day they proceed to notify me that I need to contact them because the delivery is delayed, I called twice, explained the situation and they promised me the delivery would occur the following Monday, three days later. My mother has been standing by waiting for it, the website told me it had been delivered Monday but then they notify me on Tuesday and tell me they couldn't delivery it again, with no explanation.
I contact them and after some digging customer service told me that none of the shops could fulfill the order OR deliver to that location and at no point was anyone going to notify me regarding that! They only looked into it because of my complaints. You can understand how upset I am considering it's a death in the family and now I have to find an alternative that won't arrive until a week after the initial date I needed. This company is absolutely lousy, go to 1-800-flowers, I've never had an issue with them before. I am so upset I created an account just to leave a negative review which I have never done before in my life. This company needs to be disbanded, you are turning people's joyous and heartbroken occasions into an insensitive nightmare.

On 7/7/20 I ordered an anniversary gift for my husband (snack basket). I asked for delivery on 7/14. It never came. I wrote to customer service. Someone called me on 7/15 and said they tried to deliver yesterday and no one was home. That is an absolute lie. She then said it would be taken care of. Nothing. I wrote to customer service and called them. They said someone would deliver by 7PM. Nothing. Today is my 42nd wedding anniversary and I had no gift for my husband. He is in a wheelchair and it’s hard to find him gifts. I am crying right now because I am so sad and incredibly angry. Customer service is overseas and nobody seems to care. Please don’t let this happen to you. I will never order from Teleflora again.

When I saw "Zen Artistry" arrangement, which is supposed to be an Asian art, close to Japanese Ikebana, I called the number of Memphis and was told it was the style of Teleflora and Debbie Flowers who does it lives in West Memphis area. So, I went to her website. It was $50+$10 shipping +$5 service+ tax = $70. Almost bargain the price since the delivery location is close by, but I did not.
I am not working now but my mother has just turned 70 y.o. So, I clicked to buy, hoping that she will like it. She likes plants and have them as well but the artistry that is interesting. When I grew up, grandma got similar ones yearly. Asian style has fewer flowers and MORE leaves. Then, I saw the photo and was surprised. It was not artistry at all. Moreover, only the 2 pieces of orchid were real, OTHERS ARE PLASTICS.
Can you believe that? Even if real flowers are not available, REAL leaves are always available. The thing is that they are not flower arranger, NO ARTISTIC STYLE. And it's cheating when you order fresh flowers but get plastic ones, even all leaves are plastic. My brother ordered later just plastic ones from Amazon for much less. Save your bucks for plastic flowers and leaves!

I ordered the standard sapphire skies bouquet and what arrived to my recipient looked NOTHING like what I had ordered. I ordered, well in advance, a "classic cars" plant arrangement for Father's Day. Order confirmed, continued to track online progress - Imagine my unhappy surprise when the order that came today was two gross, half-dead plants in a dinky little red wagon, that I could buy at WalMart. NOT the Classic Red Mustang filled with plants I paid $50 for. Of course, by the time it arrived, the local florist that filled the order was closed, which left me no choice but to speak to the 1-800 folks - who can only read from the script and apologize and state that a complaint was filed. Offered a partial refund - the record now shows that I want this ugly order picked up and replaced by the order I Placed. We will see....but I am not optimistic! I would stay away from this site - SO ANGRY right now!

I wish I'd read the reviews here before placing my order. I ordered a Smile For Me Deluxe arrangement. Cost $59.99. Look it up. It is so full of roses you can't count them all and there's absolutely no greenery or filler. What was delivered was a very sparse arrangement which had 4 small filler roses, 3 large roses, 2 phlox, a giant bow and a bunch a greenery. I showed it to another florist who said it was at most a $20 arrangement. It looked like something you could buy at Kroger's. In addition, I was charged a $20.98 service fee, bringing the total after a small special offer discount to $69.91.
When I wrote Teleflora and explained what happened I was offered a $17.48 refund, even after I sent them a photo of the arrangement showing them the disparity in what was delivered compared to what I paid for. Their response was the florist had to make substitutions and that what was delivered was equal to what I ordered. Absolute lie. I understand substitutions may need to be made but all the flowers in the delivered arrangement were exactly the same as what I ordered so there were no substitutions made, only far fewer flowers. To deliver something that contains only 25% of the flowers of what I ordered is outright theft.

Ordered beautiful basket of yellow flowers for granddaughter's graduation. When granddaughter sent picture of flowers they weren't anything like the picture on their website. Flowers appeared as though there wasn't any thought involved in the arrangement and a mix mash of colors. Only thing even remotely like the picture was the basket.

I have been using Teleflora for many years to have flowers delivered across the country to various family members. This year for Mother’s Day I ordered the flowers for my Mom and Grandmother on May 6th to be delivered May 7th as I knew there would be issues with COVID-19 pandemic. I received an email that my mother received her flowers on may 7th. I called her on the 8th as I was surprised she never called to say thank you. Well she didn’t call to say thank you as she never got them. I called Teleflora for the 1st complaint on May 8th and was told the email was sent in error and the florist was going to deliver the flowers that day. The same was supposedly true about my Grandmother’s flowers as they had not yet arrived. My grandmother finally got her flowers on May 11th. My mother still didn’t. So I called a 2nd time on May 12th and was told by “Leeza” they were delivered.
I had to spend a great deal of time on the phone arguing that they were not delivered. Customer service “Leeza” said “Amanda” signed for them and I had to explain that my mother’s name is Suzi and my stepdad is Alan and those are the only two people who live at that house. Customer service “Leeza” said she would have to submit it to resolution department as florist said it was delivered and that I should receive a call from the resolution department in 24-48 hours and she only credited me 30% of the cost of the flowers after I continued arguing that this was not ok (total time on phone almost 40 minutes). Today is now May 16th, I never heard from that resolution department so I called a 3rd time. After arguing with “Jose” he offered to either deliver flowers today or refund full cost of flowers. And that’s it. I said I’ve been using Teleflora for years and I should be refunded but flowers should still be sent to my mother.
Customer service “Jose” said they cannot do that. I again explained I’ve been using them for years and cannot believe they would rather lose a loyal customer than send flowers to my mother as I originally ordered 10 days ago. “Jose” said that was all they could do. So I asked to speak to a supervisor. After waiting a ridiculously long time, I finally talk to a supervisor “May” in the escalation department who tells me they can’t do anything else, it’s either refund the cost or send flowers. Then she puts me on hold for another 10 minutes and comes back saying the same thing. So after almost 55 minutes on the phone with customer service, it is clear I will never again use teleflora and I hope this review helps to warn others.

I ordered flowers for my wife as a congrats on something and as a surprise of course. Paid for same day delivery. Received a email a little later saying the arrangement was hand delivered. After a little while of not hearing from my wife I finally asked and no she had no got them. I called to ask what was going on and they told me the flowers were still out for delivery and the email was a mistake. At this point I'm angry and the surprise has now been ruined. I ask to speak to a supervisor. He gets on the phone and just keeps repeating they can get a hold of the shop and the research team will get back to me in 24-48 hrs. Like really what is the point now. Still no flowers and after quite a while on the phone still no refund. I will be calling back in the am again about this. It’s unacceptable and I want my money back. Do yourself a favor and get your flowers elsewhere.

Teleflora's company is the least professional I've ever met. 6 years ago I sent some flowers, and what arrived did not resemble at all what I paid. Now for mother's day, I ordered a flower arrangement (it was not cheap), for my daughter, and I had not finished the call and they had already charged my card. Until today Thursday has not arrived. They do not send an email of apology, I lost more than 4 hours trying to talk to them to cancel and get my money back, and now we have to wait 10 days for the return.
They are a flower dealer, not a florist, they take orders and if they can fulfill well, and if they cannot, the customer has to cancel and wait, they are not good at customers service either. Do not buy from Teleflora, go to a local florist and buy directly from them, it will cost less in money and not have a hard time waiting for something that does not arrive or is not what you pay for. The website is also very bad.

I ordered flowers for my Mom on Mother's day on May 1st and it was never delivered. This is so upsetting finding out about this when there is nothing I could do. I called my Mom on Mother's day to let her know that I sent flowers but she was thinking it was coming later in the day. My sister finally told me after Mother's day that it never arrived.
When I called the company, the options were very limited so I just requested for the refund. I feel so helpless and angry. This task is too important to be left to a bad company. I'll never do business with them again. Worst of all, they didn't even know it was not delivered until I called them. They would have just taken my money if I didn't call.

I placed an order two weeks ago for Mother's Day flowers, scheduled for delivery on 5/11/20. I received an emailed confirmation, but heard nothing else from the company. After calling today to find out why the flowers were never delivered, Teleflora stated that the shops in the delivery area were at capacity, unable to fulfill the order, and were not sure when the stores would be available to fulfill the order - this would have been great to know when I was placing the order. They made zero efforts to resolve this issue, aside from a refund - said there was nothing else they could do. Don't waste your time or money ordering from this company. You're better off taking your money elsewhere.

I ordered flowers delivered to my mom in FL for Mother's Day. Not only did they not deliver and no one communicated this to me, it's now the Tuesday after Mother's Day and they are still not delivered. Teleflora first told me they tried to deliver, and that no one was home. That's false. There was no delivery/door tag and my mom was home as most of the country is under Cover-19 shelter in place order. So after I called them out on that lie, they then came back and said their partner florist was overwhelmed and couldn't deliver the order. Tell me that in the first place!
After many emails back and forth, they now tell me it will deliver on Wed. I'll believe that when I see it. They also refuse to refund any of the cost for the flowers or "service" fee, which is quite excessive. This is by far the worst customer experience I've had with ANY company in a long time, and that even includes insurance companies. I'll never do business with Teleflora again and I'd suggest you not either.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers over a WEEK in advance from Teleflora for my mother-in-law in Arizona. Their delivery options were any day, between Friday May 8 and Sunday May 10, we thought that was fine. I thought because we ordered EARLY that we would get the best quality flowers available (we ordered the standard arrangement). Based on the photos attached, the arrangement my MIL received was pathetic. The roses had already bloomed, they were already wilting and the rest of the arrangement was either all greens to fill in the space, and a couple little pink flowers, NOTHING like the lavender bouquet in the online store photo.
To make this worse, Teleflora emailed us after we placed the order to "warn" you that because of the COVID-19 crisis, the flowers available may not be exactly like the photo, but they will try to get close. That's a terrible excuse. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my own mother and grandmother from 1-800 flowers and their "standard" flowers were exceptional, beautiful, exactly like the photo online. 1-800-Flowers did not send a "warning" email that you may not get the exact flowers. I believe Teleflora is not a reputable company because they are using florists that do not keep the flowers in good condition and they are creating false advertising by posting photos of "premium" flower arrangements online and if you order anything below "premium", they will give you very low quality flowers.

My husband ordered me a large bouquet which came beautifully and so far has lasted 5 days and is still full and alive. I ordered a smaller bouquet (but still expensive) and send it to my Grandmother. Hers came from a different florist location. Her flowers died after 2 days. I contacted the company and all they offered me was $10. TEN DOLLARS. My sister has used other companies and if the quality of flowers is bad or they die immediately, those companies have stood by their work and send a new, ALIVE bouquet. Do not use Teleflora! You don't know what you're going to get and if it's not good they will not refund you or stand by their work and send a new bouquet!

DO NOT order from Teleflora. I ordered flowers from Teleflora five days before Mother's Day and they did not deliver. When I called the day after Mother's Day to see what happened, they said they couldn't find a florist that could deliver in the area. I find that hard to believe in Folsom Ca. The thing I have the biggest issue with is they didn't notify me so I could make other arrangements. The customer service Rep just said "sorry nothing we can do about it". I will never do business with Teleflora again.

Updated on 05/12/2020: Finally I have received my flower today May 12th after they told me yesterday the refund was in a queue to be process. The flowers don’t look nothing like the picture in the website and my husband paid extra for a premium boutique. I’m also still waiting for the balloons. A $133.76 and this is what I received.
Original Review: My husband ordered a flowers bouquet on May 8th at 11:45 am for mother's day with Teleflora because they said expected deliver between May 8th to 10th. Not receiving the order he called customer service and they said was going to be guarantee deliver on May 10th (mother's day). We never got the flowers and checked status online and then said expected deliver May 8th to....(no date) then. Today May 11th still no deliver. I called in the morning customer service again and spoke with Britney, she said the florist were busy and since was flexible deliver they were going to deliver today and there were supposed to deliver no later than May 10th.
I express my concern and because we have 2 Teleflora florist nearby us I said if they don't get deliver by the end of the day today then I would like the order to be cancel. She said she was going to email the florist and tell them to make the order a priority. It was 4:37 when I called again because no flowers arrived and spoke with Abry and when she checked on the order there was a cancellation already put in queue which was't my instruction, I still wanted the flowers, seems that Britney put the cancellation instead of contacting the florist. I am beyond disappointed. This was the first time we use this company and never again.

I placed two orders for Mother's Day flowers on Thursday before Mother's Day. I was informed that due to volume they would be delivered between Friday and Sunday. Seemed reasonable to me with all the COVID-19 issues. One order was delivered on Friday (so so flowers). When I hadn't received a delivery confirmation for the 2nd order on Sunday, I checked online and saw that the order was cancelled. In subsequent emails with customer service I've been given multiple reasons for the cancellation, and flat out lied to when they say they tried to contact me. They sent me an order confirmation, so they clearly had my email address. I reviewed my phone records for Friday-Sunday and have no unknown calls. They are liars and totally unreliable. I'll never use them again and neither should you.

I requested flowers to be delivered on 5/7, got an email and call stating florist was to capacity for deliveries that day. I then changed delivery to 5/8, and recipient didn't get flowers until 5/9. NOW the main issue is that the arrangement was NOT what I ordered. Nowhere near close. I called and asked for my money back or a re-delivery of what I order. Rep told me that all their florist are closed, and re-delivery wouldn't take place for 2 weeks. Was only given a 50% off. Rep refused to transfer to Manager or Supervisor. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order for a Mother's Day delivery on the Blossoms & Stems Florist & Greenhouse website who uses the Teleflora network. The order was placed on 05/07 and I received an order confirmation via email that the flowers would be delivered on Mother's Day. My mother never received her flowers. When I called on Monday to find out why, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and the only explanation I was given was that they were "offline" and did not get my order and my card was not charged. I don't care that my card was not charged. I care my mother did not received her mother's day flowers.
Why do you have a website for customers to order through if it is not working? Why did I receive a confirmation if my order did not go though? This explanation makes no sense and the lady who answered the phone was rude and could have cared less. Will never use Blossom & Stems Florest and Greenhouse or anyone who uses the teleflora network again.

I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet on May 6th. I realized I had put the wrong address for delivery, and called to change it immediately. The changes were reflected on my order status, but today (I am STILL waiting on my arrangement as of May 11), it is showing the previous address I had changed. My mother still hasn't received her flowers and I paid extra for delivery for Mother's Day weekend! This was my first time ordering flowers, and I am beyond disappointed.

We purchased flowers on May 5th for delivery on the 6th in time for Mother's Day. The flowers they delivered were not the flowers we ordered. Completely different flowers, different arrangement. We spoke to a manager and they rescheduled the delivery with the correct flowers for May 9th. On May 9th we never received the flowers. We called them back on May 9th and the customer service told us there were notes that the flowers would be delivered on May 13th, 7 days after our original order and after Mother's Day. We never received a call from the manager about this rescheduling without our permission. We were on the phone for another hour with customer service and sent to the manager's voice mail 3 times without ever talking to the manager. The customer service said they could refund only 50% of the cost. Completely unacceptable! This company should go out of business, they are the worst flower company we have ever used.

Ordered for same day delivery. Got a notification that it was delivered but upon checking with the recipient it wasn't and not a single phone call ahead of delivery was made. Customer service rescheduled for the next day, and same thing happened. Changed address and rescheduled for the last time, but AGAIN delivered to the wrong address. Placed 2 orders for Mother's Day. One was delivered and the second was cancelled. They offered a 25% discount to reorder, but when I use the special promo code they sent, the price for the flowers magically increased by 25%. I am spending more to reorder a cancelled order that should never have been cancelled than I originally did. Can't get anyone on the phone to even help out. Will never use this service again.

I ordered flowers for two relatives, my aunt and cousin, who died 12 days apart and were being memorialized together. I called Teleflora the day of the funeral and they expressed to me that all was confirmed. I called again because I never received confirmation and a different representative told me that they could not find a florist to complete my order. I cried the entire drive to the funeral because those were the only flowers being accepted due to the coronavirus. This occurred on April 24, 2020 and it is now May 8, 2020 and I have not received my refund. I keep getting long waits and excuses about the service and my refund. Do not ever count on them if your heart depends on it.

I purchased the standard size arrangement which cost a total of $70 with an $11 discount. The arrangement looks full with approximately 20 flowers. The arrangement that was delivered to my mom is pitiful and embarrassing. I will never purchase from this company again.

I ordered an arrangement yesterday morning and paid for same-day delivery. Received an email confirming deliver was made by "Hand Delivered" at 6:53 p.m. That was not true - no delivery was made - I live at the address the flowers were to be delivered. They were to celebrate my daughter's college graduation. I called customer service who were unable to reach the florist and basically said too bad, so sad and that they would research and get back to me. I called back today - they had flowers delivered this morning - 6 wilted flowers thrown together in a plain vase. I told the delivery person this wasn't what I ordered - he said, "Oh well, I'm just the driver." I called Teleflora back and was told how sorry they are and they will credit me $19.00. So here I am with 6 wilted flowers that I would be embarrassed to give to anyone, and am out the money I paid for an arrangement and expedited delivery.

I normally call a florist directly, but I didn't have the time so I decided to use Teleflora. I have used them in the past and didn't have a problem. I didn't realize the quality had gone down. Wish I read these reviews before. I placed a floral order for delivery but it could not be delivered to the hospital. They called and emailed me to tell me this. I thought fine, I will have to get a home address. It was more than a week later that I updated the address, but apparently the flowers were already delivered to a home address. I had never received a confirmation. How did they do a home delivery when the recipient was still in the hospital? They keep telling me the florist confirmed the delivery when my friend never received the flowers.
I want a refund, but keep getting the run around on the phone and through emails. I sent my friend another floral delivery from a different florist, she received them the very next day and called to thank me. I will never use Teleflora again. I used to work at a florist for years and we never argued with customers like this. We were more than happy to do a re-delivery if something happened. They really need better customer service.

I placed an order to be delivered on May 6th. 5 days ahead of Mother's Day. I need the flowers delivered in my town. I am surrounded by towns that have flower shops, if the 2 shops in my town do not use Teleflora anymore. Today, the day the flowers are to be delivered, they cancelled the order! The reason is because they can't find a florist to deliver them. I do not live in the boonies. I live in NJ! Stafford is 3 miles to my south and Lacey is 5 miles to my north. Teleflora can't find someone to deliver Mother's Day flowers! I had a coupon from all the flowers that I have purchased over the years for free shipping; that is probably why they cancelled my order! I was going to finally save $19.99! This company is reprehensible!! Why bother giving the points to use if I can't redeem them. Why allow your online computer to place and order for my town if you are not going to deliver there. How can you claim to deliver anywhere!

I ordered a very specific arrangement. What was delivered was late and 100% different then what was ordered. Day 2, they have not been able to resolve and continue to explain their policies, that the florist isn't responding or they're waiting for a response and offer their apologies, yet the issue does not get solved. After repeated attempts with their customer service reps, it has become clear that this cannot be resolved. I ordered an arrangement of yellow and white daisies in a yellow vase with a polka dot ribbon. What was received was a clear vase, pink rose, carnations and greenery - was also sparse and appeared as if it was whatever the florist had left at the end of the day.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Ordered a beautiful bouquet (or so I thought) for my parents 50th anniversary. Called my mother about 5 pm asking if she received anything (I was surprised she hadn't called). Nope nothing, nada. I called Teleflora and was on hold over an hour and kept being put in a loop. I emailed them and said my flowers never arrived. They emailed me back and said the florist confirmed they were delivered. I emailed them back and said NO THEY WERE NOT. I paid $97 for nothing. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Pure scam. Wish I would have looked here first. Disgusting.

Completely incompetent. The ONLY company that was incapble of delivering flowers to a funeral anywhere close to on time, hours after the first viewing if you can imagine. Substitutions that were bizarre for a funeral setting. If you want to be more embarrassed than you could ever imagine at your event, this is the company that will oblige. WORST customer experience EVER!! Placed two orders today online for same day delivery. Received an email an hour late telling me my selections were not available and if I wanted to ensure same delivery, I should allow the florist to choose a design. Selected that option, only to be told NOW at 2pm, that same day delivery is not available for one of my orders that was placed THIS MORNING! Never experienced this with 1800Flowers. And the rep on the phone who called me was rude and apathetic. You've lost a potential big customer for life!

Usually I order flowers from a local flower shop for my mom's birthday and hand deliver them to her house. This year I wanted to do something different and have flowers delivered to her work since her actual birthday landed on a Monday and she could enjoy them for the week at the office & show them off to her coworkers. When I received the text of the flowers from my mom, my heart dropped because they looked nothing like the photo that was displayed on the Teleflora website. I paid $68.94 for a vase full of leaves and fillers to be delivered. I did not see any mini roses like what was shown in the photo. I am super disappointed in this company. This is the first time using Teleflora and will definitely be the last if they do not come to a resolution with me. Will not recommend this company to any of my friends or family!

I placed a flower delivery to be delivered to my mom for her birthday. The order was placed well in advanced, not same day delivery. I selected the product called "Full of Love" with some carnations, roses and tulips and some greenery and fillers. I called around 2pm wondering why it hasn't been delivered and they told me it's in route and should be delivered shortly. It wasn't until 4pm when it was finally delivered and to make matters worse, the flower that arrived looked NOTHING like the picture they posted online. I'm so very disappointed and am very dissatisfied with the product and service and will never use them again.

Original delivery date was for 2/15/2020 and flowers never came!! Called company to set up new delivery date as recipient was going to be out of town. Flowers didn’t show up on 2/19/2020 as updated. Called hotline and provided home address for delivery in evening and again, nothing showed up. Delivery showed up this afternoon at 3pm at home address even though we provided instructions to deliver to business between 8am and 5pm (and it’s raining outside!) THEN flowers are brown around the edges AND vase is broken! Called hotline and all they could offer was a 40% discount. I will NEVER do business with them ever again. The card for the florist didn’t have the local florist contact information. I guess they don’t want business going directly to them. Probably for aforementioned reasons.
