    I ordered the Teleflora Sunny Day Pitcher of Sunflowers (Deluxe) for my daughter-in-law's birthday. I specified in the Special Instructions that if they didn't have sunflowers to call me - if they did I would have canceled the order. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on 5/10. I received an email at 6:45PM that they were delivered. When I spoke to my son he said they were not. I called Teleflora first thing 9:00AM on 5/11 to let them know that they were not delivered. The person said someone would call me back. I spoke with my son about an hour later and he said the flowers had arrived at 9:13AM today and he sent me the ring footage to prove it. Imagine my surprise when he showed me the flowers and even though they were all yellow there was NOT one Sunflower in the bunch and it came in a vase not the pitcher.

    I called Teleflora again because this was not what I ordered or paid for. Like in other reviews they were only willing to refund 30% of the $$ I spent on the flowers. I expressed my disappointment and told the person this is bad business. When a customer does not get what they ordered, they should get a full refund. They are also sending me a 30% coupon to use on my next purchase. There will be NO NEXT PURCHASE. My advice would be to contact a local florist in the town where you are sending the flowers. If a company cannot stand behind its product and does not care about providing customer satisfaction, they should not be in business. This is the first and last time I will ever use Teleflora!

    Placed an order online, just to be notified the next day, that they don't have coverage with florists for the delivery area. That should be simply solved by verifying the delivery address/ZIP code when placing the order online (even on busy days prior to a certain holiday, i.e. Mother's Day).

    I ordered flowers for my mother who lives out of state. The website changed the City and State to match mine. The Customer Service informed me the flowers were delivered and signed for even though no one at my mother's home was there to receive them and there is no such address in our city. They are a SCAM!!! Buyer beware!

    I had my flowers to be delivered to my aunt at an out state address but somehow it had my city and state but her address and they going to tell me it got delivered. First of all, her address is not in my state. Even if you used Google to locate the address it doesn't exist and you won't give my flowers or money? Teleflora is a Rip Off!

    I ordered the deluxe Together At Twilight Bouquet. Pictures shows 8 lavender roses, lavender stock, lavender chrysanthemums, etc. Delivered in a purple glass vase. I got a pink bouquet with 7 deep pink roses, 14 pale pink daisies, 3 pink stock, 1 purple statice, some greenery & a clear vase.

    I paid $163.99 for the red basket… look at the yellow basket… is it look the same or even close. Dissatisfied and disappointed…. I feel sorry that I ordered from this company. It is not about the price. It’s about my reputation. This looks like something that cost $30.

    Placed order online, everything seemed fine. Long story short, the wrong addresses were used. They called me. Very hard to speak with representative due to language barrier. Put on hold multiple times, no guarantee delivery on time, etc. NEVER AGAIN TELEFLORA.

    This so-called company is a total scam! I receive reminders over and over and over again to order flowers for my Mother who has passed away many years ago. I repeatedly tell them to remove my name from their database. And they repeatedly tell me my info has been removed, but yet AGAIN I received another email reminder about ordering flowers for my deceased mother for Mother’s Day! This scam operation doesn’t even deserve one star!!!!

    Awful awful AWFUL experience! I placed a same-day order on Saturday morning, never got delivered, called customer service 5 times between Saturday night and Sunday night, still no flowers. The customer service is the absolute worst!! Every time I called they gave me the runaround, put me on hold then said they will call me back. They never did, finally called Monday morning to cancel. It seems to me customer service reps here are trained to get you off the phone rather than help you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

    I wanted to get my 84 year old mother flowers for mother's day. They called and emailed every single day about changing the delivery date. Wanted to deliver them two days or 3 days after mother's day. My final email was that my order was canceled because they couldn't deliver them before mother's day. The refund will come in 2 to 10 days. I live on a budget, so now I have no way to get flowers to my mother before mother's Day. Thanks a lot Teleflora. You have ruined mother's Day for me and my mother. I will never ever use you again!!! Please don't use this company!!!!

    I do understand that customers call me here to check out reviews before they purchase which is why I feel the desperate need to make sure that people know the service sucks. They overcharge. They send you discounts of 20% off the I already had a $15 credit. I ordered arrangement that was $39.99. Zero artistry. I simply asked if instead of the plain colored flowers that were added if they could change it out for brighter color crazy daisies want to no balloons, no chocolate, nothing, I wanted the message to simply say just because I love you. It was an arrangement for one of my clients who just happens to be my daughter who went on a cruise and had a very bad experience. No rhyme or reason and I didn't need to be questioned five times of what I wanted the card to say. That is all I wanted to say.

    I give my credit card information. It suddenly goes from me getting a 20% discount with my $15 and some odd cents credit to a $39 arrangement costing 84 dollars and some odd cents. I don't even remember the odd cents because I was so frustrated, so angry. How do I have a $15 credit and a 20% off promotion and I end up all sudden you're talking on service charges and arrangement charges and all this other stuff that is never explained? I had bought arrangements for funerals that got to the funerals. Half of the flowers were dead. I had flowers sent to each of my daughters one mother's Day. They were the shabbiest looking plants. They weren't even flowers. They were plants half dead but I'm not going to say that I've never gotten really beautiful ones from you guys because I have but the last known 3 experiences I'm done.

    As they say you got me once, you got me twice, third time I'm out and all these excess charges and all of that. If you were to explain that to clients ahead of time it would be acceptable but it's totally unacceptable to come out of the blue in the very end. How do you go from $39.39.99 $40 to take 20% off and then take off the 15 dollars and some odd cents credit that I had from the last bad experience and end up with a 84 something balance? I'm appalled. I will never use this company again. If you're looking to purchase from them please run. Run quickly. Get away get off their website. They're horrible. Horrible!!!!

    Save your money!! Sent my daughter flowers for her birthday, what I ordered and what was delivered were not even close to the same thing!! The only similarity was that they were both yellow. The flowers that arrived were decent quality, but there was less than half of what I ordered. I should have read the reviews before I purchased!

    Absolutely awful quality. I wish I had looked up reviews before I ordered from them. The arrangement I ordered vs. the one that was delivered was completely different. As the arrangement was a gift, it was completely embarrassing. Cheap flowers, cheap greens. I could have bought a $12 grocery store arrangement of better quality.

    SCAMMERS! AVOID ordering from them or you'll regret it! Support a local florist instead. Teleflora is running a MASSIVE scam! Call your credit card company and dispute your charges instead of calling for a refund. Save your stress level. That is what your bank can provide free to you! I placed an order for flowers for my aunt's funeral, but they were never delivered. Despite receiving a confirmation that morning claiming they were delivered, my cousin confirmed they never arrived. Upon calling, I was informed they couldn’t refund until they contacted the local florist they sent order to, who allegedly never responded - so only then could they could issue a refund. Wow!

    However, the TRUE SCAM starts when you request a refund. Initially, they only did 30% which was $48. Does this sound familiar to anyone yet?? Communicating with them was incredibly difficult, as they acted clueless and required repeated explanations. It took three separate calls and speaking to a supervisor to secure my full refund. They apologized, stating the initial representative made an error and had only processed a 30% refund, but she said, “rest assured” I will issue a full refund. They promised it would be refunded within 2 to 10 business days. It's been five days already, and since I had called back a few days later to inquire why my email said refund for 48.00 was issued and why it’s NOT the full refund. She said It would take another 2 to 10 business days.

    It's clearly a scam, as they attempt to refund back as little as possible and make the process as difficult as possible hoping that people would just give up and not request the full refund. Telefora is the most unethical place I’ve ever experienced!!!! Horrible experience, terrible customer service, 2.5 hours of calls to try to get a full refund. I honestly think they should be turned into the Federal Trade Commission and they should have their merchant services revoked!! Can you imagine all the refunds that they give - especially by trying to do 30% and then the full amount the second time LOL. What a scam! Is anyone going to investigate this business?? Immediately requested charge back on your credit card and avoid dealing with them at all cost! Chargeback is the only way to shine a light on the shady business that they’re running! SCAMMERS!

    If I could give a ZERO I would. Tried sending flowers for a funeral. The service was at a different location/funeral than where the person was initially taken. I had to send to where the death announcement came from. Received word that funeral home refused my order. So I asked Teleflora if it would be possible to send to the funeral home where the service would be held and it arrive before the service. The person I spoke with said yes. An hour before the service I received another call from Teleflora stating that they could not fulfill my order because the florist they needed to use was closed? What were they checking on when they put me on hold to check my initial request?? I was very specific about the delivery and situation. Had they checked appropriately, I would have had plenty of time to call a florist in the town and had something sent. Now there is no time. Poor customer service and they need some training.

    Worst service ever! Do not order from them. I ordered 2 bouquets for my Dear friend. They forgot to put the note I asked to? The flowers I ordered were premium but the one they delivered looked nothing like they show on the website and then the other bouquet was delivered the next day that too cause I called them to fund out!!     BEWARE--- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is a short version of what happened after numerous calls and mistakes made by this company. I ordered a wreath to be delivered to a church in Germany one day before a funeral and I was told it could be done. On the day of the funeral, I received an email stating that they could not be delivered. I called and they apologized and said the local flower shop could not deliver to that area. If I was informed of that earlier, I would have ordered from another company. They said they could send an order be to be delivered to a home address two days later to compensate for what happened and the same thing happened again.

    When I called to check on the order, they said it could not be delivered and they had sent me an email, which they didn't. They offered a 50% discount on my next order, which will never happen since I will never order from them again. This has been the worst experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone!

    This is not a reliable company. I should have read the reviews before I called them. I hope this helps someone to avoid going through a bad experience like mine.

    Avoid Teleflora. I would call a local florist in a town directly. Teleflora is useless and sent me a $35 refund on my $96 order. The Tracking on confirmation for my order didn't update. I kept checking. Then in the evening I get an email the flowers were unable to be delivered to the service and they would deliver to a family member's home. I called the customer service number and told the representative that was unacceptable. I expected the flowers for a funeral. None of us live in that town and who wants a funeral spray sitting in their home? Families are going through enough stress already. Teleflora has one job and they need to take accountability when the florist they choose drops the ball. This whole situation has been ridiculous and embarrassing. I still don't know if the flowers arrived. I keep getting canned messages from Teleflora. I will never order through them again. Lesson learned.

    What I ordered for a very special birthday was not even close to what was delivered. Thankfully recipient sent photo of what was delivered. I contacted Teleflora with their error and they offered a $35 refund on a $100 order. Contacted the florist that made the order. They stated they had informed Teleflora they could not make that particular design. Teleflora then told florist to do a Designer special. I was Never informed the design I ordered was not available and a substitution was ordered by Teleflora. I have photos and paperwork to prove. To my disappointment and embarrassment, this is a Total Failure on Teleflora's part. The recipient stated, "Well, they got the note right". This is a Total Failure on Teleflora's part.

    The Absolute worst service ever, I will not ever be shopping here and will make sure to never recommend this website to anyone. How is it possible to be lied to and told the package was delivered when it never got to its destination. You also have no way to proof the package was received. Admins should really step back and look at this CRUCIAL issues.

    While the arrangement was beautiful, and delivered on time for the service, it was much smaller than the detail had provided. The detail stated the arrangement would be 35hx31w, the actual arrangement was at most 24x24. I also paid an extra $8.99 for a “hand written” note. The actual note was typed and not handwritten. While I understand flowers may have had to been substituted, what was delivered was a disappointment for the price paid.

    I order an arrangement to be delivered for a relative on her birthday. An INCORRECT arrangement (cheaper than what I ordered!) was delivered a day BEFORE the requested delivery day. On top of these two mistakes, on the day it was supposed to be delivered I received an email saying that the order is being prepared then another email saying it was delivered while in fact the delivery was made the day before. I tried to get a refund and they told me they will credit my account but I don't have an account with them so I cannot actually use it. The bottom line - if you want to get what you pay for on the date you want - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Regrettably, the reality bore little resemblance to the envisioned splendor. Instead of the promised masterpiece, what arrived was a pale imitation, devoid of the vibrancy and sophistication befitting such a momentous occasion.     Upon reaching out to Teleflora's customer service in hopes of ameliorating the situation, I was met with explanations that did little to assuage my disappointment.     I ordered a premium arrangement and what was delivered was absolutely NOT what I ordered. The "arrangement" that was delivered appears to be old flowers that were just thrown into a cheap vase. The picture arrangement showed at least 8-12 roses and the arrangement that was received had three. I contacted customer service and their solution was to give me a $30 refund which is unacceptable.

    I ordered a premium peony arrangement as a thank you to friends. All levels of this flower arrangement were lush with the standard level showing nine - ten full-bodied peonies. These are a favorite spring flower so were chosen specifically for this gift. I was sent a thank you text from recipients with a photo of the shipment and was stunned. At most there were 5 flowers and a lot of filler. Did not come close to even the standard level for this arrangement. Spoke with Teleflora who offered profuse apologies and a 30 % discount refund. I insisted that they resend the order as I placed it and after a long on-hold wait (and some pretty bad music) I was told a shipment would be made but would not be peonies.

    After insisting on peonies I was told they would make good on the original arrangement. Friends sent another thank you and photo -- no peonies. Some bizarre arrangement with gladiola accents. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM TELEFLORA AGAIN and advise anyone receiving a flower delivery send a photo text to sender. In my case the first shipment was pathetic and second was dishonest.     I live in Texas & ordered online flowers for my sister’s funeral in Miami, FL from Teleflora. I ordered Premium because it displayed the most flowers. Must to my disappointment when I actually saw what they sent they should have been embarrassed because it was nowhere near what was advertised. Very few flowers, the vase wasn’t even full. Shameful display especially since this was for a funeral. I expressed my disappointment & received a response with no acknowledgment for charging for a standard arrangement. I will never use Teleflora again & warn everyone to be aware of their false advertising.

    I ordered a plant to be sent to the funeral home. The funeral was postponed because of Covid. I called them right away and told them the situation and was told they would put my order on hold until I contacted them again. Instead they went ahead and delivered it. When I called to reschedule the delivery I was told it was delivered already for the first date and they couldn’t help me. I called the funeral home and was told they hadn’t received the plant. I’m out over $100 because of these incompetent crooks.

    This company is really ZERO STARS!!! The funeral home I selected for my Dad's services gave an option to send flowers on his obituary page. Unfortunately when you select that option it goes through Teleflora. The flowers were never delivered for my dad’s services. When I tried to check on the delivery, they told me they couldn’t help me since I wasn’t the one who placed the order. I explained it was sent by an elderly family member who lives out of state. I had the order information and they still refused to help. These nasty people refused to help until I broke down and asked why they would make things so hard on families when they just lost a loved one. All they would say is that it was showing delivered. This order was never found. These people are the worst. Funeral homes and other companies should not use the Teleflora company as an option to send flowers. They should not be in business..PERIOD.

    AVOID AT ALL COST!!! There are 1409 reviews, 85% are one star. We ordered a floral from their website the day prior and paid $81 to have the flowers delivered the next day. We found out the flowers are being delivered from the same town we wanted them delivered to. It is now 5 PM and the flowers were not delivered. They said delivery is from 11AM to 7PM. This is bogus and wrong. Worst place to buy flowers from. When we called to express our disgust all we got was "we can refund you." They should put on their webpage, "We don't just sell flowers, we can refund as well as we don't deliver on time."

    I don't want to give ANY stars. Do not fall victim to their pretty pictures. False "delivery was made". Emails are automated. Reps unable to help at all. Alarmingly bad and scam like business practices! Teleflora sent one email indicating the order was delivered, when I called and told the rep it was the WRONG day, I found it was not delivered and it would be delivered as requested the following day (the RIGHT day on my receipt) and at the designated time I asked for delivery (paid extra for that). Arrived at the venue and found it was not there. I had made multiple phone calls with no information disclosed but was promised a refund. I have since found out factual information on florists not willing/will deny an order from Teleflora leaving the customer in limbo. I have also read multiple review sites indicating horrific experiences and products that did arrive were very substandard. NEVER again would I chance this.

    Terrible, awful, stressful experience with Teleflora. I ordered flowers for my husband's funeral and paid an extra charge for them to be delivered to my sister in law's home at 1pm. The flowers never arrived. At 1:30pm I called Teleflora and was asked to give the address of where the funeral service would be so flowers could be delivered there at 2:30pm. The flowers did not arrive. I called back again and was told they would be there by 3:30pm as the funeral would start then. The flowers never arrived. This ordeal was totally unacceptable. I called Teleflora tonight and was told that the address I gave was incorrect thus blaming me for their failure. Both addresses were verified with myself and Teleflora. I was told a full refund would be issued in 3-10 days, however, that will remain to be seen.

    I ordered the Deluxe Full of Love bouquet for my sister in Chicago who had major back surgery the week before Easter and would be homebound for the holiday. The flowers were delivered timely, but with about 1/4 of the flowers that were shown online, and it looked like a 6-year-old had just thrown them in a vase and the vase was way too big for the number of flowers.     Monday afternoon I called to check and was told all was ok. Then late afternoon I got an email saying the florist tried to deliver, but nobody was home. This was a blatant lie, as both my sister and brother-in-law were home, and they live in a high rise with a manned desk. I immediately called Teleflora, they spoke to the new florist, who said that they were "done delivering for the day" and they would deliver the flowers the next day. I insisted on a morning delivery, and the flowers were delivered, but not what I ordered and about 2/3 of the flowers that I paid for. (Guess it's good that I got a 30% discount.) I wanted the flowers to cheer up my sister for Easter, and that was ruined by the shoddy service. After my bad experience I looked at the online reviews. I wish I had looked before I placed my order. I will never use them again.

    This experience was BRUTAL! Tried to send sympathy flowers to my family, submitted the order for same-day delivery, the order went through, and then I got an email and a phone call a couple hours later that they would not be delivered because there were no florists available because they have a cut-off time. I'm sorry, why was their "cut-off time" not listed on the website? Why did my order go through if most florists stop taking orders by 2pm? Cancelled and going with a different company because I was too mad and don't trust that anything will actually get delivered.

    I placed an order middle of this week and next morning get an email it’s been canceled due to not having a florist. Placed the order again, trying something different. Got an email saying my order is delayed. Called to see what’s going on and was assured they have a long list of florists to contact and they WILL deliver flowers next day. Not an hour after that conversation I got an email saying order was cancelled. I live in the largest city in my state and this was utterly ridiculous!!!!     I ordered flowers to be delivered to the funeral home, the service started at 2. I called 2x to get a status and was just told that they were put for delivery. Flowers were finally delivered at 3:40 pm, to top it off they did not hang up my flowers properly and left them on the counter, no sympathy card was delivered, the flowers were completely wrong. I had to rearrange them to make them look nice. Worst day to halfway do things, for the amount I spent on the flowers better service should have been delivered. Would not recommend. I'd advice to order from 1800 flowers instead.

    After hours of searching for the perfect arrangement I ordered my sister a beautiful premium arrangement for her birthday. We live states away so that the best I could do to celebrate. I was so happy with what I picked and spent over 100$ on it. Boy I was I surprised and disappointed when she sent me a picture of what she got. It was a pathetic substitution. When I contacted Teleflora they did give me partial credit but unfortunately that’s not what it’s about and unfortunately from the reviews I have now read the company doesn’t understand that or they would do better and it doesn’t appear that they are.     Do not use if you care about getting the delivery on the right day. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday (Sunday 2/25). I used Teleflora because I was able to schedule the delivery for Sunday on their website. I got the confirmation with the correct date. I received a call on the day of the delivery at 10am (Eastern) telling me that they would not be able to deliver my order and offering a 30% discount to have it delivered the next day. They ruined a birthday surprise for my mom and did not give enough notice to try to order something else. If they knew they couldn't fulfill the order they could have called the day before to at least give me time to cancel and order from somewhere else. Horrible service and an obvious bait and switch.

    Along with an obit I received an electronic form to order flowers for the Memorial and Funeral Services. Since this was the dad of a long-time business partner, I placed the order. When presented for payment, there were multiple charges not mentioned but I OK'd them and placed the order 4 or 5 days before the services. On the morning of the services, 45 mins after the first service, someone who could not speak understandable English called and at my request transferred me to someone else who did not know why they were calling. Eventually, I was told that when they tried to place the order on the morning of the service, they couldn't find a florist. There was nothing they could do. This is not a reliable service and I will NEVER use them again.

    My daughter ordered an absolutely full bouquet of beautiful red and pink roses for me in a beautiful red vase. Teleflora messed up the order and delivered a clear vase of only 6 pink roses. They even messed up the wording. Do not order from Teleflora, you can tell by the 80% 1 star reviews that they have gone downhill and don't care anymore.     I ordered a $230 sympathy flower spray with the dimensions of 53"x29". What was delivered was 1/2 of this. The spray size was much smaller than what is pictured and didn't have near that many flowers. The size and quality of the spray was disappointing. What we received looked to be more like a $60 spray.     I will NEVER order flowers from Teleflora again! The website offers same-day delivery, however, offers NO cut-off date with which the order must go in. I placed an order that HAD to be delivered on January 24, 2024, and then received a call from Teleflora stating that the florist asked if it could be delivered the following day of January 25, 2024. I stated that I need the flowers delivered on the 24th and my answer was NO. I paid over $100 for this arrangement! The Rep stated that she would contact another florist to fill the order. The order was NEVER filled!

    Two days went by and after over SIX phone calls to Teleflora, nobody could locate where the flowers were and could not contact the florist to inquire about the flowers.     Put simply, Teleflora is a disreputable company that engages in deceptive practices &/or outright theft. Their own Facebook page is swamped with horror stories. Save yourself some anguish & avoid them at all costs. Order from a local florist instead. I found one through Yelp who has gone above & beyond to provide the arrangement I wanted. (Contrary to the Consumer Affairs description of the company, they are not a flower delivery service; they are not florists; they are what the industry refers to as order gatherers & they charge the florists they partner with horrendous fees which probably explains the poor quality product reported in many of these reviews.) My whole story follows, but that’s the gist.

    I normally don’t buy anything online from companies I haven’t vetted thoroughly. However, I lost 2 family members in one week & used Teleflora because it was shown as a partner by the very large, reputable funeral home chain that handled the first service. I placed orders for both services & received emails confirming that both had been “hand delivered” on the requested dates. However, at the second funeral, I could not find my arrangement. (It was very specific.) The funeral home checked their log for the day it was supposedly delivered & they showed no deliveries from Teleflora on that date.

    I contacted Teleflora and requested the name of the florist who fulfilled the order so I could ask the funeral home to check under the actual florist's name. (Eventually, I was told they couldn't provide the florist's name due to their privacy policy. How convenient!) I received a voice mail from them at 3:56 pm saying they would deliver the arrangement if I would call & provide them with an alternate date & address. Then, at 4:02 pm they sent an email stating that my order had been cancelled & I would receive a refund.

    Confused, I called customer service to see whether the phone call or the email was accurate & was told curtly the order was cancelled. The representative claimed she could not find a record of the call I received - which is hard to believe. And, she could not offer an explanation for their actions. Like a broken record, she could only repeat that my order had been cancelled & I would be receiving a refund.

    I do see a tentative credit to my credit card for the full amount I paid. However, the important point is had I not gone to the funeral & actively looked for the arrangement (something I didn't do at the first service), I would have been none the wiser. They would have stolen my money. After many, many emails giving them the opportunity to explain themselves (which they have not even tried to do,) I have concluded that this company is fundamentally dishonest. They are taking advantage of people when they are most vulnerable & should be put out of business.

    This company is such a joke, and this is the worst floral arrangement I have ever ordered. I wanted sunflowers which are my friend's favorite flower, carnations which are the January birth flower, and the blue Chevy truck vase, just like the one her husband drives, as a keepsake for the arrival of my friend's son. What I received was a green hot rod with roses, dandelions on steroids, and a few sprigs of dill. When I called the florist who fulfilled the order, she said that she originally refused it but Teleflora called and told her to fill it "to the best of her ability" despite having nothing of the like. She said that had I not written "beep beep!" on the note to the recipient, they would have just put it in a plain, clear glass vase. You guys are such scammers and I have learned my lesson -- I will never be using an online company again, but instead supporting small businesses and ordering from them directly. Shame on you. 1.6 stars is extremely generous when you should be bankrupt.

AFTER the visitation had started I received an email stating that it was not going to be delivered in time, but that it would be delivered in time for the funeral.     I have ordered flowers twice through this company. The first time I ordered a premium arrangement and the one delivered did not even have the number of flowers that the standard arrangement had. They gave me a partial refund. Six months later, I thought I'd give them another try because their arrangements pictured are quite beautiful. And, also, they would be delivered to another area. Hence, a different florist. This time, although Teleflora states they will deliver by 6:00pm, the flowers were delivered at 9:30pm. Their email confirmation said 7:00pm which was a lie.     I used this company once and had decent results (the arrangement did not look like the advertisement - but was fairly nice). Huge mistake to use them again. It was important for the flowers to get there on time. I called late in the day and talked to a person and he assured me it would be there by the delivery deadline of 7pm. It did not happen. They then said it would be delivered the next day. It wasn’t. When I stressed that this put me in a very bad position, they again said they would get it delivered, they didn’t. They are now telling me, almost a week later, that they don’t have anyone in the area so they can’t do a delivery. If this is not just another lie, they should have told me that the day of the order, or the next day, or the next day. There are many flower shops in the immediate delivery area so claiming they did not have a vendor makes no sense, my guess is that they just suck to work with and the shops want no part of it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!

    I ordered a flower delivery for a relative in the hospital in Tulsa, OK. I scheduled next day delivery and paid an extra charge to have the delivery before 1PM that day (today).     I am extremely disappointed with Teleflora. I ordered a Christmas Cactus to be sent to my sister in Pittsburgh to be delivered on Monday December 18. I was charged $49.80 through my Paypal account. I received an email on Monday that it was "hand delivered" to my sister. I asked my sister. She did not receive it. I called the 800 number on Tuesday. The man I talked to called the Florist who supposedly "delivered" it. They said it was "out on delivery". I gave him both my sister's home and cell phone numbers so they could contact her directly.

    I was first sent $14.94 back to my Paypal account. I talked to my sister on Wednesday. A really bad looking poinsettia plant was delivered to her neighbor's address with my sister's name and address on it. I sent a picture of the sick looking wrong plant.. (Remember I ordered a Christmas Cactus) to the person who sent me $14.94. Another $9.96 was returned to my Paypal account. That is still $24.90 short of refunding my money. I have ordered flowers several times for my sister over the years for different sources, I have never had such poor service.

I took picture and texted them the big difference from what they are showing in their website.     I ordered flowers on Monday 12/11/23 to be delivered on Thursday 12/14/23 before 1 pm for my birthday. I paid an extra $15.00 to have flowers delivered before 1 pm. The flowers were supposed to be delivered to my job. On my birthday the flowers were not there at 1 pm. I called Teleflora and they said the florist could not handle my order and that the flowers would be delivered at 5 pm. I told Teleflora to refund me my $15.00 because my flowers did not show up before 1 pm and I paid extra for that. Teleflora agreed to refund me my $15.00 but said it would take up to 10 days to be fully refunded.

    At 5 pm there were still no flowers. I called Teleflora again and they said my flowers had been hand-delivered to the receptionist at 4:44 pm according to the florist. Teleflora then said it was an automated e-mail sent that said delivered and that the florist had until 7 pm to deliver the flowers in my time zone before I could request a refund. At 7 pm I was out celebrating my birthday and no longer at work. I called Teleflora back today on Friday, December 15th and they said they would refund me my money back. And that it would take up to 10 days to be fully refunded. Do not waste your time ordering from this company! This company has horrible customer service and is a joke!

    I ordered an arrangement on a Friday to go to my wife at the hospital where she was admitted. The order should have been delivered on Monday...No flowers, they said it would be Tuesday...Still no flowers. Teleflora called the local florist and they say the flowers were delivered. I asked where they were delivered in the hospital and they said at the nurse's station. I asked which one since there are over 100+ nurses stations. Never heard back so I cancelled the order. I placed an order the following week on Friday for the same item for my wife at a different hospital with again a Monday delivery...Nada, they actual called to let me know it would be Tuesday.     I ordered flowers from Teleflora on a Fri and asked for them to be delivered on Sat to a hospital. On Sat I received both an email and a phone call stating they were unable to deliver on a Sat. I said, "Fine, could you deliver them first thing on Mon." They affirmed yes. I told the person’s husband that I was sending them so he could let me know they were delivered. They were not delivered on Mon as promised and I was never informed one way or the other. Tues came and I did receive a phone call. I told the customer service rep that I was promised the flowers would be delivered on Mon & I never received any word regarding if they had or not. I was told they could not deliver on Mon because they were out of flower sources for the florists that handle Teleflora. I then asked when did they think my order could be delivered and was told “probably“ on Wed (no guarantee).

    At that response I told them to cancel my order and that I was totally frustrated by the way Teleflora handles their orders. I also told them that I had experienced a similar situation with them before but was willing to give them another chance. I AM DONE with TELEFLORA!!! They advertise one thing and do another. Do not waste your time, energy or money dealing with this company. After this incident I was told by a real florist by phone to never order from a 1-800- floral company… Nothing but problems. Always call a local florist so you can talk directly with them. I did and after spending a morning trying to figure out what was going on w/ Teleflora no thanks to them, my recipient received a lovely bouquet of flowers from a local florist.

    We purchased what was advertised as a beautiful spray of flowers for my Aunt’s wake and funeral. I placed the order on Friday 12/8 to be delivered before 3 pm on Monday 12/11. Monday came, 3 pm, no flowers. I called and was told that they are on their way and will be delivered 15-30 minutes before the viewing at 4 pm. I explained the viewing started and 3 pm. They apologized but said we’d get them between 3:30-3:45. It’s 4 pm and no flowers. Called again and was told the florist said the obituary said public viewing was at 5 pm so the flowers would be there before 5 pm. So a totally different story now.

    I explained that it should be more important for the flowers to be there before the family gets there and not delivered in the middle of the viewing. They apologized again and said the flowers are on the way. It’s 5 pm and still no flowers. We called again and asked to cancel the order and refund our money. I was embarrassed to even put the flowers out next to all the other gorgeous displays of flowers from everyone else. I had the funeral director take them back to the flower room and out of my sight! In all, we spent close to 2 hours on the phone with this company when we should have spent that time with our family. Get better and reliable vendors Teleflora!

I requested a banner to be added with the saying to Joe ** from Dad, it was suppose to be a message to my son that he understand my not being there. It was to be delivered on 11/28/23. They were delivered on that date but without the banner. They do not know the hurt that caused me. They had 3 days to let me know it was not available. I would have gone somewhere else or Teleflora if they did not want to lose my business should have offered to go to another local florist that could fulfill my request. They have one job. Send out flowers and they don’t do it. I have read these bad reviews. Why are they still in business...?

    I ordered an arrangement for a funeral. When I arrived at the wake, our arrangement was not there. We felt awful. I emailed Teleflora, and they got back quickly stating the delivery was scheduled for the next day. I told them no, it was confirmed, so cancel the delivery for the next day (obvious reason). Another fast response was "sorry for the confusion. They were delivered, we will send confirmation" Again, I told them no, they were not there, please confirm that you won't charge me. Finally an email saying the canceled due to not enough information. They had the name of the person, the name of the FUNERAL parlor, and the address. What else could they need?? We felt terrible. They are so unreliable.

    I ordered this spray for my aunt's funeral. I didn't expect it to arrive looking exactly like the image or that the dimensions would be the same. The arrangement was unrecognizable at 1/4 the size. Why include the flower arrangement size if it will not be honored/tried to be honored? There was also no card to let us know which local florist made the arrangement or to advertise that the arrangement came through Teleflora, which I find suspicious. Why would Teleflora or a local florist not want to advertise on a card? In comparison, the arrangements through 1800flowers and other online places that arrived for the same funeral were clearly identified as through 1800flowers or the local florist used. I sent an email to Teleflora's customer service believing they may want to know about my disappointment with the mystery local florist they used to fulfill my order request. I received an email right away stating that they're refunding me $50 of the $160 I spent on this flower arrangement.

    Read before you place an order... We ordered a spray via "Send flowers" link on a funeral home's website & we were very disappointed. Not only that we feel disrespectful as a customer, we also think we were scammed by Teleflora. First, they did not accommodate our request as for color of the flowers. Second, they couldn't get the message & signature right on the card. Last & more importantly, the actual spray was much smaller & much less flowers compare to the design on their website when we placed the order. We definitely will not order flowers from this company in the future & we hope this review helps someone who's considering placing order from Teleflora.

    These people are crooks. On phone with customer service which sounds like they're in the Philippines. Can barely understand them. I ordered Teleflora's Hello Autumn Bouquet and what showed up was a clear glass vase and the crappiest arrangement I've ever seen. There was also no card with them. They said we will give you 30% off. I said don't even go there. It's crap what showed up.

    I said either deliver what I paid for or I am calling credit card company and explaning to them what happened and declining charges. They put me through to a supervisor and I told the person don't even think about offering me a discount. She said they are crediting my card in full. We shall see but if they don't I will decline charges. Don't get screwed by this sham outfit. Shame on me for not reading reviews prior to ordering. Never again!

They came as drastically different arrangements. They were delivered on different dates. They delivered to one employee twice, another employee did not receive the flower we ordered for him. The entire experience from online ordering to surprise at the delivery dates, surprise at the flower arrangements to surprise at the recipient's name was so unpleasant and messy.     I ordered flowers for my boss's bday 3 days before they were to be delivered. What was delivered was NOT what was pictured! They take your money & deliver whatever they want! I will NEVER order from them again! I had to call them not once but twice because I paid an extra $15 to make sure they were delivered before 1pm. They didn't arrive & they had to reimburse me. Then I called them again because they didn't arrive by 2 and my boss leaves at 3 & it was a Friday! When they finally arrived (at 3...she was just about to leave but she got them) and I saw them I almost lost it! I picked the arrangement I did mostly because of the vase. The vase in the picture was NOT used and the flowers were not nearly as vibrant as the picture.

    They had 3 days to notify me that the florist didn't have the vase. I would have changed my order. Also, the second time I called them (at 2pm), I asked them to give me the florist's number & I would call them myself. They refused to give me the name of the florist and number, spouting off some lame excuse of their contract with the florist. I then told them to put me on hold, call the florist to call the truck driver to make sure they arrived before 3. Don't bother going on their site to pick something from one of their pictures! You will not get what you paid an outrageous price for. Do yourself a favor & and go into a florist directly to make sure you get what you ordered.

    I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral scheduled on 9/30 at 10:30 am. The “send flowers” section from the funeral home website connected to Teleflora. I made sure it could delivered on time to the funeral. The delivery address clearly spelled out the funeral home name, recipient name and address. I even ordered a sympathy card to go with it. But they didn’t show up. What’s more, the customer service team would provide ridiculous excuses, like the funeral home didn’t pick up the call when florist tried to call or the florist thought it was an office building to deliver to (come on, office building delivery on a Saturday?!). The truth was the local shop got the order but never bothered to make the flower arrangement at all! After a number of horrible phone calls, Teleflora delivered the flowers at 4:30 p.m. and agreed to a partial refund. What a scam and disrespectful to people (dead and alive)!

I took a lot of time picking out 3 perfect arrangements which would have special meaning to the families for my nephew’s funeral. What she received was half the size of the picture and not a single yellow flower in the arrangement ... needless to say, what she received was not what I paid for.     My husband is deployed with the US Navy. For my birthday he placed an order with Teleflora. On the Monday before they spoke with him about the balloon he had ordered. They would not be able to send the balloon. Then the order arrived and when I did get to speak with him the day they arrived, he said he really liked the idea of a flower cake. I told him that was not what I got. I got a small basket of 4 lilies and 5 roses. I was able to get into his email address with his permission and see what the order was supposed to be. I called Teleflora.

    At first they tried to tell me that they had tried to get in contact with my husband on Monday about that arrangement not being available. I pointed out that he had spoken with them on Monday about the balloon but no one said anything about the arrangement not being available. They tried to give me a coupon for future purchases. Finally they used the excuse that they had to use a similar substitution. I told them there was no way 4 lilies and 5 roses was an equal substitution for the 85 dollars they charged my husband for the flowers alone. They finally said they would refund everything but after reading the complaints I will have to keep on them to see if they do.

    Ordered early Sat am for Sunday pm delivery. First email ok will do. Then second email can't. Then phone call, asking for clarification of delivery date- ok no problem we will get it done.     I placed my order on Wednesday May 10, 2023 for a Saturday May 13th delivery. Granted I used to work in the floral industry and I know how busy it is around Mother’s Day but people can't control when they pass away. With that being said I got a call from Teleflora on Saturday afternoon that my arrangement wasn’t able to be delivered but assured me it would be there first thing Monday morning the day of the service.

    When I got to the funeral home on Monday May 15th one hour before the service my arrangement had not yet arrived. I was there for 1 hour and and half before it came just prior to the family going out to the graveside service. My arrangement was a basket for the family to take home with them and was never meant just to be left at the graveside. I am very unhappy with the circumstances of this transaction.     My daughter placed on order on May 11 for a floral arrangement to send to her mother in law on Mother's Day and even paid extra for it to arrange on Mother's Day. When 5:00 p.m. rolled around on Mother's Day and the flowers still had not arrived, she contacted Teleflora and was told they had until 7:00 p.m. to deliver. At 6:00 p.m. she received notification that the flowers had been delivered, which was untrue. She contacted Teleflora again and was told they would call the local florist. She was advised that nobody in the flower shop had responded to them. Initially, a $23 credit was offered, which she promptly refused and demanded a full refund. She was promised a full refund although currently, that credit is not reflected on bank records. Hopefully within the next few days it will appear.

    I contacted several local florists in the recipient's area to ask if they had received this order from Teleflora and not one flower shop had received the order. I contacted Teleflora to find out, if in fact, the order was actually placed with the florist and I was assured it was. When I asked for the name of the florist, I was advised that it's against company policy for them to divulge that information. I firmly believe that Teleflora is full of cr** and never sent the order to a local florist. Even though the money will be refunded (supposedly), her mother in law still received NOTHING from her on her special day. Not cool at all, Teleflora!

Selected for delivery between Friday and Sunday, I called customer service at 4:00 pm on Sunday and they assured me that the flowers would be delivered by 7:00 pm. At 7:30 I called customer service again and was told they were filing a complaint with the florist and that they would be delivered first thing in the morning.     My sister and I picked and purchased an arrangement for our mother for Mother's Day. We Ordered in advance and requested the flowers to be delivered Friday before Mother's Day weekend. My sister received an email confirming they were delivered, but not to my mom's house. After calling to let them know we did not receive it, they stated they would arrange another and have it delivered on Sunday, Mother's Day.

    Once received, big disappointment. The arrangement I requested for my mother was nothing like what I ordered. Some of the flowers came with the stems broken, and the pot with the little rose heads in them is missing, instead, they just stuck a stem with three roses on it. As a customer, I felt they didn't care about the order and arranging the flowers. The arrangement looked sickly, like they ran out of flowers to finish the arrangement. This was my first and last experience with Teleflora. I will not refer this company to anybody.

    A week ago, I ordered a bouquet for delivery yesterday for Mother’s Day (tomorrow), for early delivery to my Mom’s house, and it was never done.     I ordered a corsage for my daughter for Prom a week ahead of time through Teleflora’s website. The day of delivery was 5/12/23. It did not come by 6 PM so I called the 800#. I was told the florist was closed but they had deliveries until 7 PM. After 7 PM and no flowers I called back and they created a ‘complaint’ to the florist. I get a voicemail at about 10 AM with excuses about the florist claiming they didn’t get the order, can’t fill the order and that Teleflora had ‘exhausted’ all their resources and were canceling the order and an apology. There is no way I can get one locally last minute with Mother’s Day tomorrow and Prom tonight. Do yourselves a favor, save the disappointment and stress and don’t use this company—they are unreliable, unhelpful and have no interest in making it right.

    The flowers I ordered were not even close to the flowers delivered. My mother-in-law sent me a thank you text with a picture of what she received and I was shocked. The best they could do after a few emails and a phone call with a transfer to the supervisor was 30% partial refund and then a 20% partial refund. I paid half the price for an arrangement I would not choose to buy. Completely taken advantage of and they have my money. I'm going to be buying my mother's day flowers from a better company.     My sister died in a car accident last month, she and my stepmom shared a birthday, which was two days ago. I had flower that I ordered to be delivered for my stepmom a few weeks ago because I knew this birthday was going to be extra hard on her. Losing my sister is extremely hard on her and especially with the two of them having the same birthday. Well, on the day of her birthday, Teleflora reached out and said they were canceling my order, and refunded my money. No explanation, no nothing. I live 13 hours away from my Stepmom, and I did not have a backup plan in place. It would have been nice to have a few days so I could have made other arrangements with a different company. I will never buy from this company and never recommend them to anyone. Beware of last-minute cancellations. Very disappointed in this!

    The floral arrangement that I ordered looked NOTHING like the photo. I understand some variations are going to happen but I paid close to $150 for an arrangement I could have picked up at a grocery store for $20, tops.     I placed a phone order with specific requests with Teleflora. I wanted fragrant flowers to be used like stargazer lilies, gardenias, freesia, star jasmine…I wanted to be able to smell the bouquet when I walked into the room there were displayed. I also wanted them to use a taller vase do a premium bouquet using white, light pink & lavender for my color pallet. I placed order on a Tuesday morning. Gave them until Friday to deliver. 1st bouquet delivered was not a premium as I had more filler greens than I did flowers. Absolutely no fragrant flowers used. I was given Asiatic lilies that do not have a fragrance at all. They did use the correct colors requested & the taller vase. I called the florist assigned to my order directly. I let her know that I was very unhappy with the bouquet for all the reasons explained above. She was very apologetic & offered a redo bouquet but due to the time it would have to be delivered on Saturday.

    I was thrilled & accepted her offer. We discussed all of my requests that I wanted in the replacement bouquet. 2nd bouquet was delivered as a premium bouquet & the taller vase was used. However not one fragrant flower was in the bouquet and the color pallet was not used. I got dark colors orange, deep purple, burgundy, dark pink etc. this time. I just accepted the bouquet and was very unhappy with the whole deal. I will say that customer service for the actual florist was awesome.

    Now I emailed Teleflora with my reference # provided when the special order was originally placed, my name, my email address & my phone number. I explained what happened and asked for them to make contact with me. 2 days ago I still have not heard from them. I obviously didn’t read the reviews. Big Mistake. I will just use a local florist place my order directly to them. I have attached photos of both bouquets so you can see what I see. The first two are bouquet #1 the next two are the redo bouquet and the one I ended up with. I would appreciate it if Teleflora would get in touch with me regarding my dissatisfaction of the order I placed and paid for!!! Use the local florist in the recipients area when you want to send flowers. I stopped using FTD for much of the same reasons.

    I ordered a very simple arrangement with her favorite flower, an orchid, which was in the photo of the arrangement I ordered. They didn't deliver what I ordered. When I contacted them I was told that they gave me a $15.52 credit at Teleflora. When I explained to them I would not be ordering anything else from them to please credit my card with the refund, they refused. Teleflora delivered an arrangement that didn't look anything at all like what I ordered and they will NOT do anything about it. Only order from them if you don't care what they will deliver. It will not be the arrangement you purchased. The florist will not even see the picture of what you ordered.

    Ordered a very nice floral arrangement for our anniversary. Probably the most I have ever paid for flowers. Paid extra to have it delivered before 1:00 as I knew we would not home between 1:00 and 6:00. The flowers were delivered at 4:00 and left on the porch in the rain and wind. The arrangement was maybe 20% as large and nice as the photo on the website. At least 50% of the "flowers" were just closed buds. The only good thing I can say about this experience was they refunded 60% of the total price with just a phone call. Apparently this is their business model. Provide a junk product and then refund part of the cost if someone complains. Lesson learned, never purchase from them again.

    Why does Teleflora even put pictures on the site if they can't guarantee you'll get something even remotely similar? Per their substitution policy: "If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value."

    I ordered something very specific to go with my mother's decor and what they gave me.... Well, it was plants in a vessel and that's where the similarities end. Instead of delicate pink cyclamen in a classic white vase, I received some unidentified purple flowers in a blue bowl with a seed packet and a FAKE STYROFOAM BIRD hanging out amongst the leaves. Luckily this was my mom and we could laugh about how cheesy this arrangement looks. I complained and got 30% refund but honestly, why should I have to pay anything for something I didn't order? Teleflora knows these are gifts and you're not going to return them, so they take advantage.

    I originally made an order on 2/22 to be delivered same day and paid extra for early delivery before 1pm. 1pm came along and my flowers were not delivered. I called in and received a refund for that. They ensured it would be delivered by 5pm. 5:40pm comes around and again no flowers were delivered. When I called customer service they said they were going to contact the flower shop, after the guy got back on the line he said he was unable to contact the shop because it was closed. How was it closed if my flowers were not delivered? I agreed to having them delivered today 2/23. I received a confirmation email and was told that they would be delivered today by 7pm.

    I knew that the flower shop closed at 5 because of what happened the day before. 5:30pm comes along and I call BACK for the 6th time, customer service called the flower shop and THEY DIDN'T ASNWER!! Guess what? They were closed again!!!! Day 2 and no flowers. Why would you give the same flower shop the order again when they couldn't complete the request the 1st time. I'm highly upset and NO FLOWERS!!! Cancelled my order and received my money back but that does not make up for the horrible customer service. Not once did I receive a call from the company communicating any problems with me. Instead I had to play phone tag and call at least 8 times. Poor service. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE!!!!

    My flowers were never delivered to my aunt in the hospital. I contacted my aunt, front desk and nurses station. Email from Teleflora stated they were personally delivered. They had to go to someone else. Numerous emails back and forth to Customer Service always say the same thing (robotic responses) with "your flowers were delivered" and "...or call customer service at ----" When you call the number you NEVER can get a human and the message just always ends with "your flowers were delivered." They MUST realized mistakes happens (I accept that), but they must have avenues of dispute resolution such as at least a credit. I'll never order from them again and only from FTD who have a great customer service department in my experience.

    I ordered flowers from Teleflora for my wife for Valentines Day. My wife was traveling so I ordered to be delivered to the hotel she was staying at and contacted the hotel to have brought to her room when they arrived. I ordered her purple tulips as both her favorite color and flower. What they delivered was both not purple or tulips. A complete whiff. When I contacted the company and provided photos they apologized and gave me a $20 credit. No explanation of why or how they determined the amount of credit. They should not be selling on their site what they can't deliver, and if they do need to substitute at all, do a far better job or contact us to allow us to cancel. I wish I could add pictures to show what they sent vs. what was ordered.

I received confirmation that my order had been accepted. Then the evening of the day of the scheduled delivery I am advised that they don't have florists in the area and they were canceling my order. If the order was delivering to some out of the way location I could understand but this was Dallas, TX - not some backwater burg.     We ordered same-day flowers for a friend’s birthday at 9:00 am. At 3:30 pm the flowers hadn’t arrived. I called Teleflora multiple times, and the automated system said that our flowers were “en route” or had “recently been delivered.” The recipient still hadn’t received them at nearly 4 o’clock so I finally got someone on the phone and was told they couldn’t deliver them today and they were deliver them tomorrow. I would never have known this if I hadn’t reached out multiple times. I canceled the order because quite frankly, I’m afraid of what they would look like based on all of the other terrible reviews never will. I try to use this service again.

It had 5 leaves on bottom, 4 next level, 7 next level with a big bud in the middle that will produce more HUGE Poinsettias, White Cyclamen, Green Pothos, Variegated Dieffenbachia.     Called to tell them and asked for the correct arrangement. Today, 12/27/22, I received something EVEN WORSE!!! It has a pine tree in it and some PINK PETALS OF SOMETHING. Can they do ANYTHING right??? They also screwed up his mother's beautiful arrangement of white and red roses in the shape of a huge Christmas Tree. She received a small cup of red roses.     Ordered flowers for a funeral from Teleflora. The flowers came late (got a deliver confirmation at 3:15 PM saying the flowers were hand delivered and the flowers showed up around 5 PM). What we got was an embarrassing comparing with what we ordered. Not even remotely closed. They did send a refund (about 25% of the order value) after I contacted customer service and complained. I got an email that said the flowers were hand delivered to me, but they never came. I went to the event empty handed. Next morning, the flowers were on my doorstep.     If I could give this review no stars I would. I ordered flowers for my son and my daughter in law for Thanksgiving. This was the first time that they were hosting and they live out of town from us. I ordered these flowers 2 weeks ahead. I planned from them to be delivered Monday before the holiday. I received an email that they were hand delivered. Called my son the next day and they never received them. Called the company and they agreed to resend the flowers. Since it was their screw up you would think that they would make sure that they were delivered. Received a phone call Wednesday that the shop was closed and that they could deliver them on Monday. You would think with a city as large as Boston that they could find an open florist. I cancelled the order. Also the music on hold was awful. The number that they gave to call for problems was a medical device number and I could hang up my phone from it I ended up turning my phone off. Never again

    I placed two new orders simultaneously, one to wife, one to very senior mother, at different addresses, both about 4 days from delivery. I received an email stating a substitute of red roses going to wife. I specifically did not want this, so I left email to send others and cancel the first order AFTER receiving a call to contact them. Amazingly, I received an email later in the day that this was in effect…in a summary sort of way, not specifically. I now sit here in limbo waiting to see if their good communications translates into 2 good, on-time deliveries with the pictured products. Yes, unless you see an update to this review.

    Just awful. Ordered a money tree plant in a modern tabletop planter and what was delivered was completely different, totally inappropriate. No phone call, email, nothing to let me know they were out of stock. Why list the item if it's out of stock?? I understanding substituting carnations for daisies in a cut flower bouquet...but an entirely different item? There should be a notification prior to this kind of change. Really abysmal service.

    On Oct 12, I placed an order for a birthday bouquet to be delivered today (Oct 24) to a friend who lives in Hilo, HI. Because of another seller issue, I was checking my credit card statement and noticed a refund from Teleflora for the order amount on Oct 16. I checked my emails (spam too) to see if I received a cancellation email. I never did. Because I was never notified, I am not able to provide a birthday gift to my friend who is in a nursing home and not doing well. This could be his last birthday. I am very upset and disappointed with Teleflora.

    I was offered a 30% discount coupon. However, I can see no need for it as I will never do business with Teleflora again since they did not care enough to notify me that my order was cancelled so that I could find another alternative. Since the system automatically cancelled my order, that should have triggered an automatic cancellation email. Had I been notified, I could have sought alternatives to ensure my friend received something from me on his birthday.

    I ordered Zen Artistry, which is a beautiful purple orchid curling around three bamboo shoots with cabbage roses at the bottom, like feet. My sister-in-law received a concoction that didn't look remotely like what I ordered, but rather had 2 Birds of Paradise, lilies and white flowers. No resemblance whatsoever. After I complained, they reduced the bill by $20.00 (it was $70.00). Nevertheless, I would never have ordered what was sent.

    Don't waste your money!!!! After many hours of searching for the perfect arrangement, I thought I had found it. The image on the site pictures a big, lush, and beautiful arrangement. I wanted to surprise my sister with a beautiful arrangement of flowers. What she ended up receiving is nothing close to what was pictured. The arrangement looks a third of the size of what it's supposed to be, several flowers are already wilted. I am beyond embarrassed to have paid over $200 for an arrangement and for it to look so small and wilted.

    I was shocked to see what she actually got. I live a state away and I'm glad I don't have to show my face. I started a chat with a rep and they credited me about $72 dollars but that is nowhere near the price of the arrangement she actually received. I would not recommend this company to anyone! I was congratulating her for a huge promotion and I am beyond disappointed with the quality of the arrangement. Don't set images on your website if you can't deliver what is on your site.

    I ordered a nice, cheerful bouquet of daisies for someone going thru chemo. I even spent the extra money for the premium version. All together, my purchase was $90. What I ordered and what I received were 2 completely different arrangements. What was delivered was a mishmash of random, cheap flowers that appeared like they could of been picked by a child alongside a road in an open field. I contacted customer service and the best they had to offer was a $27 credit. Shame on them. It is THEIR mistake, they are responsible and they need to be held accountable. Obviously they take no pride in their service & reputation. I am the one that ends up paying for THEIR mistake & poor product quality. I want a full refund and I will NEVER use Teleflora again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. There needs to be a zero star option.

    My father passed away 8/11/22 and I order an arrangement for his casket from this site Tuesday 8/16/22 prior to his Sat am funeral. Requested a Friday 8/19/22 delivery to ensure they would be there in time. Received confirmation Tues afternoon, then Friday afternoon at 12:54 p.m. the day of delivery I received an email stating they were unable to fulfill my order. I can not tell you how livid I was and customer service was useless. They had ample time to inform me they could not fulfill my order so I was able to order from elsewhere but that late in the afternoon with the funeral the next am no one was able to help last min.

    As if dealing with a parent's funeral isn't hard enough to be let down so drastically by a company with no sincere effort to help resolve the issue is unacceptable. I will never use Teleflora again and will make it my mission to inform all my business associates, family and friends to avoid this company as they will disappoint you and not give a **.

    On a Sunday morning at 9 am, I received an email from Teleflora that the funeral arrangement I ordered for my aunt's service would not be delivered. The funeral was that day -- Sunday -- so I had no backup options. They did offer to send flowers to a family member's home. Whom should I choose of all the cousins whose mother died? I know local florists may have been short on blooms, but Teleflora could have notified me before the Sunday morning of the funeral. Rest assured, I shall never again be in this situation - no more Teleflora for me!

    I ordered flowers for a family member's funeral service on Friday to be delivered for the service on Sunday. I ordered the full "premium" two dozen red long-stemmed roses with beautiful greens...This was intended to be used for the burial later so each family member could place a rose on the casket. I know sometimes florists substitute flowers so I thought that ordering only roses would prevent that. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Saturday to the funeral home. When I arrived at the funeral home, the flowers were not there. I called and was told they left a message with the florist and it was likely the flowers were on their way. A half hour later, still no flowers, I called again. They left another message for the florist.

    At the conclusion of the service, the flowers never were delivered. It was very embarrassing as I was responsible for ordering these flowers representing 3 members of my family. So it looked as if the 4 of us did not send anything. Teleflora customer service did offer to refund 25% of the cost. They finally sent the flowers as the casket was leaving the funeral home...They arrived in a messy bunch-thrown together-nothing like the image online. Overall, this was a terrible experience at a time when I needed them to do what they said they were going to do. I will not be using Teleflora in the future.

    I ordered an arrangement from my children for my father’s viewing/funeral with delivery scheduled for the day before to ensure the arrangement would be on time for the services. I saw delivery status online and also received a confirmation of delivery email. After arriving to the viewing, no flowers from his grandsons! This was the last thing I should have had to worry about while mourning the loss of my father. My husband called customer service because I was in no shape to do so and was told they would be delivered that afternoon but no time and the public viewing was starting in 30 minutes.

    He was not given an answer as to why a confirmation of delivery was received when clearly the arrangement was not there. He was also told by Teleflora customer service they were unable to give the name of florist. No explanation was given or any attempt to make the situation right! The arrangement finally did end up getting delivered halfway through the viewing and 24 hours after the original delivery confirmation was received.     Ordered an arrangement yesterday for a funeral that’s tomorrow. Order went through without a problem. Got my first email from them this morning saying they couldn’t get my exact arrangement, but would substitute it for a “beautiful sympathy arrangement”. I thought well ok, things happen. I guess as long as it looked nice it would be fine. About 3 hours later I get another email saying they couldn’t fulfill my order so they cancelled it. Keep in mind that it’s after 1pm and the funeral is tomorrow morning at 10am. I was able to find a local florist who could do the exact same arrangement and have it there in time. Never again will I attempt to use them. They are NOT reliable. Save yourself some trouble and order locally. It will cost you more, but least you’ll get it.

    I ordered a bouquet for Mother's day. I paid the premium delivery charges to arrive on Mother's day. On that day the tracking on the website showed "it is being delivered". We waited and waited to check every 30 minutes. Until at 7 PM the tracking changed to "Delivered". Nobody rang the bell or knocked on the door. I went out and checked, nothing in front of the house.     Ordered corsage and boutonniere ahead of time. On May 13 for an email that they can’t fulfill and pick a next day delivery. I chose the Sat next day upon despair. Starting early morning I called five times and each agent said something different. The last agent contacted the shop and assured me the flowers are in the truck to be delivered by 2 pm. It never arrived!!! Called again and demanded to speak with supervisor which told me my order has been cancelled and they can offer me a 30 percent discount upon future orders.     I ordered flowers for my mother on my Father’s behalf. My dad was really looking forward to surprising my mother. It happens to be my mother’s birthday as well. It was hard to find a flower delivery service that could promise delivery by Mother’s Day (5/8). But Teleflora was promoting this as an option in exchange for paying extra and you could receive it between 5/6 - 5/8. We paid the extra cost on top of the cost for the flower bouquet we chose.

    The day of Mother’s Day my dad calls me inquiring about the flowers and I reassure him that if it didn’t arrive Friday or Saturday then it will definitely arrive Sunday. I arrive at the house to celebrate my mother’s birthday and Mother's day with our family. My dad asks me once again and wonders where the flowers are at. It’s 1:30 pm at this time. I try to look up my order in my email and realize I never got a confirmation order email. I slowly panic because I didn’t save the order number thinking it would have been sent in my email. I can’t find a customer service number on their website. ONLY an email customer service question option. NOT an acceptable option at this point.

    I choose the “Chat with a live rep”. I’m told that the order was received and processed and that they have until 7 pm to deliver the flowers. I’m given my order number and they also give me a customer service number if I have any further questions or if I don’t receive the flowers by 7 pm. I am momentarily satisfied with this and Hope and pray I will never have to do this. I tell my Dad about it and He patiently waits.

    Around 8 pm, my dad asks again. I call the customer service number that was given to me. I speak with a woman who apologizes and says that the flower shop is closed and are no longer delivering for the day and can deliver Monday. ??? I don’t want it on Monday. I wanted it on Sunday. I was reassured we would receive it on Sunday. I paid the extra cost for this to happen. She says that the flower shop hadn’t confirmed my order. No one communicated this to me. No one sent me an email. I informed her that I had not even received an order confirmation email and they even withdrew the money and she said that we wouldn’t get it. We would get it when the order was confirmed by the flower shop. So why take my money? At this point, my Dad wants nothing to do with these flowers and just wants his money back. She says that she processed the full refund and apologizes.

    3 days later and we have not received the money back. I call the customer service number again today and she says (and I swear it’s the same girl) that the flower shop just processed my refund today! Make it make sense. Why would the flower shop need to refund us and why refund us today when I canceled it on Sunday and was reassured it would be done? Then proceeds to tell me that the refund takes 5 to 10 business days. 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS?!?! Completely unacceptable.

    Refunds at stores doesn’t take 5-10 business days. Debit cards refund almost immediately and credit cards take 3-5 business days. At this point I’m suspicious that this business is fraudulent and is trying to steal our money and is hoping we won’t look for it. Do the right thing and give us our money back and close up shop. I will never use this website again and will never recommend it. The only recommendation I will be giving is to avoid this website indefinitely.

    I placed an order for flowers on May 4 to be delivered May 5. On the evening of May 6, they still had not been delivered. I called and was told the florist the order was sent to couldn't fulfill the order. No one had contacted me. I called again May 7, and found that the issue was with the recipient's name. Her first name was one I was not familiar with. I found this out from the hospital. (Mom never liked her legal first name, I found out, after 60 plus years). I called Teleflora, got the name straightened out, and was promised they'd be delivered the very same day. I also received a call from the florist directly, confirming the name and promising me that my 86 year old mother would receive flowers that day. No flowers were delivered that day, as Teleflora called and asked me if it was ok to send them the next day. I said ok, as that was Mother's Day. Mind you, I asked for delivery May 5 to be sure they were there before Mother's Day.

    Sunday, May 8, my sister confirmed no flowers. Again, I called, and was told they were delivered. Each time, I held for a long time, to speak to a supervisor. Yes, the name was correct, and they'd deliver the next day, I was promised. On Monday, May 9, my sister said still no flowers. This time was a doozy. The customer service rep checked with the florist and said they had spoken to the recipient's husband, and he said it was ok to leave them on the porch. Completely untrue, as my father passed away 16 years ago. Do they have a direct access line to heaven? Not to mention, my mom was in a hospital. They don't have a front porch. Again, the supervisor promised flowers. May 10, still no flowers.

    I call and request they cancel the order and refund my money. May 11, the florist calls. He tries to say there was a mixup in the name. I correct him, and and tell him that was fixed four days ago. He says he's sorry, they'll deliver tomorrow. I told him it was too late. She has declined to the point that she wouldn't even know they were there. Her last Mother's Day, and she received nothing from me, due to Teleflora and Garden of Eden Florist in San Antonio Texas.

    I found out my friend's mother passed away while I was out of the country (United States). I placed an order for flowers online and verified my Credit Card was charged. 2 weeks later I find out that my friend never received them. I called Teleflora to see what happened. They cancelled my order and never notified me. I asked them to send the flowers out now several weeks late and I was willing to pay 50% still. They refused and said while they were "extremely sorry" They couldn't give me the discount because they had to charge fees to cover their costs and took no responsibility for their issue and the problems they caused.     Telefrauda is more like it. Need an integer scale for this one. One star only because it is required. I purchased a Mother's Day Bouquet on May 5 at 3:26 pm for delivery on May 7-- (Dressed To Impress Bouquet (Premium)). The flowers had to be delivered on the 7th as my wife and I were heading out of town to be with my mother-in-law on the 8th.

    After waiting all day, the order did not arrive--without so much as a call. I contacted a supervisor at 8:01 pm on 7 May and was ostensibly given full refund (although my card has not been credited as yet), an apology read from a script and promised up and down that a complimentary bouquet would be delivered on May 9.

    I called today to get a better idea of when the delivery would occur and was told that the order was not in their system (?) and would not be processed or delivered until Tuesday the 10th. This is the day AFTER I was promised redelivery by the supervisor on the evening of the 7th. The supervisor with whom I spoke on May 9 was unable to connect me with the florist who was to deliver the order or even confirm that the order would be delivered on Tuesday at all.

    Seems as though facilitating floral delivery is more of a side gig for Teleflora or that the arrangement I requested was the stuff of the The RHS Chelsea Flower Show and could not be handled by mere mortals. Asked to speak to a manager and was told that even though many work at the call center, there were none available. It was suggested to me by a supervisor that one possible resolution to the matter was to buy my wife some of her favorite foods. Teleflora continues to let me down. BBB complaint filed.

Will not provide name or number of said florist. I demanded cancel order and full refund. Told they cannot do that until they get a hold of this florist.     Here it is at the end of Mother's Day and my 96 year old mom still has not received my 104 dollar flower arrangement that I ordered 5 days early. I have spent hours of my time trying to straighten this out and have received several emails saying how sorry they are but they still have not resolved the problem. Buyer beware. Do not order from this company unless you want lip service and frustration. This experience was a total waste of my time and money. I am very angry and I plan on contacting my attorney and sue them for my time and mental anguish.

    I ordered Mother’s Day flowers and even checked the box allowing early delivery. They were never delivered as of the 7pm cut off and online tracking had no information - it indicated that the order was “with florist” since I ordered several days ago, No one told me the order would be late or wasn’t coming. I contacted customer service and no one could contact the florist, but they somehow felt comfortable assuring me that the order was out for delivery. How would they know if they can’t contact the florist?! I cancelled the order and hope I get my money back. If they could not contact the florist to inquire about the order, how do they plan to cancel while it’s “out for delivery.” They are liars. This company is a sham.

    My ten-year-old asked to spend his money on Mother’s Day flowers. We ordered well in advance of the holiday. Teleflora did not deliver the $100+ bouquet, and they did not communicate that our gift would not be delivered until AFTER I canceled the order.

    The Mother's Day flowers were not fresh. Died in one Day, were not as I ordered, the arrangement of flowers were horrendous. My 10 year old granddaughter could have done a better job putting the flowers together. I expected a professional job and received a flower arrangement from a child. I was totally devastated when I saw the picture of flowers my mom sent me.

    I ordered a flower arrangement for Mother's Day, The color, vase, number of flowers, and quality of flowers was completely different and they did not even include my message or a card. Terrible experience, don't order from them!!! Save yourself the worst experience ever.

    I ordered a corsage for my Daughters Prom on 5/3/22. Once I paid what I thought was only $25.55, they add a $22.00 fee. then was told after paying that the corsage may not look or be exactly what I ordered, I sent an email stating if that was the case to cancel my order. Within 5 minutes got an email confirming it would be the same as the picture on their website and would be able to meet my need for delivery on 5-6-22. On the morning of the date of the supposed delivery, I emailed Customer Service at 8:30A.M to ensure my order would be on time. I got a response email at 9:00 A.M, no worries my order is on its way and would be at my home by 7:30 P.M at the latest.

    Then at 2:20 P.M on the same day 5-6-22, telling me they cancelled my order due to not being able to find a Florist to fulfil my order. So this is the day before my Daughters Prom. I called Customer Service to ask why they told me on 5-3-22 and confirmed the morning of my supposed delivery 5-6-22, which I have an email confirming my order is on its way, and what they could do for me. I was told I will be refunded my $50 plus in 10 Business days, and that I could place another order stating that I cancelled the previous one. I had to remind them they cancelled it, not me.

    They finally figured that out, but still, no offer of any sort for their major mistake and still have not got my refund. They ruined my Mother's Day and my Daughter's Prom. Not to mention, these Customer Service personnel are like robots, all they can say is Unfortunately we can not help you, the Florist cannot produce your order. When you live paycheck to paycheck and you pay out this money and can't get it back for 10 plus days, really hurts. I would not recommend anyone order from this company or any Florist associated with them. I have all emails to back up my claim, if I have to I will post them as well showing all the facts.

    I ordered a $65 birthday cake flower arrangement, 1 $6 balloon and $20 medium chocolate for my daughter. Plus $18.99 "service fee" + tax. She received flowers in a vase, a congratulations?! balloon and a few bags of chocolate. I was appalled the floral shop didn't at least have a birthday balloon. Never again.

    I ordered a corsage for prom. I went with this company and paid the ridiculous $22 “service fee” because they said they would deliver by 6 pm the next day. They did not meet the deadline, said the florist was closed, and only offered a 30% refund. They told me it could be there the next day. Prom was over, the next day does me no good. Very, very frustrating experience. I will never use this company again. Such a scam.
