The absolute WORST service ever!! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on a specific date. I followed up on the delivery status on that date and noticed the flowers had not been delivered. I call TELEFLORA to be told my order has been cancelled as the local florist could not fulfill my order. I received no notice. If I had not checked on my order, I would not have been told my order did not take place. I was not offered any compensation except for a refund and no explanation was provided. TELEFLORA should be banned from doing business!

I placed an order for Mother's Day flowers on May 5, with expected delivery on May 10th. On May 10 at 8:02 am CDT, an email stated that delivery was on schedule. Then at 9:14 am, I was notified that the order cannot be fulfilled and was cancelled. This extremely late cancellation is totally unacceptable, since no alternate arrangement was possible. Teleflora did not honor its commitment, and did not notify me of their inability to deliver in a timely manner. I am extremely disappointed and will never place any future orders with Teleflora.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the arrangement delivered to my mother for Mother's Day this year. Not only did it not have flowers which were supposed to be in the arrangement. It also was very much smaller than it was supposed to be her their websites description. I would think for the money I spent that a little more effort would have been made to create a flower arrangement that more closely resembled the arrangement that I chose.

Avoid at all costs — This company is a complete disaster. I placed three orders well in advance for Mother’s Day. What did I get? Two orders canceled at the last minute with zero explanation, and the third one is still floating in delivery limbo a full day after Mother’s Day. Their excuse? The florist’s vehicle has been “having issues” for over 24 hours. Seriously? They promised delivery before noon—That didn’t happen. I called again and told them to use another florist. Now they’re saying “maybe by 5 pm”. I paid extra for guaranteed Mother’s Day delivery, and they’re flat-out refusing to refund the service fee. What kind of company screws up three separate orders and offers no accountability or resolution? Customer service is a joke—Unhelpful, apathetic, and full of nothing but excuses and delays. They take your money, fail to deliver (literally), and refuse to make it right. Never again. This company is unreliable, dishonest, and utterly unprofessional.

The first picture is what was delivered. The other pic is what I ordered. I’m really disappointed and upset about this plant! It’s an ugly ass plant. I called Teleflora, and chatted with them on their website, and all they said they could do is 25% off, and 25% off my next purchase. There will absolutely NOT be a next purchase. And they couldn’t even give me the florist that delivered it so I could return it, and get something pretty. STUPID PLANT, STUPID FLORIST! I too, wish I would have read the reviews

Ordered for Mothers Day for my Mom. They changed the delivery date (not ideal but ok) then just before Mothers Day weekend they cancelled my order stating no florists were open. Why take orders you can’t fill to then cancel last minute so you can’t reach out to more reputable florists. They ruined Mothers Day and I’m still fighting for a complete full refund. I had no problems with 800-florist or FTD. Don’t use TELEFLORA you will regret it.

If only I could give negative stars. Just like literally all of their customers, I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. Surprise. They were never delivered. They made ZERO attempt to contact me and inform me. The only email I received from them stated that my delivery was on track. It was only AFTER I spoke to my crying mom the next day that I found out they didn't deliver anything. No communication. No apology. 100% a scam. This woman and her daughters should be ashamed of themselves.

I sent out emails to communicate Teleflora to give them a chance to make it right. They chose not to. So I am giving you the review. I purchased the Purple AND Hot Pink Rose bouquet with Hot Pink Gerber daisies for my aunt who is obsessed with purple. She is dying and 87 and I moved 800 miles away. I paid 75 for the premium flowers with a giant purple vase. I wanted to upload the picture of what I thought I was purchasing so you could see what was supposed to be delivered but I did upload what WAS delivered. I reached out and they didn't care and said "Here is an $18 credit for your next purchase." DISGRACEFUL!

I paid for 2-day service to ensure my wife received flowers for Mother’s Day. Not only did they fail to deliver—there was no notice, no update, and no apology. This wasn’t a late delivery—it was a complete no-show on a day that mattered deeply. You failed us and ruined a meaningful moment. Shameful. I will never use Teleflora again and will make sure others know not to trust you either.

I ordered flowers for my mom who lives in Florida and I’m in Chicago for Mother’s Day. The arrangement I ordered was $140 which I felt was expensive but the photo of the arrangement was nice. The flowers were to be delivered on a Friday. I woke up Saturday and received an email confirmation saying my arrangement was successfully hand delivered. My mom never received the flowers. When I call customer service the lady was very quick to say they would cancel my order and refund me. These were a gift and now it’s 2pm the day before Mother’s Day. I should have read the terrible reviews because this seems to happen often. They offered my 50% off my next order. Why would I place another order when they couldn’t deliver the first? I will never order through them again.

The worst experience ever. I placed an order for flower delivery specifically for a set date, not selecting the flexible delivery option with a discount, to ensure the flowers would arrive the day before Mother’s Day. On the morning of May 10, I received an email stating the flowers were being prepared and were now with the florist, scheduled for delivery that same day. That was the last and only update I received. I had customized the message on the card to reflect the sentiment of the flowers being delivered early to my elderly mother—who lives in another state—for Mother’s Day. Not only were the flowers never delivered on May 10, but I also received no further communication or update.
When I followed up on the morning of May 11, their only solution was to cancel the order and issue a refund. In their eyes, this was an acceptable resolution. Meanwhile, my mother is now without her flowers on Mother’s Day. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to thank me for choosing their service and hoped I was satisfied with the outcome. Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible service, terrible communication—and now my mother, who lives miles away, is left without her flowers on such a special day.

Placed 3 different orders for my 3 daughters and only 1 received an arrangement, which looked nothing like what I ordered. I filled out the online form about the other 2 that were missing and it gave me the option to have them delivered as soon as possible and yet they canceled my orders. Now I have 2 daughters without gifts. I then called and the "supervisor" was so rude and said they don't have an option to deliver online. Pretty much calling me a liar.

Ordered same day delivery for Mother's Day this year. It was set for that Friday. It was the only option I was given on their website, so I assumed that was all that was available. Placed my order & paid, received a confirmation by email with my confirmed delivery date. I never receive a delivery notification, so I follow up the next day. Now it says my order will be delivered on MONDAY, missing Mother's Day entirely. I call them & I am told they sent my order to a shop that was CLOSED on Friday, so there was no possibility for my order to have ever ever been delivered on time. And now that they're open & overwhelmed with orders there's nothing they can do. It's Monday or nothing. Nothing but incompetence & clownery. This is the 2nd order they have messed up for me in a matter of months. Why pay top dollar for flower delivery to people that could care less about customer service or delivering what you paid a premium for? Never, ever again.

This is the most disorganized outfit you could imagine. I had a Mother’s Day arrangement, that I paid over $120 for, to be delivered early Sunday morning. I paid extra to have it delivered early. Around 9:00 that morning, an ** call center calls me and says that the order is undeliverable because they don’t have a name. They have a correct address, but no name. It’s my home! You wait until Mother’s Day morning to call with a problem? What the hell? Give me my money back!!!

The day (read: hour) my Mother's Day floral delivery was supposed to happen, Teleflora canceled without reason... Simply offering a refund in 2-5 business days. There is no phone #. The email just hit me with the "sorry folks, park's closed" bit and offered nothing. Shame on Teleflora. Shame on Vanessa's Flowers or Scarr's Flowers in Plymouth, Michigan who could so carelessly cancel an order placed DAYS beforehand with zero humanity or accountability. I will never use again, and would go out of my way to prevent others from the anger and frustration of being left helpless. Hard pass.

Teleflora has disappointed me in ways I cannot express. I ordered flowers for my mom 2 weeks ago to be delivered today. I got a confirmation email this morning at 10am saying they would be delivered on time, and then at 10:30 I got an email saying that the order was cancelled. Customer service offered no solution or tangible explanation- saying only that they were unable to source a florist to fulfill my order. I will state again that my order was placed 2 weeks ago. They offered no resolution, nor did they communicate with me ahead of time to say that there was a problem to give me time to find an alternate solution. Instead they waited until the last second to tell me that they would refund my money in 2-10 business days. I understand that Mother's Day is a busy time for florists, hence why I placed my order well ahead of time. I also understand that things happen sometimes, but to not have any communication whatsoever before today is inexcusable.

We ordered flowers weeks ago for Mother’s Day. Today (the day before Mother’s Day) we checked the tracking and the flowers weren’t delivered. We called them and they didn’t know what happened. They told us that the florist they contracted with had gone out of business. They didn’t even know!!!! …And they refused to fix the problem, refused to send other flowers, different flowers, any flowers, even a day late, or do ANYTHING at all (other than a refund since they have no choice). They had NO SOLUTION. And the day before Mother’s Day we cannot get flowers delivered without paying an exorbitant amount. FAIL. This company is the worst. They were disrespectful and obviously have no understanding of operational management.

1 star is a lot! Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, they delivered wrong flowers. I ordered a plant arrangement and paid a premium. They delivered flowers in a case which could have done myself. Contacted customer service - The representative didn’t show any concern and asked to buy another arrangement with 25% off. And she put me on long hold. No accountability and have spoiled my mum's Mother’s Day arrangement!!! They don’t deserve a star at all.

I ordered flowers to be delivered not related to Mother’s Day. 24 hours later I received a call my order would not be delivered until the next day. 3 hours later my order was canceled, no reason given. Called customer service and they could not advise why the order was canceled, just that it was canceled. Find another florist company.

Unforgivable experience. I ordered a special floral arrangement for my father’s funeral—something I took time to pick out, thinking it would be a small but meaningful tribute. The flowers were never delivered. I called multiple times, and each time I was told they would be re-shipped and delivered in time. They never were. Several different people gave me different stories, and in the end, not one of them told the truth. This wasn’t for a birthday or a casual event—this was for my dad’s funeral. A once-in-a-lifetime moment that can’t be redone. Their complete lack of follow-through, accountability, and compassion added stress to an already heartbreaking day. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Ever.

My wife was unable to attend her grandfather’s funeral due to illness and desperately wanted to send something to show that she was there in spirit. Since their daily delivery deadline was after visitation would be over, she scheduled delivery for the day before. They took it upon themselves to reschedule for the day of the service because “the shop wants to deliver fresh flowers,” insisting it would be there before visitation started. Then the start of visitation came and went, and they canceled the order because they were unable to deliver it on time. She was disconnected (or hung up on?) twice while trying to sort this out with them. I can’t begin to describe how upsetting this was for her at an already difficult time.

Ordered Mother's Day floral arrangement on April 26, to be delivered on May 9th, and paid for it. On Friday the 11 of May I received an email stating my order was canceled due to Teleflora not finding any available florists to fill the order. Buying Mother's Day flowers a day and a half before Mother's Day is nearly impossible. Too many reputable flower companies to ever take a chance on these clowns.

I ordered flowers from Teleflora on April 24th to be delivered on May 2nd by 8:00 am for a funeral service. I called at 8:00 am on May 2nd to find out, that the flower shop doesn't open until 9:00 am and they reassured me that it was going to be delivered by 10:00 am, which was the time the service was going to start. Unfortunately, I received an email by 9:30 am, that the third-party florist could not deliver the flowers and requested a new delivery date. This was impossible since the funeral service was about to start. I immediately contacted Teleflora to cancel the order and requested a full refund. They kept me on the phone for 20 minutes. I received the refund 6 days later. This experience was extremely upsetting, especially given the circumstances. Teleflora's failure to deliver the flowers on time caused additional stress during an already difficult time. I hope Teleflora improves their service and communication to prevent such issues in the future.

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers. Paid for early delivery (1:00) to go to my daughter's work. They close at 3:30 (reason for early delivery) order not here @1 rep tells me since it's a business has to be delivered by 3. 3:00 no delivery 5:00 no delivery. There goes her Mother’s Day surprise. Say they can’t call the driver, can’t give me a time for delivery, 5:00 no delivery. Worst customer service. Daughter won’t get them now till after Mother’s Day. Customer service absolutely no help. They don’t care. It’s not like there $25 or $40 flowers I paid a lot to basically deliver them to myself cause now I’m at her work that’s closed wiring on flowers that I ordered. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. BETTER OFF GOING TO KROGER. THIS PLACE SUCKS!! Never again will I order or suggest anyone else to order from Teleflora.

So, not a good choice if you want a nice arrangement that looks like what you think you are ordering from their marketing pics. Instead of it being a medium sized arrangement that, after delivery fee and taxes came to $90+, we got an arrangement that was TINY and smaller than the small one offered. Plus, it wasn’t even remotely close to the representation of what I thought I was ordering, plus they guaranteed we would be pleased even if they substituted flowers…we were NOT please! After complaining they refunded the delivery fee + tax so about $22. Oh, and we could get a discount on our next order…AS IF! Never again. Fool me once, that’s it. Go with someone reputable like FTD. Lesson learned.

Normally, I have a good experience but this time not so much. I paid extra for same day delivery which was a Friday (the day of my aunt's 79th birthday) they didn't deliver, we rescheduled for the next day, no delivery. They canceled my order. I had to reorder for the following Monday and the order was absolutely NOT what I ordered. I was extremely disappointed. I complained and they did refund me 25%.

I ordered an expensive floral arrangement for a memorial service 4 days in advance. I was informed by Teleflora that this would be taken care of. Three hours before the service I received an email from Teleflora stating that they would not be able to deliver the flowers. This is an absolutely terrible thing to do to someone and with such short notice. The Teleflora customer service representative also showed absolutely no concern for this issue and was unwilling to try to resolve it. I immediately called a local florist that stepped up to the plate and saved the day for us. In the future I will always call a local florist directly and never use Teleflora again. I would advise anyone reading this to also do the same. A rating of 0 stars was not an option and even if it was it would be too high a rating for this company.

I ordered flowers for a friend in the hospital. Flowers to be delivered to a hospital on a Saturday and received an email stating they couldn't deliver due to no one was available to deliver. Then set it to be delivered on Monday. My friend was discharged and called customer service to have it delivered to her home. Then I get an email stating order cancelled and said they would refund my money. So disappointed and can't understand why they cancelled. I kept in close contact with them.

Absolute worst experience with customer service. I accidentally placed two identical orders and I contacted Teleflora and they informed me they would cancel the first order (which included the two identical orders). I placed another order because I received an email confirmation that the first order containing two of the exact floral arrangements was canceled. I only received a refund for one of the two orders on the same order number. Despite having the confirmation email of being refunded they would not refund me because the order was already delivered.
Overall, I spent over $200 on Easter flowers. I had already tipped the delivery person so that also went through twice. Please do not make the same mistake I did. Contact a local florist in the area. They did not honor the email that they sent Confirming that I would be refunded. I contacted customer service and they informed because both orders were delivered that they could not refund me. Sadly, I am not in a financial position to spend over $200 on flowers. I just couldn’t believe I had an email, something in writing, verifying that I would be refunded completely for the first order. Please see the evidence from picture below. Please don’t judge my bank account balance.

If I could give a zero, I would. Ordered Easter flowers on 4/5/25 for delivery 4/18/25. Flowers never arrived and no explanation was given - just that they couldn't be delivered on that day. Flowers did not arrive on 4/19 either. I am sharing this to warn you that if you want to get flowers to people you love (like my elderly parents), as a happy surprise or treat, don't expect that Teleflora will get it to them or even communicate with you! NEVER USE TELEFLORA!

I wish I could give this review less than 1 star. I ordered a sympathy arrangement for a funeral, and what was delivered was truly disappointing. It looked nothing like the photo—sparse, wilted flowers, poorly put together, and lacking the elegance and care expected for such a sensitive occasion. It was an embarrassment and reflected poorly on both the florist and the funeral home. At a time when every detail matters, this was a letdown I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience.
I strongly recommend that funeral homes reconsider using Teleflora for their floral services. When the arrangements arrive looking nothing like what was ordered, it reflects poorly on the funeral home, not just the florist. Families are grieving and deserve care and quality in every detail. Partnering with a more reliable florist would go a long way in preserving the dignity of the services you provide.

I put in an order for two of the SAME vases of roses. What arrived… was not what was pictured & was not even close to looking like the same order. I was very upset & first I emailed them where they offered me $37 of the $270 I spent. I said no. I told them to get someone to pick up the flowers & give me a full refund. I finally got on the phone & was offered a full refund back & was told to keep the flowers. These flowers are for my grandmother's mass, tomorrow. So I took it upon myself to buy more flowers & fix it up myself. I will attached photos. The photos of the flowers on the table is what I received, the screenshot is what I ordered & the ones of the flowers on the floor is after I fixed them.

I purchased flowers for a Saturday delivery. They quote one price throughout the purchasing experience and the very last, final order review page, they slip in an extra $21 "service fee" that is not mentioned at all through the entirety of the rest of the experience. I was promised a Saturday delivery. By Wednesday, when the flowers were still not delivered, I canceled my order.

I'd give minus if I could. Ordered flowers from the US to have delivered in the UK for UK Mother's Day, I ordered on Feb 21st. 20205 and received confirmation within a few minutes to deliver March. I got called 3 days after said delivery date stating they could not fulfil my order at that time (3 days after del. date) and I arranged for them to be delivered March 28th, I got called again to confirm new delivery date. March 28th came and went, NO DELIVERY!!!
I called them and they said they were delivered, and I told them no they haven't, they put in a request (3-5 business days) and said they will be re-delivered. It's now April 7th and still no delivery, I called them and demanded a refund and they said it will take 3-10 business days. DO NOT USE THEM, use someone else, they give no proof of delivery or tracking and they waste your time with putting in requests and complaints, very disappointed with them as now there was no delivery and I couldn't celebrate on the day intended.

It is very unfortunate that the order selected is not what gets delivered. Lady year, I ordered two flower arrangements to be delivered for Mother’s Day. Both deliveries were of a much less expensive arrangement. I should have known better but I gave this company another shot. Once again, it was not the one I selected. I am getting a $20 refund for a $80 delivery. Never again ordering from TELEFLORA. Is another florist!

Our order was cancelled by Teleflora more than 48 hours after we placed it, and 24 hours before the flowers were due to be delivered. This was the reason provided: "We are usually able to provide great coverage, but regretfully we are unable to fulfill your order within our network of florists. At this time, we have cancelled your order." We will never use this business again.

Sympathy flowers were ordered days in advance to be delivered within a specific window of time. They were never delivered. The "customer support" (which was just an answering service) said they "couldn't get in touch with the florist" and refused to state who the florist was. NEVER use this company.

As I see with others, they did not deliver at the requested date. I specifically requested a follow up call when I placed the order to ensure there were no issues, that never happened. Rather, when the delivery window was expired, they sent me a text with an "apology". I cancelled since it was time sensitive. I ordered flowers and accessories to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday. She lives in a small town in Illinois and I was relieved that they would deliver to her house. I placed the $117 order on Monday for Thursday delivery. On Thursday the $117 was refunded to my account and a text from them indicated they don't deliver to her zip code. Thanks a lot, Teleflora, for making me scramble to find another florist that does same-day delivery. You seriously disappointed me!

Horrible Experience – DO NOT USE TELEFLORA! I ordered a birthday flower delivery for my little niece’s 5th birthday—her first time receiving flowers, and she was beyond excited. Teleflora completely ruined that special moment by never delivering the flowers. No apology, and no compensation. Just a total failure on their part.
What kind of company takes an order, fails to deliver, and then offers no compensation? They had one job—ONE JOB—and they failed miserably. If you actually care about getting flowers delivered on time (or at all), do NOT use Teleflora. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their reliability is a joke. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. Absolute disaster of a company.

I ordered flowers to send to a woman who is like my mother after breast cancer lumpectomy. Ordered 3AM Thursday for delivery Thursday after 3 pm in Pittsburgh suburb. They called me Thursday to say delayed to Friday. Disappointed but ok. No contact at all Friday. No call text or email. I called to find they canceled my order. Could not cover that area. Extremely disappointed and my embarrassment at the Funeral Home is weighing heavily on me. I ordered 13.5" X 13.5" Lucious White Lilies premium sympathy bouquet to be delivered. When I arrived to offer my condolences and saw what was delivered on my family's behalf, I was extremely embarrassed. I did contact Teleflora and received a full refund, but THE DAMAGE IS DONE. I got these as a last minute present for my sister, for it to be delivered to her job. I got the "Your Special Day" bouquet with balloons, a note and a medium box of chocolates. Flowers - $85 - I got premium - it was cute solid 8/10. Balloons - $15 - 3 balloons, looked tacky as hell, it was for a birthday and one of the balloons said "congratulations" and it was black while I thought they'd have it on theme colors (purple/white). The balloons were not coordinated, looks sloppy and bought at the Dollar Store tbh 2/10. Chocolates - $20 - I got the medium box, it was literally a small bag of GODIVVA CHOCOLATE, in a red bag. All tacky. I paid like $130 and got a $10 refund. Y'all just go to a flower shop, they're good at responding fast though.

Ordered a special arrangement to be delivered to local hospital. The first call I got was to say the patient was no longer in the hospital. That was not true as I work there and was able to see he was just admitted. They stated they would go back the next day. I recieved an email that it was delivered. The next day I recieved a call it was not delivered and that arrangement was no longer available. Very frustrating. Customer service poor as well. I'll never go there again.

Paid $100 for a funeral arrangement-Divine Peace Bouquet- Premium. The size was 18 inches by 16 inches. The flowers were a mix of roses and other types, but all white in a beautiful display. I told the family about the size and they said it would be perfect to place on the table with the guest book. When I arrived I was devastated to see what was delivered. The size was around 12 x 10. There were purple flowers that looked more like weeds in the back, along with 2 white roses that appeared to be rescued from the trash. There were other white flowers but not even close to being fresh. I have never been so embarrassed in my 68 years. What a mistake I made and at a time when flowers mean so much.

I ordered something that was supposed to be delivered three days later. They contacted me the day of and said they couldn't deliver it. That I either had to cancel or have it delivered the next day. I choose the next day. The next day I got a confirmation that it would be delivered that day. At 2:30PM I received an e-mail saying they couldn't fulfill the order, and it was cancelled. Now I'm scrambling to send something FROM ANOTHER COMPANY that will end up being four days late.

My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend on Valentine's Day. He never received any communication from Teleflora about order confirmation, delivery times, etc. I had to go online and chat with someone to get any information. The flowers were finally delivered at 11:00pm and they weren't even the right flowers! I ended up getting a refund but still - please don't ever order from this company. Placed an order for my wife to celebrate Valentine's Day. The item I ordered had a beautiful picture on the website, what she received looked like something you pickup at the front door at Walmart. The difference is Walmart charges like $25; Teleflora charged me $135.59 all in. See the pictures below to see the difference in what they "sell you" vs. what they "deliver you". I didn't mind the price, but seeing the arrangement when my wife brought it home was embarrassing. I called them and they kept trying to have me get flowers delivered at a later date which is completely useless. I had to fight for them to give me a refund and had to go scrounge up flowers last minute. I ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentine's Day and was so angry when they arrived that I needed to sit right down to write this review. I paid $139.00 for a premium package of tulips that were supposed to have an average of 30 buds in the vase. They were just delivered and they are half dead and only 12 buds. Not to mention the cheap bow that was on the vase.
I contacted the company immediately and spoke to "Darie" who could only say that they were sorry and offered me a 30%discount on the order and 30%discount on any future order (as if I would ever order from them again). What a smack in the face! I asked them to contact the local florist who fulfilled the order and have them return to pick them up and to refund my money. I was then told that if I wanted more than 30% off that I needed to contact her supervisor. She provided me with the phone number of 1-800-720-9406. What a joke, like I was really going to get a supervisor. Then when I told her that I would be writing this review and putting her name in it, she said that she would give me a full refund. I am not holding my breath but, I will give it some time. If and when I get my money back, I will update this review.

I ordered a fruit basket with a plant for my elderly coworker (male) after he had surgery. To my complete surprise, with no communication whatsoever, he received a floral arrangement. A cheap glass vase, with a cheap variety of flowers. I was a florist before- daisy mums and carnations are quite inexpensive. It was pink, purple, and yellow, with a huge yellow bow that looked like an Easter arrangement. I paid 85.00. He is old fashioned- I would have NEVER sent him flowers. If I got an email or phone call about the substitute, I would have cancelled the order. To please a customer, one could have run to the store and bought some fruit. Customer satisfaction is obviously not important. I emailed my complaint, and no reply. I will never use this company again.

The flowers were pretty, however the roses were almost fully opened, the pitcher that was ordered ended up being a very cheap tall, chalky white vase. I would not have known the flowers had arrived if my dog hadn’t started barking. The arrangements was just left at the front door on the doorstep. It was rather warm outside too. I called Flowers N Fancy, which was the florist that fulfilled the order. I was told that she would talk to the delivery person. When asked about the ugly vase, her response was it said that she had the right to use something similar to what was ordered. She didn’t have anything like a pitcher. What was sent was no way similar to the Bee Pitcher or any kind of pitcher. This is no way to get business especially when told by the person at the florist too bad the order is completed. Not even an apology for how the flowers were delivered. If this arrangement was being sent to someone, I would be extremely embarrassed.

He and nurses looked everywhere, no flowers. Cancelled with Teleflora. Called yesterday, 1/14/15 for delivery to home today 1/15/25 as she went home yesterday. Email this morning to be delivered today. Fortunately I opened email, said order cancelled. They wouldn't deliver 10 miles away. Called a florist direct, beautiful arrangement made and ready in 2 hours, friends in town picked up and delivered. I WILL NEVER USE TELEFLORA AGAIN!! I placed an order for a funeral, 30 minutes later I received an email letting me know the arrangement I requested was not available. I searched the the available arrangements, called and spoke with a representative to reorder as per their request. The afternoon of the funeral I received an email saying my order was NOT delivered. Customer service claimed the driver had an issue, then they claimed they called the day prior to let me know they could not find a florist that was open to take the order (no missed calls on my phone, no VM). We received two beautiful arrangements on December 24, 2024 from two different florists in Mission Viejo California. Neither one of them included a card stating who had sent them. I called each of the florists and they said that the order was placed through Teleflora and they should have included a card with someone’s name and neither one of them got a name. I contacted Teleflora about both orders and they would not give me any information they would not tell me who had ordered them. I will never use that company and I hope other people read this and realize what’s going on. They’re making money from these florists, but then the florist gets a bad name for not including all information in the order. It is the worst company I have ever encountered speaking to their hired employees did not help anything. I would like to thank the senders, but I am unable to.

I ordered flowers for my family in Florida through Teleflora, trusting their service to deliver a heartfelt gesture on time. What I received instead was an infuriating experience marked by incompetence, lack of accountability, and what feels like outright dishonesty. The flowers were supposedly delivered by Unique Flowers and Wedding (located at 1714 W Flagler Street, Miami), but my family never received them. I’ve made countless attempts to contact both Teleflora and this third-party florist to resolve the issue, but the responses—or lack thereof—have been appalling. Despite providing my confirmation number, email, and phone number, Teleflora claims they do not have my order. As for Unique Flowers, they have ignored every call and email I’ve sent, leaving me completely in the dark.
This entire experience has been beyond disappointing; it feels like a scam. Teleflora’s failure to manage their third-party florists and provide basic customer service is unacceptable, and Unique Flowers’ lack of response shows a complete disregard for professionalism and customer satisfaction. To anyone considering using Teleflora or Unique Flowers: Don’t. Trust is critical in these services, and neither company has shown they deserve it. I regret ever choosing them and urge others to avoid this nightmare.

Received an email at 6:20 pm Arizona time saying that they were not able to deliver My Mom's flowers today and they gave me the Option of December 26, 27, 28, 29 or anytime after that.... We ordered a christmas arrangement for ourselves. It was delivered on time, but looked nothing like the photo-- supposed to be all red carnations but got mostly white mums and a few red carnations. The delivering florist acknowledged the difference and said to call Teleflora. They offered a discount and reordered from another florist. Surprise--nearly identical wrong flowers. After, contacting that florist, they said they could substitute if needed, but they had the red carnations--they could not explain that (the mums are a cheaper flower). The scam for Teleflora florists is they think the recipient is not the same as the sender and will not complain as they don't know what was ordered. The florist was surprised we had ordered it for ourselves and was caught red-faced. Teleflora gave us a full refund.

I wish I could rate less than one star. The first time I used Teleflora was for my brother's memorial spray. It showed up late, the greenery was dead, was much smaller than pictured and was just plain unattractive. It only looked vaguely like what I had ordered. I just tried teleflora again. I ordered my sister-in-law a nice Christmas centerpiece. What was delivered didn't even remotely resemble what was ordered. Not only is it greatly disappointing, and a lot of expense, but also very embarrassing that she received something so completely unacceptable. I requested a full refund. I usually do not write reviews but I feel very strongly that others need to be warned.

I placed an order for an expensive centerpiece for Christmas. I placed it on 12/6 to be delivered on 12/16. I got a email on 12/14 that they couldn’t fulfill the order and I would need to wait 10 business days for a refund. I have waited & called repeatedly and still no refund! When I call they are all reading from a script even their supervisors! You won’t get an apology and you’re lucky you get your refund. They are following fraudulent practices that are against the law by not refunding the money. I’m now faced with opening a fraud case to get my refund for an order that they couldn’t fulfill. I would give zero stars if I could. I have spent more than 4 hours on the phone with them over the last week trying to get a resolution to an order that was never delivered. They promised 4 times to redeliver (which I had to fight for) and each time it didn't happen with no communication - they would just cancel the order. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Teleflora. I ordered flowers to arrive on 12/14 for an important occasion, but they never showed up. After confirming via email that the delivery would happen on 12/15, the date was pushed back again to 12/16, and now they’re saying they won’t deliver until 12/17! Ordered flowers for spouse birthday on Wednesday evening for Thursday delivery. Thursday got a call saying flower shop can't deliver and doesn't answer their phone. On Thursday Teleflora sent to order to another shop for delivery. Then called to say the new flower shop couldn't deliver on Thursday so set it for Friday delivery. Friday Teleflora called to say they were unable to deliver on Friday because one day ahead of time is not enough time. Chose a different shop for delivery on Saturday. Teleflora called on Saturday and said the shop can't deliver on Saturday. I told Teleflora to cancel my order. Absolutely the worst flower ordering experience I've ever had, and I've been ordering flowers for decades. STAY AWAY.

12/05/24. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Teleflora (ORDER NUMBER: **). I ordered flowers for next-day delivery, but from the start, the service was a complete failure. First, I was told the delivery couldn’t be completed because the address couldn’t be found. When I asked if the recipient had been contacted, as I specifically requested, I was informed that information wasn’t even included in the delivery details. After some back and forth, I was promised delivery the next day, but that never happened. I called again and was told the flowers would arrive on Monday, well past the original delivery date. When I expressed my frustration, I was then told delivery would occur two days later, turning what was supposed to be a "next-day delivery" into a week-long wait. This is completely unacceptable.
While I was offered a refund and an apology, the delay completely undermined the purpose of sending the flowers on a specific date. The lack of communication, transparency, and repeated broken promises show that Teleflora does not stand behind its advertised service. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Teleflora. I would not recommend this company to anyone. What should have been a simple and timely delivery turned into a total mess.
Update 12/11/24: The flowers were never delivered, despite repeated promises from Teleflora's customer service. Every time I called, I was reassured that the flowers would be delivered, but they never were. I called multiple times, each time receiving the same empty promises. After days of waiting, they finally told me they couldn’t deliver the flowers at all. Teleflora broke their promises over and over, leaving me without the product I paid for. This company is dishonest and unreliable. I will never trust them again, and I strongly advise others to avoid using Teleflora.

First time ordering through Teleflora. I should have visited this page beforehand. I purchased a small succulent arrangement as shown in the picture below which was specified to measure 10.5"L by 9"H. My daughter received a 6"L by 3"H arrangement in a fake log instead of a bamboo box. We got less than 20% of the overall size displayed (6×3)÷(10.5×9)=19.4%.
I called customer service. And they did give me a 30% refund. But the overall impression of Teleflora is that it is a fraud. What's concerning to me is that the local florist they used is a reputable company. While they do have a substitution statement on their website, the size should at least be copied accurately. The service fee added on to the order is ridiculous, though a portion of the service fee was refunded. I should have asked for 75% refund rather than just 30%, as I didn't know the height was only 3" until after the request. Lesson learned...in the end, it's better to deal direct with a local florist.

I ordered a Christmas wreath to be delivered. While the delivery was on time, the wreath was not at all up to par of what I ordered. I ordered a PREMIUM rustic holiday wreath. See photos for what was delivered versus what is on the website. I understand that substitutions may be made, but this had parts missing entirely -- the leaves, the red berries, the pinecones, the birds. Disappointing and embarrassing -- especially when given as a gift. Will not use Teleflora again. I have reached out to them but have not yet heard back.

At noon yesterday, I ordered flowers and had same-day delivery as an option, so I chose it. This morning at 6:50, I received a text saying there was a problem with the order and to reply yes if I wanted to learn more. Did they reply in a text, noooo. They sent an email, and I had to pick another day, and today was an option, which I chose. We will see if they deliver (literally and figuratively). They already had the location of the delivery, so the computer program should not have given same-day as an option, if the local florist was too busy? Why did it take almost 13 hours for them to contact me to resolve the issue? Why do I think they would have happily kept my money and never delivered the flowers?

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. And said florist closed on Saturday and promised they would be delivered the following Monday. Well they canceled my order all together and said they are at their teleflorist limit on orders. It was her 75th. And your company dropped the ball. Said I would receive a refund. Do not use this company if you don't want to be disappointed. Their customer service could care less. My family of 10 siblings and their families will never order from this company again.

Very bad experience. Ordered a Thanksgiving table centerpiece with candles two full weeks in advance for delivery 11-27. What was delivered was nothing remotely like what I ordered: tiny tin bucket with a few sad flowers, no candles, not a centerpiece, just useless.

I ordered same-day delivery flowers for my friend's birthday the next day. I had a very strict budget and the website showed my total to be a few dollars over what I had planned. I was okay with that until I checked my bank statement the day of the delivery only to see they charged me a little over $25 what I expected to pay. I called customer service to figure out why I was overcharged only for them to tell me that they are a US-based company so the subtotal I saw on the website was in USD (I live in Canada and made the order to a friend in Canada). There is nowhere on the site that indicates the prices are in USD and it is extremely misleading not to make it clear what currency customers are paying in. I never would have made a purchase if I knew the price would be way beyond my plan. On top of everything, when the flowers arrived at my friend's house they did not look as fresh as I thought they should either.

I ordered birthday flowers and my credit card was charged immediately. The recipient never got the bouquet. I never got any information of non-delivery. I only found out it wasn’t delivered when I talked to the recipient and followed up by calling customer service. They claimed they tried contacting me about not having any florist in the area after the delivery date. This is inaccurate and unacceptable. They should have never taken money before knowing if they could make the delivery. Worldwide delivery is clearly false advertising and I will never order from them again. I am only giving 2 stars because we were able to get a 75% refund. My husband and I made a last minute order for a spray called “Lavender Reflections”. The viewing was the next day but on the website they were advertising same day & next day deliveries so we weren’t too worried. To be safe we also paid an extra $15 for the arrangement to be delivered to our home before 1 pm. Were we wrong! Not only was the arrangement delivered two hours late, it definitely did not look how we were expecting. We understood that the arrangement would not have looked exactly like what was posted online but the arrangement was clearly rushed, lots of “bald spots”, a lot less flowers & was way smaller than what was posted online. The spray was supposed to measure 29.5 inches wide but when received, it only measured 19 inches. What we ordered was a standing spray which would’ve included an easel but that was not delivered with the flowers.
I immediately contacted customer service and initially, they only offered a partial refund of $53 (I paid $178). I expressed how upset I was with the amount because the spray was almost $200 and they eventually told me that the most they were able to refund was 75%. Since they still delivered a (crappy) arrangement, I settled with it. I’ve heard good things about this company and know that some funeral homes use their services so it was very disappointing when we received our order. Not sure if we would use their services again.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement and even paid for premium, unfortunately what they sent was totally different from what I ordered!! They received cheap looking arrangement!!! It’s so embarrassing! Updated on 11/20/2024: After Teleflora failed to deliver the ordered birthday bouquet, they falsified the order record and started to lie, claiming that they delivered the order! Quote: "I was able to review the order, and as per checking, the florist was able to deliver the arrangement to the address on file." (Jovito I.). After multiple requests and providing proof of their late delivery to the wrong address and non-delivery to the correct one, they reluctantly issued a refund. They did not even apologize!
Original Review: We ordered Teleflora's Shimmering Oasis Bouquet (Premium) with the birthday greeting and paid about $100 for it to be delivered to the address of our relatives in Carle Place, NY, before 1 p.m., (we paid their extra charge for that, $15), on 11/18. The result is absolutely shocking: Teleflora was so stupid, lazy, and late to deliver the order to the wrong address as late as at about 5 p.m. and... asked us to correct their fault: "We had a delivery of flowers for you going to **, and it's just come to my attention that I actually delivered them to. **, not **, I believe I saw **, thought the numbers were ascending and, and I went backwards, so that's my fault for not double checking, but um they are at house **. If you could just let me know if it's possible for you guys to go to your neighbors at ** and get the flowers."
Teleflora failed:1) to deliver the order,
2) to deliver the order on time, even for the extra charge;
3) they failed to correct their mistake; and
4) they even to return the money paid, not to mention the bad impact on the birthday celebration!
The conclusion: Teleflora = Overpriced, Irresponsible Fraudulent Service, and the Total Waste of Your Money. Also, their impudence goes over the limit. We filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

Ordered for my wife for our anniversary. Anniversary was 11/10. Selected 11/09 as delivery date. Nothing arrived the 9th. Nothing the 10th. Contacted them and a $33.29 credit issued. Purchase price was $110.96. Bouquet arrived today, 11/13. Not even remotely close to what I ordered. I realize substitutions may be made, but this is totally not what I ordered. Bait and switch. It’s tiny too. I ordered the premium bouquet. One red rose in what came versus numerous white roses that should've come. Very disappointed. Would not recommend whatsoever. Horrible!

Stay away from their "service". My employer offered to send flowers to my sister at her funeral service and the order was made a week in advance. Nothing showed up and no notice was sent to anyone. Then when my employer followed up they offered to send the flowers to my house the day after the funeral! Horrible experience and I'm not the only one. I checked another site (Trustpilot) to see other reviews, 91% gave them 1 star. It is not ordering takeout food. All orders are for special and important occasions that no one wants any bad surprise. I guess they really should not be in business as they are totally unreliable. I'm glad my employer was able to cancel the order.

I placed an order and completed payment, only to have them send an order cancellation email after the delivery date/time. It took days for the refund to be processed. I did not create an account at the time of the order, but they had my email and sent me advertising. I can't unsubscribe, and there are no responses to my requests to stop soliciting me. Cost of my order was $166.98 Canadian $ and confirmed by email. When my credit card statement arrived it showed that this price was switched to US $ and my new cost was $238.72. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic with online suppliers and it is illegal. If you are resident in Canada and ordering for delivery in Canada, look for the Canadian flower delivery services and avoid Teleflora. Cannot recommend!

I placed an order more than a day in advance to recognize an individual's one year sober anniversary. They have very little family support so I wanted to ensure they knew someone was thinking of them. I received an email the morning of the requested delivery date confirming the delivery would be sent. A few hours later an email was sent stating they were unable to fulfill the order "through their network of florists" so it was cancelled and my money was being refunded. It is their job to ensure a delivery is made even if they have to reach outside of their network. There's nothing I can do the day of to ensure this individual's special day is recognized. I will never use this company again. I hope that others utilize other options to avoid letting their loved ones down.

HORRIBLE customer service. Paid $100 for chocolate covered strawberries. Was never provided with a tracking number via UPS. So, I am unable to track this order to find out when it will be delivered. This is an order that is perishable and due to it being delivered to a PO Box, I need to know exactly when it’s delivered so that I am able to pick it up. When I called Teleflora to find out what the tracking code is, they flat out refused to remedy the issue at hand. They did not provide me with a tracking order, blamed me for not seeing it in my emails (I never received an email with a tracking number), etc. I just got ripped off for $100 chocolate covered strawberries that will likely be melted and spoiled by the time I get my hands on them. Pathetic. I’ll be reporting Teleflora to the Better Business Bureau. Unacceptable and absolutely not worth $100. Take your money elsewhere.

How do I leave no stars? What a piece of crap company! My wife and daughter in Orlando for a birthday trip, which I could not attend due to work. So I order flowers to their hotel. Website clearly stated delivery available. So I happily order and wait and wait and wait and nothing! So I finally get on site to check status. Says it’s out for delivery. But spoke with customer service and they're like, "Oh no we can’t deliver today. We are closed. Will deliver them the next day." Well they are checking out of hotel early morning and is not an option. So this wonderful company ruined wife’s birthday surprise for us. Representative I spoke with not apologetic. Just asked, "How would you to resolve it." Highly recommend using any other of the 100s of florist out there for your next order.

I ordered these flowers & asked them to be delivered a day before the services since the services were on a Saturday and at 9:30 am. I received an email of their arrival and they are as I ordered. Since I was unable to attend, someone sent me a pic of the flowers and I am very pleased. Great job! Funeral flowers are expensive but they were even more expensive if I were to have ordered them directly from the funeral home. Go figure.

I ordered flowers 15 days ago for my friend's birthday. They were not delivered yesterday as I ordered. I texted Teleflora today, they had no clue why and said they called the shop, no answer, which does not surprise me since it is 6 in the morning there. They are refunding my money, and as a bonus, gave me a whopping 30% off my next order. As if I would order from them again. Now I have no gift for my friend who lives clear across the country. Stay away from this place and call a florist directly in the town where you want flowers sent. That is what I should have done in the first place. No stars and you have lost my business forever.

I placed an order for anniversary flowers to be sent to my wife's work and placed the order online with Teleflora and paid for it online as well. The order was to be delivered the next day and for an extra $15. They stated it could be delivered by 1 PM to the business. When the flowers had not been delivered by 3 PM I called customer service and was told that business deliveries can only be done by 5 PM. I then requested the $15 early delivery fee be refunded, which it was, or is pending refund. As it turns out, the flowers were never delivered, though I did get a delivery confirmation??? Now, a day later, still no delivery, still no refund but they say this refund could take 10 days. Very disappointing!

The worst experience ever. I ordered two flower arrangements for my cousin’s funeral, paid for them, and received confirmation that they would be delivered by 11:00 AM the next day. Just an hour before the scheduled delivery, I received a call saying they couldn’t fulfill the order as promised. They offered to deliver a smaller arrangement instead. With no other choice, I agreed.
Then, they called again to say the delivery would be delayed until 1:00 PM. I reiterated that they should just deliver as soon as possible. Another call followed, where they apologized and promised to deliver ASAP. It has now been two days since the funeral, and the flowers have still not been delivered. This is completely unacceptable. What a scam of a company—truly the worst! I will never recommend your service to anyone.

I am very disappointed the way they handle my order which end it up cancelled. When it comes to delivering flowers for deceased people at funeral homes I cannot believe the process. I ordered Sunday, for flowers to be deliver on Monday at a Funeral Home. Mid-day Monday, I get a text from the company that, they cannot delivered because the contact florist is away until the 12th of the month. We are talking about a deceased member that is going to be buried on the 8th. I had to cancelled the order and unable to proceed with another florist because time frame was too short. Very dissatisfied and frustrated. Never got to send flowers to my friend's mom.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter who works at a school. Her husband was out of town on her birthday, and I wanted to be sure she got special attention that day. I choose a beautiful bouquet, mostly for the pretty mosaic vase, and paid $15 extra for delivery before 12:00, since she works at a school and I wasn't sure when she would go home. I didn't hear from her until the next morning, when she arrived to work and found the flowers which had been delivered after 3:30 on her birthday!! I was so upset. Then she sent me a picture of the flowers, which were nice enough but not the same bouquet, and they were in a dollar-store glass vase, not the mosaic vase promised on the site! I had spent a lot of time searching for the perfect bouquet on the site, and I wanted that particular vase for her. I was so, so angry, and I still am.
I was able to speak with a live person on the phone, but all I got back was the $15 extra I paid for early delivery. The agent also promised to take 30% off the price I had paid, but I have not seen any evidence of that. Since nothing was the same as I ordered, and it was not delivered in time for my daughter's special day, the company should have refunded my entire order. I will definitely not be ordering from Teleflora ever again!

Horrible service. I ordered flowers to be delivered Sunday to a couple who just got married. I requested an update Sunday… nothing! Then Monday early afternoon I called the customer service number. The agent informed me that the selected florist FORGOT to reject the order therefore nothing had been sent! After refunding some money, she then forwarded the order to another florist in the recipient's area. Hours later, I am still waiting for the flowers to be delivered! Not only did they spoil the surprise but the flowers are LATE! Shame on me. I had issues with them years ago after they delivered a recipient's flowers to ME! After years of not using them, I decided to give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN!

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered several days in advance and paid for Sunday delivery for a funeral. The morning of they call and cancel. They asked if we could just schedule a different day. They are funeral flowers, NO, the funeral doesn’t change days because you can’t honor your commitment. Canceling last minute and on a Sunday where I had no other options is horrible. They accept orders knowing they can only fill a fraction of them, then refund your money on all the ones that don't make it. Don't use them if you care about the flowers actually being delivered. Also the actual price will be double the initial price after all the fees and charges.

I order the flower on 09/21/2024 for funeral to be deliver at funeral home. They called order can't deliver until Monday. I called them to make sure deliver by Monday at 10am. -11.. The service is at 12noon. The flower was not deliver at all. Too much for sending me email, if I haven't check the order I probably assumed it was deliver. Terrible service. I ordered a Bon Vivant Gourmet Basket and I received ugly basket with peanut butter and crackers.... That was a gift for my school principal, now we are ashamed.... We ordered for Tuesday, and received just on Friday. I was calling the company every day. Customer service had a different excuse every day. Friday morning I canceled a reservation, but they delivered a basket after 3 pm. I am providing two pictures, what I ordered and what I get.

I recently placed an important order for flowers intended for a colleague's last day at the office. Understanding the significance of the occasion, I paid extra for early delivery and emphasized its importance in the accompanying note. Unfortunately, the flowers were never delivered, and I only found out when I checked in with the recipient. The following day, I reached out to customer service for clarification. To my dismay, they had no answers. After providing the recipient's home address, I was reassured that the flowers would arrive either that day or the next.
As of now, it’s Monday, and the flowers still have not been delivered. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I spoke with a supervisor, who was less than friendly and did not provide any meaningful assistance. While I appreciate the offer of a $36 refund, I find it insufficient considering the circumstances. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience and, regrettably, will not be using this service again. I hope improvements can be made for future customers.

I order a birthday gift to send to my husband's job. I paid extra to have it delivered before a specific time. I also left specific instructions on where to leave the gift. I was tracking it all day, it was hours past the time I wanted it delivered then I received a confirmation email saying it was delivered but it was never delivered. This company is trash then I asked for a full refund and they said they had to send it to the cancellation dept to decide what to do... what the hell. I will never order from them ever again.

This was for my dying mother that loves hummingbirds and roses. What I received was a bunch of weeds in a junkyard vase. Paid for a premium package and have no idea what I received. Order a very expensive floral arrangement for a small home wedding which Teleflora had come in a very pretty mercury vase. Received the arrangement in a two tone glass vase that personal l thought was not attractive at all. I also paid for the largest size arrangement but it appeared smallish compared to the pictures. According to the florist who made the arrangement Teleflora okayed the substituting of a different vase and they use exactly the amounts of flowers Teleflora allowed. I understand flowers not in season but a vase? Also this wasn’t last minute order. Teleflora had time to find another florist that had the correct vase. I am sure the vase l received isn’t equal in price to the mercury vase. Also vase slightly taller which changed the look of the arrangement.

Teleflora is incompetent and uncaring about customers. They did not deliver the flowers which we already paid for to a FUNERAL, not Valentine’s Day, not a Birthday, a Funeral. Don’t use them!!! I ordered flowers for a family member’s passing. I am on the other side of the country and could not attend. My order was $100. My sister sent me a picture of the flowers at the wake and I almost vomited when I saw them!!! Horrible!!! There are only 2 roses and the edges are already dying!!! The rest are cheap filler flowers. It’s $30 worth of flowers at best! I was mortified to have my name on those. I have ordered many flowers for funerals before and this is the worst thing I have ever seen!!! The company would only give me 30% back, but I asked them why I should pay for horrible dead flowers that were sent to a funeral, and then they gave me 50% back. They should have given me 100% back so I could then donate it to the deceased charity. Horrible company. The internet is full of this same thing happening to others. I wish I had looked them up before using them. I will be calling the funeral home to advise them to find another florist to link to their website.

Completely lied and sent email that flowers were delivered. Five large funeral arrangements were not delivered even though everyone got confirmation that the flowers were delivered. We were assured they would be the next day for the funeral and then after being on the phone for 20 minutes and talking to a supervisor they admitted that the florist could not fill the order. This after receiving a second confirmation that the flowers had been delivered.

I got a note from Teleflora this morning telling me the flowers would be delivered. Some hours later I guess, they sent an email canceling the order, and so far, only a partial refund... I'm still short $35 according to the email. I will investigate that. Anyway, lesson learned: never use this company for anything that matters. I know I will never use them again for anything.

If you plan on buying "plant a memorial tree" for a deceased friend/relative, don't. A great idea for a living memorial but...I purchased 20 trees for my friend's deceased wife and on the day of the funeral service I discovered that the only person notified of the "memorial trees" is the purchaser (me). It's not like you bought flowers with a card attached (that's funny because I filled out a section as if it was a card that goes with flowers). That means I am responsible for notifying my friend of the loving gesture...how tacky is that!
Four calls to customer service to cancel/refund my purchase. The first one told me someone from the funeral home would be notified (not), the other 3 sounded like a broken record, no refund, no cancellation, period. I don't understand why. The purchased memorial trees still need to be planted and nothing was ever received from Teleflora. I ordered an arrangement online for a friend that had lost her father. When I saw the arrangement at the funeral it was not what I ordered. It was supposed to have a angel but instead they replaced the angel with a cross. That is not what I wanted!!. I ordered the premium size but the arrangement was so small for the money I paid for it. This is a HORRIBLE company. I spent a lot of my valuable time deciding on 2 separate Sympathy arrangements. They charged my credit card and sent me e-mail confirmations that the arrangement would be delivered the next day. But, the next day I received e-mails stating the orders were cancelled and I would be refunded. I called and was told that there were NO florists in the area and, therefore, the order could not be filled. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I also had corresponded the day I purchased the arrangement and the agent was completely incompetent and had no clue how to communicate!

I went online and ordered a spray for my dear cousin's funeral in Puerto Rico. I stated the delivery date and funeral address which was accepted. They did not arrive so I called Teleflora. They told me they deem Puerto Rico to be International so the delivery would take another 2 additional days. Yet in their list of International countries Puerto Rico does not appear. Puerto Rico is a commonwealth of the USA-not an international country. They had all my information yet never contacted me to let me know. I felt flowers was the least I could do since I could not travel to the funeral. Teleflora is incompetent and inept. It doesn't take people's emotions or feelings into consideration. My cousin is gone and I will never be able to honor her again.

I order flowers for Mother's Day and wanted them delivered on the Holiday (a week in advance). Teleflora sent me a message asking if I could be more flexible and push my delivery date to the day before. Only for them to reach out to me saying they would not be able to deliver them AT ALL, and would have to refund my money. Which meant my Mother got no flowers for Mother's Day. Whatever you do, DO NOT use Teleflora!!!

I called at 9am sharp for same day delivery flowers for 2pm. It was for a friend's funeral that I wouldn’t be able to make it to. I check my email around 2:15 pm to make sure it was delivered when at 2:10pm I received a message saying my order was cancelled. This is absolutely terrible. There was 5 hours in between that time to tell me it was canceled or if there was a problem with it so I could handle it or find another flower shop. They made no attempt to notify me before 2pm which is the start of the funeral. If I pay for you to provide a service and you can’t adhere to the time of it, customers need to be notified before the time of delivery. Not a trustworthy company and will never be ordering from here again!!!!

This company is TERRIBLE. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom post surgery. While the site said same day delivery was available, it was not. However, it was available the following day. Fine. They were a bit more expensive than the competition, but they were faster. I made the order. The day of scheduled delivery, I got an email that service was not available. So I called them and they apologized, set up delivery for another day out, and after I asked, gave me a 25% discount. Then... guess what? They canceled my order via email. I didn't even find out they had canceled until the day after the flowers were supposed to be delivered. Highly dishonest, and a HUGE disappointment. Order from ANYWHERE ELSE - this company is terrible.

I used Teleflora for 2 different deliveries! I absolutely LOVE the fact that I could order the arrangements the day before and they were arranged and delivered by local florists in a timely fashion! I also LOVE the fact that I was able to use my Fingerhut Fetti account to pay for them! I wasn't sure if the recipients would be home and since they were both surprised AND in different states if they would leave them on the doorstep or if they would send them back; so I absolutely LOVED that they left them on the doorstep! Both arrangements were beautiful and the choices of things they can do is amazing! I WILL be using Teleflora and Fingerhut Fetti again!

I will NEVER EVER order from Teleflora again!!! I ordered flowers for a dear friend to be delivered to the funeral home only to text me the day after to let me know that they were never delivered! They had the times, address, names, times of service to the deceased. Make sure that if you want flowers for your loved one at a funeral to call the funeral home and ask them who the best place to use. Don’t go through these people or you could have the same happen to you. I wouldn’t have even given them a one star because they did absolutely nothing to make it right!!!

This service screwed me over twice, once Mother's Day 2024 and on June 26 2024 My arrangement for my mother inlaw's Birthday was never delivered. Plus I paid the $15 fee for delivery before 1pm and they did not even honor that and so I canceled the order. Now I have to wait 2-10 business Days to get my $114.00 dollars back. We had placed an order from Teleflora for funeral services and were guaranteed delivery. However, I was shocked when I got to the funeral home and realized no flowers had arrived. I quickly called Teleflora and the representative told me no local florist could fulfill my order. I was devastated and fuming at this point. Teleflora never contacted me to tell me the order was not going to be delivered and left us powerless on such a sensitive day. Please don't order from these terrible people that don't know how to professionally run a business, especially when it involves sensitive occasions such as funeral services.

I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to a business on a Friday. As of 4:55pm that day, the flowers were not delivered. I called customer service, which says they have a window between 11a-5p. They called the florist, who did not respond. I demanded that the flowers be delivered on Monday. The supervisor assured me that the flowers would be hand-delivered to a person on Monday. This was not the case. They were left outside the business on Monday, and someone happened to see them. I ordered flowers from the website to send to my friend and her mom in Germany and well there’s sometimes limitations to what flowers are due to the season etc for the amount of money I was charged. It’s nowhere close to what the pictures looks like when you pay for a dozen or more roses and it’s four roses and some local flowers. It’s definitely not worth it. I would recommend seeking out more localized Flower shop to where you want to send flowers. I know for me I won’t use them again. I spent $150 for flowers that I could’ve bought from the local grocery store for 30 bucks.

Needed to send my wife flowers on our anniversary day. I was at work and wanted to surprise her. I googled this site and it says same day delivery. I ordered at 9:30 am. I left work around 4:30p and the flowers were still not there. I spoke to someone and she told me they can’t control when deliveries are made. I think for the outrageously uncharged they do on flowers, the least they can do is make a commitment to deliver within 2 or 3 hours.

I will NEVER do business with Teleflora again. This is the second time I have tried to order flowers for a funeral and they have not been able to deliver either time. With regards to the order#** dated 6/11/2024: I placed an order & provided the exact address of the Funeral home in the Fort Worth, TX area. The website specifically states that orders placed by 2:00pm will be delivered same day. I placed my order shortly before 2pm in the same time zone, I also listed what time the funeral was scheduled for the next morning (10am) and that flowers were to be delivered before funeral service. Thinking as long as they arrive before service I am happy.
Today (6/12/2024) at 11:30am we received a call and the caller was unable to communicate clearly in English, all we could make of the call was "Teleflora", so they were ask to call back. Approximately 1 hour later another call, still extremely difficult to understand, but what we could get was "they could not deliver prior to funeral service - Can they deliver to the home?" I refused, so they did state they would refund.
This was a single day to deliver the order, but past experience has taught me they cannot and will not deliver no matter how much advance notice they have. My previous experience in the Tulsa OK area, they had a full week to deliver to a funeral home. After 3 attempts to reschedule the delivery date, all because they could not deliver on specific days, and then when they missed the funeral all together they wanted to again deliver to the home. No one who is grieving the loss of a loved one, wants flowers delivered to the home. Again they had to refund.

We were unable to attend my uncle's funeral due to distance; used Teleflora to send to funeral sprays. The Teleflora customer service was excellent with follow through to confirm they would be delivered on time. My aunt just sent pictures of all flowers sent to the chapel for the funeral services, and we were very disappointed in both the quality and arrangement of both sprays. They will ruin a Birthday surprise and don't care. The flowers, balloon, and chocolates I ordered to be delivered to my best friend on her birthday were not delivered. I don't care that they were sent to the wrong address. They would not resend the flowers either "That's not our policy." They offered a refund and then asked me to rate their service. Honey, a refund will NOT make up for you ruining the birthday surprise. A refund is REQUIRED and is not good customer service. We must stop congratulating companies for not doing what they're paid to do. Do not bother with them, find a local florist and call them directly instead.

The bouquet promised "pink roses, ivory alstroemeria, miniature pink carnations, pink sinuata statice, dusty miller, and lemon leaf with a large green echeveria succulent". The photo showed five roses at the minimum. The bouquet that was delivered contained exactly 2 pink roses, pink alstroemeria, 2 miniature pink carnations, a large green chrysanthemum, and basic greens - no succulents, no statice, no dusty miller, no lemon leaf. The bouquet was also 2/3 the size it showed in the photo. Teleflora offered a 50% refund and a discount on a future purchase, which I told them they can keep, as there won't be any future purchases through them. Total rip-off!

I ordered a casket spray on Tuesday 5/28/24 for a funeral scheduled for that Saturday 6/01/24. The representative took the order and ensured delivery for Saturday morning for freshness. I told him that I preferred that the spray be delivered to the funeral home on Friday since the services were 1hr earlier than originally planned to ease our minds. I took it a step further and called everyday to track the status of delivery and the automated response was "your order is out for delivery or had been delivered."
On Saturday morning I called and spoke to someone. They gave me a misleading message about the automated response being accurate. Less than an hour later I got a call from Teleflora apologizing for their inability to deliver because the flower shops were closed on Saturday. AN HOUR BEFORE THE SERVICES.... HORRIBLE & SAD!!! My recommendation is to just pay the extra money and contact a local florist. DO NOT USE TELEFLORA!

I ordered an arrangement from Teleflora online on Tuesday to be delivered the next day. It was not delivered. I called Wednesday and was told it would be delivered the next day and it was not. Same thing the following day. I called on Saturday and learned the order had been cancelled. They said they could not find a local florist to satisfy my order. They did not notify me about the cancellation. Over this period I spent in excess of three hours calling, being put on hold, responding to their emails, pursuing their web connections. Teleflora is a joke and I will never use them again. In the future I will contact a local florist and conduct my business with them directly. Live and learn.

Big mistake!! Thought I would give them a second chance after they failed to deliver an arrangement a year, or so ago. They did not deliver on the date requested, and when they did deliver, the arrangement was not even close to what I ordered. Fast forward to Mother's Day 2024. Scheduled a delivery for the Friday (05/10/2024) before Mother's Day to avoid the rush and guarantee delivery. As of today (05/17/2024) No delivery confirmation or delivery of "Mother's Day" floral arrangement! Never again!!

I ordered flowers for my mom, the delivery was made to her neighbor's house and she received something completely different than what I ordered on the website. I understand it will similar not exactly the same. I have included pictures. First picture is what I ordered and second and third what she received. I called their customer service and they said, "you will get 30% off, bye!" That was it! I do not recommend this service or company to anyone even if it was free… I will never ever use their services. I hope this will help everyone out there not to make any purchase from Teleflora.

How often does Mother's Day come a year? How long has Mother's Day existed. What is the number one item sent to Mothers on Mother's Day? One would like to believe that considering the above anyone in the flower business are prepared for one of the biggest money making event for their business. As a customer there is a lot of trust involved to believe that what was ordered and paid for in advance would be taken care of. I normally do not go the flower route and try to go outside if the box in showing my soulmate how much I love and adore her for the love she shows me daily. Unfortunately this year I was not behind the eight ball due to health and other issues which found myself ordering flowers, chocolate and a card. It never arrived, this company had the nerve to send me a letter attached to my email stating it was delivered.
I stayed home the entire day waiting for delivery as I was going to present it to her later in the evening. Mistakes are made no one's perfect, but to attempt to cover up a mistake with an elaborate lie is not excusable. Honesty works. Yes I would have been upset at the moment, who wouldn't? But would have gotten past that and at some point would use the business again. But the fact that they tried to cover it up possibly as so they would be off the hook in returning the over one hundred thirty dollars is despicable. If you have no integrity I want nothing to do with you. Yes I was reimbursed, what was I suppose to do with that? Hand the money to my wife? The right thing would have returned the money and maybe a small bouquet of flowers instead of leaving me hanging.

I am extremely disappointed by Teleflora. I place an order for 3 bouquets and the day of delivery (Friday) 1 was delivered and it was beautiful, the second was so subbed of parts it wasn't anything like I ordered and the 3rd I was told they couldn't deliver on their promise of that day. So I got a partial refund for the second subbed one and the 3rd one was rescheduled to deliver the next day (Saturday). At the end of the next day (Sunday) the 3rd bouquet was never delivered and I was never contacted by Teleflora, I had to call and ask where is it.
At that point they offered a refund but the flowers were for Mothers Day and I asked if they could be rescheduled for Monday, which they said yes it could be. Then Monday morning I got an automatic email from Teleflora Operations that my order was cancelled and a full refund would be issued. Once again support didnt reach out. At this point I will not use Teleflora anymore as you can make 3 promises to a customer and break all of them. I would expect a company who takes an order to deliver and not just keep giving false promises. I was a long time customer.

I ordered flowers for my Mom on Mother's Day from Teleflora. What a mistake!! Their website claimed that they were delivered on the Friday before but when I contacted my Mom - they were not. I contacted Teleflora each day until Mother's Day and they kept indicating that the delivery window included 3 days. The day after Mother's Day when they still had not arrived - I contacted Teleflora for a refund. They issued a partial refund of $24.09 on a $80.29 order. When I questioned it they hung up on me. I had a very dissatisfied experience with Teleflora and will not be using their services in the future. I placed an order on May 5th for flowers to arrive a day before Mother's Day (May 11th). I contacted customer service several times to ensure that the followers would arrive on the 11th and I was reassured they would. On the day of the 11th, I got a confirmation that the flowers arrived, and when I called my Mother to verify, she said they never came. However, the flowers were supposed to be signed for, so I was confused.
I contacted customer service, but they could not contact the florist (I called twice), and they do not give out the florist information. How are in business with someone and you can't contact them?. Long story short they issued me a full refund, but I was more concerned with who had the flowers and HOW they dropped it off at the wrong address. I would not recommend this service to anyone, especially if you need flowers for an important occasion. My experience was absolutely horrible.

I’ve ordered flowers from Teleflora before with no issues - flowers arrived fresh and were delivered when promised - granted it wasn’t around Mother’s Day, but it was around Easter. This year I placed an order on Monday afternoon, 5/6/24 for a Mother’s Day plant, to be delivered on Friday 5/10/24. The website never stated that there were possible delays and continued to send me email advertisements throughout the week stating that plants and flowers were still available to be ordered and delivered by Mother’s Day. I checked their site after placing my order to ensure the order had been received; the site showed that the order had been placed and that it was now with the florist and showed my selected delivery date as 5/10/24.
I checked on the morning of 5/10/24, and the “at florist” status hadn’t changed; I checked throughout the day and the status “at florist” remained. I selected the option to track my order online and instead of offering a tracking option a message appeared stating that a link had been sent to my email - after several tries and checking my email repeatedly, there was no email and no online update.
I finally called the customer service number at about 9:00PM on the evening of 5/10/24 and after an extended wait (about 25 minutes) I finally spoke to a representative who stated that he’d place me on hold while he called the florist himself - after about 3 minutes he came back to state that the florist was closed; further he stated he could offer no guarantee or time window, but that now the order “should” arrive by 7:30 PM on 5/11/24; after the call I saw online that the delivery date had been changed to Saturday, 5/11/24. The rep also stated I should receive a confirmation email when the delivery arrived. I was also assured I’d receive a 30% discount on this order as well as a 30% coupon for a future purchase.
I continued to check the site throughout 5/11/24 and since I now knew that the delivery cut off time was 7:30, I called Teleflora again at 5:00PM; again I was placed on hold while the rep stated they were contacting the florist on my behalf; this time the rep stated that he’d reached the florist and that the florist told him that they would send a confirmation email when the delivery had been made but that they were very busy.
The rep told me that hopefully they would be delivered by the cut off time of 7:30 but nothing could be done at this time since we were still within the delivery timeframe. I asked if it were possible that I could go to the florist and pick up my order myself and was informed that reps weren’t allowed to give out this information. The rep stated he’d text me when he had an update - of course that never happened either. Of course I also received no confirmation email by 7:30 so I called back, spoke to another representative, and canceled my order.
This poor service, unaccountably and unreliability is unacceptable and I will never do business with this company and would warn everyone else not to either. High volumes of requests for plants and flowers are to be expected around days such as Mother's Day and this is inexcusable, especially when the order was paced days in advance. This company no longer needs to be in business and I’d warn everyone to learn from my experience and never trust, rely on or utilize Teleflora. If there was a way to give no or negative stars I certainly would, and that rating would still be too high.

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister on Mother’s Day. The flowers were never delivered. I received a delivery confirmation email and it stated “hand delivered”. My sister never received the flowers. I called and the woman I spoke with said she left a message for the delivery driver and that they would reach out to me. No one called or emailed. She said to call back if they were not delivered by 8pm. Guess what? No flowers. Now I’m on hold, they tried to offer me a 30% refund.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Ordered a fruit basket with flowers for Mother’s Day. I ordered 5 days before Mother’s Day. Accepted flexible delivery between may 10th and 12th for a $10 discount. Total I paid $70. On may 11th I got email saying it was delivered. I was out of town so I checked with mom to make sure she got it. It was not delivered. Several emails back and forth with company and was told the local florist didn’t have fruit and we’re just gonna deliver some flowers on the 12th. I told them I wanted my money back and it was too late to order anywhere else. I had to cut my trip short, come home and make the basket myself. They really put me in a bind and almost ruined Mother’s Day completely and they didn’t even inform me. In fact they tried to say it was delivered like I wouldn’t notice.

I did this because we were traveling and I knew I wouldn't have time as the date got closer. On 5/10 at 4:52pm I got an EMAIL telling me they could not fulfill my delivery. Ordered a small plant for delivery for my niece's birthday...They substituted a peace lily (which is poisonous to dogs and cats which she has). I called and was told by a supervisor that they would order the plant from a different florist to be delivered the following day. The next day she received some fresh flowers (the roses were already past their bloom). I called back about the plant, and a supervisor said they were never going to try to resend the plant, they only send a complimentary fresh flower (ha) arrangement as a "sorry for the trouble". They refunded 75% of my order....I kept trying to tell them that I wished that they would let me know they have to substitute, and I'd pick something else - but their picking for me does not work!
If you want to chance running into this problem AND spending a lot of time on hold and being transferred to other numbers to try to resolve, don't use them. If you don't mind substitutions, they were good about delivering something to her! But I DO mind! I told them that I appreciated that they were trying to compensate me for the problems - however, they weren't doing enough to make my niece happy!

Spent just shy of $100 for flowers for my mother for mother's day and got a call from delivery agent asking what time the UPS annex closes. We notified them twice it is 6 pm, and lo and behold they deliver it at 6:45 pm.....at a closed mall UPS annex office... Which is exactly what we told them NOT to do since 1. It's a business 2. It's a public mall where ANYONE will come along and say "Wow, $100 of flowers, during mother's day? How lucky am I" and take them.... of course we call and get bounced from agent to management with lame excuses.
After a full threat to have their ACH ability revoked by filing with proper channels for such scams this company is doing the management finally breaks and issues refund with the demand from us we won't get off the phone till we see a receipt.... So after 2 hours bouncing around on phone and wait times poof, we got the receipt confirmation. Sad world we live in where companies like this can have a 90 percent 1 rating and still be allowed to accept credit cards. Let's work to shut scammers down and help our country get rid of these thieves once and for all!
