Ordered a toy drone (-$100) three weeks before Christmas. At time of order they stated "item was scheduled to be delivered Dec 24th". The item was not delivered as of today the 28th, but they say they printed the shipping label in house and shipped on the 18th. The UPS tracking says it never came into their facility. QVC couldn't have cared less that they were bold face lying. They issued a refund only because I called. They could have called early with a no shipping notice and tried to locate a similar item. I am suspicious that perhaps no one received this order. Never another order to these people. There are other vendors with a integrity.

An order was placed for Christmas 2015 on 12/18 for delivery for 12/23. Item to date has never arrived and I was refunded for item. I received an email that order was delivered on porch on 12/23 and never did, then I receive another email that it is all over the US and Michigan which made no sense since I live in same state as QVC. No one offered to issue a refund and send the gift at no charge or even 50% for that matter. A few years ago, I order something on easy pay of 5 payments over a 5 month period of time. So I get all payments out of my account at once for the same amount 5 times. That screwed up my account and it took 4 days for them to fix. The customer service and quality control has gone way down. I will shop HSN instead. HSN offers so much more in free shipping as well.
The sad part is that QVC has gotten so big that along the way they are oblivious to quality control and customer service. Management needs to reboot and go back to the war room and take this company back and if that means the right employees, then so be it. Quality Control and checks and balances is critical to any business thriving. Word of Mouth and reputation is key.

My wife ordered a Dell Computer package with printer and backpack from QVC about two weeks prior to Christmas. It was selling for $700.00 + Tax. The shipping was supposed to be free. We were promised we would have it in time for Christmas as it was being purchased as a gift. The promised date was December 24th. The 24th came and went and is now the day after Christmas and no computer. We called QVC to find out what happened and was told we had not ordered it or must have been another company???
When we gave the person all of the info no computer showed up as being ordered or shipped. They finally agreed to send one shipped from the Dell factory and would get it around January 8th!!! This is no way to run a business. We have had a prior experience with a coat that never showed up. I would have told them to shove the computer but my wife wanted it shipped even though it ruined Christmas for one of our family members.

Received brand new box with nothing in it. Imagine my dismay when my daughter opened her present on Christmas day, only to have the package it was "supposed" to be in. It was terrible. Will never, ever order from them again.

So my order was canceled, they already took money out of my account, it's been 5 days and still no refund. I called and all I get is rude customer service. They don't care about you. All they care about is over charging for products anyway! I was only willing to go with QVC because they offer payment plans, we'll never again will I!!

On 12/18/15, I ordered an Xbox One bundle for my son for Christmas. On 12/23/15, I received from QVC a 22 piece knife set instead of the Xbox bundle. The manager that I spoke to was rude and showed little empathy for the mistake that was made. I was told by a female manager that "I will refund your money" and have a "good night". When I told my son about this, he cried because this was his Christmas and birthday gift. Thanks QVC for being the "Grinch" that stole Christmas from my son.

I'm new to QVC - I've only ordered one other item. Loved it, so my second item was a gift card to give to a die hard QVC friend for Christmas. I ordered online in the early morning hours on 12/17, and paid over $16 for FedEx Priority Overnight Delivery. By 12/19 I had not received the card, although I had received two emails from QVC confirming the order and there was a charge on my credit card from QVC for the order. In line with instructions on QVC's confirming emails I called customer service when they opened at 8:00 A.M. and was on the phone for a solid hour - transferred to four different people - trying to track my gift card. Nobody could or would help me. I was finally advised that the supervisor was "unavailable", was asked if I would like a call back and I said yes. Never got a call.
I sent an email to QVC customer service and got a response referring me to some other company that handles their gift cards. I'm not interested in talking to another company. I ordered from QVC, received confirmation from QVC and was charged by QVC for the gift card and the additional delivery expense. Despite all that, there was no accountability, no responsibility, just a referral to some unknown company, and cheery message telling me how happy they were to assist me! Still no card - I had to go buy another gift for my friend. Even if I eventually receive the card, I'm out the $16 for the priority delivery. I guess I can be glad this happened early on in my QVC experience. I'm out several dollars, but in the long run I will save several hundred by not dealing with them in the future. Not a reputable company.

I have been a customer with QVC since day one. Although I still order quite frequently, before I decide to order anything from them, I always check online to see if I can get that particular item cheaper elsewhere. This is what I have found...almost all of the cookbooks can be purchased from Amazon, at a much cheaper price. Plus if you are a prime member shipping is free. Today I called QVC in regards to an order that I returned. What I found out is that if you return something because you just didn't like it, you not only have to pay return shipping, but also have to pay for the original s&h. So, it cost me $12 (shipping both ways) and nothing to show for it. Very disappointed...

QVC has been the worst buying experience I have ever had. I ordered a Dooney and Bourke handbag and wallet, I ordered both on easy pay. My order confirmation email has the easy pay amounts on it 59.84 for the handbag and 27.12 for the wallet. This amount was taken out of my checking account as it was supposed to be. I placed the order on Wednesday Dec. 3rd and on the 4th of December. Qvc had charged me the initial amount of the easy pay which was 86.96 for both items as well as 434.43 which was the total of my entire order in full!
I called several times Friday trying to get this fixed due the fact it had overdrawn my account and caused a huge financial stress. The customer service at QVC is horrible. I was told 3 times on Friday I would get this resolved Friday and I would receive a call saying it was resolved. I never received a call. I called back again, got told someone would have to call me which they never did. I called back again Saturday to talk to the very rude customer sales rep named Dolly. She said no one was available to talk to me and she refused to give me a corporate number. I googled the corporate office and called. They were all out so I left a message for a call back. Today is Monday at 454pm. I have not received a call back from anyone and still unable to reach a manager and my account was charged another 299.20 today. So I have paid almost 800 dollars now out of a checking account for something that was on and paid by easy pay already.

I had received a gift from someone through QVC. We did not need/want the item so we called QVC to ask how we can return it. They told us what to do, told us that we would get a QVC for the full price of the credit, and promised that the buyer would not be able to know that we returned. Instead, we got no credit and they stopped the charge from the original purchaser. So now we are short the money from the gift and feel incredibly awkward because we do not know if our friend noticed that the charge was stopped and if they know that we returned the gift. This was a terrible experience. And to top it off, the customer service rep seemed to not understand our frustration at all. Will never ever consider anything again from QVC.

I have had a long and positive relationship with QVC. I have ordered a number of items from them and used their Easy Pay option every time. I've always paid it in full and never had any issues. Well that changed two weeks ago when I ordered a Christmas tree. I should say that I have a home in GA and one in FL and currently use my parents' home address as my "official" billing address since my bank accounts were opened years ago when I was still living at home and I've never changed it. Well on the day I was expecting the tree, I tracked the shipment and saw that the send had "recalled" the shipment.
I called QVC to see what was going on and they told me that there was a debt associated with that address and that my account had been closed until that debt was paid. I come to find out that my mother had not paid off an item she had ordered on Easy Pay. QVC would not tell me the amount but only told me that they would not reopen my account until my mother's debt was paid. When I asked why, I was told that this "is their policy". Again, I asked why and was told that they assume that anyone associated with that address could be ordering for someone who still has a debt and therefore they refuse to allow anyone to order at all. I then said, "Well what if I just change my billing address to where I actually live?" I was told that because my name was now associated with the debt, I would not be able to open an account until my mother's debt was paid.
This REALLY got the lawyer in me riled up. I said "So what you are saying is that because my mother doesn't pay her debts, you are assuming that I won't pay my debts. That's like saying if my mother has bad credit and I live in the same household (or appear to be) I, by default, should be tagged with a bad credit score too." The lady at corporate had no response to that. I continued by saying, "so what you are really doing is profiling consumers and making assumptions about their behavior that may or may not be true." I asked her if she thought that was legal. She had no reply. I then asked her if she thought I should be responsible for my mother's debts. She said "no" to which I replied, "then why are you punishing me as if I were?"
I suppose that the point of my review is that in this age of consumerism and multiple person households (or the appearance of such) that companies like QVC employ both profiling and debtor's prison concepts to prevent further profit loss. However, the truth is that their assumptions are false and much like we are all grappling with abuses by the police and politicians, QVC is using those very same tactics. It's illegal to profile. It's illegal to place someone else's debts onto someone else (unless you're married) and it should be illegal to hold someone's account hostage because of an "associated" address.
Honestly, it doesn't really matter to me if I buy from QVC. I'll buy from someone else. I have the money to do so. But it's the principle and the example this sets that really angered me. I will be VERY vocal about this and tell everyone I can about QVC's "policy". I just wish someone would take them to the mat on this. It's discrimination and profiling hidden under the guise of corporate policy. Shame on QVC.

Of all the companies that have ** me over, QVC is the most disgusting, evil, wretched "company" I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. And I say this after buying only one item from them, so you know it must have been good. I ordered a chromebook on easypay because being able to make payments is nice, and I was willing to pay almost $200 more than anywhere else for this convenience. This was my first mistake. When I received the computer I was ecstatic - until I opened it up and tried to log in only to find that THE COMPUTER WAS USED AND RETURNED.
I HAD PAID $200 ABOVE RETAIL PRICE FOR A USED COMPUTER. The computer itself runs fine, but for some reason the screws started falling out of the bottom. I had never even touched the screws, let alone tried to get inside the computer, so this is totally unacceptable. I left a review to warn others to stay away on the product page, but those pages never stick around for long. I'm pretty sure every time someone calls them out, they come up with a new bundle so they can delete the old page with the review! Absolutely disgusting business tactics. I'd love to see them shut down. I can only hope they can't get their greasy paws onto this review and make it disappear.

On November 29, 2015 I purchased an expensive "TSV" from QVC. I did not listen closely to the presentation so I relied on the rep I called to explain the difference between placing the purchase on my MCharge or their credit card. She told me it was more advantageous to use my MCharge which I did. Later in the day I heard the full presentation and found that if you used the Q card you would receive a $30.00 gift certificate from the company. I called customer service next day and asked them to switch credit cards for me so I could receive the gift card. They said I would no longer receive the gift card because it was next day.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for a long period of time and finally told the supervisor was not available and would call today or tomorrow. I said I needed to speak to a supervisor today because the item was on sale online at another company at a better price for today only. She said she couldn't promise I would be called today. I had to cancel my order with them.
Their customer service has gone downhill. In years past, I had a relationship with their CEO and she was fabulous, honorable, morally accountable, and caring when it came to their customers. They have a new CEO and the company has gone downhill in terms of their customer service. There have been innumerable difficulties with the company too numerous to mention here, this being perhaps the most egregious as they will not admit to their mistakes and take the moral high road.

I ordered a HP Stream 13 Intel Laptop in June with payments for 6 months. I did not receive any return instructions. I am not satisfied with this item or the return policy stated to me today. In the box with the computer there was not any return instructions. I assumed if I have 6 months to I had 6 months to return the item. This is is not of the quality of computers I am familiar with. This is a waste of my money. Your return policy should been in the box with computer. In my opinion QVC ripped me off because I have a item I can't use. In my opinion you are robbing me and I am very unsatisfied with this company. How was I suppose to know your return policy? Social media needs to know how you treat your customers.

I've shopped with QVC for many years. Well I had some hard times and had to file bankruptcy. I owed the Q about a thousand which to dismay I had to include. Well in the 15 yrs. I figured I spent a good $20 grand from computers to jewelry and everything in between. So I decided I'd use my customers card to buy something. BOY DID I GET A WAKE-UP real quick. QVC had me erased totally. No account at all.
I talked to customer service and they told me I was done FOREVER. I'm not allowed to buy one thing from them. I told the lady I wanted the CEO's name so I could write him or her and explain I had fallen on bad times for a short period of time. But to my surprise she said they have a new CEO that made the rules and not to bother writing because my letter had to pass her desk. So buyer beware. If you have emergencies that you can't help. Don't file against this company that doesn't even give you a chance no matter how much you've spent with them. THEY JUST DON'T CARE.

I've shopped with QVC on and off for nearly 30 years. I recently started shopping after a few years away and I'm so very surprised. For me, it's a serious problem with their quality control (the Q in QVC). I've spent thousands of dollars over the years purchasing many different items. The quality checks on clothing, bedding, etc. never let me down. If you ordered a medium, you got a medium. If you ordered Ryka shoes in a 6.5 wide, you got 6.5 wide. No longer, and I'm not only complaining about Ryka. The old QVC would never have let such inconsistencies into their inventory.
Almost every order has resulted in improperly sized items. If I find something I like, I often purchase the same in a different color, but I find a huge difference between the items. This would never have happened 10 years ago. If a Today's Special Value of, say a Clark's slip-on, arrived and they all ended up being about a whole size too long, they would have pulled it and done something else. Instead, they let it go. Each review complained that they were a full size too long. It would be inconceivable for that to happen in the good, old days.
I'm also thinking that the accountants have taken over the running of the company. No longer do you tune in to see anything new and exciting, it's the same old, same old. Style-wise they are no longer sensitive to their customers' needs; if you are short and wide and look stellar in boot-cut pants, tough! You are forced to choose skinny pants or leggings (honestly, these don't even look good on the models unless they are wearing 4 inch heels). And yet, the buyers have shoved the "skinny" idea down our throats for a few years now. I remember when they went to great lengths to "find the right pants for your body type." Their newest idea this year is "wide pants." Again, if you are short and wide, wide pants only make you look shorter and wider.
My thought is, if the Quality isn't there, the Value isn't there, and neither is the Convenience as I have to keep returning products at my cost. It's really sad. I feel like I'm buying a pig-in-a-poke with each purchase. I can't count on their quality control. I'm not saying that I'll not shop there again, but in a very limited way. I'll give them a few years to get their stuff together or go belly-up which is the way they are heading if this continues much longer. There are other places to shop from my home. This makes me sad.

I recently purchased WEN hair set from QVC. While away on vacation I left hair products behind. I googled WEN looking for someone who sold it locally. To my WEN Products causing baldness/extreme hair loss. I called QVC and spoke to customer service to ask them if they were aware of this including if they were aware of the Class Action Lawsuit filed??? They WERE. I then asked them why would they promote a product that could possibly be harmful to their customers? They told me that until WEN has it's right in court to prove it wrong they were not taking sides. I told them to me it wasn't about "taking sides", it was about pulling the product JUST IN CASE IT HARMS PEOPLE.
I even used the tylenol recall on all caplets because some had expired. I said to QVC, tylenol was concerned about expired product enough to pull the entire product. HOW DARE QVC PROMOTE A PRODUCT THAT THEY KNOW ITS CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING HURT THEM. I am returning my WEN products to QVC for a refund and I sure hope I don't have any hair loss due to QVC supporting WEN over it's customers.
I will not purchase any product for my body that QVC promotes that I've never heard of ever again. QVC is intentionally allowing possible harm to come to its customers by not pulling WEN products until there is proof it isn't harmful, instead they are gambling that it's not WEN. QVC I say this to you, I no longer trust your credibility when you bring new products to the public and know there have been serious serious complaints against that product. Every product I order, I order in confidence knowing all about the product. The people on the air are a joy to watch and listen to and are very honest and pleasant, also.
I've been shopping with QVC for 25 years and have only had to return a couple items but the awesome part of that is there are absolutely no questions asked and they are happy to give you a refund on anything you are not satisfied with. Get nowhere. Speak with Annette **, a supervisor on Fri 10/09 at 10:30. She states, "here's what I'm going to do. Prolong your pickup time so you can arrange to be home. Hold the one you have on check, hold until another week to give you time to return old one. Thirdly" she states, "I'm going to delete the second Easy Pay so you won't have to worry about that". I thank her. By end of Fri night Easy Pay comes out of my Checking acct. I contact 14 people including 5 supervisors over the next 4 days.
They say they NEVER postpone Easy Pays. I try to explain everything she told me she was doing last Fri morning. I've cussed, I've threatened, I've begged for someone to hear my pain. They all apologize for each other. Some idiot even placed an order for both a full and split queen set last Sun when I called in only to place a split Queen on Check-hold till I could get the other one sent back. I talked to someone on Wed. They said you have 2 sets on hold. I said I only held a split queen. They said they'd cancel the full. I call on Fri. Guy says "now you have both a split queen AND full on hold". I say, "hell no I don't." I spent all day today trying to get somewhere. Made 32 calls! Last Supervisor (Troy) actually says to me "now you've placed two on hold, one was actually ordered" (I only had the one on check hold right?) and then he states "did you want me to cancel that full for you?" Ok. Here's what I'm doing now. It took me 6 calls on Sat after that Easy Pay went thru after I was told by Annette ** it would be stopped just to find out her name.
She's supposedly back in tomorrow morning and supposedly been sent an email to call me. I will tell her what grief she has caused me since she doesn't know her job real well. She's sorta making it up as she goes along. I'm getting my game plan together but folks, this lady is about to go live on air. What I'm going to say will blow their lack of customer service wide open. I've just googled times where others have called in live on air with claims of ** merchandise (while that product was on air) and some prank calls (which are hilarious).
But I'm preparing what I'll say, I may only get a minute once they figure it out, but at least it will reach however many are watching at the time. Then the angrier I get, it may happen again and again (different phone numbers each time, friends calling on my behalf, etc) until I have their undivided attention. Right now. I'm the only one losing my mind with them. By the time I get thru, I pray I start a trend of folks like you all that have had enough with this company and you too want others to know what they're dealing with. I cannot wait. No doubt the hosts will be at a loss for words but this is what it's going to take. I do believe!

I have been a loyal customer for several years and spend several thousand dollars with this company. I have bought with my credit card and also utilized their easy pay option several times as well as now and then I mail in a check for larger items. I currently have three open easy pay items and ALL of my payments are current and have gone through as laid out. No problems at all to my knowledge. I have only returned one item in the past twelve months and it was a lamp that arrived broken. So... why have they closed my account? I logged on to do some shopping and get their check address because I intended to buy a mattress set and decided to submit a check for the full amount, but I forgot the address. When I did this I discovered my account had been closed and that I had to call a customer service number. This shocked me and I did it.
I asked why my account was closed and the answer? It was a consumer decision. What? "Well, why I asked?" "I don't know" replied the agent, "but you'll get a letter." So I have now waited for three weeks and there has been no letter. Yet they have continued to remove easy payments from my account. This is insane. I can't even view my account to be certain the easy pays are correct. To my knowledge I am still being charged and they should have been paid off by now. No recourse. No way to find out why they did this. This company is not reputable and before this happened to me I would have thought they were. I don't understand any of this.

They send out used handbags, hair tools (Calista) that burn your head and pull your hair out and when you return the product. They conveniently lose it so they don't have to be liable. They make everything sound so wonderful but it you notice, there are hardly any 5 star products anymore. Their shipping costs are also horrendous. They had trouble with the other 4 FlexPays. They never called, wrote or reached us. They put my account in Collections, wiped out my account from access on QVC website. I called several times to customer service corporate and tried to reach Mr. George. ** said that will never happen. He is too busy to speak to customers that is why she takes the calls. I insisted I wanted her to email him to give him a message my phone number something. She absolutely refused.

What kind of company says they value their long-time customers and then refuse communication to their customers in response to a problem? They referred my account to Collections on 4 99.00 FlexPays. I have been with this company since 1993. You don't call a customer when there is a problem. ** said in corporate they don't care about customer history. They don't go by that. On 5/31 I ordered the Special Value of the Day - a Canon Digital Camera bundle that was supposed to come with at least $150 in software and vouchers for photo printing. The on-air salesperson described them all, and they are clearly visible in the video replay. None of that software or other vouchers arrived in the box (which was packaged very poorly BTW). I immediately notified QVC. Got a rep who was clueless who first tried to tell me that those items were only available for download, but had no idea where or how. Then she said that she would check to see if they might still be available. Next I emailed Customer Service with my order info and was told that they "might" be able to find the missing components - which do show as a separate item on my order - and send them - or maybe not! Both said it would take 7-10 days to see if they could find the missing parts, then another 7-10 days to possibly ship them.
So there is more than half of my 30 day trial waiting for the promised, missing parts. They said there would be no way to know if the items had been "found" and shipped. No tracking or anything. I am concerned that I won't get these items, or at least a refund for their value. Or that if I do return the entire package, they won't refund due to the missing things that are their fault! And what is perhaps most annoying is their lack of concern or remorse for their error! Acted like it was MY fault for wanting the complete order that they advertised! This was my first time ordering from QVC and based on this experience - it will be my last!!

After calling customer service each of those times I was advised to reset my password. After this didn't not work I basically gave up and ordered via the phone. While attempting to check on easy pay orders on my account today I got the same message, so once again called customer service and again reset my password with no results. Called customer service and asked to speak with a supervisor. Was informed that due to owing them $38.00 they had closed my account. Apparently due to a credit card issue the easy pay got rejected once. I was never informed of this. According to the supervisor I was sent a letter in December and January.
Checking my records these were never received. My anger stems from the fact that this company possesses my phone number, email address and could have communicated this issue via those avenues when I had not responded through other channels. I have spent thousands of dollars with QVC over the past 20 or so years and never defaulted on any payment, including the $1,000 computer that I bought. I am outraged that they felt it was fine to treat me like some loser who does not pay their bills. The lack of communication and the obvious disregard for a loyal and lucrative customer. 1. Their website will not permit you to place an order as a guest when they already have your email address. If they have your email, you must log in with a PIN. If you do not know your PIN, you can only reset the PIN if you know which zip code you used when your account was last used. The customer service rep couldn't believe I didn't know my former zip code. The grade-schooler couldn't fathom that I have lived different places in the country.
2. I placed an order by phone with credit card, but did not receive email confirmation. I emailed customer service who acted like I they had done me a favor to confirm that no order had been received. First we tried to get a washer and dryer and refrigerator. They took they payments out of our business checking account and we received an email confirmation and maybe 5 days later our order status was reading processing still.
So we decided to call and I believe that's where the issue came in because they were saying "you can't get all this on easy pay", but my whole thing is then "why would you deduct money out of my checking account if we couldn't do everything on easy pay", and "why didn't you call me or send me an email so that women cancelled our order and said to get the washer and dryer". So we did that and ask our mom to get the refrigerator in her name and use our shipping address. So anyways next thing you know another week and a half go by, our money still show pending in our account so I just said "forget it".
Then we got a letter in the mail saying to call them or our order will be cancelled so @ this point we didn't care anymore. So we called and the credit department women was very rude and wasn't trying to help us. She told us before our order could be ship, we would need to update our phone number with our bank, so we that and we called her to verify that we did so, and of course she did and then she turn around and said "I could get the washer and dryer only thing on easy pay". WTF? Who does that?!! So we said "ok do the washer since ours just went out and we have four children".
But anyways I forgot to mention they suspended my QVC account. That was another reason why they sent me a letter but they never once sent me an email of this problem. Every time I had to call them but anyways credit department women said we could get just one thing and we chose the washer and she claimed we weren't going to have an issue anymore with our order.
So today is 03/05/2015 and we still don't have our washer or a tracking #. So I called again to see what was going on and they had nasty attitude, so I asked to speak with the supervisor and he was even worse. He accused us of fraud and said our Order is too large. "It's not my fault, you charge 1071 for just a washer and just because I like nice things and can afford to spend money like this don't mean you can take your frustrations. I don't need just because you can't afford it. Why have easy pay as an option if you gonna give people an problem like this?"
I love my credit. I wouldn't mess it up for a washer and dryer and refrigerator. I'm way too old for that nonsense and for you to take your issues out on my mom account is dead wrong and to accuse her of fraud also and cancel out her order. Just because it was coming to our address is wrong but it's okay because you just lost a good paying customer. You guys need to learn how to speak to your customers and you guys need to learn how to call or even an email would be great instead of nothing. When there is a problem with someone's order y'all took money out of our account three times and it was all for nothing. I'm so mad that I wasted my time and energy with you. You guys should not be able to have easy pay as an option if you gonna give everyone a hard time like this but never ever again.

I received a letter from a collection agency today for $26.82 for a QVC charge from October 2014. But wait, that makes no sense. I have a credit score over 800, no credit card debt, and pay my bills on time. My credit card company changed my account number three times over the past 12 months because of "potential fraud exposure", but I have updated my card number with QVC. In fact in February I spent close to $200 on three pairs of shoes with no problems, so I know they have my current account number. Surely if there was a balance on my account, they would have told me then? I called QVC "customer service" and they said their records show they had made "several automated calls" to my phone with no response. But wait that makes no sense either since they have never called me.
Turns out the phone number in their file changed over 5 years ago. But before turning a $26.82 charge on an active customer over to a collection agency, surely QVC would try to contact me by the valid email and physical address on file, right? That would be the email account that I used to sign in to my account in February to purchase the shoes, or the physical address that the collection agency wrote to. Wrong, instead they turned the charge over without making reasonable attempts to contact me. I take my financial security and responsibilities seriously and only do business with retailers who do the same. QVC has proven they do not want my continued business.

I learning from my bank someone tried to hack my account. They stopped my card & reissued new one. When I contacted people I did business with I had no problems straightening things out with them. However, when I contacted QVC, I spent over 2 hours on the phone, had run arounds, was transferred, asked to call other phone numbers, and there was much confusion about which accounts had a problem. Finally, while on the phone with a number QVC told me to call, I was told that I was talking to a collection agency because QVC had turned me over to a collection agency. After calling QVC and the collection agency I was told that if I paid an amount that day, I'd have access to my accounts and be able to switch things over to the new account. I did this.
A day or so later, I tried to access my QVC accounts and could not. I called QVC and was told that they had closed my account and paying the amount to the collection agency did not give me access to my accounts. I was told the only thing I could do was call the corporate office or give them an account number over the phone. At this point, I no longer trusted anything they said. I was the victim of an attempted crime. My bank did the right thing. I did nothing wrong. I am now searching for a person to write at QVC to at least restore my credit standing. At this point I could care less if I ever do business with them again. I just want to find a way to straighten out this nightmare of a situation.

I was a QVC customer for many years and spent thousands of dollars there. Therefore, to receive a tacky letter from them, telling me that I have returned too many items and my membership has been suspended came as quite a shock. In suspending my account they essentially ignore the volume that I do purchase and keep, and take the nature of the medium that drives most of their sales in vain. It is a fact that not all of their products are of the great quality that they claim they are (just take a look at the reviews).
A customer cannot touch and feel an item they state is of excellent quality until it is in home, and once in home it may not measure up to the price paid. QVC offers a 30-day love it or return it guarantee in order to satisfy the customer allegedly. Ha! It clearly contains an invisible asterisk as it appears that the customer must satisfy their skewed expectations in order to be deemed worthy of a continued shopping experience, essentially negating any guarantee. The customer pays for any returns and has the initial shipping taken out of any refund, so bah humbug. I will never shop with QVC again.

I have called QVC to tell them, one of the rings is missing a diamond on the shank of the ring. On the shank of the other ring, the diamonds barely shine. I did read one review, which told about a missing diamond on another Affinity ring. I have asked three or four times to return them. I was told they were bought over 30 days ago; they could not be returned. I told representatives, the rings were bought within the Christmas return period. I was refused again.
Tonight, I was told by a Customer Service representative, the Christmas return policy only applied to some items. I asked her to be specific. She repeated what she had said. I have been double-billed at my bank by QVC. The bank has upheld all my claims, except the one received today. I had other problems with QVC. My sister-in-law sent me a gift card at the end of June for my birthday. I received the email from QVC...she should have been emailed. For 3 months, I went back and forth between QVC and CashStar. Bought my parents a $100 gift certificate for Christmas because my mom loves QVC; well, she used to. She was told by QVC that she is not allowed to use it and to return it to the person that gave it to her. WHY? You might ask. After 27 years of being a loyal QVC customer my father was seriously injured on the job which resulted in their financial hardship. After 4 years, my mom was able to re-open an account with QVC and they warmly welcomed her back. She purchased several items over this time and paid for everything in a timely manner. Her account was in excellent standing.
One day, an order she had purchased and was waiting for had not shown up. She called QVC customer service and they informed her that they cancelled the order and permanently closed her account because of the incident that occurred 4 years prior when there was a financial hardship. They did not even bother to inform her; they just cancelled the order. She was told that she was never allowed to have an account with them again. Furthermore, they told her that she could not use her pre-paid gift card that I bought. Really?? It was their own gift card and was already paid for from my account. This is unnecessarily harsh!!!
I called QVC customer service and the supervisor was rude. The response she offered was to just refunded the $100 to my credit card. They kept me on hold for over 15 minutes and returned to tell me the credit would show up on my account in about 5 business days. COLD! QVC customers are NEVER allowed to have financial problems. QVC never forgives!!! They can close my account because I will NEVER do business with this company again. I am definitely putting the word out there for other consumers, through social media, and I will make a point of telling all my family, friends, and co-workers about QVC and their cruel, uncaring treatment of good, hardworking people. Immediately I ran into problems with them. In hindsight appear to step from very poor communications by QVC, and misleading information on their website when it comes to what is show per customer transactions. I complained to them because it appeared to me I was not getting the credit promised.
They fixed the problem, but it was after I had to complain a lot. In the end they reduced my credit limit apparently for no other reason than to be vindictive. The problem is a reduction in credit can negatively affect one's credit score and cost thousands in interest on future credit items. This is no way for a business like QVC to conduct itself. I certainly won't be ordering from them again. And I am considering holding them accountable for being malicious.

I will start off by saying that I will admit that I had fallen behind 3 months on my payments of a Canon camera I purchased back in Aug. This was due to the fact I had become unexpectedly unemployed. I recently had the funds to make a 1-month payment on my account. I was well aware that I had two other months to account for but I just don't have the means to pay the complete balance with all the other fires I had to put out, thanks to not having an income for months. This however apparently didn’t matter to QVC.
I went on my online account to make my payment but realized I needed to update my credit card information since my old card had expired since my last payment. After changing the information I proceeded in checking the one month I had intended to pay and clicked submit. After the transaction was finalized with no warning prompt whatsoever, QVC took all 3 past due months from my account totaling roughly $1400. I almost had a panic attack! I immediately called QVC customer service to inform them of what took place and all I was told was a report request would be made and sent to corporate.
Fast forward 3 days and corporate responds by phone call informing me the charges would not be reversed since those payments were due. $980 just like that was washed down the drain putting me and my family in a serious financial bind. The rep seemed to take pleasure in telling me I was pretty much out of luck which truly bothered me seeing how much pain this has cost me. Their online system needs to be transparent in telling customers exactly what is going on. If I was given a prompt telling me what would take place if I added a new card I wouldn't have done it and instead would have called the payment in. This whole ordeal was unprofessional, classless, and a disgrace. I just pray that I’m able to rebound from this. QVC forever lost a customer with this BS.

First, I purchased an iPod Touch and after I picked out the color and paid for it, I looked the next day and it said on back order.... So they sold me something they didn't have and it came two days after the EDD with parts of the bundle missing. So I called and after talking to a few different people, they couldn't send the parts that were missing because they didn't have them. They gave me a credit of $30, which afterwards I did some research and found out that the items that were missing were gonna cost more than that. I let it go though.... Then I ordered on the 17th a 3DS for my son. I figured 8 days would be more than enough to have it in time for Christmas (they didn't give the option for expedited shipping). What a nightmare.... They processed my order for 2 days before they sent the info to Nintendo, Nintendo took their 2 days to process and it finally got shipped today. They changed the EDD on me after I already purchased the item. So even though I purchased the item on the 17th, the now EDD is January 2nd!!!
Not only will my 7-year-old not have this gift in time for Christmas, he won't even get it before the New Year..... He will be back in school by the time we receive it. QVC gave my a $35 dollar credit for the inconvenience... I spoke sooooo highly of them to all my friends and even gotten them new business because of how great they have been in the past. I got a surly customer representative telling me with no courtesy whatsoever that these have been canceled because no 'check' had been received for the payment (I had used my credit card to order the items). Obviously, there must have been an online mistake in the order process. How? No idea. I received no email notification that the order had been made by check as the woman said. It is more likely that these items were not available and they decided to change the order to a 'check' since I did enter my credit card info when I ordered both items. But the worst part is that I received no notification in the mail letting me know these items had been canceled!!!
The surly woman gave me no chance of ask for a reason. I spoke with Celia in customer service who repeatedly did not understand what I was saying. She offered that I return them as defective or she could write to corporate asking for 8 cables. Unless I return four, the company will have no idea which one to send me unless of course this was intentional and they know exactly which one they did not have. I am so frustrated and I do not want the holiday ruined. Please help.

I recently ordered an item on 6 payments. Three days later the financial department called me to tell me because I used an Amex prepaid card, I had to pay the entire amount $500.00 plus. I use this card for online purchases ONLY to prevent Identity theft on my card. I received NO information about the acceptance of a PREPAID card at time of purchase from QVC rep/order agent at all. There is nothing stated on the TV show anytime. I purchased this item, because of the deal, the low price and what I thought, was the quality and reputation of QVC. I thought wrong. NO CHRISTMAS PRESENT NOW!!!
This is my 1st experience with QVC. I was expecting QUALITY, VALUE and CARE (QVC), but got SHAFTED the 1st time out. IF you are a POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMER.... WATCH OUT. THEY PULL DIRTY TRICKS!! THEY ALSO CHARGED MY CARD, CONSUMMATING THE TRANSACTION AND SALE. CALLED AND SAID "We can't take the card...” By the way there is enough money to get the authorization required to take the order. NOW THEY SWITCH, and won't ship the item. VERY BAD BUSINESS TACTICS....... FOR DEALING WITH A NEW CUSTOMER.

As a seasoned IT Professional, I simply say BUY NO TABLET, COMPUTER or PRINTER (nor software) HERE. On other items - cleaning, linens, gifts, etc. - I say shop around. They do have a liberal return policy if you play it right. Our household holds several patents on computer and electronic equipment and I can tell you, NONE of what they offer is worthwhile in the technology/electronics area. But the occasional household item might be worthwhile buying because you can use it and return it for a small expense if it doesn't suit your needs. (Many of these companies can be hard to deal with, so the QVC policy makes it easier and cheaper to try than other alternatives).
I admit I buy candles and scarf because they are my weakness but I keep the purchase prices under control and acknowledge I'm making a luxury buy! My occasional jewelry purchases are carefully calculated by the actual gold gram weight price (yes, based on the market price of ACTUAL gold value bases on 24K considering if it’s a 14k or 18k item and troy ounce figure). And I do have to return them fairly frequently because of poor quality (the Peruvian made chains break if you sneeze!).
If you live in or near a large metro area, find a good jeweler and he can do you better. It will take some leg work but QVC has a lot of junk lately. I didn't shop there before 2010 so I can't speak to that.. I do have alloy allergies and mostly need 18k so I often find my 18k cheaper than their 14k - sad because QVC can bring some cute stuff but in the end, it's a rip.

I purchased a Dell Computer from QVC on 11/1/14. On 11/10/14 my credit card was billed and I received a UPS tracking number. When the package didn't arrive as expected I check tracking and it showed it was delivered across the country. I contacted QVC and was told that there was an error made and that in fact my package was not shipped and I was given an incorrect tracking number. Depending on who you talk to at QVC I get different answers of if/when my computer has actually shipped. Customer service is a total joke. You would also think that if this happened to thousands of orders that they would have been proactive and sent out an e-mail notice stating that there was an error instead of making me contact them first. I highly recommend never shopping with QVC. Another issue with QVC - since I joined 15 days ago I have received over 42 e-mails advertising products they are selling. I have opted out but they still keep coming... 4 received so far today.

In 2013, my daughter ordered the Ninja for her two kids, then 2 and 12 yrs old. When the order was received, I immediately knew it was the wrong thing by the shape of the box (which was flat). Sure enough, QVC had mailed the large George Foreman grill instead of the Ninja which my daughter paid the full amount of $185 for. She charged her bank account the full amount instead of the 5-payment plan. We sent the item back and requested the Ninja, which she expected and paid for. In March 2014, my daughter (only child) passed away of a rare cancer. She was only 42 years old. After services and back and forth to Court to gain guardianship of the children, once again I contacted QVC about the item. A very smart alecky woman on the phone said they sent the money back to my daughter's account. I said that's impossible because the bank closed out my daughter's account in May. I immediately went to the bank to get the printouts to show when the account was closed, and to prove the funds were never sent back.
I also wrote BBB in North Carolina, Federal Trade Commission, President and Vice President of QVC and US Attorney General. It's not that I was so desperate for the amount or the item. If a Company makes a mistake in sending a customer the wrong item, it is their responsibility in rectifying the situation. Never heard a word from the Pres. or VP, nor did they ever send the item or the funds. TO QVC: If you think for one minute you can just do whatever you want to a customer and walk away as though nothing happened, think again. No Company ever gets so large that you can misuse the very people that keep you in business. There is a penalty to pay for that. Under these circumstances, children were involved. They no longer have a mother, but they do have a God-fearing, praying Grandmother. Just know that This God I serve, is a God of restoration. When this farce of a Company goes down, I do hope I'm still around to witness. Not to say "I told you so,” but for you to know that you do not run over God's children - especially widows and children.

We called the number and they will not help unless we pay $60+, they won't even give advice on what to do unless you pay first. We understand the warranty is up, but the QVC advertisement for this laptop was that you could get help/support anytime if you needed it... Nothing was said about having to pay just to speak to someone that even speak English. Very disappointed with HP and with QVC. My in-laws purchased a laptop from HSN and HSN has always been very helpful with the treadmill and the laptop they purchased. We should have gone with HSN. We will not be purchasing anything from QVC or HP again. The laptop was $812.50, it should have lasted more than 1 year and 9 months.

Typically, I'm an internet shopping maven and enjoy taking to many sites, most of all Amazon and eBay. We don't do credit in our home, so I thought QVC would be a great place to purchase a Vitamix and Omega juicer. Checkout was easy (as it usually is), and though I realized I was being charged $15 dollars of shipping for one item and $0 for the other, I proceeded anyway without question. I wish I had read the return policy prior, but of course I did not. It took the items about two weeks to arrive (definitely not like Amazon or eBay), and they came by two different carriers (UPS and USPS). The items were fine and in good shape, but I realized the total for both items was not worth the easy pay, and so I decided to return. Ugh---
First problem: Unlike Amazon or Ebay, there is no easy access tracking with your return readily available on the website, so if the items are lost during transit then you're SOL. Second problem: The customer service reps, for as polite as they are, are totally limited in their ability to help with tasks as simple as being able to track your item. I had to speak to two different people before I could get tracking info, and when I asked for the tracking numbers for my own convenience, I was given some weird lengthy generic numbers. No clarification what-so-ever.
Third problem: Returns could take up to 12 business days, and this is not including the additional 4 to 5 business days it may take for your refund to be processed and returned. What the heck? Fourth problem: You will continue to be charged installment fees until your items arrive in their system. Could this be why returns take so long? Makes me wonder if they like holding fees to collect interest. They wouldn't be the first company to go this route for personal gain. Continuing to charge an installment fee sounds legit until you consider that many returns are for broken items. Why should customers continue to pay for something they don't want? Is it asking too much for QVC to update their system to one that acknowledges returns based on tracking numbers, thus pausing future charges? No, of course not. That would be too convenient.
Fifth problem: Something within their system is not properly integrated with customer orders. Every time I call only 1/2 of my order is acknowledged. I have to remind representatives that I purchased an additional juicing system as well. This is my first time dealing with QVC and I feel like their system needs an overhaul. Sixth problem: The mere fact the company charges for both shipping and returns. Does the company want to take on any costs? I understand they may suffer some losses from their "easy pay" system, but overall I think they could handle free shipping, or at least employing shop runner or some other company to handle a "free two-day shipping" option. Other companies do, so why not QVC?
Someone earlier made the comment that QVC attracts "low-income" buyers, and even though it was quite the generalizing statement, It's not too far off. In my opinion, any company that provides a no-credit "easy-pay" policy is doing so because they know it will attract more buyers without credit who are easily willing to overlook certain things because their eyes are fixed on the shiny products. It's business, I get that, but the bottom line is that most companies who take this approach usually habitually pass many costs on to customers and implement questionable policies and procedures which they mask behind a shiny website and polite representatives.
My overall opinion is that QVC is not the worst company in the world, and at first glance, easy-pay does offer a pretty hard-to-beat level of convenience, but after experiencing the snail like shipping and return system, the limited range of customer service reps and overall archaic system that does not seem to customer service oriented, I think I will consider other options before shopping with QVC again.

If all of you write your complaints to the NYS Attorney General about these experiences, it's possible they will go after QVC. GE Capital is as dirty of a company as they get. Stay away from them and their so called credit at ALL COSTS. I was recently disabled by a back injury and began shopping at QVC out of convenience but you pay 10X greater shipping costs than any other company who will give you far better return policies. Many shoes give 365 days now as long as you don't wear them. I had problems with receiving items within the 30 days and learned that they were shipped to my PO Box and not the house address as I had listed. I didn't accept the items and then called to speak to a manager and was told that they certainly would not have charged me for shipping items not received as ordered, and that I could have accepted them.
Now today it's a whole different story after I did accept items handled the same way. First, the only address I use is my house address, but QVC sent items to my PO box without my knowledge; and they weren't given to me within the 30 days but were held at the post office - again without my knowledge. The post office reported that they were delivered the day they received them, which is totally false but part of their standard, when things are held by them. Now QVC says I can't return these items which I didn't even receive within 30 days, and returned promptly after receipt. I never would have accepted them if I wasn't given the peace of mind by their manager, who told a far different story that I was told today.
A while back I ordered plants from them that were nearly dead and doing nothing. I wanted to know if I had to return the dead roots or what. Their customers service told me I had to wait past 30 days to give them a chance to grow. Well, nothing lived and I haven't talked about this one again. My guess is that this too will all be a huge fight with me on the losing side. TONIGHT, I DELETED QVC FROM COMING UP IN MY CHANNEL LINE UP SO I WON'T SEE IT WHILE SCANNING TV CHANNELS. I WON'T BE TEMPTED TO PURCHASE THEIR JUNK ANYMORE - which I admit can be very addicting! I RECOMMEND ALL OF YOU DO THE SAME. THE TRUTH IS THAT THIS PLACE OVERCHARGES, SHIPS POOR QUALITY AND LIES ABOUT THEIR ITEMS.
Another thing that helps is to pay items that you think you want to purchase via check and then to sleep on it overnight. If you still want the items the next day, you can switch to your card but still have the option to fully cancel. Otherwise, I find they disable our ability to cancel orders the next day. That is, if you ordered 5 items, the system will prevent you from cancelling more than two of those items. REGARDING THE DISHONESTY THERE: I sat and listened to the salesperson tell customers that the suede shoe boots they were selling fit "true to size" and as I was watching, I went through nearly all 99 customer reviews going back to 2013 where nearly all said the boots ran very small and that people should size up at least 1/2 or full size.
Nearly half of those people had to return the boots due to sizing problems which cost them money. This woman was wearing them, which means she was fully aware of the truth and knowingly being dishonest. Her dishonesty is costing people which shows she doesn't care in the least. These people are snakes and their lies about items are unsurpassed. I'm quite sure that this could warrant a class action suit for misrepresentation on a global scale, if anyone was interested in taking this on. In regards to QVC complaints to people that they are returning too many items, I suggest you tell them that the fault is on them for failing to describe items correctly and for not overseeing quality issues better. Had the item been as described that you would have kept it.
In another recent example, I just bought an expensive gold bracelet (something I never do and won't do again - it was returned along with every other piece of junk jewelry) and it was supposed to be 7 1/4 inch size and 10.9 g. and was shipped 3 days after they reported it, which made it arrive later than promised. It was barely 6 g in wt and was only 6 3/4" in size - because they failed to consider how the arch/dome shape of the bracelet it would impact fit and adds to the length required for the same fit. I bought a LOGO shirt there that didn't last a single washing using baby laundry soap and only 1/2 dryer cycle. Because it was long sleeve, I waited to wear it until the summer and then realized it was junk way too late. Again - TRY TO TAKE THIS CHANNEL OFF YOUR RADAR (VIA YOUR TELEVISION PROGRAMMING) AND YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID.

QVC is generally very overpriced. For example a $700 item might be $400 elsewhere. But they are kind of like Fingerhut, and since they do "Easy pay", that means they might never see the next payments, and have to jack up the price to cover loss. To make a long story short, I was assigned as the photographer for an event Saturday. I'm usually very good at taking photos, but my current camera was a cheap little $100 point and shoot. QVC had a special on a Canon DSLR, in fact, cheaper than other retailers. Since I have a credit card, I don't need "easy pay", so I just bought the item outright, and paid nearly $40 for overnight shipping. It said it would be here Friday, 10/10.
This was Wednesday night. Friday afternoon, I go check on the details, and the camera is not shipped. It WAS supposed to be shipped Thursday and come Friday, since UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday. Well...after waiting for an answer, they said my order was "so large" that it required a "security review". A $650 camera is not a "large order". I've ordered a $1900 TV from Sears, a $800 Tablet from Amazon, and a $1200 Apple Computer from Apple, not once have I ever had an order held for a "security review". It sounded like an excuse. So I log back into QVC.com to get the order number, and it said my account was "cancelled".
Supposedly someone else with a similar name, and totally different address, bought something on "easy pay", and never paid for it. Not once did they call to confirm my identity. The camera finally shipped tonight, and won't be here Monday. I am livid, and when I called to complain, they said they "might" refund the shipping charges. In twenty-two years of ordering things, this is the worst customer service I have received.

I started shopping with QVC in 1994 when I was a busy single mother working 50 hours a week. It was convenient. Shipping prices were ridiculous. Item costs were higher than if purchased retail, but I was hooked. For the next 18 years, I purchased their stuff until I went bankrupt...literally. I purchased. I returned. Never ending. My son grew up and moved away. I was seriously depressed, but I was hooked. I didn't need their stuff, but I "needed" their "friendship" and "concern". I am a well-educated woman and knew what was happening, but I was hooked. I never smoked, drank, or did drugs, but I did QVC.
After I retired and was living on minimum Social Security because I retired early, they continued to raise my credit card limit. Eventually, the minimum payment was more than my monthly SS income. At one time they asked if we could make a deal to close out the account. I said "yes, just wipe out the interest and I will pay the principal". That was not good enough for them. Now they've taken me to collections and I'm bankrupt.
Do not get hooked on QVC! They are NOT your friends. They do not care about you or your family. Back when I was a "user" of QVC, I would regularly write reviews. At least 90% of my negative reviews were rejected! Yes, they don't want people to know the negative side of their products. I followed all of their guidelines, but most of my negative reviews were never seen. Until they took me to collections, I always had an A or A+ credit rating. Now it is as low as it can be. Bankrupt at 65.

Firstly, to B of New York who thinks QVC attracts low income shoppers, this is so far from the truth. I think QVC attracts bargain shoppers. QVC generally offers merchandise that cannot be found at my beloved Nordstrom. With that said, I have been a QVC customer for decades. I purchased mostly casual weekend wear. Lately, I've noticed that the quality of the merchandise have decreased, while the price has increased. I've purchased around $500 worth of merchandise over the past few weeks. All, but a few items are being returned due to quality and fit.
QVC's fit chart seems to be a general fit for all designers. Well. All designers do not tailor their merchandise to fit QVC chart. I seem to wear different sizes for different designer's merchandise. Worse yet, the same designers do not always follow their own fit guides. So one never knows what size to order for anything. It's hit or miss. I recently ordered 2 pairs of Isaac Mizrahi shoes. I wear 8.5-9m in the style of shoe I purchased. Both pairs of shoes were at least one size too short.
So, here's another problem. Returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. Even though the designer and/or host neglects to tell you that the item runs small or large. I'm sure they know the fit when most of them claim to own several of the items they sell. Another problem is their 30 day return policy. You really do not have 30 days to return the product. You have 30 days from the date of the invoice to sell the products. I've also noticed that most of the hosts are hurried, fast talking and stuttering in their selling techniques. I feel like they are used car salesmen selling me a lemon. In other words, they no longer appear honest in their selling approaches.
Several years ago, I too received a letter that I was returning too much merchandise and that my returns were not sellable. I never wore anything that I returned. If merchandise arrived with tags on them, they were returned with the tags still on. That upset me and I stopped shopping there for many years. I resumed shopping there just within the past few months. So, I'm sure I'll be receiving another similar letter. As some other reviewer said, $40 & $50 for tee shirts and the quality isn't there. Almost $100 for shoes that don't fit according to their fit guide and poor in quality. Back they all go. I'll stick with Nordy from now on. Even QVC's non clothing items suck. I purchased flannel sheets that left lint everywhere. They destroyed my comforter and it took me a day to get all of the lint out of my washer and dryer.

This is crazy to me!! I am shocked at QVC's behavior!

Ok, so I allowed myself to be sucked in and bought some of their (QVC) Brand Cookware, Lifetime easy replacement warranty! That's what they said when they sold me this garbage - if ANYTHING Goes wrong with it, call us, we will send you a replacement no questions asked, blah, blah, blah. So, I have the cookware a few years, maybe three and it starts to chip. I never use metal utensils even though with this magic cookware you CAN use metal - it still chips. I call to get one skillet replaced, "Nope! Can't help you, sorry."
NEVER again! HORRIBLE company. It's a big con job. Actors are on the air selling you crap made from CHINA! If you want crap made from China, just go to Walmart and at least pay a lot less for the crap made from China! Also, at Walmart, if you spend $50 or more they give you FREE Shipping. QVC screws you and always charges shipping! QVC is the WORST!

I love QVC's Lobster Gram lobsters. So does my family. I think now I've completed 2 or 3 sets of auto-delivery of this item; meaning I purchased over the course of 3 years @ 4 deliveries per year - the feasible way to do this, as this is an expensive item is to pay using easy pay; installments on my credit card. The large count of lobsters can easily be $280.00+ total. I would say the last 4 shipments (the initial shipment that starts out the purchase is fine - done on easy pay) have been charged in whole to my card. Each time I have to contact customer service and complain - it is supposed to be on easy pay. Ok - I know they can't be that stupid - or am I stupid for dealing with them?
Now I'm having this same thing happen with Lobster - crab cakes (a different vendor). Initial purchase is broken out on easy pay. The remaining shipments, I'm getting charged in full. That is not supposed to happen. Each time it occurs and I call customer service I'm told, "Oh, this won't happen again." Yet each time it happens. I'm sure I'm not the only one this is happening to - I don't like surprises on my card. If that was announced when the item first sold - I would have ordered as a one-time shipment only. QVC needs to use some honesty.

I am truly shocked at what is happening with the home shopping networks in general. I had to see what the hype was. I tuned in on the night they were showcasing Philosophy products. I love these so I took some time and listened to what they had to say. To be fair, I did buy two products because they were the best deal you could find....anywhere on the internet and in store. There is and was no better deal. So, I am pleased with that. BUT, where I have the problem is all of this clothing, watches, jewelry, products....i.e. CRAP that NO ONE NEEDS! The special deal of the day was a pair of shoes that were $60. I can go ANYWHERE and get shoes for way less.
In my closet, I have at least 300 pairs and have no problem spending $800 to a thousand dollars on designer shoes that will be an investment, but I cannot bring myself to spend $60 on a pair of shoes that are clearly crap. I have those type of shoes in my closet and they just sit there because the material is bad and not comfortable. My biggest issue is...let's be honest here folks. The average QVC watcher is not someone that has a lot of money and is looking for a deal. QVC targets shoppers with their "we are just like you and we are friends...look we even take your calls and say hello to your mom on air!" People...they don't care about you at all! They don't care if you have a sick mom who bought you that bag to remember you by or that face product for their daughter so she can jumpstart her face care in her 20's and you are such a great mom and blah, blah, blah.
They don't care!!! In fact, I guarantee they are making fun of people off air. They care about ONE thing...your money!! If you can't pay for something in one installment...DON"T BUY IT! American people are in debt! I was one of those people for years because I bought way more than I could pay for and it haunted me until I STOPPED purchasing and STARTED being smart with my money. These clothes, these products, the handbags....look online and there is a cheaper buy out there 99 out of 100 times!!! Again, my Philosophy product was cheaper, but I only knew that because I thoroughly searched for it before purchasing and I already used the product and knew it would be used. BE SMART AMERICA!!! DON'T USE QVC!!! KEEP YOUR MONEY! SHOP SMARTER NOT HARDER! !

I've been a QVC shopper for over 20 years. I tried to log into my account the other day and my password was no good. I contacted QVC customer service. I was told that I had an old Qcard account that went to collections back in 2007 and my account is now "frozen". I can no longer make purchases and my auto-delivery plans may be cancelled. My last purchase with QVC was on June 18th. I recall having a Qcard at one point in the past. I do not recall leaving any matters with it outstanding. If that was the case, why is it that I am now hearing about this 7 years later? I think it is very unprofessional of QVC to put a "hold" on my account. I should have been contacted by QVC by way of letter advising me that an issue is pending. GE Capital is now taking over QVC accounts. They have not contacted me either. I tried contacting GE Capital to rectify the situation, I was provided the contact information by a QVC rep. I called this number several times and it states that I cannot be assisted at this time. Very poor handling on QVC's part. QVC had no problem accepting my orders and taking my money up to this point. Sorry QVC - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Customer Service!!!

I've been a QVC shopper for about 10 years but I don't purchase a lot, just ever so often. What I'm upset about is their pricey clothing. A few years back you could still buy a nice tee shirt for $20 but no more. I've noticed that many of the designers are selling tee shirts now for up to $79 (Clinton Kelly) and even Susan Graver's tee shirts are at least $40. I think they are pricing the middle class shoppers right out of their market. I shop for most of my clothing on eBay where QVC and other shopping networks sell their returned items or out of date merchandise to people who purchase huge lots then sell on eBay. I will not pay $40 or more for a freakin' tee shirt. I don't care whose name is on the label!

I am leaving for a business trip in mid-June and thought this would be great to take along. I ordered on 5/28. It says it shipped on 5/30 and would be delivered on June 5th - got the email to prove it! BUT, as of today, it still says it sitting in Newport News, VA! I am in Texas! It's now June 12th. I have called every day since June 6th to QVC and get the SAME story..."You should have it by tomorrow." I AM DONE!
Calling back today, and asking for a FULL REFUND. They have already dinged my account for the first payment of close to $90. This is ridiculous. I own my own business and ship UPS all the time. Even in the lowest class shipment, you can have a small package sent across the US in 5 days or less. It has been 14 days! Terrible, terrible service!!! Angry and dissatisfied. The telephone rep told me that it was held up for further checks and that it will be shipped the same day with delivery on the 3rd business day. Same story on 3rd business day as I had not yet received the product nor shipping notification. This second time, I was told that not only they had cancelled my order by the online account too. I was quiet upset as they had no courtesy to inform me on either occasion either by telephone or email why they did what they did.
I wrote to their CEO and no response to date. Then their corporate office called and informed me that they will reinstate my account and order. Still no news so I called three days later and I was told that QVC has now been able to verify my ship-to address and billing account with my bank and the order will ship that same day. So I called next day again to be shocked again that they had decided to cancel both my order and account even though I had instructed them to charge full amount to my debit card. I vow never to buy from QVC ever again in my lifetime nor recommend them as they absolutely are clueless, not-customer-centric. Amazon is a much better retailer than QVC. I have been a customer of QVC for over twenty (20) years and have never had a problem until the past few months. Most importantly all of a sudden all my deliveries from UPS required a signature. I am not home when UPS delivers, so I cannot sign for a package. I asked UPS why I never had to sign before but now I was required to sign for a package. They told me that QVC required it and showed me the QVC shipping label on the package which clearly stated on the label "Signature Required."
When I called QVC customer service to inquire about this, they told me that they only require a signature on deliveries over $500 and they inform the customer ahead of time. When I told them that THEIR shipping label stated they required a signature on a $40 item, they kept telling me that they don't do that. So far my last three deliveries (under $100) have arrived requiring a signature, and all they can do is tell me that is not their policy.
I am totally fed up with QVC. It takes me 40 min. round trip to pick up these packages at the UPS depot on top of the ridiculous amount of money I am paying in shipping and handling. This is no way to treat a loyal customer of over twenty years. In a final attempt to rectify this problem I asked to speak with a Manager of Customer Service and she told me the same thing. "I don't know what is happening" and could only reiterate what I was being told before that they don't do that when in fact THEY HAVE DONE IT ON MY LAST THREE DELIVERIES. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE? They don't know what happened and they can't help you.
In my opinion having been a customer over 20 years, the Quality of their products has gone down, the Value after you add in shipping and handling is no longer cost effective, and the Convenience is far from convenient when you have to pick up your packages!! What was once a good place to shop has, like most companies who have made it big, become not so good anymore. Buyer Beware!

QVC lied on air in advertising Dell Inspiron 5000 17" Laptop Intel Core i5 8GB RAM 1TB HD computer, item E226003 or E226004. I'm sorry but I feel like QVC has TOTALLY lied about this product to dupe people into buying it - they promoted it as ~$2000 retail item, specially priced for QVC at $869.94 with MS Office. I found I can purchase it directly from the DELL website for $30 less than what QVC was charging and it isn't even on sale!
After purchasing I got an email saying "We've learned that this particular model does not include a backlit keyboard as we had thought and presented on-air. We truly apologize for this error." They advertised this new Dell 5000 computer as not on the market yet but with a retail value of ~$2000 and they were offering it for $869.94 with MS Office (~ a $1200 discount). So I began to wonder what else they advertised about this offer was inaccurate.
I went to Dell's website and discovered I could not find the model they sold me on their website by a search. So I online chatted with their customer service who confirmed to me, I can purchase directly from DELL the exact same item with MS Office for $ 839.98 (I quote from their chat "We could have give to you for $ 839.98 no shipping") and he gave me the link for this model. It says nowhere on their website that the original cost was anywhere near $2000, but the only price is it's original price, $30 less than the QVC price I paid with MS Office. It isn't even on sale at Dell! I feel so duped! So there isn't even a backlit keyboard? HA! That is the least of QVC's deceptions in advertising this product!
I contacted them and cancelled my order. To their credit, they do have a return policy (that says if you're not satisfied with the features included with your new Dell computer, you may return it for a full refund, including return costs and sales tax if applicable. Simply mark your return reason as "Received different item than ordered" on your return instructions.) But I wonder how many people realize how they were duped.
Along with my request to cancel (it has not been shipped yet), I voiced my complaints and got absolutely no response to them from QVC but they did send an email saying they were cancelling my order. This was my first purchase from QVC because years ago, I had heard they were deceptive so I never watched them. When somebody I knew I was looking for a laptop told me about it, I tuned in and the deal sounded so good, I fell for their scam. When it sounds too good to be true at QVC, you can bet that it is! I should have known.

What they didn't say was that they would close your account if you return too many items. The quality of their merchandise seemed to be getting worse over the last few years. I was receiving defective, damaged and even customer returns. So, I was having to return a good percentage of what I purchased. I never thought twice about returning the merchandise, because QVC made such a big deal about their return policy and stressed that they did not want their customers to keep anything they did not love. Well, I found out that is not the case. They use their return policy as a selling point, which is false advertising since they close your account if you return too much.

My wife has been a customer of QVC for years. QVC does have some good valued items but here's the but. Lately the items she purchased need to be sent back because they're defective or don't work like the salesperson claims they will. It would seem that prior to putting the items on the air QVC doesn't check to see if they truly work. QVC must trusts the seller or they see a good profit. If this is the case they're losing the customer confidence to watch what they sell.
My wife has just experienced a new problem with QVC. The Today Special Value was a Dell Tablet offered for the first time. She ordered the tablet before it was unavailable. Yesterday she received an email from QVC that she canceled the order. She never canceled the order. My wife called customer service and was told by the first person she talked to that SHE canceled the order. Customer Service refused to help her. She called a supervisor at QVC and was told it was a computer glitch. Again she was told there was nothing they could do about it when it was clearly their mistake. NO ONE WANTED TO HELP HER. IS THAT THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS? What happened to a business having a personal touch? Is QVC too mechanical? My wife after this experience has had it with QVC. She canceled all of her auto deliveries and won't do business with them.

I have been very satisfied with QVC, well ok, satisfied, well maybe copasetic is a better term. I have purchased a few things from them such as a KitchenAid mixer, a Dyson vacuum, an HP computer, iPad and other things. I mostly use QVC for the very convenient, well kind of helpful easy pay. What I've learned in my dealings is that what they say in the live aired segments and what happens in billing department are two separate and distinct things. Now, let me be quick to say that I have been very satisfied with the products, no regrets there, well the accessories for the iPad were cheap but that's no big deal because I never used them, but other than that, no complaints there.
Recently, I've had two experiences that has ended my relationship with them forever more and further I want to warn people of their practices. When people watch QVC during the aired segment, payment information is carefully worded so as to sound extra special, for items that may otherwise be difficult to sell. For example, I ordered the Total Gym system, and was eagerly looking forward to getting it. The program sales people repeated over and over that billing would not start until the 25th a month and a half down the road, making the timeframe about 5-6 weeks.
I work for the State, and therefore get paid once a month, on the 25th, so I was cautious about this promise as I had just changed locations and money was tight for me at that moment. Rather than place my order online, I called it in and asked the customer service representative if it would absolutely not be billed until the 25th. FYI the program was still airing when I called CS. The CS rep assured me that there would be no problems and assured me that February 25 was the absolute bill date. I said ok and furthered that I needed it to be billed on that date and not sooner, again she assured me no problems.
Two weeks later, guess what hit my bank? Well I called and questioned customer service about the bill date and of course the person answering said that she knew of no billing date promise for February 25 (and seemed rather put out besides) but would have the tape researched to see what they said on air. I asked her if someone would get back to me with the findings, and of course that would not possible. Fine, cancel my order, I said. She did. Of course I had to wait 5 days to get the funds put back in my account, but according to CS that was my bank's doing and not theirs; and so you see where the argument went from here.
My next incident actually started six months ago. I ordered a gallon of Wen Cleansing Conditioner in September 2013, (it was a birthday present I gave to myself) with the promise that in March 2014 a second gallon would be delivered to my door for the fantastic price of $199.00, making each gallon cost $100 and considering that the first gallon lasted me six months (and it did), it meant that I would pay less than $20 a month for hair products, not bad thought I. But this of course is not what happened. QVC was in the process of shipping the much awaited 2nd gallon of Wen but they had also charged my card (on easy pay) for the $199.
When I called and questioned it the customer service representative said that they did not make any such promise but that the second gallon's deal was for free shipping. Really? Free shipping, um no! I'd rather pay for the shipping and get the product for the price they originally quoted me, which was zero dollars! I then spoke to the customer service manager who said that QVC gets this product in December and always have this same promotion. My reply was that may well be, however, I originally bought my product in September and potentially there was different promotion which was for 2 gallons for the $199. I told her that at the time I ordered it (and I was paying close attention) there was NO mention about a second charge of $199 or I would not have ordered it; I think $400 for 2 gallons of shampoo is a bit steep, even if it is cleansing conditioner - whatever.
This time it was not about the money, I've recuperated from my move, I could have paid for the whole charge then and there. It was about the principle of the matter. The CS manager said that QVC could audit the tapes to see what was said on the program, but again, I would not be advised the result of this audit. Oh that's helpful. I then told her that not only had QVC lost a customer and that I would tell everyone I know and put it all over the internet about the devious practices QVC uses.
My advice: if you want to use QVC for cash purchases, meaning no future billing, no easy pay (I did have an minor incident with easy pay but I took that one on the chin) no automatic reorders and no future deals, you're likely to do ok with them; pay cash then and there or leave whatever thing you can't live without for some other sucker. The reality is you CAN live without it. BUYER BEWARE, if you're going to use QVC with any sort of means for them to dip into your credit card at will, RECORD the show that gives the particulars so you can have something to show your attorney. QVC is not going to change their policies and practices until they get their greedy hands slapped!

I saw a special on tv advertising a dyson animal 44 for 299.00, which included 6 attachments. I had researched this vacuum and multiple sites and stores offered this vacuum for 399.00 without any attachments. I purchased this offer from qvc.com and received the vacuum and attachments 5 days from my initial purchase, even though the site said it could be up to 18 days. The vacuum was brand new and everything works perfectly. My order was exactly what I wanted and I got it for a significantly lower price than I could have elsewhere. I got a ups tracking number and it tracked my package up until I received it. Overall, I'm very happy with qvc.com and my purchase, despite the overwhelming bad reviews I read.

After finding QVC offered an exact match to a specific product I was looking for, at a reasonable price, I decided to make my first purchase from them. That was a mistake. Though they immediately took my money with the order, they waited 3 days to "ship" the item. Not too bad -- except they didn't actually SHIP anything. They waited 3 days to print a UPS shipping label. So I got a notification of shipping along with a tracking number. But 5 days later, UPS still has not actually received the package. So after more than a week, still nothing has been shipped (despite a promise of shipping within 48 hours).
Worst of all there had been no responses -- zero, nada, NONE! -- to repeated requests for updated information until just moments ago (8 days after the order was placed). The response? "You should have your package in 17 days." Really. Still no actual shipping has taken place, but they say they'll get it to me in another 17 days -- after promising to ship within 48 hours. Note that UPS Ground takes at most 6 days to travel from the southeastern most point of the Florida Keys to the northwestern most point of Washington state. So it's reasonable to expect 6 days of actual ship time AT MOST. What's going on with the other 19? (that is, 8 already gone and 17 more to come, minus 6 in the hands of UPS).

In 2012 I was sent a gift from QVC from my mother. I did not order the product (as it was a gift). And at the time I did not even know where the product was purchased from. About two to three months ago I got a letter from a collection agency saying I owed $39.29 on a balance that was left unpaid on the account. This is where I have the problem. I never opened an account with QVC, and the fact that they waited almost two years to try and collect the money. I also can't believe that they sent me to a collection agency for something I did not purchase. I contacted QVC when I first found out that they were trying to collect the money and told them that there was a mistake.
They said they would take care of it and I thought the issue was resolved. However, today I got another letter from a collection agency saying I still owed the $39.29. I of course called QVC customer service again and asked for some kind of proof as to why I owed for something that I did not buy. I have to tell you, the customer service personnel I talked to were not very customer service oriented. I tried to understand why I had an account opened that I did not authorize and why there was a credit card tied to this account that was not mine. They could not send me any signatures, phone numbers, or names to try and find out who authorized this account. How do I even know the money is even owed. How do I know it isn't a mistake on QVC behalf. It was in fact an issue almost two years old. I have never bought anything from QVC, as this product was a gift. I don't watch QVC and certainly never opened an account with them. I wish I never received this gift as now I have to fight with a collection agency over a lousy $39.29.

I have been a customer of QVC for years and would use the Easy Pay option from time to time. During the security breach at Target in late 2013, my bank cancelled my debit card on December 23rd and issued me a new debit card. I forgot to update my payment account information with QVC which contacted me to update it, which I did. They then contacted me again on Feb 7th and asked me to update it again and to be sure to click the "Submit" button. I went into my account again and made sure I clicked the submit button and emailed them to make sure they got my updated information. I didn't hear back from them and got a letter from a collection agency 10 days later.
I contacted QVC and they wouldn't even talk to me about why this happened. I've also called the collection company and had to leave a message and they have not called me back. I got online with the collection company's website (GC Services) and tried to pay my bill online and they don't even have my account number in their system. I will not do anymore business with QVC ever! I have an exceptional credit score and I hope this will not impact it. I have removed my QVC app from my phone and have removed the QVC channels from my U-verse so I won't even see them when I'm surfing channels on my television. Shame on them.

I have happily shopped with QVC for over 15 years. The last few years I've shopped less and less because the quality and consistency has gone way downhill. Last SEPTEMBER 2013 I bought a Bose speaker for my husband's birthday on Easy Pay. Today, Feb. 19, 2014 I got a letter from a collection agency for $42.99. I thought it was a scam because in the past couple of months I've made several orders on QVC. So I tried to check my account history. They had locked me out. As I was trying to find another way to find out, my husband went to the basket where we put our incoming mail. He picked up the basket and looked against the wall. Sure enough a letter had fallen between the cabinet and the wall. It was from QVC. BUT no postage date, no date on the letter, no hint of what item I was supposed to have failed to pay for.
I found live chat and got a few answers. The card used for the purchase was no longer valid. True. I lost the card and cancelled it two or three months ago. HOWEVER since then I have made purchases with QVC and they had my new card information! I have EXCELLENT credit. Or I did until this item went to collection due to QVC's inability to deal with credit cards.
I will NEVER deal with QVC again. Unlike years ago, I now have to return almost everything I get anyway. No worth the hassle and the return postage. Oh, and don't believe when the hosts tell you about free shipping AND returns. I got burned on that one. They deny it but the hostess was very specific about it saying since they were paying for shipping and returns there was absolutely no risk. Yeah. FORGET QVC. Most of my closet is Susan Graver, but I return most of her stuff these days, too. Nordstrom here I come.

This week I noticed several charges from QVC showing up on two Visa cards that had not been there in the past month so I went online to check my account only to find that my account had been closed. How was I to check my account if I couldn't access it to check the payment history. When I phoned their customer service I was told they couldn't help me. I cannot understand how any company can deny customers to check their account history. QVC certainly has an odd way of keeping their customers informed. Want to warn other customers.

Well the first payment WAS TAKEN OFF OF MY CREDIT CARD as soon as I hit the Submit order button. I was okay with that because I had originally thought my item would be shipped in a couple days. Well the couple of days passed by and I got concerned and a bit skeptical about what was going on with my item. So I go to check the status of my order and it has said the my account was SUSPENDED!! So I called customer service and ask why my account was suspended and they told me "THE ADDRESS YOU ARE AT HAS 10 UNPAID TRANSACTIONS" so therefore they were unable to send my item.
Well then I had asked to receive my money back on to my card and they said they can't do it because they PUT MY MONEY ON TO SOMEBODY ELSE'S UNPAID BILL who had recently moved out of the place where I recently moved in. So basically they just took $70 out of my credit card for something THAT WASN'T MINE and because I now reside at the address so they decide to pin the other transactions on me!! I have been a very loyal customer but since this situation has happened I will NEVER USE this website ever again and I recommend anybody who uses this site to carefully WATCH YOUR TRANSACTIONS!!!

Now when I ordered these items, I got all of them except the laptop within 3 days. I ordered the laptop in early November so I would have during the Holidays to give me time to try it out. When I saw the QVC TV show on 12/14/13, they had a great offer for an Apple iPod and HP laptop with printer which were GUARANTEED to be delivered by 12/23. I would go online and periodically check the status as I felt 8-10 days was too long to wait. As the time got further away, I began to call once I continued to see "IN PROCESS" 6 days after the order. My first of numerous conversations suggested that the manufacturer was behind and it could ship out at any time. QVC suggested that they were not responsible for the delays.
FINALLY, after 6 days of waiting, I checked the QVC site again, only to see that I had to contact Customer service. I had set up flex pay for both over a period of 6 months. When I called them (4 days from Xmas), I was told that because it was my first order and the amount, it was under review. In other words, my gifts basically would not get here by Christmas if at all. I was told I would get calls from their corporate office about the items but never did. I was calling, it felt like every day but no success. Since they did not specify a certain amount had to be approved for the flex pay, I still sat waiting. I asked why did the order have to get approval especially since this was not a credit issue and no one could tell me. The cost for both would have been approx $205.00 for 6 months. No calls, no order, no QVC any more no matter how GOOD the deals.
I ended up cancelling the HP laptop and left the IPOD till after Xmas in HOPES it would still ship. They were still holding my money and I was then told several different things about the money and time frame to release it. It didn't happen. I decided that I did not want to continue with the delays and no answers to my questions. BEWARE, the flex pay has limits on it and that is NOWHERE to be found. Why would it take you 6 days to advise me to call you and come back 2 days before Xmas and say we have to review? I will be sticking with the other shopping channel. I will not give them any other opportunities to ruin any more holidays.

I have been shopping at QVC for more than 20 years, most of the time using my debit card and either purchasing directly or using the "five easy payments" that they offered. Recently, I purchased from QVC the Kindle HD with the case and the service program. An email was sent to my computer stating that the products I had purchased had been shipped and would arrive on December 10th. I anxiously waited for my products but they never arrived and instead were sent back to the company. It seems as though QVC used an old debit card that I had originally placed with them on subsequent years. I contacted QVC and told them that I had a new debit card and gave them my numbers which they gladly took and placed in their computer.
When they had originally used my old card, they stated that because there was a new card there was left over monies "$32.00" they were not able to retrieve, at which time I told them they should be using my new card which they did when I placed the order and they immediately deducted almost "$100.00" for my new purchase. Now I am looking for my delivery but when it did not arrive, I called the "customer service" division of QVC and was told that the items that I just bought were sent back to QVC due to the fact that they had used and still had in their computer my old "debit card" which had long expired. I called QVC to have my products sent back to me after resolving the issue, at which point I was told that the "Kindle Fire HD" had been sold out.
I asked for refund of my $100.00 which they had not reimbursed me for and now I think that I probably would not have gotten a refund and would still be waiting for my order from them. I immediately went to "Amazon" and order the "Kindle Fire HD" again through Amazon and got a better price so I guess everything works out for the best. No more QVC for me!! DONE, DONE, DONE!!! If anyone is thinking about shopping with QVC, you would probably be doing yourself a favor if you did not! Myself, being a customer of QVC for more than 20+ years this incident, especially around the holidays, took me off watching QVC or ordering anything else. I placed an order for a computer on a Sunday, approximately after 10 PM. I immediately cancelled the following day on a Monday 10-11 AM. One of their employments told me that they were going to see if this was possible and asked me to call back. Since this is a Dell Computer I got in touch with them on Monday to see how I could cancel this order. Dell's personnel said that they needed at least a reference number to track the order of the computer and cancel it. I called back QVC and asked for this special number. The lady told me not to worry that it was taken care of. I breathed a sigh of relief.
Guess what? An e-mail was sent to me by QVC saying that "your order has been shipped". My bank was also deducted the first installment. There was a notation somewhere where I read that they were NOT going to charge me until a certain date (or after) when the order was shipped, and all the above happened quicker than fast. When I received the computer, I did open the boxes to check out the computer to see if I would be satisfied with the computer. Both my daughter and I agreed on not to for several reasons after we checked it out.
I proceeded to get the return label to follow the instructions. The part of the label where the return label should have been was NOT there!! Called again QVC and explained that the return label was missing, and I also explained to them that they CANNOT charge me for any return expenses because I cancelled the order. The lady agreed and asked me to put all the 3 boxes in one big box. I ended up purchasing a big box with the measures I had taken, since it was impossible to find the right box. It was looking like for a needle in a haystack.
I called UPS on Sept. 22 and she explained to me that it was a 3 day period that I had to stay at home for UPS to pick up. I asked her to see if I could have a specific date since I take my granddaughter to school and pick her up. She said to call the following day (Monday) that they would be able to give me a more specific date. To keep it short... they kept telling me to call later in the day to let me know. The last lady I spoke to QVC on Monday repeated the already known information about the 3 day waiting period (staying put at home). I asked her for a reference number to follow up with UPS to see if I can be helped better. Guess what? The lady gave me an "unknown" number to track the pick up at UPS. And I trusted this lady because she even called me "my dear lady." WOW!!!
I am in my third day (Thursday, Sept.26) waiting for UPS to pick up the box. So I called again UPS and again, could not help. Call QVC, concerned that the day is coming to an end, around 3 PM today and this time I got a man. I explained to him that I was waiting for UPS to pick up a return and that I was in the 3rd day of waiting and there has been a NO SHOW from UPS. They could not even track the number I have on the big return box.
He said that I should not have been told that because I am not scheduled for a pickup during this week. Went to explain about the procedure for a return (home office, call tag), etc. When I asked him when can I call QVC to continue to try to see when UPS was going to pick up (Tracking #), he suggested this Monday. I expressed my concerned about the 30 days I have to return the computer. He explained not to worry because they go by the very first day that I called to have the box picked up and I have called before the 30 days.
My granddaughter has had to walk to school and here in Melbourne, FL has been raining very hard. I am also a senior (just like another older person that wrote a complaint about all the stress he went through with QVC). I am about to have a nervous breakdown. AND I still have to deal AGAIN this Monday with the QVC ladies that are NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE or DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I also questioned, did I get this treatment because I am returning something and not just anything? Does QVC treat nicely only the people that place an order?
I CANNOT tolerate again having to sacrifice my granddaughter OR myself with another 3 day wait for pick up. I have being going grocery shopping or errands AFTER 6 PM these 3 days. And I am considered to be a patient person. I am VERY EXHAUSTED and SO STRESSED... wishing that this nightmare is over. Either QVC trains their personnel better and YES, I agree with the other person that complained that their personnel does not check out thoroughly the people that are applying for these jobs, inclusive the lies that they write on their applications to get the job. That is certainly NOT fair to those that do not lie on their applications AND is NOT fair to what QVC has put me and my granddaughter through. And if they hire liars, most certainly these employs will defend their case against my complaint. Frustrated at you QVC!

If QVC checked out what their applicants have said and done, they would have known better than to hire that person (I can name several). It's not fair to others who have theirs and are trying hard to find jobs and can't because companies like this one are not checking out everything a person tells them before hiring them. Liars like these people are taking away jobs from good honest people. These types of companies would rather hire liars! Do your research like you claim to do before you hire these kinds of people. Needless to say they have turned my account over to a collection agency. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. When I tried to explain and offered to pay them over the phone and ask them to remove it collections, a very snotty young lady named Jackie told, "You owe us for item. And once it's in collections, you have to deal with them." Since I have not even opened the box, I said I wanted to return it…She then told me that QVC has a 30 day return policy. I they would just send it back. So for me this is my last experience with this company. If you can’t resolve a customer complaint, why am I buying your products?

I purchased two (2) HP 17.3 inch laptops from QVC on December 12, 2010, one for myself and one for my daughter. QVC advertised the laptops as Blu Ray Player and when we got the laptops they were not able to play Blu Ray disc. We did not notice until a month or so later, because I only purchased the laptops because of this capability, seeing as I travel a lot and I figured I could take the new laptop instead of the laptop I purchased almost a year before.
When my daughter and I contacted QVC, that was the worst experience of my life. The people at QVC are the most ignorant people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Rude, evil, inconsistent liars, and most of all unsympathetic to the customers’ needs. I can guarantee you I will never make another purchase from them, ever. I do not understand why there are no laws for falsely advertising an item and then get a bad attitude when they are called-out on what they are doing. I have contact the Atty. General in my state, the FCC, FTC, and lastly I am contacting the BBB on these thefts. If people stop ordering from these scam artists they would close their doors.

Advertised as 18k gold w/ pricing to match. Tarnished on my ears. Gold PLATED. I asked them if their quality control was lacking or if they were misrepresenting on purpose. The first time the man from LG ask me who worked on this TV I said no one and he said some one did and ask where I bought it from. I told him QVC and he said never buy from TV. So I called them and told them I bought a used TV and they said that is not their problem it was LG. I told them, "No it's both of your problems because if I would have wanted a used one I would have looked in the paper or on line." Neither one has done anything about this. I still have to have a repair man come out. I hope someone will hear what I have to say about this. I have a three year service repair on this piece of junk. And I want either my money back or a new TV. This is fraud and all the junk they sell. There has to be other people out there with the same problems. I need help. I hope some one can help.

As a stroke survivor, with limited energy, I have shopped QVC for almost every holiday, birthday, anniversary, and so on. I have gotten some items that had to be returned or exchanged and yes, once in a great while have had a problem, but for the quantity that I order, the ratio of returns is small, with few if any problems. When I've had a problem, they have always been fixed with little difficulty. I have purchased fragrance, makeup, shoes, and lots of clothes and highly recommend for anyone, mobile or not, this is a fantastic way to get things that are of quality and decently priced. Where else can you use/wear something for 30 days and then return it for as simple of a reason as "I changed my mind"? Love the company and encourage others to try it for a fantastic experience. :)

QVC is the WORST, MOST UNETHICAL Company I have ever dealt with. I returned a Christmas present due to the fact it did not fit. QVC attempted keep the merchandise and not refund the money. I called QVC as they were stealing both the merchandise and also the refund. I spoke to a representative named **, who was the Customer Service Manager’s assistant, and she said if I did not like it she would close my account. After making at least fifty calls to QVC executives (with no return phone call) I had to dispute the transaction with VISA. I ultimately prevailed and QVC is still attempting to charge me for the merchandise which they have in their possession.
BE VERY CAUTIOUS doing business with them. They have no professional values, management, and are extremely dishonest with no internal processes when a problem arises. If ** is the Customer Service Manager’s assistant then the company is destined for more instances like this. She is the rudest, most unprofessional employee of any organization and in most companies she would have been fired immediately. However with QVC there appear to be no standards. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I returned a perfume that smelled like a combination of bug spray and motor oil. It didn't smell like perfume at all. I had never smelled any perfume like that, ever, so I returned it. They have high shipping costs that are non-refundable, and you have to pay for return shipping even if it's a defective product, so I didn't pay the extra money to have it insured, on top of the return shipping. They claim they never got it, and I was out $45.

They insisted I had to wait until today, July 5th, before they would do anything. I called today and (surprise) the operator couldn't understand why they made me wait to resolve the problem. QVC has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. My elderly mother just wanted a chain to put her cross on something that her fragile hands could work and long enough that if her hand could not open the clasp, she could just pull over her neck. Watching QVC one night, she saw an 18-in. chain on the show that would work and she called and ordered the chain. Unaware that they had an issue with her account, she went to the local store and made her money order for the amount of the order. She then proceeded to mail it off and send for her necklace.
Well, a few weeks later, she called to see where her order was and they informed her that the order was cancelled due to the account being closed due to an Easy Pay that was never paid but, on the other hand, there was a credit on the account. So my thoughts are: how is there a credit of $14.00 and some change on the account but also a balance for something that was never paid? No one could answer the question. Well, in the meantime, I spoke with a manager who was going to replace the order. She provided me another order confirmation number and even sent an order confirmation. All the time, she was submitting a request to have my account that I just finished paying an Easy Pay on cancelled.
So if I were someone that was skipping out on Easy Pays, would I have just paid you almost $400.00 in Easy Pay? REALLY?? Well, she received her money order again today in the mail and I got on the phone with Customer Service where I asked to speak to a manager and spoke with Jackie, who was supposed to be a manager, hung up on me. Then I had to call back where I spoke with Dorman who refused to put a manager on the phone until I waited for at least 30 min. before Derrick, the contact manager, in the Virginia call center that spoke to me like I was a dummy and didn't know what I was talking about. He stated that he was the only person that I could talk to and he represented QVC, when he told me that I had to accept that they are not going to be doing anything to assist me; I was just out of that money. It was just money lost and no one else that I could speak to would be able to do anything for me. After he told me that several times, he too hung the phone up on me.
That was the worst customer service that I have ever seen. QVC needs to close their doors today with the sorry customer service that I have received today that is a poor reflection on the company and I ask, no, I beg people who are thinking about purchasing from QVC to not do it. Think about your mother that is an elderly lady on a fixed income wasting money to have something that would mean so much to her, and the company not appreciating the fact that she has just wasted her money and can never get it back.

We have no service at all. They just sell junk and charge any fees they want. An over charge of $6 has turned into over a $100 plus bill. QVC cheats. They break laws on over charging fees. I had only been a customer for what would have been three years, two months from the time they suspended my account in Sept. of 2012. I became a customer with them in November of 09 and I always paid my easy pay items on time and, gave good reviews for all of my purchases. Whenever I would write reviews, they were always good except for the items they sent to me, that someone else had returned, which I sent right back to them. The folks in customer service have been directed to lie about them not reselling items that have been returned by other customers. This is no doubt how QVC has become the enterprise that it is today.
Anyway, they suspended my account because they said I cancelled too many items. I don't think I cancelled too many items at all. I believe the reason they did that was because something came up and, I couldn't receive shipment of my auto delivery of Purity and Micro delivery even though I had purchased quite a bit from them and paid cash money for my purchases. Those purchases were made before I was due to receive my auto delivery. Anyway, my son wanted to purchase a Samsung 2 tablet as a Christmas gift for his girlfriend. CS set him up his own account and, the very next day, when he went to make the purchase, they had suspended his account, because of my address seeing that he lives with me.
This was so unfair and I didn't mind letting them know just what I thought of them and what they did. Why do they give you the option to cancel an item or even return and item if, it's against their policy. It was more important for me to get a new clothes dryer than to take shipment of an auto delivery from QVC. Whether they realize it or not, QVC is not perfect themselves because I have received many, many items that someone else returned and have CS lie to me saying that, they don't put returns back in stock. Oh how they lie!

He said they sent me a TV that has been used and resold as a new one. I called QVC and they said they have no control over that and to call LG. Well, no one wants to talk about this. But all the electronics I have bought from them are junk. Dyson is a piece of junk. Tom Tom is junk. It fell apart when I was moving from one state to another. I got the part a week later and fell apart.
Now that I know what they do, I will never order any of their leftover junk again. Just go to the store and buy it. This is just wrong. The man who works for LG said they wouldn't do anything and he was right. No one wants to hear about this. No problem. The TV is fixed, but it is not a new one I paid for.

QVC suspended my account and I can no longer purchase because of a situation with my Q card. Due to financial difficulties, I got behind in my credit card payments. The bank that handles the Q card, GE Capital, offered me a settlement. I agreed to the settlement amount. GE Capital advised me that when the final payment was made, the credit bureaus would be notified the account was settled for less than what was owed. They also told me that I would receive a 1099-C because the amount forgiven was more than $600. However, they never told me that QVC would no longer allow me to make further purchases (even with another form of payment). If I had known that, I would not have agreed to a settlement. I have been purchasing from QVC for years. I had an active account that was always paid on time and I usually paid about $500 per month leaving a small balance. Because of the amount of items I purchased, I did end up returning some items for various reasons. QVC professes a 30-day unconditional return policy, however, it is obviously not unconditional. They claim that if you return too many items, they can close your account. Not only did they close my account but they also closed my husband's account, my daughter's account (who is married and lives separately from me) and my mother-in-law who lives in Florida and is 86 years old.
They were all cancelled because they were associated with me due to me trying to purchase through their accounts. This just doesn't seem legal since they don't ever mention this on air nor do they have the right to cancel accounts of people who just know me. I believe it is false advertising to say they have a 30-day unconditional return policy when there are obviously conditions to their returns. I simply want to be able to purchase items from them like anyone else. Also, if not me, my daughter wants to be able to purchase things not to mention my poor mother-in-law in Florida. Please advise if there is anything that you can do. Thank you.

I had only been shopping with QVC for a little over two years when they suspended my account because they said I had cancelled too many orders. In my opinion, I think I purchased more than I cancelled and if they did not want customers cancelling an order, then why do they have that option? Also, why would they not notify a person long before they do? I believe what really made them do what they did was because I couldn't receive an auto delivery order at the time it was due to be shipped because I had an emergency that came up at that time and was told by someone at CS that it was OK to cancel that shipment. A couple of weeks later, I went to order a handbag and that is when I found out that my account was no longer open. I even wrote a letter of apology to them, but they were not even moved by my explanation of the hardship which I suffered and therefore I couldn't take shipment of that order.
During my short time as one of their customers, I always paid my easy pay payments on time and I always gave what ever I purchased a good review, provided it was not an item that was sent back by another customer. Speaking of receiving previously returned items, I received several orders like that. Why I even received a cosmetic item that had been returned by another customer. Yet CS lie and say they don't restock returned items when they know they do. I really feel that QVC is only about money and that's it.

That was irritating enough, but they took it out of the Michael Dawkins box and put it in a plain QVC box. Well, FTS, I sent it back again. They received it according to shipping records. They did not try to send it back, but are still chasing me for the money. Just this week, a family member had an order cancelled and a hold put on her account because they said she was associated with someone who owes them money. I and my wife have been a QVC customer for years and have spent thousands over this period. We have never been late with any payments and/or payments returned for insufficient funds. During specials, we use at times the easy pay method. It was during this that we had our first problem with QVC. I purchased an item that had two payments of $29.91 - used my debit card on file as normal. After the first payment processed, I was notified by QVC that my expiration date needed to be changed. I went online, updated my card, and submitted the due payment.
A month went by and then I get a call from a collection agency and a letter from same explaining to me that they were given my case for payment to QVC of $29.91. No notice from QVC, no phone call, no e-mail, no nothing. I called customer service next day and asked them how could this happen? I paid the $29.91 and assured them they have lost a long-term paying customer and that I would do my best with the social networks to help them out. Trouble is the higher-up personnel don't seem to care. They perceive themselves as a large organization - losing a few customers won't matter. I've read several blogs with similar cases. If enough customers complain, maybe someone in authority can fix their problem.

I have ordered a total of 3 items from QVC, and have had problems with two of the three so far. The first order, I received in a timely fashion, but then before the last payment, I had to close the account suddenly because of a potential fraud issue. It was a $30.00 monthly transaction, so I had forgotten about it. I received a letter from them 2 weeks after the payment was due stating that it was being sent to collections. I would have been happy to pay it before it went to a collector; a $30 collection is just ridiculous. The second item I purchased was on a completely separate account. I ordered it in October with 6 easy payments. Payments for October and November had been debited, but looking back at my bank statement, December's had not. Ironically, January's payment has been debited as well.
Now QVC is claiming that the missing payment had been sent to collections since I failed to pay their automatic debit? I told my husband that I had been called "many" times and sent multiple letters. I have never received a single call from QVC, ever. I was sent one piece of mail from the previous item I ordered mentioned above, but that was it. My account never went below the amount needed to pay, so what’s the excuse? So last week I went to go order a higher priced camera I needed for my business. I would have never attempted this transaction knowing all of the information above, but unfortunately I was unaware of most of it until I went to order the camera.
So, I called and ordered the camera over the phone with a customer service agent with no problems. The first payment was debited, and I thought all was fine and dandy. When the day came when it was supposed to arrive, lo and behold it never came. I checked my QVC account and it said the transaction had been cancelled. What!? I received no communication that this had even happened. I called to find out what the heck happened and customer service informed me that it had been cancelled due to the $30 missed payment on the first item I ever ordered a completely different account. It was already in collections, so there was no way for me to pay it and continue my other transaction.
I just found out about all of this in the past couple of days and I'm furious. I'm now really glad I did not purchase that high dollar item with them, because just sifting through issues with $30 payments has been a nightmare, and now I have to deal with collectors and their fees. QVC is a rip off, preying on customers with these easy pay offers.
