This is not a legitimate company the positive reviews left are by “staff” or they are paid for not legitimate reviews. I placed an order despite all the negative reviews that says they take your money and cancel the order and never ship or refund because I saw those few positive reviews. So to avoid paying $500 for gifts at once I did the three easy payments just to see if they did the same and what they did was bill me three times, never shipped the item and never refunded me.
Refused to provide me with a supervisor or speak to anyone except the so called customer service reps that had no knowledge or information about everything other than telling you their supervisor is gone and they will call back. Wasn’t a surprise no one ever called because every time I called a rep and asked for a supervisor they all had the exact same script. And still have not gotten my money back over $300. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR INFORMATION STOLEN OR YOUR MONEY STOLEN.

This place is shady. They were out of stock on a lego watch and never notified me and it didn't say that when I ordered it. I followed up on the order today as it said it was shipping.... I received other items ordered at the same time. The guy told me, "It's out of stock, we'll refund your credit card." Had I known this 3 weeks ago, I could have found it somewhere else, but now it's sold out everywhere. Thanks for ruining a little boy's Xmas QVC.

My first and last purchase with this company. Horrible service, if you ask to speak to a supervisor they say they can’t help you. QVC’s customer service is all about making it as difficult as possible for you to get your own money back! They have ruined my mother’s Christmas! Lost my package, could not replace it, and after SEVERAL long phone calls and being told I would be refunded, they are still $10.00 short of what they charged my MasterCard. Had the nerve to tell me that they are “holding” my money as a future credit for a future order....HAHAHA! No matter how good one of their items may look, do not do business with this company, or you’ll regret it.

Ordered a high ticket item $1,000+, got an email saying it was ready for my scheduled delivery. Try to set it up online it advised me to call. Then I call the 1st time and they tell me they have my package and they will call me back to set up a time, no call back, call the next day and they say they never received the package, called back and asked for a supervisor, then he tells me that they tried to call me multiple times to tell me that they are having issues locating my item. Call the following day and they tell me I can schedule an appointment and then tell me they have to call me back because The person in charge wasn’t available.
Call back the next day and tell them the warehouse they say my package is at is right up the road from job and I will go get it Personally and then once again they have to call me back to let me know if it’s approved, ONCE AGAIN, no phone call. Next day I call yet again and they tell me I can’t pick it up for liability issues. Then I call again the next day and they tell me that package was never at that warehouse and they don’t know where it is but they will call me once they find it, which seems to be a BS lie because I’ve been dealing with this for over a week now. Worst purchasing experience I’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered a set of candles on 12/2/19, on 12/9 I received a message that the item would be delayed. When I checked online the order number was not found. I reached QVC and was told they found the order but the service rep was unable to cancel the order. I used PayPal for payment and now I have 2 items pending due to them not having the item to send. PayPal can't cancel the authorizations only QVC can. This is unacceptable and dishonest. I am doing a lot of calling and research to do a simple cancel of a transaction. Will never use QVC again.

I have basically never been a fan of QVC. However while channel surfing I happened upon a segment on bluetooth headphones (Bose). Went online using my phone. With limited funds I was given the option of (Three easy Payments) that was "do-able". I clicked on the option of divided payments! And immediately received notification from my bank. The entire cost of headphones was TAKEN OUT of my account! NO NOTIFICATION of options! I immediately called QVC to inform them I did not want to purchase the items. And the NIGHTMARE began!
They refused to "Release the hold" on my money! I called repeatedly turned in complaint. I was instructed after "Corporate Review" the hold would not be released for TEN DAYS!!! Funds I explained I could not afford to have "tied up"! Funds held for a sale that was cancelled within FIVE minutes of its erroneously deduction from my account. Never even given a chance to "Review sale." Nothing! And clearly they don't care. And they are in the practice of this unethical behavior enough that they were "flip" rude and repeated the phrase "You will get your money back in ten days." That's it. QVC! YOU should be ashamed of such ridiculously unethical practices. Will these "practices" continue.

If I can rate QVC a no stars I would have. I made a purchase online for two big ticket items with my Paypal account. I found out almost two weeks later that my order was cancel with no email alerting me. Now it is almost three weeks later and my funds in my paypal still shows it is being holded by QVC. I have tried to so many times for them to release the hold. With no answer.

I thought I would check QVC reviews online. I wanted to know if what I was experiencing was a fluke or an overall change in the way they do business. I can see from these reviews business practices have gone downhill. Ditto all the complaints here. Customer service is poor. The representatives are truly nasty. Product quality has also decreased. Are they selling seconds? I have found Amazon carries many of the products I typically buy and more. Prices are better and customer service is good. Delivery is prompt.

I have ordering a lot of products over the holiday season. I also have been paying straight out of my checking account. I decided to use their 6 month plan with a couple items. What a mistake. You can only order each product one at a time because they charge you individually for each product which means you're paying for shipping on every item And that is no deal at all!!!! And payments will come out of your checking account individually what a bunch of crap???♀️ Called customer service. She told me, "Yes that’s the are the way it is. Have a good day." Really!!!!

Bought a camera and paid extra for express shipping on Black Friday which had a deal of $250 off. Still wasn’t shipped the day before it was supposed to arrive. I called because I thought it was odd. I would have gotten a refund for the shipping if it didn’t arrive on that day, but QVC would have lost money due to still having to pay for the express shipping. So the day comes that it supposed to arrive and I check to see the status and it says it was canceled. I messaged the support email asking about it. Never received a reply. Got tired of waiting so I called the customer service hotline. I told them what was going on. At first they said that they didn’t find any reason why my order was being canceled. That there was nothing written in the description of why it was canceled. Then they all of a sudden they said that they canceled my order because it was too risky. Saying that they checked with other business’ and that I missed payments.
First off, the only info I gave them was my credit card and my address. They have no access to my credit score at all, so where did they even get this “information” from. I never gave them my social security number or anything like that. Second, my credit score is over 700 and I never have even missed a payment. So their excuse makes no sense and when I told the customer service agent that, all they did is repeat what they said about the account being closed.
So I’ll tell you what I think really happened. They messed up and couldn’t get the item to me by the date that I paid extra for it to be here by. Rather than losing money on paying for the more expensive shipping. They decide just to cancel my whole order and then when I called about it. They just seemed to make up an excuse. So not only did you waste my valuable time, but you also caused me to miss out on getting the camera that I wanted to get at a better value due to me shopping for it on Black Friday. So now I have to pay an extra $250 to get it. Which I guarantee I will not be buying from you. Don’t buy from this horrible company.

Placed a few orders with QVC a week ago. Logged on to check the status. Everything looked good. Tried to order another item last night 11/27/19. Could not get on my account. Logged out then tried to get back on, nothing. Contacted them through Facebook Messenger. First off never do that. They take forever to answer, are very short and rude and end your chat before you even get done reading the response. So I called, got passed around 3 times, finally get to someone and she says there are lots of notes, "Yes your account was closed cause you have another account that you owe on." Ah no I don't.
I have been with them since the 80's. Had a QVC account at one time but paid off and closed it. They think it's from missing an easy pay several years ago. I said, "Funny you all have my bank account on file and did not have any problem taking the money." And if this was the case, I was never notified and everything was paid. I have proof if you want it. I also said, "So if this is from several years ago are you telling me you just now found it?" I have been purchasing all along and just received items today. She did not know. They have to send this on for further review. So even if they decide to reopen my account, I will not return as a customer. This is why the lose business.

I sent back an item, they processed my return...and weeks later I’m still waiting to get my money back. Sent two emails to customer service who told me the refund of $53.80 was issued on November 4th to the debit card I’d used to purchase the item and that it takes “3-4 days” for it to show up in my bank. Well, it’s now November 26 which is a heck of a lot longer than “3-4 days” and I still haven’t received my money. QVC has become a lousy company to do business with. Very untrustworthy. Have been a customer of theirs for decades but I’m done with them!

QVC decided to close my account and not let me order using any form of payment even though I have a brand new Qcard whose 1st payment isn't even due yet is already being processed because I want to make sure it's early not late. My balance was only $84 and I set up payment for half. Thought I could do some Holiday shopping via QVC but nope. Can't buy a thing even if I want to pay with my debit card, Visa, Mastercard, or my Qcard. They did it's because I have multiple accounts. Well I'm sorry I forgot what email address I used and created a new account but why close both? Makes no sense to me!! Did I mention that customer service fixed this same exact problem just 6 days ago and it was randomly canceled again? I would understand if I owed them money or wasn't making my qcard payments. I don't understand blocking my ability to shop there totally and without reason!!

This was the first time ordering from QVC and definitely will be my last!!! After TWO weeks of waiting for the delivery! They arrived and were TWO different sizes!!! These shoes were $105 and this is how they arrived. One was a 6 1/2 and the other 8 1/2!!!! I called that day and the man said he has never heard of that happening!!! Well it did and I sent them back at the post office the next day!!! I have called and they said until they receive the boots which should take TWELVE days they can't send TWO of the same size shoes out!!! Imagine their mistake and I'm still waiting!!! They charged my credit CARD RIGHT AWAY but I have to wait!! I called and have gone on to Chat on-line only to ask someone and then got a survey asking how was my experience chatting with someone!!!! NO one can seemed to know anything!! I've told everyone I know NOT to order from this company and believe me I NEVER WILL AGAIN.

QVC charges top dollar for low quality products. What you see on air is NOT what you always get. The Easy Pay is a FRAUD. When they break the payment down, it usually cost more than if you had paid all in one payment. I had two experiences where I received incorrect and damaged products and called customer service. I returned the damaged product and they sent out the new however the product never made it to my location and the tracking information proved it NEVER made it to my address. However I still got charged for it and upon trying to fight it, corporate would NEVER return my phone call and my account went directly to collections.
This ordeal forced me hours and hours of time to clear my name. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. They have gotten so big that they have forgotten how to treat customers. If you dare to use them, DOCUMENT and DOUBLE check your charges. They do not make doing business easy and the customer is NOT important to them.

I have not even received the Vitamix and I am extremely sorry I ever chose QVC to buy from. I ordered on 11/15 and my account only said "in progress, delivery expected 11/22" for the last week. And, now today - I get an email saying it's shipped TODAY and won't be delivered until 11/30. Which does not match anything that you hear on the QVC channel - about 'pay with your credit card and get it by Thanksgiving'. And, who would not expect if an order was placed on the 15th that you would get it by the 28th??? If I had known it would take 15 days to receive this???
And ZERO communication from this place? And, who knows actually how long it will take. And, their 'having website issues' so I can't place a review or log a complaint to customer service'. Oh, and they're 'too busy' to get a supervisor on the line'. Humm, I wonder why they are so busy. Fixing all their mistakes probably? Never again. And, it will be a miracle if this Vitamix arrives to me in good working order, and as expected. Because I don't expect it now. And, will likely turn around and return this.

They are the worst company ever! I wouldn't even give them any stars at all! Customer service Joan was the worst person to handle my case and every time I would ask to be transferred to a person higher up she stated that I would have to wait for a callback from them. She kept giving me the runaround. They charged my card and canceled it without ANY notification. Nothing from an email a call, NOTHING. They canceled because they needed to verify that all the information is correct but yet they still charge your card. Then she said that the information is correct and that I can go ahead and re order. I'm sorry what!? It was already charged! So I need to charge my card again??? DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FEED YOU EVERY LIE UNDER THE SUN.

I ordered the 8" waffle iron for a Christmas gift and then found it cheaper at Fred Myers. Within a minute my credit card was charged and item was processed and on its was supposedly. I tried to cancel the item and QVC stated it was already processed and on its way. This was all in less than a 12 hour period. Again I called QVC and stated I did not want the item. Again they stated it was on its way. I received it Nov 19. 2019. Today is Friday Nov 15 2019 and I received a email stating from QVC that the product has been delayed and shipped date has changed. Be very careful. Most companies do not charge your credit card until the item is processed and shipped.... How can QVC charge you before the item is shipped.

I have been customer of QVC, long before they changed their name to QVC? And never had problem with them, until recently when they started hiring some foreigners and dark people? And nice people started leaving? Recently ordered something’s and when I went to check on order status, was told my account was closed? Cause I owed $18.? So they had 3 credit cards on file, also email address and two phone numbers? So instead of charging one of my cards on file or texting me. Or emailing me or calling me? They took it upon themselves and cancelled my items and cancelled my account? What hell is their problem?
Lately their bunch rejects or dam foreigners they're hiring? Lately every time watch show, there more and more dark skinned ladies working as host? Don’t mind but stop treating good customers like, I’m some reject who just stepped off boat from their country? Well guess I”ll tell everyone I know and put a thing about reject QVC? How rotten they are lately and as soon. As my items are paid for, will never again buy their Chinese junk, any more? And I”ll put mooluccki Italian curse on them to go out business? Done it before to rotten companies and people sure as hell do it to reject QVC.

I've shopped QVC for decades spending thousands of dollars. There is a pattern of being blocked to add reviews. Items that have a high ratio of negative feedback are consistently showing an "error" window when trying to submit. As a consumer, I share my experiences to educate other purchasers. I have never had difficulty leaving a review for 3,4,or 5 stars. 1 it 2 stars flags as "error." This blocks other purchasers from recieving nonbias testimony.
Below is the review I intended for QVC.com. Android: need to give permission to an app that has only 1K downloads, permission for contacts, etc. Called company and immediately spoke to rep that stated "every device, except PC's, have to have the app. The device only accepts storage if attached and removes the option to view images and videos after taking." What? Why? & How much did I pay for this...? All 4 are going back to QVC's front door!

If I pay entire item at once they will give me free shipping and handling, if I break it into payments they are going to charge shipping, handling and tax. As large as this conglomerate is especially at the holidays free shipping and handling should be there regardless of how you pay. This just stopped me ordering an item as I don't think it's right. Penalize the little guy. We're who keeps you in business.

I tuned into QVC.com as I was channel surfing this morning. I have been looking for a good deal on a Roomba for my daughter and thought I found it. The price for the 960 showed on television as $399.96. However, when I went to make my purchase the price suddenly changed to $549.XX. That is a difference of almost $150. I almost bought this by calling the toll free number thinking that there was an error online, because I was watching the television screen and clearly the price shown was the $399.
I ended up chatting and being told that I was wrong and that the price is $549. When I explained what the television was showing, I was told that this was old pricing and the new price was actually on the screen. It was not. This type of deception should not be allowed and should not be legal. I would recommend not shopping on QVC due to these deception bait and switch practices. BUYER BEWARE!

I took a chance on QVC after being such a doubter for years. I should have trusted my gut. I placed an order online only to have it cancelled by QVC, however, my credit card was charged anyway. Trying to reach someone whom could actually assist me in this company is PAINFUL. I tried by chat, then by telephone, then by chat again. No-one responded to my first chat inquiry. The one person I got on the phone was incompetent and transferred me to another department's line where I was greeted by a high caller volume message with instructions to leave a message. No thank you. After about 10 minutes waiting for a response in the Chat Live, I get an agent whom either doesn't know enough or doesn't want to be at work. After going back and forth with this person, they tell me that since I was a "new customer with no payment history," and that they were unsuccessful in verifying my order by telephone, the order was cancelled.
I have no history of a call from them, nor a notification that my order was cancelled. I've never had an experience like this ever before, just strange. I won't be purchasing (try to purchase) anything else from QVC, and will be sure to dispute and monitor that credit card in case I see any unauthorized, subsequent charges from QVC. I wanted to be a customer, not worth it.

I spoke to customer service within an hour of purchasing these boots and realized they were not going to work for me. I was told that they would send an email to the distribution warehouse to stop this order. Now this all is within one hour of placing order. They told me I would receive an email of cancellation. The next email I received was thanking me for placing order, so on the phone again the same day, telling them I canceled this order and was told again the warehouse was contacted and I would receive an email of cancellation. Never received a cancellation email.
Instead on Saturday morning received a text with tracking number and delivery would be today. Texted back right away and said they could do nothing because it went out. I was told I could refuse, which means I have to sit home until the UPS person arrives to do so. I was also told that I would be charged return fees. This is unbelievable as I canceled within an hour and upon looking at the pickup time from the originating warehouse on the UPS delivery notification, it did not get picked up until 4:45PM on Thursday, so there was ample time for the message to get through that this was canceled. I guess they feel if you receive it you will keep it. Very poor consumer practices. I will refuse and will talk to my credit card company as I should not incur any charges in this game they are playing.

I cannot understand why QVC can't get it together to be the best in shipping. You pay for shipping on QVC. On Amazon, I order and get it in a couple of days. On QVC, it is nearly two weeks, sometimes more. I have been a customer for 20+ years, but if I can get it somewhere else, even if it is a little more, I do. I am so disappointed. I feel like they have had an opportunity to excel and they have missed it. It is too late for me, get it together QVC, your customer base is aging and I don't see you gaining the next generation.

I was told in 2018 I had a balance that I had not paid. I immediately addressed it and was told that they had sent it to a previous address I was at temporarily. I never ordered the product and was told it was skincare. Never used it. I have since ordered and paid off all my items. I was going to order for holidays, told again to call credit Department. The lady informed me of the same issue. Explained what I explained over a year ago. She kept repeating they sent to my old address. Never got it. Never ordered it.
I asked her to check and she if my account showed any unpaid items - no only this. Again explained not ordered nor received. She said, "Don't pay it and you will not shop with us." I was treated like a liar and banned from shopping even though I've paid all I've ordered. THEY DON'T CARE FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS. So I said then that's fine since their service is atrocious.

I went on QVC this morning and saw a Butterball Turkey Fryer at a great price. I listened to David ** as he is the host talk good about this product. He also said a couple times that there is no shipping. I went to order it and I was being charged shipping. I called CSR at QVC, the female said that was not correct. I pulled it up again while I was talking to her and she said hold on. She came back and all the sudden a sentence was put on the bottom where I was listening to David. It says prerecorded talks don’t qualify for the current no shipping. That was very dishonest for them to slap that comment on the bottom of the recorded message.
I’ve purchased a lot from QVC and I don’t think their dishonesty will make me come back. I work in the public and have highly recommended QVC but now I will not talk good of them now. Very sneaky to put that sentence at the bottom of the recording when I called them on it. The shipping was $7.50 but it’s the principle of it. So they want to lose a customer over $7.50, then you have lost a customer and many others when I get finished telling others of the sneaky way I was done.

I ordered a mixer and waited 13 days. Suddenly, I receive an email that my return has been processed, minus shipping. I contacted QVC to tell them that the mixer was never delivered and I wanted it, please process as originally ordered. They refunded shipping, did not correct their error and did not try to correct the situation. When I told them they were losing a long term customer and I would be closing my account, they told me to call and they would help me do it. They have gotten too big and do not care about customer service. This is not the first issue, just the final issue.

Purchased an LG Premier pro 5.3 phone Fri 10/18/2019 and next day HSN promoted same item for half of the cost. ontacted QVC customer service agent and manager and was refused a match to HSN price (who is also their sister co.). I find this totally unacceptable that qvc would rather lose a long time customer than try to resolve this issue.

Should a return count against you? They send wrong size. Item has been used and shipped out as new. Item is not as appeared on tv. Poor quality. Clothing has holes and/or tears. Product you have purchased for years has changed. QVC boasts a 30 day no questions asked policy but that is not true. Falsely leading customers. I’m happy to be done with them. 98% of what they sell can be found for cheaper and free shipping. People love the easy pay so they don’t want to shop at the cheaper places. Easy pay is evil pay. Way too many get sucked in. If you don’t have the money. Simple. Don’t buy.

QVC is ALWAYS advertising how great their products are & if you're not 100% satisfied, just return it. What they don't tell you is once returned, they will deduct at least 3X more than the shipping really cost from your refund! I sent a tiny package with a necklace in it & they charged me $11.00 to return it when it was only $2.00 in reality!! They are deceitful & their company is turning into CRAP.

Just an FYI about QVC. I placed an order yesterday from QVC. It said that the order would be on hold for an hour. After thinking about it, I decided that I really didn't need what I was ordering and could wait until later. I cancelled the order four minutes after making it and have emails to prove it. I just checked my banking account and it has been charged. When I called QVC, the lady told me there would be a 3 to 5 day wait for the refund. I cancelled within four minutes of making the order. I told her that was unacceptable. Then she just talked over me repeating the same thing over and over. They want to talk about how great their customer service is. Malarkey!!! I just want others to be aware. I will NEVER buy from them again and I've been a customer of theirs since the 80's. You can't tell me something and then not do it. I thought that was against the law when it comes to a business.

I’m incredibly furious. I never had any trouble logging onto my QVC account until after I made my first order (an order for a Canon camera). Checking my order status required login information, but I was told my password was incorrect despite the fact that I have my password saved on the app. I decided to select “reset or create new password”, and alas, I’m informed that there’s an error with that process, so my only option is to call customer service. The other reviews regarding QVC inform readers such as myself that that’s impossible, because their customer service is very poor and impossible to work with. My card is being charged over $100 at a monthly basis now. This is a lawsuit-worthy offense.

I noticed all of the one star reviews given to a shopping network that has millions of sales globally and I wanted those who read them to keep it in perspective. For anyone thinking that these reviews are the norm, I have to object and say they are not. Think about it. How often do people write something nice about any purchase? Rarely. But if the purchase is not up to expectations, whether realistic or not, complaints are quickly made to anyone who will listen. No company is perfect.
My interactions with QVC, as well as family and friends, has been very positive overall. I've been a customer for over 20 years. I've purchased a variety of items - clothes, makeup. electronics, garden, mattresses, home decor, kitchen items, specialty foods, outdoor items, etc. Yes, I have received shipments that weren't correct, but they always made good by them... even telling me not so send one item back due to the expiration of the product but they still refunded the price. I've never talked to a CSR who wasn't polite and courteous.
With any item purchased, you should do your due diligence. Sometimes the price is higher for an item because of the add-ons so keep in mind if you don't want the extras. I've rarely been disappointed with an item I've purchased because I use good judgement and don't get caught up in the host's enthusiasm. People tend to forget the hosts are paid to sell a product so they have to hype it up even if they don't use it or have one themselves. I love the fact that they have small and/or new business owners showcasing their products.

Purchased a tablet from QVC called New vision. I was told to return the tablet that exploded completely and cause my kitchen table to have a huge market in it and the phone number is now disconnected. I called QVC to settle this matter and was told numerous times to call the manufacturer even though I told them that they are not in business anymore. What a disappointment. I will never be ordering from QVC again.

I spent thousands of dollars on QVC because the clothes fit well and I like the designers and I have foot pain so the shoes helped but I found out that the items can be bought other places and usually cheaper. I had to research because they froze my account due to "too many eternal easy pay items" which they push on their TV shows but do not warn the customer that this will happen. You cannot log into your account to see the status on anything or change the easy pay options to a credit card. So I opened up a different account - same thing again.
They will treat you terrible even though you are a good customer. They don't give a crap about the customer at all - now they try to make you believe they do but they don't! So beware - search for the items on other sites and buy from them instead. You won't get treated like a parasite like QVC treats people!! They shipped an order and then called it back and required it to be sent back to them so I never received the order nor was I told that this happened even though I received an email saying it was shipped and that was it. Another order never processed and I was never notified why. When you call they are either incompetent or rude!! Again - buyer beware!!

It is so unbearable the way extreme subpar thoughtless service has become the norm today. I ordered a laptop from QVC and paid extra for next day delivery. Hours later, the UPS tracking stated the "receiver" returned the product. It hadn't even been delivered yet. When researching the issue, I noticed that whoever processed the UPS shipping part of the order stated "Los Angeles, NC". Yip... phreakin N.C.!!! How stupid could people be!!! My address on my QVC account is correct. It was not my doing!
This type of horrible brain-dead service has become so normal today. It is so unacceptable. This is the reason I no longer go to grocery stores or any stores in general. I am so fed-up with brain-dead people working these jobs who have no common sense and who are incapable of processing a single thought! I contacted QVC customer service and as expected, that was a total waste of time. The maladaptive QVC employee said I could order another laptop. Hell no!!! I'm never ordering another product from QVC!

I ordered a Mac Book for my daughter's birthday; after placing the order I realized that the phone app did not display my complete mailing address. Therefore; I called customer service and spoke with a guy by the name of Matthew. During this conversation it was realized that the computer (laptop) I ordered will arrive to me too late however; if I change the delivery address to my daughter's address she will receive her birthday gift on time.
I later received an email indicating my credit card payment did not go through; I was a little confused because my bank account was charged. This prompted me to call customer service the next day and I was informed that QVC attempted to charge me twice due to the deliver charge was more, $8.60 extra. And my first order was cancelled; all the while I was never informed that by changing the delivery address would cause the order to cancel and changing the shipping address is considered to be a new order.
As a result my daughter will not receive her laptop by her birthday because of the poor customer service and lack of information that was not given by Mathew. And when I spoke with the supervisor Otha he did not make the situation any better. Very poor customer service; QVC does not care about their customers. They are only concerned about their orders/money. I was not offered or suggested any resolution to this problem. QVC lost a customer over $8.60.

Do not get the credit card.! They are so crooked with this company. They will give you a line of credit and you buy the split billing. Even if you pay your bills on time they will go in a lower the credit on your credit card. So all the time you are paying on your credit card thinking everything is fine then this is where they get you. They have no more room to put split billing on your credit card because the bank will lower the credit. So they send the remaining to QVC collections. So when you try to work it out they blame the company at the same time QVC blames the credit card.
So when you call QVC collections they have a bunch of young millennial that can't deal with frustrated customers and need their safe places. So you have to jump through hoops to get a detailed bill. So even though my credit card is in good standing with QVC. I still have to deal with collections. The bank who runs this is very crooked. I will never buy from QVC again!!!! Beware and don't get the credit card!!!!

Purchased several Affinity diamonds in the past. One bracelet with green diamonds, one ring with green diamonds. Opened the box to put on my ring, the stones turned dark, black, bracelet the same. The other items I have the stone colors are fine. Contacted QVC, they told me they have no phone number or address for Affinity Diamonds and I ordered the items several years ago. I asked how they get in touch with them then, smoke signals?? They said the diamonds are not guaranteed. “Diamonds are forever, they don’t change color even if heat treated.“ I have to wonder if these are actually real diamonds...

Ordered a HP laptop from QVC on July 31st, 2019. Today is August 21st, 2019 and still no computer. This order was placed on a Back to School Special and the product was showing in stock. Talked to QVC's customers lack of service department..."In stock" means the components are in stock in China. It needs to be assembled and then ships to the customer. Sad just sad!!

QVC might well becoming too big to guarantee good customer service. Their employees (the ones answering phones) don’t have all the correct information. As if this isn’t bad enough, corporate doesn’t answer emails or letters. They block a customer without researching the reasons. Every time I call I get a different quality version... It’s confusing, expensive and mistreat customers. Do not buy QVC - it’s VERY bad... Amazon is less expensive and much better organized.

I purchased an air conditioner system from QVC through a manufacturer called De'Longhi. The first system was not maintaining the temperature properly when it was very hot in my bedroom. The compressor made a lot of noise turning on and off every time it was trying to cool down the room. When the compressor was turned on it would make a loud noise slowing down very slow until the compressor stopped and then the fan would also slow down to the lowest speed more than what I preset the fan.
QVC was nice enough to give me a second air conditioner and it was acting the same way the first one was acting or having issues. QVC told me to write to the manufacturer and justify my concern to them .So I called the company and they pointed the problem back to QVC making them responsible for the product. The manufacturer only cared about the symptoms that air conditioner was creating when I had it in my house. But the manufacturer would never request any type of refund or replacement on them. QVC never stated in their description That the appliance wasn't new and it took 9.5 Amps to work. That meant when I was running my air conditioning at home our electricity would be glitching every time that compressor would turn on.
It's been an entire month since my purchase of this air conditioner and I have 2 AC is not working properly and QVC only gave me credit for $40 out of $80 that I pay each month on a payment plan. I requested QVC to give me a full month payment deducted from my account because I have not received a decent A/C unit yet. They declined giving me the full monthly fee of $80. I need someone to please put some common sense into these guys to make them responsible for their products and start deducting payments when the customer was not able to use their product yet.

As a first time buyer with QVC I was excited because I know my mom and grandmother always went there especially for the easy payments. As a student needing a laptop I was stoked when I found a really nice affordable HP stream book under 400. With easy payments it was super affordable right? Wrong. I actually just got off the phone with QVC because I was trying to track my order. Well I placed my order two days ago on the 14th. They cancelled my order due to the fact that “since it is such a big ticket item and as a first time shopper you are deemed a liability.” A FIRST TIME SHOPPER IS DEEMED A LIABILITY TO THIS COMPANY!!!! The icing on this horrible feeling/experience is that they also do NOT notify you about your purchase being cancelled.
No call, no email, no nothing. I’m really glad I did try and track my order because school started yesterday and I had the express shipping too so I’d have it no later than today. So I will NEVER be doing business with them ever again and you shouldn’t either. QVC is a giant joke and if you can’t even get any notification that a purchase for a first time buyer won’t be receiving the item they’re not worth your time.

I ordered several bras on July 16, 2019 and charged them to PayPal which in turn was charged to my credit card. I have not received the order as of 8-5-2019. I called QVC Customer Service and was told there was NO ORDER for that date. I then called PayPal and they said the items will be charged when QVC Inc. completes my order. This is nuts that there is no order for QVC and yet the order is pending in PayPal. I would not recommend ordering from QVC at all.

I would think after calling, they would have sent out a new one right away, but no; I was told to wait another 5 days, before checking back with them. Been shopping with QVC forever! Using Easy Pay, was never charged interest. Noticed my billing statement and noticed they've charged interest 3 times on something that was supposed to be interest-free, never ever missing a payment. My days of Easy Pay are over with this company! IF I shop with them at all, it will be one payment period. People watch your billing statements. It's a shame, use to be an honest company. All good things come to an end.

I have made many purchases from QVC over the years and love watching In the Kitchen with David. I called in on a Sunday to order an item and was told my account was closed. I was shocked and asked why, they said I owed them money, and I was like what? I do not owe them any unpaid balances. I order and use Easy Pay which comes out of my checking automatically every month. I told them they must have made an error and they said that there was another person who has the same name as me, but has a different address and somehow they linked that person's account to mine and closed my account. Absolutely ridiculous. They told me that there was no phone number to reach anyone to fix this problem. I was told I had to write a letter to their corporate office and tell them I don't know this person. Just crazy, I don't feel like I have to spend postage and my time to fix their accounting error.
I sent three messages through their contact customer service option on their website and no one has contacted me. Well you know what if they don't care about a loyal paying customer, them I no longer care about purchasing from them. I certainly am not going to beg QVC to let me be their customer. After this I will never watch QVC again.

We purchased my wife a pair of shoes, they were the wrong size. We sent them back, but QVC returns take forever (in our case ONE MONTH to be picked up from the Post Office). Since I wasn't aware of this delay, I ordered the correct size shoes and we were charged for the second pair. Rep indicated that when the original set were returned, that a credit/refund would be issued. About 3 weeks later, we get a second pair of the correct size shoe...so now she has two.
Ordered two sets of solar lights. One set works fine, the second the solar panel would not charge the batteries. Shipped the lights back the 5th of July and AMAZINGLY, they were picked up by the QVC delivery service on the 9th. QVC indicates that a REFUND WAS ISSUED and they are processing the shipment. Why issue a REFUND from something I asked to EXCHANGE?? Today is the 19th of July...so 10 days to process the order. I have made two purchases from QVC, they are the ONLY two orders I will place. Their entire business model is POOR QUALITY.

I’ve had a account with Qvc for a little over 2 years. My issues came when me and my family moved to a new rental property. Once we moved into our new rental we were looking to finance a desktop computer. After placing our order a few days later we noticed that out order never went out for delivery. So we called in and noticed that my account had been closed, at that time I was think that maybe it closed because I hadn’t used the account since December and it was now February. So the guy was like he sent over a request for the finance team to open the account. And if I had a different address he can rush deliver my order. So good thing we did. The new address I used was the previous address which was my in-laws house. And once again a few days later the order never went out for deliver and at this point I’m highly upset. So I demanded to speak with a supervisor and to make a longer story short.
My orders keep getting canceled because the previous person who lived at my new rental address had a extremely large unpaid account with them. So not only did they close my account they also blocked my in-laws house as well. The part I don’t understand is that there is no way for you to speak with the finance team. It’s just like you’re out of luck. I was even willing to send over my lease to show how I’m currently stating in a rental. What happened before me has nothing to do with me or my family. To make matters worse I had previously had a account with them and never was late, never had any issues until I moved.... smh. They need to do better.

My mother has ordered from QVC for years. She was "such a great customer", so they offered her the QCard. She has paid using her bank account (electronic transfer), her debit card and same charges are charged to QCard. They've even started sending bill to my dead father, whom NEVER ordered from QVC (his name was in their checking account only). She is being harassed DAILY via US Mail and collection calls. We have shown proof of payment and have requested repayment in full for overpayment (twice the amount). We have called customer service for QVC AND QCard AND Synchrony Bank. They (all three different entities) have collected the money from her - misleading, harassing, bullying.

I placed an order for a VERY expensive item on Wednesday July 3rd. I chose next day shipping as it is a wedding gift for a wedding I am to attend this weekend. I paid SIXTY dollars for next day shipping. I get an email that the item has shipped... great!! Because it shipped on the 3rd, and the 4th is a holiday I would receive it Friday July 5th. Flash forward to the 5th. I check tracking and it just shows "Delayed". I call UPS to find out where the package is and I am told that QVC sent it too late on Wednesday and it was past the cutoff time for next day shipping. They tell me it will arrive on MONDAY... Wow, so a day after the wedding that I needed it for.
UPS tells me to have QVC contact them to upgrade the shipping to Saturday delivery. I contact QVC and they tell me they have no way of contacting UPS (this is a lie). The best they can do is wait for me to get it, have me return it, then after it is return they would process a refund which would take days. In the meantime, I'm just sitting here baffled at why they sent it out for shipping past the cut off time, and that now becomes my problem. They have accepted no responsibility and are unwilling to make this right. Now I am out the money from the original item, and will have to miraculously find a replacement in 1 day. Then I will be out the money for both of the items. Awful company, awful customer service. Do not shop here.

I ordered a Keurig for my wife’s birthday and received a shipped email with tracking. While tracking my package it stated “requested to send back to shipper”. I called QVC and asked why it was being sent back and they said someone had a bad account with QVC with that same address… We used QVC one other time around Christmas and had no issues and paid off what we ordered so not sure where that came from, but whatever I let it be and said, "Will you refund me the first payment?" And they said yes. A week has passed and no refund yet. So I call again and they said a refund was submitted but wasn’t completed. Now I have to wait 5 more days. BS!

I purchased sandals during the winter and did not wear them until the weather was warmer. Once I wore them around the house, I realized they didn't fit right and I did not like them. I returned them to QVC and 6 weeks later they were sent back to me. I called them to discuss their mistake and I was told it was after 30 DAYS and could not be returned! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was nothing they could do. It is a unfair and ridiculous return policy given all the competition. Have had the Q Card 4 years now. Same due date. This month's bill had a $19.63 late fee and $1.50 finance charge. I have always paid my bill on time. Lets keep in mind that my issue was from the order, to shipping, payments and customer service. I am not one that would place a negative if I had great feelings. Order placed for a laptop on November of 2018, purchase consisted 6 total payments for the amount of $459. When the order was placed I was charged the first payment, following the placement of the order I received a call from a representative confirming the order at 6:45am. During the confirmation call I have focused on delivery. I have indicated that a signature is a must, after I made that request the representative tried to make me feel stupid by saying that they meaning QVC would not deliver a product such as a laptop with a signature.
After order was placed no item was delivered. Now being towards the holiday that was not a priority for me. Well, from the time order was placed we passed December, January without any payments being deducted. Suddenly approximately 3 months later I was charged twice for the amount of $459 which technically 3 payments already having been made. When I was charged almost $900 I really had no idea what the charge was for. Immediately I called my bank and filed a Fraud claim, that initial claim was declined due to not being fraud. The bank should have processed as a dispute. That's irrelevant.
Before I proceeded with a new claim I contacted QVC, During the call I was told that the computer have been. After tying to ask for help QVC has not shown any concern, they literally said "Call your bank." I called the bank prior but this time I called filing the claim properly. Well at time I filed the claim I received a letter in the mail from a collections department regarding the payment.
QVC 1st Mistake: All 3 calls pertaining this issue not one time did anyone want to help. I was informed that I would get a call from a manager in a specific period of time, well no call received. Between February/March up until May I filed a police report. I filed a complaint the California DA office and was gathering information and submitting to the bank. Well in May I received a letter from the bank that the claim has been reviewed and I was going to see a permanent credit. So that leaves me with one payment being made for a product that never was delivered. I called the bank regarding the one payment I didn't get refunded for, the reason I didn't revive it was not because of a denial it had to do with how the claim was processed. The bank suggested that call QVC, they made it appear that it will be the easiest call I would make due to accountability.
On June 6th I called QVC, during the conversation I noticed it was not going anywhere so I requested to speak with a a manager. Well the representative once attain said that they cant speak with me. That need to wait for a call back and it can take up to 4 hours which I had no choice. Well I have not received a single call. I called back towards the evening, during the call I spoke to a gentleman. In quotes, I wrote it down word from word "You did not pay for the 3 because the bank gave you 2, it can take up to 5 days for you to get your last payment back." Well, that was a twist from experience, but resulted to a lie. On June 7th I called at 8am. Once again I was told that they will have a manager call me at the most in 4 hours but can be a lot sooner. June 7th I was told the same thing and no call was made.
QVC has been provided with detailed instructions that the buyers demands a signature. QVC has submitted the purchase to credit agencies but this occurred after the payments were made. QVC has been provided with the tracking details clearly showing that the package was left at the front door. At or around 10am which is when most individuals are at work. QVC has provided false information that was misleading for the benefit of their time.
This is now my major or one of my major concerns. I have a company that has not taken accountability for a package from the time I left their facility up to the time it ended up at wherever. Cameras clearly showed UPS driving down the street around 4:15pm, none in the am. This raised brows assuming that either someone intended on doing what they do.
So QVC has collected 3 payments for the account of $459.59, 2 of the payments has been refunded. At the same time I had a source that was able to verify that UPS was contacted about this via merchant. Lets just say that UPS has provided payment for the loss of package. Well that would mean something simple which is no attempt should be made for collecting payment. Logically speaking, QVC clearly is able to determine the amount remaining that is owed to me including that refunding me will still reflect on QVC. Nevertheless, it appears that QVC has collected the funds for this purchase from the carrier. In addition, they have $459 of my money so this transaction leaves QVC still at a profit and the buyer at a loss.
I, Daniel ** am providing you with the following process that will be taken of which only would occur If I am not provided with my money. Since this is now becoming further out I am demanding that I am immediately issued a refund for the amount of $459 at the latest Wednesday of next week. If I am not going to be refunded I will take all necessary actions required in order to get my money back.
Respectfully speaking, I would like to obtain the funds from QVC but if I am not I will 100% get my funds back using the method that will reflect on the entire company but most importantly would reach out to many customers. There has not been a single time that I spoke with someone from QVC that the conversation was taken serious. Please take this serious that I will get my money back no matter what, but if its the avenue where I am having to consume time and go other avenues then it will become on a much larger scale of a negative experience.

I order three sets of bowls and ramekins from QVC. Each product featured a serving spoon but when I received my order none was included with each order. I called customer service and they said that I was I would receive each on. After two weeks I did not receive them. I called again, this time they said they could not send them, instead offered a small refund. I am kinda put off by this but continue to order, but recently I am not receiving my orders as fast as previously. I don't know what is happening but they had better improve to keep me as a customer.

I purchased the tablets for my children 4 and 5 years of age. It's simple to operate and they enjoy playing games and doing learning lessons on it. I would definitely purchase another one in the future. My 5 year old has already learned to follow the prompts. She can turn it on and she loves to take pictures. My 4 year old listen to nursery rhymes and watch Spiderman and Mickey Mouse. He loves his tablet.

I've been shopping with QVC for 20 years. In the past, the customer service was stellar. Now they just want to flap their lips and argue. I've been an identity theft victim since 2014 when my social security number was stolen. I placed an order with QVC using Paypal. The amount charged was not the amount of the purchase. I contacted Paypal who said it's a QVC problem. I call QVC, tell them the problem and I cancel the order. Rep says charge will drop off, it did not. I call back and get a rep who wants to argue with me. I ask for her name and she hangs up on me. I call back and get another rep who wants to argue and flap her gums. QVC DOES NOT TAKE FRAUD SERIOUSLY. Now I'm stuck in the middle. I guess I'll have to file another FBI and police report.

Relating a QVC experience from two years ago. Received a $50 gift card for my birthday two years, When I tried to use the QVC gift card at the QVC outlet store, the store associate told me I could not use the gift card as it was not an "outlet" gift card but a QVC.com gift card. In other words QVC sells two different gift cards; one for online purchases and one just for the outlet stores. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years online and at the outlet store and up until recently I always found the outlet store employees to be courteous and accommodating. The denial of the use of my gift card would not have happened years ago.
I called customer service and was told to tell the store associate (cashier) to ring up the sale as a gift card purchase. Again, the store associate said I had the wrong gift card. Her attitude towards me was rather condescending, so I left my cart full of merchandise at the checkout counter and left. While I have made two very small purchases in the last two years, I am through with QVC and have shopped elsewhere for my clothes and kitchen items.

You pay for shipping to receive the item, then when you return the item using the QVC shipping label they will charge you shipping AGAIN AND an additional insurance charge, don't waste your money!!! I would much rather buy from other companies that don't rip you off.

I placed an order and received the order confirmation email from QVC. And then a week later, I’ve never received any updates email on order status, so I called back. And the first representative said the order got canceled due to I provided my name as different from the order, and it’s canceled due to fraud. I understand that if fraud is involved, then the order will need to be cancel due to security purposes. But why do I never received any email saying that I’ll need to called back to confirm my info or my order is canceled. And I’ve never received any refund email at all.
While I was complaining and telling the first representative that I’ve never get any updates and she doesn’t make sense when saying that my name is different from the order name (which is my husband’s name), she just hang up. The second time they connect us to the review center saying that the product is canceled and they will do the feedback saying that there’s no follow up emails received, then she hang up. I don’t understand how QVC trained their representatives that they just saying whatever they want to say and hang up before the customers even have a chance to talk.

Be cautious when returning items to QVC for an exchange. They advertise free shipping/return for exchanging an item. However, what they don't tell you is that it takes up to a month to get the item back in the mail. Also, you can't get any info about the exchanged item on the automated line, you have to speak with a human. AND, it takes up to 5 minutes to get thru. I had to return 3 separate items, and it's been the same story for all three. So don't buy anything you think you may have to return. I've been a QVC customer for over 15 years, but no more!

Do not apply or use the Qcard. They are a rip off. They will not let you pay your balance off because they want to charge you their high finance rate so they keep sending your payment back after you make it and say you owe them, and their special offers are lies, you never get them. I was promised $20.00 off my order if I used their card and that never happened, again they are trying to rip me off. I paid them off completely months ago and I called them last month and they said it was settled but now they running that scam again.

Updated on 05/24/2019: I purchased my Canon PowerShot HS camera, after 2 1/2 months of occasional use the focus became blurry & the shutter release button would not work, Called QVC for a REFUND. Was advised no past their 30 days, was advised to send the Camera into Cannon in for warranty repair, sent camera in. Received letter advising 'since repairs are not performed on the model you sent for repair we have shipped a new REFURBISHED product to you in exchange for your original unit.' Called QVC. Advised them that I purchased a new camera not to receive a refurbished camera. They did not Care, she stated that is up to Canon, so I called Canon. Advised them I did not pay sale price of $250.00 to receive a REFURBISHED camera & I wanted a Refund on my Camera, answer "NO. The warranty states we can send you refurbished camera so NO REFUND."
Again called Allstate the extended warranty to advise I want a full refund on my extended warranty that does not take effect until Jan 2020, he stated no problem. It has to go through QVC. He had them on three way. They did not want to refund the extended warranty, he had to fight with them over the phone with me listening to get my refund. So I have paid the amount stated for a refurbished camera.
Original Review: My camera is defective. Not even 4 months old. Requested refund. Was advise no out of time frame. Send it in for warranty repair. Now I have to pay for postage for a defective 3 1/2 old camera to be repaired. The customer Rep was rude & disrespectful & very unprofessional. I honestly believe they are selling refurbished cameras off as new ones. A Canon camera needs repair after 3 1/2 months of partial use. Really.

HATE 2 give them any stars. Hello QVC shoppers & potential shoppers, I too, felt the company had quality merchandise at a reasonable price & helpful service. I don’t remember exactly what triggered my concern with them but I can remember that I LOVED Tova Nights perfume, my absolute favorite perfume EVER, but found it was no longer being made or had the same lovely ingredients it once did. Then they lied about it over & over online & on their shows, saying it was the same.
I also found sizing in clothing to be inconsistent. I loved & still love my Susan Graver clothing but it’s no longer has consistent sizing. I can’t afford to pay shipping & handling & receiving nothing in return with any company. If I can’t return the item(s) to a store or ship back free of charge I can’t take a chance. For me that's an irresponsible way for me to spend money. As time has gone by I keep finding the same comments over & over... The sizes are inconsistent, the quality isn’t the same, and some items aren’t using the same ingredients. I don’t need to be hit over the head. Just recently, they’ve had many easy pays on a few items I would of loved to have purchased but I just couldn’t get myself to take a chance.
After reading quite a few of the complaints here, I will no longer buy anything from them & I’m going to unsubscribe. The only thing I do purchase from them because it’s less expensive, is Wen. However, my last bottle, June of 2018 was very thin unlike the many other bottles I’ve received. This too, was pooh poohed by QVC. Same ole same ole. Same ingredients & their older dates now appearing on their bottles doesn’t mean their products are old, according to QVC. Well then why is the shampoo now watery? It doesn’t want to stay on my head. It runs off. Actually, I believe they’re calling us stupid. THANKS to all for helping me to FINALLY write this company off. I’m discussed & fed up with their lies, disrespect & inconsistency.

I have been a customer of QVC since they were first CVN (over 34 year) & have spent thousands of dollars, over that time period. I have never missed a payment & have been an excellent customer. But I will never buy anything from them again. I paid the last statement, in full, on my Q Card on March 25 & received confirmation that they took the money from my bank account. I then closed the Q Card & shredded the card. Now QVC keeps sending me emails saying that I still owe them $23.26, because Synchrony did not send them the payment.
I sent QVC written proof (3 times) that it was paid, but they refuse to accept this. I’ve also told QVC that I can’t even get through to a person, at Synchrony, because you can’t get through without your credit card number. Which I no longer have, since I shredded the card. I just spoke to a QVC supervisor named Otha, located in Virginia & he told me that I had to pay the $23.26 again, even though I sent QVC written proof that it was paid. Don’t know what’s happened to them, but between their terrible service & ridiculous shipping charges (they don’t even combine shipping), I’m done.

Had been using QVC for years spent several thousands of dollars without any issues went to make another purchase to spend another 1,000 and my order was canceled. Called in. "Supervisor" told me basically, "NOTHING we can do to rectify the situation. You can't order from us anymore because your phone number EIGHT years ago matches someone who owes." I asked could I work with their fake fraud department and was told no, I just had to deal with it. I will tweet, Facebook, Instagram and let everyone I know do not order from QVC.

Purchased Peter Thomas Roth face cream based on presentation involving Stacey Stauffer, a QVC expert. Product was overpriced and ineffective. Attempted to return product but QVC claiming refund ineligible due to return arrived after 30 day, even though I mailed certified return receipt at 20 days, with postmark. Stacey Stauffer is a charlatan, as well as the QVC.

Received (2) gift cards valued at $50/each from relative for Xmas. Recently went online to order product valued at $132 and wanted to put the $100 from the (2) gift cards towards the purchase w/ the remainder on a charge card. While checking out, one of the gift cards, triggered an error message and we were instructed to call customer service. After a long wait, finally got through and was told gift card was obtained from an outside vendor named Cashstar.com and that customer service could not help and would need to contact Cashstar. So, dutifully followed these instructions and upon calling Cashstar, was told no one available and to leave message w/ phone number so someone could get back to me. 5 days later and no callback, shock of shocks!
Called again and finally got a hold of a live person, only to be told they could not help w/ this problem and to call back customer service... I protested as I knew where this was going but to no avail. So, one last time I called QVC customer service and guess what??? I demanded to speak to a supervisor and of course was told none were available, but was assured one would call me back within 4 hours. Well, again, guess what? Never did receive a callback... Geez, did not see that coming...
Apparently this company is fine w/ taking one's money, they just don't know how or much less care about resolving a wrong when one is brought to their attention. There are some great companies out there and there are some horrible ones. Guess which category QVC falls into? Guessing by all the negative reviews that I came across, that many others share this view. So, for those who value doing business w/ a reputable company, one who truly cares about their customers, then stay away from these clowns and save yourself a lot of headache and money!

I returned two bras and they show on my account as returned, however they continue to take off the easy pay. When I called to get it corrected, I was assured that it was. Now, they billed me again for the same return item!!! In addition, they are still taking off the initial easy pay. I am paying $75 (the cost of 2 bras) for bras I already returned!! The last thing I bought from QVC, is THE LAST THING I BOUGHT FROM QVC!!!!

I always pay for my purchases in full and never use flex pay. I received a collections letter for $14.52, yet as a consumer, I had never been notified of this alleged amount due! I tried to get into my account for information, they "temporarily suspended" my access because of the situation! That's o.k. with me... I will never deal with them again.

I actually spent time typing a detailed email, that was sent to 4 executives, and then finally someone who is supposed to be a Call Center Manager contact me, and still nothing. They are not even responsive to my bank card, who is also trying to assist me in my dispute with them. My credit card company allowed me to pick a category where I can get 3% cash back for my purchases, rather than the standard 1 or 2%. So I picked online shopping. Well every SINGLE retailer is coding me, as an online purchase, but QVC.
When I contacted my bank, they told me, they are coding each purchase as a misc. charge, which results to the standard 1%. When I originally contacted someone in corporate named Kimberly, she actually left me a voicemail, that said QVC is a television network, and not Ecommerce, which is the biggest joke, as they are rated in the top 10 of all Ecommerce companies. I just want my purchases to reflect correctly, or at this point, just will shop elsewhere!

I returned two dresses I had ordered and returned them due to a size issue. The total order amount was $63.24, which included $3.48 for shipping and handling, $3.30 for tax, and $56.46 for the items. I spent $6.50 to send the dresses back in the original packaging. I chose the flex pay option ($10.54) when I placed the order, and this amount was charged to my credit card. Once they processed my order return, all I received in returning those two items was eleven cents!!! So I lost over $16.00 in this transaction!!! This should not be!!!! This company needs to be accountable and taken off the television airways!!!! They used to be reputable back in the day, and I don't know what happened, but judging from the other complaints, I wasn't the only one screwed! I have learned a hard lesson and will never ever order anything from them again. The Better Business Bureau needs to go after them for their unethical practices!!

I made quite a few purchases with QVC. Some of the items needed to be returned due to sizing. All returned items were sent back in one package and they showed them all as being returned yet they keep charging me for one of the items. I have called numerous times to try and get this straightened out and of course a supervisor is never available. Their response is the warehouse states that the item wasn't returned but yet it shows on their website that it was returned. I am very frustrated and will never purchase anything from QVC again.

I have been a QVC customer for over 15 years. Since Synchrony Bank took over their credit collections and billing, I have been dissatisfied with same. Around the time they took over, my granddaughter gave me two QVC gift cards for my birthday. A short while later, I attempted to purchase an item and when I attempted to use the two gift cards, was informed they had already been used! Impossible, because the cards were encased in a stiff cardboard and only the bar code was visible. I literally had to cut (very carefully) the cardboard away in order to read the numbers underneath. Of course I had done this; so I called Customer Service and got the same results others complaining here have documented.
Also, prices for the products for sale, especially fashion and shoes, have skyrocketed. The website is not as informative and easy to use as before. I had an order for vitamins for years and was expecting auto-delivery about two weeks ago. Received a letter from QVC stating this product is no longer available. I spoke to Customer Service and was informed they don't know the reason either and they don't have an alternative. I am having second thoughts about ordering from QVC in the future.

Trash company. Order two items on the payment plans with two day delivery and I come to find out they take up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS to review orders and then tell me that they probably can only send 1 item. So I tell them to cancel it and now my money is held until it's released. Scam artists.

I recently returned an item to QVC because the item was very poor quality, QVC decided that I had to pay $10.45 for something that I don’t have. I don’t understand their return policy. They charge the customer whatever they feel like when returning an item. I’m planning NEVER to buy a thing from them.

They had an offer a QVC credit card so I took the offer and out $40 on it. The bill came in for a minimal payment of $34 dollars and we wrote a check and sent it in. Apparently it got there a day late and they applied a late fee for the same amount as the payment. The lady said that was in the contract. Whatever you owe becomes the late fee if you are one minute late. I see class action lawsuit written all over this policy. I closed the card and will not shop there anymore.

In November 2018, I was enticed to open a QCard with a promotion to receive $40 "statement credit," that's what the hosts keep saying til this day, when you make a first purchase. I received a temporary number and preceded to order an item. When no credit appeared on my statement after 6 weeks I called Synchrony Bank. They said it could take 8 weeks. I waited until 10 weeks had passed and called again. I needed to talk to QVC customer service to check the status and they have nothing to do with it and the promo would not appear on my statement. QVC said they would send an email to "corporate" to find out what was going on. I received no correspondence for a week. I called again. Representative told me that a "shopping credit" was on the account and I could use it. Today 3/23/19 I tried to place an order. There is no way of knowing how to apply this credit on the payment page and not indication that I have a credit!
I call QVC to place the order. They say there is a $20 credit that was given as a "courtesy" because I did not follow the requirements of the promotion. The rep was very polite, but could not explain what was going on with the account. She is going to send another email to corporate because when I opened the account the promo was $40. I asked how I will know if and when the shopping credit, which is not a statement credit by the way, is available. She says "you won't!" Just keep calling back!" Do not fall for this scam. There are requirements in place that you will never be made aware of. Yes, you do have to make a purchase but it has to be within a time frame that they don't tell you about. I made one the very day I opened the account! If it sounds too good to be true...it definitely is. Canceling this card!

After being approved for the Qcard I ordered an Apple Mac Book. I placed order on 3/16/19 and paid for shipping to receive product on 3-19-19. On 3/20/19 I still have not received my product. I called QVC. They told me that Synchrony bank had never authorized the payment. So I call the bank and they tell me they authorized the payment on the 16th same day order was made. Called QVC back several times only to get the run around and told a supervisor was not available and would take up to 4 hours to hear from one. So I got ahold of the bank again. They conference in QVC only to tell me my order needed to be canceled out. I would have to call back after 3 days to reorder and have to wait almost 2 weeks to receive my product and they couldn't guarantee the issue wouldn't happen again.
I ask if they could cancel out everything fast and rush my order since I was already inconvenienced? I was told no. The best they could do is waive shipping. Needless to say I canceled everything and I will not be reordering or giving them any of my money. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. DO NOT order from QVC!

QVC has been a nightmare for the past 6 months of ordering and being approved for the Q card. I order items and don't receive the product and when I call to inform them they resend the product as well as charge my card a second time at a different (higher price) for the same item. Not only do they charge my Q card, they also take funds from my bank account on 4 separate occasions where I now have overdraft fees. I tried calling customer service and I was transferred 8 times, two hang-ups, 1 hour and 7 minutes hold time for one call and then being sent to a voicemail box. Their products are garbage and so is the customer service, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I regret ever dealing with QVC and I would really think twice before doing any business with them, please trust the reviews here, they are not lying.

I opened a QVC credit card when offered a $40.00 credit on purchases. 3 months later being told different reasons why it hadn’t appeared such as I had to wait a billing cycle. It’s been 3 now and today I was told that Synchrony bank offers promotions and I had to make purchase within several days to get the $ which was not told to me when I applied for card. When I attempted to make purchase card was not active yet! QVC offered me a $20.00 membership card! as a consolation. Am canceling card. No longer a QVC shopper. WHAT A SCAM!!

I have purchased a lot of goods from QVC over many years. Most of the products I received earlier on were fine. After a while, I found I was receiving items that were sized incorrectly (not even close to the detailed dressmaker size charts given), the fabrics were grossly misrepresented, and jewelry was often sub-par (clasps on expensive pieces are not tight, stones are bad quality, incorrect products shipped, handbags were shipped as new but were used or customer returns, wrong items shipped, etc). I sent a pair of Franco Sarto boots for a size exchange and they took two payments, started to process the exchange, canceled it and never refunded my money.
I had refunds not go back to the original method of payment (cash went to credit cards, credit card charges went to my bank acct), I have been charged return label fees for defective merchandise and had a supervisor in customer service tell me it was because I used their label. I had to explain their policy to her. I have had the shipping department make determinations on quality and had to have customer service correct their error. Their system has continued issues processing easy pay transactions, some will go right through and others do not process (coming from the same payment account with funds available), other items will not show up for payment until they go past due if there was an exchange or return on an order with more than one item on it.
I received a defective purse, returned it for an exchange, received a completely different purse nothing like what I ordered, sent it back and they lost it in their warehouse for months, put it on a list of past due items, I had given them the tracking information and showed them when they received it, yet they continued to say they did not have it, until I finally reached someone that took the time to actually locate and receive it into their system. I have received duplicate shipments, canceled orders that were confirmed as canceled, etc. The amount of time I have spent speaking to corporate, customer service, and emailing their shipping folks was an inordinate waste of my time. I finally decided to compile and prepare for return all the defective items, while paying for the ones that were fine (so I thought, but payments were not getting processed properly).
I received a stack of letters in one mailing about past due items, I contacted them and explained the issue, I was told they closed my account, I could not return them and they want me to pay for them. I still have not been able to get a resolution to this issue and I decided to stop doing business with them before this situation arose. I want to pay them for the few items I may owe a payment on (cannot get in to research my account), I want to get my money back for the overcharges in shipment fees, non-credited items they did not exchange, and return the defective material I have no use for.
This is the worst company I have ever done business with. If we are honestly going to lose our brick and mortar stores where we can see, touch, and try on items and gain a true view as to the quality of the product vs. what they want us to believe with lighting and how they have models stand or pose to hide certain aspects of clothing fit, we must be out of our collective minds.
I felt I could trust in the brand I have come to know growing up and I am truly saddened to say goodbye to some brands that are of good quality and only available through QVC, but it is truly not worth what I have experienced to gain access to the few brands I do enjoy. There are far more viable options out there for me to choose from and I encourage everyone to take a close look at reviews on each product before you buy if you chose to do business with them. Be well informed of policies that are in writing, not what you hear someone tell you as that information is often in direct conflict with the written policy.
Sadly, I am still dealing with this giant mess and I decided to share a partial list of issues with people here in the hope that I could help someone else avoid the experiences I have endured. Whatever your individual choices are, please read the descriptions, do your due diligence with like products elsewhere, and read the comments from others before you buy. I realize this was long but I had to put this out there. Best of luck and hopefully I was able to help someone today.

Paid $310.66 through the QVC website which links you to Synchrony. On 2/21/2019 received a text saying they never received my payment. So I called and told them I paid online. They said nothing there. Ok so somehow I thought I made a mistake so I gave a check by phone. They lowered my limit because of this. I did check the website. There were no pending payments. Which was so weird to me. So I just contacted my bank today didn’t receive my monthly statement and asked my balance and was given a -$58.00. I was in shock.
So come to find out Synchrony took out another $310.66 UNAUTHORIZED on 3-11-2019. I have to have the bank send them copies showing it was paid twice. What a nightmare. I am closing the QVC account. Oh and one more thing. The $40.00 they say they give you for opening your account is a lie. I called them out on that because I never received it. If you want to buy from QVC DON’T USE THEIR FINANCE COMPANY. SYNCHRONY BANK IS HORRIBLE.

I've shopped with QVC since discovering it 24 years ago while I was home with a newborn. Over the years I have recommended QVC to many friends and family members and have also made many purchases and numerous returns and/or exchanges owe their "Love it or return it" policy the on-air hosts tout and promote routinely. Up until recently when I received a shockingly rude account cancellation warning letter from QVC's Lisa Holden, I routinely watched QVC on my $800 JVC 46" television I purchased from the Q.
That letter has so negatively impacted my feelings as well as my mother's, who recently began shopping with them, ironically at my recommendation, toward QVC. They've grown too big and powerful profiting off of others' shopping addiction and weed out those of us, such as myself, who are discerning customers without a problem restraining ourselves and returning or exchanging that which we don't love. They only want the people who cannot stop from ordering or part with anything. And they're not the type of company I care to do business with.

I have been shopping on QVC for over 20 years. At this point, I am so sick and tired of this company. I bought a lot of Valerie Parr Hill products and I have to say they are made very poorly. All her products are made in China, "NOT IN THE USA." I am just sick and tired of buying her junk of products she makes. I had so much in my home that I had to donate all of her stuff I bought on QVC. What a waste of money. I have learned my lesson. I will NEVER buy from QVC again. I have noticed that all QVC products are just junk and all of them are made in China. Sad. :( I hate to see how all the host lives? Their homes must be so cluttered with stuff you can't even move. Ordered a laptop computer on the 15th, received notice that it was shipped on the 20th. with a tracking number. On the 22nd, I received another notice stating that there is problems with the orders and shipping will be delayed. WHAT, they said it was shipped. I checked the tracking number and USPS stated that a package was never shipped. No information. Sent request about the shipping notice I had received and the tracking number. I also stated that I wanted information as to why I was told that it was shipped when it was not. I bluntly ask If they LIED TO ME. Their REPLY WAS THAT IT WOULD BE SHIPPED BY THE FIRST OF NEXT MONTH.
SENT ANOTHER REPLY AS TO WHY THEY SAID IT WAS SHIPPED ON THE 20TH (5 DAYS after my order) and now state it won't be shipped for another 9 days. Again I asked why was I lied to. They keep avoiding the questions. They had no problem charging my credit card statement. No problem there. If you make a mistake, admit it and stop lying to your customers. QVC IS TURNING INTO A DISAPPOINTMENT ACROSS THE BOARD.

Final blow today with QVC customer service. Received a make up item I did not order. Upon looking at slip, it was to go to someone else half way across country. NO similarities between this customer and me. Called, asked to speak w/customer Disservice. On phone repeating all info on mailing slip, product, several times. Rep was soooo rude! Very unhelpful and either had hearing problem, illiterate, or just hates her job. Never was given her name. Had decided after problems over the past 2 years to stop shopping QVC. Returns of wrong size (by them) charged, then I am charged to trying to return obviously used electronics/kitchenware. I've been sent greasy pans, auto vacs with full dirt chambers, shoes with dirty soles.
QVC used to be such a wonderful company. I've used them for 20+ years. The last couple of years they've gotten increasingly worse. Inferior fabrics, cheap construction, old makeup, and extremely unhelpful Customer Service. They overcharge for everything and really get you on shipping. If you have PayPal, there is supposed to be no fee for return shipping, not with QVC! They even stopped accepting PayPal for a while because of it. Just disappointed, let down, and sad. HSN is connected to them now and they have kept up their standards. What happened to QVC? GREED!

I was a loyal and paying customer for 20+ years. Today I tried to purchase an item but could not log on. Customer Service told me that "Corporate" cancelled my account. There were numerous noted in my account info. The last indicated that I was returning too many items. I had ordered a number of shoes for my new job. I needed comfortable shoes that I could stand in for 6 hours. I am 70 years old and have numerous foot problems to consider.
I returned many of the shoes due to size and/or comfort paying shipping and handling and return shipping and handling. Many customers are complaining about mis-sized and uncomfortable shoes just as me. They resent paying all the shipping and handling charges also. If we are paying who is QVC to complain. Customers are also complaining about the quality of other products also. Apparently QVC doesn't care. Their new customers do not know the difference so they are getting rid of the old customers.

DO NOT purchase any items from QVC unless you are 100% sure you are not going to need to return the item. Their returns process is the worst I've ever encountered and most of the customer service reps just don't care. Their warehouse gets so full of returns that the post office literally cannot deliver packages until they make room!!! The post office has to hold all the returns until QVC can catch up and then deliver them.
The issue is, that sometimes this puts the item past the "return window" so it gets shipped back to you!!! You then have to call, give QVC the tracking number to prove that you shipped it on time, get a new label, and mail it back again....guess what?? SAME issue!! What a nightmare. 12 calls to "customer service" you can't speak to a supervisor unless they call you back (which they don't) how convenient. I could seriously go on and on about how awful this company is. I wish I could give negative stars! Do yourself a favor, find the item you want on Amazon or elsewhere and avoid this company. You've been warned!

My bank was sold to another bank, FIVE TIMES I called QVC BEFORE the transition and updated them! FIVE TIMES, they continued to attempt to place all my easy pays through the card that did not exist anymore! FIVE times they told me it was "cared for" and FIVE times they told me. Supervisor would call me back! Once I received a supervisor call back and that was my last call to them. Walmart has better and more professional customer service!

I attempted to order 2 items for myself & not only did they cancel my order, but they ridiculed me & kept referring to me as ma’am when I am a man & not a woman. They then asked me for extra identification & once I faxed over my ID & answered all their identity questions correctly they still insisted that I wasn’t myself. There was even a lady I spoke to named Tiana or Tiara that had a disgusting attitude with me and hung up. I had just gotten a check in to pay these on Saturday and paid on my charge cards. Then on Monday I thought I better just pay by debit card since none of the credit card payments had posted. They took all of the payments, and all of the payments went through MY BANK, but 4 items on one order show pending on idiot QVC's side and show paid on my side and they won't unlock my account. I no longer will shop at this antiquated place who doesn't value customers and has to look for new ones all the time because they screw over the old ones.

I was given polar fleece sheets for Christmas. I sleep warm, so wanted to exchange them for a set of 1000 TC sheets. Read the instructions thoroughly and even called to verify I could exchange them without the giver knowing so as not to hurt her feelings. After 3 weeks I called and was told they could see I mailed them. When they received them I would be sent a QVC gift card to use for another purchase. A month later, I still haven’t received it so called again. They informed me the credit went to the giver and they would never have done it any other way. I filled in the return form that it was a gift. CHECKED THE BOX IT WAS A GIFT TO ME. Requested a supervisor. Was told they would call me in 4 hours. NO CALL. Called again. Again told 4 hours. They lie, they don’t train their employees. They don’t try to make a wrong right. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES NEED INVESTIGATED!

Ordered a $30 tape measurer. Came with the screen cracked. Exchanged for a new one. After waiting 2 weeks I logged on to find out where it was. I was “refunded” my money instead and never told. Then I called and they said they can’t tell me why a new one wasn’t sent, they didn’t have that information. Then took over another week for my money to appear. Item was still in stock. Never again. HSN was a way better experience.

I went to return some items I ordered all together at one time and QVC charges $6.95 per item to restock. Don't waste your money! I have never encountered such highway robbery before and I have to say there are plenty of better places to shop.

I had to let you know what a disappointment QVC has been to my family. I ordered Amazon Fire 10" 32GB HD 2-Pack Tablets in November for my two 9 year old boys. One being autistic and only wanting the tablet (please keep in mind these were to be from Santa). As a single Mom on a budget I thought this was a great deal. By the end of Dec. they had not arrived. I have dozens of emails from multiple individuals assuring me they would make it by Christmas. I was not able to get my boys anything but the tablets, and began to worry. The tablets never arrived.
After Christmas I emailed yet again. I was told the promotion was over and I would be refunded the payments already taken out of my account for the items never received. I had to explain to my 2 children why they did not have a gift Christmas morning. With the payment plan I was able to provide them with something special. Without it I wasn't able to get them a gift. What an awful thing to put a family through. I have kept my emails, and one of the last ones stating that it was a vendor issue. I will never purchase from you again. I am also a special needs teacher and can't imagine one of my student's families going through this. So very sad QVC, so very sad!

Contacted QVC about someone using my account to order and pay for products. Have been a QVC customer for a long time. This experience was so disheartening that I told them to just close my account! Gave QVC seemingly unconcerned customer service girl the name and address of scammer and the next day the condescending representative that just kept saying they would just close my account. Be careful using this company and any fraud happens, you will be out of money and products.

I ordered a 65" TV on December 9 2018. I cancelled the order on December 12, 2018. I received an email that the order was in the process of cancelling. So PayPal takes the money out anyways. It took over a week to get PayPal to release the money back to my account. All good. I just happened to look at my order status today and it said the TV was shipped January 9 2018??! After I cancelled a month ago and PayPal took all my funds out of my account again this morning!! They said they have to contact the distributor to cancel a high end item. I understand that but that was over 3 weeks ago and nothing was done. So now I have a TV on the way I do not want and have no money until probably 2 weeks from now. What a nightmare... Use at your own risk!!!

For Christmas, I ordered a silver necklace for my daughter from QVC. My daughter liked the necklace, but it was too heavy to wear. I promptly returned the necklace. Today it has been three weeks since I returned it. I called QVC to get a status on my return and my credit, $260. They have the necklace, but they didn't issue a credit. It will take another 10 days for me to receive the $260 credit. QVC are crooks! I think they hope most people won't notice that they haven't received credit for their returns. This was my first time ordering from QVC and it's my last. I'll stick with AMAZON!

QVC customer service is good, in my opinion. However, customer credit card financing is through Synchrony Bank and I believe there are a couple things consumers should know before committing to QVC (Synchrony Bank) Special Financing (no interest for a fixed term). In order to make a payment dedicated to a “promotional purchase balance” (separate from a regular minimum monthly QVC credit card payment) you must first make a payment and then PROMPTLY call a QVC credit card account customer service and state how much of that payment you wish to be applied to the promotional purchase/special financing balance.
Keep in mind, this must be done every single time you wish to make a payment toward your promotional purchase balance (PPB) AND there is a $10 charge each time a customer service representative assists you with this process over the phone. It is not possible to “split” your payment like this by paying online. You must do it on the phone. Example, if I have a $100 minimum monthly payment and I wish to pay an extra $50 on my PPB, I pay $150 online, then call, explain how I want the payment split, and pay an extra $10 to speak to a human. Every. Darn. Time.
The customer service rep explained that the alternative is to call (pay an extra $10 for telephone payment assistance) and tell them that you want a previous monthly payment applied to the PPB. And that payment will be applied to the PPB, however, that amount will then be added back into your regular credit card balance. As you can see by the length of this post, there is much to consider and many questions to ask before agreeing to QVC special financing offers. Read the fine print, ask questions, and stay on top of it. Otherwise? The interest accrued during the term of the special financing gets added into your account if you do not pay the FULL balance of your special finance purchase when the term expires. Good luck!

Please share this so maybe I can get QVC’s attention! I’ve had it... So beyond upset, flustered and downright ready to blow at QVC. On 11/25 I placed an order through PayPal to QVC... PayPal used the incorrect card to process the order so they told me to call QVC and give them the card I wanted it on and have them issue a refund to PayPal.
Fine, did that! On Dec 11 the refund shows up to PayPal. Great this is going to be ok. Except, the product arrives broken. So I send it back including a note saying which card to process the refund to. They credit my PayPal account again. PayPal doesn’t have the second charge because I did it over the phone. I call 9 times over the course of the next two weeks and “Customer Care” can only put in a ticket to finance so they can research the issue and correct it.
After all these repeated requests to Finance and no solution... I ask to talk to a supervisor. “Customer Care” put in a request to call me back... sometime within the next 4 hours. NO callback! Next day I call... another request because they can’t do anything but put in a request. Four hours later and still no call. So, I call again... another request for a callback in the next 4 hours. No call? Next day I call. Another ticket for a callback within 4 hours. At the 7.45 hr mark I get a call.
Explain everything but because she is a 2nd shift supervisor Finance is closed... She calls back the next evening says that they need to get the 2nd refund issued to PayPal back and do they have my permission. I tell her there is only one refund processed by PayPal and when I talked to them (PayPal) they could not find the 2nd refund so make sure they give the 2nd refund back not my original refund. Guess what I have a chargeback to my PayPal account pending as if today... So once again I have paid 90.61 on two different credit cards.
Call QVC at 10 am... Wait by phone until I finally say looks like they are not going to call at 3:15 PM because it is well past 4 hours. Go to start filling the tub when “ring” run back to get the phone and there is a dial tone. Call QVC and tell them a supervisor named Tonya just called, can I talk to her. I’ll put in a ticket for a return call to you in the next 4 hrs. ☹️ Have you ever been so fed up with big companies? I mean I could just scream. Never had a problem with QVC before but now that I have one I just do not understand how they can get away with this. So beyond over this problem and out 181.22.

This is the worst company ever and we will never buy from them again. We had purchased quite a bit in the last 2 years and have nothing to show for it. Things break, they tell you to send it back and get a refund; then you don't get the refund and they have the product. Never again. And as others have said, call 10 times, you will get 10 different answers.

I bought a pair of boots that didn't fit. I wanted to exchange them but they didn't have the next size available so I opted for a refund. They charged me a restocking fee! Be careful. It's hidden in some small print - almost no other online retailer does this so buyer beware!!! Also their customer service is near impossible to get a hold of and when you do they are curt and not helpful.
Ordered a watch as a gift for Christmas in late October. When the gift was opened on Christmas Day it was pink not the black that the packing slip indicated. The return took forever to get there and I had to email twice since their phones were overwhelmed to let them know I had tracked the item and they had already received it back only to finally be emailed I would be refunded. No replacement, no exchange, - no options. I now have to replace a gift that will more than likely have to be full retail value elsewhere since all of the holiday sales are done. I will not be buying from QVC again. It's too much of a crapshoot.

First off why would I want to exchange something that was defective the first time to only take a chance of it happening again. The woman over the phone said they would waive the return fee, nope never did. Deducted the fee off my refund. AGAIN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!!! Wasn't like I changed my mind. I will never buy anything off QVC again. Their tracking system online is horrible and slow and not user friendly. So from now on for products like this I will go to Target or Walmart and pay a little more. Now I am out money because the product didn't work. Not right at all!!!

Easy Pay so easy to buy items that I would not be able to buy, not using a credit card. Purchased lawnmower, hedge trimmer, blower, vacuum, KitchenAid, yard umbrellas, Duraflame heaters, boots, many Christmas presents, all bought over years, all on Easy Pay small payment over 5 or less months no interest. People get in trouble using many credit cards. Use debit cards and Easy Pay.

On 11/08/18, I placed an order on QVC.com for a Christmas gift for my father. The color was on a waitlist to be shipped out on 12/03/18. On 12/07/18, I received a tracking number via email that the order was shipped. I waited and watched the tracking for weeks. UPS showed that the label was created but the package was never received by UPS. I called QVC on 12/21/18 and the very nice representative apologized for what had happened and told me that she is sending a message to the corporate office. I told her that I expected a call on Monday (24th) and an email regarding our conversation on what happened with my order. I received neither.
I called back tonight (30th) and spoke to another representative that was very apologetic for what had transpired. I was told that the item was not in stock. I asked why no one has called me and why my money was not refunded. She had a supervisor call me. The supervisor called forty minutes later. It took me several calls later to get my money back. She told me that corporate was not going to call me.
First they take my money ($45), do not send my order, do not call me back, do not email me and do not refund my money until I have to call several times. The supervisor said that she is refunding my money and offered me a $10 credit for the issue. I told her how upset that I am that my father's Christmas gift was not received and that I would NEVER shop at QVC again. I understand that mistakes happen but this was so horrible, especially a Christmas gift to your parent. How do they treat a customer like that?! Now I have to wait for my money back.

My account was hacked. They ordered 2 items and used my debit card QVC had on file, then went into my account and changed the address to have the items shipped to PA, I live in FLA. I caught the fraudulent transaction and called QVC to stop the last item being shipped and not to charge my card. I got the runaround...the items were shipped, my card was charged! I was told QVC would have someone from their fraud dept contact me in 4 days...nothing! They did close my account down though, and I had to cancel my bank card right before Christmas! I am still waiting for my refund. Please do not leave any type of card on file with QVC. They will do nothing to help you if you get hacked...awful!

After over 30 years of buying from QVC and watching the product quality & customer service DECLINE to the lowest degree possible, I’m finally done. A while ago, I received a letter telling me that I had too many returns and not enough recent purchases. My returns are BECAUSE of the poor quality. I order less because of the non-refundable return shipping charges. I paid my Q Card off every mo. so was never charged a cent of interest. All my other CC’s used to make purchases over the 30+ yrs. were never over the limit, so QVC always got their money every time. But they closed my Q Card account & even my QVC account. The other places we shop always treat us with respect. Would like to give QVC minus 10 stars.

I attempted to purchase Bose headphones over a month before Christmas. I received a call nearly 3 weeks later that the order was on hold. When I called, they could not tell me why it was held, but it was already cancelled. So I created a new order on the phone and verified that all the information was correct, the payment was verified, and that I would receive the headphones on December 20. I didn't get any other confirmation email or any way to track it. On December 23, as the order still hadn't arrived and I received no information about any problem, I called to get an update. The agent told me that my account had been closed "by corporate due to a risk" and was not able to provide any meaningful information or transfer me to a supervisor. He said that there was no way that I could receive the item by Christmas.

If I could give QVC a zero stars I would. I have had a QVC account for my Fitbit Versa and everything went well until two weeks ago. I get a message my address has been changed then I got a message two Apple iWatches had been purchased for a little over $1400.00. They wiped my bank account completely clean. Not a penny left. I spent my whole afternoon filing fraud complaints with QVC, my bank, my county's police department and the police in the county of the new address on my account was from. It took almost two weeks for my money to be refunded. This left us in a snowstorm in Western Carolina with no food or no drinks or anything. Thanks QVC.

About a month ago I ordered three sets of QVC Harry London Nutcracker Tins which were supposed to be filled with Harry London candies. I liked the idea so much, I ordered three sets of 5 and intended to use them as Christmas gifts. I was told that I could have it shipped at the time of my order of have the order shipped the week of December 10th. I chose the latter. My order was to arrive on December 17th. I check the morning of December 17th and QVC automated system said my order was to be delivered by December 17th. On December 17, around 4:52 p.m., I received an email stating that the vendor was out of stock and my order would not be filled. Their consolation was a $10.00 credit on my account and some Harry London candies.
I did not want their credit or their candy, I wanted my order. I called customer service who was useless and had a noncaring attitude toward my dilemma as to what I was going to use as Christmas presents at this late date. There was no offer to compromise or even assist me in any way. The guy just did not care. QVC has lost a customer. I am so disappointed in them. I was never told at the time of my order that their vendor may run out of supply. Had I known this, I would have made plan B arrangements. I am so so disappointed.

I ordered a product from QVC on 11/15 and was charged the same day. A few days later, I got an email that my order had shipped and would arrive 11/26. I subsequently tried to track it numerous times, and it showed as "in transit" to UPS. By 12/3, I still had not received it and the item remained untrackable. I called UPS, who never received the item from QVC. I emailed customer service, who could not explain what happened and then did not respond to my follow up email. Three days later, when I still hadn't heard back or gotten a refund, I called customer service and requested a call from a manager. They never called back. Finally just contested the charge with my credit card company, who can deal with this headache. How do you charge someone for something that you never sent? Well, I learned my lesson: Never order from QVC.

On 22nd of November I ordered a pretend shopping cart for my granddaughter. QVC confirmed the order and I was supposed to get the item latest on the 3rd of December. I checked the order online and it went from several days of "in Process" to "back order." One day, after that it went back to "in process." On the 3rd it said "back order" again. I called the customer service and asked what this was all about and he just told me because they are out of those carts and nobody knows if and when they would get the cart again. I asked why they confirmed the order in the first place when they didn't have the cart and why nobody emailed me that there was a problem. That guy didn't have an answer for that. I canceled and I will never order from QVC again.

I ordered a Dell computer 6 months ago. The computer worked fine until last month. I sent it back to Dell and when I received it back, it was damaged. I could not use the computer, period. I spoke to someone at QVC and was told that I would be refunded my money without any problems due to a defective computer. I returned the computer to them as instructed and am waiting on a refund. I have called several times regarding my refund and was told by different people in customer service that my funds have been released and I should call my bank.
Each time I called my bank, they had no record of QVC refunding money to my account. Today I spoke to Tamara in customer service and was told that there is a hold on those funds until there's proof that the item is in the warehouse and an empty box was not sent to the warehouse. NO ONE told me that my funds were being held for "proof". My tracking information says that they have received the computer. I asked to speak to a supervisor and of course she was not available. I am very disappointed with QVC, as I have used them before and had no issues. I will not be using QVC again.

I have been wanting to buy a new TV, and I ordered an OLED TV yesterday from QVC's website, 12/01/2018. It was a 6 Easy Pay order of $318.00 for 6 payments. I never received any emails that I ordered anything, but last night my order was processing up until past midnight when I went to sleep. I found it odd because any other company I order from sends me an email right away if I order something and is a good way to combat if your account was hacked into and ordered without your permission. I checked my bank account, and sure enough $318.00 was taken from my account.
So today, I wake up and turn my computer on, check my emails - no emails from QVC at all. I check my bank account, again. Stills shows a pending QVC transaction from 12/01/2018 for $318.00. So I go to check the status of my account and the site is acting like I never registered at all! I tried a few times, even a different browser, will not accept my username and password. So I immediately call customer service and I am informed my account was closed because "Me or someone in my family at that address have had late payments or caused business loss in the past. So they closed my account and canceled my order." No phone calls, no emails, no communication. I had to go to them to find this out and why did the system allow me to make the order to begin with?
I told the lady on the phone that this is unethical and I would have been happy to pay if something was owed from my family (unaware of anyone here owing anything with QVC), but this was a "corporate decision" and she "had no further information available at this time." When I asked about the money I paid them already, it will "fall off in 5-7 business days depending on my bank account." Wow! So no TV, my money is now tied up for a week!
The fact I never got an order confirmation email, no emails or calls that my order was canceled, and no emails or calls that they REMOVED MY ACCOUNT! I will never ever do business with them again, I will stick to companies like Amazon and Evine, who inform you of orders you made and send you what you order. If there is a problem, they call or email like a company should. Horrible experience with no accountability, customer service, or full explanation at all. I will warn all my family and friends and hope they lose all kinds of business. One of if not THE worst companies I have ever dealt with and never had a company be this extreme, especially without explanation or communication! Never had a company fail to communicate this badly, either. Take your business to companies who deserve your money, not a company who treats their customers like this! Horrible!

I ordered Comfort Food, In the Kitchen with David cookbook on Oct. 21, 2018. The EDD was Nov. 4th. I received an email on Nov. 27th that my order had shipped and a tracking number. I started to try and track my order but every time I clicked on the tracking number, I received a message that QVC.com was unavailable. Finally today, I went to the USPS website, put in the tracking number to find a shipping label was created but the item was actually not shipped. I might add that my credit card was charged on Nov. 27th for the cookbook.
I called customer service to ask what was going on. The customer service rep. said he would check. When he came back on the phone, he said he ordered the cookbook again and I should have it by Dec. 10th. I told him that was unacceptable and to cancel the order and refund my credit card immediately. He gave NO explanation as to what went wrong. I don’t understand how QVC can get away with charging someone’s credit card BEFORE an order has actually shipped???

Ordered two bottles of Nest perfume on 11/21/18, EDD was for 11/28/18. Bottles shipped separately, the second one didn't ship until 11/25/18 from distribution center in NC. Called QVC customer service on 11/28 because second bottle of perfume hasn't arrived and according to USPS website (shipped via UPS Mail Innovations which adds DAYS more delivery time) no movement of package since 11/25. CS rep told me the package is in New Jersey - I live in Virginia, so what sense does it make for the package to go from NC to NJ? Rep also said they don't know when package will be delivered to me and they can't do anything about it until Mon. 12/3.
QVC used to be great and most of the time I got items within 2 to 3 days with standard shipping, including perfume orders that have to go by ground shipping, because I was near PA. Now it takes 7+ days for me to get orders unless I pay for expedited shipping and since perfume is flammable it can't be expedited for shipping. I am DONE with QVC and their crappy shipping - Quality Value and Convenience, yeah right! Not anymore and they've lost my business because of it.

Four years ago, during the summer, I purchased from QVC, 4 of your battery multicolored garland, 2 battery multicolored sprays, and 4 3' trees - 2 battery multicolored and 2 battery white lighted. They were beautiful. After Christmas, the batteries were removed and they were put away. The battery packs were wet, even though I put them in plastic bags to protect them from the weather. When I put them up last year, only 1/2 of everything was working - the spring in 1/2 of the battery packs had rusted off. The 3rd year none of them were lighted, and the springs are rusted away. I tried to contact your company after the first year when the battery packs weren't dry and you told me to pack them back in the original boxes - which would have been impossible - besides they were gone.
I contacted QVC and received no help. The second year, I contacted you and QVC to see if there were replacement weatherproof battery packs available. I received no answers. What I am going to do is submit a review of your product and service stating these facts. For such beautiful products, you have terrible battery packs, bad customer service, and no concern for your customers when you require them to pay for returning and paying postage on very heavy products. No alternative suggestions. I am disgusted with both Bethlehem Lights Company and QVC.

By QVC own admission they delivered my coffee maker to an office in Las Vegas Nevada. I also paid extra for expedited shipping. I live in New Port Richey Florida. I informed QVC customer service that I no longer wanted or needed the item as it was for my husband's birthday and there was no way to get one to me before his birthday. I asked to cancel the order completely. I then received a second coffee machine even though I said NO. I immediately called QVC. I once again explained the entire situation. Arrangements were made for USPS to pick up the machine the next day, which USPS did. This all started on May 21, 2018. I have had several frustrating phone calls with no results. I am still being harassed for money for a product I do not have and QVC admits it. PLEASE HELP.

They gave me a estimated shipping date. When that day came and I hadn't received my package I called in, they gave me a whole other shipping date. By that date I called - was given ANOTHER date, ask to speak with a supervisor who had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a 25 dollar credit for my next order!?!? Who in their right mind at this point would wanna order from here when you can't even get a order out in time.
So finally I just cancelled my order in all. Told them send it back. They said they can't send it back 'cause it's been processed. Once I receive it return it and they shall refund my money. Yet here we are a week after it was received and my money hasn't been returned. I also didn't mention how they couldn't even provide me with a tracking number after the third time I called about it not coming on the delivery date, I called about my refund - they try to tell me that it has been refunded. So I'm currently at a point where I'll just be calling my lawyer to report this incident and give them a taste of their own medicine when my lawyer contacts them about a court date. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.

Thursday I online ordered 3 items - 2 were the special value (lowest price for the yr), & a matching dog bed. Had been on w/ CS because of multiple questions re: dog bed, but had 2 blankets (with 2 different sizes, 2 different colors for 2 different people) in the cart as I was trying to figure out what size dog bed to buy - only gave dimensions, had large, round "bumpers" around 3/4s of the bed, so the dimensions inside were not listed, neither was if the centerpiece was separate, could you use fabric softener on it (found out you couldn't on the blankets by accident), etc.
I put my CC # into the page, & started to order the 3 items, when the csr offered to do it for me. I didn't want to stop in the middle, told her I was almost done, so she hung up. I had the page with the total for the order, with the items listed pop up, then the page with what the monthly installments would be popped up. Figured got to go! 3 presents taken care of. But QVC had a "computer glitch", & since they couldn't find the order, I didn't receive the email with the details, they won't do anything. All the items are sold out! Told them I'm disabled, & shop only online - this was my 2nd purchase with them, expected better & more from them. Nothing. I was offered NOTHING from them. Got the "too bad, so sad", we can't help you at all.
Went to other sites to check out their reviews - the last 2 years have been 1 star only, pretty much! Stating quality of items going down, prices going up, problems with shipments, etc. Not a company I want to do business again. Removed my CC # I'd just put in out of their system, & had to block "text info I would like" from my phone - something else I never agreed to! Wish I could go shopping myself, but since that is the case, & QVC has partnered with many other companies, I'm going to watch who I shop with in the future. BTW - no offer to speak to a supervisor was made after me complaining for 10 mins, either. Wonder if they even have them - something else another person brought up on another site.

I placed an order a week ago. The item cost more than on other sites, plus a shipping charge. I ordered because the color I wanted was in stock. QVC took my money, then canceled my order, and now refuses to refund my money. I have sent several emails. They say once order is returned they will issue a refund. I have told them multiple times I never received it as THEY canceled it, yet they will not refund my money. Never will I shop there again.

I have read several reviews on the site regarding Lennar Homes. The overwhelming majority were negative so I wanted to document my journey so far. My experience hasn’t been perfect but it also has been far from a nightmare. I may have a slight advantage as I am a licensed Realtor although I do not work in the field full time. My initial interaction with Lennar was very pleasant and not as pushy or dismissing as some new home consultants can be. I typically wear sweats and comfortable shoes such as Crocs when I went out to view homes for myself and I think some new home consultants at other communities used that to gauge whether I could afford one of their homes or not.
However that was not the case at Lennar in Charles county even though it was at the Lennar location in Gambrills MD that I was sent to because they were the only site with a specific model I wanted to see. After viewing a few models I found one that I really liked but price conscious side of me was a bit Leary. I took sometime to think it over and eventually decided to move forward after conducting some research. I went to the office on a Sunday to get more information and ended up signing my documents that day. Obviously the banks were closed and I had some training to attend for work for about a week so Lennar allowed me to place a desposit equivalent to what I could withdraw from the ATM and send the rest once my training was complete.
I chose my options that day and even called a relative over that I know was on the market as well Katrina stayed to answer all of their questions well past the time the office closes. Lennar made it very clear from the beginning that there was some thing that they wanted me to work on financially and before closing and I began work on that straight away. For me none of it was an issue because it was all things that I already had plans to pay down. I signed the paperwork with their office in April and was provided a construction completion date of Oct 31. After reading some of the reviews here I think it is important to stress that the construction completion date and the date you close will not be the same date.
Lennar scheduled a meeting with me and the construction manager updated the construction completion date to early Nov. and we were on our way. The loan/ credit folks provided me with an action plan and I provided updates regularly sometimes they would best me to check on my status. I completed all of the requested action ahead of schedule so we made a few tweaks. The only person that was as responsive via email as I would have liked would be the loan officer but he answered his phone every time I called. Everyone else responded within a matter of minutes when I asked any questions or wanted to schedule sometime to actually walk the home while under construction. I have not closed yet but everything is scheduled including my home inspection.
My advice to everyone is to get a home inspection. The new home consultant may act as if it’s not needed because the home is new but that’s not what the inspector is looking for. You want to get the inspection because the reality is a lot of the work is performed by contractors and people make mistakes. That is true for new and older homes, we just home the mistakes are not something that dramatically impacts your ability to enjoy the home which is why you need an home inspector to flush out as much as possible.
I currently rent approximately 5 mins from the home I’m having built so I’m able to go by frequently and check on the progress and there are several people that work on the homes being built and I’m certain Minimal supervision is provided as they have several homes under construction at the same time. My only complaint would be if you sit back and wait for them to tell you what's going on you might feel as if they don’t pass information along well. I found out the dates for my walkthrough and closing from the new home consultant almost a month before I received the official email from the settlement coordinator.
The credit specialist told me that everything was good to go with my loan before I heard from the loan officer. So my point is that if you are buying with Lennar do not hesitate to ask question to anyone you can get in touch with and get a home inspection completed by a third party (that $400 could save you a lot of stress down the road). Remember that you are spending thousands of dollars and whoever holds the purse holds the control.

I’m done with QVC. My return experience has been awful. VERY slow to credit my account, even once returns have been received. I was told this evening that “the warehouse is very busy,” and it could take 7-10 days for my received return to be credited. WHAT? This is simply a way for QVC to hold onto my money. Once my two recent returns are credited, when QVC finds the time, I’m done. Bye bye QVC. Good riddance.

I have bought food items, clothing and footwear. Anything that was wrong was rectified to my satisfaction. I have been a buyer for over 10 years. If you don't tell any business there is a problem then it can't be fixed. When placing an order, sometimes I ask the person if they have tried the product. They are very honest and helpful. I feel QVC has made vast improvements over the years. Please, never stop your excellent service, thank you. No, I am not related to anyone from QVC nor will I be compensated. I feel the future customers should be able to know they will get very good service. QVC wants their customers happy!

Before buying these shoes and reading all the reviews about QVC, I was nervous to place my order. There were few good ones but many bad ones. I decided I’m gonna try it anyway since I want the shoes and QVC gets a lot of business. My shoes came within 4 days, it was all perfect. I’m happy and satisfied with my service. Tracking my order was on point and easy, received my confirmation emails. I had a great experience ordering from QVC.

I purchased a mattress set online in Sept. this year because I recently had back surgery and have mobility issues after. So I called the first week of October to get an update and was told that it was sent back for a defect and another was ordered but it had not been received. They told me I had to cancel and reorder again in order to get my mattress. So I did and again the same thing happened, the delivery company had it sent back and reordered for a defect! When I called QVC to see why this kept happening they had no insight and was not trying to even accommodate me in any way! Now today I look online to check my order and see they have canceled it!! With no reason why or call to tell me anything!! I will never order from them again and I hope I get my money back ASAP! They have turned into a scam!!

I rarely post reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experiences in dealing with QVC customer service representatives regarding an order placed one month ago. Originally the order contained 3 items, however none were received. When I called to inquire about this order, I was told it “looked like it was sent back to sender”. 2 of the items were no longer available, but the remaining item would be re-ordered for me, and expedited, due to my inconvenience. Well again, when not received (although tracking stated it was delivered), this order was supposedly re-sent yet AGAIN, and expedited.
Checked tracking tonight, and once again says delivered, but after a month, have yet to receive this order. Called twice tonight, first spoke to Andrea and requested to speak to a supervisor, to no avail. Called back to speak to someone else, however I guess I didn’t expect a different outcome. This time I spoke to Keith, who was basically rude to me. Apparently, there is some issue with my address, yet I received all previous orders placed in previous months. I clarified my address in each of these recent issues and was guaranteed delivery of my order, yet I was given numerous explanations for the delivery problems associated with this order each time I spoke with someone. I no longer have confidence in QVC and will not hesitate to share my opinions with others.

I ordered 9 lady's tops from QVC. The prices seemed somewhat high, but they were tops by a designer who sells her clothing on QVC. The tops looked so cute on the models on TV and in photos online. There was a $3.00 shipping cost for each top, making a total shipping cost of $27.00 added to the cost of the items. When I received the tops and tried them on, I did not like any of them, so I returned all 9 of the tops in ONE box. First of all, after seeing them, I realized they were way overpriced. The quality was not worth the price. Secondly, according to QVC's return policy, I would be charged $3.00 return shipping for each top returned, making a total of $27.00 to return 9 lightweight, summer ladies tops by USPS Parcel Post. I ultimately got C/S to refund half of my return shipping, as I am certain it did not cost $27.00 to send a 2 or 3 pound box by USPS Parcel (by ground, the slowest, cheapest way).
In the past, I have ordered a few items, including a skin product that does not do what QVC claimed it will do. Therefore, I am not sure I will ever order from QVC again. I do not think the quality is worth the price. The customer has to pay shipping cost on each individual item ordered and then pays the same shipping cost to return it -- in other words, the customer gets charged double shipping if the item(s) has to be returned. I should have considered this carefully before ordering. If return shipping is charged for each individual item, the customer will, no doubt, lose money on the deal. In my case, total shipping costs came to $54.00!!!
I do not know how QVC stays in business. I order online from Macy's, Sears, JCP, Palais Royal and Zappos and never have to pay shipping. Items from the department stores can be returned at local stores with no return shipping costs. Zappos does not charge for shipping either way. As to household items, mattresses, TV's, computers, appliances, etc., I recommend that customers compare prices on other store sites and look at comparable items in local department stores before purchasing from QVC.
That way you can determine if that's really what you want. Seeing it in person is better than seeing a picture of it on computer or TV. I've gotten cheated several times when ordering online. The most common problem is that parts or pieces are missing, and it costs more to ship back than its worth. Also, it is a long process to return items to QVC. It takes a couple of weeks for QVC to acknowledge your returned item(s) and then another 2 or more weeks to get it refunded on your credit card. Consider this, ARE YOU REALLY SAVING OR JUST CREATING MORE PROBLEMS TO DEAL WITH?

My wife was an avid QVC shopper for a decade, spending tens of thousands. When she did last month on the Sept. 15th, I called on the 17th to cancel her account as I was canceling her credit cards. The customer support person told me the account would be canceled and any flex payments would be waived as a favor to a longtime good customer. Well that was not the case, on the 24 of Sept. they billed the last payment to her card, now I will have to clear up any issue with the card having been canceled. What a considerate way for this money grubbing company to handle a dead customer!

Got approval for credit. Started to use my account. Then I was going to make an order and it got turned down, so I called QVC and they said they made a mistake and they cut my credit down. They never called me or email. What make this funny is I was bad as hell. I called HSN and got credit with no problem with more credit line. The Velour top and pants fit beautifully. The jacket looked a tad shorter on television but it is perfect! I ordered the navy blue and would like to find a lime green tank to go with it. There is a lime green seaming detail on the inside. Susan and Kirsten were fun to talk to. I mentioned my knee replacement so I have not yet ordered the pilates chair but it looks like a winner. I did mention that I love QVC so much. I jokingly call myself a QVC **. Maybe I should have said addict. Anyway, it's a fun channel. Helps me a lot w/ my gift shopping, as well. Hope to see more of Susan ** in the near future! Susan asked me to let her know how I liked my outfit. I LOVE it! Susan, you don't know it but we've been friends since 1970! :)

I have been shopping with QVC over 15 years. It's just been this last year I have sent back more than I kept. 1 year out of 15. They closed my account. Doing that makes it so difficult to stay on top of existing easy pay. They give no rules on the 30 day return. They do say however, shop with confidence. You can return your item within 30 days. And by the way, the reason for so many returns...half empty products. Quality. It was the finance department that closed my account.

They sent me the wrong item and charged me for the replacement and the original. Claim they issued me a full refund. NOT TRUE. Customer service is terrible and she argued with me that I was wrong while looking at the charges (with no credits) on my actual card statement. Thankfully, my credit card has good customer service and they refunded me. Just sucks that QVC can't get their accounting in order and my card company has to eat the charge. I am beyond disgusted with QVC.

I have been a extremely great customer with QVC for 25 plus years. In 2016 I applied for the Q card. Close to Christmas I went over my limit accidentally. Realized it once I received my statement. So I made a large payment above the minimum required. I later went on QVC.com to look at my account. My order status was empty and thought maybe it was a computer glitch. So I waited a day or so and tried again. The same thing. I decided to call QVC. I was informed that my account was closed by the company. I asked, "Why?" The customer service employee said, "Because you went over your credit limit." I said yes and I made a large payment and was never late on my payments. She looked at my history on payments and said, "Yes I see that and I don’t understand why they did this."
She then put me on hold. When she came back on the phone and proceeded to tell me that the company turned my account over to collections. I was appalled! I said, "Ok. Who do I contact to get this taken care of?" She said a collection company will contact me. Well nobody contacted me and I reopened an account and continued shopping with QVC, Paying my bill over required min payment and many times paying off every month. Finally after 1 1/2 yrs later a collection company calls me about my Q account. I said yes I will pay that off. As I did. The following week I went on my account to order a few things and could not order.
I called QVC to see what was wrong and was informed that I can no longer be a customer ever again. I asked why and they explained due to my account being over the limit back 2016. I said, "You're kidding?" "No ma’am you will never be allowed to be a customer again." I said, "Wow, I’ve spent thousands of dollars and now I’m not allowed to be a customer?" I’ve never heard of such a thing. I made a mistake and went over my credit limit, my account gets closed, turned over to collections, I pay my bill, and now I’m not allowed to be a customer! Very interesting! Bad business!!

would make nice 60th birthday gift for middle of July birthday. Order place 1st of June, not received until 3 weeks later, box with base received opened and missing parts. All boxes labeled 1 of 5, but only 4 boxes received. Turns out only 4 shipped. Called 800 # to report problem, was told would receive call back from supervisor. Never received callback. Called back on Saturday (next day) was lied to and told that NO supervisors worked on weekends. Posted bad review on QVC Twitter page - got response back in hour. Figures. Initially told that replacement base would take 2 weeks to receive, but manager escalated. Received replacement, but THAT was missing pieces, and had NO instructions. Had to wait for replacement parts from manufacturer.
FINALLY, 6 weeks after placing order, was able to assemble bed. Adjustable base BROKE after first night's use. We are NOT heavy. After MUCH research, discovered that Leggett & Platt, who makes some of best adjustable bases on market, had been contracted by QVC to provide base for this "deal". We paid $1,600 for base upgrade for equivalent of L&P $400 base. The Sleep Number mattress was not any better. We have an older Sleep Number set that is in guest room that is 15 years old that has better foam. No corner braces provided for mattress, and side foam pieces were thin and did not provide support.
After several nights of use, mattress showed lean to one side. Had to keep mattress chambers inflated to higher numbers for ANY comfort. Complete WASTE of money. Have sent back. Used AMEX, so was completely protected from shipping. Buyer beware. Buy a bed elsewhere that provides "white glove" service that will deliver and assemble. We had to disassemble the entire base and attempt to repackage. Disaster.

Apparently if you have the same name as someone who has had issues with QVC or your parents closed their account, QVC will not let you have an account, no matter that you are approved for one of their Q Cards. I have been an active customer for 20 years. QVC has now “out done themselves” with to/from shipping charges. Sometime, recently, they started NOT refunding the original shipping as they used to do, but they ALSO charge back a return label cost of $6.95! I just received notice of a $1.15 return credit on a $65 item! DOUBLE SHIPPING. Corporate greed? WATCH YOUR RETURN CREDITS PEOPLE. MY Last QVC purchase. PERIOD.

They tell you that you have 30 days to return an item. Then they close your account without warning or notice on account of excessive returns. If they are going to punish consumers for returning items then they should have a zero return policy or at least warn consumers that they can only return a certain amount of items.

They take various payments from my bank account but have cancelled my accounts claiming loss of business? Whatever that means, maybe because I returned things as they say you can do if dissatisfied. I have no idea what they are taking payments for as I can't log in to see. I have been a customer for years and this is how they treat me. Also I ordered Junior's Cheesecake and UPS tossed the heavy box on my patio. It said perishable and keep right side up but of course they put it upside down and it was a mess. The representative was nice but next thing I know is I don't have an account anymore, so when they say you can return things, beware.

I purchased an LG Flat screen from QVC for over 1,200,00 dollars, had it professionally installed on my wall. A week after the warranty expired, screen went black. If I could give less than one star, I would. On June 5th, I ordered a MacBook Pro laptop from QVC and paid roughly $33 for premium 2-day shipping as I was going out of town on June 7th and needed to make sure I was home so it was not just left on my front porch. On June 6th, I had not received any up to date shipping info, so I called QVC. I was told that unfortunately they had experienced a power outage and no orders had been shipped but that I would be refunded my $33 fee and my ordered would arrive on Friday, the 8th.
Seeing as I was going to be out of town, I made arrangements to have someone at my house on Friday to accept my order for me ensuring it would not be left on the porch. Nothing comes Friday and I receive no refund for faster shipping. I try calling QVC but get left on hold. Monday (while I am still out of town) the product is supposedly delivered. Left at my doorstep at 10:00 am. No signature required on a $1700 purchase. When I finally return home late Monday evening, there is no computer, no delivery notice, nothing.
Tuesday, June 12th, I call QVC and tell them that I never received the package and explained to the man I talked to that I was out of town and that I had informed everyone I spoke to prior to him of that, to which he replies "I am so sorry to hear of this confusion. I can issue you a refund right now. It should post back to your debit card within 3-5 business days". I thank him and we hang up. The following morning, someone from QVC's finance department leaves me a short voicemail with no call back number and she says "we are sorry to inform you, but we are not refunding you. Call your bank". I call and speak with yet another person who says "I apologize, I will get this pushed through and process your refund." AGAIN, Thursday morning, another message from QVC's finance department about not giving me a refund.
On Friday, I post a review to QVC's page about the poor customer service and I immediately get a phone call suggesting my account has been hacked due to the review that was left to which I explain, "no ma'am, I left the review." She tells me she will do what she can to make sure this is resolved because a signature was in fact required and will follow up with me Monday. We get off the phone and I immediately call UPS and UPS states "no, a signature was not required and that was QVC's choice. They also restricted us from being able to open our own investigation on this shipment." (not even sure what that means). This brings me to today, 2 weeks from my original order, she calls me back to tell me that she spoke to UPS and is sending UPS out to check the place where he dropped off my order but that they will still not be issuing me a refund and I need to dispute it with my bank.
Two things here: 1) It is not mine or my bank's responsibility to replace a product or money for a product that QVC failed to deliver in a timely manner resulting in either theft or non delivery and 2) I truly hope no one else orders from them and if you do, make sure you have weeks to wait for your product and make sure you are home because they do not require a signature for delivery of products regardless of the amount!

On June 10th I called and ordered this special deal. I called in the order because I moved to Denver, CO and wanted to make sure the address was correct. I reviewed my address 3 times. Good to go, I'll have my Dyson cyclone V10 with docking station on 6/15. On 6/13 I received an email that my Dyson docking station was shipped to St. Petersburg FL.! I immediately called. Spoke to representative. Apparently the Dyson was shipped to my Denver street address, but to St. Petersburg FL city and state!!! She said I would have to reorder the item and call back on the 15th to "cancel" the original order.
She said they could not cancel it until after the delivery date. Then they would cancel as a "item not received". I did not want 2 charges on my account. She said that was the only thing they could do. She said she would have her supervisor call me right back. 24 hours later a gentleman called me to say my Dyson is on schedule and I should get it tomorrow!!! I told him, no I won't get it because the address is wrong. He said, "Oh no problem, I'll order a new one and credit your account for the original order." I will have my Dyson on the 20th. Awesome. Thirty minutes later I get a call back from the representative I spoke to last night. She says she can order me a new Dyson and cancel the original order. I would get the new Dyson by the 22nd.
I tell her about the call from the guy 30 minutes earlier. She informs me he DID NOT reorder the Dyson and she would have to. Really??? And she has no idea who I spoke to. So I say fine, I really want this deal, but I do not want to find 2 charges on my account. She promises me I won't. However they only have the iron left, fine it's a color, I'll deal with it. I just want my Dyson. THEN she tells me there are no more docking stations! That is a $150 item that is part of the deal I ordered. So I am supposed to pay $508 for the Dyson minus the docking station? Are they crazy. That was part of the deal that I ordered. The way this was handled from the beginning is so unacceptable and so unprofessional. Shame on QVC. And after all that, I don't get my Dyson.

Today I received a letter from QVC saying I returned 72% of the items I ordered. That would be correct. I also shop with Amazon, where I have zero returns and Overstock, where I also have zero returns. Hmmm what's wrong with this picture. QVC only recently allows you to return for the same item different size etc.. That being said the items QVC sells in my opinion is marginal and does not do what they claim it does. They remind you regularly if you watch their show, don't worry you have 30 days to love it or return it, they don't say anything about how many times you can do this.
Many items I received are not as represented, sizes are way off or quality is just not there. That is not my fault. Poor quality garments are things I return often. A Lisa Rinna item wrinkled and terrible material, you bet it's going back. I'm not paying $75 for a terrible blouse of dress. Unfortunately you can feel or see the quality of the items prior to purchasing. It's sad that I've had to take time and the expense out of my day to return poor quality items. The thing is, STOP SELLING JUNK! I was a customer for over 20 years, quality has gone downhill. I cannot trust this company or the Sales representatives on air. They LOVE everything lol. I am so done!

I ordered the TSV HP gold laptop computer on 5-6-18. Even though I ordered early in the day nothing was ever said about the gold laptop being sold out. I was then notified several times via voicemail that because of high demand for the color, there would be a delay in shipment. Obviously, QVC was well aware this color was sold out and continued to take orders the entire day anyway without notifying customers. I received no less than 4 different ship dates.
On one occasion I was told the computers were delayed in customs??? Bottom line is I finally received the laptop a month later. I used it a couple of days and so far not very impressed. As soon as I boot it up, it becomes very warm to the touch and the fan is loud and running continuously. Also, the laptop is randomly shutting down and rebooting. This laptop is on the verge on being packed up and shipped back. I haven't ordered much from QVC the past couple of years, and the couple of things I did order there were issues with it. I think I am pretty much done with QVC. I don't trust them any more to provide quality products. What a disappointment. SMH!

In the month of March I ordered the Dyson vacuum. The initial payment was taken out of my daughter's bank account that was on file. When I noticed it, I called QVC for the card information to be changed to my bank account and I was told by the representative that it was. The representative never said that they were charging my account. That was two payments in one month for the same item.
The next time this happened was June. I called to confirm the payments and the representative Tanya. Decided to pay all of the easy payments on my accounts. I also, brought Wen. The Dyson had four payments of 44.16 and the Wen had two payments of 15.37 left on my account and all of them were processed at one time. I asked Tanya how much was the payment and she stated it was 206. I asked why was it that much for my monthly easy payment and that’s when Tanya said that she processed all of my easy payments. This was first done on June 3rd and QVC has not given me my money back yet and it is June 9th. I have spoken to multiple supervisors and nothing, but a $65 credit on my QVC account. I just want my money back!
Updated 06/10/2018: In addition to Tanya the representative processing four easy payments of $44.16 and two payments of $15.34 on June 3rd, additional payments of $176.64 & 30.74 were deducted on June 4th. I have called multiple times to receive a refund and as of June 10, no refund for the $176.64 or 30.74. Please refund my money because QVC has had my money for almost a week now and they are being paid interest on it.

I placed an order for air fryer accessories. It did not ship right away. I called and emailed to cancel my order. They said once order is processed they can not cancel but don't worry they have no hassle return. Two days later item ships. I return it. They only refund half my money.

My husband and I recently tried to order a Nintendo Switch bundle through QVC for my sister's 16th birthday. My husband made an account with QVC using his card to make a purchase (I have my own account with QVC but, it is linked to my bank account). A day or 2 after the order was placed he received a call from the financial department needing him to verify some information. He called them back and verified that it was him making the purchase and asked for his address, he verified it was him and stated his address and they told him everything was okay and good to go. The money came out of his account. We went on later that evening to see if there was a change in the status of the purchase and he could not log on. He tried to do a password recovery and it said his email was not recognized.
He called customer service and they told him corporate had closed his account because, he had the same billing address as his mother and she had an outstanding balance. My husband and I then went to the bank and had his card address changed to our current residence and we tried again to create an account and reorder the product thinking everything was fixed and this would be okay. The exact same thing happened, even with his address changed. This made both my husband and I both furious! How can a company judge someone based on them living in the same household as someone else? Just because he used to live with his parents he could order from QVC because, his mother has an outstanding balanced. This seems very wrong!
I submitted a complaint through QVC and checked the box that said I would like an email back and never received one within the week. He called the customer service again the second time his account was closed and was told she had passed a note along to corporate and he would be receiving a call on Tuesday and never received a call. I submitted another complaint with QVC hoping maybe to hear something back the second time. The complaints I submitted to QVC were from my account because, when you go to send the complaint they make you sign in and seeing how he doesn't have an account because it was closed he couldn't send the complaint.
The next morning after sending the second complaint I received this email: "Thank you for emailing QVC Ms. **. Unfortunately, your QVC customer account has been closed because QVC hasn’t received payment or has experienced business loss from another QVC customer account associated with your information (such as name, address, phone number or credit card information). To prevent further business loss, all QVC customer accounts associated with this information were closed. I do apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause. It has been a pleasure assisting you. Thank you for shopping with QVC!"
We have read several complaints about QVC and them closing accounts right after receiving a complaint about them. It seems to us that QVC is a judgemental company, judging people based on other's actions or where they live (and in my case apparently by name because I never lived in the household they are referring to). They seem to not care about their customers or want to even try to resolve a problem their customers have.

I made a purchase on QVC website and when I did so I enrolled into easy payment. I received my items and I had no complaints with that but when it came time to make 2 payment I realized I needed a few more extra days to make the payment. So I called QVC and explained my situation to the rep for her to tell me that "Corporate makes up the payment days for easy payments and because corporate makes up the billing days we are unable to give you an extension on the payment". But if you go on the website and read about the easy payment plan it states that if the day you are scheduled to make a payment is not workable for you you can call and set up a different date... VERY UPSET AND THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME SHOPPING WITH QVC.

I purchased an item with the easy payment (5 payments) they have (awesome I thought). I wanted to pay it off early and made the last two payments ahead of time, 3 days later they collected an extra payment. I chatted with one rep and she said this was an error that I was going to get refunded. 2 days later I got refunded for that extra payment (awesome I thought) but when I checked the item again they had added a 6th payment to the item I just paid off.
So I chased again with another rep, this time she said, "This is an error. The item shows paid off. This 6th payment will be deleted." Today I check again and it's still there, so I get on the chat again and explain everything to a new rep. Now he answer is that the previous rep misinformed me and that they refunded the 5th payment and that the extra payment that shows up in my back account they didn't collect it... So now an item that I've paid off I will have to pay an extra $42.00 just for the hell of it... I will never buy anything from QVC.

I too was a long time customer of QVC, and spent thousands. In the last two years I have experienced a lot of "dissatisfaction". I experienced rude and unhelpful customer service staff. I have received numerous "damaged" merchandise which I had to return myself making this an "inconvenience". I have received items that was more bait and switch, than what was advertised. I am disappointed in how low QVC has gone and how the "quality" of a lot of their items have deteriorated. This is my last month with QVC. I find the aggravations and disappointment, and lack of empathy with Customer service staff is not worth the stress.

I purchased an Apple Watch in December. Decided not to keep it and returned it December 27th. I discovered on May 5 that they claimed the watch wasn’t received in their warehouse until March and that they were going to return it. The representative I spoke with confirmed that the tracking number WAS scanned on December 27. I waited a few days and called back to follow up and was told they DIDN'T receive the watch. I used QVC’s return label, so why am I responsible for their warehouse employee's mistakes. I asked the rep for the tracking number and she lied to me, telling me that she didn’t have one. I waited several days before I called back again to follow up and was told they were investigating the return. They needed to know exactly when the Watch was returned. What difference does it make when it was returned.
They have the watch, REFUND ME! This is a $600.00 item. I waited a few more days before I called CS to follow up again. I spoke with a rep and requested they return the Watch. I had one more easy pay payment, so just return the Watch. “Unfortunately, we cannot do they. We will refund you.” I was informed. I’ve become so frustrated with this. Monday 5/14/18 I called QVC again. I spoke with one of the nicest Representative thus far. She listened and she didn’t give me attitude like the other reps did. The purpose of my call this time was to get the address of the President of QVC. I was tired of speaking to these non professional Call Center reps. I needed to resolve this and I wanted to share my concerns with the higher ups.
Long story short. I was given the address and then she asked if there was something she could help me with. I was skeptical about saying anything for every rep I’ve spoken with previously lie to me. I had convince myself that there was an alert on my account informing the telephone reps NOT to give me any information. I gave in and shared my dilemma with her. She was so sympathetic and apologetic, if made me feel comforting. She reviewed the notes on my account and sadly informed me that she couldn’t find where it stated the Watch was returned in March. (That’s what the rep told me on May 5th. All of a sudden that information is not available on my account. I was told there wasn’t a tracking number, however there was one found but when you go to USPS’s website, no information is given.
I believe either someone in their warehouse got sticky fingers and pocket it or when the data entry clerk entered the return an error was made. Whatever the issue. I know I returned the watch and I want to be refunded. I cannot afford to GIVE QVC $549.00. I have read so many post from dissatisfied consumers and it saddens me. I enjoyed shopping on QVC and to discover how unconcerned they are with various issues makes me wonder, what type of business was I dealing with. If it weren’t for the consumers, they wouldn’t have a job. I will keep fighting for my money. I returned it, they received it (so I was told) and I deserve a refund.

Amazon must be destroying you. I ordered the exact same item from both QVC and Amazon on Monday, April 30. I initially purchased on QVC, but found a different color on Amazon. Buying both as I can use both. On May 2, I received my Amazon package, two days after purchase. It is now Monday, May 7 and my QVC package is still sitting in the destination since May 4. Tracking is great as you can see every step. Tell me, QVC, how can you be so slow in shipping when your competition is so fast? I will never order from you again. Honestly, you cannot continue this slow service in light of the competition that is out there.

I purchased Nick Chavez Soft Hair Flocker after watching him demonstrate this product on three women. I purchased product for a friend's mother. Product did nothing for friend's mother, for my hair and three other friends who tried it. I was charged $6.95 to return product for Shipping and handling. Will not make any other purchases from QVC.

I have purchased several items online from QVC and each purchase has been great. The products are just as they are described or look in the picture and they were delivered when promised with updates along the way. I get e-mails asking for confirmation of delivery and if the product meets my expectations. I love that they offer flex pay or regular pay.

The online site is really simple to use. But I like to call the 800 just to make sure the item I want is in stock and that the transaction goes smoothly (all on their servers, it helps minimize possible hacking from outside sources). The phone reps are really helpful, there is an extra $5.00 off if you're a first time shopper but, when I called there was an extra $10.00 off, I wouldn't have got that if I just went online. They let you know when the package is shipped and delivery date. They just send you an e-mail. Easy.

I ordered a piece of clothing from QVC and total cost was 38.41. Shipping was $3.00 and they refunded me 26.78!!! I am not sure this is even legal being as they do not let you know ahead of time that they will keep 25% restocking fee... or whatever it is!!! This is only the second time I have ordered from QVC and I will NEVER order from them again!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I do purchase some skin care and makeup. The cost as compared to purchasing in a store is much less. The shipping costs aren't bad and the customer service has always been very helpful. Returns are easy and I've never had a problem with refunds.

I enjoy QVC, very relaxing, easy to make comparison, sometimes shipping is a little costly especially when it's more than the items purchase, will cause a no sale. Even though I haven't had to return anything bought, return information was always included. Well pleased.

I hadn't been a QVC shopper before. Channel surfing I saw a daily deal on a product I use. The price was well below Amazon's and the 4 payment option made paying a little less painful. Also, the delivery was swift. Now I will definitely include QVC when comparison shopping.

QVC is the first site I’ve used where I haven’t had to complain to customer service. I’ve been ordering from there around 6 months or more to buy my favorite cosmetics brands. With the 3 to 6 month easy pay program they offer, it makes buying my favorite pricey cosmetics more affordable and no interest is charged. I think I’m a lifetime shopper on the Q!

Do not order now since prices have gone out of sight and not too happy with quality. When you started selling jeans for over 100.00 dollars you lost me and my friends. 300 400 dollar handbags what's with that. Now on to Logo, they are horrible, on young and skinny and on size 14 models. Look like baboons. Who are the jhers now, you are .ksi g a ,kt ov customers. People that have families and work and retired cannot afford you anymore. Sad you were once very good and reasonable.

I ordered microfiber sheets. Amazing and very user friendly with easy pay options which helps a lot. I loved every item I have ordered from QVC. I returned the two that I didn't and they credited me. That took a while but it's fine.

I ordered the NUFACE body tonic and The QVC gave me in incredible run around which included mandatory personal and private questions to be answered based off "public record” to verify. They held back my order for one month because they insisted they get these private information that included my relatives' full names and phone numbers, all my addresses I’ve lived before, my birthdate, my maiden name, my close friends... OMG. What the hell? I so regret I gave them these info. I began to suspect they may be linked with fraudulent companies who can inject themselves into my private personal info! I have NEVER been subjected to such interrogation from ordering a simple product. Now that they’ve had the info and wanted additional info from “supervisors who will contact you," I became so alarmed that at that point // I said forget it! I’m canceling and WILL NEVER order from QVC again!!! Please be aware of this.

I have found that you can always find a last minute gift at QVC. They have a great collection of merchandise at various price ranges. Merchandise is well packaged and delivered promptly. Flex pay, when offered, is always a bonus.

QVC has nice products but they are overpriced. Love Amazon. If there is ever an issue with an item they will replace it or refund your money. Also, shipping in 2 days is great.

1st time customer. I ordered some Josie Products that were irritating to my skin. Sent 3 of 4 items back in a week. Total bill $231. Got a refund of 64. I would never ever order another product from QVC. In my opinion they are Scam Artists.

Push, Push, Push! Most of their clothes are overpriced, poor quality, ridiculous return policy and lean more towards senior ladies who live in places where shopping is at a minimum and traveling is difficult or these poor senior women believe the hosts. Take LOGO. What is that about? Foolish looking whether a woman is young or senior. I consider myself lucky having all department stores and small boutique stores within 20 miles from my home. Please, if your mom is in debt, help her get unhooked and cut her QVC card. Don’t let your mother make purchases that she doesn’t need. Talk to her.

QVC competing with Amazon, REALLY? QVC takes 10 days to 14 days to receive order??? Order in "processing" for 5 days. Then UPS gives to post office adds another 2 to 3 days. Items shown on TV presentation are not what you receive, some look nothing like what was presented, ex: Valerie Parr Hill items. Valerie uses mfr. samples that are nicer than what is shipped to customers. I have returned so many poor quality items back to QVC that they should pay me for all the work, hassle and gas to post office, tape, misrepresentation etc.
QVC sent a threatening letter that they were going to close my account if I continued to return items. I continued to return QVC's poor quality, overpriced crap? They closed my account. That is hilarious, oh darn, I can't purchase any of QVC's junk! Reading reviews on QVC item reviews, show many people disgusted with QVC lack of quality control and saying they are done with QVC.

I received a gift certificate for Christmas for $100. When trying to redeem it online for an order, I received an error code. I called Cashstar and they confirmed that there was $100 on the card. I called QVC to place the order and they said yes, there was $100 on the gift card but their computer was not allowing them to apply it. They told me that they have been having problems for a while. They said within 5 business days I would have an answer. I was patient and called both Cashstar and QVC 6 days later. Cashstar said the problem had been rectified, but when I called QVC to place my order, which has been on hold, they said that there was no problem with the gift card but they could not apply it. I ask to speak to someone else, but she said that there was no one else she could forward me to. Now she says that maybe sometime after Friday, maybe it will be rectified. I keep getting the runaround.
I have made 6 phone calls with no one telling me what the exact problem is or when I can expect to hear from them. I gave them my email address over a week ago, but I still have not received any notification from them. If there is nothing wrong with the gift card and they can see the amount on it, I do not understand what the problem is. I have lost total trust in this company and feel as if I might have just lost $100. I will continue to fight this and make sure other people don’t fall prey to this type of business.

I'm reading a lot of the reviews and I have to actually admit I'm very satisfied with their service. My mother and sister had ordered from them for years. Now I am hooked. Never had any problems with them. Received items in a timely manner. Normally will have the items before the promised delivery date. The only thing I hate is the return shipping charges that you have to pay when returning things. Also someone had mentioned about the 30-day price difference. The price dropped on the television I purchased. I received the difference in my bank account within two days. One very happy customer will continue to do business with you. Great customer service. Love your flex pays and accepting the debit card whereas everyone does not have a credit card. Keep up the good work. My sister will be ordering from you on my recommendation.
