I purchased a Christmas present for my wife the first part of Nov. thinking I would get her something she really wanted. It was purchased on a credit card. This was the first time I had purchased from this company. The article never arrived when it was supposed to. I called on Dec. 9 and found out the order was cancelled and I was never notified. They had an email address and phone number but they must have thought they didn't need my order. I'm sure they will never read this. I noticed you can't reply straight to QVC. You would think if they cared about their customers, they would have a direct email. They don't deserve a 1 ranking. Terrible customer service. I will make sure I will tell everyone I can.

I have experienced the worst customer service from QVC ever. My Nov. 24, 2012 purchase (a 17.3 inch HP laptop, it was red with all the bells & whistles) was cancelled without notice. I called the day before the estimated delivery date to see why I had not gotten an email shipping confirmation. At that time, I was told the order was cancelled on Nov. 25th. QVC rep said they usually send out an email or letter to advise. I received neither. QVC said they linked my account to a family member's past due account because of the same billing address and last name. Am I responsible for paying their bill too? I think not! We don't even live in the same state. I've made at least 5 purchases in the last two years and my account is paid in full. Why wait so long to cancel my account? You could have saved me money and aggravation if you have done so sooner. I am beyond pissed!

I have been an avid QVC shopper for over 20 years. I have probably spent thousands of dollars over the years, and I don't owe them a dime. My credit is very good. However, I went into my account one day, and it was suspended. I called them up, and they said that someone else that used my same phone number, not me, owes them money so until this person pays their bills, I cannot order from them. It's probably the best thing that ever happened, since now I am savings tons of money!

I purchased a laptop for my daughter on July 11, 2012 and brought the 3-year service contract. It's only been 60 days since the purchase and her laptop isn't working. Something is wrong with the screen and she believes someone may have stepped on it on purpose, after she left it unattended in a classroom. I called QVC and they said that the warranty I purchased does not cover screen damage. What? Okay, so I asked them if I could add and pay for additional coverage since it's only been 60 days and the answer was no! I demanded for a manager and nothing was resolved. The money I paid for the warranty will be reimbursed, but no laptop!

I purchased an iPod Touch from QVC in August of 2011. Now when an iPod Touch is purchased, the customer has one-year limited warranty with the option to extend warranty by paying for it before the limited one year expires. Almost 2 weeks ago I contacted Apple because I wanted to purchase an extended warranty for my product. When I gave to the representative the product's serial number, he informed me that the one year warranty expired in May 2012 which meant that the iPod was purchased in May 2011. In my case this is impossible because I didn't own the item until August 2011. He explained to me that the May 2011 date of purchase had to have been when QVC purchased the iPods from Apple to sell. The Apple representative told me to contact QVC because there isn't much that they can do on their end.
I immediately contacted QVC and spoke to a representative named Loni. She told me that she is going to contact headquarters, that they would fix the issue and that someone from QVC would contact me regarding the issue being resolved. Now it's two weeks later. The date of my purchase has met its year and nobody from QVC has contacted me. I am really upset and I won't ever purchase anything from QVC again because I feel that they don't stand behind the quality and warranty issue of their products. I will continue to complain to them until there is a resolution. Nobody has contacted me back for a resolution and now the time has expired for me to add additional warranty.

QVC sure is quick to take your money but not return it. We bought a mattress that within a week's time broke down in the middle. Clearly it was defective. Now mind you, they were great about taking it back but darn them taking forever to refund our money. I keep calling and they say the money has been returned but we have yet to see anything in our account. We paid cash and need that money back to pay for a new bed. So we have no bed to sleep in! I am so mad!

I've purchased over $14,000 worth of mdse. from QVC over the past 4 years, which was all paid for and I had no returns. I lost my job a year ago and got past due on my QVC credit card, which only had a balance of $400. Due to this, QVC closed my account and cancelled my ability to purchase anything even for cash. I regret that I was unable to make payments on the $400 charge acct., but please... how about putting things in perspective as to how much business I gave them!

I ordered a laptop from them. I got the confirmation in the email that it was ordered with EasyPay. Five days later, they called and said I was not approved for EasyPay but can pay the whole thing upfront? After five days, they told me this. What really upsets me is they already charged me and now they say it can take up to thirty days to get my money back. They should have never charged me in the first place or warn me about this stuff. What a ripoff and what a joke. I'm better off buying from HSN or Wal-Mart for that matter. I had to obtain a police report and contact BBB office to get anywhere. They're crooks, if you ask me. If you don't believe me, try ordering from this place and do a return or something. There's nothing good about QVC.

I ordered and received an item from QVC which did not fit so I returned it. The original price charged to my credit card was $22.28 (this included $2.23 SH and $1.62 tax). When I returned the item, I was charged a total $6.95 SH. This brings my total out-of-pocket charged to my card $29.23. On 8/9/12, I received an email from QVC stating they received the item and are refunding $5.57 that should be credited to my card in the next 1-2 billing cycles. My out-of-pocket was more than the original price of this item and I am supposed to be refunded back $5.57! Lord help us. Our world isn't a "giving nation" anymore, just lusting on money!

I listened to "squealy Jill" tote the Big Wheel that she was hawking, trying to tell everyone that she loved her Big Wheel when she was a kid (Really, Jill? Aren't you in your 40s?). Anyway, they were selling them for $61 and since I have twin grandsons aged 4, I ordered two of them. With tax, shipping and handling, it came to $148. While waiting for delivery, I decided to check Big Wheels through other stores and lo and behold, there they were on Target.com for $44.99 each and free shipping and handling, really? I sent a note to QVC with this information and pretty much they told me they really didn't care and they don't guarantee to have the lowest prices. Really? But that's what your hosts say about 1,000 a day, that you buy in bulk and can get us lower prices than at other stores. They said if I wasn't happy to send them back. So when they arrived, that is what I did and, of course, I got screwed on shipping - $16+ shipping them to me and $10.95 to send each one back. So, I learned a valuable lesson.
Do not believe QVC because they aren't the cheapest. It was a $38 lesson but after this fiasco, I cancelled my QVC account and told them that I will tell anyone and everyone what rip off artists they are. Their reply was, "Sorry to see you go" instead of "Let us cover the shipping costs." That would have been good customer service. What a bunch of crooks.

I was an avid QVC shopper. I guess I was probably addicted to watching and purchasing many items. I also cancelled and returned many items. However, I was sending them $500 a month for items that I did keep. My account was paid every month on time without difficulty. Suddenly, I am no longer able to make a purchase from QVC. I called customer service and they said my account has been closed because I cancelled too many items and returned too many. How can this be? I was certainly keeping enough items to warrant a $500 a month payment. I am so angry because now they have cancelled my daughter's account as well just because she is associated with me. That is totally not right. She only purchases a few things from them and pays in full. Why should she suffer because of me? QVC, you are so wrong and I will tell everyone I know never to shop with you because of this practice.

Tianjin Maker Chemical Industry Co, Ltd. is a swindler and deceiver. We ought to inform you that we have bought the container (20 feet) from the Chinese supplier. We ordered and prepaid the full container in October 2011. The sum was $25520.00 USD. In December 2011, we received this container from them, from our harbor to our depot. We have made a chemical analysis on the content from all the drums of that container.
Unfortunately, there isn't the SLES 70% inside those drums; it is 93% water and 5% salt. There's NaCL and 2% of unknown detergent in the residue of the dry test. This content isn't a SLES of 70% concentration, which we have ordered from Tianjin Maker Chemical Industry Co, Ltd. It is a complete fact of cheating from the side of the Chinese supplier.
This event has made the blemish on the names of all Chinese potential suppliers of SLES 70% and some other chemical materials, which we would want to buy from the Chinese Republic. I ordered the Apple iPad bundle on 2/28/2012. I put this on the installment package. On Thursday March 8, 2012, I received a telephone call from Karen in West Chester, PA stating that they needed a regular credit, not a debit card. I did not mention that this was originally scheduled to arrive on March 9, 2012; this was for my husband’s 60th birthday. I was then guaranteed overnight delivery to arrive on March 9, 2012 and QVC would pay for the freight. Now, the package is supposedly scheduled to arrive on March 13, 2012. Not only have I been charged twice for the same item, but I also cannot get credit on my first debit card. QVC keeps telling it will arrive by March 9, 2012, but I'm writing this at 6:47 pm. No more UPS. QVC is the incompetent company and all they do is lie to their customers. I cannot believe a company, with all their advanced communications, cannot deliver one order correctly. I need help. I am contacting the president of QVC on Monday.

A dispute was filed with my bank on December 19, 2011 for non-receipt of goods or services, and the merchandise is not received, as originally ordered. I purchased an iPad Bundle package, and was approved for payment over six installments. I never received the merchandise, and contacted QVC customer service numerous times. They told me the item was delivered, and sent me the delivery ticket from UPS. The signature on the delivery card was not mine. I contacted QVC to tell them this, and they said I needed to contact my bank to dispute the charges.
On March 5, 2012, I received a letter from my bank (Bethpage Federal Credit Union) telling me that if I do not contact them, they will consider the case closed. Additional paperwork was sent with the letter. Within the paperwork was the same UPS delivery signature (which is not my signature), was given to my bank as proof of delivery. I sent an additional statement to my bank requesting they pull my signature card to match signatures, and to show that the delivery was not made to me. I was on vacation at the time of delivery, and no one was at my address to sign. Today, March 8th, 2012, I called Bethpage Federal Credit Union for a status on my dispute, and was told they are putting dispute into appeal. The manager said that if QVC does not authorize them to refund my money, I will have to take it to a small claims court.
This is not acceptable to me. I am their customer, whose money was given to QVC in error. At the time I disputed the charge, there were 2 payments deducted and given to QVC, with each payment amounting to $162.25. I requested on my dispute form to not allow any further payments to QVC, until this issue was resolved. Consequently, QVC has charged my account an additional 2 times in the same amount of $162.25, which put my account in negative standing, and cost me many overdraft fees totaling $650.00, which I needed to pay Bethpage Federal Credit Union to keep my account in good standing.
I am upset that I was told by my bank that QVC needs to call the shots, as to whether I will receive my money back. Currently, I am awaiting a letter from BFCU regarding the appeal, and I still have not received any money back. To date, I am charged $649.00 from QVC for the item I did not receive, and $650.00 in bank fees over this situation. My bank also said they do not have any way to stop QVC from getting the other 2 payments related to this dilemma. I need help to recoup my money, and clear this matter.

QVC had the gall to send me a letter pretty much reprimanding me for the number of orders I have cancelled over the past year. I feel that as a consumer, I have the right to cancel orders that I would be paying for. These are all orders that were cancelled within 24 hours of placement, which is what the QVC representative told me was the cancellation policy, so I don't understand why the QVC Customer Service Dept. felt they had a right to send me a letter, complaining about the number of cancelled orders, and what it costs them to pull an item from the shelf.

At no time did they mention there was any problem with my account, even though I bought up the fact my phone order would not go through.
I tried calling GE and the call stated they were not open and would return the call the next business day. It's Saturday and their voicemail says they are open Saturday 9am to 4pm. I called around 2 pm. I sent an e-mail to QVC's Customer Service stating the problem and how upset I was. I am a long standing customer that has mostly paid my account in full every time but this did not raise a red flag evidently. I called into Customer Service and got a rep who confirmed my account was frozen for lack of payment. They had the correct address and phone number.
I have not received any invoices since February or March of this year; their records say they sent them. I asked why I had not been called, they stated GE should have called. This did not happen. I have just authorized my bank to cut a check for December 21, 2011 to pay this account in full. I want my QVC account closed and will give all my business to their competitor. I ordered a Dyson from QVC on easy pay. I had used a credit card that isn't primary, because I generally distrust anyone I am paying on installments, and for good reason. Also, I had forgotten about the matter, because I only use that card twice a year. Anyway, I received no correspondence at all from them concerning falling behind on my payments so I didn't think about it at all. I did at first but it was really just about when the first payment was due and I had no way to check my billing date. They did not assign me any type of account information so that I could log on to their system. I requested this information but never received a reply.
Anyway, 3 months later, I had a deposit on that credit card I never use, and went to use it and my funds were gone. QVC put some sort of hold on my card so that the minute I received a deposit, they took my money. I had over $500 taken, which was beyond the amount I was past due. I now will have to cancel that card and get a new one. They will not have access to my money or know when I have money. I don't even know how this is legal being that I had no holds or any pending transactions on my statement. Morale of the story is, never give them a good card. If you do any business with them, buy the item outright, which to me defeats the point of shopping there, or forget about. I was told last Friday by QVC that my account had been closed, essentially due to the fact that I owed them money. Seven years ago I went through a difficult financial situation and settled various debts through the use of an attorney by utilizing the entirety of my 401(k) funds. QVC's bank, I believe GE, agreed to debt settlement. A forgiveness of debt 1099 was issued and reported by myself to the IRS as required.
Three years ago I opened another QVC account. As I indicated above, I realized last Friday the account had been closed without any formal notification to me from the company. On October 10, I contacted QVC's Corporate office and was advised the account was closed as I owed them money, this inspite of the fact that the debt had been settled and 1099 issued. They further indicated this is company policy.
It seems to me their action was illegal. Their representative, I believe, once again, was GE, accepted the settlement and provided government notification. QVC doesn't care what the bank, their representative, did or what government filings they made. They decided I still owed them money even though the debt was settled. The have no grounds to legally pursue a settled debt. I don't believe you can disguise illegal practices as company policy. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you.

QVC was offering it on 6 easy payments, which I thought was a great deal, so I decided to order it for him. This was my very first time ordering through QVC. I placed my order and got an email confirmation that my order had been placed. Over the next few days, I kept checking my order status to see if it had been shipped yet.
Last night, when I went to log into my QVC account to see if it had shipped yet, I got a message that said "Sorry, this account has been suspended. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-345-5788 for further assistance." I got right on the phone and called that number to find out what in the heck was going on and why I was being given a message saying that my account was suspended.
I was then told that someone at my address had easy pay orders that had not been paid. Neither my husband or I have ever ordered from QVC before, and we have only owned our house for a couple of years, so it must have been whoever lived here before us. I explained to the CS rep that no one who currently lives here has ever ordered from QVC before. The rep was kind of rude and said that there was nothing she could do and that I would have to write a letter to the corporate office. I then said, "So, you're telling me that just because someone other than my self who used to live at this address owes QVC money, I can't place an order?" She said, "That is correct."
What?! How does that even make any sense? I have nothing to do with whoever lived here before us and didn't make their payments. I don't even know them! Why in the world should that prevent me from ordering? I'm a completely different person! This is by far the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! It's just like saying that I can't get a car loan, because the last people who lived at my address had a car loan through the same bank and defaulted on their payments.
What a joke! This makes no sense whatsoever! I just went over to HSN and ordered an even better laptop, which was immediately shipped. So ** you, QVC!

I received a letter from Nationwide C.S., Inc that they were to collect $33.00 on QVC's behalf, and if I would not pay within 30 days, additional fees would be added. I called QVC three times not knowing what the amount was about. They claimed they had contacted me by phone and mail? This is a lie. I asked for copies of their correspondence, but I never received anything. I offered to pay the amount I supposedly owed. They said no. I wrote a letter on February 28, 2011 to headquarters, explaining their mistake and they ignored it. So the collection agency contacted a friend of mine. Needless to say, they have my phone number and by calling my friend they now have broken the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Again, QVC refused my payment, they hired a dangerous collection agency and now they will end up paying me more money than I ever "owed" them. I also contacted the FTC and gave them all the info.
I am on medication for HB and this going on for months nonsense has made it dangerously high.

I ordered an iPod from QVC Home Shopping Network and used the five payment flex payment plan. I changed my billing information on my account so that the five payments could be deducted from the appropriate bank account. The next day, I noticed that all five payments were posted to be paid from my bank account. I contacted QVC customer service. I was assured that the all payments would be reversed and that only one would be processed. A few days later, all five payments were deducted from my bank account putting me in a financial burden. Why would I request a flex pay payment option if I could pay the whole amount upfront? Furthermore, I am sure I was assessed the extra charges associated with having a payment plan despite they received all funds up front.
Flex payment plan yet QVC accelerated all five payments causing financial burden. I just want others that are relying on flex pay payment options to be aware of what could happen.

In the middle of November, I ordered a 46-inch Sony Bravia TV and Sony Blu-ray DVD player on the easy pay plan of 6 payments of $221.00. I received the items on November 27th or 28th, which I thought was pretty good delivery time for such a large item. After mounting the TV on the wall, I was not very impressed with the picture quality, so I decided to return it. I only had the TV a total of 2 days. And then, I shipped it back using UPS. It cost me $70.00 to ship both items. They received them on December 1st. I called QVC on the 3rd to confirm that they had a record of the return. They said that they did receive the items in good condition. So, I asked when would my account be credited for the $221.00. They said that it should be a couple of days. Mind you that the payment was taken from my account the very next day after I placed the order.
Four days later, I had not received any refund so I called again. The rep said that it should have been done and that she would note the account as such and give it another day or two. I waited another 3 days to call them again. This went on for 3 weeks and about 6 reps. I finally got my refund right before Christmas (23rd) and I thought finally it's over! It's not! QVC then charged me for another payment! I called immediately (27th) to let them know. The rep told me that whoever set up the refund forgot to cancel the easy pay payments. I informed them that I do not have $200.00 to just sit out in limbo until they get their act together. The rep apologized and said that it should be fixed in a day or so. This was on a Monday.
I called back on Thursday to let them know that it wasn't taken care of and that I couldn't take my wife out for New Year's because of this mix up. This rep then told me that it should be done by that following Tuesday. Because of the holiday, he could not make it happen any faster. Two more calls and I finally got my refund on January 9th. Hopefully this is over and they don't charge me another payment!

I returned a baseball cap that was for my husband with cancer and it was defective. It had a bleed line on the writing. I sent it insured, and they said that they never received it and I needed to wait 30 days and collect on my postal service. Today, I called QVC again, and they again said that they never received this item. I went into our post office and they gave me proof that QVC received it on 12/6/10 and signed for it. They're still refusing to refund the cost of this item to me.

This entire order has been a disaster. And now with another pending charge from QVC, I now have $150 tied up in an order that I cancelled and should not have been charged for, at Christmas time no less. I was simply trying to get my husband, who is deployed to Iraq, a great Christmas present but now with money being tied up that definitely makes it hard to provide the rest of the family a good Christmas.
QVC offered 2nd day shipping for an extra charge with a delivery date of 12/6/10. However, when I called on 12/4/10, I was told by 3 different representatives that this was not something you should have offered because it ships directly from the manufacturer. This is a problem. That would have been fine to deal with if someone at QVC could have given me an expected delivery date. But again, 3 of the agents told me there was no way to contact Bose and find out when the items were shipped, unless of course there was a problem with the order. (they failed to see this is the problem).
I attempted to cancel the order with a supervisor who was quite argumentative and indifferent if not just plain rude. She said I couldn't cancel it until I receive it. But, in the meantime I had emailed QVC regarding my order and was emailed back confirming my order would be cancelled. The supervisor refused to give me the number to corporate or any of her superiors in order to try to resolve my issue, but after I insisted that the other agents I had spoken did tell me there was a number to corporate, she finally conceded. Someone called me back regarding this supervisor's attitude and apologized etc.
So my order is cancelled but then I receive a charge from QVC for the Squaretrade warranty plan. Why? Why am I being charged for a product that's been cancelled? I called and was told it would be 2-3 billing cycles before I see that credit show up! It's a debit card! I don't have the money for QVC to hold on to it for 2-3 months!
You guessed it! Another charge from QVC, this time $104 for my Bose headphones, the order which was cancelled a week ago. seriously, now I have over $150 out to you at Christmas time which I didn't have to spend in the first place! Guess what? The order was actually delivered 2nd day UPS. It wasn't the promised (estimated) delivery date of 12/6, but it arrived on 12/8. After all of that, after 2 agents and one supervisor and an email all stating that it would be sent regular mail and would be anywhere from 7-10 business days, it arrived only two days after the promised delivery date. What is going on over there? Why couldn't anyone have made a phone call? Why doesn't anyone seem to know how the ordering process works?

I purchased 2 computers from QVC on easy pay. QVC said my account would not be charged until computers shipped. However, they put a hold on my account for 3 computers but remember I only purchased 2 and they said my account would not be charged until they shipped. I informed them of this error and they would not correct it. Customer Service was very rude even though they had a "hold" on my checking account for funds on 3 computers and I only purchased 2. Customer Service was very rude and did not care that they were holding funds that did not belong to them.
They were fraudulently holding money for a purchase I did not make. My bank said all they needed was a fax from QVC, so they could release the hold but QVC would not do it even though it was fraudulent. I believe it is against the law to hold money for something I did not purchase. I thought QVC was a reputable business but I was mistaken.

In May 2010, I noticed that I had been charged double for a purchase that I made and so I reported it to the bank to resolve. A claim was made and I was told to go back over my statement and see if there were any other unauthorized charges made against my account. I saw that there were others so I reported those as well. The charges were for $140 from QVC on a monthly basis. I was told by my bank that they were only able to go back 30 days for charge back and that I would have to speak with the merchant directly for anything more.
I contacted QVC, was told to file a police report and fax it in, which was what I did. I talked to someone at QVC later and was told that I needed to go back to the bank and that QVC can't do anything if the bank doesn't do something first. For months this went on back and forth and neither QVC nor the bank did anything. Finally I filed a complaint with the BBB and QVC's response was that a fireplace was purchased from them, and dropped off to my home address during the middle of the day with no signature for receipt. I do not have possession of any such merchandise, I did not receive or sign for anything, yet they have taken $750 out of my account for this merchandise.
I also filed a complaint with the BBB against my bank and their response was, because I have made a purchase from QVC in past years at a different address, then they cannot issue QVC a charge back for my money. I explained to both the merchant and the bank that I don't have their fireplace, never received it and didn't sign for it, and I can prove that I was at work all day when they claim they dropped it off. But they are still refusing to give me my money back.
For whatever the reason, I guess because I'm not a big bank or a big company, that I'm just supposed to sit back and let them steal from me and do nothing. The amount that QVC was taking out is almost identical to my car insurance payment so I really just didn't pay attention. Besides, my father was fighting cancer and I just didn't realize that QVC was taking my money. I did everything they asked of me, and still no one wants to give me back my money. QVC has no proof that the merchandise was even dropped off. How do I know that the delivery person did put it in the back and just write that he dropped it off on my door? Whose responsibility is it if they drop off $750 of merchandise with no signature for receipt?
This is now stealing at this point. They cannot prove that I took possession of it yet I still have to be responsible to pay for it because I noticed the charge late? I was not under contract with them, I was not aware of their time frame to report something like this. Why am I being held responsible for their mistake because they sent something out and didn't confirm if it was received by someone or not?

I see others have the same issue with sales tax and QVC. QVC is the only company, not based in DC, where I live, that collects sales tax on all items. Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Nordstrom, no one else does, only QVC. Yet, QVC has no outline here. I pressed this issue long and hard with QVC and spoke to them as well as other companies listed.
The answer I received from them was in direct contradiction to all others. I even checked with the DC Division of Tax and revenue and the other companies are correct. I all have to do with internet shopping laws. Yet QVC is sticking to its guns. To the person in NJ who complained about being charged tax on clothing when NJ does not charge on clothing (I am from NJ), you need to escalate this. I plan on doing so with the DC Government. I find it hard to believe that all the other companies I spoke with are wrong and QVC is right.

I have the same issue as many other consumers. That is the handling of the QCard through GE Money Bank. I have other cards issued through GE Money Bank and never have an issue with them. Because the contract for QVC/GE Money Bank does not allow for a representative from GE to handle the card, you must deal with QVC. Unlike other GE cards I have, when I dial the number listed on the back of the card I get someone at GE.
If I want a credit line increase, I can request one and it happens. Lord and Taylor has raised my line of credit two fold in 6 months (GE Money Bank is the provider), because I speak to a real person and they look at my credit score and history and payments. With QCard it is all automated, so no person can assess the entire picture. When you contact QVC, they say it is GE. They transfer you to GE and they say it is QVC. I actually spoke to a management person at GE last evening who told me there is not one person assigned to QVC, because that is the way the QVC contract is set up.
Even if she wanted to increase my line of credit, she could not because they way it is set up is all automated and no one at GE can intervene. What is really sad, is I escalated this to the CEO's office and they stated they could not do anything about. So Lord and Taylor, Amazon, Shop NBC all raise my lines of credit, because I can speak to a credit analyst, yet QVC, who is also issued by the same bank as those mentioned, can not because it is a computer making all the decisions. And QVC has washed it hands off the entire credit situation. This is not what I would call service.

I have shopped with QVC for about 20 years. They were always good. This bank they have for their Q card is a joke. If they want to have a Q card, QVC should be handling it themselves, not some second or third party that has no idea what is going on or that you cannot talk to. If you want to talk to the Q card bank, you cannot even reach them and QVC will not give you the number unless you are in collections!
Hello, that is my money they are playing with! I had a vacuum that did not work. I told QVC I was sending it back and would not pay the last ezpay. I was told okay, just send it back. The Q card bank charged me for the vacuum I did not have and they charged me a late fee. I talked to an Elizabeth and Bob at the Q card bank when QVC finally gave me their number. Bob was very rude, and he in other words laughed at my complaint! QVC needs to handle their Q card themselves, not a third party bank. I was ordering a gift card online for my mother for her birthday. I accidentally selected the electronic gift card (my mother does not own a computer) and didn't realize it until the order was submitted. I tried to cancel immediately, but there was no online way to do so. I called the customer service number, went through the lengthy, automated menu, and did what was required to cancel the order. I then went back online to order a gift card to be mailed.
When I later checked my account, I saw both gift cards listed. When I clicked on the one for the electronic gift card, I got a message that the order was cancelled and no action could be taken.
Two days later, I checked my online bank account, and found that I had been charged for the electronic gift card, even though it had supposedly been cancelled. I later got an email that my order for the electronic card had been "shipped" even though there was nothing in my email Inbox.
I used the QVC Customer Service email contact to explain the problem and to request confirmation and cancellation and issuing of the refund with just as much speed and efficiency with which I was charged. I got a response that I would have to wait until the gift card arrived, and then call customer service to cancel. Even though I cancelled the order within 5 minutes of submitting it, QVC does not appear to be nearly as proficient in refunding as they are in charging.Even though my 81-year old mother loves QVC, I have found them to be so frustrating that I would never want to buy anything from them personally.

I purchased a first time aired sterling cultured coin pearl bracelet from QVC back in August. I always prefer to read reviews before purchasing a new item. However, the bracelet was very attractive and I thought I would take a chance. Upon receiving the bracelet, I was quite pleased. I was in fact preparing to go on vacation and decided to wait and wear it for the first time on vacation. I had the bracelet on for less than five hours when I noticed the bracelet was not on my arm. Three of the five hours of wearing the bracelet was in the car en route to the Cape. At the time I noticed it missing, I had just walked through shops in a local town on the Cape. I retraced every single step and went to every store I had been in, but no bracelet was to be found. The clasp was magnetic and apparently not secure at all given that it fell off in such a short period of time. I even contacted the police department to inquire if anything had been turned in to lost and found in that town, but still nothing.
Confident of my purchase with QVC, given I have ordered for a number of years, I contacted them upon my return from vacation. I initially received the typical form response, "Sorry, cannot do anything without the bracelet. " In my second correspondence to QVC, I requested that my concern be forwarded to a supervisor. I never heard back from anyone and wrote another email, to which this time I received a call from customer service apologizing, but stating that nothing could be done without the bracelet.
I obviously cannot do anything with the bracelet because it is gone. I have tried a number of times to read reviews about the item, but funny enough the item isn't even available online and can only be ordered via phone. I mentioned to the customer service rep that it would be in the best interests of other consumers to communicate the fact that the clasp is faulty so others who are thinking about purchasing the product are informed. Customer service claimed she would submit a comment about my experience. QVC is a multi-million dollar corporation and absolutely nothing could be done to compensate my loss. That is so very sad.

I ordered a bed frame from QVC, which included a headboard, side boards, foot board to go into my new house. I ordered the item on July 29, it arrived the middle of August and it was just a headboard. I contacted QVC and asked where the rest of it was and the representative told me it was coming. I waited a day, another day. I called again and got a different representative. She told me that was all that was coming and to make sure I knew what I ordered. When I referred her to the description, to my delight she agreed with me and confirmed that I was indeed a literate person. She told me she would send out the correct order and when it comes let them know so they can arrange for a pick up of the wrong item.
I waited a week, I waited two weeks. At my doorstep another box from QVC that oddly looks like the exact same box they sent me the first time. Oh, right because it was. Once again they sent me the wrong item. (Headboard count is now 2.) Following another disgruntled phone call from me to the representative, she promised to contact corporate to get a reply from them as this was unacceptable. But I would need to wait a week to hear from them. (Not kidding.)
So I called a couple days later because this is just ridiculous and I spoke to another representative, rehashed the entire tale and asked what the status is on corporate but she knows nothing because nothing is in the notes about that. (Awesome.) So she talks to her supervisor and tells me that they are manually, mind you, having someone verify my shipping before it gets sent out and make sure everything is sent to me correctly and that I should wait 7-10 days for the products arrival. It is the 18th day and still nothing. I contacted QVC and asked for my money back, which they agreed to but I have to box up the headboard. Problem being since the first rep said that more parts were coming, crazy me, actually opened the box because I believed she had her facts straight.
So now I had to piece together this Picasso-like box made of various pieces of cardboard in order to wrap the headboard and I now await the UPS truck who will presumably reject the sloppy package. Or better, he will probably never arrive. I was told they would be at my house within three days. It's the third day, no guy in brown in sight.

I never had any problem with payments, returns or quality. I recently ordered a new Vizio HD TV that only cost $399 with 5 easy pays. They took the first payment out and authorized the entire purchase price on my MC Check card. I logged on to get an estimate when it would be shipped out and could not access my account. I tried several times and finally clicked on the request for my password to be sent to my email because something was wrong. The password had been changed.
I called and was told by customer service that my account was cancelled because someone at my residence had an outstanding past due bill with Qcard and unpaid merchandise. That person was my mother who used to live with me. I do remember she had huge problems with QCard when she became ill and could not make payments. She had insurance but could never get GE Capital/QCard to help her. I had an account of my own with no QCard using my check card for payment and have ordered many things since that time over the past two years, over $2000 in fact. My account has nothing to do with my mom's past business with QVC.
I am an adult, have a separate account with my own method of payment, phone number. But because it is the same address they had on file for her, my account was closed. They even discussed her past due status and changed my password to the one she had set up. I know their thinking, this is really my mom ordering more stuff and so we will cut her off.
I offered proof of my identity, that i was not her, and they declined. In fact, from customer service through the top of their corporate ladder, there was rudeness, complete lack of concern or care in the least that I had spent so much money over the past two years to be canceled out. I am so surprised at their lack of customer service and care that conflict with the service I have had when ordering and the attitude of the hosts. There are vitamins that I order that are exclusive to QVC called Nature's Code that I can no longer order.
I have congestive heart failure and these vitamins really helped me with nutrients, etc.overall better feeling with my prescription meds. My mother wanted to pay for the laptop and when she found out the laptop had many problems I returned it and she wanted her money back. In November 2nd, 2009, I found in my account $96.89. What happened was my bank card that I'd use on my membership account was the wrong card they put the money back on. Customer Service representatives said that I would have to mail it to my mother for her to get the money back because QVC can not get the money out of my account once it's returned to an account. I'd mailed it to my mother later that day.
On November 16th, 2009, QVC did take out the $96.89 out of my account after Customer Service representatives said they cannot do that. My account went over and I had to pay for QVC's actions. QVC said I would be getting refunded back for that but they returned the money to my mother's credit card; I would try to talk to my mother but now she's not reachable and phone number is changed.
QVC will not return my money to the right account even when QVC stopped the money going to my mother. Dan ** thinks it did went into my account but QVC has spoken to my bank about this matter and the bank is saying the same thing and the account QVC returned it to was wrong ,the bank said. I lost two $96.89, $70.00, and $48.36 by QVC and Dan **. Thank you and I will never shop at QVC.

I received an email on 02/14/2010 that I had purchase a Jacqueline Kennedy kiss and hug bracelet. I immediately contacted QVC and told then I did not order anything. The representative told me that it was error with the email, that another person had the same email and that I should change my email. I did that and never thought about the situation again until I received my credit card statement showing the charge of the bracelet.
I immediately called them back they told me the case had to be investigated and someone from their fraud department would get back and get in touch with me. I have called several times and the customer service keeps telling me that the fraud department will get in touch with me.
I called on 03/04/2010 at 10:30 am and spoke with Stacy. She told me they (Fraud Department) didn't have a contact number so they could not reach me. I told her that was a lie because when I called in the past I had to update my contact information. She then told me they would contact me. It is now 03/09/2010 and my credit has been billed for this purchased that I never made and QVC has not done anything to fix this problem. I was charged $69.05 and spent a lot of time on the phone and got stressed.

On QVC, I ordered 3 month facial supply from meaningful beauty. When I spoke to representative, I make sure that I will get product 3 times, each month separate (my conversation with them was recorded; this was what I was told by customer service). I told this man that I need this stuff in 3 different times. I buy this stuff for three different people for their birthdays.
So I did get this product only one time and I was charged $84.67 twice. I did call the company and I did talk to manager. I explained to her what happened and that her worker told me that today, they have better deal and lesser money. For a three month product, I will pay only $119.00 and this product will be sent to me in three months. Her answer was that she doesn't know what this worker promised me, but they send me only one time product for three months. I ask her to pull out the record to make sure that I didn't lie. Her answer was that I must pay price, otherwise they will put me on collection. I was really mad that I closed my credit card.
Few weeks later, they send me a bill for another stuff that I never got. Now, they want another $120.55. I called again to the company and told them that I didn't get anything from them. I didn't know what they are talking about. Again, their representative agrees to send me new stuff for free to replace the lost one. But I don't want anything from them and I don't understand why they sent me the product the second time (if this was sent at all) if I fought for the first one. Where is the logic? Please, help me solve this problem. I try doing this on my own, but because they have more power than me, this company put me on collection. Thank you.

On Jan. 14th, I was charged for the computer that I never received and QVC couldn't provide me with a tracking number and will not give me my money back for a computer I never received. On top of that mistake, the 2nd computer I ordered to replace the 1st one broke. I called QVC to order an item. I was informed that I was pre-approved for a QVC credit card (QCard) through GE Money Bank. I was told that my credit limit was $1,600.00 and that my APR Finance was 24.99%. I was also told that if I used the card for my current purchase, I'd receive free shipping. I agreed to the terms. They required three more pieces of information (the last 4 digits of my SS number, my date of birth, and my cell phone number) which I provided. It was at then that I was told that my application would come in the mail in 7-10 business days. I was also told that the account could not be used at that time. When I explained to the operator that she told me that I was already approved, she apologized for the confusion. I then asked for the application to be canceled because I did not want my credit run.
I was told by the representative that I had to speak to the Customer Service Department and transferred me. When I was switched to Customer Service, I was told that the action could not be undone. However, she told me that she would send a notice to the credit department and request that my credit not be run and the action canceled. I was not satisfied and asked to speak to a supervisor. At first I was told no, but I insisted and was transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor told me I was already approved and put me on hold. When she came back, she told me that I would receive the application in the mail - just as the original representative did. I told her that I did not want the card and that I was thoroughly misled by their original representative. I also told her that the customer service representative attempted to send an email and cancel the action.
The supervisor told me that it was impossible to reverse and she was sorry for any confusion. I then asked her for GE Money Bank's direct number, hoping that I could settle the matter with them directly. The supervisor gave me the number and our call ended. I proceeded to call the number she gave me. Unfortunately, it was a mortgage company. After several phone calls, I got the correct number to GE Money Bank's QCard department, but due to the Thanksgiving holiday, they were closed. At this time I have no recourse. My credit will be run again, an action that I desperately wanted to avoid. If cancel the card, it would cause a negative effect on my credit score. The original information given to me by QVC was 100% false, and in my opinion, totally fraudulent. If necessary, I will take further legal action. Thank you for your consideration on this matter.

I canceled my order, but asked if I could use my bank debit card. They said yes, they accept those. So after waiting ten days for them to return my money, I deposited it and ordered a Philips TV I liked. I called 4 times over the last few days, every time being told the order was fine. They told me yesterday it had processed and authorized and I would get the TV Friday. Tonight, I noticed the charge dropped off my account so I called my bank. They said QVC canceled the order. I called QVC and checked online and both say my order is shipping and I will get it Friday. This is the second time. I am ordering it from Newegg in a few months for cash like I should have in the first place. QVC is just out to make interest off our money.
I've shopped with HSN and Shop NBC in the past without incident. In a few weeks, QVC has shown me that this is a scam on their part to make interest off holding our money for weeks on end without delivering a product. It's wrong. I could have used that money elsewhere but now I have to wait 30 days for a refund or try to get my bank to reverse the charges. I recently purchased (2) two steel, crepe pans online from QVC, and the description for that item stated clearly that the item was Made in France. When I opened the box and looked at the products, they had a sticker (label) affixed which read, Made in China. There was nothing in the box explaining that a similar item (or substitute item) had been substituted for my original, so I was expecting 2 crepe pans that were manufactured in France.
Since I had just received my items and haven't had a chance to use them for cooking yet, I decided to go online at QVC.com and post a review of this product based on my visual findings (& not its intended cooking purpose since they havent been used yet). In my review I stated that I had gotten 2 pans that were made in China and NOT made in France, as they had shown in their description online, and also alerting people upfront to that fact before they purchased this item, and for the buyer to beware that quite possibly they would be getting a product NOT made in France. I also stated that I wanted people to know that QVC was misrepresenting this item in clearly stating that this item is 'Made in France' when in fact, it is not. After submitting my review online, I was told that my submission must meet the QVC Community Standards and that it would take up to 5 days for my submission to be viewed online.
Two days after my submission of my review, I receive an email regarding my submission, regretting that they CANNOT use my submission because all or part of it does not meet our Product Rating & Review guidelines.....We are unable to provide the specific reasons why your ...submission could not be used... They then proceeded to tell me how much they value my input and that my feedback is important to us and if I have any other customer service issues to use the Contact Us link.
If I am such a valued customer, why is QVC only allowing and approving the submission of good or nice reviews about a product, and not include the bad ones as well? Are they afraid that someone will find out that they are mailing people substandard products, while clearly misrepresenting the product online by saying that it's made in France? Did they purchase these pans from China months ago, and are now trying to sell them off as quickly as possible and saying they are made in France so people would buy them? I don't know. But this doesn't sound right to me.
If a legitimate company tells you that a certain product of theirs that is for sale is made in a certain country, I expect to receive that very object from that country, and not another! (unless told otherwise). QVC is deliberately misleading people into thinking they are getting something made in France when they clearly know that the product isn't made there, but in China, and it seems that they are trying to quash anyone who wants to have a say-so on that matter by deliberately exposing them publicly, such as in an innocent review! What kind of racket is QVC trying to pull?
I want justice in this case. I wont rest until this is satisfactorily resolved. I believe that people have a RIGHT to know, both positive and negative comments, about the items QVC is selling online. If I have to, I will seek legal counsel against QVC for willful discrimination & bias, selective choosing, misrepresentation of product(s), and criminal fraud in trying to cover it up and persistence in their unlawful ways.

I have a complaint about the Tova Signature Perfume that QVC has been selling since approx. 1991/1992. I have been purchasing it from them since that date. Tova Borgnine (wife of Ernie Borgnine, the actor) was the original developer of the Tova perfume. She sold out to QVC approx. 2 or 3 years ago, and since QVC bought her line, they have changed the ingredients and/or formulation of the Tova perfume to where it no longer smells the same or lasts any longer than 1 hour after spraying. I am not the only person who has worn Tova and is now complaining about it.
I have also submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and recently received a reply that I must be having problems with the Tova since I am now older it is my own fault that Tova doesn't smell the same on me. I am not the only person who is complaining about this. There are at least 50 other women on the QVC message board and numerous purchasers of Tova products have left bad reviews for the Tova perfume on the QVC web site. We cannot all be wrong.
QVC, since buying the Tova line, has tried to change the ingredients to cheaper ones and change the formulation of the perfume and pass it off as the original Tova Signature. QVC has lied to all of us and is deceiving new customers in presenting the Tova Signature as being the same as the original. It is not. In fact, the older bottles of Tova Signature had only 3 ingredients. The new Tova since QVC bought it has around 20 ingredients.

When Tova Borgnine owned her company she sold a lovely perfume called "Tova Signature Eau de Parfum." I have worn this fragrance for approximately 12 years. Then, approximately 2-3 years ago, Tova sold her company to QVC and/or QVC took over Tovas company. Shortly thereafter, that is when the perfume's scent changed and also its long-lasting fragrance was no more. QVC and/or its manufacturer/formulator are not using the same quality ingredients as the original Tova perfume (when Tova owned her own company). QVC is still saying that it is the original formula, up to quality standards, etc. Most of the original Tova customers can tell a difference between the good? Tova and the bad? Tova. When Tova owned her own company there was never a problem with the fragrance. All the problems started when QVC took over Tovas company.
I have twice written to Tova Borgnine. As of today I have not gotten a response from her. I have also written to the President/CEO of QVC, Mike George. I did not directly hear back from him, but a Pat Kaplan from QVCs Presidents Office conversed with me via telephone saying the same boilerplate response of: the ingredients are up to quality standards, they did an independent study and I hope this will assist you.? I also wrote to Allen Burke, QVCs Beauty Merchandising Director and got that boilerplate response as I mentioned previously.
Many QVC customers have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We are just now getting some response back, but QVCs answer has now changed. The letter says that QVC is, and has been, aware of the issue. Last year QVC took steps to correct the problem and believe it has been rectified. For a relatively short period of time, the formulator of the Tova fragrance had slightly altered the fragrance formula. Once QVC became aware of the problem, QVC took extraordinary steps to correct the problem and contacted QVC customers to notify them of the anomaly.
To the best of QVC's knowledge, the proprietary formula for Tova has been returned to its original composition.? QVC never notified me of any problem and the fragrance is not back to the original formula/scent/or long-lasting quality. The letter goes on to state, and this is what I feel insults my intelligence, is that my age, diet and medication has something to do with my olfactory experience of this fragrance. Again this statement is another boilerplate response because other women that filed a complaint with the BBB got the same letter insulting our intelligence saying our experience with this fragrance has something to do with our age, diet and/or medication we take.
QVC is defrauding its customers by selling the fragrance they now label as Tova Signature Eau de Parfum? and this fraudulent business practice should be stopped.

So far, I called to ask for the item to be sent and the Rep. took my mailing info and said they would ship it after he asked me which one that I wanted to be sent. I will let you know if I get it in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I would have to agree with some of the complaints about the salt content and the flavor of some of the food. I did not choose the foods that came, this was done for me through NS through the programs they displayed and offerred through QVC.
However, there really has been only a couple of the dinners and candy that tasted funny. I think they tasted unique because it was not prepared the way I would here at home but that was the reason for buying into this program, right? You would have most of your meal prepared for you with a minimal amount of prep time??? The way I figure it, the sodium content of their product may seem high but when you don't add any more to other food items in your meals it generally balances out to approximately 1600-1700mg sodium per day....which sadly enough is LESS than I was probably eating before I started the program! I have figured out that most of the program foods are soy-based, which may not be the type of foods that others are accustomed to eating; which may affect their changes in digestion, etc.
True, there is life after this program and I am sure that after approximately 1-3 more months I will cancel and through a re-adjustment in my mental images of what a reasonable portion of foods look I hope to be able to be on my own two feet as I then begin to follow the Weight Watchers diet, which is very similar to the Heart Assn's diet. I do like the soy products and would like to buy them without the added salt so that I can add what I am allowed. I am diabetic and have chosen to NOT get on the diabetic version since my blood sugars have stabilized on this group of foods.
This was a happy discovery with this diet since maintaining somewhat even blood sugar readings are important to a diabetic. I feel like this is due to the low carb content and the soy products, however, I may be wrong. I have been attempting to add soy/tofu products to my diet so this has work out well for me. I hope that as I come to the end of this program that I do not have any problems with cancelling as others have and I am hoping that since QVC is outstanding with their customer service that they will prevent this company from ruining their reputation through deceptive practices.

On 10/28/05 with no delivery yet, I called QVC and got the tracking number. I called UPS and was told that they never received any such package for shipment! I called QVC back and told them that UPS did not have it and they said UPS is crazy - they picked it up on 10/21/05! Talk about the run-around. I told QVC that this entire auto-delivery program was to be canceled and that I wanted a credit made to my credit card account. I was told that I could do nothing until 10/31/05 - then days after the shipment was supposedly picked up.
I emailed and called again on 10/31/05 and was told that they could not do anything until the package was actually delivered. I called UPS and was told that UPS picked it up at QVC on the morning of 10/31/05 - after I explicity told them not to ship it anymore! UPS refused to stop delivery of the package because it "is in transit". Now I have a supposed new delivery date of 11/02/05 and cannot get my money back until UPS delivers it and I make them return it to QVC!
Beware - there is a horrible catch-22 going on here with QVC and UPS. Neither one will take responsibility for what is happening. A box can sit on QVC's shipping dock and never get picked up by UPS but as far as QVC is concerned, it is shipped and therefore no longer their problem. What is more upsetting is the money, time and effort I have put into trying to buy a product and support the economy, which means nothing. As a consumer and customer of QVC and UPS I feel they do not care about service, it's just what you can sell, take the money and get away with. This is not the end to this saga, as I still am trying to work with QVC and UPS to get my second order filled. I've only had to contact them six times on the second order.

On my credit report it still shows for QVC when it was with Monogram Bank a balance owed. The account was paid in full. I have contacted QVC to change their records with no luck, I keep being told it must have been Monogram Bank.

I have a memb# and pin # and they are not suppose to put anyone else's charges on my account. They put $1,348.06 of charges on my qvc charge card. they would not put this in dispute and were asking me to make $600.00 payments, so i paid this off. when i discovered the charges in jan of this year i called and they told me they could see where they were not my charges, and then from then on i have not had any thing done. the member number they put on my account happened to be my daughters.
she has her own member # and pin #. when you call to order you have to punch in your memb# and pin#. we would be at each others home from time to time and would order. in order for things of hers to be put on my account it would have to be my memb#. and my pin #. they are telling me that if it was someone else's number they would reimburse me, but since it was a relative they will not. i told them it was there system that made this error and i want to be reimbursed and for the finance charges they charged me. they are saying it looks like they will not do that. i need some help to resolve this.
when i got my account several years ago i asked if anyone else could put charges on my account and they said no as you have to put in your memb# and pin # for your protection. this is an error in their system and now they do not want to take responsibility for their error. i have told them i will file a lawsuit if necessary, but would rather not have to resort to this if i can prevent it.
i would appreciate any help you can give me. a few months ago i received a package that was addressed to me but was empty and had another memb
# and info. on a order sheet in the box and when i called them they could not tell me how this happened. this shows that they have a problem with their system. her memb # was on the slip.

Recently, I ordered several items from the QVC television shopping network. I had assumed that all the items would be shipped at one time. Instead, each item was shipped seperately, and I was charged shipping for each item individually. One item was a cosmetic brush, for which I was charged $2.95 in shipping costs.
I returned it, and the shipping cost was $0.90. Several items from the same order did not arrive - the wrong address had been applied to some items, but not others. I had no way to remedy the situation, the items were returned to the company via post, and I was told that I would show a refund on my credit card in ONE to TWO billing cycles.

My ex husband and I had excellent credit with QVC until our divorce. We were both on the credit account together. We both asked for separate accounts and they denied my request and accepted my ex-husbands though his income is far less than mine as well as his assets and his debts are higher. The only reason I can attribute this to is sexism when the male is usually considered the primary and the spouse does not have equal rights to assume credit. I have complained based on sexual discrimination and my complaints are completely ignored.

I applied for a QVC card and was approved, Ireceived a card, and order a few items, which I recieved. When I went to order some more and checked my account it wasn't accurate. When I received notices from QVC that they couldn't give me my items the amounts of the items were wrong. Then all of a sudden I recieve a letter from Monogram Bank stating that you took my account away because you couldn't verify my address. I have other credit cards in this address, even though I have my old address on my credit report. Why did this happen and why did it take you so long to notify me,and why did you approve me for the card ????
