Called QVC to order a birthday present for my wife. First of all, I find it very unprofessional to ask for an item number immediately after identifying the company that you've called and the failure of the person to identify themselves. Nonetheless, after the item was confirmed along with my personal, shipping and credit card information, the representative provided me with the estimated arrival date for the item. Before I could complete my inquiry pertaining to the question of when the item was going to ship, the representative interrupted me to begin talking. When I asked her did she realize I was still speaking when she interrupted me, she answered yes without even offering an apology for her rude behavior. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was abruptly hung up on.
When I called back and was transferred to a supervisor to register a complaint, the supervisor made excuses for the representative by saying she would notify that person's supervisor to have them retrained. My response was that a person should be disciplined as opposed to retrained. I told the supervisor I was speaking to that my solution was easier and simple: To let everyone know what my experience was like as a first time customer and to no longer patronize the company!

I ordered a Dell computer and the first day the mouse wouldn't work. I was on the phone with Dell for a couple of hours, where they remotely take over your computer and they couldn't help but they did tell me I needed to send it to them to be repaired!! Excuse me I had it less than 24 hours! So I sent it back to QVC. I really think that the computers that they sell are the rejects that the retailers will not sell in their stores! They are usually their TSV and we fall for it! The one I had felt and looked like a cheap plastic toy. I have found over the last couple of years that so many of their products aren't good quality at all and they just keep selling it and people keep buying it!

I have been a customer of QVC for 6 years and I have spent thousands of dollars over the years. Recently I tried to make a purchase and got a message pop up that my acct was suspended... no letter or phone call explaining this action prior. I called customer service and the very nice lady had no explanation and told me to call another number... so I did... and was told by a very rude lady that I was being audited!! I was very confused and told her I did not understand... but she would not give me any reason or explain... She said I just had to wait to get an explanation letter via USPS... however this letter never came... and I'm still not allowed to order... or even look at my easy pay account. They will only take money out of my credit card for previous purchases that I owe payments on... which is fine but I think I should at least get an explanation and be allowed to look at my account!! This is crazy to me!! I am shocked at QVC's behavior!

Ok, so I allowed myself to be sucked in and bought some of their (QVC) Brand Cookware, Lifetime easy replacement warranty! That's what they said when they sold me this garbage - if ANYTHING Goes wrong with it, call us, we will send you a replacement no questions asked, blah, blah, blah. So, I have the cookware a few years, maybe three and it starts to chip. I never use metal utensils even though with this magic cookware you CAN use metal - it still chips. I call to get one skillet replaced, "Nope! Can't help you, sorry."
NEVER again! HORRIBLE company. It's a big con job. Actors are on the air selling you crap made from CHINA! If you want crap made from China, just go to Walmart and at least pay a lot less for the crap made from China! Also, at Walmart, if you spend $50 or more they give you FREE Shipping. QVC screws you and always charges shipping! QVC is the WORST!

I love QVC's Lobster Gram lobsters. So does my family. I think now I've completed 2 or 3 sets of auto-delivery of this item; meaning I purchased over the course of 3 years @ 4 deliveries per year - the feasible way to do this, as this is an expensive item is to pay using easy pay; installments on my credit card. The large count of lobsters can easily be $280.00+ total. I would say the last 4 shipments (the initial shipment that starts out the purchase is fine - done on easy pay) have been charged in whole to my card. Each time I have to contact customer service and complain - it is supposed to be on easy pay. Ok - I know they can't be that stupid - or am I stupid for dealing with them?
Now I'm having this same thing happen with Lobster - crab cakes (a different vendor). Initial purchase is broken out on easy pay. The remaining shipments, I'm getting charged in full. That is not supposed to happen. Each time it occurs and I call customer service I'm told, "Oh, this won't happen again." Yet each time it happens. I'm sure I'm not the only one this is happening to - I don't like surprises on my card. If that was announced when the item first sold - I would have ordered as a one-time shipment only. QVC needs to use some honesty.

I am truly shocked at what is happening with the home shopping networks in general. I had to see what the hype was. I tuned in on the night they were showcasing Philosophy products. I love these so I took some time and listened to what they had to say. To be fair, I did buy two products because they were the best deal you could find....anywhere on the internet and in store. There is and was no better deal. So, I am pleased with that. BUT, where I have the problem is all of this clothing, watches, jewelry, products....i.e. CRAP that NO ONE NEEDS! The special deal of the day was a pair of shoes that were $60. I can go ANYWHERE and get shoes for way less.
In my closet, I have at least 300 pairs and have no problem spending $800 to a thousand dollars on designer shoes that will be an investment, but I cannot bring myself to spend $60 on a pair of shoes that are clearly crap. I have those type of shoes in my closet and they just sit there because the material is bad and not comfortable. My biggest issue is...let's be honest here folks. The average QVC watcher is not someone that has a lot of money and is looking for a deal. QVC targets shoppers with their "we are just like you and we are friends...look we even take your calls and say hello to your mom on air!" People...they don't care about you at all! They don't care if you have a sick mom who bought you that bag to remember you by or that face product for their daughter so she can jumpstart her face care in her 20's and you are such a great mom and blah, blah, blah.
They don't care!!! In fact, I guarantee they are making fun of people off air. They care about ONE thing...your money!! If you can't pay for something in one installment...DON"T BUY IT! American people are in debt! I was one of those people for years because I bought way more than I could pay for and it haunted me until I STOPPED purchasing and STARTED being smart with my money. These clothes, these products, the handbags....look online and there is a cheaper buy out there 99 out of 100 times!!! Again, my Philosophy product was cheaper, but I only knew that because I thoroughly searched for it before purchasing and I already used the product and knew it would be used. BE SMART AMERICA!!! DON'T USE QVC!!! KEEP YOUR MONEY! SHOP SMARTER NOT HARDER! !

I've been a QVC shopper for over 20 years. I tried to log into my account the other day and my password was no good. I contacted QVC customer service. I was told that I had an old Qcard account that went to collections back in 2007 and my account is now "frozen". I can no longer make purchases and my auto-delivery plans may be cancelled. My last purchase with QVC was on June 18th. I recall having a Qcard at one point in the past. I do not recall leaving any matters with it outstanding. If that was the case, why is it that I am now hearing about this 7 years later? I think it is very unprofessional of QVC to put a "hold" on my account. I should have been contacted by QVC by way of letter advising me that an issue is pending. GE Capital is now taking over QVC accounts. They have not contacted me either. I tried contacting GE Capital to rectify the situation, I was provided the contact information by a QVC rep. I called this number several times and it states that I cannot be assisted at this time. Very poor handling on QVC's part. QVC had no problem accepting my orders and taking my money up to this point. Sorry QVC - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Customer Service!!!

I've been an QVC customer for 25 years. There were no problems brought to my attention, but without any advance warning they cancelled my account. I called "customer service" but all he would say is that QVC had been trying to collect a debt from me and they turned me into GC Collections! This in the same week I received 9 different items from QVC including 2 Ripka pieces that are on easy pay. I wrote a letter to the CEO, but don't expect a reply when I read of how others communications to him were ignored.

I've been a QVC shopper for about 10 years but I don't purchase a lot, just ever so often. What I'm upset about is their pricey clothing. A few years back you could still buy a nice tee shirt for $20 but no more. I've noticed that many of the designers are selling tee shirts now for up to $79 (Clinton Kelly) and even Susan Graver's tee shirts are at least $40. I think they are pricing the middle class shoppers right out of their market. I shop for most of my clothing on eBay where QVC and other shopping networks sell their returned items or out of date merchandise to people who purchase huge lots then sell on eBay. I will not pay $40 or more for a freakin' tee shirt. I don't care whose name is on the label!

Have been wanting to join the iPad generation and was watching QVC one evening and gave in when they were selling a 16GB iPad with all the gadgets for under $500 on Easy Pay. I am leaving for a business trip in mid-June and thought this would be great to take along. I ordered on 5/28. It says it shipped on 5/30 and would be delivered on June 5th - got the email to prove it! BUT, as of today, it still says it sitting in Newport News, VA! I am in Texas! It's now June 12th. I have called every day since June 6th to QVC and get the SAME story..."You should have it by tomorrow." I AM DONE!
Calling back today, and asking for a FULL REFUND. They have already dinged my account for the first payment of close to $90. This is ridiculous. I own my own business and ship UPS all the time. Even in the lowest class shipment, you can have a small package sent across the US in 5 days or less. It has been 14 days! Terrible, terrible service!!! Angry and dissatisfied. Will NOT EVER order again - anything at all.

I placed an order, which was promised to be shipped. The day I was expecting shipment, I inquired on the order status as I had not yet received shipment notification. The telephone rep told me that it was held up for further checks and that it will be shipped the same day with delivery on the 3rd business day. Same story on 3rd business day as I had not yet received the product nor shipping notification. This second time, I was told that not only they had cancelled my order by the online account too. I was quiet upset as they had no courtesy to inform me on either occasion either by telephone or email why they did what they did.
I wrote to their CEO and no response to date. Then their corporate office called and informed me that they will reinstate my account and order. Still no news so I called three days later and I was told that QVC has now been able to verify my ship-to address and billing account with my bank and the order will ship that same day. So I called next day again to be shocked again that they had decided to cancel both my order and account even though I had instructed them to charge full amount to my debit card. I vow never to buy from QVC ever again in my lifetime nor recommend them as they absolutely are clueless, not-customer-centric. Amazon is a much better retailer than QVC. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM QVC, BOYCOTT THEM.....

I have been a customer of QVC for over twenty (20) years and have never had a problem until the past few months. Most importantly all of a sudden all my deliveries from UPS required a signature. I am not home when UPS delivers, so I cannot sign for a package. I asked UPS why I never had to sign before but now I was required to sign for a package. They told me that QVC required it and showed me the QVC shipping label on the package which clearly stated on the label "Signature Required."
When I called QVC customer service to inquire about this, they told me that they only require a signature on deliveries over $500 and they inform the customer ahead of time. When I told them that THEIR shipping label stated they required a signature on a $40 item, they kept telling me that they don't do that. So far my last three deliveries (under $100) have arrived requiring a signature, and all they can do is tell me that is not their policy.
I am totally fed up with QVC. It takes me 40 min. round trip to pick up these packages at the UPS depot on top of the ridiculous amount of money I am paying in shipping and handling. This is no way to treat a loyal customer of over twenty years. In a final attempt to rectify this problem I asked to speak with a Manager of Customer Service and she told me the same thing. "I don't know what is happening" and could only reiterate what I was being told before that they don't do that when in fact THEY HAVE DONE IT ON MY LAST THREE DELIVERIES. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE? They don't know what happened and they can't help you.
In my opinion having been a customer over 20 years, the Quality of their products has gone down, the Value after you add in shipping and handling is no longer cost effective, and the Convenience is far from convenient when you have to pick up your packages!! What was once a good place to shop has, like most companies who have made it big, become not so good anymore. Buyer Beware!

QVC lied on air in advertising Dell Inspiron 5000 17" Laptop Intel Core i5 8GB RAM 1TB HD computer, item E226003 or E226004. I'm sorry but I feel like QVC has TOTALLY lied about this product to dupe people into buying it - they promoted it as ~$2000 retail item, specially priced for QVC at $869.94 with MS Office. I found I can purchase it directly from the DELL website for $30 less than what QVC was charging and it isn't even on sale!
After purchasing I got an email saying "We've learned that this particular model does not include a backlit keyboard as we had thought and presented on-air. We truly apologize for this error." They advertised this new Dell 5000 computer as not on the market yet but with a retail value of ~$2000 and they were offering it for $869.94 with MS Office (~ a $1200 discount). So I began to wonder what else they advertised about this offer was inaccurate.
I went to Dell's website and discovered I could not find the model they sold me on their website by a search. So I online chatted with their customer service who confirmed to me, I can purchase directly from DELL the exact same item with MS Office for $ 839.98 (I quote from their chat "We could have give to you for $ 839.98 no shipping") and he gave me the link for this model. It says nowhere on their website that the original cost was anywhere near $2000, but the only price is it's original price, $30 less than the QVC price I paid with MS Office. It isn't even on sale at Dell! I feel so duped! So there isn't even a backlit keyboard? HA! That is the least of QVC's deceptions in advertising this product!
I contacted them and cancelled my order. To their credit, they do have a return policy (that says if you're not satisfied with the features included with your new Dell computer, you may return it for a full refund, including return costs and sales tax if applicable. Simply mark your return reason as "Received different item than ordered" on your return instructions.) But I wonder how many people realize how they were duped.
Along with my request to cancel (it has not been shipped yet), I voiced my complaints and got absolutely no response to them from QVC but they did send an email saying they were cancelling my order. This was my first purchase from QVC because years ago, I had heard they were deceptive so I never watched them. When somebody I knew I was looking for a laptop told me about it, I tuned in and the deal sounded so good, I fell for their scam. When it sounds too good to be true at QVC, you can bet that it is! I should have known.

I am very angry with QVC and this complaint is to alert QVC customers. On January, I ordered creams for my cousin who likes Philosophy products. I do not use them since I work as a clinical esthetician. I do not buy that many products by phone. I am so upset, because I never received the products, but I received the bill that I owe money to them. They are so fresh, since they took money away from my debit card, and now they are telling me that they send me the creams. I tried to get in contact with them, but no one knows anything. But the worse is, that in the middle of me trying to fix this issue, they sent the bill that I do not owe them to collection department. They want me to pay for something that I do not have or received. Is there anyone that knows what should I do? I am almost about to call consumers department in California. Is there is anything I can do it about it? I need an advice. Thank you.

On March 25 2014, I tried to log into my QVC account and after several failed attempts I called Customer service and was told that corporate had closed my account. I asked the Rep if she knew why and she was more then happy to tell me it was due to my "Shopping Behavior" and that I had returned too many items. She also told me a letter was forth coming...I finally received said letter almost 2 weeks later. Here is what it says word for word...
"This letter is in response to the problems occurring on your Q membership. At this time, QVC has sustained a financial loss. Therefore, QVC cannot ship any additional orders to you. Consequently, your Q membership has been temporarily closed while our management team considers your account for permanent closure. I have been a loyal QVC customer for the past 9 years. On air the QVC hosts encourage customers to return the item if they do not "LOVE" it. What they didn't say was that they would close your account if you return too many items. The quality of their merchandise seemed to be getting worse over the last few years. I was receiving defective, damaged and even customer returns. So, I was having to return a good percentage of what I purchased. I never thought twice about returning the merchandise, because QVC made such a big deal about their return policy and stressed that they did not want their customers to keep anything they did not love. Well, I found out that is not the case. They use their return policy as a selling point, which is false advertising since they close your account if you return too much.

On 4/4/14, I called QVC to buy a laptop b/c my sister had raved about their payment policy & great products. I spoke with agent who helped me get a Dell laptop & 3 yr service contract. So now my c/c has a hold of $300 + and an actual charge of $199.96.The agent advises I will not receive the laptop for a month. I wait a month and no laptop so I call QVC to receive the worst customer service ever!
I speak with Christina first who gives me attitude because I put the laptop in my Gf's name but MY c/c. She says my order was canceled because I used a prepaid c/c. Five days to get an approval and five days to process a refund only because my four easy payment was billed in full in one day for no reason. What a joke. All I get is sorry. If QVC was sorry two things would of happened: 1. they would of process it last week when I called and/or 2. you would of just give me the tablet for free. People make mistakes. It’s how you respond toward those mistakes that sets them apart. This is my last purchase at QVC.

My wife has been a customer of QVC for years. QVC does have some good valued items but here's the but. Lately the items she purchased need to be sent back because they're defective or don't work like the salesperson claims they will. It would seem that prior to putting the items on the air QVC doesn't check to see if they truly work. QVC must trusts the seller or they see a good profit. If this is the case they're losing the customer confidence to watch what they sell.
My wife has just experienced a new problem with QVC. The Today Special Value was a Dell Tablet offered for the first time. She ordered the tablet before it was unavailable. Yesterday she received an email from QVC that she canceled the order. She never canceled the order. My wife called customer service and was told by the first person she talked to that SHE canceled the order. Customer Service refused to help her. She called a supervisor at QVC and was told it was a computer glitch. Again she was told there was nothing they could do about it when it was clearly their mistake. NO ONE WANTED TO HELP HER. IS THAT THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS? What happened to a business having a personal touch? Is QVC too mechanical? My wife after this experience has had it with QVC. She canceled all of her auto deliveries and won't do business with them.

I have been very satisfied with QVC, well ok, satisfied, well maybe copasetic is a better term. I have purchased a few things from them such as a KitchenAid mixer, a Dyson vacuum, an HP computer, iPad and other things. I mostly use QVC for the very convenient, well kind of helpful easy pay. What I've learned in my dealings is that what they say in the live aired segments and what happens in billing department are two separate and distinct things. Now, let me be quick to say that I have been very satisfied with the products, no regrets there, well the accessories for the iPad were cheap but that's no big deal because I never used them, but other than that, no complaints there.
Recently, I've had two experiences that has ended my relationship with them forever more and further I want to warn people of their practices. When people watch QVC during the aired segment, payment information is carefully worded so as to sound extra special, for items that may otherwise be difficult to sell. For example, I ordered the Total Gym system, and was eagerly looking forward to getting it. The program sales people repeated over and over that billing would not start until the 25th a month and a half down the road, making the timeframe about 5-6 weeks.
I work for the State, and therefore get paid once a month, on the 25th, so I was cautious about this promise as I had just changed locations and money was tight for me at that moment. Rather than place my order online, I called it in and asked the customer service representative if it would absolutely not be billed until the 25th. FYI the program was still airing when I called CS. The CS rep assured me that there would be no problems and assured me that February 25 was the absolute bill date. I said ok and furthered that I needed it to be billed on that date and not sooner, again she assured me no problems.
Two weeks later, guess what hit my bank? Well I called and questioned customer service about the bill date and of course the person answering said that she knew of no billing date promise for February 25 (and seemed rather put out besides) but would have the tape researched to see what they said on air. I asked her if someone would get back to me with the findings, and of course that would not possible. Fine, cancel my order, I said. She did. Of course I had to wait 5 days to get the funds put back in my account, but according to CS that was my bank's doing and not theirs; and so you see where the argument went from here.
My next incident actually started six months ago. I ordered a gallon of Wen Cleansing Conditioner in September 2013, (it was a birthday present I gave to myself) with the promise that in March 2014 a second gallon would be delivered to my door for the fantastic price of $199.00, making each gallon cost $100 and considering that the first gallon lasted me six months (and it did), it meant that I would pay less than $20 a month for hair products, not bad thought I. But this of course is not what happened. QVC was in the process of shipping the much awaited 2nd gallon of Wen but they had also charged my card (on easy pay) for the $199.
When I called and questioned it the customer service representative said that they did not make any such promise but that the second gallon's deal was for free shipping. Really? Free shipping, um no! I'd rather pay for the shipping and get the product for the price they originally quoted me, which was zero dollars! I then spoke to the customer service manager who said that QVC gets this product in December and always have this same promotion. My reply was that may well be, however, I originally bought my product in September and potentially there was different promotion which was for 2 gallons for the $199. I told her that at the time I ordered it (and I was paying close attention) there was NO mention about a second charge of $199 or I would not have ordered it; I think $400 for 2 gallons of shampoo is a bit steep, even if it is cleansing conditioner - whatever.
This time it was not about the money, I've recuperated from my move, I could have paid for the whole charge then and there. It was about the principle of the matter. The CS manager said that QVC could audit the tapes to see what was said on the program, but again, I would not be advised the result of this audit. Oh that's helpful. I then told her that not only had QVC lost a customer and that I would tell everyone I know and put it all over the internet about the devious practices QVC uses.
My advice: if you want to use QVC for cash purchases, meaning no future billing, no easy pay (I did have an minor incident with easy pay but I took that one on the chin) no automatic reorders and no future deals, you're likely to do ok with them; pay cash then and there or leave whatever thing you can't live without for some other sucker. The reality is you CAN live without it. BUYER BEWARE, if you're going to use QVC with any sort of means for them to dip into your credit card at will, RECORD the show that gives the particulars so you can have something to show your attorney. QVC is not going to change their policies and practices until they get their greedy hands slapped!

Finally with a friend & help (a little tea) we opened them, WHAT??? They were REALLY rough like gravel...can't gift them, so we'll wash them & hope they'll soften up? So up they go in the upstairs linen closet...who knew that there were 10's of THOUSANDS OF BUGS on these sheets...OH MY DEAR GOD...I never in my wildest imagination could have come up with this one...my Lab(1 of 3 rescues) slept on a bed in front of the linen closet...had these horrible sores pop up all over her eyes & face, I'm very gently trying to remove them w/organic products/meanwhile I wash these sheets from India...what in unholy HELL...my housekeeper puts them on my bed & says they're not right, I don't get it...there's this HUGE mystery WHAT'S going on?
We live in the desert...we DO NOT HAVE a lot of BUGS here because of heat & dry, our pets NO NOT have fleas or tics...I slide into my PERFECT bed OMG...what hath happened??? I jumped out of my bed shrieking, ripping the sheets off...of course too late! EVERYTHING in my 4000 sq home was/is covered w/ 9 different kinds of bugs not even found in the USA...absolutely not where I live...in the vents...blowing into my face...eating my Lab's face then her entire body...I'm sorry... I'm weeping as I write this... the true evil in the pain of wandering from Vet, to Vet. Then the choice to lay Maddie to rest...I want you to know her name!!!...so, my little furry guy, also has been eaten alive, his little paws have been split in half & he can hardly walk, over $10,000 later, in Vet bills...QVC...all the way to the executive office, I have saved their messages...they're so caring, "You can't prove anything, you could have brushed against a chair & gotten those bugs"...YUP...that's how I roll...I'm just out there, rubbing myself on a chair the size 2 cal-king size sheets & cases, inside & out picking the only JUMBO-SIZE SEAT IN THE WORLD w/ now millions of bugs on them!
They did give me a full refund without my returning them? WHAT?...come-on...did you guys hear THAT? Meanwhile I'm eaten alive, have MASSES inside my body.. MRI's, Cat scans, X rays...everywhere in my body...on my skin...come on, unbelievable...you can't put a pin down on me...there are bites in every opening...yes, go there...EVERY...I know, I'm vomiting too...my husband left & took my child...she told me, now there are BUGS where they live!!! ARE you all getting this yet? I have lost EVERYTHING because of QVC... EVERYTHING...if I die because of them I'm leaving this right here...so someone will "GET" what happened to me...I'm so sick of being sick...my skin burns & itches all the time...all I do is try to scoop bugs off myself & the dogs...I'm losing my home...
3...Everything else QVC has done to me...as if that wasn't enough! Before I knew about the "bug" thing I was going about my gathering up gifts for family, friends & OK me too, I would turn to their ch & watch TIVO rewind see if I "needed" something, call...but then the "robots" would repeat what I "wanted" & it wasn't AT ALL WHAT I WANTED...I would push to speak with a person & explain what happened...no problem...everything will be taken care of...OH NO THEY DID'NT! I would have stuff arrive & well you know I'm not always here, or just grab them put in the closet to look at later...blah blah...then IDK...later, days, weeks...look at my Q account, What the what? I didn't order that...and then it began, and I mean stuff like 3 very expensive purses exactly the same...D&B...WHAT the...I would NEVER do that?
I used to joke w/ my girls about stuff like that oh we can be twins, LOL...then the LP computer thing...almost the exact story as one of the other angry reviews, except I asked for a very specific item & they flat out lied to me...and it was also an issue of the disc thing...I ordered one small one, HP then a larger one...neither one of them had what I needed & when I returned them Q sent them back and I was charged 3 Xs S&H never opened the boxes, have my receipts...these episodes go on & on...their lack following through; absence of consumer attention to detail from step one... to the issues addressed by so many of the reviews I've read... bragging that they have 90 million viewers so we need to hurry & order; it's a VERY flawed system from the auto ordering/customer service/truth in advertising/jaw dropping ignorant executive's..and one last point...they don't hold themselves to a time frame to post their items to us...so how do they get the STONES to return the stuff that we have no control over when they get them back? It used to be, post mark...then it changed and didn't tell us! ...by the way I no longer shop at HSN either...how about 2 left shoes, that I sent back after I told them about them...came back to me!! !.I could go on & on...
They are now ruining my credit...so Q...Quality of life, GONE...V...Victim of neglect...C...Criminal ...as in every since of the word!...TRASHED MY LIFE...KILLED MY DOGS...LOST MY FAMILY...KILLING ME...LOSING MY HOME...KILLED MY CREDIT...HAVE ZERO QUALITY OF LIFE!
Do I think I'm their target, of course not, they didn't do this to me with intent to do me harm...BUT, when given the information, that their product had unleashed monsters on me, and mine...THEY DROPPED THE BALL! That's not at all OK...if I sell you something and it does you harm ...I clean up my mess...THE END. My name is Andrea, my email is **... I saw a special on tv advertising a dyson animal 44 for 299.00, which included 6 attachments. I had researched this vacuum and multiple sites and stores offered this vacuum for 399.00 without any attachments. I purchased this offer from qvc.com and received the vacuum and attachments 5 days from my initial purchase, even though the site said it could be up to 18 days. The vacuum was brand new and everything works perfectly. My order was exactly what I wanted and I got it for a significantly lower price than I could have elsewhere. I got a ups tracking number and it tracked my package up until I received it. Overall, I'm very happy with qvc.com and my purchase, despite the overwhelming bad reviews I read.

After finding QVC offered an exact match to a specific product I was looking for, at a reasonable price, I decided to make my first purchase from them. That was a mistake. Though they immediately took my money with the order, they waited 3 days to "ship" the item. Not too bad -- except they didn't actually SHIP anything. They waited 3 days to print a UPS shipping label. So I got a notification of shipping along with a tracking number. But 5 days later, UPS still has not actually received the package. So after more than a week, still nothing has been shipped (despite a promise of shipping within 48 hours).
Worst of all there had been no responses -- zero, nada, NONE! -- to repeated requests for updated information until just moments ago (8 days after the order was placed). The response? "You should have your package in 17 days." Really. Still no actual shipping has taken place, but they say they'll get it to me in another 17 days -- after promising to ship within 48 hours. Note that UPS Ground takes at most 6 days to travel from the southeastern most point of the Florida Keys to the northwestern most point of Washington state. So it's reasonable to expect 6 days of actual ship time AT MOST. What's going on with the other 19? (that is, 8 already gone and 17 more to come, minus 6 in the hands of UPS).

In 2012 I was sent a gift from QVC from my mother. I did not order the product (as it was a gift). And at the time I did not even know where the product was purchased from. About two to three months ago I got a letter from a collection agency saying I owed $39.29 on a balance that was left unpaid on the account. This is where I have the problem. I never opened an account with QVC, and the fact that they waited almost two years to try and collect the money. I also can't believe that they sent me to a collection agency for something I did not purchase. I contacted QVC when I first found out that they were trying to collect the money and told them that there was a mistake.
They said they would take care of it and I thought the issue was resolved. However, today I got another letter from a collection agency saying I still owed the $39.29. I of course called QVC customer service again and asked for some kind of proof as to why I owed for something that I did not buy. I have to tell you, the customer service personnel I talked to were not very customer service oriented. I tried to understand why I had an account opened that I did not authorize and why there was a credit card tied to this account that was not mine. They could not send me any signatures, phone numbers, or names to try and find out who authorized this account. How do I even know the money is even owed. How do I know it isn't a mistake on QVC behalf. It was in fact an issue almost two years old. I have never bought anything from QVC, as this product was a gift. I don't watch QVC and certainly never opened an account with them. I wish I never received this gift as now I have to fight with a collection agency over a lousy $39.29.

I have been a customer of QVC for years and would use the Easy Pay option from time to time. During the security breach at Target in late 2013, my bank cancelled my debit card on December 23rd and issued me a new debit card. I forgot to update my payment account information with QVC which contacted me to update it, which I did. They then contacted me again on Feb 7th and asked me to update it again and to be sure to click the "Submit" button. I went into my account again and made sure I clicked the submit button and emailed them to make sure they got my updated information. I didn't hear back from them and got a letter from a collection agency 10 days later.
I contacted QVC and they wouldn't even talk to me about why this happened. I've also called the collection company and had to leave a message and they have not called me back. I got online with the collection company's website (GC Services) and tried to pay my bill online and they don't even have my account number in their system. I will not do anymore business with QVC ever! I have an exceptional credit score and I hope this will not impact it. I have removed my QVC app from my phone and have removed the QVC channels from my U-verse so I won't even see them when I'm surfing channels on my television. Shame on them.

I have happily shopped with QVC for over 15 years. The last few years I've shopped less and less because the quality and consistency has gone way downhill. Last SEPTEMBER 2013 I bought a Bose speaker for my husband's birthday on Easy Pay. Today, Feb. 19, 2014 I got a letter from a collection agency for $42.99. I thought it was a scam because in the past couple of months I've made several orders on QVC. So I tried to check my account history. They had locked me out. As I was trying to find another way to find out, my husband went to the basket where we put our incoming mail. He picked up the basket and looked against the wall. Sure enough a letter had fallen between the cabinet and the wall. It was from QVC. BUT no postage date, no date on the letter, no hint of what item I was supposed to have failed to pay for.
I found live chat and got a few answers. The card used for the purchase was no longer valid. True. I lost the card and cancelled it two or three months ago. HOWEVER since then I have made purchases with QVC and they had my new card information! I have EXCELLENT credit. Or I did until this item went to collection due to QVC's inability to deal with credit cards.
I will NEVER deal with QVC again. Unlike years ago, I now have to return almost everything I get anyway. No worth the hassle and the return postage. Oh, and don't believe when the hosts tell you about free shipping AND returns. I got burned on that one. They deny it but the hostess was very specific about it saying since they were paying for shipping and returns there was absolutely no risk. Yeah. FORGET QVC. Most of my closet is Susan Graver, but I return most of her stuff these days, too. Nordstrom here I come.

Over the past many years I have spent thousands of dollars with QVC. In late 2013 they started sending me notices of unpaid Easy Pay orders. When they sent me notices of amounts due, I would check my account to make certain of the charge and send them a check. I have not purchased anything from QVC since November 2013. This week I noticed several charges from QVC showing up on two Visa cards that had not been there in the past month so I went online to check my account only to find that my account had been closed. How was I to check my account if I couldn't access it to check the payment history. When I phoned their customer service I was told they couldn't help me. I cannot understand how any company can deny customers to check their account history. QVC certainly has an odd way of keeping their customers informed. Want to warn other customers.

First off I had ordered a game system for my son the Wii U Bundle Pack. I have made the option to pay monthly on the item. Well the first payment WAS TAKEN OFF OF MY CREDIT CARD as soon as I hit the Submit order button. I was okay with that because I had originally thought my item would be shipped in a couple days. Well the couple of days passed by and I got concerned and a bit skeptical about what was going on with my item. So I go to check the status of my order and it has said the my account was SUSPENDED!! So I called customer service and ask why my account was suspended and they told me "THE ADDRESS YOU ARE AT HAS 10 UNPAID TRANSACTIONS" so therefore they were unable to send my item.
Well then I had asked to receive my money back on to my card and they said they can't do it because they PUT MY MONEY ON TO SOMEBODY ELSE'S UNPAID BILL who had recently moved out of the place where I recently moved in. So basically they just took $70 out of my credit card for something THAT WASN'T MINE and because I now reside at the address so they decide to pin the other transactions on me!! I have been a very loyal customer but since this situation has happened I will NEVER USE this website ever again and I recommend anybody who uses this site to carefully WATCH YOUR TRANSACTIONS!!!

Now when I ordered these items, I got all of them except the laptop within 3 days. I ordered the laptop in early November so I would have during the Holidays to give me time to try it out. I kept checking and didn't get it until after Thanksgiving. Funny though, the minute I tried to cancel it, it said it had shipped. None of the items I have returned for their extended holiday return policy have made it back to QVC.
Today is Jan 6th. I've called and called and one person told me it can take up to 12 days for a returned item to appear on my bill. And they are trying to collect a payment on the returned laptop. When I saw the QVC TV show on 12/14/13, they had a great offer for an Apple iPod and HP laptop with printer which were GUARANTEED to be delivered by 12/23. I would go online and periodically check the status as I felt 8-10 days was too long to wait. As the time got further away, I began to call once I continued to see "IN PROCESS" 6 days after the order. My first of numerous conversations suggested that the manufacturer was behind and it could ship out at any time. QVC suggested that they were not responsible for the delays.
FINALLY, after 6 days of waiting, I checked the QVC site again, only to see that I had to contact Customer service. I had set up flex pay for both over a period of 6 months. When I called them (4 days from Xmas), I was told that because it was my first order and the amount, it was under review. In other words, my gifts basically would not get here by Christmas if at all. I was told I would get calls from their corporate office about the items but never did. I was calling, it felt like every day but no success. Since they did not specify a certain amount had to be approved for the flex pay, I still sat waiting. I asked why did the order have to get approval especially since this was not a credit issue and no one could tell me. The cost for both would have been approx $205.00 for 6 months. No calls, no order, no QVC any more no matter how GOOD the deals.
I ended up cancelling the HP laptop and left the IPOD till after Xmas in HOPES it would still ship. They were still holding my money and I was then told several different things about the money and time frame to release it. It didn't happen. I decided that I did not want to continue with the delays and no answers to my questions. BEWARE, the flex pay has limits on it and that is NOWHERE to be found. Why would it take you 6 days to advise me to call you and come back 2 days before Xmas and say we have to review? I will be sticking with the other shopping channel. I will not give them any other opportunities to ruin any more holidays.

I have been shopping at QVC for more than 20 years, most of the time using my debit card and either purchasing directly or using the "five easy payments" that they offered. Recently, I purchased from QVC the Kindle HD with the case and the service program. An email was sent to my computer stating that the products I had purchased had been shipped and would arrive on December 10th. I anxiously waited for my products but they never arrived and instead were sent back to the company. It seems as though QVC used an old debit card that I had originally placed with them on subsequent years. I contacted QVC and told them that I had a new debit card and gave them my numbers which they gladly took and placed in their computer.
When they had originally used my old card, they stated that because there was a new card there was left over monies "$32.00" they were not able to retrieve, at which time I told them they should be using my new card which they did when I placed the order and they immediately deducted almost "$100.00" for my new purchase. Now I am looking for my delivery but when it did not arrive, I called the "customer service" division of QVC and was told that the items that I just bought were sent back to QVC due to the fact that they had used and still had in their computer my old "debit card" which had long expired. I called QVC to have my products sent back to me after resolving the issue, at which point I was told that the "Kindle Fire HD" had been sold out.
I asked for refund of my $100.00 which they had not reimbursed me for and now I think that I probably would not have gotten a refund and would still be waiting for my order from them. I immediately went to "Amazon" and order the "Kindle Fire HD" again through Amazon and got a better price so I guess everything works out for the best. No more QVC for me!! DONE, DONE, DONE!!! If anyone is thinking about shopping with QVC, you would probably be doing yourself a favor if you did not! Myself, being a customer of QVC for more than 20+ years this incident, especially around the holidays, took me off watching QVC or ordering anything else. I placed an order for a computer on a Sunday, approximately after 10 PM. I immediately cancelled the following day on a Monday 10-11 AM. One of their employments told me that they were going to see if this was possible and asked me to call back. Since this is a Dell Computer I got in touch with them on Monday to see how I could cancel this order. Dell's personnel said that they needed at least a reference number to track the order of the computer and cancel it. I called back QVC and asked for this special number. The lady told me not to worry that it was taken care of. I breathed a sigh of relief.
Guess what? An e-mail was sent to me by QVC saying that "your order has been shipped". My bank was also deducted the first installment. There was a notation somewhere where I read that they were NOT going to charge me until a certain date (or after) when the order was shipped, and all the above happened quicker than fast. When I received the computer, I did open the boxes to check out the computer to see if I would be satisfied with the computer. Both my daughter and I agreed on not to for several reasons after we checked it out.
I proceeded to get the return label to follow the instructions. The part of the label where the return label should have been was NOT there!! Called again QVC and explained that the return label was missing, and I also explained to them that they CANNOT charge me for any return expenses because I cancelled the order. The lady agreed and asked me to put all the 3 boxes in one big box. I ended up purchasing a big box with the measures I had taken, since it was impossible to find the right box. It was looking like for a needle in a haystack.
I called UPS on Sept. 22 and she explained to me that it was a 3 day period that I had to stay at home for UPS to pick up. I asked her to see if I could have a specific date since I take my granddaughter to school and pick her up. She said to call the following day (Monday) that they would be able to give me a more specific date. To keep it short... they kept telling me to call later in the day to let me know. The last lady I spoke to QVC on Monday repeated the already known information about the 3 day waiting period (staying put at home). I asked her for a reference number to follow up with UPS to see if I can be helped better. Guess what? The lady gave me an "unknown" number to track the pick up at UPS. And I trusted this lady because she even called me "my dear lady." WOW!!!
I am in my third day (Thursday, Sept.26) waiting for UPS to pick up the box. So I called again UPS and again, could not help. Call QVC, concerned that the day is coming to an end, around 3 PM today and this time I got a man. I explained to him that I was waiting for UPS to pick up a return and that I was in the 3rd day of waiting and there has been a NO SHOW from UPS. They could not even track the number I have on the big return box.
He said that I should not have been told that because I am not scheduled for a pickup during this week. Went to explain about the procedure for a return (home office, call tag), etc. When I asked him when can I call QVC to continue to try to see when UPS was going to pick up (Tracking #), he suggested this Monday. I expressed my concerned about the 30 days I have to return the computer. He explained not to worry because they go by the very first day that I called to have the box picked up and I have called before the 30 days.
My granddaughter has had to walk to school and here in Melbourne, FL has been raining very hard. I am also a senior (just like another older person that wrote a complaint about all the stress he went through with QVC). I am about to have a nervous breakdown. AND I still have to deal AGAIN this Monday with the QVC ladies that are NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE or DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I also questioned, did I get this treatment because I am returning something and not just anything? Does QVC treat nicely only the people that place an order?
I CANNOT tolerate again having to sacrifice my granddaughter OR myself with another 3 day wait for pick up. I have being going grocery shopping or errands AFTER 6 PM these 3 days. And I am considered to be a patient person. I am VERY EXHAUSTED and SO STRESSED... wishing that this nightmare is over. Either QVC trains their personnel better and YES, I agree with the other person that complained that their personnel does not check out thoroughly the people that are applying for these jobs, inclusive the lies that they write on their applications to get the job. That is certainly NOT fair to those that do not lie on their applications AND is NOT fair to what QVC has put me and my granddaughter through. And if they hire liars, most certainly these employs will defend their case against my complaint. Frustrated at you QVC!

It's not fair to others who have theirs and are trying hard to find jobs and can't because companies like this one are not checking out everything a person tells them before hiring them. Liars like these people are taking away jobs from good honest people. These types of companies would rather hire liars! Do your research like you claim to do before you hire these kinds of people. If QVC actually checks, I bet they'll realize over half of their employees will be let go because of the lies. Shame on you, QVC!!!

I've been a very satisfied customer of QVC and still am other than this previous year. Besides things taking longer to get here which I just figure they have a lot more customers now which means more volume to do. But twice this year, I've ordered things at different times and it says shipped and it never arrives. I look on my bank statement and they charged me also... I've had excellent customer service though and they do correct the problem. But I don't like how it makes the customer look like they received the package. Both accounts on mine, if you go into my package tracking, it shows it's somewhere but never gets to my house and it doesn't show that it is ever delivered. Somebody must be sleeping on the job or one doesn't know what the other hand is doing... I hope they can correct their shipping problems. They have been a great company with a lot of good quality people and I've always trusted them. Hopefully in the future, they hire real people that really want to do good things for the company and keep up the great shopping Network that they have been for years... Just sharing my concerns.

On Saturday night I ordered a La-Z-Boy chair at 10:30pm. I got the email confirmation and looked at my order status on QVC website. It showed my order and also a picture of the La-Z-Boy recliner and a link to more details about the chair. The chair was similar to the one I saw on TV but the color was different and the item number did not match the one I ordered. I began to wonder if it was a different chair than the one I ordered. So I proceeded to cancel my order at 12:30am. Only 2 hours after I purchased the chair.
Then I called the next day to QVC customer service and they informed me that the chair had been shipped already and the order could not be canceled. She did tell me that when the chair arrives that QVC would send someone to pick it up. I am a senior and this experience has been very upsetting to me. I am very stressed out about the chair and if QVC will send someone to pick it up and return it. I don't trust them. This is my first time to order anything from QVC and am very upset that they could not cancel this order. What are they trying to do? Which government agency oversees them?

Twice my orders were UPS, the other USPS all with tracking that showed it never left their state of PA. Each time I contacted customer service (by email) they would just give out the standard "we are sorry your item did not arrive when you expected" and each time they disregarded the tracking that proves it was never sent. I have to wait 3 weeks before they will do anything about it. I just don't trust them anymore. I don't know if it is human error or a glitch in their systems, but they don't listen when I asked a supervisor look into this constant problem. When I tried to explain and offered to pay them over the phone and ask them to remove it collections, a very snotty young lady named Jackie told, "You owe us for item. And once it's in collections, you have to deal with them." Since I have not even opened the box, I said I wanted to return it…She then told me that QVC has a 30 day return policy. I purchased two (2) HP 17.3 inch laptops from QVC on December 12, 2010, one for myself and one for my daughter. QVC advertised the laptops as Blu Ray Player and when we got the laptops they were not able to play Blu Ray disc. We did not notice until a month or so later, because I only purchased the laptops because of this capability, seeing as I travel a lot and I figured I could take the new laptop instead of the laptop I purchased almost a year before.
When my daughter and I contacted QVC, that was the worst experience of my life. The people at QVC are the most ignorant people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Rude, evil, inconsistent liars, and most of all unsympathetic to the customers’ needs. I can guarantee you I will never make another purchase from them, ever. I do not understand why there are no laws for falsely advertising an item and then get a bad attitude when they are called-out on what they are doing. I have contact the Atty. When I've had a problem, they have always been fixed with little difficulty. I have purchased fragrance, makeup, shoes, and lots of clothes and highly recommend for anyone, mobile or not, this is a fantastic way to get things that are of quality and decently priced. I called QVC as they were stealing both the merchandise and also the refund. I spoke to a representative named **, who was the Customer Service Manager’s assistant, and she said if I did not like it she would close my account. After making at least fifty calls to QVC executives (with no return phone call) I had to dispute the transaction with VISA. I ultimately prevailed and QVC is still attempting to charge me for the merchandise which they have in their possession.
BE VERY CAUTIOUS doing business with them. They have no professional values, management, and are extremely dishonest with no internal processes when a problem arises. If ** is the Customer Service Manager’s assistant then the company is destined for more instances like this. QVC has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. My elderly mother just wanted a chain to put her cross on something that her fragile hands could work and long enough that if her hand could not open the clasp, she could just pull over her neck. Watching QVC one night, she saw an 18-in. chain on the show that would work and she called and ordered the chain. Unaware that they had an issue with her account, she went to the local store and made her money order for the amount of the order. She then proceeded to mail it off and send for her necklace.
Well, a few weeks later, she called to see where her order was and they informed her that the order was cancelled due to the account being closed due to an Easy Pay that was never paid but, on the other hand, there was a credit on the account. So my thoughts are: how is there a credit of $14.00 and some change on the account but also a balance for something that was never paid? No one could answer the question. Well, in the meantime, I spoke with a manager who was going to replace the order. She provided me another order confirmation number and even sent an order confirmation. All the time, she was submitting a request to have my account that I just finished paying an Easy Pay on cancelled.
So if I were someone that was skipping out on Easy Pays, would I have just paid you almost $400.00 in Easy Pay? REALLY?? Well, she received her money order again today in the mail and I got on the phone with Customer Service where I asked to speak to a manager and spoke with Jackie, who was supposed to be a manager, hung up on me. Then I had to call back where I spoke with Dorman who refused to put a manager on the phone until I waited for at least 30 min. before Derrick, the contact manager, in the Virginia call center that spoke to me like I was a dummy and didn't know what I was talking about. He stated that he was the only person that I could talk to and he represented QVC, when he told me that I had to accept that they are not going to be doing anything to assist me; I was just out of that money. It was just money lost and no one else that I could speak to would be able to do anything for me. After he told me that several times, he too hung the phone up on me.
That was the worst customer service that I have ever seen. QVC needs to close their doors today with the sorry customer service that I have received today that is a poor reflection on the company and I ask, no, I beg people who are thinking about purchasing from QVC to not do it. I had only been a customer for what would have been three years, two months from the time they suspended my account in Sept. of 2012. I became a customer with them in November of 09 and I always paid my easy pay items on time and, gave good reviews for all of my purchases. Whenever I would write reviews, they were always good except for the items they sent to me, that someone else had returned, which I sent right back to them. The folks in customer service have been directed to lie about them not reselling items that have been returned by other customers. This is no doubt how QVC has become the enterprise that it is today.
Anyway, they suspended my account because they said I cancelled too many items. I don't think I cancelled too many items at all. I believe the reason they did that was because something came up and, I couldn't receive shipment of my auto delivery of Purity and Micro delivery even though I had purchased quite a bit from them and paid cash money for my purchases. Those purchases were made before I was due to receive my auto delivery. Anyway, my son wanted to purchase a Samsung 2 tablet as a Christmas gift for his girlfriend. CS set him up his own account and, the very next day, when he went to make the purchase, they had suspended his account, because of my address seeing that he lives with me.
This was so unfair and I didn't mind letting them know just what I thought of them and what they did. Why do they give you the option to cancel an item or even return and item if, it's against their policy. It was more important for me to get a new clothes dryer than to take shipment of an auto delivery from QVC. Whether they realize it or not, QVC is not perfect themselves because I have received many, many items that someone else returned and have CS lie to me saying that, they don't put returns back in stock. I have been purchasing from QVC for years. I had an active account that was always paid on time and I usually paid about $500 per month leaving a small balance. Because of the amount of items I purchased, I did end up returning some items for various reasons. QVC professes a 30-day unconditional return policy, however, it is obviously not unconditional. They claim that if you return too many items, they can close your account. Not only did they close my account but they also closed my husband's account, my daughter's account (who is married and lives separately from me) and my mother-in-law who lives in Florida and is 86 years old.
They were all cancelled because they were associated with me due to me trying to purchase through their accounts. This just doesn't seem legal since they don't ever mention this on air nor do they have the right to cancel accounts of people who just know me. I believe it is false advertising to say they have a 30-day unconditional return policy when there are obviously conditions to their returns. I simply want to be able to purchase items from them like anyone else. Also, if not me, my daughter wants to be able to purchase things not to mention my poor mother-in-law in Florida. I had only been shopping with QVC for a little over two years when they suspended my account because they said I had cancelled too many orders. In my opinion, I think I purchased more than I cancelled and if they did not want customers cancelling an order, then why do they have that option? Also, why would they not notify a person long before they do? I believe what really made them do what they did was because I couldn't receive an auto delivery order at the time it was due to be shipped because I had an emergency that came up at that time and was told by someone at CS that it was OK to cancel that shipment. A couple of weeks later, I went to order a handbag and that is when I found out that my account was no longer open. I even wrote a letter of apology to them, but they were not even moved by my explanation of the hardship which I suffered and therefore I couldn't take shipment of that order.
During my short time as one of their customers, I always paid my easy pay payments on time and I always gave what ever I purchased a good review, provided it was not an item that was sent back by another customer. Speaking of receiving previously returned items, I received several orders like that. Why I even received a cosmetic item that had been returned by another customer. Yet CS lie and say they don't restock returned items when they know they do. I really feel that QVC is only about money and that's it.

I purchased an item that had two payments of $29.91 - used my debit card on file as normal. After the first payment processed, I was notified by QVC that my expiration date needed to be changed. I went online, updated my card, and submitted the due payment.
A month went by and then I get a call from a collection agency and a letter from same explaining to me that they were given my case for payment to QVC of $29.91. No notice from QVC, no phone call, no e-mail, no nothing. I called customer service next day and asked them how could this happen? I paid the $29.91 and assured them they have lost a long-term paying customer and that I would do my best with the social networks to help them out. Trouble is the higher-up personnel don't seem to care. They perceive themselves as a large organization - losing a few customers won't matter. I've read several blogs with similar cases. If enough customers complain, maybe someone in authority can fix their problem.

I have ordered a total of 3 items from QVC, and have had problems with two of the three so far. The first order, I received in a timely fashion, but then before the last payment, I had to close the account suddenly because of a potential fraud issue. It was a $30.00 monthly transaction, so I had forgotten about it. I received a letter from them 2 weeks after the payment was due stating that it was being sent to collections. I would have been happy to pay it before it went to a collector; a $30 collection is just ridiculous. The second item I purchased was on a completely separate account. I ordered it in October with 6 easy payments. Payments for October and November had been debited, but looking back at my bank statement, December's had not. Ironically, January's payment has been debited as well.
Now QVC is claiming that the missing payment had been sent to collections since I failed to pay their automatic debit? I told my husband that I had been called "many" times and sent multiple letters. I have never received a single call from QVC, ever. I was sent one piece of mail from the previous item I ordered mentioned above, but that was it. My account never went below the amount needed to pay, so what’s the excuse? So last week I went to go order a higher priced camera I needed for my business. I would have never attempted this transaction knowing all of the information above, but unfortunately I was unaware of most of it until I went to order the camera.
So, I called and ordered the camera over the phone with a customer service agent with no problems. The first payment was debited, and I thought all was fine and dandy. When the day came when it was supposed to arrive, lo and behold it never came. I checked my QVC account and it said the transaction had been cancelled. What!? I received no communication that this had even happened. I called to find out what the heck happened and customer service informed me that it had been cancelled due to the $30 missed payment on the first item I ever ordered a completely different account. It was already in collections, so there was no way for me to pay it and continue my other transaction.
I just found out about all of this in the past couple of days and I'm furious. I'm now really glad I did not purchase that high dollar item with them, because just sifting through issues with $30 payments has been a nightmare, and now I have to deal with collectors and their fees. QVC is a rip off, preying on customers with these easy pay offers.

I have experienced the worst customer service from QVC ever. My Nov. 24, 2012 purchase (a 17.3 inch HP laptop, it was red with all the bells & whistles) was cancelled without notice. I called the day before the estimated delivery date to see why I had not gotten an email shipping confirmation. At that time, I was told the order was cancelled on Nov. 25th. QVC rep said they usually send out an email or letter to advise. I received neither. QVC said they linked my account to a family member's past due account because of the same billing address and last name. Am I responsible for paying their bill too? I think not! We don't even live in the same state. I've made at least 5 purchases in the last two years and my account is paid in full. Why wait so long to cancel my account? You could have saved me money and aggravation if you have done so sooner. I am beyond pissed!

However, I went into my account one day, and it was suspended. Something is wrong with the screen and she believes someone may have stepped on it on purpose, after she left it unattended in a classroom. I called QVC and they said that the warranty I purchased does not cover screen damage. What? Okay, so I asked them if I could add and pay for additional coverage since it's only been 60 days and the answer was no! I demanded for a manager and nothing was resolved. I purchased an iPod Touch from QVC in August of 2011. Now when an iPod Touch is purchased, the customer has one-year limited warranty with the option to extend warranty by paying for it before the limited one year expires. Almost 2 weeks ago I contacted Apple because I wanted to purchase an extended warranty for my product. When I gave to the representative the product's serial number, he informed me that the one year warranty expired in May 2012 which meant that the iPod was purchased in May 2011. In my case this is impossible because I didn't own the item until August 2011. He explained to me that the May 2011 date of purchase had to have been when QVC purchased the iPods from Apple to sell. The Apple representative told me to contact QVC because there isn't much that they can do on their end.
I immediately contacted QVC and spoke to a representative named Loni. She told me that she is going to contact headquarters, that they would fix the issue and that someone from QVC would contact me regarding the issue being resolved. Now it's two weeks later. The date of my purchase has met its year and nobody from QVC has contacted me. I am really upset and I won't ever purchase anything from QVC again because I feel that they don't stand behind the quality and warranty issue of their products. I will continue to complain to them until there is a resolution. Nobody has contacted me back for a resolution and now the time has expired for me to add additional warranty.

While waiting for delivery, I decided to check Big Wheels through other stores and lo and behold, there they were on Target.com for $44.99 each and free shipping and handling, really? I sent a note to QVC with this information and pretty much they told me they really didn't care and they don't guarantee to have the lowest prices. Really? A dispute was filed with my bank on December 19, 2011 for non-receipt of goods or services, and the merchandise is not received, as originally ordered. I purchased an iPad Bundle package, and was approved for payment over six installments. I never received the merchandise, and contacted QVC customer service numerous times. They told me the item was delivered, and sent me the delivery ticket from UPS. The signature on the delivery card was not mine. I contacted QVC to tell them this, and they said I needed to contact my bank to dispute the charges.
On March 5, 2012, I received a letter from my bank (Bethpage Federal Credit Union) telling me that if I do not contact them, they will consider the case closed. Additional paperwork was sent with the letter. Within the paperwork was the same UPS delivery signature (which is not my signature), was given to my bank as proof of delivery. I sent an additional statement to my bank requesting they pull my signature card to match signatures, and to show that the delivery was not made to me. I was on vacation at the time of delivery, and no one was at my address to sign. Today, March 8th, 2012, I called Bethpage Federal Credit Union for a status on my dispute, and was told they are putting dispute into appeal. The manager said that if QVC does not authorize them to refund my money, I will have to take it to a small claims court.
This is not acceptable to me. I am their customer, whose money was given to QVC in error. At the time I disputed the charge, there were 2 payments deducted and given to QVC, with each payment amounting to $162.25. I requested on my dispute form to not allow any further payments to QVC, until this issue was resolved. Consequently, QVC has charged my account an additional 2 times in the same amount of $162.25, which put my account in negative standing, and cost me many overdraft fees totaling $650.00, which I needed to pay Bethpage Federal Credit Union to keep my account in good standing.
I am upset that I was told by my bank that QVC needs to call the shots, as to whether I will receive my money back. Currently, I am awaiting a letter from BFCU regarding the appeal, and I still have not received any money back. To date, I am charged $649.00 from QVC for the item I did not receive, and $650.00 in bank fees over this situation. My bank also said they do not have any way to stop QVC from getting the other 2 payments related to this dilemma. I need help to recoup my money, and clear this matter.

QVC's bank, I believe GE, agreed to debt settlement. A forgiveness of debt 1099 was issued and reported by myself to the IRS as required.
Three years ago I opened another QVC account. As I indicated above, I realized last Friday the account had been closed without any formal notification to me from the company. On October 10, I contacted QVC's Corporate office and was advised the account was closed as I owed them money, this inspite of the fact that the debt had been settled and 1099 issued. It seems to me their action was illegal. Their representative, I believe, once again, was GE, accepted the settlement and provided government notification. QVC doesn't care what the bank, their representative, did or what government filings they made. They decided I still owed them money even though the debt was settled. The have no grounds to legally pursue a settled debt. I don't believe you can disguise illegal practices as company policy. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you.

I got right on the phone and called that number to find out what in the heck was going on and why I was being given a message saying that my account was suspended.
I was then told that someone at my address had easy pay orders that had not been paid. Neither my husband or I have ever ordered from QVC before, and we have only owned our house for a couple of years, so it must have been whoever lived here before us. I explained to the CS rep that no one who currently lives here has ever ordered from QVC before. I called QVC three times not knowing what the amount was about. They claimed they had contacted me by phone and mail? This is a lie. I asked for copies of their correspondence, but I never received anything. I offered to pay the amount I supposedly owed. They said no. I wrote a letter on February 28, 2011 to headquarters, explaining their mistake and they ignored it. So the collection agency contacted a friend of mine. Needless to say, they have my phone number and by calling my friend they now have broken the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Again, QVC refused my payment, they hired a dangerous collection agency and now they will end up paying me more money than I ever "owed" them. I also contacted the FTC and gave them all the info.
I am on medication for HB and this going on for months nonsense has made it dangerously high.

I ordered an iPod from QVC Home Shopping Network and used the five payment flex payment plan. I changed my billing information on my account so that the five payments could be deducted from the appropriate bank account. The next day, I noticed that all five payments were posted to be paid from my bank account. I contacted QVC customer service. I was assured that the all payments would be reversed and that only one would be processed. A few days later, all five payments were deducted from my bank account putting me in a financial burden. Why would I request a flex pay payment option if I could pay the whole amount upfront? Furthermore, I am sure I was assessed the extra charges associated with having a payment plan despite they received all funds up front.
Flex payment plan yet QVC accelerated all five payments causing financial burden. I just want others that are relying on flex pay payment options to be aware of what could happen.

In the middle of November, I ordered a 46-inch Sony Bravia TV and Sony Blu-ray DVD player on the easy pay plan of 6 payments of $221.00. I received the items on November 27th or 28th, which I thought was pretty good delivery time for such a large item. After mounting the TV on the wall, I was not very impressed with the picture quality, so I decided to return it. I only had the TV a total of 2 days. And then, I shipped it back using UPS. It cost me $70.00 to ship both items. They received them on December 1st. I called QVC on the 3rd to confirm that they had a record of the return. They said that they did receive the items in good condition. So, I asked when would my account be credited for the $221.00. They said that it should be a couple of days. Mind you that the payment was taken from my account the very next day after I placed the order.
Four days later, I had not received any refund so I called again. The rep said that it should have been done and that she would note the account as such and give it another day or two. I waited another 3 days to call them again. This went on for 3 weeks and about 6 reps. I finally got my refund right before Christmas (23rd) and I thought finally it's over! It's not! QVC then charged me for another payment! I called immediately (27th) to let them know. The rep told me that whoever set up the refund forgot to cancel the easy pay payments. I informed them that I do not have $200.00 to just sit out in limbo until they get their act together. The rep apologized and said that it should be fixed in a day or so. This was on a Monday.
I called back on Thursday to let them know that it wasn't taken care of and that I couldn't take my wife out for New Year's because of this mix up. This rep then told me that it should be done by that following Tuesday. Because of the holiday, he could not make it happen any faster. Two more calls and I finally got my refund on January 9th. Hopefully this is over and they don't charge me another payment!

I sent it insured, and they said that they never received it and I needed to wait 30 days and collect on my postal service. Today, I called QVC again, and they again said that they never received this item. I went into our post office and they gave me proof that QVC received it on 12/6/10 and signed for it. They're still refusing to refund the cost of this item to me.

This entire order has been a disaster. And now with another pending charge from QVC, I now have $150 tied up in an order that I cancelled and should not have been charged for, at Christmas time no less. I was simply trying to get my husband, who is deployed to Iraq, a great Christmas present but now with money being tied up that definitely makes it hard to provide the rest of the family a good Christmas.
QVC offered 2nd day shipping for an extra charge with a delivery date of 12/6/10. However, when I called on 12/4/10, I was told by 3 different representatives that this was not something you should have offered because it ships directly from the manufacturer. This is a problem. That would have been fine to deal with if someone at QVC could have given me an expected delivery date. But again, 3 of the agents told me there was no way to contact Bose and find out when the items were shipped, unless of course there was a problem with the order. (they failed to see this is the problem).
I attempted to cancel the order with a supervisor who was quite argumentative and indifferent if not just plain rude. She said I couldn't cancel it until I receive it. But, in the meantime I had emailed QVC regarding my order and was emailed back confirming my order would be cancelled. The supervisor refused to give me the number to corporate or any of her superiors in order to try to resolve my issue, but after I insisted that the other agents I had spoken did tell me there was a number to corporate, she finally conceded. Someone called me back regarding this supervisor's attitude and apologized etc.
So my order is cancelled but then I receive a charge from QVC for the Squaretrade warranty plan. Why? Why am I being charged for a product that's been cancelled? I called and was told it would be 2-3 billing cycles before I see that credit show up! It's a debit card! I don't have the money for QVC to hold on to it for 2-3 months!
You guessed it! Another charge from QVC, this time $104 for my Bose headphones, the order which was cancelled a week ago. seriously, now I have over $150 out to you at Christmas time which I didn't have to spend in the first place! Guess what? The order was actually delivered 2nd day UPS. It wasn't the promised (estimated) delivery date of 12/6, but it arrived on 12/8. After all of that, after 2 agents and one supervisor and an email all stating that it would be sent regular mail and would be anywhere from 7-10 business days, it arrived only two days after the promised delivery date. What is going on over there? Why couldn't anyone have made a phone call? Why doesn't anyone seem to know how the ordering process works?

I purchased 2 computers from QVC on easy pay. QVC said my account would not be charged until computers shipped. However, they put a hold on my account for 3 computers but remember I only purchased 2 and they said my account would not be charged until they shipped. I informed them of this error and they would not correct it. Customer Service was very rude even though they had a "hold" on my checking account for funds on 3 computers and I only purchased 2. Customer Service was very rude and did not care that they were holding funds that did not belong to them.
They were fraudulently holding money for a purchase I did not make. My bank said all they needed was a fax from QVC, so they could release the hold but QVC would not do it even though it was fraudulent. I believe it is against the law to hold money for something I did not purchase. I thought QVC was a reputable business but I was mistaken.

In May 2010, I noticed that I had been charged double for a purchase that I made and so I reported it to the bank to resolve. A claim was made and I was told to go back over my statement and see if there were any other unauthorized charges made against my account. I saw that there were others so I reported those as well. The charges were for $140 from QVC on a monthly basis. I was told by my bank that they were only able to go back 30 days for charge back and that I would have to speak with the merchant directly for anything more.
I contacted QVC, was told to file a police report and fax it in, which was what I did. I talked to someone at QVC later and was told that I needed to go back to the bank and that QVC can't do anything if the bank doesn't do something first. For months this went on back and forth and neither QVC nor the bank did anything. Finally I filed a complaint with the BBB and QVC's response was that a fireplace was purchased from them, and dropped off to my home address during the middle of the day with no signature for receipt. I do not have possession of any such merchandise, I did not receive or sign for anything, yet they have taken $750 out of my account for this merchandise.
I also filed a complaint with the BBB against my bank and their response was, because I have made a purchase from QVC in past years at a different address, then they cannot issue QVC a charge back for my money. I explained to both the merchant and the bank that I don't have their fireplace, never received it and didn't sign for it, and I can prove that I was at work all day when they claim they dropped it off. But they are still refusing to give me my money back.
For whatever the reason, I guess because I'm not a big bank or a big company, that I'm just supposed to sit back and let them steal from me and do nothing. The amount that QVC was taking out is almost identical to my car insurance payment so I really just didn't pay attention. Besides, my father was fighting cancer and I just didn't realize that QVC was taking my money. I did everything they asked of me, and still no one wants to give me back my money. QVC has no proof that the merchandise was even dropped off. How do I know that the delivery person did put it in the back and just write that he dropped it off on my door? Whose responsibility is it if they drop off $750 of merchandise with no signature for receipt?
This is now stealing at this point. They cannot prove that I took possession of it yet I still have to be responsible to pay for it because I noticed the charge late? I was not under contract with them, I was not aware of their time frame to report something like this. Why am I being held responsible for their mistake because they sent something out and didn't confirm if it was received by someone or not?

I see others have the same issue with sales tax and QVC. QVC is the only company, not based in DC, where I live, that collects sales tax on all items. Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Nordstrom, no one else does, only QVC. Yet, QVC has no outline here. I pressed this issue long and hard with QVC and spoke to them as well as other companies listed.
The answer I received from them was in direct contradiction to all others. I even checked with the DC Division of Tax and revenue and the other companies are correct. I all have to do with internet shopping laws. Yet QVC is sticking to its guns. To the person in NJ who complained about being charged tax on clothing when NJ does not charge on clothing (I am from NJ), you need to escalate this. I plan on doing so with the DC Government. I find it hard to believe that all the other companies I spoke with are wrong and QVC is right.

I have the same issue as many other consumers. That is the handling of the QCard through GE Money Bank. I have other cards issued through GE Money Bank and never have an issue with them. Because the contract for QVC/GE Money Bank does not allow for a representative from GE to handle the card, you must deal with QVC. Unlike other GE cards I have, when I dial the number listed on the back of the card I get someone at GE.
If I want a credit line increase, I can request one and it happens. Lord and Taylor has raised my line of credit two fold in 6 months (GE Money Bank is the provider), because I speak to a real person and they look at my credit score and history and payments. With QCard it is all automated, so no person can assess the entire picture. When you contact QVC, they say it is GE. They transfer you to GE and they say it is QVC. I actually spoke to a management person at GE last evening who told me there is not one person assigned to QVC, because that is the way the QVC contract is set up.
Even if she wanted to increase my line of credit, she could not because they way it is set up is all automated and no one at GE can intervene. What is really sad, is I escalated this to the CEO's office and they stated they could not do anything about. So Lord and Taylor, Amazon, Shop NBC all raise my lines of credit, because I can speak to a credit analyst, yet QVC, who is also issued by the same bank as those mentioned, can not because it is a computer making all the decisions. And QVC has washed it hands off the entire credit situation. This is not what I would call service.

I have shopped with QVC for about 20 years. They were always good. This bank they have for their Q card is a joke. If they want to have a Q card, QVC should be handling it themselves, not some second or third party that has no idea what is going on or that you cannot talk to. If you want to talk to the Q card bank, you cannot even reach them and QVC will not give you the number unless you are in collections!
Hello, that is my money they are playing with! I had a vacuum that did not work. I told QVC I was sending it back and would not pay the last ezpay. I was told okay, just send it back. The Q card bank charged me for the vacuum I did not have and they charged me a late fee. I talked to an Elizabeth and Bob at the Q card bank when QVC finally gave me their number. Bob was very rude, and he in other words laughed at my complaint! QVC needs to handle their Q card themselves, not a third party bank. Or, let a bank handle it that you can talk to, not one that is unavailable to the public to communicate with!

I was ordering a gift card online for my mother for her birthday. I accidentally selected the electronic gift card (my mother does not own a computer) and didn't realize it until the order was submitted. I tried to cancel immediately, but there was no online way to do so. I called the customer service number, went through the lengthy, automated menu, and did what was required to cancel the order. I then went back online to order a gift card to be mailed.
When I later checked my account, I saw both gift cards listed. When I clicked on the one for the electronic gift card, I got a message that the order was cancelled and no action could be taken.
Two days later, I checked my online bank account, and found that I had been charged for the electronic gift card, even though it had supposedly been cancelled. I later got an email that my order for the electronic card had been "shipped" even though there was nothing in my email Inbox.
I used the QVC Customer Service email contact to explain the problem and to request confirmation and cancellation and issuing of the refund with just as much speed and efficiency with which I was charged. I got a response that I would have to wait until the gift card arrived, and then call customer service to cancel. Even though I cancelled the order within 5 minutes of submitting it, QVC does not appear to be nearly as proficient in refunding as they are in charging.Even though my 81-year old mother loves QVC, I have found them to be so frustrating that I would never want to buy anything from them personally.

I purchased a first time aired sterling cultured coin pearl bracelet from QVC back in August. I always prefer to read reviews before purchasing a new item. However, the bracelet was very attractive and I thought I would take a chance. Upon receiving the bracelet, I was quite pleased. I was in fact preparing to go on vacation and decided to wait and wear it for the first time on vacation. I had the bracelet on for less than five hours when I noticed the bracelet was not on my arm. Three of the five hours of wearing the bracelet was in the car en route to the Cape. At the time I noticed it missing, I had just walked through shops in a local town on the Cape. I retraced every single step and went to every store I had been in, but no bracelet was to be found. The clasp was magnetic and apparently not secure at all given that it fell off in such a short period of time. I even contacted the police department to inquire if anything had been turned in to lost and found in that town, but still nothing.
Confident of my purchase with QVC, given I have ordered for a number of years, I contacted them upon my return from vacation. I initially received the typical form response, "Sorry, cannot do anything without the bracelet. " In my second correspondence to QVC, I requested that my concern be forwarded to a supervisor. I never heard back from anyone and wrote another email, to which this time I received a call from customer service apologizing, but stating that nothing could be done without the bracelet.
I obviously cannot do anything with the bracelet because it is gone. I have tried a number of times to read reviews about the item, but funny enough the item isn't even available online and can only be ordered via phone. I mentioned to the customer service rep that it would be in the best interests of other consumers to communicate the fact that the clasp is faulty so others who are thinking about purchasing the product are informed. Customer service claimed she would submit a comment about my experience. QVC is a multi-million dollar corporation and absolutely nothing could be done to compensate my loss. That is so very sad.

I ordered a bed frame from QVC, which included a headboard, side boards, foot board to go into my new house. I ordered the item on July 29, it arrived the middle of August and it was just a headboard. I contacted QVC and asked where the rest of it was and the representative told me it was coming. I waited a day, another day. I called again and got a different representative. She told me that was all that was coming and to make sure I knew what I ordered. When I referred her to the description, to my delight she agreed with me and confirmed that I was indeed a literate person. She told me she would send out the correct order and when it comes let them know so they can arrange for a pick up of the wrong item.
I waited a week, I waited two weeks. At my doorstep another box from QVC that oddly looks like the exact same box they sent me the first time. Oh, right because it was. Once again they sent me the wrong item. (Headboard count is now 2.) Following another disgruntled phone call from me to the representative, she promised to contact corporate to get a reply from them as this was unacceptable. But I would need to wait a week to hear from them. (Not kidding.)
So I called a couple days later because this is just ridiculous and I spoke to another representative, rehashed the entire tale and asked what the status is on corporate but she knows nothing because nothing is in the notes about that. (Awesome.) So she talks to her supervisor and tells me that they are manually, mind you, having someone verify my shipping before it gets sent out and make sure everything is sent to me correctly and that I should wait 7-10 days for the products arrival. It is the 18th day and still nothing. I contacted QVC and asked for my money back, which they agreed to but I have to box up the headboard. Problem being since the first rep said that more parts were coming, crazy me, actually opened the box because I believed she had her facts straight.
So now I had to piece together this Picasso-like box made of various pieces of cardboard in order to wrap the headboard and I now await the UPS truck who will presumably reject the sloppy package. Or better, he will probably never arrive. I was told they would be at my house within three days. It's the third day, no guy in brown in sight.

For two years I have had a membership with QVC and estimated that I ordered over $2000 worth of merchandise. I ordered many on easy pay because you can pay the total amount over time. I never had any problem with payments, returns or quality. I recently ordered a new Vizio HD TV that only cost $399 with 5 easy pays. They took the first payment out and authorized the entire purchase price on my MC Check card. I logged on to get an estimate when it would be shipped out and could not access my account. I tried several times and finally clicked on the request for my password to be sent to my email because something was wrong. The password had been changed.
I called and was told by customer service that my account was cancelled because someone at my residence had an outstanding past due bill with Qcard and unpaid merchandise. That person was my mother who used to live with me. I do remember she had huge problems with QCard when she became ill and could not make payments. She had insurance but could never get GE Capital/QCard to help her. I had an account of my own with no QCard using my check card for payment and have ordered many things since that time over the past two years, over $2000 in fact. My account has nothing to do with my mom's past business with QVC.
I am an adult, have a separate account with my own method of payment, phone number. But because it is the same address they had on file for her, my account was closed. They even discussed her past due status and changed my password to the one she had set up. I know their thinking, this is really my mom ordering more stuff and so we will cut her off.
I offered proof of my identity, that i was not her, and they declined. In fact, from customer service through the top of their corporate ladder, there was rudeness, complete lack of concern or care in the least that I had spent so much money over the past two years to be canceled out. I am so surprised at their lack of customer service and care that conflict with the service I have had when ordering and the attitude of the hosts. There are vitamins that I order that are exclusive to QVC called Nature's Code that I can no longer order.
I have congestive heart failure and these vitamins really helped me with nutrients, etc.overall better feeling with my prescription meds. I told her that was a lie because when I called in the past I had to update my contact information. She then told me they would contact me. It is now 03/09/2010 and my credit has been billed for this purchased that I never made and QVC has not done anything to fix this problem. I was charged $69.05 and spent a lot of time on the phone and got stressed.

On QVC, I ordered 3 month facial supply from meaningful beauty. When I spoke to representative, I make sure that I will get product 3 times, each month separate (my conversation with them was recorded; this was what I was told by customer service). I told this man that I need this stuff in 3 different times. I buy this stuff for three different people for their birthdays.
So I did get this product only one time and I was charged $84.67 twice. I did call the company and I did talk to manager. I explained to her what happened and that her worker told me that today, they have better deal and lesser money. For a three month product, I will pay only $119.00 and this product will be sent to me in three months. Her answer was that she doesn't know what this worker promised me, but they send me only one time product for three months. I ask her to pull out the record to make sure that I didn't lie. Her answer was that I must pay price, otherwise they will put me on collection. I was really mad that I closed my credit card.
Few weeks later, they send me a bill for another stuff that I never got. Now, they want another $120.55. I called again to the company and told them that I didn't get anything from them. I didn't know what they are talking about. Again, their representative agrees to send me new stuff for free to replace the lost one. But I don't want anything from them and I don't understand why they sent me the product the second time (if this was sent at all) if I fought for the first one. Where is the logic? Please, help me solve this problem. I try doing this on my own, but because they have more power than me, this company put me on collection. Thank you.

I ordered a computer in Nov.2009 from them. I found out in Dec. computer was on back order so I cancelled the order and ordered another computer. In Jan. I was sent a printer, a free gift for the computer I originally ordered. I called QVC and told them I cancelled that order (sent back the printer). On Jan. 14th, I was charged for the computer that I never received and QVC couldn't provide me with a tracking number and will not give me my money back for a computer I never received. On top of that mistake, the 2nd computer I ordered to replace the 1st one broke. I sent it back and they haven't returned my money for that one ( which 2 representatives confirmed that they did receive it back). QVC owes me $795.95.

I called QVC to order an item. I was informed that I was pre-approved for a QVC credit card (QCard) through GE Money Bank. I was told that my credit limit was $1,600.00 and that my APR Finance was 24.99%. I was also told that if I used the card for my current purchase, I'd receive free shipping. I agreed to the terms. They required three more pieces of information (the last 4 digits of my SS number, my date of birth, and my cell phone number) which I provided. It was at then that I was told that my application would come in the mail in 7-10 business days. I was also told that the account could not be used at that time. When I explained to the operator that she told me that I was already approved, she apologized for the confusion. I then asked for the application to be canceled because I did not want my credit run.
I was told by the representative that I had to speak to the Customer Service Department and transferred me. When I was switched to Customer Service, I was told that the action could not be undone. However, she told me that she would send a notice to the credit department and request that my credit not be run and the action canceled. I was not satisfied and asked to speak to a supervisor. At first I was told no, but I insisted and was transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor told me I was already approved and put me on hold. When she came back, she told me that I would receive the application in the mail - just as the original representative did. I told her that I did not want the card and that I was thoroughly misled by their original representative. I also told her that the customer service representative attempted to send an email and cancel the action.
The supervisor told me that it was impossible to reverse and she was sorry for any confusion. I then asked her for GE Money Bank's direct number, hoping that I could settle the matter with them directly. The supervisor gave me the number and our call ended. I proceeded to call the number she gave me. Unfortunately, it was a mortgage company. After several phone calls, I got the correct number to GE Money Bank's QCard department, but due to the Thanksgiving holiday, they were closed. At this time I have no recourse. My credit will be run again, an action that I desperately wanted to avoid. If cancel the card, it would cause a negative effect on my credit score. The original information given to me by QVC was 100% false, and in my opinion, totally fraudulent. If necessary, I will take further legal action. Thank you for your consideration on this matter.

I ordered a Samsung TV from QVC using a prepaid debit card (Walmart) and everything was fine till I got a call a few days later explaining they didn't accept prepaid debit cards (nice of them to process it though). I canceled my order, but asked if I could use my bank debit card. They said yes, they accept those. So after waiting ten days for them to return my money, I deposited it and ordered a Philips TV I liked. I called 4 times over the last few days, every time being told the order was fine. They told me yesterday it had processed and authorized and I would get the TV Friday. Tonight, I noticed the charge dropped off my account so I called my bank. They said QVC canceled the order. I called QVC and checked online and both say my order is shipping and I will get it Friday. This is the second time. I am ordering it from Newegg in a few months for cash like I should have in the first place. QVC is just out to make interest off our money.
I've shopped with HSN and Shop NBC in the past without incident. In a few weeks, QVC has shown me that this is a scam on their part to make interest off holding our money for weeks on end without delivering a product. It's wrong. I could have used that money elsewhere but now I have to wait 30 days for a refund or try to get my bank to reverse the charges. My mission right now is to warn as many people as I can on as many sites as I can. Maybe by making them lose business, they will stop screwing people.

QVC attempted to withdraw the sum of $8,252.74 from my account. Good job Barclay card, they stepped in and denied them. QVC admitted to this, but won't give me any answers. They are now blaming their server in the USA. Beware you people out there. It has made us very ill.

We have been QVC customers for years and have never had a problem. If you have returns and follow the rules, there will be no problems. We return things all the time with no problem. I even had a complaint with a computer that was sent back to the company and they did things that were not included in the warranty and QVC credited my charge card with the difference. I couldn't ask for more of a company. All I have is praise for QVC.

QVC will not allow me to make a payment with a debit card I used to bank with. This is ridiculous. I now have an account with Comerica Bank and use the Direct Express debit card. Now, why can't I set up an online payment with that? Why can't they take the debit card payment from that?

I bought an Ionic Breeze 4 years ago at the cost of $400 with a lifetime guarantee. I returned my Ionic Breeze last month at the cost of $14.95 and it was returned to me stamped: Not accepting returns. Then I pulled Ionic Breeze up on the computer and learned it went bankrupt. So, I, the consumer lost again. What's wrong with it? Well, it sizzles and sparks. So rather than burn down the house, I unplugged it and placed it in my garage for storage.
It's the same old story.... The company claims bankrupt and then opens up under another name. Why do you think The Sharper Image is advertising: Something bigger and better is coming. THERE OUGHT TO BE A LAW TO PROTECT THE CONSUMER.
