QVC's shipping and return is a killer ---- around 10 dollars for the smallest item. If you buy two items no matter how light they are and they are in the same package, you pay shipping and return on both, which means you just spend 20 dollars trying something that you do not like. Almost 100% callers on their show are senior females, you can tell some are not quite with it ---- some lady would say she has bought 17 items in the same day and they would be told by the host how smart they are and so on. The hosts are all very good in a dishonest way in using hyperbole to lure people buying their stuff. Watch out folks.

Avoid getting the QVC card, first of all, at all costs!!! I had the QVC card, and paid -- ahead of time -- for my purchases I made on QVC card through my QVC web page account... Apparently that was the wrong thing to do, as QVC card is owned by Third party, Synchrony Bank, not QVC... QVC just hawks it, non-stop, on the air. Anyway I received notice from Synchrony Bank that I was overdue in purchase payments. I explained I paid bill directly on QVC web page account. I was told that was not the correct way to pay. Well, to make story short, I called QVC...THEY WERE OF NO HELP, and could care less.

They told me they had nothing to do with QVC Card payment and to call the Bank, when I said the Bank told me to call QVC, they said basically "what do you want me to do about it/i.e., I don't care" with a big shrug... no offer of help at all!!! Therefore, QVC was paid TWICE for the items, as it works this way: Synchrony Bank pays them for purchases right away, and then I pay Synchrony Bank... So if I made the purchases through the QVC/Synchrony Bankcard, and that is how it works, I am not supposed to pay QVC directly, but Synchrony Bank, why was the item I purchased with QVC card listed on my account as due to be paid??? It should have a listing such as "purchased with QVC card/please pay Synchrony Bank when due"…it DOES NOT.

It had on my account: payment due date/pay now, etc... very misleading, therefore QVC was paid (first) by Synchrony Bank, and then (secondly) by stupid me: TWICE. QVC didn't help at all to get it straightened out. NOW, they have billed me TWICE for returning an item: $14.00 to return!!! For a purchase of item of $7.00 (for first "easy payment"). They could care less and are obviously VERY GREEDY...also they are liars!!! A lot of the stuff I have purchased recently, including shoes, are JUNK and way overpriced!!! You can get cheaper on Amazon...with no charges on returns!!!

QVC has employees who obviously cannot add and or subtract. 5 of 5 means 5 payments out of 5 were paid. QVC took 6 payments over $52 each and I was on the EZ pay 5 of 5 payment plan. I contacted them. Was told they don't have supervisors. That customers have to wait 1 - 4 hour block for a call back only for them to say they returned the call when in all honesty they failed to return a call or leave message showing they called back. QVC's operation is theft by overbilling the customers. QVC is a deceptive business and they seem to think customers cant sue them and hold them accountable. They took the final payment 02/28/18 from CREDIT CARD stating 5 of 5 then on 03/01/18 they STOLE $53.00 from my bank acct. Trying to say it was #4. Sorry to say but February comes before March.

I have been a long time customer of QVC. However, I will not shop with them again. I have had three errors made by them since December that took way too long to resolve. The first and most current involves them charging my account twice for two items causing my bank account to be overdrawn and overdrafts charges to be assessed. Their customer service representative claimed that their first authorization was denied, causing them to put the charges through a second time. From what my bank and I see there was no reason for the payments to be denied. It's classified as a merchant error. However, while this is being sorted out, I don't have access to the money in my account because of the overdrafts charged from excess QVC authorizations. Banks can't remove overdrafts until the authorizations roll off. So far it's been 5 days. The bank says the authorizations will either roll off or go through tomorrow.

My second complaint involves a pair of earrings ordered that came mismatched. Two clearly different earrings. It took QVC well over a month to handle this issue. When they finished the earrings were no longer available. My first issue was an order for 2 Amazon Dots. QVC gave the wrong delivery address to the post office. That took 2 months to correct. When I first contacted QVC about the error the customer service representative tried to contact UPS to correct the address. When she couldn't reach them she told me to call them. Two issues here. First, it was USPS that was the carrier, not UPS. Second, the sender is always the party that has to contact the carrier. USPS could have called me when they couldn't deliver the item, but they didn't. Once again merchant error.

Shopper for 18 years- not anymore. The last order I placed was for shoes. I especially wait for the ‘free shipping’ options for shoes because there’s chance of fit. Long story short, they charged me shipping- $9.94 for one order (contained 2 pairs) and again, $9.94 for the other order (also 2 pairs). Believe me, if it had been a mistake on my part I would’ve been the first to say that I was wrong. But my invoice/statement was right there in front of me showing FREE shipping in capital red letters. When I called, the customer service rep acknowledged the issue, but had no idea why it happened. She says she looked back to, the date that the items were aired and that there was no free shipping- but I’m looking at it with my own 2 eyes! Right there on the invoice.

I’ve honestly never gone back and looked at the majority of my purchases- I have no idea how many more items were incorrect (in QVC favor) but lesson learned. If the rep had been more able to tell me how it happened (computer glitch, new software etc.) I could be much more understanding, I was actually surprised by the lack of good ‘ol customer service; she wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t all that nice either. Cannot even begin to explain the dissatisfaction here. There are too many other retailers now for QVC to be dropping the ball. I will stick with Zappos and Amazon from here on out. Lesson learned???

As of March 12th - After 10 calls to QVC within the last 33 days to the QVC customer service department. I have been given several different reasons from each QVC Customer Service phone rep as to why they have not given my money back for a returned item from January 24th 2017. They said they credited my bank account. THIS ACCOUNT has been closed as of Oct. 2017. EACH (9 times) time I spoke to a CSR at QVC they each gave me a different answer, as to why I haven't received my refund payment. On several occasions they stated they were mailing me a check, then they said QVC can't refund me until Wells Fargo returns the funds back to QVC. Then QVC said they have to wait until the bank (A CLOSED ACCOUNT) returns the money to them. FYI IF AN ACCOUNT IS CLOSED THE CREDIT HAS NOWHERE TO GO! AND KICKS IT BACK TO THE CREDITOR.

This does NOT take 30+ Days. QVC says the bank still hasn't it. UNTRUE! I have spoken to the bank 3 times to verify they SEND funds back when there is a CLOSED account. If an account no longer exists there is nowhere for it to go and it is rejected. 33 DAYS later and QVC has not investigated this issue, and I continue to get the runaround every time I call. 17 phones call, 7 weeks later... they still owe me money. Shannon, at the office of the VP called me after BBB complain finally filed (fighting this since 2/2/18). She calls, leaves message and then doesn't return call for hours or days even when you call back IMMEDIATELY. She refused to let me give her the dates, transactions and amounts of the withdrawals they took. She only want to give me what QVC shows. That is the point Shannon. Your records do not match what my bank gave you. She talked over me so you had to start raising your voice and then she threatens me when you raise your voice. I'm glad it is all recorded so her boss, the "VP", can hear her talking over me, not asking but telling. They found $ they already had to refund. I get no apology, no "you are right and I'm sorry it took you more than 10 calls and 20 hours to correct OUR mistake."

Nope, treated like dirt by the company and Shannon, office of the VP. You stole money from me. You did not take ownership. You still owe my money. I've lost time from work dealing with this meaning lost income. My suggestion to QVC, fire this woman and hire someone who cares. You will find 4 messages on her machine (I have written proof as well of all phone calls from the phone company) on Friday, 3/9/18, the first made SECONDS after she hung up and she ignored all four calls I made, 10 minutes apart. She lied today and said she "left" (I guess she works a half day because she called at noon, hoping no one would be here).

Then she said in the same conversation, she did not take the call because she was on the phone. It is recorded by QVC so she can't back out of this lie. QVC has deteriorated such that the Dollar store provides better service. My order place 2/2/18, is still not fully refunded 3/11/18. Order cancelled before shipped. They refused to cancel it. I have names and offices. QVC, you make your bed and you lie in it.

I am a first time buyer with QVC. I was told clearly that new customers would receive a $5.00 discount on their first order by typing in a code during the checkout process. However, during checkout, there was no opportunity for me to get that discount. I admit that five dollars is not a lot of money, but if something is promised to me by a dealer (especially a well known one like QVC), I expect that promise to be kept.

I contacted QVC and was told that is now "too late" to get the discount on this order but that it will be applied to my next order. I then asked why is it "too late" to receive it. All they had to do was apply the discount to my credit card account. I went on to say that a discount on my next order means nothing because I will never again place another order with a company which misleads people with offers that do not exist.

First of all, I would like to express my feelings about the excessive amount that QVC charges for shipping and handling. AND, If you purchase multiple of the same item, they charge you full amount for each and every item you order. They very much over-charge their customers on this. Also, returns to QVC are also ridiculous. The only time you get free returns is if you have the item sent back to you in a different size or color. Lots of times you do not like the item after you receive it, so this costs you double the amount of freight to get it back to QVC. Both of these are totally unfair to us customers.

I have ordered from QVC for years. Well now I tried to order a MacBook. They charged my account twice. It was an easy pay order. I called and got them to credit the additional charge. They told me the order would arrive by the 26th. I got no tracking info or email saying it had shipped. I called twice and they said it was on schedule to deliver.

Called back today because still nothing and they have had my money for about a week. I am told that someone related to me owes them and I cannot order anything any longer. I have a long history of ordering and paying in full with no problems. How does a company operate like this? Since when are you punished for the sins of another that you have nothing to do with? No one gets denied credit because of someone else’s actions. And besides that I can’t even have the order that I paid for in full. They shipped it out then notified UPS to return it on the day it was supposed to be delivered. They still have my money for that. And oh it will be 7-10 days. This is unbelievable. I am so mad. I’m livid.

I will never order from QVC again. They canceled my MacBook Air order and closed my account without even telling me. I was beyond confused because I tried to log into my account this morning to check the order status of the MacBook Air 11" that was on sale Monday (02/19/18) and I could not log into my account. I honestly was going to let it go, thinking that my phone was being stupid or something; however, my twin sister (WHO ALSO BROUGHT THE MACBOOK AIR) could not log into her account either. I then decided to call customer service. I talked to THREE different people and all THREE weren’t helpful at all. The first person transferred me to the wrong extension, the second person hung up on me AFTER BEING EXTREMELY RUDE, and the third person said that corporate takes care of canceling the orders, I don't.

I asked for corporate's number and she had the nerve to say that they didn’t have the number to corporate. WHAT?! All I wanted was an explanation to WHY my order was canceled without MY knowledge. Mind you the money was already pending in my bank account and they refused to give me and my sister the MacBook Airs that we rightfully ordered with our own money. I honestly would have been fine if someone were to email me asking to verify my information and that I indeed made the purchase and I would have responded. For QVC to flat out cancel my sister and I's order without letting us know was incredibly disrespectful. I am beyond frustrated with the customer service that I had experience this morning because each person I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional. I work in customer service and I would NEVER act the way they acted to a customer.

I've been doing business with QVC for at least 14 years and I give them an A+! QVC products are great. Their customer service is wonderful. If an item does not work as they say it will or it's defective, returns are totally free. If it's my fault that I ordered the item and didn't like it, I pay for the return and the shipping costs are very fair. If they had charged shipping, I pay that but that is not 'their' fault. There is no better place to buy things... and I buy a lot because I'm disabled. QVC rates A+ with me and always has.

Just once I ordered something and they fouled up my order and apologized for that. Where else can you try things out for at least 30 days and return them with no questions asked, even if worn and laundered? I don't know what I'd do without QVC honestly - and it's frustrating to see all these complaints. What I read here on this site sounds ridiculous. Many times customers are just not very fair, in my opinion. I'd tell them, "Buy elsewhere - and you will see that QVC is the best place." I do check to see what Amazon sells the item for but almost always, QVC wins out. Amazon is great to read the product reviews. I never buy from HSN.

I buy EVERYTHING from QVC and Amazon. QVC charges WAY TOO MUCH for their returns. If the item is on Easy Pay I spend more for the item than I was charged in the first place. Their new policy of charging $3.00 for the initial shipping charge on EACH item of clothing is better but I still pay $12.00 for 4 tee shirts that weigh almost nothing! And again, when I return an item it costs me $7.00 for EACH item I return if I return one item! I understand they need to charge for restocking but I usually send them back unopened especially when I have ordered the same item in different colors or sizes. I eat the cost myself for most items I have opened! When the item is larger or weighs more than the shipping and returns are exorbitant!

Ordered an item online, didn't receive it or any notification until I couldn't wait any longer and called. A customer representative, Tina (may be a fake name) with last name she would not disclose, who claimed herself as the senior representative and the only sales representative I could speak to, told me that: My order got cancelled. Unknown verification reason from the corporate. They are very sorry but there is no information they were told regarding the order cancellation. There is nothing she could do to help me (seems re-order will not be an option in any way). The item is a high value item ($345) so once they feel anything wrong they would cancel the order. Her name is personal, can't be disclosed, and she can't send email, explanation for any tracking record.

Called second time after 10 min expecting to have a more useful representative, a girl tried to help to reactivate the account by verifying everything again and told me that she would request a free expedite shipping for the item when it's reactivated. I asked her to send me a confirmation of the status and let me have a record, she asked my email. 30 min after the phone call, nothing was received.

Called the third time, got a representative who was just like Tina, but a little bit more polite, and didn't call herself a senior representative. She said my email has problem, and that's the reason why I didn't receive cancellation notice for the order. And she said the account has been closed, so I can't receive any email from them. And there is no record of any activities from what I was promised during the second phone call. At this point, I only wanted to cancel the order and make sure I will not be charge if there's any chance the expedited requested order ever got placed.

I asked if there's anyone else I could talk to and to clarify my concerns. Another woman who claimed to be the supervisor told me nothing from the second call would go through because there was verification problem. This woman didn't care what the content was about and what information I provided for their "verification", she just wanted to let me know that my order didn't go through, and will not go through regardless how many times I try to contact them.

I tried to explain to her the situation and asked if to re-place the order can be a solution, and I didn't think she care to listen or solve the problem, she just wanted to turn away any customer as they really can't do anything to solve the problem... which is simply just get the order placed. I had no choice but confirm that the order didn't get through and the request will not be approved, and the card will not be charge. I turned away and purchased the item elsewhere and hopefully will receive it tomorrow.

Example- I ordered 2 pair lodging sets for around the house or running an errand. The material was so thin. I called first to make sure I wouldn't be charged twice for shipping since they came in one bag. They told me NO just once. Well I was charged 4 times for shipping- the reason I called first was it wouldn't be worth it for me to send back- I could of kept and used for painting my house... Purchased a Samsung 33" Smart Tv from QVC for our daughter for Christmas. When opened, we found it was NOT a smart tv. I had sent a snapshot from my phone of the original listing that indeed said 32" LCD Smart Tv. Checked website, TV was no longer listed as a smart tv. No problem, they have a great return policy and we can fix this. No! Took a day off from work. After scheduling a USPS pick up and no one showed. Called QVC at 8pm to find out why and they said that I never ordered a pick up. I told them I had an email confirming the pickup request including a confirmation number. Then I offered to forward it to them if he could tell me where to send it. He responded that wouldn't do any good and all he could do was put in another request for pick up and hope they show this time?!! Seriously?

I asked if there was someone I could talk to about this mistake as it was going from bad to worse on QVC's end. I told him I knew it wasn't his fault but as a business was owner, I would want to know if stupid mistakes were being made and affecting some of my best clients. He replied that he was the only one that I could talk to and there was nothing that could be done further. No apology, no empathy, and ZERO accountability as a representative of QVC. In short, I will no longer give my $$ to a retailer who not only doesn't care about their customers, but also assumes zero responsibility in their errors. Customer LOST.

I was on their website looking at Gifts baskets, order was placed in error and charged my card - I went to my account and cancelled it right away and even called QVC to let them know there was something wrong with the website, I did not hit the order button. Customer service Rep said they would inform the IT department about this issue and I would receive refund in 3 days. No refund in 3 days- I called again and spoke to a supervisor and she sent an email she says to the Corporate office to get released within 24 hours. She told me the first person I spoke to did not do the paperwork needed to get refund and still no refund! QVC, I seen other reviews with the same issue - How can you do this to your customers? I called today and there are no supervisor available to talk with. I will not be using QVC ever again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I am a single mom of 2 and on a very tight budget, but of course I still wanted my children to have a great Christmas, no thanks to QVC though. I placed an order for my children's christmas gifts only to have QVC cancel it with no notification or anything, I had to find out by logging in and seeing cancelled next to the items I was so sure would be here in time for Christmas, when I tried to contact the office they kept transferring me to some President's office where they keep you on hold for 10 minutes then ask you to leave a voicemail, which I have left 4 and NEVER received a phone call back.

The customer service team are trained to not give out their corporate number (if they're a reputable company why wouldn't they want this information shared???). I am now stuck with no money for Christmas gifts because I have to wait for my bank to release the funds that QVC initially took out!! This company is very unprofessional and a complete ripoff! I would not recommend anyone to order from this place especially if you're expecting your items for something special!

I rarely shop on QVC but a link on Google looking for certain items brought me there. I was surprised to see some pretty good prices so I purchased 2 pairs of sterling earrings and 2 pairs of Sherpa lined socks. The shipping and handling was $3 for each item. I don't understand that when multiple items are bought (4 in this case), they don't discount shipping. Today is 12/16 and I've ordered from multiple sites today and nobody charged me a shipping premium to guarantee arrival by Christmas, but QVC did! They charged me an extra $3 per item, bringing my total shipping to $24 for 2 pairs of earrings and 2 lined socks! I could have fit all 4 items in a USPS flat rate, priority mail box to arrive in 3 days for less than $7 but they charged $24!

Well, against my better judgement (I should have cancelled the entire order but I already wasted an hour online), I cancelled the socks and kept the earrings. So I'm paying $12 to ship 2 pairs of earrings to arrive in 8 days! How insane is that! Taking advantage of the public and I will NEVER waste my time shopping w/ QVC again! They offer a sale but then make back the discount they offer on the product in shipping/handling charges! For $20 and change I could have gone to Kohl's and paid less money for sterling earrings! I've already purchased sterling at Kohl's this holiday and they're a cheaper price than buying thru QVC. I placed the order thinking I was only paying $12.50 per each pair of earrings and would up paying over $18! I'm done w/ QVC!

Then the product was damaged in transit and I was told that I would be sent another one. Then I was given the tracking number from a QVC representative which was bogus. Call and call with UPS and they delivered the package with that tracking number. It was a gold necklace from Zales Jewelers from someone else in another city. I contacted you yet as to come retrieve it so that that person would get their Christmas gift.

I called QVC again to confirm that that was the correct tracking number that they had given me and it was... The same number on the sales package. I call again to QVC and they tell me they will send me an another package of the Je Ne Sais Quoi IT Cosmetics. I wait for over a week every day waiting after a week and nothing. I call QVC today customer service. Nothing has been sent to me and it is no longer in stock and they made no effort to secure this for me again.

In all fairness I have traded with QVC for over 20 years. There have been slight hitches along the way but they were rare and they were fixed. This is not like the company... not my experience of it. This was disastrous. I'm a very busy teacher and I have made endless phone calls to track down their mistake. They need to amend this some way. UPS also knew that it was not their error but that of QVC. They have no business telling someone that they're sending out a package and then it's not even recorded in the computer that they have done so but I do record my phone calls. This was a mess!!!

I am very disappointed in QVC. I had never ordered from them before but decided I wanted to get my son an iPad as his big present for Christmas. I looked on QVC and found a bundle deal that came with an iPad, keyboard, charger and carrying case. I thought it was a good deal. As a single mom of two I am usually a little tight on money and around the holidays it can be even more stressful and money is a little tighter than usual, so because of this I placed my order on the website using Easy Pay. Two days later I get an email that my order has been cancelled. I called customer service, concerned it might be some kind of fraud and they inform corporate closed my account. I was shocked and asked why or how they could since I have never ordered before and my first payment went through on my account.

The customer service lady informed me that another member of my family in the past had a past due balance. This family member has a different address, phone number and credit card number as me. Only thing we have in common is our last name, but because of that they canceled my order, closed my account and said I will never be able to order from QVC. On top of all the frustration they have a hold on my account of the amount of the first payment and are saying it could be 7 days before they release the hold on my funds. Due to them holding the funds I cannot order another iPad for my son and by the time they release the hold in 7 days it will be too close to Christmas for me to place an order somewhere else to receive an iPad in time for Christmas morning.

I was so excited to see my sons face on Christmas and because of QVC he will not get the one thing he really wanted this Christmas. I called corporate and asked them how they could even hold something against me just because of my last name and the man I spoke to just said “that’s our policy, there is nothing I can do”. I am beyond frustrated and disgusted with QVC and will be telling all friends, family or anybody that will listen to not ever order from them. Shame on you QVC!

Within the past month I have placed six orders with QVC. All was well until this morning; I placed an order for a laptop last night, and even paid to have expedited shipping. This morning the status of the order says canceled and, when I attempt to view my other orders, orders that I have already received, I am taken to the login page, where my email address is not recognized and I am treated as a new customer. I cannot even view my orders to see my upcoming Easy Pay installments. This is just ridiculous. This has happened twice in the past and am always told that this is due to past due Easy Pay installments. Though I KNOW that I have never had past due installments, I have now paid the same charges twice (three times if the original payment is counted.)

So why would my account be fine for the previous six orders but suddenly not for this order? Reading the complaints of other consumers makes me aware that this is not only an issue that I have had with QVC, but that so many others are having as well. I have emailed customer service but, as I know this will be pointless, I have emailed to addresses found on the corporate website, and also sent them a link to view numerous complaints against their company and their laughable "customer service."

And now possibly enemies of our country have my actual physical address and name to go with all the rest of the data that's been stolen. I contacted QVC with my concern and was told I was not normal because I'm a disabled veteran nobody is concern with that. Obviously they think the US population is dumb and won't mind because it was a good deal I guess... But I was misled by QVC in thinking they actually had the computers already here in USA in a warehouse. It wasnt until after a delay in delivery they changed my delivery date two days before it supposed to arrive. Thats when I found out they were selling direct from the factory in China sending them a big list of address and names as shipping labels.

Beware buying from QVC. They will give out your address if shipping direct from a foreign factory and won't let you know until afterwards and only if you check the tracking. For some reason they don't want people to know. Was told it’s just the way they do business!! I am a disabled veteran. I deserved better treatment of my security and safety from a company doing business here in USA. Being told it's just the way we do business just isn't good enough anymore. Everyone was polite in telling me I wouldn't get any resolutions though so I guess I will have that and have to cross my fingers and hope nothing comes of it... It was the most polite middle finger I've ever gotten. But still the middle finger…

QVC is selling false hope to people. They are saying things like if your child's car dies in the middle of nowhere that there will be no problem because they have this device. QVC is aware that this product is not reliable. In my opinion this product should be recalled. I purchased the HALO car charger for my spouse as a gift last Christmas. He took care of it with pride. He would bring it in when it got cold or hot outside. He would also charge it according to instructions. He loved his gift... Till he tried to use it.

A woman at the grocery store couldn't get her car to start. My spouse was more than happy to offer his services with the help of halo... To no avail!!! The halo would not charge the car! He was so embarrassed. Then he was ticked. When he got home I called halo. They told me to send mine in and they would send back refurbished. I sent it in with the flawless box and accessories. Keep in mind this was never even used before, not counting the one time he tried. What we got in return added insult to injury. We got a scratched up unit thrown in a box without accessories!!! And the packing material was dirty!!! I called and they said they would contact the shipping department.

I don't believe for one minute this situation will end well. Look at all the low reviews. This is a shameful product and an even more shameful company. I have had better customer service on eBay. This company wants you to think you will be safe when you are out in the middle of nowhere and your car dies... Beware I am not the only one to find this to be untrue! Hundreds of others have had the same experience with similar stories. Shame on QVC for selling a product that professes to be a safety net when you need it most that in the end will leave you stranded. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at QVC. It is sad to end this way but when a consumer sees that the QVC's bottom line is money over their customers safety...

They suggested we return the tree and order a new one. They said money would be going back onto our card as soon as the tree was picked up. It wasn't. We ordered a new tree that evening, then read more reviews on the tree. All negative. We tried to cancel the tree, since it wouldn't be shipped until four to five days. They refused to issue a refund and cancel the tree, citing that it was "too late," even though they were still in possession of the tree in their warehouse.

So now we are out the money for the old tree, as well as for the new tree, which we do not want. They said we can return the new tree at our expense and then they would refund the money after they received it back, essentially tying up funds for TWO trees, one which is on its way to QVC's garbage and one on its way to our house, which we do not want to take a chance on. Last time we order from this company. They used to have such good customer service back in the 1990s. My how things have changed. Their people honestly do not care.

I was waiting for item to ship when I checked the next day I couldn't log in to my account and so I contacted customer service because it just said error and I hadn't got anything from them not a call or email or text so I assumed it was a technical problem.

When I chatted online with customer service they said that my order and account was canceled because there was an overdue account at that address from a while ago and that it wasn't settled. I explained that we just moved in May of 2017 and the previous tenant was evicted that we had a lease to prove this and that I had never heard of such a thing before in my life and why they wouldn't contact us by phone or email to let us know what was going on or how to rectify this? She was no help and ended the chat with saying she would pass a message along but it probably wouldn't help because this was common practice?

I immediately contacted our attorney because I had never heard of being associated with someone else's debt by an address even with proof you have not known or associated with that person before, he said they didn’t send an email because it’s not legal to do that and that unless it’s in the terms of easy pay somewhere I could prove wrongful intent and false advertising on their part. I chose to wait on that because it’s all just absurd to be honest.

You would think that such a large company would have better customer service. The whole reason we chose to buy from them was because we wanted to try out easy pay after his mother and father have used it for over 25 years and buy all their meats from them and we don't use credit cards except for ones through our bank period, we are very protective over our credit and refuse to open accounts anywhere else.

We pay all our bills ahead of time or on time and this was so disrespectful to us because we always pay our bills. I did inform my in laws about this and our fellow colleagues and friends because this is such bad business on their part. To just assume we are not intelligent enough to know that this was not fair business practices and not contact a lawyer to hear our rights or give feedback on every site on the Internet and word of mouth to everyone we know. I’m friends with several bloggers and YouTube reviewers as well who are just as shocked as I am about this and are awaiting my ok to go forward with this story on their platforms as well. She tells me that they don't allow Easy Pay on this particular card. I asked her why they had they shipped me two other items just recently on Easy Pay and why did they charge my card for this item if it was not allowed.

Here is the thing, I had to call them to find out why the item I had not shipped. They never bothered. They canceled the order without explaining why. (AND said I did it.) I would have changed to a different card. Now QVC has a hold on my card which the extremely rude CS agent said should have been released after 24 hours (2 weeks ago). So I called customer service, and yes I am a type A personality and the president of a company I built but never the less the CS proceeds to tell me that the account is blocked because of a balance on my wife's account that they associated with mine. I told him that this was due to a return she never received credit for and that not only that, you cannot hold my account liable (ie blocking it) for a balance from another even if she is my wife, I mean this is an open account not implied contract theory gees.

I told the CS that, "The debt you say she owes the statute of limitation has run-out, however, if you would just look into it you should have a record of the merchandise return and part for the course they have yet to care and look into the matter is why I created the account for her because they cannot get this issue resolved". I go on to say, "I don't give two ** about QVC but my wife likes it so I am trying to straighten this out". Now keep in mind at this point I am not really upset. I just want to get it fix but he makes the cardinal mistake of telling me if I use profanity again he will terminate the call. Are you kidding me, when did two ** become a taboo lol, it's not like I was angry at him and calling him names. However the more this guy talked it became apparent to me he was more concerned about my two ** comment than helping me so in a bit of infuriation I told him to go ** himself and hung up.

Public Profanity has been and is held by the United States Supreme Court as free speech. Now that is not to say QVC doesn't have the right as a private company to enact certain policies against profanity but they do this at their own par-rel because "One man's vulgarity is another's lyric." Cohen v. Cali. 403 U.S. 15, 25 (1971) meaning they isolate their customer base. However, they do not have that right to hold one person liable for another's debt regardless of the reason and for that reason I reported QVC to the Federal Trade Commission which they are no stranger to. Denver lawyer David ** has said, "The First Amendment lives in a rough neighborhood and if you can't stand the neighborhood move to China... or somewhere the First Amendment does not exist".

I have complained to customer service as well as the president of QVC which a staff of his by the name of Janice express that there was nothing that could or can be done. (Frustrated.) Refused to be charged twice for my items.

On Friday afternoon, I placed an order with QVC for two 27-inch HP computer monitors, one for myself and one for my husband, utilizing the easy pay option. This was my very first time placing an order with QVC. Last night when I checked my order status, everything looked perfectly fine and normal and they both said they were processing and showed an estimated delivery date. Well, this morning when I tried to log in to check the order status, it made me create a whole new account as if it was my very first time on their website. So, I created a new account once again using the same information that I had used on Friday to create an account. When I logged in after doing that, both of my orders were gone. They had totally disappeared! I tried searching for the order numbers and nothing was found.

I then went on their customer service chat to find out what was going on and I was told that due to "previous unpaid easy pay orders" with my information, my orders had been canceled and my account had been closed. WHAT?!? Neither myself or my husband have EVER ordered anything from QVC before! I informed them of this and I was told that someone at our address had easy pay purchases that they never finished paying on. My husband and I have lived in this house for almost 10 years and NOBODY has ever placed an order with these people before. The woman at QVC told me that it could have been whoever owned the house before us, even though that was nearly a decade ago.

I then asked, "So, you are telling me that because someone who lived at our address before us 10+ years ago owes you people money, so you are refusing to do business with us???" She said, "Yes." I'm sorry, but that is ILLEGAL!!! You can't refuse somebody the opportunity to make purchases based on an entirely different person owing money, especially from as long as 10+ years ago! That is against the consumer credit protection laws and I WILL be reporting this to the Attorney General Consumer Credit Protection Division as well as the Better Business Bureau. In the meantime, I am taking my business to HSN! After reading through some of these complaints, I see that this is a very common occurrence with QVC and they need to be held accountable for their illegal and unethical business practices!

I have been with QVC for over 20 years and their policies have changed a lot. The host(s) try very hard to sell you items that you could buy at Bed Bath and Beyond and other department stores which I will be going to from now on. The only exclusive item in QVC is just the color. When you return an item(s) and you use their postage not only are you NOT REFUND that amount but the shipping and handling that they charged you in the first place to send the item(s) out to you and they say it is legal.

Also when they say free exchange. Well you need to call them to let them know that you are exchanging the item you purchase because apparently when you fill out the return/exchange form they can't seem to read. I will no longer purchase any product from QVC because they have become crooks on TV and they seem to get away with it. Also you don't need the original package to send an item back. They try very hard to sell you items on QVC that we probably don't really need. I used to like them when the original host(s) were there some 10 years ago. Now they have just some people I do not want to deal with anymore. - Thank you.

Yeah, you took care of it, Following day, double payments get charged to my card and I now have 7 easy pays instead of the 6. This sums it up. Theft, you stole payments from my account you were not authorized for. Fraud, you added an easy pay to my bill that is charging me an extra payment of almost $200. The false advertisement you advertised 6 easy pays and charged me 7 easy pays. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at QVC anymore. Tomorrow I will be calling my lawyer.

I had an Easy Pay account with QVC and had several Easy Pays due. I ran behind and they closed my account in the Spring of 2016. I understand that. In April 2016, they began taking the Easy Pays out of my bank account again, they took a total of $500 from April, 2016, until August, 2017 at which time I was able to reopen my account with them. Since I was able to shop again, it appeared to me that everything was paid off. Not so. They sent the Easy Pays to a collection agency, despite the fact that they continued to take money from my bank account. A total of $550 to be exact. The collections agency refuses to accept the copy of my bank statement as proof (Since they closed my account, the payments do not show up on QVC anywhere). When I call QVC and ask for collections, I am told that I cannot talk to a human and to write to them in PA.

I have been going through this for 3 months. Collection agency demanding payment for money that QVC has already taken out of my account. But yet it is impossible to talk to QVC to get confirmation and real proof of the payments. I suppose I could write to my bank but they would have to do a charge-back to dispute them. Since they are paid, I don't want that. I just want to be able to TALK TO A HUMAN AT QVC and get confirmation of the $500 in payments they have taken from my bank account so I can get this out of collections. What do I do??? I want to buy a house and need to get this fixed before I apply for my mortgage. This is outrageous.

If not, no big deal. That was Wednesday. Thursday I got an order confirmation but my bank account was charged the full amount. Was about to call them when I got a second order confirmation email. I called them and told them I did NOT order 2. I only ordered 1 and it was supposed to be on Easy Pay. They said they cancelled the second. Then I got two more order confirmation. So I called them again.

By then, they had taken over $220.00 out of my checking account!!! I called them AGAIN. They can't give my money back... I had to go to my bank. So I went to my bank and they told me QVC has to fix this so I called them AGAIN. This is day 5. QVC "fixed" my original order to be Easy Pay and put $40 back in my account. HOWEVER, THEY STILL HAVE $160.00 OF MY MONEY!!! I can't get anyone to help get my money back on those 3 cancelled orders! I am SO DONE WITH QVC!!!

I have been a loyal customer when QVC was CVN. This is the final time QVC will close my account. I have for the past five months, sent Q Card/Sym-phoney ** Bank checks each month totaling $700 plus dollars. QVC apparently sent me to some grimey ** collection where the employees can't speak English and definitely don't have the correct information. They didn't even have my name spelled correctly on the letter they sent me and when they had the audacity to call my house, they mispronounced my name and didn't have the correct address which I was not going to correct.

I called QVC to find out why would they send me to collection with the money I was sending them every month. The stupidvisor had the mitigating gall to tell me QVC didn't send me to collection, it was Symphony Bank and I immediately call that phony bank and asked to speak to their supervisor in accounting. She stated it was not them but QVC. I informed her that my attorney will find out who is responsible and the State and Federal Attorney General Offices will be notified because QVC has done this before on some real **.

If you return their garbage back to them too many times, they close your account and anyone related to you even if it's a relative you don't even know. If you just so happened to move to an address where the prior tenants reside there before you and didn't pay QVC money owed, QVC will punish you by closing your account. Don't ever put another credit card on file with this crooked company, QVC (which stands for Quit Violating Consumers) because they will transfer flex pays on that card without your consent and you will be paying twice for the same merchandise.

They did this to my Discover Card and it took me one year to pay them off with QVC merchandise. QVC never credited me my money and now again they closed my account after I received a new Q card with the same number and $5.00 spendable cash. I also got the statement last week as well with over $300 available spending. I went to order a Jim Shore snowman to find out the account was closed until the pin number was verified. The stupidvisor was supposed to call me back in 4 hours on Friday, 8/25/17, instead a dumb ** called me Saturday to tell me my account is closed because I didn't pay outstanding flex pays of $480.00 when I had to have been paying for the past 5 months over $3500.

Can some of these idiots get a damn GED (good enough diploma) and learn how to add and subtract. If you subtract $480 from $3500, obviously I should have paid that $480. But QVC as felonious and grimey as they are will stoop to any fraudulent level just to get extra money out of consumers. Let it be known that QVC is still selling Chaz destroy your hair products even with the class action lawsuits filed against him. I too lost my hair using his products. Never again!

So to all Consumer dealing with this company, when you feel you have been bamboozled by QVC, get in contact with your State and Federal Attorney General Offices and put these crooks on notice that they will be held accountable for messing with consumers credit worthiness with the garbage they sell and have the nerve to close your account because you send them back their garbage. Don't take their ** anymore!

I used to adore watching QVC even if I didn't always buy anything. I have been a customer of theirs for more than 14 years. They always make a point of saying how honest they are - unfortunately not true. Their main selling comment is "If you aren't happy you can always send it back." I now know why. Recently I bought a pair of earrings which I have no problem with. The postal charge was £3.95. I actually sell quite a lot on e-Bay and I know that a parcel which can weigh up to 2kg and be in a box 45cm long costs £2.90 second class. The earrings arrived in a flimsy little plastic bag - no box, no wrapping, second class, unsigned for. I was so annoyed I returned the earrings (weighing 30 grams) in exactly the same packaging. The cost £0.76p!!!

I was furious and sent the receipts to QVC proving the cost difference but they didn't refund any of the postage. I tried to post feedback on their website about the cost of the P&P to warn other buyers but QVC refused to post it even though they constantly claim that they post all feedback good and bad. How can QVC keep claiming how honest they are when clearly they are not. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth and is very upsetting.

I opened my most recent statement from Synchrony Bank and discovered it was not delinquent. I contacted QVC and was told that my Qcard would not accept easy payments on some items, so they, QVC, opened another account, without my knowledge. I have never received a statement for that account and when I called QVC on 8/1/17, I was told someone would return my call within 4 hours.

This morning I again called QVC and was told a supervisor would have to call me back. I refused and went on FB where I wrote a scathing review. I was contacted by some idiot at QVC asking for my account number. Thinking it was a private message (it sure looked like one and most people would pm when asking for that kind of information), I gave it to them. I was then informed by someone that I really shouldn't be putting this information on FB as it was going out to the world. I was horrified. I called Synchrony Bank and closed my account immediately.

I am now concerned about my private information being used against me and all the ramifications of what that means. So, besides putting my private information on FB, QVC apparently opened another account where they could charge my items WITHOUT TELLING ME. That is grossly illegal and if necessary I will turn this matter over to the AG of Az.

I was one of their most valued customers and received many promotions because of that. When the economy took a dump, my husband lost his job and we were forced to file Chapter 13 five years ago. Our bankruptcy is about to be discharged within the next few months. I applied for and was approved for a new Q card. When I made a purchase through QVC's website it initially went through. I checked the status the following morning and couldn't find the order anywhere in my order history.

I called customer service and was told that my account had been permanently closed. I asked for a corporate phone number and was told "there is none." I am very angry because I was a loyal customer for years who purchased quite a bit of their high end jewelry, and am hurt that a company could treat their customers in this manner. We paid back EVERY creditor by filing Chapter 13, and QVC is the ONLY retailer who has discriminated against me because of this. We will be following up with our attorney to see whether or not we can take legal action against them. How you be approved for a Q Card and then be told by the retailer that you aren't allowed to shop there??

QVC is real quick to use email to market and to notify you about shipping, but I wasn't expecting to receive the CANCELLED items so I didn't worry about not receiving the notifications. The following Saturday I went to the grocery store and had my card declined. I was mortified and disturbed as to what was going on. This used to be a company I was proud to shop with. And I am ashamed and angry to speak its name. For being taken advantage of with my money, my time, my emotional well being. A business has never negatively affected me more.

I filed for Chapter 13 last year and I had a Q Card that was part of the bankruptcy. And now they refuse to sell to me, even though I am paying with my debit card, same as cash. No risk to them. I can still order from other places where I had their credit card and still purchase. I think it's terrible to discriminate. Besides with Chapter 13 they are being repaid.

I have been a loyal customer of QVC for years until March 2017. I ordered a birthday gift for my husband. I wait for weeks with no updates from qvc. I finally chat with customer service and they give me a number to contact another company to schedule shipping. After that, I take off work to sit home and wait on my item to be delivered and qvc decides to cancel my order. So now, no bday gift for my husband, I missed work, and all qvc has to say is sorry. Never ordering from them again.

The website and a live rep tell me 3/17... since we are already several days past that, clearly it is not accurate and there is no attempt to help! It also came with Farmacy Sleep Tight Night Balm and I love that too. I could not get into Julep. It has no rich, thick coat to it and the Peter Thomas Roth Irish Moor Mud I have not tried yet so cool. I think I am in the market for Bye Bye Under Eye for sure and argan oil is a hit with me.

It was not out of stock and the color was not out. Customer Service could not tell me why it had not shipped out. So I canceled it. Again I ordered underwear. It's at my post office, out for delivery. QVC shipping process is the worst I have seen. I have ordered during Christmas from Macy's and Amazon and QVC. QVC is by far the worst shipping. After reading other reviews, seems like the issue I am dealing with, is a common problem. I have been ordering with QVC for almost 10 years or so. I recently ordered a power washer because the price was $50 less than in stores. I frequently use easy pay or pay in full for items, just depends. Never missed a payment. I logged in today to check the tracking of my recent purchase and my account info was WIPED out completely! They have no explanation other than my new address is the same as a customer who owes them money. And is no relation to me. I am a renter and just moved in February.

Now I cannot access any of my account history or current easy pay order status. I also frequently pay my easy pay orders early and off in full. I call customer service and they have no record of me!!! This is scary especially if I need to return something. Of course the charge for the recent item I ordered is still sitting on my credit card. I guess I will have to call my bank to discuss options. I am so upset about this.

So, when they say "Love it or return in 30 days, no questions asked" they mean "return it and we'll just charge you a minimum of $9.95". I have bought many items trying to see what color I like or what style I like, not realizing that when I buy 5 of something and return 4 of them, I'm being charged over $20 to return them. I call them, they sent to collections, so I set up my payment arrangements thinking ok that it all I owe on the EZ pays. NO. I go to look at my bank account and see 10 charges from QVC.

I call them, they say I owe NOTHING. I said "really then why are you taking money from my account." The representative had no clue. I call the bank, I told him I am puzzled how they even took money, because I had lost my debit card and had not changed it yet on my QVC account. He checked and said they can just get it from the bank. He told me to wait a few days, maybe the charges will go away, or maybe they will provide item or order numbers. Meanwhile QVC won't tell me a thing and won't let me look at my account.

I ordered a large fireplace 2 months ago. It was defective. It had 2 right planks instead of a left and right which exposed all hardware on left side. I contacted QVC as this package weighs over 150 lbs and came in 500 pieces. I was unable to repack it. Originally, I was told they would contact manufacturer and have the right piece sent so I discarded packaging. I trusted them. 2 weeks later after no word, I contacted them and they had no record of the original call. Shocked and disgusted as this fireplace was over $500. I asked for a supervisor to call me because the 2nd rep told me the piece could not be replaced. Now let's remember that it has a 30 return policy and I have wasted over 2 weeks.

Several days later a supervisor calls me and tells me they don't have any more of the fireplaces in stock or he would send me a whole one to take whatever part I wanted out of and return. So at this point, there is nothing I can do short of disassembling and repacking and returning. I asked for a credit for the damaged item, as I have photos, and I was told they couldn't do that. They gave me a number to the 'manufacturer' and told me I might have better luck with that. Guess what??? The number was to an electrical supplier and had nothing to do with my fireplace. I am so upset by their refusal to help me and make the sale good. My fireplace is damaged and I paid full price for it, what is right with that???

Fast forward to today, when they took the February Easy Pay for the damaged fireplace out of my account TWICE!!!~ I was told this morning their finance department would call my credit union to have the 2nd erroneous charge hold released. I waited all day, as I have 2 checks coming through that could possibly be returned NSF, and I called my credit union who stated nobody had contacted them. If they had provided documentation, the funds on hold would have been immediately released. I called QVC back, and the new rep helping me said my account was closed. Then said she found my account under my number and I had never ordered from QVC. Wrong!

After 10 minutes of insanity, she finally found it. Told me what I had been told earlier was incorrect. Also told me QVC would not reimburse me NSF fees. I am done with QVC. I will NEVER purchase from them again. 5 years ago they were amazing and sadly that just isn't the case anymore. I don't think they have a right to do either of the things they did to me and if I had the money and energy I would pursue legal channels to hold them accountable. Instead, I will move on with a bad taste in my mouth and warn other consumers.

I needed to update my credit card for an upcoming purchase on October 5, 2016. So, I called back to give QVC my new credit card number. 'Rod' answered and took the new credit card information. He said, "It's not going through." He tried a few times, and then said, "It's not working." I said, "Please repeat the card number." He said he couldn't, but he could write it down. So, I gave it to him again. This time he asked for the security code on the back, which he had not asked for before. So, now he had my credit card number written down and the security code. He then put me on hold for a very long time.

While I was waiting I went online to my credit card account and then called someone from Capital One as well. There was nothing on the account, nor had anyone tried to put a purchase through. Rod came back and said the hold would be longer that he was trying to work things out. What needed to be worked out? The credit card worked as per Capital One and we could have had a conference call if needed. I became very suspicious and told him to connect me to a manager. He said he would but then kept hitting the buttons on the phone. Luckily, the phone was away from my ear. Of course he never connected me to anyone. I asked him what the problem was that this was taking so long. By now, the phone call had been going on for quite some time.

He wouldn't answer except to say that my previous card had been declined. As I kept repeating, the reason it had been declined was that I needed to update the card with the new one, which was why I was calling. I repeated my question and he said the same thing over and over. I could also hear other call center employees laughing. Since he wouldn't give me a straight answer, and kept deflecting, I became very alarmed and suspicious of him. To add insult to injury, I sent a letter to corporate and no one replied for four months. Yet, they put on my account that they had called and left a message three times. There is no record of any calls from QVC, which I could easily prove in court with phone records.

No one had the decency to get back to me, nor to let me know that this was a matter for a supervisor. They just put on my file that they had called, when there was no evidence of any calls from QVC. Maybe they called a make-believe number? I also called QVC itself many times and no one alerted me to the fact that a supervisor for the call center could handle the issue. So, it has been FOUR months since October 5, 2016. It is now February 6, 2017. Today, after four months, I FINALLY got a call back from a supervisor who said she would handle the issue. It's too little, too late. I've had to stay alert now to any fraud on my card. The entire experience was stressful and alarming. I will NEVER shop at QVC again. Buyer, beware of their 'customer service'.

    Reviewed Dec. 30, 2016

I am hoping to validate the problems so many have here, as I am having, as told to me by two reps. They are having terrible problems from redoing their website, all manner of technical issues, wrong orders, no orders, duplicates, carts, orders disappearing, along with the rudest representatives ever encountered anywhere, who now wrote, refuse to let you speak to a supervisor, none are ever available! I am most grateful to the great young women who tried to, and did, help me to a degree, who informed me of these problems going on for many months, naturally magnified during xmas ordering! As it seems they have blamed others here for their errors. My God sending out a king sized bed V. A twin to store, denying any responsibility, likewise for their not recording payments, or charging for items not sent.

This also has affected their so-called big sales, flash sales, etc. during which my entire cart disappeared, causing me to miss the deadline by 5 min. Trying to replace all the items in it. Over which the so rude chat rep gave no answers for, didn't offer to still give me the sale prices, didn't answer my questions, except with she'll "pass that onto her supervisors", trying to hang up from the first sentence, then did. As others have. And just hung up. Despite these awful experiences, I began to place an order Nov. 11, 2016, before being informed of all the technical problems they were having. While trying to place my items in my cart, they wouldn't register, would have to keep trying to do until they eventually did show in the cart. Items said they were out of stock on the product pages one time, then 10 min. later were in stock, went thru to my cart.

Far too many glitches, strange happenings to list, with never an explanation as to why my complete cart was emptied out, nothing ever saved in the saved category. The cumbersome, stupid, process of limiting cart items, orders to 10 items max! Of them moving items from the cart to saved if not ordered within an hour! A ludicrous I think, pushy, belligerent policy to force instant purchases for their control, instant sales, not even allowing a customer to shop for a few hours, for huge orders. Common sense would dictate that they would want! As with the so-called "flash sale" only to put everything on easy pay, that I missed by 5 min. due to their emptying my cart out totally, having over 20 items total for $1500.00. I didn't order from their despicable error, followed by the rudest, most low life, chat rep.

Later told by another customer service rep that QVC honors the sale prices, or offers, in cases like mine, that I should have asked to speak to a supervisor who would have remedied the situation, which I had asked in fact, causing the rep to hang up on me! Needless to say they lost that $1500 order. My last attempt to order, was plagued by being sent at times to my supposed cart, that falsely said it was empty? I had to return to the item, then click on my cart again, to find the full cart from before! Only tonight, after many weeks of trying to resolve issues, was I told that I had two accounts!! Which never showed on my account page of course, having identical data as my only account that I was aware of, which they somehow registered as two accounts? With me of course oblivious to which of these account I had logged into, with the same password, email, phone, everything!!

Which is why at times I was sent to an empty cart, page, naturally, with no notice, or question about from QVC? Any other company would have merged them, asked me about, or just deleted it. Upon my last grueling order, I ordered a large pre-lit wire tree, 7' tall on clearance. This despite reading of many receiving defective ones on reviews, of course believing that surely I wouldn't receive a defective one as well. I also placed 3 pairs of pants and a makeup in my cart, placed the order. Then thinking of the hassle this was to have done, of all previous hassles, never having worn this brand of pants before, or having tried the makeup, I grew really concerned of how many defective clothing items I'd read of on QVC, of how they were grossly not the right size, even from different colors of the same style, pants in particular.

Reading far too many reviews of QVC not having any qc for their clothing with seeming defective lots at least half of the reviews, (printed, chosen by QVC). I went back a few hours later, and cancelled all these items, 3 pairs of pants, and the makeup, from just no confidence in what I may receive. I kept the tree on order, while I had successfully cancelled the rest in time, per the QVC notes on my account order page, all 5 items having "cancelled" written in bold red on the page! Originally I had started to order this same tree, but removed it from my cart. Never ordered until I put it back in later, then did order, with the 5 cancelled items. I got confirmation emails for the ordered tree, a gift, and 5 cancellation emails for the cancelled items. When I received the tree, a friend helped me take this huge thing out to check it before I gave it as a gift of course. Then lo and behold, this tree was broken!! It's wire electrical plug adapter was cut clean in half!!

So strangely, the same exact problem one reviewer or more had had with the tree they had received!! Could this be their returned tree - I wondered of course? Or, as is happening more and more now, some companies deliberately sell their known defective products, as "clearance" items! To take advantage of what business, retail journals, have published these last few years, as "the hidden profit center", which is the fact that over 80% of Americans never return the defective, or ILL fitting, items they've ordered online!! Sometimes the rate of non returns, to China especially, is as high as 95%, due to the high cost of doing so. With overall, americans saying "it's too big of a hassle", that "it costs too much", with men more likely than women to not return, and this is generally for items of $25 or less, depending on the finances of the buyer of course!

We can read on every website, especially Amazon, those with almost all Chinese goods. The Chinese seem to have mastered this "hidden profit center", with most people I know figuring it's a crap shoot to order from a Chinese company, to be prepared for a total loss, receiving defective junk that will cost at least $15.00 to return, laughably as many Chinese vendors demand, for them to receive the return within 14 days of receipt, though they need 4-8 weeks to send the items, an impossibility, requiring certified mail of course. Indeed, not worth the cost and hassle! With the Chinese sellers of this ilk, usually selling their wares for $25 or under and continue to freely, illegally "dump" products by the multimillions, on the US Via Amazon alone! That I, hundreds of others have terrible proof of.

Of course with most retail clothing, all manufacturers, having their products made in China, by totally unregulated plants, paying $1.00 a day in wages, and worse. They, the lower end manufacturers, sellers, never knowing what sizes or materials, quality of merchandise they'll receive with their orders, nobody doing qc, never suffer any great loss when they ship out ludicrously sized, of God knows what toxic MIX of materials, defective, torn, no matter, as they've paid so little to manufacture these items! The only "Victims" are the unaware buyers, who have the choice of returning these items, or trashing them, frequently the latter, only adding to the sellers' hidden profit center!

As I've read so many reviews on what once was a seeming quality company, ironically a so-called, "christian based" company I recall, QVC, of just such problems with no quality control, and growing anger at terrible customer service! Added to by the horrific technical problems I suffered, am suffering, as many here are victims of, that QVC takes no responsibility for, doesn't inform their customers of this major site overhaul causing cancelled, never received, or wrong orders, you name it. As of course I received this broken tree, I suspect had been a return already, there was obviously not even a cursory qc exam prior to shipping. The cut cord was very obvious without unpacking the tree totally. And if deliberately sent, of course risked a fire in the home of the buyer, or electric shock, if had been missed, one tried to plug this cut in half, cord in?

Then, before calling to request this be picked up, needing help as a disabled, 60 yr old woman, to repack this up and take out for pickup, which in fact caused me to fall and break my shoulder!! By a fluke I was checking my credit card bill and saw charges for every item that I had cancelled!!! This despite my account page showing in large red bold cancelled by each item, and receiving the 4 cancellation emails, they were charging me for these!!! I called them immediately, needing to be transferred to a representative above the standard ones, who showed no cancellations for the items, and worse, showed that the 3 pair of pants were delivered to me, which they were not. As well as the makeup I cancelled!!

Supposedly delivered to a "front door" which I basically don't have, have a never used side door, with all packages, as instructed on all sites, to be delivered to my actual front door, my patio, open for deliveries to be easily left inside, as all are. Our "side doors" in my complex, are never used as they're hidden from view, and things left without notification, like ringing our bell, are frequently stolen, nor do we even know that something is there. I never checked not expecting anything! So don't know if it was left or not. And post shoulder break, my neighbor did find the makeup I don't want stuck behind my mail slot. As I told QVC of, agreed to pay for only as I can't drive with broken shoulder to return!! And the first representative I spoke with credited me for the stuff not received, but the tree was not picked up twice.

The first time all their systems were down, to reach the post office, or to give me any kind of a tracking number, to find out if they were to pick up this tree, as I'M trying to call from the hospital one armed, post breaking my shoulder packing, helping carry it out. They told me to keep trying every couple hours, imagine from the hospital! The second rep I spoke to "Keith", I recorded his most belligerent, rude treatment, when I tried to confirm what they were still billing me for, had credited me for, as he insisted wrongly only two credits, and scolded me when he said the tree would be picked up on Thursday last, this was Tuesday. I had no expectation of when, had not requested any day, was angry that I said I think was credited 3 times, as only my credit card account I had to check, showed, not receiving anything from them of their supposed shipments, on the cancelled items, no notice of their false billing, grossly illegal!!

Still be kind, courteous to this jerk. Angry that I said there were three credits, he adamantly denied, though there were! I was never sent any emails of them having still placed these cancelled orders, of their fraudulently billing my card, of any credits, nor did any of this show up on my account pages anywhere. Illegal! Yet this belligerent jerk Keith, is being rude, belligerent to me, no apology for all their errors, fraudulently billing me, their defective tree, broken shoulder! Then of course, the tree awaiting pickup on my most visible, convenient patio, for the postal driver, they failed to pick it up on Thursday! For which I had to call again! On total physical agony! Asking for a supervisor, now seeing duplicate billing of my tree on my card account, nowhere else! And none was available of course! I had never called any of these people names, insults, or insulted God forbid QVC, for defrauding me, conducting illegal charges to my card!

As none of these reps showed any cancellations on my account, on their very site, I asked them to look at my account page - they wouldn't. Asked if they wanted copies of My 4 email cancellations - they didn't. With Keith, and this last horrible woman I spoke to, actually treating me as if I were lying about receiving the cancelled items they illegally supposedly sent me, and illegally billed me for!! Not even suggesting their hideous technical problems had caused this, or apologizing for my broken shoulder, their defective tree, not picking it up twice, not being able to even find out if it was to be picked up with their hones down all day! The now dozen hours minimum, just trying to speak with them, more hours on my credit card, the only way to see what in God's name they were charging me for!

For being blown off by two reps, each giving me wrong information, cutting me off as if I were taking their valuable time by questioning their wrong information! Unbelievable! This last woman, who denied no supervisors were available, actually lectured me on how to call supervisors to complain about these reps, one cutting me off when I asked to speak to one. Re: the sale cut off, empty cart, wrong info. From Keith, first as if don't have a broken shoulder, not supposed to be calling, making contortions I agony to write, with her telling me all the more hours I can, should expend over their terrible, rude, representatives, she actually made excuses for, as she dropped another bomb on me, telling me that it "had been sent", "Per my ordering, a second tree of the kind I did order"!!

Not daring to presume that this was more of their technical disaster, billing fraud, I was not clearly informed of, appeared nowhere on my account, was not sent any email confirming any order for, on this "second" account I had no idea of!! Which may have been insanely created by them with an absurd log in page that sent us to the create an account page, and asked us to fill in our data, as I did, as there were no further instructions, no log in protocol, just sent us in a circle telling us to continue to the next page, then return to the previous page! That she knew well of, that I had actually written to QVC to explain, to no response. Obviously with whomever developed this insane log in, never having tried it out, or any of management, until the complaints were overwhelming!! This per her, was my "creating a second account"!!

All ias she at least credited me for this second tree never received or ordered, always wording her remarks as if I indeed had placed these orders! Without a piece of paper to document, a piece of paper to inform me of these supposed orders, charges. Finally I told her that want to be sent a complete auditing of my account, what I had been charged for, credited for, the supposed dates of copies of my orders! A most common sense request as had nothing, documenting anything sent to me, billed to me, that she kept referring to in the vein of what a cheat, or fool that I was, of "orders you placed", of the "items you received"! So ignorant, insulting, it was unbelievable! And when I requested this audit of my account, as well as an explanation of how all this happened, she tells me, "well they aren't going to be able to tell you that because they don't know"!!

This ignoramus excusing the low life, belligerent, similar rudeness of the reps I complained about, giving me hours of instructions as to how to overcome their lying, cheating, wrong information, was to merely have a non available supervisor, have me go through the whole ordeal again. She, they acted as if I was burdening them, with their ongoing, growing, crimes in fact, their disaster, their wrongdoing, the clear technical nightmare that I, clearly many others are spending hours suffering through. A bigger bunch of personality disorders I've never run into in one organization. Brainwashed, trained to always blame the customer, even for most conspicuous, illegal billing activity! Then so stupidly, telling me that "nobody can answer your questions, send you a letter of what happened because nobody knows"!!

Then I finally said "look. None of this is my doing. It is all QVC's errors, billing for non orders, never notifying me of this billing, or these cancelled items being processed, of why you have kept two separate, identical accounts on me, without informing me ever! Of why you have no records of my cancellations despite my own account page saying, all the emails you say you have no record of! That it was unbelievable to me, that the idiot who created your system, have no methods of verification, record keeping, of billing for cancelled items that you don't have records of, that you say nobody can answer?" With that she says "well, I've been on the phone with you an hour," more favors for mean old me! Continuing, that "I've tried to help you as much as possible, but I just can't listen to your insulting people with QVC"!!

As I sarcastically said, "oh my God, please forgive me for finally blowing it after QVC has fraudulently billed me, not noticing me at all on what basis, on cancelled order I didn't receive, that I did have documented but your org does not. Every aspect has been a result of the rudest conduct, and a company policy of do whatever they want, charge people's credit cards, for cancelled items on my record, then charge them anyway, maybe sent out, I didn't receive, where you have been most insulting with your unreal excuses for your terrible reps' conduct, and now telling me that nobody knows how, why, what they've charged me for, though not ordered, cancelled, with disastrous technical problems you are most aware of yet insist on insulting me throughout by saying I ordered this or that, as if fact, and you're insulted."

And told her am sending it all to the president - that maybe he'll want to figure it out when it's my legal right to be notified of every charge made to my account and why! As QVC, typically, has their huge, self serving ad about the company, their supposed integrity, with nothing to prove this, offering "contact us" phone numbers, with a box to click to send them an email under each area, which of course do not exist!!

I placed an order in later November and asked a lot of questions about when to expect the package and when my due date for payment. Told payment would be on the 29th for two items. I checked my account and called several weeks later as a follow-up. I was told then one item billed on the 22nd and other item 23rd. It was never disclosed that if you have a problem with the product, you have to contact the manufacturer whom never returns your call. The Atari Flashback 7 is junk and did not even get to play one game on it as it went dead and never came back up after putting batteries in the joysticks. Researched the product on QVC's site as well as others that sell this unit, and just a bad product.

I called QVC after not getting a call back from the mfg and this was a Christmas gift and it was disappointing to not be able to play it that day with others. I was told what label to affix to my package to return it. I did that and UPS delivered back to me after the QVC person said it would be arranged to be accepted. Both the return sticker and to sender are the same address so now UPS says it is sending it back to sender and no further tracking can be seen. I called QVC AGAIN only to be told they would send me out a return label, like I should believe that now. I told them the package is no longer in my possession and that they are able to call UPS to okay it and give them their account number to approve it returned. Funny thing was the QVC service rep could pull it up and see it and read it to me verbatim off of the UPS tracking site and I did not even have to give him the tracking number. Telling on themselves.

I knew this could be done as I have worked in shipping out products too. The woman on Shark Tank, is she still the owner needs to review her business model. Now I called my bank and the bank thought they were duplicate payments as QVC will not bill the entire amount when you want to pay it off in full. They bill in increments all at once leaving the bank to determine if it is an error or not. What a crappy business model and only knows what they may find if QVC were audited.

Have bought from this company since before it was QVC. In 2014 due to death of spouse I had to file bankruptcy due to large medical bills. QVC was listed as a creditor. I was never late with payments till I had to file and spent a great deal of money with them BEFORE the bankruptcy. I have continued to buy from them with my debit card which basically means cash till Dec. 5th of 2016. Now they say they will not sell to me anymore even with a debit card. They had rather lose business than continue with a long time customer. Find it hard to believe that huge companies like Walt Disney, GM etc. can file and continue to buy from vendors who still need and want business. QVC customer service is horrible. I will be ok because I can shop other places but they have been a HUGE disappointment.

I placed an order with QVC on 11-27-2016 for an HP laptop that I thought was a really great deal at the time I watched the QVC presentation, BUT after reading numerous negative reviews about the computer, and the false advertising about services that were not LIFETIME, but advertised by QVC as BEING LIFETIME, I decided to cancel my order on 12-01-2016. QVC placed the item as CANCEL PENDING on my account, and QVC had the laptop drop shipped to me from China anyway, totally ignoring my order cancellation request. QVC then expected me to ACCEPT DELIVERY of the laptop when UPS arrived to deliver it, and then print off one of their prepaid shipping labels that they would deduct from MY refund amount, to ship it back to them at MY EXPENSE, when it was THEIR FAULT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!

I refused the UPS delivery, and the laptop has been sitting in Phoenix AZ at a UPS location for a week now, and QVC refuses to issue my full refund until the laptop is delivered by UPS back to their QVC warehouse location in North Carolina. It's all a scam - as long as UPS holds onto the return merchandise and delays shipment back to QVC, I'm stuck without the refund, and if UPS doesn't return the laptop back before my next 6-pay payment is due, I'll be stuck with QVC taking another payment for merchandise I don't have possession of!!! QVC told me there would be a delay if I refused UPS delivery of the laptop, so QVC knew ahead of time of the delay, and appears to be PLANNED!!!

It was QVC's way of trying to FORCE ME into accepting delivery of the merchandise order I cancelled, so that I would then HAVE TO use THEIR return shipping label, so they could ZAP ME for the return shipping expense as well as any other bogus charges. If I had of folded to THEIR desires, and accepted the delivery as QVC advised, and shipped the unwanted laptop back at MY EXPENSE using their return shipping label, QVC would have been happy since they didn't have to pay a dime on shipping from China, and I would have possibly received $50.00 back, of the $102.50 that I initially paid as my first "easy 6-pay" payment. If QVC doesn't make money on their products, they make sure to make money on the customer return shipping fees, which there should be laws against!!! This is the last time I do business with QVC - QVC is NOT an honest business - very underhanded!!!

As for the services falsely advertised with the laptop, QVC advertised HP support for the life of the computer which in reality was ONLY for 6 months, and they advertised McAfee Antivirus for the life of the computer, but in reality was ONLY for 3 months and then if you still wanted it, you had to pay for the renewal. This was in the reviews I read about the same HP laptop that I refused delivery on, so I know the reviews to be true. Also reviews about the laptop to be a lemon and not work for quite a few people - you had to load the software package yourself, and customers were having great difficulty with the laptops crashing before the software could be loaded, or WHILE they were trying to load the software. A "HIT AND MISS" situation, whereas you MIGHT receive a good one, and MIGHT receive a complete lemon that you're stuck with.

I didn't want to take that chance so I cancelled the order, AND refused delivery!!! Now QVC is keeping my refund until UPS decides to return it back to them. That presently leaves me with NO MERCHANDISE and NO REFUND!!! My spouse does business with HSN as they have treated her well so far, so I'm going to try them out next for my needs. If you decide to do business with QVC after reading my review, please MAKE SURE that you WANT the item/s prior to placing your order, since QVC will not cancel the orders, and you will be stuck having to pay for the merchandise return back to the QVC warehouse in North Carolina - like it or not, QVC will take the return shipping costs out of your refund, and your refund will be what's left over. BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!

I contacted them and found out they canceled my entire order that I paid in full for because of a EasyPay that got missed because my credit card had expired and I was unaware of it. Now I understand not allowing the customer to do EasyPay any more, but to not them order from you at all? The order that was canceled I had paid in full for, now how much sense does that make? I purchased a new Dell laptop in November. I plugged the adapter in to the computer and kept getting error messages about an incompatibility issue with the hardware. But, it still powers up. I had to Google forums how to overcome it. But nothing. I used the computer on my lap in bed as I often do (I am a writer). I fell asleep and awoke about 2 hours later with a burning sensation on my thigh. I burned my leg (2nd degree burn) from the adapter while wearing shorts. I am lucky the house didn't burn. The adapter was red hot to the touch. I called Customer Service. I was advised to call Dell. After 2 days back and forth with Dell, they instructed me that there is no recall but to contact QVC again.

I called and the CSR said they had no proof that I got burned. They said for me to do an exchange for the same model or else I would be charged S/H to send back and S/H for the new laptop; however, they were now out of stock of my laptop and there would be a 15% restocking fee. I hung up. I took pictures of my leg and emailed it with my complaint to QVC Customer Service. 2 Days later, my computer died with no power from the adapter. If I plug into the electrical outlet, the adapter gets too hot to touch within 20 minutes. I called QVC back and was advised of the same info and that my best option was to take it to an authorized repair center or call Dell (Er!).

I asked for a manager at QVC, and apparently none were available. They told me to send this back and order a different computer. I said I gave away my old computer and this one now has all of my files and new software programs that I paid for and need the replacement to transfer everything. I was advised to check back in about 2 weeks, closer to the holidays for a new shipment of my computer. Meanwhile, I had to go to Walmart and purchase an universal adapter for $79.95 and QVC told me that Dell is responsible for my burned leg injury and Dell claimed that QVC is responsible.

Plus, it is supposed to come with 1 year Office 365 but I still had to pay for it. And, it keeps locking up on me and telling me to contact my administrator which is me. Some features I cannot access. I know my way around a PC registry and how to get into back doors but it keeps telling me to run as administrator and when I do, it denies me and says to contact my administrator. I think what upsets me the most is the restocking fee, paying for a new adapter, and a burn mark the size of my palm on my thigh.

I recently ordered and returned a pair of shoes, using their automatic return shipping feature. This allows you to just drop off the package at the Post Office and QVC automatically deducts $6.95 from the credit that you are owed. I've used this on more than one occasion. After returning the shoes, I noticed on my credit card statement that in addition to the $6.95 return shipping charge, another $5 was deducted. When I called to find out why, I was told that when I returned the shoes, I "lost" the original shipping charge, meaning I had to pay for it again. When I asked for the justification for the charge, the rep just kept repeating that it was policy.

I then went online for a live chat which produced nothing. I was told at first that it was policy. However, while I was writing further, asking for the justification for the charge, I was interrupted by the rep who said that since I took too long to respond, the chat was terminated! I was furious. I was tempted to make a formal complaint with NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs (or somebody), but I just dropped it. This is my first opportunity to vent and I wonder how many others had the same "lost" shipping charges experience.

I ordered a Cabbage Patch doll several in August 2016 for my daughter for Christmas. We simply decided to purchase her something else that we found and so I called QVC and asked to return the item. At this point they had already taken two payments from our debit card. The customer service rep told me that she would email me a return label which never happened. After waiting for days I finally called them back and ask them to send me a return label since they obviously were too incompetent enough to actually email me the return label and it took forever to receive it by mail. By forever I mean almost 2 weeks it took them to send me a return label through the mail.

I shipped the doll back promptly a few days before Halloween. After several weeks went by and I didn't hear from them and they had taken another payment from my account I called them on November 14. I was informed that they had received the doll on the 11/8, that my return had been processed on the 10th and that I would be receiving my refund within 7 to 10 business days.

After not seeing the money go back into my account I called them on November 25 to complain and ask them where my refund was. The customer service agent was rude and told me that they had refunded the $ and that I need to check with my bank. Only after spending time on the phone with my bank and then back on the phone with customer service did one of their agents tell me that they had not processed the refund until November 22.

So it took them that long, from November 8 when they received the doll until November 22 to even initiate a refund and in the meantime they had lied to me repeatedly about when they have processed the refund. I have no idea when I will get my money back from them. I'm still waiting. They were quick to take my money, but they have dragged their feet about giving it back. I also don't like to be lied to by a business. I have removed the QVC app from my phone and I will no longer watch their channel. They lost my business.

If I could give this company a negative number review, I would. I had been a QVC customer for over twenty years until last month. I ordered a computer on Easy Pay and checked its progress the next day. Seemed fine, as it was still processing. Then I checked it again late the next day and my order was totally gone. I immediately called their customer service and talked to a person named "Monae" who very rudely informed me my account had been closed due to unpaid easy payments. I asked from when, and when she told me what it was about I told her this had already been straightened out twice. I have the canceled check to prove it. She told me she couldn't help me, so I asked for a supervisor. She refused to let me speak to one.

I called back three days later and talked to "Candace with a C" who had an even worse attitude. Refused to allow me to talk to a supervisor again, a straight out told me I was not allowed to talk to anyone in their financial division. WTH? So I wrote them a snail mail letter and sent it, along with a copy of the paid check, to their address that I found online. Two weeks later I received a response stating that my account would remain closed permanently. I've accepted that, but don't appreciate their treatment of me. They sure were happy to have my money for all those years. How many customers do you think they can drive away before the CEO figures out they have a problem?

They even canceled my daughter's account because we have the same mailing address. That's fine, too, because she works for HSN and would much rather buy what she wants from them since that's job security for her. Me? I'll continue to order online, but now it will be from HSN and Amazon. They both still like my money and don't have a problem with me having an account with them. On another note, you can purchase through HSN as a guest if you don't want to set up an account. Just saying that for anyone who wants to dump QVC, as they deserve to be.

Twice the seller said they would pick up the bed and we waited day after day but they never did. Eventually I offered to take it to UPS myself but they said I couldn't do that. So, I have had to store all the pieces and boxes in my house, which is really inconvenient, while I tried to work out some return policy. I have dealt with QVC for almost 25 years and have bought many thousands of dollars of merchandise from them. I used to be impressed by their service but they insist there is nothing they can do to help. They did not contact me about the problem and I continued to wait, holding on to the pieces of the bed and the boxes but instead QVC closed my account and turned me over to collections.

Despite numerous phone calls to QVC, the credit agency and the seller, all insist there is nothing they can do and we are stuck with a bed we cannot use and are on the hook for $2,000 dollars. Needless to say I will not be ordering from QVC again and may have to employ an attorney to settle the matter. In addition, a few years ago I bought an electric scooter to help my husband after he had a debilitating accident. The scooter didn't function properly and QVC said I could take it to a local shop to have the repairs made. When I contacted the shop the owner told me he didn't work on those scooters and we never found anyone who would.

We couldn't return it to QVC because it was impossible to disassemble it and repack it in the original boxes. So, there was another $1,000 purchase which wound up in the dumpster as well (apparently) this bed. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem much of a priority with QVC in my opinion. Too bad, I really enjoy their programming and have bought many things I have loved and enjoyed. However, after having been burned for $3,000 I will not be shopping with them again.

They will ship part of an order and then notify me that the balance of the order will be delivered later. I have been disappointed in the quality of their jewelry items. I also ordered clothing and household items that were poorly made or the fabric was not good quality. In recent months I have not ordered from QVC because I have been disappointed in the past. It is a pain to package the items back up and send them back.

Order from QVC every once in a while. On very rare occasions they have a product Amazon does carry at a great price. Most of those will be QVC private brands. Customer Service is very helpful the rare times I have spoke with them. It is very simple provided one has done their research and know what they want. Ordering by phone or online is very easy. QVC is a great place to keep up with new product lines and the demonstrations provided. The problem is that most of those items can be had at Amazon for a lower price. For example, I have saved as much as ten dollars on cookbooks by ordering them from Amazon. This is because of QVC shipping charges. Another minus is the ten-day delivery.

After almost a month and no mattress I check my account and there were no items, so I called and they state the item had been canceled, I ask by who they say they don't know, Really! Unbelievable. They tell me we will reorder it. Today, I sign in to my account, nothing there. OH LORD. So I called and they say there is nothing in the account, no orders! It was canceled again, I ask by whom, she states by corporate, because apparently now they are out of stock.

She tells me I have two accounts one that has a phone number that I've never had and that they called me and emailed me which is so not true! She tells me they will close the other account and I tell her that I'm now worried someone has hacked my account but shows no interest in what I'm telling her and she says I've closed the other account. Years dealing with QVC. Some items are great and good quality: Shark vacuum, Kuhn Rikon can opener, Berkshire fluffy throws, dust cloths from Italy. On the other hand, other items are pure JUNK! Definitely don't trust QVC's host/hostess/sales people, and especially don't trust the TV demos. The sales people are nothing but snake oil salesmen whose sole objective is getting the $$$. Examples: my small pet hair vacuum overheats. No mention in the demo. The $300 Dooney & Bourke handbag doesn't close properly because the clasp is poorly designed. No mention in the demo. The Rowenta iron, in the demo, was repeatedly squirted to demonstrate its "steamer" usage capability. As soon as I received it and read the manual, WARNING after WARNING about potential injuries due to high heat, and, most importantly, that five minutes must elapse between squirts. No mention in the demo.

The disappointing incidents have served to strongly remind me to, whenever possible, only do business with REPUTABLE COMPANIES that stand behind their products, such as Lands' End; LL Bean; Bed, Bath & Beyond--NOT QVC!! After spending thousand of $$ with QVC over the years, they recently closed my account, unbeknownst to me. Found out via an email that my order for a Judith Ripka necklace was refused because my account was closed due to a past due balance. My bank statement reflected a mere $50 over the limit. I pay on time religiously every month. No prior notice whatsoever from QVC about money past due or closing of my account. I offered to pay for the necklace on my Visa card, upon which $3,000 credit was available. They refused my money - told me they won't sell me anything else because my account is closed. Basically, I was blacklisted and treated like a criminal.

They then demanded $212 be paid immediately to bring the account up to date. I reluctantly paid the $212 based on faith, with no records to back it up. They then accepted the payment on my Visa card and I received the necklace. Two days later, they emailed me that the necklace was being shipped - they, obviously duplicated the order. Then I had to worry about a $300 necklace being lost in the mail, stolen from my mailbox, and I'd owe them $300. Stay away from them if you can. Their right hand doesn't know what their left hand's doing, and they couldn't care less. Their God is the almighty dollar and their customers are peons - simply the means to their end. The best description of QVC is they're a gang of "SUPER SHYSTERS". If you want to watch them for entertainment sake, then okay. But take all they say with a grain of salt and don't trust them worth a dime!!

I am beyond livid right now. I had never shopped with QVC before until this summer. Back in July (2 months ago), I placed my very first "easy pay" order with them to purchase a Hoover steam cleaner after our nearly 10-year-old Rug Doctor finally died. Like I said, I chose the easy pay option with 4 monthly installment payments. I have made the first 2 payments and only had 2 payments let to go, with the next one being due in a little under 2 weeks, which would have been billed to my Visa card automatically. Yesterday, my wife and I decided to purchase a new 32" Samsung smart TV for our guest bedroom. We also chose the easy pay option for this item, also with 4 monthly installments.

Well, today I logged into my account to check the order status of the TV to see if it had been shipped yet, only to find that I had NO orders under my order history. It looked like my account had been reset to a brand new account that had never been used before. Even the steam cleaner that I bought 2 months ago and have an open easy pay on was gone! I immediately went on their customer service chat and told them what was going on and asked why my orders had totally disappeared. I was then told that my account had been closed and my order canceled because someone else with my name apparently owes them money. I said, "Excuse me??? Up until 2 months ago, I had NEVER shopped with QVC before. Not only that, but I was 100% current on my other easy pay order and only had 2 payments left on it."

I was told that there was nothing they could do, that my order had been canceled and my account closed. I was given a phone number to call for further information. Oh, I should also mention that they had absolutely no problem charging my credit card for the first payment on the TV that I ordered yesterday and they STILL have my money! Why are they holding me accountable for someone else's debt, someone who I don't even know and have absolutely NOTHING to do with??? That is ILLEGAL. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. I don't see how they can legally do this. I will NEVER give any business to QVC ever again and I will warn everyone I know to also avoid them. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

My first bad experience with QVC. I set out to purchase (2) Serta Mattresses and Box Springs. My order was being shipped from the Warehouse in Baltimore Washington DC. The Dispatcher in charge of the distribution from the Warehouse name is Eric. Eric informed me that my items would arrive between 1:00-3:00 which they did. However, when my items arrived. My husband and son were home to retrieved them. The driver's name was (Jose **) and his assistance name unknown. Jose was able to remove the old mattress and bring downstairs but struggle to bring down the box springs due to the design of my staircase. My husband called me to inform me that they couldn't bring down the box spring. I suggested that Jose and his assistance bring it through the window located above the balcony door they came in just lower it down and do the same to get the box springs upstairs take it through the window.

My husband inform me Jose said he's not doing it, it would be hazardous to them... Jose and I both called the dispatcher Eric. Eric stated his driver was on the other line. Eric stated absolutely not... His drivers was not going to bring the box spring through the window that's not something they do. I then ask if Jose can just take back the box spring I'll keep my old ones and keep the new mattresses. Eric in a very nasty tone said... "Look listen. The order cannot be split. I don't know why you and your husband can't understand. My drivers can't leave the mattress. The order can't be split". They need to bring back everything if I wasn't going to keep the mattress and box spring...

The entire time I was trying to find a solution to this... Eric was on the other end saying which totally was uncalled for... "I should've known something like this was going to take place when you called the very first time to inquire how far the drivers were away from your home"... I stated to Eric why would that be a problem calling to inquire how far the driver are away... A customer is assumed to be a headache to you if they're calling to see how far the truck is... And then to say that my husband was being irate on phone...

This is just the short version that took place... Needless to say... The drivers were rude and disrespectful and so was Eric, they weren't willing to accommodate me in any way... Because the shape of my stair case... All of the residents in my development have to have their box spring lift up through the windows that it's you don't purchase a split box spring which was an additional $150.00 more it's done all the time. The delivery guys was not willing to do that...

I did call to file a complaint... One representative told me that they would send my complaint to the corporate office someone would contact me within 72 hours... Something told me to call back to follow up... Then I was told by customer service that they see complaint in the computer system however, no one would be returning my call. It's Tuesday August 23rd, this took place on Friday August 19th. I haven't heard from anyone. QVC corporate office have not returned my call. No regrets. Lesson learned never order Moving forward. I will never order from QVC ever again.

I ordered an item on QVC that was $39.96. Plus $5.00 shipping & handling, $3.15 tax for a total of $48.11. As usual, the host announced repeatedly that if this item didn't work for me, all I needed to do was return it. It was on "easy pay" which allows the customer to receive the item and pay for it in monthly installments. My easy pay was two payments at $24.05. I received the item. It did NOT work for me. I used their return shipping label. Now my bank statement tells me that I received a credit of $12.10. Here's how it works at QVC these days: You get to pay shipping charges to have an item mailed to your home. Then you get to pay that same amount to return it. On top of that you get to pay a $6.95 charge for the shipping label which is not really a shipping label (as was just explained to me by a customer service rep.) but an "insurance and handling" charge. BUT THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT PART.

Hey, folks, step right up and order this item on easy-pay. Absolutely no problem if it doesn't work for you... just send it back. I am going to report this to the West Chester, PA BBB. (Incidentally, I am a long-time QVC shopper and this "method" of getting your money is relatively new... a whole lot of changes are going on with this over-reaching company.)

I have shopped at QVC for many years. They recently cancelled my account due to too many returns. Well, when you sell clothing over the TV, one would expect a higher return percentage than if I was ordering household products. They encourage customers to try items and if you are not satisfied, return them with no questions asked. However, they never say they will close your account and prevent you from ordering if you do this too often. What's too often when ordering clothing or shoes? I feel this is false advertising.

After QVC cancelled my account, my husband set up his own customer account and they cancelled him due to "association with me". WHAT??? I suppose QVC can afford to cancel customers but I think we need to band together to stop this kind of practice. They are a company that sells products over the TV. To assume they wouldn't have a higher return rate is unrealistic. Friends and family who are aware of what QVC did are outraged and said they will never order again from the Q. Boycott QVC!

The following day, I received a shipment confirmation along with a tracking number. I continued following the progress of my item and noticed that the sender (QVC) requested to have the item returned to them. I contacted the customer service and was told that my account was closed. I questioned that because if I had a closed account, how were they able to debit my bank account and further, how did my order process to begin with.

I told customer service that I wanted my refund credited to my account. I was told when they received the item, they would credit my account. I told them that my "closed" account should never been charged nor had I received any service or product from them. The error was theirs not mine. Bottom line, they have had my $124.12 six days, in addition to the return time of the item. Unfortunately, my son will not receive his PS4 by his birthday. Called QVC same day (6-10-16) express my disappointment, however the representative issued an UPS pick-up and sent via email shipping labels. The shipping labels emailed were for USPS!

They weren't the quality I expected as seen on TV. The standup grill was like a cheap skinny flimsy toaster. I didn't bother to use it. It looked dangerous. I also ordered the mesh basket and skewers to compliment it. Needless to say, I didn't bother to unpack it. I immediately repacked everything and sent it back. Upon receiving the items, I received 2 separate emails charging me a total of $17.90 for something that was misrepresented, cheap, flimsy and unusable for my family. I instructed QVC to immediately close my account and to never send me another email!!! This company sells a lot of stuff to hardworking people like me that have to put items desired on Easy Pay. Yes, they prey on us, sucker us in and then when we return their cheap stuff, they charge us!!! BEWARE OF QVC.

I recently viewed an item on QVC that I wished to purchase; the item was available that day with an easy pay option, which I desired to exercise. I immediately logged in to my QVC account to place the order. Several times I was redirected and got a message advising me to try later. I then had to go to work and did not have the opportunity to call customer service, so I tried placing the order online again and was unsuccessful. I placed the item in the save-for-later tab.

A day and a half later I got thru on the website but could not use the easy pay option. I entered a live chat session with what can only be described as a robot, as all I was given were standardized answers that were unhelpful, condescending and dismissive. The bottom line being "problems with the web site are your problem, too bad for you. Try again sometime to get the item you want." I may be a tiny fish in a gigantic pond, but I will no longer do business with QVC on principle. They might as well be WalMart... only caring about their numbers and not really interested in doing the right thing by the very customers who keep them in business.

What was appealing about QVC for many years was the low cost of returning an item with which I was dissatisfied for whatever reason. No more. Just cost me $12 to return a pair of shoes which were uncomfortable. It's one thing to pay for shipping them back, but you also have to pay QVC for the original shipping cost. That didn't used to be the case. I'll go to a store where I can try on a pair of shoes - or a piece of clothing - for free. Big mistake to lose long-time customers, but I guess it's of no concern.

I was recommended to QVC by my sister. My first product the only delivery option was door delivery, which was the first frown, I was willing to pay for overnighting. It said I should receive my product by 6/02. I signed in a few times to check for updates and there never was any. It's now 6/02 and still no delivery! My first call I was told my order was canceled by the "credit card" department and without reason. I was furious! She said she could have them mail me an explanation and I just had to hang up. The second time I was given different info. That with it being my first purchase the product I purchased was a large amount, but she also told me it was to make sure I placed the order, to prevent fraud - WHAT IS IT? She said they tried calling me, but they were hung up on. That was not the case! Even if it was, why wasn't I called back or mailed anything? Are they really concerned? Anyways, that costed them a customer.

She indicated that, that didn't mean anything. I said "if it doesn't mean anything then why did you ask for it". I pay my bill in full every month. She had no answer. I've also learned that QVC offers Postal Returns. Not so. The PO will not handle returns per QVC. It is outsourced to a third party that picks up packages "when it's convenient" from the post office. This company receives money from QVC through the PO.

Lots of odd stuff happening with QVC. It was an excellent company to do business with. Now, it's ALL about them and not customer service. I might add as a side note most of their products are now being sold in other stores. Of course under different names. K-mart is carrying many look a likes for pennies on the dollar. As for Diane Gilman's Jeans they are now being sold under a different name at a local clothing store here in Kansas City for pennies on the dollar. Once this mess is cleaned up I'm cancelling my account and blocking them on my TV. When I'm done I'm done.

I have one payment left on a silly pair of shoes; my easy payment was due on May 4th! I was not trying to avoid paying them. Wow. Really? I owe like $16.11 a few days late and that is a cause for closing my account? I will not be suckered in any more. If I want shoes I will go to the store and buy them from now on! NO MORE QVC for me!!! How do they expect folks to pay them if they close the account? OH and they did not give me a heads up that they were about to close the account either. No warning. That would have been better as I would have just supplied another card for them. Good grief.

Also, it just feels like a little scam they are pulling as it stops the customer from having any access to the information that is saved on the account. Returns, easy pay etc. I find this almost criminal. So from now on QVC is not getting my business. All they really need to do is stop all future purchases until your easy pay is paid. I am sure there is a program for that in this day and age. But if you take all of the account down and delete it how is the customer supposed to take care of their stuff?

Called QVC once again and the customer service rep said she would refer the matter to Corporate and someone would call me within 24 hours. Twenty-four hours came and went and I called back QVC and talked to a perfect beast of a woman who not only was unpleasant and condescending but who also was full of misinformation and proceeded to now tell me that the delivery date was always May 15, 2016 (not April 26!) I asked if I kept on as I am, would they close my account - answer, yes. So QVC isn't happy to take my money. Presumably I'm supposed to keep items that don't fit or suit me. I told them I would stop watching as I would hate to get "sacked." I probably will sometimes still watch, but I will be afraid to order anything in case I get a call like that again. I've complained and complained. According to Serta website it authorizes its distributors to warranty its products. Well my $1100 mattress is falling apart. It sags so bad on one side I roll off the bed if I get within 8" of the side. QVC has offered to come pick up the mattress. Which they will only do on Thursdays while I'm at work meaning I have to take off work and they wouldn't even be bringing a replacement. The only way they will replace it is if I buy a new one. Then when they get the old one back they will give me my money back? What crap!!

Look no further than Amazon.com to compare same material and style for comparison shopping. QVC is 2 to 3 times the price when it comes to most of their fashion items. Yes it is easy and convenient, but you have to be a discriminating shopper to avoid overspending. I still watch and I like some of the hosts, but I do not buy unless I can compare and cannot find it for less. That's the message, buyer beware. My other beef is that they give items that are high markup, like women's shoes, way too much TV time. Enough with the shoes already.

Ditto on another high markup item, women's beauty products. They use to carry a wider variety of home goods that you do not see anymore. They are probably not high markup. So, just be careful you don't get caught up in impulse buying. It kinda bothers me to know that there are a lot of people out there who are impulse buyers and overspend maybe because they are lonely or unable to just say no.

I started watching QVC, as well as what was then Value Vision, & HSN back when I was a single mom waiting up for my kids to get home from dates - and I first ordered from QVC during that time period. You do the math! I cannot count the # of people I convinced to become customers of QVC! In 1999, because I called in when Tony Robbins was a guest on QVC, I received a chance to attend his UPW Weekend in SF in June that year. I met another woman there who was a QVC customer. We compared notes: I was the one who had nearly 100% of my jewelry and clothing from QVC. A very long term Customer! In Fall, 2007, my mother becomes extremely ill. I was one of her caregivers. A Very stressful time for me! I relied heavily on QVC for my Christmas gift purchases for my grandchildren, as well as other Christmas gifts.

During that year, I'd also purchased a Dyson Animal vacuum. I purchased the largest Kitchen Aid Mixer from them. I also purchased a Kitchen Aid Blender/good processor. My mother was ill for the next 7 months, until her death, in Apr. 2008. I had to return most of the Christmas gifts I'd ordered for my grandchildren because the quality was so bad! I'd also ordered, & had to return 6 leather coats, trying to find a good fit/quality! I have numerous Dennis Basso coats. And, All the clothes in my closet were from QVC! Most of my handbags were from QVC! All my jewelry was from QVC, & still lives in 3 different Lori Greiner jewelry armoire! Many KJL pearls! Many Joan Rivers pieces! I only recently gave away the last of my Susan Graver clothes, because, among other things, I was significantly ill when my mother finally died in Apr. 2008. I needed gallbladder surgery. I was acutely anemic!

I did get a warning letter from the Assistant to the VP of Customer Services, because I was canceling too many orders. I spoke with her via phone. I wish I'd put it in writing. I calculated I'd spent close to $1000 in necessary return coats because of QVC's declining quality! There truly wasn't even a sheet, down blanket, feathered, pillow, cookware, household chemicals, clothing, or jewelry that had Not come from QVC! But, when I realized how much I had spent in needing to return things where the quality was so bad, or after 6 tries to find a leather coat that would fit, when, at that time, I hadn't changed sizes, I told this woman that QVC's show hosts use high pressure sales tactics!

If I ordered something, especially at night, I'd immediately jump on my computer. If that item did not have at least a 4 star Cust. rating, I told her I would continue to cancel! She wrote me again, acknowledging that I had raised some excellent points. My laptop died in Oct. 2009. I ordered an 18" HP laptop from QVC in November that year - $999, on easy pay. There were Never any problems with any of my easy pays going through! Never any challenges of payments not going through! But, one day in early 2010, I tried to place an order automatically, & was informed I needed to contact customer services. I did so, the next morning, when their Cust Service line was staffed again, & was informed my account was canceled. I later received a letter from the same Assistant to the VP of Customer Services, saying that I had can asked 90% of my items ordered within a 12 month period.

My mother was a Math genius - a woman who'd won a Scholarship during WWII to train as a "lady engineer", working on the first jet fighters this country ever produced. She taught me you can make statistics say whatever you want them to say. I'd like to see them state how much money I'd spent with QVC during that Same 12 month period!!! Because of my illness, subsequent to my mother's death, I qualified for SS Disability, & dropped from a size 14/16 to a size 8/10. All I can tell QVC is that they lost over $10,000 I had to spend on replacing my entire wardrobe! That money was spent at Talbots, Kohl's, Penneys, HSN whose Customer Service Dept, when I needed to call with questions, greeted me with a "Thank you for being a valued member for "x" # of years! How can I help you?" What a difference!!! I do continue to shop on HSN & what is now Evine Live.

I had been considering writing to ask QVC to reconsider until something prompted me to do a search on how many other customers they're fired. No! I don't believe I will do that! I continue to purchase from vendors who Do sell more primarily on QVC. I can, however, purchase the products I continue to use from either the vendor's websites, Amazon, or even sometimes from eBay. I can live quite well without QVC. Apparently, they don't understand that there is no such thing as a company that is too big to fail!!! QVC won't ever get a bailout!!! Their practices Will eventually catch up with them! Meanwhile, I do have a vested interest in helping retail companies who truly Do value customer loyalty, such as Penneys, stay in business.

Things I once purchased solely from QVC - kitchen items, dinnerware, cookware, bedding, vacuum cleaners, and most especially with Penney's increase in what they carry in shoes and boots, my footwear, and my lower end clothing! And my denim? Well, hard to beat my fave line of jeans I most frequently buy for $19 or less per pair, by careful timing and good sales from Kohl's! And, my high end clothing? Hard to top Talbots!!! I Do hope my posting here does make a difference! My very first job was at Sears, in their ladies hosiery department, during the holiday season - obviously many years ago, but I've never forgotten what my Sears trainers taught me - the customer is Always right! That Really Is what's wrong with America today. Any company is only as solid as its loyal customers! I wonder how long it will take QVC to learn that lesson?

I Do know, especially when I've read everything else I read, prior to my deciding to file my own complaint. However, I am probably the longest standing QVC customer to whom they did this to. No, Not going to write them to ask them to take me back! Why would I "beg" when other companies let me know they Do appreciate my business. And, as a side note - I am a seamstress, & I cannot say enough good things about the beautiful workmanship, that is done in China, of the beautiful garments I've purchased from Talbots!!! Talbots clothing is Worth what I pay for it! QVC's was Not!!!

I'd give them no stars if I could. I am a longtime customer of QVC since 1999, easily spending tens of thousands of dollars on jewelry and assorted products. I recently returned an item purchased for Christmas at the same time another gift from Home Shopping Network and others from Amazon. HSN credited my account promptly. Heck! Amazon credited my account sight unseen as soon as the item was scanned in from the label at UPS! I call QVC to confirm receipt and they do, but tell me *10 days!* before the money is back on my debit card! And RUDE on the phone to boot! LAST time I order from them. Not the QVC they once were.

So, I have been a QVC customer for years. Was always satisfied with the merchandise I purchased until the past 2 years. Within that time, I bought 9 new handbags but 5 of them were used customer returns. QVC offer these returns as "AS IS" at a discount because they may be damaged or missing parts. You make your purchase with the distinct understanding of this before buying. Sometimes you get lucky and get a good, like new product.

I think QVC is tired of customers using merchandise like handbags, damaging them, and returning for a full refund. I say this because, I have paid full price for NEW Dooney and Bourke handbags only to receive used, damaged, AS IS handbags instead. Dooney and Bourke meticulously wraps each bag securely with tissue paper, plastic wrap, tape, and includes a dust bag, tags, and a registration card. I should know because I own 12. The last one I purchased new from QVC arrived today, bare and just in a thin plastic bag, thrown in a box. No wrapping, no stuffing, no card, no wrapping, no dustbag. It was dented, scrape marks across leather, and damaged button holes on shoulder strap.

Any idiot could see that this bag was a used, AS IS but QVC sold it to me for full price. When I talked to customer service, they just said return it if I'm not fully satisfied. SERIOUSLY?? It's not about being simply dissatisfied. It's about not getting what I paid for by QVC trying to recoup their loss of money for the customer returned bag. How dare they do this to me? 5th time already this has happened and is the LAST! I don't trust them anymore that what they advertise on TV and online will be what I get in the mail. Quality AND quality control has gone way down. Next time I buy a Dooney and Bourke handbag, it will be from Dooney and Bourke. They ship what you paid for... NEW.

I purchased this netbook on 8-27-2015 and received it a few days later. It came with an ASUS extended 2 year warranty, 1 year accidental damage protection, 24 hour/day tech support, and free ground shipping both ways if repair is needed. The display went out on right side on Dec. 27, 2015 and I called ASUS and received a RMA with instructions to ship it back. However, they would not pay shipping either way and I received a notice that if it was determined that it was damaged they would contact me to pay for it and if I refused it would be sent back to me. I called ASUS and told them I had the papers from ASUS with the ASUS trademark on them extending the 1 year warranty to 2 years with the other freebies as advertised by QVC. ASUS told me they had never authorized any warranty extension or additional ADP or any of the things my letter stated and they refused to honor the paperwork I received with the computer.

I called QVC and was informed that it had to be escalated to the computer department and they would call me within 72 hours. After 72 hours passed I contacted QVC again and was then told I had to wait until QVC had an answer from ASUS. I asked when that might be and the QVC supervisor told me she did not know. They had no control over ASUS and I would just have to wait. So I asked her, "If I waited patiently for 2 weeks and still had no answer what could I do?" And was told to wait since they had to talk with ASUS. It is not my fault that ASUS will not honor their warranty promotion with QVC and I think QVC should let me return the item for a full refund if I have not heard from someone by the end of 2 weeks, but the supervisor at QVC said I had to wait until they hear back without any time constraint.

I will not wait for weeks to get an answer that I already know which is ASUS is not honoring their promotion. So I intend to file a small claims suit next week and am filing a unfair and deceptive trade practices complaint with the FTC. I suggest everyone do this when QVC pulls their crap. It is the only way to prevent them from continuing to rip everybody off. I am also going to cancel my account and will never order from QVC again, they have definitely changed for the worse.

My mother bought a set of wool socks as a Christmas present. After a few wears, 2 pairs have huge holes in them. I also have a pair of Muk Luks from last year that shed everywhere and also got holes. Any present I have received is not good quality. So I contacted them and had to push to get the return shipping fee waived. They credited it back to her account so I contacted them again. I wanted a gift card. Of course whenever I buy something else, I will have to pay their ridiculous shipping fee. I told the lady that is bad service and they should put a note on my account to wave the next fee.

I went on to tell her about how great my experience is with Amazon. You can get 2 day free shipping, free returns with UPS pickup. They bend over backwards to help their customers. Many times they tell me to keep the item! If something is damaged, they overnight the item. Customer service is beyond amazing and they are always very kind. Why on earth would anyone waste so much money on QVC? The quality stinks, it's overpriced almost ALL the time, shipping is NEVER free, they are money hungry and the customer suffers.

In the end, I'm slowly convincing my mother to shop only at Amazon and other companies with better service. She does a little shopping at QVC during the holidays. She is already blown away by Amazon's superior customer service. It's how it should be! I hope to either see QVC provide the same customer service or lose to better companies. If we get the word, we can take customers away from QVC and lead them to much better companies! Maybe QVC will widen up and change. Until then, my hard earned money is going to companies who care.

It was suppose to be a gift for my wife before I go back to overseas. Every time I call no one can help me. This will be the last time I ever use them. I will recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased an IPOD touch from QVC on 12-06-2015. I received the IPOD but the 7 accessories were not shipped with the IPOD. I have called QVC at least 4 times. I have E-mailed them 5 times. Every time I talk to customer service it is the vendor's fault and they will send a request to the vendor to ship the items in 7-10 days. Well it is 14 business days now. Today I called and I got the same answer. The vendor will ship it. I asked if they have received any information on the missing items. The answer I get is "I am sorry for the inconvenience but the vendor is at fault." They refuse to give me the phone number to the vendor. I am on edge of sending the iPod back, but it was a gift for Christmas. Customer service is worthless. They will not even try to get any follow up.

I will never purchase anything from QVC again. I should of read the reviews before I ordered it. But I purchased it on easy pay as I am on a fixed income. So I am left with a purchase that advertised the iPod with the extra (7) accessories but did not keep their end of the sale agreement. They should be investigated by the Attorney General for false advertising and selling items from a vendor that is stealing from customers. QVC needs to have a class action suit against them. It seems this is a continued problem and it is their biggest complaint.

Do not trust QVC. If it say you will get it by a set date, you're better off going on another website. It's been a week and a half and I have still not got my package. It was ordered on 22 December and it has not came yet. How long does it take to verify? Been too long.

I made my first QVC purchase two weeks before Christmas buying "Today's Special Value" - a Snow Joe Snow Broom and Ice Scraper. Based on the demonstration and prompting "we've already sold over 200,000 of these", I was suckered in. I bought FOUR of them - one shipped to my elderly father and the other three to my sister-in-law where we were going to be spending Christmas. The sales pitch guaranteed delivery by 12/24. Well the one to my dad did arrive but not the other three came after Christmas.

This product could have been bought at Walmart for six dollars less with FREE shipping. Although it did not have the LED lights. The actual product is crap. Two mistakes I made: I did not check the website reviews (which are not glowing). I should have not fallen for the hype. QVC censors its forums. Earlier today I searched for the product in the forum community and it was deleted. I Googled BBB QVC and get a QVC number. Actually, QVC is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Red flag!!! To sum it up, buy on Amazon or Google a product before buying on QVC. I guarantee you'll find it cheaper elsewhere with less BS. Customer service is very poor with QVC and attempts to reach headquarters puts you into voicemail. QVC feeds and thrives on impulse buying and compulsive shoppers. Don't go down that hallway!!!
