I placed an order for Crossbody Dooney and Bourke purse. I received not only wrong color, but I received something that is total Imitation. It has no gold hardware for the emblem. It has a square for the emblem Yes, but it's just a square... No Dooney and Bourke mark anywhere on the purse. The package didn't arrive with a receipt either. No transaction proof of anything.

My husband and I order from QVC for years. He has his own account and only buys electronics at Christmas. This year he ordered two laptops for our teen grandchildren for Christmas. We look on their site and says delivered, but we did not get it. Customer service tells us we have to wait 7 days before they can refund or replace. We wait 7 more days and reach out to customer service. We tell them we need a refund as we cannot get by Christmas. They tell us they will process. Next thing we know my husband entire account is removed and we cannot access any of his orders and we get an email stating items were delivered and report it to credit card. We never received these items and now we cannot even access account and husband with QVC card that he cannot use.

This company is a SCAM! They advertise items that they don’t have period. Then, when you return the item they never have a replacement available. They then want you to buy something else (that you never need)! This has happened many times to me and many people I know. I returned 2 items on 12/19 and was expecting to receive replacements by Christmas. They NEVER contacted me at all. I had to call them and was told one replacement will arrive 1/5. The other item they did not even have a replacement for, yet when I initially ordered they had it. These were Christmas gifts and their display of apathy was pathetic! SCAM ALERT. ***SCAM ALERT.

I recently attempted to purchase a PS5 for my son for Christmas. I wanted to do the pay in 4, upon selecting that option. They drafted from my account first, then made a decision afterwards. I wasn’t approved for the buy now pay later, and have been waiting since Friday 12/16 to receive my funds back. I will never shop at QVC AGAIN. The company is terrible. I spoke w/ a Jennifer, Diana, even a supervisor named Shantel. Services were all horrible, they didn’t show any empathy whatsoever. Let alone it’s Christmas and I need that money back so that it can be placed elsewhere. Before making a purchase with them definitely consider ALL of your other options FIRST!! As I know the other companies will provide more of a superior service than this trash company has!!

Ordered 3 PS5s. Paid the initial payment of 550. They accepted it and then 3 days later say they flagged my account for fraud and cancelled my purchase and held my 550 so I couldn't use it to purchase the gifts for my children. I won't get funds back until after Christmas. Everyone was rude that I spoke with. They blamed me for the problem even though they told me it was flagged. Won't use again.

I’ve always watched QVC as a kid and was intrigued by the items they sold. Well fast forward many years later, I ordered an Xbox X series for my son as a Christmas gift. Order placed Nov 30, 2022. They ran my debit card for $146 that night so I figured all was well. 9 days later they run my card again for $146, but since the funds aren’t there they reimbursed me the initial $146. I was completely dumbfounded because they clearly stated I wouldn’t be charged until my item shipped.
I received an email stating I needed to change my method of payment. In my mind if I pay what you tell me to pay what the heck do you care what’s left in my account. So I changed to a new card and they deducted the $146 twice at the same time, stating that’s protocol when a card is changed but reassured an automatic reversal. I’m still waiting. Nooowwww, my order is on back order. It’s been 2 weeks I have no shipment or tracking information. I’m praying it gets here in time for the holiday. Stop taking orders when you can not fulfill them. Just tacky all around.

I had been a QVC customer for over 12 years. I use them to purchase items as it is easy for me due to visual disability. I ordered an item the other day and it was in process. All the sudden my order is canceled. I call customer service and get all kinds of responses that make no sense and are different. They now have blocked my account so I can no longer order. When I call they give me no reasons and will not let me speak to anyone. WHAT A AWFUL COMPANY! I have opened a BBB case and will continue. Not that I want to order from them EVER but will make sure nobody else has this happen to them.

Several years ago I ordered a nice blender from another home shopping organization (not QVC). Love it, so when I saw it on QVC I figured I would buy another as a gift. I ordered it and chose the easy pay option (5 payments no interest) since they kept **FLASHING** it all over the place acting like it was so great..? It appeared to me as if everything was fine, made the first payment, gave me the confirmation order number and email. Ten minutes later I got another email stating the order was canceled.
I called, spoke to someone who had no idea why it was canceled. The next day I attempted to order it again online, however by them it was sold out. I wasn't sure if it would allow me to pay in full at that time, but that was my plan until I saw it was sold out. I got on Amazon and ordered the same exact thing and paid in full, even though they also gave me the interest-free payment option. Two weeks later I got a letter from QVC telling me they are sorry, but couldn't approve my request because "high risk." Umm, excuse me...WHAT?? Not only did they not know anything about me for my credit history, but if they did know anything they could clearly see I am and have had an "excellent" score for over 2 decades or so. It was just a big waste of time, then they send me emails everyday like I'm ever going to even consider being a customer. Nope!

Qvc offers Easy Pay on purchases... This is a great benefit.... Your purchases are paid by using your credit card... It took me a while to figure this out.... My account got closed a couple of months ago. I was upset and didn't know why.... I called and got documentation that the account was paid.... The qvc card was not the issue.... My q card was in good standing.. It was the Easy Pays that had to be paid.... I figured well my purchases were put on my q card and my q card is paid off.... Not if you still have Easy Pay orders left to pay. You have 2 options.... Q card and Easy Pays both are for financing.... So if you pay off 1 great.. Remember Easy Pays need to be paid as well... As mentioned above when my account got closed I had Easy Pays to pay....which I did.... So even though my account was closed. Hope this is helpful.

Ordered coffee maker on 10/02/22 as a color specific gift as soon as QVC host offered it. Estimated Delivery date posted as 10/13. Called six times after 10/13 and per agents, varied info of not shipped yet although no change in website order status state 'in process'. With already past, still posted 10/13 estimated del., 10/17 and 10/19 agents sent a 'demand ship' request to warehouse, 10/21 said status was updated to delayed, 10/31 said item to ship within 2-3 days & to call if not received end of week, 11/05 both agents said item color on backorder and warehouse has none. Asked why 10/13 not corrected as est received date and 'in process' displayed on website. Informed 'in process' can include that none are in the warehouse. No answer as to why estimated ship date still 10/13. Agents have no idea or means to find out any other info, re: estimate manufacturer will fill and/or ship to warehouse timeframe.
The agents are quick to inform that they are happy for you to order other (less desirable/unordered) colors left in stock, and I suspect most buyers settle, assisting QVC deplete unsold colors. Savvy way to clear out stock. The running info the TV hosts rely on how many are left in stock seems a farce after this experience. No order delay update emails, no website account updates or info, absolutely no customer communication. Hubby and I are sorely disappointed that a gift ordered over a month ago isn't even in the warehouse, and the we, the customers, were not aware until after 6 status request calls made over the month about a 10/02 order with 10/13 estimated ship date, missed by already over 3 weeks. 11/05 still not received. Reliability, customer communication, and trust factor = 0 on this one.

I wanted to purchase 10 lipglosses from QVC with each lipgloss weighing 0.1oz, meaning the total weight would be 1oz. My shipping cost was $30. I was informed that this is because QVC charges a shipping charge of $3.50 PER ITEM even though all items will be shipped together and the shipping charge even with packaging will be significantly under 1lb. This is pure theft and misrepresentation of actual prices. By inflating the shipping prices, the price of each item is actually significantly more than what is advertised. This is unethical and illegal.

Last year, 2021 I purchased some Christmas presents from QVC using the Easy Pay option. After Christmas I paid off all of the easy pay items. I had not purchased from QVC since I paid them off. I was watching QVC 2 weeks ago, went to process an order and was stopped and told I could not order because I had Easy Pay items that were not paid. On Friday, October 14, 2022 I went on QVC chat and told the girl I had indeed paid off all of the easy pays I had in 1 payment. The total amount was $18.00. Instead of doing battle, I said I would just pay it off. Processed a payment with the girl on chat. Last night, October 19th, I tried to order something and was told the same thing, I could not order because I have easy pay item that has not been paid for. Same item! So, now they are trying to figure out in the billing department and I still cannot order anything. Unbelievable. I may never order anything else from them.

Purchased an Apple Laptop. A few weeks after receiving the computer it stopped working. I called QVC Customer Support more than a handful of times along with emails to them, But, to no avail. No one has ever responded. Here I have a product that cost more than $1,600.00, QVC refused to respond and replace my computer or give me my monies back. This company should NOT be able to operate in the USA.

I bought an item in December 2021 then the day or so after, I got recurring charges for items they say I bought. The charges kept going until May 2022. I didn't catch it until May 2022. I called my bank then I looked up on my QVC account. It had nothing on it in my orders except the real purchase I made in December 2021. I called them 2 times and they didn't know what was going on. They didn't show any more charges. Plus I have always paid each item I really bought in a 1-time payment form, not in 5 easy payments. The worst thing is my bank said I purchased from QVC before so they won't pay me back. Bank of America. I even highlighted all the fraudulent charges with an explanation and still nothing. 2 companies I can't stand.

I cancelled an order with QVC and received a cancellation confirmation from the QVC Webmaster on Thurs 15 Sep at 8:20 a.m. Two days later [Sept. 17] at 4:31 p.m. I got an email saying the item shipped, and my PayPal was charged for it. I contacted Customer Support [Chat line] and was told I have to return the item before a refund will be issued. That seemed wrong and according to the FTC, it is wrong since I cancelled and QVC confirmed that it was cancelled. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me, although the other time, they issued an immediate full refund and told me to just keep the item or dispose of it. I am NO LONGER shopping with QVC because I just do not trust them anymore.

Bought an Xbox series X and set it up for "3 easy payments." Went to confirm my order and check the delivery date. Saw that you could change the delivery date, only after the order and first payment were made. I thought that was weird and stupid, but I thought sure change the delivery date to a more convenient date and might have to pay a little more. No I paid about 800+ dollars. They charged me in full every time I changed the date. And I only changed the date 3 times because I couldn't tell if it had actually changed. There was nothing showing me the day had changed. You'd think they would only charge for the change in the delivery fees. Since it's an option they made available only after you've placed the order, not when your making it. Nowhere does it say you'll be charged in full every time you change the date.
Then customer service does nothing to help to remove the charges, even though my bank says they can remove those charges right then and there on the same day. Getting a supervisor to take the charges back is next to impossible, they just take your name and tell you someone (a supervisor) will call you back in 4 hours. Well after the banks will be closed. So here I am negative 900 dollars, because in total I was charged almost 1200 dollars for a 800 dollar item that hasn't even been packaged and shipped yet. And what do I get from QVC for all the trouble they caused, nothing but, "I'm sorry sir." No discount, no help, nothing but a big fat middle finger of a sorry, fees for being in the negative and stress because now my bills will be late.
I was on the fence about buying through qvc before, now I know to never make the mistake of buying anything through them ever again. Horrible customer service, useless and lazy. The website is flawed, not user friendly, doesn't give you all the information you need, and charges you more than what it's showing without telling you or having you authorize it.

I have tried repeatedly to buy the same pair of boots. First they process the payment then they cancel the order. I called customer service and I was told they closed my account. So I asked them what I was supposed to do and they had no answer. You would think they would want the business especially since I'm paying with my debit card. Stupid is as stupid does.

QVC is such a pain! Sometimes they have return labels included and other times they don't and make it impossible to get. Exchanges never seem to so they just charge a return and never exchange. Qualify terrible. Customer service can't do anything. So many other platforms with free returns, better quality and easier use!

#3. Paid on July 1st but they didn't take it out until July 19th which put my bank account overdrafted.
#4. On July 30th called for billing they hung up on me. On July 30th called back to billing was asked for my Q card or some other kind of card or Department. Ask for billing again for the third time. Was told at that time I would be credited the 66 overdraft at this time.
#5. When trying to get my credit for my overdraft was given bad info. They gave me the wrong email for the credit department.
#6. I sent all the information on I think it was the 28th for them to give me credit still have not received the credit. It is now the fifth of August.
7. Was told by customer service because she couldn't y transfer me to billing told me a supervisor would call within 4 hours. Started at 9:43 they finally called at 1:40, sat by the phone all that time.
8. Problem still not resolved. Told them I was contacting corporate and FTC come Monday if this wasn't resolved.

I have tried to log into my account for weeks and I am not able. I’ve called several times they claim it’s being taken care of. No it isn’t!!!! It’s been like this for at least 2months if not longer. I called in an order and haven’t heard a word about it. Called to check on the order they said it was hung up! They would send it out. This place has really gone downhill. I want to cancel my whole account but can not sign in.

A Bose radio was on sale for 339.00. Reg 499.00. My credit card was approved. 3 days later they canceled my order. The price of the radio wasn't at my discount. They told me my credit card did not work. They're crooked.

Purchased blender. Next day was billed and received an email item was shipped. After waiting 12 days checked tracking. Tracking said label created, but no item received. Called QVC, said item was not received from vendor and none are available. Bottom line, they took my money and never let me know item was not available. Seems illegal to me. To bill and say was shipped when item not even available. How long would have gone by if I did not realize I did not receive the item. When ordered, QVC even said they would not bill until item is shipped. They lie. Will never order from QVC again.

I recently ordered a product from QVC and received substandard customer service in fixing the issue. I tried to rectify a card issue several times when I received a new bank card and when the problem first appeared. Mind you I had used this card and it was ever a problem but when the issue first arose, I called and was assured the issue was fixed, this was in February 2022. Recently I made an order but encountered the same problem and when I called, (it took 4 calls to get the card issue fixed), it was supposed to be fixed, I ordered the AILA for my grandchild on the "Easy Plan Plan", which is their touted program.
This order was requested and confirmed to be easy pay; however, I was charged the full amount twice ($232.65 and $240.14) when I was expecting the Easy Pay Amount of around $50 (according to the QVC representative). So, I called back and was told it "CAN'T FIX IT", because there is no one in finance to correct the mistake and the charges would likely take 10-12 days to reverse, even though it took them a matter of seconds to charge me erroneously, and not just once but twice for one product.
The upside of buying online is convenience and supply and in the case of QVC, their bundle packs which offer a better value and yes the Easy Pay Plan. The downside of ordering online with QVC Is that there are so many entities involved and no one can supposedly talk to another and instead of personal customer communication, you get emails. Send a message here and message there, only to find out that the order nor the mistaken payments can be resolved except within their timeline and preference. If they cannot fix customer issues they should not market themselves with a customer service center which is supposed to be set up to, you guessed it - handle customer issues.
I could tell from the CSR attitude that I was being a bad QVC customer, I guess I am a bad QVC "quacker" and how dare me expect them to resolve overcharging my account by 420.00? My expectation was simply the level of customer service that QVC explicit without reserve suggests exists, I can tell you from my experience today, it does not exist within the scope or presence that they market on any level. QVC is a large company, that I have utilized quite a bit over the last decade but when you have a complaint that causes more work than them pushing the level of customer service beyond a channeled email that is handled within their time frame preference, you become the annoying and difficult customer.
I am sure that most customer become upset and angry when they repeatedly call and try to fix a situation just to have it blundered on the QVC end, not because it is THEIR fault, but the fault of QVC and their ordering system. They have now without any care of concern $472.79 from my account when it should have only been the easy pay amount of around $50.00. You cannot tell me that if this happened to someone who works at QVC, they would not be upset.
An update that makes me feel even more upset. I spoke with a "supervisor" named Gw....., who will work on getting this issue fixed, the mistake on the part of QVC mind you, not me. She informs me that it will take in excess of 48 hours to fix and amend this situation, this is not acceptable to me. If this were my fault I would accept this but it is not so I do not think it is unreasonable to ask for this to be amended and the wrong charge reversed. I have requested that a QVC representative contact me with a viable resolution as soon as possible; viable will be defined as fixing the overcharges through refund and charging this as to the Easy Pay plan as first requested since I was told this was the plan selected by the QVC customer service agent.
I have asked them to please contact me as soon as possible to discuss this very serious issue of QVC overcharging and refusing to fix the situation within a timely manner and to consider this request as a formal request to resolve this problem. This was the reply I got from my reply, which was where I was directed to reply.
"We're sorry! We are unable to respond with assistance via email. For the fastest service, we hope you'll consider taking advantage of one of our convenient self-service options on QVC.com. If your issue requires that you speak with a Customer Service Specialist, we ask that you please connect with us online via Live Chat, Facebook Messenger, or Twitter, or by phone at 888-345-5788. This was the reply I received on 7/2 at 12:45 pm., how can they really wonder why customers are upset? Suggestions from anyone are extremely appreciated as to how they may have resolved a similar issue. I would like to offer that until recently my experience with QVC has been positive but the last 6 months interactions have left me ready to walk away as a customer. I know that they really likely do not care but I cannot believe that this behavior is limited to just my specific experience.

I ordered a dress. When I received it, it didn't look like the picture. The colors were very dingy and even looked dirty. I wanted to return it. Their return process online was not working. I called them. The lady said they are trying to fix it but it has been down for a while now. It gets fixed, then it doesn't work again. She said she can send me a return label and it would take 7-10 business days. I asked can't you send it to my email. She said no, only through the mail or I can drop it off at the post office and she told me the info I needed. I went to the post office. It cost me almost $10 to ship back. About a week later I get an email saying I got a refund for $1.55, then a separate email saying I was charged $6.95. I did the 5 payment plan with my order so I only paid the first payment which was $5.06.
I called and asked for her to explain this to me. She said, "Well, you paid $5.05," it was $5.06, but what's a penny, she said, "We subtracted the $3.50 from shipping it to you." I asked about $6.95 charge. She said that was for return shipping label. I told her, "I never used your return shipping label. Your system was down and I had to go to the post office and pay almost $10." She said she would refund me the $6.95. At least I got that back but what a joke!!! If I didn't call, I would have been out the $6.95 and also deducting $3.50 for their ship to me which just so happened to be free the day I ordered. So apparently it wasn't free. I will never shop at QVC again.

I ordered a bathing suit from QVC, never received it. When I called Customer Service, they said they would send another one out. 2 weeks passed and nothing was received. I called again and was told they would send another one out at which point I explained that I already went thru this process. Representative said they are having technical issues but recommended that I wait yet another 2 weeks to see if the replacement went through. I obviously never received any of the bathing suits. I was told that there was no record of me calling in and reordering two times. Here is an idea QVC - how about caring enough about your customers to notify them that the computers are down and my efforts to reorder never went thru. I have been waiting another 4 weeks for my refund to post with no follow-up from QVC. They are quick to take your money, not so quick to issue a refund.

On 9Apr22, I purchased a Serta mattress set from QVC. This has been my experience. 1. Rather than the “white glove” service included with the purchase, the delivery guy would not take the old set away without a $25 cash payment. 2. Discovered the mattress was dirty and had water stains. Obviously NOT a new mattress set. 3. Called QVC to get a replacement. QVC agent was very rude, so I just asked for a refund. 4. Agent never put in my refund request. 5. Had to call back to get return process started. Was told someone would contact me to schedule the pickup. This agent was very nice and talked me into getting a replacement. I really wanted this mattress because it was one that could be flipped over and used on the other side, so I agreed.
6. 10 days later no one had contacted me. I called QVC. Was told I had to call to set up the pickup. 7. I called XPO (delivery company). Their system showed everything was completed for me and they had NO additional information regarding the return of the mattress set. Also, they have to get info from QVC and cannot schedule anything with me until that info is received. 8. I called QVC back. I was assured someone would call me back to schedule. 9. 3 days later XPO called to set up pickup. 10. Mattress set picked up.
11. During events 5-10, when checking my online info for this purchase my order status was “return pending”. The day after the set was picked up, the order status changed to “shipped on 06/07/2022”. I thought they were sending a replacement. Because of the foolishness I’d already been through, I called to find out if something was indeed on the way to me. The agent said nothing had been shipped and would not be shipped for at least 12 days AFTER receipt of the returned set. I asked for a supervisor, was transferred and had to leave a message.
12. Supervisor called me back. I could not answer the call as I was at work in a meeting. Supervisor left a message saying she could help me, but was leaving for the day and would call me back. Tried calling the number back but not a number that takes calls. Still have not received a return call from that person. Every agent I did manage to speak with told me something different than the other agents. It does not appear that QVC employees know how QVC procedures work. I spoke with yet another QVC agent today who, unsurprisingly, told me yet something else different. It will take another THREE WEEKS for my refund to get to me, because the amount is more than $1000. Order at your own risk.

So, QVC has quite the scam going. One day they charge you shipping then the next day shipping is free on those same items but they refuse to give a refund even though your order is still "being processed". And they will not let you cancel the order but you have to receive it then return it and pay shipping costs both ways. Buyer beware.

Trying to get a recalled Serta mattress picked up, with no results..Serta is refusing to pickup and I called QVC to get results and have had no results..Meanwhile, I'm getting charged for a mattress that is inferior quality and I don't want...All I want is my money back and get this mattress out of my house!..I'm getting ready to file a complaint with BBB if no results. QVC, give me my refund and get this mattress gone...

I had a small collection balance, approximately $34, that I paid via the collection agency a few years ago. I tried to purchase something from QVC last year and my order was canceled. I was told it was due to their never being notified that I paid the balance owed. I sent proof of the payment and they still wouldn't allow me to make the purchase. I let it go as I purchased the item elsewhere. This year I attempted to purchase a Dutch oven and, again, my order was cancelled for the same reason. Again I was told it was because of this balance.
I sent the proof again and was just told a few moments ago that QVC policy is that if you owe them a debt and it's sold to a collection agency you are PERMANENTLY barred from ever purchasing from them again. I was in shock. Don't do business with these crooks. This policy is ridiculous, asinine, and is so counter to any retailer I've ever dealt with that it makes QVC appear as infantile as their policy. Again, don't do business with them. They don't deserve your hard earned money.

I am a victim of iD theft. Next, my EZ Pays. No problem their card. Great credit! I received a letter stating I owed 160$ (cannot remember exact amount). Nothing mentioned what order, item. Nothing. All my EZ Pays were paid off. Called their credit card. They actually helped! They spoke to QVC. Told QVC I had zero due on my card. Was the order credit send it to them (credit customer service informed me this happened to other customers). My bank checked all EZ Pays paid.
My QVC account was locked! Beware. Make sure EZ Pays are on debit or bank card not credit. I had accidentally checked credit. Went through orders changed payment. However I had enough credit on my QCard. It had to be a credit card purchase. However QVC did not or would not transfer or it was an order from one of the criminals using my identity. Their credit card customer service. Wonderful. Next several occasions received wrong size. The package was right. However the garment wrong size QVC did exchange. I was not supposed to pay for return postage or replacement Called QVC, they credit my account.
There are other stores. Shop online. A problem? The brick and mortar store is nearby. Although, be careful due to Covid in addition to shootings in my state!Lock ones account. Mystery bill. No order # or item. Thanks QCard. I do not miss QVC at all. Or other shopping channels. Selling junk. Used to get great deals and great customer service!

QVC has started a new practice where they are no longer putting in return form with information on the item that you purchased. I believe they’re doing this to save money on printing. This is completely inconvenient and does not stand for the quality convenience and value that the customer was long based on. It is totally inconvenient for me to go to my computer and print the return item. That is not convenient! Also, what about senior citizens who do not have a smartphone, access to a computer, don’t even know how to operate a computer, let alone on a printer.
If you call them to have them send you the return label, it takes three weeks. That is not cost-effective for the customer who has to wait six weeks to get the return label and refund on an item that they don’t want. In the meantime QVC makes money off of that part of the deal meaning i.e. no mailing charges, they get to keep the interest on the item that they charged you, easy pay, etc. I would give them zero stars if I could!
Ever since they got rid of their quality experienced representatives in 2020, to cut corners with inexperienced reps who do not know the product and when they bought HSN, Company has gone down so many levels. When you order from them you don’t get your item for two weeks? Why would anyone shopped there when Amazon has your item within 24 to 48 hours? The shipping fees are outrageous, if you have Amazon prime everything ships free for $11 a month! Seriously QVC, I’m done with you!

March 04/22, I ordered an aqua joe 360 degree tripod sprinkler for $58.50 and received 3/14/22. It came with no telescoper. Only legs. And not original box. It looks like had being get from trash and selling to me. I contacted the QVC and they said, it is the only one they had. I returning it. And today is April 13, 2022 and still have not received the reimburses. I contacted them 3 times. And it is the second time they sent bad or wrong items but is also the last time I will order from them. After all I noted they have non good reviews. Ordered a Le Creuset dutch oven with easy pay. It has been a week and I have not had an email with tracking or any communication from QVC, other than a ridiculous amount of ads for other items. I have texted every day wanting a tracking number or some information as to the status of my order. All I get is 'sorry for the inconvenience, but there is no status update, but your order will arrive by April 2.' What? The money is still pending in my account. Why not just email or call and let someone know if they don't qualify for easy pay? There are plenty of companies that want my business. Seriously. Not a good experience, I should have read reviews first. Don't waste your time dealing with this joke of a company.

I’ve been a regular, frequent customer of QVC since 1984 and have never before done a review on them. Recently my Discover card has been denied several times for no reason. Right after a HP desktop computer became TSV the evening of 20 February 2022 (9:00 PM PST). I ordered it in black. Just before I went to bed I got an email that my easy pay was denied. I called the next morning (21 February) and spoke to a far less than helpful customer service person who only said their credit service said easy pay couldn’t be used on this card, odd since I am just making the last easy pay on a Christmas tree. That was the only item I had on easy pay.
The customer service person told me I would have to reorder on a different credit card, and the black I wanted was no longer available. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told would have to leave a message to speak to a supervisor. I have done that once months ago and still waiting on that supervisor call. So I called Discover. Not only had they not denied a charge, there was a charge of $164.59 made this morning (21 February). Exact amount of the first easy pay.
My credit limit on the card is over $14,000 and it not only never gets near that, I pay the full balance every month. So I called QVC back. First I was told the order was canceled because it was sold out. I had ordered very shortly after it became TSV. And it was still being listed as TSV. At least this person tried to help. But he first said no longer available. I had to give him the number of the item. Then he was ordering the one without the Windows program. This became almost impossible to get done. I think he finally got the right one ordered, in the black that was supposedly no longer available, and mysteriously it went through my Discover card with no problem.

About 4 yrs ago my acct was blocked and I couldn't shop on QVC all of a sudden. I called, they said I owed from something 3 yrs before that. I paid it off in 2 payments. I was back on. Happened twice since! Now I'm just done with their idiocy! Banks don't keep receipts from 2013 so I can't prove anything. They claim if I find the fax and receipt they will reinstate me for something I already paid off in 2013 or so! That's not gonna happen. Goodbye QVC

Qvc has had 13 of my packages for three weeks. I can see they were returned almost 2 weeks ago and they’re sitting in a warehouse in South Carolina. Qvc cannot be trusted as a supervisor went online and charged my account without my permission. That is my reason for my returns. I have had many items returned but not put back on my account. I have had to call numerous times to find out where my package was only to find here, “oh, it’s been sitting in the warehouse, I’m so sorry for any inconvenience.” If I hadn’t checked on my returns, I would have lost my money. I have been a customer with QVC for 33 years and they have gone downhill tremendously. No customer service and a rip off for their products.

I have been QVC for decades. Account is seriously messed up by representatives, I believe this happened when Qvc joined with the 2 other shopping networks. The problems we see were common with these 2 companies. Now QVC has adapted their own problems and their rude, incompliance, unethical practices, such as credit checks for easy pay, rude refusing to allow returns, high S&H charges.
The credit card company Synchrony bank also made changes that were not good for the customers, They are closing accounts if you complain about these problems. There are many problems with customers being charged for orders that were never delivered or TSV auto shipped products selling out at the lower price ordered then to see the product selling for the higher price at the same time. Items stated as being delivered by shipping companies but you never. They also will give bad rating on credit reports and will not correct. There are many reviews stating the same problems. We are all not lying about the same things that are happening at the same time. They will close your account without notifying you. I am concerned I may be leaving QVC along with the thousands of others complaining if there are not corrections to unfair practices.

In early January, I saw a deal come across for a Total Gym. It was so good of a price/deal, I decided to splurge. I've been wanting to get one and the price was too good to be true. So I did what I thought was a simple process of buying the product online using my credit card. I received an email that the order was successful and all was good...
After the initial email for the order and welcome to QVC email, I heard nothing. So I created an online account to track my order status. I cannot remember how many days it was (only a handful) I logged in and found my order had been cancelled! I was dumbfounded. So I took the next logical step and called customer service. They were little help and had no idea why the order was cancelled. The lady transferred me to I believe the Finance Dept. No one was there as it was after hours so I left a message to be called back.
Next day I heard nothing (i.e. no call back) so I took charge and called in. The initial person I spoke to was nice enough but she could not help and again transferred me to the finance dept. I wish I got the woman's name but I did not. She was terrible. NO help whatsoever. My credit card is fine with a very large credit limit, the address I entered matched and I've never had this issue before so I'm trying to find out what I needed to do to buy the product. I ask, "Can I simply provide the credit card over the phone." "Nope," she said! And then, in the middle of me explaining my situation and trying to get some information about why my order was cancelled and what options I have, the woman hung up the phone on me! This is horrible customer service and I was incensed!
No way I'm going to leave it here so I call back to the main number and tell them what just transpired and that I want to speak to a manager. The lady who took this call was very nice and she was not happy that I got hung up on and expressed concern. She in turn sent my concerns to management and it was a few hours after I got a call back from a manager. She was cordial and "understanding" of my situation, but again could offer me NO real help and I still could not buy the product!!! Told me she has no idea why the finance dept denied me. Great...
The call ended and I figured I'd try another perfectly valid credit card which I use all the time. SAME thing happened. Order accepted, I get an email telling me of my order details, I get a notification on my phone that the transaction hit my credit card and so I'm thinking all is good. Well, it was NOT and after another couple of days my order is mysteriously cancelled again in the system with me receiving NO email notification. I only found out by logging in online. Oh, I forgot to mention that I think it was the first time I ordered, maybe the second (it's all a blur), but my online account was also automatically closed!!!
I think I foolishly tried a third time w/ a credit card and the same thing happened. Me being persistent and not wanting the deal to slip away, figured, okay, I'll send a check. A hassle for me and should not be necessary, but I figured it will be no problem as I have a good amount of money in the account. Mail the check the day after I re-order and select pay by check. Should take no more than a week for the check to be received.
I wait over two weeks with the system telling me my check has until 2/2 to be received. On 1/27 I again login to check the status and guess what? You got it, order cancelled! This time I'm close to being livid. I call again and explain the situation and the woman tells me I'll get a call back as she'll forward my case to headquarters. Of course I NEVER got a call back!
Waiting and never receiving a call back, I call in to QVC the next day on 1/28 again explaining the situation. The gentleman who took my call told me my check was not received within 14 days. I simply do not believe that as I mailed it on 1/12 and no more than 5 days should it have taken. But he offered no more help and told me I'll get a call back in four hours. Four hours pass...and of course NO call back.
I'm done. I am so angry as this is the WORST "buying" experience I have ever had and the customer service, if you can call it that, at QVC was horrendous. Yes, a few of the first people I spoke to were nice and I realize they have no power to change things. But even going up the "food chain" offered me NO resolution and now I cannot get the product as the date has passed. I will order one from E-bay instead as they like my money.
QVC - Take note. You just lost what could have been a high wage earner customer who would have been loyal and more than likely a repeat customer. I also would have told others about you and the great deal I got. But this did not and will not happen because I neither got a good deal, nor did I get a resolution which should have been your management's focus. I will not only NOT recommend you, but I will do all to dissuade others from considering you.

I told the CSR that I am a businesswoman and I DO NOT believe that. They are liars! I asked to speak with someone higher than she was and she said there wasn't anyone. Which is another lie. I ordered A plastic gift card for QVC to give to a friend. A week or so later I received email saying they didn't know it when or if they could send a plastic card so I might consider E-card or a refund. I chose a refund because I knew the recipient did not like E cards. I responded to their email and never heard back.. Then I called a few days later and they said said the account number is not correct even though it's the same one that they sent me. After at least 1 and a 1/2 hours and being passed around to several people they said they would refund me the $100 but not the $12 shipping. I told them that didn't seem right because they weren't able to ship anything. They said they would put it in a review and see if they could get it for me..
Then to my surprise a week or so later my friend got a gift card. She called to thank me profusely but said there was no balance on it. It said that it had already been used. What's up with that?? I called QVC called and had the new account number they said is correct...but they couldn't tell me Anything because they said that account number wasn't right. They tried to tell me they could give me a $15 dollar courtesy back if I open an account with them. I am real even tempered but this was one of the most unprofessional frustrating and unhappy customer service situations I've ever been in. They couldn't find me or my friend anywhere in the system and then said if I gave them my credit card number they could refund it but once I gave it to them they said they couldn't.
Does anybody look at these reviews??? I will tell everyone not to deal with QVC at this point. They kept saying it's a different company that does the gift cards. Why don't they have a lifeline to a a company they've hired to do their work. All they gave me was excuses why they can't do things. Much to my surprise they can take money.

On 12/12/21 I placed my 1st order with QVC which was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I received an email stating that my order would be here on the 20th, After about a week had past I realized that no tracking # was sent so I reached out to customer service and he said that my order had shipped and would be here on the 24th instead. Today is the 27th and still no package nor tracking info so I called once again only to find out that my item never shipped in the first place! That's 15 days without a tracking # and being led on to believe that my order was on the way, How ridiculous is that! Please do your research before ordering from this company, I had no idea how poor their communication & customer service skills were and I am extremely disappointed. This is my 1st and Last order from them and I will warn anyone about ordering from them.

buying from them, debit your bank account, then cancel your order. Without prior authorization from the customer, they perform a "soft pull" of your credit file, on a freaking flexpay purchase! What's the point of flexpays then? If they check your credit, then you might as well apply for their credit card! It's an outrageous and disgusting business practice!
And to make things worse, they take money out of your bank account before they even pull a soft credit check, then cancel the order, if it doesn't satisfy them. Holding up your funds at your bank, in the transaction pending stage!! So, they cancel your order & have your available funds held up. It's infuriating and scammy! I pay all my flexpays way ahead of time when they are due, so they had no basis to cancel my order. I was livid! And, I made sure they knew it! If they are going to do a soft pull on your credit file, they should first, get your permission, then do it before even touching your bank account! It's ludicrous, and in my opinion, a scammy, bait and switch tactic. Which is shameful! QVC must be really hard up for money and a scammer (my opinion). I will never see QVC or HSN the same! Be careful with them. Because I definitely will be, going forward.

Really shameful business practice! I've shopped with them for DECADES! Always pay my easy pays as agreed or early. Have purchased $1k+ gaming systems. Today, I ordered a ps5 out of desperation. Qvc took every penny I had and placed the order. Great! At least my 13 year old will get his Christmas gift. Two minutes later, they canceled. No explanation. As I've used easy pay a million times. Now they won't release my funds so I can buy the ps5 somewhere else and they won't honor the order either. SHAMEFUL before Christmas!!!! Now my son won't get the ps5 by Christmas. I am emailing the board of directors, the BBB and anyone else who I can. I am absolutely disgusted. Thank you QVC. For nothing. Twenty years as a customer. Never again. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have always loved QVC & have spent close to $50k in past 2 years alone. Around 9/2021, I noticed charges coming out of my account for Easy Pay I did not recognize. Went to QVC site to Manage Easy Pay & got an error message. Completely unable to see what is coming out of my Visa & what to budget for in future. Called 6 times for help & was continually assured that an email would be sent to reset my password. Never once did I get said email. Again, called "customer service" to inform that I could still not access my account. Meantime, they found an old collection account for $255 so they closed my account that I have spent close to $40,000 on this year without a single missed payment. Assured me that if I took care of the old debt, they would reopen my account.
This all happened early December & ruined my Christmas shopping plans. Immediately did what they asked & provided a confirmation # - continued to call to see when account would be reopened only to be told it is "closed permanently" and that I can "never have an account" - So, I still owe close to $5,000 in Easy Pay but cannot even open my account to update my expired card. I have spent thousands of dollars & cannot access my account!!! This cannot be legal - We need a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against their practices. Not to mention their offer of FREE SHIPPING - they fail to mention that it's only FREE if you keep the item. If you return it, they nail you for shipping BOTH WAYS. They do not disclose this on the air while repeating, ad nauseum - FREE SHIPPING. This in & of itself is illegal. ANY CONSUMER RIGHTS ATTORNEYS within earshot???

9-27-21 I ordered 2 pair of tennis shoes. Took about a month to arrive. They reeked. Didn't try on because of strong chemical smell, and, they were stiff (no way would they be comfortable.) Wanted to return them. Nothing came with the packaging indicating where to send returns. Went online and chose the most logical QVC address--for "apparel." Plunked out $15 of my own money to mail back. Enclosed with return package a letter giving details requested by QVC (except for the customer and order numbers because they didn't come in the packaging!!!) QVC got the shoes.
They texted and called once, each. I called back and they claimed I returned to wrong address and they were going to send the shoes off somewhere else. I could tell the rep wasn't understanding my explanation. Simply put, I wasn't happy with product; QVC made the return process difficult by not providing a valid return address. Now I've paid for an inferior product that I'll never wear, plus out $15 that I wasted at the post office. Lousy experience. Will never again risk hard earned money on QVC again

On December 9, 2021, at 12:17 pm I placed an order in which the payment of $124.81 was immediately taken. At 12:21 pm, I get an email stating my order was canceled. It took them four minutes to cancel my order, but, it's taking them up to seven days to refund my down payment? It's ridiculous and the lengthy refund policy is archaic at best. I have worked in many fields during my lifetime and I have never seen anything this asinine. The same team that saw fit to cancel my order can't release the hold on my payment?!

I am extremely disappointed and Qvc and Valerie and her jingle bell Christmas wreaths. I have a colonial home and I've been ordering the wreaths for close to 10 years, last year my shipment never came in. I chalked it up to Covid, I ordered the wreaths again this year and my shipment never came in. I gave her an extra week and I called Qvc. They said it was a delayed but I would get my shipment the following week. I called again a week later and they said my shipment has been canceled, they were sold out of the wreaths!! But yet I was billed! This company has no credibility and it's totally unreliable.

I placed an order for a reindeer candle pillar with an LED candle on 7/27/21. I just received it today 11/30/21. I had called when this item missed its target date of delivery. I did not receive one e-mail or phone call as to why it was not shipped. I called the customer service person said it was due to ship out in a couple of weeks. Those weeks came and went I called again and I was given the excuse that shipping was delayed due to the issue with cargo ships sitting of the coast and not being able to come into the docks. Why is this company selling products that are not in their possession. The QVC salespeople make you full aware of how many they have to sell. The product was a disappointment as well. The paint job on it must have been done by a 3 year old. To be perfectly honest Big Lots or Walmart would have been a better option. I won't be purchasing anything from QVC in the future.

They have no clue what the words customer service mean. I placed an order on Monday evening, it is now noon on Friday and my item is still sitting in Preparing order status and no one can tell me when it will ship. When I tried to cancel the order they claim they couldn't. I asked to a talk to a Supervisor and I was told that a supervisor would return my call within 4 hours. When that didn't happen I called them back. Again I was told that I couldn't speak with a Supervisor...that I was on the list and someone would call me back within 4 hours. I explain to her it has been over 4 hours. What do I get the same canned answer. When a Supervisor can't get back you within 4 hours it tells you that they're one screwed company with a lot customer service issues!!! If I was you I would think twice before making a purchase. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered a $100 gift card for my mother. She received the gift card and it did not work. After 10+ phone calls and hours on the phone, this issue has not been resolved. Cash Star insisted they could not help and referred me to QVC. QVC insisted they could not help and referred me to Cash Star. That's it. No one helped. This issue was 'escalated' to the finance department on Oct 27th and again on Nov 11th. I have not heard back. I continue to call but no one at QVC will follow up with this. I don't use QVC very often but at times I see a product that I'd like to purchase. I bought a shirt in June 2021. They originally didn't have the color I wanted but then saw that the color was back in stock. I returned it for the color I wanted. What was sent to me was someone's mascara. I returned it and they sent the color I requested. The size wasn't right so I returned it for a new size. Now they have counted that as three returns (even though the mascara was not my fault). Apparently after 3 returns they won't do a return but no one calls to tell you that.
I waited for about a month and finally called. I learned their policy. They were sorry and sent my shirt after reading all the notes. And they refunded my shipping charge because since it was an exchange not a return. Well today - Oct 20th - I see I have a charge on my account because they are taking back the money they refunded me for the shipping charge! This has been 4 months of bloody hell to buy one shirt! I was done fighting. I told them to keep their money and I will never buy from them again! Their shipping is slow and expensive and then they can't seem to get things right. I have talked to so many people there trying to straighten out my account. I'm just done! Never again!!

In April I made a first-time purchase, 1 item from QVC. I received a discount for being a first-time purchaser on their QVC card. Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of the discount. I paid what I thought I owed. Then I get a letter from a collection agency saying I owed QVC more $. I called QVC and they had no record of the discount. I then called the QVC Card (Synchrony) & was told to talk to QVC customer service. I did not have the time or the mental energy to deal with this, so I paid the $ owed to the collection agency. I closed the QVC card and the acct with QVC and will never do business with them again!

I have been ordering from QVC since the early '90s. They historically do not like you to return items. It seems recently they have put a sticker on the back of your receipt that it cannot be returned. I guess if you return too many items, in their opinion, they are going to make you keep it whether you have problems or not. This is a company that does not value long time customers. Their quality control is not there. The sizes in the various clothing varies from item to item, (too small, too large) but apparently they do not care now. Just know that QVC was sold a few years ago to new owners. These owners also own HSN, Zulily and I don’t know who else.
For the last few months, I have been ordering from H&M. They always include a return label with the purchase, in case you want to return. They have up to date clothing for all ages and exceptional pricing. If it does not fit, just put in in the bag and return. No questions asked. I really, so far, enjoy this Company. It is refreshing. They have the latest fashions for fashionistas. Both QVC and HSN does not offer the quality nor up to date fashions they did a number of years ago. All clothing for Women is that cheap spandex material. It is way way overpriced. I miss Randolph Duke, Terry Lewis and others.
**This is just a heads up to those who return more than QVC wants you to. They did not let me know until I received it with a notice on the back that it could not be returned. It is suppose to be a Bob Mackie blouse size 18. It fit my niece that wears a 14. This is an example of their clothing sizing that you cannot return.

I ordered new sneakers for my daughter for school. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I contacted customer service. They said said the "item was backordered" (yet it did not say this when purchasing). They said they have no way of knowing if an item is backordered or in stock when I place the order. She also said she had no way of knowing if when or if it would ever be in stock. I just had to "wait and see". Umm.. what?! Then after over a month of NOTHING I contacted customer service again. They said the order was canceled. And no, they don't send emails when an order is canceled. Again...WHAT?! Am I supposed to be psychic? Really bizarre and a complete waste of time. NEVER AGAIN.

They are holding my funds & won't release them. I have reached out several of times. Have been hung up on and even spoke to a supervisor. Let her tell it she will release the hold of the funds that someone attempted to order a ps5 which was a big fraud. I have two PS5 I preordered before they even came out for my son and husband. Someone used my card. The order was canceled but QVC will not release my funds. I have been waiting on the fraud team to notify me yet no one has contacted me back.

I have been shopping on QVC since early this year, when suddenly without notice or warning all my orders were canceled and account was closed! I called customer service to ask what happened. Long story short, around the year 2005 QVC closed my account because they didn't like the number of returns I was sending back. THEIR POLICY (NOT MY POLICY) IS YOU CAN RETURN ITEMS UP TO 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE NO QUESTIONS ASKED! I guess that didn't apply to me. So since then they have carried their grudge and refuse to allow me to shop. I also just read reviews of other people shopping on QVC and couldn't agree with them more! QVC has lowered their standards and raised their prices!
The customer service has declined, and Corporate won't even acknowledge customers! This severe verdict of cutting people off who don't suit them, is deplorable. It is written you will be judged as you have judged. If Corporate WILL NOT FORGIVE AND FORGET THE PAST, THE SAME VERDICT WILL BE GIVEN TO THEM BY GOD! Not my verdict, not my word, but GOD'S WORD! I have been a QVC customer for over 30 years and they were a good company about 10 years ago. These last several years their customer service has gone downhill. There are people on Facebook complaining about their packages receiving either broken or they never receive them at all. Their prices has gone up substantially and the quality control is zero when it comes to sending out your packages.
QVC fired a lot of good people and kept the bad ones on as their host. Whenever you order something, everything is on advance order now. You don't get anything for the holidays until after. What is the point if you can't get something before then. Plus, they are selling burgers and hotdogs for about $70. It's outrageous. You can go to your local grocery store and buy it there and spend less. I understand prices are going up, but QVC is now price gouging their customers. I don't know if this review is going to help but people need to know when companies like QVC are taking advantage of consumers. In my opinion, QVC is just a rip off. They take advantage of people.

I was instantly approved for a QVC credit card over the Memorial Day weekend. The offer was a $50 statement credit on first purchase. Never got it. I called their number @ least 20 times over 2 months. I got 20 different excuses, still no credit. I wrote 2 letters to corporate, no response, still no credit. Finally, 3 months later I got a lousy $20 credit! This company treats their customers terribly. I only made 2 small purchases and I am paying off the card and cutting it up. My advice, don't believe ANYTHING they say and take your business elsewhere.

I called QVC 3 different times concerning my refund. The first and second call promised me a refund of $20.00 plus tax. Each time customer service promised me the refund would be taken care of right away. On the third call, I was informed my refund would be a generous $12.00. I was a loyal customer for more than 25 years, but will not be making any further purchases. I am shredding my QVC credit card.

Almost every piece of clothing I order arrives in poor condition, need so much ironing. I even recently returned an item I knew I couldn't iron. The bags are dirty. Sometimes they lie in my very scorching hot mailbox (I live in the desert) stuffed in between my mail. Today I got 2 bags literally thrown over my gate, although a sign in plain view asks deliverer to put items in a specific location. The items almost never get delivered when estimated any more. Sometimes I have to wait a month for something. Sadly, it's just not the same business anymore.

I have ordered several items from QVC over the past 5 or so years. I have never had any issues with any of my orders. Merchandise ranging from mugs, throw blankets, food, Christmas décor and a vacuum. My ordering experience has always been simple through the mobile site or app. Items are easily trackable and have been dispatched in a timely fashion. All items have been packed well and exactly as described. I did an advance order on an item which a few hours later I changed my mind. Cancelation was simple and easy. The Easy Pay has always been effective for me and when I want to just pay off the remaining balance it is simple. Although this does not change my individual customer experience, it is a shame QVC sells so many products made in China. And of course much of what is said on-air by program hosts are exaggerations. But I get it....they want to sell stuff.

First time customer of QVC which I purchased the XBOX SERIES FIRST in February and just purchased PLAYSTATION 5 (A MONTH AGO). I AGREED BOTH BUNDLES ARE OVERPRICED!! But tell me what company has both in stock and ship to you 3 to 5 days! Not Gamestop, Target, Bestbuy, or Walmart. You know where consoles are coming from and tracking number! I had 2 accounts, each with a separate email. Suddenly I was unable to log into the second account. Customer service told me it was closed by QVC. No explanation. I was unable to view my orders or returns. I contacted Customer service again who shut down the other account instead of reactivating the closed one. She kept sending links to reset the passwords but I couldn't because she had closed both accounts. Now I can't access either account, I can't see my order summary, I can't track my returns. Then, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she disconnected me. She was rude, incompetent, and totally unhelpful.

I returned a pair of pants that did not fit, they took almost 10 days to register my return, then refunded me 88 cents. That's right, 88 cents on a 50 dollar pair of pants. Don't do business with QVC. I ordered cactus roses from QVC beginning of 4-1-21 and got a big run around when I tried to find when they would ship the order. Finally fed up with them and cancelled the order. Meanwhile I ordered same type from website robertasuniquegardens. I get billed by American Express for $45 and Robertas doesn't show I ordered item. When I call robertasuniquegardens at 800-428-9726, this is the same phone number of QVC. QVC has no follow up and anyone doing business with them BEWARE. This company is using Roberta's website for their own use. I would rate QVC a huge ZERO.

My wife place and order for a PS5 bundle on QVC website. Her order was confirmed 3 payments of 362 and change. QVC took the first payment out. Told that the order was processed on 5/19/21. Said it was to arrive on 5/21/21. Gave her a tracking number. Today is 5/25/21 and no package. Go on Ups tracking page. Put number. Said label was made but has not been picked up. Wife called QVC to find out why it hasn't shipped yet. She was told that the package was listed in transit. Here's the funny thing. Doesn't a package ship before it can become listed in transit???. They told my wife that they would refund her money. Don't do business with QVC. Unprofessional. Incompetent.

Our experience with QVC has been nothing but negative. We bought the PlayStation 5 bundle at the extremely inflated price of over $800, not even including the insurance for it. The company then refused to give us any concrete answers as to what was included in the bundle, even their own employees did not have any answers as to what the vouchers they were offering actually were. However, the most concrete answer we got was that they were vouchers that would enable us to purchase games from the PlayStation store.
After this, the company then refused to tell us when they were sending the package or even if the package had already been shipped. It took us sending in a cancellation notice for them to finally ship it the next day-3 days after it was slated to arrive in the first place. We finally got it today, when it was scheduled to arrive originally on 4/2/2021.
Upon opening the package, We discovered that the package did not include the game vouchers but instead vouchers for random entertainment services such as VUDU or entertainment weekly, none of which is of any interest or help to us. Now, upon trying to return the product, we find that the return slip now says that WE have to pay to return the product when it is them that purposefully misled us, wasting our time and wanting us to waste our money further to send them back the product.

I am so upset about the mattress I brought from QVC the Scott living!! I brought it last February it was great in the beginning for a few months!! After that it lost its shape! It’s uncomfortable!! Someone suggested to me that I should try QVC to order my son a new oculus 2 for my son's birthday so I purchased this and a new vacuum cleaner and paid for next day shipping on the order. A month later when I still had not received the order and no communication from QVC I reached back out to them over the next two weeks multiple times to receive responses ranging from it’s on its way, to the order has been processed, to we don’t know where it is. Their almost immediate response after they are not able to placate you with some soft lie is "would you like us to refund you the money back." You’d think there might be some real effort on their part to fix the initial issue but instead it’s "well if you don’t like the business then go somewhere else." Well you know what QVC? Message heard!

Got approved for a QVC credit card.... So I used it to buy men's cologne. Selected the five pay option ... Billed x amount each month. Payment...Goes thru. Get charged again. I'm disabled and I have severe hearing loss.... So very difficult to use the phone. Sent two emails... Asking for help.. Never got response... So I have made four monthly payments... And just paid a lump sum amount. For three months.... Showing I didn't pay. Don't know how these companies stay in business.. Ooohhh. Wait. Yes I do... Because there is corrupt pieces of poop deeply rooted in we the people's rights and freedoms.

As some of the other reviews, it seem that QVC adds "hidden" or "ghost" charges, they appear out of the blue in your account. Since then, I deleted my account, change credit card, etc. Be careful with those charges.

Place an order as I did 23 payments ago and week later see part of my order was canceled. My account closed. Could no longer see order history. I called for 4 weeks to speak to supervisor. Operators must be told to lie to customer then return last item get double charged shipping. Then they charge my PayPal act unauthorized. Will not give me access to see my old orders to review. Don't give any bank act or PayPal they will keep taking unauthorized money out.

I received an email that I had ordered 3 things (which I didn't). I go into my account and cancel the items and chat online with Kim who assures me that yes they were canceled. I told her I changed my password and was there anything else I needed to do to secure my account? She said no. Changing the password was enough. Then I received an email that someone had created a pin number to purchase over the phone (which I never have) so I call and they state that there is now a freeze on my QVC account (which I'm fine with). My issue is that they allowed the person to put it on my PayPal installments. The only question they ask when you call in is your email address or phone number. So anyone with that info can charge on your account. Horrible security, definitely not looking out for the customer's security and they should be liable for not properly securing our accounts.

This company is a joke. QVC takes your money and then immediately cancels your order as soon as they have your money, I have called at least 15 times concerning this matter. QVC took right at $500 dollars out of my bank account over 9 days ago. Every so called representative that I speak to literally tells me that I'll have it back in my account in 2-3 days. Well, that was 9 days ago. I never received the merchandise but yet they still took my money. They keep blaming it on my bank and saying there's nothing they can do.
Every time I ask for a supervisor or manager the call center representative tells me that I can't speak to one and that they'll have a manager call me back. Well, once again that was 9 days ago. No phone call from a manager or supervisor and my money has still not been placed back into my account. What QVC is doing is illegal. They take your money, cancel your order and you never get your money back. This is complete fraud. I went to the BBB's website and saw at least 113 complaints that are identical to mine. This company needs to be shut down and fraud charges brought against them immediately!

I purchased a Christmas ornament in late November 2020. When my order arrived, it was a box of lipsticks. I immediately got on chat with QVC support and was told by the CSR that 1) the original item I had ordered was no longer available and 2) I would need to pay to return the incorrect item that was shipped to me. I stated that I was not willing to pay for their shipping mistake and I wanted them to email me a return label, as the one that came with the incorrect order had been damaged. The CSR stated that a return label would be emailed to me within 12 days and she confirmed my email address correctly. I never received a return label.
In the meantime, they charged my Discover card for the item I never received. I immediately disputed the charge as one of the options was "Never received item that was ordered". Discover temporarily refunded me the charge and stated that they would investigate the matter. I was contacted by QVC's fraud department quickly after filing the dispute (of course). I responded to the email right away, explaining all of the above. I never got a response back from them. Discover had ruled in my favor, but ended up reversing my dispute after QVC claimed that I hadn't contacted them. I attempted to log into my QVC account to see if I could retrieve the original chat log only to find that they closed my account. Lesson learned, always good to save those or do screenshots if they don't have a save option.
At this point I still have the incorrect item in a box waiting to be returned. I am not willing to pay to return the item as it was their mistake and I now have zero confidence that I would be refunded for that along with the order charge. I have no choice at this point but to pay the charge on my card to keep my credit in good standing and move on. The amount is thankfully not a large one, but to just let it go I feel allows them to continue treating their customers badly. I have read so many other reviews posted here, on the QVC forums and other consumer websites stating similar (and much worse) experiences with this company. I realize that not everyone has had a bad experience with QVC, but for those that have I would like to think that QVC would want to do everything possible to ensure a positive resolve.

QVC has horrible customer service. I cancelled an order in the beginning of February and never received my refund. It's now February 25th. I called over 5 times to get information as to why and when I would receive my refund of almost $400 and the manager that was supposed to call me back lied and noted my voicemail was full. While on hold with QVC, another manager called and left a message (funny it's no longer "full") but didn't give a direct call back number. So I'm on hold again with the general customer service number the manager left on the voicemail... You know the one that was "full". I will never order from QVC again, EVER!

Ordered the Pasta Maker 12/3/20 for an Xmas gift & 1/18/21 received an email saying they canceled my order. It was available elsewhere for the same $ then, but now is only available for almost 2x the $. I only now have learned how often this happens with them. It is absolutely the worst customer service and a completely unreliable company. I have no idea how they still have a strong business. It seems like they cancel a very large % of orders. This type of repeat behavior needs to be addressed. It seems like a scam/fraud. Failing to fulfill contract. Someone should file a class action suit. They sent no apology, or compensation for failing to fulfill my order. In the 6 wks since I ordered I never heard from them. For now I am reporting them to the BBB & FTC and strongly encourage you do the same if you have had a negative experience with them. If you are looking them up because you are considering buying from them, don't.

I was looking for a last minute gift for my wife for Christmas, and a Google search turned up exactly what I was looking for on QVC, for $10 cheaper than Amazon! Not a whole lot, but hey... ten bucks is ten bucks. So, I bought the gift! (Boots.) The problem is, the correct sized boots (5) were WAY too small. So, I used the return label to send back the perfect, unworn boots. Two weeks later, I get a $20 charge for the return.... what!? So now I actually paid MORE than I would've if I had gone with Amazon in the first place. But Amazon gives free returns, and it's MUCH faster. I could've exchanged the boots four times by now, and I STILL don't have the exchange/replacement from QVC. The only reason this gets two stars instead of one is that the original price was lower, which means if you know exactly what you want you MIGHT find it for less. (But don't let that fool you, most of what they sell is above retail cost.)

I’ve been a loyal QVC customer for over eight years. They advertise on TV you can return items within 30 days. Problem is they keep track of your returns. Due to the number of returns they closed out my account! It’s ridiculous. I have numerous items from QVC and paid for all shipping costs to be sent back but still I was penalized. Stop saying no hassle returns!! Buyer beware if you return too much they screw you over. Instead of saying you have a limit each month for number of returns they say nothing! Terrible customer service and I’m spreading the word to everyone not to shop with them!!

In November, I ordered 2 sets (service for 4 each) of Lenox flatware plus the entertainment pieces. This morning (12/31), the same set was presented for $20 less for each flatware set. I called to get a return label (all pieces came in one box), and was told I can use one label to return the entire shipment as was shipped to me. Another rep told me I had to ship separately. I'm returning all items in one box with one return label, at one price. I am also going to file a complaint against QVC as a whole. Ripping people off IS THEIR BUSINESS. I understand the convenience of monthly payments for many people, but customer service, customer respect, and customer satisfaction should be at the top of their list. I am done with QVC/HSN with no regrets!

QVC is so fraudulent and I can see how they pull this on and take advantage of older people. Not me! I ordered an item and within 3min we decided we didn't want the item and tried to cancel. Was an option but said the order was already in process and can't cancel. So called customer service 5min after placing the order. They said they couldn't cancel as it was being prepared for shipment.
Really!? Order already sent to the warehouse, picked and being prepared for shipment within 5min. No way! Customer service was non compassionate and didn't listen to the customer and consider where the customer was coming from. Said they would have a supervisor call me right back when I requested that. I ordered a gift card Nov 28th. QVC sent email saying it was mailed Dec 2. It is now Dec 16th and no card. The worst part is I have complained 3 times and have not received an answer other than a stock email saying they would look into it. Basically no response. Can't get through on the phone. Since this was a Christmas gift this is so disappointing. Are they basically a ripoff company? After reading some reviews, I would never trust them again.

I've never had a problem with QVC until now. Ordered 2 very important items for Christmas. They began a shipping label however, USPS said they have not received the item. Mind you, these items were ordered 12/1, leaving plenty of time to ship and receive before Christmas. When I called QVC, the items ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE, so they can't be replaced. Will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

I've been shopping with QVC since the early 90s. Have always been more than satisfied with products & services. Come 2019, 2020 robbery return changes! We have to pay $6.95 to return, exchange, refund items regardless of issues. Never have I had to pay $6.95 for exchanges & refunds (I understand it's hard to differentiate honest from crook buyers). And in this day and age with the whole world watching & ordering from QVC it's absolutely absurd. Perhaps more customer service from home reps to help in reducing the waste. But come on.
I've done all my shopping online and am happy with most. But gifts shouldn't be other customers returns. Opened torn packaging. Not even taped. Only the beginning of my finger pointing. Shame shame QVC. Hire some from home workers or something. I'm about done with qvc. Qvc used to be an outstanding online store and it's a shame to see go down the drain. Sadly

I've been with QVC since the beginning of 2020 and Ive ordered numerous of items on EasyPay which comes in handy if you cant afford to pay all at once. Ive never had one problem with merchandise or getting my products on time. I returned one item and was refunded as stated. Majority of all my gifts Im giving will be coming from QVC for Christmas. 1 because it's affordable. 2 because they have some nice items. 3 the Christmas sales you can't beat and 4. I can afford to pay monthly for what I want and need. So Thanks QVC for allowing so many of us on strict fundings to be able to purchase, receive and pay monthly. 5plus stars from me and my review is not for any promotion.

I started shopping on QVC several months ago. From the very first purchase up until yesterday 12/2/2020 I've ordered every single purchase using their easy pay service. I've never missed a payment and never been late on a payment. I ordered a sofa sleeper on 12/1/20 like I normally would. They took the money and later when I went back to check to see if the shipment was done I saw a notation on my order history that the purchase was cancelled. I called only to find out they implemented a new policy that does some kind of credit check without filling out a credit application. I find it illegal or an invasion of my privacy that whatever system they're using to peep into my life and develop a determination of what I'm eligible to purchase base on a stupid system that cannot accurately report squat!
I explained to several representative and three Supervisors that I was a victim of identity theft and I personally put a FREEZE on my social security number with all three credit bureaus. It's no way they could access my credit history without my permission. The Supervisor then disclose to me that they can actually see into my bank account and view my account and where and who I receive my income from. Which is also illegal! I'm contacting my attorney to file a LAWSUIT AGAINST QVC! Another Supervisor who was the only person that actually showed me that he cared about what was happening to a loyal customer he put the order through a second time waiving the shipping cost. The Easy Pay department cancelled the order a second time. I called back again they hung up on me.
Therefore now that the other Supervisor snitched on how they obtain therefore information and exposed that they have VIOLATED my privacy and sent me through an ENTIRE DAY OF HUMILIATION I have END my relationship with this company and told them to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT! The chair I was trying to order cost way less than the other orders I made.. My order history should have been enough for them to see that I was one of their BEST CUSTOMERS! Don't purchase anything from them! They will invade your privacy and make you feel like crap! It's 5AM and I'm up writing this review from the emotional hurt they made feel so humiliated and like my GREAT order history didn't even matter to them! It felt like I was raped of my dignity! It felt like I was spit on for being a Loyal Customer! NEVER would I recommend this company to anyone I know!

QVC has acknowledged receiving the funds for which I am waiting a refund. QVC cannot manage to sending me the refund. 8 phone calls and a total of 3 hours and 21 minutes on hold. Never a return phone call or email. I will as of this week, file a claim with my states Attorney General's office just to see if someone with QVC can manage to do their job when that requires something other than sales and collecting payments. My order was placed on November 20, 2020, and I received a QVC order confirmation stating the delivery date would be November 30, 2020. I called QVC for an update as I did not receive the standard shipping confirmation email. The customer service agent told me that since the order was coming from a vendor and not the QVC warehouse she had no way to give me an answer. I asked that the order be canceled and was told that the order couldn't be canceled because it had gone too far in the vendor's system.
If customer service was able to tell me I couldn't cancel them why were they unable to press the vendor for shipping information? This is the first time that QVC customer service told me they couldn't help me and the person didn't attempt to offer to look into finding a solution. All she offered was that she'd send a message to a supervisor. Tomorrow is December 1 and for all I know QVC and their vendor may ship the tree to arrive on December 24! Their customer service call center has gone downhill and this will be the last time I order anything for QVC or their affiliates.

I went over it one more time then they said "ok, it's probably a glitch in our system, let me submit that order for you." When I told them I just wanted it in my cart and was not done shopping yet, they promptly disconnected the chat, effectively wasting an hour of my time!! (Apparently if you aren't handing them your checkbook, they don't have time for you)... What a joke this site is... Hopefully at least the one item will show up, and this'll teach me to trust QVC.com...

I applied for a Q Card and would be a first time purchaser of QVC, their website offered apply for QCard and receive $50 off first order in addition to $10 first time customer credit on first purchase. QVC prompted me to apply for Q Card online, which did not process. I had to apply by phone with Synchrony Bank and was told it would be 7 to 10 business days and a letter of approval or denial would be mailed to my house. This was Saturday prior to Thanksgiving. I wanted to buy a early Black Friday sale priced laptop and printer. The initial issue was timing, I did not want to lose the black friday prices. Weird. I called qvc back and they told me this is what Synchrony Bank does.
I was offered to place a pending order with instructions to call back by the 10th day with a Q Card # and we could finalize and pay for the order. I waited until the next Friday and called Synchrony Bank for an update and I was told first I could not be found in their system and then I was told it was declined. Very weird. My credit score is 790, my household income is over $100K and I keep $50K in my checking account.. worth is over a million. Synchrony Bank and QVC really are stupid. Plenty of bad reviews online similar to this. I cancelled my pending order of $900 with a complaint they could send to their mgmt and on why I cancelled my order which I could have easily paid for by another CC. My gripe was they denied me their advertised $50 and a $10 credit towards my first time purchase. It's their monetary loss and no gain of a new customer.

I recently placed an order but it somehow ended up at my aunt’s house. They claimed that the online orders will sometimes automatically generate addresses. UM WHY IS IT ALTERING WHAT I FILLED OUT AS MY ADDRESS?! They took no responsibility for it and had no desire to apologize to me for the inconvenience. Never shopping there again.

I purchased a Christmas tree by Valerie. I opened the box and glitter was everything, literally everywhere. I am allergic to glitter, started breaking out in hives after I touched it. I was so upset, I thought maybe I missed something in the description. Sure enough, I didn't. The item description and the video do not mention a thing about glitter on this tree. I signed up for the QCard to receive the promotional $50 credit. Now that I need to return to the item given the fact it was misrepresented and gave me hives, they will not give me the $50 credit towards another item. That makes no sense. They didn't care about what their product did to me and did not care that they make no mention of the glitter anywhere. And when I say glitter, it mean it is completely covered, loose glitter everything. I will be cancelling my card and not purchasing with this company anymore.

As a returning customer, I called to purchase a grill. I was told that I could do the easy pay of 6 payments, I was fine with that. 15 minutes later I received an email stating that the order was canceled. I called and was told that it was declined for unsatisfactory credit check. This was after I purchased numerous items thru QVC with NO ISSUES. I have bought a weight bench, a fountain, a Google router, and a Nest doorbell, on time, not a second late and now declined for a medical bankruptcy over 4 years ago. I will never recommend QVC to anyone again. I will put a negative review about QVC anywhere I can. AVOID QVC! No integrity whatsoever....

I am so disgusted with QVC. On their webpage they claim that they don't charge interest rates whether it be on Auto Pay Plans or monthly pays. They have since removed the statement because it is a fraudulent statement. I hate this company for the deceitfulness and I will never buy another item from them. They don't charge interest but their holder of the card is Synchrony Bank and they charge over 25%. They are ripping off consumers. Beware.

I’m a longtime customer of QVC, especially Harry Slatkin’s Homeworx candle line. Last week I was lucky enough to score Sticky Bread Pudding As-is. Today I received the box but inside is a stinky Roasted Chestnuts candle and a Snow Candle I don’t care much for. Customer service was very unsympathetic to the fact that while I was so excited to have purchased the Bread Pudding set, I received gross alternatives. I was told to repackage and ship back but my Bread Pudding was now gone. Too bad. I have read a lot of complaints from customers who do not receive their refunds or correct refund amounts so now I get the added burden of stressing about that!
QVC should not offer items for sale that they do not have, or at least say “I’m so sorry, here’s 10% off your next purchase. Thank you for being a loyal customer”. I was told that they didn’t have it (even though I was able to purchase on their website) so they substituted with the nasty Chestnut and Snow candles that are not my taste at all. So be very careful if you purchase as-is items on QVC. I knew they may come used or damaged... I just didn’t think they would come as something different entirely! I love Harry’s candles, but I’m going to just order off his site from here on out. I was tired of QVC packaging those beautiful glass containers upside down anyways! They have been selling and shipping for decades now, you think they would have better standards in the QVC customer and fulfillment departments!

I have been a customer of QVC for years. I have recently purchased items on Easy Pay and made every payment. I went into my account to check order status and found my account deactivated without notice. They continue to take out my easy pay payments however, I do not have access to review the orders or any status. I called Customer Service and they advised me the account was deactivated and I could not access anything. Back in 2015 I fell behind a a couple of payments and have paid them in full, however, because of the late payments they no longer want me as a customer. They do not work with you and do not forgive errors from years ago. The customer service rep said I was finished with QVC.
I do have easy pay items and they are continuing to take payments, however, I have no access to the orders or status of the payments. I'm now supposed to just trust them. They even took payments for orders that they cancelled without warning. Not a good company to deal with as Customers DO NOT come first. Emails remain unanswered and calls are useless. The customer service has totally changed within the past year or so. Very disappointed in the way I am treated as they continue to take my money but give me no updates or status on items.

I purchased a laptop on using the easy pay. However, I received an email stating that additional information was needed and to call the provided 800 number. Turns out that my address could not be verified. I have been banking with the same bank for over ten years. I call my bank and they have my correct address. I call QVC back and left another message. They call me back the next day and employee says that the order will be canceled because they still cannot verify my address. And I have a QVC credit card and they still can't verify my address. These people are nuts or just don't want my business. I will definitely go to HSN or just purchase the laptop somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I went to purchase a laptop from QVC because I was on a deadline. The order was placed. I talked to the chat line. I spoke with the lady in customer service and somehow more than one computer was ordered. I noticed on my credit card statement when I had called to have it corrected I found that the QVC had canceled my order all together for my laptop saying that I would receive a letter within some days. I'll explain in, "Why. My credit card was perfectly good." It was a major United States credit card. There's nothing wrong with my credit whatsoever. I really needed this laptop and QVC has done great damage.. They didn't even call me to let me know that they had canceled it. They just did it. This is a company that to me offers false advertisement and lies and is very misleading and I'm very disappointed and I'm sorry that I ever called this company or even looked into it. It's very very misleading propaganda all the way!!!

The company finally contacted me the next afternoon and after speaking with 2 representatives, they credited my credit card for the full purchase price. Though they could not stop the order from being processed, they said they would notify the warehouse to try to stop it from actually shipping. Though I am satisfied with the final resolution, I could not give 5 stars because of the ridiculous run-around and exorbitant amount of time it took me to resolve an issue that arose from a technical glitch with QVC's online ordering system. Moreover, I had to wait 20 hours for a supervisor to finally call me back. That is ridiculous.

I had a problem purchasing an order online. I purchased 3 of the same snow globes for 3 little girls, all using bill to/ship to. But, I had no way to designate them as gifts and was not given an option to enclose a to/from card or any kind of personalized message. When I tried to get into the system to explore options afterwards, I noticed that only 2 of the 3 orders appeared on my account. I also never received any order confirmation emails. I waited hours (approximately 6 - from 6 pm to midnight). Finally, I called customer service. They could not add messages, so they cancelled the 2 orders on my account. They could not cancel the 3rd because it still had not appeared on my account, and I still hadn't gotten any order confirmation e-mails for any of the 3 purchases. Yet, my American Express had been charged 3 times.
At this point, I wanted all of them cancelled, but the 3rd wasn't appearing, so there was nothing we could do. The customer service rep couldn't cancel an order that wasn't there, and only 2 of the 3 were appearing on my account. The next day, the 3rd did appear on my account, but I could not cancel it because the order was now "in process." So, it was too late. I called customer service again and explained about the night before, but the customer service rep said there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but you can't. You have to go on a list. I put my name on the list at 4 pm. I called back at 7 pm, 9 pm, 11pm, but no one can help me, and no "supervisor" ever calls you back (even though they're supposed to within 1 - 4 hours).
It is now after midnight, I've been waiting for a call for 8 hours and have been trying to cancel this order since last night (over 24 hours ago). This is obscene. Customer service is useless. You can't speak to a supervisor. You're stuck with an order even when there's obviously a problem with their system that they can't/won't fix. I've never gotten such a run around about something so simple. This has been a horrible experience.

Think twice and watch closely when purchasing. The sales tactics they use are very tricky and their products are "mediocre". I've shopped with them for a while and have noticed several little tricks they use to see their products. (For instance. Chopper they sell for cheap. They hand chop then put the rest in the chopper! Why not just finish chopping with your hands.. 30 more seconds!! - How ridiculous) Then they are selling two. You can only work with one at a time!) Why buy meats that are shipped from across states when you should be shopping at your local farmer's market and supporting our local farmers/sellers.
The products I have purchased can usually be bought for less and better quality. One thing I did get a good deal on was my HP laptop a few years ago. I've bought many other items from them but my purchasing days with them are done. Their financing company is poor as well. They use Synchrony... just FYI. Good luck Shoppers! SHOP SMART!!!

I have experienced so much anxiety anymore with ordering from QVC...I have been a customer for decades...But...anytime I order now....I get an email weeks later telling me that what I ordered is no longer available......When I purchase..I send in a check right away...I don't like to use that Q card because they charge interest.. Over the last months..if I have to return an item for an exchange..I always put in the box a big note telling them I am doing an exchange...But..it doesn't matter....They either don't pay attention to the exchange info or they do not have the item anymore. Why do they take my order...and my check....Then weeks later, they cannot fulfill it...I have read so many reviews from customers who have experienced the same problem. When this problem occurs...I have to call customer service and explain to them what happened...They NEVER apologize...NEVER.....
One time a representative said she would take down my complaint and send it over to headquarters....Well..that was months ago...NO RESPONSE... They won't apologize...They won't even give me like a $10 credit for the inconvenience. I think that QVC has laid off too many people during COVID-19. I expected my package to arrive by 9/5, which it was 4 days late. So fine, it is probably the delivery service. But when I opened the package instead of what I ordered from LocknLock, it is some Christmas quilt. The two item numbers are not even close, and I was wondering what employee was asleep at the wheel when it was packed. I tried calling later because QVC used to be 24/7, but no longer! QVC has the most dysfunctional and disorganized Customer Service I’ve ever experienced. They are polite and apologize constantly but do nothing to credit me for returned items two to three months ago. Waiting time on the phone can be up to 90 minutes for a Senior agent, then we are told to wait hours for a returned call. Nothing gets resolved or recorded.

I called and was told there were delinquent accounts connected to this address, I asked to give me more information or please send written notification to this address of the delinquent accounts. I'm very concerned with my QVC charge card. In July they lowered my credit limit. Probably because my credit has taken a hit during Covid. As a result of credit decrease, my outstanding easy payments due put me over the new limit. I was charged overlimit fee. Then three easy pays were considered late as a result of the reduced limit. My interest rate also increased. But worst of all, my outstanding balance is around $400, but my account is showing balance of $1,600. Couldn't get an answer when I called them, person I spoke to kept talking in circles. I'm reviewing all my statements, and suspect these charges are related to interest rate and late fees. I'm not buying from them again, and regret I got hooked on shopping from them. I fell into the QVC easy pay trap. In midst of Covid, instead of helping customers, this is what happened. I made a purchase from QVC months ago. QVC enrolled me in auto pay without my request or consent. I received the first bill of $63.00 and immediately called them and told them I had not requested "auto pay" and at that time I paid the account off in full with my debit card. Months later I received notice I still owed $63.00 and turned me over for collection. I called QVC again and during a three way conversation with Syncrony bank and QVC Rep this account was paid off and verified. They are still harassing me for $63.00 I DO NOT OWE. I closed the QVC account and I will NEVER shop with that company again. In the past they were dependable but it is obvious that with their contract with Syncrony Bank one hand doesn't know or acknowledge what the other hand is doing. My statement would be "do not buy from QVC unless you pay cash and get a receipt in the mail. I will be turning this complaint also to the BBB.

I took off from work to be here all day and just received an update from UPS that I wasn't home for delivery...Well I've been home, have a loud bell on my door and storm glass door open...No one from ups was here...I called QVC customer service and was told nothing they could do about it...and the representative disconnected the call...UPS never tried to deliver to my home...Representative would not contact UPS...and told me to...but since I didn't receive a notice of none delivery with an id # they can't do anything about looking it up...and QVC was not the least helpful...Horrible horrible customer rep and service QVC...Will never order from them again...Horrible horrible service...

I am trying to place an order on there and it keeps getting cancelled time after time after time and not sending me an email, not calling me and no communication except when I go to check the order status it's been canceled over and over again. Receiving items from QVC is not quick, even during normal times. It usually takes 10-20 days to receive an order. Returning items and getting credits takes even longer, per QVC's automated message, 17 days from delivery to shipper. This is unacceptable. Other online businesses ship products and they are received the next day, with free shipping. Return credits are given immediately after delivery to return shipper. QVC needs to establish better delivery and returns for their customers.

I ordered a Apple laptop for my business on 07/14. Trying to save a lil money I set up 3 installment payments. I paid the installment. Ordered went through. Great. I received confirmation email. Everything was good. I checked my email a couple days later because I did not receive the item was shipped yet. So I log on the QVC website and they CANCELLED my order!! I didn't receive a phone call, email or anything regarding this. So I call customer service and they state they don't know why my order was cancelled. I call corporate and leave a message on the president vm. Two hours later I receive a call from corporate customer service and the lady is very rude and nasty. She tells me they don't ship to new customers who never purchased anything from them. I ask her why they charge my card and she states, "We didn't charge your card anything. Take it up with the bank." DON'T BUY ANYTHING. COMPANY IS **. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

I placed many orders with QVC over the years. I have kept the majority of purchases. YET, when I needed to make a return, I did so within 30 days. Policy states they are happy to accept ALL returns...no questions asked. Not the case. My account was shut down due to returns despite multiple purchases I kept and used. That was 11 years ago. Really? I find better deals going directly to manufacturers or secondary sites like Amazon. If they think they run the online/cable home shopping world; guess again. This dinosaur is extinct.

I've purchased from QVC intermittently over the last 20 years. I've found in the last year that the quality of their products, mainly fashion products, has decrease greatly. Prices have increased. Quality control is abhorrent. They charge flat per item s&h, ripping off those who order multiple items because the ship the items packaged together. They charge return shipping. Their shipping and refund times are awful. Refunds are inaccurate - I've taken to using big black marker highlighted in yellow to make it clear that I've paid my return shipping because otherwise they charge for it. I miss the time when QVC actually did stand for Quality Value and Convenience now it's more like Questionable Variety of Clutter.

I've chatted with customer service 2 times about cancelling the order and they claim they can't cancel it because it's "In Process". It's been "In Process" for 3 weeks! Both reps told me to just send it back when I receive it.? It's ridiculous. Not sure why their shipping is so slow. They claim it's because of Covid 19, but Amazon doesn't have a problem getting items shipped and at your door in 2 days!

I have been a frequent shopper on QVC for many years. In the past they have provided good products and great customer service. This is no longer the case. Three times this year, I have ordered products that show available on the website and when they process the order, it is no longer available. They are overselling the merchandise. I have two pending charges on my AMEX for items that were ordered but customer service says there is no stock available for shipment. QVC is still selling the product online and does not say that it is unavailable! They are tying up my funds! Live chat with customer service was of no help. They were polite but offered no plausible explanation or satisfactory outcome. If QVC continues to operate like this, they will continue to lose customers. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I used to purchase almost everything besides food at QVC and spend at least $4000.00 a year through the Q. However I am cancelling my account with them because of their ineptitude and rude customer service representatives. The last straw was when I purchased a tee and it took almost 5 weeks to receive tee. It was not listed on back order but was listed as " in the process of shipping", and so I could not cancel. So in order to return an item which I no longer needed because by now I had found another tee, I had to.
Pay $3.50 for shipping to me and $6.95 for shipping back. I had written an email regarding my long wait to QVC but their reply to me took 16 days so I had already sent tee back. So now I am out $10.45 and no tee. I realize the covid virus does cause problems for shipping, but other companies seem to have been able to work around the problem.
Previous to this I have had disputes with charges from QVC and I have always been correct. I had tried to talk to customer service reps about my disputes, asked to speak to a supervisor and was told their are none, and was even told by a rude, obnoxious rep to send in my bank statement for the rep to see. There is absolutely no one to talk to if you have a problem and want a correct and definitive answer. Speak to 6 different reps and there will be 6 different answers. Reps are not properly trained and are probably overworked. Where is management? Anyway I am now an HSN Customer. They have reps who are willing to actually help you. If HSN doesn't have it I would rather spend more for a product than have to deal with QVC again!

I call customer service letting them know the issue I was having and they did nothing. QVC wanted me to pay for those items I did not ordered. The other problem is I had Identity theft backing it up with a police report. QVC totally ignored the report and what I explain to them. Then I received a letter saying my QVC account was closed.

However, recently during my shopping experiences I have noticed a very limited selection on many things. I was looking for a computer, where there used to be HUNDREDS of options, I was looking for a new Blender where I bought the Ninja before, now hardly any options. They have cut their inventory to a minimum. Also, used to be a lot of item spread out over 5-6 payments, now most everything is only 3. I will still shop here but very disappointed with the site recently. Horrible inventory selection and payment options.

Clothes. The last two items that I purchased from QVC has been on backorder. One in being in process for over two weeks and then finally was told it is on backorder. Just checked another item and it now states it is on backorder. It looks like to me that they are overselling items that are not available. I ordered a computer MSI. It was 1299. I found it for 999 on other sites. It doesn't have the features it showed on QVC. Ok fine I got over charged. OK... but I had it on ezpay. I wanted to update it to another card. I had issues with my bank card and my bank issued me another one. I at no time ever gave this new card to QVC. So before I could update it online boom they took the payment. How? I never went in and entered this. So I called customer service and they tell me I called on 6/10 and gave it them. THIS IS EXTREMELY CONCERNING. They said I called at 12:01pm, couldn't give me the number and the rep was so rude. I asked for it to be reversed. 5 days to hear from the business office. I want to know how did they get this number from my new card when I live alone and I never gave them this number, This is scary beyond belief. Stay away from QVC.

I ordered 3 pc Cottage Farms Artist's Veronica Collection on May 7. Said EDD May 19. Did not receive then got an email May 27 saying my order had been changed (??) and new delivery date June 6. Still have not received. Tried canceling online. Get an oops can’t do that error message and to call their number, tried calling the number about 5 times can’t get a person so tried live chat. That doesn’t work either so finally sent 2 emails now and got a no reply email back finally that just says due to covid19 it will take several days to respond to your email. Seriously!!!! I have had no issues ordering and receiving products from anywhere else including their sister company HSN. Totally done with QVC!!! They should take lessons from HSN customer service!!!!

If you purchase a product from them and have an issue, it's next to impossible to contact them. They do not have a contact us form and don't have a phone number on their website. When I Google their number and called it, they don't allow you to talk to anyone, rather they put your through a serious of automated options that don't take you anywhere. Hence it's all a game that the play with you as to evade their duties as a seller to handle any issue. Literally the only way you can resolve something is to file a dispute with your credit card company which is what anyone should do. In a nutshell, this seller is truly a bad apple in my opinion, I would stay as far away as you can from them.

My mom purchased a 2013 Apple laptop from QVC for $1,200. When I found out it was 2013 and actually costs around $250. It was too late. Once you open your computer, it's final sale and QVC doesn't accept returns. DON'T BUY COMPUTERS FROM QVC. Go to real dealers like Apple, Walmart, Staples, Office Depot. Don't get ripped off like I did. My computer is so old it won't even update plus no HDMI port. For the money my mom spent, she could've bought a 2020 Apple computer.

I have ordered 4 bracelets at the end of April, understanding there may be a shipping delay due to Covid. I have received an order confirmation with no further communication for over a month. I tried to call to no avail, the online access to my order wasn’t available. Only in early days of June I was able to get through on the phone. I was told by several agents that my account, base on my phone number was closed. I explained that I never opened an account, never closed one and simply ordered online as a guest. At first they reference year 2007, when I didn’t even have this phone number. Then, referred me to some collection agency, which didn’t have my record, of course. Several agents had no desire to even explain what the closed account means and who closed it. Only the 6th person checked the actual shipment status and told me when to expect the package. Who are these people answering phones? Are they outsourced prisoners???

Tried to cancel 2 days after order. Was told could not cancel, as order is in process of shipping. Called again week+ after for tracking, was told not shipped (with no eta) and that order was locked (could not be canceled). I did receive product and now being asked to pay for return label and shipping. Makes me wonder how much money QVC is making by trapping consumers into paying for what is advertised as 'free returns'. BTW, $$ will be taken out of refund (they don't say how much). IS THIS LEGAL?

I usually make smaller less expensive purchases from this company. Like I use Tracfone and get them from QVC. I haven't had a problem with that yet. So I decided to try something more. I ordered a TV. The TV was delivered absolutely destroyed. It looked as if it had been speared by a forklift. I called them up to get another 1 sent. They told me I needed to send that 1 back first. Fine I sent it back to them. By this time 3 weeks have passed since I placed the order and the tracking info says they have had it for just under a week. I called them to get the tracking info on the TV expecting it has already been sent. Of course it hasn't been sent. They haven't received the TV is what they say, "Just give it a few more days and it will be sent." Fine I wait another week. Call them back. Same thing again. They haven't received it. I say I'm done. They have it. I give them the tracker and demand a refund.
I gave them another shot. I take a lot of business trips and I wanted a new laptop to use. I saw 2 that I was considering. I ordered them both to get a better look at. 1 of them was nasty. It had a huge scratch on the screen and was pretty grimy like it was someone's old 1. The other looked great. It could have came right from Dell for all I know. But it was a smaller screen. I didn't think 17" to 15" would be that noticeable to me but it definite is. So I ended up sending them both back. 1 of them boxes was destroyed so I called QVC to ask if I should send them in the same box. They Told me that was fine just write the number on the sides of the box for both laptops. So I did and sent them both back. Now they are claiming they never got 1 of the laptops and are refusing to refund my money.
At worst I was expecting like a credit of some kind since I was hospitalized for quite a while a few days after I sent them. Being a retail manager for the last 12 years before being disabled given the time that had past I know I would have at least done a store credit myself to resolve this. But on the other hand I actually check my inventory when it is received and shipped so I would have never had this problem to deal with. To sum it up they will not hesitate to send you damaged products or care about blatantly lying to you to get you off the phone or make any attempt to resolve a problem.

I've been buying from QVC for a couple of years without any problems until recently. Ordered 2 items. One on 4/28 and one on 5/10. The first is still "in process" as of 5/25. It was not a waitlisted item at purchase. The second one is shown as "shipped on 5/17" with an expected delivery date of 5 /20 (5 days ago!) Tried calling Customer Service but cannot reach a "live" person. Automated message states no one is available. I understand that Covid 19 may have an impact on shipping but I don't have the same problem with HSN, Bealls or Amazon. Unlikely I'll purchase from QVC again. Not worth the frustration.

Called again and now there is another delay. How can an in-stock item be available for purchase and take this long to receive. I cannot even cancel the order, either. I first purchased the Isle Of Paradise tanning oil in February and was unaware it would not be "shipped" until MAY. I was then charged twice for the same item. Once I got the charges taken off my account, I was charged the wrong amount for the lotion. I tried calling everyday for a week, and emailed the company's customer service with NO RESPONSE. A week after the item was supposed to have been shipped I finally got ahold of a customer service rep who told me it was being shipped and I would receive it in a few days and she would make a note about the wrongful charge. Called back three days after I was told it should have arrived and was then told it had not even been shipped yet.
It is now twelve days after it was supposed to be shipped and has still not been sent out, and the wrong amount is STILL charged to my account. I am never ordering from this website again, this is absolutely ridiculous. I get that corona has slowed down your shipping but being told over and over it was sent when it was not is inexcusable. DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE!!!

My order was set to arrive 2 weeks ago and hasn't moved from a shipping location across the country for 2 weeks. I've tried calling and they say they're too busy to have a person talk to me so it's all automated. I can't cancel an already shipped order online and they've never responded to my emailed inquiries. At this point I think the company is possibly a scam and ripped me off hundreds of dollars. I know shipments can be delayed a little bit due to covid19, but the lack of communication isn't something I've experienced with any other vendors.

Was placing a order in November. Popped up that I could save $40 on my first purchase. Applied for the card. Said my application had to be reviewed. So the card came later. The time to get the discount passed and there was something I wanted to purchase on QVC so I called and ask if I activated the card and made a purchase I would get the discount. They said yes no problem!! So I did. Got my bill. No discount. So I called and ask and they said, "No. It’s your second purchase." They are putting a note on my account.
So before making my second purchase I called to make sure and was told it was passed the date required and no note was made. So she was very rude and said no way. I went on to say I was going to cancel the card but was told by qvc I would get the discount on my second purchase although I originally thought it would be my first!!!! She said no way, can’t be done! So rude!!!! They straight up lied! So deceiving. Seen many complaints. Canceled my card and will never shop with qvc again!!!! Credit card offer is a lie!!!!

Buyers Beware! QVC # **. On Friday, 4/24/20 checked my Discover credit card statement to see a pending charge from QVC for a canceled order on a computer that had been delayed over a month from the time of order (an HP laptop). Called QVC and spoke with Sydney regarding my canceled order for computer which I canceled on the 15th of April. Told her I called three times prior to QVC to find out the delay in the computer being sent and finally canceled my order on 4/15/20 with LaWanda at QVC at 4:35. She said the order was only "partially canceled" and not canceled with the vendor so they are charging my credit card and sending out the computer and it is my responsibility to return it. I said it is not my responsibility to return a computer that I have canceled after so much trouble with customer service.
I asked to speak with a supervisor (which I have requested in the past) and she said they would have to call me back and got my number. The last time I asked to speak with a supervisor, no one called. Will consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. In my opinion, extremely poor customer service. Have had to call multiple times and have been on hold for lengthy amounts of time or been disconnected over and over.

I made a purchase for a tv from QVC. The order was processed fine until 3 days later I get an email saying to call them to verify personal information or the order will be cancelled. Keep in mind they have billed and shipped a prior item to me with no issues using the same payment method. They inform me that my bank is saying that my billing zip code isn’t correct so they have to cancel the order. It makes no sense how all of a sudden the zip code doesn’t match when it matched on the previous order just fine.
The customer service attendant was rude and said she was just following protocol. I Answered all of her questions correctly and she still stated that they couldn’t move the order forward. I told them to just cancel the item because I shouldn’t have to go through all of this when I can make the purchase elsewhere with no issue. I went to HSN and purchased the tv with no issues using the same payment method. QVC will not receive and of my business ever again.

My purchases from QVC are only occasional now, yet I have noticed that the quality of merch has declined, QVC C.S. has also rapidly declined over the last couple years. Most recently, I ordered a casual shoe in 2 sizes. They arrived in separate thin plastic bags at different times. NEITHER show fits. In order to return them I have to incur a shipping expense twice. (They cannot be placed together in one of the original plastic bags.) Most dissatisfied. A minimum of $14.00 to ship back, deducted from my credit due. Racket.

I've always loved QVC and never had a problem until now. I purchased a Macbook on 4/15/20 due to working from home and online school. After I placed the order, my mac died so I went back and updated my shipping to overnight. They authorized my card twice! It's been pending $736 since Wednesday when it was only supposed to be $372. Since then, I have been back and forth calling both my bank and QVC. My bank is stating QVC is holding the funds and QVC is stating it's my bank.
To top all this off, I paid for next day air and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. The label was created on 4/16/20 and it has said it is waiting for UPS to pick it up. I called UPS, they said to call the sender. After multiple times on the phone, QVC refunds me the extra money and tells me it was supposed to arrive 4/20/20. I check again today, IT STILL SAYS THE SAME THING. I tried to call QVC but they are closed due to COVID. They claim since it's coming from Apple, they add an extra 4 days. What I don't understand is why would you create a label to ship and claim UPS hasn't picked it up. 4 DAYS LATER? Impossible that a packaged box would sit in a warehouse for 4 days for UPS. I am so unhappy and I can't even call!

Let me first say, that after waiting on the line for 45 mins, the absolute LAST kind of person I wanted to take care of my issue was just absolutely RUDE and with a MAJOR ATTITUDE. This was my SECOND time attempting to purchase a MacBook Air. The first time they said my order was canceled by them because my husband used his account under his name with my credit card. So, okay that's fine. Then, my husband makes an account for me and puts a down payment on the same product but this time with my name on the account and my name on the card. Everything matched! I get an email saying, that my order hasn't shipped due to additional info they need. (GRANITE, I paid for express shipping). I call, waited and waited. Finally, this RUDE lady answers the phone with an attitude in the tone of her voice.
She said "they haven't sent it yet because our system can't verify that you live in this address". I said, "I'm sorry how can you not verify that I've lived in this address for YEARS AND my social security is with that address, all of my mail comes to this address, all of my credit/debit cards are linked to this address. ALL OF MY LEGAL DOCUMENTS HAVE THIS ADDRESS. What kind of system do you guys use? This is pretty ridiculous that this is the second time that I've attempted to purchase something and has not gone through. Yeah, I know you guys don't "TAKE" my money but my balance on my card increases after I make a purchase, yet it says it's pending but then when the order is canceled it took that money 5 business days to finally fall off."
She says with an attitude, "We didn't take your money, our system can't recognize that you live in that address. I'm going to try to verify with another one of our systems and if it still can't verify that you live at this address then we will cancel your order." I said, "Okay how long is this going to take?" She said, "I'm doing it right now and should take about a half an hour until you receive an email saying that your order got canceled or your address was verified". Hang up the phone. 30mins go by, no emails, an hour goes by 2 hours, 3,4,5 hours go by STILL no email. So we canceled my order. I'm not WAITING to give someone my money. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I have EVER in MY LIFE had to DEAL with and WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING from this SITE EVER AGAIN.

I placed an order for an iPad this morning and I went to check the status of it and they cancelled my order, I didn’t get an email and I didn’t cancel it, I called them and they said cancelled my order and closed my QVC account claiming I had no phone or email address, how was there no email if I received an email Confirmation of my order? I did have a phone and email on the account and they charged my debit card and said the charge will be returned in 3 to 7 days. I asked why they didn’t just email and they claim they don’t do that. The product some negative reviews so maybe it’s a sign. I am going to wait a bit and when my birthday gets closer order from Amazon, Best Buy or Apple itself.

I purchased many many items before the holidays, several thousands. Got sick, did not do holidays so with their return policy "send it back for any reason" I did. I asked for an extension and got it. I had to hire help to get the many items returned as I could not do it. Well they sent it all back to me. So I called them on March 2nd. (Thank God I recorded the conversation.) She promised me that once I got all of the merchandise back that I then could return it, that it was a mixup in the warehouse.
Well I just called them and No they are not taking it back. They lied to me from the get-go. WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT TO A HUMAN BEING? WHY? THIS WILL GO VIRAL.. I will not stop until it is on the news. And I can make that happen. I am venting.. They are despicable. How could they approve it and then send it back and say they will take it back again and then say "No". I am never going to stop until this is taken care of. If I weren't ill it would be a different story but it would still be horrible.

After paying my monthly QVC bill I tried to go shopping. When I checked my account QVC had taken the $146 in bills & then hit me for $444.64 for no items ordered. After speaking with them I was told they were sorry & would send a form to the bank telling them to release the funds back to my account. This has gone on for 3 days now and they keep lying about releasing my money. The bank said as of Friday no release had been received. QVC lies just keep adding up. They also said they would pay any overdraft fees. $140 worth would also be reimbursed. Total money out of my account due to QVC shady practices $584.64.
I am disabled and this was money for food and medicine for the rest of the month. Plus the person from customer service was extremely rude and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Who does this? Now because of their mistake which they admitted to, my account is -$248.83. QVC I just want the entire amount put back in my account and we can part ways. If I could give them -584 stars I would. One mistake on their part has a snowball effect on my life that will take time to recover from. NeverMore!!!

I decided to purchased two item from QVC. I was sucked in that if you open a credit card with QVC AND make a purchase, you would receive a $40.00 credit off your bill. I opened the card, made a purchase. I ended up returning one of the items, but kept the other item. I have not, and apparently will not ever receive the credit, EVEN though I have an email from QVC stating “Because you only returned one of the two items on the order I have sent a request in to refund the $40.00 so it can be used on a future order. Please allow 5 working days for a response to this request”.
I waited the 3-5 days the email said to wait for the credit to be applied, but it never showed. Over a month later, nothing. So I wrote QVC back, letting them know I have not received the credit. The response I get NOW from QVC is, “I am truly sorry for the disappointment. QVC policy will not reinstate promo credits”. Do not do business with a company that does not honor their written word. Also, do not do business with a company that manipulates their payments to help them. I know it will not bother QVC, but I will never make a purchase again from them. Hey the credit card, even though I will never use it now, will boost my credit rating.???

I purchase Two denim jackets from QVC on March 1st. I was waiting for the confirmation of my receipt. I immediately called them. Customer service lie to me. I called again to cancel on March 6th. They only canceled one jacket and they indicated to me that it was late to cancel. Second jacket it was en route. I called back March 6th. They lied. they only canceled one jacket on March 6th and it did not cancel the second jacket it's en route March 11.
As a first-time customer I was treated so disrespectful so rude it didn't matter which customer representative I would talk to. They belittled me. They would talk down to me that was uncalled for unprofessional and very rude. They did not want to cancel the second jacket. It was their plan to rip me off. I have read other complaints of QVC company of how they rip off people. I just want them to cancel the second jacket and that's it it's plain and simple and I know they can do it.

I ordered a Samsung Cell Phone with the 1500/1500/1500 package. The order was placed on Money February 10, 2010. I sent the Postal Money Order Via Priority Mail ** within an hour to their POB 1900 in West Chester PA. QVC received the Priority Mail and full payment in the form of the Postal Money Order on Thursday February 13, 2020. Check the tracking number. QVC never sent a email confirmation for the receipt of payment nor did QVC sent the email confirmation of the shipping notice.
I called on Monday February 17, 2020 and they said they just received the payment. Not true. I called on Wednesday February 19, 2020 and Shelia said that QVC cancelled the order. QVC is about as unprofessional as a mail order company can get. It took QVC four days to check their Post Office box for payments. Then QVC neglected to confirm receipt of payment. And QVC never sent a shipping confirmation. I am out sixty nine dollars and fifty cents plus another seven dollars and 23 cents for the priority mail. What a deal!!! Overall I found QVC completely incompetent, unprofessional and completely unreliable.

I purchased a laptop From QVC for my wife for Christmas. She complain to me that the power supply cord gets extremely hot which it does. I called QVC to get a replacement cord. It is now February 14 and I do not have it. They had no problem taking my money or taking my easy paid payments and yet I still have no cord and when I called customer service all they can tell me is that they are still waiting to hear from the manufacturer. This is a joke. I have waited for this cord for weeks now. It’s a simple fix. It’s a no brainer. I purchased a box of Cheryl's Valentines Cookies as a gift. Via my order details, I was told that my cookies would not be delivered until February 11th which would be perfect. WELL... Like so many other reviews and reviewers, my recent experience with QVC and their selling partners, leaves a lot to be desired! I ordered pies to come to Northern Ireland as I have done multiple times in the past. 4 weeks passed and no sign of my delivery. I checked their site and it stated these had been sent and delivered. I contacted QVC, who stated they'd get a replacement sent. No notification from QVC, however their website stated it had been posted. Again, I gave it 2-3 weeks, but no delivery. I contacted QVC, who told me that the company don't post to Northern Ireland!!
I advised them that I'd had at least half a dozen deliveries from this company. If they didn't deliver to Northern Ireland, how did the first delivery get posted, but not make it to me!!?? Why did I receive 6+ deliveries in the past!? I was offered £20 not to leave QVC when I told them I've had my fill with their recent inadequate responses and the cost of P&P and returns!! (AMAZON can post free of charge and return for little to nothing.)
I'm now waiting for my last Flexi pay to clear, then I'm leaving with all my data with me!! I don't want to hear from them ever again as I've had too many metaphorical slaps in the face from this company!! I'd suggest (given the reviews and average scores on this site) that QVC do a lot of soul searching and speak to their customers to try to change things around, as internet shopping is going to close them down....and their unique USP isn't going to save them!!

I ordered two pod rocking chairs on 11/30/19. They finally arrived a few days before Christmas so I wrapped them and gave them as a Christmas present. Imagine my chagrin when they turned out to be red when I ordered seafoam. I called QVC on Jan. 6th to find out how to return them. They sent me an email saying a Q label was attached. There was no attachment. The link in the email only took me to a form to enclose with the return, but no label. I called back and they said they would mail me the labels.
By Jan. 13th I still had not received the labels. I called and was assured they were sent. By Jan. 17th, same thing; Jan. 27th, same thing. I was told they would mail the labels again. They have sent me over 12 emails each saying a Q label is attached, but there is NO attachment. It is now Feb. 1st and I still don't have labels and I'm stuck with two chairs that I have no use for and that QVC is jerking me around with because clearly they don't want to refund my money. I am very disappointed in their customer service and the company as a whole at this point.

I ordered 3 sheet sets from QVC as Christmas gifts. I decided to use their 5 payment plan and received the sheets. One person thought the sheets were too thick so I requested a return and refund. I immediately returned the sheets, and was charged more for the return than I was charged for the original shipping. QVC emailed that they received the return. Then, before I was refunded, I was billed the 2nd payment for the sheets that were returned.
A week later, I was notified of a refund coming. The refund will be for the 2nd payment of $15.62, and only $1.08 of the original payment. Therefore, I am being billed for shipping twice, and one time the shipping is higher than the first. When I went to customer service to inquire, the service rep was condescending and robotic. No other companies I have dealt with charge shipping for orders more than $60. I ended up getting the lighter sheet set directly from Berkshire Blanket for less with free shipping - which is what I will continue to do. QVC is a SCAM!

I ordered my daughter a mattress off QVC. I placed the order on 12/14. Now I expect some time to deliver but 30 days later and still no mattress delivered. They use XPO and I wonder how many customers they lose because of this delivery company. The guy comes out but it's raining and he claims he can't into the drive way without hitting another car across the street. So I'm like okay but instead of putting me on schedule for the next day I wait week. Okay the new delivery date is set. I get the confirmation call but the delivery time comes and goes, no mattress. XPO talking about I was scheduled but never assigned a driver and it will be another 2 weeks before they are in my area again!! I ended up just canceling my order. Ridiculous.

This 14k gold adjustable 22" chain was a birthday gift to me from my mom. I have now had to replace it 3 times and it just broke again! It is way too thin and QVC will not help me. I have had the chain since 2016 and during that time again, it has broke now a total of 4 times and has been replaced 3 times. I called QVC and they will not return the product and keep pushing me on Eternagold.
Well, Eternagold is so incredibly rude when you call. I have followed all of their instructions and they keep sending me weak chains. I own several gold and silver chains with none of them EVER breaking. The reviews of this product are the same situation I have been and so I don't understand why QVC won't assist me being such a huge company, that speaks loudly to their customer service. I can now understand why the item is no longer available, thank goodness so nobody else goes through what I have! I had a tiny black hill's gold cross pendant on this chain and thankfully it landed in my bra so I didn't lose it too!
Eternagold has a lifetime warranty for a reason because their product is garbage and they have to be able to repeatedly replace it! The problem is they replace it with more garbage! I am really upset about the fact that QVC will not and simply refuses to assist me on this. There is no excuse for them not to accept the chain back and deal with Eternagold directly. Providing at least an exchange of a similar chain by another manufacturer or refunding my mom's money is all that I have asked for. Every time I send the chain, I have to pay shipping to get it there and enclose $6.95 for them to ship it back! My mom is an excellent QVC customer and is so upset about this only item that has been an issue. If QVC can't do the right thing in this situation, neither one of us wants to bother shopping with QVC in the future. What terrible product and more so, terrible customer service from both QVC and Eternagold!

I ordered a Juniors Cheesecake from QVC on December 14, 2019 for $49.98 and REQUESTED EASY PAY when I ordered it online. The first Easy Pay amount of $8.33 was made. Then when I received my credit card statement I noticed that I was charged another $8.33 FIVE times on the same day, hence, charging me the rest in full. I called customer service with little help from the young man that I spoke with. He simply explained that it was paid on EASY PAY on January 2, 2020 in 5 payments on that same day. So much for Easy Pay! I've read other reviews stating that they've been charged full price too and not on Easy Pay as requested.
I have ordered from QVC since way back when it was first called CVN. They were a reputable company back then. I have ordered numerous items over the years and never had a problem, but if something needed to be returned or exchanged, which wasn't very often, there was never a problem. But things have changed dramatically and NOT for the good! In addition to the problem that I recently experienced with Easy Pay, the quality of items, has gone down, while the price of those items has gone up. Therefore, I have decided NOT to shop at QVC anymore. So, buyer beware! Save your money and shop at the mall.

12/10 I placed an order from Qvc. I purchased a treadmill and elliptical. Qvc gave me an estimated delivery time 1/6. Now it’s 01/15 and I’m getting nowhere. I still don’t have my items, I’ve been transferred to gazillion departments... Been told CEVA Home Delivery called me numerous times and I didn’t answer, that items going to be delivered.. next week and then week after, that someone would call me... basically all BS. Ceva home delivery doesn’t even have any info on elliptical. It is super frustrating!!!! I wouldn’t order from qvc again if they pay me. I would give negative stars if I could.

I ordered a 100.00 QVC gift card, which I do every year. The recipient went to order and it was declined saying 0 balance!!!! I’ve called qvc and gift card company and have gotten NOWHERE. I left a message on the president's number Saturday and if I do not get a call back Monday and money returned I will file a class action lawsuit.

QVC ignoring emails about a refund of returned item. Once QVC have your money they are no longer interested in you as a customer, their customer service/customer care is appalling. I have emailed them numerous times, received the odd email requesting further information, once I provide the information I am ignored yet again. I have also provided proof of return, yet no response again. Why do QVC not care about their customers?

I never thought I would go through this with QVC. I received a package Jan. 2 and needed to pay postage. When I called QVC the representative said I had an over due balance. I found out majority of my time were on easy pay. When I started purchasing from QVC I have always paid the full total on all of my items with my debit/credit card, because I have other bills to pay. I never wanted to owe QVC or any other. I found out I owe QVC easy pay approximately $400.00. I'm on a fixed income but to get rid of that bill i pulled out my purse and paid them off. I feel like QVC has a scam going on. If you look at their demographics it's all older working class retire people. QVC will never scam me again.

I have never had a really nice Christmas tree so when I saw the 7.5 Starry Light Christmas tree on QVC I fell in love and decided to make the (VERY expensive) investment. I bought it in November, by Christmas 2 of the sections (3 sections total) lights quit working. I called QVC and they told me I had to call the manufacturer. I called Santa's Best and they replaced the sections in January. The 2 new sections did not quite match the original base section but I was going to just live with it. Now this season 1 of the new sections lights are starting to flicker in random spots.
After trying to reach Santa's Best customer service multiple times I finally received an email back saying the original Santa's Best went out of business and the new one is not responsible. They told me to contact QVC as they sold me the product. When I contacted QVC they said they only warrantied up to 45 days and since my tree was older than that and Santa's Best went out of business, there is nothing they will do about it. So be aware, even though they sell the product they will take ZERO responsibility for it if anything goes wrong. Lesson learned QVC.

On Christmas eve I decided to order a product for the first time ever. When the site processed the payment, it took the money twice. I thought it was a glitch, but I saw I had an order for one, checked my account and the money came out twice. I emailed QVC because I knew for the next two days no one would reply. They never responded to my email. I tried online chat, but no one replied. I called and the customer service person said it would be immediately put back on my card. Three days later, it has not been refunded. I called to cancel my order because I'm annoyed and now want all of my money back. The customer service person flat out lies to me and said it's already been shipped. I went into my account again, and it says the status is still "in process." They owe me $354.60. I just want my money, and will never make the mistake of ordering from them again. And will warn anyone and everyone to stay away from them.

David **. If he would explain the features and benefits of the item instead of telling how many green are sold or how many orange are left I might start watching that repeating crap again. Can he sell anything?

The lady on the phone made NO sense saying she needed a new email address to reset my password. I believe she was trying to tell me she was sending me an email so I could reset my password. She sent the email, then hung up on me. I called back, explained the situation, got transferred, explained the situation again, and in the meantime was able to access my account again. My item was no longer in my cart. As I was looking for the item again the "customer service" rep hung up on me again. Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE.
