    Customer over 20 years and I am done! I returned some napkins that I didn't like. They were not refunded so I called customer service and they were refunded. They had been returned with another item and the other item was refunded. Today, I was recharged for the napkins so I called customer service. I was told to figure out what the other item was and call back. When I was able to figure it out based on the review I wrote, I called back and was told they had to speak to my husband (first time for that) because the name on the account was his name. It has always been in Mrs and they have been asked repeatedly to put Mrs in the account name. It's my card and I am the user. I am so DONE with QVC!

    I received an email on October 26 about a purchase I made. I didn’t make the purchase. Someone got into my QVC account and ordered a phone. The cost of 2 charges is over 800.00. I immediately contacted QVC to make them aware it was not me. They said they would cancel the delivery and told me the charge should not of gotten my account until the item shipped. Well, it did but they said the charge would drop off my card in 7 to 10 business days. I then contacted my card company, and they deleted the card and sent a new one. It’s been 15 days I’ve yet to see my money back on my card. I have talked with 6 different employees there and I get different a different answer each time.

    The last conversation I had, I was told they were working with my card company and the card company filed fraud and they would be reimbursing me. I’m confused. If the sale did not get shipped, QVC is out nothing but they are trying to keep my money and make my credit union pay for this. It sounds like a rip-off. The shipment was stopped, so why can’t they just return the amount back to my card. They always have an excuse as to why I haven’t received my money yet. I am so disappointed and frustrated. It’s almost a 1,000.00 on my card. After or if I ever get this issue resolved, I will never deal with QVC again.

    I put in the promo code for a coat, but it wouldn’t let me apply it for no reason whatsoever. It fit all the guidelines, I checked several times, so there shouldn’t have been a problem. I called QVC customer service and was kept on the phone for 40 minutes as the rep tried to figure out why the website wasn’t allowing me to apply the promo code which would take off $38. She said there was no reason I should not have been able to use the code for a discount. She finally said she would do it manually and after reading the info of my card, my address, and the order number to her at least THREE different times, she told me she could not give me the discount but could not tell me why.

    She then told me someone would contact me in three days. Wait….What? Why would someone be contacting me in three days??? SO BIZARRE! This customer rep should have overridden whatever was preventing me from the promo code. I have been a QVC customer for years, but no longer. Not only did I NOT wind up buying the coat which was NOT worth over $200, but I will no longer be buying anything from QVC ever again. QVC has obviously gone downhill. What a truly frustrating, unpleasant, convoluted, strange experience. Shame on you, QVC.

    Very, very disappointed. If there was a "0" star I would have selected it. I have called several times to get a return label for a damaged item. I was told by several QVC employees that I would not have to pay that the $10.95 shipping would not be deducted from my refund. WRONG! I got a third person and he said that this is the charge no matter if the item is damaged or not. I WILL NEVER NEVER PURCHASE FROM QVC AGAIN!!!! Terrible customer service!

    I had made two purchases and had to return them the card that I had put the purchases on. Had been hacked but they had my new card on file. Was supposed to apply it back to my Visa card that was on file. They told me they would. A week went by. Call them again. They told me they could not do that. It had to be applied to the original card which is a bunch of bull. So now I am having to wait probably 2 weeks for them to decide to send me a check in the mail. This is ridiculous. Poor business management. If you have a card on file they should use what is on file. Life happens. Things change. Get it together QVC. If I could give you a zero I would.

    I purchased a Keurig dual coffee machine. I used it for 3 days and the K Cup part stopped working. I called customer service. They informed me that I could return to QVC for a refund or call Keurig for a replacement. When purchasing a product I, as a customer expect the product to work, not work after 3 days. I wanted to give QVC a second chance after an initial terrible experience. I will never purchase from QVC again. QVC, you should do right by your customers. Never, ever shopping here again.

    NO package was delivered to my house. No one verified delivery by knocking on my door. I have provided a google map of where my house is. I have also included pictures of my front door and the front of my house, the address on the front of my house as well. Somehow I doubt this was shared with the delivery service. The delivery service you use have no idea where they delivered my shelves. There is nothing timely about this at all. Give your delivery services < 1 star. I'm so dissatisfied with your services. I require a full refund since you cannot deliver my ordered shelves. Elevate this to your supervisor please!

    Fraud. Company sent to collections. Called me many times with autodialers. Emailed me countless times. Put things to collections despite me confirming with them many times that this was fraudulent. Clearly a scammy fraud.

    QVC is awful. I give zero stars. First purchase and last. I will never again. I ordered oil control Clinique for my husband. They kept sending incorrect item and quantity. They do nothing to satisfy and keep a customer. The customer service is awful, they just don’t care. Beware never order anything from this company. Hoping I get my refund and they don’t keep my money.

    I purchased a HP laptop in July 2025, just had a chance to take it out the box to use, upon trying to use it the laptop kept shutting down, I called QVC and was told that 30 days had passed and I can’t return, wth, I’m still making payments on something I never had a chance to use. The worse customer service. Will not be purchasing anything else from them. Horrible experience without any resolution. Please don’t purchase electronics from them.

    8-18-25 I got an email saying I placed an order, which I did NOT! I figured it was a scam email, so I ignored it. On 8-28-25 I got a call from QVC 1-800-367-9444 requesting I call them back regarding activity on my account. Then I was at work on 8-30-25 at my business, and logged into my PayPal account and saw I had a charge from QVC. So I called QVC from my office phone at 1-800-345-1212, and had them call me back as such a long hold time. They did, and I explained that I did NOT make this purchase, asked what I should do to get this corrected as I thought it was scam. They said that was why my account was flagged and their customer service called me a few days ago. THEY told me to go into my PayPal account and dispute the charge. They would close my account so this wouldn't happen again.

    They said once I dispute it, PayPal would refund my money. I asked what to do if the item ever did show up, she didn't think it would, but I could call them back if it did. A package arrived from QVC on 9-2-25. My husband brought it home form work, and I contacted QVC yet again. I told them the package arrived, should I refuse it and put it back in the mailbox. They told me that the price was under some threshold for the item, and I did NOT need to return it. I said I am a 3x so an X-small is not going to fit. So she said to just donate it, that PayPal would refund my money, sorry for situation. So I gave it back to my husband, which he DID donate to our local Goodwill with some other items.

    On 9-22-25 I got an email saying QVC disputed my PayPal dispute, and I owe them now for the shirt. I called QVC, she said sorry, but I have to NOW RETURN the shirt or I would be charged. I said YOU GUYS TOLD ME I didn't have to as it was below some threshold, so I donated it. She then said since I did a dispute with PayPal (which THEY told me to do) I'd have to pay shipping for the return even if I COULD get it back. Which I tried, and can't. So I did EVERYTHING they said to do over a scam order THAT I DID NOT MAKE! I TRIED to return the shirt, but THEY said not to. I think they are SCAMMING PEOPLE placing FAKE orders to sell. Or maybe someone DID call and make an order, and they put it under MY name by mistake. But it SURELY WAS NOT ME!!!! I just want the refund as promised!

    For those who complain about the prices - do the work and compare prices before you buy. Thank goodness for easy pay-helps balance the cost of higher purchases and avoids excessive credit card debt. Use QVC wisely and it will pay off for you. Helped me afford my Vitamixer, Kitchen aide blender, high end make-up products and Barefoot Dreams. Again - do some research and add a little common sense…QVC can become a valuable and fun resource for you! And for the record- I know of several young folks who watch- it’s not just for the elderly!

    QVC lies to their customers just to sell them their products. They try not to correct their mistakes. I don't recommend anyone to shop here, they send wrong sizes when you specifically ask for a specific size.

    Ordered 2 things at the same time on QVC. One of the items I received an update when it shipped, then that I should expect it two days ago. Two days ago I got an update it should be here tomorrow. Delivery 12 days after the order was placed when their website says 7- 10 days. I've ordered from them a lot so I know they don't get things delivered when they say. The other thing I ordered is still showing up as a pending order so I called to find out what was going on. Customer service told me she's been seeing that orders are shipping out on the day we are being told they will be delivered. She said if I don't see that the second item has been shipped by the time I get the first one (12 days after the order was placed) to call them back and they will re-issue the item. SO I can wait another 12 days? I asked to cancel the second item but was told they can't because it's too far in the process. It looks like it hasn't processed AT ALL. This will be my last qvc order.

    I use to be a big fan, I would have a package arrive daily from QVC…now the absolute worst. I placed an order more than 2 weeks ago, tracking information shows it was supposed to be here today (Friday) but you can see on the tracker that it hasn’t moved from the facility since Monday. On top of that I waited over an hour and a half for customer service to then tell me I had to give it a couple more days.

    I bought a pair of Spring step slide sandals. When I went to wear them, they gave me blisters. I returned them and they sent them back to me, indicating they this was over 30 days. I explained to them I got them before summer, and I was not going to wear sandals in the winter, and it was only 60 days since I had got them. They refuse to take them back and I am out 100.75 for shoes I will never wear. I have been a long-time customer and have spent a lot of money throughout the years and for them to tell me they could not take the shoes back over 100.00. I don't need to do business with these people. I am very disappointed but I cannot do business that could not take them back after I explained I got blisters. QVC, you lost a customer.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM QVC. You won’t get your product. In my case dog gates. When you try to fix the problem you have to down load a tracking app. It doesn’t track. QVC acts like they don’t know any of your info when you send it. How are they still in business. This was my first and last order. I just want my money back and they won’t honor their agreement. STAY AWAY FROM QVC.

    I am really upset with QVC. I ordered the American Leather Handbag on 8/22/2025, order number **. Tonight I went to check the order status and saw a note on the order that said call customer service. After waiting 25 minutes I was connected to a customer service representative who said there was a computer “glitch” with my order and that she would have to contact corporate to see if the order could be sent. I have never experienced this type of situation before. My main complaint is that I should have been notified by email or phone to be made aware of the situation.

    I used to buy frequently from QVC, slacked off and was starting to buy again. However the poor handling of this situation has changed my mind. Because the customer service representative I spoke to couldn’t guarantee that I would receive the TSV handbag I requested that she just cancel my order. Ironically I received an email stating that the order was cancelled but QVC couldn’t bother to send an email requesting that I contact customer service. This is not a good way to keep customers. Instead of allowing me to cancel the order a truly reputable company would have offered something other than I’m sorry.

    On May 11, I ordered a Sun Joe weed trimmer. Received it on the 15th. Set it up. Used it one time. At the end of May ended up having surgery. Had to have a lawn service do it. Used it a second time at the end of July. Went to use it yesterday and it no longer works. Call them and they don't guarantee anything that you buy from them so they said I couldn't do anything and if that's the kind of Customer Service they're gonna have them done ordering from QVC. I've ordered plenty of stuff in the last few months, but I'm done.

    Be careful buying from QVC and their sister company HSN because they use trick photography. Camera work angles and production techniques make the products look larger, vibrant, and of better quality. I only watch when there's nothing else on TV but I become angry when I notice the camera work deceivement.

    My wife ordered a heated blanket off their site. Confirmed the shipping address and even took a screenshot of the correct shipping address. They sent it to the old address she used to live at. I tried to call for her as she works night shift at the hospital. The rep couldn't help me after waiting on the phone 25 minutes because I didn't have her security word. That's fine, so I got the password and called back. Took 50 minutes to get to a representative only to tell me my wife had to call in and I couldn't do anything. My wife orders a second time the same item and confirms the correct address again and it still ships to the wrong address again! The shipping address is correct on the site but still goes to the old address. My wife is on the phone with a rep now after waiting 40 minutes to get a refund. Never buy from here ever!

    I always order Diamonique Rings from QVC. They used to be good quality. Now, the last 3 I've ordered lost stones after a couple weeks. Totally unacceptable! I spend over 100 bucks each on these rings and the quality is horrible!!

    For the last several months it’s impossible to get through to QVC’s customer service line. The recording states there is a 5 minute wait time and if you want a call back someone will call back in 1-2 minutes but I have left numerous request to call back I have yet to receive a call back. I only call when it’s something that can’t be handled through their website. Because of this I have called over and over and hold waiting for someone in C/S to speak to. I generally hold for 25-30 minutes before I give up.

    One day I held for 47 minutes and someone finally picked up. After dealing with her I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. A supervisor came on the line and I expressed my frustration with the inability to reach C/S and the fact that they never call back. She sounded surprised about no one calling back and said she was passing this info on to management. I needed to speak to C/S again today about a defective product I received and once again left call back request but no one called back. I called a second time and held for 37 minutes then gave up. Over the last few months when I have (rarely) been able to speak to someone in with C/S I have express the above and they all say the same thing…. They're passing complaint to management. I guess management just doesn’t care as nothing has changed.

    QVC does not tell you their channels are prerecorded. And prices are not what they advertise. They however advertise something for say $100. Then it's $120 when you go to buy it. They brag at how many thousands they sold that day. Say 2000. X 20 extra $. That's a large amount from false advertisement isn't it?

    I ordered a Pom Pom London purse, and when I opened it, it contained a box of opened Tic Tac candies, strewn all over the purse. There was also a personal item in one of the pockets (a Bocce ball medal). If QVC is going to re-sell something that was returned, they need to sell it like new— not with someone else’s crap in it!

    QVC doesn't even deserve the one star I am giving it. "Designers" are merely celebrities putting their names on poor quality clothing items & presenting it as fashion. I've gotten burned more times than I will admit. Suffice to say, I will not shop with them anymore. Charges for returns are ridiculous & customer service is non existent. And whomever is styling the hosts, clearly needs a lesson in color combinations & fit. Having a host in an ill fitting outfit is not doing anyone any favors.

    July 27, 2025 I talked to a member of the leadership team named JENNY…. This person was as rude as hell. I requested an actual supervisor and she rudely stated "Someone will call you back in 24 hours. Thank you." I asked if she wanted my callback number and she said, "GO AHEAD…" I will NOT be ordering from QVC EVER AGAIN! The customer service has gone belly up!

    I order an item online from QVC on July 7th. It indicated the for $13.99 the product would be shipped from the USA the next day and would arrive in 2 days. Shipping details listed a number of possible shipping companies that operate in the USA. I think the company that sold it was "Order **"? I haven't received the order as of yet. It was shipped from China. The Chinese shipping company wants me to register as well as gives vague tracking information. I am not going to register with a CCP based company. It shipped (flown) from China two days after I ordered the item.

    It indicated it would take 7 days to arrive. It was dropped off at a USPS office about 4 days ago. Still waiting.... Very poor information is available.

    Wow! It’s laughable that the name QVC Quality, Value and Convenience! It has turned into the worst. From the website (can’t keep up with inventory), prices that are sky high (not value) and this company is not convenient! I’ve tried to ask about plans to fix the problems. But from, website, shipments (Get wrong orders) and if you call to order, agent apparently HAVE TO tele market items to me on the phone! I have begged them to pls have my profile reflect to NOT upsell me Ooops. They can’t. Not worth it.

    I had to report QVC to the Better Business Bureau due to losing packages and charging me. Their merchandise is sent to a hub which is severely delayed or you just don’t receive your packages at all. They refused to refund until I received my package as retaliation. They lowered my credit limit to the balance I owed, even though I had a perfect payment history to lower my credit score. Avoid this company!

    QVC and Mission Cooling Hats have decided their customers must be gullible and will purchase secondary poorly made products. If you want to purchase a Mission Cooling Hat, don’t buy it from QVC. The ones selling on QVC are missing three important features: inside brim is narrower, missing cooling holes around the top of the hat and no snaps on the sides. QVC & Mission should be ashamed of themselves for false advertising and misleading demonstrations on TV.

    I ordered a Ninja smoker, checked on delivery status, told that they are having logistical problems. basically I have been told, "We don’t know when you will get your product, tomorrow, next week or next month, we just don’t know, will mostly likely cancel order."     Haven’t shopped with them since the 90’s probably. Tried a pair of shoes that didn’t fit! I had to return them. They said I’d have to pay shipping to return it. I wasn’t happy but whatever. I was not charged at the post office which I thought was odd. I called on my refund after 7 days to check, as I had gotten notification they had received it back right away. They said it still hadn't been processed, but that she would go ahead and push it through for me. She told me that I would be refunded the full amount minus the shipping. (So that’s how it’s done) I told her I wasn’t thrilled about having to pay shipping for something that didn’t fit. She explained that they only refund shipping if it’s defective. I told her this would be the last time I would order from them then because I’m not used to having to pay shipping and it’s too hard to order shoes online as they usually don’t work for me.

    I was issued my refund two days later and thought it was a done deal. And then this evening I received a notification that I was being charged $6.95. When I called QVC they told me yes that is for the return shipping charge. I said then what was the other charge that they charged me when they refunded me? She said that was for shipping it to me initially. I told her that had not been explained to me in my previous phone call with customer service. And I was incredibly frustrated because now I’ve spent almost $20 on an item. I don’t even have. She then said she would refund me the $6.95 this one time as a courtesy. I am so beyond frustrated with this experience and I will never ever shop QVC again. It’s just shady. They charged me $5.50 for shipping the first time and somehow it’s $6.95 to ship it back. Never again. Beware.

    I hit a new dyson fan. Not only it took 2 weeks to send it but also arrived missing a remote control and when I called them oh no you need to send us the whole package again, I sent that item as a gift for someone and you are asking me to send it back. How crazy and unprofessional this company. I think they need to be out of business ASAP according to all bad review, my mistake I did not read those comments before but I hope I am saving someone from this scam company.

    Don't believe QVC when they say a product comes with an extended Return Policy. They will not honor their extended 90 day Returns. Even when you have video proof of them saying the product has a 90 day Return Policy. I call customer service twice and both times was told that their Return Policy is 30 days and they can't generate a return even if they wanted to. They suggested that I contact the company for the product. They gave me an email address. I emailed Foreo.com, there is no number to reach customer support. My Foreo Peach 2 IPL hair removal device only worked twice. And the Foreo website says that the product has to be unopened to be eligible for a return. So I'm sure that they'll try to get out of giving me a refund. And QVC is No Help! Their customer service line says that they want to "provide you with an amazing customer service experience". That's crap!!!! I was on Hold for 1 hour and 37 minutes!!!

    I ordered 3 outdoor patio lanterns for $50.00 each. I called them after several days to find out the status of my order and when to expect delivery. The customers service representative told me my order is scheduled to arrive Thursday, June 12th. I waited all day, and it never arrived as promised. I called on June 13 to check the status of my order, because I wasn’t able to obtain the status of my order online, they kept asking for a password, which I did not have.

    After three calls, someone finally helped me. I was told only one lattern shipped and they had no idea where my other two latterns were and why they did not ship. The customers service representative service I’ve man said very little and said he needed to call the manufacturer and someone would call me back, maybe the next day. Nobody really knew what was going on with my order. I was planning a very big event for this weekend and my lanterns had never shipped as they advised they had shipped. What type of operation are they running. They have my money, but I have no lanterns.

    I regret every ordering from QVC and believe they should ship all my 3 lanterns to me overnight delivery at their expense and told this to the rep, who acted like he could care less. After I get my lanterns, I do NOT plan on ever ordering from them again. Poorly ran operation who clearly could care less about customers service!!!!     My last three orders took over a month to process; one order states delivery by June 5th and it’s still in the processing state. I’m done with them. I want my sleeveless top while it’s still summer. When I called customer service, I was told all three items were back ordered; they weren’t on back order when I placed the order. I ask to cancel them in that case and I was told I couldn’t. I could return the order (and pay the shipping fee) if I didn’t want them when they eventually arrive.

    I watch QVC all the time and in fact I buy all my clothes from 2 vendors all the time and they are great, but the shipping is just terrible! I always have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for my packages and I just think they could do a better job in getting them out the door!     I returned a pair of jeans to exchange for a different size. The new size was actually in stock. After a month, I still haven’t received the new pair. I checked the shipping number and found that they have been shipped by USPS instead of UPS. So far, these jeans have been in more states than I have been. It’s ridiculous, because I ordered the initial pair in February. Now, it’s the end of April and who needs another pair of jeans when it’s getting warm? My recommendation is that you order your winter coats now because they should arrive by November.

    #1 Making a purchase with an agent over the phone, I was asked which card I wanted to use for a payment. I stated my normal Mastercard & the agent acknowledged. #2 I have a Q-Card & only used it one time. I have no use for Syncrony bank because their customer service is so hard to reach as well as communication skills are terrible. #3 Several weeks later I discover that the purchase that was to be on the Mastercard was put on Q-card. That bill never got to me thru mail. Over a month later I receive email showing I now have interest + penalty. ****#4**** QVC messed this purchase up royally.     This place is terrible. I ordered a carpet cleaner here years ago and it never showed up. They blamed UPS. Fast forward 4 years, I tried ordering an ice machine on 3 easy payments. They took the $42 immediately, and then cancelled the order just minutes later. The money was still held as an authorization when I contacted Capital One. As Capital One described, if the order cancelled, the charge should have been reversed. This is the worst most fraudulent place on earth. I even filed a complaint with Capital One explaining this companies reputation, and they should block any purchases from this merchant. Capital One is looking into this merchant.

The issue is they tried to argue with me for 45 mins saying my address was invalid. I have lived at the same address for over 30 years! My grandpa did business with them. I had to leave a voice mail call over 60 times to get a live billing agent to look into why my item was cancelled. Only to be told, "Oh we can't refund you." So I called my bank. They lied to them so I got all 3 of us on the phone only after my bank reported them to the police with a report number did they give me 3 days to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous.     I have been aware of QVC for years, but have never purchased from them. I've recently been of the hunt for the KITCHENAID 7qt 500 watt Stand Mixer. It was recently on sale at Kohl's, Macy's, and at KITCHENAID. I missed my chance to order at the sale price, and a GOOGLE search revealed that QVC had it for the price I was seeking. I just placed my order for the Bowl Lift, 7 qt, 500 watt stand mixer in Pistachio green. When it arrives and I am either satisfied that all went well or things went wrong, I will update my review. So far I can say that the ordering process was easy enough. I found the very specific product I was looking for at the target price. The free shipping didn't show up as advertised when I actually checked out, but I'm not going to lose too much sleep over 12 bucks. If all goes well, you all will be the first to know. If it goes bad, you will still be the first to know. Wish me luck.

    I ordered something in July from QVC and paid through PayPal. In addition to PayPal, QVC decided to charge my QVC credit card. So I was charged twice. It took 6 months to resolve. Over the course of those 6 months, I tried calling 4-5 times explaining what had happened. The payment through PayPal went through immediately. I was willing to show them a copy of my bank statement. The charges from QVC started showing up the following month. After when I thought everything was resolved, my husband tried to order something on Friday, 2/7/2025, QVC sends him an email on Monday, 2/10/2025 to inform him they canceled his order. When he called them today (2/10) to ask why, they said that someone from our address (meaning me) is banned from ordering from them because of my dispute….even though it was their error.

    My husband tried telling them, we have two different last names, two different accounts and two different credit cards. They responded with anyone at the address I used was banned and all orders will be canceled. With that, he can no longer log into the account. He did ask him what if we have parents that live with us or children that wanted to order. They said it didn't matter, they would also be banned since they reside at the same address. This is insane. I don't understand, they are the ones that double-billed even though I held up my end and paid right away. I called my bank (since the credit card I was using through PayPal eventually gets charged) and they didn't see a problem since payment went through with me using PayPal.

    I have been a QVC customer for 25 years and have walked away from them permanently. They used to have good quality products and great customer service but not anymore. Plus most of what they sell can be purchased elsewhere for less money and free shipping. Even the better brands have lost their quality. I think if a brand has too much stock of a product or an item that doesn’t pass their in house quality control they sell it off on QVC. Also the return shipping is just over priced. How can it cost $3.50 to ship an item to me but $6.95 to send it back? Nope just nope.

    My wife ordered a travel case from QVC and the order was transferred to some other group. After 19 days the tracking number indicated delivery. There was no picture, which is typical, so we have no idea what happened to the package or if it was ever shipped in the first place. We do not know if the label had the right address. All we know is that the customer service is absolutely worthless, in my opinion. Little response and little concern. We have demanded a credit to our payment method and if we do not get a confirmation we plan to dispute the charge.

    After seeing some of the other reviews my impression is that the entire CVC organization is just a name and not the company it once was. And from the obvious language difference when working with customer service it may possibly even be under ** ownership with direct shipping from over there. Anyway, I told my wife, just buy from a reputable company from now on. Even for a dollar or two more it is well worth it to avoid problems like this. And from the reviews it looks like the items are substandard upon arrival anyway. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! Lesson learned.

    I purchased 3 sets of lights, table top rechargeable touch on and off. It was $165 for the 3 sets. 1 of the lights doesn't work. When I contacted QVC about the issue I was emailed a label charging me $6.95 for sending back the defective product. I contacted qvc for them to tell me I owe no debt, and to disregard the debt collector. However doing so would impact my credit. They told me they could not help me past that point.     I paid off my QVC account in full in May 2024. They bank through Synchrony. With having such a hard time getting correct information from QVC, I went ahead and made an extra payment because of billing cycle. I ended up with an overpayment which sat on my account w/ synchrony for 4 months until they issued me a check for the overpayment. My balance with QVC has been zero since May 2024. 2 weeks ago I have an email from a collection agency, saying that I owe them money for a QVC account. I have proof of the payoff which I have sent to QVC. QVC is staying that there is 1 installment not paid. QVC said installments are not the balance amount on a person's account. Has anybody else had this issue?

    This is the worst company when it comes to getting a refund after sending your product back. I purchased a men's jacket and a women's wearable throw. I returned the jacket and didn't get the right amount back so I called and told them that they refunded the throw instead of the jacket. So I had to wait a month to get my correct refund back. So now I had to return the women's throw and they told me it was already refunded! I said that was wrong because I just sent it back, I had the UPS receipt showing when I returned it. To make this long story short I had to wait another month for this refund also. They have the most incompetent people working in their customer service department. If you buy something from them make sure you're not going to need to return it!

    I have been a long-time customer of QVC. No more. I bought a pair of Clark's boots on Nov 5th, 2024. The right boot, left side had some kind of issue, causing me pain. For the price, I decided to return it. Right after the purchase, my debit card was compromised. (Not blaming QVC.) I called customer service and asked them. "With my card being deactivated and a new one issued, how would that affect my refund?" No problem, I was told. Here we are on Jan 7th and no refund. QVC said it was refunded on Dec 24th. I figured ok with the holidays... I'll be patient. However, my credit Union have been keeping an eye out and today I was informed... QVC process the refund incorrectly and it was rejected. I just got off the phone with QVC and a very rude rep. I was told it takes 5 days from my last contact for them to get back to me.

    I said, "No one told me this and besides, I'm calling to let you know what I heard from the bank today." The rep says, "Well we can issue your refund to an old card." "But I never asked you all to do that." I was told I need to keep my voice down... I'm explaining to her, I gave the previous rep the transaction number so the refund can be processed correctly. I asked for a supervisor and the supervisor is questioning how would the man from the credit union know if the refund was processed incorrectly? Hmmm, he works for the Credit Union. I mean how else would he know? She starts telling me, "Well we can't process the refund to another card." I DID NOT... I stopped myself and said, "You know what? You all gave the boots and my money!" I want MY money back. "OK well you have to wait for 5 days and we'll either give you QVC credit or issue a check." Issue a check. I REFUSE to buy spit from this company. They went to the dogs!

This was now my fifth call to see why not picked up. They now told me to call every few days. This was now my 5th call and are they serious about me always checking status of a pick when it was their ERROR. The supervisors are USELESS!!!!     I ordered the Shark Ultralight Powerfin vacuum. Worked great for 8 weeks then the roller just stopped working.     I made a purchase on Black Friday and when I got back from my vacation the product showed delivered but it was not at my house. I called QVC, was told they would reship, nothing I needed to do. The item was picked up by my neighbor and thankfully as QVC cancelled the Re-ship without contacting me to see if I recovered item and cancelled my qcard, again, with no call or explanation. So glad my neighbor picked up my pkg as I was charged the $500 and customer service did not follow through…. At all- very poor customer service!!

    Horrible customer service, made a purchase online that was immediately canceled. They deducted the money out of my account. Never returned it until almost a week and a half later. Was lied to three times by their customer service representative about the return of the funds that had no problem withdrawing them, but they had a big problem, returning them. Never received the product. Never was given advance. Notice of the cancellation. Would never do business with this company again. Wouldn’t even give it a one rating, but that’s the only way they’ll allow this to be submitted.

    I purchased the infinity game table, was supposed to come with a $200.00 game credit. I called QVC 5x’s. They told me I have to contact the manufacturer. Contacted the manufacturer. They said I have to contact QVC. Finally after multiple calls and emails 5 days before Christmas they told me to send it back and get a refund!!!! Nothing like dealing with a bunch of clowns 🤡. 5 days before Christmas!!! Horrible people to deal with. I will never use QVC again.

    I cannot believe what I was just told. I ordered Apple air maxes on EZ pay and it went through the payment, it’s pending in my checking account but when I call customer service because that’s what it’s saying in my app on the order, they told me that if I have a Social Security check deposited into that checking account, the system refuses easy pay.     I submit an honest, no profanity, review on an item I've been looking for, for years and was so happy to receive yet so bummed when I realized it was a bad buy. The post wasn't to their standards because it wasn't praising their item so they refused to post my review though the reasons they claimed weren't true with my post. I posted a review that I would have found helpful to me, especially since having children and parents should beware of cooking with potential toxic materials.     I ordered the Davids cookie dough which came in a nice Styrofoam cooler with dry ice which was not packed in any type of protection around it. The dry ice blend in with the white cooler so when you take the boxes of cookie dough out you do not notice the dry ice. So due to the fact that the dry ice blended in with the cooler I burned two of my fingers. I called CVC and filed a complaint. The customer leadership team claimed they will forward the complaint to Corporate. It been 3 days now and no one from Corporate has called to see if I was ok and or to see what they can do.

    BUYER BEWARE: We placed a QVC order on November 1 for an LG 65" smart TV for $1700; QVC promised a delivery date no later than December 6.  As of Dec. 12, we've not received the TV, there is no valid tracking available. When contacting QVC, they refuse to cancel/refund the order due to the fact that the item was to be shipped by the manufacturer directly to the customer. They have no tracking information, no evidence that the item was or ever will be shipped, yet they will not refund the order. They've given us a number for a local trucking company that supposedly was to deliver the item. The trucking company has no record of the order. QVC is still selling this item on their website, and promising delivery. This is not only poor customer service, it's fraud and unfortunately a scam.

    After making a purchase with QVC my account was hacked and several fraudulent orders were placed. Called QVC and was informed they had cancelled the fraudulent orders and I would receive my order by Dec. 6th which these items were Christmas gifts. I did not receive my order or any other communications so I reached out to QVC again and was told my account had been closed and the customer service rep could only respond with “I do not know what to tell you”. If they needed to close my account it would’ve been nice to know so I could try to reorder from a different company and how was my account hacked? Thank for nothing QVC.

    I ordered a primula pour over coffee maker for 26.69 total, $5.50 shipping and handling. I returned with return label that came with it and found out I would get $14.24 refund. Was told $12.45 was for shipping and restocking. What a rip off. I returned on original packaging. I have returned things to QVC before and got my full refund. Have things changed??? I won't order again unless I know it's free to send back.

    I called QVC over three months ago to order a Buydeem toaster and a food processor. The sales agent asked me if I wanted to put it on installment plan and I didn’t need to however I said yes but she never told me that they were going to run a credit check and my credit is locked with the credit bureaus. My order was canceled without an explanation via email and I ordered it again because it said to re-order it, use the link which I did and then it was canceled again. I called the leadership team and escalated the call and I told them that there’s nothing wrong with my credit as I have excellent credit and I called my bank who has the line of credit and they said the credit card was good to go, there was no issues with that and I gave the management ar QVC the phone number and the name of who I spoke with so that they could unlock my account at QVC and I could order the products.

    Well that was over a month ago and I called again today to order the products And QVC did not do anything to clean up the account! I called and I also talked to a supervisor today whose name is Jasmine. I asked her to Escalate it but she did not. Jasmine read the notes and it clearly stated that my credit was good to go and there was no issue with my credit however my account was locked because of the lockdown that I put with my credit bureaus and I told her that I did not need to buy anything on easy installments I could just put all of it on my credit card. Why is Jasmine even a supervisor if she can’t even make a decision? She told me she had to escalate it again!

    I found that I could buy the same exact products on Amazon so that’s where I’m going! Don’t believe QVC that they want you to have a stellar customer service because they had over three months and it was an awful experience! They can keep their stuff and I will keep my money! Beware! Their management team is worthless and useless and then inept! They don’t know how to treat a customer and they lost money with me because I’m a great customer with excellent credit!

    I bought 2 sets of a popular QVC pottery baking series. The first time they get wet, they craze heavily and get dark stains in the cracks. They become unusable and I have to throw them out.     So, there is an offer for (5) Flex payments, cool, my Son's Birthday is coming up and there was a good deal on a PS5, placed the order over the phone, she ran my card, everything went through fine. Hung up, moved on with my life. A couple hours later, I get an email that they can't honor the Flex Pay and are mailing me out a letter stating why, like, why can't you just let me know why in your Stupid email?     I’m just going to have to return to stores with a door. More often than not, they say they are shipping something and a week later it’s still pending or the label printed - never picked up. I recently returned an item like that. The return was received by QVC on 9/30/24. I called today and they said the item was received but refund was never issued. Even though e-mail said it was being processed. Come on two weeks. Not to mention the extremely poor quality, Almost all is made in China, takes weeks to get and could probably get it on Amazon for a 1/3 of the price.

    I ordered a door wreath and after around a week it arrived with pieces broken off inside the box. I contacted QVC about the damage and requested a return label, 4 days passed and I finally received a UPS barcode for a return. No other information attached like who is it from and what the item is? I contacted QVC to find out if they sent the UPS code and they said yes it’s ours. Now I will see just how long it will be before I get a refund.

    Faithful customers since inception, at least 35 years. Several hundred thousand $ worth of purchases over that time. We followed directions from your CS folks as to how to send back a $6,000 gold/tanzanite bracelet, inserting the return form they sent us, but paying for UPS S&H and the insurance ourselves, as instructed. Nobody called us, but no refund issued. When I called, multiple times, I received several DIFFERENT answers as to why not: “we received only an empty box”, to “weight wasn’t as expected”, to finally: “we never received it”.

    QVC decided about 15SEP that I had to resolve this by making a claim through UPS, BUT NEVER TOLD ME!! Only on the 22nd of SEP, did I hear this, after making the 6th or 7th call to QVC! QVC will NOT initiate a call to me, nor call me back! Claimed they made a call to me, yesterday, to a number I’d never heard of! Undoubtedly, someone at QVC either stole this, or “mis-placed” it, but QVC is HAPPY to throw away all our business and 35 years of ordering from them. I’m a week-paid physician (don’t need to steal!). I’m also a retired USN officer (who “does not lie, cheat or steal”)…a code I take very seriously!

    This review addresses the pricing of QVC food items. Please do the math before ordering food products from QVC. Ignore the presentation claims, hype, smiling faces and happy dances. Concentrate on what you are actually getting. It's easy to compare prices on items such as burgers, bacon, chicken, steak and other commodity food items. I like to break down the price per pound from QVC and compare to my local market's pricing. I guarantee you will find you are paying anywhere from 10% to 50% more when purchasing from QVC. Ignore the "free shipping" perk from QVC. Nothing in this world ships for free. The shipping price is built into the price you are paying. "Free Shipping" sounds great but all it means is that you are not being charged an extra line item on your invoice. Shipping charges from all of the major carriers have increased this past year. If you will note, so have the food prices from QVC.

    I never received my order. Reached out to QVC and they refunded even though I wanted my item. They told me it's out of stock. I took my chances and ordered again and never received my item. I get a letter in mail so I call and they closed my account because I didn't receive my item and wanted to open a investigation as to why my items never reached me. I tried opening a case with UPS who said the sender has to open a case. I call qvc again and they tell me no they can't. Seems odd to me and I'm glad they closed my account before I did.

    I ordered some Dresses for the first time in years from QVC…Boy have they changed. The Dresses were defective, not sewn right…hung lopsided. When I ordered one Dress said, "Clearance. Cannot return"..When I went to return within a week of receiving order 3 dresses were not able to return..     I've been a QVC customer for years...since they launched in the '80's. They used to stand for Quality/Value/Convenience...but now they just stand for being a major RIP OFF. Products on air are completely misrepresented by the hosts. They block you from seeing customer reviews on many products while they are on air, as a TSV. So you go and order it, only to find out it is a piece of junk. I recently fell prey to one of their Diamonique necklaces. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive...with shipping of $3.50. It's a piece of junk. So I went online to return it...turns out that this item is not eligible for online returns!

    I had to call Customer Service (on hold for more than an hour)...They told me pack it up and take it to UPS or USPS...include a note inside, etc. So I did that today and to ship this item back that weighs .87 oz, it cost me $13.73!!!! I called Customer Service to complain...even got to speak to someone from their "leadership team!" She told me, I need to contact FINANCE at QVC. That she can't do anything about it. Well, screw you QVC. Amazon is killing you! Never ordering ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN!

    I paid off my $3600 Q card bill in May 2024. I was told by Synchrony day that I paid for all future pays. I have called QVC and synchrony bank at least a dozen times. On August 21, I am done with them. Key card canceled, I canceled my QVC membership after 30 years. Do you realize the interest rate on a card is 39 to 40% now as of July 2024? I will never order anything again. It is taking me months and months to resolve easy pay this past week. QVC said I still owe them $70 for easy pay payments which I paid happily just to get rid of them. Be very careful.

    If I would be able not to give a star I would. It's just many times the same situation. If QVC emails you to let you know that your item will be processed and you call before it's processed. The representative still tells you that you are not able to cancel. It's already being processed. If your debit card you have on file with QVC has expired. Why would they change my expiration date so the order will go through. I DID NOT enter any new expiration date for my card. I received the item. Did not open it, send it right back with label provided and I am still being charged. They charged me $21.94 after they changed the expiration date and refund me $11.49. As God is my witness I will never, never shop with such a dishonest company....

    Purchased $1115.00 Oura Ring Gift Cards. Wasn't able to get refunded for over 3 months because This company works with Oura to make it impossible to process a refund. Everyone points fingers at everyone else which makes nobody responsible. Not a single contact was started by this company in a massive 45 times back-forth email chain involving about 10 people. This company does not care about you or customer support and I will never purchase anything from this company again.     I have ordered from QVC for years. During the past year all of my orders have been taking an extremely long time to arrive especially perishable items. When an order is placed they give you an estimated delivery date. My items have been arriving at least 4-5 days after this date including some perishable items that were spoiled. Because of this I have stopped ordering from them and use different sites instead. The quantity of food items ordered has also decreased significantly but not the price.

    Do not let the lower price fool - especially if it is clothing which may not fit. I bought a pair of shoes and since they didn't exceed the $100 amount for free shipping I had to pay $5.00 for shipping but the shoes were $20.00 lower so I thought - great, I am still ahead. Well, the shoes did not work for me so I needed to return them. Guess what - $6.95 to return them. Then when I get them to the shipping store - with the shoes in the shoe box - I am informed it needs to be packed in another box. So, the choice is to go home and get a box or buy one there for $3.00. Anyway, I thought I was saving $20.00 but it ended up costing me $15.00 for nothing. Last time I will buy from QVC.

    I have been a QVC customer for 20 +years. I have spend thousands of dollars on QVC products. Lately, I have been sending stuff back because they are not quality products anymore. They all of sudden cancelled my account due to too many returns. No prior notice or information given. The hosts are always saying "if you do not like it return. No questions asked."     My wife bought me this Worx edger and it’s horrible. The day I used it it stopped feeding the string and it didn’t change angles and the battery only lasts about 20 minutes and QVC has a place where you can get a refund but they want to charge you for returning an item and they don’t have the option to say if you have the package it came in which I don’t.

    I paid my QCard balance. 5 days later after I had paid my balance and payment cleared my bank, interest charges were billed. My bills have always been paid on time with auto pay. They refused to reverse the charges and have lost a long time customer. I will NEVER shop with QVC again. The interest charged on Q card is criminal and you have to pay for shipping on returns. Not impressed.

    Honestly this company is garbage. My grandmother buys me gifts from QVC, I have returned two shirts and filled out their return labels and mark the box "give refund credit to the receiver" since it was a gift. I also write a note with my information and restate this is a gift, do not notify the sender. I have never gotten the credit back for these items and they are from 3 months ago. I contact customer service and they said they "lost" one and the other they refunded the wrong person.... Seriously?!?!?! So I would never buy from them. Then 9 days went by and it was still saying “awaiting carrier pickup” when I checked the tracking link.     QVC has scammed me. They sent me a 30% discount on a future purchase, I took advantage of it to purchase a le Creuset $200 Dutch oven. The item was delivered damaged, I reached out to them letting them know that I wanted a replacement. They guided me to my nearest UPS store for return to them, charging $8.95. Then, told me that no replacement or inventory is available and your discount code is no longer available. Wire fraud at its finest! David Rawlinson, CEO will not call me back.

They expect me to provide proof! I gave them the UPS tracking number and they’re still taking money out of my account.     I have been ordering from QVC since the 70s. I have always paid my bill on time and in full. I was canceled from being a customer because of returns and items not delivered. This is ridiculous because you have to pay for return shipping. It's also not my fault if the item wasn't delivered. Since it is either USPS or UPS I have no control over whether it went to someone else. According to them, there is nothing I can do and can't reopen an Account. How is this Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed? They are only in business for money and could care less about customer service or satisfaction.

    Made a purchase only applied a new customer discount code. Somehow it glitched out and stated I chose to pay monthly. Couldn't change it, received a cancellation email saying the product does not have a pay monthly yet their website allows it. Not that I wanted to anyways, but they did not give me an option and canceled the whole order. I reached out in their chat since placing a new order no longer allows for that coupon. They said please call the phone support as they're unable to assist. Called the line waited 5 minutes, spoke with a lady she asked for my phone number then immediately said there are two accounts under that phone number, you're not eligible bye.

    It baffles me how their QVC crew can promote and support the sales of so many overpriced food items. We bought "hockey puck" fillets. So expensive. Bought rib eyes. Just watch how they divide stack and double their steaks, burgers to give the image they're so thick. Even their bagels which we bought were great but our favorite members club are better and more reasonably priced. In their defense we've bought other items. They don't deserve a one star. But food? They really should be ashamed of themselves. I guess if you don't cook much, have a very small family and high income it's difficult to resist, but with inflation and the economy try feeding your family with QVC purchases.... No "happy dance" here.

    Ordered steaks FROM QVC. The 9.5 oz Garlic and Herb Ribeyes. Tried to cook on grill. Fell apart before got on grill. Cooked the way was told in pamphlet that was sent along with steaks. Tried to cook. Med Rare was on the grill. At no time got BURNT! WORST tasting steaks ever ate. The steaks were on grill for 3 minutes. The taste was terrible had a bad smell. Very fatty. A lot of grizzle and tough as a shoe. Called QVC customer service. Explained problem. Got told don't know how to cook and don't know fat from grizzle. A baby was screaming in the background and was basically finished and she hung up on me. Said, "Oh No not going to take this." So I called Kansas City Steaks customer service. Provided with Steaks and their 100% Guarantee If don't like will refund or replace order. The Rep told me not going to do nothing. They not responsible. They 3rd party seller but had 100% guarantee shipped with steaks.

    Wanted to know where these 3rd party rules located. Was never told where. Guess just pulled it out of the Air. I have talked with 4 people. Seems no one can provide where this information is located on either site. I would think if I sold my product thru a 3rd party and the 3rd party didn't help customer I would do my darnest to help that customer so they would order thru me next time and forget about the 3rd party. Guess they just don't care all about money! My advise STAY away from either company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM EITHER COMPANY!

    Purchase Kansas City steaks from QVC. 9.8 oz Ribeyes. Open a pack was very skinny compared to what they where showing on TV. Had so much grizzle made steak tough. Contacted Kansas City their reply was they didn't sell it QVC sold it but has their name all over box and pamphlet they came with steaks had their name all over it. They just dismissed my complaint just like QVC did can't send back for refund bought on 1/14/24 not even a month. Both companies don't t stand behind their names plus have ordered stuff from QVC lately and below their standards and want to charge you to return.     I purchased a 70' Samsung TV on 1/22/2024 and it was delivered to my door on 1/26/24. Upon opening and setting up the TV, I discovered that it was broken on the left side of the screen. I immediately contacted the customer service team. The first representative stated that I would have to wait two weeks for someone from AIT to pick up the TV then another two weeks to receive a replacement. The issue that I tried explaining was that I was moving to a new location and that I would no longer be in the same unit and that I would need that communicated with the tech.

    After no resolve, I asked to speak with her Lead or a Supervisor to try and escalate this issue a little further, the Supervisor was VERY rude and was of no help. Explaining this issue again, she rudely stated "Well she told you the wrong information and input this as a transfer order and we simply cannot do that so you will need to order another TV." The tone and the unprofessionalism were very unwarranted. QVC service delivery standards are very low and could benefit from team members and leaders to guide with a bit more empathy and compassion and give clear resolve instead of being dismissive. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS QVC.

    A "Smart Label" is utilized by QVC Customers when they return Products to the Warehouse for Refunds/Exchanges. On the Label it is advertised that $8.95 will be deducted from Your Refund. Since the use of this Smart Label is optional and you can send the package via USPS, it is presumed that this Fee is Postage. Incorrect supposition. When you receive your Refund, a $5.50 per each item is deducted from the Gross Amount as Shipping and Handling; that is in addition to the Label Fee. You are never advised of this practice and, in truth, depending how many Easy Pay payments you have made, you may have paid it in full. Buyer beware.

    ADVICE GO WITH HSN NOT QVC. They will open a DUSPUTE and CLOSE your account if you're not careful WITHOUT any type of email/ phone call/ message of ANY type. I tried to let them know PAYMENT WILL BE MADE WITHIN THE SAME MONTH but the reps said they will send them the message I repeated that with many reps with NO RESPONSE at ALL. THE Dispute Dept if you could EVER or FINALLY get an actual phone number is IMPOSSIBLE to contact. NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALLS IN THE DISPUTE DEPT. Took me 3 whole months for someone to finally answer and she was as rude as they come arguing with me until I hung up.

    It took some tries calling again after that to get someone to TAKE MY $80 payment since I'm only able to pay what I would had paid on a monthly payment plan for the item they disputing. QVC is UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT AND STUPID. You can't even make payments through their app. An issue they are not able to fix! Only make payments through our expensive Samsung Note 20 Ultra smartphone or my HP laptop only by calling them each month. Totally ridiculous.

    I saw this handbag on sale for $39.99 and placed my order. They accepted my order and payment. Today while checking on another order, I saw that they cancelled this order. As I investigated, I see that they are selling the same item on their website for $298. I called to inquire as to why my order was canceled as I did not authorize this cancellation. I was told that it was the vendor's fault. I said that QVC had accepted the order and payment on the order therefore I expected that they would honor the price I was given and re-instate the order at the sale price quoted.

    They told me that the price was wrong and that the item is $298. I've had issues with QVC in the past but a family member whom is homebound orders through this site for most of her shopping and requests gifts from QVC. This will be my final attempt to order through this company as they are scamming customers, offering up bogus pricing to get you onto their site. I didn't even get a courtesy email from QVC telling me that they were cancelling the order. I still have not received a refund. DO yourself a favor and do not shop this fraudulent company.

    I ordered my sons a PS5 2 weeks BEFORE Christmas, & the incompetent representative mixed up my billing zip code. So my order was IMMEDIATELY canceled, there was NO follow up phone call, email, ANYTHING to try & resolve this instead of canceling my ENTIRE order. This was an error at no fault of my own & as a result, my sons will not be able to open their highly requested PS5 on Christmas!! Not only was I intentional in the ordering time to ensure I would receive the game WELL before Christmas, I stayed on the phone with the rep for over an hour CONFIRMING the details of my order. My money was IMMEDIATELY withdrawn but my refund STILL has not been! So now I am out of my money, AND my product & will have to explain to my children, the importance of a REP being able to obtain AND record information ACCURATELY! SO because she DID NOT they DO NOT have a game! SMH!

    QVC tried in NO way to correct this mistake, or even waive the NEW overnight fee had I reordered the game and DID not so much as offer an apology for the mix up! They ONLY offered me to order the game system a SECOND time AND pay for “express shipping” that they still couldn’t guarantee would come!! She gave me some LOUSY excuse about their carriers who may or may not have gotten the NEW game delivered to me before Christmas! This was a MINOR mistake that has ruined Christmas for my family and I. Had I known they would be so incompetent and helpless I would have purchased the console from a different company altogether! This has turned me COMPLETELY OFF from QVC. And shows the kind of business relationship we would have in the future! So I’m gonna discontinue shopping with them to avoid any further frustration or inconsideration!

No paperwork inside and sadly (shockingly, actually), there is no order number on the label so there is no way to track the sender. I cannot acknowledge the gift.. who knows who it was? Maybe a poor client who spent money they didn't have.. who deserves gratitude. I am so thankful but now, I look like an ungrateful idiot. Not only that?     I purchased a tree in 2020. I paid over $500. It was/ is a beautiful tree but upon setting it up this year, only the bottom portion will light up. QVC basically said it isn't their problem and to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer will not take phone calls, and although it has a 5-year warranty, they sent an email and said "if" they have a part in stock, that may or may not be the problem, they'll send it. There was no mention of what they are willing to do if they don't have the so-called part. QVC does not stand behind their warranties and they DO NOT go to bat for their customers!! I've been burnt by them before on a tree so I thought by getting one with a warranty I'd be okay this time. WRONG!!!

    I order the Medical S3 for my daughter. I only have a very small income on a single parent. So when it was doing the flex play, it made me able to get her the gift she really dreams of. I took the last bit of money. I had for the first payment until my next check. After they took my money, they canceled the order. And now it has been six days and I still have not got my money back. I have been told four to 5 different things by five different people. Promising it on immediately or the next day then the next day. And still they keep saying they're working on it. I have demanded my money and get nothing.

    What kind of company cancels orders after they take the money? If you're not eligible for a product through them because they don't tell you. They do a soft credit check after the fact. So if you're not eligible to do it, they should have no right taking your money. It should be denied initially before anything moves forward. This is the shadiest business practice I have ever seen.

    I ordered something on Black Friday and opened a QVC credit card for the discount. The product said it shipped the next day but all that happened was a label was printed. Now, 10 days later I called and was told they could do nothing for me and they canceled the order because when I asked them to ship the product they said "We don't have it, what do you want me to do?" I could not believe how rude customer service was and now I have a hit to my credit for opening the card that has now been canceled. I will NEVER order from QVC again. They were incredible unhelpful, oversold a product and would do nothing to make this right for the customer.

    I placed an order from QVC website and when I received it one of the items was broken. It was packed horribly so I am suprised the entire order wasn't broken. I called customer service and first of all QVC refused to do a partial replacement and they needed me to send the entire order back!!. I told them it will probably get broken in transit since whoever packed this to begin with had no idea how to pack a fragile item and they said to return to them exactly how I received less the broken item. I received a return slip by email and it stated I would be charged 8.95 to return the item for a replacement!!! So because QVC doesn't know how to ship a fragile item I get punished for this??? I told them they just lost me a customer and I would be posting a negative review!!!! QVC this is a horrible way for you to run a business!!!! I called them back to complain and I have been on hold for 40 min so far.

    I purchased a dress and waited patiently to the host to see the lengths the models were wearing. I waited while they chatted and looked at themselves in the mirror on the stage. Ordered, received, the dress hit the floor like a gown- I ordered regular and am 5”3. Attempted to return but found out I needed to have a return label printed- and Qvc would deduct $6.95 from credit. I paid $3.50 and now this charge $10 to try a garment on! With the amount of products they sell ALL day and night a small surcharge should be charged - if any- for a return. Also the return label should be part of the packing slip! Very very disappointed and I feel taken advantage of. The return process is NOT customer friendly!

    I am so sad I saw reviews for this scammers too late. I wish I should do research before I ordered. The item was ordered 1 month before Halloween and was written it is in stock. However, after 3 weeks nothing came. I contacted customer service via chat and they say it is coming from their warehouse or vendor, something like that. Next day they sent me email it is shipped. So Halloween is over and still nothing arrived. The tracking number they provided is fake and does not show any information. I lost $115.Please, people, do not do. My mistake and do not buy from them. I opened PayPal case and I hope I will get my money back.

    Order was canceled due to no fault of my own. I placed my order on 10/15/2023 via website. When I reviewed the order, it was shipping to my previous address in PA even though I updated all my information online. I called and spoke to a rep and we updated the address. Since then, the order was in a IN PROCESSING status and would not change to SHIPPED or anything else.

    I tried to do a chat online but system is very glitchy and caused some error messages. I then called and spoke to someone who submitted a ticket. I then received an email stating that my payment on file needed to be updated. Because I had just gotten approved for the Q card, I changed the original payment method. However, It declined because I need the physical card. I provided the rep with another card. When she ran it, it went thru with no issues. I asked that rep to confirm that I wouldn’t lose my line for the previously owned LV bag because I know, from the first time that I called, that the stock was very limited. She said I had nothing to worry about and that my bag was secured.

    I checked the order today and it showed my order was canceled. I called again because site is very glitchy. I spoke to the first rep who said it was canceled because I needed to update my address with my bank. I asked the rep what address did she see on file because my billing and shipping should be the same: Sunrise, FL. She said she showed Allentown, PA. Then she said she did see my Sunrise address but it read incorrectly. Whoever updated it last, entered the wrong information. They has 101st 1ST AVE when it is only 101ST AVE.

    I explained to her that that my PA address is my old address. I am in the military and was moved from PA to FL. So if they were trying to “authorize” a payment using the PA address or the address with the “1st Ave” as part of my current address, of course it would reject. However, this shouldn’t have happened because every time I have called, I have provided my correct address. In addition, the company kept trying to authorize payment when the order never shipped.

    This cancelation of my order was a result on their end by user or system error. Because of this error by QVC, I lost out on the LV bag that I really placed my order for because it went out of stock. I have requested a supervisor to contact me twice and still have not heard anything other than an email AFTER I made my call to say my order was canceled.

    This whole order experience was just terrible, terrible, terrible. Their system, both online and in person, is terrible. It is very glitchy. I tried emailing the company from the link I received on an email but it kept timing out in seconds so I was never able to even finish entering my personal information let alone my complaint. None of the reps I spoke to offer me anything other than an apology. An apology for this error that caused a customer to lose out on a product is unacceptable. Based on this terrible experience, I do not plan to order from this company ever again. I will spend my money elsewhere where customers are appreciated better.

    I returned a medallion that I bought for $86.00. It was too big so I was told that I could return it. I boxed it back up in the original packaging and used their return label. I knew that they would charge me $6.95 from refund for the label (1st time I ever heard of that). The package was successfully returned and a refund of $80.50 was issued. Then a couple of weeks later, they are taking $6.95 from my account. When I called them, they told me the difference between the $86.00 I paid and the $80.50 they refunded me was for shipping and the $6.95 for the label was separate. Beware and read any fine print between the fine print. Don't think they will earn any more of my business. Shady company in my opinion. By the way, the rep I talked to was very helpful and professional.

    I ordered a pair of shoes. They arrived. I instantly tried to return them because they were so tight. I wanted a half a size up the exact same shoe. For 3 weeks I kept chatting emailing and calling. Each person kept saying, "Sure we will send you that return label right out. It's no problem to switch up for a half of size."     I am a first time buyer of QVC. I saved up months for a Dyson cordless vacuum and found the EXACT model I was hoping for. It was nickel and perfect. When received, opened the box and the WRONG UNIT was sent. Spoke for a long time with the customer service rep on if I should out-right order another because of fear of stock going low. Was assured I would be fine, so per their direction sent the unit back and waited patiently for the correct unit. Lo and behold, I received an email saying OUT OF STOCK! Just as I feared. Worked with a delightful customer service rep and she couldn't do anything but credit me $15, mind you I received $30 for being a new customer, so that wasn't even fair.

    I asked for a manager call back. She too couldn't help me and only offered me a measly $25 more and NO MORE UNITS or anything comparable in that price. I asked if we could negotiate for a different unit, for I was willing to pay a bit more if they were willing to realize this was their mistake and take some of the additional cost. She would not give me any other discount. Seriously!?! How is that good customer service for a brand new customer. I will NEVER shop QVC again. So disappointed in their ability to properly resolve an issue for something they advised me to do!

    I am a first-time customer on QVC and I ordered something for $147 and I forgot to put my code in which saves $30 so I immediately called the customer service and they said that I it was too late so I said could I cancel and start all over and she said no. Amazon lets you cancel your order and I will never do business with QVC again. They are horrible!

    I purchased a Breezies bra from QVC. It was $44.00 which is the normal price for the bra. When I received it, the bra was packaged with an 'AS IS' label on the package. This means that the bra was purchased previously and then returned. I did not order an AS IS item; also, AS IS items are priced at much lower than the actual QVC price. I called customer service twice. One told me that it was probably new, but packaged wrong??? The other told me to just return it. I am beginning to wonder about the credibility of QVC. I will return it because I will not pay full price for an AS IS item!

    I purchased a swimsuit from QVC. I specifically looked to make sure it was returnable because let's face it, swimsuits are not something that works often. I tried it on and it was hideous, nothing like what was pictured. I go to return it and it says it's not returnable, what?? So I called customer service and they say, it has said it was not returnable since April (it's now August). I go to their website and in big red letters it says "Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges". It was definitely not there before! It is also now on clearance and it wasn't when I bought it. Horrible customer service, if you aren't 100% sure you want the item, DON'T BUY IT!

    I ordered a JBL Sound Bar on 7/3/23 on Order# ** for $672.75. I received the package and my wife did not want me to keep it as she found the same product for $275.00. I called QVC and the CS agent told us we could return with the return tag that was on the package in the plastic pouch. We called again the next day, as we wanted to know if the amount listed at the top of the label was the cost for return shipping. We were told, yes, "the amount listed at the top of the Q Label is your return fee." We then gave the package to our postman to be returned with the QVC Label attached.

    A few days later we checked the return status on USPS tracking and the tracking number did not appear. We asked our postman what we should do, he said to visit his postal branch and inquire. They remembered the package as it was heavy and a strange shape. Nicole at this branch told us the package would not scan but that they put it in the QVC pick up bin for DHL to pick up. We have made 3 trips to the post office to try to get help and have made phone calls daily to both QVC and Paypal for help. Supervisor's promising to call back and nothing, They are not taking any responsibility for sending the incorrect label for return. Now the package has not been received as return and no refund of our $665 either. Terrible customer service! We are doing all the research and running around and QVC is doing nothing!

    We have now tried to reach out to Pitney Bowes, where DHL ships QVC's returns, still nothing. It took 12 phone calls to get an email address to send the photo of the incorrect label to, still nothing! I have attached a picture of the return label that clearly says USPS with a UPS Tracking number. We are just looking to get our money back. This is completely insane! They sent the wrong label, we gave it to the carrier printed clearly on the label and they act like we are to blame!

    In a nutshell this company is 100% fraudulent. They advertise a product without mentioning the taxes or shipping in their easy payments. Poor quality clothes. Returns are not honored; customer has to pay for it. They drink - wine and eat - for their free dinner all day on air. They are overpriced. Can get most items less at other retailers.

    Long story, short: in my experience, Easy Pay is fraudulent. Context: I purchased a camera for 5 installments of Easy Pay via PayPal Credit and made the final installment payment in mid July. Called QVC customer service 2x and each rep confirmed my Easy Pay installment is complete and item purchased has been paid in full. However, my PayPal Credit shows QVC pegged a recurring charge of the same installment amount every month from October '23 through February '24. I did not sign up for a subscription or a repeat delivery of anything on QVC. PayPal Credit's customer care team said QVC has their transaction coded as a subscription and they can't do anything until I am charged for the amounts queued in the future. Filed an escalation ticket with QVC because I will be overcharged close to $1000 if QVC does not turn off this recurring installment.

    I purchased a ice cream maker from QVC and they would not allow me to review it and then upon return request they want $10.95 for return. QVC is a sham company preying on individuals that are ignorant to making purchases online with reputable companies. Amazon goes out of their way for customer satisfaction. I will review this company all over online, and put the ice cream make next to a dumpster. The dumpster divers can review this company after they spend lots of money and time to make terrible ice cream. Stay away from QVC. They are antiquated in the return process. That said as long as they have ignorant buyers they will never change until they close their doors. They are losing money like crazy. They are a has been company.

    Just bought something on QVC that looked so cute. You could not tell the quality of the fabric. It is thin and wrinkly. I paid $142.00 for something that looks like a pair of $30 pajamas. I want to return them but they will not refund the shipping fees either way. I spoke with QVC on the phone but they said they made "no exceptions". I will end up paying $14.00 just to try something on. What a rip!!!! Amazon is my friend. Goodbye QVC. Bad customer service. The phone call was a joke. Did not give a darn one way or the other if I was satisfied. Blech.

    Following the death of my mother on Jan. 7, 2023, her account was closed and several products returned. The refund didn’t go through to her account and QVC put a credit on the closed account. We have to be given the refund in a check, even after multiple calls and a BBB complaint. The family hasn’t even been provided an explanation of the refunds. The whole corporation is fraudulent and preys on the elderly.

I bought several products but when I called about the free gift I was told QVC had "run out" of the free bags and wouldn’t be able to send any more. I read that that was the case for other customers as well.

    They oversell their products/seats. I have been a long-time customer of QVC. Most of my experiences have been good. Customer service has worked well for me too. My issue is that the trend with QVC to oversell the products they offer on a TSV. I recently ordered a grill and solar lights well within the time of availability. My initial form of payment was a mail-in check that was quickly converted to a credit card. They do not ship until the check has been received but your order and purchase price is secure...allegedly. QVC oversells the product and fills the orders on what can be shipped out first. The promise to fulfill your order is a lie and deceptive business practices. This has happened to me more than once but I am finally fed up!! I spoke to Customer Service but they are of zero help on the issue. At least the airlines offer some form of compensation when they oversell their flights. Not QVC.

    Worst experience with returning shoes that did not fit at all. Poor quality and at the end of the return, I was charged almost $20 to return the shoes on using my money with no shoes to show for it. They also took over one month to process the return. Never, ever again will I buy from QVC! What a joke of a company!

    Worst ever experience. They lost my order and made me continue to call in to check to see if they found it. Then it was delivered damaged and in a box that looked like it was from 2014. $300 grill dented up on cover and base so the metal cover won’t sit flush. Then said I had to keep calling back to see when a UPS pickup order has been complete. Why would they not be able to take some accountability and reach out to me instead of going through all their prompts and explaining my long story again to a new person. Don’t buy here.

    Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and shipping process... They play with the customers showing dates for shipping and didn't arrive and then they cancel orders without any care of the customers...Two times my order was canceled just one day before the shipping due date... You call customer service and they don't help at all, just said, "Call after the day of your shipping due date" and then they just cancel orders... It happened to me twice and it is completely verify.

    After using QVC for many years with my debit card, I saw that there was a promotion where you will receive a $60 statement credit upon opening a QVC Credit Card, and making a purchase by 3/31/23. I applied for the card, and had to provide a photo ID and a video of my face to verify my identity with the bank. I was immediately approved, I have stellar credit. I placed an order for a digital camera, totaling almost $600 right after that. Everything went through, I received an email confirmation for the order saying it was confirmed.

    I woke up the following morning, seeing that at 2 in the morning I received an email from QVC with the header "Additional Verification Required", however the email itself says that the order was cancelled, "The QVC Order Verification Team recently reviewed your account and is unable to verify the payment details. Because of this your recent order ** has been canceled."

    There is a phone number listed, to get assistance... When you call that number, you are forced to leave a voicemail for them, and hope that they return your call! What floors me, is that I have made many orders with the information on my account, but then they claimed my information was wrong after I opened a credit card with them!

    I contacted customer service using their Chat option, and spoke to "Jackie". I told her what happened, and for some reason the billing address for the order was an address I used over 7 years ago. My shipping address was the correct address. After straightening that all out, I was told I would still have to place a new order. I told "Jackie" that the only reason that I opened their credit card in the first place was to receive the $60 statement credit promotion, which ended 3/31.

    QVC cancelled my order on 4/1, at 2 in the morning. "Jackie" then insisted that the 3/31 didn't matter because it was valid for 6-8 weeks after opening the credit card... Wrong, the promotion terms specifically said that a card must be opened, and an order placed to receive a future statement credit of $60 by 3/31. It must be done during the promotional period. On 4/1 it was a completely different promotion that I still couldn't use, because the card had to be opened starting that day!

    Then "Jackie" said that they would make a note in my account to honor the statement credit. After this behavior, does QVC really think I am just going to take their word for it and then argue with a future representative that "Jackie" said I would get the credit? Obviously not. It was baton passing, period. In an ideal world that cared about customer service, the order would have been reactivated, or something to fix the issue. There was no solution other than me missing out on the promotion.

    Later on I received a call from the number I left the voicemail for that morning. The representative told me why the order was cancelled, while again, I have made many orders with no issue and I have no clue why an old billing address was used for my brand new QVC credit card, which required that I prove my identity to receive. The representative told me that customer service would be able to apply the promotion to a new order, and basically just said what anyone would want to hear to get them off the phone. I told her that I already contacted customer service and there was nothing they could do, and I doubt notating my account would result in the bank issuing a statement credit.

    More baton passing, talk to this person and so on. I'm not doing that. I also said that it was insane that they didn't even try to verify my information in any way, or contact me in any way, they just outright cancelled my order after the promotion ended, at TWO in the morning! She said she would make a note of that for future use... Yeah, okay. They don't care. So now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report, and a credit card that I doubt I will use. Plus hours of being lied to, and dismissed. What a sad world we live in.

    I signed up to get the coupon for my order. The email never came. So when I called to place the order because I couldn’t get the online order to go through, and I asked specifically about the coupon. I was then sent to customer service where I spoke to a girl. The girl I spoke with, started mouthing off, was rude, and very unhelpful. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she talked to told me her supervisor would tell me the same thing. She did not want me to speak with her supervisor. She then went on to say that it would be up to five hours before the supervisor could call me back. I told her that was unacceptable. Then she starts mouthing off some more really irritating me and really pissed me off. They have gone downhill since they bought out their competitor. It’s a shame. I still haven’t got my coupon, but I went ahead and place the order because it was low inventory. I’m very unlikely to use QVC again.

    My wife has Parkinson's and her memory has been going. She has recently become addicted. She doesn't remember all that she orders and I've returned at least 30 orders in the past month and seeing no refunds. Calls to QVC are not helping. They tell me a supervisor will call me back and nothing. I can't even find an email address to send my concerns and complaints to. I have never heard of a company operating in such a way.

    I had an account with QVC that was recently closed. I was told I had an old account with 50 dollar balance that was unpaid. I explained my account had been hacked but I paid it anyway. Now they closed my newer account and won’t let me see what they are billing and withdrawing from my bank account. I’ve called them more than a dozen times and they won’t fix it. My only choice is to close my bank account and contact the FTC for help. Don’t bother buying from QVC. You can usually find similar item at a local Store for far less cost and much better service.

    Ordered two items on Friday. Found the same two items less expensive with another business that would be shipped to me faster. This was only a few hours after placing the order with QVC. Logged back into QVC and the cancel buttons were still next to the items. I canceled both QVC items, as evidenced by the banner at the top of the screen stating that both items were canceled, and that I would not be charged. I also received confirmation emails for both canceled items. Logged in this morning and only the cheaper of the two items was canceled. The larger item is showing as preparing. Chatted with customer service, who is not helpful. They said I can return the item when it arrives. Ridiculous! So now I have to wait to receive an item that I canceled and make a trip 30 miles away to ship it back because QVC is sending me an item I canceled? I will not purchase from QVC again.
