Just bad, they send you a promo code that was expired before it was sent out, in email, ha! There you go welcome 15% discount, total lie from the start. Very telling. I was always suspected this business to be questionable and there you go.

Just recently bought the Corey’s wings again. Previous purchases were pretty good, these wings were not so good. Very little spices and fatty. I will not be purchasing these wings anymore. Very disappointing!!!

2/9/2026, I just spoke with a customer service supervisor concerning shipping charges, I received two items in one package and paid for two shipping charges. I was told that this was correct? I asked him how QVC could charge for something that was not used? He said that all of their shipping is done this way. I asked him to explain further, and he said that if a customer called in and ordered six items and they were able to fit in one box, that customer would still be charged for six shipping and handling fees??!! I told him that is fraud! And QVC owes their customers a lot of money. I will no longer be shopping with QVC, they are crooked thieves!! And I am going to make sure that they get reported, and please anyone who reads this and has been overcharged also do the same, thank you!

I sent back 2 sweaters in October of 2025. My return was acknowledged but given for the wrong item. I called to correct this problem. Now, 3 months later, they insist I did not return the item and are recharging me for it. As of February 2, 2026 they continue charging me for the returned item, even though I have called numerous times to correct this. The problem has been sent to the escalation department and STILL no resolution.

I purchased a California King Serta Mattress set and it is sinking/sagging and I've had it less than 6 months. I contacted QVC and they referred me to Serta who sent me to their website for their warranty and to submit a claim. Which was absurd, they wanted to know which of their manufacturers made it and I had No idea. They wanted pics and to measure the depth of the sag. I re-contacted QVC to NO Avail. I purchased this set less than 6 months and the workmanship is poor and unacceptable. I am avid viewer and shopper of QVC for over a decade now and never had this experience. I do know I will have to replace this set and it definitely will be locally! I do feel that QVC has a responsibility to make this purchase good or reimbursement of the sale. I tried multiple time with their online Chat and they simply ended the conversation with a review; initially claiming they didn't see the purchase but eventually found it.

I ordered 4 items, Lycra bras, no wires. Super light weight. I paid $14.00 for shipping and I still haven't received all my order. The order was placed on January 8th. QVC separated each item out that I ordered and assigned an order number for each. One item came a week after I ordered. The other 3 products were "insufficient address" "returned to original sender", why?? Well, the order I received had my Unit number on it. Apparently, when QVC separated my one order into 4 different orders, my Unit number dropped, hence, insufficient address. It makes absolutely no sense since the first order that came had all my information on it. The other 3 didn't???? I did nothing wrong, I filled in all my information correctly because I received my first order, and now I have had an absolute nightmare trying to get my items I ordered.
I have been on the phone multiple times with CSR and I just keep getting told the same thing. When I look at my order on QVC and look at the tracking information, it is completely different than what is being emailed to me about the delivery, from USPS, UPS and FedEx. 3 different delivery companies...Why????? I am so confused and so frustrated at this point, and it reiterates why I have stopped shopping with QVC altogether. I used to shop with them all the time, but stopped years ago. They get rid of products that you like because bringing in a new product that is similar, they are going to make more money because people will order the new product, But their shipping and CSR has gone downhill. I will no longer be a consumer with QVC after this nightmare. They get an F-

I placed an order on Jan 8, 2026. Today is Jan 15 and it’s still in transit. I paid in full for this item because it’s an humidifier which is desperately needed and according to the customer rep -Kathleen- “it may be delivered by Jan 21.” In other words, there is no urgency on QVC’s part. I will get it “whenever” and I am supposed to be fine with that. I won’t order from QVC ever again.

I’ve been with QVC almost from day one. Their pricing now is unbelievable. The average person can’t afford their pricing. I hate when the host to say it’s only $69. It was down from 89. Do they realize the average consumer $89 is quite a lot of money to pay for a blouse. So I can’t order what I like anymore because their prices are way over my head.

This company is a complete scam!!!! Do not purchase from them. I ordered 2 jackets from them back in September for Christmas, never received them and they kept telling me the package was on the way. It was never delivered and when I questioned them for more information they just kept giving me the runaround. If I could rate them a 0 star I would.

I will never be ordering from QVC again. They do not guarantee customer service by backing their products and allowing returns without having to pay out of pocket shipping fees. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. The customer service representatives are very nice and apologetic however they do not have any bearing on the policies so I understand.

Ordered a switch 2. It was my first time. They charged my card. Decided to change to priority shipping. They then charged my card for the full amount a second time. Then they canceled my order because I didn't have history with them. Asked for them to release the holds on my money because they had 500$ tied up. They refused. I had to wait 2 whole weeks without any money to live off of because this company is run by greed. They will not ever get my business or my family's business ever again. I will not recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a PlayStation 5 from them on the 17th, not even an hour I get an email saying my order was cancelled but there is a hold on my account. Reached out to someone the next day and was told that the money will be released 3 to 7 days from 3 to 7 to 10 days. I spoke with a Supervisor name Jennifer who claimed she will escalate the issue to their finance department. Fast forward to today, spoke with a customer service rep there and was told that finance department have released the funds for the 237.78 will be released on Saturday. Checked my account, no funds have been released. This is so unfair that this company is doing this to people. Like I have never heard of a company denying people and holding their money.

I placed an order for 2 sets of Amazing Grace for my mother for Christmas order #** on December 5, 2025. I've been patiently waiting for my order to arrive. When I called customer service to find out where my order was today 12/21 I was informed by a customer service rep my order was cancelled. My credit card was good. There was no reason for this to be cancelled. The customer service rep apologized but that's not helping me at this late point in the game.
QVC did not offer any options to me to deliver the product next day or any solution to help me as there was nothing wrong on my end. They had my credit card, email, correct address, etc. Customer service told me they weren't sure why it happened. I will never order from this company again. As a business owner myself I would have at least tried to rectify the problem and send order out even if it was late. QVC is not delivering on their end to help consumers who purchase their products, no accountability there whatsoever.

Tribeca blue leather wallet. So very small. The cards can only fit 6 in an up down position. No clear window to see the card. Had more cards had to put into the billfold sides. When I snapped it closed there is a big gap, it's not flush. This quality wallet was made thin all the way around. Chance. Great for a young lady just starting out in the world not a full functioning established adult woman.

Bought a Nintendo switch 2 bundle and pro controller on easy pay for my partner, and paid for express shipping for both items. QVC charged me a total of $260 for my first installment and confirmed my order. A day later, they canceled both orders without notifying me. The Switch 2 bundle was sold out before I’d bought it and instead of rectifying their mistake, they canceled my entire order and are still holding onto my money, a week before Christmas. In this economy??? Why not make sure the customer is approved for easy pay, the item is in stock and the order has no other issues BEFORE charging? Why not charge after the item ships if that isn’t feasible? I’ve used QVC for over a decade and this will be my last time ever. Horrible.

I can honestly say that I've never had a problem using QVC until this year. My husband's been out of work. He was injured in an accident. Not any fault of his own. It's been a very difficult year. I was ecstatic able to order a PS5 gaming system for my little girl and actually break it up into the five easy pay. I'm working two jobs so this was a lifesaver. They allowed me to complete my transactions and pay the $150 first installment. In less than 5 minutes later. I get a very small inbox with no explanation notification. It just says, "Your order's been canceled." Not why not any kind of reach out. Contact information to talk to anybody. Just, "Your order's been canceled." Well here we are less than 2 weeks before Christmas and thank God my app was still open or I probably would not have seen that and I would have been waiting on that gift to come.
Finally got in touch with someone with customer service and his reply was, "Yeah you weren't approved for the easy pay," and I'm like, "Okay. When? I need my money back on my card so that I can try to buy this somewhere else." And he said, "Yes ma'am that'll take anywhere from 3 to 10 days to be credited," and I was livid. I told him, "You don't understand that $150 means everything for me to be able to try to get this gift for my daughter." Needless to say I'm not sure yet if anything's been resolved. I will say the young man that helped me and customer service was very sorry and there wasn't a whole lot he can do but he's going to try to get my card credited back today. I would like to say that I feel like your process should be this. You should know that someone Israel is not approved for the easy pay before you let them feel their entire transaction pay.
The first installment have everything set up and the order confirmed and they say that they'll let you know when it ships then to turn around and change your mind and decide that you can't approve me for it when I just bought my daughter's keyboard last year the same way without issue. I'm very disappointed. I will never shop here again even if I get my money back. Just the mental anxiety of having to be on the phone and be on hold for 15 minutes and and and call him here and call him there and to think I had the gift and everything resolved and have that stress off me just to make it be put back on and they managed to add to it. So I feel like if you're not going to prove someone for the easy pay, find out a way to figure it out before you allow them to go through all that. Thank you.

I ordered an item online that was on-air. When I received my confirmation email I noticed that the picture was different than the item I ordered. I called to correct or cancel the order and they said that I had to call back at 7 AM. When I called back at 7:05 they said that it was too late to cancel. This is being sent to an elderly lady in California. They told me that she would have to mail the item back to get my credit. So I have to pay return shipping for an item that was free shipping. I am done with QVC. I closed my account today.

On November 22, 2025, I placed an order for 3 different items with QVC. A payment authorization for $251.54 was placed on my PayPal account. On November 25, QVC cancelled 2 of the orders but shipped 1. QVC later completed only $25.79 of the charge (for a small shipped item), leaving $225.75 in pending authorization status. This authorization was supposed to be automatically released once the cancellation was processed. It has now been over two weeks, and QVC has still not released the authorization hold.
• Contacted QVC customer service multiple times.
• Had three separate “high-priority tickets” created for finance escalation (on Dec 3, Dec 4, and Dec 6).
• Provided PayPal support contact information per QVC’s request.
• Been told repeatedly that action would be taken within 24–48 hours.
• Received multiple conflicting statements from QVC.
QVC’s social support team has also confirmed that this case was escalated to finance, yet no action has ever been completed. PayPal has confirmed they cannot remove the authorization without a release signal from QVC’s processor — and QVC has not provided one. As of today, the funds remain frozen, and QVC representatives either:• Claim the release was sent but cannot provide any trace ID.
• Say they are unable to contact the department responsible.
• Provide new timelines that continue to pass without resolution.
This has caused a major financial hardship, as this is money I need for my children’s Christmas gifts, and the holiday is quickly approaching. The constant delays and misinformation have made this situation extremely stressful and unacceptable. This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with.

I purchased a Kitchen aid mixer stand, 7 quart. I purchased on December 2nd and they sent me an email stating my transaction was canceled on December 8th. I've called QVC asking about why they canceled my order. Then I'm switched to another 1 800 number. Basically I've been getting the runaround with QVC. I will not buy from QVC again.

.I am writing regarding Evenflo REO Revolve 360 car seat purchased December 8, 2025 (Order # **) -28 days have passed with no delivery, no tracking details, and car seat. I placed an order with QVC back on November 08 for a green Evenflo 360 car eat. I have yet to receive the correct car seat. On two separate occasions I was sent PINK car seats. TWICE -which QVC admitted was their error. I have since returned both PINK car seats. I had been told the green car seat was being expedited and should ship in 48 hours.
On December 1, I was told that they were doing a MANUAL PULL to verify the appropriate color (green) car seat was being shipped. I have called almost daily since and the car seat has not yet been verified or SHIPPED!! On both December 4th and 5th, I was told a message was being sent to see where in process we were. I asked for a supervisor to call me - no call, no response. I called today and Teneisha told me the 360 Evenflo car seat is no longer available. How is it that the car seat I ordered, and have been waiting for since November 10th, is just TODAY no longer available. No manager will return my call and no one can provide any answers.

These effin jerks charged my card for almost $200 when I placed my order and then canceled the order almost immediately without refunding my money!!!! Do not charge your customers until you approve the order!!!!! Never purchasing from them again!!!!!

I ordered online on the 30th. My item didn’t ship for THREE DAYS! They apparently ship using donkeys or something because my item won’t be at my house until the 9th. I ordered because I got a favorable recommendation about a specific item from a friend, but there’s no way I’ll be ordering anything again. My contacts, when I order regular shipping instead of ‘lightning fast’ arrive at my rural address in three days. I ordered wool insulation for my whole house and the two massive pallets shipped from Utah to rural Vermont in less than a week. This is just lazy business practice. There’s no excuse for not shipping the day an order is placed.

I was ordering my son a Nintendo Switch 2 bundle for Christmas for the very first time. I had it set up to come off my Discover credit card monthly. They cancelled my order because this was my first time. I called them 3 days later because they had not released the charges of the following:
1. $ 175.86 (Monthly Payment)
2. $ 35.85 (Allstate Insurance)
The Customer Service supervisor advised me that they had already released the funds to be re-credited to my credit card. After 8 days, the charges were still on there. I called back two more times and was told the same thing: "This is on your bank, the funds have already been released". I called my card company, and they stated that QVC had not released any funds. So, I called QVC, and the operator said they just released the funds today. They have lied to me for 8 days. I would not advise anyone to conduct any business with this company.

Called cust service in item (a trifold mirror) and they had the nerve not to give me a the sale price of 19.98. Their cust service rep and manager has the audacity to say they couldn’t give me the same price bc that was an old show. I said that a network issue not my issue. I canceled the order, and WILL NOT ever again. A billion dollar company and they nicked dime me $6.00. Pitiful! Attached is the photo 19.98

I bought an item from Peter Thomas Roth back in summer. They had it on easy pay. I don't like easy pay because every time they bill you, they charge a service charge. I called to pay the whole thing off with another card. After several months, I got a bill yesterday and a late charge! Who is running this company?

DO NOT BUY JEWELRY FROM QVC!!! It took years for me to discover I had been swindled. Read on to see why... During August of 2009 (yes, 16 years ago) my wife saw a 14k gold necklace on QVC that caught her eye. I love my wife and like to buy her gifts that I know she will enjoy. What I don't like is to be RIPPED OFF. I bought the necklace which cost me $332 plus $9.22 s&h plus $28.15 tax for a total of $369.37. Photo of it is below.
Fast forward to a couple of months ago. My wife never actually liked the necklace much because it would sit awkwardly around her neck in that it wouldn't lie flat. She decided to let me give it to a jeweler I've used in the past to melt down the gold for cash, gold prices now being at a decades high. The jeweler discovered that the necklace was a tube of plastic wrapped in a PAPER THIN layer of gold mesh. In fact, this necklace yielded a mere three (3) grams of gold total! The pictures of the plastic tube and gold mesh are below. The mesh is so thin you can see through it.
I researched the price of gold in August 2009. Three (3) grams would have cost $95. Remember I paid $332 just for the necklace. Even allowing for reasonable retail markup I paid three times higher than the cost of gold at that time. What a rip-off! Also, the reason the necklace never "sat" normally around my wife's neck is because it was really a stiff piece of plastic. My only consolation is that I never purchased anything else from QVC since 2009. God knows what kind of fraudulent product I saved myself from buying. Please don't fall victim to these scam artists like I did. Steer clear of buying jewelry from QVC!

What nightmare I've experienced with QVC! I've been an active customer for decades and never experienced such incompetence and indifference with recent errors on their part! I returned an item and instead of getting my requested refund, then sent me another of the same item weeks later. So here I am properly packaging and driving 10 miles to the post office to return it, hoping for my refund! Then, out of the blue, a second item I had returned - also for a refund - was suddenly on its way to me as well! It happened AGAIN!!!??
It took an entire hour on the phone with them, I was put on hold 6 times, resulting in ONE refund coming my way (hopefully). When that second item is received by me, once again I will have to package it up, get to the post office, and call them to get on them about THAT refund. For my troubles they offered me $15 credit. Laughable, since my trips to the post office to return THEIR mistakes cost me more than that! I AM DONE. QVC cannot handle returns, and they have no respect for their customers.

The Lock & Lock set of 4 large mugs need some improving. Perhaps I missed the sales pitch with David Venable raving about the uses when he mentioned that tomato stains the inside. I know plastic from "yesteryear" stained, but figured Lock & Lock had that figured out and these would be stain-proof. Set of 4 were touted and packaged for gift-giving, but afraid not. Have to jump through hoops to remove the stain after each use? Not convenient in my kitchen. Would return them, but the outside box has already gone to recycle. Cannot give as gifts with a clear conscience, and household of 2 senior citizens cannot use 4 mugs. Very disappointed with QVC sales and Lock & Lock quality. Cannot recommend them!

Item from QVC never received, but my CC was charged. Customer Service stated it was delivered, but although I requested several times, they could not produce a proof of delivery. Then they just stopped responding.
