Would give them 0 stars if I could. I have had 2 customers pay recently and Paypal keeps holding. This is a years old account. I stopped using them years ago for similar reasons. What's worse is that this order is for a customer who has purchased 10x. Because this is a custom order, it's important to process payment fast. And fast shipment. My business also deserves to be paid quickly as well. Account will be canceled as soon as this payment clears.

Nothing. I immediately contacted the seller and FedEx. I opened missing package cases with eBay and FedEx. After a week I opened a case with PayPal. Today 10/21 I received notification that PayPal sided with the seller. I did everything I was supposed to do. Ordered, paid, waited, reported, updated and nothing. The bike obviously went somewhere but not to me. I’m sickened. Long history of using PayPal and eBay with zero issues yet no one believes me. I’m 53, single father, small business owner. I ordered a bike to commute to my restaurant. I did nothing wrong but I’m out a lot of money with nothing to show for it. Should I hire a lawyer? I don’t want to just lie down since I’m not in the wrong. Any suggestions at all are appreciated.

So, in a nutshell, you're more likely to go bankrupt if you sell online and rely heavily on PayPal to receive payments. Avoid at all costs!

I am a functional medicine physician. I provide both primary care and adjunctive care in my clinic. This includes nutraceutical IV therapy, hyperbaric therapy, supplements, ozone therapy etc. We focus on chronic fatigue, environmental medicine, and tickborne illness. My patient population is fragile. Every 30 to 45 days Paypal locks up my account and wants me to "prove" that I am not engaged in fraudulent activity. I have sent them copies of my medical license, my DEA license, paid invoices, and my driver's license. They claim that the trigger for these lockdowns are the Health Savings Account Cards which have to be manually entered into their Zettle platform as Zettle does not offer magnetic strip readers only chip readers. Every time they unlock my account they apologize and inform me that they will do all in their power to stop this from happening. They claim they are accelerating it to management - blah blah blah. It is all lies.

This week during the weekend I received another message that my account had been shut down - again. Just thirty days from the previous shutdown. This time I was notified that my business was in violation of an acceptable use policy. Here is the quote "A recent review of your account activity identified products/services on your website violate PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy." This rather funny as I don't have a website that sells products. When I called and pointed this out they informed me it was boilerplate language and did not mean what it said. So what does it mean I asked, because words have meaning. I was informed that a product I sold in my clinic violated their terms. When pressed I was informed that the 5% ** IV bags which are line itemed on my bills along with Phosphatidyl Choline and glutathione (both IV nutraceuticals) were in violation of their terms.

When I pressed the woman to explain why IV solutions which I am licensed to dispense as a doctor and are not even controlled substances were in violation she could not answer me. When I pressed her to tell me what she thought I was selling she could not even tell me what ** was. What an idiot. Save yourself pain and idiocy. As soon as I can get my money free of their clutches I will never do business with them again. For the record, I have never had a chargeback. This whole week we have patients attempting to get care and we can't even effectively operate our clinic as they have shut down our credit card processing ability. Dr B

While reading through their response to my latest CFPB complaint, I saw that they alleged that I had sent them a fraudulent passport image with an "inconsistent" date of birth. Given that this is the exact same passport I've used to cross borders a dozen times, that's complete nonsense. Apparently, they reached this conclusion because they found someone else with a similar name on a people search engine. If what they said is true, then this was remarkably unprofessional. They have caused me no end of harm because of their unwillingness to follow through.

Hi, I had someone who got into my account and created a subscription. On October 3, 2023 this scammer was able to take $220 from my account, and I reported the problem right away to PayPal. While I was on the phone talking the customer service and being convinced that PayPal guarantees your money and investigates cases, we got disconnected. I called right away, but I was told that customer service is closed for the day. Five minutes after this happened, I received three emails that my case is closed and they think that the transaction was in good standing.

I opened my PayPal, and I saw that the case is still pending, so I called my bank and they tried to stop the transaction and remove my bank information. Apparently, I assumed that the scammer was creating this emails which looked like they are from PayPal. I waited two days and sign in again, and for my surprise I saw them asking me to pay them $220 otherwise they will send me to collection. These people did not investigate like usual. They were proceeding in cases like this reaching to the person behind the transaction. This was really suspicious to me and closed the case right away. I called today again, and they had no way to explain to me what happened and why they did what they did. The only thing I was hearing was that case is closed. I am very disappointed from them, and I think that no one should use their service no more. They support criminals who hack accounts and steal money.

Do not use Paypal to send money to friends or family. I attempted to send a small amount of money to someone who was not in the system, but I did have her phone number. I was worried about the transaction, so I checked the phone number at least three times prior to sending it. Despite my precautions, I received notice that I sent money to someone I did not even know. There is no way to stop the transfer at that point. Paypal could easily ask for a confirmation about to whom the money is being sent but does not. It allows for the perfect crime. If someone at Paypal is directly money to their friends and family, you have no recourse. They will not even investigate what may have gone wrong. Thus, do not use this company. Who knows what other dishonesty is going on with this company? I am done using them for any transaction. I am sticking to Zelle for cash transfers and using my credit card directly for payments from now on.

I contacted PayPal and was told that the other party has a dispute going and that if the other party does not respond in 21 days this will close. I contacted my mother right away. My mother told me that she has not made any disputes and immediately contacted the credit union she uses. There she was told that there are no disputes on her account for this year 2023 and as far as 1 year ago. None. My contacted PayPal and on speaker phone the rep is telling us that she has a dispute going and until this is cancelled it will stay. My mother went in person to her credit union to have them check again, to find there were no disputes going.

I contacted PayPal after 21 days however it’s still showing that I need to pay $858 dollars before I can use the account and it’s been 3 months. I contacted PayPal again and asked them to close the account however I was told that they cannot close the account and no changes can be made until the amount is paid. So I can no longer use PayPal to transfer money to anyone and it’s terrible because I trusted PayPal for many years. 1 other issue is that Random people will send you something asking for payments but it will appear as though you already have it set up for an automatic transfer to that party. Don’t be next being hacked by PayPal because PayPal customer Service is terrible with helping their account users. They will not help you.

I did not receive a package, the seller chose to ship via UPS ShipStation which is a subpar service that gives the package to the USPS (post office) for the final leg of the delivery. Package was delivered to a house that is obviously not mine as shown in the “proof of delivery” photo on the UPS tracking website. I submitted screenshots of the home where the package was delivered, as well as a photo of my home and it’s night and day - not the same house.

However less than 5 minutes after the seller put the tracking number in the complaint for the case - PayPal closed it in the seller’s favor. It was obvious that they didn’t even look at my photos - by default just because the seller provided a tracking number - it was closed as delivered. Never mind that I submitted photos obviously showing the delivery location was not my home. So the case was closed - I can only reopen it if I classify it as a different problem. I cannot claim that I still don’t have it - even though I still don’t have it. (Biggest problem here. Decided for the seller, but buyer still doesn’t have the item.)

I’ve been with PayPal since 2004. Nearly 20 years. And I’ve only had to open one other case this whole time. I’m beyond disgusted how they handled this. I have PayPal credit card too. Gonna go to competitors and cancel the card. I don’t care how many cases your employees have to handle - you don’t treat a 19 year customer like this - closing a case within minutes because the seller provided a tracking number that shows delivered - and I told you that I didn’t get that package.

I provided the following information; a copy of the receipt, a picture of the item in comparison to another item to show it was not as described, and the information for the real item that the seller copied/imitated. This was not good enough and PayPal denied my request for a refund three times because they could not find the original listing for the item as the seller pulled it down when I filed the dispute. On top of this, the last person I spoke with from PayPal customer support was extremely rude and unhelpful. Apparently on top of the information I already provided I needed the listing of the item too. This is a MASSIVE flaw in Paypal's system that this seller was aware of and took advantage of. Fur Babies Rescue is a very small domestic animal rescue in Hickory, NC. 100% of all funds received into the rescue are used to make the lives of domestic animals better. This is an organization run by volunteers. No one takes a salary or receives any financial compensation. All of our volunteers are local professionals working together to make our community better.

Fur Babies Rescue had used PayPal to accept donations and also use it for a fundraising tool. We found out the hard way that PayPal can freeze an account and hold the money for 180 days. The account was frozen and now PayPal has control of $1,693.22 of the rescue’s funds. Those funds were going to help spay/neuter and vaccinate approximately 20 animals in need. We had to cancel the trip to the spay clinic that was scheduled for September 20, 2023.

We should have done our homework before signing up to use PayPal. If you Google “PayPal froze my account” you will find many horror stories and lawsuits because PayPal froze accounts. There isn’t an easy way to dispute the account freeze or get help from PayPal. If we were a larger group with national support we could possibly fight it but we are just a small group of volunteers. We will have to work harder to raise more money and hope we get that money back from PayPal at the end of the 180 days.

This is not the way to treat a small 501(c)(3) nonprofit. I hope others learn about this issue and protect their money from PayPal.

Absolutely Awful. My bank that I have been using on PayPal for over 10 years suddenly stopped working, and I had to call PayPal to figure out what was wrong and resolve it because I was unable to fix it by resetting the connection to the bank myself. They told me it had become "unverified" and had to be verified by them with me calling in. They could not explain to me why it became unverified suddenly, and could not answer if it would happen again. They just kept dodging questions and talking in circles and it drove me NUTS. Just wasted my time and acted like I was crazy for being upset. I asked to talk to a manager and GOT HUNG UP ON.

So, I decided to close my account. This is how I learned basically all of their customer support is incompetent, and it wasn't just bad luck before. I could not close my own account because for whatever reason, I had a -0.01 USD balance and +0.01 AUD balance, and despite showing a 0.00 overall balance, this odd discrepancy was preventing my account from being closed. I tried to transfer the AUD to USD, but it failed and just said it can't be done right now.

I was told by Customer Service that they couldn't fix the issue, and transferred me to Collections, and I was transferred back and forth like this for over an hour with NO HELP WHATSOEVER. They just kept saying it was the other team's problem. I finally landed someone competent from Customer Service who was able to close my account, but by this point I can't recommend PayPal to ANYONE.

Awful, unorganized, uncommunicative customer support who just try to get you off the phone any way that they can because they don't actually know how to do anything. They will make stuff up like "oh our system probably needs to update, give it a few days and try again!" For an issue that had existed for over a year. They will try anything to get you off the phone so that the next agent will have to try fixing it instead of them. This whole awful experience was over several different days and SEVERAL HOURS of being treated like crap by many different incompetent support people.

I made a purchase from beachcurvy.com. The site leads you to believe they are in CA when in fact the shipment came from China. Well, they would not answer my emails so I could return the clothes. Instead they offered to refund me 1/5 of what I paid and said to not send them to address on package, it was not a valid address, yet package stated it was. Reached out to Paypal for help. Sent them numerous emails sent from another clothing site, hfashionltd, showing their return policy and the bribe. This was not enough information for them to determine the scam. It was right there in the emails I sent so they requested more information and sent me a link to use for attaching the new information and said I had 7 days to provide or case would be closed. I went and got all the information but I couldn't attach to the link they sent.

I contacted customer service and they attached it for me. They should have seen this from the messages going back and forth. On day 8, I get an email stating case was closed, additional information was not provided. OMG! I have now spent a month fighting with this company and asking PayPal to help because that is their job and they close it out. I couldn't do any more on this. Many hours had been wasted. I settled with the company for 50% back and donated the clothes. I am done with using PayPal. Their customer service agents are idiots. If it's not documented in their book, they close the case hoping you will go away and I'm sure many customers do. Their job is done. What a waste of time.

On the rare occasion, when a seller has taken advantage in the past, Paypal has always taken care of any dispute honorably. Although I am reading less and less favorable comments regarding this process, I have enjoyed using my account promptly and efficiently with confidence.

That being said, I cannot make any sense or come close to understanding the "Amount due to avoid standard and deferred interest" value charged each month now. It used to add up but hasn't for some time. It is always over any calculation possible. Paying the higher amounts of course pays the balance down but it is impossible to budget. I wish this would go back to the way it was, where you could actually calculate the balance and not expect some random amount that you can't even justify.

I contacted the seller and explained; she wouldn't give me my money back and didn't want me to file a case against her. I did anyway, first with eBay. She sent them a notification that it was delivered, so they promptly found in her favor and closed my case. I then tried with PayPal, and she did the same thing with them; they also immediately refused. This isn't the first time I've been refused by PayPal, even though I had a bad seller. I suspect eBay or the seller pulled something on me. I have now unlinked my PayPal to eBay, and will eventually close my PayPal account. They always find in favor of a bad seller anymore. I canceled the service, was billed anyway and Paypal allowed the company to take money out of my account without my authorization or consent. They said my only recourse is to talk to the seller myself. And as this stands I will no longer trust them with money anymore. I prepaid for a rental car with Avis using PayPal. Avis told me they cannot accept paypal as a payment method because there is no card number to check the last 4 digits on. So the day of vacation avis charged me the full rental amount, plus deposit. After I had already paid in full and should have had a $300 hold on my credit card. So now I have an authorization and have already paid a total of $1,049. This is day 1 of my vacation. I ask for my money back from avis and paypal. Neither company will look at it or try to resolve anything in anyway. I am quite upset at this point. But hey everyone going on vacation with a family of 4 has multiple extra thousands of dollars available to go with right? I end the vacation 1 day early. Lose the money paid for prepayment on the days activites. $260 gone. Come back home and return the car 1 day early. So a total of 6 days.

I call avis and they are barely willing to refund me for the day I returned the car early. Only after arguing with the phone representitive for 20 minutes. Now 4 hours on the phone with paypal the superviser named Ron finally looks at the request. He told me for 5 minutes or more that it was not possible to close out the case today. I argued and kept asking him to look at the information from 7 days ago. FInally they agree that I should get my money back and they will send it in 3-5 days

So to be very clear. Paypal advertised Avis as being a business partner that provides “deals” with. You can prepay with Paypal. Once you go to pick up the car Avis says “I need the last 4 digits of the card used to make this reservation”. You say Paypal is a digital wallet that doesn't provide the last 4 digits of a card as it's not a credit or credit card.

Avis says: We don't accept prepaid reservations without it. Then they charge you the full amount, plus the incidentals fee on a credit card and pretend your prepaid reservation doesnt exist. Paypal supervisors spoken to at paypal: Ron supervisor 7/30/2023, Joel supervisor 7/30/2023. These 2 are as dumb as you get. They just tell you words without verifying any information. Every. Feel free to argue until they actually look at the information.

After a positive interaction with PayPal, Peace increased their star rating on July 29, 2023.

    Updated review: July 29, 2023

Seven days after posting this review, Paypal reversed their decision on my claim and said they'd refund the stolen amount to my credit card. I don't have a credit card through Paypal, nor do I want one, but I see them trying and if they meant they'll put it back in my debit account, great, four stars. They're not getting five after three months of this and only getting a resolution - without explanation - when their reputation is threatened, but maybe someday they can get there again. I don't often give second chances with something this egregious, but twenty-six years has gotta count for somethin'.

    Original Review: July 21, 2023

I've been a Paypal customer since 1998, and have always been happy with their service, never had to deal with the claims department until a couple months ago when a small amount of money was removed without my permission to an exchange account that I confirmed wasn't mine, as part of a 'recurring transaction' I confirmed I hadn't set up. I put in my claim, letting them know that the same had happened in an account at another institution at the same time - that claim was promptly dealt with, but was what alerted me to the issue at Paypal - and the claim was denied, but the denial promised an appeal process and 'the documentation [the claims department/Paypal] used to make [their] decision'.

I appealed, asking for the promised documents, and sharing my redacted transaction history as well as a screenshot of the relevant portion of my chat with the exchange's customer service employee. I received two replies from Paypal's claims department that gave different reasons for the denial, one of which said it contained the documents, but as has also been the case in each subsequent message stating the documents are included, the 'documents' were just empty image frames.

After having gone back and forth several times with the same result, and unable now to reply directly to messages in the Message Center - although I've continued to contact the Claims Appeal department via the email address and have received replies through the Message Center, without any email notification thereof it should be noted once the department had decided my case was closed, and without any resolution on my claim - I've informed them that since I'm overall satisfied with Paypal and was able to secure my account there, and since I don't intend to sue over such a small amount, I'd be placing reviews such as this one in places where I'm able to specify that it's not the company overall with which I have an issue, but this department in this circumstance. As I told them, I'm very disappointed.

Why did they hold $1500 and only release $300 to me? Horrible. I will not create another invoice using their platform.

Original Review: They held 1,546 and only released 347 to me from invoices my clients paid to me for services I already rendered, not products sold. I told them this and suggested my account was set up incorrectly but they just told me they won’t approve an increase in my sales and my money will be held until the next month!!?? Deactivating and will no longer pay for their services or bill my clients using their platform. How do you get to tell me how much I can make per month? Is it racism? When I called PayPal, their customer service supervisor, Mark, was incredibly rude to me. He basically told me I'm out the $347, they can't tell me when my account was changed to business account, and he was incredibly rude about it. So this account I've had for 22 years is suddenly a business account, but they can't tell me how. They can't FIX the problem. They can't give me the $347 back.

On top of that, they're holding 85% of the funds for TWENTY-ONE DAYS, and the other 15% of the funds, they said they'd release. So I went online to transfer the funds to the VERIFIED BANK ON THE ACCOUNT which has been verified for OVER A DECADE, and I was required to submit a photo of my ID, and a current photo of myself, before they'd release. So I did that, and they told me they can't release the funds because they can't verify it's me. WHAT??? Look, I don't know how may random strangers want to put money INTO my bank account, but should this really be an issue? It's a PayPal account TIED TO a specific bank account, and so what does it matter WHO is putting the funds into the account, as long as the funds are going into the bank account tied to the PayPal account. Gift card fraud…Last Sunday my wife and I were at Lowe’s and we happened to pick up a 100 dollar Visa gift card. The type is called Visa Sparkle. We got home within about 10 minutes to use it online and it said insufficient funds. We went online to the card's website and a charge for 98.00 was made in San Jose California by an Ambur ** on PayPal. We called PayPal and notified them. They looked at my account and someone had changed it from a personal consumer account to a limited liability corporation (LLC). They also could not see the charge in my account. I gave them the gift card number and they found it in an account of another person name Karl… I wrote it down.

I followed up yesterday with PayPal and now they can not find my account associated with my name, telephone number or the account number I provided. They also stated I need to go after the gift card company even know the transaction was done through PayPal. BTW the person who did this has the same zip code where PayPal's HQ is. This is incredible. OH WHEN I CALLED THE GIFT CARD COMPANY THEY HAD ABSOLUTELY NO OPTION FOR A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE. THIS WAS AFTER AN HOUR OF TRYING… Unbelievable

I want to thank Adam M. in PayPal Business Litigation. He was fantastic in understanding the issue and resolving the matter. As a 23 year customer of PayPal, I understand issues can arise, and having someone like him step in, is sometimes needed, and appreciated.

    Original Review: April 18, 2023

I have filed a BBB Complaint against PayPal because of the treatment I have received since using their Buyer Protection Policy. In short, I made a purchase ofa musical instrument, that was not anywhere near what was described. I made 5 payments (2 for the item and 3 for shipping and handling), which resulted in 5 claims when the item arrived with over 30 holes drilled into it and covered over with putty, tar dripped on the item, and cracks in the item. I supplied over 30 pictures of the damage.

This led to 4 of the cases being closed by PayPal in my favor and a refund of all the money except for 500.00 dollars, which the last claim was for, and was pending at the time the PayPal Customer Service associate, who closed the 4 cases in my favor. The last case has created an unbelievable response by PayPal's claim department.

First, they made my wife and I take the instrument to Guitar Center and get it deemed damaged and worthless, which we did. Next, they said we would need to file a FBI claim. Then they said we would need to ship the item back to the seller, who ripped us off and did not request the item... and that would be at our expense, which would be over 1,000.00. (So spend 1,000.00 to get the remaining 500.00). I called on 03-31-2023 and spoke to a Supervisor at PayPal who informed me (promised me) that I would get my money back and the (Paypal case) would be closed in my favor, as she deemed it should be. I have the recorded phone call which verifies this.

To my surprise, even though I was promised by the supervisor, on 03-31-2023 that I would receive a refund and the final open case would be closed in my favor... Paypal's claim's department on 04-10-2023 instead retaliated by ignoring the supervisor's promise and instead placed my account in a collections standing. In the attached call you can hear PayPal saying that my account is in a status of "attempting to collect a debt", and then states that "the account is in good standing with nothing owed." I have been a customer for 23 years at PayPal. I never would believe a company could treat someone like this and get by with it. Be warned PayPal do not honor their own policies.

I put in my address on the merchant's website and I made sure that my PayPal primary address and billing address were my current address. Somehow PayPal pulled up and sent to the merchant address that I have not used for six months. The item was shipped to the wrong address. The merchant went to help me because they insisted they use the address that PayPal gave them.

I had to find someone to go to the house, pick up the item and then mail it to me costing me $33. I asked the merchant to reimburse me and they refused. I asked PayPal to reimburse me and they refused. I went through PayPal’s dispute process. The first decision was denied because the merchant showed proof of delivery. I tried a second dispute to say I never argued that it wasn’t delivered, but that it was delivered to the wrong address and it was not because I put in the wrong address. Today I got a response from that claim saying that it was denied because the merchant's description of the product matched what product I received. I never argued about the product itself.

I argued about PayPal storing an old address for me and then sending it to a merchant who used it instead of the address I put in when I ordered the product on their website. I cannot trust PayPal and this means that any merchant who uses PayPal I will not be able to order from. I want them to be a better company and it’s not. This is not the first time in this happened to me, but the last time that happened many years ago, the merchant was kind enough to fix the mistake once they realized it was not me. I cringe. Every time I see that PayPal is my only choice because they cannot clean out their records when a individual changes their address.

I tried several times without any success. Then later I called customer service of paypal with this issue. The representative simply deleted my second security login - use of security code.

When I finally logged into my account I found that I had only 6 something dollars. And all transactions were made from my Paypal balance. I called resolution center to find out why they used balance instead of my credit card. Even so it was specified as Preferred Payment Method. And I ask representative to issue full refund. Representative talked a lot without any specifics. But with specific promise to figure out.

On April 3rd Paypal refund me $3.99. ONLY! But they did refund! Today I called and talk to resolution center representative. After 15 minutes of me trying to get clear answer if Paypal will return my money, I realized that this communication is just wasting of my time. I ask to switch me to supervisor. Had the same result. Many words in defense of Paypal without any considerations of my rights and interests.

This is not the first time when I have problems with this company. I didn’t keep my banking account on the website because they use it as the payment method instead of my credit card specified as preferred payment method. Therefore, this is complete fault of PayPal. I request Paypal to fully refund my son gift in amount of $150. I request Paypal to apologize.

PayPal did not post the payment to my account as they usually do. I contacted PayPal to inquire about the payment. I was informed that the payment was under a compliance audit & the payment wouldn't be posted for 72 hrs. I called back on the morning of day 3 & was told to call back in 2 hrs because it hadn't been a full 72 hrs. I called back exactly at the 72hr. mark.

I was informed by a supervisor named Adrian that I was misled/lied to about the payment release time. There is actually NO exact time when the payment would be released. PayPal collected money for my company, the transaction cleared, & PayPal is refusing to release my funds. All of the staff at PayPal have alluded that something was suspicious about my client & that was the reason the funds haven't been released. It sounds like PayPal is discriminating against my client who is Muslim! I gave PayPal all of the information that would support our transaction & the information is also listed on the invoice sent to my client.

PayPal is still refusing to release my funds & there is NO expected date when those funds will be available to me. Adrian the supervisor stated that the reason they won't release my payment is because they cannot verify the address of my customer. When I look at the invoice not only is his address on the invoice there it also has a green check mark by the address that says confirmed. Paypal is refusing to release my funds & now they won't provide a refund either. They are making me wait an additional 72 business hours which translates into 6 days because today is Friday. I have been informed that if they choose not to provide a refund that they can keep it indefinitely. I requested to speak to a higher authority & was left on hold with No response. Not only is this DISCRIMINATION, it also a crime.

Just a couple months into having a new PayPal account someone sent money to themselves with a reoccurring "subscription" to keep getting that money.

I reported it numerous times through phone calls and through the resolution center and through messaging. Each time they said that it wasn't fraudulent and that they would not do anything about it! Anyway I closed that bank account down so this person couldn't steal my money and now PayPal is putting my account in the negative. It feels like history repeating itself. Never again. I will keep fighting this but I don't think it'll get me anywhere. They basically tell you that you're a liar and will do nothing to fix it. It's extremely bizarre business practices.

How can such a huge "business entity" be so customer unfriendly? PayPal is one of the worst ever companies that provide any form of intelligent informed or easily accessed customer service! Their computerized phone system makes it pretty much impossible to get anyone to help. The customer service employees reply with answers that are pretty much as inaccurate as the computerized phone and online help assistant. I have fought unsuccessfully with PayPal for about a month and still my problems were never fixed, never correctly or intelligently addressed, always blamed to be something other than PayPals glitch, which it is; Paypal ignored my preferred payment choices and choose their own without informing me or allowing me to approve or deny. They have cost me endless amount of time, anger, stress and financial loses in various transactions.

Without my permission they have sent a charge to my $0 balance bank account. I have a late rent payment out there floating around with extra late fees now because they did not allow a usual and often long time performed transfer of funds this month saying what I was requesting was a security risk which I fought unsuccessfully. It was to my son with the same last name even. They ended up doing the pymt as a check after a few denials but never told me they were doing a check, never gave me the option to cancel and deny and if they did I could have gotten the cash and paid it right away!

They won't remove a very old Mastercard from my acct. They won't link & allow me to use a new mastercard which I've set as my preferred pymt method. They ignore it and choose on their own without notification a different way to charge my purchases. I'm losing 1% cashback due to their errors & I can't get it fixed with them. Their wallet and my wallet are two different things; they should be the same. I say my issues are A-B-C: they ignore those issues and give me answers D-E-F! They are awful! Use other payment sources! Whenever I have to transfer money using PayPal, my heart sinks. Even as a guest, because "Payment via PayPal" as a guest never, ever works, after processing the payment I always just receive some random error. So, okay, though this is what I've been dreading, I guess I'll try to log in. Oh but no, despite the fact that I use a password manager with the most up-to-date password there (and have this problem with zero other sites), the password is "incorrect" and I have to get it reset. Fine, what did I expect?

After waiting upwards of ten minutes for PayPal to send the verification code, I finally manage to log in and discover that all of my most up-to-date banking information is missing, as if it was never there (though it WAS!) and all that remains is a bank account that hasn't been open since 2006. What gives? Okay, well, anyway, I'll re-add the valid banking information. Oh, I can't? What's the problem, "click here to find out" I see, uh huh, okay, better click there then... Wait, you've just taken me back to my dashboard. This tells me nothing. Well, let's get rid of this 2006 bank account at least. Oh I can't? I need to send pictures of my ID etc. etc. etc ...

After a while, I check the clock and realize an hour has passed, I am just messing about with a glitchy service that seems dedicated to raising my blood pressure, accomplishing nothing because there is always a new obstacle. The end result of all this aggravation will be me continuing to not be able to use my PayPal account, and not being able to make the transaction that I started with, which should have taken five minutes total. After all, that's the time it takes me with every other payment method I've used on the internet.

Conclusion: There is a reason I greet being required to pay for something using PayPal with dread, and it's because I've been to this rodeo before and I know it won't work out, or if it does, it will do so only after eating up a disproportionate number of daylight hours. Somehow, someway, the "service" will find a way to turn this into an all-day festival of frustration.

PayPal sounds like your friend who helps you pay. In practice, it's more like Pay Bully who steals your lunch money--though, to be fair, instead of stealing your money, it "merely" steals your time. In this case, I've decided not to complete the transaction that started this whole mess, because it was optional. However, I live in terror of the fact that someday again I will find myself being forced to try to process a transaction through PayPal. Maybe next time it will be something necessary, and I'll have to cancel everything else I wanted to do with that day merely so that I can unwillingly cosplay in an episode of Black Mirror. May that day be far away. May it never come. Let us pray.

There is no security or trustworthy for buyers who do payment through PayPal because if buyer cancel order or get refund from seller they charged person who receiving refunds and hold the funds as well, and you they don’t even bother to resolve the issue, if these funds are refunded by seller as goods and services, not even take a step to communicate with seller why buyer will get charged or reverse the seller transaction and request seller to pay refund properly.

Not the way that the buyer/refund person get payment in ethical way without charges and should not be funds on hold, if I am new PayPal user it doesn’t mean if I am when receiving my refund they put my funds on hold for month, and when they released the funds, I tried to transfer the funds back to my account, PayPal porter didn’t let me transfer my funds to my bank. Looks like you guys just want to do fraud by not letting people transfer their own money to their own bank accounts. (Money needed to drive up to South Lake Tahoe). There was no explanation, only denied. And no way to fix it, because their phone lines are not operational past a certain time, till 6 am.

So I tried to add a digital debit card, in hopes of transferring money that way. No luck = errors. At 6 am, after 10min on hold, I found out it was because of "security" reasons, and because I modified the account, it was gonna be froze for 24-48 hours. No solid answer how long, and I would not receive any notification when I could use the account, just had to wait. Called back a little later, this time on hold with 3 people over an hour and 15min. Was eventually able to get the funds available enough to make a transfer to my bank "IN MINUTES." That was a lie, when finalizing the transfer, it displayed an "error has occurred" and the system chose to continue the transaction with a 24hr, processing time. Leaving me with ZERO money, while on vacation.

That night, desperate and broke, I cashed out my crypto on PayPal. Around $200. Tried transferring $1 "in minutes", and it showed up in bank right away. So I transferred the remainder of balance again, and the ERROR showed back up, and again placed it in 24hr processing. I fly back home tomorrow, and have been without money the entire trip, because of deficiencies at PayPal. I'm gonna sue them for the cost of my flight, since I was unable to do anything, without MY MONEY. Will try and add more to this, if I can, when I do get my money.

That was the final straw. I have spent thousands of dollars with them over the last 10 or 15 ys I had the account. I now understand why more and more people don’t take PayPal. I used PayPal to transact a transaction with a business. I was selling Solar Appointments, and because I did not know the buyer very well, I made sure to have him send it as "Family and Friends" so it could not be disputed at a later date (that option says it right on the Paypal app when you choose that method of payment). The other person disputed it months later, Paypal called and asked me what happened, so I told them exactly what happened. They took my statement, asked me if I wanted to refund the buyer, I told them I did not, the transaction was non-refundable and completed. PayPal then debited my account $1500, and refunded back to the buyer. I called PayPal back and asked why they did that, their response was "he disputed it directly with his bank, if he had disputed that with us, we would have denied it, but since it was through his bank, we have no control over what happens." Although Paypal may not be able to stop a dispute directly with a bank, but they did have the control to:

    1. Not have a "friends and family" option to make a payment with the caption "friends and family cannot be refunded later".
    2. If taking the money from me. They could have issued a refund from Paypal, since they made the mistake, and then overdraw the buyer's account for processing a dispute on a friends and family transaction.
3.Suspended my account so I can't log in, holding my statements "hostage" unless I pay a creditor, (yes, they sent my account to collections as well) stating there is no way to email me the statements so I can do my taxes.

    4. Putting me on hold all morning, hanging up on me after 45 minutes, now back on hold waiting again.

The buyer should never have been refunded, if it was out of their control they should have paid the refund due to their mistake, then overdrew the buyer's account, or suspended his Paypal account, not mine. I have never had a dispute, a refund requested, fraud, or anything like that on my account for the 4 and a half years I had it.

Hello. This review is about PayPal. I just wanted to give you my experience. I had PayPal from I think about 2017 till 2020. Maybe 2016. Never had a dispute. Never had a return purchase. Just never had an issue with the account. I ended up having a transaction with a buyer I was unfamiliar with. I made sure to do it as "family and friends" because it says strictly on there, "If you send it as family and friends, you can't dispute it or try to have it refunded later." Lo and behold, four months after the transaction happened, the guy tried to dispute it. He didn't do it through PayPal because they would have denied him. He did it directly through his bank. Because he did it directly through his bank, they went ahead and had to refund him apparently because he did that. And instead of just taking the money out of their pocket for their mistake, they went ahead and debited my account. There was other remedies that they could have used. They could have debited his account. That amount is PayPal account. The bank went ahead and took that dispute back. They could have taken the money out of his account and made his account negative. They also could have suspended his account and say, "You can't use PayPal until you pay us back." Instead, they did all that to me. The entire time, they called and asked for my statement, I told them everything, and they just had no care in the world for it. Fast forward to today, I'm trying to get my banking statements. Customer service is sending me to collections. Collections is sending me to customer service. They won't give me my tax documents until I pay that $1,600 for their mistake. And I'm just livid about it. I just don't understand why they cannot just give me my statements no less...

DON'T TRUST PAYPAL WITH YOUR MONEY. THEY HAVE WAY TOO MUCH CONTROL OVER IT, AND WILL TAKE IT WHENEVER IT SUITS THEM. In March of 2021, I sold a watch off my website and the transaction was processed via PayPal. PayPal sent me an email saying "You can ship items now" and "Seller protection eligible."

I relied on PayPal to provide me with secure funds and protect me from chargebacks. But it turned out that PayPal failed to flag a fraudulent transaction, and then misled me into thinking my funds were secure and that they would protect me. When the buyer filed a dispute with his credit card issuer a few months later, the card issuer found in favor of the buyer, and PayPal removed the money from my account. PayPal refused to fulfill their obligations under their Seller Protection Program. Now, I am out both my money and my merchandise. I fought with PayPal for months, and the matter still remains unresolved. My letters to PayPal president and CEO Dan Schulman have gone unanswered.

My granddaughter wanted $, texted me a photo of her PayPal QR code. I dropped the photo into my computer then scanned the QR code back to my iPhone. Using PayPal's app I sent her the $. Immediately in my PayPal acct, activity, I get a payment request from Rosalind for $1499. The message had a link under her name to a screen to call this # if you don't know "Rosalind". I call that number, go through a tel tree, then 10 min hold before I hang up. I go back and figure out (info found on internet, not via PayPal help) that I need to cancel Rosalind's PayPal request. Do this. I don't use PayPal much, weird that Rosalind's request for $1499 came right after sent granddaughter $ via her alleged PayPal QR code.

Long story, short: I'm not sure granddaughter's QR code legit because it looks different than PayPal QR code my PayPal app generated. Situation with girl and mother a mess. Web says QR codes with malicious code rising because you scan the hack into your phone. Paypal text, voice, emails at first a no-go because I cancelled Rosalind's $ request. (Paypal's algorithm not finding anything.) After repeated emails, PayPal said Rosalind's message into my PayPal acct (it hit there first, then I got a "PayPal" email, then spam calls) was randomly generated by scammers and when I called the number message said to call I said to scammer "genuine person and PayPal acct."

Worse, the PayPal messages in my acct activity and in email are inherently conflicting, call this number if person unknown to you (phishing) but apparently this triggers scammers you are real. I got "spam" calls 3 times from apparently large call centers in India. (Does or not - Paypal call you??) The 2nd I listen to without speaking: "Hello, hello, hello, my name, name, name ... finally if you want to talk about PayPal request, call us back."

There are possibly 3 scams here: PayPal claiming the Rosalind hit was random (Nope, too coincidental, came right after I sent granddaughter her $ via "PayPal" QR code); the QR code problem (I emailed it to PayPal phishing address, asking legit or not, PayPal 0 response.); how Rosalind's $1499 request made it into my PayPal activity acct (PayPal says their emails, i.e. people's accts are open source on web, I guess for perusing by the dark web?) So if you think you're communicating with PayPal, think again - how do you know? I removed all bank info from PayPal, will probably delete PayPal acct, changed passwords, etc.

I have had two different disputes with PayPal over the last couple of years, which both ended in the seller's getting to keep my money. I don't use them very much - and I won't use them again in the future if I don't have to. I have an email from the seller stating "I will refund you as soon as possible" and PayPal considers this to be too vague to use in my defense. I was told if I had an actual date of refund process or some other confirmation number, then they could force the refund, Otherwise, it doesn't matter that I have emails asking for my refund from the seller.

Then when I told them how awful this process is and that I don't think I will use them in the future because they seem pro-seller and don't seem to care what evidence I have, the agent gets really snotty with me. The agent, both times got heated with me and told me to go ahead and take my sales somewhere else because no one else would have given me a refund either. I told them that credit cards would have helped me and was told credit cards don't process refunds either - what a joke. I have never had a credit card screw me over like PayPal has when I have either not received an item, or gotten an item that isn't as described. I would not trust PayPal to help you if you order something and pay with their service. You will have to accept the item, even if it's complete junk or damaged, or even if the seller tells you that you will get a refund.

I made 3 payments towards it and had it scheduled for October 3. He didn't show and would not return messages. A week of no answer and I disputed it with PayPal but had to do each payment as a separate dispute so I provided all the evidence I had to each one. PayPal refunded me two payments but made the 3rd one in the seller's favor. I went to their message center and started trying to figure out why they would decide two of three in my favor when all are for the same single service they could see crystal clear that I didn't receive. This is where it has gotten extremely frustrating.

First they told me that I received the items to which I stated that there were not items to receive as it was a labor service I was disputing. Next they told me it's because my payment to him was through Facebook Pay which I then explained all 3 were and they refunded me the other 2 already so it doesn't make sense. They told me that it was due to a lack of evidence which I told them it was the same evidence provided for all 3 payments. I uploaded the same identical emails, invoice, and receipt stating service not rendered yet for all 3 and it got me two payments refunded. They told me the seller provided proof that items were delivered and again it's not items but a service and I looked the seller up and he has been incarcerated since the end of October so I doubt he's been responding to emails.

This was a cut and dry case for their "purchase protection." I didn't realize that $150 is enough to break PayPal. They just keep providing me circular arguments so I'm apparently not getting what they state they cover which is incredibly irritating. They are only protecting themselves not the regular consumer. Happy Hanukkah.

This has caused significant delays and added stress to an already difficult situation. I have followed all of the necessary steps to complete the transfer, including double-checking that all of the information was entered correctly and that the payment method I am using is valid and has sufficient funds.

Despite my efforts, the "transfer in 1-3 days without fee" option has consistently failed to work as advertised. In contrast, the "transfer in minutes" option, which charges a significantly higher fee, has functioned properly with the same payment method. I am extremely disappointed by this and I expect a higher level of service from your company. I am writing to request immediate assistance in resolving this issue and to request an explanation for why the "transfer in 1-3 days without fee" option is not functioning as it should. I paid the 15 dollars to have it immediately transferred 956.53 to my bank account. A bank I have been working with for over 14 years without any issues. I received a confirmation email from PayPal app giving me a confirmation number. I called my bank thinking they may have put the money in a hold. The bank stated that they had not received any deposits for me and to check back.

The following day I checked back and still nothing had been transferred. I sent a message to PayPal stating what had happened and did not receive any information back. I called PayPal and stayed on the phone for 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. I explained the issue, and was transferred to three other associates, who all stated the money was transferred and to call the bank. I did call the bank back and confirmed with ACH that no money had been transferred. I called after emailing PayPal with no response. The associate transferred me to a supervisor who stated he would escalate the claim and that someone would reach out to me. As per his request I sent him a copy of my bank statement showing that the money had not been transferred.

I received a message from PayPal stating that they had tracked the money and that I should contact the bank. I called the bank and spoke again with ACH and gave them the tracking number, they stated the tracking number I was given did not exist and to call PayPal. I have called and messaged PayPal and my bank over 26 times in regards with every single call being transferred again. Today December 22, 2022 after calling PayPal and again told to call the bank I received a email from customer service stating they had given me the wrong trace number, and to call the bank with the new trace number. I called and again that trace number did not exist.

The money which is still unaccounted for was supposed to pay a late rent to have the eviction removed. Since the money disappeared I have been unable to pay rent, and was evicted with my three children today December 22, 2022. I still have not received any information from PayPal and not received my money totaling 956.53. Four hours after she purchased, she filed a dispute stating she didn't receive the file. I provided proof she did, but also attached the file to my response with Paypal. So Paypal literally saw the file given to her. I also reached out to her, resent her original email and link as well as attached the physical file itself again. The fraudster didn't respond when she realized she was caught.

I reached out to Paypal and informed them that this was a fraudulent dispute and I'd like her reported. They said to escalate the claim so they could investigate her and close in my favor. I escalated it on October 11 and almost instantly they responded that they decided to close in the BUYERS FAVOR, but refund her out of their account and close the dispute so she could have the file for free. Now, this cost me nothing in terms of money, but it did cost me a week's worth of headaches going back and forth, getting download records, screenshots and emails in order to abide by Paypal's seller terms. It wasn't about the money at that point--it was the principle that they allowed someone to violate their terms of service and then be unjustly enriched. They failed to support their seller who follows all the rules and went above and beyond to ensure they had all the evidence they needed.

I called and recorded that conversation with Paypal. Paypal's rep admitted the evidence showed the customer received the file but that it was a fairly low purchase amount so they just closed it in her favor anyway. She said that's just how they deal with lower dollar disputes. The disputer gets the money and the item for free. DISGUSTING. She said they understood my concerns but that was how they do things. THAT'S HOW THEY DO THINGS? They facilitate fraud? Support it, even! So I told them they lost a seller. I won't do business with a company that supports or facilitates fraud. I removed Paypal from my website and they haven't even responded to my concerns. Awful company that should be investigated for facilitating fraud.

I received a email from PayPal on 8th September 2022, "You authorized a transaction. Money won't leave your account until the beneficiary company processes your order." Also a message "Instructions to merchant" "You haven't entered any instructions". I immediately called Paypal on the 8th September and asked them to STOP payment for the renewal, I was told by the gentleman that unless I authorize Paypal, money won't leave my account and that he will take care of it. But on September 13th Paypal took money out of my Bank of America Account to pay the subscription that I wanted to stop payment on.

I have never transferred any money to my Paypal account. I linked my Bank of America account to PayPal and used funds from there to pay whenever I needed to pay for any services through Paypal. This was my way of keeping my checking account at Bank of America safe. My grievances, the customer service personnel did not follow my instructions. My question is does PayPal have the authority to take my money out of my Bank of America Account to pay a third party. If they have the Authority then why do I need a PayPal account? I could pay directly for all services from my Bank of America Account.

They approved me for an amount much lower than my already open credit account so I asked PayPal to raise limit or close. They would not raise limit so I asked them to close the recent opened account and they CLOSED my credit account that I already had for years with the higher limit. Would not re open and would not even just transfer limit to the new account when it was THE COMPANY'S FAULT FOR CLOSING WRONG ACCOUNT. Terrible customer service. Asked to speak to supervisor and was told they would not speak to me, seriously?!?! Will be closing all accounts at this point, not worth giving them my business.

As a buyer, despite the promises made, when you complain about an item and request a refund, the case is always dismissed, or is found in favour of the seller. As a seller the fees are extortionate, and when items are sold via eBay, a massive chunk of the money is swallowed up by their combined fees. Customer Services is almost non existent, and in my experience, is never able to address the issues. When you find no authorized transactions, they never investigate, and demand evidence you are unable to supply, so refuse to refund or investigate.

Said they don't have my name on anything. How is that possible with all the info they have on me. My account is frozen. Can't send or receive money, can't close the account and can't use my banking info to open a new account. After 20 years as a customer, I'm left in limbo. VERY, very unhappy.

After I submitted the order through PayPal, PayPal sent my money in cash directly to a scam person without my knowledge. I received no confirmation email for my order from the website nor any merchandise from them later. Apparently, it is a scam site yet PayPal helped them to process my payment without telling me the payment in cash was directly sent to a scam person. When I called PayPal immediately that day, PayPal didn't help to stop the payment but said my Discover card would dispute it. Then Discover refused to dispute!

I've used PayPal since they were a small company, well before the eBay purchase. Had some good, mostly bad experiences. The most recent and last transaction was everything bad you've ever heard about them. On August 4 I received a charge against my account for $59.96. I tried to dispute it while it was in the pending stage, but PayPal wouldn't allow that. Anyway, on 8/6/22 I filed a dispute stating I was unaware of any transaction with this merchant or this amount. My claim sat UNTOUCHED for over 3 weeks, at which point they requested more information about the item in question - somewhat difficult since I had no idea what the charge was for. Over a series of days, I went through the PayPal House Of Mirrors - phone tree - disconnections - delays - unfulfilled promises, something I see many others experienced. It is a system devised to frustrate the injured party to the point of giving up.

I was finally given a provisional credit and then, yesterday, I received notice the claim had been denied. After the usual difficulties, I reached a supervisor who was, at best rude and not very bright. I asked for any information regarding the product, the seller, delivery - ANYTHING. I was told in no uncertain terms I was entitled to nothing and they would give me nothing. Seems fair - if you're in Russia. I'm filing a series of complaints and don't expect anything. Corrupt organizations like PayPal, clothed in a cloak of legitimacy, are the worst. Oh yeah, the charge showed "in store purchase" - I was in the hospital.

I received a USD transfer in and it seems to be impossible to get it out without extortionate fees. To any other currency or bank account about 3% of the balance. It’s a large amount so this fee is several hundred dollars pretty much for nothing. It seems they have even introduced a 3% fee for a USD domestic transfer to another USD account. Even with traditional banks, such transfers are usually free, not taking 3% of the balance or forcing conversions for another 3%. The company is engaging in dishonest and monopolistic behaviour.

On August 24th I received confirmation that Sephora received my return and the email stated "Your refund will occur within 10 business days." Normally after I receive this email it is followed by a "you have been issued a refund" email from PayPal which was never received. It has now been 13 business days and after opening a case with Paypal they felt I didn't have enough evidence for my refund and closed my case.

Sephora is not disputing the refund and confirmed it was issued and have launched their own investigation. Paypal claims to never have received it. Why is it the consumer’s problem that there was obviously a computer error and I lose my $64 dollars! Sephora also stated if Paypal fails to adhere to their contractual obligations they will issue me at the very least store credit even though they show it has been paid to Paypal. I am on disability and need my money back! I had attached every single proof of purchase, etc.

I’m a long-time customer but no more. Basically since the day they started. I’ve never had one incident where I’ve been disappointed with PayPal until recently. I purchase a pair of smart glasses through PayPal by a company called Mercari, bad mistake. Because I seen a young man at the gym wearing a pair of these, and he showed me how they work, must admit I’m a tech nerd and just had to have a pair.

Anyway when I open my box the ear part of the glasses was off and I wasn’t able to snap them back in, so I immediately called the company with no success, googled this company and I got an email address. Emailed them and it was like I just kept getting dummy emails, because I kept getting dump replies that lead me nowhere. So, after a while of going back and forth, I reached out to PayPal, spoke with a representative that assured me I would be refunded my money back. Waited almost 3 week to check on my refund, didn’t really think too much about it because I’ve never had any issues with PayPal.

I looked into it and they close the case siding with the Mercari. So long story short I had to call my bank, filed a loss prevention. And, I will be closing my account with PayPal, something I never thought I would do. Never thought I would see a day where so many companies are going so wrong like they just wanna take your money and just refuse to give you a reasonable resolution. The glasses are packed up ready to return but I got no help from Macari nor PayPal. It’s such a disappointing factor that these company operates now on being scammers more than they’ll willing to help and will quickly lie to you. There’s other methods of sending money for free, like cash app. I’ll just start using them or just stop wasting my money on these companies that use Facebook as a tool to scam you out of your money.

After being on hold for 35 minutes we finally got a live person. We inquired why were funds we usually received in minutes was on hold for 21 business days. We were shocked when we learned that PayPal decided since we were using another preferred payment option for our customers that our company was now considered at risk.

In other words PayPal is holding company funds that we paid for (2.99%) and floating hundreds of millions of dollars in their interest bearing account earning millions for PayPal without our knowledge or authorization. It's just a matter of time until someone initiates a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! Needless to say we notified all our customers that PayPal is no longer a viable payment option.

PayPal doesn’t care that I spent the last five months in hospitals and medical offices trying to survive. They seemingly only care about facilitating scammers. Remember, behind a company name is a Board of Directors who facilitate thievery to help support the company stock. Don’t become a victim — stay far away from this fraud-supporting company!

It's kind of ironic that PayPal will take their portion of a transaction (over $200) yet put your money on hold for up 21 days. I've called customer service and have been on hold for over an hour. Tried to use the resolution center and get a message that says to try back later because "something went wrong on our end". When you try to clear the monies I get a message that says "we're experiencing technical difficulties". This whole system sounds like they collect money, sit on it for several weeks (maybe collect interest on it?). Not a bad deal for them but makes it hard to depend on reliable income for goods or services that you've already provided. They claim that it's because we're a new account even though it's been in business since 1985. While "new" to PayPal I'm not sure that we'd be around that long if we were doing shady things.

So more waiting on hold. I truly believe all these delays are intentional!!! I will never use PayPal again.

A few months ago, my PayPal account received a payment of $500, unbeknownst to me. PayPal actually sent me an email directly telling me they were freezing the funds because they looked suspicious. In the process of maybe 3 days, the person who sent the money filed a complaint because they wanted their money back. During that timeframe, I was unable to resolve the complaint that was filed due to being sick with COVID and EXTREMELY long hold times when trying to connect directly with PayPal. I did not want to resolve the dispute online because I was in fear that someone was trying to hack my account and access my

    banking information.

Due to not being able to resolve this issue in a timely manner, PayPal charged me a dispute fee and REFUSED to help me resolve it and remove the negative balance. They continuously kept trying to have me supply them with my card information and/or go online to pay the balance off. Again, from the moment the outrageous payment was sent to my account, I was afraid to even access my PayPal account, input any bank information or take care of this situation before it was sent off to collections. Well, that is exactly what happened. This balance has now been sent to collections. This company DOES NOT protect their

consumers and enables hackers to send fraudulent payments in order to gain access to a victim's bank account.
