WARNING: I only used Paypal in the last 5 years)!!) for this order and after placing the order I immediately started getting "invoices" sent to my PayPal from other vendors for hundreds of dollars. Shipping is incredibly slow. I finally received the order and one of the shirts is completely wrong. I did not receive one item and you sent a different item instead. The rest of the items are of incredibly low quality, I will never order from them again. The products are cheaply made and not of good quality. The customer service and deliveries were terrible. By far my worst experience ordering online.

Stay away from this site. I purchased a couple of light fixtures. They sent me the wrong ones and has been giving me the run around with the returns. I have never felt so frustrated. The amount was high. Really bad experience.

Buyer beware! This company does not honor their return policy. I purchased a dress for over $200.00 and while the shipping was quicker than I anticipated that part I liked. The dress however, had satin overlaid on lace and on the right shoulder the satin was much too large and would not lay flat and made you look like you had a hump on your shoulder. I contacted customer service the very day I received it for a return authorization and address and they said my return was not eligible for return. They refuse to return my email contacts once the initial refusal was sent to me. I have had to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the purchase based on faulty product. Never again will I order from LightInTheBox! Beware!!!!

I purchased two pairs of “leather” shoes. They aren't leather - plain and simple. The advert said they were leather, the photos look like leather - but they are cheap vinyl. Lesson - just because the photos look good doesn’t mean the product is constructed of the materials they say they are. Not worth the cost and time of sending back to China - suck it up and move one. Beware.

Quality was poor on dresses and blouses-they did not match the pattern or colors on the webpages. Customer service was polite but the items I wanted to return had to be "investigated" with pictures which was a major inconvenience especially when I sent pictures and descriptions as to why I wanted to return them and then they wanted more details and more pictures. I would not recommend them ever! Also, when I placed the order, they gave me a delivery date of about 2-3 weeks. They didn't show up for 5 weeks. Overall-this is not an integrous company.

I had ordered several golf shirts in the past without incident. Until now. My last order was taking longer than usual to be delivered. When I looked at the website, it said it was "shipped". I waited and waited. Then I took the tracking number and put it into the USPS tracking system and that's when I found out that it was seized by USPS for "counterfeit postage". I was refunded my money but LightinTheBox.com never provided an explanation. Needless to say, I will not be buying from them again.

Products are good quality, however I always get 1 size bigger (which is no big deal) but shipments usually over 3 weeks. Colors are pretty and I like the cotton linen clothing. Also the prices are very good but when you add the shipping charges, the total price seems average. I will continue to purchase on certain items.

I'm a musician and I ordered some shirts for our band from Light in the Box. We like the shirts. They're colorful. They’d be good for stage presence. I'm trying mine on right now. I may have to reorder one size larger because this one fits just right before it even draws up. It’s pulling in the back and the front. But it fits right. The prices are really good, too. Shipping was bad, though. I just got package 2 about 10 minutes ago but package 1 is still inbound. It got hung up somewhere, but it left five days earlier.

I purchased a “linen” shirt from this company. That is the description on the website. The price was reasonable. The shirt arrived and it is not linen, it is a cotton/linen-look shirt. Totally not linen material. I went to set up a return and even though the shirt was shipped to me from a location in New Jersey, they want me to return it to China. They indicate a credit back on the return may take weeks. It may cost as much to return to China as the credit may be so I’m just going to put in the Salvation Army as a donation.
Also, the shirt was also supposed to be a medium. The zip bag it came in (with no tags or anything) has an “m” sticker on it but it must be a large, neck too big and sleeves too long. I will never purchase from this company and suggest you not let an inexpensive price lure you in either. Better to deal with a reputable known entity. I took one for the team, don’t make the same mistake.

I have bought underwear and shirts - all are good quality - love it all. I particularly like how comfortable the underwear is - and the shirts look sharp. This company seems to be very responsive to questions about their products - so I give five stars to their customer service team. The parcels came on time, actually ahead of time which was appreciated.

The purchasing experience with LightintheBox is smooth and if I order something, it comes in a timely manner. Most of the time, I can expect a two-week wait. I've gotten cellphone chargers, a couple of hoodies and a chest bag. Out of everything, the quality has been good. I've only had one or two items that I've had to do a return on only because when I got it, it wasn't working. When I got a Bluetooth auxiliary port, I tried to work it but it wouldn't work at all. LightintheBox just refunded me my money and it was quick. It only took two days at the most and I received the money back in my account.

I ordered a dress from Lightinthebox, and it took a while to get here from China They charge shipping and handling fees that are not disclosed until checkout. It did not fit, so I tried to return it. Here is their response:
“However, as your order was made after payment confirmation based on the size, color, and style you selected. It was not sourced from our stock inventory. Consequently, we regret to inform you that returns for personal reasons (such as dislike / no longer needed / wrong purchase) cannot be accommodated.”
I just picked a size and color that was offered. How would I know it was not sourced from stock inventory. Do not buy from this company if there is any chance that you might return the item!

It is important to check the sizing charts for each clothing item ordered as each manufacturer differ. Customer service has been outstanding, helpful and fast in sorting out order/ delivery issues. This company is in China. We have to be so careful when we buy online. The clothes are made too small for the average American. There is no real return policy. They try to offer credits and in the end, it’s too expensive to send things back. I wish transparency was better so we could avoid Chinese companies!!!

I'd placed my order before I actually realized that I was not likely going to get what I purchased. The shoes I bought were cute and matched a couple of outfits I'd made. I continued to browse the site after my purchase and began to notice that many product images were photoshopped. I also recognized photos from advertising for high-end brands. When I looked closer at the actual product offerings, I realized that they were CLEARLY knockoffs.
My shoes arrived about a month later (maybe three weeks actually), and the first problem was that the box was quite damaged, given that it was only shipped in a plastic shipping pouch. As a result, one shoe had some minor damage. Immediately, I noted that the color was off significantly and the stitching was sub-par. The shoes had been advertised as leather, which was why I purchased them. I could tell right away, by looking particularly at the heel wrapping, that they were not, in fact, leather. I've chosen not to return them, as I don't wish to bother with the expense. These shoes were a novelty to me to begin with, so they won't be worn with enough regularity to merit more sturdiness. Nonetheless, I sincerely will not be ordering from this site again in the future.

I have no issue with the product but it did not work out for me. Returns are not as published, in fact, according to the shipping company, the return address/location in China doesn’t exist. Therefore if you buy the product, expect it to be non-returnable.

If I could have left a MINUS star review I would have! NONE of the shirts that I Ordered and paid for were anything like what was pictured. I paid a lot of money for what I could have purchased at any other store for $2.50 or so per shirt. I am so very disappointed but should have known better. I absolutely WOULD NEVER recommend this store to anyone.

I ordered a number of items for myself. There seems to be no quality control at any level. 1 sweater at XL was noticeably larger than the XXL. The XXL skirt is not remotely American sizes...see photos for both. The "linen" shirts I ordered are NOT linen, they are a cotton weave with a linen look. The sizes of the shirts, sweaters do not match the size of the sleeves unless you are an apple-shaped person. When I asked to return them, they offered me a $35 refund on a >$250 order. Do not waste your time and money.

The anxiety of my wrong routed parcel was successfully found and rerouted to me by LITB logistics. The delivery service didn't help at all. They never contacted me and it was the delivery people that sent it to wrong province and it was clearly labeled to my province and city. All contact to delivery service was initiated by me. LightInTheBox acted right away and had it delivered to me.

This company is a fraud! I ordered two dresses that cost a total of $45.98. I returned one of them that cost $27.99 and kept the other that cost $17.99 but I was charged $83.58. I refunded the $27.99. I was overcharge $65.59 beware!!!

Please aware of this company. I purchased a strapless jumpsuit with the jewels on the top trim. When we received we were so excited to open. The jumpsuit was heavy thick and didn’t fit properly. It is hard to contact company so we had to email. All we wanted was to return. The company refused to send us a return sticker and told us they will credit and to pick something else. There is nothing else on the website that we would like to purchase 183.00. They stated if we wanted to return they would keep 1/2 the amt of purchase and that I needed to return. That would be costly. Everything on website comes from CHINA

This was my first and last time shopping at LightInTheBox. Some of their items are indifferent from their size chart and the materials on some of their items is terrible and it is difficult trying to return. The material on the pantsuits do not like the picture.

First place I go to purchase clothing at great prices. Very impressed on all the quality of clothing I already have purchased in the past from you guys. Lots of variations and styles to choose from. I always end up purchasing more than I intended to. When wanting to get that certain style or color of clothing you want to match with other accessories they have something that works. Love scrolling thru page after page of selection when hunting for that perfect piece of clothing.

April 9th, received and reached out for refund process. It states you can return anything within five days of receipt. After that, they will only accept damaged items. I had to request individual requests for EVERY item I was returning (9) of 13 items. On the 10th they asked me to confirm my measurements because that is what I said was wrong with them. The sizing was all over the place. I bought M, L, XL, & 2xl based on the suggestions and size guide on site. Nothing fit right but there was no option for “just didn’t like”.
On the 12th I sent an email that my measurements should not matter that per the return policy, I could send anything back within the first five days. I asked to send me the return label which I have to pay for myself. On the 14th I emailed again asking for the return labels. On the 17th I emailed again asking for return labels. On the 23rd, I sent another email. In total I have sent five emails and have never received any response from the seller.

Clips arrived prior to expected date--in good condition. Tried out a few by hanging a tarp from trees in back yard- Held well--well made--may need to fold tarp to grip better. I'll use them to secure the camp tablecloth as well. Grips on closure clips are not to aggressive and should not tear fabric.

My recent purchase arrived on time, but it took longer than with other retailers. The quality of the product was quite good. I can know after I receive my next shipment, whether I am fully impressed with LITB or not. They offer some impressive and unique items for purchase. I do wish they did not quote cost in CN$ and then charge $U.S. The cost quoted should be the cost, not use two standards.

I ordered what the website says are linen dresses. There's nothing linen or natural about these dresses. They are synthetic fabric through and through. I've sent an email to the company and would hope they respond and offer a solution to fix their dishonest product description and the fact that I no longer want these awful things.

I have been very pleased with the items that I’ve ordered from Light in the Box. I’ve recently lost a lot of weight and have needed some spring/summer linens and I love the style and fashions so much that I’m a repeat customer. I’ve ordered from the site multiple times and will continue to order given the reasonable prices (the prices are the best I’ve seen online or in stores especially given the quality) it may take a few weeks for you to get your items so keep that in mind when ordering.

I purchased 3 shirts on 4-13-2024, order #**. I paid $17.99 for each shirt. They supposed to be cotton blend, however I received them in Polyester. They sold about 4 t-shirt in different material. $14.49 (# **) and $16.49 (# **) are made with Polyester, $17.99 (#**) and $18.99 (#**) are made with cotton blend. I did not find any item # on the invoice or on the shirt. How can consumers tell if the seller ship the wrong product on purpose or by mistake. I gave them a 3 star because the shirts fit me well and shipping was on time. Why I have to pay an extra $3.50 for each shirt for no reason?

I didn’t like the quality of the fabric at all, and I didn't like that it didn't look like the photo. It looked really nice in the photo. I purchased two shirts for my brother, thinking that they were really nice shirts, but they were really thin. When I gave them to him, he asked me, “Are these pajama tops or shirts? “I said, “Well, they're supposed to be shirts, but I'm sorry they look that way.” Overall, I didn't get what I wanted. I feel like I didn't get my money's worth.

Yesterday I sent a note into LightInTheBox regarding an order I was placing for four items. After several attempts I was unable to get the coupon to work. I was unable to get the coupon to work and as a result I did not get the order placed. Today I went back to the order and found that two of the items sale prices went back to the original price and the shipping cost has increased by over $14.00. I cannot get any response and cannot get any help. If this is not resolved in the next 72 hours I will have to cancel the order and start to look else where. Contacting Light in the Box is difficult at best.

The quality of the item I purchased was absolute trash. I bought a dress for a wedding I’ll be attending and the cups in the bust are sewn so close together you can’t wear it no matter what your bust size is. I started a return ticket and I’ve been told they won’t return without a picture of me wearing it showing that it doesn’t fit properly. I’m sorry? Do you want me to take a picture of my chest because it’s the inside of the dress that isn’t made properly. They’re refusing to send me a return label. They offered me a 50% off coupon and said I can keep the dress. I don’t want to keep it and I don’t want to order another trash item from their site.

I had never used this website before. I bought a pair of pants and a shirt, after carefully selecting my right size and measurements. What I received is two, largely oversized clothes, two items that look ridiculous on me. When requesting for a replacement, they said that they do not offer. When asked to be refunded, and to get a return label, they said that they do not offer that. I would have to return it to my expenses... and their return address is in CHINA! Beware of this Company, this is at the limit of fraudulent.

It’s a good place to get cheap versions of interesting designs. Unfortunately the fabrics and overall quality are so bad the stuff only looks good in pictures. Also their return policy is awful. Almost non existent. They wanted me to pay shipping back to China. The cheapest way is more expensive than the shirt I was returning. Never again will I buy from them.

I tried calling the warehouse where returns are sent and there’s no phone number. I am having my bank dispute the charge because they refuse to communicate about the issue. I was a little concerned when I ordered my dress. However, I gave my measurements and the dress was perfect. I stumbled on this website looking for a red outfit. Well sometimes looks are not always as they seem. I ordered this red outfit along with a few other items tattling $344.00. Well the red jumpsuit did not fit, it would not fit over my rear end. Yet they wanted me to send them pictures. Now they claimed it was custom ordered. If it was then there would hav been room for that zipper to pull up. I sent an email because that's all it allowed. Then Pablo responded and offered me $136.00 in rewards towards future purchase or $96.00.
I opted for the $136.00 maybe attempting to get some smaller item that should not have a problem fitting. But, they want you to spend double the amount (272.00) in order for the $136.00 to work. So I am already out of $344.00 and you want me to give you an additional $136.00 more plus $58.00 shipping. I am sorry, you do the math, how is this equation helping me at all. This company is horrible and I would never order or recommend anyone to this site again. Very expensive, lesson learned. You should really be ashamed of yourself taking people of their hard earned money.

Many clothes are not what they appear in the promo pictures. It may look like a suede jacket or shirt but it's just a print on cloth and not real at all. You can see reviews on the Light in the Box site but there is no way to leave a review. They don't appear to be real reviews from customers

I ordered tops from Light in the Box. The shipping charges were pretty expensive. It took longer than I thought it should to get them. I went by the size chart, but the tops were way too small. The sleeves looked elbow length in the pictures and they were not. When I started the return process I realized it wasn't going to be easy. They kept asking for more and more info, even wanting me to show the sizes with a tape measure! Then they wanted pictures of all the items. Apparently they can then decide if the return is acceptable. I have never had to do this to return items before. Then I was given the return address in China, told I had to pay the shipping, and that they don't provide a return shipping label. They want me to do all these steps just to make a return. I will not even get back the full purchase price and by the time I pay shipping I will be out more money. This could all take weeks if I even get a refund. I will never order from them again. Lesson learned.

You would be advised not to deal with this company unless you are a skilled tailor for the "made to order" dresses..You must be careful to "tweak" every criterion regarding your body shape to the customization of dresses that are even listed as/listed with standard dress sized items. It more than likely will not fit right, and now re-altering it will be expensive, if even possible. Under any of these pressures, exchange or refunds are NOT POSSIBLE. Even standardized sizes are, and I quote “made to order.” Be forewarned.

Bought literally dozens of products.. The clothing is a scam about every third order didn't match the sizing charts. I tried six times to get a double breasted blazer, then were at least 4-5 inches out from the sizing charts.. And then customer service complained about the return postage costs. Suits pants all are great quality but I have at least 4 that don't fit because the sizing charts do not match the garments. When they say allow 3-4 cm for manufacturing, you don't know if it's, bigger or smaller but on every occasion it's smaller very little is done by the support team the reviews are a total setup, with most being written by friends by the looks of it. I don't think they will be around much longer with TEMU providing a far better service in the pacific region. Less stress and less hidden costs.

The items were very nice once received. Did take longer than I thought to receive the items, but that was not an issue. There were several items purchased for my husband that were smaller than the size (measurements) should have been and two pair of shoes were about 1/2 a size too big, considering the conversion size from US. I planned to exchange the items and discovered one of the items was not available in a larger size so decided to return those items. I was offered a refund for those items and allowed to keep them to give away rather than send them back, which shocked me. I had never heard of a company doing this, but was pleasantly surprised.
I had ordered several things for my husband and a couple of things for me and most of the items were perfect fits, only a couple were not accurate. I really appreciated the chance to either have a store credit or a refund as an option of the money for the items that did not fit. This was my second order with LightInTheBox and I will order with them again in the future. They quickly responded to my requests.

I was very hesitant to order from a company who uses overseas manufacturing, not only the time involved but sizes, styles and fabrics. The time involved turned out to be almost as fast as in country services, which was surprising. The sizes, along with customer feedback about their experience, is quite good. The styles are very varied so I always find things I like. It has taken a little while to get used to the fabrics but they’re fine. They seem not natural fibers, mostly, which I am not used to but they’re still nice and could be the reason why the prices are so low.

I ordered a jacket and a pair of boots from Lightinthebox in January of this year. After a month with the occasional email noting "we're just about to send you your stuff!" I received an email saying "we don't have any more stock of the jacket you wanted, here's your money back". Then last week I received the boots I ordered. To say they were ludicrously unlike their pictures on the website would be a complete understatement. They looked like if you asked an alien to make you some boots, and gave it very little information about what boots were.
When I emailed lightinthebox to tell them to give me back my money, they said they would do so shortly, but would be holding back $5, and I could keep the boots. Have a look at the images in my review. The boots with the white background are what I ordered, the weird looking single boot is what I received (albeit two of them) The boots are literally so cheap and weird looking that they're not even worth $5 to me, so this is not a happy ending for me. I suspect this company just has an AI post pictures of things they think ** might want, then tries to make facsimiles they think people will find acceptable as things are ordered. Like print on demand t-shirts, but for all different sorts of clothes. A truly bizarre experience and a total waste of time and money.

I ordered a shirt and paid extra for expedited shipping - before selecting expedited shipping, the estimated date of arrival was 3/16. After selecting and paying for it, the time frame changed to the 16th-25th. Needless to say, the shipment arrived late. Not only that, the shirt was very poor quality with an industrial size zipper- not a clothing sized one. The material was similar to a tarp, not anything clothing in the US would be made of for sure. The shirts were shown as being tight fitting, but when you order them based on your personal dimensions they are loose. It appears they make the product after you order so they are very slow. Return policy is designed to keep your money- it requires redundant interactions with the company before they will give you your money back. They do not cover return shipping and it is international so would be expensive.

Customers are getting too much commercial email everyday, every while. It is annoying. Delivery speed is horribly long, in average is one to two months long. Packaging is horribly bad. Packages always arrived with dirty and damaged packing. Merchandise are old, dirty, cheap material and low quality. Quality need to be improved, delivery time needs to be shortened.

Terrible Experience! Don't order from them! They're based in China, which I wasn't completely considering where they were located when I ordered. So now I have a $48 cheap-looking, ill-fitting jacket. And when I requested to return it, I'm told I would have to pay to ship it to China, which is going to cost AT LEAST what I paid for the jacket. Based on photo and description I purchased a dress from Lightinthebox.com description and photo was mid thigh ivory beautiful small lace pattern with V neck and skintone tulle as well as mid length sleeves. What arrived was bright white above knee large lace with white tulle and sweatheart neck/breast area. Very cheap and poorly done. With much disappointment in product received I attempted to contact them for return. They offer for you to keep the item and get 50% toward another product, or 30% cash back. I disputed for several days requesting full refund. They simply sent me the same message they already sent me. No attempt whatsoever to correct it. I then took it further with my credit card company to dispute the charge.

LightInTheBox's lack of transparency is appalling. I initially missed the UK and US sizing confusion when ordering dresses for my rehearsal dinner in late February. When I reached out to fix the size issue, they demanded an additional $238, even though I hadn't opted for custom measurements. The real frustration began when I pointed out their return policy. The customer service rep claimed the dresses were non-returnable as they were made to order, which wasn't clear during my purchase. Despite providing screenshots of their return policy stating a full refund within seven days, they insisted it didn't apply to the dresses. After days of back-and-forth, it's a lose-lose situation – pay $238 for non-returnable dresses or lose $554. LightInTheBox's deceptive practices and unhelpful customer service make it clear that dealing with them is a colossal waste of time, money, and patience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I just received my two dresses to try on for my daughter's wedding in April and when they came in they did not look good on me as I had hoped. I saw the return policy was 7 days from receipt of the product and when I contacted them to get a return label they advised me that these dresses are not returnable - not even for store credit. This company misguided me by stating that these dresses are "Made to Order" which they are not - just standard size dresses. I expect a full refund and will pay for shipping.

They'll lie to get your money. The photos speak for themselves. I ordered two blazers for a winter-themed party. Photo 1 is the lovely, elegant snowflake blazer I ordered. Photo 2 is the cheap, thin, garbage I received. The pattern barely resembles the overtly-photoshopped image. It looks like someone backed over it with a truck. I don't understand this level of dishonesty. Plus, I followed every measurement in the fit chart and the delivered sizes were not what they claimed. They want me to pay to send them back to China. I settled for a 50% refund. But am still out about $65 including the $25 expedited shipping I paid.

Their website is always as user-friendly as I would like it to be. But as far as what I look for, some of the things are hard to locate. They have a lot of cute jumpsuits and that's one of the things that's hard to locate on there. Also, their sizes are kind of wonky. It is a China website so sometimes, I get a little surprised. But I tend to order big because I am a seamstress and I can take things in if they don't fit exactly the way I want them.

The clothing looks cute online but when you get it, most of it is all polyester. Also, it was hard to figure out what size to buy because you have to really look at the small print and know where to look to make sure you're getting the right size. I have about 20 different things but only three that fit. I have a whole huge box full of stuff that I didn't return that didn't fit. It's hard to get to customer service and it’s hard as well when you’re on the site. Polyester is a cheap material and looks pretty. It doesn’t fade. But it’s the last thing you want if you're a plus-size person trying to buy something online.
I'm not that impressed with the clothing at LightInTheBox but I've had some fun buying some of the jewelry and kids' toys and I bought some houseware stuff. There are other things besides the clothing and the jewelry. You just have to find and be able to know how to find the stuff. I was on my own with that so I had to just sit there and play around until I figured it out. And then I had the problem again and I was wondering how I found that. It was hard to try and find the customer service. I figured it out one time and sent them a message, and then a few months later, it was the same problem. I've gone to two other websites, Temu and Shein, and the selection that they have is about four times as much as LightInTheBox. It would be nice if LightInTheBox added in more products so they have a larger selection of stuff.

I didn't like the idea of ordering dancing shoes online but a friend talked me into it. Shoes arrived at the earliest date they gave me. I placed an order and received it but they sent me the wrong item. I ordered 2 pairs of linen pants in black and white. I received the black ones but rather than sending me the same pants in white they sent me another pair of black pants in a different style. Of course I informed them immediately and requested that they just resend me the white pants that I ordered and that's exactly what they did. That's what I want to make very clear, they go to great lengths to make their customers happy. Especially when they goofed up. I haven't received the re-shipment yet but they have been shipped and I should have them probably by or before Monday 2/5.
I'd also like to express how much I LOVE your products and your prices. I've ordered quite a bit now and overall I'm happy with my purchases. And I will Definitely be back for more. I may just place an order today. Your customer service is AWESOME. I have even sent a not very nice email and said some things that I shouldn't have and they responded with apologies and SOLUTIONS to my issues and That is why I'm still here and will continue shopping with you because here in America customer service just does NOT exist anymore. Using the size guide with the items is very useful since the S, M, L, XL are not the way to find the correct size but by using the bust and hips measurements that come with the description. There was a computer glitch so the size ordered was a zero (I am nowhere close to that size). I immediately contacted customer service to rectify the situation, who responded the next day saying that my made-to-order dress was already being processed and I would have to pay over $60 to change the size. I responded that I had alerted them of the problem immediately (within an hour of the order) so that they would not start making the wrong size and that I should not have to pay for a computer error. It is 3 days later and I still have not heard back from them with their decision and I have emailed them all 3 days requesting a response.
I just want them to communicate so I can make alternative plans if I need to, and get my full refund if they don't wish to honor my request without additional payment. I have resorted to writing this review in hopes that they will respond and respond favorably. I really like the dress and hope to wear it next month at my daughter's Cotillion Ball.

Really happy with LightInTheBox. Excellent prices, most are half what you would pay at a Walmart. I didn't join as Gold Member at the start but after getting my 1st order, I made a couple more orders and knew that I would be buying more so I joined and now enjoy $4.99 for shipping and the savings on not paying full price for shipping that the Gold Membership would pay for itself after a few more orders in the near future. They have all the cool little gadgets for good prices and lots more. I picked up a laptop bag (thin style) just to help protect it and it was under $10!!! Bought a nice Men's White winter Bomber jacket (very nice coat) for under $40. I can't lose even if it only lasts for one season. It's well worth it. I RECOMMEND that you join as member.

While I waited for my order, 2 items got CANCELLED without my approval or knowing about it; not only once but twice, on 2 separate occasions!!! I did not want to cancel these 2 items, and I want them replaced!!! *FYI....Ask the customer if they want to wait for more stock, want to exchange for something else, or want a refund...."before canceling on the customer!!!" It took 6 weeks for part of my order to arrive!!! I say "part" because of them canceling 2 items, without my permission!!!
The Women's Cardigan size Medium I ordered, wasn't as long as in the picture for 1 thing, because in the pic it's down to her shins, but this would only go to the knees! But the WORST thing about this Cardigan was the Width of it!!! It was LITERALLY wide enough to fit my 300lb gf, and was still loose on her....literally not kidding!!! I told LightInTheBox immediately that I'm returning it and want a refund but they told me to keep it, but still gave me a refund! So I gave it to my 300lb gf! I guess that was ok, but not really, because I really wanted the extra long cardigan sweater that was in the picture! Just like I wanted the boots and pants they canceled on me!!!!
I won't ever shop with LightInTheBox ever again! The length of time for my delivery, the quality, wrong measurements, and wrong pictures of the cardigan sweater, and especially taking it upon themselves, to cancel a customer's order, without the customer knowing, and not asking the customer in the 1st place!!! And to make matters worse & why I'm doing this review, is because LightInTheBox "refused to replace", the boots & pants that they cancelled off of my order!!!

Updated on 01/28/2024: I was advised that a full refund will be provided by consumer affairs and this is not the case. Lightinthe box are thieves, they stall your communication, make you wait 1 business day, give you the runaround to allow days to go by and justify not trying to cancel or provide full refund. Consumer affairs advised I would get full refund. Right after that this company cancelled order advising they were going to refund 123.00 out of 215.93. Need to understand when and if I will be getting my full refund. The company ignores all communication with concerns. Please people do not use this website. You will take a loss.

Was asked to allow 1 business day for reply. Then an email was sent with delivery sla and how I have to include mail time. The dress was a pretty little dress for my kid but it was much larger than expected. I am attempting to exchange but not sure how this will all end. I had to pay for the return shipping for two shirts and the dress together which was more than I paid for the two shirts. I had to though because I do want the dress exchanged and I had to make it worth my while but I’m not sure it will be. The shirts I ordered for myself were tiny and very see through. The padding in the bust was so obvious.

The shirts I purchased were good, the style was right but you have to order them two sizes larger to get a proper fit. I haven't ordered pants or shoes for this one reason alone. Fair experience overall! Items got delivered within provided time frame. What I didn't quite like is the colors from both sweaters, which were much pale (like faded colors) compare to pictures shown. Could relate to size chart provided and sizing was quite right. Fabric is okay, not great, very thin compare to what I was expecting from a hoodie/sweater and have no soft layer inside of it. Feels a bit cool on cold Canada winter days!

The only downside is delivery time, very long. Also returns should be free. Very expensive to send back and what is offered is really low as a compensation. Would recommend to be able to print return label. It would be better and you would sell more. I would prefer to exchange and buy more and it was free.

Products are as described and the electronic ones work well. Tapestries are pretty. The tracking is fairly accurate so you know where your package is and they keep you informed as to where in the packing and pick process your order is. I will probably be ordering a few more things I have my eye on in the near future.

At first I didn't know what to expect from LightInTheBox, but with the prices being what they are, decided to give them a chance. I'm glad I did as the products I purchased are all really good quality and available in my size (except for shoes). I've placed 2 orders now and both have been handled perfectly with no complaints on either. Everything has held up to being washed and dried so far and are very comfortable. Lost my legs in 2022. Being able to have exactly what I see online delivered is wonderful. In the few instances where a problem was encountered the customer service team is superb to deal with.. I absolutely love the clothes. Very very nice look and the quality of clothes exceptional. The shipping time I really don't mind. It isn't that long considering it's in a different country than I live in. So I would expect that time but however I paid to be a gold member and it only lasted a couple months because I went to go place another order and unlike the 499 or something like that the standard shipping is supposed to be they want to charge me $35 for order. I really like the products.
I've utilized ordering since I started quite a bit like I've been on there almost every other day and I placed at least four different orders. Love the products that the company has the offer but I'm not going to pay $35 for shipping for anything. So it's been nice and it's been fun but I can't get that $4.99 or whatever it is for the deal that I've already paid for and it hasn't lasted a solid year and you want to charge me $35. No definitely not. I've enjoyed the experience but I will not be taking advantage of like that because I 1835 for no damn shipping and handling.

I found LITB’s web site last June and was blown away. The different designs, bright colors, and outrageous artwork on their shirts are nothing short of amazing. I ordered a few dresses, shirts and a pair of handmade shoes. My order arrived on time as quoted, it can be tracked all the way from packing to delivery, nice and easy. Products arrived in great condition, clothing fits well and made well. Now the shoes are handmade and well worth the cost. They are beautiful and fit me so well and better than any shoe I have purchased any place before, I love them. My feet are narrow and these fit me like a glove and are comfortable.

I love this company! I get a lot of 3D/optical illusion shirts from here and literally always get comments on them. Some have tried to grab at the shirt, and about other shirts it makes them feel dizzy. I have also submitted photos to have put on shirts and every one of them have turned out great. I received my order and once again quite pleased with the quality and sizing. Even though items are shipped from China and it takes 3 weeks to receive, all items were as described. I had an issue with one of the items in my order with sizing and material. I was refunded my money and I sent the item to one of my local charity stores. One issue I have with LightInTheBox is the quality of items is hit and miss. The type of fabric is not listed correctly, the sizing charts are different as some are product size and some are body size. When I look at items I usually read the reviews and go by them. I wish they had a better return or exchange as I don’t want to be stuck with crappy items..

People do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS COMPANY... worst products ever Quality. The design on the sleeves and the front doesn't match what's on the picture you have for the order! I'm enclosing the picture of what I received and the picture from your website to compare it's like night and day. People do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS COMPANY. Extremely hard to get any customer service to help to send the product back... Their page doesn't go through for returns of the item for 2 days now so you could give up and accept the %10 they offer. Cheap trick... I'll be opening a case with PayPal against this company to get money back plus all over the social network I'll advise people not to buy from them.

I hesitated on buying since I had a negative experience in other online business, but let me tell you that my experience with LightInTheBox is been very positive. My first order came and was impressed with the quality for price, so I place 2 more orders since. Just have in mind that it takes a little bit of time for the order to arrive but the quality is great and when checking for size measure yourself and pick according your measurements. Don't go by your usual size and you won't have a problem.

I’ve purchased many items from LightInTheBox. Some were fantastic. They looked good, and the prices were affordable. However I’ve also received items that I didn’t think were worth even a dollar. The models wear clothes that look gorgeous and I know I’m no model but it’s also the quality I look for in the photo and so often I get disappointed because the quality doesn’t seem the same. I see a lot of people are extremely happy with their products and purchases. I would like to see better quality in the clothing and a description of the materials used. The LightInTheBox company has a great selection of items with different pricing for almost any budget. The shipping does take a bit of time, and it seems to have improved plus your items are well packaged. The customer service team has always been very responsive and a big help, and I appreciate that.

Most products are reasonably priced. The selection of items is overwhelming. You can find pretty much anything on the site and then some! True to size depends on the item, can be a hit or miss. The quality of the product is 50/50. I've bought really nice quality items and I've bought items where I was disappointed with the material.

I ordered two of the same product; acupressure pens. One was as ordered…rechargeable. One was not as ordered…battery driven. I tried the one that I had wanted. Unfortunately, it was faulty…Stuck on the highest level, which caused pain when using. I have not tried the battery operated one. Rather than go to the trouble of returning the items, I accepted LightintheBox’s offer of a 70% credit. I am pleased with the time and care the company took to make the experience less problematic than I was expecting. I’m very happy with most of the things I’ve bought from the company.

Two items require return due to incorrect size chart provided. Others did not resemble what was in the pictures. Was offered a 60% refund not to return but can't take advantage of that because Lightinthebox requires return of the 2 exchange items. Have been trying to sort this out for almost 2 weeks. They are very slow to respond and not very helpful. It would make more sense for them to just send the 2 items I need and give me the 60% on the others and avoid return and all this back and forth. I would just donate the unwanted items. So far no resolution. If their size chart is wrong, why do I have to pay return shipping?
Lightinthebox refunded most of my purchase without return.

Have always received orders but take a long time from overseas. Dress was as shown; material very thin and measurements reasonably accurate although on sites they vary considerably. Should show actual wearers with height, weight, and body measurements. Customer service has been good. Some items better than others and would like more detailed description to avoid sending back or refunds if ordering online. Pictures of actual wearers are best way of showing items. Rewards waste of time and not processed at all well.

I have always been nervous about ordering clothing online. Due to size differences depending on where the clothing is manufactured. Everything I have ordered so far from LightInTheBox has exceeded my expectations. The prices are reasonable and the sizes have been true. Glad to find you. The quality of your product is very good. I like that you give a good description of every product.

Overall I am happy with the majority of what I have purchased, however, their clothing sizing is for the birds! I have purchased several jackets/coats and ordered one size up from what I normally wear. Out of 3 jackets, all ordered 3X, one is fine, one is a bit tighter than I'd like but is wearable, and the third is way, way too small and not remotely close to a 3X. If I want to return an item I have to pay postage to return it to China and I can only get a partial refund. This policy is terrible customer service and I'm sure I'm not the only person with this complaint. The overall quality of their products varies. Some is fine, some is pretty cheap, but you get what you pay for I guess. Will I buy from them again? Yes, I probably will, but it won't ever be clothing again.

I absolutely love Lightinthebox. Have ordered several times and plan on always ordering from them. Considering how far it is to have an order filled they have been pretty good and the items I’ve ordered have been great. Their emails on updates are spot on. Look forward to more orders. Unsatisfied with Lightinthebox solving the issue. All the sizing are way off from the sizes ordered. The necklace was broken and the quality was not as showed in the picture. We are after sending different forms and every time we get back another form asking the same questions for a different dept.

Because the shoe sizes are in US it can be very difficult to pick the correct size if you are Canadian. Years ago I knew that if the sizes were US then I would have to go up 1/2 size. In Canada I take size 8 or in EU39. When I wanted to return the booties I was told I would have to send them back to China and pay for shipping. Needless to say, I was very upset. This was my first experience with LightInTheBox and I am 72 yrs. old. I am not a teenager. I was not even offered an exchange which I would gladly go for but there is no one that I can call and speak to about this. Everything is online which is very frustrating.

Paid for expedited shipping, have received 4 different dates to arrive, have received an arrived message on 1/5/2024, was told to be patient with this order. Was told it's out for delivery on 1/9/2024. Would like to know what is going on. I needed this dress for a work event on 1/11/2024. Still have not received this order. Am very upset. I purchased a fluffy cat hoodie for a friend's Christmas and she loves it! I got myself a pair of purple boots. I was worried buying shoes without trying them on but they were so cute! I shouted hallelujah when I put them on; they FIT and are SO COMFORTABLE! I hope to get more in different colors!
