I ordered 4 shirts, 3 fit. The white one didn't fit. I have tried every way I know to get some satisfaction from LINB so far zip. I ordered 2X and the shirt I got says 44/4XL. It fits light. It was a medium, doesn't even come close to fitting. I am waiting for my LAST order, bright yellow and another white. I will not be ordering or recommending you until this is resolved.

Beware ordering from this company. If you return your order, you will be responsible for not only return shipping, they refund ONLY the value of the items and keep the sales tax, which is ILLEGAL! My order totaled $96.86. They refunded $75.98 and return shipping cost $17.

I got this shirt that had an ace of spade on it from LightInTheBox and that was awesome. I wore it to California for a friend's birthday party and I got a lot of compliments on it. That shirt brought me to the website of LightInTheBox and I paid for that shirt two years ago but I never received it. I ordered it again and I got it this time. If I see something else on their website, I would buy from them again.

If you need to return, you need to send to China within 7 days. If past 7days, they don't give back the cost. And we need to pay the shipment fee for return. They said, the international shipment is very expensive, just accept 50% reward or give up. This is really horrible company I never ever heard. Please don't be hooked up.

I love the clothes. Sometimes print wise they are a bit different from the pictures on the website, but they are still great. The only bummer: It takes so long to receive the orders. I know they are coming from far away, but....I just like to have my orders quickly and wear them....Especially according to the season.

STAY AWAY...I ordered two dresses from LightInTheBox and sent them my measurements and was quite excited to receive the dresses however, when they arrived, they looked nothing like the pictures on the website and one of them had a zipper that was stuck, also the material was cheap and the dresses were made of sequin and extremely poor quality. When I contacted the company they refused to take these $320 dresses back and offered me a 10% credit from the cost to buy something else from their company. Said they will not refund due to personal issues. This was my response to their return policy.
"As your email listed below states that you cannot accept the return for incorrect sizing not fit" or other Personal Reasons, the issue is not with the sizing nor is it personal. It's with the quality of the work that it is not the same dress and that the zipper on one of them that is also not the same dress is broken. This is not a personal issue. This is a design/quality Issue. I was sold something that you did not have. I am expecting a full refund due to this issue. Please be reminded in this email we have also clearly stated that due to it is Made-to-Order item, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as "incorrect Sizing, not fit" or other Personal Reasons. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

HORRIBLE!!!! They will not refund your money. The products are horrible. Not fitting to shape at all. They want you to make MORE money for them to alter the dress? I want my money back!! I have asked several times. I had to take my own measurements to prove these products do NOT fit.

Cheap clothes. Sizing way too big. Offers you 30% refund and then it goes to credit and you have to jump through hoops to just get the credit to your card. Threw out clothing, took loss on items ordered. It was a $100 mistake. Next time read the reviews.

The dress is very difficult to pull on so much so that I have stretched the neckline :(. Service was speedy and it is a beautiful dress! But now I need alterations. :( The body actually has room which is great to grow but it is really too bad that I have to spend money on alterations to get it on her. There are no issues with fitting anywhere else. Very sad. :(

I have ordered a few times now and I have never had a problem with anything. They keep you updated on where your order is in the system. I have not had any problems with sizes, availability, or speed at which my order is progressing. I have to say this so that everyone will know. Please order from Light in the Box, and not from DH Gate. When you order from DH Gate you will not have your order ship on time, your orders will get cancelled without any explanation, weeks will go by without any movement on the tracking number given. and the website itself will not keep the sellers from doing any of it. If you send a message to a seller, you will be lucky to get a response and if you do, it will just tell you to patiently wait. If you ask them when you will see movement on your order they will tell you that the package is moving normally and you will see movement soon.
I have never had any of that happen when placing orders with Light in the Box. Another thing that you will never happen with Light in the Box is to have your order cancelled and find out that they tripled the price of the items you ordered. If a store did that in the USA, it would be out of business as soon as the country got wind of it. Thank you for listening to my rant. I speak from the heart!

I ordered a O/S shawl for a wedding. It took just shy of a MONTH to get to me. By that time, I no longer needed it. When I tried to return it, they told me they had altered it to fit me! NOT TRUE! No size choice was offered, and none was given. I complained, so they gave me credit for a small amount of the price I paid and let me keep the shawl that no longer need or want. Besides being slow, they will do anything to keep from letting you return an item.

Horrible Jumpsuit because of the material, fit & construction results in unsafe mobility... One cannot even lift their leg in the outfit forget about even trying to ride a bike safely with it on or walk upstairs or sit down. I bought two jumpsuits, a size small and a size medium. The inseam is so low one can not even wear it and the shoulder strap construction does not help.. I even tried to pull the leg up to my knee and it was still unsafe to wear.. Then they make returns a game.. Bartering like keep one and get 30 % off next purchase and other ridiculous offer games.. They make getting a return slip ro nowhere to send it impossible and then say return shipping is between $10- $40 that it may be returned to Asia!!! And then they want a picture of you wearing it!!!
I submitted 3 return attempts via their return submission, called their Chinese robot chat line phone number that attempt also failed AND called another number and repeated all the Info for return on the voice mail message line exactly as asked three times and still NEVER DID THEY ACKNOWLEDGE MY need for return info and address etc. Spent $73 on worthless garbage.. And the picture is not like the material you receive. It is printed so poorly the flowers look like penises!! I still have not been able to connect anyway with customer service for a return refund AND they keep sending me more & more email to shop and rate my delivery. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO PRIDE FOR THEIR MERCHANDISE OR CARE FOR OTHERS..

I strongly advise against making any purchases from Light In The Box. The clothing I bought did not fit at all, largely due to the inaccurate sizing chart provided by the company. Dealing with their customer service for nearly three weeks has been incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple promises, I have yet to receive a return label or a refund. I have no intention of buying from them again and want to warn other potential buyers to be cautious!

This Company, or whatever they are, is a totally off the wall very bad place to do business. The clothes are very cheaply made, not of the correct size, and the return system is a real rip...they might give you 30-50% of the cost of the clothing and you can use that credit on your next purchase. What next purchase? I will never buy anything from them again. One can't even connect with anyone there to discuss anything. I have not a receipt to send you as I never got one. It's very rare that I am disappointed by this site. As long as you watch the sizing when ordering, the clothing is great. I just love the t-shirts. I would give Light in the Box 0 stars if I could. The items that arrived looked nothing like the photos and were incredibly cheap quality. They looked like something a beginning high school sewing student would make. They arrived from a New Jersey address. When I tried to return them, the customer "service" agent tried to convince me to take a 50% refund but get to keep the items. I told them I want a full refund. So now, I have to send them to China, on my dime, which is about $35 shipping. The items only cost $56 so that doesn't make a lot of sense. I'll just throw them away or use them for rags, and keep the carbon footprint down. DON'T buy anything from this company unless you are certain you don't mind throwing your money away.

I've been very happy with the service. LightInTheBox sent me the wrong color one time, but they gave me a discount on it. So I said, "Keep that particular one." The only other thing I had a problem with it was I ordered two belts at medium size and they sent one with a large, but I never complained about it. I've recommended LightInTheBox to other friends of mine and bought a lot of gifts for them.

LightInTheBox works best on the app. Delivery relies on the US Post Office which is the only weak link. Their customer service is phenomenal especially Tatyana if you experience any challenges. I’m a customer for life. I wasn’t sure what to expect in the beginning, but have been pleasantly surprised.

I am very frustrated with LITB sizing. If you look at measurements and the sizes, they do not match. I tried asking a question re sizing, and got a very nonspecific answer that didn't help. I was able to order by measurements before, but now they don't always work.

I think the freight is way out of line. Be nice to get that reduced.. :) There must be cheaper options out there? Also when order is canceled takes too long to get money back. Size of garment seems to vary. I am xl and my long sleeve shirts fit tight.

Overall I am very happy with my order experience with your company and the shirt I received. The design and style are great and materials are high quality. Good email communications about my order but only one thing I’d like to know is about the cost of shipping, insurance and taxes which are far more expensive than the ones my friend paid. She ordered three same shirts and paid $40 each while I ordered 5 shirts paying $48 each. We live in the same town.

I ordered 6 items - 3 of the t-shirts all had the stencil on backwards and the 4xl size is closer to a 2xl size. I will not be ordering from this company again. I am not impressed!! A very unhappy customer. I also thought I was ordering from a company in Oregon, USA not from China. I guess it makes sense with the reasonable priced product - if only the stencils were put on so a person can read what the shirt says.

Lightinthebox.com is a site for clothing and other products from the Asian market. Their customer service is very good, thanks to Megha and her customer support team. The downside is their clothing for men does not follow the US market sizing standards as they run quite small. The manufacturing quality is good as is the fabric they are made from. I have had success with pants and t-shirts. Their other products such as LED solar lights are great. Patience is a virtue when it comes to delivery to the United States. Returns, with prior authorization, are easy but the customer pays the return postage. Thankfully returns are to warehouses in the US which makes postage more affordable. All in all, you can find some fantastic deals, but read the descriptions VERY carefully and use a measuring tape to be sure the size is what you're expecting.

It’s not fair that people can show one thing that is really nice and send a customer something that doesn’t even resemble what was in the picture! I really loved the app at first! But I got my stuff and some was great and some not even close!! I ordered a skirt, shirt that came together and the skirt looked soft in the picture but I got a wrap that I can’t wear because it doesn’t wrap all the way around me and one string is longer than the other and there is no hole to put the string through so it would stay closed if it did wrap around! That’s just one of the many reasons. I could tell you about the skull guy that isn’t or the knitted sweater that was fake but I don’t want to be cruel, I just want to warn people before they do as I have and waste too much money on pretty pictures because that’s all they are because it’s not what you get and they have it on Temu!!

My recent order from LightInTheBox included 2 linen button down shirts. I ordered the 3xl as the 2xl was a bit snug in the upper arm. The shirts arrived quickly with which I was impressed. The delivery process including tracking information was accurate and up to date. The color of the shirts was as expected. The material was as described. Be very careful selecting what you desire and your sizes. Their size charts are not very accurate. I purchase a linen shirt and shorts that did not fit. Upon trying to return I was sent an email that all returns must be shipped overseas, not through UPS or Fedex. I had to pay the return costs and I would only receive 50% back as store credit!

My history for the last year, with LITB, has been pleasing. All of my orders have arrived on time and undamaged. The products are extremely well made with very good materials that are durable and washable. Some of the sizing concerns, I had to adjust to and now I am comfortable when ordering clothing. When there are problems, I am informed and results are always satisfactory. I have been introduced to new products and gadgets that have brought joy to my shopping experience. LITB has made it easy to shop and there are so many items to choose from and I thank you.

After hearing my difficulty and the problems I had, the customer service team reached out and offered to refund my entire order while letting me keep the clothing items (I only needed to return 2 of the 3 items). It would be nice if they had a better return policy to begin with, but having customer service that is responsive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers are satisfied is a good alternative.

TLDR: Order a size larger and be prepared to re-sell any items if they don't work, because returning them isn't worth it. I ordered two pairs of shorts and a short sleeve shirt, all men's medium, as my first purchase from LightInTheBox, and was pleased with the selection and pricing of their products while shopping on their site. When I received the clothes however, it was a different story. All three products were more snug than any other medium-size clothing I've bought. Not by much, but enough that I cannot wear the shorts. The shirt fits me well, but only because I have a short torso (I'm only 5'2" / 1.57 m). It would be too short for anyone with a longer torso which I imagine is most men. The waist and inseam of the shorts are both too small and do not match the size guide on the website.
All of this led me to the last and most important part: this company's return policy is complete bogus! They will only accept returns for things like wrong size and looking different than the website 7 days after delivery for most items. Even if the order comes in damaged or a defect, you only have 14 days. On top of that, you have to pay shipping, and you will only get a determination of whether the return is accepted after you have mailed it back.

I’m not trying to be a pest but the zipper on my dress won’t zip up. I’ve tried pliers and everything else. It just won’t zip up but the material is stunning and the dress is spectacular. I’m just sad about having to re-zipper this. Otherwise I think this is going to be the perfect dress for my special day. I need to completely rethink my hair but this dress fits me perfectly. It does need a petticoat though.

I have received numerous products in a timely manner, always packed protectively, and ready to wear with no preparation. Advertising always shows good quality merchandise, easy ordering procedures, and no double-talk about shipping, taxes, etc. The delivery process is good to excellent using United States Postal Service or Federal Express as carriers. These items are usually placed in the Unites States Postal Box or at the front or back door of my home.

I ordered a custom printed T-Shirts, and have been very pleased with the quality! The t-shirts are a bit thick, but very comfortable, and they wash well. I wish there was an option for a thinner material, and or V-neck. No complaints, as again, the quality is great. The place is a joke and overseas makes returning an item all but impossible or costs more than the product. Ordered 2 pair of pants and after 2 weeks they came in one wasn't even close to what I ordered the other I just have to live with. 2) In spite trying to follow the sizing instructions and getting an XL, the dress barely fits and the jacket is very flimsy and too small.
3) Both pieces or the outfit are extremely cheap looking and not at all good for the occasion I was buying them for.
4) On the website, the outfit appeared to be longer and the hem uneven (not straight) and flowy. Length was slightly below the knee and perfectly straight instead of flowy and uneven like I wanted. (See attached photo of promo on the website and then the actual dress.)
5) Now I must see if I can return it or if they will come up with excuses why I can't.
So disappointed that I got sucked into buying these clothes online - I know better than to trust it. My experience does not match the reviews on their LightInTheBox website. Also can't find a place on the website to post a review, so wonder where they come from.

I purchased a dress from Lightinthebox according to their sizing chart. It did not fit me or look good on me. When I tried to return it they claimed that it was 'custom ordered' which it certainly was not. So I wrote a review of my experience. They do not use email or phone to communicate. You have to keep logging in to see if they have responded. They told me to send pictures and they would refund after they saw my review. I sent pictures with the tag on showing it was still in the packaging. Now when I log in there is no acknowledgment of my order or any correspondence so I am stuck with the dress and it is impossible to contact them. I have tried for days. Would never buy anything from them again.

Very disappointed. I ordered a dress online using their size chart. When I recieved the dress it was way too long and had a very complicated hem that would be difficult and very expensive to shorten. It did not sit well on my body. When I tried to return it they said I could not because it was custom made, which it absolutely was not. So I got stuck with it and will give it away. I have been buying shirts (size M) and dresses (size S) from Lightinthebox for 2 years. A few dresses needed minor alterations, but nothing major. My last order was for 5 shirts and only 2 fit as medium. I spent a week trying to navigate the webpage to return the 3 that were too big. I finally gave the shirts to charity and unsubscribed from The lightinthebox website, a 40 dollar lesson learned. I do not have the order number, as I deleted all correspondence from that website.

Customer service made sure I got my stuff before leaving on vacation and that was awesome! Some didn't fit, as the templates appear to be cut for a thin person whereas the pictures show muscular/thick individuals. I was able to wear most of it and that was fine. The material was a little on the thin or cheap side but it makes total sense for what they charge. I found it acceptable.

Then I ordered a different dress, one size smaller, and it was so small, I couldn't even get into it. I contacted them to ship it back and they say shipping is from $10 to $40 and they don't want you using FedEx, UPS, etc., just USPS. So you pay more to send something back than you pay for the item in the first place.

The shirt that I received (for a wedding) was a different uglier colour and the material was cheap and thick - nothing like the photo and description of the advert. Even the company's returns policy is fake. On requesting a return I was offered 30% of the 30 euros that I have wasted on this inferior product. After many weeks I am still fighting for a full 100% refund. I had to buy a shirt from another company for the wedding as I cannot trust this company. LightinTheBox is a total rip-off and a nightmare to deal with.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered firefly solar light up girl/boy figurines that were to be 9" in height, holding jars with fireflies inside that would light up at night. What I got were 3" figurines that DO NOT have any solar light up function AT ALL. They don't even have the firefly jars. They only offer me a 40% discount on a future order, as if I would EVER order from them again or pay shipping and to return and a 20% refund. Seriously? There is no way to contact the company and customer service sends you to DHL international, which by the way is not responsible for the error of its drivers. I have ordered a dress more than two weeks ago, and it still says preparing... I am disappointed that I haven' got any timeline update. I think I should have been notified if there was a problem and been offered a refund or a different dress. I did an honest review on some received items. Three of them (pants and two shirts were advertised as cotton/linen and they are 100% polyester (very disappointing). I said that I would like to return them, but didn't get a ticket or anything. IT took forever to deliver the product, I cannot get in contact with their customer service, I have tried all means, but their system puts me in an endless loop. I recently ordered a few items from Lightinthebox and paid with a debit card. I got a confirmation email, and in fact my bank record verifies that amount was deducted. Almost immediately I started getting emails that to complete my order I would have to submit payment. I tried to respond, but like many companies, you can not contact them directly. This was a first time purchase, and there will never be another. Deal with this company under your own risk.

Don't buy anything from these people. It's a scam. I ordered something June 1 and still haven't received it. It says it is in the same place every time I try tracking it. Jamaica NY and UPS hasn't received it yet. These people do business with scammers and won't give me my refund because they say it's in transit. Anybody can look at the tracking information and know it's bogus but they insist I can't get my money back until I return the item. I'm looking into this and am going to get the word out to DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

I just returned my entire order of clothes for my husband. One of the pair of shorts was too little for me. Everything we ordered ran small. Then after I paid for the shipping to send the order back, 1- tshirt and 2 pairs of shorts, I was told it would be a month before I received my refund because they had to ship the stuff to China after I shipped it to them. I would say avoid ordering from them. At least Temu does not make you wait a month for a refund.

I'm not happy with LightInTheBox. I posted on Facebook I would never use them and be careful. They are a very fraudulent company. When I try to return something, it would either be in China or Vietnam. Also, it would cost me too much to return it and I would just be stuck with it. I was lucky I got one because LightInTheBox would not communicate with me on at least sending me a shipping label. I would have to pay shipping. The next time, they corresponded and sent me a shipping label. But it would cost $100 to return it, which is more than what the product was.

I tried to send email but couldn't get through. Other than that the materials, the manner in which your orders are handled is without question and if you know how, their AI system works is the best I have ever seen.... The suit I purchased was supposed to be a “MEN’S 2XL”, and it was EXCESSIVELY SMALL!! It was sized to fit a grade school boy! This is ridiculous!! The jacket was far too small, the vest was also far too small, and the pants would not come close to fastening! I wear L to XL clothing, a 34” waist in pants and L suit coats. I ordered the suit in a 2XL! I couldn’t be more disgusted with this purchase! And now I have to PAY SHIPPING FOR YOUR MISTAKE, which negates receiving a full refund! My new online shopping go-to! Huge variety and selection. Must Read descriptions carefully sometimes not clear regarding sizing or number of items in package. Prices even after shipping are reasonable but return policy is interesting. Although I have no use for a damaged product must pay for shipping to return or take a discount to keep it. Weigh the options and take discount and donate item. It takes approximately 2 to 4wks for delivery so plan ahead be patient. I follow tracking info closely found USPS most reliable shipper. I love this site!

I found this company terrible. They said the product would be delivered in three days and it took two weeks. I ordered a cover for an iPhone 11 Pro. After two weeks it finally arrived and the sticker on the cover said iPhone 11 Pro, but it was in half an inch too short, the wrong size. They will not refund your money but give you a store credit so you can have the terrible experience all over again! Do not buy from this company.

Sorry to say, product was cheaply made and disliked. Said cotton but was clearly sleek and shiny. Not at all what I expected. Size wasn't right either. I did contact and was told labels for return would come soon. That was three days ago and nothing so far. The price seemed high and better deals can be found on Amazon or Old Navy sites.

I specifically did not want polyester shirts. They were promised to be cotton/linen. Received my 2 shirts. Is NOTHING coming out of CHINA what is advertised? There is no cotton/linen in these crappy polyester knockoffs. The only tag on these shirts is the size, no contents or cleaning instructions. Total crap and a waste of over $50. They are also heavily wrinkled requiring me to get them steamed in order to wear. I'll probably just donate them as I hate polyester casual button-down shirts. I hope that these people are happy with no repeat business.

Someone at the company erased one of my Orders from my Order lists. I don't have the Order number, because someone at the company erased it from my Order list. I didn't think I would have to write it down. Also, Light in the Box does not send an email confirmation of Orders. It was an Order I placed after Order # **, which did arrive, and before Order # **, which isn't due until 6/28 - 7/04. The expected delivery dates for those items on the erased Order were between 6/22 - 6/28 of this month. I can't get ahold of a live person at Customer Service. I can't call them or send them an email. I like the products and made several purchases -- but the service is terrible. I lost money on that Order and have no recourse. What a shame! :-(

There is no actual return policy. They state everything is “made to order” even if you are ordering a standard size with no customization. They run you around in circles so that you become exhausted of trying to figure out what their “new” rules are. Extremely untrustworthy and they cheat you out of your money one way or the other.

I had purchased a pair of boots for a project and selected the size based on their requirements. When the item arrived the box was damaged and reeked of cigarette smoke. The boots did not fit. Upon communicating with them for 3 days to do an exchange, they tell me I needed to pay for shipping myself which could take 2-4+ weeks for them to receive and would only accept USPS when they shipped DHL. I am on a time crunch with these boots and can't sit around waiting.

These are lightweight hoodies that was offered in many colors. I now have four. They are comfortable and have four zippered pockets that offer versatility for keeping a car key fob in the chest area, one the arm and two to keep your hands warm and safely secure any loose items. The price for the hoodies was excellent. They arrived within ten days and was packaged well. I had to return one product and their customer service was prompt and efficient.

I purchased a light fixture from Light in the Box for $300 and it was damaged and unusable when it arrived. I sent photos and the company first offered me 10% refund to keep the damaged item. I declined and then they increased their offer to 20%. I told them that I wanted a full refund not a percentage and that they needed to send me a prepaid shipping label in order for me to return the item. They then said- If I would send back (at my expense) the light bulb only that when they received the light bulb- they would refund my money. Ridiculous. I can't trust that they will do that AND I have to pay to ship an item from US to China? I am working with PayPal and the Light in the box still insist that I cover the cost of shipping a damaged/defective item back at MY expense. Totally crazy!

Completely ripped off. They took my money then emailed me that they were out of the products I had purchased and refunded me less than half of what I paid. The polo shirts they sell are made out of a really, really thin material that will not hold up after washed. The collars will also not hold up after washed. Their customer service was horrible. If you try to return your purchase, be ready for the runaround. They will also make you pay the postage to return your item to their facility in China. Horrible, horrible way of doing business.

I bought some cargo shorts. Delivery was smooth and prompt. The advertising was correct and not misleading except for Multi Pocket, Zipper Pocket (not real pockets). The shorts fit quite well. The material was rubbishy and the 4 zips are false pockets, useless, a fashion statement! Not functional. The side pockets are tiny. The actual pockets have no fasteners, an invitation to pickpockets. Not for me. I won't buy sight unseen again.

I would never buy from this company again! I ordered a suit two sizes up from my true size and it didn't fit. When I wanted to return the suit they said it was under wedding attire and I could not return it! The page I ordered the suit had no indication it was under wedding. I tried emailing the company and wanted to speak to a (real) person! They have ignored my 3rd email. Don't buy from this company!!!

These people are a Chinese scam - Do not buy from them - If they trick you with the advertising and western images - please do not believe it! I purchased a suit and I wanted to return because it was too small, the material was not as I expected for the price and it arrived two days after my event. I requested a refund and was told that I could not receive a full refund but they would issue credit. A credit is not what I wanted because the cost of the suit was $196.00. I shipped the item back at my expense back to China. The cost was $47.00. I submitted the claim with my bank as a dispute. Provided them with tracking number. This is not a trustworthy company!! One of the worst experiences ever!!!!

Your products are fine, as a general rule. Sometimes they appear rather cheaply made. But you get what you pay for I guess. Delivery is the problem. It takes weeks to receive your orders. I mean up to a month. It has been tempting a time or two to just stick with the competitor. LITB's competition delivers within 2 weeks. Just saying.

I was pleased with the 2 shirts and 3 shorts I ordered. 1 shorts was supposed to be orange but looks more brown if anything but it's fine. My main issue is the coupons we get from the stars. I wasn't aware once we redeem them they expire within 2 to 3 days. On top of that I thought I could use it for a purchase but I found out I need to purchase a certain amount to use. So I just wasted my stars to get the coupon and basically that's wasted because I can't afford to buy 120 dollars worth of stuff so recently.

My family tried ordering a sweatpants and hoodie set a couple years back around Christmas time and what came was something entirely different and for a male child whereas I'm a grown female. I wasn't too happy that you wanted us to pay for return shipping and go thru the hassle especially around Christmas time so I ended up giving it away to a friend of mine for her eldest son to grow into. The one piece pants I recently bought is awesome but does have a design flaw with having Luffy's arm on the other pant leg that was only supposed to be Chopper on that leg. They are a bit long in the leg so I'll have to wear heels or something to keep them from dragging and the swimsuit material will make them nearly useless during the winter and I wish the description was a bit better before I bought.

I had a feeling as I placed an order telling me don't do it! Long stories short DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Any site with no phone number is not good, sizes of clothing are very, very small, returns? Unheard of! They'll give you a credit you can't find, Support is through emails with no results. Orders take forever to arrive, pretty sure they are in China even though address is eastern US...

Updated on 06/12/2024: I received my $139 refund but not my $107.79 refund for May 10th. I returned one package because everything was way too small and I canceled my next order until thing is got taken care of but they had already charged my account so I'm still waiting on my $107.79 so I'm still waiting on my $107.79 refund from May 10th plus $18 I was charged for postage mailing the other clothes back. The two items in the order were received as described. Both the quality and colors were true to the description in the store. The sizes were also accurate as they fit me well. This company is a scam. Delivery took over 2 weeks with no communication from company and the dress was poor quality and not as advertised. But the biggest problem is that they have deceptive return policies and wouldn’t allow a return despite nothing on their policies indicating this item was not able to be returned. The response to my request also was suspect (you have to request a return and then receive a pre written email) because it made claims that this was not a standard order when it was) but then offering for another $20 to sell you another item. This company has predatory and dishonest business practices and should not be trusted.

Disappointed, pictures below. I ordered a dress for my son's wedding and the item I received was not what was shown in the picture. The size ordered was smaller than what was supposed to be (NO BEADING, NO SPARKLE, THE BACK OF THE DRESS UNDER THE SKIRT PLAIN, SKIRT NO DETACHABLE.) I contacted the seller, and they said it could not be refunded because it is a custom item. I stated that the item was not what was I ordered and supposed to receive. I paid over $100. Be careful and aware when you order here, especially if the item is not low-cost. The record of claiming a refund on the website and communication with CS was deleted.

I ordered the Ninja t shirt. The one where you pull over your head. This idiotic company put the Ninja on the BACK of the t shirt not the inside. I mean c'mon how stupid. I cannot get a hold of anyone..there is no real customer service. I got a bounce back reply saying I could get 60% discount on something else instead. It says I can return the item (which came from Italy because I was tracking it) but leaves no indication how to return it. No, I want a new shirt sent to me done correctly. I ordered two summer dresses, size small. I am 5'7" and 119 pounds. The dresses looked like a large tent on me, it's a shame because other than that they were adorable. My rating would be much higher if I was able to return them, but they clearly have the intent of making returns a convoluted process that is doomed to fail within the very short 7 day window to return!! As further evidence of the clearly inappropriate sizing I gave them to my sister-in-law who is 4'11" and weighs 140 pounds! She is normally a large yet they fit her with room to spare. I cannot for the life of me figure out why they would waste so much material at an increased cost to them to make a dress so large that no one in that size group could possible wear it! The fact that they make it practically impossible to return is a shame on them.

The items look very nice on the website. However when my items arrived they did not appear anything like the items advertised. They looked like junk and I would never wear anything similar to the items I received. When I inquired about the return procedure, I was told they would have to be shipped back to China -AT MY EXPENSE. I looked into shipping costs and discovered the return shipping would cost as much as the item itself. No shipping receipt was provided with items. In summary, once you order and pay for the product it is yours. They advertise a 7 day return satisfaction policy, but that is dishonest, as they do not accept sent to their U.S. address. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I bought three dresses and shorts. Unfortunately their small size is too large for me. I'm trying to get a refund is only like 60%, they're telling me something is custom made. News to me. I have to pay the person that made the dress. I find it difficult to order based on your SIZE for shirts. Your catalog lists different measurements on the BUST for shirts - I usually wear an XL BUT when I look at your listings for shirts, an XL may list the BUST size as 48 inches, yet another shirt will have a different size, say 46 inches. In order for me to get the correct size that fits, I have to get the next size up, say an XL or even an XXL. I had to do that on this order to get the correct fit for myself.
You really have to standardize the Bust measurements to ensure that the shirt will fit comfortably. And it has to be the TRUE measurement of that shirt and any shirts that fall into that category; for instance, all XL shirts must have the SAME bust measurement. Attached is a Standard size chart for MEN's shirts, sweaters, jackets; XL: Neck=18-18.5 inches/Chest= 45-48 inches/Sleeve(long) = 34.5 - 35 inches

The quality is generally pretty good although they seem to be doing fulfillment for some other brands now, and things like sizing and fabric quality are a bit inconsistent across their range of products. Just trust the sizing charts for each product and you'll mostly be OK. Shipping takes a week or two, but isn't bad. Overall I have had good experiences with them.

There is no available customer service. The number is out of service. The change order button did not work. There was not a place to contact anyone. I found I was charged for membership in addition to the purchase.

I ordered 2 in orange and apricot and the colours were true, as well as the size as long as you measure yourself. Don't go by what you wear in the stores. The material was thinner than I thought it would be. I have ordered many items from here and have loved them all.

Found the most gorgeous dress and was excited to order it - ordered my size and received a little over two weeks later. When I tried the dress on it wouldn’t zip up. I reached out to customer service and they said it couldn’t be returned for “not fitting”! For online shopping it should be EASY to return, instead I’m out almost $200 for a dress that doesn’t fit!

I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The first time I bought a suit and I didn't try it on for a few days and after I decided that it didn't fit properly I was told that I had waited too long to return it and so I had to keep it. The second (And last time i will buy anything from LightInTheBox) I had to send TWO photos of the pants and explain again and again why I didn't like them. Then I was told I needed to send them back to CHIINA!!! The postage was $30+ and so I decided to keep them and I will give them to charity. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! Candace **

I ordered two pair of shoes, neither one fit but customer service were very accommodating with options to resolve. The jewelry was very nice, both piece I will wear for my daughters wedding. I would definitely order again as the shipping was communicated very well and it arrived in a timely manner.

I ordered a pair of shorts from LightInTheBox and when they arrived I tossed them in the trash, disappointed. They were as cheaply made as possible. The graphics were stenciled on and were of poor quality. I revisited the ad and no mention was made of the fabric. Now I know why, it was as cheap and "plastic-like" as it could be. I have never felt more taken-advantage-of with an internet purchase in my life. I have never written a negative review before, but I am compelled to do so now in hopes that no one else has the same experience. I will never buy from these folks again. Great photos of beautiful clothing became: Are you kidding me? These are of the poorest quality, thus, the trash.

Ordered a chain size 24inch, the one I got was 21 inch, I was sent a replacement of the same wrong size again! So 2 orders, 2 wrong sizes, still no remedy!!! I'm not happy. How is it possible your company would send a 21 inch chain 2 times? And why has no one gotten back to me yet? I am very confused.

Please do yourself a favor and do not order through this company, my order was on the way and next thing you know it has been sent back to sender in China. I pay extra to get deliver through DHL and when I call them to find out where is my order, they told me that USA Customs did not let my order in to USA and send it back to China.
