    I purchased the dragonfly door cover as well as one of the Easter Bunny (double) garage door covers. I placed the door cover on the day of receipt; I've received inquiries from several neighbors. Although I've not yet hung the Easter cover, I've looked at it and it's beautiful. A couple of years ago I purchased a Christmas-themed garage door cover and love it.     The LightInTheBox site is amazing with the number of products that they have. I really liked a lot of the men's shirts. Those were really cool and different. The number one thing was the price of the products. I thought they were too good to be true. I ended up purchasing a woman's shirt and dress.

    When I got those, I could tell that it was imported and the quality was less. However, the quality to the price was not far off. The prices were good. I ordered again and got a men's shirt, which was really cool. I've gotten several compliments on it. I do feel like the cut was a little bit off, but it is something I wear.

    I also ordered a jacket and it wasn't what I expected. I was expecting something in cotton blend, not in polyester. But it was pretty cool. The only drawback was it was small for the size. I ordered an XL, but the sleeves and shoulders were too small for what I usually order in an XL. So I gave the jacket away and reordered another one in XXL size. It's really nice and I like it. I want to give LightInTheBox another shot because I've had some hits and misses in that.

    This website is a scam. The clothes are nothing as pictured on the website. The return policy is non existent. I purchased over $300 in dresses that were absolute garbage and was told I could not return them because they were “made to order.” This is absolutely untrue. They are cheap, prepackaged items. Instead of a refund I was offered a 20% coupon to buy more garbage in their shop. A joke. The “return policy” on their website is completely false. Save your time and money and shop at a real store.

    I mistakenly ordered a size SMALL on a puffy vest, and want to exchange it for a MEDIUM. However, I find the directions on how to do so very complicated from the website.     I was looking for a very specific type of frosted LED lights at 12 volts. I found it in LightInTheBox after using Google. Purchasing was standard. There is a catalog with product descriptions, then add the item to your check out. So, the online experience was good. What was a bit challenging was to understand the color temperature of the actual versus what was on the website. Delivery was within reasonable time. It just showed up fine. I am just not sure that the color temperature of what I actually have now matches the color temperature that was on the specification. It looks brighter or whiter and not as warm as I thought it would be. LightInTheBox has a good selection of items.

    LITB falsely advertises shipping time. The have claims on their product ads that say "DHL Delivery in 3 - 5 Days" to get you to pay higher shipping costs for faster delivery. The truth is this is a False Advertisement and State Attorney Generals should file lawsuits against this company. LITB also falsely advertise products are available. Then, after waiting weeks for the product to arrive, they tell you that the product was not available. In the attached photo of an order I placed 4 of the 5 items were not available and the 1 that was available was shipped late even after I paid for the faster shipping LITB falsely advertises.

    I ordered some items for Christmas in early November and didn’t receive them. They came well after the holidays and when I submitted a request to return them the automated response was they would send me another. Instead of a refund I am supposedly getting duplicate items which have also been delayed by 2 months. No way to get a response or initiate a return. The quality of the items I did receive was sub-standard. I was fooled into ordering but will never deal with them again. Don’t do it!

    I am sharing my experience with the LightInTheBox, which proper would be called ShadowInTheBox. This store shipped the item that supposed to come before my wedding, but was never received. After delivery due I suspected that something is wrong and contacted them. They said it was delivered, but when I look to the photo of the box that they sent me it didn't look like it was my dress as it was very small and can't imagine it could fit there. But the main issue is that photo was done outside the apartment complex by an entry. So it wasn't brought and put inside the mailbox or by it or even by my apartment door. The delivery spot was very unusual, so after I saw their message I went there but nothing was there. Then I message them again but was completely ignored. It supposed to be a big good event in my life but unfortunately those people just don't care.

    I purchased 4 shrugs from LightInTheBox. I previously ordered the exact same shrug last year. The fabric was light and fit extremely well. These shrugs were a heavier fabric and were smaller. This is a fabric defect. I requested an exchange and received horrible customer service. I was asked to measure the shrug, pay a 40% additional charge or return to China at my expense without any direction. This company indicated that they have simple returns for exchanges. I am a repeat customer and surprised at how I am being treated.

    I have ordered a handful of times from LightInTheBox and love this company. I had one question with my first order--they gave me a credit of $8.50 (I think I'm remembering the correct amount); I wasn't after a credit just an answer to my question but received both. There were a couple items in another order that became unavailable. I did not have to contact them; they refunded along with shipping. I have been extremely happy with the items I have received. They are described well, and sizes are described well too so have not had to send anything back. (I hope tariffs are not placed on this wonderful business that is headquartered in Singapore; that will cost me more as a US citizen. Fingers crossed that tariffs do not happen. We are all neighbors in this world called Earth after all.)

    Buyer beware! Ordered a typical 11.5 shoe and it was extremely tight. Tried to return it and it's a very difficult and long process and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.     This company is a complete SCAM!!!! I paid $200 for two dresses. A month later they arrived and didn’t match the photos in pattern or color! I returned them and 2 MONTHS later my package came back to me stamped with Chinese writing. Undeliverable. I’m out $200 and the shipping cost!!! They had offered me 30% to keep it.     I paid a total of $198.66 for the items, plus I was automatically charged for shipping insurance. The items arrived very late, one item was damaged, and another item did not arrive as it was out of stock. They refunded me $37.77 for the out-of-stock item, but they did not include the tax in the refund or adjust the tax from the total payment I made.

    I am now trying to return the damaged item and requested a refund of $49.99, which is the price of the item without taxes. However, their customer service informed me they would only refund 60% of the item's price, and I would need to provide my own return label and ship the item back to Asia. I argued that they should provide the return label since I already paid for shipping fees and insurance, but they ignored me. If I have to return this item to Asia at my expense and only receive a 60% refund, I’ll end up paying more. I’d rather use the damaged item as a mop—it would at least be useful that way. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. It’s better to shop with Shein or Temu—they are much more helpful to their customers.

    First time shopping here and last. Prior to vacation, I found this site and liked several shirts I viewed and for the low price, I took the plunge. Once received, I found myself asking - who made these clothes, how old were they (6th-8th grade), what experience level IF any, did they have in making clothes. Of 10 shirts, two I kept to lounge around the house in and threw the others out after 1 wear. Two shirts were made for a gorilla with the arm length 4” over the mark. Four shirts were made from an unbreathable material that felt like recycled plastic. The shirts were stiff, the good news, they probably don’t wrinkle easily but you CAN'T wear them in hot weather due to sweat and being uncomfortable.

    Three others, the sewing of material from one side to the other was NOT in unity. If you looked, you could visually see that the design or fabric did not match correctly. I had one person laugh and ask me WHERE I found these shirts. For what I paid, lesson learned. Cheap price equals POOR quality and return on money. I already knew the lesson, had to learn again just to verify.

    Dear Consumers, When purchasing anything from LIGHT-IN-THE-BOX, it will be a FINAL purchase. There is no realistic return policy with LIGHT-IN-THE-BOX. I purchased a dress that did not fit. The return address on my shipped dress was Jane **, 3 Lincoln Drive, Fairfield, NJ. Further examination of USPS tracking revealed the shipper WASN’T Jane ** but HABIT PARCEL EBUSINESS INT LTD, 371 Little Falls Rd, Ste 4, Cedar Grove, NJ. Google maps of these addresses revealed empty buildings with rental signs.

    I contacted the company and asked for an address to return the dress. I was instructed to send it to China with tracking. USPS estimated shipping without tracking to be $35 and $80 with tracking. The dress cost $36.98 plus shipping $13 plus shipping address $1.39. A total of $51.47. Further emails with the company gave me the option to keep the dress and get a 60% refund. I chose this option and asked them to credit my AMEX card. The next email I received informed me that I will NOT get a credit of $22.19 on my AMEX card. Instead, I get a credit with the company towards additional purchases. I have disputed the charge with AMEX. I consider this company a SCAM. BUYER BEWARE!

    I was in the process of purchasing about $275 of items from this supplier but during checkout out they require a whopping $56 for USPS shipping. Lol! So much for decent prices, don't know about the quality but wow! Talking about raking you in shipping and handling! So, I tried Amazon and searched their products but it's 3rd party so LightInTheBox charges shipping and handling forfitting Amazon free delivery Prime benefit policies. I called Amazon and recommend they pull their ads for Prime members.

    We pay Amazon an annual fee for free shipping so why would I pay $8.59 for a $13 ball cap on Amazon? Folks, I would call this ripping off customers because USPS shipping is not that high in the first place and usps is the worst carrier in the country. When I buy a product from any supplier, I reject the order if the company chooses a low quality carrier such as usps. "Speaks volumes about their quality" is the first thing that comes to mind. Make all the excuses you want but a customer spending $275 direct from your facility should receive free shipping and a discount on top of it all. This store is not for me!

    Color mismatch. Supposed to be a champagne dress, but bead & sequin mesh overlay was clearly blush. Returns page & app were both unresponsive and malfunctioning with error messages.     I've been ordering for quite a few years now. I try to order the grandkids' Christmas clothing the first week of November. I didn't receive all of my second order until the second week of December, and one item from my first order. It leaves the factory within a week or two, it's when it hits the United States that it's an issue on delivery times. I'm usually always generally truly satisfied, once I received them.     I bought a dress for my wedding. It took about 4 weeks for the dress to arrive. I bought the dress my size, but when it arrived it's way too small. It's about 3 sizes down. I asked for a return; they want to instead give me 20% back of my money which is not fair. The dress was made for someone with no bust at all. They're telling me it's made to order. I don't understand when I never ask for customization. Horrible service. I will never purchase from this site again.

    Not as described/shown in advertising. The covers I was supposed to get were held in place by a complete elastic. Mine came with little hook that was to be hammered into door (can’t as I have metal doors) & the door cover hung by grommets from little plastic hooks!!     We were sent a blazer that does not fit. The “large” that was sent is actually a small by the company’s own size chart. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company to correct the company’s mistake. The company’s fix was to offer me 50% of the purchase price not including shipping, tax and insurance which I have paid. Ridiculous! I will never do business with this company again.     I am a streamer and I have my own logo brand that I wanted to print on a wrap around shirt. Here in the United States they do not have this technology. Very upsetting. I love this company and the accessibility is next to none, if anyone has complaints it's because they are spoon fed and don't travel around to other countries around the world or know how difficult it is to get certain products shipped in that you can not get through your major buyers like Amazon. Amazon or Walmart does not have this type of unique services and Etsy has its own problems and limits. Companies need competition not monopolies!

    I like LITB (with one con to follow). I've only placed 2 orders. First order for some fun printed beach shirts and shorts. Look as pictured. Fit as described. Good quality. No issues with the delivery process. Second order was some (2) cargo shorts. One linen pair fit and material were as advertised. Second had no size on tag- measuring indicated a size less than ordered. Messaged LITB with pics. Overnight a reply- "Keep the shorts, and we'll refund you for them and part shipping." Great! Nice customer service!. Because of positive experience found and ordered 3 more cargo shorts (still to arrive). Can't wait.

    My "gripe" - They have a game like shopping reward system where you log in and are awarded coins that eventually add up to cash discounts. It's geared to make you buy. I'd take a version of the app that is all business and no gimmicks over this. Go to the online store, order and done. No flash and bling like a casino trying to spur you into more purchases. And you get tons of sale related notifications - hate it. If I want something, I'll log in, have a look and buy. Don't enjoy being harassed. Maybe it's just me.     LightInTheBox is very easy to use. I needed a costume and I was pleasantly surprised with my product from them. My husband even saw something on there that he wanted for himself. They have a lot of nice things on their website. We do a lot of social events and costume parties and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. In fact, I'm getting ready to order a Christmas decor that caught my eye.

    However, the return process is a little extra and I don't like to have to deal with it. When you go to the website and hit "Click here for return information," there are five pages. I had to print it to make sure I was gonna get it 'cause I wanted to get it right. It's on me to pack it up, label it and pay the postage. I bought two dresses. One was perfect but the other one didn't fit at all. They offered me to keep it and they would return half of my purchase price. But I'm just gonna have a dress I can't wear so that doesn't work for me. That had to be returned and I'm still waiting for that return process to happen. I've mailed it, but I haven't seen my credit yet. But they are fairly responsive by email. I asked them what's the status of my return and they asked me to send the tracking number, which I did today.

    I have been trying for a week to return a dress I bought from Light in the Box. I want to return the dress I purchased and receive a FULL refund to my credit card. I was MISLED by the photo and description on the website. I later noticed another review from someone with the exact same complaint I have. Besides refusing to give me a return address, I cannot believe that they expect me to pay the return shipping when THEIR COMPANY CAUSED THE PROBLEM.

    In addition to the $159 charge for the dress, they charged another $48+ in shipping, shipping insurance and taxes. They e-mailed me to offer a 20% refund and I keep the dress (which I would never wear). I do not want a 20% refund. I want a 100% refund to the Visa credit card I used to purchase the dress. I TOLD THEM TO JUST SEND ME THE RETURN ADDRESS SO I CAN SHIP IT BACK. THAT IS THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE SOLUTION.

    I purchased 2 hats, 2 sweatpants, 2 corduroy pants. I’ve ordered hats previously and arrived ok. Some needed a little steaming but otherwise fine. Of the 2 hats I ordered, one was wrapped with a form to maintain the integrity of the hat, the other was not. So when the purple one arrived, it was completely flattened. I tried to reshape it but it was too messed up. The pants and sweat pants I ordered were smaller than was listed and was too thin for northern weather. I was offered a percentage off to keep it but what am I supposed to do with clothes that don’t fit and a crunched up hat. I was asked to prove my claim by providing supporting evidence, which I did, images of everything was sent to customer service.

    Then I was offered a larger percentage off but again, what am I supposed to do with something that doesn’t fit and is crunched up?? I opted to send it back for a refund. It cost me $30 to return items that through not fault of my own didn’t fit and wasn’t packed with a form to maintain integrity of the hat. A much better solution would have been to offer me a full refund after I proved my claims and asked me to donate the clothes to a local charity. I was also asked to provide proof that the items were shipped. That’s a lot of things that were asked of me when all of the issues were the fault of the seller. Wrong measurements listed on the website and improper packing. Will this prevent me from ordering clothing and headwear in the future. Absolutely!!!

    I have been very pleased with everything I’ve purchased from them. The cotton T-shirts are soft and fit well, and the zip-front sports bras are very comfortable. The solar-powered outside decorative lights work well.     Light in the Box makes it impossible to return purchases, even when they don't fit. My mother of the bride dress is too small. This is a Chinese company that provides no U.S. address. Contacting their customer service office is impossible. I think I may have to report them to the Oregon attorney general's consumer affairs office.

They offered me a 20% refund for the items. Read the small print. They do everything to ensure they don't refund. I didn't see the fine print but it says it will take 4-7 days to process the order and 3-5 days to ship. You guessed it, It took 7 days to process and 5 days to ship on an expedited shipping order. In addition arrived late on the 5th day and I was not able to use any of the items.

    In addition, the quality of the material was extremely poor and did not fit properly. They offered a 20% refund. I paid $40 for expedited shipping therefore the 20% will not go toward the actual merchandise. This is extremely disappointing. They did offer 40% for store credit. Me and my daughter are stuck with 2 low quality, poor fitting dress. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!! They have lost a future customer.

    It has been since July 17, 2024 I purchased a blue schoolbag as a sample for donations to send for a group of missionary. I asked for discount to buy more bags. They told me if I'm buying over 100 bags, they will gave me 30% discounts. Then later, I received an email from them said in order to get 30% discounts, I must do a review for them which I did. After I did the review, I received another email said sorry we can't give you a new discount. They never gave me a discount before and they never gave me the 30% discounts. Instead they gave $30 off where I'm buying 130 schoolbags for over $2900. Those kids need a schoolbag because they are carried the books in their hands.

    It's been over two months, sending emails back and forth. School started since September, the kids are waiting for those schoolbags and now you guys wait the last minutes to tell me no discounts. You guys from Lightinthebox are a bunch of liars. Force people to do reviews and then lied about your promises. No phone number to reach them, only through email. Now I see why they don't want nobody to contact them through phone. No customer service skills.     I bought two Large shirts from LightInTheBox. They looked nice in the photos, but when the shirts arrived, I was completely disappointed. The fabrics are low quality and extremely wrinkled. The size will also say Large, but for US measurements, they are actually Medium. The photo on LightInTheBox makes you think you are buying a nice shirt, but in reality, they are selling you a different quality than what you see in the retouched photo on their website. I wanted to return the items, but the cost of returning them to China would have cost me almost the same as the shirts. I decided that donating them to Goodwill was a better option. I will never buy from LightInTheBox again.

    In my entire life I have never dealt with a company that goes beyond belief to keep someone from returning items that don't fit. They want you to PROVE they don't fit by having YOU measure them to compare to their sizing chart, take pictures, and attach those to your return order attempt. NEXT, they want you to return items TO CHINA on YOUR DIME, and further, they tell you that you can only use the USPS to return things, you cannot use UPS, DHL, Fed/Ex. Based on the shipping label on the package sent to me, they were sent to me from Illinois USA, but I must return them to China?

    After all that they will look at your return and MIGHT give you a refund if they deem it is a valid request. The problem is the cost to return things to China is more than what the item(s) are worth. Never again will I deal with this company - and it's too bad because they have some very nice items - what I ordered and received is very nice - it just isn't even close to fitting me.

I was freaking out because how can I get this kind of quality and stylish stuff up here in northern New York, which would be hundreds of dollars.     BEWARE!! I ordered 2 Mother of the Bride Dresses that were not custom. They did not fit and I started the return process. They gave me a hard time saying that a size 14 was custom. They do offer custom sizes where you put in your measurements and they order regular sizes. After much back and forth, they agreed to let me return the merchandise. The dresses were returned, they said it would cost $30 and they would reimburse me but the actual charge was $89.95. The return sat in customs for months. I finally called Bank of America to dispute the charge. They told me, sorry, it's past the 60 day allowed. I spoke to supervisors and no one would help me. I called the post office. They told me the order was being sent back to me because Light In The Box would NOT accept the return. I never received the merchandise back nor did I get my money, DON'T TRUST Light in the Box. If I could give them a 0 star I would

    I bought the Renaissance Armor Gaiters Boot Covers. The processing time states 4-6 business days and shipping time of 3-5 business days. What is not mentioned is that the order originated in China. It took 2 weeks to process the order and then it shipped from what looks like a private residence in Palatine, IL. In total, it took 18 days for this order. If you have the time to spare, it may be a good deal if the shipping costs are reasonable. However, next time I will just use Amazon and get it next day.

    Let me first start by saying that I am utterly disappointment in the lack of concern and urgency in this company. I ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful pant suit for my daughter’s wedding and instead what I received was nothing short of that and when I asked for a refund I was given everything but that. I emailed and asked for a label 3xs so I could send the item back and when I finally received an email back I was told that I needed to send pictures of the suit.

    I then sent pictures of the front, back and side of the pants suit and what I received was yet another email telling me to send more pictures and when I did, I received yet another email stating that I needed to send more pictures. This is unacceptable and has been utterly frustrating and to top it off, I was told I would only receive $70.00 of my refund when I paid $340. I will never order from this company. It was poor customer service and totally disregard for my situation. Light In The Box was dark in the box for me.

    I ordered a pair of shorts from LightInTheBox but they were too small. It was a little confusing when I ended up with the wrong size. They were two sizes too small from what my boyfriend normally wears. Their sizes are not accurate. LightInTheBox was only giving me a week to send them back and exchange them for a different size. Then they sent me something in the email saying I could take 30% and not send them back. I chose to do that because I was not gonna have enough time to get them back. I don't like the short timeline. I work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's very hard for me to find time to mail stuff back. The fact that they don't give you long enough to get stuff back is a little frustrating. I probably wouldn't use them again, and I don't think I'd recommend them.
