I ordered 3 watches with leather bands and 3 different color faces, luminous dots and fashionable, all 3 with different color faces or dial arms for myself and my 2 brothers as gifts. My watch already won't keep time after day 1, no matter how often I try to reset/wind it. I don't know if it's a dead battery or poor quality so now I hesitate to gift these to my brothers.

I have been shopping from Lightinthebox.com for several years and the service has improved in that time. The shipping time has been reduced from approximately six weeks to about three weeks and the vendors have improved their accuracy of the clothes sizes and fit. I shop on Lightinthebox.com because I am able to find fashionable clothes that are not sold in stores for reasonable prices.

Very good your products. They are modern products and well-accepted on the market. I really like drawings and models. I was able to be happy with the changes in my wardrobe. It increased my self-esteem. I even changed products that I had no intention of recently. I hope the site continues like this, providing great products to its customers.

The jacket in the picture was not what we received. When requesting an RMA first they try to get you to keep the item and give you a 30% refund. When I declined, they then tell me to get a refund I would have to pay the return cost back to Asia! Then they offer a 50% refund if I keep the item. I elected to take the 50% refund and donate the item to American Vets. I would never purchase from this company again. Buy from a US company that has a good return policy. This company claims to have a 7-day customer satisfaction policy, but they don't stand behind it!

Thought company was located in Seattle, Wa. After purchasing product found returns had to be sent back to "CHINA". Many attempts to receive a refund was fruitless. "STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE." PACKAGE WAS RETURNED AS SHIPPED AFTER 6 MONTHS. Never opened or inspected.

The rotary tool works really well and charges fast. The towel is quite soft to the touch. My daughter likes the sneakers, they’re comfortable. However, it is important to pay attention to the styling, materials, and sizing in order to have the right fit. Everything was delivered on time. I would buy them again if I need to, but otherwise I am completely satisfied. I’ll probably buy another dremel.

I bought a dress on this site. The dress came in and didn’t fit, they refused to take the dress back because it was “made-to-measure”. The dress was bought in the size they advertised and based on the measurements they provided. I did not order a custom dress, but a dress that was advertised on their site. No one asked for custom measurements and the dress was mass produced. It was shipped to me on the second business day after I placed an order. No way it was "custom made". Don't be fooled by *7 Days No Reason Return they advertise on their site; they simply would not provide you with return instructions and will not refund your money! The best they offered 40% refund which is a joke because I paid $200.00 for a dress that does not fit. TOTAL SCAM — don't order from them, there are NO RETURNS!

I bought 2 sweaters and 3 lady blouses. They were beautiful and comfortable to wear. The pair of leggings I purchased ripped within an hour of putting them on. That disappointed me. The jewelry was great and the Halloween lanterns were small but adorable. The rug was awesome. For the most part, quality of goods and prices are fair. It makes up for the long wait time to get an order. I just wish you could get ahold of someone when there is a problem.

I love all the clothes. The only complaint I have is I wish they had one size smaller. Some clothes fit OK even though they’re big but others I just wear as baggy clothes which is not my objective, but I can’t get clothes as cute as this in the United States for the low cost.

I was mostly satisfied with all the products I ordered and the shipping was on the slow side however I tried for months to upload my product reviews for the $10 credit I was offered but it literally took me months to get the app to actually upload all of them without an error and then after all of that I never received my $10 credit and not all of my photos for the products uploaded correctly: super disappointing and annoying.

I have bought several of these sweaters in different colors and I love them. So soft and comfortable and can be worn with many different outfits in and out of the house. Wish there were more colors to choose from. I have recommended them to others of my friends and family.

Happy with all my orders to date, the prints are very nice, t-shirts are very comfortable and relaxed fit. Sizing can be tricky but most fit fine in a L-XL on Me. Colors vary a little from site images but to be expected in general, keep up the good work Light in the Box. Good quality for a fair market price. Thank you, products ordered sometimes come in different deliveries but as long as they all make it safe and sound.

So far all my purchases have been really good. If something doesn’t fit I have been able to give it as a gift. As for all the children’s clothes I have bought they have gone over very well with my grandkids. The boys just love their dinosaur tees. Was looking for this item locally and the prices were too high for what I wanted to pay. Took a chance here and was extremely pleased. There were multiple choices to select from but decided in a similar product I had discovered locally. Great price in an item that would other wise be 3Xs the price. Great quality. Works perfectly. I ordered two golf dresses from LightInTheBox - one in a ladies' size Medium and the other in a size Large. The disparity in sizing is HUGE. When I asked them if they would pay for the postage to return the Large back to China where they are located they refused (the postage costs more than the value of the dress). I sent them detailed photos of the sizing disparity. I will never purchase another item from this company. STAY AWAY! Unethical, cheap quality.

It's rare to find a dealer that gives you what you pay for. I'm not trying to rip anyone off. I don't expect to receive gold for the price of brass. I do expect a vendor to give me fair value for the money I spend though. These guys have been meeting that expectation pretty consistently on all of the purchases I've made. I'm very happy with the value I've been receiving from my purchases here and I plan to continue buying clothing from this company.

I've ordered 2 different "feet massage" pads (whatever you want to call them). The 1st one I received DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. (Very disappointed as it was meant to be a gift.) I just received the second one, & hate to have to open it before I give it (as this one, too, was intended to be a gift). These are supposed to be helpful for folks with neuropathy & blood-flow issues. The FACT that I spent money on a product that DOES NOT WORK really angers me. I was very please with my dress. The price was good. The quality was good but you have to watch the size. Every thing tends to be on the small side. I looked at the size chart, ordered my size, and it was 2 sizes too small and to send it back is a meager pain. Delivery time is reasonable. The delivery charges however are a bit too much. I would Ordered more if the cost of delivery was not so ridiculously high.

The dress I ordered had a couple of different problems including bad quality work, (one sleeve hem was sewn in such a way that it created a large wrinkle preventing the end of the sleeve to fall correctly), bad color matching, (the top of the dress did not match the rest of the dress) and the bodice just didn't fit well, it was too thick and heavy. But the worst problems was that when I tried to fill out the return form on their website, it would not work. It kept "freezing" so that I could not ever submit the refund request.
I think this company is scamming people. BUYER BEWARE!!

2. Order updates: excellent communication of every status change.
3. Product quality/fit:
Shirts - very poor quality fabric/construction/fit.
Pants - very nice quality fabric/construction, poor fit though size guide followed, not well explained that measurements are of garment and not body measurements.
4. Customer service: very prompt but unclear what % refund amount was equal to, refund given as reward with expiration date, refunds should not expire.
5. Satisfaction: will order in the future but always feels like a gamble - sometimes products are very nice & sometimes they are a waste of money.

Saw this cute T-shirt and looked at it several times then I got email with discount for the item I was interested in so I ordered it. It arrived a few days later and was just like the picture so I was very happy with it. The material is polyester which should be durable and the construction was as good as most low priced children's wear.

I have made four separate purchases of footwear, shirts, shirts and pants. I am quite surprised at the comfortable feel of the cotton clothing shirts, shorts and pants. I get compliments all the time for the stylish clothes that you can't find in any clothing stores. The footwear are some of the most comfortable I have ever worn. The picture shown are my most favorite sneaker I have ever worn and I am 52 years of age.

I was looking for a dressy outfit for a wedding, and LightInTheBox brought up some outfits. I've been buying a lot of stuff from them ever since. I did some Christmas gifts. They had these whistle key finders. I got those for giving my kids for Christmas to stick in the stockings. I also got a thing that makes the computer play DVD because I just got an Acer. I got some electronic cords. I got shoes to go with the dress for the wedding, too.
I have no issues with the quality of the items. They look like the pictures that they show and they are the colors that I asked for. They seemed to be right on target. As far as the shipping time, I joined the yearly one, so I paid $19, and so my shipping never goes over 4.99. I like that my items sometimes get here quicker than what they say they're gonna be. I'm happy with the outfits. I have turned several people on to that site because they liked what I was wearing.

I had a question once and I got a quick response. I had my order accidentally sent to another state at my relatives and I wanted it here at my house. They made the adjustments and caught it in time.

I received completely different item what I ordered, the item was cheap, no tags on it and simply not wearable when asking for the return ticket, they offer me:
B. Keep the item with a 30% refund. (eg. If the item costs 100, you can get a partial refund of 30 as a discount)
Or
C. Return the item back for a refund of item(s) price at a cost for return shipping.
I refused all of the options and informed them I will ask PayPal to get my money back, then they decided to give me special offer, only ones to keep the item, which I do not want and they refunded $40.26 but I paid $42.33. Please keep in mind that, you need to fight with them to get your money back.

I purchased this item to utilize as a dress for my mother to wear for her burial arrangement. The dress looks elegant, with fine embroidery in the picture. When I received it it appeared to be a Chinese-style dress and was extremely short, poorly made, and not anywhere the same as the picture. I attempted to return the item and it was a $30 US return postal fee. I feel as though the company is manipulating individuals with pictures that resemble their items. They are very aware of the fact that the items will not be returned due to the cost and to me, this is highway robbery.

I got slip-on shoes, jackets, pants, and shirts, and the quality is very good for the price they have. I really enjoy the products, and everybody likes them too. However, the delivery was done by a private person in a regular car and I was looking for a main brand truck. I thought it was coming through a mail truck or UPS, but I know to wait for them now. Other than that, LightInTheBox is a good company. I can't keep spending, but the way they do everything is addictive.

I ordered a made to order suit in a size 20. The Jacket was the right size, the shirt was 2 sizes bigger and the pants was 3 sizes bigger. Now I'm stuck with an outfit that is 3 different sizes and can't return it, although it is not my fault. The sizing is so wrong. I'm upset about my $100+.

Your return policy doesn't cover the product not fitting. I reviewed the bust size, mine is 36 and the medium Women's Casual Dress Shift Dress Tank Dress Midi Dress Black Red Blue Sleeveless Polka Dot Print Summer Spring Crew Neck Fashion Vacation Summer Dress Spring Dress is too tight and the chest and too big everywhere else. I cannot keep ordering from you as it is so hard to tell when something won't fit.

The material was very thin in Henley Shirt that I purchased. I do like the shirt, but I cannot wear it to work. So, I wear it to the beach instead. We have casual Fridays when we are allowed to wear jeans and shirts with collars, but the Henley T shirt was too casual.

Great product. Just need to offer free shipping on return. Item order two by mistake. Only offer me pay to sent it back which cost more than the item itself or keep it for 10% credits which I came to less than a dollar. They say true to size but not really.

I wanted to share my experience in hopes that I can help other customers make an informed decision when buying from this company. I placed an order through their app/website for a formal dress (to use in a wedding). I checked their return policy to confirm if for some reason I did not like it or did not fit, I could return. The website mentioned that as long as I did not order a custom fit and purchased the standard sizes I could do so.
After receiving the dress and not liking the fit, I followed the instructions on their website to request a return authorization. As it turns out, the dress had a very small note in the page that said ‘made to order’ and for this reason, even when I ordered the standard size it was not returnable. There was absolutely no flag/alert about it anywhere when placing the order. In these scenarios being clear/upfront with the customer so they can make an informed decision is critical. I would not have run the risk around ordering a dress of this price tag without having the opportunity to try it on first but here I am with a dress I will never wear. This is the first time I have this type of experience with an online order - I have ordered party dresses before without problem. I do not recommend this company given lack of clarity and transparency to customers.

Was very happy with my Halloween products order. Packaging was sufficient. Nothing arrived damaged! Shipping time was very fast. Package arrived quickly which made me very happy. I am very disappointed with the items that I ordered from this company. Their clothing sizes are not the same as the US. They're much bigger than the actual size compared to the US. Also, the quality of their merchandise is inferior. Another thing is, if you don't like an item's quality or if it is too big you will have to pay for the return shipment to China and the return shipment cost is sometimes more than the value of the merchandise. One of the items I ordered was expected to be delivered by 17 September; as of the 22nd of September, I am still waiting for it to arrive. I'll never shop from this website again! The pictures look good but all of the merchandise is poor quality!

I have found that the clothes on LightInTheBox are of great quality. And if you can get it in a Flash sale or on clearance. It really is well worth it. Just have to know that in some cases you may have to order a size bigger.

I have been a long term customer and ordered hundreds of dollars worth of random items/clothes, 3d and other shirts. What is bothering me lately is the following:
1. I order always small - at least half of the shirts say they are small but are actually medium size (I know due to receiving some of the correct sizes.)
2. It is very difficult to get a hold of customer service for any issues. It does not help to actually go through the return process and then I get offered 10% and keep the stuff or with this order I wanted to return it and the submit button to return did not work. 10% is not good enough for me anymore if those shirts just sit there and I am not wearing them since they are too big.
3. The coupons and rewards are very limited and I am not even able to use them for the 3d shirts most of the times. For the order number above I received a "BLUE" and "GRAY" Striped Designer Retro Vintage Men's 3D T-shirt. I ordered a "KHAKI" and "GRAY" colored T shirt. I had already placed a separate order for a "BLUE" T-shirt. I now have 2 "BLUE" T-shirts and a "GRAY" T-shirt. I should have a BLUE, GRAY, and KHAKI T-shirt. Over the last 3 years I have ordered items approximately 23 times from LightintheBox...and 6 of those orders had some type of error (I did not report most of them and just kept the item). Orders are shipped promptly and accurately. Merchandise is generally of good quality, but sizes can vary somewhat. I wish men's clothing had larger buttons and that more shirts contained pockets, and that zippers on men's coats and jackets were on the right side, instead of the left, European side. Many items have unique styles and colors and make for nice, affordable gifts.

I received my package along with another... I got a total of 7 shirts altogether. I am very happy with 6 items out of the 7 I received. That one was too small. I've already resolved the master with the customer service department, immediately. It took them less than 2 hours to resolve the issue. But back to all the other 6 items I received. I love them. Their website is user-friendly. Except the other day, I lost the things that I was ordering, and I found them a day or two later. Mostly, I buy stuff that's on that flash sale and it's cheap and it's also cheap to send back. Most of the fabric is nice, but with some of the material, you can't tell. It doesn't say on there that it doesn't have any elasticity. But I bought some things and then the next time, it's on there for $1.99 instead of $5.49.

I thought I found the perfect dress, paid $49.99 for it, and it is too small in the upper body. Disappointed. I have two dresses now that I cannot wear and have paid for. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars since I started shopping on your site in May 2023. At first, quality was excellent and sizing was consistent. I checked the size charts for each garment and purchased according to the US sizes. HOWEVER, recently the measurements for the US sizes are extremely inconsistent. It is impossible to guess which size to purchase. Too many of the garments are HUGE.
Pictures do not match the garments. Some sweaters are shown as fluffy and they are definitely not. Sweatshirts are not made from sweatshirt fabric. They are smooth and not soft on the inside. They are merely heavy t-shirts. Return postage from Canada is over $100 per garment. This is YOUR fault, not mine. The 10% reward credit is insufficient and takes more than a week to appear on the account. Furthermore, it is impossible to get help from customer service. Your videos do not match what happens on the app. I used to widely recommend your site. Now the opposite is true.
You need to:1. CAREFULLY correct your size charts.
2. Ensure the garments match the pictures.
3. Be honest in garment descriptions (sweatshirts are NOT made of sweatshirt fabric, sweaters described as knitted are often just t-shirts, etc).
4. Make it easier to contact customer service and correct the app to match instructions. It is IMPOSSIBLE to create a ticket through the app.
5. Points should be redeemable against ANY purchase.

I attempted to return several items. The website indicates 7 Day Return policy. I was returning the items because the website photos did not look like the final product and the quality was not great. They tried to talk me out of returning the items but I persisted and they gave me specific return instructions. I followed those instructions exactly. Several months later, the package is returned to me, marked as "Refused." Not only did I not get a refund but I incurred costly return shipping charges. I will never purchase from this company again.

The 2 little skirts are size M and I normally wear size S and these are really too tight and too short. Also, the men’s size XL shorts look like they are for a 12 year old boy. There is absolutely no way my husband would be able to wear them. He is a normal size L. I find most of the products are of decent quality however some are really cheap looking. The bathing suits that I have ordered in the past are good quality. The rash guard in this order is very very tiny and I could not even begin to get it on. The one piece is quite short so not sure I am going to be able to wear it at all. Some size small tops I have bought in the past are huge and then some fit very snug. There does not seem to be similar sizing in products. I do refer to the size guide but still have struggled to get the correct size.

I was intrigued by this company’s products and prices so I decided to give them a try. Learned my lesson with one order. The price seemed o.k. Shipping added over 50% to the advertised price but I decided to go ahead with the order. After ten days I received the package but the item was completely incorrect. Not even close to the item description and pictures. I contacted customer service and after a wait was told I have 7 days to return the item at my cost. Shipping will take two to four weeks and the cost will be $20 to $40. I am responsible for providing the return shipping label and all costs. Really? This company shipped me the wrong item and it is up to me to pay for the company to correct the issue. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Cannot fulfill a simple e-commerce order but expects the consumer to pay for their mistakes.

I purchased 5 items of clothing, 4 of which did not fit. (I ordered according to their size chart) so I decided to return them. The total price of my purchase was approx. $135. Well, there’s procedures you need to follow. First you must select online which items you wish to return and then give a reason why. Unless you do this you will not be given a return address. You are warned that they do not supply return labels and you are to use USPS priority mail only and it will cost between $20 to $40. (I was quoted $46 to mail.) They also stated they would then refund me 40% of the sale. It didn’t make sense to return them. Worst return policy ever. I will never purchase another item from them again.

I'm upset with the Women's Wide Leg Chinos Pants Trousers I ordered based on the size guide. My measurements fell within size SMALL measurements: waist 22-41¾" hips 36¼-64½" length 35". However; when I tried on the pants the pant legs came to above my ankles (3" too short). I want to return the pants however; you are requesting verification the pant legs are shorter than the overall length from your guide. I ordered the pink blouse, size Medium which fit however; when I washed it in cold water, it shrunk and now is too small. Customers should be advised of fabric shrinkage.

The shirt is a little lighter than I expected but it looks great. Seems true to size as long as it doesn't shrink. No care tag so not sure if it's machine washable. Will hand wash/cold water and hang dry for now. This was my second order from Light In The Box, and I'll probably order more eventually. Huge selection here. (First order also came with no care tag, but it's polyester so shrinkage isn't an issue. This one is cotton/linen and I'm being careful - it's true to size but not cut especially generously.)

The jewelry has been great. The blouses are nice but one blouse wasn’t sewn correctly and it puckers when I button it up. Since it’s out of the country returning it would cost me more than I paid for the blouse. Other than that if you order through the app it’s an inexpensive way to go to get a lot of clothing. I found that household items aren’t worth buying because they don’t hold up well.

From time I ordered product I was kept informed about how, when & where my watchband was going along and be delivered at my correct address in tact, successful and it fit perfect around my wrist. Quite unlike AliExpress, this company's products are of good quality, promptly shipped (with excellent tracking data) from reputable vendors. Denim dress and windproof jacket. Both were ordered on the small side. When wanting to return, the options given were disappointing. The product was fine. Just too small. Most companies you order from will give you a full refund. LightInTheBox does not. So to get 50% of my credit back I ordered another dress in the next size larger and it turned out it fit great. I would probably have ordered more but because of the return policy I am a little more hesitant on ordering certain clothes..

I order a cotton pant. I ordered it in gray. I received lime green! The company will not pay for return postage. I spent $40 on the pants. It would cost me more to return the pants than I originally paid for them. The company will only provide return shipping if the product is damaged. No offense, but I have nothing that would wear well with lime green pants. It will just be a Goodwill donation. Very disappointing. I liked a number of items on the site, but after this. I will never purchase from this company again.

The Dino Hawaiian shirt, is great! Fits pretty well, just a tad short in the sleeves, but overall good fit! The charging cable is great also, except it quit lighting up, and now does it sparingly. Both items got during a flash sale. Will probably buy them again, but of course there's plenty to choose from. For the most part everything worked out and try to use free shipping. It got to me pretty fast!

A bait and switch company. I bought a beautiful dress for over $58 dollars. What I got was absolute garbage that was not worth $5. Total garbage! I contacted them immediately. They said I had to pay for return shipping and they would refund me when they received the merchandise back. It cost over $25 to send it back. Yet I was determined to return it on principle! What they sent was that much of a joke! This was in May and I still have not received my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

LightInTheBox gives you points that go towards shipping discounts. I also love their selections. They've got great styles to put together. You can mix and match your outfits. They're really colorful. A lot of them are bright and bold. The sizes are good and the items I buy are very body form-fitting. LightInTheBox has a fun website and it's rather addicting. I've got a whole shopping cart full of stuff that I'm still looking to order.

I first noticed LightInTheBox on Facebook and the prices were so economical that I decided I would send a few things to my nephew and see what he thought of them before I bought anything for myself. I bought some T-shirts and some Hawaiian shirts for him. It was very easy to buy anything that you want. Everything had good pictures. It had good reviews and good descriptions of the product. Most of the time, the delivery was fast because I've learned to shop for the ones that ship faster than the things that I originally bought. I look for where it says, "Ships within 24 hours." I purchased swimsuits, dresses and shirts. I've been really pleased with the quality of the products. I got everything that I was supposed to get. It was in the shape that it said that it was gonna be in. The description was spot on, too.

I purchased 2 dresses from this company in sizes that correspond to what was described on their site. After waiting over 2 weeks to receive them, they weren’t even close to fitting. The top buttons did not even meet across my chest! After double-checking my order to ensure I had ordered their largest size which they say is equivalent to US 20 (I wear 16-18), I contacted them for a refund. An exchange couldn’t be possible since that was their largest size option. They offered me a choice of 30% refund or 50% credit coupon and just keep the items. I don’t want them!
After realizing the cost of return shipping was mine, I just chose the 30% refund and I’ll donate the dresses to charity. After indicating I want the refund they now say that too will only be a coupon. This company is not legit and I want to caution everyone so they don’t get deceived. Goods are shipped from China so buyer beware!

The description of the items on line was a lie. When I got them and wanted to return I was told I have to ship it back to Singapore at my own expense (with tracking). I ordered 100% cotton and what I got was 100% not cotton.

LightInTheBox responded quickly to my Consumer Affairs review. LITB initially required more complicated action on my part before sending a refund. However, they eventually said that they'd send a $50 refund of the $60-plus original purchase price and I wouldn't have to return the two dresses.

Terrific website, prices and variety, BUT... Wife ordered two dresses on June 8 for an upcoming wedding two weeks before needed. Website said to allow 3-5 days for shipping, so we expected to get them about 10 days from the order. They arrived on July 5! The dress that fit was poor quality and the nice one didn't fit (though both ordered in the same size). We followed return directions until we discovered that shipping would cost us $70 (USPS)! The company has horrible customer service (no live chat, no phone, etc.). Seems like the positive reviews are either made up or just lucky customers. I'm spreading the warning about Lightinthebox.

The dress I ordered didn't work for me, but this company provided VERY GOOD customer service in handling the matter. They were very prompt in getting back to me and offered more than one options to rectify the situation. They arrived in a fairly reasonable amount of time (although separately). The box was banged up inside the envelope packaging but the product was undamaged. Both items were as described and definitely worth what I paid so yes I would recommend to a friend. Just remember the sizing runs small when ordering clothes. And that is all.

I just don't know why these would be different so I think all should fit the same. I have tried to reach Customer Service several times on this issue and have not gotten through online. As a person with background going back 100 years as a U.S.A military family I am Appalled that they did not write the word “Veteran” on the sleeves instead it was divided among the two sleeves, and the division doesn’t even spell the word properly when you combine the lettering. (A simple solution would have been to use a font that would fit the entire word). Also, one of the shirts was to have the word Navy written on the left sleeve. It did not.

I recently purchased shirts for work and a couple of pairs of shoes. The quality is good but what I got doesn't match what the picture showed in terms of colors and the way certain patterns were. The pictures and what customers are actually getting could use some upgrades. LightInTheBox can have better descriptions of the materials the items are made of. Also, their website would say your package is on a plane and they're trying their hardest to keep you updated. But it's not the best updated system. Other than that, if these improvements happen, they would be a great website to buy clothes from.

The quality of the clothing that I've gotten from LightInTheBox is great. Also, using their website was really easy. But there was an order I did not receive and it showed it was delivered. I reached out to customer service but I couldn't talk to anybody. I had to follow prompts. They offered me a $10 credit but shortly afterwards, I got the order. I was trying to get on there to let them know that I received it and they're gonna cancel the $10 but I couldn't even find any way to do that. I've terminated my account with them, though, because when you find sites like this, it's somewhat addicting.

Is Light in the Box trustworthy? NO, not in my opinion after today, July 10, 2023. Is LightInTheBox legit? Yes. LightInTheBox was founded in 2007, trades on the New York Stock Exchange, and serves customers all over the world. Some reviewers who have reported difficulty with customer service say the company has cleared up their issue. AND SOME CUSTOMERS ARE MADDER THAN HELL! At THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Their CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN & BEYOND! Here's my story. I did order a bicycle jacket for my husband and he was okay with it. A day or so later I ordered close to $200.00 worth of merchandise. One of the five tops I had ordered was 'OUT OF STOCK' and they did credit my charge account. The remaining four tops finally showed up weeks later.
To my disappointment they did not arrive in time for the wedding I was going to. The tops that did show up, DID NOT LOOK AS NICE AS THEY WERE SHOWN on the computer screen. I followed their “RETURN INSTRUCTIONS” and PAID $28.85 IN POSTAGE TO SEND IT BACK TO CHINA & filled out the 'CUSTOMS PAPERWORK'. This was back on December 12, 2022, NEVER HEARD A WORD BACK. I had 'TRACKED' the package from Alabama all the way to China. The trip took the better part of a month to get there. Then it looked like it was stuck in one spot in China. I waited another two months, still no word. I wrote the bank of my charge card to file a report. The bank wrote me back and said they couldn't help because of the length of time, etc. Then 'LO & BEHOLD' on JULY 10, 2023 the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE delivered the package BACK TO ME WITHOUT ONE WORD FROM THIS LOUSY COMPANY.
We have initiated the refund of 70.96$ of items' value.

Bought blouses early June. Received July. Quality was terrible and returned items. Had to pay for returns and was a task I had to perform rather than seller. Seller very apologetic, but never offers to cover costs other than to discount on next purchase which will never happen. Stay away.

Peronally - I know that these orders come from China and returns will be expensive. However, this time I could not physically get to "return options" on one item - just would not work. Only the first 4 items of the order displayed and I wanted to return the 5th one. I did just input this text into another item with a description and I did get a return of approximately 50%overall of the two items I wanted to return. Usually the sizing guides are pretty accurate. In one instance however, a 58 inch bustline was indicated as a size 12-14 - I knew one of the two sizings had to be wrong - it was the size 12 to 14. This really was a 58 inch bustline - the equivalent of a size 4XL.

I was unsure of the quality of the clothing given the price but I must say that I have been wonderfully surprised and happy with what I’ve ordered. For myself, personally, I noticed the sizing to be tight at my normal size. This occurred on my 1st order and they exchanged it immediately, sent out the new size the next day, and didn’t even require me to return the wrong one. So far I have I am very pleased.

The shirt ordered was quite good and the price was top-notch. The bracelet however was smaller than what I thought it would be. Though it's still manageable. The sweater is very disappointing, the back around the neck is unfinished and looks ready to unravel. It is also shapeless and cheap knit. The long open shirt is the only one I like. The colors are soft, but as it is too hot to wear it right now I cannot judge much yet. The other shirt looks like nothing in the picture. Is is dark and drab, not the beautiful green and golden stripes. I wish I could return them but I do not want to pay for shipment. The pictures show such beautiful items that I thought I would buy more, but not now. I do not know how you can misrepresent your clothes in such a disappointing way. The least you could do is give me a rebate. Thank you.

I am pleased with the top… It is a pale yellow with pink flowers… That being said it is not exactly like the picture… The detailing is very fancy in the picture but the top I received is pretty and has a similar picture but is lacking the sparkle and 3D that I expected on my top. I think the fabric is good quality and it should last a long time but it is not 3 dimensional.

Overall I am pleased with Light in the Box. Prices are fair and choices are good. Shipping has been quicker than expected and I am still working on getting sizes right for myself and being international well returns are not happening. I continue to find things I like and recommend them.

Love the colour and the saying on the golf shirt, design is really nice, the guys will be pleased when they get them for tournament.. We wanted something to stand out and I do believe these shirts do just that, the purple design is one of our signature colours, so everyone will see us coming.

It took a bit longer to arrive than expected however the products described were accurate. I was impressed with the value and quality of the products. The briefcase was perfect and I enjoy using this product. The pants were as described and are fun to wear. I will order from them in the future. Thank you.

When I arrived at Drive Time everyone was so polite and helpful. Destiny was great helping me. She was so patient while, I was deciding on which car would fit my needs. She showed great customer service. Deantae finished up my paper work and he was great and showed great customer service. It was fast and easy to get a car. Thank you Drive Time!!

I did not receive simple Brand charm anklet shell and starfish. I did receive the sandals and stylus pens. I would appreciate any help you can give me. I have had this happen before and wrote in review but no response. I am 70 years old and disabled. I don't know a lot about computers.

It was more than 2 weeks late, and once it got here, it's not wearable. It's too big for its size as I ordered my typical size, and it doesn't look like what I ordered. But my dog now has something we will use as a blanket for his bed!

I found that many of the dresses did not fit as well as expected. Also the material was thinner than I thought. I ended up keeping some and donating the others. Lessons learned. The dresses tend to be small and even at the largest size they don't look as flattering as the picture.

I was happy with items ordered but would have preferred to see the back of the dresses I ordered. Unfortunately both did not fit. Jackets were too tight in the arms. I was going to send back but was offered a small credit instead because it cost me more to send back than item's value. The shoes are perfect and worth what I paid. The shaper was also way too small and I ordered largest size available. Not as stretchy as I thought it would be.

I have had great experiences purchasing from Light in the Box. Products arrive on time and as described. There has been one time I have had to return an item due to size being smaller than expected, and the refund was taken care of quickly. My only negative about my order was that one of my shirts came with a design that was not centered on the shirt properly, which is not a big deal. Other than that, I am enjoying the products I got and will definitely get more from Light in the box.

I received an email from Light In The Box.com. It had a Hawaiian shirt, in different colors, listed for $4.99 if purchased through the email. I bought 2, 1 in 1 color and the other in another color. They were a Father's Day present for someone. I received them last Thursday and gave them to the person they were for. He loved both of them with one exception. The shirts were tight around his belly. The website's policy for returns is that within the first week, if the person isn't happy for any reason, the item(s) ordered can be returned or exchanged. Also if the size or color is wrong, a return or an exchange can be made.
All I have been getting is that I have to take them back out of the bags that they came in, unfold them, measure them and take pictures of them to send them to the company. Shouldn't measuring them be on you and not me? Also, the option is to keep the shirts and get like a coupon. What good are they going to the person if they are too small anyway? All I wanted was the address to send them back, which I'll probably have to pay the shipping for, and for them to send me the 2 shirts in a 5XL size. Nothing more and nothing less. Even by their own website, what is all of this other stuff? This is why I'm not happy with this company.

The fabric of the dress was nice, but I am an older lady, and I can't wear an eyelet dress that is not lined. I just can not have my underwear showing through the eyelets, even if the color does match. I just can't do it. Otherwise I love the dress. The lace sleeves are beautiful! The other dress is nice for the price.

Shoes too small, too expensive to return the goods. I will never buy any other shoes. I have purchased before and I am completely satisfied with my previous purchases. I have not kept the details of my previous orders (order number) because I received them in good condition and within a reasonable time. For my shoes, it's a shame. As they have been worn a few times to get used to them, they are not exchangeable, but finally too small. (sore feet)

Everything that I purchased was in good condition and fit perfectly despite one order which was the women's high waisted capri workout leggings that fit just a little too snug for them to be a size LARGE. This was my 3rd order through Light In The Box and I will continue to make purchases through this site.

All my orders have been smooth and easy, for the most part as described. The only thing I have noticed is when I order 2 or 3 Earrings of the same item I often get shorted and only receive 1 pair, it must be a picking or warehouse problem I suppose. I never file a dispute as most items are inexpensive and not worth the hassle involved, but thought you should know. Otherwise all is good, I will continue to purchase.

Extremely pleased with all of my orders. I would recommend to a friend. Polyester fabrics are very nice, light and pictures on men's t-shirts don't fade after washing. The sizes are true to the size charts. The denim dress that I ordered was absolutely fabulous. Will be ordering more for fall and winter fashion.

I have already received one order from them and have ordered more based on the QUALITY of the first order! I was afraid that - at those prices - the quality would suffer. Well it did not! The quality is EXCELLENT! So far - every dress (and other items) I have ordered are as good or better than the (much) more expensive sites that I order from. It takes a while to get here - but it's well worth the wait. The clothing is just beautiful - good fabrics and perfect sizing! I am amazed - I was afraid I'd have to donate things to the local Thrift Store! But - NO - I am keeping everything and have already gotten a huge compliment on what I wore last week! I will be purchasing again and again - I've already placed another order! WOW - what a find!!

Ordered from Light in the Box several times and am pleased with each order. My first order was several shirts that are comfortable and fit well. Second and third orders were swimwear and are nice and colourful. My daughter picked one and she is happy with the fit. I will be ordering again. Due to the orders that I had received, my oldest daughter also ordered from this site.

The products I have purchased are all of good quality. It's the mailing system I am dissatisfied with. The tracking isn't updated often. One order was silent for almost 3 weeks. If you could improve with the mailing (I know mostly out of your control) I would probably buy more often.

I ordered this polo shirt for the 4th of July week. I play golf and was attending a couple of events. The shirt arrived in time and was perfect!!! I received many compliments on it, and when I played golf in it, it released the moisture very well. I will be buying more items from here.

Ordered three pairs of pants. LightInTheBox would not give me a full refund, and wanted me to pay shipping. They offered a reduced refund or a very arduous return process, including taking pictures of the clothing juxtaposed against a tape measure. They made it so difficult that I just donated the clothing and decided to remove LightInTheBox from my life.

I love the beautiful dresses I've found on Lightinthebox.com. I have not seen dresses like these anywhere else. I refer to the size charts when ordering, and I've been very pleased with most of my purchases. A couple of the dresses were cut a bit different from the advertised images, so I was not as happy with those. Customer service responded quickly to my messages, and gave me the option to send photos and return them or to get 50% back as credit to my account.

I purchased clothes and was surprised by the quality and delivery time of LITB. Although I saw negative comments on internet, I was pleased with my personal experience! The golf clothes are very original and the prices amazingly low. It is difficult to trust Chinese websites but I admit that this one is great!
