Was skeptical when we first ordered. On our first order, we received the shirt we wanted but with the incorrect pattern. Light in the Box gave us multiple options for return or discount. We reordered and received the exact product (plus additional items we ordered were perfect!) Would definitely recommend. Reads the reviews.

As you can see, I order a lot from Lightinthebox.com. I've never been let down. I have ordered shoes, clothing, electronic equipment, household items, Holiday items and not once have I been disappointed. I will keep using lightinthebox.com and also recommend to my friends which I already have!

This product arrived quickly and as described. Good value. Fabric seems to be of good quality and the sizing is correct. If you are looking for a nice light weight warm weather pant this is for you. Would definitely recommend. Fabric seems to be of good quality and the sizing.

Their website is user-friendly. Except the other day, I lost the things that I was ordering, and I found them a day or two later. Mostly, I buy stuff that's on that flash sale and it's cheap and it's also cheap to send back. Most of the fabric is nice, but with some of the material, you can't tell. It doesn't say on there that it doesn't have any elasticity. But I bought some things and then the next time, it's on there for $1.99 instead of $5.49.

Item listed at a good price. Much cheaper than comparable products listed on other online shops. Ordered and received within 10 days - very reasonable as it had to be shipped overseas. Delivery time is not an issue as long as one plans in advance. Item was as described with accurate sizing according to the size chart provided. Simple and easy transaction.

I purchased a pair of wedding shoes that are absolutely gorgeous and matched my dress perfectly. I order according to the measurements but found they were too small when they arrived. I requested an exchange for the next size up without realizing this item was labeled as made to order and not returnable. Customer service was great in explaining why I could not exchange or return and offered a 50% of the order price coupon toward repurchase. I was very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend LightInTheBox!

I thought I found the perfect dress, paid $49.99 for it, and it is too small in the upper body. Disappointed. I have two dresses now that I cannot wear and have paid for. Sending them back may cost me an additional $40 for shipping and I have already spent approximately $58 plus tax. I get back 10% if I keep them. I am so sad about the whole thing!

I have ordered a number of items from Light In The Box and have never had an issue. I am very picky about my clothes and have not been disappointed. I am also somewhat impatient when waiting for something or for that matter anything but the wait times between ordering and receiving is tolerable. The colors of my 3 selections are stunning, so much so that I went back and ordered a 4th! My biggest issue thus far is that the sizing is kind of all over the place requiring me to study the sizing chart carefully. I find that most of the sizes run somewhat small.

I attempted to return several items. The website indicates 7 Day Return policy. I was returning the items because the website photos did not look like the final product and the quality was not great. They tried to talk me out of returning the items but I persisted and they gave me specific return instructions. I followed those instructions exactly. Several months later, the package is returned to me, marked as "Refused." Not only did I not get a refund but I incurred costly return shipping charges. I will never purchase from this company again.

The 2 little skirts are size M and I normally wear size S and these are really too tight and too short. Also, the men’s size XL shorts look like they are for a 12 year old boy. There is absolutely no way my husband would be able to wear them. He is a normal size L. I find most of the products are of decent quality however some are really cheap looking. The bathing suits that I have ordered in the past are good quality. The rash guard in this order is very very tiny and I could not even begin to get it on. The one piece is quite short so not sure I am going to be able to wear it at all. Some size small tops I have bought in the past are huge and then some fit very snug. There does not seem to be similar sizing in products. I do refer to the size guide but still have struggled to get the correct size.

I was intrigued by this company’s products and prices so I decided to give them a try. Learned my lesson with one order. The price seemed o.k. Shipping added over 50% to the advertised price but I decided to go ahead with the order. After ten days I received the package but the item was completely incorrect. Not even close to the item description and pictures. I contacted customer service and after a wait was told I have 7 days to return the item at my cost. Shipping will take two to four weeks and the cost will be $20 to $40. I am responsible for providing the return shipping label and all costs. Really? This company shipped me the wrong item and it is up to me to pay for the company to correct the issue. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Cannot fulfill a simple e-commerce order but expects the consumer to pay for their mistakes.

I received this item (very cute but way big). I gave it away as it was big and ordered another for me. So I have received both of the same item in different sizes. Item was never marked as "RECEIVED". Still states "SHIPPED". I have tried 4 times to get it changed to "RECEIVED" but they say they cannot do it. I want to close my account but cannot do it because of this one item. Can you help in this matter? This item is frustrating for me because I want it marked right so I can close my account. Other item I received I never had a problem with. Just this one.

I purchased 5 items of clothing, 4 of which did not fit. (I ordered according to their size chart) so I decided to return them. The total price of my purchase was approx. $135. Well, there’s procedures you need to follow. First you must select online which items you wish to return and then give a reason why. Unless you do this you will not be given a return address. You are warned that they do not supply return labels and you are to use USPS priority mail only and it will cost between $20 to $40. (I was quoted $46 to mail.) They also stated they would then refund me 40% of the sale. It didn’t make sense to return them. Worst return policy ever. I will never purchase another item from them again.

So glad someone told me about the lightinthebox.com website. You have so many items to purchase from such a large variety of items for sale, and really great prices, and when something is wrong with the orders you do make it right somewhat by giving some of the money back, it would be nice if you could do a full refund when there is a problem with the order.

I'm upset with the Women's Wide Leg Chinos Pants Trousers I ordered based on the size guide. My measurements fell within size SMALL measurements: waist 22-41¾" hips 36¼-64½" length 35". However; when I tried on the pants the pant legs came to above my ankles (3" too short). I want to return the pants however; you are requesting verification the pant legs are shorter than the overall length from your guide. I ordered the pink blouse, size Medium which fit however; when I washed it in cold water, it shrunk and now is too small. Customers should be advised of fabric shrinkage.

Golf tops are true to size and fit well. Enjoy the colourfulness of the tops. They wash well, no shrinkage or ironing required. I have enjoyed wearing them and have had many compliments. I recommend Light In The Box to all my friends!! I continue to enjoy the email specials and savings. Shipping is within if not earlier than the time estimated. I will continue to shop and recommend Light In the Box to my family, friends, or anyone that comments on how much they like the top I am wearing.

The shirt is a little lighter than I expected but it looks great. Seems true to size as long as it doesn't shrink. No care tag so not sure if it's machine washable. Will hand wash/cold water and hang dry for now. This was my second order from Light In The Box, and I'll probably order more eventually. Huge selection here. (First order also came with no care tag, but it's polyester so shrinkage isn't an issue. This one is cotton/linen and I'm being careful - it's true to size but not cut especially generously.)

I have purchased 3 golf dresses and one golf top from LITB. I was Leary at first because the prices were so low but I am very happy with the products. The dresses fit to size and had amazing patterns. The top was too big in the arm holes but even after paying for alterations it was still far cheaper than if I had bought it at a golf clothing store. I am a happy customer and would purchase again.

I ordered 4 shirts and I loved them because they were exactly how they were on the picture. Didn't expect they were going to be better than the picture. I would buy more clothing on this app. I like everything on here. It's even cheaper than other apps. I would recommend this store app to my friends and family.

Smashed packages! Flashlight boxes destroyed! How do you give this as gifts when it's smashed? Better packaging would help this order as customers do order gifts for others when ordering! The clothes was for my granddaughter, she helped pick them out. She loved the leggings and couldn't wait to wear them, the top was really cute and fits her personality. The clothes are well made and fit accordingly. She likes bright clothes and loose fitting, they will make her feel special when she wears them.

Return policy unfair to consumer. I paid more than $400. I was offered $191.00 I am not left to purchase more dresses. I cannot afford this. I have never had a company refuse to refund for too small dresses. I am very disappointed. It will be very difficult to advise anyone to purchase for this company.

I absolutely love the look and fit!! I would absolutely order again if there were a different color. I wore it to a gala. I received so many compliments that night. The material is very soft. I did have to iron it due to the shipping, but it didn’t take much effort. Thank you!

Most products I have gotten are ok. The clothes are SUPER undersized and the return policy is quite difficult to understand and appears lengthy. We just said forget it and didn't do the returns. I will buy other stuff, just NOT clothes anymore. I love their prices though and the reviews won't post if negative

The order arrived in a timely manner and was packaged appropriately. All the items are good quality and I am excited to wear/use them. The belt is awesome and I like that I don’t have to undo it to take my pants off. The shirts and tops fit perfectly. My dogs have been enjoying the toys. They don’t always last a long time but they are a distraction and fun to throw.

The jewelry has been great. The blouses are nice but one blouse wasn’t sewn correctly and it puckers when I button it up. Since it’s out of the country returning it would cost me more than I paid for the blouse. Other than that if you order through the app it’s an inexpensive way to go to get a lot of clothing. I found that household items aren’t worth buying because they don’t hold up well.

From time I ordered product I was kept informed about how, when & where my watchband was going along and be delivered at my correct address in tact, successful and it fit perfect around my wrist. I ordered 2 swimsuits and never got them. I filed a complaint a month ago and I've heard nothing from anyone. Never ordering from here again if I don't get my swimsuits or my money back and I will tell my 10,000 friends on FB to share my experience.

Denim dress and windproof jacket. Both were ordered on the small side. When wanting to return, the options given were disappointing. The product was fine. Just too small. Most companies you order from will give you a full refund. LightInTheBox does not. So to get 50% of my credit back I ordered another dress in the next size larger and it turned out it fit great. I would probably have ordered more but because of the return policy I am a little more hesitant on ordering certain clothes..

I order a cotton pant. I ordered it in gray. I received lime green! The company will not pay for return postage. I spent $40 on the pants. It would cost me more to return the pants than I originally paid for them. The company will only provide return shipping if the product is damaged. No offense, but I have nothing that would wear well with lime green pants. It will just be a Goodwill donation. Very disappointing. I liked a number of items on the site, but after this. I will never purchase from this company again.

The Dino Hawaiian shirt, is great! Fits pretty well, just a tad short in the sleeves, but overall good fit! The charging cable is great also, except it quit lighting up, and now does it sparingly. Both items got during a flash sale. Will probably buy them again, but of course there's plenty to choose from. For the most part everything worked out and try to use free shipping. It got to me pretty fast!

A bait and switch company. I bought a beautiful dress for over $58 dollars. What I got was absolute garbage that was not worth $5. Total garbage! I contacted them immediately. They said I had to pay for return shipping and they would refund me when they received the merchandise back. It cost over $25 to send it back. Yet I was determined to return it on principle! What they sent was that much of a joke! This was in May and I still have not received my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

LightInTheBox gives you points that go towards shipping discounts. I also love their selections. They've got great styles to put together. You can mix and match your outfits. They're really colorful. A lot of them are bright and bold. The sizes are good and the items I buy are very body form-fitting. LightInTheBox has a fun website and it's rather addicting. I've got a whole shopping cart full of stuff that I'm still looking to order.

I first noticed LightInTheBox on Facebook and the prices were so economical that I decided I would send a few things to my nephew and see what he thought of them before I bought anything for myself. I bought some T-shirts and some Hawaiian shirts for him. It was very easy to buy anything that you want. Everything had good pictures. It had good reviews and good descriptions of the product. Most of the time, the delivery was fast because I've learned to shop for the ones that ship faster than the things that I originally bought. I look for where it says, "Ships within 24 hours." I purchased swimsuits, dresses and shirts. I've been really pleased with the quality of the products. I got everything that I was supposed to get. It was in the shape that it said that it was gonna be in. The description was spot on, too.

Though the items didn't fit I was given a partial refund and allowed to keep my clothing which I will donate to Charity.

The description of the items on line was a lie. When I got them and wanted to return I was told I have to ship it back to Singapore at my own expense (with tracking). I ordered 100% cotton and what I got was 100% not cotton.

I ordered two handbags from LightInTheBox.com and they were bigger on the website. But when I got them, they were smaller than I expected. Other than that, the website was easy to use. Also, I like the hats. They were dressy hats. Perfect for church.

LightInTheBox responded quickly to my Consumer Affairs review. LITB initially required more complicated action on my part before sending a refund. However, they eventually said that they'd send a $50 refund of the $60-plus original purchase price and I wouldn't have to return the two dresses.

The dress I ordered didn't work for me, but this company provided VERY GOOD customer service in handling the matter. They were very prompt in getting back to me and offered more than one options to rectify the situation. I'm sure I will be shopping with them in the future as they have many selections from which to choose.

They arrived in a fairly reasonable amount of time (although separately). The box was banged up inside the envelope packaging but the product was undamaged. Both items were as described and definitely worth what I paid so yes I would recommend to a friend. Just remember the sizing runs small when ordering clothes. And that is all.

They were not the actual size I ordered. I order same size on all shirts but these did not fit and I love the app and the prices. I just don't know why these would be different so I think all should fit the same. I have tried to reach Customer Service several times on this issue and have not gotten through online. As a person with background going back 100 years as a U.S.A military family I am Appalled that they did not write the word “Veteran” on the sleeves instead it was divided among the two sleeves, and the division doesn’t even spell the word properly when you combine the lettering. (A simple solution would have been to use a font that would fit the entire word). Also, one of the shirts was to have the word Navy written on the left sleeve. It did not.

I recently purchased shirts for work and a couple of pairs of shoes. The quality is good but what I got doesn't match what the picture showed in terms of colors and the way certain patterns were. The pictures and what customers are actually getting could use some upgrades. LightInTheBox can have better descriptions of the materials the items are made of. Also, their website would say your package is on a plane and they're trying their hardest to keep you updated. But it's not the best updated system. Other than that, if these improvements happen, they would be a great website to buy clothes from.

The quality of the clothing that I've gotten from LightInTheBox is great. Also, using their website was really easy. But there was an order I did not receive and it showed it was delivered. I reached out to customer service but I couldn't talk to anybody. I had to follow prompts. They offered me a $10 credit but shortly afterwards, I got the order. I was trying to get on there to let them know that I received it and they're gonna cancel the $10 but I couldn't even find any way to do that. I've terminated my account with them, though, because when you find sites like this, it's somewhat addicting.

Is Light in the Box trustworthy? NO, not in my opinion after today, July 10, 2023. Is LightInTheBox legit? Yes. LightInTheBox was founded in 2007, trades on the New York Stock Exchange, and serves customers all over the world. Some reviewers who have reported difficulty with customer service say the company has cleared up their issue. AND SOME CUSTOMERS ARE MADDER THAN HELL! At THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Their CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN & BEYOND! Here's my story. I did order a bicycle jacket for my husband and he was okay with it. A day or so later I ordered close to $200.00 worth of merchandise. One of the five tops I had ordered was 'OUT OF STOCK' and they did credit my charge account. The remaining four tops finally showed up weeks later.

I was asked to give a review for a $25 gift card. I like this site. It takes a bit for me to receive the order, but so long as the whole order gets shipped, I am good with waiting. I like the sales. I will continue to order from here if you keep sending me complete orders.

My stuff was disposed of by USPS because LightintheBox didn't pay for shipping! Plus, I couldn't find a number to call so I have no idea if I will be refunded. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I don't care what others say: this company sucks!!!!

The blouse fabric and fit were great and as expected. The window film is good quality with heavy film and looks that it would adhere well except it is the wrong pattern. However return was easy with customer service. Overall a good experience even with the error in product design.

Bought blouses early June. Received July. Quality was terrible and returned items. Had to pay for returns and was a task I had to perform rather than seller. Seller very apologetic, but never offers to cover costs other than to discount on next purchase which will never happen. Stay away.

Peronally - I know that these orders come from China and returns will be expensive. However, this time I could not physically get to "return options" on one item - just would not work. Only the first 4 items of the order displayed and I wanted to return the 5th one. I did just input this text into another item with a description and I did get a return of approximately 50%overall of the two items I wanted to return. Usually the sizing guides are pretty accurate. In one instance however, a 58 inch bustline was indicated as a size 12-14 - I knew one of the two sizings had to be wrong - it was the size 12 to 14. This really was a 58 inch bustline - the equivalent of a size 4XL.

I was unsure of the quality of the clothing given the price but I must say that I have been wonderfully surprised and happy with what I’ve ordered. For myself, personally, I noticed the sizing to be tight at my normal size. This occurred on my 1st order and they exchanged it immediately, sent out the new size the next day, and didn’t even require me to return the wrong one. So far I have I am very pleased.

The shirt ordered was quite good and the price was top-notch. The bracelet however was smaller than what I thought it would be. Though it's still manageable. All the same I give 5 stars out of 5 stars in total for the product, service and delivery. I have recommended the seller to a friend already. The sweater is very disappointing, the back around the neck is unfinished and looks ready to unravel. It is also shapeless and cheap knit. The long open shirt is the only one I like. The colors are soft, but as it is too hot to wear it right now I cannot judge much yet. The other shirt looks like nothing in the picture. Is is dark and drab, not the beautiful green and golden stripes. I wish I could return them but I do not want to pay for shipment. The pictures show such beautiful items that I thought I would buy more, but not now. I do not know how you can misrepresent your clothes in such a disappointing way. The least you could do is give me a rebate. Thank you.

The picture of the linen pants showed them coming down to the ankle. I didn’t check the measurements properly I guess because they only come down to my mid-calf which wasn’t the look. I was intending but aside from that they’re nice quality and I’m sure will look great on somebody else.

Two shirts arrived and one was M when I ordered XL. I have ordered before from this company and found the quality of garments V price to be excellent. I am a little disappointed with this error. I don't have time before a vacation to reorder. Prev orders were perfect hence I kept using the service.

I have probably bought 10 pieces from this company. I am very pleased with their service and they are very thorough with delivery updates. I live in the deep south, and the weight of their garments keeps me as sweat-free as possible. So far they have all held up and even looked better after washing and drying.

I am pleased with the top… It is a pale yellow with pink flowers… That being said it is not exactly like the picture… The detailing is very fancy in the picture but the top I received is pretty and has a similar picture but is lacking the sparkle and 3D that I expected on my top. I think the fabric is good quality and it should last a long time but it is not 3 dimensional.

Dress with print was a fabulous fit for me with great length. The plain dress was a bit too straight and added very little to my shape and was a bit too long. Their refund policy was great! Both were very good quality and will order again with this information going forward.

It was more than 2 weeks late, and once it got here, it's not wearable. It's too big for its size as I ordered my typical size, and it doesn't look like what I ordered. But my dog now has something we will use as a blanket for his bed!

I found that many of the dresses did not fit as well as expected. Also the material was thinner than I thought. I ended up keeping some and donating the others. Lessons learned. The dresses tend to be small and even at the largest size they don't look as flattering as the picture.

I received an email from Light In The Box.com. It had a Hawaiian shirt, in different colors, listed for $4.99 if purchased through the email. I bought 2, 1 in 1 color and the other in another color. They were a Father's Day present for someone. I received them last Thursday and gave them to the person they were for. He loved both of them with one exception. The shirts were tight around his belly. The website's policy for returns is that within the first week, if the person isn't happy for any reason, the item(s) ordered can be returned or exchanged. Also if the size or color is wrong, a return or an exchange can be made.

The fabric of the dress was nice, but I am an older lady, and I can't wear an eyelet dress that is not lined. I just can not have my underwear showing through the eyelets, even if the color does match. I just can't do it. Otherwise I love the dress. The lace sleeves are beautiful! The other dress is nice for the price.

All my orders have been smooth and easy, for the most part as described. The only thing I have noticed is when I order 2 or 3 Earrings of the same item I often get shorted and only receive 1 pair, it must be a picking or warehouse problem I suppose. I never file a dispute as most items are inexpensive and not worth the hassle involved, but thought you should know. Otherwise all is good, I will continue to purchase.

They offered a reduced refund or a very arduous return process, including taking pictures of the clothing juxtaposed against a tape measure. I love the beautiful dresses I've found on Lightinthebox.com. I have not seen dresses like these anywhere else. I refer to the size charts when ordering, and I've been very pleased with most of my purchases. A couple of the dresses were cut a bit different from the advertised images, so I was not as happy with those. Customer service responded quickly to my messages, and gave me the option to send photos and return them or to get 50% back as credit to my account.

Sizes are pretty accurate, but I also did a couple different sizes to see which fit best and I can wear both the 2X and 3X comfortably, the 3X is a little looser in the waist. I ordered two dresses, one of which was the Women's Two Piece Dress Set Casual Dress Print Dress Outdoor Daily Active Modern Pocket Print Midi Dress V Neck Half Sleeve Floral. I ordered both dresses according to the size chart for each dress. This dress however is too small through the bodice. I had hoped to exchange the dress for a larger size but by the time I pay the Return Shipping plus a large $ shipping amount to send a larger size exchange dress, the overall price for this transaction is not worth it. I'm looking at some $30 total in shipping alone just to get this dress in the correct size. I am so discouraged! I paid $13.20 for the dress plus it would cost an additional $16+ in shipping charge to exchange the dress on top of the $15.58 shipping charge that I have already paid. That's ridiculous. I am so disappointed! Plus, there is no easy way to reach Customer Service.

The clothes are well made and beautiful. The blouses do not accommodate large breasts so it is hard to determine correct size. Shipping is timely and accurate. Colors are as shown in the pictures online. There are no laundry instructions. So I wash by cold water with Woolite as soon as they arrive.

I love the colors of the clothes I bought. I should have gotten the size larger. The material the clothes are made of is thin and hard to iron. I guess that's why they can be sold at a good price. The clothes are comfortable. I will probably order again and just get larger sizes. But it does take a good while to be shipped.

The tights are gorgeous. The only problem is they do not fit over the boot. They are made for someone with tiny tiny feet—and my daughter only has small feet. We were able to tuck the clips and fold them for figures and loops, but these cannot be worn for what I had intended. Four stars because they weren’t completely useless.

I bought a two piece striped swimsuit and was worried about the quality but it is very nice and true to size. I have received a lot of compliments on how cute it is. We ordered three women's nighties - one of which was portrayed on the site as having holes where the breasts are located. Two of them came through exactly as expected - the one I described came through without breast access holes. Still satisfied overall, just disappointed with that confusing portrayal of the item.

Lovely white with pink and blue flowers bordering the skirt. I am surprised that it fits so well. I do need to sew a few stitches at the neckline "V". It is a bit too low but a pretty antique broach will complete the look. I can't wait to wear it for a warm summer gathering.

I received two pair of dress pants. One pair was perfect! Great material and fit. I am very happy with THIS pair. However, a second pair was made of some other type of material that was of very low quality. The material was slick almost like material for a bathing suit. I asked for a replacement, but have not heard back from customer service and it has been several days.

I love the products I have bought to date, The pictures and descriptions are accurate. The sizing is accurate. I am pleased with the updates that are sent on the status of the orders. I would, like my purchases to come a bit quicker but I have learned to live with the wait.

Product excellent and to standard announced information of delivery easy to find... shipping too slow. Shipping is a crucial reason why we buy things and reorder materials. If not this may cause slower growth for the company. I would negotiate speed delivery and that will be a game changer for new orders.

I had previously given LightInTheBox a 1 star rating based on poor quality and added custom charges. After contacting the company I got a refund of the custom charges and for the clothing that I didn't like. So this company will refund if you are not satisfied. That is good customer service.

Horrible fabric, horrible graphics, way too big - one of the worst things I ever ordered. Impossible to return. Was offered a discount on another product which I will never use. I do not recommend this site just because you can't return item unless you send pictures of why it is a piece of garbage.

This order for 4 dresses and a long skirt arrived yesterday and the shipping time was reasonable. The price including shipping was 62.44 Canadian as a Gold member. Amazing prices in their sale! 3 dresses fit perfectly, one needs the buttons moving and is a little tight. It is very important to really check measurements EVERY time for each item in the size chart. The skirt is lovely. Being short I often have to shorten their garments but this particular order has not needed it. I have bought quite a few dresses here, the downside is that checking the site pretty much daily is addicting. Even at these amazing prices, orders add up, so take care. Overall a positive experience for me. Being a Gold member has saved me a huge amount on shipping.

The clothing merchandise is mostly good quality but be careful with sizing. It's not usually the size you normally wear. Check their size chart carefully, and the customer service is great, they always get back to you promptly and are very courteous, the shipping can get a little costly but it's fair.

It's like whatever they have, if it is a mistake, you will keep it. A $7 pair of ladies shoes are as comfortable as a $70 pair. The bucket fit perfect and very attractive. I will continue to shop this bargain app and continue to get great deals on quality clothing items in the future. I don't know how they can sell such quality products for incredibly low prices.

Your company does not give refunds unless we pay to ship all the way back to wherever in whatever country you ship from. The pennies you get back as a credit is throw out change. Your return policy is horrible. I would not order anything from your company again. The only reason I did order again was because I didn't realize at the time that when you sent a damaged item that I would only get a portion of it back as credit and didn't realize those credits had to be used by a short period of time and that the throw out change that I mentioned earlier was also ridiculous because you had to use it within a period of time and had to apply that credit toward something that cost about twice as much if not more.

I purchased a number of items. One is in process for return. LightInTheBox customer service has worked quickly and professionally with me on this concern. The other items were very nice and fit well. I will order more items from this company. Their variety in clothing and styles are terrific.

This is a great dress - the fabric is good quality and the fit is perfect. I am planning to wear this frequently this summer. The color is perfect and can be worn with multiple accessories. Perfect to dress up or down and for multiple occasions. The dress is lightweight and great for warm months.
