My item was received much more quickly than expected and works like a charm. It was also quite reasonably priced. My wonderful old truck didn't come with WIFI and with States now making it illegal to hold a cellphone and talk while driving (a VERY good thing) I needed the ability to talk hands free when necessary, while operating the vehicle.

Items shipped as promised. Sizing on stretch capris very questionable. Sadly items must be returned to Asian location at customer expense. Otherwise you have the option of accepting pennies on the dollar for future purchases vs overseas return costs.

We tried 3 separate times to receive refund on women's clothing that did not fit and didn’t begin to resemble the picture. All we receive is a form letter telling us a percentage off. When we email they do not respond with instructions on how to return. The first time they stated they needed to review our return. The 2nd time was 30 percent off, the third 60 percent off with no way to return. Poor customer service service on returns and the quality is very cheaply made. Do not consider this company for anything. Their clothing is oversized and ill fitting and their customer service is lacking.

I have already recommended to family and friends. Quality of workmanship is excellent, pricing is unbelievable, delivery is quite good. Excellent selection of merchandise, always sales events for deals and clothing to match outgoing events. I have only one complaint, is that you tell manufacturers to size accordingly to US or Canadian sizes, I order 2x shirts and couldn't fit into them.

So many options for my wedding. I found the perfect dress. I did not want the traditional white dress, yet I wanted a statement made with the dress. It's perfect! I also found all the accessories I needed here without having to shop anywhere else. Love this site. Highly recommend it.

This unit has actually become a storage shelf for my MoonLander camper. It was a super easy install that took me less than 30 seconds to put up. With my camper being made of aluminum magnetic shelves wouldn't work so the suction cup style was a great idea. I wish I had ordered two at the same time. I have just ordered a second shelf and am looking forward to its arrival. LightInTheBox has been my go to for cycling clothes and accessories and I am glad to see they have other quality products as well.

Very comfortable and great pockets and simple design. I also bought my sister two pairs and she loves them. Mine were on sale. Affordable too! These pants are easy to wear and easy to care for cold water wash. Delivery was in a timely manner. Each time I make a purchase and then submit I get an incentive which is so great! No care of intelligence used in shipping. Cowboy hat stuffed in bag. They are damaged before carrier receives the package. It's totally stupid!! By the time the package is abused for 4000 miles cowboy hats are ruined and not useable. I see additional hats I want to order but I'm not unless you can guarantee they will be shipped with care.

I love the shirt but it was too small and when I wanted to return it for a refund, there was no way to get a refund without paying another $10 - $40 to send it back to Asia. The shirt is a beautiful shirt but too small. This is the size I normally wear but this one was just too small..

I’ve been a loyal LightInTheBox customer for over three years, and it continues to be my favorite destination for fashion and clothing. One of the things I love most is the affordability without sacrificing style. The pricing is reasonable and the styles are very up-to-date, often matching current fashion trends seen in more expensive stores. Overall happy. It is very inexpensive so of course I had concerns but you you read all the specifications and ie fine print you get what you order. Does take a while to get your order after ordering but it's coming a long way lol. Ordering cotton or linen just have to be careful. It's not cotton or linen texture because that means it's actually polyester lol. Again overall happy and inexpensive. Just make sure you're getting what you want and not assuming. Fun shopping!

Well to tell the truth, My experience with light in the box has been wonderful. They do listen to you, most importantly they will work with you if there is a problem and they will make it right with. Wonderful Bussines. I highly recommend them. A list In my world for real.

Updated on 08/06/2025: 8/25 I have been going back and forth with them. I ordered a women's suit in emerald green. It arrived the wrong color, too tight and most important WITHOUT a button hole on the front of jacket. It is double breasted!! They have now offered 70% refund. They did not deliver what I paid for!!! I can’t believe they don’t refund when it is their mistake! We had a contract! I pay they send what I pay for. They did not send for what I paid for. I am entitled to a full refund. Please do not use them. I should have stuck with Shein. They NEVER have an issue with a return. Excellent customer service. Light’s prices are much higher also. I paid $157 for the suit!!! They said the 70% refund is available if I change my review. Stay away.
Updated on 08/04/2025: I was contacted again by Light in the Box after telling me they could not speak to me since I filed a transaction dispute. The article delivered was defective. No buttonholes, wrong color and size! They would not let me return it!!! I am out $157. Today they offered 50% in store credit if I write a glowing review! Why would I do business with them again? I will not lie for them! What kind of business does this!!!
Original Review: I ordered a suit. When it arrived it was the wrong size, color, and was missing a buttonhole on the front of the jacket. I let them know and requested a return label. After several emails, their best offer was 50% store credit and I would have to pay to have it shipped registered to China. It was $157 dollars. I tried disputing it with my credit card company but Lightinthebox said I clicked the received button when I got it so that means I received it in good condition. They said they will no longer speak with me because I filed a dispute. That is a lot of money to me. Tags are still on. I will use Shein going forward. I can’t believe they can get away with this. Also use Paypal. They guarantee things like this.

Great fit - spot on with sizing. Great look - bold and very accurate with pictures in the advertisement. I was a little surprised at the texture of the material. Not that it was bad, just that it had a different feel. Also, I don’t know if the material is cotton, silk, or a combination. All in all, a good product.

I purchased two dresses, the same than one that I previously own that I like, I bought it in two different colors for my daughter who likes the dress a lot. I received the dresses and the model is the same but the fabric is completely different, so cheap and ugly, totally see through, made 65% of polyester when mine is 100% cotton. The dresses are unwearable. Customer service wants me to pay for the shipping back which is quite expensive, hoping they will refund me 50% on rewards points. Why do I want rewards if I will never buy from them again? I have lost total trust in the quality and the customer service.

They list the size as US but it is not. All my shirts I have are Large and I ordered a large. The size is more like a medium at least in the upper area if I was to raise my arms up it would tear along the seam especially in the shoulder area. Second the site has reference to California so thought I was buying from a local site but you soon find out the delivery time is definitely not from California. Response to shirt being too small a very awful experience will never order anything from them.

Ordered a retractable USB A to Lightning cable in mid-June, with expected delivery of July 9. It is now nearly August and nothing has been delivered though, after 6 weeks they sent an email saying it was. NOPE, sure wasn't.. Now they want me to take pictures of the front of my house (delivery area) so they can contact the delivery company! Also to check with my neighbors and declare a loss with the local carrier. Really, your delivery issue is my problem? I've asked three separate times now where they think it is and WHO the carrier is ... Nothing, just a lot of email tennis about "assure you we take this seriously", escalating with the carrier. Whatever .... just stay away from them, that's my best advice.

I am not one to write reviews, but this is a necessary warning for anyone considering purchasing from this site. The item, a linen henley shirt, took over 3 weeks to arrive. The quality was poor, the sizing substantially off, and the cut/fitting was as if two squares of fabric were simply ironed together. The return process is confusing and complicated....so thankfully this test purchase resulted in only a small loss.

This site has so many items to offer! And inexpensive. Have I received a few duds, sure, but a golf polo that costs $2.99, you have to take the chance if it fits the theme. I have been very pleased with about 85% of my purchases. Learn to read reviews and know your measurements and boom! You have a new wardrobe. Shipping takes a long time as it is on the slow boat from China so can’t expect Amazon type delivery. But again, the prices actually make it fun to try something new. I have lost about 40 lbs so am currently trying to turnover my wardrobe and this site has helped me. I am a frequent purchaser and look at this site just about every day.

I have bought nearly 10 pieces of clothing, the prices are great and I look great in the polos. Delivery is from China so expect 2 week delivery time but you are constantly informed where the shipment is at. I highly recommend Light in the Box to my colleagues and friends. This company is a joke. Don’t buy. Not able to return. You’ll lose your money. I order a dress that spend $200 that I won’t see again. They give you options of a 20% refund or 50% of your next purchase that I would never do. Material was super cheap. Missing item and no chart size accurate.

I ordered a shower drain from Lightinthebox, Unfortunately, it was not the right size. I decided to return it and while I tried to follow their website return it would not let me finish the return. I decided to call them, there was no telephone number. I looked at the package and noticed that there was no return address and said can not refuse taking the package unless calling the company. I called the credit card. They said they will investigate, however they never credited my account because the company refused the return. I asked the credit company to give me the telephone number that they contacted them. It was San Jose number with area code 408. Nobody picked up the phone by pushing the #1 and #2. The number 3 was an overseas number and only worked with WhatsApp. I would never buy anything from LightInTheBox. I lost $38:00. Imagine if you buy a dress of $200.00 and can not return.

I purchased a 4th of July tankini swimsuit from LightInTheBox a month before the 4th of July for a party. Nowhere on their website does it tell you the swimsuit is coming from China. I usually wear a medium, but according to the size chart I needed to order a large (I assumed that meant their sizes run smaller), so that is what I ordered. It was too big so I emailed the company that I needed to exchange my suit for a medium. They repeatedly and strongly encouraged me to accept a 50% credit and order a new swimsuit, instead of being willing to exchange it for me. How does that help me? Then I'd end up paying another $23.15 for my suit.
I asked someone to call me but that never happened. It wasn't until several emails back and forth that I find out that I have to pay $40 (according to the post office) to ship my suit back to China and wait God knows how long to get the correct size. So I would end up having to pay $86.31 for this suit instead of the $46.31 that I have already paid!! It says free exchanges but it clearly is not!! It only says that we have to pay to return items, not exchange them! I never would have purchased this suit if I had known it was coming from China and that I would have to pay to ship my suit back to receive the correct size. If their size chart was accurate I wouldn't be having this problem to begin with.

I have never, ever dealt with such a scam company before. My mistake was in thinking that because it is on FB, they (Facebook) have some type of vetting policy. LoL, they do not. I ordered a dress way back in June, and I have not heard a thing from these people. Now they claim that my package is here, but USPS will not deliver it for 5 more days. I purchase many things online. I have never ever been told that my package was here, I just had to wait. Don't buy anything from them and you will be further ahead. Any item that you see on their website can easily be found on Amazon, usually for 17-24% less than this place.

I purchased a item for my daughter in Florida and when it arrived it would not light up. She called me and told me the problem, I contacted customer service and told Christine the problem. She started to work on the problem at once. We tried everything to get it to work with no luck. Christine told us to make a short video and forward it to her which we did and within three (3) days the problem was solved. The product was deemed defective and a replacement was issued. Christine is a is a merit to the customer department.

I want to tell all of you what I have experienced with this company. I started the ordering process on July 1st. It is now July 13th and am still showing my order still processing. Once processed the merchandise has to be put on a ship that will take another week to ten days then has to clear customs in the US then handed over to UPS before I receive package. So for those ordering any kind of summer clothes they will most likely not arrive until the fall. I will keep you updated on my shipment.

They finally did refund my money for their clothing after I emailed them and told them I was going to report them to the Michigan attorney general if they didn’t refund all of it for the items I was disputing. BUT, they misrepresent the fabric contents of their clothing on their website. For example, I ordered a shirt that was described as cotton/cotton linen and it was 100% polyester. A pair of pants was supposed to be cotton/cotton linen and they were polyester. I didn’t request a refund for 2 other pairs of pants as they are made of cotton even though they are misrepresented on their website as cotton/cotton linen as I can wear them; I am allergic to polyester and therefore read labels.

I was very excited by the costume options at LITB for my Grade 8 play, Romeo and Juliet. I ordered ahead of the play by two weeks hoping that the shipping would send off my costumes in 5 - 10 business days. I did not realize they were shipping from China and so they arrived after the play was over. The shipping time was the only disappointment otherwise everything was as advertised with high quality fabrics and costumes as pictured.

First read all the real reviews on Reddit and you'll see I'm right. This 4.3 rating is bogus, don't be fooled. Sizes are terrible, medium was actually a small on 3 shirts and the other was actually fine. I wear a 32 in pants and shorts and they aren't tight. The 32 I got here, I couldn't even zip up. Cheap made in China clothing with threads already coming out. Terrible customer service that takes forever to get a response from. They make you jump through hoops to return something and then you have to pay for the shipping BACK TO CHINA! Absolutely ridiculous. Never buy anything from here unless you don't care about your money.

Beware! There are many issues with ordering online from LightInTheBox. First, mystery costs were tacked onto the total, making it much more expensive than advertised. The shipment took far longer to arrive than the date they promised, so there was no way I could even wear the item for the event I had hoped to use it for. Moreover, the item didn't fit properly, and, when I started the online return process, it would not go through! The automated response stated that the item was "made to order" and thus not returnable. Their website stated that they accept returns and exchanges. Now, I'm stuck with a dress that I won't use. This company is a fraud!

Although I needed the wedding dress needed to be altered, as it was too long and the neck was not cut correctly, but both were easy fixes and response was fabulous! The embroidery on the other dress was gorgeous and needed to have the zipper reinstalled but it’s a gorgeous dress and felt amazing on! Great value!!!

When my shoes came, they were HUGE! Thank goodness I ordered 3 pair for my wedding. The others from other companies fit fine, so they size quite large. Also, their return requirements are ridiculous. 30% of the sale price? What? And I have to send their own measurement guide and barcodes—what a scam. How about you keep up with your own sales? Bought 3 dresses only one fit. Bought 2 bathing suits only 1 fit. All were on sale, so will donate the ones that don't fit. Read the fabric on the listing. Two of the dresses were cotton the elastic didn't budge. The tee shirt material pull over dress fit great. Also bought some cheap jewelry. May or may not ever wear them.

This company sold this dress as cotton/linen for a total of $40.48. It is clearly labeled as 100% polyester. The company pretends that they don't understand the issue when they reply. But they are very sharp to never admit that it is their deceptive advertising that caused the problem, they pretend it's about the packaging. When I asked for a return label they stopped replying. I processed a dispute through PayPal and they agree to the refund but they don't provide a return label and the return postage is $19. They don't respond at all. I deal with other Chinese companies like TEMU and ROSELINEN and they deal fairly with me and they don't lie about the products. This company does not have standard customer service policies and you can tell they have deception built into their policies.

They have some very unique men's clothing that I really get excited about and have not seen anywhere else. For example, I have purchased 7 Men's long jackets with amazing colors & designs. Purchased an ice skating dress for my daughter and delivery took almost two weeks. When it arrived it turned out to be too small, so when I asked for the return or exchange customer service said I can exchange for another dress of the same value, but then they stopped responding. So after a month of going back and forth they said I can only return within 14 days of purchase (which is pretty much their delivery time). Basically I spent $200 on something that doesn’t fit. Terrible service!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Lightinabox. I ordered a shirt, and instead, I received a women’s sculpture belt — completely the wrong item. Trying to get in touch with this company has been impossible. They are unresponsive and seem to be running a scam. After sending them pictures of what I received, I got no reply whatsoever. It feels like a complete waste of time and money.
It’s obvious this company is a scam, and their customer service is nonexistent. It’s shocking how they can get away with this. Bejin must be laughing at how gullible people are to order from a company that clearly doesn’t care about its customers. This company is awful. Do not buy from this company. I order a formal dress cost $188.00. Dress did not fit and was not like the way it appeared on model. They use models that do not wear their clothes, they claim they custom make the clothes once you pick a size. That IS A LIE. They don’t give refunds, the order takes about a month and a half to come and Yes It is a CHINESE COMPANY. This dress was for my niece’ s wedding. Now I have to pay for another dress. I found out about LightInTheBox while I was searching for Easter dresses, and I’ve been going back ever since because they have the cutest little dresses for little girls. I purchased a graduation dress and some shoes. The quality of the shoes is good, but the quality of the dress, not so much. It was a little too big, so we had to make a couple of adjustments to it, but overall, it was pretty. I'll definitely shop with them again in the future.

I got a pair of shoes from LightInTheBox and I love them. But I did the size according to the size guide so I ordered a 42 because I was just right at the 10 inches. I thought with the shoes being pointy, I would want just a touch more room. It fit into the size that I got, but they were an inch and a half longer than my foot. The shoes measured at 11.25 inches. I’m trying to return them for the right size but I don’t know what size to order now. I got one picture sent, but then I didn’t get the picture of the measurement.
So now, I’m trying to figure out how to get both of them sent. Also, I don’t know what size to order now because if the 42 was supposed to be the right size at 10 inches, I don’t know what to go down to or if they were mismarked.
The customer service was excellent, but I had a hard time finding the support even for the email and get that started. I found one number and tried calling it and it said it wasn’t in service. But they got back to me quickly as far as the emailing back and forth.

I purchased some shirts and a package of socks. I was skittish as soon as I found out they were in Hong Kong. I'd heard so many scams going on. But I was gonna give them a try and thought, "I'm gonna keep it low." I bought 50 bucks worth of items. The fact that it comes from Hong Kong takes a little longer than domestic stuff, but the items came in exactly like they looked in the ads. They fit perfectly. I've bought quite a bit more since then. I was trying to update my wardrobe and I have now. I go in and peek at the ads from LightInTheBox every once in a while.
I have no hesitations now when I wanna order something from LightInTheBox. I don't hesitate at all to recommend them if I need to. I had one mess-up and they took care of it. I had ordered a shirt and when it showed up, not only was it not the shirt I ordered, but it was in an extra large and I'm a medium. I contacted customer support and I talked back and forth with this one guy three or four times. He shipped me the correct shirt. I understand mistakes happen and they took care of it perfectly. I'm happy with LightInTheBox.
The quality of the items is awesome. I bought two pairs of shorts and they were a little tighter than I would have wanted if I had been trying them on in a store. But I can still wear them. I just wish they are been a little bit bigger. That's the only issue I've ever had with anything.
Their prices are good too. But sometimes by the time I add in the shipping, they aren't quite as good. The shipping is a down part for me, especially when I'm ordering 50 bucks worth of stuff. There's no cutoff on the shipping. With a lot of stores, if you order 30 bucks worth of items, it's free shipping. LightInTheBox doesn’t do that. When I go in and I see something for 699, by the time another 4 or 5 bucks is added for shipping, I probably could have found something similar at Walmart for that price. But I understand they're shipping items from Hong Kong and they've got a lot of stuff involved in that. Overall, the prices are still competitive.

I placed my order for three items on April 19 2025. It showed as two items delivered on May 11. I reached out to the company and they told me I would receive my items by May 30. Their tracking system is so generic I can't tell where in the US the package is. I'll stick with Amazon from now on.

I ordered on 05/04/2025, 2 dresses and one top. In my first shipment, I had received one pink linen dress and one tan tunic linen top. I loved them both! However, just today on 05/29/2025, I received the 3rd item I had ordered, a light blue midi dress. It is just horrible!!! I thought it was made of linen like the others, but instead, it's like a nylon material. It looks like a nightgown rather than a dress. It is very cheaply made. The design looked in the skirt is printed on the material. On your website, it looked like 3-dimensional embroidery. NOT a print of one!! Instead of giving you a 3-star report, I'm giving barely a 2 star just for that last piece. I am very disappointed. It certainly did not look anything like the dress shown.!! Anything thing you can do for me? Perhaps a refund on that last dress for $21.99. Thank you.

I am so impressed with the beauty and quality of this gown. It is one of the most lovely gowns I have ever seen and I just had to have it for my next special occasion. The beading includes pink pearls and tons of sequins. The double straps even have rhinestones and the corset back makes it fit perfectly on me, the double lined pink satin is exceptional. I did not get my length custom fit but it is offered by seller. The Delivery was very fast. Excellent customer service, I will be back for more.

I have been trying to get this package for two weeks. I was told it was at the Post Office and they tell me nothing is there and it's a scam. I was told in an email it couldn't be delivered. Color did not match, poor quality and too large. LightInTheBox customer service will not exchange it for another product and told me I could purchase another color with credit. The top is $28.99 and you need to spend $29 to redeem it! Customer service said I have to buy two items to use the credit! What a scam. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! There are too many other good online businesses, stay away from Light in the box!

I got a dress from Light in the Box and when I tried it on it looked horrible. I immediately sent it back to the address and the corner of the envelope they sent it in and they only sent me half the money back after I called them because they said they didn't know that address. I've tried to call them again and can't find a number. It always goes to a whole another company, not to mention I blocked them from their advertisements on my Gmail and they send me tons everyday regardless of me blocking them. I think they're all about scamming and or ripping people off. I think I would rather walk around naked then get something from them. SMH.

They advertised the blouse I bought as a cotton and linen blend but the item I was sent was cheap polyester. I'm also thinking that somewhere along the line, someone associated with this company stole my debit card number and tried to use it because right after I ordered something from them, a mysterious charge showed up. My card company contacted me so the charge didn't go through.

I sent an email to LightInTheBox on May 6, 2025, that was not answered. I ordered several items a weeks prior. The items are lovely and fit in the shoulders, but are extremely long and the sleeves.. Not worth the expense of having them altered. I filled out of the questions and explained why I was returning each item. Two of the items that are represented on the website as outfits, are actually only coats. Upon looking back I now see that the description does say coats, but I didn't see that. I don't understand why these IMMENSE articles would-be sold separately without the rest of the outfit. I moved on to the next page and was instructed to take measurements and send pictures. Why? Why is it not enough to say that they don't fit.
I bought them in good consensus, and was attempting to return them and look further on your site to find clothing to fit. Your return policy is over extending. When I didn't get a reply from my email, I decided to donate them to a thrift shop and never shop on your website again. Due to a family emergency I did not get to do that yet. Your garments are well made and very pretty, but not worth the hassle.

Your return policy is a complete joke. Your sizing guide told me to buy a size extra large according to my waist size. Well, It was extremely big on me and I need a size Large. I ordered men linen pants and a linen shirt. Both of them were advertised as a cotton/linen fabric combination. Only the pants were linen. The shirt was 100 % synthetic. I requested a return and was offered to send it with tracking to China (from the USA). The cost of shipping exceeds the return value of the shirt ($25.99). No other solution has been offered.

I ordered two items from LightInTheBox. The dress was great and I loved it. The suit, though, wasn’t good. It arrived dirty with pen marks, and the quality was low and very see-through, unlike the dress. I want to return the suit and am currently emailing back and forth with them about it.
They told me I can either take 60% of the product value and keep the suit, or try to send it back to Asia without a shipping label. I don’t want the suit, but I have no idea how much shipping to Asia would cost. If it’s around $100, I’ll just throw it away and take the 60%. So yeah, that’s the update.
They advertise on their website that you can return items, but they don’t clearly state that you have to pay to ship it back to Asia yourself. If the return shipping costs around $100, that’s a big detail they should probably disclose upfront. Other than that, I loved the dress. I’m actually getting married in it. "

I love the dance shoes as they are comfortable and easy to dance in, get many compliments. It's just that the shipping takes at least 2-4 weeks. Had ordered a shirt and a leveling tool. The shirt was as described and the leveling tool is an excellent tool that can be used for whichever direction needs to be assured is evenly level. It also contains a laser light that I personally haven't needed to use, but is an added option for use.

I was worried that it would break - and it did. Not even a month in. The clasp to hold it shut is not durable enough for sustained use, and it quit working totally, finally. I had to use a knife to open the case. The case is strong, the springs seem good, but the clasp to hold it shut, and, consequently, open if again, is crap. Lightinthebox offers no discussion if there's a problem, just a return/refund button, with no elaboration. Returning this for a refund would now cost me about TWICE as much as my initial order.

Product arrived ahead of time. No flaws in shipping container. Everything so far is good. Bought for wife's birthday and she satisfied, need I say anything more. The only problem I had was to resize the watch band. Had to Google for instructions on how to remove links from the band but finally figured it out. Not the easiest thing to do unless you are a watchmaker. After about an hour and a few shot of Jack Daniels, I finally got it done, then had to do it again, the band was too tight. Don't do it! At least not clothes. They look nothing like the pictures and they will not accept returns. They say they will, but then they told me the product was "made to order," which is a lie as I ordered a standard size with no alterations or anything. They offered be a 50% credit (no thanks) or a $20 refund on a $166 purchase. There was NOTHING on the order site that said anything about this dress being made to order. They state "hassle free returns."

I bought numerous tops that advertised as a COTTON/LINEN blend fabric. It is FALSE ADVERTISING!!! THEY ARE ALL CHEAP POLYESTER!! After I complained, they removed the fabric content. I would never order from these people again. They mislead you on how long the process takes, gouging you for another 25 bucks for "expedited" shipping, and then keep saying "your order has shipped" but it's still "processing." It's terrible. I order April 20 and they promised within a week and now, the 24th, they say it's being "processed" and MIGHT get here by May 8. NO. That's misleading and NOT what they promised. There is NO way to contact them.

Package was left in a nonpermissible area on 4/12. I am led to believe the package was stolen or the carrier themselves took it with them after the photo was taken. I reached out the same day and again repeatedly on 4/17 until I also escalated it to file a police report, and I provided all details to customer service options (only online as there is no phone call option) and they have responded with what seems like generated AI messages saying that the package was delivered. The photo of the delivery was in front of a door that says "DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGE HERE" and I as the customer still have yet to confirm any packages delivered.
I've never had such terrible service before and I am in hopes that no one orders from this company. It is not reputable at all. My order was over $100+ and therefore it was significant in value to at least be provided a credit of some kind. This is a review to warn all future customers and sales about this fraudulent activity supported by this carrier.

I ordered some Moroccan solar power lights. My order took almost 3weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it was wrong. I asked the company for a return address and for a refund. They keep offering me a partial refund, initially 10% then 30% and now 40%. They want me to keep a product I don’t want in exchange for the partial refund. All I want is to return the unwanted goods and get a refund. Their customer service is awful. Whatever happened to the customer always being right? Very very frustrating. I ordered two cargo pants, using their measurement scales. The shorts came in about four inches small on both pair. When I requested a refund, they said they wanted pictures, do I sent a picture of each, showing how small they were. They then responded that they wanted pictures with measurements, showing the width of the waists, hips and lengths. They also indicated that if I wanted an exchange, they would give me 50% off if I returned the shorts I had purchased. One reply from "Krystelle" presented that she was sorry I didn't like my "shirt" and also offered me a 30% refund and I could keep the "shirt" (the shorts were way too small). Never again will I buy from this company. And to close, I would need to pay for any return.

Very happy with my purchase. Would order again. The arrival date given was spot on. Sizing was correct. I've only had the shoes for a week. But they are extremely comfortable. I wear a size 12 order. The size 12 and it fits like a size 12. Great experience will be purchasing other items. The submit order takes button is not instantaneous. Don't hit the submit button 3 times like I did. I am very happy with LITB. Everything I have ordered fits very well except one thing which happens to be the most expensive item I have purchased. I guess it was my mistake. All the shirts I have ordered fit well (medium) so I ordered a sports jacket (medium). It is too small. I really like the jacket but I don't think it can be let out. I am trying to lose weight but even then it may be too small. Wondering if I have options. Either way I will continue to use LITB as I am happy with the quality I received for the price I paid. Not easy to lose weight when you are 78 years old.

I should have known the prices were too good to be true. Sizes are waaaay off. Colors are off. Fabric is really cheesy. I wanted to take advantage of the return policy; I knew I would have to pay for return shipping costs. However, they failed to mention, when ordering, the junk had to be returned to CHINA and would probably cost about $50...and tracking would be extra! Don't even think of ordering from this place I'm giving it all to the Goodwill. Hopefully they will size it properly.

I love LightInTheBox’s prices. It's unbelievable. I usually buy stuff when it's really cheap. I wait till you guys have a special. The things that I buy the most are shirts, tank tops, shorts and swim trunks. They have the best quality, but your sizes are weird. Sometimes I have to order something triple-X to fit me. Normally, I buy an extra large. I look at the comments that people make and they say, “Order an extra size big.” So I do, and then they're too big. One time, I ordered a pair of shorts and it turned out to be a kid's size and I didn't know that. But for the most part, everything's great. This dress is nice but not suitable for a guest going to a formal wedding. Fit is good but unfortunately the dress is much more casual than I expected. Thank you for quick delivery. When I saw the shirt I liked on their Facebook ad, I went ahead and got into the LightInTheBox store online, and started seeing some of the stuff I like, and started ordering. Their website is easy to use. And I purchased a lot of the 3D t-shirts and a few trinkets from them. I also like the wool socks they have. And so far, the quality seems okay on the t-shirts, but some of the other little gimmick stuff is kind of stuff you can find at a dollar store.

I love the variety and the unique colors and patterns that this site has. My only disappointment is that it can take several weeks to get my orders to me, but well worth it once they arrive. Everybody loved the dress. I bought a dress from LightInTheBox in October and I liked it. Three months ago, I bought a wedding dress, and I was a little concerned about the quality because it's a bridal dress, and it was amazing because it's custom-made, and the price was reasonable. It came inside a plastic box, and I was not expecting the dress to be folded that way, but when I took it out, it was perfect, so I didn't have any issues at all. The website was user-friendly. The only thing, at the beginning, the responses took a while, but when they started coming in, they came in fast.

I ordered 5 dresses from this joke of a place well over a year ago. They refunded me for 2 because they did not have the size I needed and offered to exchange 3. Only 1 of the 3 dresses that I got just days ago (meaning I waited over a year to even get the exchange) actually fit. I reach out to request a refund for the 2 dresses because at this time I am beyond frustrated, and they refuse to honor their terms, alleging that I was already refunded! I even attached a photo of the original order to show that they refunded me for dresses that are not in my possession and some robo-assistant named Silvia (couldn't possibly be human given the response) repeated the same useless information and told me to have a nice day! POOR quality. I ordered Banksy Girl Graffiti Oil painting & was EXTREMELY disappointed. When I opened the box it still smelled of paint. The colors were FADED & nowhere near as crisp & colorful as what was portrayed online. The added fees put the artwork at $451… ($63+ for DHL delivery in “3-5 business days”…it was 14 days. The art did not have an outer frame, nor was it ready for hanging. I would have to pay shipping back to China if I was to return it. I will never order anything from here again.

Customer service is nonexistent from my experience. My order number and tracking delivery number do not exist on my acct or USUPS. Their instructions how to submit a ticket is a joke and was knocked out of the process 2xs. I will not purchase from them again. My purchase doesn't exist yet they billed me.

Updated on 03/27/2025: Just received an email telling me to go track down my package from the shipper. Meaning, "We don't care about your business."
Original Review: I Ordered an item weeks ago and have heard nothing. Super scam. Do not order. It keeps saying that item is enroute but nothing else. No follow up no response to my inquiry. Do not trust this site! Disappointing.

Simple and quick ordering process. I was able to scan thru and pick a really pretty shirt at a reasonable price. It’s also easy to cancel your order and start over again if you change your mind on what you want, or if you no longer want to purchase. I highly recommend that everyone go to the website and scroll thru all the items. There are many different styles of clothes and many different sizes available.

I had to wait a while to receive my order, but once I received it I was very impressed. I really like my dresses. The material was is good quality material. My dress is beautiful. My daughter liked it so much I told her about Lightinthebox. She order her a dress.

I placed this order on February 22 and it is still not delivered. Original delivery date given was 3-5-25 to 3-9-25. It is now 3-19-25 and the order has not arrived. Items ordered for St Patrick’s day are useless now and I don’t know what recourse I may have. This is totally unacceptable for it to take a month to received any order these days. It seems someone dropped the ball on my order.

Light In The Box made a good offer to improve my poor experience. The site does not fully disclose the returns policy so now that I understand that it's not worth paying for items to be returned to China, I will be more careful next time I order from Light In the Box.

I had a horrible experience with this online company. The product I received was LED lights that hang from the ceiling. They cost $100 and were not what was represented on the website because they had only a small, cheap solar battery that held no juice and did not have a plug, so I could not use the lights at night. When you want to return something, they tell you they will not give you a full refund and the cost to send it back to China through USPS is at least 60% of the cost for even the lightest item, so you are stuck with their crap as well as being out of the money you spent. I would never use them again.
