    No problem with the product. Just what I ordered. The delivery person did not bother to put the package at the front door - which was clearly in view - but left it slightly inside the front patio. It rained. Fortunately, I got out there before the package was in a puddle. I am handicapped, so it was not easy. I have no idea who delivered it.

    I ordered 2 skirts from Light in the Box. I waited about 2+ weeks to receive them. I ordered a size M based on their measurements and reviews saying item was true to size. Beware! NOT true. Received this skirt that seems like a child’s medium. Good luck trying to figure out how to get a refund. They make it as difficult as possible. Finally I wrote them an email and they wanted me to show proof that it wasn’t true to size! Not only that here’s the best: they give you a 30% refund!! So if you spend 100 you get $30 back. I will never order from here again. If I could give 0 stars because their website has you running in circles to try and even ask for a refund.

    I've bought from this company in the past and have even recommended them to family and friends. In June, I bought three pairs of men's sandals and never received them. Because I did not pay extra for insurance, my orders was shown delivered with the US tracking numbers but I never received it. The China tracking numbers was not trackable. This company refused to make it right with a refund or replacement and I lost $100. I suggest anyone buying from them, make sure to pay them extra for insurance otherwise, they will scam you and you won't get your stuff but will lose your money. I will never buy from them again.

    I am usually very pleased with the merchandise that I have purchased. The dresses tend to run a little on the large side but tops run true to size. My main concern is the turnaround time from when I place my order and when I receive it. I ordered a dress to wear in the summer but it took over 3 weeks to receive it so by then it was getting too late in the season to comfortably wear it. I would order more often if it didn’t take so long to receive my order plus many mail order companies offer free shipping after a certain total of money is reached. That is not true for your company and the shipping is fairly high.

    I ordered 2 different wedding dresses to try based on the photos online. When they arrived, neither one looked like the picture and one of them was totally the wrong size. I'm getting married quickly and needed a dress to just fit with minor alterations, so I went ahead and ordered two more dresses, anticipating that it would be easy to return the other two. Not correct. Even though these are standard sizes, they refer to the white dresses as custom and that they are not returnable. So I went back and forth and back and forth with them to no avail. They offered a 50% credit to use in their store (which I obviously don't want) on not only the dresses that were not even close to what they look like online but also the ones that I ordered and cancelled right away. Do not order from this company. Total rip off.

    I had an unhappy experience. The shirts I ordered were poor fitting and low quality. My request for refund was denied because it was barely outside a 7-day window. That info is on the website, but not conspicuously so. The return process is clunky to navigate and the customer must pay the return postage.

    I tried Light In the Box for the first time because I found items there that I couldn't find anywhere else for amazing prices. Although shipping can take a while, my first two orders showed up without any issues. My third order, though, was lost by the shipper, and after over a month I still don't have a resolution for the problem. Light in the Box customer service has been good during this process, but has still failed to give me a final answer. The shipper they used (UNIUNI) was not so great and caused a lot of the delays. I would love to keep ordering from Light in the Box, but how this current issue plays out will make all the difference.

    I was excited to discover this site as a way to supplement my wardrobe with inexpensive, fun summer tops. The website's photography is very appealing. Unfortunately, orders ship slowly, so I placed two more orders before the first arrived. (My mistake; I should have waited.) The quality of the fabric, printing, and cut of the garments made them unwearable. (Cheap construction has shallow armhole cuts, for example, and these were ridiculous if you have breasts.) I'm glad others have found this to be a good source. Sadly, all three orders will be put in my local charity contribution boxes. I'm done.

    This is an awesome online shopping experience! Since I'm a handicapped senior unable to shop in store, this company has completely satisfied many purchases including clothes, shoes, home decor, electronics, etc. over the past year. It's a smaller company than Temu and are much more attentive to customer satisfaction offering refunds and exchanges.     The quality of cloth's fabric is excellent, as is the construction. Prices are unbelievably affordable and regular 90% clearance sales will thrill bargain hunters. Patience is required for international delivery to ALL countries. However, there is NO SALES TAX, plus an unbelievable CAD $7.50 delivery fee regardless of the purchased quantity.     I ordered a product from LightInTheBox on August 12th. They took my money on August 13th. It's now August 29th and I still have not received my order. They also have not contacted me after I've sent several e-mails which seem to hit the bit bucket. I checked my address info on their web site (app). And, everything is correct. I don't know it they are claiming my order is lost or they are simply scamming me. The site has no chat option or customer service email to ask any questions. Of course no human to speak with. They have links that do nothing but run you in circle back to where you started.

    I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding. I had looked up LightintheBox and felt comfortable ordering. The dresses were well made, but very heavy and high waisted. They did not fit me well. I tried to send them back. One dress the customer service emailed I could not return because it was in the made for you wedding guest dresses even though I ordered off the rack size. The other dress they said I could return but upon further review it was not in the return window, it had expired. It says 30 days. I was still in that window. I am out $470.00 and still do not have a dress.

    Would give this company a zero if possible. Dress styles & descriptions are stylish and on trend so I took a chance, thinking this company was a more stylish alternative to JJ'sHouse and Azazie. Ordered a standard size dress on July 26th for an out of town wedding on August 22. After payment processed, find out the dress must be customized, even though selected a std size. Email responses from LITB arrive only once within 24 hours so the order is delayed over 4+ days. No actual customer service or phone support to correct their measurements. Gave up due to the slow back & forth wait for email reply.

    Requested to cancel & refund as their delays means dress now unlikely to arrive in time for event. Told nope, no can do. Requested an expedited shipping option, willing to pay for it except no such option exists, only US Post Office regular shipping. So, dress that doesn't fit arrives on August 21st, too late to be pressed or tailored for event. Useless. Week long customer service email with an unhelpful company agent to no avail. Won't refund dress & won't send shipping label to return unopened jewelry. Lesson learned...saw the same dress available through Amazon with legitimate return policy. Protect yourself from this scam company.

    Scam site. They DON'T DO RETURNS despite them having a policy. It's the "keep it and we give you store credit" game. Shipping is 2-4 weeks because it has to clear customs. Website pictures are not reliable. Sizes run small and fabrics are thin.

    I placed an order July 17th, and as of today the order had not shipped, it's sitting in a warehouse in China, when I write to inquire the respond is always the same (AI generated), to wait until I get the item before they can refund me. Totally ludicrous!!! If this were a legitimate company, there would be a phone number where I can talk to someone, and if it is a company, is running a scam, stay away from it. They'll take your money and totally neglect you.

    First, one of the worst websites for figuring out how to return something. Basically, I’m donating this rag that I bought from them. Dress looks like linen type fabric on the internet. It was, in reality a gorgeous model, incredible photograph on a piece of cheap maybe polyester…probably worse than that. It was slick and shiny, cheap and awful fabric. Then the return process is so difficult. For $30, I will donate it! But I would never deal with this company again. Amazon would never allow this crap on their website!! If you want to return it, it has to go to Asia. That would be expensive, and frankly, I wouldn’t trust the company that I would EVER see a nickel from the return. I’M NOT PUTTING ANY MORE TIME INTO THIS company. A real scam Asian company. Buyer beware.

    Updated on 09/01/2025: I complained again about the return policy and they offered to refund 60% of the purchase price back to the credit card, and I would not have to return the shirts to China.

    Updated on 08/30/2025: I submitted a request to return the items, which they claim will be answered in a day or two. Over two weeks later, I am informed that I have to pay the postage to return them to China, that I have only a week to mail the package, and that I will not receive money refunded but I will receive 50% of the purchase price in store credit?? I don't want store credit; I want money refunded.

    Original: I have tried to get Light in the Box to give permission for me to return the shirts, but so far they are not cooperating. The fabric cannot be 95% cotton as they claim because it does not breathe or behave like cotton. Furthermore, the shirts that arrived are much shorter in length than the shirts that models are wearing in the photos.

    My first order went great. I expected slow delivery, but the quality of the items I’ve received so far was exactly what I thought. It was kind of a test order. The second order was where I decided to spend more money, and that’s when things became a little challenging.

    My last order was on July 4th. I’m having trouble with a decently sized order that says it’s delivered, but only one item out of 12 actually arrived. I couldn’t easily find a way to contact them on mobile, as it seemed automated, and this became my frustration. However, when I used the website and opened a ticket, they responded within 24 hours and seem to be trying to help. I understand the time difference, but it’s been about a month and a half now and there’s still trouble with the tracking. Since they are responding, I’m waiting for it to be resolved.

    In general, the website could use some improvement. It doesn’t give a lot of product descriptions, and the categorization needs some tweaking. If you’re searching for something specific like a pencil, items like a jet ski or scooter might pop up. The pictures look good, though. The mobile version is definitely more challenging to use, and even the computer version can be a little difficult to navigate.

    The stuff they have been sending me on email are very targeted based on things I’ve clicked on or similar items. I may add items to my wishlist, but until the tracking issue is resolved, I haven’t purchased anything else from them.

They have an app and a website. I got some points and had a little bit of trouble trying to get it all on the same thing. It took me a little coordination, but it wasn’t too hard. I’ve been pleased with the quality of the things that I’ve gotten. The prints are really big, but a little pixelated. It’s better to get them a little bit smaller. But I like getting the big ones. The biggest complaint I have with them is that it takes forever to get the order. Shipping time is four weeks. I think the products are coming from China. I have already made a little recommendation for them about the prints.

    I have spent most of the day trying to exchange or return an item. The site has no chat option or customer service email to ask any questions. Of course no human to speak with. They have links that do nothing but run you in circle back to where you started. The quality is very poor. The size is far from standard. I ordered 2 like items, different pattern. One fit, the other was nowhere near the size ordered.

    They make it so difficult and confusing that they hope you will give up. They ask for pictures attached of the item and give you a short timeline for return but they took 20 days for me to receive the order and I paid $8.50 in shipping. They are not ethical. I would not recommend ordering from them based on my experience. I am seeking a refund in a different manner as they will not let you connect with them. I could not sign in with user and password. When I tried to reset the password it said you already have an account so I could not use the option forgot password. They should be investigated for customer abuse in the tactics they utilize to prevent return/exchanges and how terrible quality compared to the pictures of the items.

    We tried 3 separate times to receive refund on women's clothing that did not fit and didn’t begin to resemble the picture. All we receive is a form letter telling us a percentage off. When we email they do not respond with instructions on how to return. The first time they stated they needed to review our return. The 2nd time was 30 percent off, the third 60 percent off with no way to return. Poor customer service service on returns and the quality is very cheaply made. Do not consider this company for anything. Their clothing is oversized and ill fitting and their customer service is lacking.

    Updated on 08/06/2025: 8/25 I have been going back and forth with them. I ordered a women's suit in emerald green. It arrived the wrong color, too tight and most important WITHOUT a button hole on the front of jacket. It is double breasted!! They have now offered 70% refund. They did not deliver what I paid for!!! I can’t believe they don’t refund when it is their mistake! We had a contract! I pay they send what I pay for. They did not send for what I paid for. I am entitled to a full refund. Please do not use them. I should have stuck with Shein. They NEVER have an issue with a return. Excellent customer service. Light’s prices are much higher also. I paid $157 for the suit!!! They said the 70% refund is available if I change my review. Stay away.

    Updated on 08/04/2025: I was contacted again by Light in the Box after telling me they could not speak to me since I filed a transaction dispute. The article delivered was defective. No buttonholes, wrong color and size! They would not let me return it!!! I am out $157. Today they offered 50% in store credit if I write a glowing review! Why would I do business with them again? I will not lie for them! What kind of business does this!!!

    Original Review: I ordered a suit. When it arrived it was the wrong size, color, and was missing a buttonhole on the front of the jacket. I let them know and requested a return label. After several emails, their best offer was 50% store credit and I would have to pay to have it shipped registered to China. It was $157 dollars. I tried disputing it with my credit card company but Lightinthebox said I clicked the received button when I got it so that means I received it in good condition. They said they will no longer speak with me because I filed a dispute. That is a lot of money to me. Tags are still on. I will use Shein going forward. I can’t believe they can get away with this. Also use Paypal. They guarantee things like this.

    I purchased two dresses, the same than one that I previously own that I like, I bought it in two different colors for my daughter who likes the dress a lot. I received the dresses and the model is the same but the fabric is completely different, so cheap and ugly, totally see through, made 65% of polyester when mine is 100% cotton. The dresses are unwearable. Customer service wants me to pay for the shipping back which is quite expensive, hoping they will refund me 50% on rewards points. Why do I want rewards if I will never buy from them again? I have lost total trust in the quality and the customer service.

    They list the size as US but it is not. All my shirts I have are Large and I ordered a large. The size is more like a medium at least in the upper area if I was to raise my arms up it would tear along the seam especially in the shoulder area. Second the site has reference to California so thought I was buying from a local site but you soon find out the delivery time is definitely not from California. Response to shirt being too small a very awful experience will never order anything from them.

    Ordered a retractable USB A to Lightning cable in mid-June, with expected delivery of July 9. It is now nearly August and nothing has been delivered though, after 6 weeks they sent an email saying it was. NOPE, sure wasn't.. Now they want me to take pictures of the front of my house (delivery area) so they can contact the delivery company! Also to check with my neighbors and declare a loss with the local carrier. Really, your delivery issue is my problem? I've asked three separate times now where they think it is and WHO the carrier is ... Nothing, just a lot of email tennis about "assure you we take this seriously", escalating with the carrier. Whatever .... just stay away from them, that's my best advice.

    I am not one to write reviews, but this is a necessary warning for anyone considering purchasing from this site. The item, a linen henley shirt, took over 3 weeks to arrive. The quality was poor, the sizing substantially off, and the cut/fitting was as if two squares of fabric were simply ironed together. The return process is confusing and complicated....so thankfully this test purchase resulted in only a small loss.

    I ordered a shower drain from Lightinthebox, Unfortunately, it was not the right size. I decided to return it and while I tried to follow their website return it would not let me finish the return. I decided to call them, there was no telephone number. I looked at the package and noticed that there was no return address and said can not refuse taking the package unless calling the company. I called the credit card. They said they will investigate, however they never credited my account because the company refused the return. I asked the credit company to give me the telephone number that they contacted them. It was San Jose number with area code 408. Nobody picked up the phone by pushing the #1 and #2. The number 3 was an overseas number and only worked with WhatsApp. I would never buy anything from LightInTheBox. I lost $38:00. Imagine if you buy a dress of $200.00 and can not return.

    I purchased a 4th of July tankini swimsuit from LightInTheBox a month before the 4th of July for a party. Nowhere on their website does it tell you the swimsuit is coming from China. I usually wear a medium, but according to the size chart I needed to order a large (I assumed that meant their sizes run smaller), so that is what I ordered. It was too big so I emailed the company that I needed to exchange my suit for a medium. They repeatedly and strongly encouraged me to accept a 50% credit and order a new swimsuit, instead of being willing to exchange it for me. How does that help me? Then I'd end up paying another $23.15 for my suit.

    I asked someone to call me but that never happened. It wasn't until several emails back and forth that I find out that I have to pay $40 (according to the post office) to ship my suit back to China and wait God knows how long to get the correct size. So I would end up having to pay $86.31 for this suit instead of the $46.31 that I have already paid!! It says free exchanges but it clearly is not!! It only says that we have to pay to return items, not exchange them! I never would have purchased this suit if I had known it was coming from China and that I would have to pay to ship my suit back to receive the correct size. If their size chart was accurate I wouldn't be having this problem to begin with.

    I have never, ever dealt with such a scam company before. My mistake was in thinking that because it is on FB, they (Facebook) have some type of vetting policy. LoL, they do not. I ordered a dress way back in June, and I have not heard a thing from these people. Now they claim that my package is here, but USPS will not deliver it for 5 more days. I purchase many things online. I have never ever been told that my package was here, I just had to wait. Don't buy anything from them and you will be further ahead.     I purchased a item for my daughter in Florida and when it arrived it would not light up. She called me and told me the problem, I contacted customer service and told Christine the problem. She started to work on the problem at once. We tried everything to get it to work with no luck. Christine told us to make a short video and forward it to her which we did and within three (3) days the problem was solved. The product was deemed defective and a replacement was issued.     I want to tell all of you what I have experienced with this company. I started the ordering process on July 1st. It is now July 13th and am still showing my order still processing. Once processed the merchandise has to be put on a ship that will take another week to ten days then has to clear customs in the US then handed over to UPS before I receive package. So for those ordering any kind of summer clothes they will most likely not arrive until the fall. I will keep you updated on my shipment.

    They finally did refund my money for their clothing after I emailed them and told them I was going to report them to the Michigan attorney general if they didn’t refund all of it for the items I was disputing. BUT, they misrepresent the fabric contents of their clothing on their website. For example, I ordered a shirt that was described as cotton/cotton linen and it was 100% polyester. A pair of pants was supposed to be cotton/cotton linen and they were polyester. I didn’t request a refund for 2 other pairs of pants as they are made of cotton even though they are misrepresented on their website as cotton/cotton linen as I can wear them; I am allergic to polyester and therefore read labels.

    First read all the real reviews on Reddit and you'll see I'm right. This 4.3 rating is bogus, don't be fooled. Sizes are terrible, medium was actually a small on 3 shirts and the other was actually fine. I wear a 32 in pants and shorts and they aren't tight. The 32 I got here, I couldn't even zip up. Cheap made in China clothing with threads already coming out. Terrible customer service that takes forever to get a response from. They make you jump through hoops to return something and then you have to pay for the shipping BACK TO CHINA! Absolutely ridiculous. Never buy anything from here unless you don't care about your money.

The shipment took far longer to arrive than the date they promised, so there was no way I could even wear the item for the event I had hoped to use it for. Moreover, the item didn't fit properly, and, when I started the online return process, it would not go through! The automated response stated that the item was "made to order" and thus not returnable. Their website stated that they accept returns and exchanges. Now, I'm stuck with a dress that I won't use. This company is a fraud!

    This company sold this dress as cotton/linen for a total of $40.48. It is clearly labeled as 100% polyester. The company pretends that they don't understand the issue when they reply. But they are very sharp to never admit that it is their deceptive advertising that caused the problem, they pretend it's about the packaging. When I asked for a return label they stopped replying. I processed a dispute through PayPal and they agree to the refund but they don't provide a return label and the return postage is $19. They don't respond at all. I deal with other Chinese companies like TEMU and ROSELINEN and they deal fairly with me and they don't lie about the products. This company does not have standard customer service policies and you can tell they have deception built into their policies.

    Purchased an ice skating dress for my daughter and delivery took almost two weeks. When it arrived it turned out to be too small, so when I asked for the return or exchange customer service said I can exchange for another dress of the same value, but then they stopped responding. So after a month of going back and forth they said I can only return within 14 days of purchase (which is pretty much their delivery time). Basically I spent $200 on something that doesn’t fit. Terrible service!

    I had an absolutely terrible experience with Lightinabox. I ordered a shirt, and instead, I received a women’s sculpture belt — completely the wrong item. Trying to get in touch with this company has been impossible. They are unresponsive and seem to be running a scam. After sending them pictures of what I received, I got no reply whatsoever. It feels like a complete waste of time and money.

    It’s obvious this company is a scam, and their customer service is nonexistent. It’s shocking how they can get away with this.     This company is awful. Do not buy from this company. I order a formal dress cost $188.00. Dress did not fit and was not like the way it appeared on model. They use models that do not wear their clothes, they claim they custom make the clothes once you pick a size. That IS A LIE.     I got a pair of shoes from LightInTheBox and I love them. But I did the size according to the size guide so I ordered a 42 because I was just right at the 10 inches. I thought with the shoes being pointy, I would want just a touch more room. It fit into the size that I got, but they were an inch and a half longer than my foot. The shoes measured at 11.25 inches. I’m trying to return them for the right size but I don’t know what size to order now. I got one picture sent, but then I didn’t get the picture of the measurement.

    So now, I’m trying to figure out how to get both of them sent. Also, I don’t know what size to order now because if the 42 was supposed to be the right size at 10 inches, I don’t know what to go down to or if they were mismarked.

    The customer service was excellent, but I had a hard time finding the support even for the email and get that started. I found one number and tried calling it and it said it wasn’t in service. But they got back to me quickly as far as the emailing back and forth.

    Order ** - TID **Purchased a suit coat with website sizing only to find out that it is too small. I tried to return the suit for a larger size only to get a highly suggestion to keep it and get a 60% credit. I don't need a suit that doesn't fit. I want a full refund without hassles. After asking MANY times for a return address, they finally send a China address that costs over $50 for the return and more than 4 weeks to approve the return which likely won't happen because this company is immoral.

    I purchased some shirts and a package of socks. I was skittish as soon as I found out they were in Hong Kong. I'd heard so many scams going on. But I was gonna give them a try and thought, "I'm gonna keep it low." I bought 50 bucks worth of items. The fact that it comes from Hong Kong takes a little longer than domestic stuff, but the items came in exactly like they looked in the ads. They fit perfectly. I've bought quite a bit more since then. I was trying to update my wardrobe and I have now. I go in and peek at the ads from LightInTheBox every once in a while.

    I have no hesitations now when I wanna order something from LightInTheBox. I don't hesitate at all to recommend them if I need to. I had one mess-up and they took care of it. I had ordered a shirt and when it showed up, not only was it not the shirt I ordered, but it was in an extra large and I'm a medium. I contacted customer support and I talked back and forth with this one guy three or four times. He shipped me the correct shirt. I understand mistakes happen and they took care of it perfectly. I'm happy with LightInTheBox.

    The quality of the items is awesome. I bought two pairs of shorts and they were a little tighter than I would have wanted if I had been trying them on in a store. But I can still wear them. I just wish they are been a little bit bigger. That's the only issue I've ever had with anything.

    Their prices are good too. But sometimes by the time I add in the shipping, they aren't quite as good. The shipping is a down part for me, especially when I'm ordering 50 bucks worth of stuff. There's no cutoff on the shipping. With a lot of stores, if you order 30 bucks worth of items, it's free shipping. LightInTheBox doesn’t do that. When I go in and I see something for 699, by the time another 4 or 5 bucks is added for shipping, I probably could have found something similar at Walmart for that price. But I understand they're shipping items from Hong Kong and they've got a lot of stuff involved in that. Overall, the prices are still competitive.

    I ordered on 05/04/2025, 2 dresses and one top. In my first shipment, I had received one pink linen dress and one tan tunic linen top. I loved them both! However, just today on 05/29/2025, I received the 3rd item I had ordered, a light blue midi dress. It is just horrible!!! I thought it was made of linen like the others, but instead, it's like a nylon material. It looks like a nightgown rather than a dress. It is very cheaply made. The design looked in the skirt is printed on the material. On your website, it looked like 3-dimensional embroidery. NOT a print of one!!     I got a dress from Light in the Box and when I tried it on it looked horrible. I immediately sent it back to the address and the corner of the envelope they sent it in and they only sent me half the money back after I called them because they said they didn't know that address. I've tried to call them again and can't find a number. It always goes to a whole another company, not to mention I blocked them from their advertisements on my Gmail and they send me tons everyday regardless of me blocking them.     I sent an email to LightInTheBox on May 6, 2025, that was not answered. I ordered several items a weeks prior. The items are lovely and fit in the shoulders, but are extremely long and the sleeves.. Not worth the expense of having them altered. I filled out of the questions and explained why I was returning each item. Two of the items that are represented on the website as outfits, are actually only coats. Upon looking back I now see that the description does say coats, but I didn't see that. I don't understand why these IMMENSE articles would-be sold separately without the rest of the outfit. I moved on to the next page and was instructed to take measurements and send pictures. Why? Why is it not enough to say that they don't fit.

    I bought them in good consensus, and was attempting to return them and look further on your site to find clothing to fit. Your return policy is over extending. When I didn't get a reply from my email, I decided to donate them to a thrift shop and never shop on your website again. Due to a family emergency I did not get to do that yet. Your garments are well made and very pretty, but not worth the hassle.

    I ordered two items from LightInTheBox. The dress was great and I loved it. The suit, though, wasn’t good. It arrived dirty with pen marks, and the quality was low and very see-through, unlike the dress. I want to return the suit and am currently emailing back and forth with them about it.

    They told me I can either take 60% of the product value and keep the suit, or try to send it back to Asia without a shipping label. I don’t want the suit, but I have no idea how much shipping to Asia would cost. If it’s around $100, I’ll just throw it away and take the 60%. So yeah, that’s the update.

    They advertise on their website that you can return items, but they don’t clearly state that you have to pay to ship it back to Asia yourself. If the return shipping costs around $100, that’s a big detail they should probably disclose upfront. Other than that, I loved the dress. I’m actually getting married in it. "

    They do not supply return labels. If you need to return a product, you will need to pay for shipping yourself; and returns must be shipped to China. I would not have placed an order with them had I known this.

    I bought numerous tops that advertised as a COTTON/LINEN blend fabric. It is FALSE ADVERTISING!!! THEY ARE ALL CHEAP POLYESTER!! After I complained, they removed the fabric content. They lost me as a customer. I refuse to pay for return shipping to China, even though they have a Gardena, CA return address on the package. Don't be fooled like I was!!! Stay away!!!

    I would never order from these people again. They mislead you on how long the process takes, gouging you for another 25 bucks for "expedited" shipping, and then keep saying "your order has shipped" but it's still "processing." It's terrible. I order April 20 and they promised within a week and now, the 24th, they say it's being "processed" and MIGHT get here by May 8. NO. That's misleading and NOT what they promised. There is NO way to contact them.
