Great value and quality. I get lots of compliments on clothing and have recommended your site to several friends. Only negative is consistency in sizes. Must view size chart on each item. I like the point system for dollars spent and decreased shipping per item for more items purchased.

I am upset that there is no customer service phone number or a live person to talk with. An item was missing from my original order and I had to repurchase it and pay another shipping charge. And I haven’t received my orders yet so I’m not rating the quality just the service.

Would give five stars but unable to renew Gold Membership!!! Like the clothes. Good quality. But all gym clothes from Light in the Box. I have ordered. Often sizes run small versus US. Size Guides often misleading.

I was sent the incorrect item, customer service gave zero reason why I got the wrong item or how I could get the correct item, they were more concerned with getting me to keep the incorrect item for a discount.

I loved reading and viewing two shirt products displayed on Facebook. I selected them based on color, length and a reasonable price. Upon arrival one shirt displayed as short sleeve was actually long sleeve and the other shirt advertised as green was actually blue. When I tried to make what I had hoped would be a smooth and reasonable return process is beyond what I can describe here. The company offered discounts for future purchases in lieu of outright return of spent money. I finally decided to just "eat" the $72+ cost and donate these shirts. I advised the customer service contact that I will never purchase from them and my lesson learned is to read the very fine print next time and make sure I purchase from a company that will stand behind their product better than Light in the Box.

Never buy from Light In The Box! They are a Chinese company (not representative of all Chinese companies) that sells complete JUNK and does not allow ANY RETURNS. So, if you are unlucky enough to have done business with these rip-off folks, you are stuck with a rotten product with no recourse to return. But hey, they offer a 10% coupon good for your *next purchase* with the company! What's wrong with this picture? NEVER do business with this company.

Very disappointed. Their return policy is terrible. While they do post their return policy, they only allow 14 days return on the items I purchased, however it sure did take more than 14 days to get the order. I even wanted to exchange for a different size, but not an option. They won't send you a shipping label, which makes returning easier. The one outfit I got was such poor quality and sizing but you get what you pay for and these clothes are very cheap. DON'T BUY.

I have had a few orders that have not fit right or looked different from the pictures…But they made it right so far. The orders were between $100 & $200 dollars. They issued me either my money back or a credit to my account at a reduced rate and keep the product…Which I liked them giving me a choice. I recommend ordering product from them!

I have been ordering from this site for quite some time. I have pros and cons... Majority of their items are quality made... I've had problems and not receiving some of the men's shirts that I have ordered.. It has always been a piece of men's clothing... Their US sizing is not to size. I find that very odd. Other than that issue, i've enjoyed being a part of the customer base.

I enjoy shopping here as the descriptions are accurate for the items I order which I find very satisfying and not always my experience when shopping elsewhere. I find the graphic t-shirts can be beautiful with such lovely designs and others with really humorous messages I love to wear. Anything that can make a passerby smile absolutely makes my day. Sometimes and I mean rarely, the sizing may off but not frequently as 99% of the time it’s spot on. I’ve only returned a couple things and the return process was easy and efficient, thank goodness. The shipping is great! Always on time and items packaged with obvious care. The Flash sales are the best! Yes, I do recommend LightInTheBox to my friends and family.

LightInTheBox has good prices & good quality items. Size chart is extremely accurate. The garment material in not always what it looks like in the picture. Make sure you read the type of material the garment is made of. Shipping is slow. I have never had to return anything, so I am not sure how that would be.

I placed my first order with you in April 2026. The package was delivered to the wrong house. In fact, the house never really existed; it was still in the beginning phase of being built! No house number, no walls, NOTHING. The delivery driver took various pictures of his delivery, which clearly showed where he dropped it off. I contacted your company, and they told me what I needed to do to get the process going to search for the package, i.e., contact the delivery company, send pictures of my house, etc. In other words, I WAS DOING YOUR JOB! You kept sending emails on how you're looking into this, blah blah blah. You were stalling, that's what you were doing. You had pictures of the delivery, and I sent pictures of the front of my house to you that showed the drastic difference in where my package went and where it should have gone!
A month has gone by, and we are going back and forth with this issue. I finally said I wanted a refund because I was tired of dealing with this fiasco. You responded that "I would get my full refund, but this is a one-time arrangement. If a similar situation arises in the future, we may not be able to offer the same special handling again". What kind of business are you? You want to deal with sub-par delivery service, and when they bring the package to the wrong house, the customer has to pay the price? I have placed several orders since this incident while waiting for my missing package. Thankfully, they have all arrived promptly and have been delivered to the correct address.
I will never order from your business again. I cannot afford to pay for something I have never received! And frankly, I'm sure there will be others who will tell you to shove it. You elect to hire a below-average delivery company and then put the customer in a position where he will lose his money if the delivery driver is an idiot and delivers it to the wrong house! You need to reconsider your business practices and bring them up to the same level as other reputable companies. Your company is on the borderline of being dishonest. I will report you to the BBB, and hopefully, they will be able to turn your company around so that better customer service and practices are instilled in you. I give this 2 stars only because I have received other packages without issue. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!

Product was not up to expectations at all. Returns are very expensive & difficult at the customer's expense. Finally I gave up trying with the company and said I Will take the offer of 40% refund, but what good was that. I can't wear the dress. Looks terrible. The design was smeared on the back side. The fit and sizing are good. The graphic looks great. The quality of the shirt stitching at the collars and sleeves was unraveling before I took them out of the package. They are gag gifts, so, no need to return. I would return them if I knew they would be worn more than once. Which is unfortunate because the turnaround time for replacements would not have arrived in time. The Gag is a 27 year old photo a coworker took of his backside with my camera when I wasn't looking. Now his backside is on a T-shirt for his retirement party.

I love Lightinthebox, but your shipping is too much. What happened to the Gold membership 4.99. I will no longer purchase from Light in the Box. I loved all the clothes and gadgets I purchased over the yrs. I recommend you to many people. Bought a prom dress even. But will not purchase anymore.

I have placed only a few orders. One was for some lights, the others were for clothing (two shirts and a hoodie). All of the orders were easily done, tracking of the orders from placement, through shipping and delivery times was provided and the deliveries were timely. The lights work very well. The shirts and hoodies are made of good feeling fabric, fit well and are well printed.

I needed a new Fanny pack as my old one finally wore out. I ordered this one from LightInTheBox.com and it’s perfect. Compact, but with plenty of room for all my necessities. I have bought at least 6 dresses from Light In and 8 pant sets and have not been disappointed in any of them. I have bought casual dresses and formal dresses. You need to check the size chart for your right fit. The measurements are close to the size you need.

I purchased these v-neck tanks for the beach and honestly wasn’t expecting much, as I’ve been disappointed by some other online clothing retailers. To my surprise, they are of excellent quality, fit great and were a good value. Shipping arrived in a reasonable amount of time and communication from the company has been great. This dress is beautiful, and it's perfect for my performance. I'd searched all over for just the right look and am so happy I found it. At first, I was worried about using this online store that I'd never heard of before, but it kept coming up in my searches and so I went for it! So glad I did. Make sure to consult the Size Chart. Dancewear typically runs a little small, and this is no exception so be sure to measure your waist and shoulders. For reference, I am 5'5 with 17" shoulders across, 36D bust, and a 26-inch waist. The L fits perfectly.

I am practically a new customer. I had a bad experience with a package that was delivered, but someone stole it from my door. I got in touch with the Shipping Company and also with Light in The Box. I was upset, worry and disappointed. Finally, someone named Tatyana from Customer services contacted me and requested some information, after providing her with the information she needed, she apologized once again for what I went through with my order. Tatyana has a good communication skills, she showed me respect but most important she showed me empathy and because of that communication with Tatyana, I realized how responsible the Company is. I will continue making business with Light in The Box.

I made a "test" order consisting of two men's shirts using the sizing chart provided by the company. As you might predict, both shirts were smaller than the chart. Also as you might expect, customer service seems to be an AI that has been instructed to make exchanges impossible, or difficult. As I said this was a test. There will be no further orders from me.

I love the website. There's beautiful clouds these. But I ordered 5 tank top. I'm very ashamed of what was sent. I can't use them for cleaning cloths. I would never send a customer the shorts I received. Not happy at all with that order.

Shirt was perfect size (other XL shirts from other sites had come in small). Shipping was accurate and timely (package came on the early side of the delivery window), and communication was clear. The only funky thing was that USPS tracking indicated it was COVID tests which just seemed odd.

Be cautious before ordering from this company. Their return policy is misleading — while they advertise one thing, the reality is very different once you need to make a return. After paying for shipping to receive my order, I was surprised to learn I’d also have to pay return shipping — and customer service made sure to emphasize how expensive that would be. Instead of a straightforward return, they pushed alternative “solutions” that only benefited them: a 30% refund if you spent over $100, or just 10% if you spent less — and you’re stuck keeping the item either way. On top of that, shipping times were long, and customer service was unhelpful and borderline manipulative. If you need something quickly, expect hassle-free returns, or want transparent customer service, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The item I chose said it was available when I placed my order. It was not. I would have chosen a replacement but I did not understand the procedure to do so. The end result was that I wasted my time, my coupon, and the entire rest of my order was delayed.

LightInTheBox was extremely easy to use. Their designs were really better than any other website that I'd seen before. But the shipping is way too high since it's coming from overseas. I've used LightInTheBox twice and I had an issue with my first order. But they were very easy to communicate with. I ordered a man's sweater, and it came in a size for a kid. I explained that to them, and they said I couldn't send it back. I argued with them back and forth through the internet, but they ended up giving me only half of my money back, and they told me to keep the shirt.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! The product was not delivered!!! As a first-time buyer, I placed my faith in this company but was screwed over. They sent an email saying it was delivered and I went outside right away to find no package. LightInTheBox has offered no evidence of delivery, just "their word". In 20 years at my address, neither I nor my neighbors have ever had any packages stolen. They are not showing any integrity but trying to gaslight me and denying any responsibility. What recourse do online purchasers have if a company is disreputable? This is why this is likely my last non-Amazon online purchase. For all of its flaws, at least they care about customer service. Again, please DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY> I usually never buy online clothing for just this concern.

I ordered their electric nail clipper for my husband. The advertisement said it was for finger and toenails and had an automatic nail collection feature. It did not work on my husband's toenails, and the automatic nail collection feature did not work. Before I bought it I looked at their return policy: "LightInTheBox hopes you will be satisfied with every purchase you make, but in some cases, a customer may want to return an item. You'll need to review our return policy to confirm whether the product is eligible for return (Return Policy: http://litb.cc/l/suWo). For items that are returnable, please follow the steps below to proceed with the return." When I let them know of the problem with the item, they DISCOURAGED me from returning it, as they revealed I would need to pay $10-$40 to return it to SINGAPORE! Despite it not working. They told me to take a picture, but there is nothing to photograph, it's a piece of junk.

There was a problem with two shirts I ordered and appeared to be smaller than shown in the size chart. Silvia was the customer care person and was most helpful and understanding when informed there was a serious problem with my internet. She told me not to worry as she would be there when I needed her. Silvia gave me instructions on what type of picture was required for her to be able to check the size which I sent to her. The shirts were indeed smaller than the size in the chart and she offered to have them replaced with ones that were larger as per my size request. Terrible. I was just though the ringer with customer service. They don't honor returns. It's drop shipping, and to return you have to arrange shipping back to China, then prove the package arrived. And then maybe you get your money back, minus original shipping and shipping insurance. By the time you're done that, even if they actually refund you, you've paid as much in shipping. They offer a measly 10% off for you to keep the product instead of attempting the return. This company is garbage. The clothes are cheap, and not as appearing on the site.

James ordered from LightInTheBox a few times and he likes it. He liked the prices and clothes. He got some clothes and a couple of things from there for me. He also got me this flashlight, but it never worked. I tried to take it apart, but I couldn't. I also got a handheld massager from there that I thought was gonna be for your pressure points, but it actually shocks you. I needed to put some K-Y jelly on me. But it didn't come with any K-Y jelly. I turned it on, and I touched it, and it shocked me. So, I haven't ever used it. But I want to use it. I just have to get the stuff to put on my skin. If those had come with that, it would have been nice. Overall, for as little as the things cost, you get what you pay for. The clothes we've gotten from there haven't gotten any holes in them. We have washed them, and they've stayed true to size. Overall, I wouldn't complain because the pricing really is cheap. LightInTheBox has great prices and good products.

I ordered what I thought was a beautiful formal dress for my grandson's wedding, but it turned out to be poorly sewn and damaged upon arrival. It took 4 weeks for delivery. Light in the Box said it was received at the post office a week before I actually received it, by the time it was received the return window was over in LITB's opinion. I actually asked for a return the day I received the dress but was denied. They argued with me about the delivery date. All messages I left on the site have been conveniently deleted so I have no evidence that I had checked in everyday for the dress. What a scam!!! I would like to report this experience to Consumer Affairs but their home base is Singapore not the USA! I will never order anything from this company again and I would strongly discourage anyone else to order either. I think this company has very poor business tactics, cheating customers out of their money!!

This company manipulates its photos on its website to make them look much more than they end up being. In my case, 4x larger than what came in the box! I ordered two wall sconces that looked big and warmly yellow-tinted on their site - $65 each. The delivered products is chintzy, plain frosted glass, not even big enough to fit a standard lightbulb into. On the site the sconces are huge in photo after photo, placed above queen beds and light switches. Their rep refused to refund my money even after I sent carefully made comparisons of what arrived with what is on their site. They have one photo they're showing measurements in centimeters, so that was their excuse. Avoid this company unless you can afford to lose your money and have no recourse.

I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. This company is a scam and should not be allowed to do business. 1. Items are of poor quality and cheap material. Do not match description on the website. One dress o ordered had glitter in picture. The dress that arrived was not what was advertised. 2. Shipping as listed on site is a joke. It took weeks to get the order and customer service kept sending automated emails to keep you hooked. Items arrived long after expected based on website and were of a poor quality and were not wearable.
3. While they claim items can be returned they cannot. You will receive emails from them offering a refund that is a fraction of what you paid with a message to keep the clothing and gift it. I requested full refund and they kept responding with messages about the carbon footprint and how much it would cost me to return items to China. Nowhere in the site is it clear items are coming from China. I am disappointed in myself that I fell for this scam!

I have made a lot of purchases from LightintheBox over the last six months. Their clothing is very stylish, well made and extremely well priced…as are their shoes and purses. The men's shirts of all kinds are especially fabulous. I have given many as gifts. I also love their variety of gadgets and miscellaneous things we all seem to need. The only reason I rated them with a 4 is due to little hang-ups I experienced with shipping and delivery. At the end of 2025 I had a few mishaps with deliveries lost along the way to me. However, I have found that in recent months they have 100% corrected that problem. Their customer service now keeps us informed much better. They now deserve a 5.

I’ve updated my rating for Light in the Box from 1 star to 4 stars due to their prompt response and FAIR resolution. However, I chose not to give a 5-star rating, as I believe my case should have been escalated to a supervisor or manager from the beginning, especially after I had already explained the situation twice. A timely reassessment at the manager/supervisor level could have led to a fair resolution sooner and avoided the need for an initial negative review.

I am writing to warn buyers about purchasing from Light in the Box. I ordered a dress for $270, plus $22.83 for shipping & insurance, TOTAL $292.82 CAD. The delivery was delayed by over 2 weeks. They offered me a $40.50 refund (10% of the cost) as to apologize for the inconvenience. However, when the dress finally came, it had many defects in workmanship and even a flaw in the material. The quality was unacceptable, and the dress was completely unusable. I requested a full refund and wanted to return the item.
Initially, the company offered a 30% refund if I kept the dress. What a joke! After I explained that I couldn't use the dress because of the defects, they increased the offer to a 60% refund ($162) while letting me keep the item. I agreed, mainly to avoid the hassle and cost of shipping the dress back to China. Unfortunately, when the refund was issued, it was only $121.50 instead of the promised $162. They had deducted the earlier $40.50 “goodwill” refund for the delivery delay, taking back the gift that was offered to acknowledge their delay in delivering.
I raised this concern since this amount was originally given as a separate gesture for the delay, not part of the defect resolution. By taking it back, they erased any acknowledgment of the inconvenience I experienced. Despite this, they refused to change their decision. While $40.50 may seem like a small amount, it's about principle. This experience reflects poorly on the company’s reliability, consistency & respect for customers. It's disappointing to see such a lack of accountability & fairness. I told them to keep the $40.50; but the damage is done. I have completely lost trust in this company and will never purchase from them again.
Buyers should be aware that returning items internationally can be costly and impractical, which puts us, the customers at a disadvantage. And Light in the Box knows this. In my case, even after the partial refund, I still lost $128.83 for a defective, bad product. Here's a summary of the defects of my dress:1) The lining underneath the lace is too big, creating excess volume and falling away from the lace.
2) The left neckline is higher than the right on the vest.
3) There are three areas on the left chest of the vest where the lace has frayed, forming small fuzz balls.
4) The seam on the left vest is puckering/crinkled, likely due to overly tight stitching.
I've attached the photos of the defects below. Photo # 1 The lining underneath the lace is too big, creating excess volume and falling away from the lace as seen in 2 circled areas in the photo.

This is company is a total piece of shit scam.. I ordered two hundred dollars worth of clothes more than a month ago, and now they just tell me that none of this stuff is in stock, and I have to have a coupon to buy other things rather than get my money back.

The shoes looked great online, but were not delivered to my place of residence. When I contacted LightInTheBox they said it wasn't their fault, but the mail carrier that misdelivered them. This was a month ago and still no shoes or refund.

've recommended LightInTheBox to people. I buy a lot from them. I like their merchandise. They have something for everybody and that's what I like about them. They don't just cater to one thing. I like most of the stuff I see but I've also seen gaudy stuff gaudy that I wouldn't buy. But if it appeals to other people, it tells me that they cater to other people. They’re very versatile, which is good.
I ordered a T-shirt a long time ago. I still got some shirts coming in, mostly T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies. I like their styles. I wear the stuff all the time. I'll continue to buy. I like to browse from time to time. I like things that are comfortable and look good. I also bought some kitchen stuff. I bought some little disks that you put water in and you put in your freezer and the ice. There's another gentleman who I know buys because we were at a McDonald's having coffee and he saw me browsing. He said, “Oh, is that LightInTheBox?” I said, “Yeah. I buy from there too.”

Ordered a new shirt..they put the wrong address that doesn't even exist and won't resend it. We went to the post office they checked and it wasn't them or us that made the mistake. So the resolution was us to pay 50 percent for another shirt and 100percent to ship again which we already paid 100 percent for everything once. I will be contacting BBB.

Over the months, I decided to redo my 'ancient' wardrobe. Yes, it was old and tired. LightInTheBox was suggested to me by a friend. Weeks later, with a closet of new items that fit perfectly, it's fun to go out and about wearing floral, colourful, abstract items. My favourite piece has a black cat's face on the front of the shirt. What makes it unique and fun? The cat's tail is on the back of the shirt. People I don't know stop me to laugh and ask where I purchased it. Cost of my items? Excellent. The equivalent match purchased elsewhere would be more expensive. Shipping? On time. Every time. Took my money but didn't deliver the product. Said they had no access code but none is needed. Said the zip code was wrong. The last number was wrong but still in the delivery area. A search online shows the address is unique in the city where both zips apply. I called customer service and did exactly what they suggested (contacted the carrier) but they claimed I hadn't and refused me a refund. Big scam!

I will never purchase anything from this company again. The items looked nothing like the photos on the website. The fabric of all 3 dresses I purchased feels like cheap plastic. They expect customers to PAY to return their subpar products to boot! Awful experience and now I’m stuck with three ugly dresses that I’m even embarrassed to donate! As a pro musician, my on-stage appearance requires eye-catching clothes & accessories (shirts, & matching slacks, belts, shoes, boots & more). Light in the Box provides a stunning and large variety of great outfits, at amazing low prices. I get novelty wear that looks expensive, but cost the same or less than common items from national discount venues. I buy well in advance of dates new items are needed, because delivery is slow. From date ordered, delivery follows in 3 weeks using standard shipping. Slow delivery is why I gave only 4 star rating.

This is a scam website! They show you good quality items, only to send you a cheap replica that is nothing like the pictures on their website. Then when you try to return it, they try to buy you off with a credit towards future purchases - as if I would ever order from them again! I will fight the charge with my credit card company - but lesson learned!

Horrible return and exchange policy. I tried to exchange an item because the color was not as shown. They told me it would be $20-$30 to ship it back and offered me 30% refund or 50% rewards, but turns out I can't even use the rewards for what I want!

Do not order from this seller unless you don't care about receiving the product in a month or two. I ordered a swimsuit for a vacation, thinking three weeks would be enough time to receive the product. Nope. They always say they are working overtime, but shipments are delayed due to demand. They offer a pathetic 10% discount on a future order, but who would possibly order from them again??? They sure do know how to collect payment in a timely manner (immediately), but once they have your money, you are a victim of their complete ineptitude.

The delivery takes a long time, but the time frame is reasonable. I can deal with that. One time, one item got damaged in its shipping, but they refunded my money instantly. There was no hassle. Absolutely Bad, don't buy anything from them. Their return policy is not what they have mentioned and had a very bad experience of purchasing 2 dresses for my wife which was not fit to her so started the return process but after exchanging 3-4 emails they replied that we marked this item as Non returnable so they decide which is returnable and non returnable after purchasing even if it's mentioned that eligible for return at the time purchasing. Absolutely bad bad service and quality is also not so good.

If you are used to buying from Amazon with its consumer-friendly return policy, stay away from Lighinthebox. I tried to return them. The response was "You have to pay shipping back to Asia of $10 to $40." I clicked to go ahead with the return and then got an email saying they would give me a 30% refund if we kept the shirt. We clicked that. The refund is a store credit or give them your bank account information and they will send the 30% to your account. I will not be ordering anything ever again from them, so the store credit is worthless. To return item they say it may cost $40.00 dollars.

I ordered five pairs of men’s shorts in different styles and colors. The total cost was $112, including shipping. Two of the items I received were incorrect. One was the wrong color — I ordered green but received dark brown. The second item had the tag cut off, was much larger than the size I ordered, and was also the wrong color (yellow instead of red). I attempted to follow the website’s return instructions, but was unsuccessful. After dozens of attempts, I was unable to resolve the issue. As a result, 40% of my order was a complete waste of money and time. There is also no U.S. contact information available. I am very disappointed and strongly do not recommend doing business with this company.

My fiance was looking at some shoes and he accidentally pulled LightInTheBox up. It came up with shoes and from then on out, we've seen they had everything. So, we've ordered from there a couple of times. We ordered ankle boots for each one of us in the winter for Christmas. He liked the boots really well. For Valentine's Day, I got him two shirts and he got me a summer dress because it was clearance, it was really cheap. He tried the two shirts on today, they fit him really nice. Everything that I bought fits me well, too. I always look at the reviews to see what other people in the US think, how it fits them, and they usually guide me on whether or not I want to get a medium or a large for myself. It's pretty much worked out real well.
LightInTheBox is as good as any of the other online shopping websites. It's got every category on there. You can go in and shop like you can at Amazon. It's just that it's out of the country and it takes longer to get your stuff. As a matter of fact, we just got all of our stuff today. Overall, our experience has been nothing but nice. We got everything when they said that we would. It does take more time, but it's worth it.
Customer service has been very good. I must have hit to process two orders the first time. I meant to delete boots. I talked to them on chat and they got in touch with me and said they would refund the second order and they did. The same thing happened this time because I ordered two of the exact same dresses accidentally. When I've seen the order and it showed two dresses, I just canceled one and they sent the money back that day and put it back in my account.

I was looking for something for Christmas. My wife was able to find these particular t-shirts at LightInTheBox which we then ordered. Unfortunately, the delivery took longer than we thought. We had two sweatshirts on top of the t-shirts. The size of the sweatshirt that was for my wife was right, but the sleeves were too long. They hung almost five inches beyond her hands. I usually wear a 2X size shirt. The t-shirt I got fit but when I tried the sweatshirt in 2X, it was so tight that I could not pull it down over my body. Both of the sweatshirts were unusable.
We wrote to LightInTheBox and they wanted us to send them back to China. The cost to ship from Florida to China would have been about three times the amount that we would have gotten a discount for ordering another one so we decided it wasn't worth the trouble. We packed them up to give them away to Goodwill. We decided we're not gonna purchase anything else from LightInTheBox anymore because we couldn't trust the sizing, even though it had sizing charts and we used them. Before we ordered them my wife used a tape measure to make sure that they would be right.

I recently purchased 2 pr of ear muffs for $32.77, which were sized extra large and were of poor quality. I wanted to return them but was informed that it would cost $10-$40 to ship them back. They recommended the option of them giving me a 10% reduction to keep them. After turning that option down, they offered a 20% reduction. The other option was to get a 20-40% credit. There is no way I would want to take a chance on buying from them again because of their quality, sizing and lack of a reasonable return policy. I will be donating these ear muffs to Goodwill. I ordered $201 of holiday wall hangings. They shipped it in two packages with Uniuni. They could not find my house, even though given explicit directions (don't think the drivers speak English). The packages were sent back to LightInTheBox distribution. They resent one which actually got delivered, 3 months after the holiday. After 21 emails they claimed the other package was "destroyed" and the shipping insurance only covered "lost". They offered me a $96 refund for what cost me $161.

SCAM!! Buyer beware!! Purchase from companies that you know will deliver like SHEIN, TEMU, Walmart even Amazon. I’ve been waiting for my merchandise since mid December. They responded to my repeated requests for merchandise and/or refund but each come back with “it’s a process”. I don’t know where consumers affairs got 30 days for a refund. It’s been way more than 2 months… SCAM Light in the Box is no good.

I have found that the quality is pretty decent, the prices are reasonable, and the selection is improving. Shipments are sometimes delayed and at least one of my orders failed to ever be delivered, even many months later. This was remedied with a full refund and sincere apologies.

I ordered a black and white jacket BUT received a brown and black jacket. I contacted LightintheBox. They asked me to send pictures which I did. They said that the tag said that the jacket was black and white, like I was lying to them. I surely can tell white from brown. They wanted me to take a picture of the jacket out of the bag BUT you can NOT return it if the jacket was removed from the bag. Not only are they accusing me of lying, they also think I'm dumb.
They finally agreed to have the package return BUT they don't give you a return label. I went to 2 postal services places and both gave me quotes that were more than what I paid for the jacket. This was not my fault, I was sent the wrong jacket and any good standing company would see their error and correct it immediately by sending me the jacket that I ordered. The reason I gave them a 1 is because they did respond to my email though it was not helpful info. Imagine practically being called a liar and then they making me pay for a return that was their mistake. I was really looking forward to getting the black and white jacket and all I got was stress, belittlement and NO successful solution to again something was not my fault!!! Very happy customer. My order arrived on time. And my order is exactly what I expected. The turtleneck is true to size. The tactical sweater is a little short on the sleeve but true to size. My American sweater size is an American large size. I ordered a large on light in the box. And the sweater fit like an American large, but the sleeve is a little short.

This company is a scam. Their customer service team is rude and accusatory, offering no help or resolution. They claim packages are shipped and delivered with no proof or evidence. They use a shipping and tracking company that can not be verified or contacted from the US. They have now stolen my money as they've provided no product or service. Beware of this scam!

If you are used to buying from Amazon with its consumer-friendly return policy, stay away from Lighinthebox. My wife ordered some sweatpants for $33. They were too big. She tried to return them. The response was "You have to pay shipping back to Asia of $10 to $40." We clicked to go ahead with the return and then got an email saying they would give us a 30% refund if we kept the pants. We clicked that. The refund is a store credit or give them your bank account information and they will send the 30% to your account. I will not be ordering anything ever again from them, so the store credit is worthless. Furthermore, there is no way I'm giving my bank account information to LightInTheBox. The pants will be going to Goodwill. $33 went down the drain.

I ordered a vacuum sealer that came damaged. A hinge was broken; a release tab was broken and a booklet had very very small printing that required a magnifying glass to read the print. It gave directions for use in Chinese also, but the English translation didn't make sense. e.g. "When the machine is Stop using, please don't discard) into the machine between the upper and lower shells." Also the plug was not made for USA circuits. On the positive side, I was given Merchandise Credit and was also offered a refund minus shipping costs.

LightInTheBox is a great store. They don't have as big of a variety as a lot of other ones do. But what they do have is good. My very first purchase was my wedding dress over 20 years ago. It's been a very good experience. If I order an item and they run out of stock, they not only don't charge me for the item, they will give me a credit towards the next thing I should order. They don't tell me what I have to use it for. It's just whatever you order next will apply the credit.

Ordered 2 tops at Thanksgiving for the holidays. Received them 30 days later, so strike one. The sizing on both ran much larger than size charts on website, strike two. Finally, in order to return them, I'd have to mail them back to Asia, for which LITB informed me would cost $20-40 and take 2 months for refund - strike three. But they KINDLY offered a 30% refund, no questions asked. I took the offer and was thankful that I'd only be out for 2 tops in learning this lesson.

Buyer beware. I ordered a dress in early December for a Christmas event. The item never arrived. After weeks of back-and-forth, including multiple confirmations of my address and repeated requests from the retailer to “contact my local carrier,” USPS ultimately confirmed the package was seized due to counterfeit postage and would never be delivered.
USPS explicitly advised me to contact the merchant or my credit card company for a refund. I forwarded this documentation to the retailer multiple times. Despite this, they continued to deflect responsibility and stopped responding altogether. I never received the product and never received a refund, forcing me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This was an extremely frustrating experience and not how a legitimate retailer should operate. If you value your time and money, I strongly recommend ordering elsewhere.

As far as the products that I purchased; I am happy with how they look and felt where I am unhappy is the amount of time it took to receive them. I ordered on December 6 and didn't receive until January 9. I fully understand that the products are imported and it takes extra time to receive. When I placed the order; it said delivery would be December 16-21 but in actuality it came 3 weeks later. And the only reason it came then was because I contacted customer service and they sent a new order. I never received the original order. Customer Service was very helpful and they solved the problem which I appreciate. I would still consider ordering again but; I would order 2 months before I need it.

I had high hopes, but wasted $91.00. I ordered two dresses for my wife, one medium and one large in two different fabrics. First, I assumed at least one would fit--neither fit even close to properly. Both were very baggy on her, especially on her waist, even though she regularly wears a U.S. medium size. Both of these dresses appeared on the website as much better tailored. Second, the product quality is very poor--the fabric and construction of each dress might as well have been done with tissue paper. When trying to set up a return, LightInTheBox makes the process so arduous and expensive that it's not worth the time.

The returns are a nightmare - return shipping to Asia from the US is more expensive than the items cost. The customer service is not good. But the worst of all is the low quality of the products. A jar opener did not work. It was not damaged, just not operational at all. Another product was of such low quality that I wanted to return it. It’s cheaper to throw the out or donate than to return them. If I could rate it a zero, I would.

My first and only purchase was two men's shirts. Long sleeve one black and one a purplish color. The sleeves on the shirts were way too long; the buttons were very hard to button and unbutton. The material was not what I expected. I immediately sent a message indicating I wanted to return the items. It took a couple of days, and I heard back asking me to keep the shirts and they would apply a 60% credit for other items or give me back a 40% credit. I said I wanted to return the items and asked for a return label. I heard back and they told me they did not give return labels, and I would have to return to the address given. It was China! To return them would cost almost as much as the purchase. I told them I would report them to my bank and the Better Business Bureau. They did not respond.
Do not buy from the fraudulent LightInTheBox company, I recently discovered their numerous complaints from other customers to the Better Business Bureau. I am a watchful consumer, if I had known the product was coming from China I would not have bought the shirts. If I had checked via AI about this company, I would never would have done any business with them. I've disputed the charge, and I am currently working with my credit card company.

I ordered seat covers for dining room chairs that looked great on the website. When the product was received it was clear the quality was extremely poor and the covers did not fix as advertised. I contacted the company explaining the issue and asked for a refund. Lightinthebox offered a discount to which I explained that the covers are not what was advertised and I would like a full refund.
As other reviewers previously said, they offered a discount and explained that if I wanted to ship the products back that it would have to be to China and the shipping costs would be high. I emailed back a screenshot of their website which clearly states they have a warehouse in the United States and asked for that address to avoid overseas shipping fees but received no reply. I wouldn't have ordered from this website if I knew the products would have to be returned to China. Their website states "Please ship our products back to our warehouse in US or other countries." Fraudulent business practices to keep your money.

I place an order in early December, a Christmas gift for a family member. Grew more concerned with the arrival of the package as time went by. Four then six weeks and no package. I grew concerned so emailed the company. They did respond back and told me to check with my neighbors and postal carrier for the whereabouts of said package. After more investigation I keyed in the tracking number into USPS website and found out the put counterfeit postage on the package and the package is now property of the USPS. I really like your products. Quite a little to choose from and seems to be a good product. That's part one. Part two is customer service. Things dont always go the way you thought but customer service is often the grace in the grime. This time around it was dealing with Tatyanna. I ordered a product I liked that was a waffle print pullover. I was going to make the order and the site prompted me to match it with bottoms. OK, Great! What I received was a disappointment.
The top was one color the bottom another shade. Useless and not what was shown. I contacted csvc and Tatyanna offered the std resolve. None was acceptable because I didn't get what I ordered and would be out of money. I asked for her assistance and sent me a link that had more choices I had not seen. The resultant order, a set, wasn't the exact item but on site, the right color. Satisfaction! I should receive it in a few days. Hopefully I'll remain satisfied. I really like ordering from the light in box app! I mostly use it to buy unique gifts and let me tell this does not disappoint! I tell everyone about this app! My only con is the shipping, but that's either hit or miss these days no matter where you shop. I haven't had a major problem with shipping it's just that sometimes some items take longer than others to arrive but other than that I'm happy with my experience using this app.

Giving 4 stars only because of the mix up with what I ordered and what received. I ordered 3 different Christmas hats 2 of each. One was out of stock so that was cancelled but of the other two I received 4 of the 1st and none of the 2nd. The initial reaching out to customer service was a bit confusing but once I got through Eleonra did a great job of getting things straightened out. So 5 stars to Eleonra!

I ordered a shirt that was described as "Men's Waffle Polo Shirts Textured Sports & Outdoor Casual Quarter Zip Long Sleeve Fashion Comfortable Zip Up Pocket". As it turns out, there is NO pocket on the shirt. Not on the breast or the zipper on the arm. The breast pocket is nothing more than a piece of material made to give the appearance of a pocket and the zipper on the arm is just that, a zipper. There is NO pocket there either. Not to mention that the shirt is garbage and is made from inferior material which is never going to stand up after one or two washes
When I contacted their HORRIBLE customer service, they said to return the $9.99 shirt to CHINA! Which would have cost me upwards of $40 according to UPS and USPS. Despite me pointing out that their shirt was CLEARLY not as described, they continually told me to return it to CHINA! I asked for a prepaid return label and they said absolutely not. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back because they did nothing for me except frustrate me. I would seriously AVOID this company. While their clothing is inexpensive, it turns out that the reason for that is because they're poorly made with paper thin fabric!

I went to the USPS site and the notification was that Light In The Box used counterfeit postage and the USPS seized the package. Because of their mess up, I can't get a refund AND they want me to send them more money to get a shirt.... Avoid this company at all costs.... They are shady and it is a scam.

This is a terrible company, do not order from them. They sent me a package with counterfeit postage which was seized by the USPS. They did not get me a refund as I requested, and instead "sent out" another package with bogus shipping dates! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

LightInTheBox is a total scam. I ordered a XXL canvas jacket. After a month, I finally received my jacket. It has an XXXL label, and it is no more than a M. I have been trying to return it, but all they do is send email offers for sequentially larger discounts. I don't want anything from them except to get my money back. These people are nothing but scammers.

Well first of all they must use a different size chart in China, I ordered a XL long sleeve sweater and it's more like a small in USA, the fabric was so thin. It was folded up in a small shipping bag and fit into my regular size mail box. Took about a month to get here. Cost around 10 dollars in shipping for a 20 dollar product. If I returned it I would be in the red even if they did credit me.

I had some qualms after ordering a pair of fleece pants when the delivery time jumped from 1 week to nearly 4, but I waited it out, chewed on my nails nervously, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product when it arrived. I don't know if I'd order again from a company that apparently doesn't keep any inventory in the US, but as far as satisfying expectations, LitB came through.

I have been a customer for about 2 years. I’m use to wearing designer clothing; however, I ordered a few things from LITB and found them to be quite nice. I have received many compliments on both the dresses and tops that I have worn. The few times I have had an issue with something, both Danica and Samira have taken care of the issue to my satisfaction. I have told friends and family about LITB and they have ordered from them. There is a great selection.

First thing to know, everything comes from China. I ordered a men's Christmas vest. It took several weeks to ship from overseas (about 2 weeks). Sizing was small. If you buy, order one size larger. It was sewn together as cheaply as possible; all the vest pockets were fake. It did look like the advertised picture (except for the pocket watch, no pocket for one). If my chest expands by 1/2 inch, the buttons will burst. The only good thing is I didn't pay much for it, but you get what you pay for.

This shirt appears to be well constructed. The material is much lighter than the other shirts I have ordered. One of the sleeve cuff buttons is very difficult to work. This shirt took 3 weeks to arrive where the other shirt in the same order took about 2 weeks. The estimated shipping time was 2 weeks or less.

Perfect fit on my recent order of track pants. Also bought a pair of boots for my wife, which were perfect. We ordered another pair of boots for my mother-in-law! Orders came before the scheduled timeframe. I received my order on Dec 24th, which was perfect!

I would recommend that you never buy anything from Lightinthebox. I ordered 2 caftans for my sister-in-law. First of all they did not arrive until after Christmas even though I ordered them weeks before. When they arrived they did not look anything like the picture. The material was cheap and the colors dull. When I asked to return them, they said they didn’t have a way to do that but I could keep them and get a10% refund. This came to less than a dollar and now I’m stuck with 2 cheap caftans and out the money I spent! This company is awful in my opinion and I advise you NOT to order from here!

Ticket id: **. I ordered a dress Dec 6, 2025 and it is still not here (est delivery Dec 16-22). Customer service keeps copying the same response and telling me to contact USPS. I have already told them USPS lists the package as delayed and in holding because “postage has not been paid.” I plan to give final notice to LightintheBox to either pay for postage so I can receive the dress, or give me a full refund. Otherwise, I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company and write a review listing this company as fraudulent.

Terrible company to deal with. Won’t exchange shorts bought as a gift after ordering the size my husband has worn for years. Provided (at their request) photos showing his jeans with tag shown to compare to their shorts where it’s very visible that the sizing is small. Then their supervisor gets involved only to say they won’t exchange. They stated their policy is to measure before buying. Kinda hard to do so for a Christmas “gift”. But why waste my time with the other 5 emails asking for photos to see the comparison between jeans and their shorts? What a joke!

The lights are ok when it rains or it foggy they don't work well at all. If I had to buy them over again I don't think I would. And the amount of time it takes before you receive the delivery of the lights is too long and two of the lights I have are already not working.

I was skeptical at first, but this company far exceeded my expectations. The ordering process was so easy, and then I had tracking for my order within the allotted time period, and emails asking for confirmation of delivery. It was delivered within their expected delivery window. The items were delivered and worked as described. I immediately visited the site to review my items, as they were even better than I had expected for what I paid.
