I would recommend LightInTheBox to anyone, they are reliable. And the most important thing, they have the customs tax insurance option in all his products. Customs stopped one of my packages, I notified LightInTheBox and they reimbursed the fee to my account the next day.

It was good and cheap. I really enjoyed it but is in not the greatest quality but I really love the cloth that I have gotten. I don’t know what to say other than a great company because it isn’t scamming you. I love it.

I ordered a garment on 13th October and I'm still waiting. When I tracked my order it's apparently been returned to sender. I've been in touch with LightInTheBox and they suggested I fill out a returns/exchange form, which is useless to me as I never received my order in the first place so how can I return it? As of today they are no help. I've asked for a refund but it's like hitting my head up against a brick wall. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this company. Never again.

A very small and nice 32 GB stick from SanDisk which you can easy take with you in your pocket for your own music in the car or to have with you important documents or pictures. I am satisfied with it and can advise this USB-stick.

Ordered some led lights. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Had to pay customs charges which took 4 weeks to be paid back. Lights are faulty. Want a refund but have to pay return postage and wait for this to be refunded which I am unhappy about as I don't want to lose any more money. I have been asking to make a formal complaint but customer services continue to ignore me. If I just wanted to return the item I could understand paying the return charges but as the items are faulty I do not feel I should incur additional charges. Appalling customer service. I just want my money back.

The quality of the bag was very good meeting all that was promised in the write up. The delivery was on time. The bag was made of superior quality cowhide without any scratches or signs or damage. The zips were well plated and functionality was super.

However all I got was a standard automated response relating to customs which had nothing to do with the order - despite numerous requests I still haven’t received a response and indeed still haven’t received the items - worst online retail experience I have had to date.

In last few months I have purchased many items for my road bike and cycling clothing. The products are good quality and stylish. Communication with customer service is great and prompt. If any issue occurs like exchange of product they cooperate to my full satisfaction. The only expectation of improvement is timely delivery of items, however they come from China in transition through many couriers and it might create some delays. I will continue using LightInTheBox for my purchases.

I ordered a tap from this website a week ago and still waiting on delivery. I called Royal Shipments as there was a tracking code which states it is stuck in transit for the past 6 days. They said they would get back to me in two hours however nobody called me or sent an email to update me on the situation. I called them again to speak to a Polish lady with poor English saying that it has been with DPD Ireland and gave me a tracking number. I called DPD Ireland and they said that they did not receive anything from Poland and told me to get back to the primary wholesaler. I have been on the phone the whole day to speak to someone however nobody seems to be answering my call! This is the worst website and service. I will never be using it again or recommending this website to anyone!

I like especially the electronic products offered by LightInTheBox. I like that for each product several types of shipping is available. The killer feature is tax and customs duty insurance. I used it twice and in both cases got a refund from LightInTheBox. I also appreciate helpful and fast customer support. I was also surprised that the support is provided in quite many languages. I would appreciate more detailed description of some products (although description of others is great) and better filtering based on features of the products (especially because there are usually plenty of products of same type).

I ordered items for my wedding from this site. The delivery stated that it takes about 20 to 30 days. I ordered in Oct for my Dec wedding. It's Dec and I still haven't received the package. Customer service now says I should get it by Jan 2019. What am I going to do with wedding item in Jan. I should have read the reviews before purchasing the items. I ordered the same thing on Amazon 2 days ago, as I couldn't wait any longer. I have already received my items from them. This is the worst shopping experience I've had.

Not only was it not even packaged within my requested (and paid for) timeline but the actual delivery is going to take a month. If this had be made fully clear to me, I would have be okay with waiting, I'm not an impatient person but I needed this item by a certain date which is why I chose this site and paid more money for it. I truly hope they either rephrase their expedited express to a true statement or get shut down for false advertisement. I would have loved to have this conversation with a CSR to see if I couldn't find a solution but you can't. It doesn't exist until you get said product and then a whole new hassle begins.

Updated on 12/03/2018: Well I'm fighting over 69 cents because it is the principle. I paid 19.55 but they refunded me 18.86 for a purchase that was totally misrepresented by supplier. It was suppose to be cotton and I was sent a VERY CHEAP NYLON shirt. UNBELIEVABLE.

These guys are a bunch of scam artists who lie all the time. When I placed my order, it said it would ship within 3-4 business days. Now it gives me an estimated shipping date that is over 8 business days. These guys should be thrown in jail.

I placed my order and was surprised at the speed at which it shipped. The package came in on time and fit as expected. I have used it and it is everything I could have wanted. I will be ordering another one soon.

I have received 2 separate emails about product being shipped. There is no information in DHL tracking other than "en route to DHL Ecommerce". Then I received an email claiming product had been delivered, but no one was available to sign for it. Light In The Box then asked for another shipping fee to be paid via Pay Pal. There is no record of any delivery that I can find. There is no indication that a signature is required. Order was placed Nov 14th, initial confirmation of shipment was Nov. 19th (DHL shows Nov 18th) and on Nov 25th, LightInTheBox claims parcel was returned to them and they want another shipping fee. DHL tracking site has no such information... THIS IS A SCAM.
