I used the given sizing chart, which resulted in me ordering a size way larger than the size I usually wear--a great idea! The fabric of the dress is of high quality. The colors are brilliant and rich. The fact that the dress has no zipper but a very stretchy shape overall is a pleasure. I am probably taller than the average buyer, so I plan to detach and reattach the bra-like lining. Not a biggie considering the high quality and low price for this lovely dress.

First time trying LightInTheBox and I admit I was skeptical based on their prices but I received my shirt much faster than I expected and was not only happy but impressed with the quality of it. I have since placed 2 more orders with them.

Every category has surprise items of fun, offbeat, innovative or cutting edge products. I can spend hours chasing a string of similar items, stopping to check out many many new and intriguing products. Many of them have made their way to my cart, and now are in my home. I am constantly amazed at the affordability of the products. And the attention to details, from excellent images to in-depth descriptions, make LightInTheBox my go to site for anything home and garden, or recreation and leisure. I love this site!

I have placed several orders and had usually good experiences. The app is easy to use, the prices are low-fair, and customer service is definitely on point. The few order issues I encountered were handled immediately and always to my satisfaction. My only complaint would be shipping, it's very expensive and your order processes 7-10 days before shipping and once it ships there's another 14-21 day wait. My last order was placed on 10/29/22, it shipped on 11/08/22.

Outstanding customer service. Small issues with my item that I ordered. Lightinthebox customer service didn't hesitate any second to help me with this issue. Instead for me to go ahead and return the item in order to receive a new 1 they told me to keep that 1 and they will send me a new item. That made my day, to not have and deal with returning the item.

I ordered a costume, a flapper costume. I was interested in this one because it was a complete costume and many companies were just selling the dress. I received an incredible dress! It's beyond costume quality. I can easily wear it for other events. It's lined and the beadwork is phenomenal. I really can't believe the quality is so good! Looking forward to wearing it to my event next week.

Light in the Box sells very cute stuff on their website/app for EXCELLENT prices! Great selection... We have only clothes, shoes, and jewelry. However, like some other bargain online retailers (like SheIn), the quality and sizing of the products varies significantly... Sometimes great and sometimes bad. While they accept returns, the worst thing is they have you ship returns to China, where it is too expensive to do so. Thus, LITB uses this to get you to not return things, but accept a partial credit instead (usually a fraction of what you paid). Bottom line, if the item you buy is sized right and good quality, you will get great deals. But size or quality is off, then you end up with bad deals. So far we are maybe 75% good, 25% bad.

Using their website is very easy and the selection is great. Sometimes sizing is an issue, so double check your measurements before placing an order. Sizing is different per vendor. A piece of clothing like a swimsuit for a man, can actually be very small waist size so watch for this. I also like the tracking via emails. I've ordered many items and not had any problems.

I have ordered several time from LightinThe Box and have been very pleased with my purchases. Shipping does take longer than usual but the shipping times are stated and mostly accurate. Be careful to check sizing and measuring charts for each item. Check reviews as photos and description can be deceiving! Pricing is very competitive! Great deals! Overall a good online shopping experience!

I have placed several orders over the last few months and most of the items of met or exceeded my expectations. The few instances that did not were handled well by the customer service staff and I was pleased with my experience. My one suggestion would be that measurements be provided for earrings in both metric and US measurements.

I ordered some cycling jerseys that were too small. Lightinthebox said they would exchange but discouraged me by saying I would have to pay shipping to the warehouse in China. They offered a 50% voucher if I kept the shirts, but did not divulge that to use the credit, I had to spend twice the amount of the voucher. It's a racket to get you to give them more money. This company like others in China make returns almost impossible and the clothing runs small. If it was more apparent that the company was in China, I wouldn’t have purchased the merchandise because I’ve had this same experience with other Chinese clothing companies.

The backpack I ordered arrived in great condition and in a timely manner. The pack easily accommodated the equipment that I needed for my back emergency bag. The construction and strapping used to make this bag look as though they have been tested and researched for comfort and fit.

Items were of good quality; the shipping can sometimes take a while to get to me in Canada. When I use the app the prices are much cheaper but shipping is still high. Overall company is good, but be careful as prices fluctuate a lot even within a week.

I was pleased with the rest of the order except I was shipped a different colored pants than what I ordered. The customer service offered me full refund. I agreed. But instead of the full price $18.99 CAD I paid. Customer service is offering $5.66 CAD. This is not full refund! This mistake for wrong color is not my fault?? This is not good Customer Service.

I have been very overweight for about 15 years and never ordered anything online before. I have lost a significant amount of weight and had a wedding to go to. I ordered the most beautiful dress but was skeptical to my surprise the dress is as beautiful in person as online and the fit was amazing. I ordered 2 swimsuits. One took a little longer than the other but very happy with my purchase. The colors are vibrant and fit really well. However, I did order a size larger than I normally wear. Both suits had adjustable straps. The pricing is very good compared to most stores.

I love the different styles of clothing that is available. Very different from regular stores. The clothing I ordered was correct sizes and the material felt really comfortable. Sizes do vary so you must always read size chart and reviews to make sure size will fit. I would recommend to anyone.

3 of the shirts that I ordered fit well and are stylish. 2 polos were smaller than I expected. The XL size fit closer to an American standard size medium. Light In The Box reached out to send a partial refund, which was helpful. I suggest that consumers consult the sizing chart before ordering in the future.

I ordered 5 shirts. 3 of them fit, as I am XL. The other 2 were also XL but at least 2 sizes too small. I would have returned them for a larger size, but I read your return policy, where I would have to pay for shipping them back to Asia. I’m sure the postage would have exceeded the cost of the shirts.

Great products and fast shipment, prices are normal, and sizes are accurate as long as you read the size guidelines, it took a little bit long to receive my order but you can pay a little extra and receive your order a bit faster.

Generally speaking, my experiences with LightInTheBox has been mostly positive. There are issues however with consistency in size. I usually wear large, but there have been items purchased that were either too small or too big even though they've been labeled as large. My other issue is that some items don't exactly appear as what you see in the pictures.

I read previous reviews and ordered 2 sizes bigger. The shirt fit my husband perfectly. The quality is good and it super comfortable. The colors are just as described and the illusion is very cool. Size 9-10 fits my tall 9 year just right. Cute little tail and I love that the bum flap zips instead of buttons so there is no accidental exposure. Not extremely roomy but fits over his jeans/sweater so he can wear outside. He wears this EVERYWHERE!

These two orders are my third and fourth because the shirts I've received are so soft and comfortable and the designs are terrific. I was in De Molay in high school, so the Knights Templar designs bring back great memories, and both my wife and I love dragon images. I'm looking forward to the delivery of these two orders and hope they'll be as good as the first two.

I ordered a long cardigan. It was received in a timely manner. For the price it is a nice piece. It is a bit lighter weight than I would have liked. The color is lovely. It fits as expected. It is open front, and I do find I have to keep pulling it on my shoulders as it slides down. This is my second purchase from Light In The Box and I will definitely order again. I will tell my friends to do so too.

I spent $400 buying clothes and what I got was very cheap and ugly. They should not sell anything on this site because they are deceiving people and taking people's money. To return an item, it will cost you $77-104. This is another way of robbery. This website needs to be shut down.

I tried to complete a return because the dress I purchased didn't match the picture on the website. It wasn't even close! I followed the directions on the site. The site kept taking me in circles and no support was available either by phone or chat.

Purchase was easy enough, but then the shipping took 3 weeks to receive. After receiving the items, we noticed that everything is made from Polyester, not even cotton material. Polyester is not something you really want to wear anywhere. After contacting for a return, they stated that the return would be to CHINA, and I would be paying for it. So there were only two options they gave me.
2) Keep the items and get 20% refund.
I opted for 2. So now they are telling me this non-sense: "Thanks for the reply. We will refund USD 26.76 to you. Because the refund will be issued by the system automatically, so the system will send it as CREDIT to your Credit Account on our website in the next 1-2 business days, not to the original Credit Card that you paid with. As for this Credit, you can either WITHDRAW it to the credit card you paid or use it on the next order with our website." SO I asked them what type of left-handed operation were they running and this should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission. I do not understand why our Government allows this type of unscrupulous business practice to continue on our Country. I will NOT be doing business with them again...

In general, the choice of items is great; however, delivery is slow & I have not been able to download the app on my Firs tablet or my Android Samsung phone. It is difficult to report the problems if the problems don't conform with their opinion of what the problems should be.

Updated on 11/03/2022: I had left a previous review about them not honoring their return policy. Since that review they have honored their return policy and I have received my refund. Please check the size charts for their clothing as it does not reflect same in all countries.
Original Review: I ordered 4 dresses from this store because I had an upcoming wedding to attend. Luckily I ordered weeks before the wedding because it took forever to get my order. They were sure quick at getting my money though. I received the dresses and I didn't like their fit on me and two of them didn't fit. I went to the site to do a refund. I received an email saying sorry they didn't fit, they would be sending another email with a shipping label. I waited several days for my shipping label and sent another email asking for it. They sent another email saying sorry and offering to pay back the shipping if I decided to keep the items instead. I told them I was only interested in getting my refund and I would take care of the shipping costs on my end. Since then they have sent 4 emails saying the same thing and asking me to take more or less store credit instead of my refund. I have told them time and time again I just want my refund.

Purchased the hoodie.. Wore the jacket for one day and before the first day of wearing the seams started coming apart directly down the center of the jacket..and the jacket is no good now.. I'm taking the loss rather than going through weeks of trying to get a new jacket through the mail. My very first purchase was not a good one!!

I ordered 3 dresses and a pair of sandals from this company. All items received were poorly manufactured, the material is thin and see thru, the fit was awful and the pictures shown on the website is not representative of what you will receive. The customer service staff asked me to send pictures of myself in the dresses which I find that to be quite extensive due to the nature of the product. I told them the items were still in their original packaging, they are now asking me to return the items to China instead of their homebase in the USA. The shipping cost may vary from 10-40$ and it would take up to 4 weeks to be reimbursed. Be very careful with this company, it is a major scam. NOT RECOMMANDED... BE AWARE.

I recently placed my first order with this company and regret the entire experience. I ordered 4 or 5 pieces of clothing that looked very unique and exciting on the app. The prices were so low I knew this had to be too good to be true and I was absolutely correct. Almost all the clothing they sell is literal junk. 90% is made entirely of Polyester. Polyester? That shouldn’t even be considered a fabric. Polyester is scratchy, itchy, cheap woven plastic. Seriously. As a teen I worked at Domino’s Pizza and was forced to wear a uniform shirt that was 100% Polyester. I would have rather worked in a thong than that horrible stuff. It is basically like weaving a shirt out of fishing line. It’s awful and anyone with any taste can spot tacky Polyester from a mile away.
More importantly, however, is the appalling, lethargic and apathetic way my order was (or wasn’t) handled. After 6 days my order hadn’t even shipped. That is ridiculous. I contacted the company and let them know that if my order didn’t ship within 24 hours I would cancel the order entirely. 36 hours later no one had even responded to me so I initiated the fill cancellation of the $150 order. Another 24 hours and I’d still not received any responses at all from the company and my order still showed as in progress. I don’t want this junk any longer and I won’t do business with a company that seems unconcerned with even the smallest gesture of customer service. I’ve now posted all this on their Facebook page and am in contact with my bank to dispute the order and get my money back.
This has been a waste of my precious time, my money and my trust and once I manage to pry my money out of their hands I will never do business with them again. I’m short, little to no customer service or interest in your purchases, cheap plastic non-fabrics (and more, many of the items they sell don’t even tell you what fabric the items are even if you click on “Specifications”. Oh, also, the second I placed my order my iPhone instantly began constantly displaying ads for the company. I must be accosted by their stupid ads 60 times a day. Total scam. I previously ordered some shirts through these guys, and there were no problems. But the second time I ordered and paid for a dress. Two weeks later they sent an email saying it was out of stock. I asked for a refund, but they provided a store credit instead and absolutely refused to refund the money. The "credit" expired in a week and I lost my money. Total scam, I will never buy anything from this website again.

Using their guide for measuring, I ordered a dress for a wedding. I went online because I am 81 years old and unable to physically shop for clothes. It took several weeks for it to arrive and finally arrived the week before the wedding of my great granddaughter. It was shipped in a plastic envelope, wrinkled and crushed. It didn’t fit at all and the bra inside was crushed to the point it could not be fixed. Upon first inspection, other than the condition, it appeared to be okay. There were also frayed and opening seams that appeared to have been stretched by someone trying to fit into a too small dress. I immediately posted to the company for a refund. I was shocked to learn they would only give me a $20 refund or a coupon.
I live on a fixed income and the need to pay for a unwearable dress is such a hardship for me. At my age, it is unlikely I will need a coupon for another dress. While I understand that it is my error in not understanding their complicated policy, I am saddened by the experience and will have to get help to find something to wear for the wedding. I read the reviews and decided to trust LightInTheBox, my mistake, for which I will now have to pay the price. I am as angry with myself as I am with the company. I am usually diligent in my purchases, just not this time. Would I recommend them? Not at all. While it may be legitimate for them to keep money and deny refunds, it is an injustice.

I ordered 4 dresses from this sham company and they were horrible. Either the fabric was TOTALLY see thru or the material was so heavy I couldn't lift it. Furthermore, I am a double mastectomy patient and I specifically look for the words sewn in darts because those accentuate breasts that aren't there. They asked me to send pictures of myself in the dresses even though I reminded them that the fabric was see thru and the others hung down so that it was very obvious I had had a double mastectomy. I was conned into buying a dashboard camera that was complete rubbish, switches off every couple of minutes. Further, their false advertising claimed that I would be receiving a memory card, which was another lie. After having to figure out my own memory card for the device, I realized that what I'd been sent was total and absolute garbage. When I asked for a refund they refused citing their refund policy. Worst retail company I've ever known. Good luck in finding a suitable retail company for your needs.

I purchased a dress from this site. I reviewed their sizing chart and went one size up from what I normally wear. The item I received was extremely small. I am a true size 10 from all brands and a size up would not go past my hips. My friend is a true size 6 and it was too small for her. I paid over $100 for the dress. I contact the company and requested a refund due to the dress was not sized correctly. They inform me they don't do refunds. No matter the issue once you purchase from them you are stuck with the item. Even though they are not selling appropriate sized items. I lost $136, I would not recommend buying from them because they are selling children size clothing for adults. The pictures of their clothes look good but the quality are terrible. This company are in China and they are a rip off. I only gave one star so I can warn others don't waste your money like I did. They shouldn't be allowed to sell in the US.

I bought beach pants and beach shirts from Light In The Box and there were no hassles though there was a little bit of a wait. But everything was coming from wherever. So, it wasn't bad. Everything was priced good and when it got here, it was in sealed containers. It was easy and nice. The pants that I got fit fine but even after we did the measuring on their measurement size, the shirts were too small to fit me. But other than that, everything was good.

I ordered clothing on 9/3 and finally received the two items on 9/25 - 3 weeks later. The pantsuit and dress are both made with shabby material. The sizing was off, and the order was not worth $200 + dollars. I tried to return it immediately and gave the reason that the item was received too late plus the outfits were not acceptable - quality-wise. I received the following denial: *Customer's Reason: no longer needed, bought by mistake, not as expected, changed mind, etc. All of these are reasons NOT to refund my money. Purchased three printed t-shirts. Total costs of shirts were $53.00 and an additional $20 for shipping. Product delivered in about 3 weeks. I had no idea product was coming from China. Print on the back of the shirts looked like someone had tried to enlarge bad art files, very fuzzy, nothing like pics on website. Material was thinner than what I normally get when ordering t-shirts. Tried to return the shirts, found out that I have to pay shipping, wait for product to arrive back in China, be inspected before refund approved. Shipping costs for me to return the items was going to be $42+ to ship back, wait 3-4 weeks for refund. Rather than wait for a net $30 refund, will donate to charity or use as shop towels. Bottom line, do not order printed t-shirts from this company if you are looking for quality items and/or a reasonable return policy. Shame on me for falling for the cheap prices and expecting a better product.

I cannot get a refund on a Mother of the Bride dress I ordered in a size according to their size chart that was a size larger than my original size. Didn't mind using their chart as this was the condition of getting a refund if it did not fit. Delivery was within time frame but dress was much too small plus it was a real downgrade from what they presented online. Elastic stretch material was placed under each arm pit instead of the material of the dress. The matching jacket was a flimsy piece of thin material & sleeves were three quarters instead of long as in picture.
In order to prove to them I did use their size guide they are wanting proof by telling me I must take photos of measurements of the dress in which they show illustrations of how they want it measured along with making the tape measure visible with numbers showing & sent back to them. They show illustrations of how to do bust, waist & hips. I measured myself before placing order on the dress to insure I ordered according to their chart. I measured the dress itself after receiving according to their specs & the dress came up much smaller than their chart. I've put other things in my cart to buy from them but was waiting to get my dress to see how it fit & looked plus to see how they handle their refund policies before ordering again. Needless to say I will probably have to opt for their 25% refund & lose money on the dress but they have lost a potential customer in me.

I ordered one of the OP art tee shirts, characterized as unisex sizing. I looked at the chart and ordered a medium. It fits like a dress. Furthermore, the "art" is barely recognizable as the thing in the picture, and the fabric is disgusting. Obviously I wanted to return it immediately. The cost to return it is greater than the cost of the shirt. Not to mention the shipping cost to get the shirt. There was NO RECEIPT in the bag. This is effectively NO RETURNS. I have tried to avoid ordering items from Asia as I have been scammed before. So I tried to discover the origin of the site. The only thing I found was "NYSE listed"; the return address on the package was in USA. Scammers! Straight to the Salvation Army. Never again will I order from any company where I cannot clearly see the location.

From start to finish the ordering process was quite poor. When selecting items in your shopping cart and deciding on shipping methods, their indications of processing and shipping times are not true to form. I selected the cheapest shipping option and the delivery time ended up being WAY off of what was promised. It took over two weeks for one of my items to even be processed for shipping! One of my items is still not here and it has been almost a month! Once I received some of the items, it was apparent that their pictures look nothing like what the end product ending up being. Their sizing charts are completely wrong. I need to basically return everything I ordered. In trying to return my items, (at least the ones that have arrived) they are making it incredibly difficult. They only want to offer discounts on future purchases with LightInTheBox.com. No thank you!
I really have no intention of making more mistakes spending money with this company. I am trying to notify them that I no longer want the item that I STILL have not received and they are asking me to take a picture of the item. What? I DON'T HAVE IT! I am being told that I will need to pay the return shipping, which could cost up to $40. Per item or per order, I don't know. All I know is that you should be very cautious about this company, be exactly sure the products you order are exactly what you want because it is nearly impossible, and clearly very time consuming to try and return anything. They did not look like the images online. Furthermore, to return them would 1. Cost me return postage to China, and 2) only give me a reduced credit to purchase more product from this company. I have elected to consider this an expensive lesson, to never do business with Lightinthebox ever again, and to donate these dresses to Goodwill still in original packaging. Beware.

The images on the web have an effect, as soon as received the 3D t-shirts are faded, the colors almost do not hit anything. Even with the same sizes they have different sizes: they tell you that they are made in different factories ... They describe the fabrics as MEDIUM ELASTICIZED and then it is ZERO ELASTICIZED, labels DO NOT exist, no additional sheets for washing and/or ironing. If you decide to make a return they offer 3 options:
2. You keep the shirt and we'll give you a 20% discount on your next purchase.
3. You return the shirt to us and we will refund you.
Having paid with Paypal and having reimbursed the cost of the return up to a maximum of €33, I asked to give me an address where to ship: THEY DON'T GIVE IT TO YOU BECAUSE THEY STATE IT COST TOO MUCH TO SHIP TO CHINA (€4 by post office and €27 by courier). PAYPAL DISPUTE OPEN. In short, save your money, they are good on the web ONLY. I do not recommend this site to anyone.

I won't spend much time providing details as the details are documented in numerous reviews. What I will state, is "RUN"! Lightinthebox.com is the biggest scam that I have encountered. Their merchandise is poorly constructed and not true to size, i.e., you will need to order a 4X in order to receive a 2X. And because this is a China base company you can forget to receive a refund. The company offers you 25% credit on the money spent, or you can ship the item back at $45-$65 USD in order to receive a full refund. Again, "RUN" as there are so many other companies one can choose from.

Ordered two dresses in the sizes I always order, They were too small, thus I sought to replace them with the next larger size. First, after 1/2 hour of looking, its website did not allow me to replace them. After another 10 minutes I located a telephone #, called them, and the staffer set me up for a replacement. When I received the info via email:
2. It tried to shame you into keeping the items by broadly intimating you ordered incorrectly. Women's clothing?? Either you're kidding or you're an idiot.
3. They had to be returned by the customer TO CHINA, a 2-4 week proposition per item.
4. Once received, then they would consider replacing the item, and that would be another 2-4 weeks presumably.
5. The customer had to pay for the return, and my research found that the return would have cost around $30-50. I've never paid for a return in 10 years with anyone else.
6. Alternatively, you could accept a $10 credit against another order, or a $5 cash refund.
Judge for yourself, but I will never deal with these people again. I'll chalk the $100+ I wasted up to a Chinese lesson. That's apparently what you get when you deal with China.

These cheap products from China being sold directly via the Internet just show up on your screen, they look good, you order them. When these arrived, I was, again, disappointed with the quality: Tops with "good" fabric on the front and some plain fabric that saved them 5 cents on the back. Tops that appeared in the ad to be embroidered, were actually "adorned" with just a photograph of embroidery transferred to fabric. The refund policy looks all right as they post it. Reality is different: When you contact their Returns department, they ignore you for a while, with a message they're just "busier that usual," but I think they're just trying their step 1 of seeing if they can discourage you into just going away.
There were a couple doggie tricks I had to perform during another time-wasting step also geared towards getting you to just go away. Next they tell you you'll have to ship it back to China.... No, you may not return the items to the warehouse in California from which they shipped the items to you. They tell you that will cost you a lot, and why not just take a small discount and keep (the crap you don't want). Being the persevering type, I returned them all to China for about $25. Apparently China's mail is carried in row boats across the Pacific, and from there it goes by a donkey with a bad leg to the company's origin in China. 5 weeks in all. Then they hemmed and hawed a bit long, but finally gave me a refund. That last sentence makes them better than many of the Chinese companies that sell directly.
I think I have finally learned my lesson, having been taught the lesson a couple of times now, to never buy anything directly from China, and to only buy Chinese products that are sold through Amazon or through Walmart, so that the items may be easily returned, without great cost and time involved. The other scuzzy practice I encountered with LightInTheBox was that they sent me a link to review the products. When I clicked on "Leave a Review" it just took me to their main web page to buy stuff....with a 5% discount. There was no place on that page to leave a review. When I went 1-by-1 to the items I purchased, they have programmed that to also just take you back to the web page to buy stuff. This is cheap stuff and the return reality is shifty.

I ordered two dresses and cancels within three days only because they said that the dresses would not be there on time for the wedding. Because I cancel within those three days they want to keep half of the money when the dresses are still in the warehouse. Haven’t been shipped. Haven’t done anything to them. They are still in the warehouse and I have pictures of that where the email stated such. This is my first time engaging with this company and it is my last. This is a scam. I would like to start a class action lawsuit for unethical business practices. I am also reporting them to the FCC and the FTC for unethical business practices and failure to refund full amounts as well as falsely stating they cannot print return labels when they can print shipping labels if they can print shipping labels they can print return labels. As well they are lying with this statement, they do not have full disclosure and they ship junky wrong items < used items < wrong sizes and wrong colors.

Extremely difficult to deal with company when something goes, if you actually get what you ordered some of the things are quite nice. However if you have a problem here is what to expect: No actual person to speak with ever. I am quite familiar with online ordering and I have never ever experienced such difficulty getting issues resolved. I am very much ok with on line communication after all it’s the way of the world, however I am not ok with emails not being responded to or if a response is sent it’s generic and does not deal with any issues presented.
I have sent 14 emails requesting assistance. Not one valid response to deal with my concerns. Also when they respond with generic emails it has never been within the 24hr timeline they suggest on their web site. Shipping fees are high and then when you want to return something it has to go to Asia, however no indication of this until I tried to return items, then the return fees are outrageous. Once again when I inquired about this no response. I have over $1,200 in clothing to be returned to my card and today it collects interest for items not in my possession. I’ve just sent yet another email and received yet again another generic email. Oh and don’t bother to ask for someone to contact you or for the matter to be moved up the ladder, that too will be ignored

I've been using LightInTheBox on and off for a couple of years, as they became one of my go-to online places to find amazing items. What I appreciate most is their prices are fairly reasonable, and although there can be some items for low, they do offer decent quality of products. The shipping isn't much of an issue, but even with the processing fees and estimated shipping labeled clearly, they do not guarantee it would arrive within that timeframe window. There has been a few times where I was looking forward to receiving my purchase, for it to take a bit longer than expected to arrive, so I'd always advise to have patience because it can experience delay in shipping.
I haven't bought a lot of items, mostly things in the women's accessories and children's toy area, so I cannot speak on other products available. Customer service is great, their agents are knowledgeable and a great help when needed. I do wish they can offer live chat to cut down on support ticket time when you have a simple question about an item prior to purchasing. There's an extensive F.A.Q. area in various categories, but sometimes I'd prefer communicating directly with a person. That's my only gripe about the company. Overall, definitely a place to spend your money when you want good quality items for much less.

You get what you pay for. Shorter and darker than the pictures but useable. Tracks are a little bit wide and so the wig is thin, but you can style around that. It also comes pre-styled so if you want it to look longer you can straighten it.

Original Review: We found the product sizes are not accurate, we order two ladies tops in the same size as per the size guide and one was very small and one was very big, not slightly but unwearable. The cost was £56 including postage, to return goods you have to post to China, this has cost another £17.60, so for the privilege of having two badly made garments it will cost us £27.60 in postage alone and that is to get £48 back. Total rip off, do not use this company.

Beware, beware, beware that Lightinthebox is a scam company. I had to give a star.. I don't want to give them anything!! I placed an order for three dresses totaled 69.00. They sent me an email that stated sorry not in stock on the one dress. I communicated and asked where my order was after two weeks, after three weeks after four weeks I blew up and asked them where is my order. They said sorry due to demand they didn't have my order, but gladly took my money!
Lightinthebox is a big scam from China! Do not order anything from them. They might change their company name and because I believe this is what they do. I order some men's clothes from this county and was not revealed that this is being shipped from China. I wondered why shipping was so expensive. When I received my items 3 of the shirt (men's small) fit like a tent...nothing like the pictures. The others items cheap but I need to send back the 3 oversized small shirts. Nothing but problems..They keep emailing me saying cheaper to keep than to resend back..I cannot use them I explained. Then they email saying give you 50% discount and 100 reasons for not sending them back. I told them I wanted my credit card credit back...but no. They said they gave me a credit for more shopping. This is crap. Their clothes are cheap and not well made. Finally I threated to call my credit card company and they then responded with, "You give your credit card credit but will take a while." SCAM SCAM SCAM COMPANY. BEWARE.

I bought a few things. Dress, shoes, shorts, purses, and jackets. I was not happy with the price of shipping. Not only did I pay for my order which was $90.00 then the shipping switch was almost double on what my order...then I get a call from ĎHL for another $ 53 to finish my delivery. The product you will receive will have all seems showing and some already coming undone. The product is made quickly to replicate the pictures but as if it were made by children. Don't expect a refund. They will offer you 50 - 20% of your purchase price, If you want all of your money back, you will never hear from them again. Quite frankly, you are making a donation to the bottom line of LightInTheBox. Thank god I only spent $50.

I was attracted to the cute styles and colors of these clothes. The creative colors and designs, and variety of clothes, was interesting. I ordered a dress and it was way too small. Then I found out that the return process is that you must pay for returning the product to China. When I asked about this, they offered a small credit in lieu of returning the product. The hassle and cost of returning was ridiculous. I believe the quality of the dress was good, but paying so much more to return it for another was not worth the hassle. So, first, be sure you read the size charts for your specific size and shape...don't guess. Second, if you're a weird or plus size, you probably want to shop elsewhere where you can easily return the product.

With tax and shipping, these yoga pants (elastic waist that barely expands at all) cost $20.10 -- a bargain, if they had fit. They didn't. Returns must be sent to a warehouse in CHINA, and I would have to pay for shipping -- estimated at $40. I'm out money for a product I can't use, mailed to me from an address in New York state, because I have to return it to China. This, in my opinion, is a shameless fraud and should be condemned.

This company is sly... I never received one item and that item they refunded...When you wish to return items...they say you can only return 3 items...I am trying to return 4... Then they say two of the 4 are custom. They define custom differently that most online clothing companies. Custom is if they say so when you are adding it to your order on that dresses page. You are not allowed to return custom...The other two they said that I could go to a place on their site for returns, check in and would receive 2 "Tickets" that would allow me to return 2 dresses... These tickets never came up in the return section for me.
The two "custom": one was huge on the bust compared too tight in the hips. The other was too tight in bust and hips. I had been measured by a tailor before ordering to make sure I order larger clothing so I could alter the groom's mother's dress if necessary. One out of 5 fit and all others were not a size 12. I usually wear a 10 and 4 of the 5 were too tight. SO DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - even with measuring they are not upfront..I would NEVER order from them again. I use to be in business of the selling online - this company is the worst of the worst.

I have enjoyed purchases from LITB however the sandals on this order were a disaster. Petals and rhinestones on center strap and toe of one shoe were missing. I normally wear 6 or 6.5 but because I know better I ordered 5.5 and still they were too big. Really? Because is a factor I had to scramble to find wedding shoes at a local retail store at 10 times the price. I don't have the time to return them for refund until after July 15th. If you need photos, please reply and I'll send them. I wrote a review online but it was pictured with the wedding box instead of shoes. Thank you. So very disappointed, they would have been perfect.

Like the solar deck lights however these have batteries that need to be replaced occasionally. Also they are black in color they look brown in the advertisements like the ones I already have. Did not see any mention of batteries in the online description.

Reviewing the picture on the website and getting the shirt ended being two different shades of purple. I believe the picture was enhanced because the shirt was not even close to being the vibrant color of purple that was on the website.

I recently bought a T-Shirt from this app after downloading it and couldn't have been happier with the results. The shirt fits perfect and love the material which I have never seen before which is called Micro-Elastic. It makes the shirt nice and cool feeling during very hot days and the print isn't fading away like other shirts. I bought pillow covers from this company and was very satisfied with shipping and merchandise. However, clothing is another matter. The quality of the fabric is very poor, items do not look like pictured and workmanship is poor. I threw all items in goodwill pile. I will never buy from them again. A waste of money.

I really do love the shirts and the style. However I do have an issue with one of them. I wear a US size 3xl which is what I had ordered, when I received them all three said 3xl but the two 3 dimension shirts fit wonderfully and the one Hot Stamp shirt was way too small even tho it said 3xl. I have purchased other Hot Stamp shirts with the same result. They are all too small, but I Really DO like their site and the products they offer.

Light in the Box offers a lot of clothing and cosplay options that I haven't found on other sites. I bought my first wigs from Light in the Box nearly eight years ago and they're still in great condition. Some of the clothes I've bought from here are the ones I get compliments on the most. After years of owning some of their clothes, they're still in great condition, so you can find some items on Light in the Box that will last longer than your average fast fashion items.
My biggest complaint with Light in the Box is that they are not very accurate. I have ordered several items that do not match the product photos, or are not the same size as the product description said they would be. I've also received items I did not order as a mix-up. I have tried getting Light in the Box to re-ship the correct item, but the only time I tried to do that, the new item never came in, so now when they make a mistake I just ask for a refund. To return items, you have to pay the expensive shipping yourself to ship the item back, and I wish they offered the option to send back items that are not as described at no extra charge like many other online retailers do.
Customer service agents are not always fluent in English and their customer service skills are below average. Always keep order numbers, and make sure to keep the items you open with the package so the barcode for items can be easily found if they send you the wrong item. Shipping to Canada takes a long time (usually a month or more), but Light in the Box always refunds duty fees if you get charged any upon delivery. They have always delivered on the anticipated delivery dates and provide a tracking number that makes it easy to know exactly when your package is coming in. In a lot of ways, shopping on Light in the Box is like shopping with Wish. If you're willing to gamble, you can get some really great stuff you can't find anywhere else. But it really is a gamble.

I am writing this review so that other consumer can feel comfortable about the products of this company, I felt a comfort to the fact that it was a company that selection was nice and fully categorized. I enjoyed that factor I can say that I will be shopping here for several item that I feel are of a fair value and that the again the selection was on that can suit all ages.
