This dress/robe is super comfortable and very warm to wear on chilly days. I bought it in 2 colors and they wash really well. The material is excellent quality. I highly recommend this to all of my friends.

The product is really good, but the size is always smaller. The shipment is fast (usually 2/3 weeks to arrive). The prices are the best and because of that I keep buying things, even if it's small, my wife gets all the small stuffs.

There are so many different products you'll find here at unbelievable prices! The downside is the shipping cost. However, you can purchase a yearly one-time fee of $19.99 for a discounted shipping flat rate fee, which is worth the cost.

It has been 10 days from the order date of Jan 23 and it still has not shipped. Then it still takes 2 weeks to reach Canada. Delivery is painfully slow. All women's top choices have too much rubbery polyester. Not enough choice in natural fabrics.

This was my first purchase, the sizing was just about right, fitted well on the shoulders. Could have done with some extra room around the hips. The bigger size would have been too bulky. Overall great quality and very good value when using the App. The product did take longer than expected, I took into consideration where it was being shipped from. Overall a warm jacket and met my expectations. I have also looked at other items and at some point will make another purchase.

Ordered dresses for my daughter's engagement party, shower and wedding. All gorgeous heavy material and fit great. Only thing is way too long. (I'm sure, so it will need to be altered.) Also, the bust is a little tight--maybe go a size bigger when you order form-fitting dresses.

First order with LITB and delivery time was reasonable considering where the parcel came from. Ordered 6 clothing items and quality appears good at first glance. Long term use will determine their durability. One item, I thought were thermal underwear turned out to be spandex tights. Looked at the description again and they are listed as both (odd). The winter (ball cap style) insulated hat with ear flaps and face protector is way too large. One size fits all? Not really. Was going to attempt return for both articles but postage costs would have equaled the value of the two items so didn't bother. I do plan on ordering again (prices are great!) so will pay particular attention to the details before choosing. Also note that sizes (S, M, L etc.) tend to be one size smaller so use the actual size measurement guide to select the best fit. My thermal pants are a large. I am generally a medium. Overall I am very satisfied.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They don’t take ownership when they make a mistake. There’s no transparency. No honesty. They deflect the blame on other people. They are not interested in customer service, or customer satisfaction. When trying to communicate with these people, it’s very difficult to communicate. You’re always repeating yourself or trying to explain in a simpler way so it’s understood. It’s very frustrating and annoying when you cancel an order, they say they’ll pause the order until they hear from you and they don’t. They go ahead and ship it, it’s just really messed up.

All of the shirts and pants are beyond reasonably priced. Shipping doesn't take extremely long. The only complaint was ordering two pairs of large pants, one was extremely small and the other fit perfectly. The graphics are amazing but look a tad distorted. It's worth it though to pay $5/shirt instead of $25 for normal retail!

I received the Men's Tracksuit Sweatsuit in two different sizes and both have been different from what I ordered. The original order size I filled in was XXXL! Instead I received the sweatshirt in XL and the trousers in 4XL. The tag from the sweatshirt was ripped out and the tag of the trousers was half cut off, still readable, though. Never less I measures both items precisely and I got the confirmation, that the seller tried to cheat on me. So I needed Light In The Box to step in and after I send them picture evidence of the wrong sizes, they refunded me my money. Good and fast customer service. They really care about their customers and I will Light In The Box recommend to my friends!

I think they are a great company, but They are VERY Slow on Processing orders and Shipping Orders. My last order I ordered 1 shirt and it took over 18 days for it to ship. I have another order which I am waiting for I paid for faster shipping and still haven't heard on that status.

I have used LightInTheBox many times to purchase items I would normally not be able to afford for my large family. I enjoy most of the products they sell and the majority of them are priced well for their quality. The shipping fees however, I do find to be excessive and I don't buy much from them unless I have a promo code or they having discounted shipping on their entire site. They do have a good range of products and you can find almost anything you want.

It is exceedingly difficult to get in touch with customer support. This order, every item Said "ships within 24 hours". I placed/paid for this order 1/26/23, today is 2/3/23 (8 calendar days later) and it still shows to be 'in processing'. That means over 800% promised processing time and still counting. This is my second order from LitB and I was very happy (albeit FRUSTRATED for similar reasons) with the products received. They were precisely as described on site, so I thought I'd give them another go... Not sure how I feel about it now...

Horrible customer service, only try to pacify you with extra discount on next order, do not follow their own shipping and delivery policies, slow delivery. Poor cheaply made clothes that are not sized correctly. If you want to return, they charge you shipping again and make you jump thru hoops to get an address to send to and you must do it within 7 days. Do not communicate thru customer service just auto messages. Better off ordering from Shein.

I was searching for a case for my tablet and the website of LightInTheBox was helpful, because I had to find out for sure which tablet size to buy the case for. The purchasing process was easy and when my order was delivered, it was left in the lobby of my apartment building. The case had a picture frame kind of thing so you can stand your device up and it was really cheaply made. It's supposed to be a kickstand, but it kept falling over. But other than that, there were no glitches on my order and I would recommend LightInTheBox.

I have been happy with my purchases for the most part. It took me a few orders to get a size that fit me. I normally wear an XL or 2XL in shirts but I have to order a 3XL to get one that fits me. I have ordered shirts, hoodies, & leggings so far. My advice to those ordering order 2 sizes larger than you normally would. Do not believe the sizing chart! I realize that this global retailer is based in China but not everyone is the size of a China doll!

I bought several pairs of leggings from Light in the box.com. When they came they were all too large. They wanted me to take pictures of the different sizes (waist hips etc.) with a tape measure up against the clothing and they would decide whether the clothes Were made too large and whether they would give me my money back. I told them I was just going to return all of the merchandise and I wanted my money back. I assumed that I would be able to send the clothing back to their warehouse in the United States but instead they told me I had to send the clothing back to China. It cost $60 to send $170 order back to China. That was done three months ago and I have emailed them several times and nobody is returning my email.
The quality of the clothing was not at all what I expected. Some of the items I ordered were not in the order and there were different items in the order I did not order. I assumed they were out of what I wanted and just replaced them with leggings that they did have in stock. So far I am out $170 plus $60 that cost me to return the items. I was a little hesitant to order from this company anyway but it looked like it had good reviews. JennyLyn

2. The workmanship/quality was bad: The knitting had obvious 'Loose Ends' and would have disintegrated quickly with use.
3. The 'stand up' collar, promised in the picture, did not work: The material was too thin for it to maintain shape.
4. The Cardigan as a whole was much thinner than it appeared in picture.
5. There is essentially NO RETURN possibility: The LightInTheBox website itself points out that shipping things back to China is more expensive than the merch value. Lightinthebox maintains a local (Inglewood, CA) shipping fulfillment center, but CHOOSES not to receive returns in the USA! This is how you make money!
6. Instead of the 'impossible' return (See 5.), the company offers a 10% 'reward' towards the next purchase. In my case that would have been $2.90. My 'account' was credited $0.45. Lightinthebox again does not only not deliver on their promises, they actually CHEAT.

Updated on 01/28/2023: I finally heard from said company. They gave me $8 credit on a $25 purchase in lieu of me returning item to China. DO NOT BUY products, they are poor quality, sizes are wrong and return policy unacceptable. Buyers beware!

I got a red leather Samsung phone case from LightInTheBox. I liked the look and the price. The quality is wonderful and it's exactly what I wanted which is the wallet type for my particular phone. It’s hard to find. The shipping and delivery were exactly as they said it would be.

An ugly looking winter trench coat was received from the retailer which was opposite of what was described on the website. The coat was made with extremely poor quality and rough fabric with poor quality zippers and poor stitching. This thing has no padding and not suitable for even light winter or fall. When requested for a return and refund, the retailer offered a 50% off on next poor-quality purchase from them which is useless. A return and refund is refused. The retailer has asked for pictures to prove the fabric is of poor quality which is utter nonsense. Do not buy anything from this retailer.

I ordered a bunch of hoodies with the 3D printing on them from LightInTheBox for my family members and relatives and the younger ones that like the stuff that I got. I was excited about another polyester hoodie that's thicker than that. I thought they were gonna be like that but because they're thin, I can wear them early fall or maybe springtime too. My brother is religious, so I bought him one of the religious hoodies and he loved it. And might go back and look at them again. So, he might be ordering stuff from LightInTheBox. The stuff I purchased, as expensive as it was, was reasonable. But the shipping killed us. Still, I would definitely go back when I get some more money. The website was easy to go to. You scroll and look at the stuff you want to look at it. So, it was cool. I downloaded the app and I check in once a day to see what new stuff they put on there. I have a coupon for 100% off on shipping next time I order from them.

Some of the clothes are not what they look like in pics. They will not send me a address to send my clothes back. They are horrible. My daughter is going through the same thing. I guess they don't want any exchanges or returns. I've tried several times asking for a address but no answer. They have no phone number anywhere.

I ordered total 5 items in this order. Two are winter coats, one for myself and one for my son. Unfortunately the description only gives the outer measurement and does not have any reminder to customer that the material is rather thick that took up space inside, as a result both coats become tight and could not be fitted in. Finally I took my son's coat, and the one I originally ordered for myself is now sitting in my wardrobe. I do not return it because the shipping cost is too high that I just don't bother.

Purchased 2 of the optical shirts to give as a gift. Was very pleased with the shirts the look of the shirts. The shirts look like they will be a good size. I was a little surprised that they were a slippery material instead of cotton. I am hoping that they wash up nice.

Clothes were alright. Got them for Christmas presents for my family and a few for myself. Clothes were different than you see on any other websites basically. I had one problems. Someone there sent me the wrong size and I couldn't send them back 'cause I want to cost it more than when it was worth. I ordered a 2x and they sent me a 4X so that got wasted. I know mistakes happen but I was a little disappointed about that. But, besides that everything was cool. I probably will buy something else off there sooner or later. They have a big variety of clothes and other things.

The sizing of merchandise is confusing. Discovering how difficult it is to get proper measurements on clothing and shoes. Tried boots (size 41 does not = size 8). The jacket is perfect size except for the sleeves that are way too short. I tried to proceed to an exchange but I cannot talk to an agent, only a robot. I was too late for the exchange time limit because I waited Christmas to open it and there is no way to go around a hard date with a robot. It is on me since it is clear that the date was passed just before Christmas but I wish I could talk to someone.

I love this coat! It is so very well constructed. There is an air of excellence and professionalism when wearing the coat. It is soft, no losing of fur, was not wrinkled when arrived. Well packaged. I love all my Light in the box purchases. My only issue are the sizes are not always accurate. The "don't rush me" shirt was very small for a 2XL and it was a gift. The "I had my patience" shirt was quite large for an XL. When ordering for gifts this can be an issue. Otherwise I enjoy the variety and amazing prices.

I placed two orders for items to give as Christmas presents and coincidentally both packages were supposedly delivered but, I did not get either one of them. The first order was placed on November 30, 2022. The tracking says it was put in my mailbox on December 29, 2022. The order included 4 sweaters, 3 jackets and a puffy vest. There's no way it could have fit in my mailbox. The second order was placed on December 9th and the tracking says it was delivered on January 14th, at my front door. It included 9 tops/sweaters, a purse, a 20" suitcase and a massager gun. In the 7 years I've lived here these two packages are the only two I have not received. I smell something fishy here. Don't order from them. They're just stealing your money.

Both pairs of shoes run small. A size 40 would have been much better. I always wear a 39 so this came as a surprise. The shirt didn't look like the photo - much cheaper material grade. It appears to be a hassle to return and get refunds, proper sizes as I waited weeks for the order so took shoes to be professionally stretched and gave shirt to Goodwill.

I just received my order. A hooded, fleece jacket. It is not close to color on the website so I want to return it. I sign into my account like the instructions for a return says to do but my order is nowhere to be found so clicking on it to proceed is not possible. No email to get hold of customer service and the phone number leads to a full voice mail box. I have 7 days to return this and I can't even get a return ticket without my order being clicked on and it's not in my account to see. I see what's going on here and I'm not happy about it. You can't hold of anyone to help but they hold of you everyday with annoying check in requests. Will not deal with this ripoff Chinese company again.

I did refuse to buy the order due to the additional custom charges of $40.00. I contacted your customer service to advise. My only disappointment is that you did not made clear enough the high custom charges. Since your familiar with the custom charges, you might consider making it very clear about estimated custom charges regardless of the sale. Being upfront to the customer, speaks volumes about the honesty and integrity of your business. The service received was very good. If I were to purchase many items at once with an amount over $200.00, I would consider paying for the custom charges.

On 12/16/22 I saw an ad on Facebook for this company. I did a quick review online and the company seemed legitimate. So I looked through the options and chose two articles of clothing for my fiancé. I chose this site because in looking it had the option to send and get here by Christmas, if you paid extra shipping. Well of course Christmas comes and goes without my present. I try and contact someone but it is very difficult to find any contact info, and it turns out you have to download their app to have any communication with customer service.
On 12/28 I finally get a hold of someone on the app asking for a refund of the extra money I paid for shipping since I never received it in the time I paid for, and also asked for an update as to when I could reasonably expect to get the present I had paid for. Someone named David responded on the same day, however I wasn't aware because he only responded on the app, which I didn't want in the first place. The message basically asked if I wanted a coupon to use in their store (no thank you) or to cancel the order. I still wanted the present for my fiancé! Then I received another message on 12/31/22 saying the products I had ordered for Christmas on 12/16, should be shipped no later than 1/3/23.
On 1/2/23 I reached back out because I had not heard anything, and today I heard that they are shipping one of the two items now, to be expected somewhere between 1/7 and 1/12/23. They offered a 10% refund to be used for store credit, which is like $4, and I never want to go through the hassle of dealing with this company every again. And they still haven't even begun packaging the second present which I ordered, so who knows when that will come.
In retrospect, I did some deeper research into the company and reviews. It seems as though they have paid to have a bunch of fake reviews all sent in at one point to artificially boost their star rating, but once you look deeper and start to see the real reviews from people, they all have the same complaints as me and all gave horrible reviews based on horrible experiences they've shared. My guess is this scam company preys on people's laziness and hopes that if they make it difficult enough for people to get the items they paid for they'll just give up and this sham of a company will get money for nothing. I am going to warn every single person I can on all platforms to never do business with this company.

Light In The Box has a rather large selection to choose from and many unique things that truly catch the eye when trying to navigate this massive website. The app has much better deals if installed and though there was a minor initial issue, the issue has been resolved. Honestly the delivery time is a little long but the customer service works well to accommodate any issues and solve them quickly. I’ve referred a few family members that bought me clothes from here and they are soft and good quality. I like them a lot. It’s overall a decent and different type of store. I bought my wife’s business attire from here and they actually look great. Overall I’m happy.

I was skeptical initially when I started getting ads from this company but I bought a couple inexpensive articles of clothing and had some success. A month before Christmas I decided to try this company once again and am currently trying to get my money back. They took the money easily but offer no compensatory solutions regarding items never delivered, items delivered months later and items that are not what is advertised. I’ve made several attempts to be refunded for one item that never came and another item that appears to be mislabeled and is much smaller in size than an identical in size piece that arrived on another order.They have not replied or offered any solutions and I’ve had to contact my banks fraud department. There’s an open investigation currently and so far, to be fair, LightInTheBox is using a store return policy that does not adhere to federal guidelines in the United States.
The main issue is they are quick to take the money but are absent on following through with logistics and customs related shipping with most of their product arriving from China and the scrutiny of each package from there. Asking for a refund is met with an absurd 10% credit on the app site. Very poor customer service that’s failed to reply or contact in any means and a good sum of money taken. It’s disappointing to see we still deal with these types of businesses these days. I strongly advise to avoid this type of frustration and go somewhere else.

This order was placed 12-06-22 $197.45. The order was approved, the shipping costs were exorbitant! Ok, was a good size order, will accept the cost. Only problem was that the shipping dates on this order were extended- extended- and extended! These dates came and went, but no merchandise. The company needs to put a disclaimer that products are being shipped from China and that will cause arrival times to be LATE. The next day 12-07-22 I place second order $195. Accepted, extended shipping status, and items cancelled. 12-09-22 placed THIRD order $136., again extended shipping, items cancelled,. Out of almost $600.00 and probably 30-40 items, I have received maybe 8-10 items.
I really love this company and what they are selling, but they need to get the products out to the public. There are items that I want to reorder because I absolutely loved the first one, but I am having a difficult time finding them again. Where do I need to go to find them? And how long will it take to get all that I ordered? I mean, if I only ordered one or two things, I would have to wait.,But with the size of my orders I don't understand what this QC PASSED is, the product preparing. Has the items been selected to be shipped or not!@ I am so confused, you stated; order more so items can be gathered to keep shipping costs down. Poor quality items. The spandex or Lycra material was hardly stretchy at all. The sizing was way off - way too large! The padding was in the wrong areas. These items fit like a loose cotton shirt or pants. Then to return them costs a fortune. From Canada I was looking at $75 plus for a tracking number. Utterly ridiculous that it needs to be tracked. NEVER ever buy from Light in the Box. You definitely get what you pay for. And took forever to arrive.

This is my 1st time using LightInTheBox and I was really happy to see the variety of items they have. I think what I was most thrilled about is that I'm a big guy and 6XL7X l's 8XL they're all very hard to find. I like to know more about what type of materials are being used and I'd like to see more of waterproof wind proof um wicking close. The shoes I were not I was not happy with. I did not think they looked like the pitcher of the boots I bought but overall I think it's a great site.
I think the I don't think people should have to pay for shipping when they spend over $400 that doesn't seem right and I was charged $50 or something like that for that and I think return should definitely be free and they should give you ample time to return your products like at least 90 days and I wish they had more online live videos of people actually wearing the items so I can see what they look like. I'm a big and tough guy and that's really what attracted me to light in the Box cause they offered like I said bigger sizes for men. Thank you.

It was a gift, the person didn't like it. It really didn't fit him very well. I wanted to return it, but you don't have a warehouse either in U.S. or Canada. So my only option was to send it back to CHina. The sweater is worth around $22.00 and I'm not going to pay to send it back to China. In the same order I got a pair of jeans which fits o.k. and I'm still waiting for my next purchase 4 sweaters. But I must say I don't like your return politic and I won't buy from you again. Too bad.

I bought some men’s clothing from this outfit. I looked at the reviews before I ordered so I could get the correct size. To date, one hoodie still hasn't arrived. If an order is not going to arrive at the designated time then the least you could have done was offer the chance to cancel or refund the order. As it was I had to give the gift of a promised gift in days to come.

The shirts were great and the poncho blankets were a hit. All put them on right away. The poncho blankets were a great gift, especially if you have kittens or cats. The watch is nice, took longer than expected to arrive. Almost EVERYTHING they have comes directly from china, go figure. I had an issue with the watch and was offered different options to fix it so I chose a partial store credit instead of returning it. The credits are only point rewards, and in order to use them, you MUST SPEND TWICE THAT AMOUNT. Since it's all Chinese junk, that makes it pointless. It is a typical "shopping app" that endlessly tries to bait you by getting points for checking in, spending money etc. Which again is USELESS. Customer service is just an automated bot. You would have to check in every day in a row for 2 years to get any kind of actual points or rewards, then have to send twice that amount to even use them. IN FACT I was offered "points" to leave them a review

I am 5'6". The men's wearable blankets come about to the upper thigh (does not quite cover the bum), the women's longer ones come to about 4" past the knees, and the oversized wearable blanket comes right to the floor. I am happy with the quality of them. I think the length in the pictures is a bit misleading or are on very short, small models as they are also not as baggy as the pictures shows. For lounging around the house on a cold day, or if you are heavy-set I would hands-down pick the oversized wearable blanket. The other ones work well if you are using them more as sweaters or coats.

I have ordered many many items, which overall I'd say is "ok". Shipping length of time from order date is not ideal, but nothing I can do. My issue is with the order number I entered above. I contacted the company via ticket # ** and explained I received said order minus one item. It was the green and white stone festival band ring for woman with I love you engraved on inside. Only cost $3.49 plus shipping. Well you may look at the ridiculous back and forth the gentleman and I have had. All I requested was a refund which could even be in the form of a credit towards future purchases. I am so disgusted with how this man has handled this that I am rethinking my purchases that are yet to be fulfilled. I am hoping you could ease my mind and process a credit immediately. I would rather not pursue this any further as I am certain you would agree.

The products always come as described. One ought to take care to read the description and reviews. The sizing guides are accurate if you use them, and you must because a Medium in the USA might be an XXL on the site. The shipping fees are always the surprise. Each product carries a different shipping fee that you don't see until checkout. Many times the shipping is more than the product itself. Highly recommend paying the $30 annual fee to get $5 shipping, especially if you are buying multiple products.

The above listed item were ordered in late November or early December of 2022. I have received 4 of the 8 items I ordered and one item was entirely too small for me. I am an xl. The item that was too small I gave to my wife, it fits her perfectly. I am still waiting for the other 4 items (2 Henley "T" shirts, a sweatshirt and a puffer jacket. My critique is that it is very difficult to communicate with you to lodge a complaint and your return system is impossible to complete. I requested a exchange for the tracksuit and never received a reply. No problem with quality of items.

I ordered several items including bras, a coat, a shirt and pants. Ordering was easy, the prices are great and the service is wonderful. The products I ordered were exactly what I wanted and I received them in record time. I highly recommend them. I needed to return a couple things because I ordered the wrong size but that wasn't the company's fault. I chose to get credits instead of returning them because if it isn't the company's fault you have to pay to return them and with the incredibly low prices it wasn't cost-effective to return them. Overall, I was happy with my experience. This was my first time using Light In The Box and I ordered 3 things. I ordered a Henley shirt and a cardigan for myself and a sweatshirt as a gift for my mom. The cardigan is so soft and fits well. My mom loved her sweatshirt. The issue was with the Henley top I purchased. It was not as described at all. The material was odd, the color was off, the sleeves were too long (and the buttons on the sleeves were a very poor feature due to the length - they closed my hands in), and it was even missing a button when I got it. So I was happy with 2 of 3 of my purchases.

I ordered 4 things at the same time and two things came and they really didn’t look all that bad. The size was true. I really wanted the other part of my order before Christmas. Didn’t happen. I then tried to use a coupon to order some other things and I had to redeem points to get the coupon. Well it would not let me use the coupon. Unless I spent 140$ and the coupon was for 100% free shipping. After I got the coupon it's only good for a maximum of 30$ and that's not even close to free shipping.
I still have not got my whole order. And when I tried to get ahold of them there's no way except through email and you basically have to do their job for them. I was interested in their stuff.. still am. I'm not interested in waiting 30-60-90 to get the stuff I order. I can go spend a little bit more and get it immediately! And the cost of shipping is INSANELY HIGH!! Not just a little it's a lot! They don’t tell you this until checkout. And coupons are not good on sale items. Very upset and feeling ripped off.

I first was ordering from Amazon. Now I'm here their customer service I couldn't contact them after spending lots of money on their account so I found this site. Looks and feels like waterproof and wind proof. I had a real leather hide that cost more than this one and I about froze in it. When I seen this one I thought, "Oh no. Not again." I ordered quite a few items and have been pleased with most. The clothing is usually made of very thin fabric but I’ve found that reading product reviews before deciding to order helps. Sizing charts have been very accurate. Phone chargers, kitchen gadgets, household decorations have been excellent. Shipping has taken longer than expected but that is normal when shipping to Alaska so I expect it. I have had to put a few items straight in the donate bin but for the most part I am very pleased with the things I have purchased and will be ordering many of them again.

I purchased a lot from LightInTheBox. My caregiver and I together bought probably $1,500 worth of clothing. The drawback is you have to be very careful because they change the prices on you. I asked them about this before. They have these flash sales and these run out and they don't tell you. Usually, it's six or eight hours. When you first start with them, the prices are so incredibly low and you can't help but buy. We were paying $2 and $3 for $15 and $20 outfits. They pick it up in shipping and charge astronomically high for that. But it still was a better deal even with the high shipping. The problem was they kept changing the price on us. We thought we bought something for $2 or $3 and it would be $16 or $17. It's a repeated thing. If I'm really careful, I catch the change in prices. It runs between the time you see it in the cart and the time you pay for it.
Other than that, the quality for what you're getting is very good. The stuff is inexpensive and looks inexpensive, but it's well done. I bought some dream catchers for young people and I only paid 5.89 for them and they are gorgeous. They have lights that light up and the whole bit. They're not as big as a regular dreamcatcher would be, but it's worth every penny and worth the shipping even.
One thing however is it's hard to get fitted because it's all Asian sizes so we had a hard time getting the right size. They have a size chart, but the clothing doesn't run true. We have to be very careful. So far, we've been lucky. I've had to return three or four things and they make you pay the shipping back. And that's to China. Generally, you buy something for $2 or $3 and it's not worth the shipping to send it back again. They do it to everybody. They say "We'll give you 25% of your money back and you keep the item rather than sending it back, or we'll give you 50% back." I got 75% back on something because it was a little more expensive and they gave me a very hard time about it. I gave them an even worse one.
When you return something and they're at fault or the manufacturer is at fault, they need to pay for the shipping. I get that from everywhere. I do all of my shopping 100% online because I'm disabled. I know from dealing with many companies, including Amazon, that they always pick up the shipping going back. But LightInTheBox does not and will not no matter what. I just got something last night that was a little more expensive and I asked for an exchange or a refund because the seams were totally crooked and wrong. They said, "Rather than try to send it back, we will send you to a seamstress, somebody there who does alterations. But we'll only pay you 25%."
LightInTheBox does not pay the shipping back under any circumstances. This one was a little surprising. Everything else is wonderful. They're very nice, helpful, and concerned. I really like them. It's a shame about the shipping because I don't know if I'll shop there anymore because of it. If they can lower the prices back down again, I'd appreciate it.

I wasn't sure if this was a scam site so I only order two things. I placed my order and then started receiving updates I was excited then received my first item. Love it and had to wait a little longer for the second item, received it and Love it. I will buy from them again. I only wished it would come faster.

Rg351p from anbernic. Came in pretty quickly. Wish it had come with the wifi dongle, and the firmware didn't work out of the box. Had to reflash it with a different firmware and it has worked great since. Product is in great shape

The running shorts I purchased are GREAT. Very very softy and comfortable. I would and will purchase them again as long as I can get the same size. That is the one thing I have about this supplier is the sizes they offer are limited. I am a big man and the sizes of the products I am interested in are too small for me. I will continue to look at the site and hopefully find sizes of products that fit and are as equally enjoyable as the running shorts I have already purchased.

I have received excellent good quality merchandise from this company. I placed my order for clothing on one day and misc holiday mdse on a different day. Some of the clothing has arrived, but similar clothing has not. Some of my holiday mdse has arrived, but some has not. These split orders and shipping dates has proved not only annoying, but devalued the items because of their untimely, late for the holidays delivery. The promised shipping dates were inaccurate and delivery dates untimely. I would not recommend doing business with LightInTheBox because of these failures to meet advertised shipping and delivery dates.

The pricing can't be beat. Although some pictures don't represent the true material, I have been very satisfied with most of the products purchased. The reward for reviewing received items is pretty cool too. The shipping takes a little longer, so don't expect anything quick.

Purchased a few hats from the app for Christmas gifts this year. Quality is great, and the products are normal sizing. Pretty sure one of the hat's logo is misspelled. I have ordered a hoodie with a screen print on the front. The hoodie is great, but the scaling of the print is off due to the size of the hoodie.

Every shirt and T-shirt in this order was too small. My usual size is 3X. On this order, for the dress shirts I ordered a 5X because I have a thick neck. The shirt I received had a 5X tag but compared closer to a L. I could not get it on. The T-shirts all had a 3X tag but they all appeared to also be a L. I could not get any of them on. It is interesting to note that the 3X long sleeve T-shirts I ordered (order #**) were exactly the right fit. It appears you have a manufacturing problem (quality control?). Someone needs to check the size of the garments you sell to determine if they really are the size the tag says it is. The sizes should be consistent throughout your inventory. It is not right/fair for the customer to order 3x only to get 3x one day and L the next day. How can I trust you enough to order from you if can't consistently give me the same size?

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical of this being a legitimate business, but I'm so happy I overrode my doubts and ordered. I ordered a beautiful pullover sweatshirt for my husband for Christmas and am exceptionally pleased with the product. It took a while to get here, but was within the timeframe they said. It is a bit thinner than I expected, but will work very well over other shirts, or by itself in cooler weather such as early Spring or mid-late Fall. This will not be my only purchase from LITB.
