This was my 1st order done with LightinTheBox & I was quite anxious that the order would be correct! I didn't give 5 stars because my order was late but I really appreciated the Customer Service being upfront about notifying me that it was going to arrive late & the options that I was given to try to compensate for the lateness! This definitely will not be my last order!

I love this coat! It is so very well constructed. There is an air of excellence and professionalism when wearing the coat. It is soft, no losing of fur, was not wrinkled when arrived. Well packaged. I did have great frustration with shipping and ordering issues - but they were finally resolved and this beautiful coat arrived.

I ordered a dress to attend a Chinese New Year event at my son’s school. It arrived within the promised time and fit well. (Most clothing items you must order larger sizes than you would in Canada. (I am usually large in Canada and the dress I ordered was 3xl).

The jumpsuit I purchased from LightInTheBox.com is a winner! Go by their size chart to receive what size you are in. I wore this jumpsuit at a black tie party and everyone gave me compliments! Definitely will shop here again! Shipping was fast, I was surprised. If you're looking for something special, LightInTheBox is the place to go!

I love all my Light in the box purchases. My only issue are the sizes are not always accurate. The "don't rush me" shirt was very small for a 2XL and it was a gift. The "I had my patience" shirt was quite large for an XL. When ordering for gifts this can be an issue. Otherwise I enjoy the variety and amazing prices.

Hi, I have ordered from here a number of times without an issue, but this time I never received an order that states it was delivered and my orders that I'm waiting on, I can't seem to find anywhere....

I placed two orders for items to give as Christmas presents and coincidentally both packages were supposedly delivered but, I did not get either one of them. The first order was placed on November 30, 2022. The tracking says it was put in my mailbox on December 29, 2022. The order included 4 sweaters, 3 jackets and a puffy vest. There's no way it could have fit in my mailbox. The second order was placed on December 9th and the tracking says it was delivered on January 14th, at my front door. It included 9 tops/sweaters, a purse, a 20" suitcase and a massager gun. In the 7 years I've lived here these two packages are the only two I have not received. I smell something fishy here. Don't order from them. They're just stealing your money.

I have always purchased from Light In The Box. I purchased a glow in the dark clock and I absolutely loved it. Best clock ever. I initially didn't know what to do because the instructions came in Chinese but once I looked at the template which was provided it was pretty simple. Will definitely buy again.

Both pairs of shoes run small. A size 40 would have been much better. I always wear a 39 so this came as a surprise. The shirt didn't look like the photo - much cheaper material grade. It appears to be a hassle to return and get refunds, proper sizes as I waited weeks for the order so took shoes to be professionally stretched and gave shirt to Goodwill.

Excellent product, shipping, and affordable pricing! I was informed of your company from my best friend, who lived in Minnesota, where the weather is severe at times. I rely on my new coat and head covering for my morning mile walk in warm comfort.

I'm 108# and 5'2".... I ordered a small in gray and it fit perfectly! No problems with the order or getting here. It did take a while but it did arrive and I loved the coat. I may order a winter white one next time. I plan to get some gray long (up to the elbow) winter gloves.

I am not sure if you fully understand my concern with the quality of the product you shipped to me. Please see the photo that I have sent many times. This should explain the reason for my return. It seems as if you are not willing to review and take the right corrective action. What else can I say.

I just received my order. A hooded, fleece jacket. It is not close to color on the website so I want to return it. I sign into my account like the instructions for a return says to do but my order is nowhere to be found so clicking on it to proceed is not possible. No email to get hold of customer service and the phone number leads to a full voice mail box. I have 7 days to return this and I can't even get a return ticket without my order being clicked on and it's not in my account to see. I see what's going on here and I'm not happy about it. You can't hold of anyone to help but they hold of you everyday with annoying check in requests. Will not deal with this ripoff Chinese company again.

This was my first order with LightInTheBox but I was very happy with the product. I purchased it as a gift and the receiver was very pleased with the item. I may be purchasing more items in the future. When I was looking through the website I saw several items that would be perfect as gifts for other members of my family and friends.

I've been very happy with the wigs I've purchased as well as the clothes. I love that they have their sizes listed on the clothes for both United States and UK sizes. I love how the sizes listed helped me find the right size for my body.

I ordered 4 sweater or chemisiers from Light in the Box, I received them now. one is completely wrong, colors of the sleeves don't match at all. If I complain to the store they say I will have to sent it back to China, and pay for the shipping. this is ridiculous. a big company like this should have a better return policy. Please do not buy from this company. one item out of 4 was fine. the rest is just not what you will be expecting.

Products were of good quality, but sizing is not consistent. Shipping was a bit slow. When they say it is "shipped" it isn't, it's just got a shipping tag. Good prices and decent quality will make me buy here again,

I did refuse to buy the order due to the additional custom charges of $40.00. I contacted your customer service to advise. My only disappointment is that you did not made clear enough the high custom charges. Since your familiar with the custom charges, you might consider making it very clear about estimated custom charges regardless of the sale. Being upfront to the customer, speaks volumes about the honesty and integrity of your business. The service received was very good. If I were to purchase many items at once with an amount over $200.00, I would consider paying for the custom charges.

I received two colored hoodies, one wrong color and the other the inside lining is coming thru to the exterior of the garment. Terrible quality. Did not even wash them yet and they are coming apart. Very poor quality, would have paid more money for something better.

On 12/16/22 I saw an ad on Facebook for this company. I did a quick review online and the company seemed legitimate. So I looked through the options and chose two articles of clothing for my fiancé. I chose this site because in looking it had the option to send and get here by Christmas, if you paid extra shipping. Well of course Christmas comes and goes without my present. I try and contact someone but it is very difficult to find any contact info, and it turns out you have to download their app to have any communication with customer service.

Light In The Box has a rather large selection to choose from and many unique things that truly catch the eye when trying to navigate this massive website. The app has much better deals if installed and though there was a minor initial issue, the issue has been resolved. Honestly the delivery time is a little long but the customer service works well to accommodate any issues and solve them quickly. I’ve referred a few family members that bought me clothes from here and they are soft and good quality. I like them a lot. It’s overall a decent and different type of store. I bought my wife’s business attire from here and they actually look great. Overall I’m happy.

One of the items in this order was poorly made and looked terrible. When I went to return it, at first you didn't want to do it. After going back and forth, I received a credit. It is really hard to return items to you.

I ordered Sock and two long sleeve sweater cardigans and believe that for what I ordered was of great value and quality being my first online order. I was going to return the darker sweater which did not have a dark black color against the white, etc. Rather than return the item, I choose to keep it since they were going to send me I believe 10% of the purchase price.

We have purchased several different items for our granddaughters in the past and always been pleased by the quality. Our latest purchase was a "pretty green dress" requested by our 3 1/2 year old. We all love it. It is gorgeous! True to size, well-made, comfortable, and makes her feel like a princess. It’s a good shopping app, big variety and good value for money. I bought many nice things. Sometimes the sizes are not right, but overall it was a good experience. Delivery takes around 2 weeks and it comes to my doorstep.

The coupons always have hidden agendas behind them.... And you have to spend so much to even use almost nothing off. It's ridiculous. They don't tell you till after most the time. The whole app is that way with everything like the review needing so many words to even be usable and you only get a coupon if you spend so much money. Always something. Always something.

Fancy red little girl shoes arrived in great time for Christmas! Very disappointed that both buckles broke very first time wearing, just inside the house. Very cheaply made, have had much better quality for same price!! First time shopping with this site.

The clothing is advertised beautifully, but upon arrival I found it to be very thin. Although the items looked so beautiful, I was greatly disappointed. The shipping time was great. The non fabric items were just as they were advertised. They were overall everything expected, I purchased a jacket that was too small and wanted to exchange it. But after reading all that it took to do so, I have decided to just go buy another one.

My order was shipped in 3 stages. First I received my ballroom shoes and it was incredibly cute, true to size and very comfortable. Second part was misdelivered by courier and I was surprised by proper investigations done by customer's service which leads to RE shipping of the order to me and I’m very pleased about it. Third part not arrived yet but I’m sure I’ll love my colorful top.

I was happy with products that I received. I ordered 3 shirts and I received all of them without any problems. The shipping time was only around 2 weeks which is decent. Thanks LightInTheBox. I will order again.

This order was placed 12-06-22 $197.45. The order was approved, the shipping costs were exorbitant! Ok, was a good size order, will accept the cost. Only problem was that the shipping dates on this order were extended- extended- and extended! These dates came and went, but no merchandise. The company needs to put a disclaimer that products are being shipped from China and that will cause arrival times to be LATE. The next day 12-07-22 I place second order $195. Accepted, extended shipping status, and items cancelled. 12-09-22 placed THIRD order $136., again extended shipping, items cancelled,. Out of almost $600.00 and probably 30-40 items, I have received maybe 8-10 items.

Some of the items just didn't fit right or were not as described. Lightinthebox either gave me a choice of a rewards coupon or refunded my money very quickly. Very good Customer Service. You get a response within 24 hours. I really liked the fleece jacket I bought from them.

All products received are of good quality. And good delivery service. Multiple order sent in one package. Perfect. Multiple orders and all items are sent in one package. I received my order fairly quickly. Great Customer Service. I will recommend.

Most items arrived and products range from acceptable to great. Wrong dress was shipped, you offered me 70% off to keep item. My opinion is that you should send correct item free of charge along with postage paid for return item when the mistake is totally your mistake.

It was a cat 3D shirt and my granddaughter loved it it was really really pretty. And I was worried about getting it before Christmas because I didn't order until the first of December and I did receive it a week before Christmas and she loved it I will be ordering again. Thank you.

I ordered two pair of cycling shorts, thinking they would fit as measured, but were too large. The measurements were correct, however, I never took into account the stretch of the material. I contacted Light in the Box and after a few emails back and forth Megha came through and helped out in a timely manner. Thank you.

This is my 1st time using LightInTheBox and I was really happy to see the variety of items they have. I think what I was most thrilled about is that I'm a big guy and 6XL7X l's 8XL they're all very hard to find. I like to know more about what type of materials are being used and I'd like to see more of waterproof wind proof um wicking close. The shoes I were not I was not happy with. I did not think they looked like the pitcher of the boots I bought but overall I think it's a great site.

Ordered a small. Fuzzy material just right-not too overwhelming. I usually order a medium or large, but I find your sizes fit me with a small. Would love it if the model's height and weight were listed. Got lots of compliments at Christmas.

I liked the coats, but I am a U.S. size 10 and ordered a MED - which was equivalent to US size 12. I sized up - but still too small - check the measurements. They did give me a 50% refund and are letting me keep them! Maybe I will try to sell.

It was a gift, the person didn't like it. It really didn't fit him very well. I wanted to return it, but you don't have a warehouse either in U.S. or Canada. So my only option was to send it back to CHina. The sweater is worth around $22.00 and I'm not going to pay to send it back to China. In the same order I got a pair of jeans which fits o.k. and I'm still waiting for my next purchase 4 sweaters. But I must say I don't like your return politic and I won't buy from you again. Items are received as advertised, and arrived in time for the holidays. However, boots did not include shoestring, which should be mentioned, which would have influenced my decision to purchase them (I purchased two pairs). Overall shipping speed was acceptable, and in time for Christmas.

I bought some men’s clothing from this outfit. I looked at the reviews before I ordered so I could get the correct size. The sizing runs in the men’s clothing one size small so if you wear a 2X you order a 3X in doing so the fit was great and the product looks great. I would definitely buy again from this outfit.

The hoodies are made of a strong but light material and the art is really nice. It is really airy and can be worn inside as well as outside. I plan on ordering a few more for a few nephews and maybe one for me.

I purchased several hoodies for a Christmas present. Even though I placed the order on Dec 5th and the website showed it would arrive well before Christmas, only one hoodie actually arrived. To date, one hoodie still hasn't arrived. If an order is not going to arrive at the designated time then the least you could have done was offer the chance to cancel or refund the order. As it was I had to give the gift of a promised gift in days to come.

The shirts were great and the poncho blankets were a hit. All put them on right away. The poncho blankets were a great gift, especially if you have kittens or cats. They love to snuggle into the blankets. The cats on the shirts match the cats the receivers have. You can't go wrong with animals on shirts/sweatshirts as well as other clothing products.

I was given a December 24th delivery date and it says it was delivered but there was nothing in my mailbox, 3 days later still nothing about my merchandise???? I've been waiting for this. What can be done about this?

Order was sent in two shipments, only received the first one although it says delivered. Paid extra for insurance! I checked with neighbors even though I have been home when it says the second half was delivered and I can assure you I checked multiple times.

The watch is nice, took longer than expected to arrive. Almost EVERYTHING they have comes directly from china, go figure. I had an issue with the watch and was offered different options to fix it so I chose a partial store credit instead of returning it. The credits are only point rewards, and in order to use them, you MUST SPEND TWICE THAT AMOUNT. Since it's all Chinese junk, that makes it pointless. It is a typical "shopping app" that endlessly tries to bait you by getting points for checking in, spending money etc. Which again is USELESS. Customer service is just an automated bot. You would have to check in every day in a row for 2 years to get any kind of actual points or rewards, then have to send twice that amount to even use them. IN FACT I was offered "points" to leave them a review

I have ordered multiple times from you and it takes absolutely too long to receive. I now have two orders there that I still have not received that says processed or still pending. I am not at all happy with your turnaround.

I am 5'6". The men's wearable blankets come about to the upper thigh (does not quite cover the bum), the women's longer ones come to about 4" past the knees, and the oversized wearable blanket comes right to the floor. I am happy with the quality of them. I think the length in the pictures is a bit misleading or are on very short, small models as they are also not as baggy as the pictures shows. For lounging around the house on a cold day, or if you are heavy-set I would hands-down pick the oversized wearable blanket. The other ones work well if you are using them more as sweaters or coats.

Very good experience and products I chose, the pants were perfect and what I needed. Had one little issue that was resolved very promptly and I’m satisfied with the customer Service. Already have items on my shipping cart! Looking forward to my next purchase.

Had to return an order and I was blown away by the response of the team at Light-in-The-Box. It was easy to sense the care and concern of the team to not only make and sell good stuff, but it was obvious they wanted my business and weren't averse to bending over backwards to ensure these goals were met! Watch out Retailers, LiTB are about to raise the Bar in customer service. I will shop at LiTB again!

The shoes are probably the best I have worn in years. The look and feel are perfect. I have trouble finding the right shoes but these were correct and prompt. A good experience from the beginning to the end. I like the tracking feature, especially around the holidays.

I have ordered many many items, which overall I'd say is "ok". Shipping length of time from order date is not ideal, but nothing I can do. My issue is with the order number I entered above. I contacted the company via ticket # ** and explained I received said order minus one item. It was the green and white stone festival band ring for woman with I love you engraved on inside. Only cost $3.49 plus shipping. Well you may look at the ridiculous back and forth the gentleman and I have had. All I requested was a refund which could even be in the form of a credit towards future purchases. I am so disgusted with how this man has handled this that I am rethinking my purchases that are yet to be fulfilled. I am hoping you could ease my mind and process a credit immediately. I would rather not pursue this any further as I am certain you would agree.

I have been pleased for the most part with the products received and the amount of time it takes to arrive considering where it ships from. If I have had an issue with anything ordered the Customer service department are very responsive and provides fair and adequate support for returns and/or coupons/discounts for items that are a bit off from my expectations.

This was my first time ordering from Lightinthebox and I was satisfied with my purchase. Projected arrival dates were accurate and everything arrived in order. Their customer service is also quick to respond and very helpful, which was kind of surprising.

I ordered jogger and a track suit. Delivery was slow but worth it. My clothes fit to size and was very comfortable. I also ordered a phone case and it came in pretty quick. It's hefty and it works well with the phone.

The products always come as described. One ought to take care to read the description and reviews. The sizing guides are accurate if you use them, and you must because a Medium in the USA might be an XXL on the site. The shipping fees are always the surprise. Each product carries a different shipping fee that you don't see until checkout. Many times the shipping is more than the product itself. Highly recommend paying the $30 annual fee to get $5 shipping, especially if you are buying multiple products.

I order two weeks before Xmas. Have yet to receive my items. Order are too slow. Hope I will receive them shortly. They are presents. I love ordering from your site but don't liked the time it takes to get them.

Customer service was extremely helpful and responsive regarding a change to my order. One item was delayed for shipping so I decided to change to a different item. They made the change but then I decided I really wanted the first item as well so they added back the original item too and charged me the difference. They were extremely accommodating and I very much appreciated their help! Highly recommend!

I purchased these as a gift. Overall the shipping was fairly fast, I received them before the holiday, the graphic print was decently clear. Unfortunately the fabric was more sport material and thin than the cotton I expected but still nice.

The ladies' outfits were poor quality. My dog was suppose to be a medium not a small. I have no use for what I ordered. This was a waste of time and money. I can’t really afford the money or time for this and I would not recommend your company.

We are very pleased with everything we ordered. Every item came well packaged, exactly as described and pictured and the prices are awesomeness! Only one minor issue with this order was speed of delivery... VERY slow. Added additional insurance and the package came EXACTLY when the insurance guaranteed it would arrive. VERY, Very happy with our new items.

Very comfortable and warm at a great price. These jackets are 3 times the price at other retailers. I would buy 1 to 2 sizes up from what you would normally buy. I would recommend these jackets and will be buying a couple more for myself.

I found the products to be high quality. It does take some time shipping, but very satisfied with the sweatshirts and coat I ordered. If you are ordering for Christmas, I suggest ordering in November to ensure it all comes on time.

An all around great app when looking for interesting things such as electronics, clothes, almost everything you need. Great sales!! From the app to the purchase is great. Also really good tracking on the packages. The only issue I have is with packages when they go thru customs. I'm still waiting on packages from customs, only wish that it was faster.

The sizing on the leggings (all 3pair) and the purple lingerie was completely ridiculous. Way too small. Very unhappy with this order. I’d like a refund but apparently you don’t offer this to your customers. This upsets me completely and I will likely not order again.

The above listed item were ordered in late November or early December of 2022. I have received 4 of the 8 items I ordered and one item was entirely too small for me. I am an xl. The item that was too small I gave to my wife, it fits her perfectly. I am still waiting for the other 4 items (2 Henley "T" shirts, a sweatshirt and a puffer jacket. My critique is that it is very difficult to communicate with you to lodge a complaint and your return system is impossible to complete. I requested a exchange for the tracksuit and never received a reply. No problem with quality of items.

Hi I was very unhappy with this order because I ordered an xl and it fit like it was a small. I had ordered other items that were xl and they fit just fine from your store. The problem is I would of liked to send it back for xxL but it’s going to cost me the same amount I paid for the item in shipping cost, so now I’m wary about ordering from your site ever again because of the sizing and the shipping issue. I really like your clothing.

The products I ordered were exactly what I wanted and I received them in record time. I highly recommend them. I needed to return a couple things because I ordered the wrong size but that wasn't the company's fault. I chose to get credits instead of returning them because if it isn't the company's fault you have to pay to return them and with the incredibly low prices it wasn't cost-effective to return them. Other than that I highly recommend this company.

I buy a lot of clothes from LITB. The prices are extremely low and I get some extraordinary savings when something I like goes on flash sale. I’m very careful to check sizing charts since this is a conglomeration of different vendors and they have their own ideas about sizing. I’ve purchased some gorgeous dresses and tops and have gotten many compliments. Customer service is excellent and overall it’s a great company to patronize.

Still waiting! Ordered early December. Still waiting for 3 items. They have been in “processing” for weeks. Obviously missed Christmas - not sure when they will get here. Will be canceling if they do not arrive soon. Not sure how much more I can write. It’s very clear the disappointment I have with your company. Overall, I was happy with my experience. This was my first time using Light In The Box and I ordered 3 things. I ordered a Henley shirt and a cardigan for myself and a sweatshirt as a gift for my mom. The cardigan is so soft and fits well. My mom loved her sweatshirt. The issue was with the Henley top I purchased. It was not as described at all. The material was odd, the color was off, the sleeves were too long (and the buttons on the sleeves were a very poor feature due to the length - they closed my hands in), and it was even missing a button when I got it. So I was happy with 2 of 3 of my purchases.

I’ve ordered from this website a few times now. It’s always easy to order and check tracking from their APP. If they would install some sort of feature where you could easily go into your account and change sizes of items you ordered, it would be perfect.

I was very unsure what to expect, first order arrived within 10 days. Awesome. However the shirt was too big. I may have did my measurements incorrectly, not sure, but when I reported that my shirt was too big I got a reply right away and a 70% credit seeing shipping would be way too much. My second order, two totally different shirts, 10 days delivery, great product, great price, perfect fit! I will be doing a lot more business with this company!

Selection as always is great, size guide is about 90% accurate once you figure it out. (I’ve ordered several times) My son loves the T-shirts. Only minor grievance is the cost of shipping. It really makes the total go up & I usually have to delete a couple items.

I ordered 4 things at the same time and two things came and they really didn’t look all that bad. The size was true. I really wanted the other part of my order before Christmas. Didn’t happen. I then tried to use a coupon to order some other things and I had to redeem points to get the coupon. Well it would not let me use the coupon. Unless I spent 140$ and the coupon was for 100% free shipping. After I got the coupon it's only good for a maximum of 30$ and that's not even close to free shipping.

My husband passed Dec. 1st and I wanted a necklace to wear with his ashes to have him near me. I ordered this one and it is well beyond what I thought it would be. I love it! Picture does not begin to show its beauty.

My first purchase was a coat for my Daughter. Right out the box a tooth broke off the jacket. I contacted customer service not looking to get a response from them. Sent what they needed and they did ask me to decide what would be able to make it right. I did keep it fair for both of us I thought so I picked out a solution. They give me a choice of choosing from. They made it right ASAP. If I had customer service like this at Amazon I would have never left WOW!!! Since that order I have bought my Christmas from them for me and my Daughter. I will gladly be buying more from them. I have orders right now I am waiting on.

I ordered quite a few items and have been pleased with most. The clothing is usually made of very thin fabric but I’ve found that reading product reviews before deciding to order helps. Sizing charts have been very accurate. Phone chargers, kitchen gadgets, household decorations have been excellent. Shipping has taken longer than expected but that is normal when shipping to Alaska so I expect it. I have had to put a few items straight in the donate bin but for the most part I am very pleased with the things I have purchased and will be ordering many of them again.

I purchased a lot from LightInTheBox. My caregiver and I together bought probably $1,500 worth of clothing. The drawback is you have to be very careful because they change the prices on you. I asked them about this before. They have these flash sales and these run out and they don't tell you. Usually, it's six or eight hours. When you first start with them, the prices are so incredibly low and you can't help but buy. We were paying $2 and $3 for $15 and $20 outfits. They pick it up in shipping and charge astronomically high for that. But it still was a better deal even with the high shipping. The problem was they kept changing the price on us. We thought we bought something for $2 or $3 and it would be $16 or $17. It's a repeated thing. If I'm really careful, I catch the change in prices. It runs between the time you see it in the cart and the time you pay for it.

I wasn't sure if this was a scam site so I only order two things. I placed my order and then started receiving updates I was excited then received my first item. Love it and had to wait a little longer for the second item, received it and Love it. I will buy from them again. I only wished it would come faster.

The running shorts I purchased are GREAT. Very very softy and comfortable. I would and will purchase them again as long as I can get the same size. That is the one thing I have about this supplier is the sizes they offer are limited. I am a big man and the sizes of the products I am interested in are too small for me. I will continue to look at the site and hopefully find sizes of products that fit and are as equally enjoyable as the running shorts I have already purchased.

I have received excellent good quality merchandise from this company. I placed my order for clothing on one day and misc holiday mdse on a different day. Some of the clothing has arrived, but similar clothing has not. Some of my holiday mdse has arrived, but some has not. These split orders and shipping dates has proved not only annoying, but devalued the items because of their untimely, late for the holidays delivery. The promised shipping dates were inaccurate and delivery dates untimely. I would not recommend doing business with LightInTheBox because of these failures to meet advertised shipping and delivery dates.

The pricing can't be beat. Although some pictures don't represent the true material, I have been very satisfied with most of the products purchased. The reward for reviewing received items is pretty cool too. The shipping takes a little longer, so don't expect anything quick.

Purchased a few hats from the app for Christmas gifts this year. Quality is great, and the products are normal sizing. Pretty sure one of the hat's logo is misspelled. I have ordered a hoodie with a screen print on the front. The hoodie is great, but the scaling of the print is off due to the size of the hoodie.

This was a Christmas present. Now it won't be here till after Christmas. Had to buy a new gift someplace else. Not sure what happened with this item. I ordered several items and got them all except this item and an other item.

Every shirt and T-shirt in this order was too small. My usual size is 3X. On this order, for the dress shirts I ordered a 5X because I have a thick neck. The shirt I received had a 5X tag but compared closer to a L. I could not get it on. The T-shirts all had a 3X tag but they all appeared to also be a L. I could not get any of them on. It is interesting to note that the 3X long sleeve T-shirts I ordered (order #**) were exactly the right fit. It appears you have a manufacturing problem (quality control?). Someone needs to check the size of the garments you sell to determine if they really are the size the tag says it is. The sizes should be consistent throughout your inventory. It is not right/fair for the customer to order 3x only to get 3x one day and L the next day. How can I trust you enough to order from you if can't consistently give me the same size?

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical of this being a legitimate business, but I'm so happy I overrode my doubts and ordered. I ordered a beautiful pullover sweatshirt for my husband for Christmas and am exceptionally pleased with the product. It took a while to get here, but was within the timeframe they said. It is a bit thinner than I expected, but will work very well over other shirts, or by itself in cooler weather such as early Spring or mid-late Fall. This will not be my only purchase from LITB.

It is important to find the correct size but once you do, the products are fairly high quality for the price and I would definitely recommend buying from here again. The coats were extremely thin and the men's coat was way tiny even though I ordered a 5x. The drill guides were exactly the same for some reason. Customer service was great. The response was very professional and quick. I will order again if I can get the points added. The app has issues though on getting help.

So far I have mostly been satisfied with this service. Last order was a large order and was surprised that not one item was missed. I have made several orders here and only been disappointed with a few items out of that. Shipping to Canada is very slow getting through customs etc but if you are prepared to wait, it will be well worth the wait.

I ordered 3 cardigans in small. Size chart was accurate, and my size smalls were perfect! I love the quality, color and fit of the two size small sweaters that I received. Sadly, the third sweater was probably a size Med. It is 2” larger around the bust. Same with length. I am disappointed about the large sweater, but most pleased with the other 2.

Can't help it. I continue to purchase golf shirts and t shirts as the 3D prints and designs are so much better than the plain golf shirts I can purchase locally. The fits are perfect as I am a large and only order large without any worry of the golf shirts not fitting. I have to force myself to not open up their app, as I want to order more than I need.

I found LightInTheBox doing a Google search for LED lights to make a Christmas light installation. They have a wide selection and I found something interesting that I'd not seen before: LED net lights with an 8-mode controller. I fumbled my first order, contacted customer service and they corrected my mistake. I was concerned about lengthy overseas delivery but the order shipped quickly and the tracking to my door was comprehensive and detailed. It's like local delivery. Perfect. The LED lights are high-quality and fun so I expanded the installation and ordered a second set. I thought there would be time constraints with delivery during the Christmas season and but again the service was as excellent as the first order. Perfect, again.

I have ordered 4 times from the site. There is never consistency. Some items are great and fit well, and other items that were the exact same just a different color came too small and a different material altogether. One item even showed up wet in the bag leading to it being moldy.

Generally happy with my orders, with hopefully a resolved issue. This order included a pair of shapewear tights that were already ripped/laddered when put on, despite correct size. Customer service was very responsive and has apparently issued a new pair. I'm happy with that resolution. I've generally had good luck with the sire, though Shipping is prohibitively priced.

Also half of the orders took an extremely long time to ship and even longer to arrive. One order was placed 2 weeks after another and it arrived 3 weeks before the first order.

I came across Lightinthebox.com on Kijiji banner. On a pictures shirt looks nice, it was easy to place order, it was shipped quickly. Hence, what I received was not what was advertised. It was made of very thin poor quality material and print in a shirt itself is blurry and poor quality. I open a refund ticket with them but never heard from them ever since. The only way to contact a company is by downloading their app.
