They returned my money to me but I would have preferred a good product to begin with. When I first contacted them there was no response at all until this review was posted.

Everything is so reasonable and you can actually find some nice things for yourself or someone you love. I could spend literally all day searching for stuff. I've turned my wife on to the Lightinthebox app and now I can't keep her off of it.

The item was marked XL but it is LARGE (big difference). A review of the exchange policy had SIX (6) steps that included returning the item and allowing them to decide if I needed an EXCHANGE or a REFUND. I have never dealt with a Retailer like this before and it is VERY DOUBTFUL that I will again. There are other More Reputable Retailers that have the same products and sometimes cheaper with a much quicker shipping time (2 weeks).

Shirt was the right size and the design was big enough to see and it was stylish and it came in 2 days before my husband birthday and when he wore it out to dinner everyone keep asking where did we get it from and I told them Lightinthebox and showed them the app and if you check in everyday you get points to use towards your coupons.

Just found the site and ordered a few items. All the items were all perfect and affordable. The Christmas sale was just amazing. I most definitely will be ordering again soon. There are a few things I didn't like in clothing shipping cost. But most things are great especially when you buy more in one order. There under $1.00 items were perfect for stocking stuffers for the family.

I was very pleased with the elegant dresses that I purchased. The dresses were even better than in the pictures. I was happy with the delivery and how smoothly everything went. It was my first time ordering from this company and I will be ordering again very soon!

The gloves I received were defective right out of the box and with Duracell batteries! Attempting to return for a refund I was disuaded by the return statements, essentially recommending that I'd be wasting time and money after being charged restocking fees and paying for return postage!

Well they fit really nice. The quality is pretty solid from what I've got so far. The only real issue is that the dates of arrival keep changing but I understand it's a hard process. It's pretty solid overall, definitely delivered when I downloaded the application.

I ordered this jacket, size S, purple. First it arrived on time, which is awesome. It fit perfectly and the color is exactly as pictured. It is soft and warm. I live on the coast where winter is cold and rainy. It is not a rain coat but for as thin as it appears it is as warm as any sweatshirt and much better looking.

Ordering from LightInTheBox was sketchy. My second order was waaaay off. They mislabeled the sweater at the factory. Fortunately, the service center took care of me and made sure I got what I ordered.

The belts were awesome. Unfortunately, the uniform sizing was completely off. I ordered a large going by the sizing chart on the website. The uniform stated it was a large, but was actually smaller than the mediums I currently own. Trying to do an exchange was a worthless endeavor. I decided to cut my losses and will never order from the LightInTheBox ever again. Buy American, you may pay more, but you can be assured the uniform will fit or can easily be exchanged.

Very misleading with the type of fabric and the sizes. The fabric feels like spandex and is not thick at all. Also had to wait a month for two orders. The jacket does not fit and actually runs two sizes smaller than shown online. None of the shirts felt like polyester either. The thread was also starting to unravel. I was looking forward to the products on this site but definitely will not be now.

Good application to buy clothes. Clothes quality and material is very great, I will recommend it to friends and family. Shipment is very fast and on time, I love that delivery is hand to hand delivery. And I wish you good job for for everything.

I order three men's sweatshirt size 3xl. Two arrived and look nothing like what was advertised. The third sweatshirt I was told it would be delayed because of a back order and I had a choice of canceling the order, I said cancel.... They shipped it anyway.... I'm happy to say that they were very helpful. When I ordered a coat and was dissatisfied with the quality of the coat and wanted to return it they were very accommodating and helped solve the problem and return my purchase price back to the card I used to pay for it.

My order was exactly as depicted in the ad. I was very pleased with the quality of the pants. I loved the pricing and would absolutely buy this product again. My only issue was sizing. I would have liked to see the sizing chart before placing my order because the sizes run a bit smaller than usual.

All shirts were made of some plastic costume material. Very dissatisfied with All items. Not what I was expecting. Lettering from internet did not show BLURRED message. Not what I expected. Sizes were wrong as these were gifts for different people. Send me a return package as I am NOT keeping. Thank you for your attempts.

I have had no problems with any of the products I have ordered. I just think the delivery is a little lacking. Just send like it takes forever to get my orders. Especially when I pay so much for shipping.

I was very pleased with the fit and material and overall quality of the clothing I ordered. Shipping was a little slower than I would have liked, but it was free so I can't really complain. The prices were excellent and definitely worth it.

I ordered this on 11/23. It has not arrived & I have not received any updates. My credit card has been charged. My son ordered a different coat & it was too small. The return policy is very difficult. I would like to cancel if the product has not been shipped.

Loved the product that I bought. The quality was good. I've order a few different times. I just wish it didn't take so long to ship and arrive. I had to change address to PO box because as easy as it is to deliver to my doorstep it always ends up at post office.

The full zip hoodies have great designs and excellent construction and great fit. Very comfortable materials and great for everyday wear. The colors are bright and nicely done. Will recommend to friends and will order again. Items were received very quickly.

My order for 3 ladies blouses were excellent. They were true to size (almost too big), but I am super happy with them. Great quality for an even greater price. Only LightInTheBox for me! And shipping was right on time.

A little disappointed that my items ordered will be delayed. Some are intended gifts...There is no indication of how long the delay will be. Therefore, I may have to shop additional merchants in an attempt to get these gifts I hoping to have for this holiday celebration...

The plus size clothes are beautiful. My only complaint is the inconsistency of the sizes. If I select a size 3x, sometimes it will be huge, and sometimes it will be very, very small. I've wasted a lot of money on clothes that should fit, but don't.

I've placed several orders with LiTB and all have been extremely well received. This order was actually to purchase gifts. The recipients both indicated that the fit is perfect and the products are super comfortable. Excellent product! I was going to purchase a shaver for $149.99 in Canada but thought I would try the Zozen Electric Shaver for $29.99 CDN. Well, it shaves extremely well, looks cool, recharges quickly if needed and saved me a lot of money.

This was my first order and the delivery was quick and I could track the package. All of my items were delivered in great condition. The quality is very nice, especially for the prices. I have already ordered more items for Christmas gifts. Some items may be a little on the small side so I would order up a size.

BEWARE when ordering from this company. I have ordered 4 bathing suits from this company, ordered according to my size as listed on their size chart. Unfortunately none of them fit, and it will cost too much to return them to CHINA for a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Have been shopping with LITB for several months. The quality of their products is incredible considering the price. The quality of the golf shirts are the equal of Nike or Foot Joy). My one critique would be not giving the expected date of shipment when the order is placed. I realize that considering the garments are produced overseas this is difficult, but that would be great if I had an idea of the expected shipment.

Really liked the bedtime clothes. All the nighties were Great quality of material and nicely Sown. The clothes were true to the size if you follow the measurements chart. Purchased more clothing for my children and I. I have not received the wrapping paper yet.

Ordered three medium size men's shortsleeve turtlenecks in gray, blue and black. Received two men's turtlenecks in blue and black and one small size or woman's medium size mock turtleneck. I am 66% happy with the size and 100% happy with the material and weight.

I search for what I want and find it. Sometimes I don't get an item because it's one size fits all or my size is not available. But it's the pricing that makes me come back. Great quality and best prices for the brands. Shipping is fast compared to other out of the country merchants. I have purchased many, many items from Lightinthebox.com. Ninety-nine percent of them I kept. I purchased clothing, shoes, ceiling fans, chandeliers, floor tiles, coats, jackets and other items. They were very quality items.

I ordered 5 dresses and they all were delivered in good time. 2 of the dresses had issues (one had a small tear in the side and the other one was made with a very blurry/faded fabric. I created a ticket to return them. Customer service got back to me immediately and we worked out a resolution. I was very happy with the customer service with this company.

Light In The Box is an amazing app I wish I had found years ago! I absolutely love the flash sales they have! Some things I have found cheaper on Temu but also found some things cheaper on LITB than temu. The shipping is a little slow on LITB but the wait is usually worth it!

I order 4 items. Three exceed my expectations and 1 disappointed me because the size was smaller than average and had a bad odor. But overall I would recommend this website to a friend. I wish they have a better return policy so I'd feel more confident and comfortable buying.

I have purchased many items and have found that I can a large order where most of the items are either unwearable due to quality and structure or they are simply the wrong product/size. I have also had orders where I love everything although there would still be a size discrepancy from Light In the Box. Not being able to ship items back due to the extremely high shipping fees makes it very frustrating to deal with especially as that means I was hundreds of USD on items I don't want or can't wear. Your customer service is very responsive which I appreciate. Large improvements need to be made on product quality, how they are made, stitched, etc. As well as making sure the sizing charts correspond to the correct sizes for clothes and shoes, and most of all showing photos that clearly represent the texture and type of product.

Processing time was very slow, but eventually customer service without me even contacting gave me superb service 5 stars there. When I received one of the 2 packages I was satisfied with 3 of the 4 items however one of the items I was utterly disappointed with, very cheap looking and made shirt that did not look anything like the image, Other than that Light In The Box is pretty good but customer service was beyond good. I wish I could give 5 stars but the item I received and the processing time knock 2 stars off my rating. But 5 stars for customer service easily.

I ordered 5 Holiday shirts, and I am very happy with them and the company. I was charged an extra $50 for duties to import into Canada, but as I paid the $2.67 duty guarantee on the order they fully refunded the extra duties in less than 48 hours, this was very impressive.

I normally wear size L/XL. I order a size XXL just to be safe, and it fit like a medium. I will not be returning since it will probably fit one of my kids. However, the quality seemed good. Metal zipper and double-lined.

I ordered a jacket, and 2 shirts from the site. The order process was smooth, and the items arrived reasonably quickly considering the distance they travelled. One of the shirts did not look as good as the picture but the fit was correct. There was nothing wrong with the shirt. It just didn't look good on me. Overall, the site is a good value, but you must be careful picking sizes as the stated sizes of the garments can vary a lot from what you might be used to.

I ordered on November 19, on November 28 I had not heard anything about my order. I had to download the app to even be able to find out anything. I tried to send an email but it was rejected. This company should really have a way to communicate with customers other than the app, and someone should notify the customer if the order is not going to ship within 2 or 3 days. Two of my items were canceled after I requested to have them canceled if they were not going to be delivered by December 2nd. Those 2 items were the whole reason why I placed the order.

Ordered solar lights, amazing will be ordering more. Neck war we, love it. Bird feeder-this is an ornament, can’t use for birds too small. Dinosaur shirt-holt Gracie’s scared me. Pants-disappointing, sizing is wrong. Plastic teeth-plastic is crisp. Packing is ALWAYS packaged great. Nothing ever damaged and arrives quick. Overall happy with them.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, bold colors, softness, and elegant, looking tapestries when they arrived. They added beauty to our background for our shows, and receive many, many compliments, and really enhanced our sales. Since I’ve ordered many different ones for different seasons. Would highly recommend tight leggings, fit well, with no issues. I wear them with shorts especially in the early morning, feel great and authentic, had no issues with them as of now. Would recommend over the expensive Nike products. I've ordered 3 different tight leggings, and have had no issues with any of them. The shorts fit slightly tight but that's not a problem.

Everything I ordered is great! They are all Christmas gifts. Sizing is appropriate. Will most likely order from LightInTheBox again at some point. Was only disappointed with The Grinch, explanation of it is misleading. Says it’s lifelike and animated, but it is only about 19” and it’s stuffed, no animation at all.

Honestly didn't expect much from quality because of prices but I was very impressed. The coat fit a little snug but ordered 1 size up, I recommend 2 sizes larger. Shipping was pretty quick considering it came from China.

I ordered a coat size 3XL because I am a partly women. I received a size 5US. I cannot even get into it at all. Very disappointed...I loved the material and the cut but would fit a small 12year old girl. I am under the impression they have sent me anything that was left on the shelf.

Swimming shorts quarter leg in length, good fit, nice colour and did not fade with salt water after use in Cuba. Holds the package well and makes you look slim, my wife loved then [purchased 3 pairs], would recommend this product to anyone.

My items came in much faster than I thought it would, so I was happy. I ordered a formal dress and a glitzy handbag, and I loved them. I’m a big girl, so finding plus sizes sometimes can be difficult, especially ordering them online. The dress I bought is blue red with a stretchy polyester lining, and it's got a lace trim on the bottom. The top part is a stretch knit with a V-neck in it. It's perfect because it fits over me over top, and it flows down on the bottom. It was a perfect fit for my body type, as well as for what I needed for the price. After wearing it once, I would wear it again, so I'm getting my money's worth out of it. I would tell people that my experience with LightInTheBox was good, and I would order from them again like I did through any other site that I order from.

For months, I had been looking for the perfect puffer coat. The color must be black with the right ratio of white trim to match my snow boots. LightInTheBox is the only place I could find what I was looking for. It fit perfect, it looks perfect and I get compliments every time I go out.

I ordered 2 Christmas dresses on the same day, separate orders. The first one arrived within a week, but it was an XL. I ordered a Medium. Very difficult to find how to reach out to customer service, then they ran me in circles making me take pictures of the first dress with tape measure as proof. They won't send me the correct size unless I pay 10 to 40 dollars to return it first. They won't refund my money. They will only give me a 30 percent refund that is impossible to even claim. They won't take it off my credit card.

Recently I bought faux fur jackets in several colors. The prices were so low that I did not expect them to be of great quality. Much to my surprise, they are very soft and lovely, the cut is great, and they are nicely lined. Not a fan of cold weather, I am actually looking forward to the chance to try out my new cozy and glamorous jackets.

Nice product. The size order is perfect. There is a géometric form with some black beautiful but the black color is not a good one, it has a purple tendency.

The dress looks and fits great! It is as described and to the order size. The accessories are fun for a costume party. The thigh high fishnets say one size fits most but are not long enough for me (5'5 1/2"), but I may wear them over a pair of black hose. The order arrived quickly even without expedited shipping. Everything was in good condition in the package.

I find some unique clothing at great pricing on this site. I wish shipping was less expensive or free over a certain order amount like other sites - I would order more if it was… But value is still good even factoring in shipping costs. I recently ordered a wine colored velvet shirt dress and it is absolutely beautiful. Simple style but the fabric is a beautiful color and is great quality. Fits almost perfectly- just needs to be hemmed a bit. Otherwise it lays nicely and is very comfortable. Can’t beat the price either! Would definitely order the other colors.

It did take awhile, about 3 weeks, for the product to arrive, but I was not in a hurry for them to begin with. One pair of pants I ordered both XL and XXL and my waist of 40" the XL were just a little too small. Will make a good gift though.

Your prices are very good but your sizes are way off. I ordered 19 items and 8 of them are way too small. I realize now that they are made in China so I should have expected that. I would gladly return those items for exchange or a refund but the cost of doing that is more than the cost of the items. I tried filling out additional tickets for the items other than the three I did put tickets in on but could not do so and my inquiry as to how to do that fell on deaf ears. Your policy of letting you keep the items and get a partial "reward" to your account for doing so is a joke.

I recently made my 3 order and have figure out that as a 6”3 175ibs male who normally orders a large/medium… Will have to order large/XL but even then long sleeves can sometimes be too short and sweater fit will end up too baggy when going up sizes.

Sometimes you never know how something that sounds a bit too "reasonable" will be when it arrives. Colors? Sizing? How it feels? Well, I already got some items and went back for more. I found some great hoodies for my Great nephew, more turtlenecks for myself, and other items. I tried some on immediately, and the fit was very good. I need to lose a few pounds for my height, but overall, it was as good a fit as any other item I've gotten out of a Kohls, or Belks, Dillards etc. Clothing is soft, no "catching" on your skin. Looks nice. Very long belt, is comfortable. Unfortunately the belt buckle is too wide., for USA belt loops. It doesn't sly through the loop, you have to wiggle the buckle to get it through the look. To adjust the belt buckle, you have to take your pants to make it easier to fit through the belt looks. All in all, it's a good looking belt, comfortable, and holds your pants up.
