It is important to find the correct size but once you do, the products are fairly high quality for the price and I would definitely recommend buying from here again. I have purchased products for myself and even products for my pets and the ones that fit are very nice. It’s definitely very easy to find some nice gifts for loved ones or family members on here if you know what you’re looking for.

This is my first time ordering from y'all and I am well pleased. I love my Christmas shirt and the coats are Christmas gifts to my hubby and son. Everything arrived neatly packaged! I will order again very soon! HAVE A VERY MERRY Christmas.

The coats were extremely thin and the men's coat was way tiny even though I ordered a 5x. The drill guides were exactly the same for some reason. Customer service was great. The response was very professional and quick. I will order again if I can get the points added. The app has issues though on getting help.

I have always enjoyed all the products I've ordered from Light in the Box. They've all been pretty high-quality and delivery was fast from coming from overseas and I will continue to shop on the site when I need something.

For a first time buyer, LightInTheBox is simply amazing. The scope of products available is great. Prices are unbelievable. As I haven't received everything yet I can't review everything, but...the men's hoodies and t-shirts are fabulous. The graphics are vivid and clear. Something for anyone's interests. The other products are always exactly as described. They have all worked and are very useful. Only issue is sizing, kind of have to guess/try the first few. But they have been very accurate so far. I have shopped on LightInTheBox most recently for several months. I found clothing I liked at fairly affordable prices that fit me using the size guides for each piece of clothing I purchased. I found the process easy and the quality very acceptable. I love the quick responses from customer service when I’ve needed them to assist me. I enjoy the perks of rewards, coupons too. I liked what I got but it took too long to get here and didn't arrive in time for the party I was going to. The Christmas Dress was great but I didn't get to wear it. The other item was cute but material was very, very thin

So far I have mostly been satisfied with this service. Last order was a large order and was surprised that not one item was missed. I have made several orders here and only been disappointed with a few items out of that. Shipping to Canada is very slow getting through customs etc but if you are prepared to wait, it will be well worth the wait.

I ordered 3 cardigans in small. Size chart was accurate, and my size smalls were perfect! I love the quality, color and fit of the two size small sweaters that I received. Sadly, the third sweater was probably a size Med. It is 2” larger around the bust. Same with length. I am disappointed about the large sweater, but most pleased with the other 2.

I was told by a friend about LightInTheBox. My friend has all of these cute dresses and tops. I really love all of the clothes, I have bought so far. I really love the dresses, the dress are light and airy. They will be perfect for when going on vacation and in the Summer months.

I ordered in good faith, but the one item > wanted most was put on backorder. Now what is IMPORTANT to me is to receive this one dress, but instead I get offers to pacify me to wait longer. I am at a point, that I do NOT wish to order any longer if I do not get the item dress I wanted they put on backorder. If it does not come, I am finished with this company for good!

I was pleasantly surprised by my LightInTheBox order. I expected crap, because it is so cheap, but the stuff was pretty nice. The fabrics are not the most luxurious, but what do we expect for $5? And some of the stuff is *really* nice. I will keep ordering, because it is kind of hard to lose. The other thing is sizing... Pay attention to the size guides. They are very helpful.

Shirts were not the size I ordered. I ordered men's large and the ones that came were tight in my 100lb wife. I was going to order more but not now. There are some interesting products but my first experience put an end to ordering more.

Great prices and great quality. Shipping was about 10 days, but worth the wait. Sizes ran a little small on pants so try and order a size larger than normal. I recommend shopping here for unique products. Very unique and great quality. Thank you for the New products. I will recommend to friends and family.

Can't help it. I continue to purchase golf shirts and t shirts as the 3D prints and designs are so much better than the plain golf shirts I can purchase locally. The fits are perfect as I am a large and only order large without any worry of the golf shirts not fitting. I have to force myself to not open up their app, as I want to order more than I need.

Every one of these products is fantastic. I purchase everything at least 2 sizes bigger than I would normally get and everything fit perfectly. I was completely thrilled with the quality of the raincoat, the durability and rain protection over the zippers. The snow pants fit and are super warm. The peacock scarf is so big it could be a kaftan. Very pleased.

Purchased a Christmas shirt and it arrived before Christmas in great shape and well packaged. Was able to wear it to several occasions and would recommend LightInTheBox to anyone wishing to purchase. Communication is outstanding and as I said, shipment arrived well within my timeframe.

I found LightInTheBox doing a Google search for LED lights to make a Christmas light installation. They have a wide selection and I found something interesting that I'd not seen before: LED net lights with an 8-mode controller. I fumbled my first order, contacted customer service and they corrected my mistake. I was concerned about lengthy overseas delivery but the order shipped quickly and the tracking to my door was comprehensive and detailed. It's like local delivery. Perfect. The LED lights are high-quality and fun so I expanded the installation and ordered a second set. I thought there would be time constraints with delivery during the Christmas season and but again the service was as excellent as the first order. Perfect, again.

The quality wasn’t what I expected. Some clothes came with stains and low workmanship. But the customer service was professional, efficient and reasonable, much better than AliExpress. It makes the price fit to the quality at good value. I donated the clothes to the people in need. They are very happy for the gifts before Christmas in the cold winter. And, I referred LightInTheBox to them.

I ordered a purple wig from you and I thought it was wonderful. It went great with my outfit. It was constructed well and it lasted for months. I can take it off, shake it off, wash it, roll it up and stick it under the dryer and it look brand new again every time. I love that wig. It's purple, it's for when I feel whimsical.

They are great, warm to hang out inside or out. It’s cozy and comfortable, would highly recommend. They fit to true size. Very soft. Very warm. I wear mine around the house for the biggest part of the day. Wished they came in kid sizes.

I have ordered from this company 5 or 6 times now. I love everything I have ordered from them except two things. 1 top was suppose to have bling, but I still liked it. One bottom was too small. But I keep ordering from them because they are reasonable. I get compliments all the time. I tell people what company I got it from, but I don't know if they ordered it or not, because I forgot to tell them to put my name down.

I ordered an item on 11/28 and it is still not shipped. I have asked to cancel that order and I keep getting a run around. Also I’m trying to return 2 items and again run around. Don’t recommend buying from here.

I have ordered 4 times from the site. There is never consistency. Some items are great and fit well, and other items that were the exact same just a different color came too small and a different material altogether. One item even showed up wet in the bag leading to it being moldy.

All items were true to size and appear well-made. I was disappointed that the one sweatshirt had faux pockets... What man wants the "illusion" of pockets? Other than that, I was very happy with the items. Delivery was quick, arrived in 7 days.

One pair is in the purple is right on. The gray one are way too long. And the side seam looks like it was stitched wrong, inside out. My granddaughter will love the coat. The pants hanger work out just fine. Will tell my friends about you.

I like everything about my online shopping experience with Light-in-the-Box! As stated in my review after I received my first order; from the my initial access using the App, ease of site maneuvering, menu options, size charts, movement of items for future consideration (wish list!). I’ve only received a few items of from my first order but if they are any indication of the quality of the merchandise and the customer service for Canadian orders, I’m sold! The tracking & communication updates are top-notch - a little over 2 weeks for international orders is outstanding; many on-line sites don’t keep the customer ‘in-the-loop’ like this.

I was so disappointed. This was all for my daughter's sweet 16. I cried when I found out the shirts and my dress would not make it on time. I love your products but the time is upsetting. Even though my daughter's party was a success the shirts for her court would have been over the top. Complete disappointment.

All in all the service provided by LightInTheBox Incorporated it's not too bad. They just need to up their shipping game so that their shipping is accurate and when they say three to four days they mean 3 or 4 days not 3 to 4 weeks. I don't care where it's coming from. You promise somebody something on a certain date. You better show up considering the amount that I spend on this website.

The delivery was on time. The items I ordered were great especially the clothes - I love them. I am also satisfied with tracking my delivery and the updates provided in the app. I will definitely be ordering more stuff soon.

Generally happy with my orders, with hopefully a resolved issue. This order included a pair of shapewear tights that were already ripped/laddered when put on, despite correct size. Customer service was very responsive and has apparently issued a new pair. I'm happy with that resolution. I've generally had good luck with the sire, though Shipping is prohibitively priced.

All 4 items I have ordered have been very small even when ordering 1 to 2 sizes bigger than I normally would. The items were too small. Also half of the orders took an extremely long time to ship and even longer to arrive. One order was placed 2 weeks after another and it arrived 3 weeks before the first order.

I really like my tee shirt. It fit me well and they done a great job on the graphics. The color was nice and the shirt was comfortable. The color was a pretty shade of green. I was so pleased I have bought several shirts.

I came across Lightinthebox.com on Kijiji banner. On a pictures shirt looks nice, it was easy to place order, it was shipped quickly. Hence, what I received was not what was advertised. It was made of very thin poor quality material and print in a shirt itself is blurry and poor quality. I open a refund ticket with them but never heard from them ever since. The only way to contact a company is by downloading their app.

Received package in good condition, products inside were exactly as described on the website and were well made. Love the brush. Bought it to stimulate the scalp and it feels great. The lingerie is beautiful on and is as pictured. I will be planning to buy more items in the future.

I saw the lights with batteries included by doing an internet search. I made my resin mold Christmas gifts for my family and wanted the lights and they added a great touch. I can't wait for them to be delivered.

Beautiful dress. Ordered exact size chart suggested and it fit perfectly. Well made. Received many compliments. I posted pictures of me in the dress on my FB page, and I am still receiving compliments. I have small shoulders so it slipped down a bit. Otherwise I was extremely satisfied. I ordered a dance salsa skirt and I received à ballet bodysuit for child. The positive point they have made an effort to deliver before Christmas BUT the wrong item. I'm waiting for another order. I just wish will be ok.

I absolutely love the Grinch sweatshirt. I had it shipped directly to my sister and she loves it too. She said it is great quality and she especially likes that the face is on the front and back of the sweatshirt.

I have been ordering from this place for over 10 years and will continue to do so. The fashion jewel is great. Clothes are usually good. Electronics have been very nice. Kids toys were good. Most lasted until the kids outgrew them.

I found Light in the Box to be a great help for purchasing gifts for Christmas. They have a huge variety of items... Something for everyone on my list! Items are as described, I had to be careful about clothing sizes but descriptions had size charts which were very helpful.

All of my orders are great! I do wish I could figure out how to use my reward points that I collect. I check in daily but I can't figure out how to use them. I see the coupons but not the reward points.

So many products. Great items. Sometimes the shipping costs double of the item purchased. Some stores show nice product but send lesser quality item. Not LightInTheBox's fault, but gives all Chinese merchants a bad reputation. I have placed many orders and 95% are good quality, shirt sizes are almost always too small. Rings are very nice, but companies need to make rings larger than just 13. Amaericans have large hands.

Fast service, very nice merchandise, beautiful designs, although the pants even though they were 4xl they were too small and too short but the t to shirt was exactly my size xl, overall I'm a very happy customer here, thank you Lightinthebox team.

Everything is so reasonable and you can actually find some nice things for yourself or someone you love. I could spend literally all day searching for stuff. I've turned my wife on to the Lightinthebox app and now I can't keep her off of it.

The item was marked XL but it is LARGE (big difference). A review of the exchange policy had SIX (6) steps that included returning the item and allowing them to decide if I needed an EXCHANGE or a REFUND. I have never dealt with a Retailer like this before and it is VERY DOUBTFUL that I will again. There are other More Reputable Retailers that have the same products and sometimes cheaper with a much quicker shipping time (2 weeks).

Shirt was the right size and the design was big enough to see and it was stylish and it came in 2 days before my husband birthday and when he wore it out to dinner everyone keep asking where did we get it from and I told them Lightinthebox and showed them the app and if you check in everyday you get points to use towards your coupons.

Just found the site and ordered a few items. All the items were all perfect and affordable. The Christmas sale was just amazing. I most definitely will be ordering again soon. There are a few things I didn't like in clothing shipping cost. But most things are great especially when you buy more in one order. There under $1.00 items were perfect for stocking stuffers for the family.

The gloves I received were defective right out of the box and with Duracell batteries! Attempting to return for a refund I was disuaded by the return statements, essentially recommending that I'd be wasting time and money after being charged restocking fees and paying for return postage!

Well they fit really nice. The quality is pretty solid from what I've got so far. The only real issue is that the dates of arrival keep changing but I understand it's a hard process. It's pretty solid overall, definitely delivered when I downloaded the application.

I ordered this jacket, size S, purple. First it arrived on time, which is awesome. It fit perfectly and the color is exactly as pictured. It is soft and warm. I live on the coast where winter is cold and rainy. It is not a rain coat but for as thin as it appears it is as warm as any sweatshirt and much better looking.

Ordering from LightInTheBox was sketchy. My second order was waaaay off. They mislabeled the sweater at the factory. Fortunately, the service center took care of me and made sure I got what I ordered.

The belts were awesome. Unfortunately, the uniform sizing was completely off. I ordered a large going by the sizing chart on the website. The uniform stated it was a large, but was actually smaller than the mediums I currently own. Trying to do an exchange was a worthless endeavor. I decided to cut my losses and will never order from the LightInTheBox ever again. Buy American, you may pay more, but you can be assured the uniform will fit or can easily be exchanged.

Very misleading with the type of fabric and the sizes. The fabric feels like spandex and is not thick at all. Also had to wait a month for two orders. The jacket does not fit and actually runs two sizes smaller than shown online. None of the shirts felt like polyester either. The thread was also starting to unravel. I was looking forward to the products on this site but definitely will not be now.

Good application to buy clothes. Clothes quality and material is very great, I will recommend it to friends and family. Shipment is very fast and on time, I love that delivery is hand to hand delivery. And I wish you good job for for everything.

I'm happy to say that they were very helpful. When I ordered a coat and was dissatisfied with the quality of the coat and wanted to return it they were very accommodating and helped solve the problem and return my purchase price back to the card I used to pay for it.

My order was exactly as depicted in the ad. I was very pleased with the quality of the pants. I loved the pricing and would absolutely buy this product again. My only issue was sizing. I would have liked to see the sizing chart before placing my order because the sizes run a bit smaller than usual.

All shirts were made of some plastic costume material. Very dissatisfied with All items. Not what I was expecting. Lettering from internet did not show BLURRED message. Not what I expected. Sizes were wrong as these were gifts for different people. Send me a return package as I am NOT keeping. Thank you for your attempts.

I was very pleased with the fit and material and overall quality of the clothing I ordered. Shipping was a little slower than I would have liked, but it was free so I can't really complain. The prices were excellent and definitely worth it.

I ordered this on 11/23. It has not arrived & I have not received any updates. My credit card has been charged. My son ordered a different coat & it was too small. The return policy is very difficult. I would like to cancel if the product has not been shipped.

Loved the product that I bought. The quality was good. I've order a few different times. I just wish it didn't take so long to ship and arrive. I had to change address to PO box because as easy as it is to deliver to my doorstep it always ends up at post office.

The full zip hoodies have great designs and excellent construction and great fit. Very comfortable materials and great for everyday wear. The colors are bright and nicely done. Will recommend to friends and will order again. Items were received very quickly.

The plus size clothes are beautiful. My only complaint is the inconsistency of the sizes. If I select a size 3x, sometimes it will be huge, and sometimes it will be very, very small. I've wasted a lot of money on clothes that should fit, but don't.

Excellent product! I was going to purchase a shaver for $149.99 in Canada but thought I would try the Zozen Electric Shaver for $29.99 CDN. Well, it shaves extremely well, looks cool, recharges quickly if needed and saved me a lot of money.

Shipping time is fast, the product look Iike pictures plus good quality. I order 3 three things. Hope product is good. Process is good. Not sure how accurate the sizing chart... I have to wait and see. I would recommend shopping here at Lightinthebox.com.

This was my first order and the delivery was quick and I could track the package. All of my items were delivered in great condition. The quality is very nice, especially for the prices. I have already ordered more items for Christmas gifts. Some items may be a little on the small side so I would order up a size.

BEWARE when ordering from this company. I have ordered 4 bathing suits from this company, ordered according to my size as listed on their size chart. Unfortunately none of them fit, and it will cost too much to return them to CHINA for a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Have been shopping with LITB for several months. The quality of their products is incredible considering the price. The quality of the golf shirts are the equal of Nike or Foot Joy). My one critique would be not giving the expected date of shipment when the order is placed. I realize that considering the garments are produced overseas this is difficult, but that would be great if I had an idea of the expected shipment.

Really liked the bedtime clothes. All the nighties were Great quality of material and nicely Sown. The clothes were true to the size if you follow the measurements chart. Purchased more clothing for my children and I. I have not received the wrapping paper yet.

I have purchased many items and have found that I can a large order where most of the items are either unwearable due to quality and structure or they are simply the wrong product/size. I have also had orders where I love everything although there would still be a size discrepancy from Light In the Box. Not being able to ship items back due to the extremely high shipping fees makes it very frustrating to deal with especially as that means I was hundreds of USD on items I don't want or can't wear. Your customer service is very responsive which I appreciate. Large improvements need to be made on product quality, how they are made, stitched, etc. As well as making sure the sizing charts correspond to the correct sizes for clothes and shoes, and most of all showing photos that clearly represent the texture and type of product.

Processing time was very slow, but eventually customer service without me even contacting gave me superb service 5 stars there. When I received one of the 2 packages I was satisfied with 3 of the 4 items however one of the items I was utterly disappointed with, very cheap looking and made shirt that did not look anything like the image, Other than that Light In The Box is pretty good but customer service was beyond good. I wish I could give 5 stars but the item I received and the processing time knock 2 stars off my rating. But 5 stars for customer service easily.

I ordered on November 19, on November 28 I had not heard anything about my order. I had to download the app to even be able to find out anything. I tried to send an email but it was rejected. This company should really have a way to communicate with customers other than the app, and someone should notify the customer if the order is not going to ship within 2 or 3 days. Two of my items were canceled after I requested to have them canceled if they were not going to be delivered by December 2nd. Those 2 items were the whole reason why I placed the order.

Your prices are very good but your sizes are way off. I ordered 19 items and 8 of them are way too small. I realize now that they are made in China so I should have expected that. I would gladly return those items for exchange or a refund but the cost of doing that is more than the cost of the items. I tried filling out additional tickets for the items other than the three I did put tickets in on but could not do so and my inquiry as to how to do that fell on deaf ears. Your policy of letting you keep the items and get a partial "reward" to your account for doing so is a joke.
