I was very impressed with the shower curtain length - it fit my stall so I'll be getting some more in the future. The grocery bag was a bit disappointing. It is too short and small. Totally different from what I envisioned.

Items were as described and delivered early. I highly recommend Light In The Box and will order from them again. The hoodies future perfectly with no issues at all. Items were individual packaged and folded professionally. Will browse through the site to order more items.

I am loving these dresses! Sizes run accurate, they're soft and comfy - I can't say enough! Oh, and the pockets .. These people know how to make actual pockets big enough to hold actual stuff. They're made to be alterable, too, if need be.

When I first saw the advertisements for this company, I thought it was probably junk. Curiosity got the better of me and I submitted an order. I was totally surprised! Have since submitted multiple orders and have not been disappointed with quality or price!

In this order, there were two items that had issues - one minor, and the other more significant. LightintheBox support sorted out the issues quickly, which will encourage me to order with confidence in the future. One thing to be careful with is the sizing - forget about small/medium/large - follow the actual measurements, which I have found to be accurate.

LITB has the most beautiful dance shoes, I bought all my dance shoes from LITB. Sometime the color does not match the picture or is uncomfortable to wear, the customer service always makes adjustment with reward, or refund. I feel confident to shop at LITB. Be sure to order from its App which gives the best pricing.

The pant fitting is awesome but the stuff is very light. The belt is very good. The colours are exactly the same as in the pictures. Also, the delivery time was good. I will continue with the product orders. Thanks.

First off was not allowed to use my VISA gift card. Had to use my BofA debit card and as soon as I did my card and account was hacked. And now that I have the products I have two items that need to be returned and can not find anywhere on your app for returns.

The first order I got came in a decent time frame. Now I’m waiting for a new order #**, which I put in on March 08/23. I’m worried because it has been in processing since then and it is now March 29/23. It’s taking a long time. It’s making me anxious and leaves me wondering what the problem is with my order.

Cheaper than Amazon by far. Easy enough to navigate with multiples coupons available if we buy a certain amount. Delivery is slow like Wish but worth the wait. I'm overall happy with my experience so far. Great pictures of the front but missing behind pictures of tank top.

Not sure what’s taking so long before the actual shipment. As I see my order processing for 4 weeks before finally getting shipped. Both orders shipped in a timely manner. First order, one shirt fit a little tight but loosen up as the day went on. Second order, Women's top 4X, one top she couldn't get over her shoulders, second top fit great. Waiting on the 3rd shipment for myself. Clothes seem to be of good quality, colors are great. Being 71 years old, I forget to add the coupons to the checkout. They ought to be automatically added when doing the checkout when placing a order.

I was unsure about ordering from Light in the Box. But I needed a dress for my daughter's wedding. I thought I would give it a try. I'm extremely happy with the dresses I received. And decided to order some tops. Which I am also very happy with.

Very good quality. The binoculars are above my expectations, they are small and can fit in a pocket and the light gets me close up. The t-shirt fits well. It has a good fabric. It is comfortable and keeps me cool, the phone case is well made, solid and stays on the belt, a camera zoom lens is a bit difficult to adjust but has good magnification. I am very satisfied with shipping is also good considering the distance.

Timing of arrival was good, even a lil better than expected. Some of the shirts were beautifully made and mostly fit to size. My biggest recommendation would be to steer away from the polyester blends if possible. They seem to be erratic in size and the quality just is not the same as the cotton blends. I received 1 shirt in particular (a medium) that could fit a giant and the colors didnt match the description. That was 1 out of 6 pieces so I can't complain for the cost.

I really like the quality of the clothing on this site, however, each item I bought did not fit. So I bought it again in a larger size which did not fit. I have awards that I cannot use and have lost money on products that are not my size.

They shipped my order fast. The items were very reasonably priced. Had one that didn't fit, but they were very responsive and offered several options for returning. Clothing bought was shapeless and ugly: not as pictured, poor craftsmanship, cheap materials. Returns Policy is confusing and EXPENSIVE -- you pay the postage--to China! Avoid this company and avoid the trouble.

I bought 3 clothing items and two of them were not as advertised. One item was listed as a linen blend, but it was 100% polyester and felt really slippery and plastic. The other was at least 2 sizes smaller than it should have been. When I tried to return them, it took many, many emails and weeks of effort to get an appropriate response. At one point, LightInTheBox.com just stopped communicating with me, it was only after I sent several more emails insisting that I have a right to return items that are not as advertised that I finally got my refund. It should never be that hard to get customer service to do their jobs.

I had purchased a white laced, long-sleeve blouse from Light In the Box.com over a week ago. I was shocked to note that the item was pre-worn. By the way it was crumpled in the plastic food-package! The way it was sent was obvious enough. First, the blouse was not fully buttoned at all. Another obvious fault was that there wasn’t an inside material tag, attached to the garment itself, which by law, according to the FTC, “Federal law requires most textiles and wool products list fiber content, country-of-origin and the identity of the manufacturer…” It appears that maybe the customer cut this tag out and wore this shirt perhaps to an event then decided to give it back! There was also what appeared to be makeup on the cuff of the two sleeves. I already washed it but I am very, very disappointed with this type of sleazy "customer service." I now question all of their items. Pathetic.

The girl’s stretch pants are bright and beautiful. The size was a perfect match. My niece loved them. I would recommend them for a girl that is active and loves to be stylish and also can kick it with the boys.

The items are of good quality, shipping is a bit much but they offer incentives for reduced or free shipping. Descriptions are detailed both with sizes and measurements of the items. Overall I am happy with the customer service and their company.

Happy with the items I received such as the wallets and leggings. The leggings were super soft, fleece lined and fit me perfectly. And the wallet fits all my cards, cash & even my iPhone 14 pro phone! But it isn’t too big or bulky either. I like how the items I bought were cute and economical. The pajama set I got was also super soft and fluffy & I love the jacket.

I was very happy with my order. Shirts are made well and very soft material. I did find that you need to be cautious when ordering sizes. Of my 7 shirts only 2 were xxl proper sizing, the others were a size too small. I wanted to return them but the price to ship them back would cost about the same to just repurchase the new ones. Overall I will continue to buy the products but will be more apt to order the next size up.

Everything in this order was great quality and good workmanship except for the sleep shirt. It is more like a city dress shirt than the shimmering almost see-through satin type material in the pictures. It fits well, but the material is not as soft as pictured. The sheet holders work great. The T-shirt is good quality cotton & comfy & the hot pants fit just as pictured are very comfy.

I've purchased 8 items in 3 orders from this company. The shipping, fit and quality has been good on everything with the exception of a blue lace dress. The color is horrible on me. It is a very pale blue and very thin fabric. It was meant to wear to a Conference and looks like a nightgown rather than a church dress on me. The problem is the return policy. It will cost me more to return it than I paid for it because it's not damaged. It's just a bad color for me. I would still purchase from and recommend this company to others. It's only this one item I have a problem.

As for the service, they try and save me funds by combining shipments. They always address a problem within 24 hours. I have ordered men's and women's shirts and they have all been good quality and their prices are great. You have to be patient though. It will take a bit for it to arrive from when you place the order.

Ok so this was my first order and I wasn’t happy at with over half of my Order. My dress was ugly, thin see thru, bad color and wrong color, so upset with about my dress because the pic it was so beautiful!! And then my wig that was joke and that all I’m gonna say about that! And then one of my ankles it was so big you couldn’t make it small enough to fit because I tried! So I was very disappointed about my order!!!

The faith hoodie ordered was 3x and the fit was perfect. The design and color of this hoodie is just the way I wanted it to be and the fit was awesome. I also ordered a lightweight rain jacket in 3x that was not an actual 3x so I am waiting a return mailer to send it back. Please contact me at ** so I can have this item returned.

I didn't know what to expect with my first order. I wasn't disappointed. The fit was great. I loved the patterns. And the price was awesome. Needless to say, I will be getting more as I update my casual wardrobe.

I've ordered over $200 of T-shirts in the last month. All have been of fine quality, vivid colors, wash w/o fade, and fit to size. The only qualm I have is that the processing takes several weeks so I didn't receive the merchandise w/in 4 weeks.

This is the 3rd of 3 shirts I ordered. I did order them up a size from my normal and they all fit, look great and arrived in a very timely manner. I will be trying some more things now that I have received these orders with no problems.

I have found that Amazon and businesses that use the service, to be excellent, responsive, and work hard in serving the consumers and making quite sure we are satisfied. I must say that even at one of the most busy time for all people in the manufacturing and front of store, and on-line ordering. The last order I received was a sweater and book light. The picture you had did not do justice to the sweater. When I received the order I was so surprised to find the most beautiful sweater. I tried it on and it fit like a glove the pearls and sequence are beautiful as well as the scallop edges. The next was the book light, it was awesome. I order the medium size and it was just the right size for my night table. Thank you.

I'm really surprised at the quality of the clothing. Sizes are good and very stylish. I'm very happy. But you have to read the product list carefully. I ordered 2 curtain holders and thought it was a pair but there was just one so now I have to order 2 more.

LightintheBox resolved any concern about my product if l have it. I bought already 10 product from them. I was able to get money back if l needed or reward to buy more product, return if l wanted. They answered quickly with resolution to my concern.

It was a short sleeve top and had a green design of shamrocks. I wore this on St. Patrick's Day and I got a lot of compliments. Price was great. Wasn't sure it was going to arrive on time, but it came early so I was able to see if it fit.

I got 4 out of 4 wigs. I wore 1, was refunded for one order... I'm probably ok with it but ill not chance it again.. I feel the waiting on product and also being let down, the color, the length there was not any amount would have helped.

If you look at my order you can see I ordered 10 items. 2 of them fit them other 8 are too small. I sent those 8 orders back to you and have heard no response if you received it or not. So not only am I out all my monies I have no product to show for it. This has been my worst experience I have ever encountered in on- line purchasing. I am still waiting for my full refund on my eight items. It has been 10 days and still nothing. If I do not hear anything back I will be reporting you to the BBB. I had the worst experience ever purchasing on Light In The Box. The wigs that they are selling look very cheap looking and not worth buying. I will not continue on buying them. The clothes are also very inexpensive looking as well and I will not continue on purchasing them as well.

Everything so far have been equal to the value expected. The area rugs have added new spirit to each room. The tub mats are great. The wearable bath towel robe is being enjoyed. The nightgown set looks nice and sexy.

I ordered 4 items; 3 were alright, one was terrible and not wearable due to the stitching of the seams on the sleeves and neck being on the outside of the garment. The tops are made of polyester and just not as nice as shown in the pictures, because of the material used. I upped my rating to a three as the company did give me a full refund for the item that sadly will be more landfill.

I have purchased dresses & other women's clothing items and have been very pleased with my purchase. Also appreciate the timeliness of delivery times.

I have bought items from other similar websites but LightInTheBox experience was different. They got lot more variety and choices, at the same time quality is much better and obviously prices are good. Wife always get amazed by different varieties and trendy items as well.

I was pleased with the products that I ordered. They looked very nice. It did take two weeks to receive them but that seems pretty normal these days. One of the shirts was a little bigger than I expected, but I didn’t mind that much. It still is a pretty good shirt. I wanted some purple shirts and the colors were great.

I ordered some jeans that I thought were very cute around 3/12/23 and I have been waiting and waiting, checking it to see what was taking so long. There was 1 pair of jeans I am assuming that they didn't. Yesterday I received a email stating that fact and they asked if I wanted to send the one's they had or just ask for a refund so I wanted the other things I ordered so I requested a refund.. I don't know how long that will take or how much longer I have to wait for the rest of my order. Hopefully everything will go smoothly now. I just wish they had done this sooner, but at least it has been done.

The seat was as in the picture and hopefully is useful in enabling me to use my bicycle, since the ''standard'' seat irritates my prostate. The irritation stopped after I stopped cycling. However the angle of the seat is not good, so I need a base that would allow the seat to nosedive, i.e. the front should go towards the ground to allow me to extend my legs easily. I found this AFTER I tried the seat. You could have suggested it when I was looking for this seat. I bought the two-piece base from Amazon, since they give me an easy possibility to return it if it does not work. I chose LightIntheBox for the seat because it was considerably cheaper than Amazon.

I received my item and it was way too big and to return it I had to pay 34.00 postage which I felt unfair so your company refunded me 15.00 which did make me very happy and I donated the dress to a good cause. Yes I would order again. I have been offered 25.00 to complete this review and I thank you.

The material on most items has been very poor quality and sizing is off, some 2xl are way too large and others way too small. The items are not as pictured either and that is definitely disappointing as I've done several things for vacation.

I innocently ordered a dress online with this company in the normal US size 12. First it took a long time to arrive. Then when I tried it on, it was so small it wouldn't even fit over my hips. So I went online to fill out the return slip and they denied it - said it was "made to order" and it was a final sale. NOWHERE DID IT SAY THIS IN THE ORIGINAL ORDER. COMPLETE RIP OFF. It's a Chinese company based in Beijing so you have no recourse. I just lost $140. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

LED letter a was sure a hit. It changes color and looks great in the dark room. The size was just right and you can clip it to the wall with small nails or srears. The remote works just fine and you don't need a manual.

I ordered the shirts to go with me on vacation to South America. These are a nice tropic weight button up shirt. I got several comments on how nice and comfortable they looked. These shirts are true to size and actually might be a little bit larger than other shirts, I have ordered. But I was looking for a loose fitting casual shirt. They were easy to pack and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I received a few orders and never had a problem until the last order. One of the shirts had the screening on backwards and the other had screening that was blurry. Customer service handled it to my satisfaction. As they said it would take a long time to send them back.

I received 2 items which were damaged in transit. I reported the damaged goods as soon as unpacked and looked at the items. Customer service replied within hours and offered to send replacements. LightInTheBox has some Great Prices on Items. Especially during Clearance, I purchased plenty of Great looking shirt for Women and Men for like $1.50. Summer Dresses for $7.00. Delivery is a little slow, but it's ok. Overall it's a Good place to shop for clothes. I recommend it!!

I did not find the website easy to navigate but I wanted to try Light in the Box from Facebook advertising. The order was not that great, the items felt cheap overall and one item, I received the wrong color. The offer to keep the items for a 10% credit was insulting. The process for completing a return was confusing. I believe it is in a process or approval stage, I have no idea. It is too difficult to understand so I will wait. I don't know if I would ever order again. Shein is much better and easier.

Men’s Retro Vintage Medieval Steampunk Tailcoat, Size Large, Black Velveteen, silver buttons. For Masquerade purposes, or costume party or event wear. Large variety of sizes available, and the size chart is fairly accurate as well. Satin-like lining on the inside too.

I received my jacket quite fast, the size was perfect. It is very warm and made of what seems to be quality materials. I am very happy with this purchase. The only downfall I've experienced is the hoops you have to jump through to do a refund. Also I find the size ranges are all over the place.

Good quality for the items purchased. Size was pretty much true. Order 2 swimsuits, ordered up one size and the top is snug and bottoms a little on the big side. Only downfall, delivery was 3 weeks. Overall satisfied and will order again.

Ordered and received a men's electric hair trimmer. The item was received in a timely manner. Missing from the item was the USB power cord, which was a major feature my ordering it. The item was low priced and the cost of returning it was not cost effective. I was told to keep the item and I would received a 10% credit but I would have preferred to receive a full refund as I am trashing the trimmer.

Compared to other orders from other companies, this large order arrived faster and in great condition, although the box was badly damaged. I love the clothing, all in the right size for me and lovely bright colors, well made. I am a little concerned about how these fabrics will launder, even on "delicate". I found this website about 3 weeks ago and at first I was a bit hesitant to make my first order. However, after seeing the selection, I finally ordered shoes and a vest. I was in informed about every step of the way until the package arrived! I was shocked in regards to the shipping, delivery and quality of both items. I will continue shopping here 100%.

I ordered a standard size wedding dress (size 10) as I had read in the reviews, from other buyers, that the dresses tend to run small. I specifically did not order a "made to order" dress, but when I attempted to exchange for a smaller size (within a few days of receiving the dress) I was told that ALL wedding dresses are considered "made to order" even if you order a standard size in their sizing chart and no exchanges will be allowed. What is that? I was offered $20 refund on a $119 dollar dress. An insult. I certainly didn't see this in the exchange policy I reviewed prior to purchase. I'm not sure how they expect to have repeat customers with that type of policy.

It takes a little longer to get your order, but I Don't mind. They are a good company to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone. If you do have any issues their customer service responds quickly. In my opinion they are a great place to shop.

The draw of Lightinthebox is that they have products with styles I don't know where to find anywhere else. The price is too much after shipping costs. I'm suspicious of the validity of the reviews that say the shipping was fast. Mine took almost two months. Of the twelve items (pants and shirts) I ordered I got to use eight, but I like them a lot. Two of them were too big because the size I was sent a size bigger than I ordered. Two others were just too big even though I got the size I ordered. The good ones are not such a quality that I expect them to last more than a year but I am fine with that. I was even about to order again based on my learning experience. But then the expensive order total made it not seem worth it when I assume I might only get four items that fit right. I would love a local outlet where I could try the clothing on, and at least verify I get what I pay for.

The shoes I'd ordered are too large for me, so I attempted to exchange them for a smaller size. Unfortunately, I was informed that due to them not having return labels I would need to go to USPS and pay between $10.00-$40.00 to ship them back. Upon writing the company back, complaining about this process, I've been informed they "must follow their policy." $40.00 is close to the cost of the shoes, so I'm donating them to someone in need. Having said this, I will never do business with this company again and suggest staying away from them.

I ordered a gold evening gown based on the picture. It looked light, soft & flowing. Just what I was looking for. When it arrived, it was heavy & cheap looking. So different from the photo. The material was thick underneath the chiffon. The chiffon did not flow or cascade at all as in the photo. The beadwork was cheap. Overall, very cheaply done. I cannot wear it. Forget about returning it though. The bottom line of the supposedly 3 different return options they give you is all you get at the most is 50% credit back for another purchase. No full refund back to you. You’re out of luck. I learned my lesson. Think twice before you buy. The photo is deceiving. Buyer beware!

The LightInTheBox.com ad told me that I couldn't buy the shirts unless I downloaded the app, so I did that. It was disconcerting because I didn't hear anything. And I didn't get an email that said, "We got your order, and it'll come in a certain amount of time." I found a contact email and sent a note saying I haven't heard anything. It was shortly thereafter that I got an email that said, "We shipped your order and it'll be there in a couple of days." It wasn't a horrendous amount of time, but I had to reach out to find out about it. But so far, it was good.

At first, I was wondering if LightInTheBox was even real because it was on Facebook. But I thought I'd get the app and that would probably ensure that it was true. I liked shopping on it pretty good. They got some pretty good stuff on there and reasonable prices. But I was sort of skeptical until my dress came. I love the dress and it was delivered pretty quick. I could keep up with it, too. They kept the tracking updated pretty good so I knew where it was at. I'm highly satisfied.

I am quite happy with the quality of the material, the stitching, and the beauty of the artwork/designs on the products. The material is fairly soft and slightly stretchy. The colours do not run or fade in a cool wash. The price is perfect. I used the regular delivery and found it very slow on my second, larger (4-pc) order. The bust area fits well according to the size chart. If a woman has larger upper arms, I would recommend staying with short sleeved items as the sleeves fit slim (but not tight). I have already recommended this company to friends and family and will be ordering more products for myself.

What a waste of money. 1 wig was either worn or damaged. 2 wigs were completely different than the one I ordered. So basically I paid $147 for 2 wigs because the others were garbage. You wouldn’t refund me the full amount for the ones that were wrong even though it was completely your fault. Terrible customer service. Just push me to buy more.

They refused my requested return stating that it was a ”made to order” item. This is very UNCLEAR in the item description which looks like you have the option of having the dress specifically tailored. Nowhere does it state that the item is non refundable or a “special” order. The item description should CLEARLY state NON REFUNDABLE.

I am really impressed with everything I have received from LightInTheBox. Not premium quality, of course; but better than expected for the price. I am a repeat customer, and have just recently started venturing into products outside of men's clothes. My only complaint is the graphics on some of the shirts are enlarged to the point they are blurry on size XXL. Everything else has been great!

The clothes and designs I purchased from Lightinthebox are different from what you see on other websites. Their prices is awesome. So far, so good. I can't complain on the deliveries or the order. They come at the right rate. I tell others about Lightinthebox all the time. They need to download the app as soon as possible. My most recent purchase was a pair of leggings, a shirt, and a necklace. The necklace broke when I wore it but with the shirt and the pants, the quality of the material was pretty nice. Although, the elastic around the waistband of the pants wasn't sewn together completely. When I went to put them on, it just snapped and I had to cut a little hole in it and sew it together myself. But other than that, they're very comfortable. Also, it didn't take too long for me to get them and it's good quality for the price.

The neck massager came as described and it works great. It is very comforting and relaxes the neck muscles. The ability to control the massage level is great for different neck issues. I would recommend this for anyone dealing with neck pain or stress.

BOY, was I soring disappointed when I learned the dresses were IMPOSSIBLE to return. The fit was off on two of my choices and the third was just horribly made and falling apart when I got it. I attempted to read the 12 page instructions to return which included many measurements needed and pictures to document for a full refund.

I love the clothes I get from LITB. The only downfall is the wait time (order to home). Sometimes 30 days! I know....overseas, chain supply.... Despite that, the price and diversity is great. The communication (order-customer) has been getting better.

I have ordered many items from LightInTheBox.com. Delivery takes about 2+ weeks so not very quick if you are wanting the item soon. BUT everything I have ordered has been exactly what is shows on the site. I have ordered coats, hoodies, and shirts. The sizing is a little roomy, not on the small side. I ordered this 3 weeks ago, I just got text that it left the warehouse, lights biggest problem is their extremely slow shipping. There is so much competition now, if you want to stand out from everybody else, you have to devote all your resources to speed up shipping.

I had ordered two plastic zippered garment bags and one of the bags was faulty. The zipper zipped off the zipper track because there was no closing at the top of the bag to prevent this from happening. I contacted the company and they replaced the bag that works properly.

All items purchased seem to be sewn well. I was not a fan of some of the material used in the products. Items also do not accommodate my large breasts (cup size) well. One item in particular was very short (mid-thigh) which struck me very weird considering the style and size.

I got three wigs from LightInTheBox. The price wasn't bad. But you get what you pay for. When I took one out of the box, the hair was falling all out of it. The other one was longer than I thought it was, but that may have been my misperception in looking at the picture. But the quality just wasn't that good. There was a gap in the wig. When you put it on your head, you could see the pieces underneath. I wasn't that thrilled with the quality of the wigs, and I wouldn't order that again from them. I wish they would also make it easier to return stuff because when you try to return it, they wanna offer you all of these other incentives and it was just too much of a hassle for me, so I just ended up keeping them. The wig that had the hair falling all out just ended up in the garbage.

I can’t say anything but good things about this site and everything I have purchased in here. The quality is amazing compared to competing sites and the shipping is fast. I’ve been able to change my wardrobe style for less money than going shopping at my nearest mall.

Everything was made of good quality materials. One tee shirt was slightly tight but was probably because of the stretchy fabric. Would order again and already have! Would recommend that you check material and order a bit bigger size for a more comfortable fit.

Love the jacket. Not too heavy but has a nice heavy lining. Husband loves the buffalos that are on the jacket. That and the colors of the jacket is why he wanted that jacket. It looks really good with his cowboy boots.

The product was inexpensive and it came reasonably quickly. That's where the good news ends. I ordered a 3xl size shirt but the short was 2-3 sizes smaller. I went on their website and did returns, yes they do take returns but it has to go via USPS to China and I bear the $20-40 estimated cost. They offered a 10% discount on my next order which will be never, so...caveat emptor.

Quality of what was ordered for the first time is very good...and accurate measurements. Only downside is shipping costs and delay in receiving which is 2 to 3 weeks... So forget impulse buying - you have to wait too long to receive.

The dress arrived quicker than expected. It’s absolutely gorgeous and the quality is better than expected. I will need to have the dress hemmed - which I was anticipating. I ordered the champagne color - it’s a little cooler undertone than expected but still pretty.

I've found this hat to be very warm in winter winds. Keeps the wind off your face, and the peak keeps the sun out of your eyes. The lining is very soft and the length keeps your neck warm too. The outside layer seems to be well made.

The clothing outlet in the box is amazingly affordable and beautiful. I got some awesome clothes and some awesome boots, and I am very happy with my purchases. The only thing I would caution about is to make sure you check the size chart on each individual item that you are purchasing. Sizing does run differently on different items.

So the items are actually very nice. Which is surprising. But the whole website is a game. So if you want to return the item, you can’t return it in the United States. You have to ship it back to China. At your expense. They offer you credits to use at the store sometime but then there’s minimum’s on it suddenly, which they leave out. There’s just lots of little fine print moments. And the customer service is basically all automated so you don’t actually ever get a response to your questions.

Love the shirts I ordered, the price was great. Sizes are different and When I ordered the wrong size shirts they were very accommodating in changing the order. The tracking was updated every day and I received the order in a month's time which was fine.

The service was fantastic. The produce was Good. The sizes seem to run a little small and the drawstring is very short. If you have pants that are 36 to 38 size then the drawstring should be longer than 42 and it wasn't. The pictures when ordering show long drawstrings but that isn't close to what arrived. I would have entered my order Number but it wasn't on any email received of the last six.

The hoodie I ordered is very warm, and fit perfectly, as I am an XXL. It was offered at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with it. I will be ordering more products from this company for sure. Very cool.

The quality of the clothing is extremely poor, the items do NOT match what is on the site - you can tell it is a horrid knock off, and when stating this over and over again, was ONLY given PARTIAL refund on my account in the form of purchase discount! And extremely slow shipping! 2 months?? Would NOT recommend. even at the low prices, it's still shocking just how bad the quality is! DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES... Especially foot wear!

From beginning to end everything was simple and easy to do. It first said one date then it took a second week after everything was put together to ship out but it's ok. Overall I am satisfied with my shopping experience. It was a bit frustrating in the beginning. The apparel seems to come in a size or two smaller than regular U.S. sizes. I ordered a bunch of stuff in my normal size, when it arrived, most if not everything was too small. It costs more to return the merchandise than what the merchandise costs to buy. This was very frustrating. I ended up getting stuck with those and I don’t believe the discounts to reimburse you are very good at all.

The off-white jacket I ordered exceeded my expectation. It was the right fit and the right color. The material was very good. I highly recommend it. The size guidelines are accurate these days; unlike the earlier days when you had to order a size bigger.

I ordered 10 different items. First time customer. The pricing is great, with some really good buys. For the price of each item, I was pleased with the quality. There were loose threads left hanging on the clothing items, but truthfully, that is to be expected on most clothing items. Even the things I sew at home have some threads that I missed trimming or loose ones I didn't see to pick off. The food chopper is great. Recommend for anyone who does much food prep. The crossbody purse left a little to be desired because the flap for the phone section was sewn on a little off center and the logo printed on it was very cheap looking. I also ordered 3 necklaces. They are beautiful. However, 1 had a broken chain that is easily fixed if you can work with tiny chains. I contacted LightInTheBox and they gave me a credit for a future order right away. The shipping was pretty much what I expected with the way the mail is running these days.

-Shirts I mentioned in my review that I followed the sizing chart and they both are way too small. Waste of money. Also I mainly placed this order to get the 3X shirt that was cancelled for a 2nd round.. Hmmmm. Disappointed when you don't receive the one item that you wanted the most and it gets cancelled a 2nd time by your company, the first time in a XXL the second time ***L.

I wish I had paid attention to the reviews beforehand. I agree, the clothes are poorly designed and made. Very low quality. I ordered a large because I am tall. They sent me a size 4 that was labelled "large" on the package. The coat was supposed to be lined. One coat was but the other was not. Very cheap and low quality. I sent them immediately as a donation to charity. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Will never order from them again. And it took a very long time to receive them.

I've made two separate orders from them - they take 5-6 weeks to arrive. I suspect the product is not made in China until the order is made & paid. The first one went to a friend and it fit. The next order was two nice shirts for my wife that are both two large. Their process for accepting a return, with me paying for the shipping to China, is absurd. They want me to take photos of my wife with the shirt on holding a measuring tape to prove the shirt is or is not within THEIR measuring guidelines. I am going to give the shirts to someone that can use them. I won't make the mistake of ordering from them again. Date of experience: February 14, 2023.

I purchased a men's sweater. The pictures looked great however the weave was very thin. The back was not like the front as it was a cheap plain fabric. Very disappointed. My own sweaters have the same weave all the way around so I expected the same. The pictures did not show the back. Overall the sweater was very lightweight. The pictures appeared to be a much heavier weave.

I never received my product or my refund. I just want my money. I will never order anything from this place or company whatever it is, you can never talk to anyone live. I don't see how people could just take your money like this doing these hard times. Horrible Business!

I have placed nearly 25 orders with LightintheBox.com over the past 6 months. The products range from fair to wonderful with the majority being good. There are a couple of items that I would have exchanged if not for a cumbersome and lengthy return process. Two items went right into the trash. But by and large, the products are good. That said, the shipping takes way too long. In today's world of instant technology, overnight shipping from the likes of Amazon and more, it is simply no longer acceptable to take 4-6 weeks for items to arrive.

XL was perfect for my size 18 and it looks awesome! Hard to find my type, small bust wide belly -Love it. I would recommend this pretty top and I will get more in different colors -hopefully they will fit the same as well!

I felt that the quality, picture shown and description were misleading in telling about the quality of the item. However, for the price given it was acceptable. Sizing may also be a factor where the clothing runs too short in the body.

The descriptions were not accurate and many products were not working. When buying jacket that needed batteries you didn’t inform us the sizes were not accurate. The gloves were too small. The phone and watch for recharging didn’t fit and wasn’t able to charge? The light didn’t work and I couldn’t use.

The Grinch bedspread that I ordered was wonderful. It completed my bedroom look. The young children in my family just loved it. I would buy another one and recommend it to everyone. The bedspread looked exactly it did on the web page.

The t-shirt is really nice. Was not expecting that nylon material but love it. The hoodie the dinosaurs are not quite clear on it. Look a bit like a shadow. Thought the material would be thicker but like it anyway. Would order from you again. Will recommend to my family and friends.

I specifically picked only items that were listed as cotton, not even a cotton/poly blend. I only wear cotton. I received the items I ordered, and half of them are polyester. I'm not at all happy. I won't be ordering from Lightinthebox again because I can't count on receiving what the description says.

Did not realize when I put in order, that you must return the item to China, not shipping origin, NYC. Cost to ship is more than the item. After many emails, I was given a reasonable, partial refund without requiring the return. I have donated the item to a charity thrift store where I volunteer, in the hope that the shirt will sell for a few dollars toward the food bank.

I've just placed my 2nd order and so far everything has been great and exactly what I expected. The site is easy to use and prices on the items sold are great. The shipping costs are reasonable. I love my coat and I use it even when I don’t need it cause it’s so comfortable. I also love the print on it. Took a bit to get to me but it was worth it for sure. I also appreciated the updates on when and where.

The products are really good quality so far I even have an order in the way at the moment but the shippers need to be reminded not to crush everything to fit into packaging. For example, my window film folded to fit box got ruined, crumpled down the middle, see picture.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!! Read all the reviews anywhere you can find them. EVERY real person that wrote a review has the same issue I had. They sent me complete junk! The items looked NOTHING like I ordered. Literally the worst quality items I have ever received and was just shocked by how they will slap a sticker on anything and send it out. It was just so shocking how awful each item was that I cannot believe they have legit positive feedback from anyone other than fake accounts they make up themselves.

My shorts the button came right off as soon as I got them out of the package. To try them on when I pulled the string. But I loved the color. They were too small and I order a large. I think it was the inside liner that made them too small for me.

I ordered 3 linen-like casual shirts for my husband. They arrived quickly and I was very happy with the quality. I had read a lot of reviews before placing my order, so I did order a size larger than what he normally wears. I was happy I did as they fit him perfectly! The quality of the material was very good, washed really well and looks so nice on him! I now have 5 more items on order and am awaiting delivery!

I unfortunately had to return the items in this order. They were just way too small. The other order I had 1 item fit me and the other 2 tops I gave to my sister to wear. I had a previous order that the items were a little too big, but I can take them in. On this order, the blue and white dress in a 5x, had very small sleeves to where I couldn’t even try the dress on! The black dress was a 6x and was tight! The blue and white polka dot dress fit me. I’m very disappointed with the two that are too small, the clothing you have is very pretty, but doesn’t do any good if you can’t wear it.

They have products that I cannot find here in the states; mainly clothes that I like, specifically graphics, and cotton, large fluffy pants that allow airflow, as well as the same style oriental shirts. That said, they offer a wide range of products. Sometimes shipping is fast, and sometimes slow. It is coming from the other side of the planet. Their customer care dept is above excellent, and they address ALL concerns within 24 hours and side with the customer always.
