It was very easy to shop from this app. Everything arrived on time. Everything was as described. I just need to check size chart. Xl in one thing can be very different in another xl. Best to check size chart. Will buy from again.

Some of the orders have been good. Some not so good. I feel that many of the pictures of products do not reflect the actual product. The material seems to be different in numerous purchases. Example: one romper identified as linen and looked like a thick fabric linen in the photo. In reality, the fabric was VERY thin. Another garment the fabric appeared light, when in fact it was a thick polyester, and did not hang or drape as the photo suggested. Tshirts are good as long as they are printed words. Some of the picture tshirts are blurred images. The dresses purchased are cute for the summer but not made well. These are not expensive garments so you get what you pay for. You can find deals too, other than clothing. I bought some charging cables that were a great buy.

These clothes are really different and flattering. I appreciate the responsiveness and attention to service from the team. I do hope shipping time will be improved someday. I wait several weeks for most orders. I will continue to be a customer because the wait time is always worth it.

Great for wider feet! Very lightweight, Velcro did not match the color of the sandal, Velcro was white. Great fit! Still gonna give it a five-star rating, Velcro color is really not that big a deal, to me for wearing around town. I wouldn’t want to wear to a formal or wedding…

Overall, I have had good experiences with using this app. To make purchases for me and other members of my household. I would recommend this site to anyone. I have gotten lots of well-made products from In the Box. I have gotten only one item out of 1 out of 12 items that was not as the material was see through.

I tried a small order, not knowing size or quality. I was impressed with quality for price. Don't be in a rush to get your order but I will be ordering again. I normally wear a 12/14 in dresses and ordered XL. They fit nicely and pack even better. I have already had compliments on one I wore yesterday!

I have ordered a few thing from this company. The prices are awesome! Most of the items I have purchased, I have been very happy with!! There have been a couple times I was very unhappy with what I received. One in particular was a shirt I purchased to wear to my son's wedding. It looked absolutely nothing like what was pictured. I was offered a "partial refund" that could only be used on certain items. I thought that was quite unfair... Other than the few "hiccups", I really do love the site & plan on shopping as long as I can!❤️

Perfect delivery, nice stuff and really nice price for what you get. Lot of choice of items. Quality of products met the requirements. Rewards points grows up quite rapidly and are easy to use. Shipping cost are good price and easy to follow.

This dress was shown under casual wear on the website but should have been under formal wear. The dress exceeded my expectations. Very elegant. The gold crochet and applique work on the bodice is very professionally done. The front of the bodice is sheer so expect to wear a strapless bra. I usually wear an extra small but the small size was the best I could get so I expected it to be a little big but it fit like a glove so I'm thinking it runs a little small. :) Good for me. The price was unbeatable and the shipping time was reasonable. Very happy with the purchase. Thank you.

Short Pants. The size ordered was correct but pants do not fit. Waist of pants is too small. I will ask for exchange to get extra large or 36 inch waist. I like the style and colors. Light in the Box prices and delivery are great.

All the clothes are great. They are great quality. I love them. They are great colors. I love the bright pink shirt it is so perfect for summer. The white cardigan is light enough to wear in the summer and still be stylish.

My initial order arrived within 10 days. Being satisfied with the quality of clothing, I ordered 7 more articles of clothing. Only 2 of the seven articles of clothing have been delivered within a 4 week period. Wanted this clothing for vacation but never arrived as yet.

This product arrived quickly, and is actually quite beautiful. The material looks and feels luxurious, elevated by a thin glittery stripe throughout the blouse. It is absolutely gorgeous in person. The only downside is that the product runs small in the bustline area! I gave my original order to my daughter and ordered one size up for myself.

I ordered these items for my family and me and we found the products to be good quality. The shipping and delivery were timely. The vendor provided up-to-date information that was accurate throughout the order/delivery process. I would order again from this website, which I have done numerous times since.

The process was easy to navigate and use. The App made it easy to track my order throughout the delivery process. When the order arrived it was exactly as described on the website and I would purchase again from this site.

Everything in this order was just perfect. All clothes fit perfectly and my experience was wonderful. Customer service is outstanding as well. I highly recommend this company and will purchase there again and again. They are reasonably priced and shipping has been quite easy.

Customer service was good. Most of the order needed to be returned because shoes did not fit. I was satisfied with the look of the items however. This is the reason for only 3 stars. Packaging could be better to prevent shoes from been ill shaped on arrival.

Some time ago, I purchased two swimsuits from LightintheBox. One fit, one did not. The one that did not fit was not "approved" for return by the company and I was offered a discount. I gave the suit to charity. Stupidly, I purchased a dress from same company. The linen was very cheap and thin, and the dress was too short and tight. It also arrived after I left for a vacation. When I returned and submitted a request to return, I was again told I was not approved for a return but could get a discount on my next purchase. I now have a credit of $.84 on a purchase of $34.27. Now I know, don't buy from LightintheBox unless you don't care about returning. If actually approved for a return, it must be sent back to China, for a postage cost of $10 to $20!! It's not worth doing business with the company. The old saying "Let the buyer beware" applies here.

I ordered items for my wife in early April. They said it would be delivered between April 22 and the 26th. No package and when I go on the site to ask the first drop box does not even work. May be cheap and affordable but they suck at customer service. No chat with a rep, no contact, and no product as of the 30th. Do not order from them.

Shipping took forever, sizes are smaller than any other online place I shop. My daughter wears a size 14 but on your site that equals a 2X, my 13-year-old granddaughter who is very tiny wears a medium women's on your site. I also think it's bogus that all the points we collect from logging in and trading in on coupons are absolutely useless on any sale items.

Everything’s been great so far. Only thing that I would like and I’m not complaining but I wish the delivery time would be faster but I understand things come from all around the world. But other than that I have no complaints.

I like the way some of the dresses look on the LightInTheBox website and bought five dresses. However, the quality of the clothing was poor. The fabric was not as it appeared. Some of the cuts were crooked and the sizing was off.

I received some items and some I haven't received that were ordered and paid for. LightInTheBox.com stepped back on what was going on with it when I told them their size guides are incorrect. They partially reimbursed me for that. They also gave a $20 credit. Also, I've bought some expensive stuff from them. I originally looked to purchase it on Amazon, but LightInTheBox.com had it for a lesser price. But that came with no instructions. I can't download an app for it. I can't set it up. It doesn't give me any information. I'm very unhappy about this because it's expensive. I am unlikely to continue using LightInTheBox.com once I use the credit.

I liked the prices on LightInTheBox. I bought watches, clothes for me, and women’s jewelry. I love the T-shirts I got there. It’s cotton and it’s cool and comfortable. The shipping was a little faster than others online. The only thing is the shipment cost is way too expensive. No matter how much you order, they don't offer you a discount or free shipping.

Ordered custom shirts in the normal 3x size I take. The fit was more like a men's medium or child's XL. I could barely get the shirt over my upper body. I held your 3x up to the other 3x's I have from other companies that fit perfectly and your 3x is 25% smaller. The 2x's I ordered won't even pull over my head. The response I got from your company was a request for exact measurements of each shirt. What kind of response us that??? I have spent a lot of money with your company and feel I should be made whole in this matter. I realize that as a custom order they cannot be returned. All I am asking is that you redo all of the shirts in the order using 5x T shirts.

The prices are getting way too high... When I started this online shopping journey I was pleased but now I barely use the app for anything. Prices are too high and you have to pay for shipping....Not with Temu .... I get quality clothes with free shipping for a fraction of the price with Temu. I would recommend you guys revisiting your prices and offer free shipping with a $10 minimum purchase and offer meaningful incentives to your loyal customers or y'all will be shutting down sooner than later. On a positive note all the clothes I've ordered from y'all have been true to size and the quality of the clothes was very good.

I took a chance and purchased an inexpensive wedding gown along with several fascinators and a couple other dresses from LightInTheBox: I’m thrilled with the gown and fascinators! While the other dresses were ok, they really were not what I was expecting from the company. That said, they were very good with the refund process and overall, I would shop here again!

I sent a poor review and Megha, the manager got right on it and refunded my money immediately. She emailed me several times and was very quick to make this right. I appreciate this service immensely. The three stars is because I feel this should have been handled this easily months ago. I advise anyone ordering to use their size chart, and read the return policy.

I love everything I have received. Beyond what I expected, the quality is good and so are the prices. I have bought all my clothes from you & 1 other outlet. I lost weight after my husband died. Thank God, you came to my aid. I tried to place an order 4-25-2023 & I suddenly have to sign in and give a password? I am 79, short term memory loss. I tried getting a new password but I don't understand this new tablet. I can't have a cellphone, no bars. Live in a "Holler".

I have only ordered twice and I have not received a full order yet. Something was cancelled on both orders. I like the products I do receive. Colors are exact and fit is good. Shipping is exactly as is stated except for non shipped items. Received a 30% discount. However the products were cancelled.

These are nice shorts, the material is lightweight, bit coarse but soft. They feel fine wearing commando. Fit was right on. Nice basketball type shorts, not particularly see thru which is what I was looking for. That said, I like the shorts and will wear them out.

The shirts are very nice and fit. They were what I thought they would be like and the shipping was right on the tracking was accurate and faster than I thought it would be. The white shirt is a little too see through.

Fascinators I ordered and received were elegant and most certainly attention grabbers. However, the white lace-look one had a broken straw (indention in the middle is broken nearly in half). The straw was not white nor was it positioned upward as indicated in the web photo. It was a natural color and it was bent downward across the white bow which was scratched on one end. (Had to repair w/ nail polish to prevent faux leather bow from peeling any further). The box was extremely smashed in upon receival. The package was most certainly mishandled during shipment. A better packaging method from the vendor can help tremendously for product protection.

Shipment delivered as promised. I did not get the right size but your company compensated me with a discount to keep the items which I accepted. I will continue to purchase from your company because it was my mistake. I like your website and will continue to buy from you.

The Mother of the Bride dress is well-tailored, but the bows are absent. Custom support is too complex. I made multiple efforts to address my concern, but to no avail. I feel cheated!!! Hopefully, this is my first and last experience with this company. Nice merchandise, bad customer support. Thanks for contacting me. I have been looking for fabric to match the dress to replace the missing bows.

Great and happy with the service and shipping was quick. Product was good and I recommend to others to come and buy from this website. And also prices are great and awesome and I’m glad I got the chance use this as an alternative from Amazon.

Although the shipping does take a random amount of time, I love the unique products available. The prices are extremely low which means I can actually afford them. The clothing is actually big enough for me which is rare because I am really tall and built very large. The only problem I have had so far is getting items that were not what I ordered because there are multiple selections of the same style in different designs. Instead of 3 different designs of the same shirt, I got 3 of the same design of the same shirt I wish I had enough money to order everything I like on the site but my wishlist is over $3500 because they have so many neat things

The dress I ordered was beautiful but was not exactly as pictured. The inserts that were sewn in the chest area also move around a lot because they are not sewn in well, and this causes them to get crooked and overlap to where you can see them behind the transparent parts of the dress fabric (see attached photo), and it looks bad and makes the dress look much lesser quality. The rest of the dress was gorgeous despite it not being just as pictured.

A couple of things I ordered were very cheaply made and wanted to send back but did not know how. And a couple did not fit. The process of getting items were good. Your tracking system is good. But the leggings I bought I could not get them on and you could see right through them

I ordered 3 items. I was satisfied with only one of the three. The blue dress was not as pictured. The colors are nothing like pictured. The size is not correct either. The dress fit tight around the shoulders. The multi-colored dress is also too small. I will have it cut down and wear it as a top. As for the long dress, it is very nice although the color was also not accurate. Color is faded, not lavender as pictured.

Came across this site and tested the waters. I ordered 2 crowns a dress and gloves for my daughter's Disney World trip. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the crowns. They are heavy like Real crowns. The dress was just as pictured and the quality is remarkable. My daughter is SUPER Happy she looks like a princess. I would highly recommend ordering from this site!!!!.

I ordered a dress for my 8 year old niece for my wedding. The reviews were good. It was the price that made me weary. It was $21. I still ordered it and the dress came and couldn’t believe somebody sold such an amazing item for such a low price. I ordered a second one for my other flower girl and some gloves. It’s were in great condition, packed well and no smell

I like the quality of the shirts, but I ordered 3 shirts and 5 in two different orders. All were medium in size. Two fit perfect and three were way too big. The two shirts that had made in China fit great the others. I would love to send back as one is regular T-shirt, but the other two have graphic designs on them

I was skeptical but the clothes are pretty much true to size. Nice quality. I'm a 1XL and these fit pretty well. Do not go by the USA sizes. Read the measurements when clicking on the size... These are more accurate

I placed an order with Light in the Box, it arrived sooner than expected. I was very pleased with everything in my order. Everything was as described in the app, colors were as shown. I would highly recommend this company! Material is great quality. Sizes were all as described in the size charts.

Items were priced great. Clothing quality seems decent. Sizes were off a bit, but not horribly or not enough to make me want to return them. Shipping times are significantly slow. Purchase was on March 23 and items arrived on April 11th, almost 3 weeks later.

I've had both good and bad experiences with this company, good experiences-products I've received that I really like and bad experiences with products being the wrong color and wrong sizes. I really like this company and I'll continue to shop with them as long as I don't keep having bad experiences with them.

I absolutely love these shirts I got for my husband. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they are a little small. Going by his usual size 2XL this is what I bought. It's a little short and a little tight in the arms. I would highly recommend buying one size larger, which is what I did on the next order lol. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

The teeshirt I bought is so soft and comfortable. I plan to buy more. While I usually worry about what size to get with clothing, what I got for great. Swimsuit coverup is better than I envisioned. Jewelry boxes are high quality.

When ordering clothes from here beware of the little words at the bottom “made to order”. You can order a standard size of clothing and it can be labeled “made to order” which means you do not get to return it. They says returns for up to seven days. It was a nightmare trying to get a return. They do not give you shipping labels. They wanted pictures of the outfit on me to show them where it was too big, like I want to go to all that trouble. I want a company that you can have confidence that if you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit you well, you can return for a full refund within a reasonable amount of days. This is not that company!!! This company is not worth the time and hassle.

You gotta check the sizing chart carefully before you order pants that you order that would normally be a large. Most of the large are 36. But if you check, some of them would come out at 33 ½ or 34. It varies on the manufacturer’s sizing. Another thing was the dress shirts, you gotta watch the chest size carefully when you order them. Because when I buy clothes here in America, I buy a large shirt. But on some of those, a large is only a 42. The dress shirt seems to run small, so I order an extra large when I buy the dress shirts. Also, it's hard to find out how to return something. LightInTheBox.com sent me one dress shirt that had French cuffs. The only problem is it’s missing a buttonhole on one cuff, so I can't hook my cufflink through. And the shipping takes a little longer than what I'm used to. But everything I've got from LightInTheBox.com has been of decent quality.

Absolutely Recommend. Easy to navigate website, great products and very decent delivery time. Everything was as it said. I ordered some cotton and linen dresses for my trip and was happy everything fit and arrived on time for my vacation. Would order again.

I really like the site for most things but recently I’ve ordered about 5-10 pairs of shorts that are grossly small based on the size chart. I have a 38” waist (US) and ordered 5x shorts. They barely went over my thighs. I guess in a way they’re too inexpensive to bother returning so I gave them to charity. From the size chart: Size Fit US Size Waist Length Hips (5XL 40 41-41¾ 22½ 48¾).

I enjoy seeing all the items LightInTheBox has to offer. I’ve order quite a few things and am totally satisfied with them all. True to size, good quality but order shoes specifically by size as they may run small.

Everything I have ordered from the site I have really liked. Even if the fit ran a little large, it still fit nice. I would recommend the company to shop with. Sometimes the wait is a bit long but it's worth the wait and I like that the products are insured in case something were to go wrong or get lost.

This was delivered within the time frame I was initially told in the order confirmation. Quality of all 4 items is very good. Sizing was accurate by going by the information provided for each item. Only one of the dresses was a bit bland compared to the picture, but a belt fixed the fit.

Like many of my orders from Light in the Box. There were a variety of items in my order. In fact this order was delivered in two packages on two different days. The shipping was fast and accurate. The order included a planter grow bag which already has my potato sets planted and waiting for growth and harvesting. A gift for a friend, which I know she will love. Shirts for my husband. And one of the most comfortable pieces of clothing I have ever tried on or owned. In its review I encouraged everyone to own it. Package still not shipped, previously ordered items came on time, this may not. Although delays are expected notifications should be given. I really shouldn't have to search my purchases to find out they won't be here in time! Other than that, my last order was perf!

The Item fit true to size, good quality and the images were exactly as they appears in pictures, ordered another one right after receiving the first one for my dad as a gift. Delivery by LightInTheBox was great with on time and tracking, very happy ordering from these guys.

I encourage other consumers to give LightInTheBox a try. My only sorta complaint was the added shipping costs per item instead of a flat fee like Amazon. Although, even with the shipping I paid $35.46 for items that otherwise would have easily cost me $50-$60 possibly more. I was pleasantly surprised about quality too. I bought a shirt, that normally would sell for $20, at a discounted rate of $4.49. The quality was good too. Last but not least shipping time was good. I've waited way longer with Amazon orders. I recommend people to try it.

Ordered customization on outfit and item did not fit. It was too big and boxy, had absolutely no shape or form of a real body shape to it. Requested a refund, had to prove it was shop error (which I did) only to be refunded a partial payment.

Like your products but do not like your return/exchange policy. We work hard for our money and other company buy for is from China also. They give back full refund and even a prepaid shipping return label. I doubt I will be ordering more from you due to this. Your items DO NOT fit like United States sizing!!!!

Some items are very poor quality, fabric is very thin. Some pictures do not represent correctly what the items actually look like. Sizes are not true to average sizes - you never know what you’re going to get. Delay in processing- I still do not have my order.

Fit great- great price but too many added fees and too high shipping fees. It’s a men’s t-shirt that said, “I fix things and know things”- looks great on him and he likes it too. It's dark blue and gold trim, looks nice.

I ordered Women Formal Party Dress swing dress for myself. It came so fast and really love the dress because it fits well, the length is my exact length, and it has an excellent quality. I love this sweater! It is very well made, soft, and surprisingly, at one-size, a very nice fit. I usually have a hard time finding clothes that fit, as I am both very small and petite. The sweater is a lovely Irish green, and there are 4 other color choices. I was so pleased with the sweater, that I ordered another in a tan color. I am even thinking about buying the white and the pink sweaters, as well! I also bought Women's Crop Baggy Black Pants, and I am also pleased with how they fit. They are comfortable and believe it or not ...I don't need to hem them! They are nice to just lounge in, or, to even dress up to go out, or wear to work.

I have always been satisfied with the items that I have ordered in the past. Currently I'm waiting for another shipment to come in. I did order some leggings that did not look anything like the picture. They were not of good quality and I found myself very disappointed. I was reimbursed for them. Customer service was very good. I currently have a cart full of items that I'm not going to order because I am not willing to pay the shipping fee is outrageous. I do believe it should be standard rate and not $20. Overall I am very satisfied with the service.

I ordered three shirts and one bundle of socks. The socks came with one of the shirts and two shirts came in single bags each. Which came to three bags and that is missing one. That would be the blue shirt, the one missing.

The prices are great but delivery is a little slow. In the clothing area, their pants and shorts fit great, but in the shirt department they are lacking. They don't run true to size and are cheaply made. I'll try them again and hope it improves.

I love it! Perfect fit and feels so nice. I picked this dress for my wedding in my backyard this July. My daughters thought this would be the ideal dress to marry their father. You have a great abundance of the most beautiful white dresses that are casual, but will stand out!

The watch air pump is a great feature. Some features was not compatible with my device. The customer service representative was great in helping with my transaction. I also purchased Bluetooth ear buds which are great. The only issue I have is with the shipping. No options to expedite.

I purchased 3 dresses in two different sizes. The bigger size did not fit/too tight. The smaller sizes fit. The material was cheap and so was the construction. When I attempted to return just the one item I got no response. You have to use their website to write up a ticket and wait up to 48 hours for a response (never came). There is no customer service number available. The ticket stated I could send the item back to someplace in Asia at my own expense ($10-40). I did pay with Paypal and could file a complaint with them because they back up any purchases made with them. Still waiting another day to see what happens.

This coat was on backorder and I had emailed LITB to cancel it. They asked me to please be patient and that it would be worth it to keep the order open. They were not wrong. When I got it, I was so pleasantly surprised at how lightweight, soft and warm that it was! It was truly worth the wait. LightInTheBox has always dealt fairly with me. I have to be sure that I refer to the Size Chart for clothing. Also, it takes almost a month to receive merchandise from them because it's in China. Also because of that, items under $10 are usually not worth returning due to shipping fees to get the package back to them, so I recommend that you place your orders carefully and read all the descriptions carefully.

I ordered a dress that turned out to be very badly made with cheap fabric. I stupidly decided to give them another chance and ordered a blouse. Again, really cheaply made and didn't hang at all the way it did on the model. But the worst thing is their return policy. They expect me to pay to ship to Asia at a cost that exceeds the item. Or they will give me a 10% refund. Terrible service! Awful products!

These people fell victim to a bunch of circumstances beyond their control and to be completely honest I am completely happy with the way they handled the whole situation. I consider this case resolved and I will continue to purchase from them. 5 Stars.

Excellent customer service and great site. I really enjoy buying clothes from your site although I would like additional plus size items. It seems that there are more regular size and less plus size. Other than that I really enjoy your site.

I ordered a large size winter jacket. It actually was a small light summer jacket. The lining was not properly fastened. When returning it, I paid the shipping back to China, and wait for a refund. Do not believe the picture or the company.

LightInTheBox was a pretty good experience for me. I bought tee shirts for my first purchase and kept it under $50. I was very happy with the quality of the shirts I ordered. I like the prices and it doesn't take long to get items. I just bought three suits and they were really nice although the fabric on one of them wasn't so good. Also, their sizes aren't exactly American sizes. I ordered the extra large and that didn't fit me. It fit my daughter who was a small. Their sizes could be more geared toward American women if the person is ordering from the United States.

This order contained 3 dresses. I was satisfied with 2 of the 3. One was a size small but way too big for me. I did use the size chart listed by the dress. I wanted to return the dress. Sadly it would cost $70 to return the dress to China. I am hoping I get the 50% off coupon but I haven’t seen it added to my account. Also the processing takes a long time. It took a month for me to receive the dresses.

First, I would like to say the products are good for the money. The problem is the return policy. Clothing size is not consistent so I ran into problems with some of my purchase not fitting properly for the size. When I attempted to return, I was given 3 options: (1) to exchange for different size, return to China at my own which the website said would be expensive; (2) get a 50% credit to use for another purchase, could keep the wrong size; or (3) get a 30% refund and keep the clothes. None of these options are consumer friendly. I will not shop there again.

After previously giving this company a 1-star review for quality and return, they followed up with me and offered additional credit to my credit card to cover (expensive) return shipping costs from US to China. What I can say in their behalf, in addition to the previously positive comments about timeliness of delivery and return to and from China, and response to email questions, is that the customer service is very good - quick response times (given they are across the world from the US!) and eagerness to work with the customer.

They do not provide a phone number, all discussions must be by email, for those of us used to speaking to someone on the phone this is a little offputting. However, again they do reply via email. That being said, I still stand by original comments that quality of clothing I received was poor and I am guessing clothes models wore online were photoshopped. If you are not buying clothing I assume this is a much better gamble, as prices are very cheap.

I personally would have/could have paid more for better quality clothes (I have plenty of great quality clothes made in China but more expensive), I assume for some they don't have this option and so it is nice to have these inexpensive clothes available.

I ordered 4 items and paid for them only to find out several days later that they had cancelled 1 of my items. 2. It took over a week and only 1 of the other 3 items arrived. 3. It has now been 15 days and I still have yet to receive the other 2. I was sent an email saying the rest of my order would arrive that day. It DID NOT ARRIVE. But the color was not silver grey as expected, but a kind of taupe that I can't wear. I chose the size according to the measurements chart, but the bust area was tight, though. I wanted to return the dress, but they gave me another option, to keep the dress and be reimbursed 60% of what I paid for the dress or receive 70% of the value in store credit. I have placed numerous orders. I like most things. A few pieces do not match the pictures online. I however do not like your return policy. For that reason, I do not purchase some items. Needless to say I was very disappointed and shocked when I finally received the order because the pants looked nothing like the picture that I had seen online. Timing of arrival was good, even a lil better than expected. Some of the shirts were beautifully made and mostly fit to size. My biggest recommendation would be to steer away from the polyester blends if possible. They seem to be erratic in size and the quality just is not the same as the cotton blends. I received 1 shirt in particular (a medium) that could fit a giant and the colors didnt match the description. That was 1 out of 6 pieces so I can't complain for the cost.

I really like the quality of the clothing on this site, however, each item I bought did not fit. So I bought it again in a larger size which did not fit. I have awards that I cannot use and have lost money on products that are not my size.
