    Like many of my orders from Light in the Box. There were a variety of items in my order. In fact this order was delivered in two packages on two different days. The shipping was fast and accurate. The order included a planter grow bag which already has my potato sets planted and waiting for growth and harvesting.     I encourage other consumers to give LightInTheBox a try. My only sorta complaint was the added shipping costs per item instead of a flat fee like Amazon. Although, even with the shipping I paid $35.46 for items that otherwise would have easily cost me $50-$60 possibly more. I was pleasantly surprised about quality too. I bought a shirt, that normally would sell for $20, at a discounted rate of $4.49. The quality was good too. Last but not least shipping time was good. I've waited way longer with Amazon orders. I recommend people to try it.

    I love this sweater! It is very well made, soft, and surprisingly, at one-size, a very nice fit. I usually have a hard time finding clothes that fit, as I am both very small and petite. The sweater is a lovely Irish green, and there are 4 other color choices. I was so pleased with the sweater, that I ordered another in a tan color. I am even thinking about buying the white and the pink sweaters, as well! I also bought Women's Crop Baggy Black Pants, and I am also pleased with how they fit. They are comfortable and believe it or not ...I don't need to hem them! They are nice to just lounge in, or, to even dress up to go out, or wear to work.

    I usually have a hard time with sizing. Many of Light In The Box clothing is too large for me. That has been a complaint for me in the past.     I have always been satisfied with the items that I have ordered in the past. Currently I'm waiting for another shipment to come in. I did order some leggings that did not look anything like the picture. They were not of good quality and I found myself very disappointed. I was reimbursed for them. Customer service was very good.     I purchased 3 dresses in two different sizes. The bigger size did not fit/too tight. The smaller sizes fit. The material was cheap and so was the construction. When I attempted to return just the one item I got no response. You have to use their website to write up a ticket and wait up to 48 hours for a response (never came). There is no customer service number available. The ticket stated I could send the item back to someplace in Asia at my own expense ($10-40). I did pay with Paypal and could file a complaint with them because they back up any purchases made with them. Still waiting another day to see what happens.

    This coat was on backorder and I had emailed LITB to cancel it. They asked me to please be patient and that it would be worth it to keep the order open. They were not wrong. When I got it, I was so pleasantly surprised at how lightweight, soft and warm that it was! It was truly worth the wait. LightInTheBox has always dealt fairly with me. I have to be sure that I refer to the Size Chart for clothing. Also, it takes almost a month to receive merchandise from them because it's in China. Also because of that, items under $10 are usually not worth returning due to shipping fees to get the package back to them, so I recommend that you place your orders carefully and read all the descriptions carefully.

    I ordered a dress that turned out to be very badly made with cheap fabric. I stupidly decided to give them another chance and ordered a blouse. Again, really cheaply made and didn't hang at all the way it did on the model. But the worst thing is their return policy. They expect me to pay to ship to Asia at a cost that exceeds the item. Or they will give me a 10% refund. Terrible service! Awful products!

    I placed an order on April 8/2023. On the 16th I reached out to support to find out why it was taking so long to package my order. MELINA responded saying that 1 of the 2 pair of shorts I ordered was out of stock and she asked if I wanted to wait an additional 10-15 days for the product to be restocked or a refund. I chose the refund and now she says my order will be shipped later on next week despite offering me a refund. I sent several messages to her only to have no response. I sent her numerous messages stating that I want the refund and she ignores me. I am filing a complaint to the BBB...The FTC...and the SEC as well as here. I will also be leaving a review on Google. I can't believe her ignorance. Most people would consider this to be shoddy business practices if not worse.

    I have ordered 13 items in the order # **. Out of these 13, only 3 items are close to their description. The other 10 items are not as per the description.

    1. The pictures you post for most of the products are grossly inadequate. For example; in this order, I have ordered 4 shirts. There is only picture for each of them, that to sideways.

    2. The main issue (which affects a seller's credibility) is the products are not as they were described as far as measurements are concerned. Although I have ordered as per the measurements, the delivered products were not as described. I had already sent the images with measurements and the description. Same issue with pants. The two pants that I had ordered said in the description as US 33 (which is my size). When they were delivered, they were way smaller. I still have all the shirts and pants in the packet.

    3. In another order # **, I had ordered 3 shirts and 2 jackets. Same issue: one picture and inaccurate product description. One of the shirts is: Clock 3D print long sleeves. The one ordered was with black buttons and a particular design. But, the one delivered was with white buttons and a different design. This is cheating. The picture does not show the backside of the shirt. It has all black color. And the Winter Jacket (White) has totally different buttons and design than the one ordered.

    It is very simple: Just provide more pictures. Make your suppliers provide accurate description. And stick to the description. Your refund system is very inconvenient. You should make the supplier responsible for inaccuracies. I have all these items in the packs. I had already provided images for each product.

    Once in a while, I shop with LightInTheBox. I ordered from them in the past and everything was good. Their website is easy to navigate and I like shopping with them. I like the prices and it doesn't take long to get items. I just bought three suits and they were really nice although the fabric on one of them wasn't so good. Also, their sizes aren't exactly American sizes. I ordered the extra large and that didn't fit me. It fit my daughter who was a small. Their sizes could be more geared toward American women if the person is ordering from the United States.

    Another thing is their return policy. They don't have a return slip if you need to return something. What they do is they offer you to keep the item and they return 10% of the cost to you. If you don't have anybody to give the item to, you're stuck with the item or you'll pay up to $40 to send it back. If it wasn't for this return policy that they have, I probably would order from them all the time.

    First, I would like to say the products are good for the money. The problem is the return policy. Clothing size is not consistent so I ran into problems with some of my purchase not fitting properly for the size. When I attempted to return, I was given 3 options: (1) to exchange for different size, return to China at my own which the website said would be expensive; (2) get a 50% credit to use for another purchase, could keep the wrong size; or (3) get a 30% refund and keep the clothes. None of these options are consumer friendly. I will not shop there again.

    After previously giving this company a 1-star review for quality and return, they followed up with me and offered additional credit to my credit card to cover (expensive) return shipping costs from US to China. What I can say in their behalf, in addition to the previously positive comments about timeliness of delivery and return to and from China, and response to email questions, is that the customer service is very good - quick response times (given they are across the world from the US!) and eagerness to work with the customer.

    They do not provide a phone number, all discussions must be by email, for those of us used to speaking to someone on the phone this is a little offputting. However, again they do reply via email. That being said, I still stand by original comments that quality of clothing I received was poor and I am guessing clothes models wore online were photoshopped. If you are not buying clothing I assume this is a much better gamble, as prices are very cheap.

    I personally would have/could have paid more for better quality clothes (I have plenty of great quality clothes made in China but more expensive), I assume for some they don't have this option and so it is nice to have these inexpensive clothes available.

    This is a real company. I purchased clothing, it was super cheap and I had doubts about the quality but took a chance. It came from China, delivery was quick, so that was good. Quality did turn out to be very poor, sizing was way too big and I assume the photos online were photoshopped to make them look appealing. Return policy: there is a pretense that they will send you a return shipping label, but then they say sorry, it's not available, and make you pay for return (about $28.00 from the States).

    Given that the clothes were so cheap to begin with it makes sense, but we have been spoiled by free return policies for many companies and of course you pay a premium to pay for returns to go to China. Return was relatively quick and the address they send you for return was correct. After they receive the return the default is for you to get a store credit! and you have to write and clarify if you want credit back to your credit card. Once you do that the credit back to the card was quick. Communication is by email only but they do reply quickly (although not super clear as I assume English is a 2nd language). All in all I would not recommend for clothing or if you think there's any chance you'd want to return, but you might want to take a chance.

    I ordered a light grey chiffon dress with an embroidered top and flowy skirt. The dress I received was very pretty, good quality fabric, and beautiful embroidery. But the color was not silver grey as expected, but a kind of taupe that I can't wear. I chose the size according to the measurements chart, but the bust area was tight, though. I wanted to return the dress, but they gave me another option, to keep the dress and be reimbursed 60% of what I paid for the dress or receive 70% of the value in store credit.     I ordered also a pair of linen pants. The size was good, the fabric is kind of rustic but soft and I like it, even though I'm sure it's a blend not pure linen. But the waist wasn't showing so I didn't know what to expect; it turned out to be elastic all the way around, which is not very becoming on me, but it's not bad in this case.

They actually looked like women's blouses. They say no questions asked to return for refund. They asked so many questions plus had to have pictures of the product sent to them. The package was delivered from N.J. But to return you had to send it to China which wasn't worth the cost of the product. Our order came to 41.00 and we were refunded 12.00.     Ordered a pair of pants based on an online advertisement. Needless to say I was very disappointed and shocked when I finally received the order because the pants looked nothing like the picture that I had seen online. The advertised picture showed a beautiful pair of what seemed to be linen pants with intricate flower artwork down one pant leg. What I received was a cheap looking, see thru pair of very small pants that had no flower artwork on either leg! I was so disgusted with what I saw and immediately placed the pants in the trash.     Overall I'm very happy with my over order and purchases. A few items did arrive not as described, I have contacted the company to work on either in exchange or a refund for the three items that are not what was advertised. One piece the two colors of fabric do not match and they are supposed to, the other is not in the fabric it was supposed to be in. But all in all between the four orders I placed things are very well. I will definitely be ordering again.

    Sizing is not accurate. Every garment comes with different sizing despite reviewing the size instructions. Nothing fits properly except 2 things. And I ordered a lot. Shipping costs are high. Too much risk.

    I originally contacted you about a second order that I had made. I did not see how to use coupons. I thought that I would have the opportunity to use the coupons, however all of a sudden the purchase was made. I tried to cancel the order immediately. I contacted customer service and was told that I had to wait until the returns dept. got with me. In the meantime, my payment went through... although I could not get the refund info form about 3 days. In the meantime I tried to return 2 dresses that I purchased.

    2 of the dresses were not the same quality as items that I have purchased. one was about 4 sizes too large and the other was too transparent and did not look like the picture. I was informed that I could get a 10% credit if I kept them; which I did not like. Then your return policy discourages any returns by cautioning you that it may cost up to $40 return postage and I would not get full refund. I seems like you are only interested in a one time sale and not retaining customers. I had recommended your company to friends, but contacted them and warned them of your practices.

    Also order #**. If I could return all of this without it costing me a fortune I would. First most of what I ordered was Large. They all fit differently. Some are very large some made for someone very tiny. They are made of cheap thin polyester. Out of all the pieces I ordered (13). There are only 2 that I can wear. The leggings/tights came to mid calf instead of the ankle. The colours are different than shown online. (red turned out to be fuchsia) The sweater I ordered is an extra large and fits like a small. I have had to give away almost all of it. I spent upwards of $150 and it was almost all wasted. I am deleting the app from my phone. I guess you get what you pay for. It just shows that you cannot believe the reviews. I wonder who wrote them.

    Clothing I love that look and feel good with very good prices but:

    1. Returning ridiculous. You have to mail it to China which costs more than your garment, so it is effectively no returns. This limits my purchases.
    2. Sizing is absurd. It bears no relationship to any actual sizes. You have to rely on measurements which aren't always accurate.
    3. Search is inefficient giving you endless meaningless hits. You have to be very determined.
    4. It is very hard to reach customer service if there is a problem.

    5. They send too many emails and flood your box.

    Timing of arrival was good, even a lil better than expected. Some of the shirts were beautifully made and mostly fit to size. My biggest recommendation would be to steer away from the polyester blends if possible. They seem to be erratic in size and the quality just is not the same as the cotton blends.     I bought 3 clothing items and two of them were not as advertised. One item was listed as a linen blend, but it was 100% polyester and felt really slippery and plastic. The other was at least 2 sizes smaller than it should have been. When I tried to return them, it took many, many emails and weeks of effort to get an appropriate response. At one point, LightInTheBox.com just stopped communicating with me, it was only after I sent several more emails insisting that I have a right to return items that are not as advertised that I finally got my refund. It should never be that hard to get customer service to do their jobs.

    I had purchased a white laced, long-sleeve blouse from Light In the Box.com over a week ago. I was shocked to note that the item was pre-worn. By the way it was crumpled in the plastic food-package! The way it was sent was obvious enough. First, the blouse was not fully buttoned at all. Another obvious fault was that there wasn’t an inside material tag, attached to the garment itself, which by law, according to the FTC, “Federal law requires most textiles and wool products list fiber content, country-of-origin and the identity of the manufacturer…” It appears that maybe the customer cut this tag out and wore this shirt perhaps to an event then decided to give it back! There was also what appeared to be makeup on the cuff of the two sleeves. I already washed it but I am very, very disappointed with this type of sleazy "customer service." I now question all of their items. Pathetic.

    I've placed over 28 orders with "Light in the box" and purchased more than $1,166.22 US currency for the worth of the products or items, plus cost, and transaction fees. I might as well should have torn my money and thrown it away in the trash, for everything I bought was a total disappointment. The jewelry and watches were fake and plastic and poor quality. It was nothing like the photos. The shoes were of poor quality, too tight for the size in 10 US measurement. Did not fit, they hurt. The turtleneck sweaters were too small for an XXL size and did not fit.

    The jackets were too small for size XXL. Two of the jackets of several were described as flannel jacket, but what I received was shiny polyester fabric, not flannel as the description indicated. I feel I have no recourse since the cost of shipment to return the items is going to cost me the same that I paid for all worthless items I received from "Light in the box".

    Pants too small for the size as described, and of poor-quality material. Most everything is gaudy and cheap. Never I again will I buy from "Light in the box". What a waste of my hard-earned money. I feel duped. I am a sucker for buying so much useless crap. I cannot even return the items. In order to return the items, I have to pay a shipping cost, which is the same the amount I paid for the total cost of the whole items in the first place. It is not economically feasible to do so. Not worth the added expense. Please rectify my dissatisfaction. Perhaps the co. can waive the shipping costs to return the items or give me a full credit.

    If you look at my order you can see I ordered 10 items. 2 of them fit them other 8 are too small. I sent those 8 orders back to you and have heard no response if you received it or not.     The seat was as in the picture and hopefully is useful in enabling me to use my bicycle, since the ''standard'' seat irritates my prostate. The irritation stopped after I stopped cycling. However the angle of the seat is not good, so I need a base that would allow the seat to nosedive, i.e. the front should go towards the ground to allow me to extend my legs easily. I found this AFTER I tried the seat. You could have suggested it when I was looking for this seat.     I innocently ordered a dress online with this company in the normal US size 12. First it took a long time to arrive. Then when I tried it on, it was so small it wouldn't even fit over my hips. So I went online to fill out the return slip and they denied it - said it was "made to order" and it was a final sale. NOWHERE DID IT SAY THIS IN THE ORIGINAL ORDER. COMPLETE RIP OFF.
