This was delivered within the time frame I was initially told in the order confirmation. Quality of all 4 items is very good. Sizing was accurate by going by the information provided for each item. Only one of the dresses was a bit bland compared to the picture, but a belt fixed the fit.

Like many of my orders from Light in the Box. There were a variety of items in my order. In fact this order was delivered in two packages on two different days. The shipping was fast and accurate. The order included a planter grow bag which already has my potato sets planted and waiting for growth and harvesting. A gift for a friend, which I know she will love. Shirts for my husband. And one of the most comfortable pieces of clothing I have ever tried on or owned. In its review I encouraged everyone to own it. In this review I am encouraging everyone to definitely check out Light in the Box! There is something here for everyone. You wouldn’t be disappointed by their selection. Enjoy!

Package still not shipped, previously ordered items came on time, this may not. Although delays are expected notifications should be given. I really shouldn't have to search my purchases to find out they won't be here in time! Other than that, my last order was perf!

The Item fit true to size, good quality and the images were exactly as they appears in pictures, ordered another one right after receiving the first one for my dad as a gift. Delivery by LightInTheBox was great with on time and tracking, very happy ordering from these guys.

I encourage other consumers to give LightInTheBox a try. My only sorta complaint was the added shipping costs per item instead of a flat fee like Amazon. Although, even with the shipping I paid $35.46 for items that otherwise would have easily cost me $50-$60 possibly more. I was pleasantly surprised about quality too. I bought a shirt, that normally would sell for $20, at a discounted rate of $4.49. The quality was good too. Last but not least shipping time was good. I've waited way longer with Amazon orders. I recommend people to try it.

Ordered customization on outfit and item did not fit. It was too big and boxy, had absolutely no shape or form of a real body shape to it. Requested a refund, had to prove it was shop error (which I did) only to be refunded a partial payment.

Like your products but do not like your return/exchange policy. We work hard for our money and other company buy for is from China also. They give back full refund and even a prepaid shipping return label. I doubt I will be ordering more from you due to this. Your items DO NOT fit like United States sizing!!!!

Some items are very poor quality, fabric is very thin. Some pictures do not represent correctly what the items actually look like. Sizes are not true to average sizes - you never know what you’re going to get. Delay in processing- I still do not have my order.

Fit great- great price but too many added fees and too high shipping fees. It’s a men’s t-shirt that said, “I fix things and know things”- looks great on him and he likes it too. It's dark blue and gold trim, looks nice.

I ordered Women Formal Party Dress swing dress for myself. It came so fast and really love the dress because it fits well, the length is my exact length, and it has an excellent quality. I am so happy about the dress. I give you all 5 stars. You’re all doing an amazing job. I also love the second dress I ordered for my sis. The Women’s swing knee dress. It fits her so well and she really loves the texture and color. I ordered kids' Girls Dress for my daughter. It’s so beautiful on her. She loves how soft and cool it is on her. I love this sweater! It is very well made, soft, and surprisingly, at one-size, a very nice fit. I usually have a hard time finding clothes that fit, as I am both very small and petite. The sweater is a lovely Irish green, and there are 4 other color choices. I was so pleased with the sweater, that I ordered another in a tan color. I am even thinking about buying the white and the pink sweaters, as well! I also bought Women's Crop Baggy Black Pants, and I am also pleased with how they fit. They are comfortable and believe it or not ...I don't need to hem them! They are nice to just lounge in, or, to even dress up to go out, or wear to work.

I have always been satisfied with the items that I have ordered in the past. Currently I'm waiting for another shipment to come in. I did order some leggings that did not look anything like the picture. They were not of good quality and I found myself very disappointed. I was reimbursed for them. Customer service was very good. I currently have a cart full of items that I'm not going to order because I am not willing to pay the shipping fee is outrageous. I do believe it should be standard rate and not $20. Overall I am very satisfied with the service.

I ordered three shirts and one bundle of socks. The socks came with one of the shirts and two shirts came in single bags each. Which came to three bags and that is missing one. That would be the blue shirt, the one missing.

The prices are great but delivery is a little slow. In the clothing area, their pants and shorts fit great, but in the shirt department they are lacking. They don't run true to size and are cheaply made. I'll try them again and hope it improves.

I love it! Perfect fit and feels so nice. I picked this dress for my wedding in my backyard this July. My daughters thought this would be the ideal dress to marry their father. You have a great abundance of the most beautiful white dresses that are casual, but will stand out!

The watch air pump is a great feature. Some features was not compatible with my device. The customer service representative was great in helping with my transaction. I also purchased Bluetooth ear buds which are great. The only issue I have is with the shipping. No options to expedite.

I purchased 3 dresses in two different sizes. The bigger size did not fit/too tight. The smaller sizes fit. The material was cheap and so was the construction. When I attempted to return just the one item I got no response. You have to use their website to write up a ticket and wait up to 48 hours for a response (never came). There is no customer service number available. The ticket stated I could send the item back to someplace in Asia at my own expense ($10-40). I did pay with Paypal and could file a complaint with them because they back up any purchases made with them. Still waiting another day to see what happens.

This coat was on backorder and I had emailed LITB to cancel it. They asked me to please be patient and that it would be worth it to keep the order open. They were not wrong. When I got it, I was so pleasantly surprised at how lightweight, soft and warm that it was! It was truly worth the wait. LightInTheBox has always dealt fairly with me. I have to be sure that I refer to the Size Chart for clothing. Also, it takes almost a month to receive merchandise from them because it's in China. Also because of that, items under $10 are usually not worth returning due to shipping fees to get the package back to them, so I recommend that you place your orders carefully and read all the descriptions carefully.

I ordered a dress that turned out to be very badly made with cheap fabric. I stupidly decided to give them another chance and ordered a blouse. Again, really cheaply made and didn't hang at all the way it did on the model. But the worst thing is their return policy. They expect me to pay to ship to Asia at a cost that exceeds the item. Or they will give me a 10% refund. Terrible service! Awful products!

These people fell victim to a bunch of circumstances beyond their control and to be completely honest I am completely happy with the way they handled the whole situation. I consider this case resolved and I will continue to purchase from them. 5 Stars.

Excellent customer service and great site. I really enjoy buying clothes from your site although I would like additional plus size items. It seems that there are more regular size and less plus size. Other than that I really enjoy your site.

I ordered a large size winter jacket. It actually was a small light summer jacket. The lining was not properly fastened. When returning it, I paid the shipping back to China, and wait for a refund. Do not believe the picture or the company.

LightInTheBox was a pretty good experience for me. I bought tee shirts for my first purchase and kept it under $50. I was very happy with the quality of the shirts I ordered. You can manage free shipping by using your points. I would recommend reading reviews on each item if it is clothing, some items run a little small. I do recommend Light in the box!

Things have had went well and went according to scheduling. The prices some need to be searched out but they are very very fair. I think this can help my wife and I share some sales with others and maybe be profitable and recommended by using items gained from Light In The Box. I thank you for the service I received.

Dress was small, but cute. I will be ordering a size up since I did like the dress, it was just a bit small for me. I definitely recommend checking your size by inches and not by the sizes (L, M, S, etc) that is given from the site to avoid size problems.

I have ordered 13 items in the order # **. Out of these 13, only 3 items are close to their description. The other 10 items are not as per the description.

You can get almost anything!! The prices are great, but even lower in the app! I have purchased many shirts from them. The colors are bright and vivid, I always get compliments on them!! Only advice is make sure you pay attention to each product's size charts before ordering. Once in a while, I shop with LightInTheBox. I ordered from them in the past and everything was good. Their website is easy to navigate and I like shopping with them. I like the prices and it doesn't take long to get items. I just bought three suits and they were really nice although the fabric on one of them wasn't so good. Also, their sizes aren't exactly American sizes. I ordered the extra large and that didn't fit me. It fit my daughter who was a small. Their sizes could be more geared toward American women if the person is ordering from the United States.

This order contained 3 dresses. I was satisfied with 2 of the 3. One was a size small but way too big for me. I did use the size chart listed by the dress. I wanted to return the dress. Sadly it would cost $70 to return the dress to China. I am hoping I get the 50% off coupon but I haven’t seen it added to my account. Also the processing takes a long time. It took a month for me to receive the dresses.

First, I would like to say the products are good for the money. The problem is the return policy. Clothing size is not consistent so I ran into problems with some of my purchase not fitting properly for the size. When I attempted to return, I was given 3 options: (1) to exchange for different size, return to China at my own which the website said would be expensive; (2) get a 50% credit to use for another purchase, could keep the wrong size; or (3) get a 30% refund and keep the clothes. None of these options are consumer friendly. I will not shop there again.

The shoes were perfect, even better than the pictures! They fit perfectly, and are so beautiful! Even the ankle strings were just right! I’m so glad I found this site and those shoes! I can’t wait to wear them on my wedding day!

All the products I ordered arrived on time and were of good quality. I did have a problem with one of the shirts as it arrived with a hole in it. After a exchange of photos to show the damage customer service took very good care of me and offered me a full refund. All I can say is great customer service.

After previously giving this company a 1-star review for quality and return, they followed up with me and offered additional credit to my credit card to cover (expensive) return shipping costs from US to China. What I can say in their behalf, in addition to the previously positive comments about timeliness of delivery and return to and from China, and response to email questions, is that the customer service is very good - quick response times (given they are across the world from the US!) and eagerness to work with the customer.

They do not provide a phone number, all discussions must be by email, for those of us used to speaking to someone on the phone this is a little offputting. However, again they do reply via email. That being said, I still stand by original comments that quality of clothing I received was poor and I am guessing clothes models wore online were photoshopped. If you are not buying clothing I assume this is a much better gamble, as prices are very cheap.

I personally would have/could have paid more for better quality clothes (I have plenty of great quality clothes made in China but more expensive), I assume for some they don't have this option and so it is nice to have these inexpensive clothes available.

Unfortunately, I had to return this dress but the customer service was wonderful and they were really kind and easy to work with. I ordered another dress and I am waiting on it now. The quality of the first dress was really nice.

I ordered 11 items in plenty of time for the original estimated delivery time. I ordered 3/27/23 and the last tracking update said "leaving warehouse" 4/6/23 and that's where it has stopped. It will probably not get here by the needed date of 4/15/23. I previously ordered a dress, no problem. So much for being a "Gold" member.

The shirt is soft and nice. I ordered my size which the fit was accurate. I plan on purchasing more but waited to see how the fit was with one item vs. multiple items. Shipping is from China but it is relatively fast and they keep you updated on the items purchased and ETA for delivery.

I bought a dress as per your guidance but still super small. However I contact customer service and they honored 50% of the value of my dress and between the value of the dress plus shipping cost and other charges doesn’t cover exactly the all amount that I spend for the dress.

I came across LightInTheBox app and after I explored the site, I really enjoyed it. I placed my 1st order and it all went downhill from there. 1. I ordered 4 items and paid for them only to find out several days later that they had cancelled 1 of my items. 2. It took over a week and only 1 of the other 3 items arrived. 3. It has now been 15 days and I still have yet to receive the other 2. I was sent an email saying the rest of my order would arrive that day. It DID NOT ARRIVE. I’m still waiting for the rest of my order.

I can’t be more than grateful than shopping at this place. Never had issues since shopping here. I will always shop here and continue to recommend others to this store too. Customer service is great and always get my goods in time.

The company took the time to stop my shipment and change sizes on a shirt I wanted really bad. They changed from a 4XL to a 5XL for me, with no problems. They were very polite and curious, I really appreciate all the help. Grade A+.

I ordered two bed runners, and they were like $50 each. One came as pillowcases, and the other was described wrong in the description. A lot darker. I tried to return it immediately and they told me I’d have to pay for the shipping. Way Way way too hard to return anything and it should not be that way. Very aggravated!!

I bought 6 dancing skirts and tops, most of them are great. I am happy with this first time purchasing on this website. I had very good experience even some of them are not perfect because they are not so well made, losing color or not good material but good designed.

I ordered a light grey chiffon dress with an embroidered top and flowy skirt. The dress I received was very pretty, good quality fabric, and beautiful embroidery. But the color was not silver grey as expected, but a kind of taupe that I can't wear. I chose the size according to the measurements chart, but the bust area was tight, though. I wanted to return the dress, but they gave me another option, to keep the dress and be reimbursed 60% of what I paid for the dress or receive 70% of the value in store credit. I think that's how it works. I'll pick one and give away the dress. Let's see how that works out.

The quality of products is amazing for the price. Of course, waiting a long period of time for some of the products can be frustrating. It's always worth the wait! Always refer to the how the clothing item is sized, from previous consumers. This is a great help in getting the correct size and not having to return items.

I am satisfied with the shirts and caps I've received from Light In The Box. It's just the shorts and sweats were not the size I ordered. Other than that I am still going to order more from light in the box.

Each item I ordered was as described and very affordable great pricing for a wardrobe refresh - I was happy to see that the sizing was also right on target -- It is often hard to find plus size clothing that is true to size.

The return/reimbursement issue was resolved after supervisor was involved into this case. We received partial reimbursement - LightInTheBox kept "insurance fee".

LightintheBox offers clothing and jewelry (among countless other products) at very affordable prices, and at all levels of casual-to-fancy. Great selection, and pieces that are often unexpected but perfect for the occasion. The only downsides are expensive shipping (though using the App fixes that problem) and lengthy delivery times.

The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was easy to complete. The images of the products are a high quality and represent the items received. I like the email with the tracking number to tell me the status of my order.

The items I received were absolutely amazing! I felt like a princess wearing everything! The dress was a perfect fit, the earrings were a great compliment to the dress plus the hair clip added just the right amount of sparkle to the ensemble!

I ordered a medium because all the reviews said to order a size larger but in the end small was really the way for me to go. Good quality merchandise, on time delivery. Most times the product comes early, have to be careful with the sizes. Some items do run small. Good variety of up to date styles. A better quality of sizes more adequate to US sizes would be great.

I wear XL and the XL for Light in the Box was the same. All but one dress fit perfect. The other dress was a L. The tops I ordered were the same, XL true to fit. One top said 3 X and is way too big!!!

The shipping speed surprised me, but the items have been half and half. My son's shoes were wonderful, but the ones I ordered for my daughter were a cheap quality. Then I ordered a dress for my daughter that's super cute, but the dresses I bought for me and my mom to match for Easter were definitely NOT the right sizes!! They are small enough to fit my 4-year-old!! Shipping costs are pretty high too.

This is the second order that an item was missing from order. I am very happy with the dresses I received. They are just what I expected. I was looking for light summer house dresses and they fit the bill. The bath mat is completely worthless. The color is nice but it does not absorb water at all and leaves the floor wet, I suppose for the price one should expect this. The missing item was a storage bag.

I have ordered several times and once you figure out the sizing you're golden. I think l have 3 outstanding orders right now. I've also ordered wall art and car related items. I have not been disappointed with anything except maybe a couple sizing issues which were my fault. I didn't return anything because I was able to sell them to friends that usually covered my whole order. Paid for my time. Orders take a little time but what doesn't anymore. Worth the wait.

I have purchased these landscape rocks in the past and returned them to "Light In the Box". The return options are more than fair. I purchased these rocks, "$45.00" worth a second time hoping they will light up with the longer days with sun. I am confident if they don't glow in the dark I can contact Customer Service and I will be able to return them no questions asked by Light In The Box. I have never had a return experience with Light In The Box that I didn't feel 100% satisfied.

I ordered 3 men's custom T shirts. They arrived in a timely manner. The shirts are of a nice quality with very interesting and nicely applied graphics. I will order more shirts in the future. I was ordering one custom shirt for my Pastor's birthday. After making that choice I found one that I really liked for myself. While scrolling thru the site, I found one that was perfect for another friend, so that's how I ended up ordering 3.

Light In The Box is a great online shopping website. They offer a huge line of products and the website is easy to maneuver and buy from. The dress that I ordered is just as pictured on the website and is of good quality. The shipping was fast—I will be ordering from them again❤️❤️❤️

I love your clothes and your prices. Your clothes are good quality. But my complaint and the reason I can’t shop with you anymore, is your shipping. It is outrageous. We can order from Temu and have free shipping. I would love to order from you, cute cute clothes, just shipping too high. I live on SS and have a strict budget.

I would give IN a 10/10 over everything they offer, quality and condition of clothes and packaging are great, and material is very soft and so comfortable, everything has been true to size. Colors are so vibrant just like pictures. Customer service is on point, never any trouble getting ahold of live person, on phone or online not like other online stores.

The fabric is beautiful, however, 2 pieces way too long for me, I am only 5'2". I will donate, as shipping charges are more than what I spent. Will I order again, possibly. Ordered a 2LX shirt. Was a little dubious about the quality due to the price but ordered anyway. The shirt fit like a large rather than a 2LX. The sleeves were too short and the waist was too short. The quality of the shirt was poor. Stitching, feel of the fabric and overall wearing experience was poor. If you're looking for a high quality shirt, pass this website by.

I have placed numerous orders. I like most things. A few pieces do not match the pictures online. I however do not like your return policy. For that reason, I do not purchase some items. Two weeks is a short time if I am traveling to process the returns. I have a box full of clothing I can’t use or return. However, I have purchased some really nice pieces from your store as well.

I placed my first order and wasn’t very pleased with the clothing. I used the site's sizing guide and items did not fit. The process for return is not good and I ended up keeping clothes I will probably donate and received very little back for what I paid. I may give them another chance but they will definitely not be on my favorites list or go to.

The items I ordered were all the wrong sizes in spite of the fact that I consulted the size chart and used a tape measure. I really like the styles of my items, but the frustration and cost of having to deal with them separately was too tedious. Photos are not an option. My one order was turned into many and returning or exchanging each item separately... Not only did I miss out on some very cute clothes, but I'm out the cost of it all.

I buy almost all my Latin dance wear from Light In the Box, they have a very large selection and since I'm small for an ** woman, they are much more likely to have my size. I love the dance pants with the fine mesh overpant-a few people thought that it was a filmy skirt. It goes great with the red\black sparkle top and a pair of silver shoes I bought last year from LITB. The reindeer shirt was a big hit at Christmas parties. I haven't worn the Hanfu costume yet, I'm saving it for my birthday. I have recommended LITB to all my friends at dance and I recommend it to you too!

Ordered a pair of pants based on an online advertisement. Needless to say I was very disappointed and shocked when I finally received the order because the pants looked nothing like the picture that I had seen online. The advertised picture showed a beautiful pair of what seemed to be linen pants with intricate flower artwork down one pant leg. What I received was a cheap looking, see thru pair of very small pants that had no flower artwork on either leg! I was so disgusted with what I saw and immediately placed the pants in the trash. The pants were not even worth trying to give them away because I could not think of anyone who would want them. I resolved never to order anything else from this company again! And finally, I am very surprised to read all the "raving reviews" from other purchasers on your website because my experience was just the opposite of what they say they experienced. ~Phyllis in Maryland

Overall I'm very happy with my over order and purchases. A few items did arrive not as described, I have contacted the company to work on either in exchange or a refund for the three items that are not what was advertised. One piece the two colors of fabric do not match and they are supposed to, the other is not in the fabric it was supposed to be in. But all in all between the four orders I placed things are very well. I will definitely be ordering again.

Sizing is not accurate. Every garment comes with different sizing despite reviewing the size instructions. Nothing fits properly except 2 things. And I ordered a lot. Shipping costs are high. Too much risk.

I originally contacted you about a second order that I had made. I did not see how to use coupons. I contacted customer service and was told that I had to wait until the returns dept. got with me. I was unsure about ordering from Light in the Box. But I needed a dress for my daughter's wedding. I thought I would give it a try. I'm extremely happy with the dresses I received. And decided to order some tops. Which I am also very happy with.

Very good quality. The binoculars are above my expectations, they are small and can fit in a pocket and the light gets me close up. The t-shirt fits well. It has a good fabric. It is comfortable and keeps me cool, the phone case is well made, solid and stays on the belt, a camera zoom lens is a bit difficult to adjust but has good magnification. I am very satisfied with shipping is also good considering the distance.

Timing of arrival was good, even a lil better than expected. Some of the shirts were beautifully made and mostly fit to size. My biggest recommendation would be to steer away from the polyester blends if possible. They seem to be erratic in size and the quality just is not the same as the cotton blends. I received 1 shirt in particular (a medium) that could fit a giant and the colors didnt match the description. That was 1 out of 6 pieces so I can't complain for the cost.

I bought 3 clothing items and two of them were not as advertised. One item was listed as a linen blend, but it was 100% polyester and felt really slippery and plastic. The other was at least 2 sizes smaller than it should have been. When I tried to return them, it took many, many emails and weeks of effort to get an appropriate response. At one point, LightInTheBox.com just stopped communicating with me, it was only after I sent several more emails insisting that I have a right to return items that are not as advertised that I finally got my refund. It should never be that hard to get customer service to do their jobs.

I had purchased a white laced, long-sleeve blouse from Light In the Box.com over a week ago. I was shocked to note that the item was pre-worn. By the way it was crumpled in the plastic food-package! The way it was sent was obvious enough. First, the blouse was not fully buttoned at all. Another obvious fault was that there wasn’t an inside material tag, attached to the garment itself, which by law, according to the FTC, “Federal law requires most textiles and wool products list fiber content, country-of-origin and the identity of the manufacturer…” It appears that maybe the customer cut this tag out and wore this shirt perhaps to an event then decided to give it back! There was also what appeared to be makeup on the cuff of the two sleeves. I already washed it but I am very, very disappointed with this type of sleazy "customer service." I now question all of their items. Pathetic.

The girl’s stretch pants are bright and beautiful. The size was a perfect match. My niece loved them. I would recommend them for a girl that is active and loves to be stylish and also can kick it with the boys.

Happy with the items I received such as the wallets and leggings. The leggings were super soft, fleece lined and fit me perfectly. Everything in this order was great quality and good workmanship except for the sleep shirt. It is more like a city dress shirt than the shimmering almost see-through satin type material in the pictures. It fits well, but the material is not as soft as pictured. The sheet holders work great. The T-shirt is good quality cotton & comfy & the hot pants fit just as pictured are very comfy.

I've purchased 8 items in 3 orders from this company. The shipping, fit and quality has been good on everything with the exception of a blue lace dress. The color is horrible on me. It is a very pale blue and very thin fabric. It was meant to wear to a Conference and looks like a nightgown rather than a church dress on me. The problem is the return policy. It will cost me more to return it than I paid for it because it's not damaged. It's just a bad color for me. I would still purchase from and recommend this company to others. It's only this one item I have a problem.

Ok so this was my first order and I wasn’t happy at with over half of my Order. My dress was ugly, thin see thru, bad color and wrong color, so upset with about my dress because the pic it was so beautiful!! And then my wig that was joke and that all I’m gonna say about that! And then one of my ankles it was so big you couldn’t make it small enough to fit because I tried! So I was very disappointed about my order!!!

I've ordered over $200 of T-shirts in the last month. All have been of fine quality, vivid colors, wash w/o fade, and fit to size. The only qualm I have is that the processing takes several weeks so I didn't receive the merchandise w/in 4 weeks.

The last order I received was a sweater and book light. The picture you had did not do justice to the sweater. When I received the order I was so surprised to find the most beautiful sweater. I tried it on and it fit like a glove the pearls and sequence are beautiful as well as the scallop edges. The next was the book light, it was awesome. I had the worst experience ever purchasing on Light In The Box. The wigs that they are selling look very cheap looking and not worth buying. I will not continue on buying them. The clothes are also very inexpensive looking as well and I will not continue on purchasing them as well.

Everything so far have been equal to the value expected. The area rugs have added new spirit to each room. The tub mats are great. The wearable bath towel robe is being enjoyed. The nightgown set looks nice and sexy.

I ordered 4 items; 3 were alright, one was terrible and not wearable due to the stitching of the seams on the sleeves and neck being on the outside of the garment. The tops are made of polyester and just not as nice as shown in the pictures, because of the material used. I upped my rating to a three as the company did give me a full refund for the item that sadly will be more landfill.

I was pleased with the products that I ordered. They looked very nice. It did take two weeks to receive them but that seems pretty normal these days. One of the shirts was a little bigger than I expected, but I didn’t mind that much. It still is a pretty good shirt. I wanted some purple shirts and the colors were great.

I ordered some jeans that I thought were very cute around 3/12/23 and I have been waiting and waiting, checking it to see what was taking so long. There was 1 pair of jeans I am assuming that they didn't. Yesterday I received a email stating that fact and they asked if I wanted to send the one's they had or just ask for a refund so I wanted the other things I ordered so I requested a refund.. I don't know how long that will take or how much longer I have to wait for the rest of my order. Hopefully everything will go smoothly now. I just wish they had done this sooner, but at least it has been done.

The seat was as in the picture and hopefully is useful in enabling me to use my bicycle, since the ''standard'' seat irritates my prostate. The irritation stopped after I stopped cycling. However the angle of the seat is not good, so I need a base that would allow the seat to nosedive, i.e. the front should go towards the ground to allow me to extend my legs easily. I found this AFTER I tried the seat. You could have suggested it when I was looking for this seat. I bought the two-piece base from Amazon, since they give me an easy possibility to return it if it does not work. I chose LightIntheBox for the seat because it was considerably cheaper than Amazon.

I received my item and it was way too big and to return it I had to pay 34.00 postage which I felt unfair so your company refunded me 15.00 which did make me very happy and I donated the dress to a good cause. Yes I would order again. I have been offered 25.00 to complete this review and I thank you.

The material on most items has been very poor quality and sizing is off, some 2xl are way too large and others way too small. The items are not as pictured either and that is definitely disappointing as I've done several things for vacation.

I innocently ordered a dress online with this company in the normal US size 12. First it took a long time to arrive. Then when I tried it on, it was so small it wouldn't even fit over my hips. So I went online to fill out the return slip and they denied it - said it was "made to order" and it was a final sale. NOWHERE DID IT SAY THIS IN THE ORIGINAL ORDER. COMPLETE RIP OFF. It's a Chinese company based in Beijing so you have no recourse. I just lost $140. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

LED letter a was sure a hit. It changes color and looks great in the dark room. The size was just right and you can clip it to the wall with small nails or srears. The remote works just fine and you don't need a manual.

These shirts are true to size and actually might be a little bit larger than other shirts, I have ordered. But I was looking for a loose fitting casual shirt. I did not find the website easy to navigate but I wanted to try Light in the Box from Facebook advertising. The order was not that great, the items felt cheap overall and one item, I received the wrong color. The offer to keep the items for a 10% credit was insulting. The process for completing a return was confusing. I believe it is in a process or approval stage, I have no idea. It is too difficult to understand so I will wait. I don't know if I would ever order again. Shein is much better and easier.
