I was concerned that the clothing I ordered wouldn’t be quality. My 3 orders so far have been up to par and I feel like I've gotten good deals. They also offer deals on shipping often as well as coupons and check-in points.

The quality and fit of the shirts I bought were good. However, it would be beneficial to have better details on fabric content. I likely would not have chosen the one style of shirt if I’d known the fabric type. Cotton vs Polyester vs Flax vs Modal vs Linen vs Nylon vs Bamboo vs Rayon are important considerations for most customers.

Received these sandals about a week after ordered. Package nicely. The sandals look like the picture. Wore the sandals once and not that comfortable. The buckle is a little flimsy. They are a nice looking sandal but feet were sore after an hour.

The price for shipping is much more expensive than other sites with similar items. Other sites have free shipping or at least coupons. I tried to use coupons I found online that was supposed to be for this site but they did not work.

Preparation was not so fast but delivery were perfect. Clothes and ears bud was perfect. I try to reorder again, the size chart is clear and you can measure your size perfectly if you need it. I recommend LightInTheBox truly.

Yes, I am satisfied with the outcome as taxes has been refunded in time specified by agent. I am nervous about shopping again though as it should be more transparent, and it was not "fun" to shop with your company. I did however recently put through a small purchase to test the system again. Hopefully, I see changes as to my final decision. Time will tell.

If you go by the size measurements you will not have a problem. Everything I have received has been just as accurate and more beautiful than the pictures. I have received many compliments. Love their products. Made very well. Look amazing on you. Cannot go wrong! And I am full figured woman 5’7 215. So not a model size.

I am pleased with my first order from LightInTheBox. The dress is made with beautifully printed material that is soft to the skin and although slightly snug, with a pair of leggings, makes for a cute and comfortable combination. The sandals are fun and different, and I love 'em.

You have to pay to return the items sometimes in China. So pay attention to the size. Otherwise the quality and price are good. It all depends on the seller. Sometimes fast. Otherwise he refunds a part while waiting for the article.

I am thrilled at my order, I will be going on vacation soon and I ordered a bunch of nice shirts, I was worried the sizes might not fit, however they are accurate in the sizing charts, the colors are vibrant and stylish. I will be ordering plenty more clothes due to the quality and tremendous savings, the shipping speeds are fairly quick and you’re kept in the loop from the time the plane takes off all the way until your items track the door.

They lied in the description. It says "Cotton blend" but in reality it's 85% polyester. 15% cotton is not cotton blend!! I can't wear anything with such terrible quality, need to return. But when I click their link "return item", going through all the fields, the submit button conveniently doesn't work. Nice try! I tried both in browser and in their app and it doesn't work anywhere. I need my money back and will never buy anything from this company again.

I have ordered 13 times I haven’t been able to use many coupons or rewards. So it is not working well for me. On April 18th /23. My parcel was delivered to DVL with a separate fee from LightInTheBox.com. I pay LightInTheBox box 7.50 for gold shipping. I tried to pay DHL two times, then I reached out to LightInTheBox to pay it forward and I would give them the money. The DHL held the parcel and LightInTheBox told them to send it back to them and consider it destroyed. Then light in the box offers me a deal for a 50% off of the package price to resend the parcel and that I would have to pay for the shipping which is only 7.50. My issue is they cancelled 4 items because??? And I never received an official confirmation on fees or bonuses or credits to work for me.
I did reviews and sent pictures on 80% of my parcels. I have made several attempts to figure it out. But I can’t. So I am just not going to reorder the parcel again because I don’t need any of it. Their offers are very sad. I can’t believe they are still trying to take advantage of consumers. If I tell you that I am not going to buy anything from LightInTheBox again that I might not get my last order! I am going to contact Visa and tell them that I didn’t receive my order. It was only 107.04, Canadian. I have more than 1000 points., for comments and photos. That I still don’t know how to retrieve.

This App has very good items, lots of useful things, only a few items that I have ordered and received, have not been what I expected. I experienced 1 order that was ever lost but Light In The Box returned the entire order which I was grateful for. Overall, I like the unbelievable prices, coupons even though I think I only used 1 coupon since I've been purchasing from light in a box and customer service did a great job keeping in touch. Even though my item was not to my liking, LightintheBox gave clear instructions on my options and how to return it. While we are unused to paying shipping anymore, it is a fair thing for a business to ask. I will say I took some doing to get my purchase to show up so I could see the option to return it. I don't know if that is a poor design on the website/app or more a reflection on my technology skills. This is my first item that I did not like enough to keep. I have found the sizes of the clothes to be accurate. This return was a style issue. I could not tell from the pictures how the jumpsuit was constructed. I would recommend a close-up picture of the skirt part so people can tell in the future.

Your sizing is spot on. I'm a big guy, 6'6". I was a little hesitant about ordering clothes but turns out they fit perfect. The pricing is excellent. I think the belt could be a little wider tends to roll.

There are a lot of super good deals at Light in the Box. I bought a lot of clothes. Most of my items arrived according to schedule, if not a day before. I have really been enjoying shopping with LightInTheBox. They have many items that I have seen elsewhere, but for a better price; sometimes a much better price. They also have unique items for the home to make life easier and better. Their clothes, jewelry and accessories are interesting and usually beautiful. One thing to watch for is that the sizing is different for each item and doesn’t correspond to US sizing (must go by your measurements.) Also, occasionally an item is not as nice as shown or described. Customer service will work with you if you are not satisfied. Look at all the pictures, read all the descriptions and reviews (get out your tape measure if needed) and you can have a VERY satisfying experience. It is well worth it!

The sizes are ridiculous on most clothing items. You have to order 2 or 3 sizes larger than you would normally wear. I got a message that an item I ordered is out of stock, now I’ll be waiting 2 weeks for a refund. It was in stock at the time of my order, I should get it!!! Now that I know I have to order giant sizes, I have no problem.

I ordered 4 dresses, 4 men's dress shirts, 3 pair cowboy boots and a bunch of other products from this site and they took FOREVER to be delivered. When the order came in, the products were very low quality and some of the products that I paid good money for didn't come. Instead, I was sent other stuff not worth anything to me. When I asked to exchange for what I ordered, I was told they would only offer me 30% discount on my next order OR I could pay the shipping to send the item back that I didn't order at my own expense and once they received it, I would receive a refund for that product... But it was worth far less than what I ordered. I will never shop from this site again.

I took a chance and wanted a dress for an upcoming vacation. Needed an evening dress but didn’t want something too expensive. I ended up ordering two dresses, a pair of linen pants, a bracelet and a kitchen gadget. Needless to say the one particular dress I wanted was my absolute favourite! It fits so well. Decided to try this company as seemed like fair pricing for products, however will most likely not use again. Shipping times are on the longer side and return options are terrible. Very nice! The fabric is wonderful! They tend to run a size small, so upsize. Shipping was fairly fast.. There was a problem with the print on one shirt, but the shirt was replaced quickly. Can't wait for my next order to arrive! I also ordered a cute denim dress that is very good quality!

36 inches means 36 inches worldwide, all clothing seems to be too small including extra large shirts, then the delivery is left in the mailroom for anyone to take, this should never happen, they took pictures to show package was there, but when I checked it was not there, waste of both time and money.

I have now received 2 orders from LITB. The 1st was a test to check the quality of the garments and the speediness of the delivery time. Well needless to say I placed a 2nd order. I am extremely pleased with the quality and price of the clothing I have received. The delivery was surprisingly quickly. I will be ordering a lot more clothing from LITB. I check the size for each garment I order as the bust size can vary just a heads up on that. I am so happy I took the chance and ordered from this Company.

Love the color. Unfortunately the size did not reflect the measurements indicated. It was very difficult (& still is) to access the return policy. It is very disappointing that the cost to return an item can be as high as $40 which in my case exceeds the cost of the jacket is $28.99. However it is welcoming to receive a discount by filling the survey whereas I can reorder the jacket in its appropriate size.

I used my phone when I purchased from LightInTheBox and it was a little bit overwhelming because there were so many options. I felt like I was scrolling for hours, then I started seeing a lot of the same repeats. But then I start seeing new stuff in there as well. So part of me was wondering if I was seeing the same thing over and over again. It just seemed a little bit overwhelming at first. But they had so many great things and I just couldn't stop. I bought a woman's T-shirt and it wasn't too hard to find my size. But there were a couple items on a couple of my orders that were cancelled after I had already placed the order, because they didn't have the sizes to fulfill it.
When I got the items I ordered, it was a hit and miss with their quality. My first couple of orders consisted of different tops and shirts, and they were pretty big. They were a couple of hundred bucks. The second one's I bought were jumpers and dresses, then my third orders were swimsuits. A couple of the T-shirts that I got are my two favorite items in my entire closet right now, but everything else was not. Some of the material was so uncomfortable, I wouldn't even find it in my great grandma's closet. I'm talking burlap feeling and they were not even nice thin. I felt like they were going to rip the second I even wear them.
I have never had such a range of quality issues, material issues, style issues, and fit issues. It was so across the board and that's what surprised me the most. Because some stuff were so great and some things looked like either a big bag on me that was the same size as something that fit me perfectly in the same style, like a long sleeve shirt that was like a crew neck. Also, what I didn't realize and I should have from the very beginning, was that things that are this cheap usually come from a different country. Shipping takes a bit longer, too. And totally on my bad, I should have looked into the return policy prior to doing this. But it was like jumping through 20 circus hoops before you could even think about getting a return. Not only that, but they wanted detailed pictures, information, and reasons, which was fine and I did that.
I ended up wanting to return a lot, about 80% of the stuff that I got and they gave a couple options. They said I could keep the stuff and they'd give me a discount on my next order. But not even what I paid for it. They gave me two different options of keeping the stuff and two different ways of getting discounts for future orders. Or if I wanted to return the stuff, they they said I had to ship them out. But I couldn't ship them thru FedEx or UPS. I had to do it by US Mail and I had to pay for shipping myself. They also said to make sure I insure them because they might not get the package for a few weeks and by that point, they'd look it over, make sure nothing was missing or nothing was wrong and all the tags are on them, then they'd issue a refund maybe. That was a lot.
I ended up giving the stuff to friends and family members, and I Goodwilled about half of the stuff that I bought. I was not going to pay money to send a bunch of stuff to China again then only to get a portion of the refund. I might as well get a portion of the refund and not have to go through all of that. For my last couple of orders, 25% of the stuff looked good on me. I have a bunch of coupons and I got some credit back on my account towards future orders. And that was when I found out there were household items, decor and other things other than clothing. So I'm going to try it and we'll see how it goes in the future. I'm really excited about that because I know I'll be able to find something that I want to use up those coupons I have. However, with the almost overwhelming amount of things, I could spend days on that website and not even see half their stuff.

The clothes I ordered were really nice and fit well. I was disappointed in 3 things. Two rings I ordered were not received and I ordered a wire corner rack and had two wall stickies missing. There were supposed to be 4, I only got 2.

LightInTheBox is a hidden treasure for me. I'm starting a clothing line and it's helped me out a lot. I purchased a lot of different shirts and shorts from them. It's a hit-and-miss if you don't read and get into what you're wanting as far as cotton, nylon or polyester. But once you step back and read the reviews, it puts it all out there for you. For the most part, it's as good as any clothing out there. The yoga pants I got from LightInTheBox are better than the ones I had gotten from Alibaba. LightInTheBox has the sizing chart to tell you American sizes. It varies on different products. I also purchased earbuds for $5 which are good. My girlfriend likes them. The delivery is way faster than Alibaba. It takes about a week and a half, where Alibaba has you sitting there on pins and needles. They'd say two weeks but it'd be two months.

I purchased several items from LightinTheBox, they took forever to receive them at least 6 weeks. After I received them, I quickly tried them on, some of the dress fit but the arms were too small. whoever seamstress these articles, were sewn in correctly, the shoes were too small and then they tried to get me to keep the items, what could I possibly do with them? They don't have a return tag, so to return the items it was $80.00 for regular shipping to China plus the $227.00 I paid for the articles. Now they don't want to give me a refund back, this was the WORST transaction, save your money and go to the store. Absolutely, the worst, don't buy from them.

They show a picture of a really nice item and mail off a reproduced poor copy. This dresses were definitely not what the picture showed. The bras were way too stretchy a material so they don't give you any support. The bathing suit straps are sewn too close to the cleavage not like shown on the picture and material color was faded blue not vibrant. When I posted pictures and my reviews to show proof of what I was referring to they didn't even post my reviews or reply to why I wasn't happy with the purchases. I feel they do a bait and switch business showing good quality sending poor knock offs.

I had a good experience with LightInTheBox. I only had one issue with the return policy. They sent me the wrong item. I was getting a long purple dress, and I got a long purple hoodie dress. It was sweatshirt material. But I couldn't figure out how to send it back, so I just decided to keep it. Some of the clothing is a little flimsy. But if it's for a trip or it's just for one time, it's fine. But the shoes and the purses that I've received so far are good quality.
If you're buying clothing, you need to go and look at the actual types of material to expect the quality you might get. You should also check the reviews. When I got the wrong thing, I started to look at the reviews. When I got a jean dress, it wasn't jeans. It was more like a jean type instead of jeans, so I decided to look at the pictures. The pictures people show you help a lot. If it's showing the seams and the type of material it is so that you can know what you wanna do because some of the stuff is so sheer and you need to put something under it. I ended up buying slips or underdresses to go also with them. So you can get everything you need at one time.

I bought a lot of items from LightInTheBox and the products on their website are really cheap. Even box for the packaging is cheap. Then, they were supposed to send me a couple of items too, but unfortunately, they haven't sent me that because I received the box broken and a few of my items are still not in. The portable mini-iron is not working and one of the shades that I bought is supposed to be a different color. Also, one of the fans I bought is broken and they said they were going to take care of that. Aside from that, the clothes storage bag is not really steady and I didn't like it.
When I reached out to them, they said that addressing my issues is going to take time and I told them that I'm willing to wait. But the bottom line is, the experience was okay at first, but they have to change their packaging. It is no good. Why do they have to put my orders in a plastic bag? It's not even a bubble pack wrap and some of the boxes are dented. I don't mind that, but I paid for it. They have to be careful because we didn't ask for that for free. All in all, the items that I received are not really great. I paid much for one of them and the description is not correct.

I've always been a bit skeptical of companies who import their products from China, as sometimes these products are very cheaply made and do not look anything like the shop photos. Legitimacy is key. You just never know when you buy online from a "real" company. It's a risk. Fortunately, shipping was relatively fast, products were the actual products that I ordered and there were no size discrepancies or substitutions.
Yes. The clothes aren't high quality, but they don't disintegrate after one washing either. The jewelry is super cheap but you can't expect much with costume jewelry. I did have a bit of weird color variation with earrings. Two identical pairs had different shade jewels and one clasp was broken. I will not purchase earrings again. One silver tone earring was also discolored. Necklaces and bracelets were fine. Sizing was an issue. The dresses are VERY large and I'd chosen according to the guidelines. SIZE DOWN! This presents a problem because the return shipping cost is ludicrous. The shirts are fine but I'm stuck with 4 dresses that I can't use. Overall, you get what you pay for. This company is legitimate and shipping is relatively quick.

The items that I have received so far are of good quality and the fit is pretty accurate. There are wide variety of items on the website and a lot of options to choose from. The only thing I really have issue with is shipping time and stock levels. If one item is holding up everything else on the order then the rest of the order should be shipped without that item. And if something is out of stock then it shouldn't be on the website to order. Both of these issues have happened to me on three different orders.

This particular order is 2 winter coats. Men's puffer jacket and men's wool coat. The puffer jacket I wore frequently as an everyday coat. I actually have another coat I ordered from you on another occasion, so I would alternate coats. The wool 1 is a dress coat so I've only worn that 1 on a couple of occasions. I ordered 3 shirts, all the same size and all athletic fits, 1 fit but had frayed strings showing through the stitching. 1 was WAY too big all around and felt sloppy. 1 was just downright made for someone who has a huge beer gut and was way too tight on the chest which didn't even fit their fitment guide. Trying to get this fixed is next to impossible, after you send photos proving the problem they say, "Ok. Send it back to china and when we confirm you actually sent it back we will refund your account if we deem there to be a problem." I didn't even say how much all 3 items looked like some copycat vendor on the street making knock off cloths. I only bought because of the positive reviews, well I'm guessing they we're all fake.

I ordered 3 dresses, which were a part of the first order I have ever made from LightInTheBox. The white dress I received was not only too small, but it was not even the one I ordered, and the blue one with the sash was made two sizes too small despite the measurements listed online. I purchased these dresses for my law school graduation and can't wear any of them. In looking at the reviews, I think this is being done on purpose because they know people overseas will not spend the cost of the dress to return it, so buyers are stuck. The quality of the clothes is poor. You can tell they are using ideas from people's boutiques, and making these dresses with less than par fabrics/material. I won't order another clothing item from the app again, only shoes.

Updated on 05/13/2023: So here is a new twist to the Light in the Box scam company. As you have read, they said they sent an email to help return my items. They never sent it...again. I went to their chat and spoke with a representative and explained the situation and how I have not received the email and maybe they could contact the support manager that replied to the Consumer Affairs review. She said she would tell her and give her my alternate emails to send it too. Not only have I still not received ANY emails, they have disabled their chat function so there is now no way to contact them. How unbelievably unprofessional and sleezy.
Original Review: I'd ordered from them before with a mediocre experience. This time was terrible. I'd ordered some ski clothes. Pants, jacket and boots. I'd ordered them a bit big. They were supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. It took over 2 weeks. When it arrived, everything that should've been a size big was 2 sizes smaller. It obviously came from China (All the writing and labels on the box and bags were written in Chinese) so that would explain the smaller sizes. I chatted multiple times and explained I couldn't get into my account to return the items, they told me to reset my password. I tried this multiple times, but never got the email to do this.
I got back onto chat support and explained this and they said they would email me a password reset. I never got that email either. I chatted again and was told that support would have to send it and it could take up to 5 days. I never received that email either. When I finally chatted with someone who I thought could help, I was told that I was outside the 7 day return period. 7 days? Even though I called within the period because I couldn't get into my account. Actually I called before it was delivered because it was taking too long. I was told to wait until it was delivered and I could return it then. Needless to say, they refused to do anything about it and I am stuck with hundreds of dollars of never used "kids" sized ski clothes still in box. Thank you LightInTheBox.com for absolutely nothing.

I have ordered quite a few things from your site. At least 70% of them are not accurate as far as material or sizing. When I. Order online I always go by the measurements not by the typical size I wear. I have sent you pictures of 5XI audit from your site wasn't even 15 inches wide which was a total of 30 if you count the. Front material in the back.. Just very disappointed with a lot of your items. I will say you do everything in your power though to try to satisfy me. You do have a great team for that.

Some of the orders have been good. Some not so good. I feel that many of the pictures of products do not reflect the actual product. The material seems to be different in numerous purchases. Example: one romper identified as linen and looked like a thick fabric linen in the photo. In reality, the fabric was VERY thin. Another garment the fabric appeared light, when in fact it was a thick polyester, and did not hang or drape as the photo suggested. Tshirts are good as long as they are printed words. Some of the picture tshirts are blurred images. The dresses purchased are cute for the summer but not made well. These are not expensive garments so you get what you pay for. You can find deals too, other than clothing. I bought some charging cables that were a great buy.

I have ordered a few thing from this company. The prices are awesome! Most of the items I have purchased, I have been very happy with!! There have been a couple times I was very unhappy with what I received. One in particular was a shirt I purchased to wear to my son's wedding. It looked absolutely nothing like what was pictured. I was offered a "partial refund" that could only be used on certain items. I thought that was quite unfair... This dress was shown under casual wear on the website but should have been under formal wear. The dress exceeded my expectations. Very elegant. The gold crochet and applique work on the bodice is very professionally done. The front of the bodice is sheer so expect to wear a strapless bra. I usually wear an extra small but the small size was the best I could get so I expected it to be a little big but it fit like a glove so I'm thinking it runs a little small. :) Good for me. This product arrived quickly, and is actually quite beautiful. The material looks and feels luxurious, elevated by a thin glittery stripe throughout the blouse. It is absolutely gorgeous in person. The only downside is that the product runs small in the bustline area! I gave my original order to my daughter and ordered one size up for myself.

Some time ago, I purchased two swimsuits from LightintheBox. One fit, one did not. The one that did not fit was not "approved" for return by the company and I was offered a discount. I gave the suit to charity. Stupidly, I purchased a dress from same company. The linen was very cheap and thin, and the dress was too short and tight. It also arrived after I left for a vacation. When I returned and submitted a request to return, I was again told I was not approved for a return but could get a discount on my next purchase. I now have a credit of $.84 on a purchase of $34.27. Now I know, don't buy from LightintheBox unless you don't care about returning. If actually approved for a return, it must be sent back to China, for a postage cost of $10 to $20!! It's not worth doing business with the company. The old saying "Let the buyer beware" applies here.

I ordered items for my wife in early April. They said it would be delivered between April 22 and the 26th. No package and when I go on the site to ask the first drop box does not even work. Shipping took forever, sizes are smaller than any other online place I shop. My daughter wears a size 14 but on your site that equals a 2X, my 13-year-old granddaughter who is very tiny wears a medium women's on your site. I also think it's bogus that all the points we collect from logging in and trading in on coupons are absolutely useless on any sale items.

I received some items and some I haven't received that were ordered and paid for. LightInTheBox.com stepped back on what was going on with it when I told them their size guides are incorrect. They partially reimbursed me for that. They also gave a $20 credit. Also, I've bought some expensive stuff from them. I originally looked to purchase it on Amazon, but LightInTheBox.com had it for a lesser price. But that came with no instructions. I can't download an app for it. I can't set it up. It doesn't give me any information. I'm very unhappy about this because it's expensive. I am unlikely to continue using LightInTheBox.com once I use the credit.

Ordered custom shirts in the normal 3x size I take. The fit was more like a men's medium or child's XL. I could barely get the shirt over my upper body. I held your 3x up to the other 3x's I have from other companies that fit perfectly and your 3x is 25% smaller. The 2x's I ordered won't even pull over my head. The response I got from your company was a request for exact measurements of each shirt. What kind of response us that??? I have spent a lot of money with your company and feel I should be made whole in this matter. I realize that as a custom order they cannot be returned. All I am asking is that you redo all of the shirts in the order using 5x T shirts.
There were 2 different custom printing jobs. Redo all the shirts at $6.99 each, debit my account ending in **. If you want to ship the whole order back to me as one package that is fine. I believe it would be fair to absorb the shipping costs within your company. I look forward to your prompt resolution. Again, all orders for 2x, 3x shirts re print on 5x shirts. The same holds true for the shirt that showed Outlaw Pro Mod on the front and a blue Corvette cartoon picture on the back. Thank you.

The prices are getting way too high... When I started this online shopping journey I was pleased but now I barely use the app for anything. Prices are too high and you have to pay for shipping....Not with Temu .... I get quality clothes with free shipping for a fraction of the price with Temu. I would recommend you guys revisiting your prices and offer free shipping with a $10 minimum purchase and offer meaningful incentives to your loyal customers or y'all will be shutting down sooner than later. On a positive note all the clothes I've ordered from y'all have been true to size and the quality of the clothes was very good.

I took a chance and purchased an inexpensive wedding gown along with several fascinators and a couple other dresses from LightInTheBox: I’m thrilled with the gown and fascinators! Fascinators I ordered and received were elegant and most certainly attention grabbers. However, the white lace-look one had a broken straw (indention in the middle is broken nearly in half). The straw was not white nor was it positioned upward as indicated in the web photo. It was a natural color and it was bent downward across the white bow which was scratched on one end. (Had to repair w/ nail polish to prevent faux leather bow from peeling any further). The box was extremely smashed in upon receival. The package was most certainly mishandled during shipment. A better packaging method from the vendor can help tremendously for product protection.

Although the shipping does take a random amount of time, I love the unique products available. The prices are extremely low which means I can actually afford them. The clothing is actually big enough for me which is rare because I am really tall and built very large. The only problem I have had so far is getting items that were not what I ordered because there are multiple selections of the same style in different designs. The dress I ordered was beautiful but was not exactly as pictured. The inserts that were sewn in the chest area also move around a lot because they are not sewn in well, and this causes them to get crooked and overlap to where you can see them behind the transparent parts of the dress fabric (see attached photo), and it looks bad and makes the dress look much lesser quality. The rest of the dress was gorgeous despite it not being just as pictured.

I ordered 3 items. I was satisfied with only one of the three. The blue dress was not as pictured. The colors are nothing like pictured. The size is not correct either. The dress fit tight around the shoulders. The multi-colored dress is also too small. I will have it cut down and wear it as a top. As for the long dress, it is very nice although the color was also not accurate. Color is faded, not lavender as pictured.

When ordering clothes from here beware of the little words at the bottom “made to order”. You can order a standard size of clothing and it can be labeled “made to order” which means you do not get to return it. They says returns for up to seven days. It was a nightmare trying to get a return. They do not give you shipping labels. They wanted pictures of the outfit on me to show them where it was too big, like I want to go to all that trouble. I want a company that you can have confidence that if you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit you well, you can return for a full refund within a reasonable amount of days. This is not that company!!! This company is not worth the time and hassle.

I ordered 15 items. I am returning 12 of them. I would actually return all 15 however the 3 I kept were all very inexpensive so will use them as pajamas, and they are not pajamas! Some of the materials are very transparent, especially for the pants and shorts. They sent one shirt with short sleeves where the picture shows long sleeves. I can't get an actual refund but have to have the money put on my Lightinthebox account. Why would I ever want to buy anything from them again?
Now let's talk about sizing. You definitely need to use the size chart because every shirt/pants has a different one. Yet, most of the items did not fit even using the charts. The materials are cheap and look nothing like they do in the photos. Don't waste your money. Go to a more reputable retailer, spend a bit more money and get something nice. These are not. I have photos of how sheer the pants/shorts are and of a couple of the shirts, but can't post them. The clothes are nothing like they show in the photos. Buyer beware.

You gotta check the sizing chart carefully before you order pants that you order that would normally be a large. Most of the large are 36. But if you check, some of them would come out at 33 ½ or 34. It varies on the manufacturer’s sizing. Another thing was the dress shirts, you gotta watch the chest size carefully when you order them. Because when I buy clothes here in America, I buy a large shirt. But on some of those, a large is only a 42. The dress shirt seems to run small, so I order an extra large when I buy the dress shirts. Also, it's hard to find out how to return something. LightInTheBox.com sent me one dress shirt that had French cuffs. The only problem is it’s missing a buttonhole on one cuff, so I can't hook my cufflink through. And the shipping takes a little longer than what I'm used to. But everything I've got from LightInTheBox.com has been of decent quality.

I really like the site for most things but recently I’ve ordered about 5-10 pairs of shorts that are grossly small based on the size chart. I have a 38” waist (US) and ordered 5x shorts. They barely went over my thighs. I guess in a way they’re too inexpensive to bother returning so I gave them to charity. From the size chart: Size Fit US Size Waist Length Hips (5XL 40 41-41¾ 22½ 48¾).

I enjoy seeing all the items LightInTheBox has to offer. I’ve order quite a few things and am totally satisfied with them all. True to size, good quality but order shoes specifically by size as they may run small.

Everything I have ordered from the site I have really liked. Even if the fit ran a little large, it still fit nice. I would recommend the company to shop with. Sometimes the wait is a bit long but it's worth the wait and I like that the products are insured in case something were to go wrong or get lost.

I was very pleased with the dress. It was just as shown in the picture. The price was unbelievable as it was on sale, this was a first time purchase with LightInTheBox and have already purchased more goods for me and my husband. Notifications and delivery were just what was expected.

I needed to return an item, however the cost of the return was quite expensive. LightInTheBox compensated me with half refund, and also added funds to my account. I think this was a great gesture for a customer. I will continue to shop with this company.
