The shirts are fantastic! Love the style, colors and love the fit. The shoes are very stylish, however shoe sizes are sometimes inconsistent. Business style are sometimes too tight, the slip-on maybe a little big. The bag was great! Just what I was looking for to carry my items during travel. But overall great place to shop online.

I've only ordered from your company a few times. So far the experience has been excellent. Items arrive on time, are as described, and are of good quality. I will likely be ordering again in the future. You do offer clothing styles I can't seem to find in other retail locations or websites. Keep up the good work.

GREAT selection, really loved the brightness of the dresses once they arrived. Sizes are pretty accurate, but I also did a couple different sizes to see which fit best and I can wear both the 2X and 3X comfortably, the 3X is a little looser in the waist. Definitely priced to sell, and I'll get some more now that I have confirmed sizes!

I ordered two dresses, one of which was the Women's Two Piece Dress Set Casual Dress Print Dress Outdoor Daily Active Modern Pocket Print Midi Dress V Neck Half Sleeve Floral. I ordered both dresses according to the size chart for each dress. This dress however is too small through the bodice. I had hoped to exchange the dress for a larger size but by the time I pay the Return Shipping plus a large $ shipping amount to send a larger size exchange dress, the overall price for this transaction is not worth it. I'm looking at some $30 total in shipping alone just to get this dress in the correct size. I am so discouraged! I paid $13.20 for the dress plus it would cost an additional $16+ in shipping charge to exchange the dress on top of the $15.58 shipping charge that I have already paid. That's ridiculous. I am so disappointed! Plus, there is no easy way to reach Customer Service.

I begin to buy with your comptany for a while and you have à great choice with good price. The delivery is faster now. The only point is that the size is not always correct..it will be good if we could have Canadian size. When the item doesn't fit we lose our money because it's too expensive to return the item and a lot of problems. Anyway it's à good company and I love To buy with thém.

I would like free shipping more often. I have over $300 in my cart and won't put through as I am not paying for extra shipping. Also it is way too expensive. If you look at my order history I do buy a lot but I am reconsidering now. Thank you.

I ordered a size larger than my normal size and I couldn't even get them on. I contacted customer service. I wanted a full refund but got percentage off on my next order. I will be advising anyone not to order from your company as they do not refund in full. To sent the product back you have to go to major things to return an item. That is not worth it to me. Your return policy stinks.

I have ordered several items from this company, including tee shirts and lingerie. All are top quality and the delivery was amazingly speedy! I will likely shop here in the future and highly recommend to others. Only drawback is the lingerie fits small. I am normally medium and needed extra large.

Very nice designs. The material is good. Undersized for North American women. Would suggest making the arms larger in diameter and waists larger for middle aged women. Perhaps it would be good to offer an age selection to differentiate between young women and middle aged ie. over 40 years. Pricing is good and your customer response is great. Thanks Derwyn **, eh.

The clothes are well made and beautiful. The blouses do not accommodate large breasts so it is hard to determine correct size. Shipping is timely and accurate. Colors are as shown in the pictures online. There are no laundry instructions. So I wash by cold water with Woolite as soon as they arrive.

Love the dresses and shoes!!! The dress has beautiful colors and the brown shoes comfy. The dress is a little long but it's comfy And bras are good. The size is accurate. The pink slip on shoes run smaller than the size on them. I love the discounts with LightInTheBox and will be ordering again soon!!!

I have ordered shirts, shoes and a rug so far. I am a very impressed with the quality and you can't beat the price! The shirts were of decent material, the shoes are very impressive. I love the colors of the clothes I bought. I should have gotten the size larger. The material the clothes are made of is thin and hard to iron. I guess that's why they can be sold at a good price. The clothes are comfortable. I will probably order again and just get larger sizes. But it does take a good while to be shipped.

The tights are gorgeous. The only problem is they do not fit over the boot. They are made for someone with tiny tiny feet—and my daughter only has small feet. We were able to tuck the clips and fold them for figures and loops, but these cannot be worn for what I had intended. Four stars because they weren’t completely useless.

I received my new wardrobe for my summer this year and found that there is great quality, and perfect fit for what I purchased. I am a little shorter, petite, but curvy and small chested. The clothing fit me perfectly accenting me and my perfect figure. :) The jewelry I purchased was a perfect compliment to the clothes. I bought a two piece striped swimsuit and was worried about the quality but it is very nice and true to size. I have received a lot of compliments on how cute it is. I definitely would purchase from them again! The swimsuit isn't made cheaply like a lot of the ones I purchased through the mail. It looks like it will wash well.

The return process of this company is the most convoluted, non-intuitive, expensive, time consuming unforgiving policy I have ever encountered. If you like solving cryptic puzzles designed by Einstein, you might enjoy traversing this return process. It is like a never ending treasure hunt. I will never shop at this business again!

I have purchased several items from Light in the Box and have always been pleased with the service. The response is very efficient, confirmation and delivery are well documented and timely with good tracking capabilities. If there is a delay with delivery they have offered compensation. All articles purchased have been as illustrated and of good quality as described. They include pictorials and verbal descriptions of their products, including type of material, care instructions and sizing charts which I have found very helpful. They include reviews from previous purchasers of products which is the best form of feedback for a product. I have always been pleased with the service of Light in the Box and look forward to utilizing their service in the future.

We ordered three women's nighties - one of which was portrayed on the site as having holes where the breasts are located. Two of them came through exactly as expected - the one I described came through without breast access holes. Still satisfied overall, just disappointed with that confusing portrayal of the item.

Received these items, and was pleased with them. They are lightweight and great for summer wear. Have ordered many items from LightInTheBox, and like all of the items. Will be placing more orders in the coming months, as the seasons start to change. I do try to give reviews for products received from all the websites that I order from. Zulily, Amazon, Ebay. Love them, tops fit great, but bottoms run a little small. Love the vibrant colors, the choices in swimsuits, and the all around offers, Shipping is the pits, paid the extra for express shipping and it took almost three weeks to arrive. They said time starts once the order is processed.

Easy order and fast shipping. Shirt arrived on time and I was pleasantly surprised as it had black buttons as opposed to the white buttons in the picture. Made the item perfect for the party and was a hit. Item washed very well and should last for many more parties and last while.

A lot of my items did not fit. They seem to be of good quality but it's hard to know what size to order. I still will continue to order from this site. There are several more things I am interested in buying and I hope my next order is better than the last.

The item I ordered did not fit and the return policy is prohibitively expensive. It had to be mailed back to Asia to get anything back. I decided to just keep it. The quality of the item was good, though. If they change their return policy, I would consider them again.

I am very pleased with 3 out of 4 outfits I purchased. The prices are unbelievable and the outfits cool and comfortable. I will order from LightInTheBox again. These outfits are dressy and classy and I wear them to church. I would have not thought that for the price I paid that they would be so nice.

I have placed two orders with this company and have received most of what I ordered. The first order everything came in one package together. For the second order has arrived in 5 different packages with one more still on the way. Everything has been accurate as per the advertisement and ordering catalog. So far so good.

Not really fleece when they advertise the hoody, fake fur inside but as expected. Hood quite a bit bigger than the scale of the rest but colors are incredible, T-Shirt is awesome as advertised and price can't be beat. Will shop with Light In The Box again for sure. Shipping times are accurate and the tracking emails are helpful.

My order had items that were not as all as pictured on your site, poorly made, and the numbers on the packaging do not even match your records.... I asked for a refund on the items but sending them back to China would cost more than the items.. I just wish the items represented in images on your site were what you were selling and not just some likeness... The only thing about these pants & the image is the color: white.

Lovely white with pink and blue flowers bordering the skirt. I am surprised that it fits so well. I do need to sew a few stitches at the neckline "V". It is a bit too low but a pretty antique broach will complete the look. I can't wait to wear it for a warm summer gathering.

Your site has some nice stuff and I have been happy with it. But your site is hard to work with sizes. They vary a lot from item to item and the use of coupons you offer. I believe I have lost the value of two coupons because it does not show how to use them clearly. It's like an American trying use Chinese to follow the instructions.

I received two pair of dress pants. One pair was perfect! Great material and fit. I am very happy with THIS pair. However, a second pair was made of some other type of material that was of very low quality. The material was slick almost like material for a bathing suit. I asked for a replacement, but have not heard back from customer service and it has been several days.

I had previously given LightInTheBox a 1 star rating based on poor quality and added custom charges. After contacting the company I got a refund of the custom charges and for the clothing that I didn't like. So this company will refund if you are not satisfied. That is good customer service.

Horrible fabric, horrible graphics, way too big - one of the worst things I ever ordered. Impossible to return. Was offered a discount on another product which I will never use. I do not recommend this site just because you can't return item unless you send pictures of why it is a piece of garbage.

This order for 4 dresses and a long skirt arrived yesterday and the shipping time was reasonable. The price including shipping was 62.44 Canadian as a Gold member. Amazing prices in their sale! 3 dresses fit perfectly, one needs the buttons moving and is a little tight. It is very important to really check measurements EVERY time for each item in the size chart. The skirt is lovely. Being short I often have to shorten their garments but this particular order has not needed it. I have bought quite a few dresses here, the downside is that checking the site pretty much daily is addicting. Even at these amazing prices, orders add up, so take care. Overall a positive experience for me. Being a Gold member has saved me a huge amount on shipping.

The clothing merchandise is mostly good quality but be careful with sizing. It's not usually the size you normally wear. Check their size chart carefully, and the customer service is great, they always get back to you promptly and are very courteous, the shipping can get a little costly but it's fair.

Your company does not give refunds unless we pay to ship all the way back to wherever in whatever country you ship from. The pennies you get back as a credit is throw out change. Your return policy is horrible. I would not order anything from your company again. The only reason I did order again was because I didn't realize at the time that when you sent a damaged item that I would only get a portion of it back as credit and didn't realize those credits had to be used by a short period of time and that the throw out change that I mentioned earlier was also ridiculous because you had to use it within a period of time and had to apply that credit toward something that cost about twice as much if not more.

This is a great dress - the fabric is good quality and the fit is perfect. I am planning to wear this frequently this summer. The color is perfect and can be worn with multiple accessories. Perfect to dress up or down and for multiple occasions. The dress is lightweight and great for warm months.

Received these sandals about a week after ordered. Package nicely. The sandals look like the picture. Wore the sandals once and not that comfortable. The buckle is a little flimsy. They are a nice looking sandal but feet were sore after an hour.

They lied in the description. It says "Cotton blend" but in reality it's 85% polyester. 15% cotton is not cotton blend!! I can't wear anything with such terrible quality, need to return. But when I click their link "return item", going through all the fields, the submit button conveniently doesn't work. Nice try! I tried both in browser and in their app and it doesn't work anywhere. I need my money back and will never buy anything from this company again.

I have ordered 13 times I haven’t been able to use many coupons or rewards. So it is not working well for me. On April 18th /23. My parcel was delivered to DVL with a separate fee from LightInTheBox.com. I pay LightInTheBox box 7.50 for gold shipping. I tried to pay DHL two times, then I reached out to LightInTheBox to pay it forward and I would give them the money. The DHL held the parcel and LightInTheBox told them to send it back to them and consider it destroyed. Then light in the box offers me a deal for a 50% off of the package price to resend the parcel and that I would have to pay for the shipping which is only 7.50. My issue is they cancelled 4 items because??? And I never received an official confirmation on fees or bonuses or credits to work for me.

Even though my item was not to my liking, LightintheBox gave clear instructions on my options and how to return it. While we are unused to paying shipping anymore, it is a fair thing for a business to ask. I will say I took some doing to get my purchase to show up so I could see the option to return it. I don't know if that is a poor design on the website/app or more a reflection on my technology skills. This is my first item that I did not like enough to keep. I have found the sizes of the clothes to be accurate. This return was a style issue. I could not tell from the pictures how the jumpsuit was constructed. I would recommend a close-up picture of the skirt part so people can tell in the future.

This the second order with this company and they have not failed to exceed expectations. Shipments were fast and products ordered were received exactly as described. Very happy that I found this site and plan to order more products. Communication is also very good. They keep you updated and tracking is provided as well.

I have really been enjoying shopping with LightInTheBox. They have many items that I have seen elsewhere, but for a better price; sometimes a much better price. They also have unique items for the home to make life easier and better. Their clothes, jewelry and accessories are interesting and usually beautiful. One thing to watch for is that the sizing is different for each item and doesn’t correspond to US sizing (must go by your measurements.) Also, occasionally an item is not as nice as shown or described. Customer service will work with you if you are not satisfied. Look at all the pictures, read all the descriptions and reviews (get out your tape measure if needed) and you can have a VERY satisfying experience. It is well worth it!

The sizes are ridiculous on most clothing items. You have to order 2 or 3 sizes larger than you would normally wear. I got a message that an item I ordered is out of stock, now I’ll be waiting 2 weeks for a refund. It was in stock at the time of my order, I should get it!!! Now that I know I have to order giant sizes, I have no problem.

Items I ordered from this company is poor quality and it was difficult to return so I promised not to order anything else from this company. I will not recommend this company to anyone because I’m not happy with the quality of the product. Some of the sizes are too big and item description is misleading.

I ordered 4 dresses, 4 men's dress shirts, 3 pair cowboy boots and a bunch of other products from this site and they took FOREVER to be delivered. When the order came in, the products were very low quality and some of the products that I paid good money for didn't come. Instead, I was sent other stuff not worth anything to me. When I asked to exchange for what I ordered, I was told they would only offer me 30% discount on my next order OR I could pay the shipping to send the item back that I didn't order at my own expense and once they received it, I would receive a refund for that product... But it was worth far less than what I ordered. I will never shop from this site again.

Decided to try this company as seemed like fair pricing for products, however will most likely not use again. Shipping times are on the longer side and return options are terrible. Will pay more for product on another site to be able to exchange when sizing is inaccurate. Was my first experience and sadly not a great one.

Very nice! The fabric is wonderful! They tend to run a size small, so upsize. Shipping was fairly fast.. There was a problem with the print on one shirt, but the shirt was replaced quickly. Can't wait for my next order to arrive! I also ordered a cute denim dress that is very good quality!

I ordered 5 dress, prices were very reasonable but 2 did not fit properly even though I checked the size chart for each dress. So I guess 3 out of 5 is not bad. I would like to try ordering a couple of the linen dress but not sure if I will now.

36 inches means 36 inches worldwide, all clothing seems to be too small including extra large shirts, then the delivery is left in the mailroom for anyone to take, this should never happen, they took pictures to show package was there, but when I checked it was not there, waste of both time and money.

I have now received 2 orders from LITB. The 1st was a test to check the quality of the garments and the speediness of the delivery time. Well needless to say I placed a 2nd order. Love the color. Unfortunately the size did not reflect the measurements indicated. It was very difficult (& still is) to access the return policy. It is very disappointing that the cost to return an item can be as high as $40 which in my case exceeds the cost of the jacket is $28.99. However it is welcoming to receive a discount by filling the survey whereas I can reorder the jacket in its appropriate size.

I felt like I was scrolling for hours, then I started seeing a lot of the same repeats. But then I start seeing new stuff in there as well. So part of me was wondering if I was seeing the same thing over and over again. It just seemed a little bit overwhelming at first. But they had so many great things and I just couldn't stop. I bought a woman's T-shirt and it wasn't too hard to find my size. But there were a couple items on a couple of my orders that were cancelled after I had already placed the order, because they didn't have the sizes to fulfill it.

I have bought some very nice items from LightInTheBox. Sizing is different from item to item. A few of the less expensive item appear to show sequins but the actual item has just a pattern that looks like the sequins. More expensive items are an exact match.

LightInTheBox is a hidden treasure for me. I'm starting a clothing line and it's helped me out a lot. I purchased a lot of different shirts and shorts from them. It's a hit-and-miss if you don't read and get into what you're wanting as far as cotton, nylon or polyester. But once you step back and read the reviews, it puts it all out there for you. For the most part, it's as good as any clothing out there. The yoga pants I got from LightInTheBox are better than the ones I had gotten from Alibaba. LightInTheBox has the sizing chart to tell you American sizes. It varies on different products. I also purchased earbuds for $5 which are good. My girlfriend likes them. The delivery is way faster than Alibaba. It takes about a week and a half, where Alibaba has you sitting there on pins and needles. They'd say two weeks but it'd be two months.

Advertisement looks cheating. Very short life. About 2 months in moderate use. Broken a part. I told them to refund but there is always tricks to play to return money. Why soo low quality with High price showed on items price. Deal price is their normal quality price deal-flash sale is cheating words.

This order (probably my 5th order) was a ladies t-shirt and sandals. They are very comfy and cute. I recommend following the size charts and reading reviews before ordering, as the sizes vary. I just ordered some household items and I can't wait to get them. The quality of everything so far has been really good.

I was looking forward to the dresses, but as noted above in the subject line, both dresses and both jackets did not a tag in them. Both the dresses and jackets are smaller that what I ordered or I need to go to the 4x. As mentioned because they did not have a size in them, it is very hard to tell.

I purchased several items from LightinTheBox, they took forever to receive them at least 6 weeks. After I received them, I quickly tried them on, some of the dress fit but the arms were too small. whoever seamstress these articles, were sewn in correctly, the shoes were too small and then they tried to get me to keep the items, what could I possibly do with them? They don't have a return tag, so to return the items it was $80.00 for regular shipping to China plus the $227.00 I paid for the articles. Now they don't want to give me a refund back, this was the WORST transaction, save your money and go to the store. Absolutely, the worst, don't buy from them.

They show a picture of a really nice item and mail off a reproduced poor copy. This dresses were definitely not what the picture showed. The bras were way too stretchy a material so they don't give you any support. The bathing suit straps are sewn too close to the cleavage not like shown on the picture and material color was faded blue not vibrant. When I posted pictures and my reviews to show proof of what I was referring to they didn't even post my reviews or reply to why I wasn't happy with the purchases. I feel they do a bait and switch business showing good quality sending poor knock offs.

I had a good experience with LightInTheBox. I only had one issue with the return policy. They sent me the wrong item. I was getting a long purple dress, and I got a long purple hoodie dress. It was sweatshirt material. But I couldn't figure out how to send it back, so I just decided to keep it. Some of the clothing is a little flimsy. But if it's for a trip or it's just for one time, it's fine. But the shoes and the purses that I've received so far are good quality.

Generally happy with the products but delivery time is way too slow. Have another order in and it's been 5 days and still hasn't shipped. Two items I got were not like the pictures and returning the items are a huge hassle.

I bought a lot of items from LightInTheBox and the products on their website are really cheap. Even box for the packaging is cheap. Then, they were supposed to send me a couple of items too, but unfortunately, they haven't sent me that because I received the box broken and a few of my items are still not in. The portable mini-iron is not working and one of the shades that I bought is supposed to be a different color. Also, one of the fans I bought is broken and they said they were going to take care of that. Aside from that, the clothes storage bag is not really steady and I didn't like it.

A wrong item was sent to me. I raised a complaint. The agent that attended to my complaints was helpful and courteous. The correct item was later sent. I paid import duties on the 2nd item. However, I was reimburse by LightInTheBox within 48 hours.

I've always been a bit skeptical of companies who import their products from China, as sometimes these products are very cheaply made and do not look anything like the shop photos. Legitimacy is key. You just never know when you buy online from a "real" company. It's a risk. Fortunately, shipping was relatively fast, products were the actual products that I ordered and there were no size discrepancies or substitutions.

Ordered 3 zip-up hoodie sweatshirts for $5.99 each. Great for spring/fall time. Sizes run smaller than normal. Quality is good & very comfortable. Shipping cost is a main point of contention for me....I would recommend buying these sweatshirts. They were shipped fast & to my door & even gave me email notifications.

I cancel part of my order. 2 pairs of white pants. The total of refund is 32.69. I then purchased 3 new items for 13.47. I never received the remaining 19.22 of my refund! I enjoy shopping on your website but not getting my full refund is leading me to shop elsewhere.

The items that I have received so far are of good quality and the fit is pretty accurate. There are wide variety of items on the website and a lot of options to choose from. The only thing I really have issue with is shipping time and stock levels. If one item is holding up everything else on the order then the rest of the order should be shipped without that item. And if something is out of stock then it shouldn't be on the website to order. Both of these issues have happened to me on three different orders.

The shopping was fine and shipping time too. The issue is the item came much bigger than expected and to return it I have to take measurements and show pictures of it being big. I mean I would rather donate it rather than spend all that time and then still have to return it too.

The dress was made too small and I think you all need to make women's dresses bigger esp elegant dresses for like church or an event, the shipping takes too long as well, that's a major drawback, need faster processing time because it takes way too long in my opinion.

I really like most of the things I have received. There are some that I don't care for but they are usually inexpensive so I'm good with just a credit. It takes a little bit for them to arrive and returning is not the ideal situation but it works well for me.

This is my first experience with this vendor. I bought a multi-colored maxi dress, it fit good, perfect length no alteration needed (compared to another maxi dress I purchased from a different vendor) colors were good, not quite as vibrant as the picture but not dull. I will purchase from this vendor again.

The picture for the church houses and cross on the tiered round table is deceptive. They made it look like it was 4d and not just a front. Then when I wanted to return they didn't want to accept when they deceived and didn't put in description that these were flat.

So far the quality of what I have ordered is great. The shipping however, what it tells you when you are ready to order and what it actually is differ. It takes almost 20 days to get your items. Wish it was faster like it advertises when you are browsing.

Overall I have been extremely pleased with most of the clothes I’ve purchased from LightInTheBox. The material is very nice on the clothes and reviews from shoppers helps to determine the “true” size on most of the clothing since the size chart sometimes doesn’t make sense. The articles ordered were great except for one item which the color was not as mentioned, the item was supposed to be red and black but actually was black and orange. Besides everything all items were very good. I just wish that the size small would be a bit smaller.

I have ordered from Light several times and so far I have not been disappointed. The product is as described and arrives in a timely manner. I have not dealt with the company on any returns so I cannot speak to that process.

This particular order is 2 winter coats. Men's puffer jacket and men's wool coat. The puffer jacket I wore frequently as an everyday coat. I actually have another coat I ordered from you on another occasion, so I would alternate coats. The wool 1 is a dress coat so I've only worn that 1 on a couple of occasions. I've very pleased w the quality of all of them.

I received my Smart AMOLED watch over a week ago. I have worn it for a week now. I loved the functionality of the watch and the easy connection to my iPhone. I features I use the most are the sleep tracker as well as the heart and oxygen monitor. There are many more great features.

I ordered 3 dresses, which were a part of the first order I have ever made from LightInTheBox. The white dress I received was not only too small, but it was not even the one I ordered, and the blue one with the sash was made two sizes too small despite the measurements listed online. I purchased these dresses for my law school graduation and can't wear any of them. In looking at the reviews, I think this is being done on purpose because they know people overseas will not spend the cost of the dress to return it, so buyers are stuck. The quality of the clothes is poor. You can tell they are using ideas from people's boutiques, and making these dresses with less than par fabrics/material. I won't order another clothing item from the app again, only shoes.

Items were great sizes. I got lucky and got them right. Sometimes you have to take it a chance with one item and then another one with another size and then for the future you know more or less what to order that will fit. Since I'm sure that's mostly everyone's concerned is choosing the right size.

The item (dress) I ordered was supposed to be made of denim and it wasn't, it's made of polyester and the pockets are fake.☹️☹️ I did or will receive a 60% refund, which I appreciate very much, but would much rather have received the item I ordered.

I found items I have ordered are above par quality wise for the money. The messages screen printed on the shirts are messages I couldn't find at most stores or retail outlets. I have had numerous favorable comments on most all the clothing I have worn.

My orders have been received in good shape, beautiful clothing. Be careful to watch the size guides, these clothes are sized much smaller than U.S. clothes. But for the money you can't pass up the deals. Best price for a great smart watch. Can do everything my Fitbit can but didn't cost $20.

I received the wrong style of pants I had ordered. After contacting customer service I was offered a 50% refund but I really wanted the pants I had ordered and CS agreed to send out the right pair and told me to keep the wrong pair sent out before.

Order lots of clothes. Love every price and look great stuff. The shipping is not as expected but still happy. The sizes are accurate and everyone who has seen it is ordering. My second order hasn't arrived yet but I'm waiting with bated breath.

Updated on 05/13/2023: So here is a new twist to the Light in the Box scam company. As you have read, they said they sent an email to help return my items. They never sent it...again. I went to their chat and spoke with a representative and explained the situation and how I have not received the email and maybe they could contact the support manager that replied to the Consumer Affairs review. She said she would tell her and give her my alternate emails to send it too. Not only have I still not received ANY emails, they have disabled their chat function so there is now no way to contact them. How unbelievably unprofessional and sleezy.
