I gave them 2 stars because after the fraud, they refunded my money. I was trying to get some questions answered and they asked for my card and told me it was a $5 charge then proceeded to charge my card for $65. Even my bank flagged this as suspicious as soon as it went through and that's how I found out that I was charged 65 and not the $5 I actually authorized. Due to this deceitful first encounter, I won't be proceeding any further with this company.

The AI connection and service was successful. However, why I had to pay $5 to get it is unreasonable when I already pay for Verizon customer support with my monthly service payment.

Scam company. I was led to believe I was being charged $5 which was to be refunded but they charged me immediately $40.
