It is Saturday and most regular veterinarians are closed. My Rescue that I have only had for a month consumed pine needles and has vomited twice. I stumbled upon this service by accident and was very pleased. I was connected quickly to a veterinarian who read my information that I had provided and gave a answer that made sense and was helpful. Would highly recommend.

The technician helped me fix the problem VERY quickly and easily. He knew exactly what the problem was, even though I had no technical ability to describe the situation. He explained what to do, was very patient, and the problem was fixed in less than a minute! My only issue is that JustAnswer says that they need a credit card for a REFUNDABLE $5 fee, but then the charge comes through for $70. I wish they were more upfront about how they charge customers. In any case, this saved me who knows how much from actually calling a repairman to come to my house.

I was very happy with the experience, except I did not realize until the end that I was not speaking with someone directly from Juno. The person who spoke with me, seemed very knowledgeable. He was even able to give me the phone number which I needed to contact my email provider.

My first call was dropped since I was driving and not able to answer. Later I did get a call from Adam. Since he has not reached me earlier he was trying again. And he was great. Very informative and offered to help again if his first suggestions didn’t work.

As of yesterday I was suddenly unable to reply to anyone on FB Messenger. FB was asking me to confirm my identity. This company popped up in the help box. I was totally afraid they might be a scam but it is definitely legit. Beyond that, I was anticipating that I would be stuck on the phone forever trying to get it handled as so often happens with tech issues but Usman helped me clear the problem up quickly. Very grateful to be able to talk with a human- not have to deal with AI- and for the quick solution he guided me through.

Very poor business practice. After asking a question they told me to go to store & ask Xfinity. If I wanted to go to the store I would not have paid for an answer. Not only did I pay for that answer I was signed up for a monthly subscription that I was not aware of. When I tried to ask for a refund they blocked me so could not reply to them asking me why I wanted the refund. Pretty chicken shit if you want my opinion. Avoid this company!!

I had to return the items, the sizing was large so I didn't like the way they fit. Returning was not a problem. The technician who helped me get the return done and the postage label printed was great. I would recommend buying from this company to a friend or family member.

This is a scam. I talked to the Chatbot and they said to pay five dollars to have someone call you and then they charge my card $70 and now they’re saying they can’t refund anything. This is a scam.

I had a Sansui Monitor connection issue! I was told by the agent after a few information requests that I would be charged $2CAD refundable! I looked at my credit card bill and it charged me a whopping $68CAD and the call took 5 minutes and was not solved! This is very bad service.

I was able to get an answer on how to try to get a return on Jelly Burn liquid drops. The shipping slip really didn't have the answer. It didn't have the name of the company. Joe was great to talk to. He recommended a kit by Freedom Racing and we discussed alternatives. Also discussed Possible alternative ways to hold the crankshaft from turning when installing/torqueing the harmonic balancer bolt, as well as general types on installing timing chain and phasers. The Amazon DP version of cam holding tools will work for a one time use but the Freedom Racing kit has everything needed but for significantly more. He assured me Ed that because of the internal design of the phaser it is required to use a phaser holding tool.

I was getting so upset that canceling a subscription was impossible. The rules said I needed to give 72 hours before my next shipment rate. I was just on that threshold but this company told me I need to pay half of the order $40 and my obligation would be satisfied. Your employee was very confident she could cancel without a penalty fee. She was incredibly kind and truly a pleasure to interact with. I thought I would be speaking with a vet and the vet disappeared then I had to wait for someone else who was not a vet but an "expert" and then they still couldn't assist as I needed flea treatment for my dog which they can't prescribe and did not tell me until after I spent 30 minutes online with them.

I found the technician to be eager to help and he was able to find things online that I wasn’t finding. My situation wasn’t resolved and I will take my machine into a shop for a tune-up. I would have preferred a phone call to chatting online, but this worked pretty well.

All of a sudden my phone went blue. I couldn't do anything with it. I couldn't reboot it. The technician was super helpful, he was patient, and help me force it off and then it came back. Being a senior citizen, it's sometimes hard for us to understand tech stuff, but he was very helpful.

I had a question about calculating construction costs per square foot of a new home in rural Missouri -- saw conflicting figures (widely varied) online, and amongst chat forums where folks were constructing and sharing the numbers they had. My project is a carriage house, so a 2-car garage is included in the square footage of the home, but... does it count in calculating costs per square foot? Nowhere online could I get a clear answer to this question. (Which makes a huge difference, obviously, in figuring costs.) Charles was super-helpful, let me know that unconditioned space doesn't count in construction costs per square foot calculus, though it obviously DOES need to be estimated in terms of square feet and costs, it's a different scale. Such a relief!

I thought I was paying a $5 fee to get help with my google tv account. I received an error message saying contact amazon.com/videohelp. Once on the site, the bot directed me to credit card landing page that suggested I pay $5 to get to a tech that could help with a phone call. Kerlin suggested I unplug the tv for several minutes, and that resolved the issue. I do not wish to pay a monthly subscription fee for this service, and a charge of $70 was posted to my credit card.

My call to customer service was polite and quickly forwarded my call to customer service Mark for additional questions. Mark was very helpful…Even looked through manuals to identify my older model of microwave and the necessary parts required. Unfortunately, my model is outdated now and will need to be replaced. Our Cuisinart air fryer-toaster model CTOA-130PC3 that we bought from Costco just over 3 years ago (now out of warranty) had a problem that the door flopped open because the rivet holding the piece the spring attached to wore out. To repair it, the outer cover needed to be removed. I was able to get 80% of it done by myself. The expert helped me figure the rest of it out and sent me a video that helped me get it done.

It tells me $5 to speak to a lawyer. Then the lawyer gave me answers that sounds like an AI bot. something that Chatgpt would answer. Then it tells me to consult with a lawyer about my case. Then I got a message saying I was charged for $60. That chat was only a few minutes.

My dog bit a toad and had a visceral response that I had not seen before. My google search got me a ton of conflicting info and made it worse. Found this site in the mix. By answering just a few questions with an AI bot, I was then given the opportunity to speak with a vet via chat or by phone. Within a minute I was connected to vet and my questions and concerns were answered. I feel better after discussing Dora with Dr. **. He helped me understand. After my husband passed and his large dog became mine, I am not as good at dealing with situations like this. I would have never chosen a large dog, she is hard to lift. I do feel in the future it would be better for me to talk on the phone. Giving her Pepto for upset stomach, understanding the ACL tear little better. The only thing I would ask for explanation is the charge for this service? My comfort in this information from Dr. ** was I did not need to cause discomfort for myself by getting in car and going to the vet. And getting information on her condition.

I googled an issue about my Samsung dishwasher and Just Answer came up. I clicked on it and it said $5 and someone will assist you. Before I can cancel the call, I have been charged $38 on my card. The call lasted 2-minute tops. The man told me to same thing I already googled and to call Samsung. Done. I'm out $38. Well, what can I do. I fell for that that trap. Today, I saw I am being charged another $38 for subscription fee! What??? So, I get online and the bot tries to get me to sign up again for that $5 trap. Of another call and but falling for that this time.
I found the 800 number on my credit card and I call them. Ah before that, found a webpage you can cancel quickly for a subscription you did not sign up for additional $29.50! I finally found someone to talk to and she cancelled it, but alas, I do not get my $38 for a subscription I did not sign up for. But don't worry, we won't charge you again! What??? These people are scammers!!!! Do not click on the link guys! It is not worth it. Where are these good reviews coming from? They are fake reviews!

I used JustAnswer, and did get a response to my question. My issue is that the advertised $5 fee, promoted as refundable, is really a $55 charge that includes enrollment in a service with a monthly membership fee. It was quite difficult to use their site to cancel the membership so I had to go through customer service. And there's no refund. Read the fine print carefully. You are enrolling in a monthly service, not simply accessing expert answers.

Edgar was helpful and direct with his assistance. He created a solution quickly and explained next steps clearly. General FYI, it took much longer to speak to an agent than originally estimated. Also, I would like a little information on the billing. The chat said $5 (refundable) then charged $43 (additional membership fee added, only mentioned in email, once charged). That seems shady to me... My issue is not yet resolved, so I will be better able to rate fully after a week has passed and if I am able to access my Insta account. TBD on if value in cost of help and the issue is resolved.

A total scam. I went on once to ask a question about switching a printer. I was told it would be $5.00 to connect so I paid that. I was on for about an hour and was charged another $50 or more. I figured it was timed so I got charged more. There was never anything that said it was a monthly service. Today I was charged $55 for another month. I immediately canceled but they refuse to refund this month, You may get help but they are a scam. They never tell you it is a monthly service and refuse to refund anything. Beware.

She wanted to know if anything out of the normal has happened and if all other behavior was normal. The Veterinarian who helped me was excellent. He assessed my dog quickly and accurately. He provided me with a dietary plan to help my dog's symptoms, (throwing up) and let me know that based on her specific circumstances that she was okay and wasn’t going to need urgent, in-person care. Very misleading fee, it says only $5 to get started but then they charge you $70 out of nowhere and say that when you post that that is taken as permission to charge you the $70. Then customer service was very rude, said they would transfer me to a supervisor but ended the chat instead. Right before ending the chat the service representative said basically too bad. I would have been glad to pay $40 one time fee for ONE QUESTION compared to a $70 recurring fee.

I went onto the JustAnswer site and asked a question on the chat. It said they could connect me with a auto mechanic for $5. I entered my card information and chatted with (allegedly) a auto mechanic. I just checked my account and found I was charged $70 - $5 for a subscription and $65 non-refundable. I was charged the one-time refundable $5 join fee and the $65 non-refundable membership fee. This was not clear at all when I entered my card information, and I was not expecting this. I want the $65 refunded because this is misleading.

Rakesh did NOT solve my issue of signing into **. I did not understand his directions and asked him to help me understand. He just kept repeating the same direction over and over and was very frustrated that I could not understand. His tone of voice was somewhat rude, as if I were a dummy. He gave me the number **, and I told him there are only suppose to be 10 numbers, not 11, he must be mistaken. He repeated the number again another 3 times. After checking on the number, he came back with a new number ** for ** support. By request, he gave me the number ** for a Just Answer refund of my $5.00.
Upon reviewing his copy of the phone call summery, I see he is also a liar, or at least did not include the entire conversation. Not sure if that's acceptable at Just Answer. I believe Rakesh needs further training on the protocol of phone call etiquette (being patient with the caller), and the protocol of a phone number (10 vs 11 digits). He should also understand that repeating something over and over does not help the customer to understand his directions. I was also charged $38 for nonrefundable fee. No mention of this charge was given to me when I paid the $5.00 for worthless information.

The mechanic was very well versed and fully understood the repair I need. He was honest and provided all of the details I need to make an informed decision. I was quoted a repair estimate for a collision avoidance error message in my 2018 Acura RDX. The quote didn't not fully explain what the repair entailed. I contacted JustAnswer and the mechanic fully explained the error message and the estimated parts and labor costs, which helped me to determine what action to take. I had a great experience overall!

I had a very good experience with "Pearl" chatbot and Brandon B. I thought Pearl was a real person, but I guess I am wrong. I did ask Brandon B. If he was a real person! He said he was. A very polite young man. I wished him a Happy Easter. Our Detroit Lakes, ALDI is a very nice store with very helpful employees. We needed a smaller, friendly grocery store. Thank You.

The techie didn’t directly address my issue, assuming my OS was out of date, which it wasn’t. I needed to learn how to reinstall Carbonite because I was having issues with that and Carbonite assuming my OS was not up to date. Now she, Alexandra, won’t answer my follow up questions! Very disappointed that I had to pay for this and not have it resolve my issue. Probably AI and not a real person.

Service was quick and easy. However the girl that answered the phone said a $5.00 charge would be added to my credit card and the total charge was $38.00. The tech however called me within 15 minutes, was very nice and told me I could order the pump from Amazon, sent me a link to it and directed me to the correct pump on the page which will be delivered tomorrow.

I was shocked when I learned that the poison control hotlines line recommended by the vet I called for advice cost over eighty dollars just to answer a question. I looked further and luckily found your helpline, Your vet quickly took in our concern and gave us an immediate reply so that in this case the pill our dog ingested was not enough to make a trip to an emergency vet and undoubtedly saved us a large expense. More importantly it saved our dog needless stress. Thanks so much.

Dr. ** was amazing. She put my mind at ease to let me know my 2 year old Pitbull would be okay after eating some walnuts. She told that if the nuts were moldy is when problems would arise. Since they were fresh she would be okay!!! She also let me know to not always believe what you read online, it can be misleading.

The Doctor was and kind and pleasant. She understood and addressed my concern re my cat which enabled me to relax. The one disappoinment, was the 70$ charge, which I did not expect. I got all the same info online except for confirmation that cat's weight fell within safe weight for non-emergency tx.

I was told that the cost was $5. We were charged $70 for one answer. I was informed that my printer did have scanner capabilities. However, the call only lasted less than 5 minutes and was not worth $70.

I had questions about the probability of pregnancy in several situations that were considered safe but still had me gasping for air with a heavy amount of anxiety at the thought of being pregnant. But after talking with one of the doctors here he answered my questions clearly and was very patient with me letting me know that the risks were way too low from the situations that I described which made me feel better. I get queazy and nauseated when I talk about sexual intercourse and the many ways of protection after sex, which I find rude for the other people who can freely talk about it but I genuinely can't handle it. So these one on one private conversations make me feel less nauseated about asking the questions that concern me when it come to these things.

It’s was good to get it done. But they said I get my money back. When do I get it back. I was told at beginning that the charge is refundable after finishing and I haven’t seen my credit back as of yet. I expect to get it back or I will call my credit card company to complain about not receiving it.

I had some simple questions about meds my dog is taking. I couldn't find the answer anywhere on my internet searches. I got them answered when I couldn't find anywhere else. I spend an hour researching trying this site. Believe it or not the big question for starters was how to convert the ml of a medication tablet to the same Rx as an oral solution. Got the answer and also realized it would be expensive to go that route.

It was Quick and easy and they knew the answers to my questions about SSA after the death of a spouse. SCAM!: My Phone call never went through, I never spoke to a lawyer. I did have a chat with Elizabeth. The chat was helpful. I paid $5.00 to get put on a bunch of telemarketing lists. Also, they tried to sell me a subscription. The help I got was not worth the hassle. I just reviewed and they will be billing me 60 dollars monthly.

The expert gave me the solution. The only frustration is that getting a phone thru from an unknown # is very hard with my Apple phone. He sent me the # so I could put it in my phone book so my phone would let me answer. If it was included at the beginning, it would reduce frustration.

Trying to clear up fraudulent deals for Digesti online led me to Just Answer. Just Answer website offered help but wanted $5.00. I protested & was told to go ahead & pay the $5.00 & it would be refunded. I agreed to that with the promise of a refund of the $5.00. I was supposed to get a call from a software technician but the only call I got was to rate the service. Except for texts I never talked to any so called technician. I am in shock this morning because I now find a pending transaction for $38.00 from you on the bank acct. # I only authorized to be charged the $5.00. I have stopped payment for the $38.00 and am now going to report both Digesti & Just Answer as a scam.
