Our son gave our puppy way too much dewormer thinking the two bottles was different meds for the same dog not same meds for different dogs. The vet answered our questions and really patient with us. She told us what to watch for, some things we could do for our puppy and when to take her in if necessary.

I needed help in cancelling a recurring order from BugMD, the product is Vamoose. In the information I had saved at the time of the initial order, I did not have a contact for cancelling. I was taken through several steps, and got the help of Mohamed M. He was very patient in collecting all of the information. Finally I was guided through a call to BugMD. He stayed with me until I got satisfactory results in cancelling that order.

If I could rate it a zero I would. The company is a ripoff!!!!!! I have Best Buy total tech coverage. When I used it for the first time, it directed me to this app. I had a 5 minute conversation through the app, that I was under the impression was part of the best buy coverage I paid for, and was charged $70 for, which was not mentioned before the conversation. According to best buy this should not have happened. The company is a ripoff!! Watch out!!

Overall it was good and informative. Gave good information. Attorney seemed in a hurry. But for five bucks, would use again.

I want to thank Dr Paul ** for his initial advice to get Pinto, may beautiful Aussie, in to be seen by an Emergency Vet. We have received absolutely amazing care for him. He’s about to finish his first round of Chemo and has done very well. His Vet Oncologist told us this week that he is showing signs of remission and responding very well to the drugs. When I went online looking for help I was at the end of my rope. I had tried just about everything. The first tech I was matched was very nice and tried several fixes but none worked. He gave up. I was given the opportunity to be matched with a second technician and I am so glad that I did. Darwin S was so helpful, patient and kind. I was on the DMV site. After writing my question, they referred me to a lawyer that could help said it was five dollars. I submitted my credit card after I spoke to a person that they recommended from the DMV. It worked out great, but I was charged on my card $70 that was not mentioned to me that my card called me and asked me if that was fraud. I said DMV online said it was five dollars and ended up being charged $70 so I let it go but I won’t do that again.

We texted with a vet when our dog started to show a reaction or allergy. The vet was very informative, caring and straightforward.
