We found 3 very young abandoned kittens in our outbuilding. Two of them had eye problems so when I found this website, I was elated. Dr. ** instructed me what I needed to do. He has been so wonderfully concerned and helpful, even when he knew we weren't going to be able to keep them. His concern was for the kittens.

The dr was very professional and pick up medication at Tractor Sup. Helped get the medicine to help my goats eye. She must have scratched it and it was white and oozy. I took a picture of her eye. The dr told me where I can get ointment at tractor sup

Have a very sick Yorkie and all local Vets were closed until July 6. I had used Just Answer in the past, so used it again. Great service, and the Veterinarian who took my questions responded with enough information for me to know what to watch for. My pup needs a doctor, but the 2 that serve our city were closed. Today I reached 3 others in our general area, and none would see our Yorkie....said they were booked up. So not much I could do but keep my dog comfortable, watch him closely, and hope our local Vet will see him tomorrow. I feel pretty certain we will have to put him on his journey across the Rainbow Bridge. He's lost all bodily functions, hasn't eaten in 4 days, drinks water and regurgitates it. He can't walk too far, and when he tries, he often falls over, so will lie down and sleep wherever he falls. I truly appreciate all the help Dr. ** provided.

My dogs had taken too many herbal calming treats. I had called a local vet who recommended I call the ASPCA hotline which wanted to charge me $65 before even connecting me with someone. I was connected with a vet through JustAnswer who was able to see photos of the pill bottle that I sent through text. I was then given kind and quick responses. Very appreciative!

I have experienced Justanswer and was pleased with responses. Though due to my lack of use of the site, I didn’t take advantage of all that they offered. I didn’t try the phone option as it is more expensive. But would do if I had more time (in the process of moving). So overall I was happy with the service and advice. John

The answer provided has been downloaded into a file so that I can refresh my memory at any time in case I've forgotten something.

Beware… you will be charged automatically monthly $46.00 for one question. Luckily I put it on PayPal who informs me of my charges. I asked of course to remove the current July charge. But of course I got sucked into paying it. If you look at the receipt, my 1 simple question was made in May.

I used Just Answer to ask a question and they answered it for $1. Fine. You have to then opt out or you get billed for $46 within a week. When I saw that my Pay pal account had been billed for $46 I filed a grievance. First of all, I thought I had a month. But secondly I got no additional notice I was going to be billed. I did not think that without asking an additional question I would be billed for $46. JustAnswer responded to me that they could not refund my money.

The premium membership was canceled and I was assured that they would cancel it but they continue to take the money and would not refund it. While the expert gave me good information and the service could be useful to some their billing practices are Shady at best. The services that they offer are not worth the headache of not being able to cancel and the company continuing to take money out of your account unauthorized. Stay away from JustAnswer.com.

My Facebook account has been disabled. I need it to be reactivated so that I can use it for a business application. I paid a dollar to use Just Answer for one week. WHEN I deactivated the recurring payment of $ 66 it stopped my 1 week privilege too. They tried to solve my problem the first and only early. Everything stopped when I stopped the recurring payment. MY Facebook account is still disabled.

Did what they said!??? And if I had a problem with any other appliances or things that I need information on I would be sure to contact Just Answer, as they have pros that give the information you need fast, and would definitely pass that information about Just Answer!

Webb-Guy helped me through troubleshooting and repair of two of my major appliances (gas clothes dryer & dishwasher). He was professional, cordial & easy to understand. He was quick to get back to me with answers to my questions. I'm not sure that I will continue with the monthly service, as it does not seem cost effective for just a single household of appliances. But the onetime experience was well worth it.

I have had to call Just Answer 3x in the past year. I have a basset hound who puts everything in her mouth. Although we are very careful, we are not perfect beings and she had gotten into things. In all cases they were there to alleviate my fears after she has ingested something. I appreciate being able to ask someone immediately, if what she has done is toxic and how to handle it. The technician told me it had to be a bad board in my fridge. There are two in the fridge. When I spent $500 to buy 2 new boards for the fridge and it did not fix the problem he told me that one of the boards was bad. When I pushed, he told me that it has to be the board and offered no other solution. I had to call a GE technician who quickly deduced that it was a bad Evaporator Fan Motor. I bought one for $75, replaced it myself and it works great now. So the $5 offer from JustAnswer cost me $500 of bad advice. That is a solid 1 because it doesn't get any lower.

Do not use this service, I use the veterinarian service. The veterinarian was wonderful. A message came up asking if I wanted the appointment via phone call. I said yes. It cost $40. That's fine. Then I got a message saying that veterinarian was not available for a phone call so we did it via text message which is also fine and they took the $40 out of my bank account anyways. Then I find out just by exploring the website that I am now a member at $42 a month which nobody asked me about. I didn't feel anything out nothing. Still haven't gotten my money back so beware.

She reviewed the lab work my own vet did not review with me, that I'd spent 3 to 4 days studying on my own; explained the data contained therein and the significance and import of them and of a certain test; was able to disavow several of my vet's "throw the kitchen sink" diagnoses as unsupported by the lab work and focus my attention to what is most likely the cause as well as suggest a plan of action including tests that my vet did not do. I would definitely use this service again to obtain an invaluable second opinion.

Attorney was great but if it's just 1 question with a fairly straightforward answer it's not worth the hassle of plugging your credit card in for $50 bucks and then turning around and canceling. You are reimbursed but still it's a process unless you need lengthy conversation.

The mechanic Gavin ** was placed correctly from the beginning on a whistling sound problem heard in my Citroen. He found that it came from the engine turbo and not from the gearbox torque converter turbine. Well done. Because a problem in the gearbox would be a disaster.

My Apple iPad started having trouble. First, I called Cox to strengthen the Internet service, then Cox sent me to JustAnswer. I started clearing old emails and Nilesh gave me a link to find the forgotten password on my desktop. Following the link with pictures, I got the password for our original network and everything is now working. My old Apple has the best audio, necessary because I teach sax lessons on Zoom and often listen to Digital Concert Hall (Berlin Phil).

In March, I had a simple legal question. It had to do with eligibility for unemployment benefits. Of course, I could have just applied, and see what happens, but because the CA EDD system is so overwhelmed, I didn't want to further burden them with an ineligible claim to process. I decided to use this service. I paid $64 to ask the question FROM A LICENSED ATTORNEY (supposedly). His answer? "Gee, I don't really know. I suggest that you go ahead and apply, and see what happens." I could have figured that out on my own, right? Nonetheless, I paid the $64, for worthless "advice."

I just took over my 87 year old father's finances after the death of my mother to find a reoccurring charge of $46 monthly on his credit card. My father had no idea how he "subscribed". All he knew was he was offered an answer to how to retrieve a lost email password for $1. I contacted JustAnswer and they said they would look into this and get back to me in 24 hours. That was 6 days ago. I'll repost after contacting state agencies regarding elder abuse in this matter.

Scam, scam, scam!!! Run far away from this company... If I could rate this company a zero I would. I don't even remember signing up for this until my credit card was charged. According to them, my "trial" membership was up on the 24th and I was charged $28 on my card. They informed me that even though I cancelled it and don't want it they can't/won't refund my money. I never posted anything or asked a question. I feel like I was scammed out of money. This company is a complete joke. I am extremely upset about this and this company could care less about how I feel. They care more about the money than they do about making customers happy.

You get baited into the $5 promo and then get charged $60 for membership for answering a question for 2 minutes that you could have found online anyway. Now I'm out $60. Ridiculous. The customer service agent refused to refund.

I was unaware at the time a made an inquiry that I would receive ongoing charges for "membership" which I don't recall authorizing. No doubt there is something in their fine print that I missed. My question concerning placing bumper stickers in random places and the responsibility for this was answered. I rated the service a 9 because I dont have many uses for retaining a lawyer and thought the price for this was high considering I have a fixed income. I would definitely recommend. Service is amazing, but ..... I heard that they deactivate accounts that ask too many questions. This shouldn’t be allowed or they should have a posted number of questions you can ask per month. That’s literally my only concern but it’s a big one. Sometimes asking questions bring on more questions and then you barely use it for a while. This needs to change or the service may not be worth the money if you can’t use it freely.
