The technician that I corresponded with, Catmastertech, was the best. He diagnosed my problem within minutes. Very pleased. However, not pleased at all with the phone call charge. I selected this option but Catmastertech did not provide this service. I was charged $26 and made no phone call.

I was worried my dog had overdosed on prescribed meds, because of her behavior. The vet had me check a couple of things and she was just fine with no issues. I haven’t slept in days. Abdominal u/s for belly pain, happened to show a mass on my lung. One that they compared to a 10 year old scan (that no one has mentioned they’d seen a mass) and it has grown considerably. But took 10 years to do so. I had a chest CT today. Terribly anxious. I needed to know. Do we think this is bad? Mass on my lung in a terrible spot was quite a shock. If it was “bad” the placemat is inoperable. I was reassured and much of the info my own docs have given me, was reconfirmed. It has quelled my anxiety some. I was able to send labs, scans, reports. Everything he needed. And he took the time to review it all! I cannot express how much I appreciated this and his attention to detail. FIVE stars! 10 of they had them!

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TRUSTING JUSTANSWER! This company uses shady tactics to scam for customers’ money. From the reviews I’ve read, countless others have also experienced this issue. I was under the impression that I was paying $5 for a quick answer to my legal question and nothing more. Apparently, somewhere in the fine print, I was agreeing to a monthly membership charge. Despite immediately cancelling my membership and contacting customer service over the phone, I guess I’m just being forced to accept that $50 was wasted. VERY disappointed.

The original answer given was good. It was not made clear to me that there would be a monthly charge (other than the original $25.00). After I realized this and called and cancelled I was charged again. Because of their billing date I was charged for a 3rd month ( now $205.00 total) for a very simple answer. When I asked to be considered for at least a one month refund, the answer was a very strong “NO”. So please be careful to cancel immediately if you are not going to use again. In my case I am not satisfied with the customer service.

On 8/14/20, JustAnswer assigned Shahid as the expert to help me correct the problem l was having with my 65 inches curved Samsung TV that I had for 4 years. Have used JustAnswers several times. All experience has been very good. My questions were answered in pretty quick order. And as near as I can figure correctly. I appreciate the option of phone conversation, however the written answer was satisfactory.

The unit stopped draining and even though the primary caregiver for it cleaned it regularly, he summed up his level of ice maker savy when I was cleaning the drain line by rooting it with a piece of 12 ga. wire. "I didn't know that line was clear till just now" he said referring to the once clear plastic drain line. GE provides little in the way of troubleshooting in the unit manual. So thank God for these guys!

I was looking for a way to get more answers from Ohio unemployment. My claim has been ‘processing’ for more than a month and a half. Most experts in my experience have been prompt in answering and have been accurate in their answers. Some links are to "help" sites that are confusing. I am an old man, and I do best with step-by-step instructions. This gentleman decided to not to pay 2 months’ rent and not pay back borrowed money to myself and my co-plaintiff. He just disappeared one day and told me not to contact him because I was a slum lord and a million different excuses. Today, I got judgement by mail in my favor. I went to this site for tech support and was told a computer tech would help, but I needed help on my iPad, not my computer, so I opted out. My credit card was charged even though I answered very clearly that I did not want the support. When asked, "Can I take control of your computer?" or something like that, I answered, "that's a big, fat NO!" Then I was charged 39 dollars, which won't drop off for 7 days! Pissed me off!

I misplaced the manual for my telephone system, which had a call blocker on it. I have used the call blocker so much that the memory was full and it would no longer block calls. Recently acquired GE refrigerator making loud, chattering noise. Noise unaffected by temperature setting and became intermittent. Water was leaking out of the bottom of our fridge. We have a French door fridge with a bottom freezer. We saw a sheet of ice on the bottom of the compartment. Once we cleaned it up no more water. The advice or answers by some of the professionals on this site are great. However, the company's billing practices are not the greatest. Beware of forgetting about your membership because you will end up paying $29/month and the transaction name on your bank statement will change and not say JAExpert, it will say Pearl.com, or Legal or something else. Also when asking to get refunded for at least some of the amount after their service not being used for months, know they will not help you out and give you a break.

As far as I'm concerned this is theft and false advertising - I gave something and got nothing!

Subsequently on the 19Th. of May, 18Th. of June, 15 Th. of July I was charged these three times an extra 49.00 for each transaction (apparently for Membership fee) for which I never applied for nor desired as I would not have any use for anyway.... I am a bit suspicious as to your page claiming to be from Consumer Affair, the only thing I can seem to notice is praise for JustAnswer. You may want to post a few complaints as well as it seems to me that they are not to be trusted. Anyway I don't expect much from this complaint. I just will be more careful when using the internet for any transaction in the future.

I asked a question and received no response (though they promoted a response in minutes). I called the support desk and they prioritized my request. No response. I called back and they offered a call from an appraiser at no cost to me within an hour and a half. No call. I called back and cancelled my membership. Such a weird experience. On 5th April 2020 I had an internet connection problem and as I work from home because of COVID-19 I needed to resolve it ASAP. My internet provider (three) linked me to this website because the customer service was closed down. I follow the steps online in order to have a quick response and the charge was only £5. Their replies were really useless, things I already know and I have done or anything I could easily find available online which means I paid for nothing.
