I think it’s very important to write this review to let everyone know that Just Answer is the best source to get accurate and quick feedback about concerns or questions you make have just by picking up the phone and contacting them. I’ve recently started using their services so I’ve only used it for medical questions thus far and I was connected with a Dr. in the specialty that I needed. I told Dr. ** my concerns and asked several questions and would you it know he answered them and addressed my concerns within minutes or less within minutes.

This gentleman decided to not to pay 2 months’ rent and not pay back borrowed money to myself and my co-plaintiff. He just disappeared one day and told me not to contact him because I was a slum lord and a million different excuses. Today, I got judgement by mail in my favor. The judge saw through his lies and actually got upset with them. The lawyer(s) on JustAnswer told me exactly how to prepare. I feel sorry for his current landlord.

I went to this site for tech support and was told a computer tech would help, but I needed help on my iPad, not my computer, so I opted out. My credit card was charged even though I answered very clearly that I did not want the support. When asked, "Can I take control of your computer?" or something like that, I answered, "that's a big, fat NO!" Then I was charged 39 dollars, which won't drop off for 7 days! Pissed me off!

It appears that the transaction was cancelled by our Customer Care team member the very same day, however, the authorization for the funds may stay on your account for a couple of days. Unfortunately, the length of time that the pending charge takes to fall off of your account is determined by your bank or card issuer, and not by the merchant.

We came up to our summer house and found our oven was not working. Contacted Just Answer and in 10 minutes they told us what to do to get the oven operating normally again. If we had to call a repair man, it would’ve taken a week to get somebody out here and cost us a lot more money than It did. My only caveat is that we inadvertently signed up for a subscription or membership, which we had no intention of doing and Cost us $28 a month till we realize this and were able to cancel it. So watch out for that, unless you want to keep a membership.

After spending hours and hours trying to get my pictures onto the C drive, and more hours searching for answers on Google. I miracle happened when a link to JustAnswer.com popped up. I misplaced the manual for my telephone system, which had a call blocker on it. I have used the call blocker so much that the memory was full and it would no longer block calls. The technician at Just Answer told me how to block further calls by pressing 2 keys simultaneously and I am grateful. He also told me how to clear the memory but that was a bit more complex so I will wait for my son to come and read the instructions I wrote down.

Super fast. Super accurate. No ifs or what ifs about items and value. Because honestly, we all just want to know if our stuff is worth anything before we sell it on eBay. Highly recommend the trial. Recently acquired GE refrigerator making loud, chattering noise. Noise unaffected by temperature setting and became intermittent. Patient, thorough and informative analysis by JA allowed me to conclude that the fan could not keep itself frost free because air flow was blocked by stupidly placed frozen food. The problem was solved.

Water was leaking out of the bottom of our fridge. We have a French door fridge with a bottom freezer. We saw a sheet of ice on the bottom of the compartment. Once we cleaned it up no more water. A few days later, it was back and the leak also. I found online that probably a drain was plugged or froze. But not much help for my unit. It took a while to get help (next morning, because I wrote late at night). The tech sent me diagrams and pictures of where it was and how to take off the back panel. Specific for my exact model. Kept answering my questions throughout the entire time. Sometimes he was a little slow getting back, but he kept with me. So far, so good. Still too early to know if the problem is totally fixed. But I know how to get at the problem next time.

My dog ate a sleeping pill that was dropped on the floor late at night. I called and was put in touch with an excellent vet who gathered information and provided detailed advice on how to induce the recommended vomiting. I would highly recommend this site when having questions about anything. In my case, I had a question about cars, and a type of car in general, and with the little knowledge that I even knew, the mechanic I spoke with was able to answer my questions, and break it down. I was very gratified with the result of my call to JustAnswer. I could not get my Kindle reader and wifi to mesh. After several hours of trial on my own I called just answer. An agent Sushil S. diagnosed and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. We used texting to communicate and it was a very good experience since I am computer ignorant. The final result was I can now use my kindle to order books and receive books from Amazon. He also instructed me how to fix the problem on my own if it happens again. Thank you for your expertise.

Signed up and chose the $5 one time option, but somewhere in the fine print it auto enrolled me for monthly charge. I happened to be reviewing my credit card statement and they billed me $46.00 monthly for 7 months. I used the service 1 time in January for one answer about an exercise bike. I have asked for a refund ($322) and they flatly refuse and point me to the T'S and C's of the site. I'm extremely upset. This is a shady way to do business.

After the question is posted and the membership is agreed to, we send a receipt E-mail immediately, as well as a payment reminder E-mail 3-days prior to the recurring billing. Needed an antique carved wooden horse appraised for a sale and I was able to get an answer within hours. Was really on the fence. Had a pressing issue with my car. Took a phone call with the first recommended pro for $26. In my case, the pro recommended was well well worth it. I wish I had done it sooner. Pontiac specialist who helped me provided a wiring diagram in literally MINUTES that I couldn't find in over two days of searching and searching online.
Don't listen to the woman on Youtube who says it's a scam. It is NOT a scam. That woman most likely forgot to cancel her free membership which is why she is complaining about a "surprise" charge. If you have a pressing issue, MY experience is that it is beyond worth giving it a try. What a great concept! It's like... duhhhh!! If only there was some platform for individuals who are total pros at things could charge reasonable costs as needed without large retainers to answer advanced questions from nobody know-nothings! AND to do it through your preferred mode of communication. The phone call is WORTH IT, just have your question/s and relative information available BEFORE initiating the call to make the most of your time. DO IT NOW.

The advice or answers by some of the professionals on this site are great. However, the company's billing practices are not the greatest. Beware of forgetting about your membership because you will end up paying $29/month and the transaction name on your bank statement will change and not say JAExpert, it will say Pearl.com, or Legal or something else. Also when asking to get refunded for at least some of the amount after their service not being used for months, know they will not help you out and give you a break.

I signed up to ask a question from a lawyer and they charged me $5. I paid the $5 and got my answer. Later I found out that I had been charged $60 from the same website for a membership that I never wanted and neither did I sign up for it. When I asked to send me proof that I signed for a membership they send me a screenshot to a doctor's site that I was never on. And they refused to refund me the money after a lot of back and forth with the customer service person. Thus a total scam. Do not give your credit card information. You will get ripped off.

I saw an online ad for a Morkie puppy 7 1/2 weeks old $500.00 plus another $150.00 for delivery to my door. Of course there was a photo of an ADORABLE puppy. I clicked on "interested " or whatever it was, put in my email address and phone number. The next day I get a text from MIKE stating that he has one male left. I asked where he was In North Dakota and he proceeds to tell me that ND is in the middle of the United States and go east to Fargo. RED FLAG #1.. actually #2 because the price was #1..
I said that I could drive to pickup the puppy and he said ."ok when will you be here?" I said a couple of days.." he then told me to go to his website "Morkiehouse.online" and look at the reviews... Website address was REDFLAG #3.. I decided to call the number which I had been texting. I left a message and shortly thereafter I received a phone call. Mike had a HEAVY Persian accent and was hard to understand. I said that I could pay half today and the other half on August 3rd. He said I'll call you back. "He" called back and said okay but how are You paying the other half. I told him that I would send him a check but that he would HAVE TO hold it until August 3rd. He said if I did that then I would have to have the dog delivered.. REDFLAG #4. He said to go to a Zelle in Zell site and install the app so that I could send him cash ... REDFLAG #5.. I said that I would get back to him...
This is when I put the question to the Google universe: "Is Morkiehouse.online legit" This is when JustAnswer stepped in and offered me a $5.00 trial period. That is THE BEST $5.00 I've spent in the last ten years! Zoey was my attorney and she was Above and Beyond thorough. She even said that their IP address was registered in the UK and traced back to Lahore, Pakistan.. This company has only been in business since July 8th AND that they have NO physical address, only a PO Box. She said that this is a Normal scam which has become worse and More prevalent since COVID-19. I was unaware because I've had a puppy/dog or two since 1997 and lost my last baby, who died in my arms on July 12th, 2020, so I have Not been in the market for a puppy in Years. Thank You SO MUCH Zoey for Your help‼️ You ARE A ROCKSTAR and Shame on "MIKE" and ALL of the other scammers out there.

The tilt/trim switch on the throttle control stopped working while we were on vacation just south of the Canadian border so we asked Just Answer. We received detailed instructions and step by step procedures on how to diagnose the problem! We were able to determine that the switch is bad! Still under warranty so we will let the marine shop handle the rest :).

I went online looking for an answer for deck improvement and I came up with JustAnswer.com. I ask a question and never got an answer. On my next credit card account they charged me $46 and I had paid five dollars for the one free week. I called and ask for a rebate on the $46 which was a monthly charge for continued service. I never got any service in the first place and I didn't want continued service – I never used the service at all and still they refuse to rebate the $46. As far as I'm concerned this is theft and false advertising - I gave something and got nothing!

Used JustAnswer on the 12Th. of May for a mechanical advice, response was fast and efficient. I was told the cost $ 5.00, gave my credit card number and received my advice. Subsequently on the 19Th. of May, 18Th. of June, 15 Th. of July I was charged these three times an extra 49.00 for each transaction (apparently for Membership fee) for which I never applied for nor desired as I would not have any use for anyway.... I am a bit suspicious as to your page claiming to be from Consumer Affair, the only thing I can seem to notice is praise for JustAnswer. You may want to post a few complaints as well as it seems to me that they are not to be trusted. Anyway I don't expect much from this complaint. I just will be more careful when using the internet for any transaction in the future.

I asked a question and received no response (though they promoted a response in minutes). I called the support desk and they prioritized my request. No response. I called back and they offered a call from an appraiser at no cost to me within an hour and a half. No call. I called back and cancelled my membership. Such a weird experience. There goes well over 3 hours of my day.

I signed up for a $1"free" trial and accepted a charge for $39 to talk to a computer expert. We started and then I had to "log off" due to something that came up at home. The expert and I agreed to meet at 9 AM the next morning on their website where we had left off. I waited a hour there and then found out he had been trying to contact me by email and text, neither of which I was monitoring. Finally gave up, cancelled my $1 trial and went and used Geek Squad. I told their rep this on their site. But JUstAnswer kept pursuing me on their site which I just kept ignoring until they stopped.

On 5th April 2020 I had an internet connection problem and as I work from home because of COVID-19 I needed to resolve it ASAP. My internet provider (three) linked me to this website because the customer service was closed down. I follow the steps online in order to have a quick response and the charge was only £5. Their replies were really useless, things I already know and I have done or anything I could easily find available online which means I paid for nothing.
Anyway, 15th April 2020 I had another charge on my credit card job £39 for a membership with them which I have never done. I even said to the IT person on the chat that the replies were really unhelpful and that I was not interested at all. They charged me extra for a service I have never chosen. What is that for? How unprofessional could be to get extra income that way. I am very accept for the extra charge and all this unfair treatment to customers. I want to give the message to other customers to avoid them. This is not a service. They do not really give any value for money.

I watched him review various screens and actually clean up some of the programs I did not realize were on my computer. Not sure what he did, but I am happy with the result. Mercruiser Drive delay issue. I like to know what is wrong with something before I take it to a mechanic shop. I bought a used 2010 boat with 600hp Mercury motor and XR drive. Never had one so when told by seller that boat has 8 second delay in forward, believed him. Not sure, your mechanic nailed that it is a clutch issue and needs to be fixed before major damage occurs. So relieved, this could save me thousands of dollars.

I had a specific question regarding a non-solicit agreement I signed. I felt it would not hold up in court if things came to that but wanted a legal opinion. Site is good and answers fast. Feel the information is good. What I do not like is you can’t do multiple items. So very time consuming and then hounded for reviews and asking if they did a good job And ask for a tip. You are paying for the site so do not feel it is necessary to tip... may have if it wasn’t for each item. Should be explained in bold letters that tips are expected.

My sister, while alive, filed an injunction with the Court to force the Arizona Department of Vital Records to deny me or my other sisters a copy of her death certificate. The lawyer from Just Answer explained to me that as her brother I have the right, under Arizona Law, to obtain a copy of her death certificate and that all i need to do is file an injunction in the Court to repeal her injunction. My 328i 2009 BMW was giving me misfires on cylinders 1-3-5. After changing spark plugs and coils the auto has 116 thousand miles. I got good info from JustAnswer, resolved problem. Electrical connector to coil were not fasten correctly.

The only way my experience could’ve been better is if the mechanic could’ve done the work for me! Seriously, the process was fast, easy, and efficient, and the advice rendered was spot on. My Infiniti had spongy brakes that had turned into no brakes when I tried bleeding them to resolve the sponginess. The mechanic that advised me quickly pointed me to two possibilities: bad master cylinder or bad ABS pump, which his strong hunch being master cylinder. I replaced the master cylinder and bled the brakes, and that fixed everything. Thanks for the guidance!

I installed a new battery in my Corvette, and then the car would not start. I received a Just Answer call a few minutes later from a mechanic who had a similar problem. He said to disconnect the battery cables from the terminals, wait about 15 to 20 minutes, then re connect them. He said this will give the car's electronics time to re-set everything. My cat bit her tongue when she got her shots. She was put on a diet three years ago and lost weight from 26 to six lbs. So she isn't eatjng well and I was worried her tongue hangs out and hard for her to eat .The doctor told me she might of damage her nerves or she could have a knot of some kind on her tongue. After receiving a message from Microsoft saying my Hotmail account had been compromised and that they were suspending all activity in it. I followed all the suggestions and submitted several “account recovery forms” and just when I thought we wouldn’t get access back, I called Just Answer and somehow they got me through it. I had exhausted my troubleshooting options and googled for help. Just Answer came up and I tried it (for $1 trial). I got connected to a technician who gave me expert advice. I realized that I should have gone to you tube 1st to seek a solution, The tech gave me a You Tube link and also further expertise regarding my printer problem. I tried the fix and now my printer is working again. All in all, a good experience with Just Answer. (Just know that the trial service will roll into a monthly charge if you do not cancel.)

I was going to use my riding lawnmower last weekend when I ran into a problem. Engine started fine, but upon releasing the brake and trying to engage the drive to start to move nothing happened. I witnessed smoke from under the front of the mower. I went to Just Ask with my problem and got a prompt response. I wanted to turn the Assistant feature on my new Moto G7. The online chat told me that my problem would need a phone call which would cost me $20.00. I gave permission for that but then I was told the phone advisor could not make the call so my issue could be figured out on text messenger. My issue was figured out without the phone call but I see the $20.00 charge was made on my account. I discussed this on text talk with my helper and he said he understood the call charge should not be made. I am hoping for a refund. Other than that I would have given the experience a 5 star.

LG washer control panel stuck. I was doing laundry, and went outside to check on the cats.
