The person I dealt with was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and quick-to-reply. I was very pleased with her service. The items included a pair of hand-painted Japanese tiles, a silver-plated demitasse set, and a WWI era thimble. She also gave me information about 2 collectible figures from Italy.

Miro spent four long hours trying to help me set-up Your Phone. Although we were not successful, I don't blame Miro. I'm satisfied he did everything he could think of to help me. I would recommend Miro to anybody.

I honestly doubt these answer providers have their medical degrees, or maybe they do and they are just terrible doctors. I typed in my symptoms and they just honed in on one word in my 2 sentence message. I mentioned anxiety, as a symptom, and they used it as a diagnosis. "Get treated for your anxiety and all your other issues will fade away". This is ridiculous. My anxiety only presented after the other primary symptoms appeared. Unbelievably poor advice.

I contacted JustAnswer because my dog had ingested a little bit of the chocolate velvety cake portion of a Drake's Yodel, but not the dark chocolate candy coating. The Yodel is made with cocoa processed with alkaline. Trying to fix your computer problem 1) on your own then 2) trying to get help from Microsoft, for example, then 3) maybe Youtube and the internet, and all without success, Just Answer is the way to go at the very outset. Skip the hours that are wasted, the extreme frustration of going through recordings that don't have an option that applies and you end up with them hanging up, the internet "fixes" that don't work -- call Just Answer. If your time is worth anything, and controlling your frustration level is worth anything you are way ahead in the long-run to go to Just Answer.

My 17 year old Cocker Spaniel was going through some distress early in the morning. I had a question about my child and her mother, with regards to feeling bullied by the mother. I found this website and asked my question to the lady who responded, she was very clear and precise with her questions and answers. She explained to me that I had 2 choices as to whom I spoke to a general lawyer or a lawyer who specializes in family law. She then explained to me again that the wait would be a little longer if I chose to wait for a lawyer who specializes with family law. I called to ask a question about my dog with diarrhea. They gave a basic answer that I could look up and then I was billed a membership fee. They said they sent an email but I did not see one even after reviewing all my emails. They charged another $29 and would not refund it.In the future I would recommend looking up online any questions you have rather than opening yourself up to recurrent membership fees that won't be refunded. How many people sign up for their service and are billed for a membership and don't realize it. It is a scam and shouldn't be allowed. What should happen is an email should be sent out asking if you would like to become a member, not the other way.

The attorney I talked to was great and answered my question. The company itself is crap and sign you up automatically for their monthly service and then won't refund you for it. Read all the terms before making any purchase. Buyer beware.

I have been trying to figure out how to power four thermostats from the 24 V available from the heating system. I had the installation instructions and read them over carefully, but there was no information about how to power the thermostats. I also called the technical support number and got no help. Car went into reduced power and I, like a fool started throwing things on it. New throttle body because it didn't change after a thorough cleaning, then new ETB didn't change anything after every relearn procedures known to man didn't help. I changed the accelerator assembly and that didn't change anything. More relearn procedures. Nothing. Wire and connection check for hours. Finally got ahold of these guys and my genius/mechanic quickly figured out what was wrong,.. The new ETB with built-in TPS that you can't replace or tamper with, WAS DEFECTIVE. I never saw that one coming.

The negative cable clamp on my 2015 Chevy Equinox would just not release. After discussion on how and simple procedure we confirmed it just would not come off. Discovery Chevy placed a sawtooth edge on the backside of the battery post. This would keep the clamp from releasing. New procedure, You need disassemble the clamp so the bar can move over past the sawtooth marks. Thank you Auto Doc 1.

I have backyard chickens. There are no livestock vets in my area as I am in a suburb of a large city. One of my chickens became suddenly lame. I needed some information about this company because they were asking for insurance coverage for their different personal accounts because they had been experiencing some hacking. This was not mentioned to me before it was open and they put a lock on my account until I come up with an amount of money that I do not have and I was hoping to find out was there some legal recourse to deal with this and was this a customary procedure. Since I couldn't wait any longer, I asked again for the refund. $1 was credited to my account. This $1 was never debited in the first place. I contacted company again and asked about the $46 refund. They responded that it would take 3-5 business days to see $46 refund. Thankfully, I found Excel Chat who answered my question promptly. No tricks.
