My safety concerns of my vehicle unexpected powering down when encountering steep hills and mountain elevations was quickly diagnosed by the assigned mechanic/technician and confirmed my suspicion that the engineering within the turbocharged engine did not take into account this issue and that a 'fix' was not readily available. This issue was common issue and Ford should review and correct in my opinion a concerned safety issue.

I asked a Mercedes mechanic a question about removing a fuel line from a filter. The answer I got was textbook from the Mercedes manual. Not exactly the right answer to the question. When I requested my $5.00 refund I got transferred from one person to another, without any result. I eventually found the solution to my problem and offered to share it with them, still no response. This is not entirely the mechanic at fault, he is just doing what is expected of him. The aftermarket service I received, however, can definitely be improved upon. All this for the sake of $5.00?

The experts were okay, I would of liked to be able to have a real time chat other than what appeared to be an email exchange type setup where you receive a response every 3-4 hours. They did help me by giving a refund after I had been charged for a premium membership after my "Free trial" had expired.

The site claims to get answers within minutes, I had to wait days. I was also under the impression that I was signed up for a free trial. When actually the free trial becomes a full time membership automatically in 7 days. I was charged 6 months worth on Netflix subscriptions for something that I have no intention of using. I would say this is a "Free Trial" Scam. They make it hard to stop your membership, you need to contact someone to do it for you. Terrible site, terrible customer service, I'll never use this service again.

I was told by my cell phone provider to call Samsung to unlock the bootloader on my phone I was treated practically like a dum dum by this outfit. I should have called Samsung directly. They are 0 help these guys. What a real waste of $5.00. I turned around and cancel that autopayment. They are not worth my time.

My printer wasn’t feeding paper into the printer at all. Problem was the feeder rollers were not grabbing the paper. Got excellent and very specific instructions on how to clean the rollers safely. Also figured out on my own, thanks to the guidance, how to get paper fed into the printer with some hand feeding help. Good no nonsense help, spot on to the problem. They typically send me the exact information that I need which saves me time when I'm out in the field. Highly recommended.

Good advice finally, but the first lawyer seemed unfamiliar with Quebec Law. If you are in Quebec, insist on a Quebec lawyer. The second opinion should have been the first opinion and the general description of how it works should have preceded the detail, not coming at the end

When I initially asked the question why I could not tap on a kobo plus book in Glenna Maynard's platform, I was advised that JustAnswer could not see any books within Glenna Maynard's platform and the author had to allow for this privilege to happen. I tried to respond and say that if books were showing us we could do this how is it you could not see theses books. I tried to respond on a second request but the system just did not let this happen. My dog had a bad ear infection and I could not get an appt at the Vet due to covid. So I went on to the Justanswer site to get info for helping my dog. The site asked for $1 to ask a question of their Vet. So I agreed to pay $1 through my PayPal acct to ask a question, never realizing that THE FINE PRINT said I was signing up to pay $31 a month to be able to ask questions whenever I wanted. I never agreed to that and 7 days later they started banging my account for $31 a month. I put a stop to it immediately, who would EVER pay $31 a month for that service. They take advantage of people when they are in need, VERY SHADY COMPANY. I told them I wanted a refund because I had no understanding that I was signing up for a monthly service, and their representative said "YOU SHOULD HAVE READ THE FINE PRINT.' Really this is how you take advantage of people in need. Shame on Justanswer, I was taken.

Hello, Over the summer, my 83 year old Dad used the service to ask just one question about his TV issues and he was coerced into signing up for a membership. He has dementia and likely Alzheimer's now so he never remembered signing up for it back in July 2020. We are not disputing he used the service once for a TV question but that he NEVER used it again and is now out $46 x 4 months.

I was trying to get some assistance with a question I had about my cordless phones, and JustAnswer.com showed that I could ask my question for a $5 7 day trial membership, but I was not able to either pay the $5, nor ask a question at all unless I called them, and paid for a full 'non-refundable' membership. So, what good is a trial that does not let you use the service then?? Just a way to throw away $5 for nothing?? Make no mistake, there is no guarantees of anything with this online service, you can sign up for a free trial, maybe if their bugged out website will allow it, but this is no trial at all, it is just 'give us $5 and we will give you nothing in return'.

When I signed up with this company it did not tell me that they were going to be taking $46 out of my account every month if I did not cancel for the last 3 months. They have been taking money out of my account.

This website Just Answer, is a fraud. Google should remove them from recommendations. This company appears to be running a scam, sent me in multiple circles to keep paying $1 then $5 for answers that are not forthcoming. Warning this appears to be a scam ---do not use!!

Awesome site. Right people are directed to you, it may take a while, but as soon as you are connected, you are connected with someone from your country. For a small fee, you are given the right answers, even when you don't want that answer, you are still directed with a course or legal action to follow.

This is not my first experience with JustAnswer. As always they were quick and spot on. Who ya gonna call? Not Ghostbusters but JustAnswer. 5 stars plus. As a tech dummy I needed an expert to call at 4AM on the weekend.

After installing a Honeywell thermostat the AC didn't work. Heater was fine. Turns out the instructions that came with the thermostat were wrong. The tech told me how to correct the problem and now everything works fine. I would call them again if I needed help with something.

Given very good advice, not able to work on it just yet. Need to lower pool more to be able to address the problem properly. My help is currently out of town. Will get to it as soon as possible. Plus also planning on repainting it.

I spent a little money to get a free trial of this system to help troubleshoot my furnace problem when service calls from local furnace techs went unanswered. When I posed my question, I had a prompt response from an expert. This answer did not solve my issue, but gave me a direction to start digging. I had the option of asking a second expert, the same question which I did, and again, I got a prompt answer...I went back and forth a few times with this second expert and eventually was able to isolate the issue. The first expert was not sure about the diagnosis and started to give me additional troubleshooting advice which is all very useful even though he wasn't the one to isolate the specific issue the first time. The learning experience and prompt and detailed responses would make me want to use this service again without hesitation.

Called customer service and they promised to get me a "real expert" and high priority. Several hours later still no call. Their chat is "bots", not human. Canned answers. Total scam, what a shame. It was valuable once. Now it is a complete waste of time and money. Extremely frustrating and discouraging. Please someone, SHUT THEM DOWN!

I was connected within a few hours to a GM tech who walked me through everything to get my truck up and running. Saved me hundreds at the dealer plus a trip down there. Have already recommended to other people.
