The contact with the expert was cut short, but the analysis emailed to me was in good alignment with my expectations. I declined further detailed help do to my realization that a local professional I know would be the best route to this type of repair at my age.

It was a Friday and our cat was having issues. Our local vet couldn't see him Monday. Talking the online vet, we learned that if he had what the vet suspected it was our cat was at a high risk of a life or death situation if he wasn't seen sooner. So we took him to an emergency vet in another town 40 min drive away. The diagnostic was confirmed and we most likely avoided more serious issues and possibly death.

Jay was an expert in this area, fully knowledgeable about causes and troubleshooting techniques, and clearly and completely explained the steps I should take to understand what is going on and what to do next. He was able to look up the factory specs for my (old) car and even sent me service manual information for the necessary work I had to do. I can't recall a better experience I've ever had with an auto repair professional in helping me out.

I had read all the Tesla blogs and your expert verified same issue was possibly the problem. However I paid $26 extra for a live call which I did not use! I asked about a refund during my conversation but nothing so will dispute this charge on my cc. Expert explained via writing that he had no further suggestions but to take my car to a Tesla repair shop which I already had an appt so no live call would have helped.

I was on vacation and the camera stalled. It was a great help to restore camera functions to take vacation pictures In Austria and Italy. It was very helpful. The advice given could be executed by a non- professional successfully.

Assisted years ago with handling all of my own divorce proceeding. Success. Divorced. Just recently you saved the day with assisting me with an Eviction proceeding. Success. Tenant evicted with a Writ of Restitution too and also the 10 day Notice to pay storage fees or relinquish personal property left on premises. Selling everything and applying to the Judgement.

Turned out to not be true, as we had an arborist look at the tree and determine it was actually dying because of age and a disease. But while we were waiting the lawyer was polite and helpful until we could inform him his services were no longer needed.

The 6-CD player in my 2002 Lincoln had been jammed for over a year. I kept receiving a "CD Error" message. Even the dealer's mechanic didn't know how to fix it. Pete, the Just Answer mechanic gave me some suggestions, & sent pictures on how to un-install & re-install the player cartridge in the console. In the end, I was able to solve the problem myself, and Pete's assistance was valuable.

We were out of town and our 5lb chihuahua ate a very toxic amount of chocolate-covered raisins. We were a panicked. I contacted JustAnswer and was connected with Dr. **. He responded quickly and advised us to take Lola to an emergency clinic and how to quickly locate one. I’m sure it saved her life. After a couple of nights in the ER we brought her home today. I had inherited many antiques, some of which I needed to sell. I had absolutely no idea what I had or what their values were, so I took pictures and sent them to appraisers on JustAnswer. The person that helped me was great! Unfortunately, my TV needed very expensive repairs. Wound up replacing it. I just don't need that kind of help often enough for me to justify a monthly fee. I would recommend the service to anyone though.

While I was very satisfied with the quick response and answer to my question I was charged $37.00 for the service and that was never disclosed to me. I was first told that I would be charged a dollar which made sense. It took about 5 minutes to get the answer I requested but was billed 37.00 for that 5 minutes.

Just Answer helped me out when I accidentally gave my dog who had recently had surgery her medications 6 hours early. The vet texted me and let me know that everything was OK. Following the contact, Just Answer has been driving me crazy with texts and emails. I needed this service when something happened, but don't need all this follow up advertising. Too much!!!

While researching another company for answers regarding their product, I mistakenly responded to a pop-up ad from Justanswer.com. Thinking it was the other company I was researching, the website indicated that with a call, costing $1, I could easily and quickly have my question answered. I did so, and then later noticed another charge on my bank account for $46. According to reviews, others have been charged more. They never were able to answer my question, and also ended up hanging up on me in frustration. I called to get the 7-day refund as promised, for charges that were never disclosed originally, and they refused to refund my money. I had to file a dispute with our bank. Please be very careful with this company.

It looked like Uber accepted a cancelled Visa instead of my new one. I tried to contact Uber to no avail. JustAnswer came up in my Google search. They stated that I would be charged $1 to my credit card which is nonrefundable. The agent basically told me that Uber will default to the valid credit card. Honestly, I could have done a bit more research and figured this out. JustAnswer does not tell you how much they charge. I was charged $56 (the $1 was not refunded) which I feel is excessive. Reviews of this site accuse it of being a scam. Lots of one star reviews. I did call the number on my credit card statement and cancelled my "membership" (which I didn't sign up for). I would not recommend JustAnswer.

I was unsure of how to change the font size on my Yahoo email. A pop-up came up offering help for a dollar charge. I clicked on it and stated my question. While I did say yes, their website says 7 day refund. I immediately saw that they charged my PayPal account $47.00 (not only the $46.00 monthly fee, but the $1.00 I saw in the initial pop-up.) I didn't even read the answer provided by the representative. I immediately asked for a refund. Their response was because I posted my question, I could not be given a refund. What about the 7-day refund as stated on the homepage? I also found their automated customer care responses very impersonal. Their service could be or could not be reputable. I have no idea, but their advertising is a scam and customer service lacking.

Andre was a great sounding board giving advice before and stayed in contact via text while the visit from the local handyman was going on. He helped me challenge the quality of the local tech’s work and helped catch shady activity. I got a second opinion the next day and was able to fix the problem with a more professional diagnosis for less than half of what the shoddy contractor quoted. I owe a ton to my JustAsk Expert - Andre - and he was so great about everything.

I was giving my husband his ** and I dropped one. Like lightning my dog had it. I tried getting it but found nothing in her mouth. I called our Vet and the recording gave me the emergency number. I called and they were 75 miles away. Out of desperation I went to Google and wrote, “my little dog just swallowed 1200 mg **. What can I do?” I scanned the options and picked the one with 24/7 emergency call with a vet. The viral asst contacted me immediately, asked me some questions about the incident and dog..and immediately connected me with a vet. Phew! They were precise in their instructions, step by step telling me what to do. I followed their advice and 2 days later, she is fine! I am so grateful how everything played out. They helped me save my baby girl.

There were several charges placed on my debit card without my authorization and they will not refund 100.00. I have tried customer care and they told me, we have our records so I sent in a screen shot of the transactions and still nothing.

Only the most basic troubleshooting assistance provided for accessing my IP Camera configuration. Problem was NOT resolved. No indication what cost would be, then was charged $50. I was then given the manufacturer’s email and told to contact them.

On a Sunday morning, my car showed transmission fault, service now. Upon talking to a mechanic on the phone that JustAnswer linked me up with, he told me what the problem sounded like and not to drive the car. It is exactly the problem, when the mechanics looked at it. It is a good thing he told me not to drive the car. I could have done irreparable damage to the car. When this happens on a Sunday, there is no repair shop or dealership that you can even call or talk to. His help was tremendous.

My technician was outstanding. He was not only very knowledgeable and got my printer working properly again but he was very patient with this 85-year-old guy who not only doesn't know how to fix his computer but he did not make me feel like a jerk by using computer language words. I have never taken a computer course and I have not learned many of the words used commonly by computer experts. I will request his again when the next problem occurs as it is easy to believe that there will come another time.

Wish there was capable of providing the case law pertaining to what takes precedence of the joint deed or the trust once a person a co-owner passes. Was told that upon Death that the joint deed with rights of survivorship takes precedence over a trust instrument (a revocable living trust.).

I panicked when our tiny 4-month-old puppy pounced on a garlic capsule that I dropped. He swallowed it before I could bend over. Everything that I Googled frightened me, especially since our puppy only weighs 6 lbs. I found “Just Answer” and it said they had 4 vets online that I could speak with. Dr. ** was amazing! I'm a new bearded Mommy and I ended up buying a rescue who needed a lot of help. Dr. Rebecca helped me and she was wonderful! 4th of July morning, my 3 year old golden retriever decided to help himself to 8 pieces of cooked bacon and the paper towels they were sitting on. Dr. Rebecca eased my mind and told me what to watch for if he had pancreatitis. He was fine and no side affects from the ingestion. She was professional and I would recommend this service.

John Deere mechanic, Eric, responded and it was on July 4th. He confirmed what I was being told locally by a John Deere Dealer about the Belt rubbing on the deck. Very helpful & the fact he helped when it was a National Holiday was nice. I can see where this service could be very useful in the future.

I called with a washing machine problem....on the 4th of July! Quickly given a "try this first, second and then third. If that does not work here is the part number and special (cheap) tool needed". Really pretty great for my problem.

I was having a mental health crisis and my therapist was on vacation, so after a lengthy explanation to the therapist I was connected to after 40 minutes I still got no reply. I then got connected with another therapist and again I typed the lengthy explanation again and then waited 35 minutes for a reply that never came. I clicked the help button and was told my chat would be marked urgent I still waited 20 minutes. Getting no reply twice caused my anxiety to increase. Then I got a reply that basically said they can not supply answers or advice and I should go to an emergency room. I was not suicidal and I never mentioned any way shape or form that I wanted to hurt myself. I just desperately wanted to talk to someone.

My pup got bit by something...maybe a spider and reacted. His nose started to swell. The vet was quick to diagnose and recommend immediate steps with direction to see a vet the next day if there was no change. He recommended **. and it worked like a charm.

Bought a car in last April that had a problem with the ac. Went online and asked a question, got a ridiculous answer, so just took to a mechanic to be fixed. Found out a few months later, they had been pulling money out of my bank account. There wasn't an explanation of continued fees, so was unaware. Wasn't send any notification that I was being billed or that I had a bill, so had no idea that this was even happening. I did reach out and cancelled and was assured it would be cancelled. Found out a few months later they were still charging me, called again and tried to cancel. They again said it would be cancelled, but then again 5-6 months later I saw I was still being charged. Called again and they of course said the same thing and refused to give a refund. This is infuriating. That a company can even be allowed to act this way. They shouldn't be allowed to be in business.

I was distressed to hear my 27-year-old Amazon Parrot wheezing when breathing. With birds, it is crucial to get care immediately. I could not contact an emergency avian vet in our state. I turned to JustAnswer and ended up speaking to a experienced bird vet in California who was wonderful! Rushed my cat to the 24-hour vet hospital when I realized he was ODed on his traveling sedative about nine hours after the last dose. The instructions were blurry and partially illegible because another liquid sedative leaked on label plus my truck's interior lighting isn't the brightest. l His symptoms were startling and dramatically more profound than when he exited the truck so much so that that the last time I'd seen cats with some similar symptoms they were irreversibly dying. Soooo...arriving at the hospital I was shocked and grief stricken...to find it had no vets on duty. Staff said another SHOULD be open (and staffed with a vet?) about 40 minutes away and also mentioned a couple of on-line companies dealing with veterinary and related poisoning issues. I decided to return home (seven minutes away), jump on the computer, and contacted this company which staff recommended I contact first.
Started the chat conversation, gave my credit card info, some preliminary questions to initially sort my case's symptoms/condition, and chatting with the vet went quickly. However, I realized a phone call would be much simpler and quicker--another charge, but worth it to me. The vet's opinions allayed my fears (which turned out to be correct), saved me a 40 minute cross town trip, and saved me the normal expenses of what I've come to expect from an after hours facility--minimally $180. Additionally, my chat line was 'left open' about 12 hours and monitored in case my cat's condition worsened or for additional discussion. A final query about his condition was pleasantly surprising and appreciated. This website is now another medical resource for especially after hour vet care. REALLY happy about this experience!

God some blood test results in today (a Saturday) that I had questions about and did not want to wait till Monday. Thought this would be a good way to talk to a doctor. Was a total fiasco. Doctor said "hi this is David MD - US Certified physician" and then nothing else. Tried to talk to their customer service, it was a bot that didn't care what I said before giving me canned answers. It said to fix the problem, a Dr would call me free of charge. That did not happen either. Then it gave me a new doctor for a "2nd opinion" since apparently the doctor saying hello to my first question was considered a response and the exact same thing happened again.
My opinion is that these doctors get paid by the question so they rush to accept a question even if they are not going to answer it in a timely way. And "Dr David" got paid for just saying Hi to me since he responded to my question based on their criteria. I just wanted some help today and could not get it. Finally got a human customer service rep who after offering to start the process over again gave me a refund. I was willing to spend $56 to sign up for this. It's a shame they have created a system that simply does not work.

When you confront them their only answer is they have no answer so they’ll mark it urgent. Well when you mark it urgent X3 you really are saying your product is useless and indeed it was. Asking a legal question is one thing. What fool would trust medical advice? At least mine question did not kill me.

I was led to believe I would only be charged $5 to answer a question. I was charged that and charged $46! I didn't realize the 46$ until I looked at my transactions on my debit card. I canceled the membership and tried to get a refund. They would not give it to me! I didn't have the membership not even 2 hours and those scamming ** would not refund me. Y'all be careful using these scammers. That could've been 46$ to put in my gas tank or a bill but these scammers would not give my money back! I am hurt and angry! We work too hard for our money to just give it away without knowing it's gonna be taken. I would understand more if I didn't realize it and waited 2 or 3 days burning didn't have the membership that was forced on me, not even 3 hours! They are low down and don't use them.

Be very careful when you click on this website. They will charge you a $5 charge and an immediate $35 charge (non-refundable as I found out) when you ask a question. All I had was a question about our printer. We did not receive any help that worked. I immediately cancelled whatever membership I had to get (had the service for about 15 minutes). After no help at all, I was informed that the fees were permanent. It is completely not worth the service. Please call whatever company you are trying to talk to directly for any customer service. Just one very irate unsatisfied customer's opinion.

I had an urgent question relating to a smart phone connection issue. The charge for Just Answer was $46. And automatically set me up as a monthly subscription which I did not ask for or need. Then I had to pay an additional $20 for the technician to call me to answer my one question. Feeling ripped off!! But I did get my answer, but it sure was expensive.

It seemed our dog must have eaten a poisoned mushroom. The only 24 hr vet hospital within 3 counties had an 8-12 hour wait. We found JustAnswer and we got ahold of someone via a chat window and she told me there were only 2-3 people ahead of me. That was at 11pm. I FINALLY got a text back at 4am! 5 hours later. We slept through the text because we had been up until 2am feeding our dog water by a turkey baster to flush her system. We didn't know what else to do. They lied to me. I would have kept searching for someone with helpful knowledge, but just answer wasn't it. By the way, our dog pulled through.

Could not connect to Oticon TV Adapter (for those with hearing aides) and my new Yamaha Soundbar. After thoroughly researching the matter, Nathan discovered that while my old Sony Sound System had a pass-through allowing my Samsung TV to output from both the HDMI ARC and optical outputs, most soundbars will only allow either/or. Solution -- skip the HDMI ARC and output solely through optical to both soundbar and TV Adapter through an optical signal splitter. He gave me the link to one inexpensive one at Amazon. GREAT TECH!

Our Kenmore microwave suddenly showed the control pad as locked. Touching the clear button had no effect. While locked we couldn't get any of the controls to work. The microwave was at least 10 years old and we couldn't find any instructions for the appliance. The sticker showing the model number had faded and was unreadable. What to do? I went into the internet and found Just Answer. I defined the condition and waited for a reply. It was Sunday and no reply was forthcoming until Monday. The expert suggested I touch the clear button and "hold it for 5 seconds". That did the job. I was very happy with the result. The service was well worth using.

After ordering the wrong replacement legs from Amazon for my neighbor’s Vizio TV, I went to Vizio.com and came across JustAnswer. I chatted with an associate and he found the correct legs, available from either Amazon or Walmart. I chose Amazon (this time the TV model number was used), and am awaiting delivery. All this just took a few minutes and I am pleased for the quick response. I did have to provide credit card info and pay $1 for speaking with an associate, but it’s refundable.

I suddenly couldn't move without extreme pain in hip similar to having a broken arm. So I tried Just Answer as no-one else could/would help. I still couldn't do anything except rest but I had a rundown of the probable problem. It turns out to be a pulled muscle. I'm grateful for the help.

The gentleman was very polite and when the 1st idea didn’t work he came up with another idea and thankfully it worked. Instead of having to cut a wire which would have been permanent we just had to pull a fuse.

The wifi icon on my pc disappeared after I accepted a Windows update request and ran the update. I tried 5 options I found online using my phone, but none worked. The person who walked me through how to get it back within 3 mins. They stayed with me while I rebooted and it came back. Saved me hours of time and possible charges to take my computer in.

The information I received was very useful on removing a person that had broken his lease and we were starting the eviction process. After showing the renter the response we got from the lawyer at JustAnswer he moved out voluntarily and saved us having to go to court.

Mechanic was spot on and very professional and courteous. I was not very happy with my contact agent. I was told about the 1 dollar fee to join but nothing was ever said about the amount per month. I prefer that we cancel this agreement and I would like my money refunded because I can’t afford a monthly fee. Thank you!

My old printer quit working and I bought a new HP printer. When I installed it the completion of the installation had to be done with the router and computer as the printer is wireless. When I went to hp123.com as I was directed the technician told me he could not install it since I had corrupted driver files and told me I would have to buy a $500.00+ tech progam before he could install the printer. Other computer people also wanted to jump on the bandwagon and sell me multiple programs. All I wanted was my new printer to work. I hesitated, but signed up to JustAnswer. The technician from JustAnswer heard my dilemma and fixed my computer and got the printer working for no charge as he felt sorry that I was getting played by Hewlett Packard and the system. After changing the timing belt on my 1999 RX300 I could not get the car to start and run properly. Victor the technician helped me find an ECM module ground I had missed connecting. I am an experienced technician with a background in aviation maintenance but not a Lexus tech. I found it really helped having an experienced Tech who knows my car on the other end of the line. I am very happy with the technical support I received and know it definitely helped me solve my problem.

My elderly husband got Covid and I was getting conflicting advice from friends, online, 811 nurse. Since he has so many other issues I wanted to go to emergency but he was hesitant..Upon the quick response from your doctor we went immediately to emergency and we are both feeling less stressed now.

Called the help number on my Maytag washer found online. Just Answer personnel immediately got me to the right person who helped me reset my washer within 5-10 minutes. Did this texting back and forth. I had the option of talking live and I would have chosen that option, this option does have a nominal cost, but I never figured out how to do that. So I continued the texting and it didn’t take long at all to fix the washer. Would definitely use this service again.

The card was showing as used but the person I gave it to was trying to use it to help pay a bill. It kept saying that it was faulty. The lawyer I contacted through Just Answer gave me instructions on how to look at the card through my computer and Google and the problem was solved. I was able to delete the card and purchase a new one for the person I was trying to help.

The tech representative for Just Answer explained exactly how to do the job and pointed me to YouTube clips showing how it's done. He hit the mark right on the nose. He even pointed me to the cheapest price for the part. I got the part, followed his instructions, and the job turned out to be easy enough for me to do it, and I'm not a very good handyman kind of guy. I sent a query to Justanswer.com expecting to get charged a base fee. I was charged $89 as a base fee but now see that I am being charged a monthly "membership" fee of $89 through my credit card. I got a phone call from a representative who gave me one answer and an online respondent gave me a completely different answer. I am not at all happy with the service and what they have charged me!!

I used JustAnswer last month, and since I didn't expect to use them again anytime soon, I immediately went online and cancelled my account. I got a bot-chat response telling me my account was canceled and that I was free to use the service for the rest of the month. A month later, a second payment was auto-withdrawn from my PayPal account, and right after that I received an email telling me my account was cancelled. So I was charged for two months instead of one.Attempts to get reimbursed for the second month went nowhere. They demanded "proof" that I'd cancelled my account a month earlier. I'm assuming that this was a technical glitch with JustAnswer's system and not a deliberate policy of theft. But their unwillingness to reimburse me, and to instead assume that I was lying and attempting to steal from them is unacceptable.

I have a question about using my MS 365 Office email storage towards my personal Hotmail. I was asked to chose to pay $2 for a one-time answer or a monthly subscription of $66. I chose a one-time fee of $2. I got a tech who could not provide me with an answer. I got suspicious. I called JustAnswer and asked how much I was charged. I was told that my membership was cancelled. I called VISA and was told I was charged twice, one for $66 and one for $2. I was advised to write to Justanswer to ask for a refund. If I do not get my refund back in 15 days, I can launch a complaint review against JustAnswer. I will just do that. I will not let such a scam company get away cheating people.

I signed up for the service trying to get good answers to a medical issue with my dog. The service gave a trial period which I canceled on the APP prior to finishing. The JustAnswer site continued to charge fees for months after. I found it on my credit card a few months after pending. I emailed customer service to end the service and get my latest month fees which were pending. They refused to cancel the charge and said I would still have service for another month even after I had canceled. To boot the advice given was to see a vet. This is a scam service.

Was told to clean the combustion chamber to ensure it was clear. While doing that I also checked the air mixer tube and found an almost invisible spider web. When both were cleaned, the heater started and stayed lit. Thank you!

We don’t have many vets who handle exotic pets in my area, let alone chickens. Those select few that do aren’t looking at chickens right now because of avian flu. We recently had an emergency with my chicken needing emergency surgery and we were able to get all the advice we needed for the surgery (my mom has been a surgeon for 10 years) and recovery for my tiny chicken. I have only worked with one vet so far but she has answered all my questions and made this entire process so much easier. I honestly thought I would lose my chicken over mother's day weekend but through JustAnswer she is recovering so quickly and will be out with her sisters soon.

My wife spent a week in the hospital for pneumonia, after the many blood test, was diagnosed with leukemia, at 11;00 pm or later after a long visit at the hospital, I would "Ask a doctor" a question, the responses were quick. And very very helpful. My mind would race with “what if”. The responding, Just Ask, doctors would allow me to relax and process more clearly.

With my first technician, the timing was wrong. When it's 12:30 PM here it's 3:30 in the morning there. The guy didn't get back to me. And all he did was make me download some stuff I already had. Manual, the parts company, that type of thing. The next guy helped me through it and gave me some ideas on how to work on it. He was a whole lot better. And he was in the United States. So that helped a lot. Man, he got back to me at a timely fashion. A lot better than what the other guy did. What I would like to say to just answer people is trying to make sure they're in the same country as you. Maybe you'll get your answer quicker.

I was experiencing difficulties with my car's ignition. Sometimes it would turn over on the first crank; sometimes on the 6th or 7th. I was reduced to using WD-40 on the actual keys! I was trying to replace a piece of electronics and save myself the cost of paying a tech guy to fix it for a high price + his labor fee. I had talked to a JustAsk tech who was able to successfully diagnose the trouble and explain how it could be repaired. I ordered the part and ran into some difficulty detaching the relays. I want to warn people that you could be charged a monthly membership fee without warning or confirmation and the company will refuse to refund you. There is no confirmation of the charge going through when you give your credit card details for a "refundable $2". I had no idea until my bank notified me of the charge. I immediately notified the company by email and followed up by phone call. Buyer beware.

I needed help with the dvd player in our sienna. The technician was friendly and helpful but ultimately unable to help me fix my issue. I did not realize a) the "help" was not $1 it was $34 and b) that charge was recurring, so I paid for 3 months before realizing it. A legitimate business would have refunded at least one of my mistaken charges. They did not. I will not use them again.

The first page says "Join for only $1. Cancel anytime" but you have to scroll down to see that there is a $60 monthly fee. Pretty deceptive not having that in the same paragraph. They say it's in their terms and conditions but it'll get you if you don't scroll down. I know they will probably fight back and say I scroll down or read the terms and conditions I would have seen the $60 a month membership fee. Ok, so why not include that in the first paragraph? Are you thinking people may look at that and say never mind? Sneaky sneaky. Unfortunately, transparency is so hard to come by these days. I had an Apple problem and needed to talk to someone about it, I was told (robot) voice that. Just Answer would charge $1 which would be recovered later. I must not have heard there would be $46 charge. I entered my card info against my better judgement. First a $46 popped up. I hung up and called bank To freeze my only credit card to prevent any further charges. Jeff from JustAnswer said he read my request and it was an Apple problem and he would refund the $46 charge to my card. I greatly appreciated his offer and help.

I wanted information from my dermatologist's office that would have cost me $90 for the office visit alone. The prescription I would receive only cost a few dollars out of pocket at the pharmacy. I now know that I can buy an OTC product without the expensive office expense. I am well pleased.

Late on Saturday night, I was given very good advice on how to help my cat Azalea who had been vomiting much of the evening. I was told to get ** or **, the amount to administer, and any questions I had were answered immediately. I was also given a list of Vets in my area. On Sunday, there were follow up texts about Azalea's condition. We have since been to our Vet and awaiting blood work. Love you guys!

My elderly and diabetic rat terrier had a first-ever sudden seizure as we were trying to maneuver our way home through LOTS of foot and car traffic after a big parade for the NCAA basketball champions! We didn’t even go to the parade, so my dog wasn’t overheated or anything and we were just driving through town. I had absolutely no idea what was happening or how to help and the person on this hotline was great at walking us through what to do during the attack and on our drive back home. Also told us why she was still “odd” after the seizure ended and what we might expect to see later that evening. Really helped us to remain calm and get through this and our little old lady has been her same sweet self ever since this scary incident!!

I installed a new print cartridge and kept getting an error message that it was faulty. When I put the old one in everything was ok. The tech told me to return it to where I purchased it even though I no longer have the receipt. I did this yesterday and was given a new cartridge which works properly.

My 9 year old rabbit stopped eating. I knew she could quickly become seriously ill. I had been syringe feeding her with an Oxbow mixture, but not doing it correctly. Dr. ** told me what to feed/how much/how often and sent a YouTube video with the proper technique. Chloe’s doing much better!

I signed up for a $1 fully refundable one week trial. I canceled within 7 days and am now being told I was charged $46. I never authorized a $46 charge. I asked to speak to a supervisor who basically said the one week trial doesn’t exist. But the only reason I signed up in the first place was because of the trial. I never agreed to a monthly membership. I want a full refund. Advertising for a $1 week trial and charging $46 is fraudulent. A complete bait and switch.

I went online to help a friend find the value of one item and Just Answer came up as a source with a $5.00 charge for the one question. I agreed to that, and I thought that was the end of it. They started charging me $60.00 per month, the total I have paid is $485. I have never asked any more questions or accessed the site. There is no way I would have agreed to pay $60.00 per for a service that I have not used and have no intention of ever using. It is disgraceful and a scam. I called the company in Feb., and they said they were going to give me 2 months credit, $120.00 and cancel "MY ACCOUNT". I have NOT received any credit and when I called again this month after receiving my cc bill there was an additional charge and no credit and the person I spoke to said NO credit of any kind. I am elderly and on a fixed income and very careful how I spend my money. I never agreed to this. CW Maine

I paid $1 over a year ago to answer a tax question, and this has been a rip off, a nightmare. Over the last year, my credit card has been charged $600 for a service that I have not used at all. My bad for just noticing my statements and monthly $50 charges for nothing. What a bad mistake I made, and they would not give me a refund. There was no communication by email over that year--no receipts or reaching out. Please be wary.

I am 79 years old and doctor Beth was very patient and made sure I understood her diagnosis and recommendations. I will be applying for her suggestions but it will take time to see results. Despite three experts so far being unable to answer my complex issue, I have gained a ton of insight and valuable assistance in trying to solve my problem. Only one was fixated on paying for extra advice, but overall all good feedback and really responsive. Such a great idea for this service and a much better alternative than searching Google for hours to piece together an answer when you can have a professional just confirm or deny for you right away.

I was looking for an answer to a problem with TurboTax. When I asked my questions, I should have been told they would not have an answer instead of telling me to pay €1 to see if I could get matched with an expert and then charging me another €50. To me, the entire process and how I was charged seems to be a scam and not at all legit. It is possible that they can help with other issues but they should be upfront with what they can and cannot do. If I could, I would give them a minus 5 rating.

I resent the way Just Answer inserts itself into anything I ever go online to do. My bank has said they are fed up with it too. NOTHING would induce me to use Just Answer as a result of this kind of intrusive advertising. I used it accidentally once. Never again.

My pet dove was sick, wouldn't eat and was withering away rapidly. With no avian vets in the area, we tried general vets and got conflicting info. Talking to an avian vet on JustAnswer got me the clear and verifiable info I needed. We were able to figure out my bird's issue and treat her with OTC medication at home.
