    I errored in giving Patrick ** a one instead of the five he deserved. I have taken out the rear cargo door upholstery. I can get access to the latching mechanism. The radio hole gives me access to the whole mechanism. There is a big yellow Styrofoam plug in the lower hole. I am stopping there and taking the Van to a mechanic. I'm thinking that shop might be able to figure out my problem from there. I am now more knowledgeable about the rear door latch from the help Patrick gave me. THANK YOU.

    Both the Veterinarian Assistant (1st point of contact) and the Veterinarian (referred by the VA) were extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind when I signed up for JustAnswer.com after midnight when our dog was vomiting and had multiple extremely loose stools.     I signed up for JustAnswer seeking advice on renter's right laws on May 2nd 2022, less than two weeks later I got an email that suggested I requested that they cancel and close my account but when I went to their site I was banned? I emailed JustAnswer regarding the mistake and they didn't respond to me. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they responded there and after a few back and forths they agreed to reinstate my membership for the two weeks I paid for. They never did that and lied on several platforms I left reviews on and even refused to acknowledge their owns terms and conditions which states they are supposed to refund me if they cancel my membership under any circumstance.

    I let it go until they charged my account again less than a month later, my bank made a mistake when I filed a fraud report and by the time it was being handled right, they charged my account one more time and I had to fight these people for 3 months and if I hadn't kept all the reviews and email communications the bank would have believed their lies. What a wicked legal scam operation, most people who sign up are not aware they are being charged as it advertises 1 dollar but that's not what happens, it's 46 bucks a month. These people need to be shut down just for their immoral and merchant practices they systematically do to thousands of people every year.

    I joined the site to ask on question and was forced to get a membership which the site led me to believe would be 5.99 for the first question (and month of membership) then after that it would be $60.00 a month. Well, that's not what happened. I got charged $60.00 for the first month. When I called to correct this mistake, the representative said, "Oh, I don't see here where it states you should be charged 5.99 then 60 after that first month." I told her that I had just registered, this was my first month and that was the price quoted to me then."

    She said, "Well, that's not the price." At that point I realized I wasn't going to get my it changed and I told her wanted to cancel it then right then and there. I don't deal with companies that advertise one thing but then do another. Overall, my question was answered promptly and correctly but I don't like shady billing practices and that is what it is. So, don't expect to pay the promotional/reduced starting price.

    On Aug 24, was I leaded by an advertisement to this company’s web page which lured me to pay $2 to sign up to ask question. I agreed with the $2 fee and paid another $89 to have a call. Once I found the company can’t offer me any help I canceled my account successfully the same day on Aug 24. Three months later, I recognized I was charged for $86*3=$258 for the membership which was not accepted by myself with my intention. I was shocked and logged in my account to check, guess what happened? The magic! The company sent me a cancelation confirmation email immediately even while I didn’t do anything except LOGIN, to blur the view in my brain that the cancellation I successfully did on Aug 24 is just an illusion. What a meticulous thorough trap!

    Although I was bogged down in the darkness yelling for the fairness, the company still blames me that I could not pay attention to the tiny-teeny fine print at the very deep bottom of the scroll down. The company attributing duties to the customer's side, and stepping away from taking its own obligation of clearly clarifying fees and charges ahead of time absolutely violates the professional ethics and the industry regulations, it also seriously harms to the consumers’ interests, and it shamefully breaks the free competitive market spirit of the honesty and fairness as well.

    I appeal the company to check its dishonest advertising and the obscure subscription procedure. And I also appeal the company to refund me the monthly membership charge from an invalid agreement, which was made under the circumstance that the company intentionally concealed the fee provision to induce the customer’s unconscious decision.

I have an e-mail saying 7 days is $5 unlimited questions and answers.     I wanted to ask a legal question on this site. It said the fee is $2 and asked for my credit card. They have informed me that after the screen that said $2, I agreed to $86.00. I did not see anything that said $86.00. I asked my question in great detail (2 paragraphs) and received an instant BOT answer. Then I received an instant BOT text to my phone. I replied to the BOT and it gave me a another reply that said "to answer your question I will require more information." Then another message was sent saying "I will try again later." Then they sending messages saying "Did you receive my answer?" Long story short, I did not get a real answer to my problem. They ended up answering "you can file a claim in court" but they did not even acknowledge my original comments or my case. It was a generic answer that even I could write to anyone on a site. This is silly. They claim their fee is fully refundable and they believe in 100% customer satisfaction but when I told them this is a scam and I want a refund, they denied it. This site should be shut down or monitored by the authorities.

And, in the end, I had to figure it out myself anyway since the rep who assisted me was not able to resolve it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Our five year old LG fridge started humming and vibrating, getting louder and louder. Some kind of meltdown seemed imminent. The tech who helped me, Tamar figured out that since the humming stopped when the door opened, it was probably the evaporator fan. This fan can sometimes get coated with ice and vibrate. So the first thing to try is to manually defrost the unit. If that doesn’t work then the fan needs to be replaced (part cost about $70 or so online).     This company is very misleading with their payments. They state you will be only charged a $2 sign-up fee which is totally refundable. They will charge you the $2 fee as well as the monthly $42 Membership charge which is non-refundable. When I contacted customer support via chat all they did was slam me with a 'sorry non-redundable' message and ended the chat. I then emailed customer support and was sent an email saying my membership was cancelled, nothing more. Unfortunately, I find out after that this has happened on multiple occasions and they are purposefully misleading in order to get people to sign up and then make it impossible to get it refunded.     Beware the recurring charges. I called, used the service one day only to find that auto enrolled me for $46 a month. I noticed on the second month. I called and asked for a refund for just the second month. I called them the day after they charged me. They refused. I filed a complaint with the BBB and found thousands of people complaining about the same thing. They will charge you for a future month that you don't want, didn't ask for and won't use.

    Worst customer support! Their site leaked over 4000 people's name, address and phone numbers (including those not listed publicly) and when I contacted them via chat and then 6 times via email, I just got the same useless questions and responses stating they couldn't find my account. I told them so many times that I'm not a customer and the leaked info is accessible publicly, but they repeated same thing again, that they cannot find my account. Waste of time... Will ping those 4000 users to leave a one star review here and everywhere.

    Requests to removed cached items take even longer than waiting for the cache to expire. The best course of action is to simply wait until Google re-crawls the site and let it correct itself then.
