Francis left Frederick and moved to Marion or Martinsville VA to live. He died there on 02/06/1905 and the body was brought back to Frederick for burial. He was born on 03/12/1844 in Frederick. I have no information after he moved to VA. What I need is a photo of him and where his office was located while in Va. I do not want any cases he may have taken part in unless it was an outstanding one. This is all the information I need unless there was a bio on him while he lived in VA.

I had a car question and a vet question. In both situations, I received a quick response. I asked about the cost of a specific repair and options and the mechanic helped me a lot. I needed a second opinion about a cat surgery and my conversation with the vet was very helpful. Rebecca, the vet, texted me back later asking if I had any more questions before she finished for the day. That was extra kind. I would recommend this service to others. I called Xfinity and paid $1 to ask an expert, but he could not help me. He said I had to call Xfinity as it may be my box. He needs to have patience or a personality (Bill). When you call Xfinity, they want to send a text, and I DO NOT TEXT AT 85 YEARS OLD!!!! Is this how you treat a Platinum customer? Nanette

I not only got a call right away, I received as second call and the expert was so knowledgeable and patient. Even gave me resources and information I didn’t know to ask for but needed. Sally was really interested in helping me with my dog questions. Made it super easy to make a difficult decision I’d been agonizing about for a week. We’ve only had the first exchange and the non custodial parent broke every agreement except pick up and drop off (although he was 30 min late for pick up and 21/2 hours late for drop off without any communication). Advised to keep records of everything and go back to court for these concerns, but to try to give it some time since it was only the first exchange. I really understood the advice and agree since my most concern is the happiness of my child and her ability to spend time with her father. I’ll see how it goes moving forward (hopefully better) and will update. Thank you for the immediate and helpful response. It really brought my stress level down. I actually feel you by my side if that makes sense.

I have decided as usual not to hire a lawyer because I can’t afford a 2000$ invoice. I found Justanswer.com very efficient to answer to all my questions instantly while I submit my N-400 form. Book Publishers extorting money from me as an Author with lies about doing copyright through them costing me more money than I wanted to spend and issue with posting my book on Amazon. Deceptive marketing practices. They trick you in too a $5 teaser rate for advice. Then they ask if you want to tip the person giving you advice. In the beginning, they send you 3 emails to set up your account. One of those emails has a small box I missed that says after the $5 fee, it will be $46 a month. I signed up in March. I have been charged $46 a month for something I have never used. I only asked a question one time. After they rake the $46 they NEVER send you an email again letting you know about your membership.
They do this because they don't want you to cancel. I subscribe to many memberships for my small business and everyone sends me an invoice or a notice I am being charged. This website uses deceptive practices and no one should ever use or trust them. ** I am not able to submit a receipt because I was only charged and NEVER was given a receipt. I logged in to my account and there is no paper trail to see my charges.

Sean helped me use a multi-tester to determine that I had power at the fuses and that the problem was a short or broke wire between the fuses and trailer wiring receptacle plug. I removed and disassembled the wiring receptacle, cleaned it and reassembled it, and it now works. Thank you.

I like that I can ask any question and get the answers that I need. Sometimes it’s all that’s needed and this service is incredibly useful in that regard. The experts are very knowledgeable and responsive which is appreciated. It doesn’t matter the time of day, knowing if I have a legal question at midnight, that I can submit my question and most times have the answer I need by the time I awake is refreshing, and it helps to minimize my anxiety.

I was considering using their service, but they have submitted an unusually large first bill which took 5 trips to Staples to determine their basis which had a number of errors. It included a $60. Installation Charge and 6 monthly rebates of $10. That was not discussed with me. Their billing started in June but I was not accosted by their Sales Representative until July 11. Their e-mail box is full so I have had to Drive several trips to Staples to deliver letters and obtain information.

My dog ate a small amount of dark chocolate and then started vomiting and not looking well at all. The vet reached out to me instantly and calculated all the info such as her age, weight, breed, type of chocolate and amount. After I gave her all the info, she assured me that she would be ok, but would probably vomit more due to this not something she was use to eating and how bad chocolate is for dogs. The next day my dog was perfect.

I have an issue with a roofing company, who managed to get my insurance company to pay them a substantial amount of money, even though they didn't do any work on my roof. I had to take a loan to repair my roof. It was 2yrs. Since we heard from roofing company. My just ask lawyer gave me a few suggestions. And the roofing company has agreed to send me the balance once they take out their fees. We will see if they are honorable.

Our pug was having trouble breathing. We took him to our vet who really isn’t a pug vet and he did the best he could, but didn’t have any local recommendations for further treatment. We started to notice he wasn’t sleeping a wink. Every time he would try to fall asleep he would wake up gasping for air. We ended up taking him to Mizzou, specialist, and they told us he was fine and gave us an anxiety medicine. We tried to argue with them and the “doctor“ said she would be happy to get her supervisor to tell us the same thing. Unreal. Who says that?
I got on JustAnswer and spoke to a very knowledgeable Doc (in Canada) who listened to everything we had to say and said it sounded like a classic case of pug breathing disorders which we suspected. The pug was only 4. We rushed him to a vet in Stillwater OK. They were amazing, and took him right in and did a catscan and determined he had advanced cancer through his face and into his brain. He had to be put down. It was a terrible ending, needless to say. However, I will be forever grateful to the doc at Justanswer for listening to me and pointing me in the right direction. Thanks doc.

My laptop wouldn't connect to my printer. The first person I spoke with tried to download a driver but we didn't have any luck. I spoke with a Dell tech, and he helped me a bit even off warranty. Sent driver link. When this didn't work I called JustAnswer back and this tech tried a few things and then had me change USB ports for the printer on the computer... That was the problem! A bad USB port, which now has to be fixed, and I can now use the printer. Outside the box thinking solved my problem that no one else had figured out!

I contacted Just Answer and received a response immediately. The texts were extremely clear on how to pay for this service. The price is very reasonable. I was advised that a Contractor would be contacting me very soon. Within a minute, my phone rang, and a very knowledgeable gentleman thoroughly explained to me what I needed to do. He even explained why the baby snake made its way into my house, and that it would be looking for insects. He advised me to put down insect glue traps in the area the snake was last seen. The representative even contacted me later in the day to check the status of my situation.

Todd ** did respond to a couple of messages, but after that he would not respond to anymore. I tried sending a few more messages but still nothing. I was trying to get help on a small issue but we weren't able to get anywhere. I am disappointed after spending money to get no help!

I waited awhile and was told it’s $5, I was charged for a monthly membership $33! He wrote one text and it was literally same info I got from Google before I found the JustAnswer website. I canceled the membership and hope my money is back in my account by the morning.

I was a notary 20 years ago in a different city and came across my journal book and decided to retake the test and become a notary again. While studying I realized I was supposed to return my notary journal when my license expired within 30 days. I needed to know what to do and Just Answer gave me the correct information. My service tech responded promptly. He suggested I try resetting the control panel. When that didn’t work, with a few more questions he was able to diagnose the issue for me. 30 minutes waiting for response. They called me, had me on hold for 10 minutes then I get a chat message appear asking me to hang up. It then asks me to rate my answer even though I never talked to anyone. The lawyer asked me how my day was and then proceeded to have me sit there for 15 more minutes with no response. I then get a $63 charge for my membership. Refund requested.

The information I received was worthless. I was charged $5 and $55 for useless information. The SS agent I chatted online with told me that I would be charged $5 by your company. She gave the impression that it was for the replacement card and nothing was said about the $55 charge for continuing services which are certainly not wanted or needed. I eventually figured out how to get the card on my own by exploring the SS site. After an angry call to your office, I think the charges have been deleted. If not. I will continue to contact your office until they are removed and will let my credit card company know about the scam.

Gagin answered my question very well; added suggestions of where to invest the funds (a government bond) if I were to choose to liquidate it. Gagin also pointed out the security of a diversified spread. I was interested in Bitcoin but he warned it was too volatile. He stayed on the topic with me until I was satisfied and was courteous and supportive..

Chris asked all of the right questions and continued to follow up until I was able to get the stain out. He gets a "10" in customer service and professionalism. My situation was an unusual one with colored streamers discoloring our leather seat on a golf cart. Couldn't be more grateful for his help! It took multiple tries and in the end we heard about and CAREFULLY tried thinner. It got the last of the stain out but definitely test an area before considering using that as it could ruin your leather.

I was driving my RV across the country and had driven 5300 miles when the horn started blaring and wouldn’t stop. It blared for at least 5 minutes on the highway until I found a safe place to pull off. I contacted Just Answers at around noon EST and it took over two hours for the expert to even contact me. By that time, I had scoured the internet, scoured the owner's manual, and gotten assistance from some people at a truck stop and fixed it myself. Just Answer is refusing to refund my money. I also noticed I had a ‘subscription’ and was going to be charged a monthly fee even though I never even heard from the expert and did not see anything about a monthly subscription fee. Don’t sign up for this. It’s definitely a scam.

Refrigerator suddenly stopped working. Using Robert's suggestions it may be working. The freezer started working. The refrigerator is starting to cool very slowly. We will continue to monitor and hope for the best! Robert also gave me a link to buy a new freezer seal...which I hope we don't have to tackle! No reliable local repair people, so the option to try to troubleshoot ourselves, is appreciated.

It was a challenge & frustrating for me to understand him & I was very angry over the situation of simply attempting to book an Uber for the next day and hit a key and within minutes an Uber was at my door! I’ve used Uber, maybe twice seven years ago so didn’t know what to do so this is when Justin (?) used the right techniques to believe in him, he was going to help me, and he did. Since the conversation I was charged $30 for cancellation fee for a ride, I never intended on having. In case it was to happen he explained the steps to have that charge removed.

Greatly appreciate, the help in finding out how to deal with the issue with my neighbors. Easement through my 2.5 acres and they don’t have room to turn around a vehicle on their property. They have trapped all the squirrels, and believe they are using high frequency devices to keep birds and critters away. My dog is going through a living hell covering his ears in my house weird look on his face. The high frequency is really making him miserable. I have lived on my property 20+ years. They moved from Arizona and hate birds and animals obviously. They made friends with my dog when moving in. He thinks they are safe for him! Absolutely NOT. I took him and had him chipped the day after my place turned dead zone. Absolutely nothing moving that is a living creature on my 2.5 acres. They have an easement through. They don’t have enough room to turn a vehicle around. I’m running into zero answers no matter who or what I look into.
My poor dog! It’s my job to protect him! The last of the squirrels came to me like it was asking for help. They were all really tame and trusted me to take care of them! I had no idea what was happening till the next day and my property is completely nothing alive moving anywhere it’s like a nuclear bomb went off. This is breaking my heart. As well as if I don’t figure a legal way to handle this! It may not be legal in anyway, but I will resolve this anyway I need to. I am trying to handle this legal and proper. Please help. I will give 0 if I can. They said it will cost $5 to connect you to an expert and in nowhere did they mention that you also need to pay $60 for the membership I don't need. They also lock the AI assistant chatbot before you pay so I wasn't able to clarify my question regarding to what support I am getting and the payment, etc. They prey on people that need urgent legal assistance. Terrible experience.

Unfortunately I was not able to tighten the handle on my faucet. But my conclusion was that the design of this faucet is at fault and that Bobby did as much as was possible to help me. I was a bit busy with two dogs, two cats and dinner, so I prepared the ** shot, moved the vial away and administered the shot. In the slight confusion of all of my "children" feeding, I simply forgot to replace the vial in the fridge last night at 8:15. This am I notice the vial on the counter and became worried. I reached out thinking l would talk with attorney but they just wanted to text. So, you don't really know if you actually is receiving info from an attorney. Anyone could be texting you. I felt texting back and forth was not the best way to communicate in oder to explain your legal situation. They also should make it more visible and clear that besides charging you a $5 fee that you now have a automatic monthly membership and what the fee is. I did know that until l received an email. That should be clear on the website and before you send your question. Most attorneys will do at least 1 free consultation.

Computer quit working with update and Eric walked us through what to do. He waited until we could log in to the computer. We were very happy to know we could do this through our phone, because we are not real savvy with computers. This company is really useless, weren't able to help me and they suck. Chris was the individual that was supposedly helping me. I checked with my neighbors to see if they received my delivery by mistake. I checked with two local post office nearby. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

One burner on my electric range with glass cooktop is not heating up as much as it used to. Needed help troubleshooting the issue. Technician provided excellent advice. Cost of parts required to fix the problem are not worth it for almost 20 year old range. I can live with that burner inefficiency until I purchase an entire new appliance package.

Spoke with technician Austin who was great. He helped me troubleshoot the problem. Austin was clear, concise and patient running through the steps. Once the problem was identified, Austin then sent a link to the part as well as a video to remove the old damaged part and install the new part. The video was spot on and easy to follow. Once I was patched through to "expert", I kept getting automation. Time and time again! Had to go to a different site to actually talk to a real person. And they actually answered my question in detail and actually used to work for Avid. And had dealt with Pro Tools. Makes your site look like a scam for money.

This is a scam! The company leads you to believe you are getting a Microsoft company employee to help you with an issue. An initial low dollar payment is required. Automatic THEN the next month there is an automatic charge for a membership fee that you did not consent to! This company is horrible. Do not use their deceptive service.

The vet was great! She was very patient, kind, caring and knowledgeable. However the process is very misleading. When I first made contact, the person I was chatting with told me it would only be $5. The next thing I knew, my credit card was charged the $5 and the $33 immediately! They seem to take advantage of a person's desperation when seeking treatment for their pet. I was not aware I was signing up for a membership but was under the belief that I would be charged $5.
I was stressed out about my dog and did not see the part where I was supposedly signing up for a membership and was under the belief that the membership charge wouldn't be taken out until the next month. I want a refund immediately!! It's not right how you mislead people. The chat agent said it would be $5 to talk to a vet. Then you stick it in the fine print that it's a monthly membership. Very shady!! Please issue a refund as that was not money I was expecting to spend and has drawn my account very low.

I went to Just Answer to ask a single question. Their ChatBot stated I could join for $5 (fully refundable) and once I completed the payment I would be connected to an attorney. I entered my card information thinking I was getting charged $5. However, I received a notification from my bank that I was charged $46. I reached out to support and they didn't even acknowledge the error. Just stated that they were a membership service and by receiving an answer to the question I agreed to the terms. This is classic bait and switch. I don't know how they get away with this.

My bank jumped immediately letting me know that this was a FRAUD that I could not dispute because They have already taken 48 dollars for a Sh answer from My bank account. And you, another private company are doing the same by not telling the truth.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I had an issue I needed some legal advice about (trying to get a death certificate signed - it's crazy). They said they would connect me with an estate lawyer and they could help with the issue. They go straight to a billing screen. They tell you it's a $5 fee, but charged an additional $60 recurring membership fee without telling you are getting permission. Avoid this site!

I have seen many posts (Reddit, Quora, etc.) asking if JustAnswer is is a scam. In my opinion, they are not necessarily a scam. However, they are one of those companies that gets you to sign up, then hits your card monthly and hopes you don’t notice. I noticed and got ahold of them to cancel, and I did NOT ask for the several months of fees that have already passed.
I did ask that they not charge me the fee today for this coming month. Ultimately, they said, “Unfortunately, all membership fees are non-refundable. It was indicated on our website before you key in your card information. That’s also stipulated on the Terms and Conditions that you accepted before using our service.” and then cut off my chat. It is lame but ironic in that the slogan above the chat on the page is, “Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. At JustAnswer we take pride in delighting our customers. If for any reason you’re not satisfied our Customer Care team is ready to help 24/7.”

I have used Just Answer in the past and believe I was satisfied. However, it has been a long time. I just chatted and got a message that I had to pay $5 to join. I told them specifically I was asking for a friend and they should talk to the friend and not charge me anything else. After I paid, I checked my bank account and they took $60 out of my account! When asked about it, they told me I was an old member, so they waived the $5 and reinstated my account for $60! I asked them to immediately refund my money and they refused. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Beware.

I'm very disturbed that the initial communication stated the call would cost $1 and since I couldn't get into my laptop to see that $1 was a ploy to sign me up for a $45 monthly charge that I won't use, don't want nor need. I see this charge after the 1 minute call to resolve my issue was over. I am not happy!!!! Now it looks like I have to set up an account just to go in and cancel something I didn't want to sign up for in the first place. There should be a customer service phone number to reach out to someone. Nobody has responded to any of my responding texts either.

This had to be an AI bot. Useless answers, asked the same questions or gave same instructions with different wording. Logical troubleshooting was not involved at all. My tech was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He deserves 20 stars. My true problem came from an "update". All this did was take away many features. Lost the "library" heading and mushed it in with the "home" heading. Text to Speech became a less useful "Assistive Reader". I put the top of my Ninja Blender on wrong. It was totally stuck. The solutions from their experts worked. They suggested heat from a hair dryer to expand the plastic and then a lubricant to help move the parts. I thought I’d have to thrown it away! That would have been $100 to replace it! I suddenly lost my email. It just shut down. Any other apps that needed access it called it invalid. The expert guided me through first a password reset and then taught me how to re-sync my email. He was thoughtful, very knowledgeable and remained calm and patient even with my growing impatience. We got the problem solved and he stayed with me almost an hour fixing other problems on my iPhone. I designed a logo and then hired a company to digitally draw it up. 2 days after finished they told me another client wanted my name and logo and that if I didn't want to lose it I should copyright. I cannot begin to express how angry I am. I realized this morning that I have had a recurring $60 charge on my credit card for an apparent membership that I never would have knowingly agreed to. This "membership" agreement was apparently snuck into the fine print when I thought I was agreeing to just a $1 fee for asking 1 question only. This is very deceptive and sneaky on behalf of your company.
Shame on me for not looking more closely at my credit card statements. However, that does not excuse the fact that you are duping customers into agreeing to a membership that they do not need, nor want. I wonder just how many elderly people out there, like myself, that are also being charged for the penalty of just asking a question?
I have already been told by an overseas representative who told me there is nothing he can do; and refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor (I was told there are no supervisors). I hung up the phone in a rage. I was also told the same by an online chat bot that there is nothing that can be done. I am hoping that someone will see this from my perspective, and realize what "JustAnswer" is doing... is wrong.
I am writing to you in good faith that you will refund me for each recurring month that I have been charged since February 3rd, 2024. I cannot remember what I saw, or filled out, or clicked on February 3rd, 2024. All I thought I was agreeing to was just a $1 charge. I would even go as far as agreeing to 1/$60 fee for getting my question answered. Again, I NEVER would have knowingly agreed to a "Recurring Membership".

This business is a complete scam. We paid the $1 to get an answer last weekend. We have been charged the $1 but also $52 and change. We did NOT agree to pay $52, and if this was some 7 day free trial, we were charged before the 7 days were up. Additionally, we did not get a fix to the issue that we called about, although this is now beside the point. When I messaged them a few minutes ago about this, I was told that I could speak to one of their attorneys -- for ANOTHER FEE OF $5. These people have lost their everloving minds as we will not be paying them another red cent. We will be contacting AMEX first thing on Monday to dispute this and file a chargeback and then contacting our attorney general to figure out how to cancel this mess and put a stop to being charged again.

The worst service I have ever seen. They promised to connect me to an expert within a few minutes. I was waiting for a few hours w/o any response. Support was useless and did not help and was repeating standard phrases "We will contact you as soon as we can". No managers were available who could help to understand what was wrong. The only good thing I noticed - they are ready for a refund for the service they have not provided. Beware! If you need any real advise - look for another service. This is completely useless and a waste of time and money.

I did ask one question approximately one month ago. Today, about a month later I noticed a $46.00 charge to my account and contacted the company. I was told the charge was for a membership. I never requested a membership and this is a very deceptive practice. When I called the company the representative informed me he could terminate my membership but could not refund my $46.00 charge for the membership. I am contacting the Attorney General's Office for my State and making a formal complaint. Extremely deceptive company and someone should be brought up on criminal charges for theft.

The whole process was so easy. Dr. Kathy was so helpful and showed so much empathy and put my mind to ease when my best friend Oliver was attacked by two coyotes. She gave me perfect information and told me what to look for to determine if my guy could wait to see his vet in the morning or rush him to a 24 hour clinic. We waited until the morning but was available for us during the night if we had any other concerns. I will use this service again if I find myself in an emergency situation again.

I had a question about adding my ex to birth certificate and the “legal expert” provided no help and told me I could just walk into court anytime without and paperwork or appointment and tell the judge what I wanted???? No you can’t. I learned more by just searching. He was not interested and vague in helping.

Needed help with legal service. Talked to an automated response robot for a while until it asked me to pay $2 for the answer and redirected me to payment page. I entered my credit card details and the payment went through. But when I checked my credit card statement, I was charged $2 and $86. I got really mad so I talked to customer service. They told me that $86 is for the subscription which is not refundable. And disconnected me. I am going to file a written complain in 'Competition Bureau Canada' about them.

I just filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against your company. I called for a $5 answer on april 15th. I was charged and additional $30 in april for which I never got a receipt. I only found out by checking my credit card. I signed in to cancel then and thought I had succeeded but checking my credit account today I saw another $30 charge for which I again did not receive a receipt to tell me I was still being charged. I know for certain that I have now canceled, but I want a refund for the may charges. This is a rip-off.

Could not get computer to work normally. Within 5 minutes problem was solved. The tech that helped me was wonderful to work with. He was very patient and took time to work with a non technical person. However, a charge of $46 showed up on my credit card that was not knowingly authorized. The only charge I was aware of was $1 that also showed up. I will not pay the $46. Please remove the $46 charge and explain why I was charged.

I am disabled and need to get my dog some medication to help ease the pain he is going through right now because of arthritis pain. Your response time was great, and the vet answered my questions honestly and I felt he understood the problem well enough to prescribe the right medication. Of course, I had been going to a well-known national chain of doctors. Funny thing though the vet wanted to see my dog when all I needed was a prescription and quite by accident, I found the medication on their website with detailed instructions on dosage and how often it should be administered. Great Job in answering my questions.

I lost a presentation that I had 18 slides. I Pressed the wrong key, and that was the start of a nightmare. I still have not found the presentation and it's not because the expert that was assigned to my account wasn't helpful. The technician assigned to me to help resolve my issue with the Lenovo Intel CORE i5 desktop, where the internet access kept connecting, dropping, attempting, connecting, then dropping was resolved quickly by the tech. It took at least 10 minutes for someone to answer my initial question. And, after that question was answered I waited approx 5 to 10 minutes between all other questions. I eventually figured out my problem by myself while I was on the phone waiting. Asked to be called on my cell phone and never received a call.

I installed a MDH Pioneer 2770 with backup camera, the camera stayed on all the time, pioneer recommended their camera, so I purchased that and same issue and they couldn't figure out the issue. The Justanswer tech walked me through the wiring already tried and had me test the wires, determined a relay was needed, and I purchased same day and was wired up want working within hours when it's been broke over a week. Great job to Anthony, the tech who assisted me.

Never signed up, agreed to pay, never asked a question - had a deduction for $1.00 & then a few days later $45.00 deducted. Today they tried to upgrade me to a PROFESSIONAL account & attempted to withdraw an additional $45.00 when my bank refused to pay! The second vet I talked to on here told me something I didn't even consider. My rooster might have injured his spinal cord and or have nerve damage and that's why he isn't walking or standing. She also gave me multiple links for medication to help him and advised me if he doesn't get better with treatment (\which could be a possibility) then I will have to make the tough decision. Other vets just told me give him this and that and then stop responding.

I had contacted Bally Sports and attempted to renew my subscription. Somehow I was transferred to your organization and interacted with someone claiming, apparently from your organization, who ask me what I wanted to subscribe. I informed him it was Bally Sports Detroit. I thought the request was being processed. He requested that I give him some time to complete the transaction. He never responded after that. I received a message from my credit card company indicating that a charge of forty some dollars had been made against my card. The charge should not have exceeded $21 for Bally Sports. The name given as your representative was Mian **. I subsequently canceled my credit card and will contest the charge once posted. If there was a mistake made on the part of Mr. **, or if there is confusion on my part regarding this matter, I would appreciate an explanation.

The person that I spoke to gave me an alternative to pursuing this matter through the court system. I will probably end up with this matter in litigation, I have a path forward that I was unaware of. I will use the Adult elderly Financial Abuse laws in effect currently. I did have a previous experience with the Elder Abuse section at Oregon DHS.

My compass would show low battery and soon after shut down. A new one costs $350 to $500. The manufacturer does not service these and states that there are no user serviceable parts inside. The representative at JustAnswer.com helped me identify the battery that I need to replace. It is currently on order for under $40 delivered. That’s a pretty good savings!

Won my small claims case, and the defendant isn't going to pay. Need to find a way to collect. I've never had to sue anyone before the entire court system thing has been a challenge. I have left-side brain damage so trying to put events in order is difficult and make key points in order so it all makes sense. The attorneys here have been fantastic. Freezer was snow and refrigerator did not cool. @matthew** worked through understanding model, its age, etc, and recommended one solution. It did not work, but said to contact him again. He suggested unplugging refrigerator, opening doors, and completely defrosting for 24 hours on Friday. I did. On Saturday night, I replugged in. It is Monday and all seems fine. Thanks you, Matthew.

This is a terrible company that uses deceptive practices. Advertising that it only cost $1 when in fact, the minimum that you can pay is an additional $55 is intentionally misleading. If you want to charge $55, that’s fine, just charge $55. But don’t advertise it only cost $1. All they are doing is trying to capture people's credit card numbers and hope that they missed the fact that the actual cost is $55. I asked a question and all I got was a regurgitated answer from a two second Google search. The point of asking an “expert“ was to find something I couldn’t find myself.

I got the answers I needed in minutes, however the Just Answer website was very misleading. I saw the button to click on to ask an attorney a question. It said it was $5 to join so I did. Immediately I was charged an additional $60. I had no idea why or what this charge was for. The attorney couldn't tell me about the charges either so I actually still don't know. I tried to contact Just Answer for an explanation but that was fruitless. I plan to cancel my membership as soon as I have resolved my legal situation so that I will not be charged again for next month. I'm giving 4 stars for the attorney and zero for Just Answer. The WORST customer service ever.

I have been scammed by the real estate agent. I sent the information to the State of Florida Dept of Business and Professional regulation. They agreed to something very vague and said that an administrative complaint was being filed, and that they wanted me as a witness on the case. But that does nothing for me, it has established that there was wrongdoing. But I need to take it to court to recover damages.
