I chatted with Terra **. She was very knowledgeable and gave me a complete description of what I had. She explained the scams that are online and an honest answer as to what it was actually worth. I will use her again for artwork I purchased. I would recommend her to friends and family.

I asked my question and Charlie could not answer. She kept apologizing but still no results. They Transferred me to another attorney and I repeated the question and he could not answer. They also tried charging my credit card 3 times so I turned it into my credit card companies as fraud.

As a senior and someone that has been out recovery and in remission. I am forgetful and need help trying to get a phone number for Social Security Dept. I am very happy with they did. I want to cancel my subscription on your app but you make it hard. Not only I had to pay and lost my package but also you took my money to tell me it was delivered to my address. It was a lie. You never could tell me where it was delivered.

Paul the plumber was very helpful, I explained my issue and he graciously gave his expert advice. His guidance was awesome! He was polite and patient and he thoroughly understood my needs! A private car service was put down on the package deal I need a rent a car. I called the car service and they said they would cancel the pick up service and then I contacted Expedia directly to find out what I have to do next. My 3yo Pomeranian cannot be left unsupervised, so I have contacted Dr. ** on multiple occasions over the years, following various antics. Today, my dog jumped on the table and ate a chocolate chip cookie. Dr. ** replied almost immediately, and set my nerves at ease. He has always done a fantastic job caring for my little menace. I appreciate his care and quick responses, and he even follows up to make sure the incident has been resolved. Thank you!

My question concerning radiation from Brachytherapy was answered by a highly skilled professional, who very knowledgeable in nuclear science. Dr. **'s response was concise and clearly explained in a manner that I could understand. The object of my concern were the magnets in electric guitar pickups. As a professional guitarist, who recently underwent Brachytherapy for prostate cancer, my concern for my very expensive guitars was quite stressful. I am greatly relieved to learn that the discharged radiation would not damage my instruments.

My furnace was not giving off very much heat and was making a strange noise. I had to keep resetting it to get it to work. I saw an ad for this website and decided to give it a try. Best decision I’ve made in a long time! Everything was tested and checked while I was in an online chat with Andre. He walked me through dismantling my furnace every step of the way. Explained different parts to me, where things were located, how to locate specific parts and how to figure out what needed to be fixed or replaced. He was so kind and patient and explained everything in easy to understand language. I never felt rushed and was not made to feel ignorant about questions and things I didn’t understand.
With his help and expertise, I was able to find out what the problem was and how to go about fixing it. I am so pleased with the entire experience and will recommend you highly to others who may need service. I am especially pleased with Andre R. Such an amazing, intelligent, congenial person who is definitely an asset to your company.

Dan was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and considerate. I appreciated his help. He gave me suggestions that I had not considered. He gave me 3 options: call the prosecutor and ask for a status. Pay for or negotiate a fee with an attorney. Or call a bail bondsman. I would definitely recommend him for help.

Couldn’t open safe. Richard walked us through the process. Turned out batteries were expired. Needed key to open the safe. Finally found them and was able to open safe to access the battery compartment. Richard was very competent and instructions were precise. Very satisfied with his performance. Left me hanging, did not resolve my problem, would not call me back, took my money. All I needed was a way to reset my Outlook password, sent me to site that I tried three times and I told them before it did not work, they hung up on me, still waiting for my call

James answered my question fully, was very prompt, very nice and made sure I understood what he was talking about, ending our conversation with an open invitation should I have any other questions...which I did and again very prompt and courteous answered that..If you need a quick answer without having to mail your item somewhere or stand in a line somewhere or having to wait for any reason...then this right here is the way to go...will def use again and would recommend you try it.

After a very frustrating dialog with who I thought was an HP employee for a printer set up issue, the scammer charged $380 to set up a "firewall". I attempted to report this to HP and at least verify the scammer was not an actual employee, when using the form to speak with an actual person, another scam was attempted, this time charging a claimed $1 to initiate the "claim". Turned out scammer tried to charge $55. I had input my phone during this which is how scammer attached it. Micheal called and assisted in removing any issues and further solved my printer set up issues. Micheal was beyond helpful, please let him know I owe him a beer or several!

Nobody ever called me back & they immediately charged $60. All I was doing was trying to find out if my insurance covered it & if the screen calls were captioned. That should have been free. Simple questions. They said they're refunding my $55. I hope so. I should have known to not have anything to do with Just Ask. Had a bad experience with them before. I thought this was the same service my son has been using for years but evidently not. Nobody was there. They're sending me an email telling me a doctor is getting ready to call me to answer my simple questions.

Nothing We could do, people were good. Sign up and payment was clunky and wouldn't load from Google. App and chat was horrible, kept locking up and freezing. Couldn't send pictures, tried multiple times. Unfortunately my cat passed while in chat. Believe it was a heart attack. Rest in peace.

But the most important comment I can make is the patience shown by the technician. 4 am on the West Coast, he has unique sense of the importance of my call while not judging my inexperience in pursuing the problem and the eventual outcome. My cat got into a fight and was bitten. The area was painful and began releasing pus. I called and the vet realized the area needed to be treated and what would work best. I was able to obtain the antibiotic from the pet store and also an e-collar so he would not continue licking the area which would prevent it from healing properly. I am grateful for this service as I am on a fixed income.

I never got past the robot. All I got is the robot. I never got to talk to the vet. I never got that answer nothing.. This is a waste of my money and don’t wanna make sure that I cancel this out as soon as possible. So I stood on the line while they asked me all these questions and that was as far as I got. I don’t know. Everybody else got to talk to vet. I didn’t talk to anybody about the AI robot... This is absolutely horrible. This is a scam.

I was driving along and all of a sudden a message sign came on and said that I needed to release my park brake. And it started beeping at me! The car dealership said "bring it in" which I could not do right away. You told me what the problem could be and it would not hurt my car if I drove it for a little bit. He set me at ease.

I am very pleased with my conversation with Dr. **. This experience was very good considering I had input so quickly. Dr. ** was very clear about Cleo’s symptoms and I feel much better after talking to her that this is not an emergency situation. My cat Cleo has been to the vet veterinarian three times and they’re not unable to examine her. Even though the last time we tried giving her a dose of ** prior to the visit being able to talk to Dr. ** make me feel better since the next time I take her to the vet it might happen again and I really would like to have her exam because she’s five years old now

I was charged $2 Canadian dollars and at the end $66 dollars was deducted from my account. This is fraud and totally unacceptable. I need a refund immediately and my issue was not resolved because all the suggestions you gave I had done all and the problem is still there. From $2 dollars to $66 dollars?

Late at night got help from Dr ** (very nice Veteran) that give me help with what was safe at home for helping my Best Friend (dog) and I give him what was safe. Had every item and this morning it is helping. It is great I found help when I did not know what was safe for my Best Friend. She also told me if it did not help call my local Veterans for help. Also I was feeding him healthy food.

My oxygenator sent out a warning signal and stopped working. Lawrence sent me clear and precise instructions to find out what was wrong and how to fix it. Although I had to wait hours for my son to come over, Lawrence was patient and kept our contact open in case we needed more assistance from him. Young Poodle may have swallowed possible leather protectant. Called and received professional advise within minutes from the Veterinarian by phone. Preliminary questioning online by the vet tech prevented a lot of repeating ourselves with the same information. Great job, very efficient speed in resolving the problem. Brian was very helpful and walked me through a quick solution to my problem. My experience was very positive and I will use this service again, if needed. My dog ate some peanuts. My bad. Just three shelled and skinned but salted. My bad again. I was surfing and realized I had read the post and realized the internet said unsalted not salted. Vet recommended just to keep an eye on him. Tucker is just 10 pounds, havanese and mini pin mix. He is fine but was scary for a couple of hours. Thanks for your recommendation. You let me be responsible about the ER visit, being it was Sunday. I opted to just closely watching Tucker. He is fine.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I thought I was connecting with someone from the webpage I was on and agreed to what I thought was a $1 charge for an answer. Frustrated and needing information, I reluctantly agreed. Turns out, it was actually $55, and I was unknowingly signed up for a $55/month subscription. The answer I received was completely unhelpful and not worth the money. When I realized I was being billed monthly, I contacted them to cancel. Despite this, I noticed two months later that I was still being charged. I reached out again, canceled a second time, and asked for a refund. Their customer service was unapologetic and flat-out refused to refund me, essentially saying, "too bad, but now you're officially unsubscribed." Their business practices feel deceitful and predatory. I would not recommend using their services to anyone. Sketchy at best, and a total waste of money.

My dog got his paws on some caffeine which is super toxic for them. My veterinarian definitely helped, he was quick and gave me multiple solutions to the problem. My dog was having an allergic reaction from an unknown cause. Dr. ** gave me advice on care for swelling and responding to vomiting and soft stool. I appreciate the help and concern provided, it has helped with my dog's reaction. What I appreciated most was that the service is provided when the vet wasn’t open for the day yet. I had made adjustments for visual contrast and hit Smart Invert wry which changed the appearance and made reading easier BUT made colors bizarre and video and online photos looking like negatives. She told me what steps to take to correct. That worked. While in the chat I received a decline from credit card for $46. I did not authorize anything beyond the $1. Please cancel any membership or other service as I did not authorize any additional charges.

My dog had surgery on a Friday to remove a mass from her leg. Apparently, the surgeon wrapped the bandage too tight and it cut off the circulation in her paw, causing her foot to swell to twice its normal size and be cool to the touch. However, because it was a weekend (and a long weekend at that), I couldn’t get in touch with the surgeon or her normal vet to ask what to do. I could have taken her to an emergency vet, but I wanted to avoid that if possible, so I turned to JustAnswer. The vet told me what to do to relieve the “tourniquet effect” the bandage was having on my dog’s leg and paw, and continued texting with me throughout the afternoon to check on her progress. I was so grateful for the help, and the price and time spent was significantly less than an emergency vet would have been.

The dog I’m sitting got into a roach trap. As always I went to the internet as it’s telling me that the dog needs to go to the vet and the worst possible news. My LED screen was showing a light I had never seen before and from what I could find on YT it seemed like maybe it was dangerous. But, after talking to the Appliance Technician it was always supposed to be on, when the oven was on. There are some other things going on with my control panel that indicates it is malfunctioning. Dino, the Tech I spoke with even sent me my manual because it did not come with one. He checked all the sites and looks like the model is so old there are no replacement parts which is helpful to know that I need to plan for a new oven. I am grateful for the peace of mind that it is not dangerous, but it is on its last leg and this is my warning to get prepared.

Adam was awesome. Spent a lot of time troubleshooting my system and saved me from sleeping outside in the doghouse from my wife. Incorrect fuel pressure info given. He said 15psi my service manual clearly states 55-60psi when cranking. Then call dropped and no return call. Was charged 30$ when it said 5$ along with multiple text and spam emails.

While in the process of transitioning to a new iPhone 16 Pro, experienced problems with Gmail account propagating. Apple had me change my Gmail password which resolved the issue. In the process I found that my Gmail account on my Windows 11 laptop would not work. Taking the recommended path to remove and create the Gmail account again on Windows Outlook, I could not get past “something went wrong” errors. I enlisted the help of JustAnswer and after a few initial attempts I found Andy ** who attempted to direct me how to resolve the problem. I was not able to fix the issue until Andy took direct action on my laptop, restoring Gmail capabilities successfully with all my folders and emails. What a relief.

Sometimes pets do crazy things and we just need someone hold our hand through it. That’s what Dr. ** did. Called to troubleshoot error code on start up of a new Kitchenaid dishwasher. Error was clean filter came on upon turning on machine. Was advised to count the blinks which was 9 blinks which indicated blocked drain hose. Told them drain line was open, not kinked. He suggest it was an equipment malfunction. Service needed to be called. On one last attempt, I decided to blow on garbage disposal end for patency. I discovered I had failed to knock out plug on garbage disposal. Thanks for the help, I believe it went both ways, lol.

After searching the LG site for help and resources, I was directed to a technical representative who determined that the filter housing needed to be replaced. He sent me a part link and a link to a video that explained how a DIY person could complete the removal and installation. He talked me through the process briefly and convinced me I could handle it myself "if I was handy at all." 'Nuff said! Yesterday I completed the task - really very consistent with the video. Only one place I had to go a bit on my own because my older house has only a copper line coming in with no local shutoff. At least for now, I've got no leaks in my water filtration system.

On January 5th 2025 I asked for help from a Home Theater technician. Once my demand recorded, I was supposed to be reached by HT Technician if I agreed to pay the amount of 2$ ''fully refundable''. But immediately after my demand was written on the JustAnswer site, the conversational Bot wrote to me that a Veterinarian would contact. So I advised by writing on the site and immediately, so before any service was given to me that I was IMMEDIATELY cancelling my demand, that I would not pay the 2$. But on January 5 2025, not only the 2$ transaction was deducted from my MasterCard, but ANOTHER 66$ transaction was deduced!
And AFTER I wrote that I did not want the service anymore because I did not need a veterinarian, I received an answer to my question by a supposed technician, AFTER I refused his help. This looks like a robot mistake to tell me that I would receive help from a veterinarian instead of a Home Theater technician, or this is simply a fraudulent company. Also, I now realize that simply plugging ChatGPT or any other so called AI (which are really only LLMs ... Large Language Models) to a web site with supposed technicians to answer questions to the public would do the job, which rates very low in morality.

I was connected to JustAnswer somehow while I was supposed to be chatting with someone at DISH Network. I was told by this "someone" that I would be charged only $1.00 and it was refundable. The person who took over the chat was no help whatsoever. My initial understanding was that I would be charged $37.00 per month unless I canceled the service. I canceled within 2 HOURS of my online chat. When I looked at my bank account, I had already been charged the dollar AND $37.00 too.
I contacted them and a Mr. Jaime **, Customer Care Leader, said "As part of the enrollment, you agreed to the following charges: One-time join fee of $1.00 and a monthly membership fee of $37.00. These people are nothing but scammers. The chatbot tells you that it only costs $5, refundable fee, and once you give them your credit card info, the next thing you know, they charged my account $46. They kept trying to tell me that at the top of the credit card info it shows that you are also signing up for membership. That is bull. It never did show that. I even had a copy of the credit card info that does not show that. Beware. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I was sent to this site through Facebook while I had a legal issue with a purchase. I thought it was Facebook answering and later found out I was charged 55.00 for the advice I received which did not help me at all. Microwave runs fine when cool. After it was used for a few minutes and another item was placed in to re-heat the entire unit loses power. Eventually the power comes back with a PF code. Sometimes it will then work, but usually fails (loses power in 10 seconds or less). When I opened the case on the microwave I discovered the connections to the temperature sensor on the magnetron were burned/melted. ** gave me number of suggestions of things to check - From his suggestions I believe I have a bad temperature sensor. Everything else he suggested checked out OK (i.e. Fan runs properly and temperature test was spot on). The sensor itself feels much hotter than the metal support it's mounted to.

Was told a $5 refundable charge would be assessed. Then when doctor came up a message stating the doctor could not prescribed anything due to site policies. I was charged $46 for nothing. All he did was ask general questions and then tell me he was sorry I was feeling so ill. I ended the chat.

Was running on black cartridge, told to replace cartridge, which I did, Copier would not work. Expert accepted my telephone number and he said that called it, but I did not answer it. I waited for his call and he replied that I call a front desk. Very unprofessional!!! I called the front desk and received no satisfactory reply. They cancelled my membership. My copier will not print and they would not replace to cost of my new cartridge.

My cat had ingested one of my supplements completely my fault. I knew I had dropped it on the floor but I couldn't find it and I was going to sweep up but then I forgot to sweep up. Stanley got the supplement and within an hour he was running around salivating heavily foaming at the mouth and I was scared. I originally was going to take him to an emergency vet but I decided to Google the item and the dose and its effect on cats. It turns out it was a harmless reaction that he was having because the item was so bitter that he ingested. Google also suggested that I reach out to a pet poison control center. A link presented and these guys actually came up. I got a chat box first and was explained how it would work. For a $40 charge your vet confirmed what I found on the internet and Stanley is doing just fine. This is a great service please keep it up.

I was searching for a way to ask a vet question and possibly get have medication prescribed for my cats for fleas as we have tried everything. I mentioned that in my first message with the AI assistant. I would think it would be mentioned then that these vets cannot prescribe. So that was frustrating. Then I was told a $5 fee. I checked my bank account and was charged the $5 plus $39 for a membership which I saw no mention of. I figured I would see what the vet said since I had already paid and it was nothing I couldn't have figured out by further Google searches. It would sure be nice to not have had to pay that fee for a bunch of nothing.

No question was answered as I was disconnected. I was still charged $66. This is very unfair...I was unable to reconnect with the technician and eventually gave up. I have used your service before with better results. To be paid you have to deliver a service. I will never use this service again and I will make my unhappiness known to the Internet community. I also thought you were guilty of false advertising as I thought I was using an HP service and was not.

The information that I received today has been so helpful and Micheal was absolutely incredible. Landlords who don't follow the legal way of handling things need to be informed. I had an excellent experience with the attorney, Elizabeth. My questions were focused on business matters and state and federal laws, and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in her area of expertise. My landlord refuses to do repairs in my rent controlled unit, and tells workers not to work with me or be blackballed. Just Answer got me to an attorney, who told me exactly what to do. Mario gave me a great tip to reset the mechanism and lube the pin in the catch. After a couple tries it starting locking again. I didn't know about the system resetting itself if you kept pushing the button. It must have gotten water down in it and it's been cold enough to freeze. The WD40 freed up the locking mechanism. Now it is working and locking again.

Very effectively solved my problem. Customer service was excellent. Very patient and understanding of my limited computer skills. I was getting nowhere with getting GE or the appliance store to replace a range that was delivered to me inoperable. After one session with a Just Answer attorney I had the information I needed to negotiate more effectively. After 1 more phone call with the store they are replacing the inoperable range. My granddaughter's 18 month old Cattle dog rhodisan ridgeback mix ESA found a candy cane and still being a puppy, of course she ate it! The vet was so wonderful. My 3 year old Shih Tzu Grace was vomiting- 7-8 times during the middle of the night. Both the person who was online chatting and the vet relieved a lot of anxiety for me and gave excellent advice. I am so happy to say Grace was better the next day. I learned a lot. Thank you so much. Had concerns with how my landlord was trying to passively aggressively force me into moving out. Was trying to threaten me with eviction if I didn't get out by a certain date so he could have the house decontaminated. From drug use which I was being blamed for without any proof or reason. I wasn't sure what legal rights I had and needed legal advice. I found that I can actually sue HIM for harassment, and I believe I intend to do so.
