Great experience! I know enough to be dangerous but airheatman was incredibly patient and helpful. He walked me through the proper wiring and installer setup to fix my issues after installing a new X2p.thermostat. It was just a matter of entering the proper setting to heat pump but I would have never found it without help. It was 91 degrees in the house at my ranch in the Hill Country of Texas and cooling off nicely. Can't thank y'all enough!!

The first doctor I was connected to was not helpful. Luckily, the person that connected me understood my frustration and interrupted to connect me to a different Dr. Dr. ** was great, immediately understood my problem and made great recommendations.

We have 5 TVs which all went on the fritz and had to have two Xfinity techs here to fix them. They did until two of them weren’t working the next day. I contacted Aruna ** at JUST ANSWER, and he managed to fix both TVs in about half an hour. If ya call Xfinity, it is normally an all day saga and not always a fix. 2016 Subaru Impreza wagon, out of the blue all passenger windows would not close. They were opened because of nice weather but failed to close. Only the driver's window is operating properly. Owner's manual is of limited help - only fuse #19 is associated with the power windows. I checked it, it looks fine, but replaced it anyway. No change. The service tech I spoke with was helpful, but not the type of problem I want to deal with late at night in the dark. Will let the Subaru dealer handle this.

Just Answer is a racket. I would also say that about Uber as they transferred me to Just Answer for a $5 fully refundable fee. And the specialist was a joke. When I saw that they charged my credit card $48, I argued with them to get a refund. They supposedly have cancelled my membership but of course no refund. I would not trust them for anything. I have disputed it on my credit card account as well. Will have to wait to see if that goes through. Run, don't walk from these guys and any business who asks you to pay for their technical assistance. It's a scam!!!!

It appears both units are defective and I have been advised by the company to dispose of them after they watched the videos. I was advised by Tim to use a Q-tip to clean the pin holes and slightly bend the pins outwards to see if it makes contact. Tim was very responsive and helpful. I'll give his suggestion a try to see if that turns the bulbs on. If not, I'll just have to recycle the units. I would not suggest ordering this product. To have received the original unit and the replacement unit as defective merchandise is very disappointing and frustrating.

I was called out to look at a recliner chair issue and as soon as I turned the chair over I noticed two wires had come off of the soldered connection on the connection board. Question was which wire (black or white) went onto which terminal. Tim G was able to send me wiring docs that outlined the black, or load wire, needs to be in terminal AC1. Problem fixed. Chair functions flawlessly now. Seems as though there was insufficient length in that connector and the wires ripped themselves out.

I turned to USCIS chat for help but live person didn’t the answers. So, I was desperate and frustrated that I remembered JustAnswer. Luckily, I got Philip who assisted me from the get go. Gave solid answers that I will use such as doing a neurocognitive test to see where I’m at memory wise. I had been afraid to take that test but I was assured it was just a marker to compare progression of memory loss. Also other suggestions included things I am already doing like sleep, diet, protein, hydration, and exercise. Socialization and weight lifting may be increased. I will also check my intake of B12, Magnesium and Vitamin D.

Mechanic I spoke with was honest, caring and understanding. Gave me some tips on how possibly to fix. Unfortunately I had already tried most of them. He did recommend that I call the manufacturer of my motorhome and see if they had parts available or what their recommendation would be.to complete repairs.Also mentioned that I might be able to find the locking mechanism parts available on Amazon.

My speedometer and my digital gas level are not Working. I spoke with Louis. We suppose to speak again, because I didn't have access to the wires at this moment. He was cool, polite, and seem to know what to do to fix my problem. Sorry for my english, I usually speak french.

I could not Connect my new thermostat and was told to call my provider as my thermostat model runs on 2.4 GHz and my system is currently at 5GHz and the thermostat is not compatible. The technician explained that I could have the 2 frequencies functioning altogether. Very polite and helpful.
