Just Answer was able to answer my questions and solve my problem although there was a technical glitch in one chat. There was a confusing insertion of suggested questions into one chat which overshadowed the arrival of a second expert; this led me to believe that my reply had taken too long and that our conversation had timed out. I had to rate the conversation with that expert as neutral, though the rating should have been for the chatting system. Appreciably, I was offered a chat with another expert to replace it. I'm out of questions, but will return if I have more. I recommend this site.

It was not possible to save my old account but I used the advice to set up a new one which is now functioning. The experts I consulted were all very methodical and operated with very clear instructions. The problem was not helped by the fact that the Facebook system has no way for customers to contact them directly and their printed instructions are very complicated.

Good morning. I have better experience in different categories than others. In some categories, it's clear that the expert simply googled the answer and cut and pasted the AI generated response. But the auctioneers have been really helpful. Luke, in particular, goes out of his way to not only answer my question, but tell me why he answered it that way. He provides additional detail details that help me not only with this question, but with others in the future. He's really awesome.

We removing an old boat dock and installing a new one. I had questions about a proper cantilever and how to anchor the dock properly due to the length that is hanging over the lake. The oven doesn't work. Brand new unit. The range works, but not the oven. The range keeps flashing an error message. I spoke with the tech. He told me to turn off the circuit breaker for 2 to 3 minutes. He said if this didn't correct the situation, the unit is defective and the warranty dept. should be contacted to replace the unit.

The man I spoke with was patient and very knowledgeable. This made it a pleasant experience. I was filling out application for a passport. I was done and ready to print and the printer wanted a 'proxy ID. I had no idea what this was but the tech walked me through it.

Not running full power, probably needs a good tune up, suggested a new plug and fuel and Air filter, clean the carburetor, I will proceed great information I received, it runs great but I haven’t had to do much to it in 12 years, just probably needs a good tuneup, I will start with plugs and 2 filters and go from there.

My dog had been sneezing off and on for about a week but started having a bloody discharge from her nose on Friday night. Jeff was wonderful to work with. I had acquired an old biking seeing machine with a stick reverse button. Despite all the trouble shooting it seems this machine had experienced the same problem at some time in the past, because when we got to the last possible repair to try I found out the screw I needed to adjust was completely stripped, indicating someone else had attempted the same procedure. So even though my experience was great, Jeff was very responsive and knowledgeable, and never forgot about me when I couldn't attempt to work on it at times because of life, he still messaged me and kept going. I learned so much from him on this journey but I am not going to attempt to drill out the stripped screw because it is in a very difficult place, so I will be taking it in to the shop. Couldn't recommend not trying this. It was a great experience!

The technician was fabulous. She was patient and great at trouble-shooting the issues I was having. In the short time we had she gave me a good introduction to both building contacts and using templates. We had to end a few minutes early due to a meeting I had scheduled, but she agreed to allow me to have another session.

Repairman narrowed it down to valve assembly, circuit board and air pressure tubing going to the circuit board. By troubleshooting I already replaced the valve assembly, and we concluded the only thing left was the board. Outcome I bought a new washer. The washer was old and buying parts was almost expensive as a new washer depending on type of washer.

JustAnswer...Do not fall for their scam, I should have known from their nebulous and circular answers that they didn't know what I was asking. They said I needed to talk to their technician for a $5 fee which turned out to be $40 with a recurring monthly fee. I had to spend 20 minutes getting a refund but my angst for their tactics is still keeping my blood pressure high.

I was happy with the assistance I received, especially because solving my printer problem took a series of back-and-forth, trial and-error attempts to figure out what was wrong. Plus I am not very techno-savvy but the Tech Asst (Don’t remember his name but it starts with a “D”) was very patient, kind, and well informed.

I have been using Just Ask for appraisals of my collectibles for over a year. I am 73 and have been a reseller on eBay for 25 years. I now and looking at my own private collections for value so in event of something happening to me my daughter doesn’t just donate in haste. I send her every appraisal I get and eventually will print them out. I have found my Christian Dior and Fendi Train bags were worth $450 to $500. They have been sitting catching odds and ends for 30 years. I have 2 bottles of wine appraised and a Polish iconic picture last night. It is the best service I have ever used. First of all, I honestly thought I was using the chat box from Walmart. When I talked to customer service representative after the fact of the whole situation listed below, she was absolutely wonderful. She listened patiently as I tearfully tried to explain the issue I had with JustAnswer. When I started with my question about the issue I had with a payment method with Walmart, I thought I was chatting directly with Walmart. However, when I was told I was being charged a dollar for the service of the chat, I thought that was strange because, again, I assumed I was chatting directly with Walmart. I didn't understand that I had being taken to a completely different site. I was only concerned with the issue (which was extensive) that I had with a payment method with Walmart. With my mind only on that, when the chat box came up, I saw it was going to charge me $1 for the chat. Odd for normal chat boxes.

I was really concerned about rabies as he was bit in the mouth by a woodchuck but the vet calmed all my concerns being that my dog is vaccinated and woodchuck are low risk especially in my area. She was very knowledgeable and calmed me down quite a bit. She made feel very comfortable.

Updated on 06/14/2025: So far with the JustAnswer mechanics, slowly working towards a good outcome! Since this issue has started with testing to a degree, because I'm limited, so far we have a new IPDM that solved the no cranking problem, but with a no start situation still,,,. After consulting another mechanic here,, said with the codes that were showing up, it was leaning towards ECM not communicating at that point,, So I replaced the ECM completely reprogrammed to the VIN number of the vehicle, Installed and no start, it acted like it wanted to, so back here I go on JustAnswer, now we are doing the immobilizer reset with the key,,, it actually started up very roughly. Very briefly then died, By then the battery was too low,, so this will be a overnight charge, then redo the relearn once more to see where we are at!!! This will be a continued saga tomorrow, 😀.

Needed help to reset master code. Walked us through very professionally and patiently. Took 2 tries as I did not have the correction so spoke to two different customer service reps. Both were very helpful. Again device was very good.

He told us to put it on a certain cycle and it was fixed in a few seconds. He was nice and patient. We were upstairs and had to go into the basement so he had to wait for a few moments. He then retold us what to do and it worked automatically.

While I initially did not think I got new info from the conversation, Alex's suggestion to try lifting the front of the oven to get it unstuck was exactly the fix that was needed. He was correct in that there were no mounting brackets holding the oven in place and it should just slide out once unstuck. I wanted to cancel my Foxnation subscription and also have Justanswer refund both Foxnation and the just answer feee for me, the rep was very personable and handled my request in a timely manner. She assured me I would get a full refund for both. When I get the full refund I will be completely satisfied.

She was coughing and sneezing and licking a lot and I was concerned with her being such a little girl and being stung by a big bee that the venom would be too much for her. The vet that reviewed my concerns replied in a very fast manner and calmed my concerns as her symptoms were not life threating. Also told me to watch her closely for certain symptoms that would need to be addressed by a visit to a vet.

My black lab ate a couple of grapes. I didn’t think for the amount and how big she is it was going to be emergency vet worthy, but wanted to quick get reassurance as I’d never forgive myself if something did happen. Mr. Bill ** was most helpful. I was in a panic to get a certified copy of the judgment. He advised me to go to the County Recorder’s Office and they in turn sent me to the Superior Courts for filing. I went there and I had my copies in 20 minutes. He was very kind and he assured me not to worry I would have document soon. Thank you for your assistance.

Thanks for the input about my grandmother's table. I love it but don't have room for it. It needs a lot of work but I feel like my specialist really gave me some good information to work with. I'll be taking her input into my decision to refinish it first or selling it as is. Very helpful.
